00:00:00.000 And let's look at how Ryan is now begging Sandra Bullock for help.
00:00:08.680 Hi and welcome to Blossom Talk.
00:00:10.500 I'm Jashti Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller,
00:00:13.240 and your voice of reason in a town built on the illusion.
00:00:18.080 Okay, I think every single interview that Ryan Reynolds does right now
00:00:22.500 is backfiring on him.
00:00:24.820 Now Spencer Pratt is even weighing in here.
00:00:27.500 And let's look at how Ryan is now begging Sandra Bullock for help
00:00:31.900 and how he can't even remember what movies he put his own wife in.
00:00:37.620 And by the way, he's not referring to his wife as his wife anymore.
00:00:42.140 She is Blake Lively.
00:00:44.660 And how is this even possible?
00:00:47.040 People magazine did five articles on Ryan Reynolds in less than 36 hours.
00:00:54.760 So if anyone's still wondering if People Magazine is a trustworthy publication, well, here's your answer.
00:01:02.420 Also, big kudos to Lauren over at Court of Random Opinion here on YouTube,
00:01:07.780 who did an amazing interview with Steve Sarowicz.
00:01:11.160 Steve Sarowicz is the billionaire who's backing Wayfair Production Company,
00:01:16.300 who's also close friends with Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath,
00:01:19.600 and who was also dragged into this lawsuit and painted in the New York Times
00:01:25.840 as one of the men who S.H. Blake Lively.
00:01:29.500 Now he's opening up about how incredibly painful this has been for him
00:01:34.140 and how his daughter's life was threatened because of this lawsuit
00:01:38.400 and also how grateful he is for the content creators who kept chasing the truth.
00:01:44.720 And we have a new amended complaint from James Svitushka,
00:01:48.060 the Daily Mail reporter who's suing the Daily Mail.
00:01:51.740 And in his new filing, he describes exactly what happened behind the scenes
00:01:56.540 involving, of course, Blake Lively's publicists,
00:02:00.160 lawyers for the Daily Mail,
00:02:02.320 Brian Friedman, Justin Baldoni's attorney.
00:02:05.520 Yeah, it's a huge mess.
00:02:07.980 And while Blake Lively is calling the paparazzis to take pictures of her
00:02:11.860 and her super expensive designer bags,
00:02:14.780 Justin Baldoni continues his work to help victims of DV.
00:02:20.200 This latest video is so inspiring and so heartwarming.
00:02:24.540 Anyways, today is the deadline for both parties in this case
00:02:29.740 to tell the judge why he should still keep the rest of their evidence sealed.
00:02:35.580 So by midnight tonight, we'll get to know what Blake Lively still wants to hide from you.
00:02:40.640 I'm assuming she's the party here who wants to keep everything hidden
00:02:44.160 Because as you know, the Wayfair parties even created a website to let the public see all their evidence.
00:02:52.180 So yes, stay tuned for more updates soon.
00:02:56.300 Anyways, let's get into it.
00:02:57.780 As I've been talking about for a couple of days now,
00:03:00.240 Ryan Reynolds is out and about promoting his new movie, Mayday, with Kenneth Branagh.
00:03:05.340 And poor Kenneth Branagh had to sit next to him throughout all these interviews
00:03:09.580 and brag about how amazing and collaborative and generous Ryan Reynolds really is and everyone's
00:03:16.160 like no not buying it can I but good try anyways this article caught my attention in the daily
00:03:24.280 mail today where Spencer Pratt of all people as you know he's into politics now he was running
00:03:31.480 for mayor in LA now I know women have always been crazy we've lost our humanity but anyways now he
00:03:37.520 is going after ryan reynolds here because ryan did an interview with variety yesterday where he
00:03:43.480 talked about the 80s and he was painting the 80s to be brutal and spencer pratt is not having it so
00:03:51.620 it says here that spencer pratt rips tool ryan reynolds over his woke comments about how scary
00:03:59.980 and traumatic the 1980s were hollywood is seriously its own worst enemy and they're
00:04:06.160 Quoting Ryan Reynolds' interview with Variety here, where he said that what's interesting is when you get far enough away from a time period that's distinct, there's always a lovely feeling associated with it.
00:04:16.760 It's almost like you pave over all the trauma with puppy dogs and ice cream.
00:04:21.300 The 80s was a brutal, brutal time for people, he said.
00:04:25.440 It was an effing mess, and people forget that.
00:04:27.740 It was tremendous.
00:04:29.040 It was a tremendous strife.
00:04:30.520 sociopolitical tensions everywhere and we're still pretty fresh of Cuban
00:04:35.120 missile crisis which was only 15-20 years before. I mean that's not really
00:04:40.460 fresh of something something that happened 20 years ago but anyway.
00:04:43.840 You know it's a it's a tumultuous period but you look back at it now you're like
00:04:48.180 oh yeah Top Gun! Gain! Like no it was like really scary.
00:04:52.480 And so Spencer Pratt weighed in here on Ryan Reynolds who now has a voice because
00:04:58.600 of his political engagement. So Spencer Pratt posted this on X. He said, here I am trying to
00:05:06.060 bring back American film jobs and then these tools keep saying stupid crap like this and making every 1.00
00:05:12.540 normal American hate them. I have to say I don't think it's outrageous what he said about the 80s 0.99
00:05:18.100 although you have to keep in mind Ryan Reynolds was a very small child in the 80s so what does
00:05:23.060 he really know about living through the 80s but i think what this means basically is that people
00:05:29.380 just jump on any opportunity to go after ryan reynolds now and the media will pick it up i
00:05:35.880 have to say though when this popped up on my instagram feed this morning i was like okay this
00:05:40.160 guy gets it his name is wesley austin he's a lawyer and a comedian a lot of you guys also
00:05:46.520 sent me this clip and i think what he said about this ryan reynolds 80s stuff was really spot on
00:05:52.780 You were four. And what are you wearing around your neck? It looks like a hose off of a Dyson.
00:05:59.300 I'm starting to think that Ryan's internal threat detector is wired backwards.
00:06:03.800 The 80s? Terrifying. Brutal. I barely made it out alive. Blake Lively? She seems stable. Let's have
00:06:11.720 four children. Ryan, the 80s were awesome. We had Top Gun, Van Halen, and nobody knew Blake Lively
00:06:19.560 yet. Yeah, the 80s were better because we haven't even heard about Blake Lively yet. I guess she
00:06:25.080 wasn't even born at that point. Anyways, I kept watching some press junket interviews from Mayday
00:06:31.360 with Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh appeared in these TV interviews. And this one really caught
00:06:37.460 my attention where Ryan Reynolds was asked about all the celebrity cameos that he put in the movie
00:06:45.360 free guy and he was counting them up trying to remember all of them and then he said this
00:06:53.040 first of all they weren't in free guy so he doesn't remember if he put his own wife and his
00:07:09.240 child in free guy he put both of them in deadpool as the visuals here were showing and we know what
00:07:18.720 happened to his child in deadpool by the way there is there was a lot of talk about what he made her
00:07:24.620 say that was really really inappropriate but anyways the fact that he doesn't even remember
00:07:31.120 if he put his wife in a movie or not says a lot i think and also one thing that really stood out for
00:07:38.240 me was that he was mentioning his wife by her first and last name while he was talking about
00:07:45.040 his daughter as his daughter so it's obvious that he's trying to distance himself from his wife just
00:07:52.660 calling her Blake Lively instead of my wife I mean don't you agree would you talk about your
00:08:00.400 significant other with first and last name especially when everyone knows who she is
00:08:04.900 Why would you say Blake of Lively?
00:08:07.600 Anyways, here's another interview where he was asked who he would call if he had a mayday in real life.
00:08:15.580 And this journalist says specifically, you can't say Blake Lively or Hugh Jackman.
00:08:20.800 Who else would you call?
00:08:22.340 And Ryan says, oh, man, I had a mayday today on a trivia question and I called Sandra Bullock.
00:08:28.380 OK, and she picked up.
00:08:30.340 That's like the biggest flex of all time.
00:08:32.400 No, but the question was a trivia question about Miss Congeniality.
00:08:34.900 Oh, so then you could use a Sandra Bullock card.
00:08:37.220 And I used the, I had to phone a friend in this game.
00:08:40.660 And you got it.
00:08:41.200 And I called the ultimate friend.
00:08:42.920 Sandra Bullock.
00:08:43.760 Yes.
00:08:44.260 Yeah, he already called Sandra Bullock that day and she picked up.
00:08:48.660 He had to emphasize that she actually picked up.
00:08:51.320 As I talked about before, Ryan is trying to use all his celebrity friends now,
00:08:56.080 reminding them that he exists.
00:08:58.480 And he keeps posting old clips from movies he was in with other big stars.
00:09:04.900 One of them being Sandra Bullock, he did post a little clip from the proposal and Sandra Bullock actually commented on it.
00:09:13.540 So she is, I guess, the only other celebrity that's still supporting Ryan Reynolds, except from Hugh Jackman, which is not a great look for Sandra Bullock right now.
00:09:25.340 She's out promoting her own movie with Nicole Kidman.
00:09:28.620 So she's been everywhere.
00:09:29.820 And there was also a pretty damaging article about her in the Daily Mail not too long ago talking about how after her boyfriend passed away very tragically by ALS three years ago, it said in the article in the Daily Mail that Sandra was controlling and she wouldn't let him be with his family and she doesn't have any contact with his family now.
00:09:57.300 she hasn't even seen his daughter that they raised together since he passed away. I have to say,
00:10:04.480 though, I don't know her side of the story here. They're mentioning in this article that Sandra said 0.98
00:10:09.880 that it was her boyfriend's choice not to share his diagnosis with the world. And for her to keep 0.94
00:10:17.580 it a secret was hard for her, but it was his wish. But this article said that his family did not
00:10:24.020 believe that i don't know where the truth lays here and he recently passed away so i don't know
00:10:29.740 if i want to speculate too much in that i'm sure she's still grieving a lot from that loss but
00:10:34.880 anyways watching these interviews with ryan and these reporters makes me embarrassed for being 0.95
00:10:41.880 an entertainment reporter myself the level of kiss ass here is outrageous we're just being buddies 0.83
00:10:49.520 We're both named Ryan, so we could be buddies. 0.96
00:10:51.160 We could be buddies.
00:10:51.720 We could be buddies.
00:10:52.460 Are we buddies?
00:10:53.240 We're buddies.
00:10:53.940 We're buddies.
00:10:54.600 Okay.
00:10:55.280 These reporters think that they're publicists. 0.72
00:10:58.920 They're there to just make the celebrity feel good about themselves.
00:11:02.700 No one's really asking any real questions.
00:11:05.360 And that's also why these interviews have like 450 views on YouTube.
00:11:10.660 No one's interested anymore to see reporters sucking up to celebrities.
00:11:16.000 It's just embarrassing.
00:11:17.180 I remember from when I did these interviews myself of how other reporters would do that constantly.
00:11:24.880 And not only to the celebrities, but to their publicists as well.
00:11:28.820 It was so fake.
00:11:30.400 Everything in that world is so fake.
00:11:32.620 And watching these reporters being so excited to talk to celebrities is like, maybe you shouldn't have that job.
00:11:39.020 Yeah, and talking about bad reporters, this blew my mind.
00:11:44.000 Can you believe that People Magazine published five articles about Ryan Reynolds in less than 36 hours?
00:11:55.580 I mean, it is so embarrassing.
00:11:59.340 I'm not even going to read all these headlines as you can see them here.
00:12:03.420 They're all just meaningless, pointless, very, very short articles with two quotes from Ryan Reynolds.
00:12:10.780 And if anyone is still wondering if People Magazine has any integrity left, well, here's your answer.
00:12:18.960 Okay, so let's jump to this beautiful interview that Lauren from Court of Random Opinion did with Steve Sarowitz.
00:12:26.040 Steve Sarowitz is one of the founders of the Wayfair Studios.
00:12:31.400 He's backing it financially.
00:12:32.960 He's been backing this lawsuit financially as well.
00:12:36.180 It has cost him a lot of money, by the way.
00:12:38.760 and he was portrayed by Blake Lively and her team as the evil billionaire who wanted to spend a
00:12:46.300 hundred million dollars to bury Blake Lively. Well the truth tells another story and now
00:12:53.020 Steve is opening up to Lauren. I will link this entire video below here so you can watch the
00:12:58.780 entire interview. He also talks about how disappointed he was or he is by the New York
00:13:04.000 Times reporting. You might remember that he was also mentioned in that article as one of the people
00:13:11.020 S-aging Blake Lively. She claimed that he came to the set when she did that birthing scene
00:13:17.180 just to watch her with little clothes on in a vulnerable position. He wasn't even there during
00:13:25.580 that scene and even though the media didn't really pick this up his daughter's life was threatened
00:13:32.600 because of this lawsuit and I just felt so badly that her senior year was ruined you know through
00:13:39.100 someone's ill intentions and I felt like wow you know like and I really believed that they were
00:13:45.860 going after me not her but the person who made that threat on her thought that they would
00:13:52.780 maybe back me down from doing certain things I was doing such as the court case yeah can you imagine
00:13:58.900 all the harm and all the pain that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' actions has had
00:14:06.120 on other people. Not only the people that were directly involved in these lawsuits,
00:14:12.040 but their families, their friends, the people they work with. I mean, the damage she has done
00:14:18.460 is just mind-blowing. Steve also talks about how grateful he is for the content creators,
00:14:24.700 by the way and how disappointed he was by mainstream media because they as you know
00:14:30.260 were not telling the truth here i wanted to say thank you to you and not just to you but to all
00:14:36.300 the wonderful content creators who stood by us over the last couple years as we were being attacked
00:14:41.840 i going into this would have thought that traditional media quote-unquote traditional
00:14:46.140 media would have been more honest and more of a source of truth and i would have maybe dismissed
00:14:51.540 social media and just the wild wild west and i was very impressed that yeah about 90 of the
00:14:58.580 content providers on social media and maybe a couple dozen of you at least
00:15:03.320 really were interested in the truth yeah and he also said here he never received an apology from
00:15:11.140 the new york times they never corrected anything as you know all big liby's sh claims were tossed
00:15:17.560 out. But these men, Steve Sarowicz, Jamie Heath, Justin Baldoni, still have to live with having
00:15:24.460 their names in that article with those accusations for the rest of their lives. Because it doesn't
00:15:30.440 look like the New York Times is ever going to correct the harm that they caused all these
00:15:37.160 individuals. Anyways, please go over and watch the entire interview and support Lauren over there.
00:15:42.720 i think she did such a wonderful job here anyways let's get into this new filing from james vitushka
00:15:50.060 the daily mail reporter and all the juicy stuff that he's revealing now and let's look at this
00:15:55.540 video of justin baldone in the uk where he took the opportunity to meet some new people and to

00:17:58.620 This stuff surrounding this Daily Mail reporter is so juicy.
00:18:03.340 We've been told so many versions of the truth when it comes to what really happened here.
00:18:08.140 So James Vitushka used to work for the Daily Mail and he was writing a lot of stories
00:18:13.180 surrounding the drama happening on the set of It Ends With Us.
00:18:16.860 He was fed from both sides what really happened and what was going on on the set.
00:18:21.940 And as I shared the other day, in this amended complaint, he also attached some new evidence,
00:18:29.260 some of it not putting Leslie Sloan, Blake Lively's publicist, in a very good light.
00:18:34.540 And here we have more of the backstory of what really happened.
00:18:40.340 So the reason why James Vitushka was dragged into this is because he shared some text messages
00:18:47.120 from his phone or some screenshots with Brian Friedman and the Wayfair parties.
00:18:53.580 And that text message, he says, was taken out of context.
00:18:58.240 So it looked like it meant something different than what he actually meant to say in the text message.
00:19:04.320 So the text message was basically him saying to Melissa Nathan after Blake Lively had filed her lawsuit
00:19:12.420 that hey now they're saying that she was s-aged or s-aid why didn't leslie sloan tell me anything
00:19:19.920 about that back then as i said leslie sloan kept feeding james sutushka negative stories
00:19:26.340 about justin boldoni and james thought at this point like why didn't she tell me there was s-age
00:19:32.180 going on that's huge why did she keep that a secret and i totally agree very strange that
00:19:39.500 Leslie Sloan did not feed him anything about that because that was a big part of her lawsuit 0.86
00:19:45.960 and of course her publicist would know about that. Anyways then Vitushka said that he never allowed
00:19:53.200 Brian Friedman to use that text message in their filings and he was angry about it and then Brian
00:19:59.400 Friedman did a correction about that and took out his name and his photo but then the Daily Mail was
00:20:05.860 really upset with James Vitushka because he was dragged into this legal mess. And then Leslie
00:20:12.240 Sloan subpoenaed James Vitushka and the Daily Mail. The Daily Mail was like, hey, we do not
00:20:19.840 want to be subpoenaed here. We do not want to show any communication. We don't want anyone to know
00:20:24.800 how we work here. And so according to James Vitushka, they made an agreement with Leslie
00:20:31.280 Sloan that if James Vytushka corrected his sworn statement that he had said about what really
00:20:40.220 happened here, if he corrected that and said that, you know, this was all a misunderstanding
00:20:45.340 and this never happened, blah, blah, blah, then Leslie Sloan would withdraw her subpoena.
00:20:53.680 So the Daily Mail, according to James Vytushka, pressured him to correct his first sworn
00:21:01.000 statements about it and change his story up. And that made him look like a liar and very 0.78
00:21:07.700 unreliable. And then according to this new filing, Leslie Sloan tipped off Deadline and other outlets 0.66
00:21:16.160 to portray James Vitushka as a liar after he was pressured to sign the statement that he didn't
00:21:24.800 even believe was true himself and he also added evidence that he said that he didn't feel
00:21:31.480 comfortable about signing this and also he wanted to have his own attorney and the daily mail said
00:21:37.140 no no no no no don't get your own attorney here we will represent you blah blah blah and he and
00:21:43.780 they also according to him said that don't do anything in writing anymore we don't want any
00:21:49.640 paper trails here just like stay away from writing anything down and now in this new filing he's not
00:21:57.180 really blaming brian friedman anymore because he said in his first statement that he felt that he
00:22:03.860 never allowed brian friedman to use these text messages in the lawsuit but now he's saying that
00:22:10.680 that's not really what happened so he's not basically accusing brian friedman of being
00:22:17.460 unethical anymore he's saying that he did use the text message without the context without the
00:22:23.920 necessary context but he's not saying that he didn't allow him to use the text messages anymore
00:22:30.920 which is important then brian friedman wanted to subpoena james vitushka and he was fine with that
00:22:38.720 so he told the daily mail he wanted the truth to come out at this point but the daily mail said no
00:22:44.300 and went behind his back and fought off this subpoena,
00:22:48.140 which James Wytushka claims he never asked for.
00:22:51.960 Because at this point, James knew that his reputation would get ruined
00:22:56.800 because he changed up his story.
00:22:58.740 What kind of journalist are you when you're changing up your story
00:23:01.600 in a sworn statement too?
00:23:04.600 So he was terrified for his career at this point.
00:23:08.580 And that's why he also hired his own attorney.
00:23:11.900 So he hired Mark Garagos.
00:23:14.300 who is friends with brian friedman i had mark garagos here on my channel by the way he is known
00:23:20.560 in the industry for being pretty serious so mark garagos wrote a letter to the daily mail and say
00:23:27.620 saying that james sutushka should have whistleblower protection so they can't do anything
00:23:34.140 to him they can't punish him in any way if he decides to come out and tell the truth which he
00:23:40.620 wanted to do at this point and then blake lively put him as a witness on her witness list and how
00:23:49.980 does daily mail react to that they remove around 500 articles that james sutushka wrote for the
00:23:59.080 daily mail so he has zero bylines from three over three years of work that he did for them
00:24:06.080 So for James Sutushka, this is devastating.
00:24:10.200 Obviously, I did go in and check and his bylines are gone.
00:24:14.180 You can't find any articles written by James Sutushka in the Daily Mail anymore.
00:24:19.300 And as I mentioned before, his byline, his name was on that first article that hit the Daily Mail when Leslie Sloan or after Leslie Sloan had called him and told him that everyone on the set of It Ends With Us hates Justin Baldoni.
00:24:35.080 Baldoni and they unfollowed him and blah blah blah and James Svitushka was the one who published
00:24:41.200 that article but not anymore because his name is gone so in this new filing as I mentioned the
00:24:46.740 other day James attached a couple of things that looks really bad for Leslie Sloan if you watched
00:24:53.220 my if you watched my video a couple of days ago I read some of the things that she had told him
00:24:58.880 that he shared with his editor over at Daily Mail
00:25:02.540 when she said, amongst other things,
00:25:04.500 terrible things about Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid.
00:25:07.880 And he basically said that she would call him
00:25:10.560 and talk trash about a lot of other celebrities
00:25:14.000 so that they could do favorable articles 0.53
00:25:16.440 about her own clients, amongst them being Blake Lively.
00:25:21.240 Now James is saying that he has a lot of Slack messages,
00:25:25.280 emails, texts, and handwritten notes
00:25:27.240 and identified witnesses and correspondence with Mark Aragos
00:25:33.220 and more evidence that he's going to add to this case.
00:25:37.980 So Daily Mail hasn't responded to this, by the way, yet.
00:25:42.060 They probably will try to dismiss this case, obviously.
00:25:44.960 So now the big question is, was James pressured into signing a carefully negotiated statement
00:25:52.540 to try and help Leslie Sloan and protect the Daily Mail
00:25:57.820 and block his own testimony
00:26:00.740 so that they could create a misleading public narrative
00:26:04.980 that would just paint James Wytushka as this liar
00:26:09.900 and also make Brian Friedman look really bad.
00:26:14.120 I don't know where the truth lays when it comes to this story.
00:26:16.920 I've only seen the evidence from James Wytushka here.
00:26:19.760 I look forward to seeing how Daily Mail will defend themselves against this and I will definitely report on that as well.
00:26:27.640 Anyways, before I go, I just wanted to share this beautiful clip of Justin Baldoni where he is in Bristol in the UK and he met this woman.
00:26:37.000 Her name is Shauna and she's a social worker and a surfer and she wanted to combine the two things to help victims get over their trauma
00:26:46.480 By teaching them how to surf and be out in nature and Justin was really supportive of that and they made this video together
00:26:53.200 Hey everybody, I have not done one of these in a long time
00:26:57.240 I'm here in Bristol England at the wave
00:27:02.800 With my new friend Shona
00:27:04.800 Shona is a surf coach here. She has been
00:27:08.140 Doing her best to help me
00:27:10.180 My kids are amazing, but surfing has been so important for me in my heart over the last couple years and
00:27:16.480 we've had some amazing conversations we have we have i came up and spoke to justin yesterday
00:27:23.200 and the idea is to be able to empower women through being in the water we both know how
00:27:29.200 important surfing has been for us and it's to bring that opportunity to other people who have
00:27:34.640 experienced corners i think they should be all over the world and if you happen to live in the
00:27:38.800 uk or if you can just follow shona and the water women project um i think that would be amazing
00:27:45.200 and i and i am so grateful for me and please follow i'm gonna i'll put like the link thing
00:27:51.380 i don't even know how instagram works anymore but i'm gonna put the link thing here and um
00:27:56.760 all right bye everybody yes a very different look from what blake lively has been up to
00:28:02.560 since the settlement as you might remember her lawyer sigree mccauley came out and said you will
00:28:08.280 see a lot more of advocacy work from Blake Lively in the near future. We haven't seen any of it.
00:28:15.700 We've only seen Blake Lively out and about with super expensive designer bags and shoes and that's
00:28:21.720 it. While Justin has been through hell for the last couple of years and he still takes the time
00:28:27.340 to do good work and I have to say when you look at his face and his energy in this video he just
00:28:32.880 looks so healthy and as so many people has described him that he radiates kindness and good
00:28:39.200 energy i think this video really shows that but anyways i've never met justin i hope i will one
00:28:45.280 day though but i just thought that was a great ending before the weekend so i wish everyone a
00:28:50.120 happy weekend and so does oscar my executive producer and oscar wanted to remind everyone
00:28:55.580 to subscribe to my channel right oscar and hit the notification bell as well he's not really keen on
00:29:02.580 being on camera he just wants to go back to napping right Oscar okay anyways have a lovely
