Flaawsome Talk with Kjersti Flaa - Judge had ENOUGH !! SLAMS Blake !! + Hollywood Face-Off ？!

00:00:00.260 From executive producer Taylor Sheridan.

00:00:02.880 Try to keep up.

00:00:03.780 Let's go!

00:00:04.680 A new era of Yellowstone begins.

00:00:07.060 Welcome to the U.S. Marshals.

00:00:09.060 Casey Dutton is back on Paramount+.

00:00:11.820 I'm changing paths.

00:00:13.340 Try to find a new beginning.

00:00:14.640 And with an elite unit of U.S. Marshals,

00:00:16.960 he's bringing range justice to Montana.

00:00:19.500 Yellowstone might be gone,

00:00:20.760 but there's still some lame eyes left behind.

00:00:23.600 Spinning already, cowboy.

00:00:25.120 Luke Grimes stars in Marshals.

00:00:26.760 New series now streaming exclusively on Paramount+.

00:00:29.840 Oh, and this just dropped another huge loss from Blake Lively.

00:00:40.040 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Kersti Flohr, journalist, Hollywood truth teller and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion.

00:00:49.540 Okay, so Blake Lively is getting really desperate.

00:00:54.640 it. Yesterday, her team sent a letter to the judge begging him not to toss her case out.

00:01:03.020 They're saying, look at the evidence. Don't just look at the law here. You have to re-evaluate

00:01:09.660 before you make a ruling. What does this really mean that she's doing this right now? Let's get

00:01:16.040 to that. Oh, and this just dropped another huge loss for Blake Lively, who's trying to sanction

00:01:24.580 Justin Baldoni's attorney, Brian Friedman, for talking about her in the press. The judge just

00:01:32.300 ruled that that motion is denied. Also, what is Blake and Ryan really doing on their social media

00:01:39.880 right now. Blake just reposted the photo of the lovey-dovey couple on her Instagram with the same

00:01:47.500 song. Now I think I found out what they really want us to know. Also someone sent me a video

00:01:55.160 from Ryan Reynolds behind the scenes of Deadpool. This truly shows what it's really like to work

00:02:02.380 with him. What a horror show. And listen to this. The Institute of Entertainment Law and Business

00:02:09.180 here in Los Angeles had a seminar in October where they put on the agenda what we could learn

00:02:16.780 from this terrible lawsuit of Blake Lively's. Lastly, let's also look at the new chipmunk

00:02:24.440 trend amongst men in Hollywood. What are they doing? It's time to stop this madness. Okay,

00:02:33.060 so let's talk about this other motion that was just denied by the judge. So the judge here is

00:02:37.680 saying that the statements that Brian Friedman made to the media were made between eight and

00:02:42.300 11 months before the then scheduled trial date in this matter. Assuming without decision that

00:02:49.280 Friedman's statements were not protected by the safe harbor of provision, plaintiff has not shown,

00:02:55.440 Blake Lively has not shown, that those statements given when they were made are substantially likely

00:03:02.440 to prejudice any adjudicative proceeding in this case.

00:03:08.120 Accordingly, the motion is denied.

00:03:11.940 There are a lot of really difficult words in there to pronounce,

00:03:15.240 so I'm not sure if I did that the right way.

00:03:18.280 So the judge is saying even if those quotes or statements

00:03:21.360 from Brian Friedman were questionable,

00:03:23.640 they were made too far from the trial

00:03:25.340 for them to actually affect the fairness of the outcome of this trial.

00:03:29.520 As you know, Blake Lively has been going hard after Brian Friedman.

00:03:34.360 She's saying that he's a part of the smear campaign.

00:03:37.340 So I guess all of that just collapsed.

00:03:40.120 I think the judge really had it with Blake Lively at this time.

00:03:44.300 He's like, girl, I've given you so many opportunities to show that you have a strong case here

00:03:50.500 and you've showed us nothing so far.

00:03:52.700 Okay, so Blake Lively filed a desperate letter yesterday to the judge

00:03:57.560 asking him not to toss her case out.

00:04:00.640 I don't know if this is a normal thing to do.

00:04:03.300 I find it really weird.

00:04:04.680 I mean, we've gotten to this point now.

00:04:06.460 It's been like one year and three months

00:04:08.380 and we've seen the evidence

00:04:09.900 and still Blake Lively's team think

00:04:12.280 that they have a strong case,

00:04:14.380 but they're so desperate for the judge

00:04:16.980 to look the other way

00:04:18.560 that they're sending him this letter

00:04:20.600 just last minute.

00:04:21.760 Okay, so what are they actually saying

00:04:23.640 in this letter?

00:04:24.640 Well, they're pointing out

00:04:25.980 that another case that just was appealed up to the second circuit which is the appellate court

00:04:32.520 in the southern new york district they made a ruling that a case could not that a certain case

00:04:39.460 could not be dismissed because they also had to evaluate all the evidence i thought the whole

00:04:46.460 point here was to trust the judge that he knows what he's doing and they do and they're just

00:04:51.580 following normal procedure. But of course, Blake Lively wants special treatment. People magazine

00:04:57.960 picked this up and says that Blake Lively defends jury trial requests in Justin Baldoni case as May

00:05:04.460 trial date looms. Blake really wants to be in front of a jury to defend these claims. It's

00:05:12.260 mind-blowing to me. It says here that Blake is pointing to a new federal appeals court ruling

00:05:19.540 as she pushes back against Justin Baldoni's effort

00:05:22.260 to have her claims dismissed ahead of their upcoming trial.

00:05:26.200 So in this ruling, Blake's attorney claims that

00:05:29.440 it would hardly serve the efficiency or just resolution of dispute

00:05:33.860 if evidence collected during the case may be enough to support the claims.

00:05:39.600 Because what Baldoni's team has told the judge so far

00:05:43.100 is that even if all the things that Blake Lively is claiming in her lawsuit

00:05:48.340 were true take that in consideration that all of them are true she still has no case and Blake's

00:05:57.720 team is arguing like but look at all the evidence that we now have it surely proves that they should

00:06:04.360 go to trial and be decided by a jury and not a judge we have no idea if the judge is going to

00:06:12.740 listen to Blake Lively's team. But the fact that they're sending this desperate letter right now

00:06:18.540 says a lot about her team's confidence. They are terrified that the judge is going to toss out a

00:06:26.520 lot of her case or maybe her entire case. Lively's team also is trying to convince the judge here to

00:06:32.300 let this go to trial by saying, you know, look how far we've come so far. We've gone through

00:06:38.260 discovery already it would be such a shame to just toss this out because we put so much work

00:06:44.000 into this basically it's so funny that they're like look at the evidence when everyone's seen

00:06:49.100 their evidence including the judge and there's nothing there what I said before is everything

00:06:56.200 Blake Lively is trying to prove against Justin backfires on her and it makes her case just weaker

00:07:05.000 the more evidence comes out from her side it's so ridiculous so yes it's heating up you guys

00:07:13.340 and I'm so curious to see what the judge says to this and also what his ruling is going to be

00:07:20.880 on both the motions that Justin Baldoni's team has filed so far motions on the pleadings I think

00:07:28.040 that's what it's called when he's only taking the law into consideration and the summary judgment

00:07:33.840 which is based on all the evidence that we have so far.

00:07:37.940 Anyways, let's look at this photo that Ryan Reynolds was the first one to post yesterday.

00:07:43.320 I mentioned it yesterday. It's a photo of him and Blake

00:07:45.760 and maybe those four people below is supposed to be their children or something.

00:07:51.380 The photo is old and now after I've done some research and some speculation here,

00:07:58.000 I think that photo is probably about 10 years old.

00:08:00.920 And the reason why I think that is because they chose this specific song to go with this photo.

00:08:07.620 And as you know, Ryan Reynolds claims to be a marketing genius.

00:08:11.720 And he's proven so many times over and over again that nothing he does is a coincidence.

00:08:18.720 And that's why I wanted to look into why he used this specific song.

00:08:22.640 The song is Time by Pink Floyd.

00:08:25.920 and after he posted it, Blake reposted it with the same song.

00:08:31.660 So the verse from the song that they chose was

00:08:34.320 Tired of lying in the sunshine, staying home to watch the rain,

00:08:37.840 you are young and life is long and there is time to kill today

00:08:41.320 and then one day you find ten years have got behind you,

00:08:44.940 no one told you when to run, you missed a starting gun.

00:08:48.080 The lyrics of this song by Pink Floyd is fundamentally about

00:08:53.020 how time reveals truth and consequences.

00:08:57.120 What I think they're trying to do here

00:08:59.180 is saying to everyone,

00:09:00.860 time will tell the truth

00:09:03.060 and critics will be proven wrong in the end.

00:09:07.140 They're also implying here

00:09:08.420 that time passes while people are being distracted,

00:09:12.780 meaning that people now finally

00:09:14.820 are only realizing the truth,

00:09:16.920 that people are starting to realize the truth.

00:09:19.120 People like us,

00:09:20.040 we didn't understand what was happening earlier.

00:09:23.020 And now the story is catching up with us.

00:09:25.940 And choosing this specific verse about missing the starting gun

00:09:29.960 sounds more competitive and confrontational than actually nostalgic.

00:09:35.540 Because when we look at the photo, we're thinking,

00:09:37.580 oh, they're celebrating that they've been together for so long

00:09:40.980 and they're putting out this romantic photo.

00:09:43.220 No, there's more to it.

00:09:45.560 They are showing that they're confident, that they have this unity together.

00:09:50.360 And it's not only the two of them.

00:09:52.240 It's also their four kids and they're showing the world what they have accomplished together.

00:09:57.720 So, yes, I don't think this is by accident at all that they chose this specific song.

00:10:04.520 And of course, Ryan Reynolds is trying to tell us something here.

00:10:08.320 Yesterday, I said he probably couldn't find a new photo of them together because they haven't really spent that much time together lately, at least.

00:10:15.760 So he posted a 10 year old photo or whatever.

00:10:18.260 But now, looking at these lyrics, and it's also saying in the lyrics, 10 years have got behind you.

00:10:26.080 So that's also why I believe that he chose this specific verse, because it's pointing out that it's been 10 years.

00:10:33.040 And that's also why I believe that there is a deeper meaning to why they chose this specific song and why he posted it first and Blake lively reposted it after.

00:10:44.460 Anyways, let me know your thoughts on that.

00:10:47.360 It was very interesting for me to look at the comment section of the People magazine article to see what they were saying about Blake Lively begging to get to court.

00:10:59.160 And I couldn't find one positive or supportive comment.

00:11:03.540 And I remember in the beginning, people were very supportive on People magazine, especially People magazine had a lot of Blake Lively supporters in the comment section.

00:11:14.140 For some reason, they're all gone.

00:11:18.600 And every time something pops up on my Instagram regarding this case,

00:11:22.460 the entire comment section is exploding with support for Justin Baldoni.

00:11:28.800 I wonder what's going to happen outside of that courthouse when they start arriving for this trial.

00:11:36.300 Are people going to show up for Justin like they did with Johnny Depp?

00:11:40.680 Are they going to be people outside with big posters saying, you know, justice for Justin?

00:11:46.180 That's going to be very interesting.

00:11:47.920 And of course, that's going to affect Blake Lively when she arrives to court.

00:11:51.080 By the way, someone sent me this video from Blake Lively arriving at Fashion Week.

00:11:56.980 I think it's a few years ago.

00:11:58.980 But looking at her face here and she's walking through the crowds,

00:12:03.120 I was thinking like, this is how I imagine it will be for her when she arrives to the courthouse.

00:12:09.200 I find it just so shocking that she wants to do this to herself.

00:12:14.500 Also, thank you, Anne, for sending me this video.

00:12:16.840 I actually had to check if this was AI because I thought it was so outrageous.

00:12:21.720 And apparently it's not AI, but it is a video of Ryan Reynolds behind the scenes when he's doing the Deadpool movie.

00:12:30.380 This really shows the true colors of who he is.

00:12:34.520 But before we get into that, I wanted to thank the two sponsors of this video, Green Chef and Honey Love.

00:12:41.500 Okay, Magnus and I love cooking together, but we're also pretty picky about what we eat.

00:12:47.440 We definitely try to avoid as much as possible overly processed food.

00:12:52.400 We want meals that are really healthy, but still taste really good.

00:12:55.940 And that's why we've been really appreciating Green Chef.

00:12:58.600 I really love that everything is built around clean eating.

00:13:02.260 Every box comes with certified organic produce and responsibly sourced protein and seafood.

00:13:09.480 So you know you're actually cooking with real ingredients,

00:13:12.640 not a bunch of fillers pretending to be healthy.

00:13:16.420 Magnus and I are especially fan of the Mediterranean and the carb smart options.

00:13:21.960 We love things like lemon herb chicken and roasted vegetables

00:13:25.560 and their amazing Mediterranean bowls that taste like something you would order at a restaurant.

00:13:30.660 And the best part is everything comes pre-portioned, so there's very little prep and no mess afterward.

00:13:36.220 And it's also good when you want to control your portions a little bit.

00:13:53.320 Green Chef has actually taught me a lot about cooking and a lot about spices,

00:13:57.060 and it really made me more creative in general.

00:13:59.740 And it's a great thing to do together with your loved one or your kids.

00:14:22.000 And a big thank you to Honey Love for sponsoring this video.

00:14:25.280 As you know, I've spoken about this brand a few times already and I've especially mentioned

00:14:30.360 how this shapewear helped me when I was dressing up in my finest at the Critics' Choice Award

00:14:36.780 earlier this year.

00:14:38.060 Honeylove really helped me feel comfortable under that tight dress.

00:14:42.460 It's soft and it lifts in all the right places without pinching you and without being uncomfortable

00:14:49.840 and you can still breathe in it and it feels luxurious.

00:14:53.560 I also love their bras.

00:14:55.980 They're so elegant and at the same time, very functional.

00:14:59.200 I love this little final touch with the lace here as well.

00:15:02.260 And these are just so soft.

00:15:05.140 It's the softest underwear I've ever owned.

00:15:07.540 These work perfectly under normal clothing, but they can also work as a sports bra.

00:15:49.280 Experience the new standard in comfort and support with Honeylove.

00:15:54.360 Okay, let's look at this video that I had to run through a program this morning

00:15:58.780 because I was like, this can't be real.

00:16:01.320 He is not such a dick to people that this clip actually shows.

00:16:05.620 But it seems like it's actually real.

00:16:09.020 So thank you, Anne, again for sending me this.

00:16:11.520 This clip is from behind the scenes of the Deadpool movie.

00:16:16.000 I don't know if it's the first one or the last one or whatever.

00:16:18.680 I'm assuming it's the first one because it shows Ryan getting eight hours of makeup on by these

00:16:27.240 amazing makeup artists. It says in the description that he spent eight hours in that chair and they

00:16:33.880 did a time-lapse to show the transformation. But then afterwards, this happened.

00:16:41.500 It's wrong.

00:16:42.580 huh that looks good yeah no it's wrong we're gonna need to start again guys oh no

00:16:52.560 me

00:16:56.220 we're not gonna do it right you know there's no point in doing it at all it's gonna be a really

00:17:04.760 how disrespectful was that these people worked eight hours and he just takes one glimpse

00:17:14.100 in the mirror and like no it's wrong and takes it all off i mean can you imagine working with

00:17:21.580 someone like that and then you start all over again and you're like maybe you could tell us

00:17:26.320 after like three hours if we're on the right track here or do you want to spend an entire day

00:17:32.540 in makeup to make you look like that and then you're like no I don't like it yeah I believe

00:17:38.520 this is one of the reasons why people don't like working with Ryan Reynolds as I've spoken about

00:17:42.980 before he is not known in this industry to be easy to work with although he fooled a lot of people

00:17:49.720 a lot of fans and journalists including me as I said before I've interviewed him many times

00:17:55.480 and I always thought he was a really nice guy but was I wrong anyways let's move on so Eve sent me

00:18:02.140 this thank you Eve I met Eve on the street here in West Hollywood yesterday and she was like hi

00:18:06.840 I watched Flossom Talk and then we started talking she's so sweet and thank you Eve for sending me

00:18:12.400 this information so interesting so this is from the Institute of Entertainment Law and Business

00:18:19.460 it is organized by the Beverly Hills Bar Association and this happened in October

00:18:25.040 and they had a weekend seminar and on this program they had this seminar it says what is

00:18:33.760 happening in defamation from Blake Lively to the Queen's Gambit two emerging issues are the

00:18:40.140 liability of producers for defamation in productions ostensibly fictional and what

00:18:45.860 happens when stars of a successful film and their publicity representatives are embroiled in libel

00:18:52.980 litigation. This panel will analyze the lessons learned from recent and pending litigation

00:19:00.080 on these issues from current practitioners. A crisis manager, a journalist will provide

00:19:07.000 their perspective as to defamation by litigation. I wish I knew about this. I would definitely

00:19:13.020 have joined this. I was a little curious to find out what the Queen's Gambit case was and I found

00:19:18.360 out that the real world champion, her name is Nona Gaprindashvili. She sued Netflix in 2021

00:19:27.460 based on one line in that TV show. And that was in the final episode. A commentator says about her,

00:19:35.420 she is the woman's world champion and has never faced men. And she said that is untrue. She said

00:19:42.540 that in 1968 she had already played dozens of games against male players. This is about chess

00:19:48.560 by the way if you haven't watched that tv show. She wanted damages from Netflix worth five million 1.00

00:19:54.380 dollars. They settled in 2022 and the settlements were not publicly disclosed and that's not very

00:20:01.180 uncommon. Most cases like this will end in a settlement but I don't think Blake Lively's case

00:20:09.100 is going to end in a settlement we saw what happened when the two of them met for a settlement

00:20:14.000 meeting uh basically nothing they couldn't agree on anything so yeah anyways but it's interesting

00:20:19.540 that they're actually putting this on the agenda what we can learn from everything that went wrong

00:20:24.640 okay so let's talk about this new trend that we've seen amongst the men in hollywood it's so

00:20:30.480 much focus on the women and what they do to their faces and their bodies and i've spoken about it 0.99

00:20:35.340 two here on my channel but then this morning I saw this story on Daily Mail and I thought yes

00:20:40.760 let's talk about the men and this new chipmunk look I mean why are they doing this to their 1.00

00:20:48.700 faces and that's the same question they're asking here it says the rise of male cheek fillers 0.88

00:20:54.680 Barry Keegan and Ryan Gosling lead stars with fuller faces but it can create dreaded chipmunk

00:21:02.840 cheeks first came botox to smooth our wrinkles and now it seems that men are jumping on the

00:21:08.380 trend for fillers to restore sagging skin too irish actor barry keegan 33 sparked teak tweakment

00:21:17.500 speculations when he attended the premiere for the peaky blinders the immortal man in new york

00:21:23.100 earlier this month so daily mail asked this dermatologist this cosmic dermatologist what

00:21:29.200 happened here and he says that when large volumes are placed through the mid-face it can create a

00:21:34.620 rounded slightly puffy appearance particularly with older hyaluronic acid fillers which are

00:21:42.060 highly hydrophilic and attract water into the tissue. In men this can soften the natural

00:21:49.660 angular structure of the face which is why poorly placed filler often looks more noticeable on male

00:21:56.320 faces. Interesting. He also says that it's a fast way to sharpen the face and look more refreshed

00:22:03.240 almost immediately. Male celebrities may opt for it because it quickly restore or enhances mid-face

00:22:10.220 structure which can soften with age or weight fluctuations. In high definition filming and

00:22:16.120 photography stronger cheekbone definition can make the face appear more angular and youthful.

00:22:22.520 Well, I think most people that do a lot to their face,

00:22:27.060 it can look nice when they don't do anything with their face or when they talk.

00:22:31.480 But as soon as they start laughing or smiling,

00:22:34.560 that's when those filled cheeks just like, poof, chipmunk, basically. 0.93

00:22:40.000 So they are giving some examples here.

00:22:42.720 Of course, they're starting with Jim Carrey here,

00:22:44.920 who everyone was in shock when they saw his new face just a couple of weeks ago.

00:22:50.040 and there were conspiracy theories everywhere that it wasn't actually him that it was a clone

00:22:54.720 that it was a double body double and he had to come out himself with a statement saying that

00:23:00.860 it's actually me then of course we have Simon Cowell he's even come out and talked about this

00:23:08.080 he looks yeah I just wish that he wouldn't have done all of this to his face and I think at this

00:23:13.700 point he kind of wishes that he didn't do it either because as you can see it went so far

00:23:20.000 and he looks really weird and then they have Tom Cruise here I remember also thinking like oh Tom

00:23:28.480 Cruise's face started to look a little puffy in this photo that they chose here it's definitely

00:23:34.640 very obvious that his cheeks look very full and for being so toned and always in good shape

00:23:42.860 It's weird that his face looks so much chubbier when he got older.

00:23:47.640 But anyways, who knows?

00:23:49.380 I guess these are just speculations, you guys.

00:23:52.460 Also, this was quite shocking.

00:23:54.480 I hadn't seen this before.

00:23:55.600 But this is Barry Keegan when he showed up at the premiere of Peaky Blinders.

00:24:01.580 I think he's turning into a woman. 0.88

00:24:03.860 The face with the fillers of the lips and the eyes.

00:24:08.000 It looks like he has makeup on maybe.

00:24:10.500 And his cheeks are fuller.

00:24:12.360 Yeah, I don't know. And then we have Ryan Gosling. He was on Jimmy Fallon the other day

00:24:17.360 with his wife, Eva Mendes. They were celebrating her 52nd birthday and people were reacting to

00:24:24.200 his face saying that he also had a much fuller face now than when he was younger. And you can

00:24:29.600 especially see when he's smiling that he's getting those little chipmunk cheeks. It's weird to me 0.99

00:24:34.980 that someone like him would actually do that. But I guess the men are feeling the pressure as well

00:24:41.060 of not aging in Hollywood that it's not only the women that have to feel this pressure of being so

00:24:46.940 super skinny and beautiful and look so much younger than they actually are. The men are

00:24:52.440 feeling the same pressure. And even when someone like Daniel Craig, Mr. James Bond, is filling up

00:24:59.680 his face as they are pointing out here. And when you look at the picture of him playing James Bond

00:25:05.700 and how hollow his face was at the time.

00:25:08.380 And now he's got those full cheeks.

00:25:10.880 It also looks a little bit suspicious to me.

00:25:13.740 Maybe he was a lot skinnier when he was playing James Bond.

00:25:16.600 I'm assuming that he was in his best shape ever.

00:25:18.940 And then maybe he gained a little weight.

00:25:20.620 But I don't know.

00:25:21.360 Let me know what you think.

00:25:22.560 And of course, they're mentioning Zac Efron.

00:25:25.460 I am so upset that Zac Efron did this to his face.

00:25:29.680 He was such a good looking boy.

00:25:32.160 And even before he turned 30, I remember Magnus coming back from a press conference he did with Zac Efron and he had taken a lot of photos of him.

00:25:41.600 And I looked at the photos and I was like, wow, what happened to Zac Efron?

00:25:47.120 All of a sudden, his chin was just like much wider.

00:25:50.480 And he actually came out and commented on it and said he had to do surgery after an accident or whatever.

00:25:56.240 But his entire face looks very different.

00:25:58.520 He obviously did Botox around his eyes and his forehead and fillers.

00:26:04.480 He did so much to that beautiful face and it really breaks my heart.

00:26:09.660 Guys, you have to stop this.

00:26:11.960 Finally, another good-looking man that did some weird stuff to his face, David Beckham.

00:26:18.960 Why?

00:26:19.900 He's also one of those naturally good-looking guys.

00:26:23.840 Like, why would they do this?

00:26:25.980 Look at his puffy face.

00:26:27.480 He kept his wrinkles around the eyes and the forehead, but his cheeks are just standing out, looking really weird.

00:26:34.860 I do miss Bradley Cooper on this list, by the way.

00:26:37.820 They didn't mention him here.

00:26:39.080 We talked so much about him anyways, when he showed up with a completely new face last year as well.

00:26:45.420 At least you could see it was still him, though.

00:26:47.260 He didn't have to come out with a statement saying, it's me, I just did a lot of stuff to my face.

00:26:52.460 The thing is, none of these guys would really come out publicly and admit that they did something,

00:26:57.720 except actually Simon Cowell, because it was unavoidable at that point,

00:27:02.780 because people were like, who are you?

00:27:05.860 Anyways, that's it from you guys.

00:27:08.480 I hope you're going to enjoy this weekend and that you're going to enjoy the Oscars.

00:27:12.440 It's going to be really interesting to see how many new faces are going to show up at the red carpet this Sunday.

00:27:19.780 Anyways, that's it from you guys.
