00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:04:48.000 Matt Gaetz was one of the very few members in the entire Congress who bothered to stand up against permanent Washington on behalf of his constituents.
00:04:55.000 Matt Gaetz right now, he's a problem in the Democratic Party.
00:04:58.000 He can cause a lot of hiccups in passing applause.
00:05:01.000 So we're going to keep running those stories to get hurt again.
00:05:04.000 If you stand for the flag and kneel in prayer, if you want to build America up and not burn her to the ground, then welcome, my fellow patriots!
00:05:13.000 You are in the right place!
00:05:15.000 This is the movement for you!
00:05:17.000 You ever watch this guy on television?
00:05:19.000 Like a machine, Matt Gaetz.
00:05:22.000 I'm a canceled man in some corners of the internet.
00:05:25.000 Many days I'm a marked man in Congress, a wanted man by the deep state.
00:05:30.000 They aren't really coming for me.
00:05:32.000 They're coming for you.
00:05:34.000 I'm just in the way.
00:05:39.000 Welcome back to Firebrand Live.
00:05:41.000 This is our 100th episode.
00:05:43.000 And of course, here joining me, the person who helped us kick off this project, my good friend, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:05:51.000 Going to get into a lot of information with MTG, the debt limit, what's going on with Ukraine.
00:05:55.000 The live stream is going crazy with reaction to the separation of Tucker Carlson from Fox News.
00:06:01.000 We love Tucker.
00:06:02.000 We stand with Tucker.
00:06:04.000 Can't wait to get into that and what it means for I'm going to get her reaction to that and share why I think it's very significant.
00:06:25.000 The Republican plan.
00:06:27.000 We're going to go through our reaction to that and really our concern about the debt.
00:06:31.000 But first, MTG, welcome.
00:06:33.000 And I want you to share with everyone, you've got a new podcast project about ready to launch.
00:06:38.000 Tell everybody about it and how they can get a hold of it.
00:06:40.000 Oh, I do.
00:06:41.000 But first, I want to say congratulations.
00:06:43.000 Thank you.
00:06:44.000 100 episodes on Firebrand.
00:06:47.000 That's amazing.
00:06:48.000 4.5 million plays on our audio platforms.
00:06:52.000 Our episode yesterday did over a quarter million views on Rumble, our favorite platform.
00:06:57.000 Had some go over millions, but all of our top episodes are our conversations, so everyone likes you the most.
00:07:03.000 How can folks follow your perspective day in, day out on what's going on here in Congress?
00:07:08.000 Well, I started a new podcast.
00:07:11.000 It's called Battleground MTG. And this podcast is so hot.
00:07:15.000 I've only had like one or two episodes out.
00:07:18.000 And I've already gotten a letter from Hunter Biden's legal team.
00:07:21.000 So I'm very excited about it.
00:07:23.000 Dylan Mulvaney is a little bit mad at me of some of my comments.
00:07:26.000 But, you know, it is what it is.
00:07:28.000 I'm going to be speaking the truth.
00:07:29.000 And how can folks find Battleground MTG? It's on all of my social media.
00:07:34.000 And when we're ready to put up a podcast, we go ahead and post and let everyone know.
00:07:39.000 We put the links there.
00:07:40.000 It's on my Rumble.
00:07:41.000 Of course, Rumble is fantastic.
00:07:43.000 They don't cancel people like YouTube does.
00:07:45.000 But no, we're getting these episodes out, and I'm very excited.
00:07:49.000 Make sure to follow, subscribe, and it's on your Rumble channel.
00:07:53.000 Folks can subscribe.
00:07:54.000 Yes, and it has its own web pages also, Battleground MTG. So, the big political news of today, Joe Biden, in whatever shape he's in, has announced that he is running for president in 2024. Honestly, I still don't really believe he's running.
00:08:09.000 I think he's just saying he's running.
00:08:11.000 I still think there's a chance this guy, they put him out to pasture before then.
00:08:15.000 But I was...
00:08:17.000 I guess not surprised, but I took note of the fact...
00:08:20.000 Wait, wait, I want to go back.
00:08:21.000 You just said put them out to pasture.
00:08:23.000 I think Republicans in the House should put them out to pasture through impeachment.
00:08:27.000 You know I'm a big fan of that.
00:08:29.000 I'm a big believer in it.
00:08:31.000 It's constitutional.
00:08:31.000 It's the right thing to do.
00:08:33.000 And I think we're going to be proving that with our oversight investigations.
00:08:37.000 And especially the work on the border.
00:08:39.000 To me, the clearest case for impeachment is the border.
00:08:42.000 You've always said that.
00:08:43.000 Because it is on purpose.
00:08:44.000 And it's not just that they're incompetent fools.
00:08:47.000 It's that they're doing it on purpose.
00:08:49.000 Yeah.
00:08:50.000 So Biden announces, and we get a starring role in his announcement video.
00:08:55.000 Sasha, play the portion of the Biden announcement clip that's got the Gates MTG cameos.
00:09:03.000 That's been the work of my first term.
00:09:05.000 To fight for our democracy.
00:09:06.000 This shouldn't be a red or blue issue.
00:09:10.000 To protect our rights.
00:09:11.000 To make sure that everyone in this country is treated equally.
00:09:14.000 And that everyone is given a fair shot at making it.
00:09:19.000 But you know, around the country, MAGA extremists are lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms.
00:09:24.000 Cutting Social Security that you've paid for your entire life while cutting taxes from the very wealthy.
00:09:29.000 Dictating what healthcare decisions women can make.
00:09:32.000 Banning books and telling people who they can love.
00:09:35.000 All while making it more difficult for you to be able to vote.
00:09:41.000 The live chat is Love and MTG. Peggy on Facebook says that she loves you, and Butch on Facebook says you better impeach before the draft.
00:09:50.000 The people think that darkness is coming with this Biden regime.
00:09:54.000 They see the evil in it, and actually a lot of times people in Washington don't.
00:09:57.000 I think they're worried about the Ukraine war.
00:09:59.000 Or actually, no, it's the proxy war with nuclear Russia.
00:10:03.000 It's terrifying.
00:10:04.000 Well, I'm honored to be on that ad.
00:10:06.000 Yes, so we've got to talk about this ad.
00:10:08.000 First of all, other than us, wasn't the ad pretty boring?
00:10:12.000 I couldn't even play the whole thing because I found myself...
00:10:16.000 I'm disinterested in kind of how sad and lame and just mid it was.
00:10:21.000 Yeah, I thought it was pretty boring.
00:10:22.000 It's kind of funny.
00:10:23.000 It's the only time I find out Republicans are supposedly cutting Social Security is when I listen to Joe Biden.
00:10:29.000 And, you know, that's why I called him a liar at the State of the Union.
00:10:32.000 We all called him a liar.
00:10:34.000 I don't know what the takeaway from that is.
00:10:37.000 I think the takeaway from that is that you look terrific in white.
00:10:41.000 Thank you.
00:10:41.000 And I'm grateful that at least it's only half of my fat face that they put in.
00:10:46.000 It's almost artistic, really, that they didn't get, like, my whole moon pie face.
00:10:50.000 They just got kind of half of it, so I looked like a Batman villain.
00:10:53.000 They only need half of your face.
00:10:55.000 Everybody knows your face.
00:10:56.000 Clearly.
00:10:57.000 But it...
00:10:58.000 It shows the American people actually who the fighters are.
00:11:02.000 President Trump, you know, certainly us.
00:11:07.000 And it's just quite something that Biden thinks that that's the way to unite his coalition rather than putting forward any kind of agenda.
00:11:15.000 I mean, what is the Biden agenda other than socialism and the Green New Deal?
00:11:18.000 Well, his agenda is the destroy America agenda, the America last agenda, kill American energy, wide open borders, crime, rampant crime in our cities, transitioning kids under the age of 18 before they're able to graduate from high school, mastectomies, hysterectomies, the trans agenda.
00:11:40.000 What is there to brag about?
00:11:42.000 So you responded to this ad with quite the tweet.
00:11:47.000 Throw the tweet up on the screen.
00:11:49.000 Joe Biden is running to stop extreme MAGA Republicans, so let's define what extreme MAGA Republican policies are.
00:11:56.000 Secure borders, low crime, good education, good economy, strong dollar, America first energy, low foreign aid, affordable food, world peace, strong military, two genders, This is where it gets dicey.
00:12:11.000 Protecting girls and girls sports, protecting our Second Amendment, rejecting globalism, making America great again, extremely great, free, wealthy, happy.
00:12:22.000 Extremely.
00:12:24.000 In every case, of course.
00:12:25.000 Of course!
00:12:26.000 So I feel like if they're going to attack us and call us extreme MAGA Republicans, we need to make sure that America knows exactly what extreme MAGA means.
00:12:35.000 So I took to my Twitter...
00:12:37.000 And typed out what our policies are.
00:12:40.000 And you know what's great about it?
00:12:41.000 It's unifying.
00:12:42.000 There's nothing divisive about that.
00:12:44.000 We're trying to encourage and protect and advance people because we actually care about them and their futures.
00:12:51.000 I mean, if we're going to make America great again, we might as well make it extremely great.
00:12:55.000 Right, right, as a positive feature.
00:12:57.000 So they know MTG is coming for them, and that's why she has really shaken Washington.
00:13:03.000 From the first press conference you gave, where I watched you torch the entire press corps, because you wouldn't let them define you, to this very moment where you are leading on a lot of the key investigations on the Oversight Committee.
00:13:15.000 On Homeland Security as well, but on Oversight, you have really dug in to a lot of important questions.
00:13:21.000 And there is this...
00:13:23.000 Fresh letter from the Hunter Biden legal team saying that accusing Marjorie Taylor Greene of conduct not reflecting credibly on the House.
00:13:33.000 The good news is I think they are subscribers to Battleground MTG because they do cite your episodes.
00:13:39.000 But the essential criticism...
00:13:42.000 The reason Hunter Biden's lawyers are trying to distract and feed Marjorie Taylor Greene to the Ethics Committee is because she's putting out true information and analysis coming directly off the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:13:55.000 So first, it was a conspiracy theory.
00:13:58.000 Then it was Russian disinformation.
00:14:00.000 Now it's true, but you're bringing discredit on the House by putting that information before the public.
00:14:07.000 Right, right.
00:14:07.000 It's not the president's son and the rest of his family that is bringing...
00:14:11.000 Shame or disrespect and making all of America look bad by the contents of the laptop.
00:14:19.000 But even more importantly, Matt, what we read in the Treasury Department on these financial statements that are called SARS, those are suspicious activity reports.
00:14:28.000 We read them with our own eyes.
00:14:29.000 I'm not making anything up.
00:14:31.000 This isn't conspiracy theories.
00:14:33.000 And you want to know why they're so upset?
00:14:35.000 Because they know they're not conspiracy theories, too.
00:14:38.000 And we have the bank records on the oversight committee that we've subpoenaed.
00:14:42.000 Jamie Comer is doing an amazing job.
00:14:45.000 Outstanding.
00:14:46.000 All of you are.
00:14:47.000 The whole committee.
00:14:47.000 The whole committee, the staff, and everyone.
00:14:49.000 I can't be more excited to be a part of the entire thing.
00:14:53.000 But they're talking about my behavior while trying to deflect away from Hunter Biden's behavior is...
00:15:00.000 It's really remarkable to me.
00:15:02.000 The other thing that I thought was funny is they were saying, since she was elected in 2020, I was like, well, promises made, promises kept, everyone.
00:15:13.000 I'm doing what I told my district I would do, and they're happy with it.
00:15:17.000 I also enjoyed seeing your name in the letter.
00:15:19.000 I did, so that people understand.
00:15:20.000 I get a shout-out in the letter We're good to go.
00:15:42.000 Where literally the House Ethics Committee is governing mean tweets.
00:15:45.000 Because if you do that, then every time someone gets their feelings hurt by a tweet, they're going to draw you in to that type of a refereeing enterprise.
00:15:55.000 And lo and behold, I'm entirely right.
00:15:57.000 Because the basis for jurisdiction that Hunter Biden's lawyers are claiming...
00:16:02.000 Is that, well, since the Ethics Committee said that Matt Gaetz sent mean tweets, they really should say that Marjorie Taylor Greene has said mean things about Hunter Biden, things that have hurt his feelings and that are concerning to him.
00:16:14.000 And here's what I think this tells.
00:16:17.000 Our friend Steve Bannon says, catch the signal, not the noise.
00:16:21.000 I do not believe that this is a sincere attempt to try to get the Ethics Committee to punish Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:16:28.000 They are showcasing their fear.
00:16:31.000 Because they know that the day is coming when Hunter Biden will be a seated witness before the oversight committee, and the five minutes that they are worried about most are the five minutes where Hunter Biden has to answer questions from Marjorie Taylor Greene.
00:16:45.000 And so they are trying to use this as predicate.
00:16:48.000 I don't know if it's to try to say, oh, maybe you can't participate in the Hunter Biden hearing because of this letter or some pending matter.
00:16:56.000 But they're trying to use it to take you off your game.
00:17:00.000 Let folks know, is the day coming this Congress when you believe Hunter Biden will be sitting before the House Oversight Committee?
00:17:06.000 Absolutely.
00:17:07.000 And don't you think this means they know it too?
00:17:09.000 Oh, they know it.
00:17:10.000 They know his time.
00:17:12.000 Look, the whistleblowers.
00:17:14.000 We've got the IRS whistleblowers coming out.
00:17:16.000 We've got other whistleblowers coming out.
00:17:18.000 I mean, these are people that you've talked to on your committee's weaponization committee.
00:17:23.000 You are talking to these whistleblowers.
00:17:25.000 These attorneys are not stupid.
00:17:27.000 They know they have big problems.
00:17:28.000 They also are playing politics with you and I. That's why both of our names are in there.
00:17:32.000 We're the extreme MAGA Republicans that Joe Biden has to save the country from.
00:17:37.000 And again, what's wrong with making America extremely great?
00:17:41.000 Nothing.
00:17:42.000 Absolutely nothing.
00:17:43.000 Well, and I think, though, you have to look at how they come after some of our best.
00:17:48.000 And it's a different battleground that you face than a lot of Republicans do because they know that's going to be the searing moment and the searing questions.
00:17:58.000 A lot of folks really were left believing that there would be more out of investigations like the Benghazi investigation, the investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia hoax.
00:18:10.000 And there's a lot of hope that because you guys are breaking ground, nobody's ever broken before, that it will be more successful.
00:18:16.000 And you mentioned those bank records.
00:18:18.000 I think people need to know what's key about how the Oversight Committee is doing this.
00:18:23.000 The Bidens always thought they could protect their own bank records, but they didn't count on the fact that you would get the bank records of the cutout fake business entities that move Chinese money into their accounts.
00:18:36.000 Just let folks know the methodology you're using in the investigation to go after those middlemen and cutouts to map out the whole corrupt regime.
00:18:45.000 Well, most importantly, let's tell Republicans all over the country, thank you for putting us in the majority in the House.
00:18:51.000 Because that gave us the gavel and that gave us subpoena power.
00:18:55.000 So because we have subpoena power and we're running this investigation, we're able to subpoena the bank records of the LLCs.
00:19:03.000 Now most people, if you have an LLC, you're running an actual company.
00:19:07.000 Where you're selling a product or providing a real service in exchange for payment.
00:19:13.000 That's not what the Biden family has been doing, along with their partners.
00:19:17.000 Now remember, they're not by themselves.
00:19:19.000 This isn't a Hunter Biden enterprise that he's running.
00:19:23.000 There's other people involved.
00:19:25.000 But these LLCs are like shell companies where money is wire transferred in from foreign countries like China, Ukraine, remember Burisma, other countries in Africa, all over the world.
00:19:37.000 Money gets wire transferred in to these LLCs.
00:19:41.000 And then there are direct payments out of the LLCs, the fake shell companies, to Biden family members.
00:19:48.000 And we are not at four or five Biden family members.
00:19:51.000 We are up to 12 now.
00:19:54.000 That's a lot of Bidens.
00:19:55.000 So this is not a small operation.
00:19:57.000 Think of Joe Biden at the center of this entire operation.
00:20:01.000 He is surrounded by a By basically money laundering, that's what it appears to be, that has come in through these fake LLCs and they're all getting it because of influence peddling with Joe Biden's power and position, whether it's Senator, Vice President, and now President of the United States.
00:20:27.000 Selling favors.
00:20:28.000 We vote a lot of bills, don't we?
00:20:30.000 We make policy.
00:20:31.000 That's what we do in Washington.
00:20:33.000 And if you can get paid doing it, well, then you get really rich, just like the Bidens.
00:20:39.000 Follow the money.
00:20:39.000 That's what the Oversight Committee is doing.
00:20:41.000 Larry on Rumble says the public needs to see accountability.
00:20:45.000 Right now, a lot of this investigative work, we're doing depositions, document reviews, and bringing it to light.
00:20:51.000 I think it's going to be really important, and I know you're going to be leading the way on that.
00:20:55.000 This week, one of the big topics is the debt limit plan, and whether or not we are going to be able to even engage Joe Biden in a productive discussion about how to go forward here.
00:21:06.000 Can anyone engage Joe Biden in a productive discussion?
00:21:09.000 He doesn't seem to be too eager about it.
00:21:11.000 The factors that we know, we have a four-seat majority.
00:21:15.000 And so if you have a number of people who have a disagreement with something that's coming to the floor, then it requires Democrat votes to pass.
00:21:22.000 On the debt limit recently, we heard our colleague Nancy Mace share her perspective against the McCarthy plan.
00:21:28.000 Take a listen.
00:21:30.000 So you haven't decided yet whether or not you're going to support this?
00:21:33.000 Correct.
00:21:34.000 Right.
00:21:34.000 I'm leaning against voting for it at this time because I just don't understand why we can't have a conversation about balancing the budget, cutting spending, and doing so over the next 10 years because inflation is still on the rise.
00:21:45.000 We need to grow the economy.
00:21:46.000 You've got to cut spending and cut taxes and rein some of that in in order to grow the economy at a rate that can overtake the debt that we've taken on in this country.
00:21:55.000 It's Monday.
00:21:56.000 This vote could happen as soon as Wednesday or Thursday.
00:21:58.000 I don't have to tell you that.
00:22:00.000 What does Kevin McCarthy need to do to change your mind about voting yes?
00:22:03.000 Or are you pretty firmly leaning no, you say?
00:22:06.000 We're still going through the plan.
00:22:09.000 I have other concerns, especially on green energy.
00:22:11.000 A state like South Carolina, we have a lot of solar farms and solar energy, both presidential and commercial.
00:22:17.000 I want to find out and figure out what kind of adverse impact it might have on the state of South Carolina before we finally make that decision.
00:22:24.000 And there are other concerns, and we're just still wading through it.
00:22:26.000 And the devil's always in the details.
00:22:28.000 Given you're not a yes yet, and McCarthy was saying yesterday he feels confident he has the votes.
00:22:33.000 Obviously, you know it's a razor-thin margin.
00:22:35.000 Is he wrong that he has the votes?
00:22:36.000 What have you heard from other Republicans?
00:22:38.000 I haven't been whipping the vote, so I don't know where others are.
00:22:41.000 I know that there are several that are going to be a yes that might be a surprise to some people, and there will be some surprise noes as well.
00:22:50.000 We'll see how it ends up in the next few days.
00:22:54.000 So I think when it comes to general concerns about spending, we would share some of those concerns.
00:22:59.000 We want to create the maximum amount of downward pressure on spending.
00:23:02.000 Nancy May says she's not ready to support this plan yet.
00:23:05.000 I'll be candid with the audience.
00:23:06.000 While I'm still engaging in good faith negotiations, I'm not there to a yes yet.
00:23:11.000 What's your perspective on how Republicans ought to think about the debt limit?
00:23:15.000 I basically think it's a tragedy and a failure of Washington, D.C. that we're all even having to face this vote.
00:23:22.000 And Matt, let's be honest, it's the last two years of spending over $7 trillion that has put us here.
00:23:29.000 True.
00:23:29.000 But I'll go even further.
00:23:30.000 I blame both parties, Republicans and Democrats, for decades now putting us in over $31 trillion in debt.
00:23:37.000 So here we are.
00:23:38.000 We've been handed a problem that we never wanted to have to deal with and none of us agree with.
00:23:43.000 None of us want to raise the debt ceiling.
00:23:45.000 I also believe the real fight is going to be in the budget and appropriations.
00:23:50.000 And I held my voting card up to our leadership just last week.
00:23:54.000 And I said, I'm going to fight like hell with my voting card on this budget and appropriations because that's where the real problems are.
00:24:02.000 And I won't vote a penny to the Ukraine war.
00:24:05.000 And I said, as a matter of fact, if any of you are starting to fund that stuff, it's in the NDAA. In the budget, anywhere we're seeing it, I will be working as hard as possible in whipping other members to vote against it.
00:24:16.000 That means that I'll be including the public and pulling in the American people to help battle this fight because I think it's so critical.
00:24:23.000 You and I have done this from the beginning, as well as Thomas Massey and a few others.
00:24:28.000 We have said no to the war in Ukraine because we're America first and we know the real consequences of the Ukraine war.
00:24:38.000 But you sold them to put that in this debt limit deal.
00:24:41.000 I was on the teleconference when a lot of our colleagues were talking about what ought to be in this offer, and you said unequivocally that a serious country would not approach its debt limit while funding the government of another country.
00:24:57.000 Absolutely.
00:24:58.000 And it's the most obvious and easiest place to cut.
00:25:02.000 So, like you, I'm disappointed that that's not in this deal.
00:25:05.000 I'm trying to judge the deal based on what's in it, not necessarily what's not in it.
00:25:09.000 Let's talk about what's in it.
00:25:10.000 Sure.
00:25:10.000 So, HR1. Very good.
00:25:12.000 Our energy plan, it's amazing.
00:25:14.000 Yes.
00:25:14.000 This is Trump policies for America First Energy.
00:25:18.000 It's the best thing for the country.
00:25:20.000 It's how we make America energy independent again, how we lower gas and diesel prices, how we protect natural gas from the Democrats trying to destroy it, so many other good things.
00:25:31.000 Okay, the next one is reeling in all the COVID cash that's sitting out there that we voted against.
00:25:38.000 Again, our voting records are so good, everybody.
00:25:41.000 So we voted against all that cash, COVID cash out there.
00:25:44.000 What's another?
00:25:45.000 The RAINS Act.
00:25:46.000 The RAINS Act.
00:25:47.000 The regulatory reform so that our small businesses aren't strangled by some unelected bureaucrat somewhere.
00:25:53.000 That's something we've really believed in.
00:25:54.000 Because we want to unhook the unholy union of corporate, corporations, and the government, everybody.
00:26:01.000 I'd love to even go further on that.
00:26:03.000 Small businesses have the right to compete and they need to be protected.
00:26:06.000 Yeah, so there's a lot of good stuff in this deal, and we don't mean to begrudge that.
00:26:11.000 Talked a lot about work requirements.
00:26:13.000 Work requirements.
00:26:14.000 I'm with you that a country just cannot continue to spend this way without downward pressure on spending, and I know we're working hard to get there.
00:26:23.000 I also wanted, but before I move on, I do think your points about separating Ukraine funding from the NDAA need to be noted.
00:26:33.000 I agree with you entirely.
00:26:35.000 They funded it last time.
00:26:36.000 Do you remember?
00:26:37.000 They did.
00:26:37.000 It was $47 billion?
00:26:40.000 I think it was around that number.
00:26:43.000 It was way too much.
00:26:44.000 It should not have been in the bill.
00:26:46.000 And I believe that it will be problematic in the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act.
00:26:51.000 If it is too flavored and tainted with continued U.S. entanglement in the Ukraine war.
00:26:58.000 Think how insulting that is.
00:26:58.000 It is.
00:26:59.000 Funding our own U.S. military, but including funding for defending another country's borders, well, they're not doing anything for our borders.
00:27:08.000 The Biden administration, the Pentagon, everybody running the military, they ignore the American border.
00:27:14.000 I think our military should be stacked at the southern border and the northern border.
00:27:18.000 I think we should be defending our country.
00:27:20.000 I think we should be fighting the cartels and not the Russians.
00:27:23.000 Yeah, I am far more concerned about the deaths caused to Americans from cartels than the deaths that would be caused to Americans from broken Russian tanks.
00:27:31.000 But we're also worried about the risk of nuclear war, and this administration might stumble us into a nuclear war without even knowing.
00:27:39.000 Two dangers with this war against Russia.
00:27:42.000 They're a nuclear superpower.
00:27:45.000 A world nuclear superpower.
00:27:47.000 Secondly, the sanctions.
00:27:49.000 Remember we voted no on those sanctions too.
00:27:51.000 The Biden administration and Nancy Pelosi, they put sanctions on Russia when this first started last year.
00:27:58.000 What did we all say?
00:27:59.000 We said this is going to push Russia into the arms of China.
00:28:02.000 Russia can't fund their war unless they're selling their oil and gas.
00:28:05.000 It happened exactly the way I said it would and the way we warned.
00:28:09.000 So Russia is selling their oil and gas to China, to all these countries all over the world, and now BRICS, this association of countries, what is it, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and the Saudis?
00:28:24.000 Saudis.
00:28:25.000 They've come together and they've made an agreement to sell energy to In their own currency.
00:28:31.000 That's the second greatest threat to us, Matt, outside of a nuclear holocaust.
00:28:36.000 Of course, that's the number one.
00:28:38.000 We're about to lose our dollar.
00:28:39.000 We're about to lose the dollar as the number one.
00:28:43.000 And then people will actually feel the pain from the debt.
00:28:45.000 Because the only reason people don't feel the pain from this debt day in and day out is the primacy of the dollar.
00:28:50.000 And so once you do that, you slaughter the goose that's laid the golden eggs.
00:28:53.000 That's right.
00:28:54.000 For this country.
00:28:55.000 And these women that are voting for their women's health care and these people voting for their student debt loans and these people voting because they think they're saving the planet with the Green New Deal and garbage like that and putting wind farms off the coast of Florida.
00:29:09.000 People that vote like that are going to suffer so greatly because the dollar will fall and it doesn't discriminate when it falls.
00:29:17.000 No, it won't care.
00:29:18.000 It'll savage this country.
00:29:19.000 We will all be broke.
00:29:20.000 And part of it is just getting these arguments out.
00:29:22.000 And one of the platforms you and I have used extensively is the Tucker Carlson Tonight program that sadly is no more on Fox.
00:29:30.000 And I thought back to some of the iconic moments you had on that show.
00:29:35.000 And you really broke through with the country when you took what you heard from moms out on the campaign trail and out on our rally tour.
00:29:43.000 And you brought that To millions of viewers each night.
00:29:47.000 No, you know, it's what Tucker Carlson did for me.
00:29:51.000 I'm not kidding you.
00:29:52.000 When I first got here and everybody canceled me, Matt, you know how badly they canceled me.
00:29:58.000 Tucker Carlson was the only one that would bring me on And actually talk to me and ask me questions.
00:30:06.000 He had me on his show on Fox Nation.
00:30:09.000 He brought me on Tucker Carlson tonight.
00:30:11.000 He was the only person that would talk to me.
00:30:14.000 That is how much I greatly respect Tucker Carlson.
00:30:18.000 Tucker was the one voice we had.
00:30:22.000 The best America First conservative voice.
00:30:25.000 And he challenged the system and he challenged everybody.
00:30:28.000 I think Tucker, we're not seeing him right now.
00:30:32.000 But I don't think it's over for Tucker Carlson.
00:30:34.000 Oh, absolutely not.
00:30:34.000 I think he's going to come back and it's going to be even bigger and more powerful.
00:30:38.000 And I can't wait for him.
00:30:39.000 Well, in a way, Tucker's just completing the sweep because I think he's been fired from PBS, CNN, and MSNBC. God bless him.
00:30:46.000 So to separate from, you know, maybe you just go independent and do your own thing.
00:30:50.000 And I know you and I'll be there to support Tucker no matter what he does.
00:30:53.000 Absolutely.
00:30:53.000 But do you worry about what it says about the direction of corporatized media and the ability to Of populous voices like ours to be able to break through?
00:31:01.000 Because I am worried about that.
00:31:02.000 Yeah, and I don't know how you feel about Fox News, but I'll go in on what I think.
00:31:07.000 What they've done is they cave to the woke mob.
00:31:10.000 They absolutely cave to the woke mob because all these lawsuits, they have the Dominion lawsuit, they have all these other lawsuits coming in.
00:31:17.000 And this is the left.
00:31:18.000 This is how we faced it.
00:31:20.000 We still face it.
00:31:20.000 We face it every day.
00:31:21.000 Oh, we're seeing it with the Hunter Biden lawyer letter trying to de-platform you.
00:31:24.000 Oh yeah.
00:31:25.000 This is what they do.
00:31:26.000 It's lawfare.
00:31:27.000 It's lawfare.
00:31:28.000 And remember, they tried to get me off the ballot.
00:31:31.000 Thank God for you.
00:31:32.000 To save democracy.
00:31:33.000 Yes.
00:31:33.000 To save democracy, they tried to get you off the ballot.
00:31:36.000 Right.
00:31:36.000 So to save democracy, they believe in canceling people and silencing their speech.
00:31:40.000 And that's what they think they're doing to Tucker Carlson.
00:31:43.000 And Fox News went along with it.
00:31:45.000 Fox News has no idea how badly they're hurting their company.
00:31:48.000 Everyone I've talked to has deleted the Fox News app on their phones.
00:31:52.000 People are canceling their Fox Nation subscriptions.
00:31:57.000 People are saying, I am done with Fox.
00:31:59.000 And then I heard this morning on Fox and Friends, I was watching it.
00:32:01.000 They never have me on anyway, so I can talk about them.
00:32:04.000 And I'm not afraid of that.
00:32:05.000 I'm not going to be controlled by, oh shoot, I might hurt.
00:32:08.000 No one should be.
00:32:09.000 Yeah, who cares?
00:32:09.000 So they were talking about the difference of, you know...
00:32:12.000 We need to give moderate Republicans a chance because, you know, it's the MAGA Republicans that may be the problem.
00:32:19.000 And that was the angle they were talking about on Fox and Friends.
00:32:21.000 And I was like, okay, you guys fired Tucker Carlson.
00:32:26.000 You guys did this.
00:32:27.000 You caved to the woke mob.
00:32:28.000 And then you want to turn on MAGA? See, what I don't get is when they use the term moderate as if they're more reasonable.
00:32:36.000 Oftentimes, the people who have the branding of the moderates in this town actually believe in nothing.
00:32:41.000 They're just sellouts who do whatever the lobbyists and special interests say.
00:32:44.000 If what makes us extreme is that we work for the people and the people alone, 100%.
00:32:50.000 And that is what I think they fear most.
00:32:53.000 And it might have been what very powerful entities feared from Tucker Carlson.
00:32:57.000 That he spoke the truth.
00:32:59.000 That he spoke truth to power.
00:33:00.000 That he wasn't controlled.
00:33:01.000 And I know he won't be in his next venture.
00:33:03.000 No one controls Marjorie Taylor Greene.
