Flaawsome Talk with Kjersti Flaa - Blake's new filing： Taylor knew EVERYTHING !!

00:00:00.000 Oh my god, this is just getting juicier and juicier.

00:00:08.580 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Jashti Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller,

00:00:13.220 and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion. Happy Sunday, everyone. Before I get

00:00:18.160 into all the explosive new filings in the Blake Wiley-Justin Baldoni illegal drama, I just

00:00:25.200 wanted to remind everyone to subscribe to my channel because I see that half the people

00:00:30.120 who are actually watching my videos are not subscribed yet. So I really appreciate it. If

00:00:34.820 you do that, hit the notification bell as well and hype, like, share, all that good stuff and leave

00:00:40.260 your comments below. I really, really appreciate all of your support. So yesterday I was a little

00:00:45.640 bit shocked when I saw my name popped up again in Blake Wiley's filing. This time it's a list of

00:00:52.020 people, amended list of people, that she thinks has something to say about her case, basically,

00:00:58.780 that has knowledge to this case. I am on that list. Also something that really infuriated me,

00:01:06.000 Emily Baldoni is on this list, Justin Baldoni's wife, and also Taylor Swift apparently now has a

00:01:14.440 lot of knowledge to whatever went on on the set with It Ends With Us. Also, what I predicted would

00:01:21.440 happen on Friday, if you watched my video on Friday, where I talked about how the judge did a new

00:01:27.900 ruling, which was really just on paper, where he said that Baldoni's case is now officially dismissed,

00:01:35.840 but there will be no final judgment on the case before Blake Wiley's legal fees are decided upon,

00:01:46.560 and that could take several months. So Baldoni didn't have a chance to appeal his case yet.

00:01:51.080 And as I thought, Blake would make a huge spectacle out of this and call all the media outlets to say,

00:01:58.760 hey, look, Baldoni's given up and I won, and that's exactly what they did. Also, of course,

00:02:05.900 Blake Wiley filed for more sanctions. This time she wants to punish Melissa Nathan for redacting too 1.00

00:02:13.460 much information in the documents that she provided her. And Jennifer Abel, Justin Baldoni's publicist,

00:02:21.700 has filed a second amended complaint against Stephanie Jones, who she used to work for,

00:02:27.920 who she's accused of stealing her phone and giving it to Blake Wiley. This new filing is explosive.

00:02:35.120 First, I wanted to just talk about something quickly that I spoke about on Friday, this birthing scene

00:02:41.160 that Blake Wiley claims that was such a horrific experience for her. And as I said on Friday in my

00:02:48.340 video, you should go back and watch it if you haven't yet. I spoke about how Blake Wiley's team

00:02:53.760 now wants to sanction Jamie Heath because he didn't give them the entire birthing video of his wife giving

00:03:01.080 birth because Blake found that so disturbing and found it to be adult entertainment. And she couldn't

00:03:09.320 recognize any of the clips that she had been shown by Jamie from the three and a half minute that he

00:03:15.440 gave them of that video. So she wanted to see the entire birthing video from Jamie Heath's wife. And

00:03:22.000 because he didn't give that to her, he should be punished. And she also has the judge to take away

00:03:27.200 Jamie Heath's, uh, opportunity to explain himself in court saying that he shouldn't be able to talk

00:03:33.880 about this. He shouldn't be able to witness about this. I mean, it's so beyond crazy. Anyways, thank you

00:03:40.220 Margaret for sending me this because this is such a good reminder for everyone about that birthing scene.

00:03:46.320 So there is some evidence here that I forgot about, uh, regarding that birthing scene.

00:03:54.500 There is a screenshot of the call sheet for when the birthing scene was supposed to be shot.

00:04:02.200 So they shot three scenes on this date, which was Monday, May 22nd of 2023. Two of those scenes

00:04:09.940 were in that hospital. One was when Lily is in labor, which is like the birthing scene. And the other

00:04:17.020 one is when Lily finds out she's pregnant. So the scene in question where Blake has, where Blake

00:04:24.240 Lively has claimed that she felt unsafe and the set wasn't closed. And she also claimed that Justin

00:04:29.460 Baldoni hired one of his friends to be her object just because he really wanted to look between her 0.97

00:04:34.740 legs. Yeah. Anyways. So this scene was shot on May 22nd, 2023. Later in the evening that day, 0.98

00:04:41.800 Justin and Blake had a text exchange, uh, where Justin said, I'm not going to tell you that you were

00:04:47.900 amazing because you teased me for being so sentimental, but you were amazing today.

00:04:53.120 Blake response. Thank you. I do appreciate it. I'm just a ball buster, but I mean, but it means a lot

00:05:00.420 to me. I care a great deal and always want to deliver. You were terrific. I'm proud of everything

00:05:07.320 we did today, but really every day. That's the text she sent him after that scene where she claimed

00:05:14.720 that she was basically S-H'd. I mean, it's so hilarious how she keeps telling on herself,

00:05:21.600 how is this going to look in front of a jury? Anyways, as I said, there was another filing yesterday

00:05:26.440 and my name showed up in this filing as a person who has knowledge to the case. It says that she has

00:05:33.880 amended this list now. I think she first filed it in June. And now this is the final list of people

00:05:40.060 that Blake thinks has information to support her allegation of S-H discrimination, harassment,

00:05:47.480 retaliation, and defamation tied to it ends with us and the alleged smear campaign that followed.

00:05:53.860 I apparently have knowledge to this because I posted a video of Blake Lively being rude.

00:06:00.220 So that obviously makes me a part of this alleged smear campaign that I showed Blake Lively being a bully.

00:06:06.760 I mean, as I said before, there's no logic to any of the things that she's claiming.

00:06:11.480 I think there are like 50 people on this list, including like Gigi Hadid, Hugh Jackman,

00:06:17.880 who they're saying that has knowledge about this. How did they have any knowledge?

00:06:21.760 They were not on this set. They were told things by Blake Lively. And I think Gigi Hadid

00:06:26.900 definitely do not want to get dragged into this at all. Also, now Taylor Swift knows a lot about what

00:06:35.100 went on on that set, according to Blake Lively, who's been saying this entire time that it was

00:06:41.420 Boldoni who dragged her into this. And they were like, oh, she had nothing to do with anything.

00:06:46.320 And then here, where they're listing these people who had knowledge of the situation,

00:06:52.040 it says that Taylor Swift's alleged conduct, complaints or discussions about the work environment

00:06:59.520 or conduct on the sets of the film, the production, editing, cut and creative process associated with

00:07:06.000 the film, publicity surrounding the film, their retaliation campaign alleged by Ms. Lively

00:07:12.100 and resulting damages suffered. So Taylor Swift is basically very involved here.

00:07:19.400 And we know that she is not willingly supporting Blake. So this is just ridiculous. 0.94

00:07:24.200 Same with Ryan Reynolds, who's also on this list, because we learned a few weeks ago that he's

00:07:28.660 out. He's not going to witness either. And then you have Ryan Reynolds' mom and his niece is on this

00:07:35.120 list. Like, what knowledge do they have? Ryan Reynolds' mom, because Ryan told her things? I mean,

00:07:43.880 oh my gosh. But what really pissed me off about this list, actually, is that they put Emily

00:07:49.580 Baldoni on here? Justin Baldoni's wife. This is just cruel. They're pretending here, saying that she

00:07:59.440 has knowledge about S-age and discrimination, harassing and other inappropriate or unwelcoming

00:08:06.760 actions, or comments made during production of the film, complaints or discussions about the work

00:08:13.940 environment or conduct on the set of the film, the production, editing, cut and creative process

00:08:19.060 associated with the film, efforts taken to market or promote the film, publicity surrounding the film,

00:08:24.380 the retaliation campaign alleged by Ms. Lively. Of course, Emily Baldoni is on her husband's side

00:08:30.740 here. She didn't hear about any conduct. All she could hear about is probably Justin coming home,

00:08:36.320 being so drained from having to work with Blake, who was stepping all over him during the entire

00:08:43.320 process of this film. And now they're pretending here that she knows about S-age on the set,

00:08:50.900 that she has knowledge about that. Like, what they're doing here, again, is just trying to create

00:08:55.700 this illusion that there's a lot of people who knows what went on on that set. And when they include

00:09:01.460 people like me, that is enough evidence for me that this list is just BS. But as I said before,

00:09:09.160 how Blake Lively has been, like, out there supporting other women, how that is so important

00:09:13.480 for her, while mainly in this lawsuit, except from Baldoni and Jamie Heath and Steve Sarawitz,

00:09:20.940 she's only going after women. She has dragged Taylor Swift into this. She has dragged now Emily Baldoni 1.00

00:09:28.140 into this. Like I said on Friday, she also dragged Jamie Heath's wife into this, and she's also on this list.

00:09:35.420 And as you know, Jennifer Abel, Justin Baldoni's publicist, and Stephanie Jones, Justin Baldoni's

00:09:41.040 ex-publicist, they're all women. And I think from the 107 content creators, I know of two men,

00:09:47.900 and the rest, as far as I know, of the people I know were subpoenaed were also female.

00:09:54.880 Interestingly enough, I couldn't find Andy Signor from Popcorn Planet on this list,

00:10:00.700 which I find interesting, because I'm on the list, Candace Owens on the list, Perez Hilton's on the

00:10:06.520 list, but Andy Signor is not. And he is one of the three who has received a broader subpoena,

00:10:14.460 and he's still fighting that subpoena in court in Florida. And if Blake is not mentioning him here

00:10:20.180 as someone who has knowledge to the situation, why is she going after him subpoenaing him like that?

00:10:26.360 Anyways, as I said in the beginning, I knew exactly what would happen after the judge ruled last week

00:10:33.860 when he said that he's putting a final stamp on the case Baldoni filed against Blake Lively,

00:10:41.640 Ryan Reynolds, and Leslie Sloan. That is just a practical thing that he did, like, okay,

00:10:46.360 we'll put those papers over here. And it's a nothing burger that I knew that Blake would paint

00:10:52.120 as victory in the media. And that's exactly what she did. And she made them lie about it. 1.00

00:11:00.220 I was shocked when I saw this headline on TMZ saying that Justin Baldoni accepts loss in Blake

00:11:07.600 Lively legal war, but she's not done with him. Where did he accept a loss? So what happened here is

00:11:16.900 that the judge dismissed Baldoni's case against Blake, Ryan, and Leslie Sloan back in June.

00:11:23.160 And he gave them an opportunity to amend the complaint. He gave them two or three or four

00:11:27.780 weeks, I don't remember exactly, to amend the complaint. And he chose not to. And I think the

00:11:32.440 reason for that is if he would have amended the complaint, then he wouldn't have gotten the

00:11:37.300 opportunity later on to appeal this to a higher court. And up till now, Baldoni didn't have a chance

00:11:45.000 to appeal because the judge didn't give a final judgment yet, including the legal fees that Blake

00:11:51.400 Lively is asking to get covered. And the judge said last week, no one, no one is allowed to appeal

00:11:59.100 before a rule on Blake Lively's attorney's fees. Then TMZ reports this. Baldoni looks like he's

00:12:07.500 accepted his fate in his legal war with Blake Lively because he missed the deadline to appeal

00:12:13.540 a judge's ruling that dismissed the lawsuit against her, Ryan Reynolds, and the New York

00:12:20.520 Times. And it says, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the final judgment in the case

00:12:27.440 has just been entered. And all of Justin's claims against Blake, Ryan, and the New York Times have

00:12:31.840 been thrown out of court. They have been thrown out. That's true. But the ruling came down in June

00:12:38.160 and Justin could have appealed, but a deadline came and went without him putting on a fight.

00:12:43.440 Yes, that's true. And that happened already in June. So this is not, not, not, not a new story today.

00:12:49.360 I mean, this story is so fed to TMZ by Leslie Sloan, that is ridiculous. I bet they didn't even read the

00:12:57.480 papers themselves, that they trusted her word. Because if they had read the ruling from the judge,

00:13:02.300 they would have known that this is not true. And shockingly enough, Rolling Stone did the same story,

00:13:09.320 saying Justin Baldoni misses deadline to revive 500 million lawsuit against Blake Lively.

00:13:15.340 That deadline was back in June to amend his complaint. And they're writing this now.

00:13:21.640 And they're saying here that he can't appeal. Also Daily Mail. Justin Baldoni misses court deadline

00:13:28.000 in lawsuit against Blake Lively and New York Times as her demands, as her demands are revealed. 0.93

00:13:33.700 This is just evidence that Blake is still running a smear campaign against Justin Baldoni. But what

00:13:40.560 really is shocking to me is how the media is eating this up without actually doing their due diligence

00:13:46.760 of checking the court papers themselves and what the judge actually said. This is what not actually

00:13:52.440 Golden said about it, who I follow on TikTok. She's an amazing attorney. You should follow her. 1.00

00:13:57.320 Her commentary on this case is really good. And this is what she said about that headline in TMZ.

00:14:02.180 This could not be more wrong if they try. I think they like tried. They conflated not responding to the

00:14:08.360 order to show cause with a deadline to appeal. They say that he accepted his fate by missing the

00:14:14.560 deadline to appeal when the judgment that was entered today actually literally says no one can

00:14:19.940 appeal yet. Like that's half of the point of the order is no one can appeal until we get all these

00:14:27.020 attorney's fees things figured out. It's so embarrassing. I mean, I know it's TMZ. It's not like it's,

00:14:35.920 I don't know, is there any difference anymore?

00:14:38.160 Yeah, it's so crazy to me. I feel like we can't trust any media these days. And that's really scary.

00:14:42.760 Anyways, of course, Blake filed some more motion for sanctions. She loves to punish people. 1.00

00:14:51.080 So now it's Melissa Nason, you know, the crisis expert that Baldoni hired when he was in the

00:14:58.760 middle of this drama with Blake and he was afraid that she was going to go out in the public and

00:15:04.320 smear him, which he did anyways. And then he hired this crisis management expert, Melissa Nason,

00:15:11.260 who is obviously also sued by Blake Lively. And now Blake has filed this motion to the judge to ask

00:15:17.940 him to punish her because she redacted too much of the information in a document she gave to Blake's

00:15:26.100 team. So they're saying here in this filing that they told her to remove some of the redactions and

00:15:32.360 she did, but then she added other redactions. So now they're like, let's punish her. She has to, 1.00

00:15:38.100 she has to pay for the legal fees for us to actually file this. So again, they're saying that

00:15:46.120 the real evidence, the real proof is invisible because it's behind all the redactions. And that's

00:15:53.620 exactly what she did with the signal messages that I spoke about last week as well, where she was claiming

00:16:00.500 that all the evidence were in those messages that she couldn't find because they were deleted as

00:16:08.020 soon as they were read because Baldoni's team and his PR experts and crisis management team used this

00:16:15.460 functional signal that auto deleted messages as soon as they were read, which is a normal thing to do.

00:16:21.340 Back then they said to the judge, you should tell a jury when that time comes that they have to assume

00:16:26.660 that all the evidence is in those text messages that we never saw. And that's what they're saying

00:16:34.260 here about Melissa Nathan too. In the redacted information that she gave them, that's where the

00:16:39.760 evidence is. And also for her to pay Blake Lively's attorney's fee for preparing this motion where they're

00:16:48.420 asking her to pay her legal fees for this. I think this is number nine that they file with the judge

00:16:55.860 where they want to sanction people, want them to pay them. And I think at this point, the judge must

00:17:00.420 think like this is abusive process. And you know, only this filing from Blake could cost Melissa Nathan

00:17:07.780 up to like $100,000. The amount of money that's involved here is insane. Anyways, let's get over to

00:17:15.380 Jennifer Abel who just filed her amended complaint. So Jennifer Abel was or is Justin Baldoni's publicist who

00:17:23.220 worked for Stephanie Jones and Jones' work. And Stephanie Jones wanted to punish Jennifer Abel for 1.00

00:17:29.460 leaving her company. So she took her phone away and gave it to Blake Lively's team, who allegedly

00:17:36.100 gave it to the New York Times. And now Jennifer Abel has served us some explosive new information. 0.99

00:17:44.660 So Jennifer Abel is claiming here, I'm going to go through more of this tomorrow actually, because it is

00:17:50.020 a lot. I just wanted to go through some of the most important points here, which is that Jennifer

00:17:56.260 Abel here says that she has evidence that Stephanie Jones contacted Blake Lively, that there were phone

00:18:05.060 calls between them. And if she can prove that what was in those phone calls was about her phone,

00:18:12.900 then that's explosive. Because the Van Zand sham lawsuit wasn't filed until September, or late

00:18:21.220 September. So Stephanie Jones had access to Jennifer Abel's phone for over a month before it was subpoenaed 0.99

00:18:28.580 by Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds company, Van Zand. So during that month, they were coordinating

00:18:35.620 on how they could get legal access to Jennifer Abel's phone. Jennifer Abel explains also in this

00:18:44.020 amended complaint, how she was approached by a security guard, a lawyer, and also a data expert

00:18:51.380 that could extract information from her phone. So she felt really bombarded at her office when they

00:18:57.940 said, you know, hand over your phone and we want your password as well. You will get your phone number

00:19:02.740 back. They said that's not going to be an issue. And I never gave her the phone number back.

00:19:06.820 So they had access to all her personal information, including login to her bank,

00:19:12.180 all her social media, all her text messages, all her emails, every single thing she had on that phone,

00:19:19.380 they had access to. And apparently, Stephanie Jones had access to all her personal stuff until January 0.91

00:19:27.140 through her iCloud of 2025, meaning that she also had access to her communication with her legal team.

00:19:34.740 As I said before, if she can come up with the evidence supporting everything she's saying here,

00:19:40.340 and it seems like her discovery is really on its way to reveal what this Van Zand lawsuit was all about.

00:19:48.820 And that really, really hurts Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds because they're a big part of it. It's

00:19:55.460 their company. And as you know, the only reason for filing that lawsuit was to get hold of her phone,

00:20:02.820 of Jennifer Abel's phone legally, because they decided to drop all charges the day before Blake

00:20:08.820 Lively filed her CRD complaint. It's so schemey. And this is the reason why I think right now,

00:20:16.980 Blake keeps filing this new stuff, hoping that the media will pick up some headlines

00:20:23.380 to support her because all of this stuff is so incredibly damaging to her and to Ryan Reynolds,

00:20:30.900 who was behind. He's the CEO of this company. I think this will completely ruin Stephanie Jones. 0.96

00:20:36.900 There's no way around it the way I see it. And this is devastating for Ryan Reynolds' reputation

00:20:43.220 and Blake Lively, of course, because her reputation is long gone already. She's never going to recover

00:20:48.660 from this the way I see it. I just cannot imagine anyone wanting to work with someone who's scheming

00:20:55.380 these things behind the scene to bury one of her co-workers. I just like, who wants that in their 0.53

00:21:02.020 lives? Anyways, I'll get more into this filing tomorrow when I had more time to look at specifics.

00:21:07.540 And there are some details here that I find really, really interesting. Anyways, thanks for watching,

00:21:13.140 you guys. I really hope you enjoyed this episode. And as I said in the beginning,

00:21:17.060 I would really appreciate if you like and you hype and subscribe and share and all that good stuff.

00:21:23.460 And I'll see you tomorrow.
