A new recording has surfaced that casts doubt on Blake Lively's claim that Justin Baldoni was a hired gun for a smear campaign against her and her lawyer. What does it say about the nature of the evidence? And who is Jed Wallace?
00:02:56.040He's also the one who went down to the courthouse to get the other recording of Claire Ayoub.
00:03:01.600And if it wasn't for people like him, we probably would have heard the truth or heard this recording through some traditional media outlet.
00:03:09.920And by then, Blake would probably have twisted this around in some sick way to make it look like this is some kind of evidence that she can use.
00:03:19.020And as I said, the first time I heard this, I was like, this doesn't support Blake's case at all.
00:03:24.700So this recording is allegedly, I think that's almost certain that this is Jed Wallace.
00:03:33.160Remember the hired gun that Blake Lively accused Justin Baldonso of using for this untraceable smear campaign that he was using bots?
00:04:09.800And they also wanted to defend themselves and they felt that they had to go to this extreme because they wanted their story out before Blake came out and twisted things around again.
00:04:20.640So I'm going to play for you first the beginning of this recording.
00:04:56.740But at least he is saying that here and you think that whole thing is ridiculous.
00:05:01.080The rest of this recording is about the evidence and how it should be delivered, how it can be delivered to the people or the public or media outlets without actually Blake being able to access more of their evidence.
00:05:17.680So this is just technical stuff they are talking about using WeTransfer as a file delivery service, which I use all the time.
00:05:27.200It's a really is a really good way to deliver huge files.
00:05:30.220And then after a certain time and then after a certain amount of time, the file will be deleted automatically.
00:05:37.400OK, so I'm just going to let you listen to the rest of this.
00:05:39.560Here's what happens if we're sending them a link to something, we're sending them a link to the where this video lives right now.
00:05:48.260That could be in its own separate space.
00:05:50.760But I defer to Rosa and her engineers to figure out the best way, because ideally what happens is we're sending people or whomever the recipient is an entire file that they can then have.
00:06:04.940And that file is something that they're going to embed into their website.
00:06:08.880Right. Not only. So what Rose is saying is like, OK, she has access to this file.
00:06:14.960She could send a WeTransfer link, which it's which will have a the link itself would be extinguished after a while.
00:06:23.660But she could send the entirety of the file to whoever the recipient is.
00:06:27.560Like, that's the idea. We want to send the individual file.
00:06:30.560We don't want it posted someplace yet. Right.
00:06:33.380Once we have our site up, then it could be posted to the site.
00:06:36.320But given the circumstances, we don't want to have it posted someplace where they could potentially access another dropout, whatever it is.
00:06:42.980So logistically, the best thing and Rosa, I'm leaning on you and your engineers to determine how best to effectuate this.
00:06:52.940But logistically, it's if Jen says, hey, we need to get the file to this person, then we could send a WeTransfer link to the actual file itself.
00:07:05.120And then the link will destroy itself. Right.
00:07:09.700But then they actually have the entire folder.
00:07:11.920But, Rosa, connect with Jason just so we can figure out what the best way to do that is.
00:07:17.420So this is not something that's connected to anything that has any other legs or access to other files, if you know what I'm saying.
00:07:24.020As you could hear, all they talk about here is cybersecurity.
00:07:28.580And this is before it sounds like this is before that website was up and running,
00:07:33.100which means this was in a really stressful time for the Wayfair parties because they wanted the public to know the truth.
00:07:40.200They wanted their side of the stories to come out as soon as possible because Blake Lively and her narrative was really being pushed in the media.
00:07:50.480And they were like, we need people to have access to this.
00:07:53.600So this obviously happened after she had sued them.
00:07:56.920This is not like a battle plant from the Wayfair parties.
00:08:00.720This is more like a panic plan, like, hey, how are we going to get the information out there?
00:08:07.420There is nothing else in this recording that I can point to saying that this is some kind of a smear campaign.
