Fresh & Fit - 5 Ways To Set Goals To Achieve Anything In Life

00:10:07.000 And we are live.

00:10:08.000 What's up, guys?

00:10:08.000 Welcome to the Fresh Air Podcast.

00:10:09.000 Man, it is Monday, a.k.a.

00:10:11.000 Money Monday.

00:10:11.000 It's been a while since we did one of these guys.

00:10:13.000 Too much drama.

00:10:13.000 We're going to get back to business.

00:10:14.000 Get into it.

00:10:15.000 Let's go! 0.98

00:11:05.000 Crazy, man. 0.84

00:11:05.000 Alright, we're back. 0.84

00:11:06.000 Yo, what's up, guys?

00:11:07.000 Welcome to the Freshman Podcast, man.

00:11:09.000 You guys are probably wondering what we were laughing about.

00:11:11.000 Oh, man. 0.99

00:11:12.000 No, it's not some dumb Asian bimbo that's going to end up being... 1.00

00:11:14.000 Not that this time. 0.99

00:11:18.000 We're talking about...

00:11:20.000 As you guys know, I was in L.A. for a few days.

00:11:22.000 I went out there and I filmed with Jubilee.

00:11:25.000 And we did an episode on Fitman vs.

00:11:29.000 Fatman.

00:11:29.000 I think it's going to be a good time.

00:11:30.000 I wasn't going to say anything, but it got leaked, man.

00:11:32.000 You guys found out somehow...

00:11:34.000 Greg Doucette was there.

00:11:35.000 Shout out to Greg.

00:11:36.000 He's going to be here, I think, in the summer.

00:11:38.000 I think he had mentioned to me either July or August he's going to be in Tampa and he's going to come down and make a trip, which is great because last time we had him on, I know there were some issues with him coming to the United States and everything like that. 0.98

00:11:48.000 So when I saw him out there in L.A., I was like, oh, shit. 0.94

00:11:50.000 So, cool guy. 0.94

00:11:53.000 All I got to say about that episode is...

00:11:57.000 I hope they don't cut anything out.

00:11:59.000 Of course they will, bro.

00:12:00.000 They probably will.

00:12:05.000 Here's the thing.

00:12:06.000 Y'all know this. 0.99

00:12:07.000 I don't hang out with blue pill simps and shit like that. 1.00

00:12:10.000 I just don't hang out with those types of people. 1.00

00:12:13.000 Being in an environment with all these fucking soy boys... 1.00

00:12:16.000 Yeah, like, bro, it was crazy. 1.00

00:12:18.000 Like, little things that I would say all the time here, like, yo, they're looking at me like crazy when I said it over there.

00:12:25.000 And you're in L.A. as well.

00:12:26.000 And it was in L.A., man. 0.98

00:12:28.000 So it was fucking funny how, like, you say some of this stuff in front of woke people and they lose their minds. 0.95

00:12:33.000 So, yeah, I think you guys are going to get some entertainment on that one. 0.97

00:12:37.000 I'll tell y'all that.

00:12:37.000 Like, definitely.

00:12:39.000 How long was it?

00:12:40.000 I was there for a while.

00:12:41.000 We filmed for like three hours. 1.00

00:12:43.000 Damn! 1.00

00:12:44.000 Three or four hours. 1.00

00:12:45.000 Yep.

00:12:46.000 Yep.

00:12:46.000 It's long.

00:12:47.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:12:48.000 So we'll see how long the actual video is.

00:12:51.000 You know, obviously we're setting up and everything else like that.

00:12:53.000 But like, you know, they should be able to, I mean, hopefully they put most of it in there.

00:12:58.000 But y'all know, if there's like something cut out of context, you guys will know that is BS. And I'll be watching too.

00:13:03.000 I'm going to be watching.

00:13:03.000 Oh, y'all didn't put my response to that or whatever.

00:13:06.000 So we'll see what happens.

00:13:07.000 Speaking of California, we're going to be having, from a little jumper, Flacco, at the live event as well.

00:13:13.000 Oh, he's coming?

00:13:14.000 Oh, sweet.

00:13:14.000 He's coming on to us as well.

00:13:15.000 All right, all right.

00:13:16.000 We have more and more people showing up, man.

00:13:17.000 Hell yeah.

00:13:18.000 Full roster.

00:13:19.000 Yeah, so the live show, guys, is going to be this Friday, by the way.

00:13:23.000 I was going to actually stay in California longer, but I was like, nah, man, we got to get back over here and really set up, because literally today we're on the phone with the...

00:13:31.000 The venue, we're really trying to make sure everything is set up properly for y'all.

00:13:34.000 As you guys know, running live shows like this is not easy.

00:13:38.000 Especially with people there and another venue.

00:13:40.000 And you guys know that we like to do the show at a high production level.

00:13:42.000 So we're just trying to make sure we have everything in place.

00:13:45.000 But it's going to be this Friday.

00:13:47.000 April 26th, doors open at 6 p.m.

00:13:49.000 Show's gonna start around 7 or 7.30, roughly in that time range.

00:13:53.000 It's gonna be here in Miami, and it's gonna, well, Miami Beach to be exact.

00:13:57.000 For some of you guys that aren't familiar, the city of Miami is where we film.

00:14:01.000 However, where we do this is gonna be in Miami Beach.

00:14:04.000 Two completely different cities, but Miami Beach is the more famous place that everyone goes to whenever they come and visit here.

00:14:09.000 Most people, when they come, they go to South Beach, etc.

00:14:11.000 We're gonna pretty much be over there.

00:14:12.000 That's where the show is going to be.

00:14:13.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:14:15.000 VIPs, we only got, what, 20 spots left?

00:14:17.000 That's it.

00:14:18.000 We only got 20 spots left of VIP Ninjas. 0.99

00:14:20.000 That's it.

00:14:20.000 So if you guys want to go ahead and get involved and meet us in person, hang out with us, VIPs get to take pictures with us, be in the back, hang out with us for a little bit.

00:14:29.000 So there's two segments.

00:14:30.000 The first six to seven will be them talking to us, the guests as well, and then after, from 930 to 10 as well, me and Greg.

00:14:36.000 Yeah.

00:14:37.000 So if you get the VIP ticket, man, it's a much better experience.

00:14:41.000 And you'll be on front, etc.

00:14:42.000 We've only got 20 spots left.

00:14:43.000 The majority of them are sold.

00:14:45.000 So get it in now, guys.

00:14:47.000 And then you've still got general admission tickets.

00:14:49.000 And then the second tier?

00:14:50.000 Yeah, upper level.

00:14:52.000 But yo, the best part is going to be Yacht Party, though.

00:14:54.000 Yes.

00:14:54.000 We've got a yacht party after.

00:14:55.000 I can't wait.

00:14:57.000 I mean, look at that thing, man.

00:14:58.000 That thing is huge, guys.

00:15:00.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:15:01.000 We've got a bunch of girls that are going to be there. 1.00

00:15:04.000 We've got our team pretty much making sure we bring the ladies. 1.00

00:15:06.000 The girls are going to be there at the yacht, guys.

00:15:09.000 So if y'all want girls, you've got to go to the yacht party.

00:15:12.000 That is also filling up.

00:15:14.000 How many spots do we have for that one left?

00:15:17.000 Maybe even like 10.

00:15:18.000 What?

00:15:19.000 Keeping it at being, yeah.

00:15:19.000 10?

00:15:20.000 Yeah.

00:15:20.000 If you go like 10.

00:15:21.000 Remember, it's my people, Kev's people, and then, you know, us.

00:15:26.000 So it's like, oh.

00:15:27.000 And then all the girls.

00:15:28.000 All the girls. 1.00

00:15:29.000 Oh, shit. 1.00

00:15:30.000 Over 40. 1.00

00:15:31.000 And then there's a capacity that you can have on the boat, right?

00:15:33.000 Hold on.

00:15:34.000 There's over 40 girls coming that was pre-sold to us before.

00:15:37.000 So there's going to be more. 0.99

00:15:40.000 Wait, the boat came with 40 bitches? 1.00

00:15:42.000 Yeah, pretty much. 1.00

00:15:43.000 What?

00:15:45.000 Where do you mind me, bro?

00:15:46.000 Come on, Will.

00:15:47.000 It's easy.

00:15:47.000 Wait, hold on, hold on.

00:15:48.000 It's easy, bro. 0.98

00:15:49.000 So, wait, because I didn't fucking know this. 0.98

00:15:52.000 Wait. 0.97

00:15:53.000 So, you got the boat, and when you get the boat, It comes, they tell you, oh, by the way, it comes to 40 girls. 0.53

00:16:00.000 No, no, no, no.

00:16:00.000 This is the sponsors that are coming with us.

00:16:03.000 Y'all ex-Miami.

00:16:04.000 They're coming with us too.

00:16:05.000 Okay, and they got their team of promoters and stuff like that.

00:16:07.000 And since you know them, they basically said we're bringing girls.

00:16:10.000 100%.

00:16:11.000 So we're good.

00:16:12.000 Chris don't got to do nothing then, basically.

00:16:13.000 Just show up, as usual.

00:16:16.000 Pretty much. 0.98

00:16:18.000 So we don't, because I got Angie getting girls and shit, so should I tell her to stop? 0.98

00:16:22.000 Yeah! 0.98

00:16:23.000 We're good.

00:16:25.000 What the?

00:16:26.000 We're good.

00:16:26.000 It's a good problem to have.

00:16:27.000 Wow.

00:16:28.000 Okay.

00:16:29.000 The good thing is, none are from China.

00:16:31.000 So...

00:16:35.000 So we got 40 that are coming with the yacht and then we got some that Icy and I'm going to bring in.

00:16:41.000 Alright, so we're going to have well over 50 girls there on the yacht. 1.00

00:16:45.000 It's a mega yacht.

00:16:46.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:16:48.000 So yeah, Ninjas.

00:16:49.000 Wow.

00:16:50.000 I didn't know that.

00:16:51.000 It's going to be a movie.

00:16:52.000 Wow.

00:16:53.000 Full movie.

00:16:53.000 So we got a few spots left on that.

00:16:55.000 Yes.

00:16:56.000 So that's going to be a good time.

00:16:56.000 You got four more days, man.

00:16:58.000 Yeah, four days, guys.

00:16:59.000 We're not going to be live on Friday for obvious reasons, and we're going to be doing the live show, and we're going to be making sure that we coordinate everything as good.

00:17:06.000 What else?

00:17:07.000 Yeah, man, just come to that live show, guys.

00:17:08.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:17:10.000 It's going to be our sponsor as well.

00:17:11.000 Yeah, rumble.com.

00:17:12.000 So, obviously, you guys know that's home base for us.

00:17:15.000 You guys want to...

00:17:16.000 Support us.

00:17:18.000 I ain't gonna lie to y'all, man.

00:17:19.000 After this week, we're probably gonna have to take a bunch of our content down on YouTube, and we're probably gonna have to do it where a majority of our content, especially stuff that isn't safe, is gonna have to go to Rumble, and then the clean stuff will be over here.

00:17:35.000 We're talking to YouTube about doing a deal to make things work correctly, so Rumble will be the place for most content.

00:17:41.000 Probably.

00:17:41.000 For now.

00:17:41.000 Especially with the stuff that we made, guys.

00:17:43.000 It is what it is.

00:17:44.000 I mean, you guys can see it's happening with Tim Cass.

00:17:46.000 They took down two or three of his videos from three years ago with Alex Jones and Joe Rogan and stuff.

00:17:52.000 They backtracked.

00:17:52.000 They retroactively enforced some type of policy and took down videos from him and gave him a warning.

00:17:57.000 Guys, this is crazy.

00:17:59.000 And they told him it was fine multiple times.

00:18:01.000 I'm like, okay, they're telling him directly it's fine.

00:18:04.000 Alright, I'm good to go.

00:18:05.000 Most video is up for three years.

00:18:07.000 Then all of a sudden, election year...

00:18:09.000 That was bad.

00:18:10.000 Holy.

00:18:11.000 So yeah, bro, you can't be too safe on your platform.

00:18:13.000 But regardless though, Tim Gass is a great creator.

00:18:16.000 He's been on the platform for years.

00:18:17.000 But that was a shock because imagine posting content that was safe for YouTube and then it said all of a sudden, hey, you know what?

00:18:23.000 Never mind.

00:18:23.000 It's not safe anymore.

00:18:24.000 Delete.

00:18:25.000 That is scary.

00:18:26.000 Very scary.

00:18:27.000 So we need to be careful too.

00:18:30.000 Holy.

00:18:30.000 So that's kind of what it is.

00:18:32.000 It's an election year. 1.00

00:18:33.000 This crap happens. 1.00

00:18:34.000 So... 0.92

00:18:35.000 Yeah, guys, I hate to say it like that, but yeah, what will probably end up happening is, I mean, obviously we'll give you, we'll let you guys know exactly what it's going to be, but it might be where it's like we stream a little bit on YouTube and then the majority is going to go on Rumble and then obviously like many Mondays and stuff like that will stay on YouTube,

00:18:51.000 but after hours and everything else like that, the majority of it you guys are going to have to see over on Rumble, man.

00:18:56.000 That's just what it is.

00:18:57.000 I mean, we get more views on Rumble anyway, to be honest with y'all.

00:18:59.000 For all the people that talk smart, because you guys I'm like, uh, do you look at our Rumble numbers, bro?

00:19:04.000 Like, we'll have, we easily have, you know, uh, you know, maybe 10,000 plus during a lot, during a regular, uh, show.

00:19:11.000 Yeah.

00:19:12.000 And then we'll have like 20 to 30 when we do our after-hour shows, um, on, on Rumble.

00:19:16.000 So, um.

00:19:17.000 Yeah, W Rumble, man.

00:19:18.000 Yeah, W Rumble, bro.

00:19:19.000 Yeah, man.

00:19:19.000 Chat be lit.

00:19:20.000 And yeah, the chat be lit in there.

00:19:22.000 It's hilarious.

00:19:22.000 You know, we don't censor the chat over there.

00:19:24.000 They be saying all the crap that they want to say. 0.98

00:19:25.000 They make fun of me. 0.99

00:19:26.000 They make fun of Fresh, Bills, Moe, Angie, Icy.

00:19:29.000 They make fun of everybody.

00:19:31.000 So, Chris.

00:19:32.000 So, it is what it is, man.

00:19:34.000 We don't censor y'all over there on Rumble.

00:19:35.000 They be going wild.

00:19:36.000 So, yeah.

00:19:37.000 Download that.

00:19:38.000 But yeah.

00:19:38.000 Anyway, today's Money Monday, guys.

00:19:39.000 It's been a bit since we've been able to do this because you guys know everyone and their mom.

00:19:44.000 Who likes to talk about Fresher Fit?

00:19:46.000 So we've had to address some haters and respond to some stuff, right?

00:19:50.000 We had to respond to the Crimson Chin last week, and then we responded to some of these other losers and stuff like that. 0.99

00:19:56.000 But now we're good.

00:19:57.000 But now we're going to go back to the basics, which, you know, diversify us from all these other haters.

00:20:02.000 With giving y'all some content on how to get your stuff together, man.

00:20:06.000 So five ways to set goals to achieve whatever you want in life.

00:20:09.000 So go ahead and kick it off with the first one.

00:20:10.000 So from one, hold it on to five.

00:20:13.000 Alright, the first one is going to be pretty simple.

00:20:17.000 Plan what you want to happen before writing your goals down.

00:20:20.000 So obviously speaking, guys, it's a goal setting.

00:20:21.000 You can have goals in your head.

00:20:23.000 But oftentimes as men, we don't know what we want.

00:20:26.000 So it's almost like you've got to make sure you know what you want before you write it down.

00:20:29.000 Because whatever you write down is going to happen eventually, right?

00:20:31.000 So my thing is like, okay, what's your plan?

00:20:33.000 What's your goal?

00:20:34.000 Mine was to be successful, come to America, work hard, invest my money, and then have fun as well at the very end.

00:20:40.000 So that's a plan through and through.

00:20:42.000 But sometimes we hear people's opinions or people's lifestyles.

00:20:45.000 We say, you know what?

00:20:46.000 I want that.

00:20:47.000 But why do you want it?

00:20:48.000 So having time to yourself to think, okay, as a man, what do I want to do is important.

00:20:53.000 Because people can lead you through religion or through, for example, speeches or, for example, videos.

00:20:58.000 But it's like, what do I actually want to do with my life?

00:21:00.000 That's very important.

00:21:01.000 So have a plan.

00:21:03.000 And obviously speaking, think about it thoroughly.

00:21:05.000 Like, if you need to go by yourself to the park, I don't know, going to drive in your car, you should be alone.

00:21:10.000 We made these plans because it's about you, not anybody else.

00:21:13.000 Not your mom, your sister, your uncle, your brother, your girlfriend. 0.98

00:21:16.000 It's about you.

00:21:17.000 So as a man, what do you want to do in your life moving forward?

00:21:19.000 Then, once that's done, you're going to write it down on your goal board.

00:21:23.000 But what are you going to say about number one?

00:21:25.000 Yeah, it's...

00:21:32.000 Got a plan.

00:21:33.000 Yeah.

00:21:35.000 You know, it's amazing how guys say all the time, yo, I want to get more girls. 0.88

00:21:38.000 Yo, I want to get in shape.

00:21:39.000 Yo, I want to make more money.

00:21:40.000 And then you ask them, okay, well, what are you doing to do that?

00:21:43.000 And then they're like, uh, the same stuff I've been doing for the past three years that hasn't led me to that.

00:21:48.000 So you got to have a plan, guys.

00:21:49.000 You got to really map it out and have a plan, have an idea.

00:21:52.000 And, you know, the biggest thing to remember is...

00:21:55.000 If you've always done what you've always done, you're gonna continue to get what you've always gotten.

00:21:59.000 You know, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, thinking a different result.

00:22:03.000 And I think a lot of people do that.

00:22:05.000 I remember growing up, right, in high school, In high school, you always have those people that you think are going to be successful, then you got some that are losers and stuff like that.

00:22:15.000 And the one thing I noticed with the kids, whether they were in a lower level, lower IQ class, or they didn't really have aspirations like that, they would say, I'm going to do X, Y, Z. But then you would see what they're actually doing, and they're doing the same thing they've always done.

00:22:30.000 They're still smoking weed.

00:22:31.000 They're still playing video games all the time.

00:22:33.000 They keep saying, I'm going to change.

00:22:34.000 I'm going to make a change.

00:22:35.000 But they never actually make a change.

00:22:37.000 So, I mean, obviously you want to start small.

00:22:41.000 It could be with just like cutting out one bad habit and then slowly building from there.

00:22:44.000 But the reality is you're going to have to give up and stop doing the things you're currently doing if you want to change from what you're doing.

00:22:51.000 And I don't think enough people understand and appreciate that you must actually take real, hard, tangible steps towards changing if you want to actually get the change that you want.

00:23:02.000 You know what scared me?

00:23:03.000 My first job at AT&T, taking phone calls, there's a call center with at least 200 agents from around the world.

00:23:10.000 And people were there for 40 years plus.

00:23:12.000 I was like, 40 years?

00:23:14.000 And they said, yeah, I want to leave here one day. 0.99

00:23:16.000 Damn, your name is a little bit where it was singular. 0.99

00:23:17.000 Yeah! 0.99

00:23:21.000 They used to work for Singular.

00:23:23.000 Yeah, they got different contracts like Xbox and AT&T, but that actual department, they were there for so long.

00:23:29.000 And I was like, what's your plan to get out of here?

00:23:31.000 Oh, yeah, well, you know, one day I'm going to get out of this office job and have my own career.

00:23:35.000 I'm going to be an entrepreneur.

00:23:36.000 That's so true.

00:23:36.000 I'm like, awesome.

00:23:37.000 When?

00:23:38.000 Oh, you know, bro, soon.

00:23:40.000 I just got to figure things out.

00:23:41.000 I'm like, nigga, you've been in 40 years. 0.99

00:23:43.000 It's crazy to me. 0.99

00:23:44.000 But that right there had me scared because I'm like, damn, if they're here this long saying all this shit, I gotta make a change. 0.99

00:23:49.000 When I worked at Macy's, loss prevention, I was 18 when I got that job. 0.99

00:23:55.000 I did the security there and I worked there until I was about 20 years old because I went out to college.

00:24:01.000 There were people there working that were like 22, 24, one girl was like 28, 29, making like 10 bucks an hour. 1.00

00:24:07.000 This is back in like 2008.

00:24:08.000 Yeah.

00:24:09.000 And yeah, what would everybody say?

00:24:11.000 Yeah, I'm going to get promoted, or yo, I'm going to go get another job, or yo, I need more money.

00:24:15.000 Like, y'all right now, I guarantee you guys know exactly what I'm talking about.

00:24:18.000 All of you have a job right now, right, where you have your coworkers, and y'all are bitching about how much you get paid, you're going to bitching about the hours, and you're complaining and saying, yo, well, I'm going to fucking get out of here, I'm out of this place, et cetera, and what ends up happening?

00:24:30.000 Five years later, they're still there. 0.73

00:24:33.000 And, you know, and guys, we've worked these kinds of jobs, so we understand what it's like working a low minimum wage job, etc., working around these people, and everyone's saying, I'm going to do better, I'm going to get out of here, and they fucking never leave. 0.96

00:24:44.000 And the reason why they never leave is because they keep doing the same bullshit that got them there in the first place and keeps them the job. 0.92

00:24:50.000 You know what gets me too? 0.98

00:24:51.000 It's like, oh yeah, bro, why are you saying for overtime?

00:24:54.000 It's like, because I want to save money to invest.

00:24:55.000 Oh, bro, let's go drink a beer. 0.86

00:24:57.000 Nigga, you just said you want to be an entrepreneur. 1.00

00:24:58.000 Let's not be an entrepreneur.

00:25:00.000 But again, it's the mindset to say, you know what, I'm going to say this, but action-wise, are you going to do it?

00:25:05.000 No.

00:25:05.000 Yeah.

00:25:05.000 No, man, they end up becoming entrepreneurs, which means trapped in the fucking job that they got and they'll never actually become an entrepreneur because they never change from what they're doing.

00:25:13.000 And it's amazing to me because these people say this stuff, that's why they call it a dead-end job. 0.96

00:25:18.000 Yeah. 0.94

00:25:18.000 Because people sit there and say, I'm leaving this dead-end job, but they never fucking leave. 0.94

00:25:21.000 They never leave because they make just enough, right? 0.98

00:25:25.000 It's literally slavery.

00:25:26.000 So what they do is this.

00:25:27.000 They give you just enough money to pay your bills and be what I call...

00:25:34.000 You're comfortable enough.

00:25:35.000 Where you're able to pay your bills and just chill.

00:25:37.000 Where you need the job to continue to sustain it but it's not enough to actually move away.

00:25:42.000 And that's what employers want.

00:25:43.000 They want to give you enough money just so that you can go ahead and continue to live the lifestyle that you currently have and be somewhat comfortable and not give you a cent more.

00:25:50.000 Why?

00:25:51.000 Because if they give you more, if you're smart, you'll invest, you'll move on, you'll do something else.

00:25:56.000 Understand that these companies, guys, a lot of times these big corporations, their interest isn't to actually pay you higher wages so you can live a better life.

00:26:03.000 No.

00:26:03.000 Their job is to pay you as little as possible so that you stay.

00:26:07.000 They obviously are going to give you a livable wage so that you can live, but they're going to give you just enough so that you stay, you don't go anywhere.

00:26:13.000 Because their number one thing is, if we're going to train you, we're going to...

00:26:16.000 Pay you.

00:26:16.000 We're going to give you a job, etc.

00:26:18.000 We want you to stay.

00:26:19.000 Retention is very important.

00:26:21.000 Bro, I did the math.

00:26:22.000 If I stayed there at the same rate of $10 an hour, I would have made it for that year.

00:26:25.000 If I'm going on, $19,000 a year is poverty, bro.

00:26:32.000 Terrible.

00:26:33.000 That's why I got a second job at Chick-fil-A. It's like, bro, I need to get out of this shit, you know? 1.00

00:26:37.000 So, go have a plan, man. 0.99

00:26:39.000 So guys, that's step number one.

00:26:41.000 Because I know all of you guys right now in the chat know exactly what we're talking about.

00:26:45.000 When you have that job, right?

00:26:47.000 Especially when you're younger, you have these minimum wage paying jobs or whatever. 0.96

00:26:50.000 Everyone's complaining, bro, this job sucks, y'all.

00:26:52.000 I'm gonna get out of here. 0.95

00:26:53.000 Lunch break. 1.00

00:26:55.000 Yeah, niggas are complaining about shit. 1.00

00:26:57.000 No one goes anywhere, bro. 1.00

00:26:58.000 They all fucking stay there. 0.99

00:26:59.000 So don't be that guy. 0.99

00:27:01.000 All right, number two, guys.

00:27:03.000 This is a good one.

00:27:04.000 Get a dry erase board or notepad to write it down, but it must be visible.

00:27:09.000 Guys, as someone, as you guys can see here on the pod, who writes things down, I can't...

00:27:15.000 I can't even explain to you how important it is to personify your thoughts down on written paper through a pen.

00:27:22.000 It's one thing to listen to something.

00:27:24.000 It's another thing to write it down. 0.70

00:27:26.000 When you write it down, how do you guys think I'm able to just make these girls look ridiculous a lot of the times whenever I'm doing debates or whatever?

00:27:32.000 It's because I write stuff down and it forces you also when you write things down to really comprehend and understand, right?

00:27:38.000 And it keeps things fresh in your head.

00:27:39.000 And when you're actually writing it down, it just makes it way more solid in your head.

00:27:44.000 So writing your goals down, right? 0.99

00:27:46.000 Obviously, I'm not telling you how to write shit down when you're debating people. 0.73

00:27:48.000 No, I'm just giving you guys an example of the power of the pen. 0.90

00:27:50.000 But in general, if you're able to write down your goals, it's going to be instrumental in your long-term success.

00:27:57.000 Well said.

00:27:58.000 You can talk about this.

00:28:00.000 Yeah.

00:28:00.000 So, it's funny.

00:28:01.000 We did a call on my network.

00:28:02.000 We spoke about goal setting and having drivers board.

00:28:05.000 So, there's one right here that actually you had in your actual house.

00:28:08.000 Yeah, Angie uses it. 0.98

00:28:09.000 This one's actually pretty good.

00:28:11.000 So Angie's really smart.

00:28:12.000 She's saying basically her goals for Myron right here, right?

00:28:16.000 But in any case...

00:28:18.000 It says call companies, pay bills, because Angie helps me with my real estate, right?

00:28:21.000 Obviously with like, you know, paying the water bills and electricity and all those other BS. And then, because I don't want to deal with that stuff.

00:28:26.000 And then Instacart, which obviously, you know, to get the stuff.

00:28:28.000 Because, as you know, we bring the girls here and stuff. 1.00

00:28:31.000 So we got to have like juices and shit for them and all that stuff, so... 0.95

00:28:35.000 Yeah, but you want a bigger board than this. 0.98

00:28:36.000 You want a board from Target or Walmart.

00:28:37.000 That's huge.

00:28:38.000 A rectangular board.

00:28:39.000 That's going to be way bigger.

00:28:40.000 But in any case, this is the success glitch that people miss all the time.

00:28:45.000 Which basically means you're going to write down your goals, A to Z, right?

00:28:50.000 Short-term and long-term goals.

00:28:52.000 However, you're going to put it in your room where you can see it whenever you wake up in the morning or when you go to bed at night. 0.98

00:28:56.000 Because you want to have it fresh in your brain where you're like, okay, right now I have goals to achieve and looking at every day is like, damn.

00:29:03.000 I didn't do A to B, C, or D. I need to get on that.

00:29:06.000 Now, granted, writing it done doesn't mean it's going to happen if you don't execute. 0.97

00:29:10.000 But if it's in your face, you're like, damn, I can see right now clearly what I need to do.

00:29:14.000 And taking it a step further, if you want to be more visual about it, have pictures of the actual goals, for example, of a car you want, a house you want, maybe a job you want, in your room, pictures of it on your wall as well. 0.79

00:29:24.000 So imagine having a board with all your goals on it, plus images to highlight those goals in your face every morning. 0.98

00:29:31.000 You're either going to do it or sit there and be like, damn, I'm a loser for not doing my goals. 0.95

00:29:36.000 So having that in your face every single day is powerful. 0.99

00:29:38.000 When you write it down, guys, it's in your memory.

00:29:40.000 So keep that in mind.

00:29:41.000 Visual and actually writing it down has a lot of power to you as well.

00:29:45.000 Yeah.

00:29:45.000 And I think the important thing is because you had your board, right?

00:29:48.000 Everyone makes fun of you and talks all this shit. 0.99

00:29:51.000 You had a video that went super viral. 0.99

00:29:52.000 You got like 15 million views or something like that, right?

00:29:55.000 On Instagram?

00:29:55.000 Yeah.

00:29:56.000 Before we got taken down.

00:29:58.000 But, you know, you guys know the famous clip of him getting denied by Grant Cardone, etc.

00:30:04.000 But after that happened, fresh put on a board, I'm going to get a Lambo, I'm going to make this much money a month, etc.

00:30:09.000 And he had that board in his room.

00:30:11.000 Remember when I met him, I remember seeing that board when I went over there before.

00:30:18.000 And that board, you woke up every day and you saw it and before you went to bed every night you saw it.

00:30:21.000 So it's a reminder like, okay, what am I doing?

00:30:25.000 And I think to be able to wake up and go to sleep, seeing that every day is very powerful from a subconscious standpoint. 0.81

00:30:31.000 And I think for a lot of you guys that have goals and got things that you want to do, Just putting it in your face every single day is a stark reminder like, damn, okay, this is what I'm pushing towards, right? 0.98

00:30:42.000 And if you fuck up one day or whatever it may be, you can come back and look at that board and be like, damn, did I get closer to the goals on this board or did I get further? 0.96

00:30:49.000 If the answer is I got further, then you got some work to do. 0.99

00:30:52.000 100%.

00:30:53.000 Actually, what happens is, when you complete those goals, because I don't know why, whatever don't happen.

00:30:59.000 Bought a property, got a car, did a speech on that platform for FTX trading.

00:31:06.000 Not FTX, what's the other one?

00:31:09.000 FTX, I was going to say.

00:31:10.000 No, no, what's it called?

00:31:11.000 FTX. FX Summit.

00:31:13.000 Oh, FX Summit.

00:31:14.000 Oh, with the Forex traders.

00:31:16.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:31:16.000 With QBanks and them.

00:31:17.000 Yeah, so everything I wrote down happened in, like, for example, in order, actually.

00:31:21.000 It's crazy.

00:31:22.000 So writing it down is very powerful, and then let's say you do lose track of time or you lose track of, like, what you're doing.

00:31:26.000 Okay, let me get back on track because, obviously speaking, my goals are right here in front of me.

00:31:29.000 So let me get back on track.

00:31:30.000 Yeah.

00:31:31.000 So it happens.

00:31:32.000 So, uh...

00:31:33.000 So, yeah.

00:31:33.000 So, writing it down, guys, is very powerful.

00:31:35.000 And I think also writing it down and where you can see it every single day.

00:31:38.000 Don't just put it on a notebook and just be like...

00:31:40.000 Like, put it on a big whiteboard and put that in your room.

00:31:44.000 Because people say, oh, why not just put it on my phone?

00:31:46.000 Bro, look at your phone, bro.

00:31:47.000 You're not going to look at it every day.

00:31:48.000 Nah, nah.

00:31:49.000 You ain't going to open up your Google Notes and be like, what do I got to do?

00:31:51.000 It has to be in your face where you can say, okay, cool.

00:31:53.000 This is what it is. 1.00

00:31:54.000 Oh, shit. 1.00

00:31:54.000 It's right there. 1.00

00:31:55.000 Yep.

00:31:55.000 And another thing too, which is kind of powerful, other people will see it that know you.

00:31:59.000 Ooh! 0.96

00:32:00.000 You know what I mean?

00:32:01.000 So, it's amazing how people get motivated a lot of times to prove others wrong.

00:32:05.000 Like, they might not be motivated to do it for themselves, but they'll be motivated to prove others wrong.

00:32:11.000 Even myself. 0.99

00:32:11.000 I mean, you guys know, when we were going through all that bullshit in 2021, and people were talking all the crap that they were talking, 50-plus YouTube channels talking shit about us. 0.99

00:32:19.000 At this point, it's 50-plus, but back then, it was like 30-plus talking shit about us, making all these insults or whatever. 0.97

00:32:24.000 What did I do? 0.97

00:32:25.000 I went and got better cameras.

00:32:26.000 I went and got better equipment.

00:32:27.000 I upgraded the studio, and we came up with new concepts, and we made the show even better to, you know...

00:32:33.000 To really improve.

00:32:34.000 So, naysayers and haters, a lot of the times, what they end up doing is they can spark creativity, they can spark, you know, motivation.

00:32:42.000 And, you know, it is what it is.

00:32:43.000 I mean, hell, you know, Crimson Chin made some hits on us, right?

00:32:47.000 Talking, oh, well, these guys aren't really leaders of masculinity.

00:32:50.000 I watched that video.

00:32:51.000 I wrote down what I was going to say back to her.

00:32:54.000 I took notes. 1.00

00:32:55.000 And we went ahead and executed it and it made her look really foolish. 1.00

00:32:58.000 Because even though we had some comedic relief in there making fun of her, we also addressed a bunch of her points that she made with factual... 0.95

00:33:07.000 In fact, she was refuting a lot of the things that she said because she was incorrect about a bunch of stuff.

00:33:12.000 Whoever went ahead and did her research for her didn't know what they were doing.

00:33:15.000 Her script writer.

00:33:15.000 Right, her script writer, right?

00:33:17.000 Obviously, we're making jokes, having a good time, etc.

00:33:19.000 We had like 20,000 people watching live on that one between all the platforms, so it was a good time.

00:33:22.000 But how were we able to do that?

00:33:24.000 Well, hater, watch it.

00:33:28.000 Write it down.

00:33:29.000 Boom.

00:33:29.000 This is the game plan I'm going to do.

00:33:31.000 Obviously, that's on a more micro level, but the point is that writing things down, guys, and then having a goal and putting it out there for everybody to see, what'll happen is it'll keep you accountable a lot of times. 0.76

00:33:43.000 If you put that fucking whiteboard in your room and your parents here, your friends here, whatever, they're like, oh, these are your goals? 0.98

00:33:49.000 Then it's gonna motivate, oh damn, they know my goals too. 1.00

00:33:52.000 Shit, I gotta do something. 1.00

00:33:54.000 Now imagine you have a girlfriend or a girl that you're talking to, right? 1.00

00:33:57.000 And it's in your house every single day.

00:33:58.000 She'll be like, did you do any of your goals?

00:34:01.000 It looks the exact same. 0.99

00:34:02.000 Now you look crazy. 0.97

00:34:03.000 Nothing crossed off. 1.00

00:34:04.000 Yeah, you look crazy. 0.99

00:34:05.000 How's wrong with you? 0.99

00:34:06.000 So it's motivation.

00:34:07.000 Yeah, man.

00:34:08.000 So it is what it is.

00:34:09.000 All right, number three.

00:34:11.000 Break down the goals into long-term and short-term.

00:34:13.000 Very simple, guys, what to do.

00:34:15.000 However, think about it this way.

00:34:16.000 If you're going to have goals for yourself, long-term, of course, you need to do things in the meantime to make things work for you as habits.

00:34:24.000 So, for example, let's say I'm going to have long-term goals, let's say by Lambo, right?

00:34:27.000 It doesn't happen magically.

00:34:28.000 I have to say, okay...

00:34:30.000 What are the things I can do in the meantime to get to that point of buying a Lambo?

00:34:33.000 For example, buy my mom a house or buying yourself a house, right?

00:34:35.000 And it's going to have to be money goals, of course.

00:34:37.000 So, let's say you work in business or you work at a job.

00:34:40.000 Okay, if I work for a year at this job, how much am I going to make?

00:34:44.000 I'll make maybe like 100k if I'm lucky.

00:34:47.000 Cool.

00:34:48.000 Alright, can I buy a Lambo?

00:34:50.000 Not really.

00:34:50.000 It could, but it's not the best place to be to buy a Lambo.

00:34:53.000 So, Any more money.

00:34:55.000 So I can put on my goal board, first job, 100k a year.

00:34:58.000 That's one, right?

00:34:59.000 So go to work every day, work overtime if I can.

00:35:02.000 But to add this goal, I can do a second job.

00:35:05.000 Which means, okay, cool.

00:35:06.000 First line for my short term is, okay, work job, that's my first job.

00:35:11.000 Second line, second job is extra money to put towards my long-term goal of a Lambo.

00:35:15.000 So it's pretty simple, guys, how to do this with short-term goals, but...

00:35:18.000 There are three things that you can do right now, not long term.

00:35:21.000 So it could be as easy as maybe going to your job is one goal as well.

00:35:26.000 Or, for example, having a business that you do on the side.

00:35:28.000 Let's say you do e-commerce, you do trading.

00:35:30.000 Cool.

00:35:30.000 Every day after my job, I'm going to study e-commerce, I'm going to study trading, and I'm going to do it, execute this every single day.

00:35:37.000 That's short term because right there and then, that skill that you learn can be applied to long term things and benefits.

00:35:42.000 So my thing is like, whatever you can do now, your long term goals will be short term, and of course long term will be long term goals in the long run.

00:35:48.000 Yeah.

00:35:49.000 Yeah.

00:35:49.000 All right.

00:35:51.000 All right.

00:35:51.000 Number four.

00:35:53.000 Tell an accountability partner your plan.

00:35:55.000 Someone you trust you can hold accountable every single time.

00:35:58.000 So this just means that someone you can trust to tell your goals to.

00:36:00.000 That will laugh at you, make fun of you, that actually believes in your vision or your goal.

00:36:03.000 Or better yet, has the same goal that you do.

00:36:05.000 There you go.

00:36:06.000 Even better.

00:36:07.000 Yeah.

00:36:07.000 So, for me, it was actually my mom because she was obviously pushing me for me to do better and not give up.

00:36:13.000 So that was my person I spoke to all the time.

00:36:16.000 And obviously, she's not going to judge me because she's my mom.

00:36:18.000 But it could be your brother.

00:36:19.000 It could be your cousin.

00:36:20.000 It could be your uncle.

00:36:20.000 Business partner is a good one.

00:36:22.000 I mean, we had goals for the show that we needed to hit, and we were able to hit.

00:36:25.000 One million.

00:36:25.000 One million subscribers.

00:36:26.000 We were able to do that within two years.

00:36:28.000 You know, hitting 100K, then first it was 20K, then hitting 100K, then hitting a million, and then, you know, getting a certain amount of views, you know, growing our Rumble channel, right?

00:36:42.000 We're getting that from 100K to 250K, and then we got these two Rumble plaques here for each one.

00:36:49.000 Once for $100,000, once for a quarter mil.

00:36:51.000 And then now the goal for Rumble is to get to $500,000, right?

00:36:53.000 And then obviously to a million as well.

00:36:55.000 You want to be a million on all the platforms.

00:36:57.000 So, it's very important to have an accountability partner better as someone that's also pursuing the same goal that you are, man.

00:37:04.000 Because...

00:37:05.000 Whenever, because we've talked about this before, but you guys know when it comes to men, one of the best bonding and unifying things between men is a shared goal.

00:37:13.000 There's a reason why men will sit there alongside each other and go to war and potentially put their lives in danger.

00:37:20.000 Why?

00:37:20.000 The shared goal of protecting their country, their nation, their loved ones.

00:37:25.000 Their culture, right?

00:37:27.000 So when there's a shared goal, you can't stop anyone.

00:37:30.000 That's how wars are fought, right?

00:37:32.000 Obviously, that's at the most extreme level, but you guys get what I'm trying to say here.

00:37:35.000 When you have a shared goal, no one can stop you.

00:37:37.000 And you will risk life and limb, quite literally sometimes, to go ahead and pursue that goal.

00:37:42.000 So for men, that is extremely important, man.

00:37:46.000 So if you can get yourself an accountability partner or someone that has a shared goal with you, you're going to go 10 times further.

00:37:53.000 Ten times further.

00:37:53.000 That's why workout partners a lot of the times are so sought after.

00:37:56.000 They're hard to find because most people can't stick in the gym long term and someone falls off.

00:38:01.000 But if you're able to find someone that is as serious as you are about going to the gym, etc.

00:38:05.000 and you guys train together, man, you're not going to stop y'all.

00:38:08.000 Now let's say you can't find somebody.

00:38:10.000 Granted, it might be hard sometimes.

00:38:13.000 Understandable.

00:38:14.000 Well, guess what?

00:38:14.000 You know who your partner is?

00:38:16.000 You! 0.99

00:38:17.000 You're a partner to yourself because you're going to hold yourself accountable.

00:38:20.000 Now, it's harder because if it's just you, then it's kind of like, all right, it's a little harder because of myself, but you can do it.

00:38:25.000 Now, granted, unless you do find somebody that is actually going to help you move forward with this, it's pretty simple.

00:38:30.000 What you do is you share your short-term goals with a person.

00:38:32.000 So let's say I meet person B, or let's say his name is Tom.

00:38:35.000 All right, Tom was my partner for accountability.

00:38:37.000 All right, Tom, listen.

00:38:38.000 Here's my goals for short-term, let's say from one to five.

00:38:42.000 Okay.

00:38:42.000 He'll give me his goals as well.

00:38:44.000 At the end of the week, we meet up on a phone call or a Zoom call or in person, and we share our goals together, what we did that week, towards our long-term goals.

00:38:50.000 So you give them not long-term goals, short-term goals between each person, and you say, okay, Tom, did you do X, Y, Z? Oh, no, I didn't.

00:38:58.000 Why didn't you do it?

00:38:59.000 Oh, bad excuse, bro.

00:39:01.000 And hold each other accountable.

00:39:02.000 But that way, each person is getting help as well, because you don't want it to be one-sided, of course.

00:39:06.000 And once that's done, at the end of the week, you reset and do it again next week.

00:39:09.000 So I wouldn't say it's always going to be someone that's going to partner with you because you can't always find somebody, but if you can, great.

00:39:16.000 It's not relying on yourself, pretty much.

00:39:19.000 Bam.

00:39:19.000 We can read chats in the last one?

00:39:21.000 Yeah.

00:39:21.000 Yeah, I told you guys today's show is going to be short and sweet for y'all.

00:39:24.000 We'll read some of these chats, and then I think we've got to show some lovely ladies after. 1.00

00:39:28.000 Yeah.

00:39:29.000 We got here, George Gaten goes, what happened to the 9-11's stream?

00:39:37.000 Oh, did you ever do it?

00:39:39.000 Or is it posted somewhere also?

00:39:41.000 No, that was 20 hours ago.

00:39:42.000 It's on Rumble.

00:39:43.000 Oh, okay.

00:39:44.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:39:45.000 He asked that because I remember that.

00:39:46.000 He asked that when I was on FedReacts.

00:39:47.000 FedReacts.

00:39:48.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:39:49.000 Which, by the way, speaking of those streams, they're on Rumble for obvious reasons.

00:39:53.000 They're not on YouTube, guys.

00:39:54.000 So if you guys want those 9-11 streams where we talk about who's really behind it, it's not on YouTube.

00:39:59.000 It's definitely on Rumble, rumble.com.

00:40:02.000 Go check it out.

00:40:02.000 We did a bunch of episodes with Ryan Dawson.

00:40:04.000 You actually re-uploaded it.

00:40:06.000 It's available on Rumble.

00:40:09.000 Yeah, they're all there on Rumble.

00:40:10.000 It's like a three or four part series, man.

00:40:11.000 We covered it extensively, the different factors involved.

00:40:15.000 So, yeah, go over that.

00:40:17.000 For good reason.

00:40:18.000 Yeah.

00:40:19.000 Zedan goes, I quit corn and I started my own mobile detailing business and quit my job at Amazon with Warehouse.

00:40:27.000 P.S. Can you do a daytime show about men's hygiene?

00:40:30.000 Because you mentioned earlier that men are musty as fuck today. 0.99

00:40:34.000 Yeah, didn't we do an episode on that? 0.99

00:40:35.000 We did, actually.

00:40:37.000 Wasn't it recent?

00:40:38.000 It was on Wednesday, I believe, right?

00:40:40.000 Or no, we talked about it for a bit on the first date thing.

00:40:48.000 Yeah, we need to do it.

00:40:52.000 It's one of the steps, right?

00:40:53.000 We didn't do one on hygiene yet.

00:40:55.000 Actually, just on hygiene.

00:40:56.000 It was just one of the steps.

00:40:57.000 That's a fact.

00:40:58.000 Yeah, you know, it's going to sound crazy, but we should actually, because I'll give it a thousand, man.

00:41:04.000 It's one of those topics, right, that no one wants to talk about it because it's like, you should know.

00:41:10.000 But the reality is if you don't know, then you don't know because no one wants to talk about it and bring it up because it's like you should know.

00:41:15.000 And it's kind of like a taboo topic.

00:41:17.000 Not taboo, but it's like a sensitive topic where people feel embarrassed to even ask for help on this.

00:41:22.000 It's funny.

00:41:22.000 They'd be like, just put cologne on.

00:41:24.000 Nigga, if you stink, cologne won't help you that much. 1.00

00:41:25.000 Yeah, it won't. 0.99

00:41:25.000 You're still going to stink, bro. 0.99

00:41:26.000 It might even exacerbate the problem. 0.96

00:41:29.000 Yeah.

00:41:29.000 It'll make it worse.

00:41:30.000 So, you know, them niggas that smell that put on Axe. 1.00

00:41:32.000 Remember that shit back in high school? 1.00

00:41:33.000 Oh, my God. 1.00

00:41:34.000 So, yeah, bro.

00:41:35.000 You need to absolutely...

00:41:38.000 Yeah, we can do it.

00:41:39.000 We've seen on the show what is the number one problem with guys.

00:41:42.000 Their hygiene.

00:41:43.000 Every single time.

00:41:44.000 We don't fail.

00:41:45.000 And just humbling myself, because obviously doing this podcast, we've learned a lot. 0.96

00:41:48.000 We knew a good amount about dating and female nature, all that crap, beforehand. 1.00

00:41:53.000 But coming on the show and actually talking to these women and having conversations, I did not know that male hygiene was as bad as it is. 0.93

00:42:01.000 Bro, shorty from that show that said, oh, I know something about Fresh.

00:42:05.000 Remember when she was like, oh yeah, I'm going to expose Fresh?

00:42:07.000 Yeah.

00:42:08.000 She smelled me that same day.

00:42:10.000 That's because I just smashed somebody. 0.94

00:42:11.000 So it was like, I didn't even know I smelled like sex. 0.93

00:42:14.000 I remember. 0.59

00:42:14.000 But I did. 0.59

00:42:15.000 I was like, oh shit, but they smell, they have like a heightened sense of smell by females do. 1.00

00:42:20.000 It's like I smashed somebody. 1.00

00:42:21.000 I'm just saying it, bro. 1.00

00:42:23.000 She said, you smelled like sex. 1.00

00:42:26.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:42:26.000 I remember. 0.99

00:42:27.000 That's what it was.

00:42:28.000 It was a long time ago.

00:42:29.000 Old studio.

00:42:30.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:42:30.000 Oh, damn. 1.00

00:42:31.000 Okay, I'm over here. 0.99

00:42:33.000 I was like, what is it?

00:42:34.000 It was because of that.

00:42:35.000 Okay.

00:42:36.000 But she could smell me from over there.

00:42:37.000 Yeah.

00:42:38.000 Wow.

00:42:38.000 Crazy.

00:42:39.000 Yeah, girls have a very keen sense of smell. 1.00

00:42:40.000 They don't play, bro.

00:42:42.000 And you guys are worried.

00:42:44.000 You guys remember, from a physicality standpoint, they're weaker.

00:42:48.000 So they have a stronger sense of smell.

00:42:50.000 They're able to interpret things better than us.

00:42:52.000 That's why they're able to read social cues like, hey, this guy ain't all the way there.

00:42:56.000 So they got to be in a defensive situation all the time.

00:42:59.000 So a lot of times, girls are able to smell and notice things that you won't notice as a guy. 0.99

00:43:02.000 Yeah.

00:43:03.000 You know, they know the small details.

00:43:05.000 And yeah, we can do that for y'all, man.

00:43:06.000 Because this is actually a big problem that guys don't realize, but the women realize. 1.00

00:43:10.000 And the thing is, is that you'll get curved on a date and you'll never know why.

00:43:14.000 And it could be because you just have a bad smell.

00:43:17.000 Also, they bring up teeth as well.

00:43:18.000 Yeah.

00:43:18.000 Teeth.

00:43:19.000 Yeah.

00:43:20.000 Yeah, because some guys just have a natural stent stem just because.

00:43:23.000 You know what I mean?

00:43:24.000 Like, there's dudes that go out there.

00:43:25.000 This guy, bro.

00:43:27.000 There's guys that go out there that, like, don't shower, like, for 48 hours normally. 1.00

00:43:31.000 And they do that shit all the time. 1.00

00:43:32.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:43:32.000 And, yeah. 1.00

00:43:33.000 So, anyway.

00:43:34.000 Holy.

00:43:35.000 Let's go.

00:43:37.000 The Alpha Widow goes, Myron, on After Hours is a Joke, you should do a random shot of Angie on the couch writing on a whiteboard, pass it to you, respond to it, make up whatever, don't acknowledge the reference, then let the internet write the memes and yap about it.

00:43:50.000 I get it.

00:43:51.000 I get it.

00:43:52.000 Oh, oh, oh.

00:43:53.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.

00:43:54.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:43:54.000 I was talking about on X. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:43:56.000 That's funny.

00:43:56.000 That guy.

00:43:57.000 Yeah.

00:43:58.000 Mr.

00:43:58.000 Ransom, where do we purchase a ticket to get a spot in the yacht party?

00:44:02.000 I'm trying to go.

00:44:03.000 Is it the same website to get the tickets for the live event?

00:44:05.000 Yeah, same one.

00:44:06.000 Yes.

00:44:07.000 People bought both the VAP for the show and the yacht, but yeah, it is separate.

00:44:13.000 So keep that in mind.

00:44:15.000 I think right now we're at.

00:44:16.000 I'll see you right now.

00:44:17.000 Link is below the top of the description, guys.

00:44:19.000 Let's put it in the chat for them, too.

00:44:21.000 If you guys...

00:44:22.000 Get your tickets now because here's the thing.

00:44:24.000 We have nine spots left.

00:44:25.000 One just sold just now.

00:44:26.000 Nine spots left.

00:44:27.000 Bro, everyone is going to start buying them this week.

00:44:29.000 I already know.

00:44:30.000 And then the day of, you really ain't going to get nothing.

00:44:32.000 It's filled up.

00:44:33.000 For example, a party, you can go to the entrance to pay to walk in.

00:44:37.000 This yacht is numbered by people.

00:44:39.000 Yeah, you won't be able to pay to get in.

00:44:40.000 You can't pay to get in, yeah.

00:44:41.000 I don't even know if you'll be able to pay to get into the show.

00:44:44.000 I don't even know if we'll be selling tickets at the door.

00:44:46.000 And if we do, I'll be honest with y'all, if you guys try to buy a ticket, because some of you, I know you late boys, you guys are going to try to show up to the venue and be like, yo, can I buy a ticket?

00:44:54.000 They're actually here.

00:44:55.000 And if you try to buy a ticket, it will be more expensive, and then you won't get a good seat, and it's not going to be the same.

00:45:00.000 Also, for any weirdos, there's going to be security. 0.99

00:45:02.000 So don't fuck around. 1.00

00:45:04.000 Just saying. 0.99

00:45:04.000 Sorry. 0.99

00:45:05.000 I'm just saying.

00:45:06.000 All right.

00:45:07.000 Oh, man.

00:45:08.000 Anything else?

00:45:08.000 Yes, Rumble Rants.

00:45:09.000 Rumble Rants.

00:45:10.000 All right, let's just look at some of these rants.

00:45:12.000 Jason Zagos, I need you to hate so I can use your free energy, Curtis Jackson.

00:45:15.000 Facts.

00:45:16.000 Ooh.

00:45:17.000 Myron's mouth can take a superhero punch.

00:45:19.000 Bill looks like the cinnamon stick off those Apple Jacks commercials.

00:45:23.000 Goku the goat?

00:45:24.000 Okay. 0.98

00:45:24.000 This nigga still here? 0.98

00:45:26.000 Coming in with some weak jokes, too. 0.98

00:45:29.000 George goes, what's up, guys?

00:45:30.000 The advice this podcast offers is gold.

00:45:32.000 I'm 22.

00:45:33.000 I've been in real estate since I was 19.

00:45:34.000 I started with two fix and flips.

00:45:36.000 Just bought three duplexes, been watching you guys, and loved advice.

00:45:38.000 Hey, bro, that's what's up, baby.

00:45:41.000 Yo.

00:45:42.000 Goldy Mikey.

00:45:43.000 And to do that only at, you know, start at 19 and do this at 22 is awesome.

00:45:47.000 That's incredible, bro.

00:45:47.000 It's incredible.

00:45:48.000 I want to start a house flipping business.

00:45:49.000 Where do I start?

00:45:50.000 How much do I need to start?

00:45:51.000 Ooh.

00:45:52.000 Godly Mike, I'll be honest with y'all, man.

00:45:54.000 Flipping houses is a very- Tricky game.

00:45:57.000 It's a tricky game.

00:45:58.000 I would suggest if you're going to get into real estate and you don't have that much capital, wholesaling is probably your best bet.

00:46:02.000 And what is wholesaling?

00:46:03.000 Wholesaling is essentially finding real estate deals where you find a good deal and then you be the middleman and you bring that deal to an investor.

00:46:11.000 Right?

00:46:11.000 And then that investor pays you to take the contract over.

00:46:15.000 I think that's one of the better ways to do it because, yes, it's more time intensive where you got to go find the deals and knock on doors, etc.

00:46:22.000 However, it's way cheaper if you don't got capital.

00:46:26.000 If you got some capital, then yeah, you can get into house flipping.

00:46:27.000 But the problem with house flipping is you're going to be dealing with hard money loans.

00:46:32.000 A lot of the times, hard money loans have high interest rates.

00:46:35.000 You got to get the houses fixed in time so you can go ahead and recoup your money and do your cash out refinance and get out.

00:46:40.000 You know, it's a trickier business.

00:46:43.000 We have episodes on, you know, we need to bring a house flipper in, actually, and talk about this, because we haven't brought a house flipper in yet.

00:46:48.000 I mean, if you're going to do it, go with an expert.

00:46:51.000 Yeah.

00:46:51.000 Because if you mess up any angle, it can mess you up totally.

00:46:53.000 Yeah.

00:46:54.000 Wholesale the house.

00:46:54.000 Because I am a buy and hold guy, right?

00:46:57.000 Speaking of buy and hold, some losers out there made videos on my real estate properties, which is hilarious, by the way, fucking weirdos. 0.99

00:47:02.000 And not all of them, just some of them. 0.99

00:47:03.000 There's just some of them.

00:47:04.000 And they're trying to say, yo, these are trap houses, and their photos are like five years old.

00:47:08.000 Like, all those houses they showed are rehab now, but whatever. 0.67

00:47:12.000 Which is fucking weird that you would go and look at someone's houses.

00:47:15.000 And actually, if people were smart about real estate, you would know you buy distressed or as low as possible. 0.97

00:47:18.000 Of course.

00:47:19.000 And you're remodeling, refixing, because guess what?

00:47:20.000 You add property value to the property when you add more value to it.

00:47:23.000 It's simple.

00:47:24.000 You make more money.

00:47:25.000 And it's funny.

00:47:25.000 Like, these haters, right?

00:47:27.000 Literally, some loser went out there and showed a bunch of my real estate properties, right? 0.96

00:47:39.000 We're good to go. 0.86

00:48:01.000 But anyway, incredible.

00:48:02.000 But yeah, all those houses that they showed, it's funny.

00:48:04.000 All those houses are up 100,000 plus.

00:48:06.000 All my houses in Miami that I own in Florida, they're all 100,000 plus from when I bought them.

00:48:10.000 And that's all public info.

00:48:11.000 You can look at the house, see what it was paid for, what I bought it for, and then go look and see what it's estimating now.

00:48:16.000 All 100,000, 200,000 plus, man.

00:48:18.000 He need to pay his bills, bro.

00:48:20.000 He need content. 0.97

00:48:21.000 Clowns, bro.

00:48:22.000 Clowns, like literally showing my real estate property, bro. 1.00

00:48:25.000 These are weirdos, man. 1.00

00:48:26.000 That's a good one, Moe.

00:48:27.000 Like, that's crazy, man.

00:48:29.000 Oh, man.

00:48:29.000 Like, it's like, yo, if you got a problem with me or whatever, like, that's what I'm trying to tell y'all, bro.

00:48:33.000 We got, people are sick when it comes to how much they hate on us.

00:48:36.000 Like, it is wild.

00:48:38.000 Like, the things people do to try to go ahead and mess things up.

00:48:43.000 The bad boys of YouTube, bro.

00:48:44.000 Yeah.

00:48:45.000 Literally.

00:48:45.000 After this event is done, I got another funny story for y'all that I'll tell as well, but not right now.

00:48:50.000 What else?

00:48:52.000 But yeah, we'll bring someone in to fix and flip, but we did do an episode on wholesaling, bro.

00:48:56.000 Go check it out.

00:48:57.000 It was with Detroit Mogul.

00:48:58.000 Go check that one up where we talk about how to wholesale real estate.

00:49:01.000 Shout out to him. 1.00

00:49:02.000 8714 goes, to all that are hating on Fresh, you absolute dumb idiots. 1.00

00:49:06.000 Fresh has been the same guy all along, and now all of a sudden y'all realize that y'all some buffoons. 1.00

00:49:09.000 Wait till tomorrow it comes out. 0.93

00:49:11.000 I won't say everything, but this is me, man.

00:49:14.000 Come on, bro.

00:49:18.000 You know what's funny?

00:49:20.000 She recorded you breaking out with her. 1.00

00:49:23.000 Like, yo, what an idiot. 1.00

00:49:24.000 Like, bro, you that mad? 1.00

00:49:28.000 It's all good.

00:49:30.000 Incredible. 0.98

00:49:31.000 Which, that's a crime, by the way, you dummy. 1.00

00:49:33.000 Stupid. 1.00

00:49:34.000 When's Doc and CC coming back on having had... 1.00

00:49:36.000 Miguel and Charlie.

00:49:37.000 Oh, Miguel and Charlie.

00:49:38.000 They're going to be here actually this week.

00:49:40.000 They're going to be here this week.

00:49:41.000 Nice.

00:49:42.000 So they'll be at the event too.

00:49:44.000 So you can ask your crypto questions there.

00:49:46.000 There you go.

00:49:47.000 Anything else?

00:49:48.000 You can do this one right here.

00:49:49.000 Okay.

00:49:51.000 Eskodeck27 says, Thanks to FNF. I kicked my ass into gear. 1.00

00:49:53.000 And did my first wholesale. 0.99

00:49:55.000 I made $30,000.

00:49:56.000 Can I get Don DeMarco?

00:49:57.000 Of course you can, bro. 1.00

00:49:58.000 Shit, that's fire. 1.00

00:49:59.000 $30,000? 1.00

00:50:02.000 That's pretty good, bro. 0.95

00:50:03.000 Nigga, do you want me to get $10, nigga? 1.00

00:50:05.000 Come on, man. 0.63

00:50:06.000 30K, bro!

00:50:06.000 I knew it!

00:50:07.000 30K, bro!

00:50:08.000 You should've been like, yeah!

00:50:09.000 You're the hundo!

00:50:10.000 Shout out to you, man.

00:50:12.000 Okay.

00:50:13.000 We got here.

00:50:15.000 Okay, last one, guys.

00:50:16.000 Execute your plans daily, short-term to long-term, and any other plans that deviate from your goals.

00:50:21.000 Avoid as much as possible.

00:50:23.000 This is a pretty good one.

00:50:24.000 So, I can remember, guys, back at my last job in tech, right?

00:50:29.000 As a customer service, as well as some dev work, and people would leave work as soon as possible because they were, like, tired from work, stressful sometimes, high intense environment, and I get it, you know?

00:50:40.000 However...

00:50:42.000 They would say, let's go to the bar.

00:50:43.000 Let's go drink.

00:50:44.000 Let's go have fun.

00:50:45.000 And I'd be like, yo, I kind of want to. 0.97

00:50:47.000 But then I'm like, damn, I have goals to complete. 0.94

00:50:50.000 And every morning I wake up, 6 a.m., look at my goals, go to work, work overtime for two hours, then start work, and then stay till midnight that same day. 0.97

00:50:58.000 So I could have easily deviated from the plans and, you know, had fun, whatever.

00:51:03.000 But then...

00:51:05.000 I couldn't buy the property that I wanted in two years.

00:51:08.000 I couldn't get cash flow from the property.

00:51:10.000 I couldn't have what I have now if I didn't sacrifice and say, okay, my goals are important to me.

00:51:15.000 I don't want to mess it up.

00:51:17.000 Come to find out, people that were partying, having fun those times, where are they now?

00:51:21.000 They're waiters now, working at restaurants.

00:51:24.000 And it's like, okay, what do you want?

00:51:26.000 What's your plan?

00:51:27.000 What's your goal?

00:51:28.000 And my thing was, I want to be as successful by any means possible.

00:51:31.000 Now granted, you know, things are...

00:51:34.000 Not always how you plan things to be, but at least if you follow a plan that you wrote down, at least you're moving towards a goal that can happen to you.

00:51:40.000 Okay?

00:51:40.000 Makes sense?

00:51:41.000 So, either way, whatever you do in life, guys, is a cause and effect.

00:51:45.000 Wink, wink.

00:51:46.000 And as a result, writing your goals down puts you in a different direction.

00:51:51.000 Because if you're winging it, oh, I'm just going to go to work, and hopefully it becomes successful.

00:51:55.000 You're just winging it like the wind.

00:51:56.000 You know, like a leaf in the wind.

00:51:58.000 But the point is that, like, having that in your repertoire, having that in your, like, actual mindset, okay...

00:52:04.000 Here's my goals.

00:52:05.000 Anything that deviates from my plans is an L. Cool.

00:52:08.000 Don't do it.

00:52:08.000 And you'd be surprised.

00:52:10.000 Your friends will say, oh, bro, you're lame, whatever, you're a loser. 1.00

00:52:12.000 Yeah, they're going to shame you. 0.99

00:52:13.000 In the coming years, where are they going to be?

00:52:15.000 Where are you going to be?

00:52:16.000 I know friends right now that are still part in the club where I found them a couple years ago.

00:52:20.000 They're like, oh, bro, you pulling up in a Lambo? 0.98

00:52:23.000 What's next, a Bugatti?

00:52:24.000 Yeah, nigga, because I'm working hard. 0.98

00:52:25.000 I'm working on shit that's happening for my goals. 0.99

00:52:27.000 But if you're just, like, winging it, oh, well, yeah, bro, you know, like, you're being lame to come out with us. 0.95

00:52:32.000 But it's like, okay, As a guy, as a man for yourself, what do you want?

00:52:37.000 Think about it.

00:52:38.000 What do you actually want out of life?

00:52:39.000 You want to sit here and wing it?

00:52:40.000 Or have a plan to move forward to get what you want out of life?

00:52:43.000 And then also, you never know who you're going to meet.

00:52:46.000 If you're doing things to push forward your own agenda, your own goals, you're going to meet people of importance that are on the same mission as you.

00:52:52.000 And when you meet them, you link up.

00:52:53.000 You do collaborations.

00:52:55.000 You do business deals.

00:52:56.000 They go away further because, okay, he's driven.

00:52:58.000 He's focused.

00:52:59.000 I like this guy.

00:53:00.000 I'm going to move forward.

00:53:02.000 So, you know, every day, guys, you should be moving a little bit closer to your goal, right?

00:53:06.000 So let's use fitness as an example, right?

00:53:08.000 Are you going to go to the gym every single day? 0.85

00:53:09.000 No, that's counterproductive and that's foolish, right? 0.73

00:53:11.000 You need time to recover, obviously, recuperate.

00:53:14.000 So the days that you don't go to the gym and lift weights, you're eating properly, drinking enough water, you're sleeping eight to ten hours per night, right?

00:53:20.000 Every small step that you take, right, is you're pretty much putting...

00:53:24.000 A little brick towards the house that you're trying to build, right?

00:53:28.000 One brick per day, you know, will lead you to building a mansion at some point, depending on how long you stick with it, right?

00:53:34.000 So you gotta...

00:53:35.000 And the other thing, too, that's really important that I want you guys to all understand as well, besides, like, having little goals and then big goals, you need deadlines, bro.

00:53:41.000 You need deadlines.

00:53:42.000 There's a quote.

00:53:44.000 A goal without a deadline is a dream, and that is so true.

00:53:47.000 Because a lot of you guys will say, oh, I want to make this much money.

00:53:50.000 Okay, you want to make this much money.

00:53:51.000 How about we set a deadline?

00:53:53.000 I need to make $10K per month by next year. 0.77

00:53:56.000 Okay, well, if you know that you have 365 days to make this shit happen, it's going to push you, right, when you don't feel like doing things, to make it happen because you have a deadline, okay? 0.95

00:54:07.000 We all know it. 0.98

00:54:08.000 We all went to college or high school or whatever, and we procrastinated.

00:54:10.000 You got that paper due.

00:54:11.000 You got that project due, et cetera.

00:54:14.000 What do you do?

00:54:16.000 Start the show real quick.

00:54:17.000 Go up a little bit on the Rumble Chopper.

00:54:20.000 What did he just say?

00:54:22.000 Go up a little more?

00:54:23.000 He said...

00:54:24.000 Hold on.

00:54:26.000 Go up a little more?

00:54:27.000 More?

00:54:28.000 More?

00:54:29.000 More?

00:54:34.000 Where is it?

00:54:36.000 What did I miss?

00:54:38.000 Okay.

00:54:39.000 He said...

00:54:40.000 Wait.

00:54:41.000 Come down some more?

00:54:42.000 No way.

00:54:43.000 Come down?

00:54:45.000 Down?

00:54:47.000 Down?

00:54:52.000 Down.

00:54:55.000 Down.

00:54:57.000 Down.

00:55:00.000 Cool.

00:55:02.000 You will never get a Bugatti.

00:55:04.000 And he said, no, no, hold on, hold on. 0.92

00:55:05.000 He said, hold on, they wouldn't sell a Bugatti to a black person. 0.99

00:55:08.000 All right, we'll see. 0.99

00:55:10.000 Nigga, you stopped the show for that? 1.00

00:55:11.000 Yes, bro!

00:55:12.000 Because I'm going to prove that hater wrong.

00:55:15.000 He's going to stop the show.

00:55:16.000 Hey, man! 1.00

00:55:17.000 Talking shit, bro! 1.00

00:55:18.000 I thought I fucked up. 1.00

00:55:19.000 You know what? 0.99

00:55:20.000 You know what?

00:55:20.000 Get him fresh!

00:55:21.000 Get him fresh!

00:55:24.000 You just hang on the kid?

00:55:26.000 All right, cool.

00:55:27.000 Move him wrong.

00:55:29.000 All right.

00:55:30.000 Tonight, goal board, Bugatti.

00:55:32.000 Let's do it.

00:55:33.000 Let's see what happens.

00:55:35.000 Pedal to the metal.

00:55:36.000 Let's go. 1.00

00:55:38.000 Let's fucking go, man. 0.99

00:55:41.000 Alright. 0.99

00:55:41.000 So, yeah. 0.99

00:55:42.000 You need a deadline, guys.

00:55:44.000 Because when you've got a deadline...

00:55:45.000 Alright, so when are you going to get this Bugatti by then?

00:55:47.000 No.

00:55:47.000 Actually, this is very important, too.

00:55:49.000 My approach is, I don't put a deadline.

00:55:51.000 You don't put a deadline?

00:55:52.000 I work my ass off to make it happen.

00:55:54.000 And if it takes five years, cool.

00:55:56.000 But it happened.

00:55:58.000 See, I'm a firm believer in deadlines.

00:55:59.000 I think deadlines keep you honest and make things happen. 0.98

00:56:03.000 Because when you have a deadline, you're like, oh shit, I gotta make this happen. 0.94

00:56:06.000 And I was giving the example, right? 0.98

00:56:07.000 If you got a paper due, project due, etc.

00:56:09.000 Right?

00:56:10.000 And you know, oh, I gotta turn this thing in by 2 o'clock on Monday and I gotta submit it online.

00:56:14.000 I need to make sure I have it done by then.

00:56:16.000 So it's gonna push you to do the overnighters.

00:56:18.000 It's gonna push you to be in the library and get it done. 0.99

00:56:20.000 And what it'll do is it'll give you a nice kick in the ass to hit your goal by that deadline.

00:56:25.000 So I think for a lot of you guys, When you have these small goals, big goals, whatever it may be, you need to set deadlines for every step of the way, right? 0.97

00:56:32.000 So like, okay, let's say, like, I remember with Mo, right?

00:56:36.000 We were like, all right, Mo, we're going to shoot for every month, we're going to lose minimum four pounds, one pound per week, every single week.

00:56:45.000 And we're able to do that, if not bare minimum, hit that, if not exceed it.

00:56:48.000 Why?

00:56:48.000 Because I put Mo in a very slight calorie deficit so that he doesn't lose too much weight too quickly so that it's sustainable.

00:56:54.000 Now I know a lot of people in the chat talk should, Mo, Mo, you still feel a little bit, which is true.

00:56:58.000 But people always forget how far you've come versus where you are right now.

00:57:02.000 Mo when he got here was 500 pounds.

00:57:05.000 And now you're down to 348. 0.99

00:57:08.000 God damn it, yeah. 0.98

00:57:09.000 He lost almost over 150 pounds, Moe lost, guys. 0.99

00:57:13.000 Right?

00:57:14.000 To be honest with y'all, that's like another person.

00:57:16.000 That's me.

00:57:17.000 That's Bills.

00:57:18.000 So he literally, yeah, bro.

00:57:19.000 So he literally lost 150 pounds.

00:57:21.000 And the thing is that you guys are so familiar because you guys see Moe every single day.

00:57:25.000 Y'all forget back in, what, 2021 when you came here?

00:57:29.000 Late 2021.

00:57:30.000 He was 500 pounds. 0.98

00:57:31.000 If you go back and watch our old ass videos, right? 0.95

00:57:34.000 I don't even know who that person is. 0.80

00:57:35.000 You guys are going to see how big Mo actually was.

00:57:37.000 Like, he was really big Mo.

00:57:39.000 But again, why did we do that?

00:57:40.000 Because we had small goals that we were able to hit every single week.

00:57:43.000 And then that turned into a good day, turned into a good week.

00:57:46.000 A good week turned into a good month.

00:57:47.000 A good month turned into a good year.

00:57:48.000 And now, you know, roughly almost three years later, right?

00:57:53.000 Is it three years officially?

00:57:55.000 Like, almost two and a half.

00:57:56.000 It's two and a half years.

00:57:57.000 In two and a half years, he's lost 150 pounds. 0.98

00:58:00.000 That's fucking pretty good, man. 0.95

00:58:02.000 That's roughly... 0.99

00:58:03.000 That's like 40 pounds a year?

00:58:04.000 40, 50 pounds a year?

00:58:05.000 Almost?

00:58:06.000 Yeah, that's incredible.

00:58:06.000 Yeah, a little over 50 pounds a year.

00:58:09.000 And it's a year to build that up.

00:58:10.000 You know, so...

00:58:10.000 And it's been done sustainably.

00:58:12.000 You haven't seen him getting the weight back, etc.

00:58:14.000 So, again, guys, whether it's a small goal or a big goal, have a deadline for that, right?

00:58:20.000 And your goal should scare you.

00:58:21.000 Like, right now, Freshman said he's going to get himself a Bugatti.

00:58:23.000 That's a tough goal.

00:58:24.000 It ain't going to be easy, but...

00:58:26.000 You should always have goals that scare you, that intimidate you a little bit because what's going to end up happening is you're going to go ahead and either rise to the occasion or fail.

00:58:35.000 But if you fail, the only difference between a loser and a winner is that the winner tried one more time.

00:58:40.000 I would argue, no deadlines.

00:58:43.000 Hear me out here.

00:58:44.000 The problem is, if I don't hit that deadline that I set for myself, I lose confidence.

00:58:50.000 Granted, if I just say, I'm going to work my ass off as fast as possible to make this happen, I could beat my deadline if I set one myself and do it even earlier.

00:58:59.000 So my thing is, I could put a deadline on things, but I just don't for myself, personally speaking, I don't know about anybody else.

00:59:05.000 Well, it also depends on the goal, too.

00:59:07.000 Deadlines are super...

00:59:09.000 I would say for most goals, a deadline is important.

00:59:12.000 Obviously, for some, you just can't help it. 0.96

00:59:14.000 For example, if you want to get on a Bugatti, you've got to fucking get on a wait list. 0.93

00:59:17.000 So it's like, you can have the money, but you can't. 0.98

00:59:20.000 See, this is the problem.

00:59:22.000 Conventionally, yes.

00:59:24.000 But I'm not conventional. 0.99

00:59:25.000 I make shit happen. 0.98

00:59:26.000 Regardless of what the facts. 0.99

00:59:28.000 So, regardless of the facts of what it is, I'll make it happen.

00:59:32.000 Alright, well, either way, the point I'm trying to make is that...

00:59:34.000 But again...

00:59:35.000 You can't put a hard deadline on a Bugatti because it's...

00:59:38.000 I get it.

00:59:39.000 You can't put a hard deadline on a Bugatti because there's other factors that affect it.

00:59:42.000 But it could be anything.

00:59:42.000 I can meet somebody that has a connection, wink, wink, and I have it.

00:59:46.000 Or I can meet somebody else that says, hey, listen, I like you, bro.

00:59:49.000 Here's a program that's way faster than what you thought could be possible before.

00:59:52.000 I'm just saying, you never know what could happen.

00:59:54.000 It could be sooner or later.

00:59:56.000 Just putting a deadline could make you lose confidence sometimes in the long run.

00:59:59.000 That's what I think.

01:00:00.000 I think deadlines are very important, especially with fitness. 0.99

01:00:03.000 With fitness, you've got to have deadlines because people just fucking procrastinate and they don't get shit done.

01:00:08.000 I can see with that, getting a hard-to-get car, like a rare car, might be a little bit tougher to put a deadline because there's so many other factors that are out of your control. 0.86

01:00:17.000 You can have the money, but they decide, yo, we're not going to sell it to you right now because you don't have... 0.54

01:00:21.000 This many cars or some shit like that because it is what it is.

01:00:23.000 But obviously, that's a unique goal.

01:00:26.000 But for a majority of goals, guys, definitely you want to set a deadline, right?

01:00:29.000 Listen, I got four friends with Bugattis. 0.99

01:00:31.000 Andrew, Wes Watson, Lambo Raul.

01:00:34.000 The four persons I won't say because they don't want to be known.

01:00:36.000 But it's like, man, anyhow, I'm just saying for me, it works with no deadline, no matter what it is.

01:00:41.000 But it might work for somebody else with a deadline.

01:00:43.000 Yeah, deadlines are good.

01:00:45.000 But in general, regardless, you've got to have small goals, the micro level, macro level, and then get it done, guys.

01:00:52.000 I think deadlines are great.

01:00:54.000 You don't have to agree with me, but I think they're very good.

01:00:57.000 What else do we got here?

01:00:59.000 We've got one chat.

01:01:01.000 It's going to be live-streamed.

01:01:03.000 Yes!

01:01:03.000 The live show is going to be live-streamed.

01:01:06.000 We'll be live-streaming it on all the platforms.

01:01:10.000 Rumble, YouTube, etc.

01:01:12.000 So it'll be a good time.

01:01:13.000 I think I'm going to call off YouTube only to Rumble after the time.

01:01:16.000 Well, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:01:17.000 Or just start Rumble.

01:01:18.000 Yeah, obviously we'll start.

01:01:20.000 Hold on, we got some Castle Club.

01:01:21.000 Castle Club, alright.

01:01:22.000 Let's go!

01:01:23.000 Let's go around first.

01:01:25.000 See, I love when haters doubt me, bro.

01:01:26.000 I just love it.

01:01:28.000 It gets me, like, fired up.

01:01:30.000 Hold on, you remember when Grant told me no?

01:01:33.000 Oh, you're not gonna make it?

01:01:34.000 You don't have whatever it takes?

01:01:35.000 Yeah.

01:01:36.000 I just love it, man.

01:01:37.000 Sorry, go ahead.

01:01:39.000 Can you guys do another live show on Party in the Summer?

01:01:42.000 Well, we'll see how this one goes.

01:01:44.000 I mean, we can do a yacht party, like...

01:01:48.000 More often than not, every other month, or every month, if we wanted to.

01:01:52.000 Yeah, we could.

01:01:53.000 But then it might get mundane at that point.

01:01:55.000 We should do it more sparingly.

01:01:56.000 Yeah, it would be a couple times a year maybe if we did it.

01:02:01.000 Just got resigned from my job as a system technician and moving up to be an engineer with side hustles too.

01:02:09.000 Thanks for the amazing value and the purpose to work and stop being a bum.

01:02:12.000 Absolutely, bro. 0.83

01:02:12.000 Can't be a bum, Jeff. 0.83

01:02:14.000 You can't be a bum in 2024, bro.

01:02:17.000 It just ain't going to happen.

01:02:18.000 It's not going to happen for you.

01:02:20.000 The different views you two have prove there are multiple methods to be successful.

01:02:24.000 Absolutely, man.

01:02:24.000 There's always different methodologies, man.

01:02:26.000 Everyone is different.

01:02:27.000 I like deadlines.

01:02:28.000 Fresh doesn't.

01:02:30.000 But you can still, obviously, reach your goals without it.

01:02:33.000 With either or.

01:02:35.000 We got G. Bar Senyes. 0.99

01:02:37.000 He goes, I love the value I've been able to gain from the show the past years.

01:02:42.000 Keep doing your thing, fellas.

01:02:44.000 I appreciate that, my friend.

01:02:45.000 Thank you for that, Don DeMarco.

01:02:48.000 I like that.

01:02:50.000 You're able to put it on screen?

01:02:53.000 How the hell did you do that?

01:02:54.000 OBS Master.

01:02:55.000 Oh, yeah, I could see that. 1.00

01:02:56.000 Like, and the audience was able to see that shit, too? 0.99

01:02:57.000 Yeah, I took it from the... 0.99

01:02:59.000 I'm, like, taking the display...

01:03:00.000 Well, I can't see it.

01:03:02.000 Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:03:03.000 You all know.

01:03:04.000 Bills does so much stuff behind the scenes, man, that y'all don't even see, bro.

01:03:07.000 Like, what the hell, man?

01:03:08.000 Bills is that guy. 0.92

01:03:09.000 All right.

01:03:10.000 Please have... 0.99

01:03:11.000 Oh, shit, we... 0.99

01:03:12.000 Okay. 1.00

01:03:13.000 Yeah, we got more coming in.

01:03:13.000 Okay, okay, yeah, because we're going to close this thing out here in a second, guys.

01:03:17.000 Please have Roosh V stream.

01:03:18.000 Read his book, Bang, two years ago.

01:03:20.000 Got plenty of women and now married.

01:03:22.000 It was so good they banned the book.

01:03:24.000 Please talk about it.

01:03:25.000 Also, need another, what was that?

01:03:28.000 Cooking stream.

01:03:30.000 Shout out FNF, then pushing your show.

01:03:33.000 Been pushing your show.

01:03:33.000 Thanks, man.

01:03:34.000 Yeah.

01:03:35.000 Roosh V? Roosh V. Yeah, Roosh is a...

01:03:37.000 We're in the middle of his book, Game, at Bible Study.

01:03:42.000 Oh, really?

01:03:43.000 Yeah.

01:03:43.000 Right now?

01:03:43.000 Yeah, Game, yeah.

01:03:45.000 Yeah, Roosh is a legend in this space.

01:03:48.000 A lot of these young guys aren't going to know who he is.

01:03:51.000 But yeah, I mean, my whole introduction on my book...

01:03:54.000 Why Women Deserve the Last Chapter 1. 1.00

01:03:56.000 Yeah, I took that from a chapter of Game of how the current dating marketplace is.

01:04:01.000 I literally took that intro...

01:04:13.000 Yeah.

01:04:26.000 But everything he said was spot on.

01:04:28.000 It was from experience, by the way, of him doing it himself, which is very important.

01:04:32.000 He's been through it.

01:04:35.000 Actually, I'm going to message Donovan right now because I know he's friends with him.

01:04:39.000 And I'll make that happen because I've always wanted to talk to Roosh, actually, guys.

01:04:42.000 He's a legend in the game.

01:04:43.000 He's obviously...

01:04:43.000 He's religious now.

01:04:44.000 I think he's a...

01:04:46.000 He's a Christian or a Catholic, and he doesn't talk about that stuff anymore, but we could talk about, you know, how he's changed and everything else like that.

01:04:52.000 I think it'd be cool for you all to see him.

01:04:54.000 A lot of you guys might not know who he is. 0.98

01:04:55.000 He's a fucking OG in the space, man. 0.98

01:04:58.000 Would he even come on? 1.00

01:04:58.000 A mystery or whatever. 1.00

01:05:00.000 I don't know.

01:05:00.000 We'll see.

01:05:01.000 Last time I heard he's not doing none of this stuff no more.

01:05:03.000 He discontinued all his works.

01:05:04.000 Yeah, he did.

01:05:05.000 I know.

01:05:05.000 But we could talk about the religious stuff.

01:05:07.000 That's cool, too.

01:05:09.000 You know, the transition.

01:05:11.000 We'll see, we'll see.

01:05:12.000 Yeah, I'll try to make it happen for y'all, man.

01:05:14.000 When you guys ask for guests, guys, we really do be trying to make it happen.

01:05:17.000 Just keep in mind that a lot of people are scared to come on, man.

01:05:20.000 What else do we got here?

01:05:22.000 Hamza? 0.67

01:05:23.000 Hamza, yep.

01:05:23.000 Oh, it goes, you know, minor fresh, you guys have changed my life forever.

01:05:26.000 Thank you so much.

01:05:27.000 Keep up the great work.

01:05:28.000 Trump2024.

01:05:29.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:05:30.000 Yeah, he's in trial right now in New York, which is fucking crazy, bro. 0.95

01:05:33.000 Hopefully he beats it soon. 0.97

01:05:34.000 Yeah.

01:05:35.000 Yeah, I don't know.

01:05:36.000 That guy set himself on fire, too, the first day of the trial.

01:05:38.000 Or, not the first day, but when I was in L.A., it was wild.

01:05:41.000 Wait, did he die?

01:05:43.000 He did.

01:05:44.000 He did, unfortunately.

01:05:46.000 Oh.

01:05:48.000 JayCosta813.

01:05:49.000 Hey fellas, question from Aaron.

01:05:50.000 What were some challenges you had to overcome starting your business as a fitness coach?

01:05:56.000 I would say the biggest one is diversifying yourself, bro. 0.94

01:06:01.000 The thing with the fitness industry, bro, is that it is so goddamn saturated, man. 0.84

01:06:04.000 It is wild. 0.77

01:06:05.000 That's why if you look at all these fitness YouTubers, any fitness YouTuber now that's still relevant, they've pretty much had to...

01:06:13.000 They've had to put another niche on top of their fitness niche, right?

01:06:16.000 There's very few guys that still make strictly fitness content.

01:06:20.000 A lot of times it's commentary, it's lifestyle, it's vlogging, it's showing other stuff as well as fitness.

01:06:25.000 Because fitness YouTube used to be big back in the early 2010s.

01:06:28.000 Between 2010, I think, to 20...

01:06:30.000 Sorry, but yeah.

01:06:30.000 From 2010 to 2015 was the golden era.

01:06:34.000 For fitness YouTube, because a lot of this stuff wasn't really known, like tracking your macros, you can eat what you want, but just gotta track your macros with protein, carbs, and fats.

01:06:44.000 Z's was big at the time. 0.74

01:06:46.000 Gymshark had just come out.

01:06:47.000 All this stuff that you guys know now kind of began in the early 2010s. 0.96

01:06:53.000 But now, if you're a fitness influencer and you're still posting your workouts and your meals, bro, nobody gives a fuck. 0.58

01:06:58.000 It's kind of like prank channels. 0.73

01:06:59.000 Prank channels are also a dead genre on YouTube now.

01:07:02.000 So, you've got to diversify, I would say, is the big thing.

01:07:05.000 People have got to be able to identify with you and have similar viewpoints to you.

01:07:09.000 So, that's what it is.

01:07:11.000 Because, you know, if you look at...

01:07:12.000 I'll be honest with you, a lot of fitness influencers, they're bots.

01:07:15.000 And what I mean by that is, like, you don't really know where they stand politically.

01:07:18.000 You don't really know where they stand socially.

01:07:20.000 They're very in the middle because they don't want to offend people, etc.

01:07:24.000 I mean, I could give you an example of those.

01:07:25.000 I won't put them on blast.

01:07:27.000 But there was a big fitness YouTuber that I reached out to...

01:07:36.000 We're good to go.

01:07:49.000 So that, yes, people are going to hate you, but at the same time, you're going to have people that love you, and then you're able to kind of draw your own audience.

01:07:55.000 But if you're just going to be a fitness influencer now, without really a stance, it's going to be very, very difficult for you, unless you were already in the game and you're big.

01:08:02.000 Which this guy that I'm talking about had been in for a bit.

01:08:04.000 I won't put him on blast, though.

01:08:06.000 But yeah.

01:08:07.000 Anyway, anything else?

01:08:08.000 Nope.

01:08:09.000 We're caught up.

01:08:10.000 Cool.

01:08:11.000 Alright guys, we'll be back with some lovely ladies. 1.00

01:08:14.000 And last time, just saying for this show, live event, April 26th, here in Miami.

01:08:19.000 We're doing a live event from 7, together at 6, from 6 to 10, then from 11 to 3 on the yacht.

01:08:26.000 It's going to be insane.

01:08:28.000 Hello girls, celebrities, us.

01:08:31.000 Movie time, guys.

01:08:31.000 Let's go.

01:08:32.000 It's not Bradley Martin, by the way, guys.

01:08:33.000 It's not him.

01:08:34.000 Shout out to Bradley.

01:08:34.000 I was actually just talking to him today.

01:08:35.000 He was on our show.

01:08:36.000 Yeah, he's been on our show.

01:08:37.000 I don't know why people are saying that.

01:08:39.000 Yeah, guys.

01:08:40.000 That's the yacht right there, man.

01:08:41.000 Get the tickets now.

01:08:42.000 We only got a couple of yacht tickets left.

01:08:44.000 Let me check again.

01:08:44.000 It might be sold out by today or this week sometime.

01:08:47.000 So get in now, guys.

01:08:49.000 And then also VIP tickets.

01:08:50.000 We only got, I think, 20 left of those.

01:08:54.000 Roughly 20.

01:08:54.000 So we have, in total, we have eight VIP tickets.

01:08:59.000 Show left, 8 VIP yacht left.

01:09:01.000 Wait, 8 VIP for the show?

01:09:04.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:09:04.000 Oh, shit. 1.00

01:09:05.000 Neck and neck. 1.00

01:09:06.000 Okay.

01:09:06.000 All right.

01:09:07.000 Damn. 0.99

01:09:07.000 Okay, less than 10 spots for each. 0.99

01:09:09.000 Oh, actually, just because you guys forget from my network, I'm giving away 10 tickets for the actual live show, guys.

01:09:14.000 If you're on my network, CEO Network, you got 10 free tickets to come to the show anywhere you are in the world.

01:09:19.000 I got you.

01:09:20.000 Alright, for the general admission, right?

01:09:22.000 For CEO Network, yeah.

01:09:23.000 Okay, cool.

01:09:24.000 So yeah, join the Patreon and you can go ahead and get a ticket that way.

01:09:27.000 Hey, that might be the smart way to do it, honestly.

01:09:29.000 You get down to Patreon and you get the ticket.

01:09:30.000 Well, we have eight already taken, so there's only two more left. 0.99

01:09:33.000 Oh, shit. 0.99

01:09:33.000 Yeah. 0.99

01:09:34.000 What the fuck, bro? 1.00

01:09:36.000 Hey, just say it, bro. 1.00

01:09:36.000 Just say it, bro. 1.00

01:09:37.000 Just say it, bro.

01:09:38.000 All right.

01:09:39.000 20-year-old junior, accounting major, 6'2", 190-pound, lean muscle, 30K saved, and double-digit body count.

01:09:45.000 How can I be comfortable being alone and avoid LTRs while at the beginning of my purpose?

01:09:50.000 And then he gives his Instagram.

01:09:52.000 Bro, your goals, bro.

01:09:53.000 Yeah, it's not going to be easy, man.

01:09:54.000 You just got to focus and grind and stay on your goals and get it done.

01:09:58.000 It is what it is, bro.

01:09:59.000 I know you're going to have those weekends.

01:10:01.000 I remember this when I was 20 years old, too, where everyone's out partying, especially if you're in college still. 0.99

01:10:05.000 They're going to be going out partying, going out and drinking and doing all this stuff and meeting girls and stuff like that, and you've got to really be on your purpose and be able to sit your ass inside and get shit done, man. 0.98

01:10:14.000 I attribute... 0.96

01:10:16.000 It's so much of my success to the fact that I stayed inside a lot in my early 20s.

01:10:21.000 I didn't go to a party.

01:10:21.000 I didn't drink.

01:10:22.000 I've never done a drug in my life. 0.99

01:10:23.000 A lot of my success is attributed to me sitting my ass inside and not going outside and doing dumb shit and partying and all this other stuff. 0.99

01:10:30.000 Because let's be honest here, going to parties and drinking all the time and stuff... 1.00

01:10:33.000 It leads to a lot of stuff.

01:10:34.000 You get in fights. 0.99

01:10:35.000 You feel like shit the next day. 0.99

01:10:36.000 It has a butterfly effect almost on the other things in your life. 1.00

01:10:40.000 Because if you're drinking all the time, partying all the time, maybe it makes you less productive.

01:10:43.000 When you're less productive, you're not able to go ahead and do things that will make you more successful in the future.

01:10:47.000 So it all feeds upon itself, right?

01:10:50.000 And a small decision that you make today might actually fuck you up tomorrow. 0.97

01:10:54.000 And then you go ahead and compound that over a day, over a week, over a month, over years. 0.94

01:10:59.000 That's when you end up making mistakes, man.

01:11:01.000 So really take your 20s, guys.

01:11:03.000 Yeah, I'm not telling you how not to have fun, but take your nose to the grinder and really focus on pushing through, man, because those formative years are critical, man.

01:11:11.000 Your 20s a lot of times sets you up for the rest of your life where you're going to live a good life of leisure or...

01:11:18.000 You're going to be a broke and you're going to be working the rest of your life.

01:11:20.000 Your 20s typically sets that up for y'all.

01:11:22.000 Cool.

01:11:24.000 That's it.

01:11:25.000 Alright, cool.

01:11:25.000 Other than that, guys, we're going to have some girls on the show.

01:11:28.000 We'll be back here.

01:11:29.000 It's 9.05 right now, Eastern Standard Time.

01:11:31.000 We got time.

01:11:32.000 So we'll probably be back within the hour, I'm thinking.

01:11:35.000 Probably an hour.

01:11:36.000 Yeah.

01:11:37.000 Is Chris here?

01:11:38.000 He's a little sick.

01:11:39.000 He's getting...

01:11:40.000 He's sick? 1.00

01:11:40.000 This nigga always sick, bro. 1.00

01:11:41.000 I got one more. 1.00

01:11:45.000 Maybe.

01:11:46.000 I don't know.

01:11:46.000 League of Legends.

01:11:47.000 Yeah. 0.99

01:11:47.000 I mean, I could play, but you suck, though. 0.99

01:11:49.000 Hey, guys. 0.99

01:11:50.000 Can you look at Mother Trucker News to talk about being an owner, operator, truck driver?

01:11:54.000 Alex is the go-to guy for everything trucking for the majority of the trucking community.

01:11:58.000 Ooh.

01:11:58.000 Okay.

01:12:04.000 Let's do it.

01:12:06.000 Alright.

01:12:09.000 We'll see what happens with Chris.

01:12:11.000 But we'll have some girls on. 1.00

01:12:12.000 Peace.

01:12:13.000 I ran.

01:12:14.000 I ran so far away.

01:12:18.000 I just ran.

01:12:20.000 I ran all night and day.
