Summary

A new report by the House Judiciary Committee reveals new numbers about the illegal immigration crisis at the southwest border, and the impact it is having on law enforcement and law enforcement agencies across the country, including the Border Patrol, ICE, and Customs and Border Patrol agents on the Southwest border. Also, a new report from the New York Times reveals how much money the border patrol and border patrol agency are spending on the illegal immigrant crisis, and why it is costing the American people so much money. And, a call from Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-GAZETTE, on why Joe Biden should be impeached for his part in the ongoing immigration crisis. The immigration crisis continues to grow, and more illegal immigrants are pouring across the southern border, increasing the number of illegal immigrants in the United States, and increasing the cost of law enforcement efforts to catch and remove them from the country. 00:05:30.000 You are now free to move about the country.
00:05:39.000 It wasn't just Southwest Airlines' slogan years ago.
00:05:42.000 It now seems to be the policy of the Biden administration on the border.
00:05:46.000 I've got a lot of information about who's coming, how they're coming, where it's creating costs.
00:05:51.000 Thank you to all of you for tuning in live on our program from Utah, California, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Arizona, and as one Rumble viewer put it, Burrfalo.
00:06:03.000 I would not want to be in upstate New York right now.
00:06:05.000 But there are a few of you who are watching.
00:06:07.000 So, here is the breaking news.
00:06:09.000 We've got a new report by the House Judiciary Committee with new numbers about the invasion going on in the worsening state at the southwest border.
00:06:17.000 Here's some of the top-line information you need to know.
00:06:19.000 Of the nearly 6 million illegal alien encounters from January 20, 2021 through September 30, 2023, at least 3 million-plus illegal aliens have no confirmed departure.
00:06:32.000 From the United States.
00:06:33.000 That's as of September 30th, 2023. There are at least 617,607 aliens on ICE's non-detained docket.
00:06:44.000 who have criminal convictions or pending criminal charges meaning more than half a million possible criminal illegal aliens are on the streets of the United States right now free to re-offend in the communities and their victims that's collateral damage that Mayorkas and Biden are willing to accept so as of December 10th 2023 There were 1.3 million-plus illegal aliens with final orders of removal from the United States.
00:07:12.000 So they've been through the entire process, and the Department of Homeland Security has placed only 6.8% of illegal aliens encountered at the southwest border into proceedings to even be screened for asylum eligibility.
00:07:27.000 So the remaining 94% just let in.
00:07:32.000 Doesn't matter who they are, where they're going.
00:07:36.000 Of the at least 3.3 million illegal aliens who then are released in the United States since January 20th, 2021, the Biden administration failed to remove through immigration proceedings or court removal proceedings 99.7% of those illegal aliens.
00:07:52.000 We don't need to pass a new law for amnesty.
00:07:55.000 The status quo is amnesty.
00:07:58.000 The Biden administration has only removed one illegal alien.
00:08:01.000 For every 26 illegal aliens, it is allowed to enter the United States.
00:08:07.000 A lot are staying who are doing a lot of harm.
00:08:09.000 As of August 31, 2023, DHS has removed only 2% of illegal aliens who failed to appear at their court hearings.
00:08:17.000 So there was a time in which 98% of those illegal aliens were remaining in the United States even past August of 2023. So they let millions in, they don't screen them, and then even the ones that don't show up for their hearings or get a final order of removal, They get to stay forever.
00:08:38.000 And it's sickening.
00:08:40.000 And even more so, it's dangerous.
00:08:43.000 Let's pull up what we learned from Dave Rubin.
00:08:46.000 This has been all over the internet.
00:08:49.000 It seems to be evidence that by using the CBP1 app...
00:08:55.000 That we showcased for you on prior episodes was really a digital device created for the cartels to be able to process more people into the country.
00:09:06.000 If you've signed up on the CBP1 app, well then guess what?
00:09:11.000 You just get to roll through TSA. So while TSA is taking pictures of you and your loved ones and giving you the rubber glove treatment at times, The illegal aliens just get to roll right through.
00:09:28.000 Unbelievable.
00:09:29.000 Unbelievable.
00:09:29.000 And I'm glad Dave Rubin pointed it out.
00:09:31.000 It's something that I'm going to be calling for hearings on because we got to get the answers on that.
00:09:36.000 And frankly, Mayorkas deserves impeachment over this whole regime that has been constructed by that crew.
00:09:43.000 And so how about the cost of these things, right?
00:09:45.000 We've gone over the numbers.
00:09:47.000 We've gone over how they're distributed then throughout the country through TSA and CBP-1.
00:09:52.000 And now you have this news from the Associated Press.
00:09:55.000 New York governor wants to spend $2.4 billion to help with migrant influx in new budget proposal.
00:10:02.000 So that's what you get.
00:10:05.000 That's your sanctuary, New York taxpayers.
00:10:07.000 You wonder why you pay such high state income taxes?
00:10:10.000 Why your property taxes, your costs of living are so high?
00:10:14.000 It's because you're paying for all the illegals, and Governor Kathy Hochul wants $2.4 billion more for that.
00:10:20.000 There's another little battle going on regarding a Texas busing company suing Baltimore for some local regulations that are stopping, I guess, the arrival of all these migrants in their sanctuary.
00:10:35.000 Fox 32 has the report from Chicago.
00:10:38.000 Take a listen.
00:10:42.000 A Texas bus company now is fighting back launching a federal lawsuit against the city of Chicago.
00:10:47.000 It claims efforts by sanctuary cities to stop the buses from dropping off migrants is unconstitutional.
00:10:54.000 While some sanctuary cities like Chicago and New York have filed lawsuits against Texas bus companies, now they're hitting the city of Chicago right back.
00:11:04.000 This is because they've gotten their buses impounded for breaking ordinance guidelines.
00:11:09.000 That includes the likes of wind transportation, which says it's being discriminated against For doing business with the state of Texas.
00:11:18.000 The ordinance states, quote, unscheduled intercity buses shall not load slash unload passengers within the city of Chicago between the hours of 5 30 p.m.
00:11:28.000 and 8 a.m.
00:11:29.000 Monday to Friday nor at any time on Saturdays, Sundays or designated city of Chicago holidays.
00:11:35.000 These companies also need to give advance notice of their arrival.
00:11:38.000 Because the ordinance is aimed at these out-of-state bus companies, Wayne Transportation's lawyer tells me this violates the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution.
00:11:48.000 It also targets the passengers on those buses based on their migrant status and essentially national origin.
00:11:55.000 Therefore, it also violates the Equal Protection Clause and the Due Process Clause.
00:12:00.000 Since this is a migration issue, it also makes it a federal issue.
00:12:04.000 Thus violating the Supremacy Clause.
00:12:07.000 New York has filed 17 lawsuits against bus companies, Chicago filing almost 100. We are back live, and this is so rich.
00:12:18.000 You've got these sanctuary cities that want to cast moral judgment on the rest of us.
00:12:24.000 They want to morally self-preen about how accommodating and humane they are.
00:12:28.000 And then when Governor Abbott, Governor DeSantis, anyone else says, okay, you guys want to be the sanctuary.
00:12:35.000 We're sending you the third world that you seem to be willing to import to achieve that.
00:12:39.000 And when they arrive, now they're saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, these buses, they don't meet all of our regulatory demands.
00:12:44.000 And it is duplicitous, and it is the height of hypocrisy to want to get all of the moral clarity and prestige out of being a sanctuary city better than the rest of us, when in reality...
00:13:00.000 Nobody wants MS-13 living next door.
00:13:03.000 And so you should actually support policies that stop that from happening, policies that we saw during the Trump administration could certainly be replicated quite easily if there was a will to do so.
00:13:14.000 So there's another big report out of the House Judiciary Committee.
00:13:17.000 This is massive.
00:13:18.000 Chairman Jordan was talking about the manner in which major financial institutions, banks, everyone needs some sort of bank or means of transmitting funds or holding funds.
00:13:32.000 And now, because they're being pressured by the FBI and other features within our own government, they want to know, did you ever send a note to someone with a financial transaction that said MAGA on it?
00:13:45.000 Did you buy a Bible?
00:13:47.000 Did you buy a firearm?
00:13:49.000 These things compounded in the scoring system.
00:13:52.000 It's like the Chinese social credit score.
00:13:54.000 So if you bought a Bible and a gun and made a donation to a MAGA candidate within a certain period of time, oh my gosh, you might be a domestic violent extremist.
00:14:05.000 Here's Jim Jordan, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
00:14:07.000 Take a listen.
00:14:10.000 Yeah, at the request of government, you got banks searching private transactions of their customers for key search terms, keywords.
00:14:19.000 It looks like without any warrants, without any legal process.
00:14:23.000 And what were those keywords they were searching?
00:14:25.000 Did they purchase religious texts?
00:14:27.000 Did they shop at Cabela's or Bass Pro Shop?
00:14:30.000 Were they purchasing a firearm?
00:14:32.000 I mean, you go through this, Larry.
00:14:35.000 That pretty much describes the vast majority of the people in the 4th District that I get the privilege of representing, for goodness sake.
00:14:41.000 So this is financial surveillance at its worst, it looks like to us.
00:14:47.000 We're just getting into this.
00:14:48.000 We're going to do...
00:14:49.000 Transcribed interviews, depositions.
00:14:51.000 We're going to get documents.
00:14:52.000 We're going to find out how extensive this was.
00:14:54.000 But it looks like big government, big corporations working together to go after, to financially spy on American citizens.
00:15:03.000 Can I ask a dumb question?
00:15:05.000 What did Dick's Sporting Goods do wrong?
00:15:08.000 They're on the list.
00:15:10.000 No, I think, yeah, they're on the list.
00:15:12.000 They're not looking at them as, they're looking at what people bought because they think, oh, they could be a violent extremist if they're buying a firearm at Dick's Sporting Goods or they're buying a fishing pole at Cabela's and they're also purchasing religious texts at some bookstore.
00:15:26.000 Somehow that fits this program.
00:15:27.000 I tell you what this sounds like.
00:15:29.000 When you read through what the documents, the few documents we've got thus far, It sounds exactly like that memorandum in the Richmond field office that we discovered about pro-life Catholics being described as violent extremists.
00:15:42.000 It sounds just like that document.
00:15:44.000 And remember, the FBI said, no, no, that was a one-off.
00:15:46.000 That was just this one field office.
00:15:48.000 Well, now we have this that we've discovered that was much broader, working through Treasury and the FBI, it looks like, working together with corporations to target American citizens.
00:16:01.000 We're back live.
00:16:02.000 Mac Cooper on YouTube says, this is the Patriot Act.
00:16:07.000 Thanks, Patriot Act.
00:16:08.000 That's the comment.
00:16:09.000 And yeah, a lot of the vestiges of the Patriot Act ended up getting used against patriots.
00:16:14.000 That's why we should be very skeptical of these extensions of spying authority that we know are subject to abuse and, in fact, do get abused.
00:16:22.000 And speaking of abuse, we see some coming out of New York courts.
00:16:26.000 This report from NBC News.
00:16:27.000 Judge denies Daniel Penny's request to dismiss Jordan Neely's Subway chokehold death case.
00:16:34.000 A New York City judge on Wednesday declined to dismiss the case Against Daniel Penny, the Marine veteran who placed a black subway rider, Jordan Neely, in a fatal chokehold last year.
00:16:43.000 Penny, 25, pleaded not guilty in June after a grand jury indicted him on charges of secondary manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide in the May 1 death of Neely, 30, a known subway busker who performed dance routines in costume as Michael Jackson.
00:17:01.000 This is not a just outcome.
00:17:03.000 Daniel Penny is a hero who was working to ensure that everyone on that subway was safe and not subject to the very harm that was being threatened by Jordan Neely, tragically in that case.
00:17:13.000 And it always is a tragedy when there is loss of life.
00:17:17.000 We would have preferred, of course, for no one to have died in that encounter, but obviously the innocent people on that subway were grateful for That Daniel Penny was there.
00:17:27.000 Someone who actually took the role of Good Samaritan quite seriously, and he ought to have all charges dismissed.
00:17:35.000 But instead of dismissing the charges against a hero, we get this report from NBC News.
00:17:45.000 Charges dropped against New York City man accused in fatal subway stabbing.
00:17:52.000 So they'll drop the charges against someone who fatally stabs another in what appears to be a pretty awful crime.
00:18:02.000 But if it's the Good Samaritan, you have to face criminal prosecution.
00:18:07.000 That's where we are right now in this country, and we will continue to hope for a more just and righteous outcome in that case.
00:18:16.000 I also want to update you on a few things going on in the media landscape.
00:18:19.000 We get this report from the New Republic.
00:18:21.000 Baltimore Sun's new right-wing owner kicks things off by insulting everyone on staff.
00:18:26.000 And of course, the New Republic is not a place to get news.
00:18:30.000 It's just an interesting spasm from the left because David Smith...
00:18:36.000 My friend, a guy I know well, supporter of mine, he is the owner of Sinclair Broadcasting Group, and he just bought the Baltimore Sun for a nine-figure dollar amount.
00:18:49.000 And he starts his ownership tenure with a two-hour meeting where he tells the staff that he had just read the daily paper four times.
00:18:57.000 He announced that though the Sun was a profitable enterprise, it could be more profitable.
00:19:02.000 He allegedly harangued the paper for failing to focus on what he deemed were stories worth reader interest.
00:19:10.000 Smith was asked about previous comments he made in 2018 when he claimed that print media is, quote, so left-wing as to be meaningless dribble.
00:19:19.000 Smith said he stood by those comments, and again, he was asked if he felt that way about the Baltimore Sun, and he replied, in many ways, yes.
00:19:29.000 David Smith does not care about your feelings.
00:19:32.000 This guy is a titan, a media mogul, someone who understands the role of the media is not to be a filter, but to just be a microphone to allow policymakers to be able to say what they need to say.
00:19:45.000 That can be subject to fair pushback.
00:19:48.000 But all that...
00:19:51.000 The mainstream media tries to do to produce and fashion and carve narrative out of what's happening can be destructive.
00:20:00.000 And David Smith is someone who I think is going to report real news and the best days for the Baltimore Sun are undeniably through the windshield, not in the rear view with David Smith at the helm.
00:20:12.000 And as the lead owner, let's see.
00:20:15.000 Oh, we also want to talk about this Gavin Newsom story.
00:20:18.000 Let's put up the Politico Gavin Newsom story.
00:20:20.000 Gavin Newsom spikes youth tackle football ban.
00:20:24.000 Apparently there had been a push to have tackle football banned in the state of California for some youth sports, and that would have really killed the pipeline for some storied programs like USC and UCLA. California is a state that produces a lot of prep high school talent for football, and with all the changes in name, image, and likeness, college football is in an era of great change, and to cut off the pipeline of youth sports would probably continue to change that sport a great deal.
00:20:53.000 But Gavin Newsom, not siding with the Woketopians on this, who knows, might be yet another sign of the national aspirations of this very ambitious West Coast politician, but Tackle football still safe in the state of California today.
00:21:09.000 Alright, in just moments I have to go to the House floor and I have to vote against this turd sandwich of a continuing resolution.
00:21:17.000 America should not be governed by continuing resolution.
00:21:20.000 It is thoroughly unserious and it is a system designed to avoid the actual review of the agencies and the programs in the federal government.
00:21:29.000 I think it was Ronald Reagan who said that the closest thing you get to immortality is a federal program, and when we embrace this style of budgeting, we turn that into a self-fulfilling prophecy, and indeed an enduring stain on the fiscal health of our nation.
00:21:47.000 This thing's apparently going to March 1, March 8, No demand on border.
00:21:52.000 No demand to defang the weaponization of our government and sure cuts off of the Kevin McCarthy deal.
00:22:01.000 Kevin McCarthy made this terrible deal with Biden and then he had $50 billion in side deals.
00:22:07.000 Johnson Claus backed $20 billion of that, but it's not sufficient.
00:22:11.000 It's not enough.
00:22:13.000 It's not what the House of Representatives should be doing.
00:22:16.000 We have a slim majority, but we should take it out for a spin every once in a while, as my friend and colleague Chip Roy likes to say.
00:22:23.000 So we fail the test as a Republican House of fighting in this moment.
00:22:32.000 We punt.
00:22:34.000 I'll be voting no.
00:22:37.000 And then in March, we have to continue to try to break the fever.
00:22:40.000 We have to change the paradigm.
00:22:42.000 We cannot align all of this.
00:22:44.000 We're at the end, we're stuck with some massive amount of spending, an open border, and oh, by the way, another $50 billion for Ukraine or some other foreign country.
00:22:54.000 That's what I'll be fighting for.
00:22:56.000 I'm sure glad that many of you fight alongside us to see those things happen.
