00:00:30.000 Did Blake Lively just tell on herself that she committed tax fraud?
00:00:40.040 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Ashley Flo, a journalist, Hollywood truth teller and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion.
00:00:48.560 First of all, thank you so much to everyone who supported me in that Daily Mail article.
00:00:55.220 As I reported on yesterday, there was an article about me in the Daily Mail saying that I demand an apology, which I really didn't do.
00:01:03.020 I just said that, you know, Blake should probably apologize to a lot of other people before she apologizes to me.
00:01:08.560 And we know that's never going to happen anyways.
00:01:10.660 But there were some mean comments there that I read here on my channel.
00:01:14.380 And I looked at the article this morning and there was so much support there.
00:01:17.560 And I have my suspicions that you guys went on there and supported me.
00:01:22.640 And for that, I'm so grateful.
00:01:24.640 You guys are just amazing.
00:01:26.800 I'm so glad that I have this team around me of people who are also searching for the truth.
00:01:33.860 So thank you guys so much for that.
00:01:36.180 There is a lot of opposition going on out there right now.
00:01:39.180 Jed Wallace, remember that hired gun that Blake accused of being the brain behind this smear campaign?
00:01:47.120 He appealed his lawsuit against her.
00:01:50.920 And also Andy Signor from Popcorn Planet here on YouTube appealed the ruling of the court in Florida,
00:01:58.380 who said that he is not a journalist, so he should not have reported privilege, which is BS.
00:02:05.040 Also, did Blake Lively just tell on herself that she committed tax fraud?
00:02:11.840 This is super interesting.
00:02:13.940 And we have to look into that company and the report that I have spoken about the last couple of days.
00:02:20.040 The one that connected Taylor Swift's cyber attack to Blake Lively's astroturfing.
00:02:26.780 I've seen the report and this is such a sham.
00:02:31.420 And Blake and Ryan is on a roll here trying to punish people.
00:02:36.040 That's all they do all day long these days.
00:02:38.660 They're just filing for more sanctions.
00:02:41.160 And now they have responded again.
00:02:43.980 They want to punish Steve Sarovitz and Jennifer Abel for being a part of the lawsuit against them for defamation.
00:02:53.240 Now Ryan Reynolds' text messages got involved here.
00:02:56.740 This is getting really interesting.
00:02:58.480 Also, thanks to Elsie, another content creator here, for counting how many times Blake Lively said sexy when my man Magnus was interviewing her.
00:03:09.840 It turned out to be more times than she's accusing Justin Baldoni of.
00:03:14.860 Okay, let's quickly go into this Jed Wallace appeal.
00:03:18.260 As you know, he sued Blake Lively for defamation for mentioning his company and himself personally in that New York Times article and in her lawsuit without having any evidence that he was behind any type of smear campaign against her.
00:03:35.020 She also sued him.
00:03:36.580 Both cases were dismissed.
00:03:38.480 But Jed Wallace is not done.
00:03:40.720 He's like, I want to clear my name here.
00:03:43.340 So I'm appealing this decision.
00:03:45.840 This is also obviously great for Baldoni and the rest of the team that people are really fighting back here to say, hey, you can't just drag us into this narrative that you decided is the reason why you're not popular anymore and make us suffer the way we have by losing jobs and losing income.
00:04:05.060 That should have consequences for you too.
00:04:07.940 And that's why obviously this is also great for Baldoni.
00:04:10.920 People are not letting themselves get intimidated here and I love it.
00:04:14.940 Also, as I said, Andy Signore from Popcorn Planet.
00:04:18.660 He's been fighting this subpoena.
00:04:21.040 Blake Lively served him for like four or five months at this point.
00:04:26.140 This is devastating for him, obviously.
00:04:29.700 If you follow this case closely, you know that Blake Lively subpoenaed 107 content creators, including myself.
00:04:36.060 She subpoenaed our Google accounts or our YouTube accounts, which was nowhere near what she's asking of Andy Signore and what she was asking of Perez Hilton and what she was asking of Candace Owens.
00:04:50.000 By the way, no one knows what happened to that subpoena she filed to Candace Owens.
00:04:57.660 I don't know what court that she fought that subpoena in or if she ever actually fought the subpoena.
00:05:04.360 Let me know if you know anything about that.
00:05:07.340 Also, as I said, Andy has now appealed the ruling of this judge in Florida, a ruling that is just so ridiculous because they are accusing him of contacting sources to do his reporting, which is what a journalist does.
00:05:24.820 If you take a content creator and compare to a journalist and the work they do, a lot of content creators just share their opinions about something.
00:05:35.300 I'm not saying what they do has less value, but I'm saying what separates a content creator and the way they work and a reporter or a journalist is that a reporter or journalist actually goes out to sources to confirm information that they are reporting on.
00:05:52.500 That's exactly what Andy did.
00:05:56.180 And that's why this is so ironic, because they're saying you're not a journalist, but because you did the job of a journalist, we want the judge to take away your reporter privilege.
00:06:08.360 And the judge said, sure, he shouldn't have reporter privilege.
00:06:13.020 He should give up all his sources.
00:06:14.880 And of course, Andy doesn't want to do that.
00:06:17.040 That would be devastating for his career.
00:06:19.300 That would be devastating for him personally.
00:06:22.260 And I've spoken to Andy about this several times now.
00:06:24.580 And the only reason we can find or he can find that they're doing it is just to punish him because they have all this information already.
00:06:31.480 They received the information they want from Andy.
00:06:34.880 They already received that from the other parties.
00:06:37.500 And Andy's been open about he's been speaking to sources on both sides.
00:06:41.380 He tried to get hold of Leslie Sloan.
00:06:43.340 I don't know if he spoke to her.
00:06:44.860 And he tried to get hold of people on Baldoni's side.
00:06:47.820 And this is how all media houses work.
00:06:51.700 And that's why this whole ruling makes absolutely no sense.
00:06:56.440 So hopefully when another judge is looking at this, he will do or she will do the right thing here because this ruling is ridiculous.
00:07:03.100 And it also sets a terrible example of what you can do as a celebrity or as a powerful or as a rich person to just people speaking their minds and reporting on legal feuds on the Internet.
00:07:16.700 That is why this is so important.
00:07:19.120 And it's important to support Andy and to give this ruling a lot of attention.
00:07:24.300 So back to this tax fraud situation here.
00:07:27.740 A lot of people sent me the video that Katie from Without a Crystal Ball published yesterday.
00:07:36.780 I knew a little bit about this situation beforehand.
00:07:41.300 It's been talked about quite a lot.
00:07:43.480 But the implications surrounding it, I haven't really thought that through.
00:07:48.960 But Katie pointed out some really interesting things in her video yesterday.
00:07:54.180 Okay.
00:07:54.720 So first of all, I also just learned that Blake Lively was on the set of It Ends With Us for only 16 days.
00:08:03.200 That's basically two weeks, two and a half weeks that she spent on that set.
00:08:10.540 And that she's claiming has traumatized her so much.
00:08:15.520 Just keep that in mind.
00:08:16.960 I just like some information here that I find like so telling.
00:08:21.120 And I don't know how many days Jenny Slate was filming.
00:08:24.120 I'm guessing not more than Isabella Ferrer, who only was on set for three days.
00:08:30.120 So in Blake's filing, she is claiming that she was an employee.
00:08:36.160 And that is the reason why she can file this lawsuit against the Wayfarer parties.
00:08:42.580 Because she is claiming SH as an employee.
00:08:47.140 Well, now we've learned that that's not really true.
00:08:50.740 Blake Lively was not an employee of It Ends With Us or the Wayfarer.
00:08:57.080 Because the Wayfarer parties have now confirmed that Blake was not giving a W-2 tax form when she worked for them.
00:09:07.680 She was giving a 1099.
00:09:10.100 That means that she loaned herself out as a contractor from her own company and that she wasn't an employee.
00:09:18.640 And when you have an LLC, everything that you do within that project is basically deductible on your taxes.
00:09:25.960 So when Blake Lively filed her taxes last year for this production, she filed her taxes as a contractor.
00:09:34.520 Meaning she could deduct all costs with travel, with nannies.
00:09:39.400 I mean, everything, everything you can think of, I'm sure they did with everything related to this project.
00:09:45.880 Wayfarer made very clear in their motion for summary judgment that they did not withhold any payroll taxes for Blake.
00:09:57.440 And they did not provide any employee benefits for Blake.
00:10:01.840 And they did not carry an employment insurance for her.
00:10:05.820 Here comes the interesting part.
00:10:07.500 Because Blake Lively claims that she was an employee, but then she's also asking for damages in relations to her businesses.
00:10:19.420 In court, she can only claim damages to losses that's tied to her job.
00:10:26.000 And businesses can only claim losses that's tied to the business.
00:10:30.960 Blake wants to do both.
00:10:32.840 She is pointing finger and saying that the Wayfarer Party is their fault that her businesses lost money.
00:10:40.680 And she's talking about Betty Buzz and Betty Boos and, of course, Blake Brown.
00:10:45.900 But if you're an employee, you can't sue for losses that your businesses suffered.
00:10:52.860 And she hasn't pointed on any wage losses so far that she's lost out on any acting jobs and that she's lost her value as an actress.
00:11:04.540 And this is where all the logic just falls apart.
00:11:07.980 So she was basically not really telling the truth in her deposition where she claims that she is an employee.
00:11:15.460 And she claims that through her entire lawsuit as well, of course, because if she wasn't an employee, she couldn't really file this type of lawsuit against the Wayfarer Parties.
00:11:26.720 Now that Blake has filed her taxes as a business, if she would ever win this as an employee, I am guessing, like Katie was guessing, that IRS would say,
00:11:39.680 Hey, give us the money back that you actually claimed as tax deductible because you were an employee here.
00:11:47.860 I have no idea how she's going to get herself out of this.
00:11:53.240 That's going to be so interesting to see what kind of excuse they're going to make for her being an employee when all the evidence shows otherwise.
00:12:03.860 Anyways, attack is the best defense, as we say, in Norway.
00:12:08.040 I don't know if there's an English expression for the same thing.
00:12:10.440 But anyways, that's, of course, what she and Ryan keeps doing.
00:12:14.680 And they filed another letter to the judge asking him to punish the Wayfarer Parties.
00:12:22.340 Now I'm feeling that they keep fighting this because they're terrified of Ryan Reynolds' text messages becoming public.
00:12:31.200 Before I get into this new filing, I wanted to thank the two sponsors of this video, OneSkin and AuraFrames.
00:12:39.420 This time of year can really take a toll on your skin because the air gets so much drier.
00:12:44.760 And due to cold weather and non-stop work sitting in front of a computer all day long,
00:12:49.380 my skin needs a little bit extra attention this time of year.
00:12:52.940 And as you know, I've been speaking about OneSkin so many times here on my channel,
00:12:56.940 and that's because I really trust and love this brand.
00:12:59.780 My skin just feels firmer and more glowy, even when life gets messy.
00:13:04.940 The real magic in this product is the OS1 peptide.
00:13:10.120 That's the first ingredients proven to target senescent cells,
00:13:14.560 the root of wrinkles, creepiness, and loss of elasticity.
00:13:20.120 OneSkin also just launched their limited edition holiday sets.
00:13:24.220 That includes the Nightly Rewind gift set,
00:13:27.360 which adds the perfect touch of luxury to your gift list.
00:13:31.780 It's the ultimate upgrade to any nightie ritual.
00:13:35.340 Featuring their best-selling face moisturizer,
00:13:38.400 their brand new peptide lip mask, which I love,
00:13:42.400 and a sculpting gua sha tool,
00:13:44.500 each element is designed to work together
00:13:47.880 as your body enters its natural nightly repair mode.
00:13:51.860 It helps your new skin at a cellular level for a stronger,
00:13:55.680 smoother, and more youthful-looking complexion.
00:13:59.140 For a limited time, try OneSkin for 15% off

00:14:10.260 After checkout, they ask you where you heard about them,
00:14:12.380 so please mention my channel to support me.
00:14:15.260 Also, a big thank you to Aura Frames.
00:14:16.820 I've been speaking about this brand as well lately
00:14:18.840 because I think this is such a great gift for Christmas.
00:14:23.220 I think everyone has this person in their life
00:14:25.700 that they're always struggling to find the perfect gift for.
00:14:28.360 And for me, it's always important
00:14:30.220 to have a thought behind things.
00:14:32.680 And that is why Aura Frames is such a great idea.
00:14:37.500 If I still had my parents,
00:14:38.860 I would definitely give them Aura Frames.
00:14:41.340 Because what this actually allows you to do
00:14:43.160 is upload your favorite videos or moments
00:14:46.840 and add it to the app before they receive this gift.
00:14:52.280 So when they open this in the beautiful gift case
00:14:54.660 that it arrives in,
00:14:55.700 they will see all the memories that you just added.
00:14:58.360 And you can keep updating it
00:15:00.220 either through text messages
00:15:01.560 or just through the app on the phone,
00:15:04.460 anytime from any location.
00:15:07.020 For a limited time,
00:15:08.140 you can save on the perfect gift

00:15:21.260 Use the promo code SHASHTI,

00:15:24.580 at checkout.
00:15:26.000 That's A-U-R-A-Frames.com
00:15:30.340 code SHASHTI.
00:15:32.160 This deal is exclusive to you as my listeners,
00:15:35.380 so order yours now to get it in time for the holidays.
00:15:39.100 Support my channel by mentioning me at checkout.
00:15:42.400 All right, let's get back to the madness.
00:15:44.800 So as I just mentioned,
00:15:46.940 there is a new filing from Blake and Ryan.
00:15:50.220 They are obsessed about punishing people.
00:15:54.140 So what this happened,
00:15:56.020 I think about three or four weeks ago now,
00:15:58.640 it's been back and forth a lot
00:16:00.200 around this rule 11 as it's called.
00:16:03.140 So Blake and Ryan are telling the judge that
00:16:05.180 hey, after we deposed Steve Sarawitz and Jennifer Abel,
00:16:10.080 we found out that they didn't really have a reason
00:16:13.860 to sue us or to countersue us
00:16:17.540 and we want you to punish them.
00:16:20.040 So as you remember,
00:16:21.600 Justin Baldoni and the Wayfair parties,
00:16:23.700 including Steve Sarawitz and Jennifer Abel,
00:16:26.020 filed a countersuit against Blake Lively,
00:16:28.100 Ryan Reynolds and Leslie Sloan.
00:16:30.620 That was dismissed back in,
00:16:33.400 I think it was May or June.
00:16:35.260 Anyways, Blake and Ryan are saying now that
00:16:36.840 we found out more about this
00:16:38.620 and we want to use this information to punish them.
00:16:42.260 So they're saying that Steve Sarawitz said in his deposition
00:16:45.340 and the same Jennifer Abel said in her deposition
00:16:48.200 that they didn't really have a personal reason
00:16:51.140 to countersue Blake and Ryan or that's what they're claiming at least.
00:16:57.420 And then Wayfair parties responded to this
00:16:59.600 by attaching some text messages from Ryan Reynolds
00:17:02.880 to prove their point that there was defamation
00:17:06.360 and that they did really have a good reason to countersue them.
00:17:09.700 Those text messages are sealed.
00:17:13.620 I am guessing that there's something in there
00:17:16.800 that Ryan said obviously to someone,
00:17:20.140 either WME to get him to fire Baldoni or something else.
00:17:25.640 I really, really want to get to know
00:17:27.780 what these text messages are about,
00:17:29.520 but we don't know that yet.
00:17:30.960 But it seems like now Ryan is getting a little bit nervous here
00:17:34.240 thinking, oops, I don't want those text messages
00:17:36.900 to be revealed.
00:17:38.460 So he's saying that, you know,
00:17:39.900 those text messages that they just added
00:17:41.740 has nothing to do with this
00:17:43.340 and you shouldn't really unseal them altogether
00:17:45.940 because this is like irrelevant.
00:17:48.160 I don't know if it's relevant to this or not,
00:17:50.140 but I'm guessing it's juicy
00:17:52.220 and that's why we want to see them.
00:17:54.420 So now, of course, Blake and Ryan are doubling down
00:17:57.680 and saying that, hi, you need to punish these people financially.
00:18:02.280 That's all they want to do.
00:18:03.980 And that's why I think the judge
00:18:05.560 is getting really, really tired of this entire case.
00:18:09.520 As I said the other day,
00:18:11.300 they want, the judge want the parties to try
00:18:14.000 and agree on something
00:18:16.240 and maybe come to a settlement agreement.
00:18:19.840 There's a meeting on Monday, as I said,
00:18:22.340 where the parties are going to explore these ideas
00:18:25.720 and find another time to actually meet
00:18:28.840 and talk together
00:18:30.640 and see if they can come up with anything
00:18:32.680 that everyone agrees on.
00:18:34.020 I don't know if that's going to happen, though.
00:18:36.040 Okay, I've been really interested
00:18:37.600 in this Rolling Stone article
00:18:39.520 that I reported on the other day
00:18:41.240 where it says that,
00:18:43.020 where it claims that this company called Gudea
00:18:46.220 that somehow made this report
00:18:49.960 on behalf of someone that we don't know
00:18:52.760 found out that there was a lap over
00:18:57.260 of the bots used in the cyber attack
00:19:00.820 against Taylor Swift
00:19:02.160 and those were the same ones
00:19:04.520 used in the astroturfing
00:19:06.480 against Blake Lively.
00:19:08.220 So Deadline picked this up today
00:19:10.200 and now it's very clear to me
00:19:12.680 what they're trying to do here
00:19:14.080 because the Rolling Stone was tiptoeing
00:19:16.160 a little bit more than Deadline is
00:19:18.140 because the Deadline article
00:19:19.800 is basically doing Blake Lively's job
00:19:23.440 or her lawyer's jobs for her
00:19:25.460 by creating an even broader narrative
00:19:28.720 than the Rolling Stone did.
00:19:30.820 And they're attaching
00:19:31.920 this super shady report
00:19:35.140 from this super shady company
00:19:37.500 that found these results.
00:19:40.540 So when you look at this report,
00:19:42.560 it's so ridiculous.
00:19:44.860 It's so obvious that they knew
00:19:47.060 the result they wanted
00:19:48.740 before they started looking into things.
00:19:50.800 We want to find the similarities here
00:19:54.840 between Blake Lively and Taylor Swift
00:19:57.660 and the way the internet
00:19:59.140 pushed these stories to get legs.
00:20:02.220 So we'll do anything we can
00:20:04.840 to try to prove this.
00:20:06.740 And by reading that report,
00:20:09.040 it's so obvious that that's exactly
00:20:11.100 what they were looking for.
00:20:12.940 So who ordered this report?
00:20:16.980 Not Taylor Swift.
00:20:18.980 First of all, Taylor Swift
00:20:20.100 did not want this report public.
00:20:21.980 Why does she want to remind people
00:20:23.900 of these conspiracies surrounding her?
00:20:26.120 And Taylor Swift has a documentary coming out.
00:20:28.240 She has a concert coming up.
00:20:29.460 Why would she bother with this stuff?
00:20:31.600 It's not her.
00:20:32.700 So now after reading this Deadline article,
00:20:35.420 I think that there might be a reason
00:20:38.160 to believe that Blake Lively
00:20:40.740 and Stephanie Jones collaborated on this
00:20:43.800 because they have some interests
00:20:45.380 in common here.
00:20:46.480 And the way Deadline worded this article
00:20:50.080 makes me believe that.
00:20:51.940 So it says here that
00:20:52.860 Blake Lively wasn't only high-profile
00:20:55.500 smear campaigns by Baldoni crisis PR,
00:20:59.720 alleges Jones work,
00:21:01.660 PR firm boss,
00:21:03.640 overlaps with Taylor Swift attack,
00:21:06.600 astroturfing,
00:21:08.000 study finds.
00:21:09.460 This is not,
00:21:10.340 this is no study.
00:21:11.180 This is no scientific proof.
00:21:13.440 This is just PR
00:21:14.860 all the way.
00:21:16.840 So Stephanie Jones,
00:21:17.680 the owner of the PR company,
00:21:19.260 Jones Works,
00:21:20.220 and she's suing Jennifer Abel,
00:21:21.340 saying that she's behind
00:21:22.460 this smear website against her.
00:21:25.640 So she is also trying to prove here
00:21:28.120 that Melissa Nathan,
00:21:29.220 the crisis PR
00:21:30.780 that Justin Baldoni hired,
00:21:33.500 is also behind smearing her.
00:21:36.060 And Deadline is pointing out
00:21:37.340 these lawsuits against Rebel Wilson,
00:21:39.440 where she had also hired
00:21:41.500 Melissa Nathan.
00:21:42.920 So this journalist,
00:21:44.200 Dominic Patton,
00:21:45.480 who I've seen have written
00:21:46.540 a lot of the coverage
00:21:48.520 for Blake Lively,
00:21:50.880 he is insinuating so strongly
00:21:53.700 in this article
00:21:54.740 that all of this is related
00:21:57.000 by having no other evidence
00:21:59.360 than this shady report.
00:22:01.840 And what this report concluded
00:22:03.860 is the most ridiculous thing.
00:22:06.020 So it says here that
00:22:08.060 2.2% of the same users
00:22:12.280 were involved in the attack
00:22:15.780 against Taylor Swift,
00:22:17.820 were also involved
00:22:19.220 in the attacks against Blake.
00:22:21.600 2.2%.
00:22:22.900 That's just normal people
00:22:25.320 on the internet
00:22:26.600 talking about celebrities.
00:22:28.780 I bet you if they put
00:22:30.060 any other celebrity names in there,
00:22:32.580 they would find the same
00:22:34.480 2.2% overlapping
00:22:36.420 or even more maybe.
00:22:38.280 And here's what they're claiming
00:22:39.480 in the report.
00:22:40.700 They're claiming
00:22:41.260 that this Jatsy narrative
00:22:43.860 about Taylor Swift,
00:22:45.260 I have to use that word
00:22:46.160 because the other one,
00:22:47.120 yeah, anyways,
00:22:48.400 this narrative against Taylor Swift
00:22:50.860 was started
00:22:52.360 from some fringe accounts,
00:22:54.040 a tiny amount of users,
00:22:56.100 and then it spread.
00:22:58.240 Okay, that's fine.
00:22:59.680 That could definitely have happened.
00:23:01.200 But instead of saying
00:23:02.340 even if it's false
00:23:03.460 and even if people
00:23:04.340 didn't believe it,
00:23:06.180 even if people showed up
00:23:07.400 to criticize these theories
00:23:09.360 around Taylor,
00:23:10.620 they're saying that
00:23:11.340 the narrative still worked.
00:23:13.440 So that means
00:23:14.020 whatever you put on the internet
00:23:15.340 that people react to,
00:23:17.280 that narrative worked,
00:23:18.840 even though most people
00:23:19.980 didn't believe it.
00:23:21.280 How is that a success?
00:23:22.860 So then, in theory,
00:23:24.560 by calling out a lie,
00:23:26.640 that makes the lie successful?
00:23:28.220 And what is inauthentic?
00:23:30.780 What are inauthentic users?
00:23:33.420 And the most shady part here
00:23:34.580 is that this report,
00:23:36.080 they're not saying
00:23:37.400 who actually ordered this report.
00:23:39.980 It was just some people
00:23:40.880 at this company
00:23:41.680 who just decided to do this
00:23:43.360 and then send out
00:23:44.240 this press release
00:23:45.460 because that report
00:23:46.700 looks more like a press release
00:23:48.040 to me than anything else.
00:23:49.880 And as I said,
00:23:50.460 by reading it,
00:23:51.260 it looked like
00:23:51.940 they started off
00:23:53.000 with the conclusion
00:23:53.980 of what they wanted
00:23:55.160 from this report,
00:23:55.960 and then they gathered evidence
00:23:57.800 to support that,
00:23:59.520 even though the evidence
00:24:00.880 is really non-existent.
00:24:03.540 So my question is,
00:24:04.820 if people could hire
00:24:06.280 these bots
00:24:07.240 to spread misinformation
00:24:09.800 like this
00:24:11.260 and then get authentic people
00:24:13.160 to pick it up,
00:24:14.360 how did Justin Baldoni
00:24:16.160 and the Wayfair parties
00:24:17.180 get in touch
00:24:17.960 with that company?
00:24:19.020 Because it must be
00:24:19.800 a company or a person
00:24:21.040 somewhere that
00:24:22.000 is actually offering
00:24:23.500 this service.
00:24:25.960 How come they found them?
00:24:27.860 And how come the people
00:24:28.760 that wanted to harm
00:24:29.840 Taylor Swift
00:24:30.560 found that company as well
00:24:32.820 and hired them
00:24:34.320 to smear Taylor?
00:24:37.240 And how come
00:24:38.160 that Blake Lively
00:24:39.280 hired this ex-CIA agent,
00:24:42.780 Nick Shapiro,
00:24:44.100 and he's not been able
00:24:45.380 to find them?
00:24:46.720 But Wayfair and Justin Baldoni
00:24:48.400 were able to find
00:24:49.280 this company?
00:24:51.040 And this is also
00:24:52.340 where all of this
00:24:53.360 falls apart for Blake.
00:24:55.600 because this company
00:24:58.200 is claiming
00:24:59.220 that the campaign
00:25:00.960 against Taylor Swift
00:25:02.440 was successful.
00:25:03.620 How can they explain
00:25:04.680 that this helped
00:25:05.940 Taylor Swift
00:25:06.860 in selling
00:25:08.120 a lot more records?
00:25:10.760 It did not harm
00:25:12.280 her in any way.
00:25:13.800 It did not harm
00:25:14.580 her businesses
00:25:15.300 while they're claiming
00:25:16.940 that the AstroTurfing
00:25:19.560 against Blake
00:25:20.700 is worth
00:25:22.340 $650 million
00:25:24.120 in losses.
00:25:25.520 So they're saying
00:25:26.440 when the public
00:25:27.140 reacts to something
00:25:28.220 negative,
00:25:29.080 then it's inauthentic.
00:25:31.100 When the public
00:25:32.100 reacts to something
00:25:33.080 positive,
00:25:34.100 then it's organic.
00:25:35.800 And also,
00:25:36.440 as I said the other day,
00:25:37.720 there is no evidence
00:25:39.040 of any campaigns
00:25:40.540 that spread lies
00:25:42.840 about Blake.
00:25:44.320 what spread
00:25:45.620 about Blake
00:25:46.540 were her own words,
00:25:48.680 her own actions.
00:25:49.680 It was videos
00:25:50.520 on TikTok,
00:25:51.880 my interview amongst them,
00:25:53.600 and other interviews
00:25:54.700 and other things
00:25:56.040 that Blake had said
00:25:57.420 in the media
00:25:58.240 that spread.
00:25:59.860 That means that
00:26:00.800 there are no similarities
00:26:02.760 about what happened
00:26:03.860 to Taylor Swift
00:26:04.660 and what happened
00:26:05.320 to Blake Lively.
00:26:06.340 And I think the last thing
00:26:07.560 Taylor wants right now
00:26:08.820 is to be associated
00:26:10.280 with Blake Lively.
00:26:12.100 It's funny to me
00:26:13.500 how Deadline actually
00:26:15.320 is reporting
00:26:16.860 on how misinformation
00:26:18.180 spreads
00:26:19.460 while they're doing
00:26:20.760 exactly the same thing
00:26:22.660 by reporting
00:26:24.240 on this report,
00:26:25.700 by not doing
00:26:26.560 any due diligence,
00:26:27.920 by not doing
00:26:28.540 any research themselves,
00:26:30.020 and not using
00:26:31.060 their critical
00:26:31.820 thinking skills
00:26:32.840 to actually
00:26:34.140 see through this.
00:26:35.320 This is nothing else
00:26:36.620 but another
00:26:37.700 PR spin
00:26:38.900 from someone
00:26:40.800 connected
00:26:41.540 to one of these
00:26:43.460 parties
00:26:43.900 in this lawsuit.
00:26:45.300 Okay,
00:26:45.720 as I said
00:26:46.160 in the beginning,
00:26:47.120 Elsie,
00:26:47.700 one of the other creators,
00:26:49.000 I follow her
00:26:49.520 on Instagram,
00:26:50.160 on YouTube,
00:26:50.620 you should too,
00:26:51.320 she is really good
00:26:52.360 at explaining things
00:26:54.400 and finding new evidence
00:26:55.840 and she brought back
00:26:57.580 this interview
00:26:58.400 that Magnus
00:27:00.020 by man
00:27:00.740 did with Blake Lively
00:27:02.240 back in 2018
00:27:03.660 and she was counting
00:27:05.400 how many times
00:27:06.700 Blake said sexy
00:27:08.080 in front of Magnus
00:27:09.340 while she was
00:27:11.120 pushing him
00:27:12.060 to drink
00:27:13.140 gin,
00:27:13.860 Ryan Reynolds gin
00:27:15.280 at 10 a.m.
00:27:16.760 in the morning
00:27:17.400 and she counted
00:27:18.560 Blake saying sexy
00:27:19.940 four times
00:27:21.260 in a four-minute
00:27:22.580 interview
00:27:23.200 and four times
00:27:24.900 is more
00:27:25.600 than actually
00:27:26.560 she accuses
00:27:27.660 Justin Baldoni
00:27:28.500 of saying
00:27:29.320 to her.
00:27:30.280 So yes,
00:27:30.940 thank you for doing
00:27:31.660 that research,
00:27:32.420 Elsie,
00:27:32.900 and thank you for
00:27:33.600 reminding us again
00:27:34.760 about what she did
00:27:35.920 to Magnus
00:27:36.800 and how she
00:27:37.380 completely hijacked
00:27:38.620 that interview
00:27:39.440 and took it
00:27:40.180 from him
00:27:40.820 and made it
00:27:41.420 impossible for him
00:27:42.400 to do his job
00:27:43.260 because for her
00:27:44.140 it was more important
00:27:45.120 to push
00:27:45.780 Ryan Reynolds gin.
00:27:48.460 Anyway,
00:27:48.980 that's it from you guys.
00:27:49.900 I hope you enjoyed
00:27:50.400 this episode
00:27:51.000 and please subscribe
00:27:52.460 if you haven't
00:27:53.580 and this weekend
00:27:54.220 I will also release
00:27:55.180 the conversation
00:27:56.000 I had
00:27:56.920 with Donna Bowling
00:27:58.140 from Daily Dose of Donna.
00:27:59.840 She had some
00:28:00.560 really interesting
00:28:01.540 inside scoops
00:28:03.020 that she is sharing
00:28:04.480 with you guys
00:28:05.260 so please stay tuned
00:28:06.540 for that as well
00:28:07.660 and yes,
00:28:08.780 I hope you all
00:28:09.380 have a great weekend
00:28:10.260 and I'll see you soon.
00:28:11.720 Bye!
