00:12:41.000 If I can fucking do this.
00:12:44.000 Figure this thing out real quick.
00:12:45.000 Hold on.
00:12:49.000 Oh, see, things always go wrong whenever I'm...
00:12:51.000 Man, doing this shit alone is tough.

00:13:19.000 Also follow me on all my social media platforms, MyronGainesX, everywhere, except for TikTok.

00:13:26.000 Don't know how much longer I'm going to have it.
00:13:28.000 But yeah, that's the best way by far to support the show.
00:13:33.000 Appreciate you guys rocking with me.
00:13:34.000 Got a couple different topics that we're going to be covering today.
00:13:36.000 We're going to obviously be covering Bryce Mitchell.
00:13:38.000 We're going to be covering the crash updates on that.
00:13:43.000 We're going to be covering the guy that got killed, actually, for burning the Kron out there in Sweden.
00:13:51.000 Oh, and we're going to cover Diddy as well.
00:13:53.000 All right, and then we got a debate with Gary and Andrew Wilson at 8 p.m., okay, where they're going to debate Christianity on Fresh and Fit.
00:14:03.000 So that's going to be a good time.
00:14:05.000 So, yeah, man, we got an action-packed day for you guys.
00:14:08.000 We also got the, well, we obviously got after hours as well.
00:14:13.000 So a lot of things moving, guys.
00:14:15.000 A lot of things moving.
00:14:16.000 We're taking over 2025, despite the fact that...
00:14:20.000 You know, more haters come out with videos saying that we, um, fresh and fit downfall.
00:14:25.000 Dude, it's like, it's like a trending thing.
00:14:27.000 I don't know, Chad, do you guys see, like, a new fresh and fit downfall video every day?
00:14:32.000 It's like, I feel like I see one every day.
00:14:33.000 I don't know what the hell's going on here.
00:14:35.000 It's actually kind of funny, you know?
00:14:37.000 Um, like, these people just literally, um, I guess they don't got nothing else going, man.
00:14:45.000 I don't know what the hell it is.
00:14:46.000 It's comedy.
00:14:47.000 But, uh...
00:14:48.000 That's basically what we're dealing with nowadays.
00:14:51.000 Motherfuckers always got to do some bullshit.
00:14:55.000 And it's like, you know, and I'll talk about this real quick.
00:14:59.000 Hold on one sec, guys.
00:15:00.000 I'm signing in, too, so I can chat with you ninjas in the chat.
00:15:06.000 Shit.
00:15:10.000 So, look, this is what I've realized, right?
00:15:19.000 We are very successful, right?
00:15:23.000 In less than four years, we're able to hit, you know, huge numbers, right?
00:15:30.000 We...
00:15:30.000 Actually, you know what?
00:15:34.000 Let's go through...
00:15:34.000 Let's go on time a little bit, man.
00:15:36.000 Let's go back in time a little bit, right?
00:15:39.000 So...
00:15:39.000 Let's go back to the beginning.
00:15:46.000 So the year is 2018, February of 2018.
00:15:56.000 I come to Miami.
00:15:57.000 I'm assigned to the Miami Field Office for Homeland Security Investigations, HSI. I'm traveling with this plaque, actually, right?
00:16:05.000 Traveling from the great state of Texas over to Florida to begin my new assignment, my new field assignment in Miami, Florida.
00:16:19.000 And, you know, a year or two in, I was like, you know what, man, I can, you know, I want to kind of start a side business, right?
00:16:26.000 You know, because obviously having a government job is great and everything, but I didn't want to have to rely on a paycheck, right?
00:16:30.000 So I was like, you know what, let me get something else going on here so that, God forbid, something happened to me, I get in trouble or whatever.
00:16:36.000 And actually, you know what it was, guys, now that I think about it, when I was going through that bullshit, remember I told you guys how I got in a situation where The guys outside of a nightclub here in Miami tackled me and then I became the subject of an internal investigation because of that shit.
00:16:54.000 Even though I knew I didn't do anything, it really bothered me that my job security can be potentially compromised by some fucking thugs at a club that lied on me, right?
00:17:04.000 Obviously you guys know, I told this story before, I got cleared, everything was good, whatever.
00:17:09.000 But it never really stuck good with me how...
00:17:12.000 I could get in trouble or have my reputation hurt off of some bullshit, right?
00:17:18.000 So I said, you know what?
00:17:20.000 A government job is good and all, but I'm going to go ahead and start a side hustle, right?
00:17:24.000 And I'm going to start a side business so that, God forbid, something happens, I have my own thing.
00:17:28.000 So I started a fitness business I call Unplugged Fitness, right?
00:17:32.000 This is around 2019. I get an incorporator, et cetera.
00:17:35.000 I work with Brandon Carter, right?
00:17:38.000 I get the clearance from the government.
00:17:40.000 I started my side business as a life coach.
00:17:43.000 Started the fitness business, Unplugged Fitness.
00:17:45.000 So I start by taking clients on, you know, just through Instagram, basic shit, right?
00:17:49.000 I'm not like an influencer at this point.
00:17:50.000 I'm just like, you know, doing my job and also training people on the side.
00:17:54.000 I was training some people in person.
00:17:56.000 I was doing online coaching, etc.
00:17:59.000 So I started to make a good amount of money doing this.
00:18:03.000 I was making $10,000, $20,000 a month doing online coaching.
00:18:06.000 Now, I was making about $120,000.
00:18:09.000 With the government back then, and then I was getting another, like, you know, 100 to 150K doing the fitness business, right?
00:18:17.000 Some months I'd be doing pretty damn good.
00:18:19.000 So, I was like, shit!
00:18:21.000 Like, I'm making more from this fitness business than from the government, but I enjoyed what I did, right?
00:18:26.000 I really enjoyed what I did, so I was like, I'm not gonna go.
00:18:29.000 I'll just do this fitness thing on the side.
00:18:31.000 I'm not gonna leave.
00:18:33.000 But then I realized, like, if you really want to grow your fitness business, right, you want to take on clients, you need to get on social media.
00:18:38.000 And if you're going to get on social media, you need to get on YouTube.
00:18:41.000 Let's just be honest here, right?
00:18:42.000 We all know that YouTube is, you know, when it comes to discovery, which is what it's really good for, is discovery.
00:18:50.000 That's the way to get yourself out there because Google owns it and it's not just a video sharing website.
00:18:55.000 It's also a search engine, which is very important, right?
00:19:00.000 So people go on YouTube often to browse.
00:19:03.000 They go on YouTube, they browse, and they search stuff, right?
00:19:07.000 Versus other platforms like Twitch, Rumble, etc.
00:19:10.000 You know who you're gonna go watch.
00:19:11.000 You just go on there to find that individual, right?
00:19:13.000 Like YouTube is a discovery platform versus Rumble, Twitch, etc.
00:19:20.000 These are kick.
00:19:21.000 You're going there for a specific person or purpose.
00:19:26.000 So I make the YouTube channel.
00:19:29.000 Right?
00:19:29.000 And it's a fitness channel.
00:19:30.000 But at the time, I was, you know, doing my thing in Miami, womanizing a little bit or whatever, and I felt as though I had a lot of knowledge to share because if you could deal with women here in Miami, you probably could probably deal with women anywhere else in the world, right?
00:19:42.000 It's pretty tough here.
00:19:43.000 It's very competitive, right?
00:19:44.000 It's dating on hard mode.
00:19:45.000 So, I met Fresh, and obviously I met, like, Donovan Sharp and a bunch of these guys.
00:19:50.000 That's why, to this day, I still platform Donovan Sharp and Monolive Dating.
00:19:53.000 Like, these guys put me on, man.
00:19:54.000 Like, I can't fucking turn my back on people that...
00:19:57.000 That put me on, right?
00:19:58.000 This is why I have a, you know, despite haters in the chat talking shit about Donovan Sharpe, like, bro, I'll never turn my back on him, bro.
00:20:03.000 Because he was there from the beginning.
00:20:06.000 You know what I mean?
00:20:08.000 So, shout out to, I'm JJ, by the way.
00:20:11.000 I appreciate that, my friend.
00:20:13.000 You know, so, I start, I do the fitness stuff, and I'm also giving dating advice, too, because a lot of these guys, they don't just want to get in shape, but they also want to get chicks.
00:20:24.000 So I was like, look, if we're gonna do, if I'm gonna do a YouTube channel where I'm talking about fitness and stuff like that and guys want girls, it might be better to just do a podcast because at this point I met Fresh, right?
00:20:36.000 I had spoke with Fresh and everything else like that and we started the podcast.
00:20:41.000 You know, we start bringing on Red Pill Concert Critters, videos start doing well, people really enjoy the content and then we said, you know, let's step it up to the next level so we get a studio, right?
00:20:49.000 And at this point...
00:20:52.000 This is November of 2020 and One that I'm happening was I Get that email another email from internal affairs, right?
00:21:04.000 It's fucking the worst Sitting there my fucking computer at a very big national security case at the time Stressed out as fuck.
00:21:12.000 I get a fucking email November of 2020. I'll never forget it Special Asia photo we need you to come into the plantation office for For an interview, right?
00:21:24.000 A subject interview.
00:21:25.000 Now, for those of you that aren't aware, whenever you're the subject of an internal investigation, right, which I had just done with the other one a couple years back when I told you guys, which prompted me to start to finish business.
00:21:35.000 It's interesting how the first internal affairs investigation prompted me to start a business and then the second one made me stick with the business.
00:21:43.000 Now that I'm like thinking this out and having this conversation with you guys, right?
00:21:48.000 So...
00:21:49.000 So I get this thing, and I didn't know what it was for, but in my mind, I'm like, oh, it's got to be the YouTube.
00:21:54.000 It's got to be the fucking YouTube.
00:21:56.000 So I get there, and I'm over here thinking that they're going to swear me in and do an interview.
00:22:00.000 They take my government phone.
00:22:01.000 I was like, oh, shit.
00:22:03.000 These motherfuckers really think I'm out here, like, recording content on my cell phone, which, you know, I had, like, an iPhone 7 or something like that with the government, man.
00:22:09.000 That was a piece of shit phone.
00:22:09.000 I was actually insulted.
00:22:10.000 I was like, you guys really think I would fucking record videos on this piece of shit phone, but whatever.
00:22:15.000 Government employees, they don't understand how videography or any of this other shit works, so who knows?
00:22:20.000 But at that point, my special agent in charge, the guy that runs the office, he took my outside employment paperwork, right?
00:22:28.000 So he said, look, we're going to rescind your outside employment authorization.
00:22:31.000 You can't do this anymore, right?
00:22:33.000 And in their mind, they're like, oh, he's going to quit.
00:22:35.000 Like, he's not going to leave the government to go do some shit on YouTube, right?
00:22:40.000 To government employees, guys, social media, making money online, it's unfathomable.
00:22:45.000 It's not a thing for them, right?
00:22:46.000 These career-long government employees, and some of you guys in the chat know exactly what I'm talking about.
00:22:50.000 Government employees, state employees, et cetera, like, to them, right, leaving the government is like, you would never think that.
00:22:57.000 So, obviously, at this point, we have the studio.
00:23:00.000 I had invested about $40,000 into the studio.
00:23:03.000 We had got that apartment.
00:23:06.000 I was moving my stuff from my old apartment to that new spot, Panorama, whatever.
00:23:13.000 And...
00:23:13.000 You know, this was like a transition period.
00:23:15.000 And literally, one of our guys flew in, right?
00:23:19.000 We had one of our YouTube guys, he flew in.
00:23:22.000 He moved from his parents' house to Chicago and moved to Miami to be closer.
00:23:25.000 So obviously, I had a lot of people depending on me, man.
00:23:27.000 Chris had pretty much stopped what he was doing.
00:23:30.000 Fresh hated his job at Wix.
00:23:31.000 He wanted to quit, right?
00:23:34.000 And yeah, dude, it was a transition period.
00:23:38.000 And I had a very difficult decision to make, and I ended up leaving.
00:23:42.000 I ended up leaving.
00:23:44.000 So, we start the podcast, we start, you know, doing good numbers, whatever it may be, and we blow up, right?
00:23:52.000 We do the after-hour show, and we start blowing up.
00:23:54.000 People are posting us on TikTok, we have a meteoric rise, we bring Andrew Tate on, etc.
00:23:59.000 So, fast forward, right, a couple of years, and...
00:24:03.000 People get jealous, man.
00:24:10.000 Simply put, a lot of people didn't like...
00:24:13.000 That we were able to grow very quickly in a short amount of time, which includes Abba and Preach, right?
00:24:19.000 Abba's snakey ass came here and, you know, said some things, and now fresh looking back on it's like, yeah, this guy was a fucking snake the whole time.
00:24:28.000 And they didn't, you know, people didn't want us to win, right?
00:24:31.000 That's why we had our podcast with Abba, and then he goes and makes a video saying we're Cap.
00:24:41.000 Right?
00:24:41.000 Like, he literally, like, he was here, did a podcast with us.
00:24:44.000 Everything was great.
00:24:45.000 We broke bread.
00:24:46.000 We hung out with the guy.
00:24:46.000 We talked with the guy.
00:24:47.000 And he goes back to Canada and makes a video and says that we're cap.
00:24:51.000 Which is like, we're liars.
00:24:53.000 And I was like, what the fuck?
00:24:56.000 I'm getting messages.
00:24:57.000 Yo, did you see Auburn Preach made a video on you?
00:24:59.000 I don't know why, but they made a video on you guys saying you guys are fucking full of cap.
00:25:02.000 You guys are liars.
00:25:03.000 And I was like, what the fuck?
00:25:06.000 And, um, I was shocked.
00:25:10.000 Right?
00:25:10.000 You guys know I come from a law enforcement background, right?
00:25:14.000 Like, this guy just fucking make a video talking shit about us when we open our home to this guy?
00:25:19.000 Like, what the fuck?
00:25:21.000 And we make a response, right?
00:25:25.000 We're obviously angry, we're roasting him, whatever.
00:25:27.000 And then we challenge him to a boxing match.
00:25:30.000 And we say, Abba, you gotta show up too, Abba.
00:25:34.000 Then Preach makes a video, right?
00:25:36.000 Lies, because that girl wasn't his wife.
00:25:38.000 He lied about that.
00:25:39.000 Right?
00:25:40.000 They manufactured this fake outrage.
00:25:42.000 They talked about his wife.
00:25:44.000 They talked about Haiti.
00:25:45.000 Shut up, man.
00:25:46.000 Like, bro, Bills and Moe, two guys that work for me, are Haitian.
00:25:51.000 Like, what are you talking about, bro?
00:25:52.000 Like, we don't hate Haitians.
00:25:54.000 Alright?
00:25:54.000 We got a bunch of them on the team.
00:25:56.000 Right?
00:25:57.000 But they use that to sensationalize the outrage.
00:26:01.000 Right?
00:26:02.000 Because prior to this, keep in mind that nobody watched, like, people, they weren't popping like that.
00:26:06.000 Like, people don't watch, people weren't watching them like that.
00:26:09.000 Right?
00:26:10.000 So they go ahead and they make like 10 videos, dude.
00:26:13.000 10 videos.
00:26:14.000 Like, and they sensationalize everything, lie about a bunch of shit.
00:26:17.000 They lie about, oh, Fresh bought a gun for Abba and Preach.
00:26:21.000 No.
00:26:22.000 Fresh had been trying to get a, he had a gun permit, and he was waiting for it to come in, and then he was finally able to pick up his gun after he got approved.
00:26:29.000 It just so happened.
00:26:30.000 When he went and picked up his gun, it was around the time that we had this feud with these guys and they spun it and made it sound like Fresh is buying a gun for them.
00:26:37.000 No, bro.
00:26:38.000 It had been in the paperwork for literally six months.
00:26:40.000 And this was back before when you had to have a concealed carry to carry a gun in Florida.
00:26:44.000 Now you don't need a concealed carry anymore, but back then you did.
00:26:46.000 So he was waiting to get that approval.
00:26:48.000 So when he did go and he vlogged himself picking up his gun, they misinterpreted that purposely.
00:26:53.000 They lied to y'all and said that Fresh bought a gun for them.
00:26:56.000 No, dude.
00:26:57.000 And the other thing too, they said that we ran from the boxing match.
00:26:59.000 No, we didn't.
00:27:00.000 We said we could do it anytime, whatever it may be, but Abba's gotta show up.
00:27:03.000 He didn't want to show up.
00:27:04.000 He just wants Preach to do everything.
00:27:05.000 That's why Preach said that dumb shit.
00:27:06.000 We'll fight both of you.
00:27:09.000 Right?
00:27:11.000 Now I'm using them as the main example, but several other YouTube channels jumped in.
00:27:14.000 Because here's the thing.
00:27:17.000 People didn't like our fast rise.
00:27:19.000 People didn't like us.
00:27:20.000 And then on top of that, the type of content that we make is extremely controversial.
00:27:25.000 Red Pill content, guys, pisses a lot of people off.
00:27:28.000 It just does.
00:27:29.000 When you talk about female nature, what you gotta do to be attractive, get in the gym, become better, et cetera, you're almost like a pinata on YouTube because you tell people, look, this is what you gotta do to make money or get girls or whatever, and every guy thinks they know everything.
00:27:45.000 So you're always gonna have people coming in, talking shit, insulting you, whatever.
00:27:48.000 This is why guys that are like self-improvement guys, they always get ridiculed.
00:27:52.000 They get called scammers, they get called liars, grifters, whatever it may be.
00:27:56.000 Like, the self-improvement space is almost like a pinata for reaction YouTubers, because they can always talk shit, right?
00:28:01.000 And they take the moral high ground like, see, I'm not trying to make money on you guys.
00:28:04.000 I'm here just making content.
00:28:05.000 I don't need to sell you a course, whatever.
00:28:07.000 They take that moral high ground.
00:28:08.000 But what they're not telling you is they do bullshit behind the scenes, manufacture drama, lie, and are extremely salacious to get views, which pays them.
00:28:21.000 You see the difference, guys?
00:28:23.000 But they try to take the moral high ground and say I'm just putting out honest content as if like they're on some moral high ground But the reality is that they're just talking shit so that they can make money because that's how they make money So once Abba priest started talking shit about us everybody else and their fucking mom jumped on the bandwagon because I don't know what it is, but all these reaction youtubers, they're like their followers, right?
00:28:45.000 If these niggas make a video since they're a big YouTube channel, everybody and their mom makes the same fucking video with the same dumbass thumbnail with the same dumbass talking points.
00:28:55.000 Right?
00:28:57.000 These guys are frauds.
00:28:58.000 These guys are XYZ, blah, blah, blah.
00:29:00.000 So, we got a lot of hate or whatever.
00:29:02.000 We persevere.
00:29:03.000 We push through it, though.
00:29:04.000 We lost, what, 50,000 subscribers?
00:29:06.000 We lost a bunch of subscribers, but we bounced back and we fucking hit a million.
00:29:09.000 Right?
00:29:10.000 Now we're at 1.5.
00:29:12.000 But we got demonetized.
00:29:14.000 Right?
00:29:15.000 Trials of tribulations is a thing.
00:29:18.000 And we've been, as you guys know, if you watch us, we've been pushing Rumble.
00:29:23.000 Why do we push Rumble?
00:29:24.000 We push Rumble because we know no matter what, you guys will be able to find us on Rumble.
00:29:30.000 Guys, YouTube is a very dangerous...
00:29:33.000 It's a very dangerous foundation to build a platform on.
00:29:37.000 Because unless you're making like fucking, you know...
00:29:40.000 Children content or pets or something like SuperSafe.
00:29:43.000 They can always demonetize you.
00:29:45.000 They can always ban you.
00:29:46.000 They can always give you a strike and fuck your channel up.
00:29:50.000 Literally, you're at their mercy.
00:29:52.000 So for us, we looked at it like, look, we have controversial takes on a multitude of different topics, right?
00:30:00.000 We need to go ahead and put our eggs in the basket where it makes sense for longevity purposes.
00:30:05.000 So we bet on Rumble, right?
00:30:08.000 And Rumble's growing.
00:30:09.000 They got, obviously, Tether, whatever.
00:30:12.000 But the reality is that we've been focusing on building Rumble and then Castle Club, right?
00:30:17.000 So, God forbid anything ever happened, you guys would know where to find us.
00:30:20.000 We look at YouTube as a marketing thing.
00:30:22.000 So, though we got demonetized and it's been extremely annoying and frustrating, right, it actually helped us become more resourceful.
00:30:33.000 Right?
00:30:33.000 With finding other ways to monetize, making content on Rumble, putting our stuff on a platform that's safe, etc.
00:30:40.000 So, obviously, since we prioritize Rumble and not YouTube, right, the views aren't going to be the same as they used to be because we're literally operating at 50%.
00:30:49.000 Right?
00:30:51.000 And I want every single person, like all these fucking haters, click this, idiots.
00:30:55.000 Alright?
00:30:57.000 A lot of you guys that talk shit about us, we're still bigger than you.
00:31:00.000 We still get more views than you.
00:31:02.000 And you know what sucks the most for y'all niggas?
00:31:04.000 We're more known than you and we're only operating at 50% fucking capacity.
00:31:10.000 If we went ahead and only streamed on fucking YouTube, right, and we didn't stream on Rumble or we did it the reverse way where we pushed everybody to YouTube, etc., we would eclipse you motherfuckers within weeks.
00:31:23.000 They'll sit there, they have the fucking nerve to say, oh, these niggas fell off, blah, blah, blah, when we don't put all our eggs in the YouTube basket anymore.
00:31:30.000 It doesn't make sense financially for us.
00:31:32.000 And on top of that, right, why would we go ahead and take a crazy risk and put everything all into YouTube when they've shown that they can literally fuck us up?
00:31:42.000 Right?
00:31:43.000 That's why I support Rumble so hard.
00:31:45.000 Right?
00:31:46.000 Like, Rumble had our back, so we got their back.
00:31:47.000 That's our main platform.
00:31:49.000 So we've built that up in Castle Club.
00:31:51.000 Because Castle Club and Rumble are the same.
00:31:53.000 So these bitch-ass niggas that say, oh, they fell off, blah, blah, blah.
00:31:57.000 They'll just show you YouTube numbers, but they don't show you our fucking Rumble numbers.
00:32:01.000 We're getting hundreds of thousands of views on Rumble, but they fell off.
00:32:07.000 No, motherfucker.
00:32:09.000 We went off to somewhere else, and we still are doing better than a lot of you niggas that are talking shit, operating at 50 fucking percent capacity.
00:32:16.000 You guys watch the show.
00:32:17.000 We put the view counters up there.
00:32:19.000 It's damn near split in half.
00:32:22.000 But if we weren't splitting it in half, and we just funneled everybody over to YouTube, We'd have way more views.
00:32:28.000 But these idiots think, oh, yeah, these niggas fell off because we're going to just look at YouTube numbers.
00:32:33.000 No.
00:32:34.000 We're not just on YouTube.
00:32:36.000 And the other thing, too, is that we're not one-dimensional, right?
00:32:39.000 Prior to us getting banned on Instagram, et cetera, we had millions of followers on there.
00:32:45.000 X, Twitter, right?
00:32:47.000 Huge following there now, right?
00:32:49.000 Because I've been taking Twitter more seriously since I've been into political stuff.
00:32:51.000 So when people sit there and say, oh, these guys fell off.
00:32:56.000 Or, you know, the downfall.
00:32:59.000 Because downfall videos are trending because everybody wants to see someone lose.
00:33:02.000 But they couldn't be further from the truth.
00:33:06.000 They couldn't be further from the truth.
00:33:07.000 Like, we're extremely popular.
00:33:08.000 People still know who we are.
00:33:09.000 Every time I go out, we get recognized, etc.
00:33:11.000 It's just that we're focusing on Rumble, man.
00:33:13.000 That's really what it comes down to because Rumble is free speech.
00:33:16.000 Rumble has our back.
00:33:17.000 And quite frankly, you're not safe on YouTube, guys.
00:33:20.000 Sorry.
00:33:21.000 Anybody in the conservative space will tell you.
00:33:25.000 YouTube does not favor right-wing content.
00:33:29.000 Whether you're Daily Wire, you're Steven Crowder, you're Bongino, you're any of these guys, YouTube doesn't favor content like this.
00:33:35.000 It just doesn't.
00:33:37.000 So, hey man, you know, these soy boys wanna sit there and say, oh, they fall off, blah, blah.
00:33:43.000 No, that's because we make content that isn't necessarily liberal.
00:33:46.000 And if you make content that isn't liberal, well, they're gonna censor you, man.
00:33:50.000 That's what it comes down to.
00:33:52.000 So yeah, a lot of jealousy, guys, with these fucking guys.
00:33:56.000 It's crazy how you get tackled to the club and the events that led up to...
00:34:00.000 Hold on one sec.
00:34:03.000 I'm trying to read the chat here.
00:34:09.000 Is literally what led to a fresher fit.
00:34:10.000 Yeah.
00:34:11.000 Yeah, bro.
00:34:11.000 Yeah.
00:34:12.000 That's the story, man.
00:34:14.000 That's the story.
00:34:14.000 Basically, me getting into some bullshit trouble is what got everything going.
00:34:22.000 But yeah, guys, so I say all that to say this.
00:34:26.000 A lot of these YouTubers that make these videos, like downfall videos, I feel like I see a new one every day or someone talking shit about us.
00:34:31.000 A lot of it is extra jealousy, man.
00:34:34.000 YouTubers are very jealous, vindictive people.
00:34:36.000 Like if you grow, if you get a lot of viewers, et cetera, like they'll find something to hate on, man.
00:34:41.000 And a lot of people dislike the fact that we're able to come in and build a million plus following without a big endorsement while being politically incorrect, right?
00:34:51.000 Doing it on our fucking own, and doing it so quickly.
00:34:58.000 A lot of people are jealous, bro.
00:35:00.000 A lot of people are fucking jealous.
00:35:01.000 So they sit there and lie and say we fell off, when in reality, our numbers still aren't bad, given the fact that we're only operating at 15% capacity, and we prioritize Rumble.
00:35:12.000 You see, another thing too, a lot of these YouTubers, their only source of income is YouTube ad revenue.
00:35:17.000 If they got demonetized, they'd be fucking cooked.
00:35:21.000 Right?
00:35:22.000 I showed you guys.
00:35:24.000 Abba made a video of Destiny, bro.
00:35:26.000 Like, what?
00:35:28.000 Literally, your friend is going through the worst time of his life.
00:35:34.000 The worst time of his life.
00:35:35.000 Girls are coming forward, making allegations.
00:35:37.000 He might have some criminal liability here.
00:35:40.000 People are making videos left, right, and center, trying to call him like a ditty.
00:35:43.000 A groomer is a sexual deviant, etc.
00:35:47.000 They're coming for Destiny's neck right now.
00:35:49.000 Right?
00:35:50.000 And what do you do?
00:35:52.000 You make a video kicking him while he's down.
00:35:57.000 With your 2 million plus subscriber channel.
00:36:00.000 Damn.
00:36:06.000 That's tough.
00:36:08.000 That's tough.
00:36:10.000 How is it that someone like me, who I don't have an allegiance to destiny, we disagree on everything, fundamentally we should be at each other's throats.
00:36:20.000 Right?
00:36:21.000 But how is it someone like me, even I have the wherewithal to understand that I'm not gonna kick somebody while they're down because we have a professional issue.
00:36:31.000 This is your friend, bro.
00:36:33.000 This is a guy that you've been to his house multiple times.
00:36:36.000 He's put you on.
00:36:39.000 Right?
00:36:40.000 He's put you on.
00:36:42.000 Because that thing has a pretty big audience chat.
00:36:45.000 And the fact that you would do that to your friend When they're going through the toughest time, it's crazy to me, bro.
00:36:57.000 Crazy to me.
00:36:59.000 But that shows you what kind of character he has.
00:37:01.000 And then he has the nerve.
00:37:02.000 He says, oh, I have a duty to my audience, right, to comment on this.
00:37:09.000 All right, bro.
00:37:10.000 Since you have a duty to your audience, let's see how honest you are.
00:37:12.000 Turn the monetization off and make the video, nigga.
00:37:15.000 Oh, no, he ain't doing that.
00:37:18.000 Because it's all about the money, man.
00:37:20.000 It's all about the money with some of these guys.
00:37:25.000 So that was eye-opening.
00:37:27.000 That was eye-opening.
00:37:28.000 The fact that he would throw his friend under the bus when they are absolutely coming in trying to destroy him is deplorable.
00:37:38.000 If I was testing, I would never talk to that nigga again.
00:37:42.000 Honestly.
00:37:45.000 And honestly, any YouTuber that's watching this right now...
00:37:48.000 Like, I would never invite Abba and preach to my shit.
00:37:52.000 Niggas are snakes, bro.
00:37:54.000 Dude, come to your house, eat your food, talk what you like, it's all good, and then the fucking hell comes to your front door and they don't got your back.
00:38:06.000 Like, if anything, when your friend is going through it, that's when you need to be ten toes down even more!
00:38:12.000 When they came in, Andrew Tate, bro.
00:38:16.000 Like, I'm not folding.
00:38:19.000 Oh!
00:38:20.000 Your friend's a human trafficker.
00:38:21.000 Remember Ethan Klein?
00:38:23.000 Remember that?
00:38:23.000 Bitch-ass Ethan Klein?
00:38:25.000 Snake-ass Ethan Klein?
00:38:26.000 Who's trying to destroy his boy Hasan and Hype Parker right now, matter of fact?
00:38:30.000 Trying to do a nuke bomb or some bullshit like that?
00:38:32.000 That's the problem with these liberals, bro.
00:38:34.000 These niggas don't got spines.
00:38:36.000 They're pussies.
00:38:38.000 They're soft.
00:38:39.000 They're cowards.
00:38:40.000 Right?
00:38:42.000 So, you know, yeah, man.
00:38:48.000 Just treacherous, bro.
00:38:49.000 Treacherous.
00:38:50.000 Remember we did the debate with Ethan Clyde?
00:38:52.000 Well, what if Andrew Tate gets found guilty?
00:38:56.000 Like, would you denounce him?
00:38:57.000 Nigga, I'm not even answering that because I know he's not guilty.
00:38:59.000 You're not going to try to get me out some got you moment to badmouth my friend and shit on him when the whole world's against him?
00:39:07.000 Calling him all these fucking, you know, deplorable terms?
00:39:11.000 Nah, bro.
00:39:12.000 Not doing that.
00:39:14.000 Not doing that.
00:39:15.000 Everything.
00:39:18.000 Everything.
00:39:19.000 Um.
00:39:19.000 Um...
00:39:23.000 Money isn't everything, bro.
00:39:25.000 Your soul matters.
00:39:26.000 I could go to sleep at night and know I did right by people.
00:39:31.000 Right?
00:39:36.000 So...
00:39:36.000 I'm not gonna kick a front while they're down.
00:39:41.000 I'm not gonna do it.
00:39:47.000 So anyway, let's go ahead and get into, let's see here.
00:39:55.000 Let's get into the first thing.
00:40:01.000 Make sure I get all these chats out the way.
00:40:04.000 Shout out to Patman.
00:40:05.000 No, he says, in the UK and I have found God after I became wealthier.
00:40:08.000 I thought to myself, why me over all the people?
00:40:11.000 I know I realized I was gifted from a young age, but it took me time to realize.
00:40:14.000 Keep slaying kings.
00:40:15.000 Appreciate that, bro.
00:40:17.000 Money doesn't make you happy, you misogynist prick.
00:40:19.000 Your missus is a prisoner, they tell me.
00:40:21.000 So I say, count my money, bitch.
00:40:23.000 Exactly jealous.
00:40:25.000 Yeah, a lot of jealousy.
00:40:27.000 Avengers Assemble.
00:40:28.000 I appreciate that, bro.
00:40:30.000 Okay, that's...
00:40:32.000 And then we got here.
00:40:34.000 The M-Fiend.
00:40:35.000 Did you hear about the three Humvees that went missing along with eight machine guns?
00:40:38.000 No, I didn't hear about that, bro.
00:40:40.000 Demboys LL says, heavy hate for 21st studio.
00:40:43.000 And the crooked nose, red pill, dating coach too.
00:40:46.000 Most hate came from the white red pill side.
00:40:49.000 Don't see the same guy for the single mom wife and no Fugazi guy.
00:40:51.000 Yeah.
00:40:52.000 Yeah, haters gonna hate, bro.
00:40:54.000 It is what it is.
00:40:56.000 Haters will always hate, man.
00:41:00.000 Yeah, okay, cool.
00:41:02.000 So let's go ahead and first thing we'll do, I got this video here, guys.
00:41:07.000 Let's go ahead and hit the plane crash, right?
00:41:11.000 As you guys know, A couple of days ago, a helicopter and a plane collided in Washington, D.C. right over the Potomac River.
00:41:18.000 And the latest I got is that there's no survivors.
00:41:23.000 I really like this channel here.
00:41:24.000 It's called AI Tele.
00:41:25.000 They put out some really cool graphic shit.
00:41:28.000 So let's go ahead and play this thing real fast.
00:41:35.000 And it's going to show you guys what went down.
00:41:39.000 Oh, let me turn the volume up.
00:41:42.000 I already know y'all gonna be like, bro, turn the volume up.
00:41:46.000 And, uh, people were making jokes saying that the helicopter pilot was a woman.
00:41:56.000 Holy.
00:41:57.000 Runway 33. In the videos ahead, we'll take a closer look at the final hours leading up to the crash.
00:42:04.000 The confusion between the PAP-25 VIP military helicopter and the air traffic controller...
00:42:11.000 And how the rescue operation is being carried out.
00:42:14.000 More details all in the video ahead.
00:42:18.000 The plane had departed from Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport in Kansas earlier that evening.
00:42:24.000 A PSA Airlines aircraft.
00:42:26.000 Operated under American Airlines and identified as Flight AA-5342 collided midair with a military Black Hawk helicopter at approximately 9 p.m.
00:42:37.000 on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. The tragic incident occurred as the plane was making its final approach toward Reagan-Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia.
00:42:47.000 American Airlines confirmed that 64 people were aboard the jet, 60 passengers, and four crew members, while three soldiers were aboard the military helicopter.
00:42:56.000 This plane's radio transponder stopped transmitting about 2,400 feet, which is around 730 meters short of the...
00:43:04.000 And I actually got footage of it right here, guys.
00:43:06.000 Here's footage of the explosion, man.
00:43:09.000 Viewer discretion advised, a little graphic.
00:43:13.000 Boom.
00:43:15.000 Bam.
00:43:16.000 And then you can see him fall into the river.
00:43:21.000 Crazy, bro.
00:43:23.000 There's no sound, by the way, Chad.
00:43:26.000 See, look, another one.
00:43:27.000 See them coming in.
00:43:30.000 Boom.
00:43:32.000 Crazy, dude.
00:43:36.000 Fucking tragic, man.
00:43:41.000 The runway, roughly over the middle of the river.
00:43:44.000 This has marked the first major U.S. commercial crash in more than 15 years.
00:43:50.000 From an aerial perspective, it is evident that Flight A-A5342 was approaching the airport from the south, descending over the scenic Potomac River.
00:43:59.000 This area is known for its proximity to several iconic landmarks, such as the Pentagon, located nearby in Pentagon City.
00:44:06.000 To the north, one can spot the striking dome of the United States Capitol building, a symbol of American democracy.
00:44:14.000 The Potomac River, which encircles the airport and much of Arlington, Yeah, very, very congested airspace, guys.
00:44:33.000 Very, very congested airspace.
00:44:34.000 Being an air traffic controller in this area, probably a fucking nightmare.
00:44:42.000 American Airlines Flight 5342, which we'll refer to as the landing flight.
00:44:47.000 was on its final approach to Runway 33. At this stage, called its short final, the aircraft was mere moments from landing, flying at an altitude of about 400 feet.
00:44:57.000 This is the most critical phase of landing where every second counts and pilots are laser-focused on safely bringing the plane down.
00:45:04.000 At the same time, an Army Black Hawk helicopter, identified as Pac-25, was reportedly on a possible training flight.
00:45:11.000 It was flying perpendicular to the flight path of Flight 5342. Following the course of the Potomac River.
00:45:19.000 The Potomac River is a designated flight corridor for helicopters, and it's common to see aircraft like this operating in the area.
00:45:25.000 The key difference between the two aircraft in this scenario was their operating rules.
00:45:30.000 The Black Hawk helicopter, Pac-25, was flying under visual flight rules.
00:45:35.000 This means it was required to rely on visual observation of its surroundings to avoid other aircraft.
00:45:40.000 The landing flight 5342 was operating under instrument flight rules, which give it priority over VFR flights in controlled airspace.
00:45:49.000 This system assumes that VFR aircraft will actively maintain visual separation to avoid conflicts.
00:45:55.000 Moments before the collision, the air traffic control tower at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport called PAT-25 to confirm whether they had the other aircraft in sight.
00:46:05.000 PAT-25 responded that they did.
00:46:07.000 At first glance, this seems like an acknowledgement that they were aware of Flight 5342's presence and were taking steps to avoid it.
00:46:15.000 However, it now seems likely that Pac-25 had mistakenly identified a different aircraft, possibly a departing flight from the same airport, and believed that was the other aircraft referred to by the tower.
00:46:27.000 Tragically, Pac-25 may not have realized that Flight 5342 was descending directly into its path.
00:46:34.000 This misidentification could have led to the Blackhawk failing to adjust its course in time to avoid a collision.
00:46:40.000 Although I'm not a pilot, this is what appears to have happened based on the available information.
00:46:45.000 It's a heartbreaking incident that raises questions about how such misunderstandings can occur and what safety measures can prevent them in the future.
00:46:52.000 If you have more insight or expertise, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
00:46:57.000 The passenger plane broke into multiple pieces and sank several feet into the river.
00:47:02.000 Meanwhile, the helicopter ended up landing upside down on the water.
00:47:05.000 Regarding the rescue mission, the main challenge is access.
00:47:08.000 The water they're working in is about 8 feet deep, which is roughly 2.5 meters.
00:47:13.000 On top of that, the conditions are tough.
00:47:16.000 There's strong wind, chunks of ice floating around, which obstructs rescue workers.
00:47:22.000 We also have audio from Air Traffic Control that has been published online, capturing the moments as the two aircraft approach each other.
00:47:29.000 In the recording, we can hear a conversation.
00:47:35.000 It appears to involve the air traffic controller with P standing for priority air transport, the helicopter, and CRJ referring to the passenger plane.
00:47:47.000 The response seems to come from a helicopter, but something goes terribly wrong.
00:47:55.000 The two aircraft continued to move closer to each other until they crash, and there was no response from the other side.
00:48:02.000 This long-shot video, recorded by the Kenvi Center cam, seems to show two aircraft, a helicopter and a commercial airliner colliding, creating a huge flash.
00:48:12.000 If you take a close-up shot, you can clearly see the Black Hawk helicopter traveling at an alarmingly high speed directly towards the plane, a moment of impending danger captured in stark detail.
00:48:22.000 According to reports, the situation unfolded due to apparent confusion on the part of the Black Hawk pilot.
00:48:28.000 Ah, shit.
00:48:31.000 Okay.
00:48:32.000 Well, he said he.
00:48:33.000 Well, we know it's not a he.
00:48:34.000 But, uh, so, yeah.
00:48:36.000 The helicopter fucked up.
00:48:38.000 ...second aircraft in the vicinity, which ultimately led to a critical misjudgment.
00:48:43.000 When the flight controller radioed in, asking if the pilot had identified Flight 5342, the pilot confidently confirmed that he had visual contact...
00:48:53.000 However, the plane he was referring to wasn't flight 5342. It was a completely different aircraft flying above his position.
00:49:00.000 This misidentification proved costly.
00:49:03.000 The pilot, certain he was operating safely, continued his course.
00:49:07.000 Tragically, he ended up flying directly into the path of an oncoming aircraft.
00:49:12.000 The sequence of events highlights the immense complexity and risks of aviation.
00:49:16.000 Where even small communication errors or lapses in situational awareness can lead to dangerous, life-threatening outcomes.
00:49:22.000 Let's take a look at a different case scenario of a Jeju Air Flight 2216. This South Korean airline was granted permission to land from the south on runway 1 northward.
00:49:33.000 But control tower cautions against bird activity...
00:49:35.000 And just so you guys know real quick, when it comes to air traffic control, which is actually one of the most stressful jobs, ranked one of the most stressful jobs in America...
00:49:44.000 They literally guide the plane every way.
00:49:48.000 Tells them, you know, hey, go up to this altitude, descend to this altitude, you know, turn it this much degrees left, right, east, west, north, south.
00:49:59.000 Like, pilots are almost, dude, they're like 90% reliant on air traffic controllers to tell them everything, right?
00:50:07.000 So, there's a miscommunication there.
00:50:10.000 Or they're not able to get a hold of them or something happens, like they're almost at the mercy of that person.
00:50:15.000 That's probably why he didn't see the helicopter coming.
00:50:18.000 Right?
00:50:18.000 Because they rely on air traffic controls that much.
00:50:23.000 So the aircraft made a slight deviation in flight path.
00:50:27.000 The pilot declares mayday after it hit a couple of birds and it was instructed to make a go around and land on runway 19 southward.
00:50:35.000 It was at this moment the airplane encountered another problem with the landing gear which did not open.
00:50:41.000 Finally, the plane had to make a belly landing with what was...
00:50:44.000 We actually did an episode on air traffic control with a guy that's air traffic controller.
00:50:50.000 So feel free to go watch that episode, guys.
00:50:52.000 We go into detail on that one.
00:50:55.000 Very educational.
00:50:55.000 landing gear failure because it hit in the middle of the runway and crashed into the elevated local lyzer antenna and concrete erupting into a huge fireball while the tail section remained intact morning 8 57 a tc broadcasts a cautionary advisory about bird activity in the vicinity of the airport 8 59 the pilot of flight 7 c2216 reports a bird strike declares an emergency with repeated
00:51:25.000 Also guys do me a favor We got 445 likes on this.
00:51:30.000 Guys, let's hit 1,000.
00:51:31.000 We got 1,300 of you ninjas watching.
00:51:33.000 On YouTube, another 1,400.
00:51:35.000 See, we got the audience split.
00:51:36.000 Look, guys, you can see the number there, right?
00:51:38.000 If I was, like, only streaming on one, we'd have double the views, right?
00:51:43.000 But people are stupid and don't get it.
00:51:45.000 They're like, yo, if we're not monetized, it don't make sense.
00:51:48.000 But obviously, YouTube is more of a discovery thing.
00:51:50.000 But Rumble is the home base, guys.
00:51:52.000 But do me this favor, guys.
00:51:53.000 Like the video on YouTube.
00:51:54.000 Get up in the algorithm.
00:51:55.000 Bring more normies over so they come over to the dark side of Rumble.
00:51:58.000 So, yeah.
00:52:00.000 This is what he said Mayday, Mayday, Mayday calls and notifies a TC with the message.
00:52:06.000 Bird strike, bird strike, go around.
00:52:09.000 Just one minute after the bird strike at 9 o'clock.
00:52:12.000 The flight initiates a go-around maneuver and requests authorization to land on runway 19, which requires an approach from the opposite end of the airport's single runway that is from the north to the south, which is not the actual landing procedure.
00:52:26.000 Usually then land from the south to the north.
00:52:30.000 9.01 in the morning, ATC clears the aircraft to land on runway 19.
00:52:35.000 9.02 local time.
00:52:37.000 The aircraft touches down on the runway approximately 1,200 meters, which translates to 3,940 feet from the threshold of the 2,800 meter.
00:52:48.000 This is around 9,184 foot runway.
00:52:53.000 9.02 and 55 seconds later, the airport fire rescue unit completes the deployment of fire rescue equipment.
00:53:00.000 9.03 Flight 7C-2216 overshoots the runway and crashes into a hill-like structure beyond the runway's end, which later on we came to know that it hit the localizer antenna and its adjacent concrete embankment.
00:53:16.000 And finally, we have a missile attack plane crash.
00:53:19.000 At 10.43 AM Kazakh time, which is...
00:53:22.000 Russia's Rostov Air Traffic Control Center received a signal indicating that the crew had decided to divert the flight to Akta due to adverse weather conditions in Baku and Mekachkala, a city in Russia's Dagestan region.
00:53:35.000 At 10.53 a.m., the Rostov flight director informed Akta's flight manager that an oxygen tank in the passenger cabin had exploded.
00:53:44.000 This explosion reportedly caused passengers to lose consciousness, prompting the crew to request immediate medical assistance upon landing.
00:53:52.000 Emergency teams were swiftly mobilized at ACTOT Airport in preparation for the aircraft's arrival.
00:53:58.000 At 11.2 a.m., the pilots made contact with ACTOT Airport's air traffic control tower.
00:54:03.000 Despite their efforts, the crew faced significant challenges during their descent.
00:54:07.000 They attempted to land twice but were unable to maintain altitude or stabilize the aircraft.
00:54:13.000 Tragically, at 11.28 a.m., contact with the crew was lost and moments later, the plane crashed to the ground.
00:54:20.000 This means the plane was hit between 10.30 to 10.53 a.m.
00:54:24.000 Kazakh time by the Russian anti-air defense system.
00:54:27.000 In this scenario, the plane is flying at a significantly higher altitude, rendering the cannons ineffective.
00:54:34.000 Consequently...
00:54:35.000 All right, so this is from the plane crash from before.
00:54:38.000 And then let's see what's the latest with the D.C. crash.
00:54:43.000 You're joining us here on CBS News 24-7.
00:54:46.000 I'm Lindsay Reiser.
00:54:47.000 We continue to cover the...
00:54:48.000 You're not starting eating again, guys?
00:54:49.000 Sunflower seeds.
00:54:50.000 I do enjoy eating them, man.
00:54:52.000 Barbecue is my favorite flavor.
00:54:54.000 I haven't eaten them in so long, I just picked them back up and I was like, oh shit, man, I forget how fun sunflower seeds are.
00:55:00.000 Tragedy just outside our nation's capital.
00:55:02.000 The first commercial airline disaster in the U.S. in 16 years.
00:55:06.000 Search and recovery efforts are underway following a deadly mid-air collision between a military aircraft and a regional American Airlines plane last night in Washington.
00:55:15.000 The National Transportation Safety Board is on the scene.
00:55:18.000 As emergency crews searched the Potomac River to find crash victims.
00:55:22.000 60 passengers were believed to be on board the American Airlines flight along with four crew members.
00:55:28.000 Several U.S. and Russian figure skaters were on the plane when it crashed.
00:55:32.000 Additionally, three soldiers were on board the military helicopter.
00:55:36.000 Officials say roughly 30 bodies have been recovered so far, including all three soldiers.
00:55:41.000 This video, courtesy of EarthCam, the one we're about to show you, shows the moment of collision.
00:55:46.000 The jet, we're told, was on course, here's that video, approaching Ronald Reagan, Washington National Airport in Virginia, after departing from Wichita, Kansas, just two hours earlier.
00:55:57.000 NTSB Chairperson Jennifer Homendy discussed the investigation.
00:56:01.000 We are all here because this is an all-hands, on-deck event.
00:56:07.000 And we're here to assure the American people that we are going to leave no stone unturned in this investigation.
00:56:17.000 We are going to conduct a thorough investigation of this entire tragedy, looking at the facts.
00:56:26.000 Skyler Henry was at the press conference and joins me now.
00:56:29.000 Skyler, what more are we learning after today's briefing about how they will go about their process?
00:56:33.000 Because they told us they were frank.
00:56:36.000 Today is the first full day for them on the scene and they can't be divulging any facts about that.
00:56:42.000 I'll say that this is probably the biggest case that NTSB has done since the Kobe Bryant crash.
00:56:49.000 Guys, if you guys remember when Kobe Bryant was on a helicopter and it crashed back then, that is definitely By far, the last time they had this much press coverage.
00:57:00.000 Which, man, that's almost four or five years now.
00:57:03.000 Broski said, Meyer Gaines, I'll send you a screenshot on the Discord.
00:57:05.000 Okay.
00:57:06.000 The American airspace.
00:57:07.000 Cool.
00:57:07.000 The case yet.
00:57:10.000 Yeah, and that also includes getting in front of any sort of speculation that we have seen, not only on social media, but also from members of the Trump administration.
00:57:19.000 And so they say that they will be taking their time, as you pointed out.
00:57:22.000 Oh, yeah.
00:57:23.000 Trump...
00:57:24.000 Here, I'll open up a tab for you guys on the side.
00:57:26.000 We'll keep watching this.
00:57:28.000 Assessing exactly what happened.
00:57:30.000 Interesting to note that they say that they have yet to recover any of the so-called black boxes on either of the aircraft, the commercial regional jet or that Black Hawk helicopter.
00:57:41.000 They also say that they have yet to...
00:57:43.000 Get to the flight data recorder, which is underwater, and that is the other component to this that is so unusual, Lindsay, just the fact that this was a water emergency and that crews are not only dealing with trying to obviously recover as many of those bodies as possible, but also really try to get to the bottom of exactly what happened here, knowing that the conditions are treacherous and the initial parts of this effort and these efforts were all happening under the cloak of darkness.
00:58:15.000 They also talked about what methods that they will be taking moving forward in terms of this meticulous process to try to reconstruct exactly what happened and if there was any sort of fault at all.
00:58:25.000 They say that they will be looking through a series of groups, working groups.
00:58:28.000 They say that there will be a structure group, a systems group, a helicopter group, given the fact that a military helicopter was involved, but also a human performance group as well.
00:58:37.000 And that's interesting because I asked one of the board members, Lindsay, about that earlier today.
00:58:41.000 Earlier today, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth referenced that mistakes were made last night.
00:58:47.000 And so I asked whether that meant human error or if there were some sort of mechanical failure.
00:58:52.000 But of course, as I pointed out before, they did not want to get in front of any sort of preliminary findings.
00:58:57.000 They did say that we should see something happen here within the next 30 days as far as their initial findings and reports.
00:59:04.000 But a part of that human performance group, they say that they will take into consideration what we're having.
00:59:10.000 I mean, Chad, I would say it's safe to say it was the helicopter's fault.
00:59:14.000 It's all in the helicopter, man.
00:59:17.000 Because helicopters don't rely on air traffic controllers as much as commercial airplanes do.
00:59:25.000 Definitely the helicopter fucked up here.
00:59:28.000 Big fuck up, I would say.
00:59:30.000 That's why Pete Hexeth came out and said, hey, you know, it's on us because this is military.
00:59:35.000 Obviously, he's the secretary of defense.
00:59:37.000 As secretary of defense, he is the head honcho when it comes to the U.S. Armed Forces.
00:59:41.000 So, you know, which I'll give them credit for that, for taking accountability on that.
00:59:44.000 What was going on with the pilots of both the commercial regional aircraft as well as the military aircraft as well.
00:59:52.000 We also heard that there were apparently recording devices on the military helicopter that could lend a hand in terms of getting to the bottom of this investigation.
01:00:02.000 And there are also reports out there as well speculating about what was happening inside.
01:00:10.000 of air traffic control and whether that was properly staffed or if there were other people that were needed given the types of aircraft and the amount of operations going on here at the airport during the time of the collision and so they say that they do not want to get in front of any of that at this point but they say that they will continue to update us as quickly and as thoroughly as they can and they also point out that everyone as far as next of kin has yet to be notified they are still Working to
01:00:40.000 try to brief families, some of whom are still making their way to Washington, D.C., in order to get briefed as to what exactly happened here.
01:00:49.000 They did say that they, in some cases, make arrangements so that family members can make their way to the collision site, in this case what would be the banks of the Potomac River.
01:00:57.000 But they say that there are still people still trying to make their way here to Washington, D.C. They've yet to contact everyone as it relates to next of kin of those who may have been on board as well.
01:01:07.000 We should also point out...
01:01:08.000 Given the fact of who at least we have come to identify as far as...
01:01:13.000 Passengers on board those aircraft.
01:01:16.000 We know that there was a figure skating component.
01:01:19.000 Some of the top figure skaters out there from both the U.S. and from Russia.
01:01:23.000 President Trump alluded to that earlier today during that press briefing and also talked about how he and the United States would be responsible for getting those remains back to Russia.
01:01:34.000 He also said that there were some other passengers on board those aircraft that were from other countries.
01:01:40.000 We're yet to see exactly where they are from as well.
01:01:43.000 But it just goes to show just how much work is left to do as crews and all of these administration and organizations work to really try to get to the bottom of what happened.
01:01:54.000 Skyler, they said that right now they are still in active recovery mode.
01:01:58.000 But you had mentioned the flight data recorders, the black boxes on the helicopter.
01:02:02.000 Those still have yet to be recovered, but also other kinds of evidence, including debris and even cell phones.
01:02:08.000 What did they say about that?
01:02:12.000 The cell phones are gonna be huge because they'll be able to see what they were doing on their phones right before the crash.
01:02:17.000 Bro, if they find out that one of these guys was like surfing the web or some shit right before the crash, that's gonna be a big fucking, that's gonna be a big L, man.
01:02:27.000 I hope not, man.
01:02:30.000 They said that they were going to be...
01:02:32.000 Did you guys see the trooper that was, uh, he hit a lady and he was fucking looking at porn?
01:02:36.000 Bruh.
01:02:37.000 I'll pull that up for you guys.
01:02:38.000 Fucking ridiculous.
01:02:38.000 Sensitive as it relates to passengers' cell phones and also their personal belongings and how that could help with this investigation.
01:02:49.000 But they also said that what they noticed as it relates to the fuselage of the commercial regional jet was that it was broken into three pieces.
01:03:00.000 That's something that we heard from officials within the Trump administration earlier today as well as other officials who made that initial press conference here at the airport.
01:03:11.000 And so they say that both the aircraft, the American Airlines aircraft, as well as the military aircraft were It flips upside down.
01:03:20.000 They also talked about the challenges given the space in this investigation because of that Potomac River that I talked about.
01:03:28.000 Not only is the river rushing at this current moment, but it is still cold.
01:03:32.000 It did snow here recently in Washington, D.C., and so crews are working around the clock to not only gather, as you pointed out, and try to recover as many bodies as possible, but as much evidence as possible as they look to reconstruct exactly what happened here.
01:03:45.000 Skyler, they were asked about whether there was any indication of whether anybody made it off of the plane.
01:03:52.000 What was the response?
01:03:54.000 Yeah.
01:03:57.000 Yeah, I don't think there were any survivors, Chad.
01:03:59.000 They said, and echoed the same sentiments as the D.C. Fire Chief earlier today, just given the conditions.
01:04:08.000 At this point, they haven't been able to determine whether anyone was able to make it off of the aircraft.
01:04:14.000 They say it was almost an instant collision and the fact that it happened the way it did, it was almost improbable, so to speak.
01:04:23.000 To imagine that anyone could have survived the impact of this crash.
01:04:27.000 And that's something really that takes your breath away, Lindsay, when you think about it, given the fact that that American Airlines flight was so close to landing here at the airport, minutes away even.
01:04:37.000 And the fact that, at least from earlier reports, every indication has said that we're talking about hundreds of feet as it relates to altitude.
01:04:47.000 And so because of that, they say that...
01:04:50.000 Given the circumstances, given the impact and how quickly everything happened, it was pretty difficult to imagine that anyone could have survived what happened here last night.
01:04:59.000 Such a tragedy.
01:05:00.000 So this is Trump.
01:05:03.000 Did a press conference after.
01:05:05.000 Oh, let me turn this volume up for you ninjas.
01:05:10.000 I changed the Obama standards from very mediocre at best to extraordinary.
01:05:18.000 You remember that.
01:05:20.000 Only the highest aptitude — they have to be the highest intellect and psychologically superior people — were allowed to qualify for air traffic controllers.
01:05:33.000 That was not so prior to getting there.
01:05:36.000 When I arrived in 2016, I made that change very early on because I always felt this was a job that — and other jobs, too — but this was a job that had to be superior intelligence.
01:05:50.000 We didn't really have that, and we had it.
01:05:52.000 Very stressful job, guys.
01:05:54.000 They get paid a lot, though.
01:05:55.000 But it's constantly ranked in the top five most stressful jobs.
01:06:02.000 Other ones that are notable are taxi cab drivers, air traffic controllers, and liquor store owners.
01:06:12.000 Strange assortment, but it makes sense when you think about it.
01:06:16.000 And then when I left office...
01:06:18.000 And Biden took over.
01:06:20.000 He changed them back to lower than ever before.
01:06:25.000 I put safety first.
01:06:27.000 Obama, Biden, and the Democrats put policy first.
01:06:30.000 And they put politics at a level that nobody's ever seen because this was the lowest level.
01:06:39.000 Their policy was horrible and their politics was even worse.
01:06:45.000 So as you know, last week, long before the crash, I signed an...
01:06:48.000 The Democrats are going crazy, by the way, for this.
01:06:51.000 I'll show you guys, uh...
01:06:53.000 Fuckin', you go to Dean Withers, this fuckin' loser.
01:06:59.000 He went crazy.
01:07:03.000 Um...
01:07:03.000 Insane news, Trump just blamed the D.C. plane crash on DEI disabled people Obama and Biden.
01:07:08.000 Then I responded, Insane news, you challenge people to debates that run like a coward.
01:07:14.000 Matter of fact, should we white snake this one?
01:07:18.000 Chat?
01:07:19.000 Should we?
01:07:22.000 I think we already beat everybody else.
01:07:26.000 It's fine.
01:07:27.000 We don't need to use the OSS. Not worth it.
01:07:29.000 Not right now.
01:07:29.000 now he's not worth our time.
01:07:30.000 The President: Executive order restoring the highest standards for air traffic controllers and other important jobs throughout the country.
01:07:38.000 So it was very interesting.
01:07:39.000 About a week ago, almost upon entering office, I signed something last week that was an executive order very powerful on restoring the highest standards of air traffic controllers and others, by the way.
01:07:56.000 And my administration will set the highest possible bar for aviation safety.
01:08:01.000 We have to have our smartest people.
01:08:03.000 It doesn't matter what they look like, how they speak, who they are.
01:08:07.000 It matters intellect, talent, the word talent.
01:08:11.000 You have to be talented, naturally talented geniuses.
01:08:15.000 You can't have regular people doing that job.
01:08:17.000 They won't be able to do it.
01:08:19.000 But we'll restore faith in American air travel.
01:08:25.000 Shout out to Shizzy B. He says, did you hear about the brimless cult leader that was arrested?
01:08:32.000 What do you get arrested for?
01:08:35.000 Let me look at that.
01:08:36.000 Hold on.
01:08:38.000 What are you going to rest for?
01:08:39.000 Hold on one sec, bro.
01:08:44.000 I'm trying to read your chat here.
01:08:46.000 Okay.
01:08:49.000 Arrested in Guatemala for child exploitation?
01:08:52.000 I think I did hear about that.
01:08:54.000 I think I did hear about that.
01:08:56.000 I saw it on Twitter somewhere.
01:08:58.000 So yeah, the Democrats are going crazy over this, man, because he's blaming DEI. But, I mean, he's saying, look, man, we need to make sure that we have the highest standards for air traffic controller, which I agree, bro.
01:09:07.000 It's a very stressful job, and it's a very important job.
01:09:10.000 You can't have idiots on it.
01:09:11.000 But at the same time...
01:09:13.000 From what I understand, this woman that was the pilot that crashed, she didn't have that many flight hours.
01:09:21.000 She was, like, training or some shit.
01:09:23.000 So, we'll see what happens.
01:09:27.000 Let me show you guys this fucking trooper, speaking of which, because, dude, if they find out that they were using their phones, that's going to be a problem.
01:09:34.000 But look at this fucking guy, Florida deputy.
01:09:36.000 Nigga, bro.
01:09:37.000 Yeah, that...
01:09:38.000 Suck.
01:09:41.000 Yeah, that sucked.
01:09:43.000 A Florida police officer is off the job after he crashed his patrol car while watching, let's just say, things he definitely should not have been watching at that time.
01:09:51.000 Newly released body cam footage shows the deputy's reaction to the accident, and an internal investigation report shows he came clean before resigning.
01:09:57.000 Welcome to Sidebar, presented by Law & Crime, I'm Jesse Weber.
01:10:01.000 Bro, I do, I do, you know, fap it to some porn and then get, man.
01:10:05.000 These dudes are wild, bro.
01:10:08.000 So I tell you guys, pornography is literally evil, bro.
01:10:11.000 It will ruin your life, man.
01:10:14.000 By the way, like the video, guys.
01:10:15.000 We got on Fresh and Fit.
01:10:19.000 Sorry, not Fresh and Fit.
01:10:21.000 Yeah, guys, like the video.
01:10:22.000 Let's hit 1,000 likes.
01:10:23.000 We got only 621. Well, why would he quit?
01:10:34.000 It's probably an accident, right?
01:10:35.000 Why would he quit over this?
01:10:35.000 You see, the fact that he crashed isn't the reason he was the subject of an internal investigation.
01:10:39.000 No, it's because of what he was doing just before the accident.
01:10:43.000 And to talk more about that, I'm going to bring in Alexis Rosenberg, trial attorney, federal litigator, to talk more about this.
01:10:47.000 Thanks so much for coming here on Sidebar.
01:10:48.000 Appreciate it.
01:10:49.000 Thank you for having me.
01:10:50.000 Now, before I get your reaction to all this, I want to play a little bit of the body cam video.
01:10:53.000 So the audio doesn't come in until just after McComer rear-ends the car, but you can tell he has something in his right hand, and that looks like a phone.
01:11:02.000 Bro. Bro.
01:11:32.000 So, this accident happened back in November in Sorrento, Florida, around 1.30 in the afternoon.
01:11:36.000 Then, Deputy McComer hit the other car hard enough to deploy his airbag, which, of course, would leave anybody disoriented, but he gets out of the patrol car and eventually reaches down to pick up, again, his phone from the floorboard.
01:11:46.000 Oh darn it.
01:11:48.000 Yeah, that sucked.
01:11:58.000 You okay?
01:12:02.000 Yeah, I'm good.
01:12:14.000 You could hear McComber say that his brakes locked up seemingly blaming that for why he couldn't stop in time.
01:12:30.000 And we don't know if the driver of that car was injured in any way, but she appeared to be conscious alert when McComber...
01:12:34.000 Yeah, brakes locked up my fucking ass, bro.
01:12:36.000 You were too busy locking up some porn, if you know what I'm saying, bro.
01:12:40.000 Wild.
01:12:43.000 You know, what's your reaction to that video?
01:12:46.000 First thoughts.
01:12:47.000 When you first look at the video, you're not really sure what he's grabbing for or the movement.
01:12:52.000 You really have to focus in on the video to see, as you mentioned, that there's a phone that he is grabbing for.
01:12:57.000 So you don't know that he necessarily was doing anything inappropriate.
01:13:01.000 And we will get into what seemingly really did cause this crash.
01:13:04.000 And, oh boy, is it something.
01:13:05.000 But before we get into that, you know, his reaction is oriented.
01:13:08.000 He's relatively calm considering he knows he's at fault for what just happened, though, right?
01:13:13.000 He knew what he was doing, even though it wasn't at first glance so evident in the video.
01:13:17.000 But he definitely knew, which we later find out, that he was doing something inappropriate.
01:13:20.000 He shouldn't have been doing that.
01:13:21.000 As well as in the video, we can see that he jumped out of the car, and it doesn't appear he had his seatbelt even on.
01:13:25.000 Ah, yes, we will talk about that a little bit more.
01:13:27.000 So McComer had radioed into dispatch, and an investigator came out to document the scene.
01:13:31.000 According to an internal report, McComer told officials that he had just finished up a phone call with another deputy when he'd seen the sedan stopped in the road for a school bus on the other side of the street with its lights flashing.
01:13:39.000 He claims the brakes on his patrol car locked up.
01:13:42.000 See, and that's where you fuck up because when you lie, bro, you're cooked.
01:13:47.000 Absolutely cooked.
01:13:48.000 And, you know, I remember when I was an agent, right, on the job.
01:13:51.000 If an agent got in a crash, you'd go out there and you have to obviously, you know, take a report, et cetera, and document it for the government cars.
01:13:59.000 But in this case, man, he's over here saying like, oh, no, I got off the phone with another deputy.
01:14:03.000 Like, bro, they're going to absolutely look into that.
01:14:05.000 The fact that he hit a civilian is what makes this even worse because now he's opening up the police department to liability.
01:14:12.000 And McComer also told officials that the ABS light on his dashboard had been lit up since he had some calibrations done on the speedometer.
01:14:17.000 Here is the problem with that.
01:14:18.000 An investigator looked back at that body cam video that we were displaying you and saw that McComer was looking at something on his phone when he crashed.
01:14:24.000 So what was he looking at?
01:14:25.000 Well, let's start with this.
01:14:26.000 So we got our hands on the internal report, which details how an investigator followed up with McComer the day after the crash to ask him about the fact that you could see he was looking at something on his phone.
01:14:33.000 It reads, quote, McComber is viewing a picture or a video at the time of the crash, and he was not scrolling through text messages.
01:14:59.000 Upon further review, you can see D.S. McComber exit the patrol vehicle, approximately, and it gives them the time stamp there, and there is no evidence of him removing his seatbelt.
01:15:05.000 He looks back into his patrol vehicle, and you can see the driver's seatbelt is latched and tied against the seat.
01:15:09.000 It appears that the seatbelt was latched behind his back and not being utilized at the time of the crash.
01:15:13.000 So then, the investigator follows up with McComber's usual supervisor, who told him there were no videos or photographs in the group chat between him and the other sector three members, like McComber had said.
01:15:22.000 So at this point, McComer is written up for three violations of department policy.
01:15:25.000 One is departure from the truth.
01:15:26.000 Another is certain use of electronic handheld devices prohibited.
01:15:29.000 And another is use of safety.
01:15:30.000 Now, the biggest one, guys, is when you're not honest, that's going to fuck you up every time.
01:15:34.000 And the reason why, guys, that's the fastest way to lose your job when you work in law enforcement.
01:15:38.000 Because when you lie, what ends up happening is they say, oh, well, your lack of candor, right?
01:15:44.000 And when they say lack of candor, what ends up happening with that is you can't testify.
01:15:48.000 And that can be used, like, if you can't testify in court.
01:15:51.000 You're becoming effectively useless to prosecutors.
01:15:54.000 So, the number one thing is not lying.
01:15:58.000 Like, literally, it's the worst thing you could do.
01:16:00.000 So, him lying about being in that group chat, et cetera, when the dude was actually looking, gooning, or about a goon, that's what really fucked him up there.
01:16:11.000 Also, guys, like I said before, it's a little bit harder for me to read chats because I'm using Restream.
01:16:18.000 Let me do this.
01:16:19.000 I'll read the chats real fast.
01:16:20.000 And then, guys, from this point forward, please use MyronGainesX.com to donate to the show and get involved in the show.
01:16:25.000 All the chats are going to show up on screen.
01:16:26.000 I won't be able to pull up Rumble Rants and Castle Club chats like I normally do.
01:16:30.000 So it'd be a lot better if we just send it in MyronGainesX.com.
01:16:35.000 I'm going to put it.
01:16:36.000 Josie, do you mind pinning it for me?
01:16:37.000 Like, putting the thing and pinning it for me, Josie?
01:16:40.000 Mods, if you guys don't mind helping me with this.
01:16:44.000 Let's see here.
01:16:44.000 We got Rosenberg Cha-Ching.
01:16:45.000 Okay, Top Shea.
01:16:47.000 Hello, Myron.
01:16:47.000 What's good?
01:16:48.000 Question.
01:16:48.000 Was the only camera angle?
01:16:49.000 It was so close to the airport.
01:16:51.000 Seems odd.
01:16:51.000 Cha-ching.
01:16:53.000 Canuck says, Hey, Myron.
01:16:54.000 Concerning H-1B visas, I know how you feel about Doge's recent decision.
01:16:58.000 Alex Jones and the Health Ranger, Mike Adams, recently had a conversation concerning this issue.
01:17:02.000 Their position seems sensible to me.
01:17:04.000 Long story short, it involves woke, China, and AI. Here's the link.
01:17:08.000 Jump to 1820. Let it play for a minute or two if you want to hear the gist of it.
01:17:12.000 So concerning H-1B visas.
01:17:15.000 All right.
01:17:15.000 We have time.
01:17:20.000 All right, well, um, I'll have that in the back burner.
01:17:24.000 Let me, uh, move this if we have time.
01:17:28.000 Remember, we got that debate at 8 p.m., ninjas.
01:17:30.000 So, um, we got here, Chief Raka says, uh, talk about Black Hawk Down.
01:17:37.000 Okay.
01:17:38.000 Hey, Martin, did you have to enter the military?
01:17:40.000 And if so, did you do?
01:17:41.000 Or were you not obligated because of law enforcement?
01:17:43.000 No, I didn't.
01:17:43.000 I was never in the military, guys.
01:17:44.000 I was not in the military.
01:17:48.000 So, yeah, guys, use the MyronGainesX chat mods.
01:17:51.000 If you guys don't mind putting it and pinning it, tell them to support MyronGainesX.
01:17:56.000 That way, it'll be a lot easier because all your chats will be shown on screen.
01:18:00.000 I want you guys to get the acknowledgement for supporting the show.
01:18:02.000 And I'm going to read every single chat on there, too.
01:18:04.000 So instead of donating on Gals Club or RumbleRank, guys, for today, well, I prefer it anyway because it helps your boy out.
01:18:09.000 But also, it makes it easier for the chat to show up on screen and me read it.
01:18:17.000 Take Notes goes, Yo, Martin, I got a crazy name and design for your show I want to share with you.
01:18:22.000 I DMed it to you.
01:18:23.000 But where'd you DM it to me, bro?
01:18:24.000 On X? On YouTube?
01:18:26.000 Where'd you DM it to me?
01:18:30.000 That's the question, my friend.
01:18:31.000 Where did you DM it?
01:18:32.000 Who's looking at some sort of image?
01:18:42.000 It wasn't the group chat.
01:18:43.000 And they don't even know what exactly those images or image is as of yet.
01:18:46.000 Now, as we wonder whether or not Mr. McComer may need a great lawyer, let me tell you about Law& Crime's exclusive personal injury law firm, Morgan& Morgan, our great partner and sponsor.
01:18:53.000 This is a firm with over a thousand...
01:18:54.000 Talk to me about these violations and talk to me about the fact that how many times in your career does one person say something and yet the digital evidence, the body cam, the cell phone, it tells the true story of what's going on.
01:19:04.000 First, let's just say liar, liar, pants on fire.
01:19:06.000 You would think he would know better.
01:19:07.000 Also, he knows the policies and procedures, and he knows that if there's an accident in a police car, they're going to go back, do an investigation, and they're going to look at body cam, they're going to look at dashboard cam.
01:19:15.000 I just don't even see how he thought he was going to get away with this.
01:19:18.000 But, I mean, now that videos are so prevalent, and that we have them so many times in court cases and investigations, workers' comp investigations, they're so prevalent, you should just assume they exist.
01:19:28.000 Because that is really going to speak volumes.
01:19:30.000 If we didn't have that, nobody probably would have even suspected that this was anything but what he was saying.
01:19:35.000 Yeah, and talk to me about the violations, because my understanding is, even if he hadn't resigned, and we haven't even talked about what was on the phone yet, if he hadn't resigned...
01:19:42.000 Well, I'll tell you this right now, and I'm interested to see what she's going to say, but the lying is going to fuck him up.
01:19:48.000 The lying is by far the worst thing that they got him for.
01:19:52.000 And just the fact that he wasn't wearing the safety belt, was looking at something on his phone, was not being honest...
01:19:57.000 That would have been grounds for him to be fired, right?
01:19:59.000 It would, but most police departments have a union, and there is a pretty long and in-depth policy and procedure to enable them to actually be fired.
01:20:07.000 A lot of times we'll hear they're put on administrative leave during an investigation.
01:20:10.000 So a full-on investigation in those processes, due process, would have a right to.
01:20:15.000 So it wouldn't be simply that they did those violations and then they would turn around and say, fire him the next day.
01:20:19.000 But based on what we know from this video and what has come out, and it does appear that they do have a valid reason for termination.
01:20:26.000 So now we go back to the investigative report, okay?
01:20:28.000 And it states, on November 12, 2024, D.S. McComber was served with his subject officer notification and given a copy of the Officer's Bill of Rights.
01:20:34.000 On November 19, this detective received a copy of the Sector 3 text group messages for the date of the crash.
01:20:38.000 The group's text messages contained no memes or videos, again, saying that he wasn't being honest about what he was looking at.
01:20:43.000 On November 20, 2024, this detective met with D.S. McComber at the Office of Professional Standards to complete an interview.
01:20:47.000 D.S. McComber was given time to review the case file prior to any questioning.
01:20:50.000 D.S. McComber was read his administrative notification and he agreed to tell the truth.
01:20:53.000 Real quick, Alexis, this is all the show.
01:20:54.000 That he has his due process rights that are being adhered to, right?
01:20:56.000 You know, he's been given notice, he's been given a copy.
01:20:58.000 That's what this is all about, right?
01:21:00.000 Correct.
01:21:00.000 They're following the procedure in order to be able to ultimately, if they make a determination, terminate him appropriately.
01:21:05.000 Got it.
01:21:06.000 Okay, so now it goes on to say, DS McComb...
01:21:08.000 This is Internal Affairs doing this investigation.
01:21:11.000 Their Office of Professional Responsibility, they have a different name for it, but the same thing.
01:21:15.000 This is basically Internal Affairs.
01:21:17.000 Because now, he has some pretty serious misconduct.
01:21:21.000 McComber stated that he was on the phone with D.S. Hoffman prior to the vehicle crash, but he was on his personal phone after that phone call looking at inappropriate pictures.
01:21:27.000 D.S. McComber was asked to clarify what he meant by inappropriate pictures, and he stated pornographic material like boobs or whatnot.
01:21:35.000 It actually says that, like boobs or whatnot.
01:21:36.000 D.S. McComber stated he was looking at images that contained nudity.
01:21:40.000 Alexis, the cat's out of the bag.
01:21:41.000 This member of law enforcement was allegedly looking at porn when he crashed the car.
01:21:45.000 Does it get any worse than that?
01:21:46.000 Well, he was specifically looking at movies while he crashed the car.
01:21:50.000 I mean, there are so many things wrong with this.
01:21:52.000 You know, like you mentioned, he doesn't have the seatbelt on.
01:21:55.000 He's looking at porn.
01:21:55.000 He's not paying attention.
01:21:57.000 Ultimately, he hits a car that was stopped for a bus.
01:21:59.000 So we're at a bus stop or in a school zone.
01:22:02.000 You know, he's not following, it appears, like any of the policies that he is mandated to do it and has no concern for public safety either.
01:22:08.000 And what's scary is he could have killed someone.
01:22:10.000 He really could have killed someone.
01:22:11.000 We talk about distracted driving all the time.
01:22:13.000 You know, it wouldn't have been that bad.
01:22:15.000 If he was, like, looking at a YouTube video or whatever, but the fact that he was looking at porn is even worse, bro.
01:22:19.000 Makes it the worse, the worse.
01:22:21.000 You mentioned to me prior that she could theoretically have a lawsuit against the police department and him, right?
01:22:26.000 Well, she most likely is going to.
01:22:28.000 Hopefully she wasn't hurt, but I'm assuming because the airbags deployed that there was a decent amount of damage that was done to both of the cars because the deployment of the airbag does require a certain amount of force.
01:22:37.000 So, at minimum, the repair of the car, more injuries that she possibly sustained or anybody else that may have been in that car.
01:22:44.000 Now, in his interview, McComer continued to talk about the ABS and the traction control in the patrol car, reiterating that the lights came on after the speedometer calibrations he had just done, but...
01:22:54.000 D.S. McComber, quote, stated the information in his report concerning the ABS and traction control lights being on was more of a deflection than a genuine reason for the vehicle crash.
01:23:01.000 D.S. McComber stated that he had those lights come on before in his other department-issued vehicles, and there had never been a problem with the brakes before this incident.
01:23:06.000 D.S. McComber advised he never tested his brakes prior to the vehicle crash that day, even though he had plenty of time and distance to do so before the vehicle crash.
01:23:12.000 Lexus, what do you make of that?
01:23:13.000 Well, I mean, I think it's interesting that he decided at this point that he was going to be truthful when he was going down that road of lies.
01:23:19.000 You know, I think that it's possible that there was some sort of talk or agreement that he would resign and admit to his wrongdoings.
01:23:25.000 I just think for him to come clean at this point...
01:23:27.000 I think if he had been honest from the rip and said, yo, man, I was looking at some prongs and I was thinking about gooning, he might have been able to keep his job, Chad.
01:23:36.000 It would have been bad.
01:23:37.000 He would have been the butt of the jokes for years, but he potentially could have kept his job because he was honest.
01:23:43.000 But when you lie that's when they fuck you up.
01:23:45.000 There may have been something else going on there.
01:23:47.000 And McComber, of course, knew he was being dishonest in his report because he told the investigator, DS McComber stated, that he knew he was looking at inappropriate pictures, which was the leading cause of the crash.
01:23:55.000 And he deliberately left that information out of his report.
01:23:57.000 He stated that it's called lying by omission, and he further said he knows that one all too well.
01:24:00.000 I mean, I don't mean to laugh, but my gosh, what are we talking about here?
01:24:03.000 And it says, DS McComber was asked about a meeting with Sergeant Walls and what they discussed.
01:24:05.000 He was explicitly asked if he lied to Sergeant Walls when he said he was looking at text messages in the Sector 3 group chat, and he said, yes, sir.
01:24:11.000 DS McComber further stated that he knew he was lying to Sergeant Walls during their conversation.
01:24:13.000 DS McComber was asked about wearing his seatbelt during the vehicle crash, and he stated he did not.
01:24:17.000 He stated he believes it more tactically sound not to be seatbelted while on patrol.
01:24:20.000 He stated that it has been a standard practice to not wear a seatbelt, but he knows he should do so.
01:24:24.000 That is true.
01:24:24.000 I can understand that.
01:24:25.000 But they don't give a shit about the seatbelt, bro.
01:24:27.000 throws the fucking prongs, man.
01:24:28.000 According to policy and state statute.
01:24:29.000 Alexis, by the way, talking about potential charges, could he be fined under Florida law for not wearing a seatbelt?
01:24:34.000 He could be fined for not wearing a seatbelt also.
01:24:36.000 Also, he could be charged with, you know, hindering an investigation because he's lying during an investigation, lying on, you know, public records under oath.
01:24:42.000 If it was under oath when they were doing this investigation, I'm not quite sure.
01:24:45.000 So there are things that he could possibly be charged with.
01:24:50.000 Most internal affairs investigation?
01:24:52.000 Most internal affairs investigations, guys, you're always under oath when they ask you questions.
01:24:56.000 They read your rights and they get you under oath.
01:25:00.000 He's not going to be charged with them, and it was part of the agreement having to do with him resigning.
01:25:04.000 Now, that being said, in Florida, ultimately, it is the state attorney and not the police that determine whether someone's going to officially be charged with a crime and what that official charge would be.
01:25:12.000 But the likelihood is that this isn't going to go any further.
01:25:15.000 My concern is, though, how many other times has he lied or not followed procedures previous to this incident?
01:25:20.000 Because he seems to have a complete disregard.
01:25:22.000 He knows he's been trained on what they are, and he doesn't care.
01:25:25.000 He's pretty much doing whatever he wants to do.
01:25:27.000 Let's talk about that for a second.
01:25:28.000 Are you saying that in cases of police misconduct that they're old cases that might not even be related to this, where he testified, where he investigated something, they could be reopened by defense attorneys and say, we can't trust this guy anymore.
01:25:38.000 This whole case is tainted.
01:25:39.000 Is that something that defense attorneys could be looking at right now?
01:25:41.000 I think that that going backwards probably won't go that open.
01:25:45.000 I don't think it's going to be a basis necessarily to reopen because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt and he's looking at porn while driving, reopening past cases.
01:25:52.000 But I do think that the credibility issue on cases going forward, which he would have to testify on, it could, the court could possibly let it in because it does go.
01:26:00.000 Yeah, every case that he's ever been involved in, man, if I was defending any case that he ever made an arrest on, I would absolutely appeal.
01:26:07.000 And the other thing, too, that's going to come up, guys, is this case has national recognition now.
01:26:12.000 I would not be surprised if the attorney didn't prosecute him.
01:26:17.000 Maybe he came into a deal where he said, look, I'm going to resign.
01:26:21.000 No prosecution, but...
01:26:22.000 Unless he got it in writing, which I doubt they would get that in writing, there's a good chance he might get prosecuted for this, guys.
01:26:28.000 Some ADA out there who's, you know, ambitious might say, fuck it, this is going to be a career-making case.
01:26:32.000 This is national news.
01:26:33.000 Let's make an example out of this guy.
01:26:35.000 You can't be gooning on patrol and cooked.
01:26:40.000 I got here a little dripper says, hey, when you go on a topic about Sweden, please touch on...
01:26:45.000 Why does it not show me the full thing, bro?
01:26:50.000 How our country...
01:26:52.000 Has 20 to 30...
01:26:55.000 Hold on.
01:27:02.000 I'm trying to make...
01:27:02.000 I'm trying to read this thing, bro.
01:27:07.000 Hard law is a joke if you're also 18 and below max four years.
01:27:10.000 Oh, yeah, you guys do have some really lax laws.
01:27:15.000 Let's see here.
01:27:15.000 What else do we got?
01:27:17.000 We got...
01:27:21.000 Zero Gear says, he resigned from the department to get a job at a different one.
01:27:25.000 They need to stop cops from doing that.
01:27:26.000 Nah, he's not going to get hired, bro.
01:27:29.000 Because he got caught lying.
01:27:31.000 If he had told the truth, then he could have potentially been okay.
01:27:35.000 But no department is going to hire him now, bro.
01:27:39.000 Because he lied.
01:27:40.000 And that's going to be known.
01:27:42.000 He resigned from the department to get a job at a different one.
01:27:44.000 Nope, we read that one.
01:27:46.000 Mayor of Hialeah says, what Mayor of Hialeah is saying, "Cops should have called his union, said he had an addiction, then his department should send him to their department EAP or a peer support group program." Yeah, he could have done that.
01:28:04.000 You could have done that.
01:28:05.000 But once he lied, bro, it's cooked.
01:28:08.000 Once he lied, that's where you get cooked, bro.
01:28:12.000 Lying is the worst thing you could do.
01:28:18.000 Dude, I don't know what your Instagram is.
01:28:19.000 You gotta tell me what the Instagram is.
01:28:25.000 That's from Take Notes.
01:28:29.000 Alright.
01:28:31.000 Oh, boys, doodles diabolically down bad.
01:28:32.000 Safe to say we can blame them boys for this crash since they more than likely own the website.
01:28:37.000 Let's look at that, bruh.
01:28:38.000 Yo.
01:28:40.000 Yo, I'm telling you, man, porn is an evil construction chat.
01:28:43.000 It is an evil fucking construction chat.
01:28:46.000 It really is, man.
01:28:49.000 It's literally fucking poisonous, man.
01:28:53.000 Creates so many societal fucking problems, Chad.
01:28:56.000 Porn.
01:28:56.000 It's the worst.
01:28:58.000 ...toward honesty and his credibility and letting that in and saying that what he says and what has contained in previous reports may lack non-credibility.
01:29:07.000 Well, in conclusion, the report states, D.S. McComber admitted to knowingly lying in his original report.
01:29:11.000 He also admitted to lying to Sergeant Walls about the incident.
01:29:14.000 D.S. McComber stated he was looking at pornographic material on his personal phone just before the vehicle crash.
01:29:17.000 He further advised that he was not wearing his seatbelt during the vehicle crash, which was his standard practice.
01:29:21.000 And so McComber was facing termination, instead decided to resign, and he'd been on the floor since 2021 when the sheriff had welcomed him with a photo on the department's Facebook page.
01:29:28.000 Alexis, thanks so much for coming on.
01:29:29.000 Really, really appreciate your insight.
01:29:30.000 What a case to talk about.
01:29:31.000 This was not one that I was prepared for, but I really appreciate your insight as always.
01:29:34.000 Thank you for having me.
01:29:35.000 All right, everybody.
01:29:35.000 That's all we have for you right now here on Sidebar.
01:29:37.000 Thank you so much for joining us.
01:29:37.000 And as always, please subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube.
01:29:40.000 Now we're going to get into the guy that was burning Korans in Sweden that got killed. .
01:30:04.000 Salwan Mumika shot dead during TikTok livestream.
01:30:07.000 Oh, I didn't know he was streaming.
01:30:15.000 Hold on.
01:30:16.000 Is there a video or this shit?
01:30:17.000 Oh, there's no videos?
01:30:18.000 Hold on.
01:30:22.000 Let's see here.
01:30:25.000 All right, Salwan, Momika, the Christian Iraqi who burned copies of the Quran during the protests in Sweden in 2023, has allegedly been shot dead inside his house.
01:30:35.000 His body was recovered on Wednesday night.
01:30:38.000 A Stockholm court was to rule today on whether he was guilty of...
01:30:43.000 These accents are fucking crazy, Jack.
01:30:45.000 What the fuck?
01:30:46.000 Citing ethnic hatred.
01:30:48.000 The order has now been postponed to the 3rd of February.
01:30:52.000 A police team was rushed to Momika's house.
01:30:56.000 Near Stockholm on Wednesday night, Amid reports that a man had been shot.
01:31:00.000 They confirmed the dead man to be Salvan Momika, the man who burned copies of the Quran in the protests.
01:31:07.000 He died of his wounds.
01:31:08.000 A murder investigation has now been opened.
01:31:11.000 Momika had staged demonstrations in Sweden in 2023, burning copies of the Quran.
01:31:17.000 He had argued that he wanted to protect Sweden's population from the messages of the Quran.
01:31:24.000 Police authorities had allowed his demonstrations, citing freedom of speech.
01:31:29.000 While filing charges against him, Maumika and a co-defendant, Salva Najin, were charged in August 2024 with agitation against an ethnic group and incitement to hatred.
01:31:44.000 Maumika's actions had sparked outrage in Muslim countries.
01:31:47.000 In Baghdad, protesters stormed the Swedish embassy in July 2023, scaling the walls and setting it on fire.
01:31:54.000 Iraq had expelled the Swedish ambassador hours after the attack.
01:31:57.000 The Iraqi Prime Minister also recalled his country's charged affairs in Sweden.
01:32:01.000 Sweden's intelligence service had raised its threat level after the Quran burnings had made the country a prioritized target.
01:32:08.000 Yeah, you guys have funny comments poo station and shit like that.
01:32:14.000 Um, let's see here.
01:32:16.000 We on?
01:32:17.000 No, hold on.
01:32:22.000 Let me.
01:32:23.000 No, hold on.
01:32:32.000 Let me find this.
01:32:34.000 Yeah, so this guy used to do this shit all the time. - Here they are, Dara.
01:32:44.000 And obviously people get pissed off, right?
01:32:47.000 By him burning these Qurans.
01:32:49.000 What, do they not got fucking real coverage on this shit?
01:32:52.000 What is this shit?
01:33:01.000 Um...
01:33:01.000 Chat, how much you want to bet this guy's gonna have a strong-ass accent?
01:33:04.000 So there is a breaking news now.
01:33:07.000 An Iraqi Christian bigot who was facing deportation from Sweden and had earned notoriety by regularly burning Muslim's holy book of the Quran, he's now been shot dead.
01:33:18.000 That's according to local officials in Sweden.
01:33:21.000 He was believed to have been killed while broadcasting a live stream on TikTok.
01:33:27.000 This downright obnoxious human being called Salvan Momika was often seen mocking Muslims as he burned the Holy Quran on the streets of Sweden while smoking cigar.
01:33:40.000 This often left me puzzled as to how Swedish authorities encouraged this man to indulge in such deeply offensive Islamophobic acts.
01:33:49.000 According to Swedish officials, this illegal Iraqi Immigrants Act was in accordance with the Swedish laws on free speech.
01:33:58.000 Clearly, the development of the last 15 months has taught us one very important thing and that is that European countries are hypocrites when it comes to the topics of human rights, free speech and dignity of life.
01:34:12.000 These things matter only when the victims are non-whites, non-Muslims and non-Arabs.
01:34:17.000 Surely they would have acted swiftly and even jailed the perpetrators if they had done the same to the holy books of Christians or let's say Jews.
01:34:27.000 In fact, Zionists would have made sure and even engineered a regime change if the current government allowed the burning of their holy book in Sweden.
01:34:38.000 But because this despicable man was mocking Islam, Muslims, and Arabs, his action was justified.
01:34:45.000 In fact, the BBC even called him anti-Islam activist.
01:34:49.000 Yes, he was activist, according to the BBC. In fact, 38-year-old Salwan Momika's action had led to widespread...
01:34:57.000 All right, so you're getting, obviously, a pro-Islam take on this.
01:35:00.000 I'm going to give you guys my take on this.
01:35:01.000 Let's let him spurg out a little bit more.
01:35:04.000 And that accent is hilarious.
01:35:06.000 And the reason why I'm allowing it is because he's echoing what a lot of people in the Muslim community basically say about this guy.
01:35:13.000 I'm gonna speed up the 1.5 niggas.
01:35:15.000 ...violent protest in 2023. Now the same government which allowed the burning of the Holy Quran in the guise of free speech had condemned the protest in 2023 saying that this did not meet the racist and Islamophobic tradition of Sweden.
01:35:28.000 One senior Swedish police officer had even said, and I quote, I understand that a public gathering like this arouses strong emotions, but we cannot tolerate disturbances and violence.
01:35:38.000 It is extremely regrettable to once again see violence and vandalism at Rosengard.
01:35:44.000 End quote.
01:35:45.000 In fact, Momika's action had led to a diplomatic row between Iraq and Sweden in 2023. The Iraqi government had expelled the then Swedish ambassador in Baghdad.
01:35:54.000 The Swedish embassy in Baghdad was also attacked by angry protesters.
01:35:57.000 Whilst the EU, the UK and the US never uttered a word on Momika's offensive actions, they had reacted with lightning speed on the diplomatic row involving Sweden and Iraq.
01:36:07.000 And I'm sure these countries will once again react to the latest development.
01:36:11.000 The US had even said that it was unacceptable, yes, unacceptable that Iraqi forces did not protect the Swedish embassy.
01:36:19.000 The Zionist regime of Joe Biden had never used any such words to describe the Swedish government support for the burning of the Holy Quran.
01:36:26.000 That was genocidal Joe Biden for you.
01:36:29.000 Sweden's foreign minister, Tobias Bill Strong, had condemned the attack on his Baghdad embassy.
01:36:34.000 Aside from Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia too had registered their strong protests to Sweden for allowing the Quran to be desecrated.
01:36:44.000 And yet, it did not make Swedish authorities change their stand on their support for racism and Islamophobia.
01:36:51.000 Forget these Muslim countries, even the Pope had condemned Momika's action.
01:36:55.000 That's what any sane person would do.
01:36:57.000 How can you support mocking off and hurling routine abuses at people of other faiths?
01:37:02.000 How is that a civilized action?
01:37:04.000 This is exactly why I say that these Western countries have been completely exposed now.
01:37:08.000 The next time they lecture the world on human rights and freedom of speech, just treat these statements with utter disdain.
01:37:15.000 Isn't it common sense that freedom of speech doesn't mean you are free to indulge in defamatory, racist, anti-semitic and Islamophobic acts or other forms of hate speeches?
01:37:24.000 While this doesn't justify another criminal act in the form of this bigot's murder, aren't Swedish authorities equally responsible for this illegal Iraqi immigrant's death?
01:37:33.000 Shouldn't they have acted swiftly when he first resorted to such a heinous act?
01:37:43.000 Momika was charged in August last year alongside one other with what authorities said was agitation against an ethnic group on four occasions in the summer of 2023. The verdict was due to be delivered today, that is, Thursday.
01:37:57.000 But the District Court of Stockholm has now postponed it after the reports of his death.
01:38:01.000 It's not surprising that racist thugs like Tommy Robinson admired Momika's actions.
01:38:06.000 Like Robinson, currently languishing in a UK jail, Momika too had publicly supported Israel's genocidal campaign in Gaza.
01:38:13.000 This thug, Robinson had even travelled to Sweden to meet his bigot friend.
01:38:25.000 I am in Sweden.
01:38:26.000 I've come to visit a certain gentleman and his name is Sawan.
01:38:30.000 Say hello, Sawan.
01:38:31.000 Hey.
01:38:32.000 Who is not afraid of death.
01:38:33.000 That's his words.
01:38:34.000 He's not afraid of death because he has a message for the Swedish people and the European people.
01:38:39.000 I'll be bringing you the content and the story of what this gentleman is doing, the danger he faces, the failures of people to stand up for him at times and what you can do and what we can do to support him in gaining his safety.
01:38:49.000 Cheers.
01:38:50.000 I'm a firm believer of free speech.
01:38:52.000 That's what a journalist would do.
01:38:54.000 But even we journalists know that we have our own limits to what we can write or broadcast.
01:38:59.000 Without such checks, our society will simply become a hotbed of anarchy, chaos, and lawlessness.
01:39:04.000 Anyway, that's it from me.
01:39:05.000 Thank you.
01:39:06.000 All right.
01:39:07.000 So here's my take on this, right?
01:39:08.000 And I actually tweeted about this not too long ago, right?
01:39:13.000 So I go here because this comes from Jackson Hinkle.
01:39:18.000 And that kind of leads me into what I want to talk to you guys about today, which is basically, man, when it comes to this stuff.
01:39:41.000 I've said this before, and a lot of people dislike it when I say it.
01:39:44.000 Well, let's just be honest here.
01:39:46.000 Islam, Sharia law simply is not compatible with Western free speech democracies.
01:39:51.000 It just isn't, right?
01:39:53.000 Now, some people are very blunt and honest about this, like myself.
01:39:58.000 Other people take it to a radical sense where they're burning Qur'ans like this guy or, you know, or they straight up just detest people like Tommy Robinson.
01:40:08.000 But the fact of the matter is Sharia law It's not a democracy.
01:40:16.000 This is why when you look at a lot of Muslim countries, what are they?
01:40:20.000 They're monarchies or dictatorships.
01:40:22.000 Nine out of ten times.
01:40:23.000 Right?
01:40:24.000 They're not democracies.
01:40:26.000 And there's a reason for that.
01:40:28.000 So, well, Arabs are hard-headed.
01:40:30.000 Let's be honest.
01:40:31.000 We're hard-headed.
01:40:32.000 But the other thing, too, right?
01:40:33.000 Just being honest, is that the fact that the religion is so strict and intolerant makes it Incompatible with Western democracies where tolerance is like the key ingredients.
01:40:50.000 Does that make sense, chat?
01:40:51.000 So you can't have free speech in a Muslim society.
01:40:55.000 Why?
01:40:55.000 Because, well, criticizing certain things, talking about prophets, whatever it may be, that is deemed as problematic.
01:41:01.000 And, you know, and you could go to, you know, it's against the religion.
01:41:05.000 So if you live in a Sharia law country, you could get jailed for that, you could get killed for that, etc.
01:41:10.000 So, you know, it is what it is.
01:41:13.000 Unfortunately.
01:41:14.000 So, democracy, free speech doesn't align with the Quran.
01:41:21.000 Sorry.
01:41:22.000 Now, with that said, with this guy, though I dislike that he burns the Quran and I dislike that he burns these Arab flags, he has the right to say it and he has the right to do it.
01:41:34.000 He does.
01:41:35.000 Sweden, you know, they have freedom of speech there to some degree.
01:41:38.000 I don't know if it's as wide as ours.
01:41:40.000 But they do have some level of freedom of speech, which means that hate speech is protected.
01:41:46.000 And if you guys don't believe me, there's a bunch of case law here, right, that shows that hate speech in general, right, because I think that guy was in America.
01:41:57.000 Hate speech, First Amendment.
01:41:58.000 The First Amendment protects hate speech in the United States, meaning that the government cannot punish or censor it.
01:42:03.000 This is because the First Amendment protects freedom of speech, even when it's offensive or hateful.
01:42:07.000 And, you know, I make the argument, too, I had this debate with Tim Pool on this.
01:42:12.000 Like, it's really the only speech that you need to protect.
01:42:15.000 If we're going to be blunt here, like, you don't need to protect nice speech.
01:42:20.000 You need to protect hate speech and the speech that people dislike because that's what's always going to be under fire, right?
01:42:27.000 It's not the speech that's politically correct, the speech that's nice, the speech that makes people feel good.
01:42:33.000 That's not the speech that needs to be protected.
01:42:36.000 The speech that needs to be protected is the obscene, ridiculous...
01:42:40.000 I won't say obscene because that's like pornography level, but I mean like the stuff that's extremely offensive, right?
01:42:47.000 So that's what it is.
01:42:50.000 So if you're going to go and say, I believe in free speech, that means that you need to allow hate speech too, right?
01:42:57.000 You don't have to agree with it, but you need to let it in.
01:43:00.000 And we're going to talk about that a little bit when we talk about Bryce Mitchell, actually.
01:43:03.000 We're going to talk about him last.
01:43:06.000 But yeah, man, I mean, look.
01:43:09.000 You know, I don't like what he did, but I think guys showing up to his house and killing him?
01:43:15.000 Nah, man, that's too far.
01:43:17.000 That's way too far.
01:43:19.000 So, oh, look at this shit, bro.
01:43:22.000 This kid, man.
01:43:23.000 Sarah Safar is such a thought, bro.
01:43:25.000 These girls, like, just want attention.
01:43:27.000 It's crazy, bro.
01:43:27.000 I put here, even children don't respect these attention-craving thoughts.
01:43:30.000 SMH. Oh, and then Hassan.
01:43:34.000 Bro, look at this shit, man.
01:43:36.000 This nigga, bro.
01:43:37.000 Look at this shit chat.
01:43:39.000 Look at this.
01:43:41.000 So fucking cringe.
01:43:43.000 This is the guy that calls me an anti-semit every day.
01:43:46.000 This nigga right here.
01:43:47.000 Hold on.
01:43:51.000 Was there no noise?
01:43:53.000 No sound?
01:43:56.000 Bro.
01:43:58.000 Smaller.
01:44:00.000 Okay, I like this.
01:44:05.000 Well, you have a cat thing.
01:44:07.000 Yeah.
01:44:07.000 So what if it's, I mean just off the top of my head, what if it's side, sway, ear, ear.
01:44:16.000 Yeah.
01:44:17.000 Something like that.
01:44:17.000 Just off the top of my head.
01:44:18.000 Hit it now.
01:44:20.000 Sway.
01:44:21.000 Sway.
01:44:22.000 Ear.
01:44:23.000 Clean it.
01:44:24.000 Paw.
01:44:25.000 Make a paw.
01:44:26.000 Paw.
01:44:27.000 Thank you.
01:44:27.000 Clean it.
01:44:28.000 Clean it.
01:44:29.000 Yes.
01:44:31.000 I'm working with amateurs.
01:44:33.000 I've never been cute in my life.
01:44:35.000 Oh, they're blasting heat from here.
01:44:37.000 It's crazy.
01:44:39.000 I've never been cute in my life.
01:44:42.000 I don't know.
01:44:43.000 I don't know one more time.
01:44:44.000 And this time hit it perfect.
01:44:46.000 Sway.
01:44:46.000 Sway.
01:44:47.000 Clean the ear.
01:44:49.000 Bruh.
01:44:51.000 What the fuck is this, man?
01:44:53.000 That's the gif right there.
01:44:55.000 Bro.
01:44:56.000 Bro.
01:44:58.000 See, Hasan has been complaining all year, right, Hasan has been complaining all year, right, about the radicalization year, right, about the radicalization of young men to
01:45:22.000 Whether it's through the red pill, being misogynist, being bigoted, being anti-Semitic, whatever the fuck terms he wants to use.
01:45:29.000 He's been complaining about this for a very long time.
01:45:33.000 He's been a harsh critic of guys like myself, Andrew Tate, etc.
01:45:38.000 And with, you know, Andrew Tate getting banned...
01:45:41.000 With us getting, you know, demonetized and shadow banned because the Department of Homeland Security wrote a whole paper, by the way, on the manosphere, guys, FYI. Right?
01:45:51.000 With us being suppressed, he's been even more vocal about this.
01:45:54.000 And then especially last year with the election year, he was very vocal about this.
01:45:58.000 Right?
01:46:00.000 Him, Ethan Klein, etc., these liberals, Destiny, they've all been very critical of the right and they've all been critical of...
01:46:08.000 People like myself and Andrew Tate that they say have radicalized young men.
01:46:12.000 Sneeko, Nick Fuentes, etc.
01:46:14.000 But what they don't realize is that the reason why guys, young guys especially, are coming over to the right is because quite frankly on the left no one respects them.
01:46:28.000 Right?
01:46:29.000 No one respects them and they don't want masculine men on the left.
01:46:33.000 They don't.
01:46:34.000 If you go to a university Right?
01:46:36.000 Nowadays, especially.
01:46:37.000 And you behave like a guy, boys being boys, they're going to call you crass, rude, misogynistic, a chauvinist, or some other pejorative term.
01:46:47.000 Right?
01:46:49.000 Calling you a misogynist that has something to do with misogyny.
01:46:52.000 That's what it is nowadays.
01:46:54.000 So, what Hassan and Ethan Klein don't realize, because we're all in the same age group, by the way.
01:46:59.000 FYI. My son, I think, is like a year younger than me or whatever.
01:47:03.000 Ethan Klein is.
01:47:04.000 We're all born 80s, 90s.
01:47:05.000 We're all millennials, is my point.
01:47:08.000 Millennials, for us, it was cool to be liberal.
01:47:12.000 We voted for Obama.
01:47:13.000 Change.
01:47:14.000 Yeah.
01:47:15.000 Woo!
01:47:16.000 Right?
01:47:17.000 Now, some of us grew up and realized that the left keeps going left and it gets worse.
01:47:23.000 Right?
01:47:23.000 Like someone like a Tim Pool used to be considered a liberal.
01:47:26.000 Right?
01:47:27.000 And then some of us...
01:47:29.000 Said, fuck it.
01:47:29.000 I'm gonna stay.
01:47:30.000 I'm gonna keep up with the trends.
01:47:31.000 I'm gonna continue to be woke.
01:47:33.000 Right?
01:47:33.000 I'm gonna continue to be woke.
01:47:35.000 And as things get more and more left, I'm gonna go left with it.
01:47:38.000 Right?
01:47:39.000 But what they don't realize is the left is an ever-shifting animal.
01:47:45.000 And not only is it an ever-shifting thing, it leaves certain, it disproves of certain characteristics.
01:47:50.000 And these characteristics tend to be masculine traits.
01:47:53.000 So when someone finds someone like us, fresh and fit, Sneeko, Andrew Tate, Nick Ponce, etc.
01:48:01.000 And we talk about the perils of being a man, right?
01:48:05.000 The burner performance of masculinity.
01:48:07.000 We talk about the deregulated sexual marketplace.
01:48:10.000 We talk about how guys, you know, have an inherent disadvantage when it comes to dating and mating and all this other stuff.
01:48:18.000 We don't have to say much for them to go, holy shit!
01:48:21.000 Like, where have these motherfuckers been all my life?
01:48:25.000 Right?
01:48:26.000 Because guys like Ahsan, And Ethan Klein have been lying to them.
01:48:31.000 Right?
01:48:32.000 They've been lying to them.
01:48:35.000 Oh yeah, man, just be super accepting.
01:48:37.000 But the problem is that the left is not accepting.
01:48:40.000 As much as they sit there and they try to say that, oh, we're champions of humanitarianism and we gotta be progressive and we gotta accept everybody and we gotta be inclusive.
01:48:49.000 They're actually not inclusive.
01:48:51.000 They're not at all.
01:48:54.000 Because...
01:48:54.000 They practice the same bigotry that they cry about all the time because they are intolerant of people that have different ideals than them.
01:49:04.000 Okay?
01:49:05.000 That is the key, my friends.
01:49:07.000 Because when it comes to censorship, when it comes to mass reporting, when it comes to people losing their platforms, the left overwhelmingly, overwhelmingly pushes for censorship more than the right.
01:49:20.000 They just do.
01:49:22.000 Right?
01:49:24.000 Young men have a choice.
01:49:26.000 They go on TikTok, and they see guys like this, right?
01:49:32.000 This isn't natural for a man to do, by the way, right?
01:49:35.000 They see guys doing this shit, and they're like, oh, wait, is this what's being cool?
01:49:39.000 And they attempt to be one of these, like, left-leaning weirdos.
01:49:42.000 And then they find content like what me and Andrew Tedder are making.
01:49:45.000 We're telling guys, yo, go to the gym.
01:49:48.000 Stop being a fat piece of shit.
01:49:49.000 You're supposed to be a leader.
01:49:51.000 Get your shit together.
01:49:52.000 Why does that resonate with young men?
01:49:54.000 Because it's natural.
01:49:55.000 It's fucking natural.
01:49:57.000 This, right here, is not natural.
01:50:01.000 It's not natural.
01:50:03.000 So, of course, when given the choice, young men that are Gen Z are overwhelmingly going to go ahead and go more a conservative right-wing take on things.
01:50:12.000 Because it's natural.
01:50:14.000 Right?
01:50:16.000 That's what conservatism really is if we're going to break it down.
01:50:19.000 It's simply an adherence to biological realities.
01:50:23.000 Right?
01:50:25.000 That's what it is.
01:50:28.000 But the left tries to tell you that down is up and up is down.
01:50:31.000 And you need to accept it that way because that's how other people interpret it.
01:50:34.000 There's 97 genders.
01:50:36.000 We need to use the right pronouns.
01:50:38.000 Right?
01:50:40.000 That's what they do.
01:50:42.000 So it's no fucking wonder when a sign goes on podcasts, either client goes on podcasts and they complain that young men are being radicalized, By people like me or Andrew Tate or whatever.
01:50:51.000 It's not that we're radicalizing them.
01:50:53.000 It's that we tell them how the world works.
01:50:58.000 And then they say, holy shit, and they get that fucking light bulb moment.
01:51:02.000 And they're like, yes, I've experienced this.
01:51:06.000 Women don't want to date me.
01:51:07.000 Damn.
01:51:09.000 I'm fat.
01:51:10.000 I'm broke.
01:51:12.000 My peers don't respect me.
01:51:14.000 People don't take me seriously.
01:51:16.000 This is all resonating with me because I'm experiencing it.
01:51:20.000 Let me listen to what these guys gotta say.
01:51:22.000 That, my friend, is why people from the right are far more influential now than people on the left.
01:51:30.000 Because the left has turned into fucking Looney Tunes.
01:51:34.000 And since it's turned into Looney Tunes, and you guys don't operate in reality, your audience base can't identify with you.
01:51:41.000 This is why people like Hassan Piker and H3 Podcast, they've been losing views.
01:51:46.000 Their viewership has gone down.
01:51:50.000 The viewership has gone down.
01:51:53.000 Because it doesn't align with reality.
01:51:55.000 The only liberal that still has a sizable audience and is very relevant is someone like Destiny.
01:52:00.000 Because he's willing to go ahead and debate people that are on the right.
01:52:03.000 Whereas people like Ethan Klein and Hassan don't.
01:52:05.000 They just don't.
01:52:07.000 For obvious reasons.
01:52:09.000 Right?
01:52:10.000 Because they don't have reality on their side.
01:52:13.000 When these guys are going around complaining and crying, etc.
01:52:16.000 Well, who are you going to listen to?
01:52:18.000 You're going to listen to a guy like me and Andrew Tate, who have some actual shit that we've accomplished?
01:52:22.000 Are you going to listen to a motherfucker like this, who's a product of nepotism?
01:52:27.000 You know, Big Uncle Cech got him a job at Young Turks.
01:52:31.000 And he's been a lifelong streamer.
01:52:33.000 Didn't really have a real job.
01:52:35.000 This is why the masculine youth don't identify with the left anymore.
01:52:38.000 They just don't.
01:52:40.000 And they shouldn't.
01:52:41.000 They really shouldn't.
01:52:43.000 Anytime someone that's a liberal says, hey, we're losing the men, we're losing the guys, the boys, etc., show them this.
01:52:59.000 This is the biggest left-wing political streamer on Twitch, by the way, chat.
01:53:03.000 FYI. Biggest left-wing political streamer on Twitch.
01:53:09.000 You can make the argument, probably he's one of the biggest ones on YouTube as well.
01:53:13.000 H3, Destiny, him.
01:53:16.000 There's a couple others.
01:53:18.000 But they all look and behave the same.
01:53:24.000 This is why people don't watch this shit.
01:53:26.000 Curtis Conner, these pussy-ass motherfuckers.
01:53:28.000 Right?
01:53:29.000 Do young men want to emulate this?
01:53:31.000 No, they don't.
01:53:34.000 They don't.
01:53:36.000 This is not natural.
01:53:38.000 At all.
01:53:39.000 Guys want to be big.
01:53:40.000 They want to be strong.
01:53:41.000 They want to have fast cars, hot girls, etc.
01:53:44.000 They want to be financially competent.
01:53:45.000 They want respect.
01:53:47.000 That's so important.
01:53:48.000 They want respect.
01:53:49.000 You don't get respect by dressing up like this.
01:53:53.000 So, Hasan, the reality is, as much as you complain about young men being radicalized by influencers on the right, you have yourself to fucking blame.
01:54:03.000 You really have yourself to blame.
01:54:05.000 Because I'll tell you this.
01:54:07.000 It's cooler and it's more profitable to be liberal and left-leaning.
01:54:13.000 Why are people still not taking the left side?
01:54:17.000 It's because shit like this is forced, it's annoying, it's not cool, and worse yet, you'll sit there and say, oh, well, I'm just comfortable with my sexuality, dude.
01:54:29.000 I could get girls still.
01:54:30.000 Yeah, that's because you're Hasan Piker.
01:54:31.000 You're rich and famous.
01:54:33.000 A regular nigga can't do this.
01:54:36.000 Regular dude is going to get laughed out the fucking woozaa for behaving like this.
01:54:41.000 This right here, guys, is why the left has lost the young men and will continue to lose them.
01:54:49.000 They will continue to lose them.
01:54:55.000 So, anyway.
01:55:00.000 Anyway.
01:55:02.000 So, where are we at here?
01:55:03.000 What's the next thing I wanted to show you guys?
01:55:07.000 Oh, Diddy.
01:55:08.000 Get into some Diddy.
01:55:10.000 All right, I'm going to end the...
01:55:11.000 I'm going to end the Fresh or Fish stream.

01:56:03.000 Patman says true shit.
01:56:04.000 Yep.
01:56:05.000 Facts.
01:56:05.000 Yep.
01:56:05.000 You know it, Patman.
01:56:07.000 The left lost the young masculine men when they started doing dumb shit like this.
01:56:10.000 Who are the leaders in the left?
01:56:13.000 Who are big YouTubers on the left?
01:56:15.000 They're all losers, bro.
01:56:16.000 They're all pussies.
01:56:18.000 Curtis Conner, Hassan, right?
01:56:21.000 Like, these aren't men that people want to fucking emulate, man.
01:56:23.000 They can't look up to these motherfuckers.
01:56:25.000 The reason why people love guys like Tate is because they look up to him.
01:56:28.000 They want to be like him.
01:56:30.000 No one wants to be like Hassan Piker.
01:56:32.000 No one wants to be like Ethan Klein.
01:56:33.000 Ticking all...
01:56:34.000 The guy can barely formulate a sentence without, like, going crazy.
01:56:40.000 Ethan Klein.
01:56:41.000 Anti-semitism.
01:56:45.000 Like, bro, nobody wants to look like that nigga, bro.
01:56:50.000 He looks sick.

01:56:53.000 Then he got on his epic.
01:56:56.000 Now he's fucking ticking all over the place on his streams.
01:56:59.000 Look at crazy.
01:57:00.000 He has an ugly-ass girlfriend who looks like she hasn't slept in fucking three months.
01:57:05.000 Bags on the eyes and everything.
01:57:06.000 Looks like absolute dog shit.
01:57:09.000 Like, bro!
01:57:13.000 They've driven their shit down the fucking cliff.
01:57:15.000 Nobody watch H3 no more.
01:57:18.000 That's because the left has lost the youth.
01:57:21.000 The only people that are still stupid enough to be liberal nowadays are guys in my age group that were Obama guys and Bernie guys before that didn't fucking wake up.
01:57:31.000 And I'm not afraid to admit it, that my generation is responsible for a lot of the fuckery when it comes to liberalism.
01:57:37.000 Because it was cool in the 2000s to be left-leaning.
01:57:42.000 But once you grow up, you realize that shit's a fucking scam.
01:57:46.000 Anyway, guys, I'm going to end the Fresh and Fit streams.
