00:00:00.000 Yeah, let's look at how this new evidence from Ryan Reynolds is going to backfire tremendously
00:00:06.600 on Blake. Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk, I'm Ashley Floor, journalist, Hollywood truth teller
00:00:16.340 and your voice of reason in a town built on delusion. Okay, I just discovered something
00:00:21.640 really interesting on this list of evidence that Blake Lively filed last minute. You know,
00:00:27.120 she added a lot of stuff that the Wayfair parties are objecting to and some of that stuff is about
00:00:34.540 Ryan Reynolds. The evidence they added about Ryan trying to make him look like a really loving
00:00:41.620 husband, a very charitable man and also a man that admits that he has anxiety issues and that he's
00:00:49.160 using his anxiety in his creative work and that's something he talks to his kids about. He also
00:00:55.000 talks to his kids about losing and how to own that. Yeah, let's look at how this new evidence
00:01:00.980 from Ryan Reynolds is going to backfire tremendously on Blake. Also, side note,
00:01:08.580 Flawsome Talk made it to Blake Lively's exhibit list. They want to be able to use basically all
00:01:14.420 my videos on my channel in this trial, except, of course, the little bump interview. They don't
00:01:20.880 want anyone to see that. And we have to talk about how the media now is calling out Blake
00:01:26.060 Lively. These headlines are so brutal. And let's look at how Bloomberg is describing
00:01:33.140 Blake Lively's lawsuit as a cautionary tale for employers and how this case can make employers
00:01:40.020 in the future terrified of hiring women. Anyways, yesterday I spoke about this personal trainer
00:01:46.160 that Blake Lively gave a shout out on her Instagram story saying, happy birthday to the
00:01:52.160 man with integrity and kindness, blah, blah, blah. His name is Don Saladino. And I received so many
00:01:57.660 messages from people saying that I commented on Don Saladino's Instagram and he blocked me.
00:02:02.820 I just looked at his Instagram and he has zero negative comments there. No one is mentioning
00:02:08.400 anything about this drama. So my guess is that Don Saladino hired someone full time to sit and
00:02:14.040 delete comments that are connecting him to this drama. Also someone on Reddit posted a picture
00:02:20.040 from Don Saladino's Instagram a year ago where he had pinned his work with Blake, a photo of Blake
00:02:27.260 and a photo of Ryan on top of his Instagram grid. He has now removed them. So it's obvious that Don
00:02:33.980 doesn't want anything to do with this drama. I feel like everyone now that have any connection
00:02:39.240 to Blake are probably terrified when their birthdays come up in case Blake Lively remembers
00:02:45.220 and send them a happy birthday on Instagram. No one wants to be tagged by Blake right now because
00:02:50.440 then they will have to close off their comment section or hire someone to delete and block
00:02:55.160 people. Anyways, let's get into this new exhibit list by Blake Lively because now I went through
00:03:00.760 it really carefully. As you can see, there are pages upon pages upon pages. I think all together
00:03:08.060 we now have 828 exhibits from Blake and as you know she added a lot of new exhibits after
00:03:15.020 discovery was over something that the wayfair parties have objected to so they're going through
00:03:20.420 every single exhibit here saying not relevant not relevant not relevant all those codes that you see
00:03:25.400 401, 42, 43 are basically codes saying to the judge hey this is not relevant to the case
00:03:31.660 And this is just evidence trying to make basically Justin Baldoni look bad.
00:03:37.740 A lot of her evidence now are links to Justin Baldoni's podcast or articles written about him. 0.97
00:03:44.880 So it's very clear that they're trying to make Justin Baldoni look like a hypocrite 0.69
00:03:49.960 and used his own words against him, saying that he hugged people without asking first. 0.94
00:03:55.780 And then he said in this podcast that he really respects women's bodies.
00:04:00.140 and then he did hug someone, I don't know, something like that.
00:04:03.120 But apart from that, which is obviously not relevant anymore
00:04:06.360 because Justin Baldoni is not a defendant personally, as you know,
00:04:09.720 I found it very interesting, the stuff that Ryan Reynolds added into this.
00:04:13.900 I am sure that Ryan found these exhibits himself and told the attorneys,
00:04:18.960 hey, put this into evidence because this is the way I want to look in front of a jury.
00:04:24.100 As you know, he also wants to testify now.
00:04:26.940 And this is really terrible news for Ryan.
00:04:30.140 Because what they've added here can totally be used against him and his wife, Blake Lively.
00:04:37.180 So first, they have some posts from X.
00:04:41.980 Posts by Ryan Reynolds on X saying,
00:04:44.820 Blake and I are thrilled to support Van Food Bank.
00:04:49.000 Showing that they give money to charity and they support charity.
00:04:53.000 Meaning they must be really, really nice people.
00:04:56.320 And here's another one from Ryan on X.
00:04:58.540 started the day at SickKids.
00:05:01.640 As you know, he's involved with SickKids.
00:05:03.680 I think it's a Canadian charity or whatever.
00:05:06.200 And he wants the jury to know
00:05:07.740 he really cares about SickKids.
00:05:10.280 As long as they're not belonging to Justin Baldoni
00:05:12.560 and Jamie Heath and Steve Sarowitz, obviously,
00:05:15.080 then he doesn't care about their kids.
00:05:16.600 And then he added another post that I read the other day
00:05:19.840 where he's saying that he loves his wife so much,
00:05:23.360 blah, blah, blah.
00:05:24.420 So this is how they're going to present it to a jury.
00:05:26.740 He gives money to charity.
00:05:28.040 He's a nice guy and he supports his wife publicly by saying that he loves her on Instagram.
00:05:34.440 And they also added some jokes back and forth between Blake and Ryan saying like mean things to each other.
00:05:41.000 That's their sense of humor.
00:05:42.280 But here's the really interesting part.
00:05:44.220 They added this video from People magazine where Ryan and Hugh, Hugh Jackman, are interviewing each other.
00:05:51.880 And this conversation, I am sure Ryan pushed the attorneys to add this conversation.
00:05:58.040 into Blake's evidence. Obviously, it has zero to do with Blake Lively because they're not talking
00:06:05.000 about her at all. They're actually talking about Ryan's anxiety struggles. And he's opening up to
00:06:11.420 Hugh Jackman, his BFF, about how he's also open with his kids about his anxiety and how anxiety
00:06:19.080 actually helps him and how he uses that as a creative force in his career, in his work life,
00:06:26.340 whatever, and how anxiety has made him a more compassionate father. And I think obviously
00:06:31.480 that's what Ryan Reynolds wants the jury to see, that he is a compassionate father. And he also
00:06:36.500 says he doesn't understand men who can't talk about their feelings. Anyways, here's a clip that
00:06:40.700 he wants the jury to see. I love that I have anxiety. I love that I've had anxiety. I know
00:06:45.660 how to address it in a way that is compassionate. My job benefits greatly from that. Okay, so there's
00:06:51.580 that? And then at the end of this interview, Ryan Reynolds admits to Hugh Jackman that he talks to
00:06:58.500 his children about losing because you lose a lot more than you actually win. But I think it's really
00:07:04.180 important for your kids in particular to know that you lose. You lose so much more than you win.
00:07:08.240 So obviously, Ryan wants the jury to see that he's really grateful for his anxiety. So he's
00:07:14.120 really in touch with his feeling. And this is something that helped his career. But it's also
00:07:18.660 something that he can manage and channel productively. So even in Blake's own evidence,
00:07:24.100 they frame anxiety as functional, not damaging. And that is really damaging for Blake. Because
00:07:33.620 as you know, she said that what she experienced on the set of It Ends With Us gave her a lot of
00:07:40.300 anxiety and it really harmed her family and the family life. She didn't want to leave the house
00:07:45.380 and all that stuff she said in the beginning of this and now Ryan is saying that this is something
00:07:49.520 that he was already struggling with he already had anxiety so this opens the door for Baldoni's
00:07:55.220 attorneys to start digging into Ryan's anxiety so it weakens any claims that emotional distress was
00:08:00.900 triggered by any specific events in Blake's life and here's another part they can really use against
00:08:06.400 him because he's saying you lose you lose something you worked on really hard and it didn't
00:08:12.160 work. He's normalizing losing something that he's used to losing and he's portraying that as kind
00:08:18.820 of industry standard. That's something that you have to get used to if you are part of Hollywood.
00:08:23.840 That means that they can't really claim that this was retaliation because in this industry
00:08:28.160 you have to get used to being rejected. You have to get used to losing. So what Lakes has framed
00:08:33.700 as being harmful to her, it's basically just being part of Hollywood. You have to expect backlash. 0.97
00:08:40.260 Yes, he's setting himself up for a big trap here.
00:08:44.520 And as you know, if he takes the stand,
00:08:46.420 Baldoni's attorneys can keep digging and digging into this stuff.
00:08:50.120 And more and more of Ryan's personal life and his anxiety and his struggles
00:08:54.940 can be very relevant questions.
00:08:57.800 I'm not sure if he's ready for the public to hear all about his personal struggles.
00:09:01.840 And on top of that, by saying all these things that he added as evidence,
00:09:06.980 he can really weaken Blake's case.
00:09:09.900 It's so funny, I kept saying this so many times, that every time she adds new evidence,
00:09:14.240 it really works against her.
00:09:15.760 They also added some links to interviews with Steve Sarawitz and articles about him,
00:09:21.200 like portraying him as a billionaire.
00:09:23.640 One article is about ethics and wealth.
00:09:26.960 And I have a suspicion here that they want to frame Steve Sarawitz as this evil billionaire
00:09:32.380 because people don't like billionaires.
00:09:34.480 They keep repeating that he is a billionaire and they want the jury to know that,
00:09:39.520 hey this is all backed by this evil billionaire. At the same time as I said before Brian wants to
00:09:46.660 hide his wealth for the jury. He doesn't want the jury to know that he's worth 400 million dollars
00:09:52.580 which is one third of Steve Sarowitz. If you have 1.2 billion dollars or 400 million
00:09:59.920 you are filthy rich. They also added five I think different TikTok videos where someone is reposting
00:10:07.860 Blake's heartfelt tribute to her husband. She had a speech for him. I spoke about this the other day
00:10:13.580 as well, that she had this speech for him when he was being honored at some event. I think it was in
00:10:19.140 2023. And some people reposted it saying that, oh, look at Blake's heartfelt tribute to Ryan.
00:10:25.400 I don't know why she added that. I wonder if it's to show that, hey, look how popular she was in
00:10:30.380 2023 before the smear campaign. She had five people post this on TikTok. Anyway, it's a quick
00:10:37.100 side note here. Thank you Bettina for sending me this. She sent me this link to a New York Post
00:10:41.700 article today saying pregnant Aubrey Plaza flaunts her baby bump in floral mini dress at New York
00:10:47.960 City screening using the word baby bump in the headline. Very good point. As you know Blake is
00:10:55.560 going to try to make it seem like I was rude to her because I referred to her pregnancy as a little
00:11:01.740 bump and here you see the term being used in a big newspaper as a title and there is a photo
00:11:08.720 here of Audrey Plaza looking super cute in her dress holding on her little bump for the camera 0.99
00:11:14.500 so yes as I said the other day Blake has added some articles where women have talked about how
00:11:20.540 offensive the term bump really is. Anyways let's get into more of these articles saying that Blake 0.99
00:11:26.600 Lylee and Ryan Reynolds are tired and depressed and are moving away. Her career is over and so
00:11:33.680 on. But before we get into that I wanted to thank the two sponsors of this video Green Chef and
00:11:40.120 Honey Love. Okay trust me I've tried all quick fixes. Cutting carbs, skipping meals, eating
00:11:46.800 smaller portions, following whatever trend people swears by that week. And honestly none of it stuck.
00:11:52.680 Yeah, I don't like anything that feels restricted, and that's why Green Chef made a huge difference
00:11:57.480 for me. Because that's not about dieting. It's about real food that's easy to cook and tastes
00:12:03.520 delicious. Magnus and I really love cooking together, and Green Chef has made that into
00:12:08.340 something that we look forward to. We love exploring new ingredients, new spices, and finding
00:12:13.940 new recipes that we would never even dream of existed. I love that we don't have to come up
00:12:18.520 with ideas ourselves and that most recipes only take about 30 minutes to put together. Green Chef
00:12:23.600 has over 40 recipes every single week. All organic produce and responsibly source proteins. And the
00:12:30.180 best thing is you can choose what really fits your lifestyle. Whether that's Mediterranean,
00:12:34.860 high protein, or their longevity meals focusing on gut and brain health. Another great thing is
00:12:41.020 that everything comes pre-portioned, so no waste. And here's a little bonus. They also offer free
00:12:47.400 one-on-one nutrition coaching if you need a little extra support. All you have to do is head to

00:13:01.040 your next two months. Just use code 50shasti at greenchef.com slash 50shasti. Also a big thank you
00:13:09.400 to Honey Love for sponsoring this episode. Okay, I have to be honest. Sports bras are something that
00:13:14.700 I've always just tolerated but I've not enjoyed wearing. They feel fine for tennis and workout
00:13:20.840 but as soon as I get home I just take them off because the straps would dig in, the band was too
00:13:26.520 tight. It just felt like everything was just squeezed together and just putting them on and
00:13:31.260 taking them off is a full workout in itself. But then I tried Honeylove Crossflex Activity Bra and
00:13:37.300 it genuinely surprised me. It feels like a sports bra in terms of support but it's actually designed
00:13:42.780 for everyday wear. It's supporting without feeling tight and suffocating and it's adjustable in the
00:13:48.880 back so you don't have to wrestle every time you try to put it on over your head. And the best part
00:13:54.160 no wires, no digging, no pressure points and I also love these beautiful details that makes it
00:14:00.800 look like a regular bra. It uses something called cloud fuse bonding that gives you real shape
00:14:06.760 instead of that flattening look. I loved wearing this for everything when I go hiking, when I play
00:14:12.560 tennis when i do my regular weight training and i never feel the urge to rip it off as soon as i'm
00:14:18.320 done and that's how you know it's good treat yourself to the most advanced bras and shapewear
00:14:23.060 on the market use my exclusive link to get 20 off at honeylove.com slash flaw my last name that's
00:14:30.280 honeylove.com slash flaa after you check out they may ask what you heard about them so please
00:14:36.500 mention my name to support my channel experience the new standard in comfort and support with
00:14:42.280 honey love. Okay, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have lost their spark. Friends detail tired
00:14:48.580 couples depressing new lives and amid that she is just not there, amid shock planned to flee
00:14:56.960 America. I'm guessing Ryan Reynolds is not happy about this headline. It says here being snapped
00:15:03.860 hand in hand on nights out in New York City with former bestie Taylor Swift and their girl squad
00:15:08.820 is now a distant memory for Blake Lively and so is cheering on the Kansas City City Chiefs in a
00:15:16.460 stadium suite or partying at one of the pop mega stars famous 4th of July blowouts these days
00:15:24.040 Lively is a more hermetic existence baking cakes taking quiet vacation to the cost worlds in
00:15:30.520 Britain avoiding drama at all costs I don't know if she's avoiding drama at all costs by everything 0.80
00:15:37.400 she's filing in that document because you know every time her lawyers are arguing something
00:15:42.560 they're running it by Blake and Ryan first I can assure you that and here is a source saying they
00:15:47.880 used to have big dinner parties and I don't think they've had them for a while now I think it's just
00:15:52.760 too much for her I don't think they're being very social these days no one is saying they have any
00:15:57.260 no one is saying they have problems but they're just preoccupied and I think it's all about the
00:16:03.360 case. It's stressful. And then they're mentioning a lot of Blake's projects that didn't happen.
00:16:08.940 So here's a source again saying Blake isn't getting the offers and there hasn't been anywhere
00:16:13.040 near the same interest in her since the Baldoni drama exploded. She's burned bridges and most
00:16:18.800 people in the industry seem to be staring clear. Her turn as Lily Bloom at It Ends With Us was 0.99
00:16:24.640 supposed to mark her big comeback after she took a hiatus to raise her and Reynolds' children and 0.80
00:16:30.520 daughter Jamie Inez and Betty and son Olin. Before this she had been plotting away in the background
00:16:35.820 co-funding production company B for Effort with Kate Warhoff in March 2020 under her married name
00:16:43.360 Blake Reynolds. As I said the other day nothing has happened. She hasn't made any projects come
00:16:49.740 true through her production company and maybe that's why she just had to steal someone else's
00:16:55.420 movie it says here lively who held the position of ceo s cfo and secretary soon soon started
00:17:03.740 announcing a slate of tv and film projects in quick succession dark days at the magna carta
00:17:10.700 the mark the making of lady killer and we used to live her but nothing has come to fruition
00:17:17.860 so that's one two three four five projects many are still in the treatment stage and updates
00:17:26.700 dating back to January of 2025 according to IMDb they're saying here but it's not just a production
00:17:32.860 company project that appeared to have hit the brakes lively was attached to a sci-fi thriller
00:17:37.520 proxy in February 2022 but she's no longer listed on the project on IMDb I remember that voice memo
00:17:45.880 that Blake sent to Justin when she was like hello oh you're so sweet I love you my friend
00:17:51.820 remember that and she said that she had already signed up for this movie proxy and she wanted to
00:17:57.100 work around the schedule so she could fit both movies in that movie never happened or it happened
00:18:03.400 without her because she is no longer attached to that project I wonder what happened there
00:18:08.980 with that director it says here that in April 2022 it was also announced that she was to make
00:18:14.480 her feature directorial debut with seconds on an adaptation of the graphic novel a script had
00:18:21.560 been completed according to mdb but like many of our other projects there has been no update since
00:18:26.980 january of 2025 and there's more even more elusive is her perpetrated role in the upcoming adaptation
00:18:34.780 of leanne moriarty's thriller the husband's secret she was announced to play the lead back in 2017
00:18:42.360 that's nine years ago but in August of 2024 the Australian author threw cold water on the casting
00:18:51.180 so she said on a tv show here that Blake Lively was attached to it but I don't know if she
00:18:56.340 is now detached and it says here the only project that does seem to be moving forward is the survival
00:19:02.500 list it's kind of ironic that it's called the surviving list whoever survives this on Blake
00:19:09.300 wildly sighed they need to be on that list anyways a rom-com which she will star in and produce
00:19:15.420 good luck to that director it definitely appears grim for her work-wise in the states and it
00:19:21.300 doesn't seem like it's going to change anything soon either our insider said it feels like she's
00:19:27.180 been shunned by the industry i don't think it just feels like that i think blake has been shunned by
00:19:32.060 the industry and then they add the fact that they are looking for a house in the uk blake and ryan
00:19:37.260 have even discussed moving to the UK. But what's making them take a long, hard look at their
00:19:41.640 immediate future is that their kids' schooling and friends are in the States. Blake truly is
00:19:47.220 an amazing mother, it says here. If it wasn't for her children, they may consider relocating to the
00:19:52.800 UK or at least splitting their time more between here, there and the US. I think that if she was
00:19:59.240 such an amazing mother and thought about her kids, she wouldn't put them through this. Because I can
00:20:04.640 only imagine how much of a toll this whole scenario has taken on her kids even though they're so young
00:20:11.520 that they might not read the news they notice because of course this adds so much stress to
00:20:17.180 that household so the fact that she's such a good mother if she was she would just have dropped this
00:20:22.980 case and here they're adding that there's hope for Blake maybe in the UK the insider said Blake
00:20:28.420 could rebrand her over there in the UK and believes that there are top of the line filmmakers who
00:20:34.120 could give her a second chance. It is possible that Lively and Boldoni will reach a settlement
00:20:39.260 before the trial, it says here, but even if it does move forward and Lively wins, the victory
00:20:44.840 may not be enough to revive her reputation. Well, yeah, I agree with that. And the insider continues
00:20:51.460 to say, it doesn't matter which way the jury sways, it's doubtful she will regain her reputation.
00:20:58.420 Yes, for sure. I don't think Blake is going to get any big roles in Hollywood anytime soon,
00:21:03.620 But I'm curious to see if Ryan Reynolds will show up on the big screen anytime soon.
00:21:09.000 Also, page six picked up on this.
00:21:10.800 They have another brutal headline saying,
00:21:13.300 Blake Lively debates ditching US as Hollywood stares clear of actress.
00:21:17.760 And he says here, the Gossip Girl alum reportedly believes there are top of the line filmmakers
00:21:22.400 who could give her a second chance.
00:21:23.980 They're basically referring to the article in the Daily Mail.
00:21:27.180 Yes, headlines like this just reminds everyone out there why no one believes Blake
00:21:32.740 and how she ruined her own career and her husband's career
00:21:36.460 and everyone else's careers that are involved in this case, by the way.
00:21:41.200 It's not only the bad guys here who gets their career ruined.
00:21:44.240 She also ruined the careers of Justin Baldoni, Jamie Heath,
00:21:48.520 Jennifer Abel, and Melissa Nathan.
00:21:51.580 So yeah, let's not forget about that.
00:21:53.280 Here is another headline, by the way.
00:21:54.700 Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds face quiet struggles behind the scene,
00:21:58.960 it says in The Blast.
00:22:00.540 And here, this one's funny, though. 0.64
00:22:01.980 InStyle magazine, this is so hilarious to me, how these women's magazines are trying to pretend that
00:22:08.340 this lawsuit is not happening and the backlash that Blake is receiving in the press right now.
00:22:13.740 So InStyle did a story saying, Blake Lively hits the gym in the most unexpected outfit in sentimental
00:22:21.500 throwback photo. I prefer curls in my hair when I'm in high heels. They're also referring to that
00:22:28.620 photo and happy birthday tribute she gave to her personal trainer Don Saladino here
00:22:33.580 and they're not mentioning anything about the controversy. I mean it just makes you lose all
00:22:40.300 respect for these magazines. I mean what is news about that? She's wearing a dress at the gym for
00:22:46.440 a photo op. Yes very disappointing in style. Bloomberg also did an article today saying that 0.97
00:22:52.620 Blake and Justin's case is an employer cautionary tale. This article is really messy, by the way,
00:22:59.840 because she forgets to underline here that 10 out of Blake's claims were tossed, not only because
00:23:06.680 she couldn't sue as an employee, as you know, because she was acting as a contractor, but also
00:23:12.900 because the judge said that none of these claims actually qualify to be SH claims. And they don't
00:23:20.420 mention that in this article but they're saying to employers here that you got to learn from what's
00:23:26.380 happening here because what this journalist is pointing out is that even if no sh occurred you
00:23:34.500 could be liable for retaliation against one of your employees so they're saying if one of your
00:23:41.160 employees comes to you and complains about something you have to be aware in the future
00:23:48.220 any time that this person if they experience anything that they feel is some kind of retaliation
00:23:56.360 they can sue you for that it doesn't have to be you firing them as this person is saying it here
00:24:03.120 it doesn't have to be big things like that it can only be that they feel retaliated against
00:24:08.500 and they don't have to even point at any misconduct or anything like that they just have to say
00:24:15.500 hey I don't like this I don't like the way this person is looking at me and if you don't take
00:24:21.100 that seriously and if that same person down the line feels that they're being punished for
00:24:27.280 something then you can be in trouble and you can end up like the wayfarer parties and all the other
00:24:33.540 parties and people involved in this case they're mentioning they're saying here that employers
00:24:37.720 should treat every every closed investigation as an ongoing obligation so even if the closed
00:24:44.800 investigation into some claim or some complaints they have they always have to prepare for the
00:24:50.700 worst so many people don't have jobs right now and this is an example of a horror story for any
00:24:57.840 employer so why would you risk employing people full-time if you can end up in a lawsuit like
00:25:04.880 this then you should probably just hire contractors in the future although has to be said here as well
00:25:10.480 that in some states, you can sue the way Blake Lively did as a contractor as well. And you do
00:25:16.680 have the same rights as an employee. And let's be honest, this is terrible for women in general, 1.00
00:25:22.660 because women are usually the ones on the receiving end of harassment. So then again, 0.99
00:25:28.560 this lawsuit is an excuse for employers not to employ women in the workplace because they could 1.00
00:25:35.700 end up in a situation like this. Anyways, that's it from you guys. I hope you enjoyed this episode.
