00:00:58.500 because now Justin Baldoni and the Wayfair parties

00:01:08.780 A lot of video evidence, text messages, emails, audio recording.
00:01:13.780 I'm not going to go through all of it
00:01:15.360 but I'm going to go through the most explosive new stuff that we have.
00:01:18.740 And also, interestingly enough, Blake Lively did not file a summary judgment.
00:01:24.680 I don't know if she's planning not to do it at all
00:01:26.860 or if they just missed the deadline.
00:01:29.220 So a party will file a summary judgment to tell the judge
00:01:32.520 look at all of this evidence, look at all these legal arguments.

00:02:53.500 That Lively's reputation may have suffered is a result of her own ill-advised public statements

00:04:19.340 And how Baldoni explains it is that he said that it is hot in this bar

00:05:55.700 saying that Lily would, of course, spend $5,000 on shoes.
