00:00:00.640 Are you tired of this country being hewn apart?
00:00:04.700 Well, the Dominion Society, the vanguard movement of Canada,
00:00:08.860 is here to ensure that the fire of this nation is fueled.
00:00:12.380 My God, my God, we'll get there yet.
00:00:15.660 My God, we'll have our home.
00:00:19.760 In our own towns, we're foreigners.
00:00:23.800 What is it that you could possibly be laughing at?
00:00:26.120 I don't understand what's funny.
00:00:30.000 Are you sure?
00:00:33.220 Yeah, no, he ain't here right now.
00:00:35.820 Trimpy's got it sticky.
00:01:00.000 What do we want?
00:01:16.620 Free migration, yo!
00:01:30.000 So we're here at Billy Bishop Heritage Park.
00:01:47.640 Hometown hero.
00:01:49.660 Watch what happens next.
00:02:00.000 Hopefully we have to stay with your peace too much.
00:02:02.860 Oh, hell no, man. I thought it was wild.
00:02:04.780 Oh, that's so awesome.
00:02:05.880 Anyway, have a good one, all right?
00:02:07.320 Me too, guys.
00:02:08.060 Yeah, you're here.
00:02:13.360 So we are here at Sobble Falls Provincial Park
00:02:17.520 to do a bit of camping and team building with the boys.
00:02:22.720 But that's not why we're actually here.
00:02:25.680 we're here to reconnect with the land that our ancestors tamed a land they named with intent
00:02:33.520 and purpose we are on a mission a mission to put this municipality bruce county along with every
00:02:44.400 municipality across the nation on notice we will not stand for the erasure of our history
00:02:52.560 and we will not sit idle while you pick apart our heroes and discourage us from being proud
00:02:59.520 of our lineage. Tomorrow we descend on Owen Sound City Hall not as agitators but as the arbiters
00:03:09.200 of our legacy to say no to the systematic annihilation of our monuments, our identity,
00:03:18.000 and our future as a nation for every man here today there are thousands more with
00:03:26.100 us in spirit tomorrow hundreds of thousands and soon our ethos will be
00:03:33.600 instilled in the hearts and mind of millions of Canadians our love for our
00:03:40.560 Our nation and its heroes is not a shame, it is a birthright.
00:03:48.120 The dormant spirit of our great nation has been awakened.
00:03:53.520 It is alive and flowing from sea to sea.
00:03:58.740 And like the green auroras of the North, the Dominion Society is an unrelenting force sweeping
00:04:06.280 over the nation.
00:04:08.400 We stand on the shoulders of the great men that came before us.
00:04:13.400 It is now our opportunity to become the pillar for our children and the next generation to
00:04:20.560 stand on.
00:04:23.200 Expect us and watch what happens next.
00:04:38.400 We'll be right back.
00:05:08.400 are you familiar with billy bishop the hometown hero he was a war fighter pilot yes i won world
00:05:23.920 war ii we believe that uh instead of naming a park friendship land what better of a name
00:05:29.440 than billy bishop park uh to honor a hometown hero what do you think of that why not right
00:05:35.680 absolutely it makes the most sense sounds very appropriate so yeah i would say would that be
00:05:40.640 something that you would support 100 yeah i think that's 100 better we're proposing
00:05:46.080 that they name it billy bishophart instead to our local war hero yeah that's i'd much prefer that
00:05:54.320 we're curious what the hell is going on with all you fancy little people hopefully uh city council
00:05:59.680 uh knows what's best and uh i think absolutely like i don't know if you know the billy bishop
00:06:14.560 airport that's outside of town they had to change their name to a different name because i guess
00:06:18.160 an airport in toronto took the billy bishop name yes yeah so it'd be cool if we had like a park
00:06:22.640 around here too that would like take over that like name thing yeah i would back that up for sure
00:06:27.680 yeah thank you very much no problem i it was nice seeing you guys you have a good day yeah you too
00:06:32.480 good luck guys i i think that's a good idea um yeah i i wouldn't see why not uh especially if
00:06:39.440 it's like the town's heritage and it's all recognizing yeah recognizing that i think i
00:06:44.320 like that idea yeah i think that'd be good thank you for your time yeah of course have a good day
00:06:48.960 you guys would that be a name change you'd like to see or like would i get your opinion on that
00:06:52.800 And I think I'm all for Billy Bishop, keeping the local, local hero,
00:06:59.980 spreading some light on his name.
00:07:01.480 A little more relevant, maybe, yeah.
00:07:03.220 So Billy Bishop, obviously the hometown hero.
00:07:06.300 We think it's a little bit more appropriate to honor someone who means a lot to the town.
00:07:10.800 Victoria Cross.
00:07:12.160 Over, you know, a generic name like Friendship Park.
00:07:15.400 What do you think about that?
00:07:17.260 Actually, I would agree.
00:07:18.620 Friendship Park sounds odd.
00:07:20.380 but Billy Bishop I would agree with that actually it would be a good thing in my perspective too
00:07:27.600 because Remembrance Day of all holidays which is not a stat holiday almost should be yeah we
00:07:34.740 ought to be more proud of our history than you know cover it up yeah and I think uh Remembrance
00:07:42.020 Day and the younger generation should maybe remember what World War I and World War II
00:07:49.240 really costs i think it's criminally understated uh canada's role in world war one and world war
00:07:55.720 two hey i was just curious what you guys were here for so uh so we're here because they've uh
00:08:01.960 removed ryerson park is the name of the park uh very much as they changed sobel beach to
00:08:07.720 saugine beach you were a heritage preservation and canadian identity organization yeah so
00:08:14.120 essentially they've already removed the name so now they're taking suggestions for
00:08:18.520 a new name of the park so we figured what uh what better than uh to name it after a hometown hero
00:08:25.560 billy bishop exactly yeah so uh we'll be down at uh city hall in a couple hours uh to speak on it
00:08:33.400 yeah oh i hope i hope the outcome is what you're looking for awesome because it's easier to
00:08:37.880 remember too exactly exactly yeah cool hey it's great to see i saw the flags i just want to know
00:08:43.720 what it's all about absolutely nice here thanks for standing up for the heritage uh i'm all on
00:08:49.480 board thank you have a good one buddy we are here to say no to the systematic annihilation
00:09:10.040 of our memorials our identity and our future as a nation sign back in the truck
00:09:20.280 not too bad how's it going yeah pretty well what are you guys all about we're at the dominion
00:09:27.800 society or a heritage preservation and feeding identity group uh how far back do you look at
00:09:33.480 that well it's a combination of the country yeah cool yeah so they're here to rename ryerson
00:09:41.640 we're here because they're renaming ryerson park yeah to potentially have you voted yeah we're at
00:09:48.200 we're actually here to propose the name billy bishop party oh super yeah cool that's your
00:09:52.600 hometown hero yeah you you like going on the online portal yes oh good yes yeah super good
00:10:01.080 stuff yeah well we're about to get in there so thanks for uh stopping by and uh give us a check
00:10:06.200 online thank you thank you yeah be polite don't be aggressive exactly yeah okay it's super polite
00:10:11.960 dialogue i like that yeah
00:10:19.480 oh
00:10:19.960 off
00:10:24.680 double lines guys double lines
00:10:37.480 one of the public engagement with park naming at day 23 50 east
00:10:41.960 previously known as bryerson park is underway we are here to put this
00:10:46.680 municipality and all municipalities across the country on notice that we will not stand for the
00:10:53.000 renaming of our heritage monuments and memorial sites we would like to do so respectfully so
00:11:01.560 thank you again for your time today and we hope that you guys are influenced to make the right
00:11:07.080 position thank you heritage in Canadian identity you didn't obfuscate what you're about at all you
00:11:25.260 told them what you're about and you put them on notice we're here to put you on notice yeah are
00:11:33.960 Are you recording? Oh, he is, he is.
00:11:36.660 Well, I think that was a successful wrap-up to a very long weekend.
00:11:41.500 We went through the cold nights and the very, very hot days.
00:11:45.540 I'm a little sunburnt myself, but that's what is required to do what's right
00:11:51.140 and to make a difference in this nation.
