Fresh & Fit - Best Business Credit Cards 2023

00:00:00.000 Cars on the list, right?

00:00:01.000 Oh yeah, we'll use Ford's list, yeah.

00:00:04.000 Oh, do you have that list?

00:00:05.000 That website?

00:00:06.000 Yeah.

00:00:06.000 On the screen share?

00:01:07.000 There you go.

00:01:11.000 And then Chris is doing what he does with getting some of the ladies for the show so that we can get you guys an after-hour show. 1.00

00:01:17.000 We got the Rumble Chat over here.

00:01:19.000 I think I'm pointing to it.

00:01:20.000 Yeah, right about there, right above me.

00:01:22.000 And then we should be having a chat on the side for y'all that will be showing the YouTube stuff, which we're working on getting right now on the fly for you.

00:01:29.000 Yes.

00:01:29.000 But, yeah, man.

00:01:31.000 A lot of new changes coming, guys.

00:01:33.000 I think we had a breakthrough, man, where we said, you know what?

00:01:36.000 Enough is enough.

00:01:37.000 No, just kidding.

00:01:37.000 We understand what it is, and we're going to make the rules play.

00:01:40.000 Yeah, so I think we're live on Rumble, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

00:01:49.000 We're pretty much everywhere right now, okay?

00:01:52.000 Can you guys see on YouTube the stream?

00:01:54.000 Yeah, y'all should be able to see the stream on YouTube.

00:01:56.000 Let's see here.

00:01:57.000 Okay, perfect.

00:01:57.000 Let's see here now.

00:01:57.000 We're on YouTube?

00:01:58.000 Sweet.

00:01:58.000 So we're everywhere right now.

00:02:00.000 We got it.

00:02:00.000 Alright!

00:02:01.000 We did it somehow!

00:02:03.000 Shout out to Myron Gaines for getting Moe's cousin and Moe for getting his cousin as well.

00:02:08.000 He's in the back.

00:02:09.000 Yeah, man.

00:02:10.000 To take it to the next level, bro.

00:02:13.000 Really to customize stuff because I got some really good ideas.

00:02:16.000 Well, I've already had these ideas.

00:02:19.000 As you guys know, I'm fairly creative with what I like to do.

00:02:22.000 Sometimes it's not appropriate.

00:02:24.000 But I got some creative ideas that RFP is safe to some degree.

00:02:28.000 So yeah, we're going to be showing the Rumble chat because my thing is I want y'all to be able to see both chats.

00:02:33.000 So whether you're watching us from Rumble or you're watching us from YouTube, etc., you guys are able to see what's going on, get the show more interactive, show y'all the chats.

00:02:41.000 I can see the stuff here on YouTube.

00:02:47.000 Oh boy, Bill's going to put it up on screen for y'all right now.

00:02:51.000 But yeah, man.

00:02:52.000 It's a whole new setup.

00:02:53.000 Yeah, it's a whole new setup, guys.

00:02:54.000 So please bear with us while we go ahead and master this thing because this is all new.

00:03:02.000 We literally started doing this.

00:03:04.000 We started working on it last night at about...

00:03:06.000 Two in the morning.

00:03:08.000 And then we've been working on it all night.

00:03:10.000 And then we did some more work on it today.

00:03:12.000 So I kind of been like, I have my vision of how I want things to go.

00:03:15.000 And then, you know, obviously Mo and Bills were able to kind of bring it to fruition.

00:03:20.000 And we got some other things that we want to do as well.

00:03:22.000 And we're going to refine it as we go.

00:03:23.000 So we're going to make it better and better as we go.

00:03:25.000 As y'all can see, things are getting...

00:03:26.000 You can see the Rumble chat on one side, and then we're going to be putting the other chat on the other side.

00:03:31.000 So, yeah.

00:03:32.000 Anyway.

00:03:33.000 What else?

00:03:34.000 It's Money Monday, man!

00:03:35.000 Yeah, it's Money Monday.

00:03:35.000 Yeah.

00:03:51.000 It's crazy because everyone is preying on our downfall.

00:03:55.000 It's amazing, bro, how a lot of people are jealous on YouTube.

00:03:59.000 I will tell you this.

00:04:00.000 You can see your real friends who's really supporting you in these times.

00:04:03.000 Absolutely.

00:04:04.000 It means a lot, man.

00:04:06.000 It's funny, too, because a lot of the people that hate on us and don't like us is because maybe we didn't bring them on the pod or we didn't respond to a DM or something like that and people get jaded and angry and they talk smack and it's whatever.

00:04:16.000 It is what it is, man.

00:04:18.000 Quite a process.

00:04:18.000 But yeah, as you guys know, right?

00:04:22.000 We got demonetized.

00:04:28.000 We did push the edge.

00:05:48.000 We're going to go do a pod with our boy Tim.

00:05:52.000 Tim Cast.

00:06:31.000 Yeah, we'll fix that.

00:08:40.000 I cover pretty much every type of crime on there.

00:08:43.000 And on Rumble, I'll be showing y'all...

00:08:47.000 I'll show you guys the crime scene stuff, which I couldn't do on YouTube prior.

00:08:50.000 So, yeah.

00:08:51.000 Make sure to check us out over there.

00:08:53.000 But, yeah.

00:08:54.000 I think today's episode, we're going to be covering business credit cards, guys, which is very important.

00:08:58.000 This is what you guys actually asked for.

00:09:00.000 And I actually want you guys, if you haven't already, please go watch the episode that we did last Monday with my accountant, Steve.

00:09:08.000 Yes.

00:09:08.000 And what happened with Steve was we did an episode on how to properly start an LLC. And...

00:09:15.000 What that did was we talked about starting an LLC, switching over to an S-Corp.

00:09:20.000 We talked about sole proprietorships, the differences there.

00:09:22.000 We talked about how it impacts your taxes, liability, paying yourself.

00:09:27.000 Dude, it is the most comprehensive thing.

00:09:30.000 Business startup podcast I've ever seen on YouTube.

00:09:35.000 I think that's one of the best shows we ever did for starting a business, period.

00:09:38.000 And not only that, a bunch of you guys asked fantastic questions on there about starting a business.

00:09:43.000 Hey, I'm in this situation.

00:09:44.000 What do I do?

00:09:45.000 And we were able to give you guys advice with a real tax professional.

00:09:49.000 Our own...

00:09:50.000 Our own accountant was in here.

00:09:52.000 Literally.

00:09:52.000 Answering questions for y'all that charges hundreds of dollars for a consultation.

00:09:55.000 You guys were able to chat in and get it for free or for a very low price and ask questions.

00:10:00.000 And we gave y'all a lot of sauce.

00:10:02.000 I exposed for the first time how I set up my real estate stuff.

00:10:07.000 Yeah.

00:10:07.000 I mean, honestly...

00:10:09.000 We gave you guys our gem, basically our hidden secret.

00:10:12.000 So now you get it for free.

00:10:14.000 You get to know who Steve is, all the secrets of how you start LLC, and as well, the right way to do it.

00:10:18.000 Yeah.

00:10:20.000 But yeah.

00:10:21.000 Okay, so what do we got here as far as...

00:10:25.000 Mo, we're getting the Rumble Rants on the side as well?

00:10:28.000 Yeah.

00:10:28.000 To show?

00:10:29.000 Mo.

00:10:30.000 Yes.

00:10:30.000 Yeah.

00:10:31.000 All right.

00:10:32.000 Okay, cool.

00:10:34.000 Shut the screen.

00:10:34.000 All right.

00:10:35.000 So let's start first with...

00:10:37.000 Well, no, you don't got a share screen yet.

00:10:39.000 I'm going to go over what we need to do as far as...

00:10:43.000 I'm going to go over what we need to do as far as covering...

00:10:47.000 Sorry, guys.

00:10:48.000 We got a bunch of stuff going on in the background.

00:10:50.000 So what's going on?

00:10:51.000 Like, it's literally going...

00:10:52.000 Yeah, this is a first.

00:10:54.000 So this is why we're, like, literally having a bunch of stuff.

00:10:57.000 This is a first doing everything because it's...

00:10:59.000 Very complex, but it's fine.

00:11:00.000 We're going to master this.

00:11:01.000 We're going to get through this together.

00:11:03.000 First, we're going to cover business credit cards versus personal credit cards.

00:11:09.000 As you guys know, we talk a lot about personal credit.

00:11:13.000 Your credit score, how high your credit score is, paying off your debt, all this stuff, because it's going to be very important for you to get your personal credit up to a certain degree and then go ahead and apply for a business credit line down the road.

00:11:26.000 Now, can you apply for a business credit line with no personal credit?

00:11:30.000 It's going to be tough, man.

00:11:31.000 It's going to be very difficult.

00:11:32.000 It's better off for you to have good personal credit and then go ahead and leverage that to get yourself business credit.

00:11:36.000 It makes it way easier.

00:11:37.000 It makes it way easier, right?

00:11:38.000 Is it possible?

00:11:39.000 Of course.

00:11:40.000 Anything is possible.

00:11:41.000 But I think it's more efficient and easier for you to do it from a perspective where...

00:11:46.000 You have good personal credit, right?

00:11:47.000 We tell you guys, you typically want to be 720 or above, and that will set you up for success.

00:11:51.000 And even when it comes to getting a job, you know, renting an apartment, getting a car, personal, at the very beginning, you want to have that good credit because it's going to help your life regardless, so get it done.

00:11:59.000 Yeah, so get the good personal credit, and then go ahead and use that good personal credit to go ahead and leverage and get yourself business credit.

00:12:05.000 Now, you guys might be wondering, yo!

00:12:07.000 Well, what's the difference between having personal credit or what's the benefit?

00:12:11.000 Like, if I got good personal credit, why do I need business credit?

00:12:13.000 Well, there's three main reasons, right?

00:12:15.000 With business credit, guys, you get a lot of the sign-up bonuses that these cards give you, which we're going to talk about here in a second when we go through some of these credit cards, right?

00:12:21.000 You get a bunch of, you know, free miles.

00:12:23.000 Typically, it starts like this.

00:12:25.000 Hey, spend $1,000 in the first month or two months or three months, etc.

00:12:29.000 With the business credit cards, it's typically more.

00:12:31.000 Spend $10,000 in the first three months, blah, blah, blah.

00:12:33.000 And, you know...

00:12:34.000 Earn this amount of points, whatever, right?

00:12:36.000 And the thing is, if you have a business and you're going to spend that money anyway, it's a no-brainer.

00:12:41.000 Like, do it, right?

00:12:43.000 So that's number one.

00:12:44.000 You get sign-up bonuses.

00:12:46.000 Number two, it doesn't ding you on your personal credit, right?

00:12:49.000 That's huge, by the way.

00:12:50.000 That's huge.

00:12:51.000 So as you guys know, if you're running a business, right, your spend is going to be significantly more than what you spend on yourself.

00:12:58.000 But if you watch our other episodes on credit, one of the biggest factors when it comes to your credit score is utilization, okay?

00:13:04.000 So let's say you have a personal utilization of $10,000, right?

00:13:08.000 Like let's say all your credit cards, the lines combined, $10,000.

00:13:12.000 Let's say you buy something for your business for $5,000.

00:13:15.000 You spend $5,000 on your business, $6,000, whatever.

00:13:19.000 But you do it on your personal credit cards.

00:13:21.000 Well, what's going to happen is your utilization is going to go up to 60%.

00:13:25.000 Well, what ends up happening, guys, is if your utilization goes up above 30%, it starts to negatively impact your credit score.

00:13:31.000 And your credit score changes every week, right?

00:13:35.000 If you're applying for a home or a mortgage, you're trying to get a car loan, etc.

00:13:39.000 Like, that will ding you and hurt your credit score to a degree, and it could potentially put you in a situation where they're going to say, oh, this guy's not a trustworthy buyer.

00:13:47.000 And you don't want that, okay?

00:13:48.000 So, that's why you typically don't want to put business expenses on your personal line of credit.

00:13:53.000 Because your utilization's going to go up.

00:13:55.000 When your utilization goes up, it's going to hurt your overall credit score, which will hurt your trustworthiness when you apply for a line of credit.

00:14:05.000 But when you use a business line of credit, they know that you're going to spend a lot more money to run your business than you would on, say, a personal credit card.

00:14:15.000 So utilization doesn't have the same impact on your business line of credit.

00:14:20.000 So that's why it's so important, because especially if you run a brick-and-mortar business, let's say you run a restaurant, you're going to spend a lot of money on food, Payroll, potentially.

00:14:29.000 Supplies.

00:14:31.000 Equipment.

00:14:32.000 Upgrades.

00:14:33.000 It's going to be very expensive for you to run a brick and mortar type business.

00:14:36.000 Could you imagine putting that on your personal credit?

00:14:38.000 That'd be crazy.

00:14:38.000 Maybe in the beginning you could do that just to get things going, but you want to switch to a business credit card immediately so you can go ahead and alleviate yourself of that burden of carrying that high utilization.

00:14:48.000 We teach you guys how to decrease your utilization percentage by opening up more lines of credit and asking for increases on your credit line, which we've taught you guys before.

00:14:58.000 Call in, use an app.

00:15:00.000 Hey, I've been good with paying on time for the past month or whatever.

00:15:03.000 Can I increase my credit line from, let's say, 2,000 to 5,000?

00:15:08.000 And just by you doing that a lot of times, that will decrease the percentage of credit used, right, on the credit lines that you do have, and then your credit score is going to increase as a bipartisan.

00:15:18.000 Does that make sense?

00:15:19.000 Give me once in the chat, guys, if that makes sense to y'all what I just explained as far as credit utilization and the importance of keeping it down and how a business credit line is not necessarily going to affect your utilization and lower your personal credit score.

00:15:30.000 Give me once in the chat if that makes sense.

00:15:31.000 I know that was a little all over the place.

00:15:33.000 Long-winded.

00:15:35.000 You're talking about leverage, because personal credit cards do have the place for the person, but at the same time, it will cost you because it affects you personally.

00:15:45.000 Business, on the other hand, is more of like, you know what, okay, you spend the money on a business card, right?

00:15:50.000 It goes to business.

00:15:51.000 Real quick, guys, if it's a two...

00:15:53.000 Type 2 and why it doesn't make sense.

00:15:55.000 Sorry, continue on.

00:15:56.000 It's mostly ones, yeah.

00:15:58.000 And then for business, it's like, okay, let's say you're using a business card.

00:16:02.000 You can use that as leverage because now it doesn't show up on your personal credit.

00:16:05.000 The only downfall is if you don't pay it back within a 30-day or 60-day period.

00:16:11.000 Depends on which card you get.

00:16:12.000 Yeah, depending on the card.

00:16:13.000 Then it'll go to your collections and personal.

00:16:16.000 But at the same time, you have a time period where you can just use that leverage, get what you want for your business card, and at the same time, not have a thing on your credit score.

00:16:23.000 And guys, the name of the game, and I want to make this very clear because this applies to all credit cards.

00:16:28.000 Credit cards are basically you using other people's money To procure things that you were going to buy anyway, while simultaneously building your credit, building your trustworthiness, and keeping your own capital safe for a period of time.

00:16:46.000 It gives you basically a 30-day grace period, or maybe more if you want to pay interest, to hold on to your cash for other more important things or emergencies and use other people's money.

00:16:59.000 Alright?

00:17:00.000 So that's why it's so important.

00:17:02.000 And you get benefits for it.

00:17:04.000 So if you're watching this show right now, and you use a debit card, I need you to cut that debit card right now and apply for a credit card.

00:17:13.000 I don't care if it's a secure credit card. 0.90

00:17:14.000 I don't care if it's a piece of crap credit card that doesn't give you benefits. 0.98

00:17:17.000 It has an annual fee and it gives you zero benefits. 0.97

00:17:19.000 You need to build your credit, guys.

00:17:22.000 You should never be paying for anything in cash.

00:17:24.000 You should never be paying for anything with a debit card.

00:17:26.000 You shouldn't be using cashier's checks.

00:17:28.000 You should always say, Do you guys accept credit?

00:17:28.000 None of that.

00:17:31.000 And try to pay everything in credit card, guys.

00:17:34.000 I'm serious.

00:17:35.000 I've taken it so far where I will pay credit card processing fees to use a credit card.

00:17:43.000 Because that's how important it is for me to use a credit card.

00:17:45.000 Because when I look at it like this, okay, I might pay a little bit more, but I'm getting points back.

00:17:50.000 And most importantly, the transaction is documented.

00:17:55.000 If the transaction is documented, guess what I can do?

00:17:58.000 I can write it off at the end of the year.

00:17:59.000 That ability for it to be documented overrides saving a couple of bucks to pay for it in cash or whatever.

00:18:07.000 But Myron, I can get it documented on my debit card too from my bank.

00:18:11.000 Yeah, but now have fun with that.

00:18:13.000 You're going to give your accountant your debit card statement, your credit card statement, your business credit card statement.

00:18:19.000 No, you're better off.

00:18:20.000 Make your accountant's life easy.

00:18:22.000 Hey, end of the year, January 1st to December 31st, For the entire year, you print out that credit card statement from your business.

00:18:30.000 Bam! 0.98

00:18:31.000 Done.

00:18:32.000 I got one credit card I used for Fresher Fit.

00:18:33.000 I got another credit card I used for my real estate business.

00:18:36.000 And I basically give both to my accountant.

00:18:37.000 It makes his job super easy.

00:18:39.000 Because he's able to take all those expenses and categorize them as he needs to for taxes.

00:18:43.000 But people forget that also it's about protection too.

00:18:46.000 Because protection goes a long way.

00:18:48.000 So let's say you're at a gas station, right?

00:18:50.000 And they have one of those phony filters.

00:18:53.000 Skimmers.

00:18:54.000 Yeah, skimmers.

00:18:54.000 On the gas pump to put the credit card.

00:18:57.000 You put in your debit card.

00:18:59.000 Okay, 100 bucks in gas.

00:19:00.000 Cool.

00:19:01.000 But really, they stole your money.

00:19:03.000 So now it's gone.

00:19:04.000 You're like, wait, what's going on?

00:19:05.000 You call the bank.

00:19:06.000 Hey, I was at Shell Gas Station and they sent my money.

00:19:09.000 Oh, well, sorry.

00:19:10.000 You know, it's a debit card.

00:19:11.000 We can't help you.

00:19:12.000 Versus a credit card.

00:19:14.000 Hey, this happened to me at Shell Gas Station.

00:19:16.000 Now my money's gone.

00:19:17.000 What can you do about it?

00:19:18.000 Okay, credit card.

00:19:19.000 Easily returned.

00:19:20.000 You're good to go.

00:19:20.000 So I would just say protection-wise and security-wise, credit cards go way longer.

00:19:24.000 And as well, bro...

00:19:26.000 Any type of scam or issue that you might come up with, you just make a phone call, it's resolved.

00:19:30.000 So honestly, security is another reason why to as well.

00:19:32.000 Yeah, I forgot to mention that.

00:19:33.000 Almost every credit card is going to have fraud protection and all this other stuff.

00:19:37.000 So it's an added insurance policy towards you getting your stuff.

00:19:40.000 Because I can't tell you how many times my wallet's gotten stolen or I lost my card.

00:19:44.000 Or someone swiped the credit card numbers and you see weird ass charges in other countries.

00:19:49.000 So having your...

00:19:53.000 Having a credit card also gives you that extra layer of protection where you're able to get that money back.

00:19:57.000 Most credit card companies understand that and they're able to get you a full refund.

00:20:02.000 This is fraud, dude.

00:20:04.000 The money's being spent in San Francisco and I'm over here in Miami or something.

00:20:07.000 It is so bad, people misuse the system because they're going to give you your money back with a credit card.

00:20:12.000 And I see some of you guys on YouTube saying, yo, I can't super chat or whatever.

00:20:15.000 I might have a question.

00:20:16.000 Go on over to Rumble, guys.

00:20:18.000 Rumble.com slash Fresh and Fit.

00:20:18.000 Right?

00:21:00.000 So, yeah, man.

00:21:01.000 Become a member.

00:21:01.000 Support the channel.

00:21:02.000 It'd be great.

00:21:03.000 So let's get some of these.

00:21:03.000 All right.

00:21:05.000 Mo, do we have Rumble Rants ready to go?

00:21:06.000 Oh, good to go.

00:21:07.000 Yep.

00:21:08.000 Yeah, Mo got the Rumble Rats.

00:21:08.000 Mo got it.

00:21:10.000 All right.

00:21:10.000 All right, let's shoot, because I want to answer some questions before we get into the...

00:21:15.000 Here we go.

00:21:17.000 Other name taken.

00:21:18.000 500 bucks.

00:21:19.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:21:21.000 Don DeMarco.

00:21:22.000 Thank you so much, bro.

00:21:23.000 I got no online presence.

00:21:24.000 Signed up here only...

00:21:25.000 Let me finish.

00:21:26.000 Yeah.

00:21:28.000 Signed up here only for you guys.

00:21:29.000 F the haters.

00:21:30.000 Happy to help if you need another to help move.

00:21:32.000 Keep on representing the best of men online.

00:21:34.000 Wow.

00:21:35.000 That means a lot, bro.

00:21:36.000 Thank you so much.

00:21:36.000 That's a lot of support, bro.

00:21:37.000 Appreciate you, man.

00:21:39.000 FJ92. Follow up the YouTube news with one of your best episodes ever and on and off day.

00:21:44.000 Yeah!

00:21:44.000 Guys, please go watch the episode that we did with Psych Hacks.

00:21:47.000 That was amazing.

00:21:47.000 That was really good.

00:21:49.000 We talked about psychology from both genders.

00:21:51.000 Of value.

00:21:52.000 Yeah.

00:21:52.000 And he broke it down in a scientific and also want to say most practical way I could ever see possible.

00:21:58.000 Yeah.

00:21:59.000 And he's a real psychologist.

00:22:00.000 We get both perspectives, guys.

00:22:00.000 Yeah.

00:22:02.000 So he had Myron like this. 1.00

00:22:03.000 Holy shit. 0.99

00:22:04.000 A lot of really cool analogies. 0.99

00:22:04.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:22:06.000 So, yeah.

00:22:09.000 And you know, wait, let me finish reading it, though.

00:22:12.000 It's okay, guys.

00:22:13.000 It's Bill's first day on the job, so.

00:22:15.000 That's why this channel will never die.

00:22:16.000 The women treat men like jobs analogy made so many things more clear. 0.99

00:22:19.000 Got you, bro.

00:22:20.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:22:21.000 Yeah.

00:22:23.000 Yeah.

00:22:23.000 Guys, go watch that episode if you haven't already.

00:22:26.000 What else?

00:22:27.000 Last call in.

00:22:28.000 Fresh told caller he'd wait until saving 50k before buying first property.

00:22:31.000 Does everyone agree?

00:22:32.000 Which loan?

00:22:33.000 Can you break down how much money, buy, down payment, emergency fund, monthly, etc.?

00:22:37.000 Yeah, so I remember that call.

00:22:38.000 It's because...

00:22:40.000 When you buy a house, guys, remember that you're buying the house and you're making a down payment and a closing cost.

00:22:45.000 But don't forget, things will go wrong.

00:22:47.000 I think it's called Murphy's Law.

00:22:48.000 And trust me when I say things will go wrong.

00:22:50.000 So let's say you buy a house, right?

00:22:52.000 You spend all your money you saved up to get this property.

00:22:54.000 You got it!

00:22:54.000 Awesome!

00:22:55.000 But the problem is, when the roof has issues, let's say the bathroom has issues as well, let's say the sink is dripping, let's say things go wrong with your property, you have no reserves, what's going to happen is you can't fix it.

00:23:06.000 And over time, tenants get upset, or even yourself, and then what...

00:23:10.000 The worst part is being house poor.

00:23:11.000 When you're house poor, you can't do anything about it.

00:23:13.000 So my thing is, save the money from the very beginning, get a property, of course, but have a statement so that when things go wrong, you can fix it right away, or call somebody to fix it for you.

00:23:21.000 Yeah, you don't want to, um...

00:23:23.000 And I mean, yeah, we can be honest here.

00:23:24.000 The reason why Fresh can tell you guys this is because Fresh made that mistake when he bought his first property.

00:23:28.000 He didn't have any reserves.

00:23:29.000 He basically had all his money to purchase the property, cover closing costs, and that was pretty much it.

00:23:34.000 And I spent two years saving that money, by the way.

00:23:36.000 So it was tough.

00:23:37.000 You definitely want to have reserves.

00:23:38.000 So we're telling you guys that so that you don't end up in a situation where you get into the property and now you can't even put it on the market because you have something that won't make it rentable.

00:23:46.000 Yeah.

00:23:46.000 You know what I mean?

00:23:47.000 Because you don't have enough money.

00:23:48.000 So you want to have money in reserves, guys, for each of your properties.

00:23:51.000 You know...

00:23:52.000 And I explained this in the last episode, and I'm going to have more detail for y'all.

00:23:55.000 We should do another Real Estate 101 for these guys.

00:23:58.000 And we will, don't worry.

00:24:00.000 But I'm going to break down for y'all setting up your LLCs, having a holding company for your LLCs, having bank accounts for each LLC so that that money is there that you can use for each property, etc.

00:24:10.000 But the main point I want to tell you guys is peace of mind.

00:24:13.000 Because peace of mind means you get a property, you know you have savings, so no matter what happens to your property, you can cover it without any shadow of a doubt.

00:24:20.000 Yeah.

00:24:20.000 Cool.

00:24:22.000 Alright, what else do we got here?

00:24:22.000 And let's keep the clean chats, because we're still on YouTube.

00:24:25.000 Yes.

00:24:25.000 Mo?

00:24:27.000 Because I know on Rubble, they'd be going crazy over there.

00:24:29.000 Which I love it!

00:24:30.000 Only the good ones!

00:24:31.000 Yeah, just for now, because we're still on YouTube.

00:24:33.000 And yo guys, if you guys are on YouTube, we never forget about y'all.

00:24:36.000 Like the video, please subscribe to the channel if you haven't already.

00:24:39.000 And let's keep going.

00:24:40.000 What else do we got here?

00:24:41.000 Digital John goes, let's go, boy.

00:24:43.000 Still not subscribed because I can't find the button, but we'll do as soon as I can.

00:24:46.000 Yeah, it's tough, bro.

00:24:46.000 So what you got to do, bro, is you got to go over, and Rumble's going to fix this.

00:24:49.000 We're talking with the CEO about this.

00:24:51.000 You got to go on Safari on your phone or Google Chrome, whatever your browser that you're going to use, and then open up Rumble there, and it's going to have a subscribe button.

00:24:58.000 And then you hit subscribe once you click the channel.

00:25:00.000 So you go to a live episode, or when it's already been aired, you go to your chat, it'll say subscribe at the right bottom.

00:25:05.000 And I'll demonstrate it for you, too.

00:25:06.000 And you guys can see it from there.

00:25:07.000 But yeah, you know, We're working on it.

00:25:09.000 Yeah, we're working on it, man.

00:25:11.000 And then we're going to get the...

00:25:13.000 To make it easier for y'all, we're going to get the Streamlabs thing going too for the YouTube guys so that they can just click that link and go in and bam, we'll be able to...

00:25:19.000 It'll pop up on screen for y'all.

00:25:20.000 I think by Wednesday we should be good to go.

00:25:22.000 Yeah, we should have that for y'all.

00:25:23.000 Don't worry.

00:25:23.000 And we're trying to do it in a...

00:25:25.000 We're not just trying to do it.

00:25:26.000 We're trying to do it at a high level where it's like funny and animated and stuff like that.

00:25:30.000 And yeah, we're going to have some fun.

00:25:32.000 You can add gifts to the actual donations too.

00:25:33.000 Which is dope.

00:25:34.000 We're going to make it lit for y'all.

00:25:35.000 My goal isn't to just sit here and be like, oh yeah, let's collect money.

00:25:39.000 No, our thing is I want to make sure that number one, you guys get heard.

00:25:43.000 No matter what platform you're on.

00:25:45.000 And then number two, you can ask the questions.

00:25:47.000 It's interactive.

00:25:48.000 And that's another thing too.

00:25:49.000 Bro, we're live.

00:25:51.000 Interactive.

00:25:52.000 Reading your chats.

00:25:53.000 Answering your questions real time.

00:25:56.000 As Chris would say, we do it live.

00:25:57.000 We do it live, bro.

00:25:59.000 So, that's why, like, I don't even get mad.

00:26:01.000 Like, these haters, they talk smack.

00:26:02.000 And I'm just like, bro, y'all not even close to us.

00:26:04.000 Like, what do y'all do?

00:26:06.000 You guys are just waiting for news, right?

00:26:08.000 You guys want to go ahead and just talk about us all the time.

00:26:10.000 They're going to get curious.

00:26:11.000 They come on over to Fresh DeFi.

00:26:12.000 They're like, wow, wow, this is a lot of value.

00:26:14.000 I'm going to subscribe.

00:26:15.000 I'm going to watch this channel.

00:26:16.000 You're like, what's the news?

00:26:17.000 No, what's the value, bro?

00:26:18.000 Yeah.

00:26:18.000 You have no value.

00:26:19.000 You have no value.

00:26:20.000 So, okay.

00:26:20.000 You guys are basically glorified TMZ channels is what y'all are, man.

00:26:23.000 It's ridiculous. 0.98

00:26:24.000 Don't worry. 0.90

00:26:25.000 We'll give you a payday.

00:26:26.000 And the thing, too, is that people try to say, oh, Myron cried.

00:26:29.000 Let me make this very clear.

00:26:30.000 I didn't cry.

00:26:31.000 I was very saddened by the fact that our reach might get hurt and we can't reach more men.

00:26:36.000 Pause.

00:26:39.000 And help them with the situations that they might be in.

00:26:41.000 Guys, I got a DM, right?

00:26:43.000 I talked about this on FedReacts, but I really want to mention it here too.

00:26:46.000 I got a DM from a guy, right?

00:26:49.000 And he told me he had the day picked out, he had the tree picked out on a hill in the UK, that he was going to go ahead and end it all, right?

00:26:57.000 And the only thing that held him back is he was waiting for good weather so he could look at something beautiful before he passed, right?

00:27:03.000 And two days before he was going to do it, he stumbled upon our podcast.

00:27:09.000 Started binge-watching it and said, I'm not gonna do this anymore.

00:27:13.000 In other words, he turned into Leonardo DiCaprio.

00:27:18.000 So he decides he's gonna keep going.

00:27:26.000 Fast forward, has a six figure job now, has a child, has a wife, has a family.

00:27:33.000 That is why I was sad.

00:27:35.000 It's not about the money guys.

00:27:36.000 I have 14 real estate properties.

00:27:38.000 I'm fine.

00:27:39.000 Fresh is fine.

00:27:41.000 It's about keeping the show going for you guys.

00:27:44.000 People said, oh, Fresh, you're so nonchalant.

00:27:46.000 Because we're good, bro.

00:27:48.000 We're really good.

00:27:48.000 However, for you guys, this can't end.

00:27:51.000 You can't.

00:27:52.000 Because when I saw that message, and I literally have hundreds of these messages, guys.

00:27:57.000 Right?

00:27:58.000 That's when I was like, this is bigger than us.

00:28:00.000 That's why I was sad.

00:28:01.000 And that's why, because, again, from my prior profession, I've saved lives.

00:28:05.000 I've actually literally went out and saved people's lives.

00:28:08.000 And I'm doing the same thing here, on a bigger scale, on a worldwide scale.

00:28:11.000 This is someone from the UK. I get messages from guys in Australia, get messages from guys in other countries that aren't even English speaking, right?

00:28:18.000 Saying that, yo, we need to translate your content to Portuguese, to Spanish, to Arabic, to Russian.

00:28:23.000 People need to hear this stuff.

00:28:24.000 Right?

00:28:25.000 Do you think these haters that talk about us, do you think they want to translate their reaction videos?

00:28:29.000 No!

00:28:30.000 Bro, I go outside.

00:28:32.000 I go to events.

00:28:33.000 I talk about the guy that I met at the event.

00:28:35.000 He said I was broke, working in security.

00:28:38.000 I started an episode about crypto.

00:28:40.000 I bought some.

00:28:41.000 I bought Ethereum.

00:28:42.000 I bought Bitcoin back in the day.

00:28:44.000 And back then it was super low, thanks to Miguel and Charlie for telling us when to go buy it.

00:28:48.000 He bought it.

00:28:49.000 Portfolio is $600K now.

00:28:51.000 And it's like, okay, we add value every single day, but when someone takes the advice that we give for people to follow and actually apply it, it works in real time and real life, and they get results.

00:29:00.000 So, I mean, honestly, man, these people get pictures with people, maybe they're fans, but do they add real value?

00:29:06.000 No.

00:29:06.000 So, it is what it is.

00:29:07.000 Yeah.

00:29:08.000 So, like, from a financial perspective, personally, I'm fine, right?

00:29:12.000 I knew that this could potentially happen, so that's why I started investing in real estate like crazy. 0.64

00:29:16.000 But like I said before, my thing is, I was sad because I was like, damn, we have people that really need us, and like, let's...

00:29:25.000 That's just one guy that messaged me his plan that we stopped.

00:29:28.000 How many others?

00:29:29.000 Oh, there's many.

00:29:30.000 You know what I mean?

00:29:31.000 A lot of people aren't going to open up about something like that.

00:29:33.000 That's a very difficult situation, very traumatizing situation.

00:29:36.000 So, you know, it is what it is, and I'm like, damn, well, if we aren't on YouTube, it's going to be very difficult for people to find us to get the message.

00:29:42.000 And then, people are making fun of that video, but you don't understand, like... 0.61

00:29:47.000 We put in so much work.

00:29:49.000 And I would extend the favor and say Mike put in more than me because he gave up his, I want to say, living quarters for the studio.

00:29:56.000 I didn't.

00:29:57.000 He did.

00:29:58.000 He also gave up his career that he loved.

00:30:00.000 I mean, bro, like, to be fair...

00:30:02.000 If it were up to me, I'd be in a shoebox apartment.

00:30:05.000 If it were up to me.

00:30:05.000 To be fair, I didn't like my job that much.

00:30:07.000 It was cool, but it wasn't like, oh my god, I love my job.

00:30:09.000 Oh, he hated his job.

00:30:10.000 But at the same time, to give up what you love for a maybe mystery that you might love, which he does love now, it was a lot.

00:30:19.000 So, I mean, you make fun of him, but you don't understand what we went through to get to this point.

00:30:24.000 And as well, all the hate, all the, I want to say, bad press, all the bad things that happened to us.

00:30:30.000 Dude, this is why I can understand Andrew so much.

00:30:32.000 Because I can't imagine what he's going through.

00:30:34.000 Yeah.

00:30:35.000 Compared to what we went through.

00:30:36.000 It's a lot still, but that's 10 times.

00:30:39.000 That's why we defend them so hard.

00:30:41.000 That's why we defend them so hard, because we know what it's like to be on national news.

00:30:46.000 International news.

00:30:48.000 That's a big reason why we went viral, because on TikTok, whatever, we'd go viral, and then they'd, oh, misogynistic podcast, blah, blah, blah.

00:30:57.000 We've gotten death threats.

00:30:58.000 We've gotten people trying to do stuff to us in public.

00:31:01.000 It's just like...

00:31:02.000 You understand, like, at the same time, you guys laugh and say it's funny, but it's not, because if you were in our shoes, you would understand it takes a sacrifice that most people don't want to give up.

00:31:10.000 Yeah.

00:31:11.000 And, you know, it is what it is, right?

00:31:14.000 But, yeah, I mean...

00:31:17.000 And then to be here, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, no matter what, rain, shine, snow, and as well, we were here for two years.

00:31:27.000 We've never really taken more than a week off.

00:31:29.000 And even if we did take a week off, we were out filming other content with other people.

00:31:32.000 The first two years, we were here Monday to Sunday, every single day.

00:31:36.000 Who does that?

00:31:37.000 We have 1,700 videos on Fresh and Fix.

00:31:39.000 Who does that, bro?

00:31:40.000 And we haven't been on for three years yet.

00:31:42.000 October 26th is going to be three years.

00:31:44.000 Who shows up every single day for two years straight for a maybe?

00:31:48.000 And then also, I want to extend a big shout out to Rumble because Rumble...

00:31:55.000 Got our backs.

00:31:56.000 We're good.

00:31:57.000 We got something in place with them.

00:32:00.000 So we're straight, guys, from that perspective.

00:32:03.000 That's what we say.

00:32:04.000 Support Rumble.

00:32:05.000 Yeah, support Rumble.

00:32:05.000 You support us.

00:32:06.000 Because Rumble supports us.

00:32:07.000 So we're good, but we need y'all to support Rumble because Rumble is really the home of free speech, man.

00:32:13.000 You talk about guys like us, Steven Crowder, Andrew Tate.

00:32:21.000 I'm drawing a blank right now.

00:32:22.000 There's so many.

00:32:23.000 A lot of the top conservative creators are on Rumble.

00:32:27.000 Bongino?

00:32:28.000 Yeah, Bongino.

00:32:30.000 Yeah, bro.

00:32:33.000 And it's about to be an election year, guys.

00:32:35.000 You know what time it is.

00:32:36.000 You know what time it is, bro.

00:32:37.000 Okay, let's keep going here.

00:32:40.000 We have various layers.

00:32:43.000 CEO Network, let's go!

00:32:45.000 Shout out to my boy Cody, man.

00:32:46.000 I was supporting.

00:32:48.000 Burberry831 says, I was about to take my main to Cabo this week, but over the weekend she threw a fit. 1.00

00:32:54.000 About being a boss B, now I'm flying out to the PBD event next week.

00:33:00.000 Y'all going?

00:33:01.000 Uh, no.

00:33:02.000 But, have fun there, brother.

00:33:04.000 And, um, yeah.

00:33:05.000 Yeah, shout out to Valu Taylor, man.

00:33:06.000 If she's throwing a fit, bro, you know what time it is.

00:33:08.000 Steven Jonas, uh, says 562.

00:33:10.000 My favorite part of Fresh and Fit, if I can't watch Money Mondays live, I watch it during lunch.

00:33:15.000 Love y'all.

00:33:16.000 You saved my life and helped me get my fantasies in order. 0.91

00:33:19.000 And we're not fucking leaving. 0.95

00:33:20.000 There you go. 0.99

00:33:21.000 Shout out to you.

00:33:26.000 And guys, if things seem segmented, it's because we're using a whole new streaming platform right now.

00:33:37.000 Yeah.

00:33:37.000 I said no Slumyard.

00:33:37.000 I'm like, wait, this is a little off.

00:33:39.000 Blah, blah, blah.

00:33:39.000 It's because we're using a completely different thing.

00:33:41.000 We're using Streamlabs and OBS and all this other stuff, which is a lot more complex than Streamyard.

00:33:44.000 So we apologize.

00:33:45.000 It's our first time doing it.

00:33:47.000 So don't worry.

00:33:48.000 It's going to get better and better as we continue to practice.

00:33:50.000 You guys are going to see more and more additions to the show.

00:33:53.000 But this is kind of how it is.

00:33:54.000 When you upgrade, you kind of have to go through some trials and tribulations, figure it out, master it.

00:33:59.000 Once you master it, then it runs seamlessly.

00:34:01.000 But yeah.

00:34:02.000 Santino!

00:34:02.000 Shout out FNF. Thanks for fighting back and not giving up.

00:34:05.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:34:06.000 Absolutely, bro.

00:34:07.000 We got Apolino says, let's go!

00:34:09.000 I started my second LLC, so I need this video.

00:34:12.000 I appreciate you.

00:34:12.000 Oh, Apolino, go watch our episode that we did with Steve.

00:34:15.000 You need to transfer that to an S-Corp immediately, my friend.

00:34:17.000 Yeah, see if I'm accounting.

00:34:18.000 Unless it's a real estate property.

00:34:21.000 Okay.

00:34:21.000 Yep.

00:34:23.000 Paul Maurice says, 5 for the fight against the Matrix.

00:34:26.000 Love you guys.

00:34:27.000 WFNF, WTates.

00:34:29.000 Alright, shout out to you, bro.

00:34:30.000 Steven Jones says, I'm a full electrician and just started my LLC. With contractors licensed for the LLC, getting my S-Corp, need help with marketing ideas, and company credit cards.

00:34:40.000 Let's drop off business cards on doors.

00:34:43.000 So I guess he wants the marketing tips, basically, for his business.

00:34:47.000 I mean, bro, honestly speaking, we did a show with Jeremy, right?

00:34:51.000 Yeah.

00:34:51.000 That's a really good show on marketing.

00:34:53.000 Oh, yeah.

00:34:53.000 Using Facebook ads and stuff like that?

00:34:55.000 Using ads?

00:34:56.000 Yeah.

00:34:56.000 Because the old school way of doing hard-knock, guerrilla stuff is cool, but people don't really respond to that like they used to, so I'll do online tactics now, if anything.

00:35:03.000 Yeah.

00:35:04.000 And another thing you could do is you could pay for promo.

00:35:06.000 That helps quite a bit too.

00:35:07.000 Like jumping on a popular podcast, jumping on Instagram, paying for promo, that will help you quite a bit.

00:35:14.000 I gotta say this, man.

00:35:15.000 Radio, newspaper is kind of dead.

00:35:17.000 It's dead, bro.

00:35:18.000 Podcasts are the new wave.

00:35:19.000 I'm telling you this right now.

00:35:20.000 If you don't believe me, what is everyone doing right now?

00:35:22.000 Starting a podcast.

00:35:23.000 I'll give you an example.

00:35:24.000 Look at someone like Vivek Ramaswamy, right?

00:35:26.000 Running for presidency from the Republican Party, right?

00:35:30.000 He's jumping on all types of platforms and do a podcast because alternate media is like the new media now.

00:35:37.000 People don't trust the mainstream media anymore, right?

00:35:39.000 They see what's going on with Trump.

00:35:40.000 Wrong.

00:35:41.000 And they're like, yo...

00:35:42.000 You are fake news.

00:35:43.000 So it's just like people are understanding, yo, I need to go ahead and get my information from other alternative media sources, right?

00:35:50.000 Whether it's us, Joe Rogan, they're talking...

00:35:54.000 Who else?

00:35:54.000 I'm trying to think here.

00:35:55.000 It would be some alternative.

00:35:57.000 Tim Kass.

00:35:58.000 Yeah, Tim Kass, right?

00:35:59.000 Crowder, Bongino.

00:36:01.000 Like, people don't trust the mainstream media anymore, bro.

00:36:04.000 Yeah.

00:36:05.000 I mean, they've been caught lying to us a bunch of times.

00:36:06.000 I mean, you guys, we've exposed a bunch of it for y'all anyway on Rumble, right?

00:36:10.000 When we talk about 9-11 and all the stuff that went down.

00:36:12.000 So anyway, what else?

00:36:15.000 Speaking of Rumble, we should go to Rumble.

00:36:18.000 Okay.

00:36:19.000 Well, we got to still cover...

00:36:21.000 We should show up.

00:36:22.000 Oh, and so we covered the differences between personal credit cards and business credit cards.

00:36:28.000 Why do you need it?

00:36:28.000 Why you need it.

00:36:30.000 Two-go-seven to cover.

00:36:31.000 Yeah, so number one, we said, again, just a quick little recap.

00:36:34.000 Difference between personal and business.

00:36:36.000 Then we talked about the benefits of a business credit card, right?

00:36:39.000 You get sign-up bonuses, right?

00:36:40.000 So you can basically double-dip with sign-up bonuses.

00:36:43.000 You don't incur...

00:36:46.000 Debt on your personal debt, because it's a business credit line, so it doesn't affect your personal credit to the same degree, so you can charge more.

00:36:53.000 Also, business credit cards typically tend to give you guys higher limits, which is good.

00:36:58.000 And then it allows you to build your business credit, which is good.

00:37:02.000 So the credit is tied to the business versus your personal name.

00:37:06.000 And else was security as well.

00:37:07.000 Yeah.

00:37:08.000 And scam.

00:37:09.000 Exactly.

00:37:10.000 Yes.

00:37:11.000 And okay, so we're going to go ahead and name some of the best business credit cards for y'all, which me and Fresh have some of these so we can talk to you guys from a personal experience standpoint.

00:37:18.000 This year.

00:37:19.000 Yeah, this year.

00:37:19.000 Because they change each year.

00:37:21.000 Yeah, so we went ahead and pulled...

00:37:23.000 You pulled this list, right, Fresh?

00:37:25.000 Yeah, from Forbes, actually.

00:37:26.000 Yeah, from Forbes.

00:37:26.000 Okay.

00:37:27.000 So we're going to go ahead and identify some of the best ones from this list.

00:37:29.000 There's a bunch of them here, but we're going to give you guys some of our personal favorites and kind of go through it.

00:37:33.000 And what we'll do is we'll take you guys to the actual website.

00:37:37.000 Guys, real big pro tip right here, okay?

00:37:40.000 Before you sign up for a credit card, right?

00:37:44.000 Please.

00:37:45.000 Simple.

00:37:46.000 Make sure you go to the website and look at their current benefits, okay?

00:37:50.000 Because it happens all the time.

00:37:52.000 The credit card market is extremely competitive, right?

00:37:55.000 And extremely restrictive to a degree.

00:37:58.000 And what I mean by that is a new credit card will come out.

00:38:00.000 It'll be too powerful, right?

00:38:02.000 Just like a new character in a video game.

00:38:03.000 They'll nerf it, right?

00:38:05.000 And then you'll sign up at the worst time after they nerf the credit card.

00:38:08.000 And then what ends up happening?

00:38:09.000 Sign-ups go down, and then they'll bring back that good sign-up originally that got nerfed for like a month, and you missed the window.

00:38:16.000 Because a lot of times, once you sign up for the credit card and you get that bonus, you can't get it again.

00:38:19.000 Done.

00:38:21.000 Here's another advanced tip as well.

00:38:22.000 If you want to be smart about it...

00:38:24.000 You get points for the sign-up right away.

00:38:27.000 So let's say you go to American Express, right?

00:38:28.000 You look at her platinum card.

00:38:30.000 You might get like 150 points per se.

00:38:32.000 However, if you Google American Platinum Business Card, there's other alternate sites that give you more points for that same card.

00:38:39.000 So if you can find those same...

00:38:41.000 Let's say you find American Express platinum card for 150 points sign-up, right?

00:38:45.000 That's cool.

00:38:46.000 But you can go to like, I guess, Ali something card express.

00:38:49.000 You can go there as well and get that same card for like 200 points.

00:38:52.000 So you can get more points from alternate websites than the real one as well.

00:38:55.000 And then sometimes there's benefits that you get with a credit card where if you sign up in branch that you might not get when you sign up online.

00:39:02.000 True.

00:39:02.000 With the really good cards.

00:39:04.000 So the point I'm trying to make, guys, is make sure before you sign up for the credit card, Because sometimes people advertise and tell you, oh yeah, look at all the benefits this credit card gets.

00:39:13.000 Go to the live website and see what their current benefits are because they're always changing it around every year, every season, etc.

00:39:20.000 Because the credit card market is so competitive and they're constantly nerfing cards.

00:39:25.000 Or, find a friend that has that card, get a referral code from them, you both win.

00:39:29.000 That works as well, too.

00:39:30.000 That works as well, too.

00:39:31.000 They could put you on.

00:39:33.000 So, cool.

00:39:34.000 And then the other thing, oh, another pro tip.

00:39:36.000 If you have a credit card, right?

00:39:39.000 Let's say you have a personal credit card with Capital One or with American Express or whatever.

00:39:45.000 It's going to be a lot easier to get a business credit card through them.

00:39:47.000 That is true.

00:39:48.000 Okay?

00:39:48.000 So keep that in mind as well.

00:39:49.000 Or if you bank with them personally.

00:39:51.000 Like Chase.

00:39:52.000 Yeah.

00:39:52.000 And I actually suggest, and we talked about this in our other episodes, if you have a personal, like let's say you have a Chase Bank account, right?

00:39:59.000 Mm-hmm.

00:39:59.000 Well, getting a Chase credit card might be a good idea for you because it's going to be easier for you to go ahead and get around the application process.

00:40:07.000 You might be able to, if you have a degree of history with them, it'll be easier for you to get approved.

00:40:12.000 And hopefully you're not a negative account or you're a Chase account.

00:40:15.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:40:16.000 Hopefully you're on positive.

00:40:17.000 Yeah, please.

00:40:18.000 Please apply with somebody in the bank.

00:40:20.000 Yo, niggas are overdraft. 1.00

00:40:21.000 Can I get a credit card?

00:40:23.000 You can't get one.

00:40:25.000 If you're going to go and apply for a credit card through your bank, don't have negative money in that bank, okay?

00:40:29.000 Don't be overdrafted on that bank.

00:40:31.000 I need some more help, man.

00:40:32.000 Give me a card.

00:40:34.000 Don't do that.

00:40:35.000 Be in good standing with that bank if you're going to open up a bank credit card with them.

00:40:39.000 And the reason why I say that is, for example, Bank of America, guys, has some pretty good cashback credit cards.

00:40:43.000 They have one credit card, right?

00:40:45.000 That you can literally take the balance, like the credit card balance, and shift it to your checking account.

00:40:52.000 That's huge.

00:40:53.000 Like, I forget, it's the...

00:40:55.000 Do I have my wallet with me?

00:40:56.000 Okay, I'll pull it out for you guys here in a second.

00:40:58.000 But it's a Bank of America rewards card.

00:41:00.000 And let's say the limit is like $10,000 to $20,000, $30,000, right?

00:41:04.000 Because the limits can go up that high.

00:41:05.000 You can literally do a transfer balance and move it over to your checking account.

00:41:10.000 And the reason why that's really helpful is because, let's say you want to buy real estate.

00:41:16.000 Now, you can leverage that personal credit card, put cash into your account, right?

00:41:22.000 Maybe you say you needed some money for closing costs or whatever.

00:41:24.000 Use it.

00:41:25.000 Boom.

00:41:26.000 Now you're able to go ahead and purchase that property.

00:41:28.000 And then you can turn around and do a cash-out refinance and pay that back.

00:41:31.000 And a lot of times they give you an 18-month grace period.

00:41:35.000 Where you're able to not really incur interest or defer payments or whatever it may be.

00:41:41.000 And the only thing they're going to charge you is what they call a transaction fee.

00:41:45.000 Typically somewhere between 2% to 4% of whatever you borrow.

00:41:48.000 That's huge!

00:41:48.000 You become your own mini bank.

00:41:49.000 Yeah.

00:41:50.000 Pretty much.

00:41:50.000 That's huge!

00:41:52.000 You basically were able to leverage a credit card, turn it into cash, take that cash, use it to go buy a real tangible asset, that asset pays you back money real time, now you own that property, you control that property, it's giving you tax benefits, it's giving you real cash flow,

00:42:07.000 it's giving you depreciation, it's giving you cost segregation, which was gonna knock down your tax bill significantly, and that property is gonna appreciate over time!

00:42:16.000 See, I wish I knew this at 18 years old, bro.

00:42:19.000 Holy moly.

00:42:20.000 If you're in the chat right now and you're 18 years old, you're blessed, bro.

00:42:22.000 Yeah, bro.

00:42:22.000 Just saying.

00:42:23.000 That's crazy, right?

00:42:24.000 So just by having a good credit score, you're able to get credit cards that give you cash that you can use to buy assets.

00:42:30.000 Now, with that said... 1.00

00:42:31.000 Don't be an idiot, guys. 1.00

00:42:33.000 Getting into consumer debt, buying bags and really nice clothes and all this other stuff, going on fancy trips. 1.00

00:42:39.000 Nah, you don't want to do that.

00:42:40.000 And I told a story of my friends, sorry, people that I knew early on in my career, where they spent their whole time getting store credit cards like Macy's, you know, Dillard's, and they would go shopping with those cards and never pay them back.

00:42:53.000 And then they get older, oh, I want to go buy a house.

00:42:57.000 Well, sorry sir, you spent your whole young career buying clothes and not paying for the card.

00:43:03.000 I mean, common sense would tell you you gotta pay by your debts.

00:43:06.000 But again, personal debts are terrible.

00:43:09.000 Business debts can be assets which can help you in the future.

00:43:13.000 All right, so let's pull up that screen with some of the best credit cards, and we can kind of go through them one by one.

00:43:18.000 Yes.

00:43:18.000 All right, so best credit cards of August 2023, and this comes from Forbes, okay, guys?

00:43:23.000 Yes.

00:43:24.000 And some are better than others, but we'll go into, let's go into the ones that you like fresh first.

00:43:28.000 Yeah.

00:43:28.000 So actually, the first one here is one I have with me right now.

00:43:32.000 Okay.

00:43:33.000 The Inc.

00:43:34.000 Business Unlimited credit card.

00:43:36.000 Now, I am actually kind of lazy when it comes to using my cards because...

00:43:40.000 Can you click apply now so that we can actually go to that website?

00:43:43.000 Yeah.

00:43:43.000 Real quick.

00:43:44.000 Because I don't want to spend time looking at bonuses, offers, what's good for that month.

00:43:50.000 I'm just lazy when it comes to that.

00:43:51.000 I just want to swipe, get points, and call it easy day.

00:43:55.000 Now, this card is the definition of easy because, once again, you get unlimited...

00:44:00.000 1.5 cashback on everything.

00:44:03.000 Okay.

00:44:03.000 So there's no thought to it.

00:44:04.000 It's like you swipe your card, you get that money back.

00:44:07.000 Okay.

00:44:07.000 So let's explain what cashback is for the people because some of them might not know.

00:44:10.000 Guys, cashback is basically whatever you spend, you get a percentage back.

00:44:14.000 So if you spend $100, you get $1.50 back.

00:44:19.000 Now, some of you guys might be saying, well, Myron, that doesn't really help.

00:44:23.000 Well, over the course of a month...

00:44:26.000 A year, years, that adds up very quickly, okay?

00:44:30.000 And that's why we tell you guys, you typically want a card, if it's gonna give you cash back, to be at least 1.5 to 2% cash back.

00:44:37.000 Now, this isn't a cash back card.

00:44:39.000 It's not.

00:44:39.000 But, it does cash back as well as the many other benefits.

00:44:43.000 So, cash back is a very good, let's say you don't have a business yet, or you're just a college student or whatever, or you're just a guy that just wants to get some kind of credit card reward.

00:44:51.000 Cash back credit cards are your best friend.

00:44:53.000 Because that will give you...

00:44:54.000 That's what I call the catch-all card almost.

00:44:56.000 Is that like...

00:44:57.000 Because you got travel credit cards, you got business credit cards, you got cash-back cards.

00:45:00.000 Cash-back cards is what most of you guys are probably going to want to have.

00:45:03.000 You want to have at least one good cash-back card in your wallet.

00:45:06.000 Yes.

00:45:06.000 Okay?

00:45:06.000 But this one is a multi-use card.

00:45:08.000 So let's pull it back up.

00:45:09.000 Now remember, this is a business credit card.

00:45:12.000 So you want to use it on business purchases only.

00:45:14.000 Yep.

00:45:15.000 Okay?

00:45:15.000 Now, this card also has no annual fee.

00:45:19.000 Yeah.

00:45:19.000 That's big.

00:45:20.000 So this is a W. Because I'm going to tell you a secret right now.

00:45:24.000 So, I recently went to Jamaica.

00:45:26.000 And they're not paying us to tell you guys this, by the way.

00:45:28.000 They're not.

00:45:28.000 This is all personal stuff.

00:45:30.000 We're just giving y'all sauce just because.

00:45:32.000 And you pick whatever works for you.

00:45:33.000 Now, recently, I just went to Jamaica with some people.

00:45:37.000 And I want to say who I was, a celebrity.

00:45:39.000 But at the same time, I flew first class.

00:45:43.000 And you know me, bro.

00:45:44.000 I don't fly first class for nothing.

00:45:46.000 But when I got this card at the very beginning, I got bonus points.

00:45:51.000 Now, I told you guys earlier, you can find points on a website like Chase.com.

00:45:54.000 They give you maybe 70,000 points, 100K points, something like that.

00:45:58.000 But, I found a car on an alternate website.

00:46:01.000 I got 120 points.

00:46:04.000 120K points.

00:46:05.000 Which means, I got a huge signing bonus and...

00:46:09.000 Cashback.

00:46:09.000 So, what did I do?

00:46:11.000 The points I never used.

00:46:12.000 So, I booked the flight first class with my points, and I got a bunch of points still left over.

00:46:17.000 So guys, you can get these cards relatively easy with a Chase account and Chase history, but I would say to me, the cashback is amazing.

00:46:25.000 I don't think about it.

00:46:26.000 And then as well, you can also as well use the bonus points to get whatever you want.

00:46:30.000 First class, you know, flights, hotels.

00:46:32.000 But there's some other points here as well you can add to this card.

00:46:35.000 Flexible.

00:46:36.000 Redemption options, redeem rewards for cashback, gift cards, travel, and more, using Chase Ultimate Rewards.

00:46:42.000 Also, 5% cashback on Lyft through March.

00:46:45.000 So you can get cashback on different categories as well, but focus mainly on mine.

00:46:50.000 And real quick, I want to say this.

00:46:52.000 It looks like we got some haters in the chat.

00:46:54.000 Oh, we do?

00:46:54.000 Yeah, we do.

00:46:55.000 Welcome!

00:46:55.000 So you know what?

00:46:55.000 Welcome.

00:46:56.000 Welcome to the show.

00:46:57.000 I know some of you guys came from maybe a pair out there in Canada or whatever.

00:47:01.000 What I want y'all to do, yo, don't restrict their chat.

00:47:03.000 Let them say what they want.

00:47:04.000 Because unlike them, we're not going to hide comments.

00:47:07.000 So let's let them go ahead and say what they got to say.

00:47:07.000 There you go.

00:47:10.000 That's fine.

00:47:11.000 Maybe you guys might get some value coming on over here.

00:47:13.000 Or not.

00:47:13.000 Okay?

00:47:14.000 I don't know.

00:47:15.000 But it's very interesting how they come over and watch our stuff.

00:47:18.000 I don't understand that.

00:47:19.000 If you don't like someone, why are you watching their stuff?

00:47:21.000 Actually, a lot of their fans came over and became our fans with the value.

00:47:25.000 So guys, mods, mods, please.

00:47:28.000 This just came to my attention.

00:47:30.000 Let them say what they want to say.

00:47:31.000 It's fine.

00:47:32.000 Let them say what they want to say.

00:47:33.000 Free speech.

00:47:34.000 Let's do it.

00:47:35.000 Let them say what they want to say.

00:47:37.000 Yeah, because they're here watching.

00:47:37.000 America.

00:47:39.000 Maybe they might be able to get some sauce.

00:47:40.000 Let's go back to the ink.

00:47:43.000 Alright.

00:47:44.000 And then, like I said before, there's more points here.

00:47:47.000 Now, you get a one-time bonus, actually, of $750.

00:47:52.000 So that's pretty big, because you pretty much get a free card, because there's no annual fee, and you get a cash bonus of $750, if you want to, with the points.

00:48:00.000 Yeah, and you spend...

00:48:01.000 You've got to spend within a month, which is nothing, $2,500.

00:48:07.000 Okay.

00:48:08.000 You can earn up to $1,200 free money your first year.

00:48:11.000 That may fluctuate depending on when you get the card, but whatever amount it is for that month or whatever you got to spend, just spend that amount.

00:48:17.000 And if you're spending money in business anyway, you can spend the money regardless, so get points for it and you get cash back too.

00:48:21.000 Yeah, guys, please just don't buy stuff in cash or with your debit card.

00:48:24.000 That's all.

00:48:25.000 I just don't want y'all to do that, bro.

00:48:27.000 I want you guys to get rewards, get money, get travel points, get a benefit for you spending money, bro.

00:48:27.000 Yeah.

00:48:35.000 Yes.

00:48:36.000 Now, this card has so many benefits, but there's a downside to the card.

00:48:40.000 Yeah.

00:48:40.000 Which is, when you travel, you will be charged transaction fees for being in a foreign country.

00:48:46.000 Ah, foreign transaction fees.

00:48:47.000 I know it sucks, but there's no...

00:48:49.000 This is actually very common with cards.

00:48:52.000 Like, unless you're with a really good travel credit card...

00:48:55.000 A lot of times you're going to have to pay transaction fees.

00:48:57.000 Yeah.

00:48:58.000 Don't say to certain cards.

00:48:59.000 But ultimately speaking, man, I want peace of mind.

00:49:01.000 I want to be able to sweat my card, get cash back whenever I want to, and as well get a sender bonus.

00:49:06.000 You can't beat that.

00:49:07.000 Another benefit too, it's a Visa.

00:49:08.000 Guys, I'm going to be honest with y'all.

00:49:10.000 I love Amex.

00:49:11.000 But to keep it a thousand with y'all, you always want at least one Visa or one MasterCard in your repertoire.

00:49:17.000 And the reason why is because Visa and MasterCard are accepted everywhere, dude.

00:49:20.000 Okay, here we have it.

00:49:21.000 So after you spend $6,000 on a purchase in the first three months, you get how much money?

00:49:27.000 $750 in your hand.

00:49:29.000 Okay.

00:49:30.000 Can we highlight that?

00:49:31.000 That's amazing, by the way.

00:49:32.000 Right there, the new card member effort.

00:49:35.000 Yeah, at the bottom, to the left, right there, boom.

00:49:37.000 Oh yeah, right there.

00:49:38.000 Okay, yeah, seven, yeah.

00:49:39.000 You can highlight it real quick, Bill, so they can see it.

00:49:41.000 And here's the best part about this card, too.

00:49:43.000 So a lot of cards give you this benefit, guys, where in the first month or two or three months, you're able to spend a certain amount and you get certain money.

00:49:50.000 So remember, it says, Is business unlimited?

00:49:52.000 Well, my friend, that does go a long way because you get also unlimited rewards with no limits, which means you can spend on this card forever and get rewards no matter what.

00:50:04.000 Versus other cards, there's a limit to how much money you can spend within that year, and then rewards stop for that card.

00:50:09.000 But this card is basically unlimited.

00:50:11.000 Yeah.

00:50:12.000 Undefeated.

00:50:13.000 Alright, so let's go back to the Forbes list.

00:50:15.000 Alright.

00:50:16.000 Come down.

00:50:16.000 Next one on the list.

00:50:18.000 Oh, man.

00:50:18.000 This card is fantastic.

00:50:19.000 Your favorite.

00:50:20.000 Yeah, so I actually have this card, guys.

00:50:22.000 The Blue Business Plus credit card from American Express.

00:50:25.000 Let's pull that one up.

00:50:25.000 Hit apply now.

00:50:26.000 Let's go.

00:50:27.000 So we can go to the live website.

00:50:28.000 Again, guys, we're showing you this so that you guys can do this from the comfort of your own home.

00:50:31.000 Go on the list.

00:50:32.000 Look at the card.

00:50:33.000 It brings you right to the website.

00:50:34.000 And then you can look at the actual offer and what's going on.

00:50:38.000 And it tells you exactly what credit score you need, the range, to get these cards as well.

00:50:43.000 Yeah.

00:50:43.000 That's pretty good.

00:50:44.000 All right.

00:50:45.000 So this is the card right here.

00:50:46.000 Enjoy low intro APR, no annual fee.

00:50:47.000 That right there is huge, guys, because the best credit card is keeping 1,000 ones, y'all.

00:50:53.000 Myron, what's an annual fee?

00:50:55.000 An annual fee, guys, is a fee that they charge you on the anniversary on which you open the credit card.

00:51:01.000 Okay?

00:51:02.000 And some credit cards have really expensive annual fees.

00:51:06.000 Like Amex, for example, you're going to pay $500 to $700 a year to hold that credit card.

00:51:11.000 This card right here, you don't have to worry about that.

00:51:13.000 And...

00:51:14.000 0% introductory APR on purchases for 12 months from the date of account opening.

00:51:18.000 No interest.

00:51:19.000 So you're able to basically rack it up on this card without paying any type of interest for a full year.

00:51:25.000 Okay?

00:51:26.000 But after that, your APR will be a variable rate of 18 to 26%.

00:51:29.000 So, uh, yeah.

00:51:30.000 Okay.

00:51:31.000 What's up?

00:51:32.000 That's why we tell y'all don't carry a balance if you can try to avoid it, right?

00:51:36.000 And then on this card, right, you get two extra points on every single business purchase, up to $50,000 per calendar year.

00:51:41.000 And then after your first $50,000 spent on your blue business card, it goes into one times point.

00:51:47.000 So basically, guys, this is a really good cashback credit card, okay, that you can use for your business.

00:51:54.000 And...

00:51:55.000 You'll get those points very quickly, okay?

00:51:58.000 And that American Express can be accepted in 99% of places in the U.S. that accept credit cards.

00:52:02.000 This is true, but foreign, I will be honest with y'all, Foreign, a lot of places will not take American Express.

00:52:08.000 And there's a lot of small...

00:52:10.000 Let's say you go to a small store, like a little tienda or something like that.

00:52:14.000 One of these bodegas, whatever.

00:52:16.000 They might not take American Express because American Express has some of the most expensive processing fees.

00:52:20.000 So keep that in mind, guys.

00:52:21.000 That's why I tell y'all, you should always have an American Express card.

00:52:28.000 A Visa card, a MasterCard, and then if you want, a Discover card. 0.97

00:52:32.000 You know Discover's trash, in my personal opinion.

00:52:36.000 But I will say that Discover has some of the best benefits. 0.96

00:52:42.000 They have a very good beginner credit card.

00:52:45.000 I think it's called the Secured It credit card, or Discover It, the Secured.

00:52:51.000 That's a very good beginner credit card to kind of get your feet in the door and then you can go ahead and turn it from a secured credit card into an unsecured credit card because you have to basically put some money down to get it started, but it's a fantastic beginner.

00:53:04.000 But in general, Discover kind of sucks if I'm going to put it on a hierarchy.

00:53:08.000 Visa and MasterCard are the top two, right?

00:53:10.000 Because they are accepted everywhere.

00:53:12.000 And then Amex is right there, a very close third.

00:53:14.000 If you're in the United States, you should be good with Amex wherever you go most of the time.

00:53:17.000 But when you go to like smaller rinky-dink places, or if you're like at a swap meet or something like that, and they do accept credit cards, but they don't accept MasterCard and Visa, always have one of those cards handy because they won't take American Express.

00:53:29.000 And the big reason why they discriminate is because American Express has high processing fees.

00:53:33.000 All right, so let's keep scrolling down here, okay?

00:53:36.000 Let's see what else benefits they have.

00:53:38.000 And again, guys, run the website because they're always changing it up.

00:53:41.000 Rewards?

00:53:42.000 So, yeah, very simple, man.

00:53:44.000 Earn fast with 2x points on any category with no annual fee.

00:53:47.000 So you can buy anything, guys, right?

00:53:48.000 I tell you all the time that cashback cards are good because you can literally just use it for anything and you're going to get...

00:53:54.000 You're going to get points.

00:53:55.000 And the points, basically, think of that as a 2% cashback, pretty much, essentially, is what it is.

00:54:00.000 And then it goes up to the first $50,000 spent and purchased each year, and then after that, it goes down to one.

00:54:04.000 All right?

00:54:05.000 Really good beginner.

00:54:06.000 So if you're just starting a business, guys, this is a fantastic, absolutely fantastic business credit card.

00:54:12.000 And here's the other thing, too.

00:54:13.000 I'm going to give you all another little piece of advice, okay?

00:54:17.000 You can get a business credit card without starting a business.

00:54:20.000 Ooh! 0.96

00:54:21.000 Oh, wait, what?

00:54:22.000 Ooh-wee! 0.96

00:54:23.000 Yeah!

00:54:24.000 Oh, yeah!

00:54:24.000 How?

00:54:25.000 How's this possible, Myri?

00:54:25.000 Did y'all know that?

00:54:26.000 You can get a business credit card without starting a business.

00:54:29.000 Wait.

00:54:30.000 Are you telling me I can get a business card with no business?

00:54:34.000 Yeah.

00:54:35.000 No way.

00:54:36.000 Yeah.

00:54:36.000 Please tell me how.

00:54:37.000 If you are a sole proprietor, right?

00:54:39.000 Because a lot of you guys might be maybe you're a freelance artist.

00:54:44.000 You do work here and there, right?

00:54:46.000 It's kind of like a side thing that you do.

00:54:48.000 You can get a credit card under a sole proprietorship, guys.

00:54:51.000 Now, with that said, make this extremely clear.

00:54:55.000 You should not do that.

00:54:56.000 We did a whole episode again.

00:54:59.000 If you're a sole proprietor, please watch the episode that we did with Steve.

00:55:02.000 A real accountant here in Florida that does our taxes, that knows the tax code like the back of his hand.

00:55:09.000 We're talking about a sole proprietorship is understandable to get your feet in the door, but you need to switch to an S-Corp, guys.

00:55:15.000 And you'll be taxed up the wazoo.

00:55:17.000 Yes.

00:55:18.000 You're going to need to transition over to an LLC and an S-Corp at some point.

00:55:22.000 However, If you're watching this show right now and you have a sole proprietorship, you can still get these business credit cards under the sole proprietorship.

00:55:29.000 But please switch on over for the tax benefits after the fact.

00:55:33.000 But you don't necessarily need a business, guys, to get these business credit cards.

00:55:37.000 As my Jamaican friends would say...

00:55:39.000 We don't like that.

00:55:40.000 Yeah.

00:55:41.000 So proprietary now.

00:55:42.000 Yeah.

00:55:43.000 So if you are one already, it's fine.

00:55:45.000 But switch over, please.

00:55:46.000 Soon as possible.

00:55:47.000 Where else do we got here?

00:55:48.000 Oh, yeah.

00:55:49.000 Another thing.

00:55:49.000 You only got a certain amount of time to switch over, guys.

00:55:51.000 Yeah.

00:55:51.000 I think a year, right?

00:55:53.000 Yeah, there you go.

00:55:53.000 One to two years.

00:55:54.000 Is what Steve was saying.

00:55:56.000 All right.

00:55:56.000 So let's go back to the main website.

00:55:56.000 Okay.

00:55:59.000 Let's scroll down.

00:56:00.000 And again, you can see the credit score that you need to have to get your card.

00:56:03.000 You can see the credit score, annual fee.

00:56:04.000 This is a good website.

00:56:05.000 And so on and so on.

00:56:06.000 All right.

00:56:07.000 So we did American Express.

00:56:08.000 NerdWallet is good too.

00:56:08.000 NerdWallet.

00:56:09.000 We did IncaReady.

00:56:11.000 Now the next one is Ink.

00:56:12.000 Ink has different levels.

00:56:13.000 Yeah.

00:56:14.000 Do you want to explain to them real quick?

00:56:15.000 Yeah.

00:56:16.000 So let's go back to the website real quick.

00:56:18.000 For Ink?

00:56:18.000 So we can see the comparison.

00:56:20.000 Okay.

00:56:20.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:56:20.000 They're all there, honestly.

00:56:21.000 You can click that one.

00:56:22.000 Yeah.

00:56:23.000 If you come down to the bottom, you're going to see all the cards.

00:56:25.000 And this is common, guys.

00:56:26.000 Most of these very good credit cards have levels, right?

00:56:30.000 So American Express, you got the platinum, gold, etc.

00:56:35.000 Come down some more.

00:56:37.000 Some more, some more, some more.

00:56:38.000 Cool.

00:56:38.000 Compare cards.

00:56:39.000 Okay.

00:56:39.000 Alright.

00:56:40.000 So, relatively, these are all business cards, of course.

00:56:43.000 They all have different functions, but they're relatively the same because they all have cash back.

00:56:48.000 And you have the business premiere, right?

00:56:49.000 Yeah.

00:56:49.000 I actually have both now.

00:56:50.000 Okay.

00:56:51.000 My new business has the premiere.

00:56:52.000 But, the premiere is a charge card.

00:56:57.000 So, you have to pay the card back.

00:56:59.000 So, what's the charge card?

00:57:00.000 It's a card you have to pay back every single month.

00:57:02.000 Like American Express.

00:57:04.000 In 30 days.

00:57:04.000 Yeah, 30 days.

00:57:05.000 So, you spend the money on the card.

00:57:07.000 Most cards you could lay over to next month or whatever.

00:57:10.000 Just pay the minimum balance.

00:57:12.000 But these cards you have to pay back in full in 30 days.

00:57:15.000 So keep that in mind.

00:57:16.000 But the Premier, $1,000 bonus cash back after you spend $10k in the first 3 months.

00:57:21.000 So if you're a business owner, you buy supplies, you buy stuff for the business, you might buy, I don't know, Travel, plane tickets, that all adds up to $10k, and you get $1,000 back for spending the money on your card.

00:57:34.000 And then, of course, 2% unlimited cash back on all purchases, which is pretty good as well.

00:57:38.000 So this means the other one we saw was unlimited, $1.5k, but you get 2% back on everything that you should buy.

00:57:45.000 And then, of course, 2.5% total cash back on every purchase of $5,000 or more.

00:57:50.000 So the more you spend, the better for you.

00:57:52.000 $5k is the minimum for that 2.5% cash back on everything you spend.

00:57:57.000 It's pretty much the same card after that.

00:57:58.000 So other than that, it's a charge card.

00:58:00.000 So you must pay it back in 30 days in full.

00:58:04.000 If not, you'll be in trouble.

00:58:05.000 Yeah.

00:58:06.000 Cool.

00:58:06.000 Yeah.

00:58:07.000 Okay.

00:58:08.000 And then I will say this too.

00:58:10.000 A lot of these credit card companies, guys, they'll work with you.

00:58:12.000 Like, let's say you can't do it in 30 days.

00:58:13.000 Yeah.

00:58:13.000 You call them.

00:58:14.000 Give a courtesy call.

00:58:15.000 They'll give you another month.

00:58:17.000 Actually, I'm glad you said it because with Chase, if you bank with Chase as well, they can see your income pretty much, or the money coming into your account.

00:58:24.000 So, when you need a credit increase, hey man, I've been making this much money a month, you can see it coming into my account, I need to increase that credit limit.

00:58:32.000 And they'll do it for you.

00:58:33.000 So now I'm over 30k.

00:58:34.000 Okay, good.

00:58:35.000 You just opened it.

00:58:36.000 Okay.

00:58:37.000 But yeah, so if this comes to shove, guys, and you can't do it, and you got one of these charge cards, because an Amex plan is a charge card too, we're going to talk about that.

00:58:44.000 Um...

00:58:45.000 You can call the company.

00:58:46.000 They'll work with you a lot of times.

00:58:48.000 So, you know, just keep that in mind, you know, in your back pocket if you need to.

00:58:53.000 Become cool with your relationship banker.

00:58:56.000 I can't stress that enough because, yes, things do go...

00:58:59.000 Or a credit card company.

00:59:00.000 Yeah.

00:59:01.000 Because not like Amex, for example, don't have a bank, right?

00:59:03.000 Really.

00:59:04.000 True.

00:59:04.000 But if you can find a relationship banker in your town or with your bank, become cool with them because they'll tell you benefits that you wouldn't get online or they might have a special...

00:59:14.000 You know, incentive behind the scenes that they'll give to you because you're their boy or their girl.

00:59:18.000 So at that point, have that relationship built with that person because you get benefits you will not see on paper.

00:59:23.000 Real quick announcement for y'all, by the way.

00:59:26.000 Just a quick little transition here.

00:59:28.000 Uh-oh.

00:59:29.000 If you guys are watching the show right now on YouTube and you want to super chat in, we got a link for y'all.

00:59:34.000 It just went live just now.

00:59:36.000 We got it up right now.

00:59:39.000 Go ahead.

00:59:41.000 It's pinned at the top of the description and I think it's pinned at the top of the chat.

00:59:45.000 Go ahead and send your chat in and send in your chat and then we'll go ahead and we'll pull it up on screen for y'all and we'll answer it.

00:59:52.000 So for all the YouTube people, if you guys want to super chat, no problem.

00:59:55.000 You still have an option to do so.

00:59:56.000 You just go in there through Streamlabs and you can go ahead and send in what you got to say.

01:00:03.000 We got like a little neon thing there too, right?

01:00:05.000 It still has that cool Miami vibe.

01:00:07.000 We might switch it up.

01:00:08.000 I don't know.

01:00:09.000 We'll see what y'all think.

01:00:09.000 If y'all like it, cool.

01:00:10.000 We'll keep it.

01:00:11.000 If not, then, you know, it is what it is.

01:00:12.000 It'll take you over and you just put in what you want to donate and then, yeah, that's what's going to happen.

01:00:18.000 So thank you guys so much for supporting, you know, whether you want to support on Rumble Rants, on YouTube, you know, we really appreciate it.

01:00:26.000 We really do.

01:00:27.000 Cool.

01:00:28.000 So where are we at here now?

01:00:29.000 Next credit card or did you have something you wanted to share?

01:00:31.000 Next credit card.

01:00:32.000 Okay.

01:00:32.000 Let's go to next card here, guys.

01:00:34.000 You guys, and by the way, if you guys are liking this information, please do me a favor.

01:00:37.000 Like the video on YouTube because we want to definitely get this out there in the algorithm so more people can get this type of information, learn from it, become better from it, and be able to start a business and not drag themselves into the ground, man.

01:00:50.000 A lot of guys do this wrong.

01:00:51.000 Yeah.

01:00:51.000 And also loans, man.

01:00:53.000 You can get way bigger loans for business than you can for personal.

01:00:55.000 And it goes way further.

01:00:56.000 So I would just say get a business credit card, man.

01:00:58.000 It helps you a lot.

01:00:59.000 Yeah, as soon as you're able to, guys, if you start a business, get that business credit card, man.

01:01:03.000 You really don't want to tie up your personal credit with business credit, because depending on what type of business you're doing, you can easily spend a lot of money.

01:01:11.000 Especially if you guys are in the restaurant business, you guys are in the brick-and-mortar type businesses, you're going to be spending a lot of money, dude.

01:01:17.000 I'll give you a hack, too.

01:01:18.000 All my cards are under my business, so they don't show up where?

01:01:21.000 On my personal.

01:01:23.000 W. Okay.

01:01:25.000 The Bayesian man is scamming everywhere. 1.00

01:01:27.000 What the...

01:01:29.000 We don't have that.

01:01:30.000 Okay.

01:01:31.000 Where we at next?

01:01:34.000 World of Wyatt business credit card.

01:01:36.000 Yeah.

01:01:36.000 So, this is a hotel card slash travel card because, obviously speaking, it's for Wyatt companies, which is basically a hotel you can go to pretty much anywhere in the world.

01:01:45.000 But I would put it above Marriott because they're more established, more, I want to say, luxury, so to speak.

01:01:50.000 But higher credit cards are very good because you get a huge bonus at the welcome sign-in, which is 60,000 points.

01:01:56.000 I've never held a hotel credit card, so educate me on this.

01:01:59.000 So basically, our family, they travel all the time.

01:02:01.000 And they go to Marriott, they go to Hyatt, wherever they can, they stay at those hotels because obviously they get points for staying there.

01:02:07.000 However, if you own a Hyatt or Marriott or type of hotel card yourself, you get extra points because one, you're a cardholder, but two, you get benefits for even going to that hotel.

01:02:18.000 Now, For most people, they're like, okay, you know what?

01:02:21.000 I stay normally at a, you know, what do you call it?

01:02:27.000 What's a regular hotel you stay at?

01:02:29.000 Like a Holiday Inn?

01:02:31.000 Yeah.

01:02:31.000 Or like, you know, one of those suites?

01:02:33.000 A Hilton.

01:02:34.000 Yeah.

01:02:35.000 But you don't get any points for staying there.

01:02:37.000 Yeah.

01:02:37.000 If you have their card, you book through them, you buy through them, and use their card, you get extra points.

01:02:42.000 And as well, whatever you spend in your regular day, go to a point for your hotel stay.

01:02:47.000 So ultimately speaking, guys, like I want to say this all for it.

01:02:49.000 If you're an avid hotel goer...

01:02:52.000 Shout out to Water Dragon, by the way. 0.94

01:02:53.000 We'll see you, baby.

01:02:54.000 That was the first one right there.

01:02:55.000 We'll give you a dime and a proud one.

01:02:57.000 I heard that jingle.

01:02:58.000 So let's say you're an avid Hyatt user.

01:03:01.000 This card is perfect because, once again, you can stay at Hyatt anywhere in the world where you go.

01:03:05.000 And everything you spend on that card, it goes to worth points for that hotel stay.

01:03:09.000 So it works wonders because, honestly speaking...

01:03:11.000 Whenever my homie travels, they travel for free.

01:03:14.000 So they can sit at Marriott, it's a free stay for five days, four days, because they spent all the money on their cards to go towards their points.

01:03:21.000 So it works out.

01:03:22.000 Wow.

01:03:22.000 So if you're a guy that you travel a lot for work, and you're staying at hotels all the time, this is a no-brainer.

01:03:29.000 100%.

01:03:30.000 And as well, let's say you get that welcome bonus, your first travel when you stay at the hotel is free because that welcome bonus goes towards your points.

01:03:40.000 So you can stay two, three nights.

01:03:42.000 And again, because I'm not a hotel guy with the credit cards.

01:03:46.000 That's one thing I will admit.

01:03:47.000 When it comes to using airline cards, I think that's kind of pointless because you could just use a travel credit card.

01:03:53.000 Unless you only use that airline and then hotel credit cards.

01:03:57.000 So let me ask you this.

01:03:59.000 Does that have any benefit for Airbnb that you can use?

01:04:02.000 Are you aware of any card that does that?

01:04:04.000 I'm not actually sure, bro.

01:04:05.000 No?

01:04:06.000 Airbnb?

01:04:06.000 Nah, I don't think so.

01:04:08.000 Okay.

01:04:09.000 That's a very good question, though.

01:04:10.000 Alright.

01:04:10.000 But I don't have any.

01:04:12.000 We can see it right now.

01:04:13.000 Oh, no, we can't.

01:04:14.000 Yeah.

01:04:15.000 Not yet.

01:04:15.000 Okay.

01:04:16.000 But yeah, and then also there's some more benefits here if you don't mind showing the screen.

01:04:19.000 Yeah.

01:04:20.000 So there is an annual fee for this card, of course, 200 bucks, but obviously the benefits, they'll weigh the cost of the card itself, and as well, you need a good credit score.

01:04:29.000 So just hit play now real quick, if you don't mind.

01:04:32.000 For this card here.

01:04:35.000 Here we go.

01:04:36.000 Loading up.

01:04:40.000 Sneaker Frozen.

01:04:41.000 Yeah, we got a lot of things going on.

01:04:43.000 Yeah.

01:04:44.000 Yeah, we're running a bunch of...

01:04:45.000 Oh, there we go.

01:04:46.000 Yeah.

01:04:46.000 New donation.

01:04:47.000 Yeah.

01:04:47.000 Viper style.

01:04:48.000 Yeah, shout out to you, my friend.

01:04:49.000 10 bucks.

01:04:49.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:04:50.000 And then we'll go back to the Rumble Rants here very soon for y'all as well.

01:04:54.000 So, once again...

01:04:55.000 You get 60k bonus points just for the sign-up after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first three months, which is pretty good.

01:05:02.000 And you get three free nights wherever you travel to with Hyatt.

01:05:06.000 So it's pretty dope if you're an avid Hyatt traveler.

01:05:10.000 And of course, there's a $200 annual fee, but other than that, you can't really lose because you're getting more value for that than the actual cost.

01:05:17.000 And Viper Style said long live, fresh and fit, 10 bucks.

01:05:19.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:05:20.000 Don't worry, guys.

01:05:20.000 We're working right now to get the message up.

01:05:21.000 We're literally doing this all live right now.

01:05:23.000 On the fly.

01:05:24.000 We're doing this all fly.

01:05:25.000 We're giving you our credit card sauce, right?

01:05:27.000 While simultaneously making sure that we get the chats in there, getting you guys heard.

01:05:32.000 So, yeah.

01:05:33.000 And thank you guys so much.

01:05:34.000 We appreciate the support, man.

01:05:35.000 Cool.

01:05:36.000 We really do, man.

01:05:37.000 But that's it for the Hyatt card, basically.

01:05:39.000 So basically, whenever you travel, if you've got a Hyatt card, you want to stay there for maximum points, and you can stay there for free nights as well, the more points that you actually get.

01:05:46.000 So, pretty cool.

01:05:47.000 Cool.

01:05:48.000 What's the next card?

01:05:50.000 The next card is, let's see here.

01:05:52.000 Coming up here.

01:05:53.000 Yeah.

01:05:53.000 It's going to come up right now.

01:05:55.000 Four so far.

01:05:56.000 Yeah.

01:05:56.000 Next one is a Brex 30 card.

01:05:59.000 I don't know too much about this card.

01:06:01.000 I don't know if it's Brex either, but the best part is there's no credit check.

01:06:06.000 What?

01:06:06.000 So imagine for business, there's no credit check.

01:06:10.000 I know, it's crazy, right?

01:06:12.000 But I was like, why is this card on the list?

01:06:13.000 What is Brex?

01:06:14.000 What?

01:06:15.000 But then they told, you can see there, no credit check.

01:06:18.000 Alright, I'm curious.

01:06:18.000 Hit that apply now.

01:06:19.000 Let's look at this. 0.99

01:06:19.000 I'm telling you about shit. 0.99

01:06:20.000 Because a guy in the audience might benefit from this. 1.00

01:06:23.000 Oh shit, it's gone! 0.99

01:06:24.000 Whoops, this isn't right. 0.99

01:06:26.000 Wait, go back.

01:06:27.000 It's gone!

01:06:28.000 Oh look.

01:06:29.000 No, they're just trolling.

01:06:30.000 I think they're trolling.

01:06:31.000 Are they?

01:06:31.000 Yeah, I think they're trolling.

01:06:32.000 No, that's the website.

01:06:34.000 It's gone.

01:06:34.000 Scroll down, scroll down, scroll down.

01:06:36.000 Niggas gone! 1.00

01:06:37.000 What the heck? 0.98

01:06:39.000 Yo, niggas finessin', bro. 0.99

01:06:42.000 Go to products at the right top, left.

01:06:44.000 Products.

01:06:45.000 Go to... 0.95

01:06:46.000 What the hell? 0.98

01:06:50.000 She's gone, bro. 0.98

01:06:50.000 See? 0.98

01:06:51.000 This is why you gotta check.

01:06:52.000 That's why you gotta go with the...

01:06:54.000 Yeah, man.

01:06:55.000 To make sure you gotta...

01:06:55.000 Yeah.

01:06:56.000 Okay.

01:06:57.000 Go back to the original.

01:07:01.000 You get 50 get points, no annual fee, and no credit check.

01:07:05.000 Is it really gone?

01:07:07.000 No credit check.

01:07:08.000 Mayu!

01:07:08.000 That's not for us, bro!

01:07:10.000 Alright.

01:07:10.000 So let's verify it.

01:07:11.000 I don't know what's happening there.

01:07:12.000 Alright.

01:07:13.000 Go to pros and cons for the card.

01:07:14.000 Pros and cons right there.

01:07:16.000 Yep.

01:07:17.000 Generous rewards and certain spending categories.

01:07:20.000 No personal guarantee required.

01:07:21.000 Can't carry balance.

01:07:22.000 Okay.

01:07:23.000 They always get you somewhere.

01:07:24.000 Yeah, there you go.

01:07:25.000 Card details real quick.

01:07:27.000 Card details?

01:07:29.000 Okay, here we go.

01:07:29.000 Here's a list of stuff.

01:07:32.000 So you can see everything there, guys, pretty much, but unfortunately, the card is not on the website, so I'll be careful about that one.

01:07:37.000 But yeah, let's move on. 0.98

01:07:38.000 Shit's gone, bro. 1.00

01:07:39.000 Okay. 1.00

01:07:40.000 Okay, United Club business card.

01:07:43.000 So guys, if you travel...

01:07:45.000 And you use United a lot.

01:07:46.000 This is a card for you, for business, of course.

01:07:49.000 You get, for welcome bonus, 50,000 points up front, right?

01:07:53.000 Cost for the annual fee is high.

01:07:56.000 $450 a year.

01:07:58.000 That's kind of high for a card, just to be fair here.

01:08:01.000 Oh, wow.

01:08:01.000 Okay, here's an airline credit card.

01:08:03.000 Yeah, United, of course.

01:08:04.000 This is an airline business credit card?

01:08:05.000 Yeah.

01:08:06.000 Yeah.

01:08:06.000 Okay.

01:08:07.000 It's United.

01:08:09.000 And there it is as the best airline card for business.

01:08:13.000 So it must be pretty good.

01:08:14.000 Look at card details real quick.

01:08:16.000 Yeah.

01:08:17.000 So here's the thing with airline credit cards, guys.

01:08:19.000 I really don't suggest that you get an airline business credit card or an airline credit card unless you exclusively fly on that airline.

01:08:29.000 Let's say, I'll give you guys an example.

01:08:31.000 So when I lived in Laredo, Texas, right?

01:08:33.000 It was a small regional airport.

01:08:35.000 It was only United and American. 0.68

01:08:38.000 So, okay, maybe it makes sense because I'm only going to fly United to get out of here to go home.

01:08:44.000 So, back then it would have made sense to get one of those credit cards.

01:08:48.000 But, if you live in a major city, you've got a major airport, why would you want to limit your ability to buy a plane ticket based on the credit card that you carry, if that makes sense?

01:08:58.000 Because you might be able to find a way cheaper ticket Spirit!

01:09:04.000 Frontier!

01:09:05.000 Whatever it may be, right?

01:09:06.000 So...

01:09:07.000 It might be better for you to just kind of go through with just using a catch-all credit card, a catch-all travel card, versus having one specific for the airline, right?

01:09:17.000 Unless you exclusively use that airline because of some situation, right?

01:09:22.000 Well, I think if someone's hiring you and you travel back and forth on that airline, then it's fine because that's your airline you use all the time, so it makes sense.

01:09:28.000 But other than that, it's kind of niche, so I wouldn't really use that card myself.

01:09:31.000 I wouldn't be more widespread itself.

01:09:34.000 Cool.

01:09:34.000 Okay.

01:09:35.000 Alright.

01:09:37.000 And we go up next.

01:09:38.000 Let's see.

01:09:39.000 But yeah, these are the benefits here of the card.

01:09:40.000 I mean, it's pretty simple, pretty basic.

01:09:42.000 And then...

01:09:43.000 What's up next?

01:09:45.000 Ink Business Preferred.

01:09:46.000 That's one of the ink ones.

01:09:48.000 All right.

01:09:48.000 Keep going.

01:09:49.000 Business Cash.

01:09:50.000 Keep going.

01:09:50.000 Pretty much the same thing.

01:09:51.000 We talked about that one already.

01:09:53.000 And then Wealth Fargo Business Elite Signature Card.

01:09:55.000 This one's pretty good because you do get a lower APR on this one.

01:10:00.000 And as well, this card does have a $1,000 cash bonus when you get it.

01:10:04.000 So it's pretty good.

01:10:05.000 Oh, wow.

01:10:06.000 Wait, just a cashback bonus.

01:10:08.000 Yeah.

01:10:08.000 How much you got to spend to get it?

01:10:10.000 Let's see.

01:10:11.000 Card details?

01:10:11.000 Yeah, card details.

01:10:13.000 Scroll down.

01:10:14.000 It says it there.

01:10:15.000 Earn a one-time $1,000 cashback bonus or 100,000 bonus points when you spend $25,000 in the first three months of account open date.

01:10:25.000 That's a lot of money. 0.99

01:10:25.000 Goddamn. 0.99

01:10:26.000 Yeah, but here's the thing, though. 0.99

01:10:29.000 I mean, you could do that in three months.

01:10:30.000 Yeah, you could.

01:10:31.000 If you're starting a business or whatever, you could do that easily in three months.

01:10:35.000 You pay rent for the building, you pay for supplies, you pay for, you know, Business stuff, like travel, dinner.

01:10:42.000 PayPal freelancers or Cash App, whatever it is that you pay people.

01:10:45.000 Yeah, you could charge dinners.

01:10:47.000 And you could write off, I think, 100% of dinners right now.

01:10:49.000 Yeah, actually.

01:10:50.000 Shout out to Trump, man.

01:10:51.000 That's why I made my sister an employee. 1.00

01:10:56.000 Just saying, man.

01:10:57.000 All right.

01:10:58.000 What else do we got?

01:10:59.000 So first year is zero bucks.

01:11:01.000 After that, $125 a year.

01:11:04.000 They ain't playing, man.

01:11:05.000 Okay.

01:11:05.000 They want their money somehow.

01:11:06.000 They want their money back.

01:11:07.000 Okay.

01:11:08.000 They always want it back in blood and sun degree. 0.72

01:11:09.000 Somehow.

01:11:10.000 Okay.

01:11:10.000 What else do we got here?

01:11:11.000 That's pretty much it for that one.

01:11:12.000 Okay.

01:11:13.000 And you got a Wells Fargo.

01:11:14.000 Like, yeah.

01:11:14.000 So if you got a Wells Fargo bank account, which a lot of y'all do, this might be a card for you.

01:11:18.000 Yeah.

01:11:18.000 Okay.

01:11:19.000 Amazon Business Prime American Express card.

01:11:22.000 Wow.

01:11:22.000 This is a new one.

01:11:23.000 This is a new one.

01:11:24.000 It's like a hybrid.

01:11:25.000 American Express and Amazon together.

01:11:27.000 Yeah.

01:11:28.000 Okay.

01:11:28.000 Hold on.

01:11:29.000 Let's look at this.

01:11:30.000 I might get one of those.

01:11:31.000 Hold on.

01:11:31.000 Earn 5% cash back for 90 days terms on eligible U.S. purchases on Amazon Business, AWS, Amazon.com, and Whole Foods Market.

01:11:38.000 Oh, wow.

01:11:39.000 And then hit pros and cons real quick.

01:11:44.000 Or no foreign transaction fee.

01:11:45.000 Fantastic.

01:11:46.000 Free employee cards include purchase controls.

01:11:49.000 Okay.

01:11:50.000 So when you're running a business, this is actually really important.

01:11:51.000 Ah!

01:11:52.000 So you might have people, whether it's an assistant, someone that's helping you out, whatever it may be, that they just need to have a card, right?

01:11:57.000 So for me, for example, right?

01:11:59.000 I have a real estate business, you guys know.

01:12:00.000 I have the primary card.

01:12:02.000 My property manager in Florida has a card.

01:12:05.000 And then my dad has a card, right?

01:12:07.000 So all fixes that need to be done in Connecticut or management, my dad uses my Amex over there, right?

01:12:13.000 And it's his own credit card with his name on it, all that, right?

01:12:15.000 And it has the LLC underneath it.

01:12:17.000 And then anything here in Florida, my manager...

01:12:20.000 It's also my real estate guy, Roger.

01:12:21.000 He has a card, he can spend it, boom, done.

01:12:23.000 So if he's paying contractors to fix something or a roof or whatever it may be, a plumber coming in fixing something, we use that card, bam, and everything is tracked, right?

01:12:33.000 And it shows who each person is.

01:12:35.000 This is very important when you have employees or if you have assistants or you have people helping you out, and you might not necessarily be buying supplies or whatever, so they can go ahead and handle all that for you, okay?

01:12:44.000 So, and you're able to give these cards out without getting charged.

01:12:47.000 A lot of credit card companies will charge you for making multiple of these cards.

01:12:50.000 The best part is all charges go to the same place.

01:12:53.000 Yes.

01:12:54.000 So, under one account still.

01:12:55.000 Yeah, it's under one main account, but they're able to use it.

01:12:58.000 Right?

01:12:58.000 Think of it as kind of like a family thing, but it's for the business.

01:13:00.000 Right?

01:13:02.000 Can we go back to the screen share?

01:13:05.000 So, and then what else we got here?

01:13:07.000 And then we got, on eligible purchases, choose 5% back or 90% terms at Amazon and Whole Foods.

01:13:15.000 What does a 90 day term is?

01:13:17.000 I don't know what that means, bro.

01:13:18.000 Okay, so you need an Amazon Prime membership, which a lot of people have nowadays, thanks to 2020.

01:13:23.000 And then no intra-APR offer.

01:13:25.000 Standard APR can be high depending on your credit.

01:13:27.000 Okay, APR is going to be high everywhere.

01:13:29.000 It is what it is.

01:13:32.000 But this credit card is good.

01:13:32.000 Cool.

01:13:34.000 It's not too bad, but I will tell you guys this.

01:13:36.000 If you guys want just an Amazon card that might not necessarily be tied to a business, get the Amazon Prime card.

01:13:42.000 Yeah, that's good.

01:13:42.000 Bro, I think everyone should have that in their repertoire.

01:13:45.000 I think that's one of those cards that's almost a non-negotiable.

01:13:47.000 If you shop on Amazon to any degree, you got Hulu, you got any of these things, dude, just get an Amazon Prime account.

01:13:55.000 Shoot, I know guys that only buy their toiletry, all their supplies on Amazon using that card.

01:14:01.000 Get other points after that.

01:14:03.000 Yeah.

01:14:04.000 So, alright, cool.

01:14:05.000 And thank you guys so much for the support, man, with the donations.

01:14:07.000 We're going to read your chats.

01:14:08.000 Don't worry.

01:14:08.000 We see them coming in on our screen and we're going to read them for y'all.

01:14:10.000 We got you guys.

01:14:10.000 Out loud.

01:14:11.000 We're going to figure out how to display them.

01:14:13.000 Yes.

01:14:14.000 Yeah, Bill's doing a bunch of things in the back.

01:14:14.000 Soon.

01:14:16.000 He's running the show and also just switching things around and moving things around, so shout out to him.

01:14:20.000 Yeah, shout out to Bill's. 0.93

01:14:21.000 Okay, so where we at here?

01:14:23.000 We got some more down below.

01:14:26.000 U.S. Bank leverage Visa signature card.

01:14:30.000 This is another bank card that you can get if you have a U.S. bank account.

01:14:34.000 Yes.

01:14:34.000 So keep going down.

01:14:35.000 Let's see what else they got.

01:14:36.000 Bank of America.

01:14:38.000 Not bad.

01:14:39.000 They have pretty good credit cards.

01:14:40.000 What are the Amexes?

01:14:41.000 Keep going.

01:14:42.000 There we go.

01:14:43.000 Okay.

01:14:43.000 Here we go.

01:14:44.000 Now we're in my territory.

01:14:45.000 All right.

01:14:46.000 So here's the American Express business gold card, guys.

01:14:49.000 Good card.

01:14:50.000 Fantastic card.

01:14:51.000 Okay.

01:14:51.000 Let's go ahead over to the website.

01:14:53.000 Hit apply now.

01:14:56.000 Okay?

01:14:56.000 And also, this card is metal.

01:14:58.000 It's a good flex card.

01:14:59.000 Looks really nice.

01:15:00.000 Okay?

01:15:02.000 I have one here.

01:15:03.000 You got one, right?

01:15:04.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:15:04.000 See, it's metal.

01:15:05.000 Fresh is showing it on the screen.

01:15:07.000 Hold on.

01:15:07.000 If y'all could...

01:15:08.000 Go ahead.

01:15:09.000 Just...

01:15:09.000 Go ahead, Fresh.

01:15:13.000 Yeah, right?

01:15:13.000 And it shines and all that, and it's heavy.

01:15:15.000 So, you know, you want to take a girl out or whatever? 0.98

01:15:18.000 Yo, dinner's done.

01:15:20.000 What's the bill?

01:15:24.000 Pay with it.

01:15:25.000 Yeah, so it's a good card.

01:15:26.000 It looks good.

01:15:28.000 It's a good card, right?

01:15:29.000 A lot of people like to have a nice card to flex, which I understand, right?

01:15:33.000 I just use Apple Pay nowadays.

01:15:35.000 I love eating out, so I mean...

01:15:37.000 Yeah, well, we know that.

01:15:38.000 Let's go back to the thing real fast.

01:15:40.000 Not anymore.

01:15:42.000 Okay.

01:15:42.000 So earn 70,000 membership rewards points after you spend $10,000 on eligible purchases with your card in the first three months of card membership.

01:15:49.000 So what?

01:15:49.000 That's $3,333?

01:15:51.000 Bro, I made sure to spend every possible dollar I could on this card at the very beginning.

01:15:59.000 I paid my rent with this card.

01:16:01.000 I paid for food with this card.

01:16:04.000 I don't see who else I spend the money on.

01:16:05.000 But!

01:16:06.000 A total 10k pretty easily in the first month.

01:16:09.000 Yeah.

01:16:09.000 It could be done.

01:16:10.000 Yeah.

01:16:10.000 Especially if you're running a business.

01:16:11.000 So let's go back.

01:16:14.000 Especially if you're like paying rent or something like that.

01:16:16.000 Yeah.

01:16:16.000 Okay.

01:16:17.000 So the annual fee is 300 bucks.

01:16:19.000 Okay?

01:16:20.000 So I know a bunch of you guys are like...

01:16:24.000 And I understand that it's expensive, right?

01:16:27.000 But now you're starting to get into the more elite credit cards here.

01:16:30.000 Okay, so let's scroll down and see what other benefits this card has.

01:16:34.000 It has a lot.

01:16:35.000 So you go four times the points on top two business categories where your business spent the most each billing cycle.

01:16:40.000 So wherever you spent the most money, Amex does it for you.

01:16:43.000 They go ahead and just allocate the most points there.

01:16:45.000 Okay?

01:16:46.000 Then you get 1x points on select purchases made using your business gold card.

01:16:50.000 Okay?

01:16:50.000 You can pay over time.

01:16:51.000 APR on purchases will be a variable rate between 19% and 27% based on your credit worthiness and other factors determined at the time of account spending.

01:16:58.000 So this is a charge card, guys.

01:17:00.000 You're supposed to pay this, right?

01:17:02.000 30 days.

01:17:03.000 In 30 days.

01:17:04.000 But this card allows you the flexibility where you can turn it into almost a pseudo credit card.

01:17:08.000 Okay.

01:17:10.000 And then all the benefits and features.

01:17:11.000 Americans must be expended. 1.00

01:17:13.000 Well, yeah, we talked about that, except that in most places in the United States, but we gave you guys the caveat that if you're at like a small, like local mom and pop shop, they might not want you to use Amex because of the high credit card fees.

01:17:23.000 Yeah.

01:17:23.000 Right?

01:17:23.000 Amex obviously isn't going to admit that to you guys on their website.

01:17:26.000 Just go down a bit.

01:17:27.000 All rewards benefits.

01:17:29.000 Maximize rewards with 4x points.

01:17:31.000 Earn 4x membership rewards points on the top two categories where your business spent the most each billing cycle from the list below.

01:17:37.000 Plus, earn 1x on every other purchase.

01:17:39.000 So, you know, airfare purchase directly from the airlines.

01:17:41.000 U.S. purchases for advertising and select media, right?

01:17:44.000 So, if you want to run ads.

01:17:44.000 U.S. purchases made directly from I'll select technology providers or computer hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

01:17:50.000 U.S. purchases at gas stations.

01:17:52.000 U.S. purchases at restaurants, including takeout and delivery.

01:17:54.000 U.S. purchases for shipping.

01:17:55.000 Terms and limitations apply.

01:17:57.000 So you got four extra points applies to the first $150,000.

01:18:00.000 And combined purchases from these two categories, each calendar, and then you earn one point per dollar.

01:18:06.000 All right?

01:18:06.000 So you can see how this can quickly add up depending on where it is.

01:18:09.000 And the beauty is here, Amex automatically gives you the points in whatever you spent the most money in.

01:18:14.000 Yeah.

01:18:15.000 Right?

01:18:15.000 They do all the work for you.

01:18:16.000 They do all the work for you.

01:18:17.000 Because a lot of credit cards will have what you call like a rotating benefit situation.

01:18:20.000 So you can log into the app.

01:18:21.000 Check what you can spend money on to get points.

01:18:24.000 Go back and forth.

01:18:24.000 It's just annoying.

01:18:25.000 Some credit cards will be like, oh yeah, rotating benefits.

01:18:28.000 These three months, we're going to really prioritize gas.

01:18:30.000 These three months, we're going to really prioritize groceries.

01:18:34.000 These three months, we're going to prioritize entertainment.

01:18:36.000 MX says, you know what?

01:18:37.000 Screw that.

01:18:38.000 Whatever you spend the most money in, the top two things you spend the most money in, we're going to give you four extra points on it.

01:18:42.000 I just want to set it and forget it, honestly.

01:18:44.000 Set it and forget it.

01:18:47.000 What else do we got here?

01:18:50.000 And then...

01:18:50.000 That's pretty much it.

01:18:51.000 Yeah.

01:18:52.000 So, and it's 300 bucks a month.

01:18:54.000 Good card.

01:18:55.000 A year, a year, a year.

01:18:56.000 A year, excuse me.

01:18:57.000 Why is it 300 a month?

01:18:58.000 300 a year.

01:18:59.000 All right?

01:18:59.000 So, let's go back now.

01:19:02.000 And we both have that card ourselves.

01:19:03.000 We both have it.

01:19:04.000 United again.

01:19:06.000 Yep.

01:19:06.000 Keep going.

01:19:07.000 Wyndham again.

01:19:07.000 That's a hotel.

01:19:10.000 Hilton.

01:19:11.000 Like I said earlier.

01:19:12.000 If you're a travel person and you stay at those hotels all the time, then it makes sense.

01:19:17.000 Then go ahead and grab it.

01:19:17.000 You know?

01:19:18.000 Yeah.

01:19:19.000 Like I told y'all before...

01:19:20.000 There's always these niche cards that might be good for certain people that use that service all the time or that company all the time.

01:19:26.000 Cool.

01:19:26.000 Then do it.

01:19:27.000 An example.

01:19:28.000 If you are at a business and they fly you to LA every two, like twice a month, four times a month, and you got to pay with your own card, you get this card, it makes sense because you get points back and forth, you get free flights, all that stuff, so it makes sense.

01:19:41.000 Yeah.

01:19:42.000 Yeah, but I would suggest having these niche cards, right, whether it's a certain airline or a certain hotel branch, only if you use it all the time.

01:19:51.000 If you don't, then I suggest you get more of a catch-all travel credit card or getting a catch-all business credit card, etc.

01:19:59.000 American Express.

01:19:59.000 Yeah.

01:20:00.000 So, we're giving you guys more general cards that any of you can add to your repertoire and be successful with.

01:20:05.000 Yeah.

01:20:05.000 All right, let's keep going here.

01:20:06.000 I think that's it, pretty much.

01:20:07.000 There's no MX Planum?

01:20:08.000 I don't believe so.

01:20:09.000 Oh, Lord!

01:20:10.000 Not for this year.

01:20:10.000 You know why?

01:20:11.000 They probably took it off because it's expensive to maintain per year.

01:20:15.000 But let's go to the Amex Platinum.

01:20:16.000 You can't...

01:20:17.000 Bro, the Amex Platinum is always in the top three.

01:20:20.000 If you're going to earn more on the goal...

01:20:22.000 But this is the best offers for August.

01:20:24.000 The Amex hasn't really switched to Platinum that much.

01:20:28.000 Open up another...

01:20:30.000 Go there, and then type in...

01:20:34.000 No, view all business cards.

01:20:35.000 Yeah, there you go.

01:20:36.000 Business cards?

01:20:36.000 View all business cards?

01:20:37.000 There you go.

01:20:37.000 Bam, there you go.

01:20:38.000 It's the first one.

01:20:40.000 Learn more.

01:20:41.000 All right, so this is the Big Daddy right here.

01:20:44.000 All right, this is the Amex Platinum.

01:20:46.000 I don't know what that noise was.

01:20:48.000 But the annual fee, yes, guys, it is a little high.

01:20:50.000 It's $700, but let's talk about all the benefits that you get with this thing.

01:20:54.000 Holy grail.

01:20:55.000 All right, let's scroll down.

01:20:56.000 Okay?

01:20:57.000 And this is a card that's respectable.

01:20:58.000 If you have this card, people know you mean business, okay?

01:21:01.000 Annual fee, 700 bucks.

01:21:03.000 I can understand that's expensive, but if you earn enough points, your points will pay for that annual fee.

01:21:07.000 Okay?

01:21:08.000 So you get 5 extra points on flights and prepaid hotels, right?

01:21:11.000 Booked on Amextravel.com.

01:21:12.000 Then, you get 1.5 extra points on eligible purchases in key business categories and eligible purchases of 5K or more everywhere else.

01:21:19.000 See the details below.

01:21:20.000 And then you get 1 extra points on other eligible purchases made using your business platinum credit card.

01:21:24.000 And then you get $1,000 in business value.

01:21:26.000 You get $200 back semi-annual for U.S. purchases with Dell.

01:21:30.000 $90 back with quarter purchases with Indeed.

01:21:34.000 $150 back per year for select business purchases with Adobe.

01:21:38.000 $10 back monthly for select purchases with U.S. wireless phone services.

01:21:44.000 So for your phone bill.

01:21:45.000 Global Lounge, right?

01:21:47.000 And if you guys know, most of the major airports all over the world, there's American Express Lounges, right?

01:21:52.000 And you can basically go there, shower, better food.

01:21:55.000 You're able to chill.

01:21:56.000 It's way more comfortable.

01:21:57.000 Again.

01:21:57.000 If you got long layovers.

01:21:59.000 I went to Jamaica.

01:22:00.000 I was there early.

01:22:03.000 Went to the Centurion Lounge.

01:22:04.000 American Express.

01:22:06.000 Got breakfast.

01:22:07.000 Had croissant.

01:22:08.000 Had oatmeal.

01:22:10.000 Had some fruit.

01:22:11.000 Some orange juice.

01:22:12.000 Yeah.

01:22:12.000 Sat down.

01:22:13.000 Comfortable for an hour and a half.

01:22:16.000 But why American Express?

01:22:18.000 Yep.

01:22:18.000 Just saying.

01:22:19.000 Shout out to them.

01:22:20.000 Shout out to them.

01:22:21.000 Okay.

01:22:22.000 And then we have, let's see here.

01:22:35.000 I think?

01:22:46.000 Subject to auto renewal, when you use your card, learn more.

01:22:49.000 This will save you, guys, from missing your flights a lot of the times.

01:22:52.000 I can't tell you how many times we would have been late or missed a flight, but thanks to Claire, because Myron, we made it through.

01:23:00.000 So, yeah, man, it's really helpful with getting to TSA much faster, guys.

01:23:07.000 You skip the lines, it's all with retina scan, and yeah, bro.

01:23:11.000 And apparently he's worked for Claire, Mo's cousin.

01:23:14.000 Oh, okay.

01:23:16.000 Random fact.

01:23:17.000 Random fact.

01:23:18.000 Okay.

01:23:18.000 Shout out to you.

01:23:20.000 This thing is Jesus.

01:23:24.000 Okay.

01:23:25.000 Fetty Wap.

01:23:26.000 Fetty Wap.

01:23:28.000 Okay.

01:23:29.000 All right.

01:23:30.000 17, 38.

01:23:31.000 Yeah, he's in the back.

01:23:33.000 35% airline bonus.

01:23:35.000 You can get 35% points back after you use points.

01:23:39.000 For all or part of an eligible flight booked with Amex travel up to one million points back per calendar year.

01:23:45.000 Find hotels and resorts program for every type of traveler and every type of trip.

01:23:49.000 Find your stay with American Express Travel for hotels that are destinations onto themselves.

01:23:53.000 There's fine hotels and resorts.

01:23:54.000 So guys, the other thing too is that when you have American Express, when you go on the app, it has like a whole travel thing.

01:24:00.000 So you're able to book all your stuff on the Amex app and you can use your points to pay for the stuff on there.

01:24:06.000 So it's effectively free.

01:24:07.000 We went to Vegas for some podcasts.

01:24:11.000 We booked our stuff through our AMX portals.

01:24:13.000 And we got points for it to pay for itself.

01:24:16.000 Pretty much.

01:24:18.000 So, it's a W, guys.

01:24:19.000 It really is a W. The Amex Platinum, there's a reason why.

01:24:23.000 It's the heavyweight.

01:24:24.000 It's the reason why this card is carried by a lot of entrepreneurs, a lot of successful people, a lot of people that don't even have a business that just want to have a good credit card.

01:24:32.000 This is probably the best travel credit card that you can get.

01:24:38.000 It's the elite.

01:24:40.000 It's the big boys.

01:24:42.000 It's a very good credit card, man.

01:24:44.000 So, yeah.

01:24:45.000 We covered a lot, man.

01:24:46.000 Yeah, we covered a lot for y'all here.

01:24:48.000 A whole lot.

01:24:48.000 But let's go ahead and hit the Rumble Rants.

01:24:50.000 Guys, so if you got questions, hit your questions now.

01:24:53.000 We should go to Rumble.

01:24:54.000 Oh, yeah.

01:24:55.000 Should we go to Rumble right now?

01:24:56.000 After we read these from Streamlabs.

01:24:57.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:24:57.000 Let's read the Streamlabs questions.

01:25:01.000 If you don't mind.

01:25:01.000 Donos.

01:25:02.000 And guys, just for the people that are watching on YouTube right now, if you want to super chat your question in, we got the link at the top of the description and also pinned.

01:25:10.000 Go ahead and send your message in there.

01:25:12.000 We see you through twitch as well.

01:25:15.000 Shout out to all our twitch ninjas as well over there.

01:25:18.000 And I think we're on Twitter as well.

01:25:19.000 We're everywhere right now.

01:25:20.000 Literally.

01:25:21.000 Yeah, we really are everywhere.

01:25:24.000 Okay.

01:25:25.000 Here we go.

01:25:26.000 Do we got the...

01:25:27.000 Okay.

01:25:28.000 Don't let them break you, and that's from FJ92. Shout out.

01:25:31.000 Yeah.

01:25:32.000 All they did was motivate me to go even harder, which is why we got the new equipment going on, new equipment coming in, new studio coming in.

01:25:42.000 We got...

01:25:42.000 We're going harder in the paint.

01:25:44.000 Yeah, we're getting...

01:25:45.000 Respectfully.

01:25:45.000 Yeah, we're...

01:25:46.000 This is our first time using, you know, Streamlabs and OBS and all this other stuff.

01:25:50.000 Yeah.

01:25:50.000 So...

01:25:51.000 It's about to get lit in here, guys.

01:25:52.000 It's about to get really lit, really interactive.

01:25:54.000 I got a bunch of ideas.

01:25:55.000 Emotes.

01:25:56.000 All that stuff is coming, man.

01:25:57.000 The show is going to be even more lit.

01:26:00.000 Text to speech.

01:26:01.000 Shout out to the haters.

01:26:02.000 And we're going to just...

01:26:02.000 All the people that made videos talking smack, thank you.

01:26:05.000 Yeah.

01:26:05.000 Now your audience is going to come over here, check what we're doing, be like, wow, this is actually interesting stuff.

01:26:10.000 This is dope.

01:26:10.000 I'm going to stay.

01:26:11.000 Make some more videos if you don't mind.

01:26:12.000 And then they're going to stop watching y'all.

01:26:14.000 That's why we've been able to lap you guys in growth.

01:26:17.000 For the past two years!

01:26:18.000 I'm not gonna lie, bro.

01:26:19.000 I want Sonny B2 to make a video saying, The Fall of Fresh and Fit.

01:26:22.000 Yeah.

01:26:23.000 That'd be hilarious.

01:26:23.000 Yeah, that'd be great.

01:26:25.000 I like his documentaries, though, man.

01:26:27.000 Yeah, I like him, too.

01:26:28.000 He's a great channel.

01:26:28.000 Yeah, it's a good channel.

01:26:29.000 I think so.

01:26:30.000 But yeah, for the haters, man, literally, bro, it's funny, because they make videos on us, right?

01:28:03.000 I left my toxic ass, changed jobs for $30,000 more a year, been going to the gym consistently, and bought a house, and have a two-year tenant in there now. 0.97

01:28:10.000 Cheers, FNF, bro. 0.99

01:28:11.000 That is what I'm talking about.

01:28:13.000 Good job, man.

01:28:15.000 I mean, are haters teaching now how to do this?

01:28:19.000 Nope.

01:28:20.000 I would actually argue they teach you nothing, honestly speaking.

01:28:25.000 Just a laugh.

01:28:25.000 Maybe get a laugh?

01:28:26.000 Yeah.

01:29:09.000 Hit that subscribe button over there on Rumble.

01:29:10.000 We really appreciate it.

01:29:11.000 Because like I said before, Rumble is the last bastion of free speech, man.

01:29:15.000 If Rumble goes down, we're done.

01:29:17.000 We're going down with him, man.

01:29:18.000 We really, like, bro, we are...

01:29:34.000 We got their back.

01:29:36.000 They got our back.

01:29:37.000 And Rumble is the new frontier, my friends.

01:29:40.000 Especially if you're a proponent of free speech.

01:29:42.000 Hi, from Melbourne.

01:29:43.000 Got declined for applying for my first credit card.

01:29:45.000 Think my income was too low and was applying for quite high of a credit limit.

01:29:49.000 How long should I wait for the next application?

01:29:52.000 I would say 30 days to 60 days.

01:29:55.000 But also, remember, you've got to start small and work your way up.

01:29:58.000 You don't want to jump the gun because they will deny you.

01:30:00.000 So work slow.

01:30:02.000 Cool.

01:30:04.000 What else?

01:30:06.000 I started sidebends, got LLC, but my bank didn't give me a credit card.

01:30:09.000 Does it matter which bank or do I have enough revenue?

01:30:13.000 But my bank didn't give me a credit card.

01:30:15.000 You've got to apply for it.

01:30:16.000 Don't just give it to you.

01:30:17.000 Yeah, yeah, you've got to apply, bro.

01:30:18.000 What he's saying is that the more money you have in the bank...

01:30:21.000 The easier it is for you to get approved.

01:30:23.000 Or if they don't approve, you can make an argument.

01:30:25.000 So that's why.

01:30:27.000 110 Elite.

01:30:28.000 What else we got here?

01:30:29.000 J-Rack goes, do you guys agree with a female with a high body count as someone with bad credit?

01:30:33.000 I hope you both know how much you guys are appreciated and needed.

01:30:36.000 Yeah, you could say that's an equivalent.

01:30:38.000 Yeah?

01:30:39.000 Because your credit trustworthiness, etc.

01:30:43.000 Shane, CEO. What is your take on social credit?

01:30:46.000 My company is working on a social media platform to build up digital reputation for everyday person.

01:30:50.000 No wokeness, opt-in only, and we offer lucrative referrals.

01:30:53.000 I don't know about that, my friend.

01:30:55.000 I don't know about that.

01:30:56.000 I think that's the beginning of the end once we get into social credit scores.

01:30:58.000 Yeah.

01:30:59.000 Yeah, that's bad.

01:31:00.000 Last Monday and Saturday episode is For Them Books.

01:31:03.000 Detailed.

01:31:04.000 Great job, FNF. Appreciate that, my friend.

01:31:06.000 Do whatever you need to do to get monetized again on YouTube.

01:31:10.000 I don't care what it is.

01:31:11.000 Sing Barney and turn the show into I Love You, whatever.

01:31:13.000 Keep the real show on Rumble.

01:31:15.000 You're playing Chestnut Checkers, and that's from Replica GL. Appreciate that, Replica.

01:31:19.000 That's a good take.

01:31:19.000 I see your perspective.

01:31:21.000 Yeah, I'm waiting for y'all to let me come on and do a training on direct response inbound leads for small businesses.

01:31:25.000 Been doing it in the past five years and it works.

01:31:29.000 And that's from CEO Nate.

01:31:31.000 Shout out to Nate, man.

01:31:32.000 Yeah, message.

01:31:33.000 We should message.

01:31:35.000 I mean, we're going to have to vet you too, bro.

01:31:37.000 You can talk to me, man.

01:31:39.000 Okay.

01:31:39.000 Message freshman CEO. You got a lot of DMs, though.

01:31:42.000 You got to pay me, though.

01:31:44.000 Can you talk about investment, what to use for a brokerage account like Webull or other I'm looking to get on this?

01:31:50.000 Bro, honestly, there's no special brokerage account.

01:31:52.000 It's whatever you want to do from your experience, bro.

01:31:54.000 Because honestly, other than Robinhood...

01:31:56.000 Vanguard, you can use anything.

01:31:58.000 Just don't use Robinhood to buy crypto.

01:32:00.000 That's really the main thing.

01:32:02.000 But whatever you want to do, you want to use Robinhood, you want to use Vanguard, you want to use Webull, it really doesn't matter, bro.

01:32:07.000 It really comes down to whatever you're comfortable with.

01:32:09.000 But they all connect you to the same market.

01:32:13.000 So it doesn't matter.

01:32:14.000 What else we got here?

01:32:16.000 Try to be legit.

01:32:16.000 22 year old male.

01:32:18.000 Made some...

01:32:19.000 Wait.

01:32:20.000 22 years old.

01:32:20.000 Made some money in crypto and side hustles.

01:32:22.000 I have 50k plus saved, but never paid taxes and want to get a property.

01:32:25.000 What should I do?

01:32:26.000 Please don't hit the FBI button, Myron.

01:32:30.000 Too late.

01:32:31.000 FBI, open up!

01:32:33.000 Well, here's the thing, bro.

01:32:37.000 They're going to run your credit to a degree when you try to get a loan.

01:32:42.000 So...

01:32:42.000 Bro, what are you doing, man?

01:32:43.000 Yeah.

01:32:44.000 I mean, bro, I would handle the...

01:32:47.000 Because here's the thing.

01:32:49.000 You're going to have to pay property taxes on the house that you buy.

01:32:55.000 So, yeah, dude, I would say get your tax situation handled first, right, and see what you might owe before you go ahead and get into the situation of buying a property because that could come back to hurt you.

01:33:07.000 And here's the other thing, too.

01:33:08.000 If you owe money...

01:33:09.000 Right?

01:33:10.000 They could take your house from you, bro.

01:33:12.000 Bro, tax evasion is legal.

01:33:14.000 Tax avoidance is legal.

01:33:16.000 Yeah, so...

01:33:17.000 So you need to pay tax evasion.

01:33:18.000 Yeah, yeah, get that handled, bro.

01:33:19.000 Hire a CPA, figure out what it is.

01:33:21.000 We actually talked about this on that episode with Steve.

01:33:23.000 Steve mentioned, at a certain time, it does fall off.

01:33:26.000 So if you get it checked, and they say, okay, cool, you're going to go pay like four years or five years.

01:33:30.000 Yeah.

01:33:30.000 Compared to 10 years, then it might...

01:33:32.000 Get that handled, bro.

01:33:33.000 Get that handled.

01:33:38.000 Yeah.

01:33:54.000 It's going to go into foreclosure.

01:33:55.000 They're going to sell it because the bank doesn't want to sit there and maintain a house. 0.85

01:33:57.000 They're going to sell it for next to nothing, bro.

01:33:59.000 So, nah, man.

01:34:00.000 Just get a handle.

01:34:01.000 Make sure you're good with Uncle Sam.

01:34:03.000 And then go ahead and invest.

01:34:05.000 Who's up next?

01:34:06.000 Uh...

01:34:07.000 Black Vet.

01:34:08.000 Goes, can you talk about investment, what to use for a brokerage account like Webull or other I'm looking to get on this?

01:34:13.000 We answered this already.

01:34:15.000 He might have double chatted it, but thank you so much.

01:34:17.000 Any brokerage account, bro, will work.

01:34:19.000 Gio vlogs it.

01:34:20.000 Y'all be giving so much value to the point where I have to give back to you guys.

01:34:23.000 Love y'all.

01:34:23.000 Super pause.

01:34:24.000 Let's go.

01:34:25.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:34:25.000 Appreciate that, Gio.

01:34:27.000 Keep vlogging it, bro.

01:34:28.000 Yeah, keep vlogging, my friend.

01:34:29.000 All right!

01:34:30.000 And then, real quick, the Streamlabs don't know us.

01:34:34.000 Can we bring those up on screen?

01:34:35.000 No, because I see the mini-feed here, Bills.

01:34:38.000 I can see what they had said.

01:34:42.000 There.

01:34:43.000 Yeah, you got to probably bring it up a bit.

01:34:45.000 Yeah.

01:34:46.000 So scroll up so I can see what they said.

01:34:47.000 Okay.

01:34:48.000 Okay, Apollo, tip five bucks, he said, hey, Fresh, you made me realize I wasted my earlier 20s by chasing low-value women instead of building my kingdom, using you and Fresh's way of thinking to increase my bag, get in better shape, and vet these 304s.

01:34:59.000 Replace, don't chase, WFNF. We got you, Apollo.

01:35:02.000 It's up to you, bro.

01:35:03.000 KT, oh, wow, okay, there's a bunch of y'all in here.

01:35:05.000 Thank you guys so much, man.

01:35:06.000 Y'all are real ones, for real.

01:35:08.000 Jamie Gonzalez, 25 bucks from Capital One to Amex Gold, baby.

01:35:12.000 Major Flex.

01:35:13.000 Thanks to FNF. Shout out to you, man.

01:35:15.000 Capital One has some good cards.

01:35:16.000 And we're going to talk about Capital One in more detail when we cover travel credit cards.

01:35:21.000 Oh, another honorable mention here.

01:35:23.000 We won't bring it up on screen.

01:35:24.000 The Capital One Spark.

01:35:26.000 Is a good business credit card as well.

01:35:28.000 It's kind of a pain to get, but it's a good business credit card.

01:35:31.000 Is there a possibility to have personal credit cards to use for business purposes or just keep strict watch on things I charge for my business and which for personal, which is what I have been doing?

01:35:31.000 WaterDragon5Bucks.

01:35:39.000 Keep it separate.

01:35:40.000 This is what you do.

01:35:41.000 You use personal credit cards in the beginning, right?

01:35:44.000 To get your business funded, get things going.

01:35:45.000 I did this myself.

01:35:47.000 But, you want to transition over to a business credit card as soon as possible, bro.

01:35:52.000 The problem is, though, if you mix and match business and personal, it'll mess you up.

01:35:55.000 It'll mess you up.

01:35:55.000 Especially with taxes.

01:35:56.000 So, dude, keep it separate.

01:35:58.000 Always.

01:35:58.000 This is what I did.

01:35:59.000 I'll tell you guys exactly what I did step by step.

01:36:00.000 Give y'all some more value, okay?

01:36:02.000 When I started Freshly Fit, I took one of my cards.

01:36:06.000 It was a personal card.

01:36:07.000 I only used that for fresh and fit.

01:36:10.000 I was like, okay, we're starting a business here.

01:36:11.000 I don't have my everything set up yet.

01:36:13.000 I'm going to just use this card for this, for business expenses.

01:36:16.000 Then I used all my other personal cards for whatever else.

01:36:19.000 And then what I did was, when it was time to do taxes, because I got a business credit card later that year, I gave like six months of that personal credit card statement, and then I gave the other six months of the business credit card statement to my accountant.

01:36:30.000 Okay?

01:36:30.000 So that way, guys, it's all about documenting it to make it easier so that when tax time comes, you're able to properly document your expenditures.

01:36:37.000 Okay?

01:36:38.000 So it's okay to use a personal credit card at the beginning, but what I suggest is use one personal credit card for your businesses just to get things going.

01:36:44.000 Switch over to that business credit card as soon as you can.

01:36:47.000 Remember, we told y'all you could do it with a sole proprietorship.

01:36:49.000 Okay?

01:36:49.000 You don't have to necessarily have an LLC. Then switch over.

01:36:53.000 Okay?

01:36:54.000 All right.

01:36:55.000 It goes over here.

01:36:56.000 Okay.

01:36:57.000 Bison has set up a monthly tip, five bucks.

01:36:59.000 I appreciate that so much, Bison.

01:37:01.000 A.K.A. from Street Fighter.

01:37:04.000 See you in network.

01:37:05.000 Okay, where we at here?

01:37:39.000 Okay, I'll take a look at it.

01:37:41.000 Legend57, 20 bucks goes, I'm trying to figure out how to sub on Rumbo ASAP. Until then, here you go, fam.

01:37:46.000 To those that can't afford to support, this should be a wake-up call.

01:37:48.000 Help yourself so you can afford to help others support a cause you to believe in it.

01:37:51.000 Thank you so much, and I'll show you guys how to do it right now on my phone.

01:37:54.000 Show the legend, man.

01:37:54.000 Yeah, shout out to you, bro.

01:37:55.000 I'll show you guys how to do it.

01:37:56.000 10 bucks.

01:37:57.000 Question.

01:37:58.000 What advice do you give me?

01:37:59.000 I'm a 20-year-old man looking to move up in life but live in Barbados.

01:38:11.000 Oh, wow.

01:38:12.000 Honestly, bro, I'll get out of Barbados, man, because it's...

01:38:15.000 A nice island, I think, is paradise, honestly speaking.

01:38:17.000 Beaches, people, the food, you know, the parties are great.

01:38:21.000 But in terms of growth-wise and opportunity-wise, it's not very abundant.

01:38:24.000 So I would leave as soon as possible.

01:38:26.000 Either on a work visa or move here and get married.

01:38:29.000 But the point is that, like, you need to always have an option outside of what you have because your current environment where you are in Barbados may not be applicable to make you grow.

01:38:37.000 So I would say get out as soon as possible.

01:38:39.000 Alright, hit camera 4 real fast.

01:38:41.000 There we go.

01:38:41.000 I'm going to show them how to do this.

01:38:43.000 How to sub on Rumble.

01:38:44.000 Yeah, so guys, this is how you do it, right?

01:38:46.000 So you're on Rumble on your...

01:38:48.000 Let's say you're on Rumble on your phone, right?

01:38:51.000 This is what it looks like when you're on your phone.

01:38:52.000 And this is how you do it when you're on the web browser, right?

01:38:56.000 Chrome.

01:38:56.000 Or Safari.

01:38:57.000 Or you can do it on Chrome, right?

01:38:59.000 So you're watching it.

01:38:59.000 You're going to scroll down.

01:39:01.000 And then you're gonna see the live chat right here, right?

01:39:04.000 You're gonna go down, and then you're just gonna hit that subscribe button right there.

01:39:09.000 And you can't do it on the app, guys.

01:39:11.000 You gotta do it on the web browser, but that's how you do it.

01:39:15.000 So you hit that subscribe button right there, and then bam, it's only five bucks.

01:39:19.000 Join in.

01:39:19.000 And then if you're on the app, right?

01:39:22.000 You can go ahead.

01:39:23.000 The app looks like this.

01:39:24.000 And then you go, go live.

01:39:26.000 And then you're able to go ahead.

01:39:28.000 If you want to do a Rumble Rant, click that dollar sign right there.

01:39:31.000 And then you can go ahead and say what you want to say right on here.

01:39:35.000 Cool.

01:39:35.000 So yeah, so for Rumble Rants, guys, you do it on the app.

01:39:39.000 For a subscription, you do it web-based.

01:39:41.000 And we're working on getting it all in one, right?

01:39:43.000 It's a work in progress.

01:39:45.000 There's actually gonna be some really big updates to Rumble in the next two weeks that I don't wanna announce yet.

01:39:50.000 But trust me, guys, we talk with the CEO all the time and we tell him, hey, these are some things that we can definitely do.

01:39:58.000 The thing is that he's hungry, bro.

01:40:00.000 He's like, okay, we're gonna do it, we're gonna make it happen.

01:40:03.000 So, that's why you guys have seen Rumble grow so fast and you've seen the app get more and more intuitive.

01:40:09.000 So, yeah, man.

01:40:10.000 Big things coming, man.

01:40:11.000 Big things coming for sure.

01:40:12.000 Where else do we hire?

01:40:16.000 Question, what advice...

01:40:17.000 No, saving kids is not great.

01:40:19.000 Don't save these guys, save me instead.

01:40:20.000 And that's from Illegal Immigrant. 0.87

01:40:22.000 Okay.

01:40:23.000 And then Camino Kill goes, W Streamlabs. 0.99

01:40:25.000 Got you, bro.

01:40:26.000 And we're going to figure out how to put y'all chats on the screen.

01:40:28.000 We're going to figure out, hopefully, by the next show.

01:40:31.000 Hey, Fit, you made me realize that I wasted my earlier 20s by chasing low-value women instead of building my kingdom, using you and Fresh's Way of Thinking to increase my bag, get in better shape, and vet these 304s. 0.81

01:40:39.000 Replace, don't chase.

01:40:40.000 Was that from before?

01:40:41.000 Yeah, it was from before.

01:40:41.000 Okay, and then KT goes, we ain't going nowhere.

01:40:43.000 738, appreciate it.

01:40:45.000 Was that a joke on Bill?

01:40:46.000 70?

01:40:46.000 30?

01:40:47.000 Okay.

01:40:48.000 Thank you for all the value.

01:40:49.000 And that's from Infliction.

01:40:50.000 And then We Ain't Going Nowhere from KT. And then we got you guys are the best in business.

01:40:55.000 Your ego is not your amigo.

01:40:57.000 Coronel's.

01:40:57.000 Cool.

01:40:58.000 Silent Sir goes, I'm about to graduate with a six-figure income.

01:41:00.000 How much reserve cash should I have before buying my first property?

01:41:04.000 How do I find a reputable property management company?

01:41:07.000 Thanks and appreciate you guys.

01:41:08.000 Stay strong.

01:41:08.000 F to haters.

01:41:09.000 Very good question.

01:41:10.000 So for your first one, how much reserve cash should you have?

01:41:12.000 As much as possible.

01:41:12.000 As much as possible, but I would say to cover expenses for six months.

01:41:15.000 You want to be able to cover expenses for six months.

01:41:17.000 What does that mean?

01:41:18.000 That means if you're a mortgage, etc., you want to have that much money.

01:41:23.000 Now, that's obviously going to be a lot of money, but...

01:41:26.000 It's better to have it than to not have it, right?

01:41:27.000 So shoot to have six months of mortgage payments there.

01:41:32.000 That will put you in a very good position.

01:41:34.000 Just invested in some Rumble stock.

01:41:35.000 What's the financial outlook for the company, guys?

01:41:37.000 Well, I'll tell you this.

01:41:37.000 They're growing very quick.

01:41:38.000 They're getting a lot of big creators.

01:41:40.000 And, yeah, they've got a bunch of big...

01:41:42.000 They got Academics, Steven Crowder, Dakai Sanat, Speed.

01:41:48.000 Steve will do it.

01:41:49.000 Sneeko. 0.54

01:41:51.000 Ricegum.

01:41:52.000 Andrew Tate.

01:42:02.000 Oh, Redacted is over there.

01:42:04.000 There you go.

01:42:04.000 Right?

01:42:10.000 I have something with them coming soon as well.

01:42:12.000 You know?

01:42:16.000 Amazon Business, 5%.

01:42:18.000 And PayPal for 3% since I use all of them for different work-related stuff.

01:42:20.000 It's good to have variety.

01:42:21.000 Absolutely, my friend.

01:42:22.000 We've talked about...

01:42:23.000 Go back and watch our episode, guys, on how to make money on credit cards.

01:42:26.000 The City Double Cash is a card that we definitely suggested.

01:42:29.000 It's one of the best all-around cashback credit cards.

01:42:32.000 And I don't think it has an annual fee either.

01:42:34.000 The rest of these are subs and follows on Twitter.

01:43:25.000 Question pertaining on last pod about paying credit card off.

01:43:27.000 Will it increase score automatically?

01:43:29.000 Of course.

01:43:30.000 Yeah, definitely will, bro.

01:43:31.000 Some of the fastest ways, guys, to get your credit score to go up significantly.

01:43:34.000 Two hacks.

01:43:35.000 Pay off debt.

01:43:36.000 Pay off your debt, your personal debt, and if you pay your student loans off.

01:43:39.000 Yep.

01:43:40.000 I know a guy, paid off his student loans in one day, his credit score shot up like 200 points.

01:43:44.000 Yeah.

01:43:44.000 And it takes a few weeks.

01:43:45.000 It holds you back heavily.

01:43:47.000 But dude, that literally shot up his credit score like 300 points.

01:43:49.000 Imagine 200 points, something like that.

01:43:51.000 If you were a kid and you had like, let's say, seven years passed, but ultimately he's paying them back now.

01:43:56.000 Yeah.

01:43:57.000 Anything in collections, y'all gotta pay that off immediately.

01:43:59.000 That has one of the worst things.

01:44:01.000 It's bad.

01:44:01.000 Anything else?

01:44:03.000 We got Rai Gaia.
