00:00:00.000 Yeah, I think these pictures really explain what's going on behind closed doors right now.
00:00:09.820 Hi and welcome to Flossom Talk. I'm Ashley Flore, journalist, Hollywood truth teller and your voice
00:00:15.140 of reason in a town built on the illusion. We have some new paparazzi photos of the lovebirds
00:00:21.960 just after they had an ice cream date in New York City. Let's look into this New York Post article.
00:00:30.000 And look at the pictures of Blake and Ryan.
00:00:32.260 Yeah, I think these pictures really explain what's going on behind closed doors right now.
00:00:37.380 And it's the queen of Easter eggs, Taylor Swift, taking a dig at Blake Lively,
00:00:43.080 pretending that her wedding is going to be at the same venue that Brian Friedman,
00:00:49.380 Justin Baldoni's attorney, said that he would love to do a live deposition of Blake Lively.
00:00:57.080 Madison Square Garden.
00:00:58.720 Let's look into that.
00:01:00.440 And we have another community note on one of Blake Lively's posts on Instagram.
00:01:05.920 This time, it's a post about Blake Brown and misinformation.
00:01:11.880 And let's look a little bit more into Sanctuary Families.
00:01:14.840 This non-profit that I spoke about last week, where Blake Lively all of a sudden showed up on stage
00:01:21.260 and had some kind of speech, it looked like, supporting them while they're pretending that she really wasn't there.
00:01:28.000 let's look at what they're saying on their own website now as you can see my executive producer
00:01:33.040 is busy working in the background here on one of his daily naps but don't be fooled he's always
00:01:40.260 listening oscar also made his first friend yesterday his name is dino and they were playing
00:01:45.380 in the sand together they were so cute i just had to show a little clip of that before we start this
00:01:50.280 episode but anyways let's get into it so blake lively received another community note on her
00:01:56.860 Instagram post and this one is quite interesting because this is about Blake Brown and how she's
00:02:03.440 been using misleading marketing to present this brand. This is terrible, terrible news for Blake
00:02:10.620 Brown. So here is the community note that someone posted on her Instagram. As you might remember
00:02:16.220 there's also a community note on the post after the judge had tossed out 10 over 13 claims when
00:02:22.240 she was basically declaring victory because this lawsuit was never about those things it was about
00:02:27.540 retaliation which as you know she voluntarily dismissed herself but anyways here is this
00:02:32.680 community note on the blake brown promo that she did it says blake brown has faced accusations of
00:02:38.900 misleading marketing regarding its foundational hair care philosophy and ingredients transparency
00:02:45.440 experts have specifically challenged the brand's central claim that it replaces traditional
00:02:51.900 conditioner with hair masking as well as the honesty of its nourishing product labels it's
00:02:59.800 a second most concentrated ingredient in sodium c14 to 16 olefin sulfonate a surfactant that can
00:03:08.940 be drying and irritating for individuals with sensitive skin or dry hair it's really interesting
00:03:16.720 to see how these community notes can now be used and basically call out people when they are coming
00:03:23.580 out with misleading information and this obviously is not great for blake brown one of the brands
00:03:29.400 that obviously blake lively destroyed herself from her tone deaf marketing of it ends with us
00:03:35.840 and also as we've seen so many people complained about the actual quality of the products as well
00:03:40.920 So it wasn't just the way that she promoted this during a movie about DV,
00:03:46.380 but it was also that people didn't actually like these products
00:03:49.620 that Blake bragged about in public, saying it took her seven years to develop.
00:03:54.360 Yeah, no one spent seven years developing a regular shampoo and a hair mask.
00:03:59.800 Someone also pointed out to me that Blake posted this on her Instagram story this weekend,
00:04:05.400 where she's saying that my six-year-old making me the most beautiful Chanel official,
00:04:09.880 tagging Chanel bag I've ever seen out of pottery and then you see the little hand holding on this
00:04:16.520 bag this necklace bag that her six-year-old did which is very impressive if she did that by
00:04:22.400 herself but anyways what this person pointed out to me saying that is she teaching her six-year-old
00:04:28.380 the family trait of stealing other people's work isn't this copyright infringement if regular
00:04:33.640 people make the same necklace and tag Chanel we would get a cease and desist letter and of course
00:04:38.840 Blake is using her kids again she's been bragging about her creative children so many times trying 1.00
00:04:44.540 to get the public to change their opinions about her because she's a mom of four and she loves her
00:04:50.700 kids and she promotes her kids but anyways I believe that she also did this to get kudos from 0.64
00:04:56.500 Chanel she wants these big brands to back her she wants the support of Chanel and that's obviously
00:05:03.180 why she also tagged chanel in this post but i don't know anyways interesting observation there
00:05:09.460 thank you so much for sending me that also ryan reynolds posted about a friend who just passed
00:05:15.240 her name was mariana satrapy persepolis i don't know who she was um and i'm not going to say
00:05:22.160 anything about her but it's so interesting to me how he picks this quote a quote that i would
00:05:28.060 assume she used to describe him listen to this that he put on his story he's quoting her saying 1.00
00:05:34.720 in life you'll meet a lot of jerks if they hurt you tell yourself that it's because they're stupid 1.00
00:05:41.260 that will help keep you from reacting to their cruelty because there's nothing worse than 1.00
00:05:46.600 bitterness and vengeance always keep yourself dig always keep your dignity and be true to yourself
00:05:53.120 isn't that interesting how he would pick a quote like that from her like because there's nothing
00:06:00.080 worse than bitterness and vengeance isn't that all ryan reynolds stands for these days it just
00:06:05.940 proves how delusional ryan is that he doesn't see that this is about him this quote maybe she didn't
00:06:13.300 intend it to be about him but when we read it and we know who he is it's quite obvious it could have
00:06:19.080 been a quote from Justin Baldoni. In life, you'll meet a lot of jerks. If they hurt you, tell 1.00
00:06:24.360 yourself that it's because they're stupid. That will help keep you from reacting to their cruelty 1.00
00:06:28.760 because there's nothing worse than bitterness and vengeance. Always keep your dignity and be true
00:06:33.040 to yourself. That's exactly what Justin Baldoni did when Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively came
00:06:39.720 after him, trying to destroy his life and his livelihood and his legacy. This all made me think
00:06:46.760 that if it wasn't for social media we would never have found out what really actually happened here
00:06:52.620 it makes me believe that things like this has probably happened in hollywood before before we
00:06:58.560 had social media before people could actually call someone out before there were internet sleuths
00:07:04.280 digging into all the legal papers to find out what really happened i'm sure there are really
00:07:10.360 dirty stories like this that have been buried by mainstream media for decades we know how
00:07:17.040 Weinstein got away with so many things for so many years because he had this group of protectors
00:07:22.600 around him he had the power of the media and that's why he could get away with his behavior
00:07:28.320 for decades anyways let's look at this ice cream date that Blake and Ryan went on according to the
00:07:35.400 New York Post it was a date and there was a photo I noticed this photo last week actually
00:07:40.140 is a picture of Ryan's hand and Blake's hand and an ice cream and apparently when I look at this
00:07:45.600 picture it looks like they have the same size in shoes I don't know if that means anything but
00:07:50.120 anyways the New York Post has some paparazzi photos of the two of them leaving these ice cream
00:07:56.060 date you can see the spoon from Blake's ice cream popping up in some of the pictures and when you
00:08:02.180 look at their faces they don't look like a real happy couple I'm sure People magazine is not going
00:08:09.480 to pick up these photos and make it up to a story of Blake and Ryan showing PDA in public.
00:08:15.940 But anyways, this is how the New York Post reported on this date saying spotted Blake
00:08:20.600 Lively and Ryan Reynolds on a frozen yogurt date. The couple stepped out for a sweet treat in New
00:08:25.580 York City on Wednesday on the heels of the gossip girl, Alan, dragging it ends with us
00:08:30.040 co-star Justin Baldoni back to court. It's easy to tell who they're supporting here, by the way,
00:08:35.160 which I like. Anyways, the actress and her husband who have been married since 2012 were
00:08:40.100 photographed sitting in the backseat of a car enjoying dessert with their windows down. And
00:08:44.860 then this story just basically keeps repeating all the legal stuff that's been going on. But
00:08:49.560 looking at these photos, they don't look like a very happy couple, if you ask me. It looks like
00:08:56.460 Ryan is yelling at the driver of the car while Blake is more focusing on eating this ice cream.
00:09:03.020 not looking at her husband at all yeah let me know what you think do they look happy in these
00:09:07.760 photos to you or was this just a photo up for them where they could just drive to this ice cream store
00:09:13.440 with their driver they were obviously had a driver here since they're both in the back seat
00:09:17.820 and take a photo of the two of them holding an ice cream and then post that on instagram so that
00:09:24.160 people would believe that they're still doing really cute things together but when we look at
00:09:29.280 these pictures? It doesn't look like a cute take to me. Anyways, New York Post ended this story
00:09:34.760 saying, page six learned that while Blake and Baldoni spent a combined 60 million dollars
00:09:41.020 during their contentious legal battle, neither earned any money in the settlement. Lively attended
00:09:46.320 the Met Gala hours after the resolution made headlines, and the Shallows star, yes, she did
00:09:54.320 do a movie called Shallows, but the way they're using it here made it a little funny, and the
00:09:59.100 shallow star is reportedly plotting her Hollywood comeback. She has continued to step out in the
00:10:05.480 Big Apple, most recently posing at a star-studded Fendi event. That wasn't actually a star-studded
00:10:11.820 event, I have to say. It was only Nepo babies of the stars who were actually there with Blake. 0.76
00:10:17.340 But anyways, let's look into this Daily Mail article. So I saw that this was reported all
00:10:24.100 over the place just before the weekend that taylor swift is getting married in madison square garden
00:10:30.060 and here's the headline from daily mail saying taylor swift and travis kelsey expected to invite
00:10:35.160 fans to their wedding at madison square garden after ruling out another iconic nyc venue so i
00:10:42.460 don't know where this information is coming from i find it so interesting that they would pick
00:10:47.720 this wedding venue i can't imagine anything less romantic than getting married in madison square
00:10:54.200 garden but as one of you pointed out to me thank you liz for sending me this i didn't think about
00:11:00.400 this as first and she sent me an email saying remember that brian friedman was suggesting that
00:11:05.620 he should do blake's testimony in front of a live audience in madison square garden and yes i remember
00:11:13.780 They made so many headlines about that.
00:11:16.340 And of course, they used that against him and said that he was smearing her.
00:11:21.600 Yeah, that was one of their main claims against Brian Friedman
00:11:25.860 that was obviously dismissed by the judge.
00:11:28.800 So Liz was suggesting that this was a dig at Blake from Taylor.
00:11:33.280 Who knows?
00:11:34.780 Taylor Swift is the queen of Easter eggs.
00:11:37.520 And apparently, none of the guests knows anything
00:11:41.340 about what's going to happen at this wedding.
00:11:43.780 And this venue, I don't know if that's true or not.
00:11:47.340 They're saying here the iconic and enormous venue is best known for concerts and professional sports
00:11:52.240 and can hold up to 22,000 people.
00:11:55.260 However, it's unclear just how many people will be invited to witness Swift and Kelsey tie the knot there.
00:12:00.660 And they're saying here that last month, another insider told the Daily Mail
00:12:03.900 that the duo were looking to marry at a sizable museum or arena-like venue in Manhattan.
00:12:10.320 Though the engaged couple have sent out save the date to their wedding guests,
00:12:14.240 they have yet to name a location, even though Swift has texted tidbits to friends.
00:12:21.520 Interesting.
00:12:22.600 So then Rob Schuder did this report saying that Taylor Swift's MSG Madison Square Garden wedding
00:12:29.340 delivers the ultimate Blake snub, 20,000 seats and not one for Blake.
00:12:34.840 When Taylor and Travis says I do at Madison Square Garden,
00:12:37.660 one absence may speak what one absence may speak louder than any guests who attends Blake
00:12:43.760 lively and here's an insider saying that that's what makes this so devastating if Taylor were
00:12:48.880 planning a small intimate ceremony Blake's absence would be understandable but this is Madison Square
00:12:53.840 Garden nobody can argue here there wasn't enough room I don't think that would be the argument
00:13:00.060 ever that it wasn't enough room physically to have Blake and Ryan at their wedding I think it was
00:13:06.460 just like, we don't want people here who blackmailed us. But then Robert Shooter came out with this
00:13:11.620 report saying friends close to Taylor Swift are questioning reports that she and Travis Kelsey
00:13:17.180 plan to marry at Madison Square Garden, not simply because guests still haven't been told where the
00:13:22.720 wedding will take place, but because the entire idea feels completely out of character. This doesn't
00:13:28.920 sound like Taylor, one insider said. It sounds like something the Kardashians would do. Totally
00:13:35.360 agree i doubt that that is going to happen this is happening on july 3rd by the way or that's what
00:13:42.100 we believe so far i wonder who's putting all these fake rumors out there if they're fake i don't know
00:13:47.780 as i said i have no idea no one knows apparently what's going to happen here and what he says here
00:13:52.780 is that what's rising eyebrows is the notion of turning the ceremony itself into a blockbuster
00:13:57.520 public event i agree why would you want that taylor has always used her personal life used her
00:14:04.240 personal life in her work the song the easter eggs the social media posts that's part of the
00:14:09.140 brand but that's very different from getting married at one of the most famous venues in the
00:14:13.100 world another friend was even more blunt so these are coming from friends apparently a wedding at
00:14:19.680 madison square garden feels like a production not a wedding are they selling tickets and insider
00:14:26.780 jokes is there a ticket master partnership a live stream that's why people aren't buying it
00:14:32.840 and then another person here said most people I know think it's a decoy the theory is guests will
00:14:39.320 be told to meet at Madison Square Garden and then they put on buses and taking somewhere else
00:14:43.900 I don't know that too sounds like why would you put your guests through all that extra hassle
00:14:49.160 just to like fuel rumors first yeah who knows what's gonna happen to be honest I'm not really
00:14:55.660 interested in Taylor Swift's wedding I really don't care where she gets married I've never been
00:15:02.080 Swifty, so I don't even get the fascination with her. And especially now, I think when we've seen
00:15:07.900 her text messages with Blake, I'm like, not such a great person, Taylor. Yeah, how long do you think
00:15:13.760 this marriage is gonna last? Let me know. Anyways, so let's talk about Sanctuary for Families again.
00:15:21.180 This is the non-profit who had the event last week where Blake Lively attended. She was photographed
00:15:27.800 with other people she did some selfies it looked like from some photos but Sanctuary for Families
00:15:33.900 decided not to publicly announce that Blake was there I reported on that on Friday and now thank
00:15:42.700 you Karen for sending me this she reminded me that Sanctuary for Families was one of those 19
00:15:49.620 organization who actually wrote an amicus brief on behalf of survivors and victims to the judge
00:15:59.400 before he dismissed Justin Boldoni's lawsuit against Blake Ryan and Leslie Sloan. And apparently
00:16:05.760 they're also big supporters of Amber Heard. Interestingly enough, when you look at the
00:16:11.600 post that they did from this event, there are six comments that's still public. They have some
00:16:17.020 hidden comments there as well one of them which is really interesting by the way but they have
00:16:21.800 six public comments and it's from only three people who posted something twice and I am I am
00:16:29.480 wildly guessing as I've seen online people comment on that that they just keep deleting negative
00:16:34.980 comments but there's there was one hidden comment that I thought was really interesting pointing
00:16:39.740 out that we all remember who lured victims to Epstein Ghislaine Maxwell she was a woman
00:16:46.080 and she did this to all these other women and someone sent me an email about them saying that
00:16:52.360 the ceo of this non-profit has a salary of three hundred thousand dollars a year these are the 0.66
00:16:58.620 things with non-profits there a lot of the times they have really high salaries for their ceos or
00:17:05.020 for the leaders or for the people involved and of course they don't have to pay any taxes because
00:17:10.020 it's a non-profit there's so much shading that's going on around there i'm not going to accuse this
00:17:14.340 organization of anything just to put that out there but I think it's something to keep in mind
00:17:19.020 so in June last year just after Baldoni's lawsuit was dismissed they posted this as a celebration
00:17:27.920 on their website saying yet again a woman who spoke out about harassment has been vilified by
00:17:34.840 the internet it's the internet's fault you shouldn't do any research and find out what
00:17:39.500 really happened, because then some celebrities might suffer from the truth getting out.
00:17:46.200 Anyways, when news broke that Blake Lively filed a formal SH complaint against Justin Baldoni,
00:17:51.320 the online backlash was swift and predictable. That is a lie. When Blake Lively filed her
00:17:59.240 lawsuit, people supported her. Remember that text message from Taylor Swift to Blake Lively saying,
00:18:06.960 I've never seen a cancellation turn around this fast.
00:18:11.800 I've never seen people change their minds so fast about someone.
00:18:15.980 Yeah, that's what happened when Blake filed this lawsuit.
00:18:19.880 But it only lasted for a week, as you know,
00:18:22.760 when Justin Boldoni filed his countersuit and came with the receipts.
00:18:27.320 But they're claiming that the online backlash was swift and predictable
00:18:31.840 when she filed the lawsuit.
00:18:33.800 And then they're saying that we saw the same thing happening to Amber Heard when she spoke
00:18:38.320 publicly about Johnny Depp. Each time instead of empathy or support, survivors were met with doubt,
00:18:44.940 mockery and cruelty. These online hate campaigns reveal just how deeply entrenched social biases
00:18:51.280 against survivors still are. I mean, claiming also that Amber Heard is a survivor, I think it's such
00:18:57.680 a disgrace to accuse regular people on the internet for being full of hatred, cruelty and
00:19:03.580 mockery because they can see when a person is lying and they can also read evidence themselves
00:19:09.640 but according to this organization that's not possible because they're the ones who knows the
00:19:15.060 truth that you should believe all women no matter what they claim and even when the facts and the
00:19:22.460 evidence shows that they're lying you should still support them and then they're saying here Blake
00:19:28.040 Lively holds the status of a wealthy feminine white woman her claims were still dismissed by
00:19:33.020 the public immediately. Lively's character was scrutinized, being labeled annoying and 1.00
00:19:38.860 disingenuous. Baldoni's legal complaint focused on portraying her as difficult on set, and his
00:19:45.080 team released texts showing a friendly report during the early stages of filming, as if any of
00:19:51.420 that disproves her harassment claims. They forgot to update this article since the judge dismissed
00:19:59.860 all her claims of sh so now it's the time to do that sanctuary for families you can still
00:20:07.160 update this article because the judge did not believe that any of her claims were actually sh
00:20:13.360 and then they're saying this this is exactly the point survivors are often disqualified from being
00:20:19.780 believed not because of facts but because of who they are perceived to be so they're saying that
00:20:26.060 it has nothing to do with the facts that we don't believe Blake Wiley. It has just to be,
00:20:30.580 it has to do with who we're perceiving her to be. So who are we perceiving her to be? And what did
00:20:36.020 we misunderstand here? I would ask this organization, like we've, we've seen Blake
00:20:41.380 Wiley's behavior. There's video evidence of that. Like in my video, for example, my interview,
00:20:47.120 and we also seen and read all the facts in this legal feud. Then they're talking about the damage
00:20:52.360 didn't stop at the courtroom. The online backlash was brutal, far-reaching and deeply discouraging.
00:20:58.460 It sent a clear message to survivors everywhere. If you speak out, you'll be mocked, maligned and
00:21:03.760 punished. I think the message after Amber Heard's trial was don't lie because then you will be
00:21:11.060 mocked and punished. If you're telling the truth, you won't. And then they're saying here that Blake
00:21:17.720 was subjected to similar pattern. Baldoni's lawsuit centered on counter allegations that
00:21:22.780 had little to do with her SH claims. He framed himself as the victim, alleging that Lively and
00:21:29.340 her husband used their fame to control production and harm his reputation. He alleged that, but we
00:21:35.720 also saw the receipts that she actually and her and Ryan actually did that. Almost immediately,
00:21:41.220 a wave of negative coverage followed between Lively as a serial bully who targeted co-stars
00:21:47.380 and confronted the narrative whether this was an organic response or a coordinated campaign
00:21:52.740 is unclear but the timing and tone strongly suggest an attempt to flip the script of course
00:22:00.760 he wanted to flip the script he wanted to flip the script to tell the truth it's unclear that
00:22:06.000 it was actually an organic response or coordinated campaign yeah everything that doesn't support
00:22:12.380 Blake that they don't have evidence for it's a little unclear if it's actually happened or not
00:22:17.500 but we will just assume that it did and then they're saying in the meantime here's how you
00:22:22.480 can help challenge Darvo and the perfect victim myth resist the urge to dogpile don't comment on
00:22:29.780 or share on anything that targets survivors even celebrities they're saying here so don't comment
00:22:36.300 on things if you don't believe a celebrity if she's a woman don't comment on it always question
00:22:42.120 the source. Who is sharing this story? Is it coming from someone with a vested interest in
00:22:47.860 discrediting the survivor? Hmm, I'm questioning this source actually right here on their website.
00:22:57.620 Where did you get your information from? Did you actually read the legal papers? But then they're
00:23:02.360 saying, believe survivors. This doesn't mean abandoning due process. It means listening,
00:23:07.440 taking disclosures seriously and acknowledge the system that have failed survivors for decades.
00:23:13.760 Well, that's exactly what we did.
00:23:16.260 We did due process and we found out that Blake was lying.
00:23:20.620 This is terrible for all survivors, I have to say.
00:23:23.780 I'm so sorry on behalf of all women and men out there
00:23:27.980 who have experienced something traumatic in their life
00:23:31.060 and seeing an organization like this that's supposed to help,
00:23:34.500 that is actually supporting the real abuser here, the real bully here.
00:23:39.500 That's really disheartening.
00:23:41.380 They also posted the same day that they were so proud to stand next to Blake Lively
00:23:45.740 and 18 other advocacy organizations in filing amicus briefs supporting her motion to dismiss.
00:23:52.860 Together, they represent a collective stand for the right of survivors to be heard and believed.
00:23:57.480 And then they're even mentioning this 47.1 code.
00:24:00.920 As you know, I spoke to Victoria here on my channel last week,
00:24:05.020 the architect or the author behind this law that they're referencing here.
00:24:10.960 And she doesn't even believe Blake Lively should be able to use this law. 0.95
00:24:14.760 And she believes that she abused it and stole it from her.
00:24:18.540 Yeah, it's not too late to update your website, Sanctuary for Families.
00:24:22.720 And again, I'm so sorry for all the real victims out there that they have to see this happening.
00:24:27.220 It's just such a disgrace.
00:24:28.640 I haven't seen any mainstream media actually pick up the fact that Blake was at this event.
00:24:34.020 Maybe they haven't seen it yet, but I wonder why People Magazine and all these big outlets
00:24:41.020 haven't just jumped on this yet to say that, look at Blake, she's here supporting real victims.
00:24:47.840 Why not?
00:24:48.740 Is Leslie Sloan, Blake's publicist, still working on the press release for that or what's going on?
00:24:56.080 Anyways, that's it for you guys.
