00:01:47.340 The judge allowed both parties to argue about 30 minutes each

00:01:51.720 and he also allowed them to file a letter maximum two pages before this hearing yesterday.

00:01:57.800 So this meeting was basically about who has the burden of proof for Blake Lively's attorney's fees

00:02:41.220 major thing that happened yesterday basically was that Blake's team told the judge that they believe

00:04:54.500 quantify the reach of the allegation from the complaints by Baldoni that branded Miss Lively

00:04:59.960 a liar. As you know Blake had already eight experts who had calculated how much this had

00:05:07.400 cost her in lost work so yes I'm guessing she's ready to contact those people again and make

00:05:14.300 them write some more of these ridiculous expert reports. Anyways, there was a poll in the Daily

00:05:21.060 Mail asking if people think that Blake deserves attorney's fees. And apparently I said no. And

00:05:29.640 it says here that 87% of people agree with me. 5% says she does. And I think that mirrors the

00:05:37.960 public opinion right now that 5% is on Blake Lively's side and 95% is on Justin Boltoni's

00:05:46.160 side. The rest of this percentage said we need to have more information. So those are the people

00:05:50.460 who obviously didn't read up on this case and they said, I don't know, but interesting stuff.

00:05:55.760 Apparently the judge's reaction to Michael Gottlieb, Blake's attorney, when he presented

00:06:00.040 this like mini trial for Blake's attorney's fees, the judge said, all of which without a jury.
