00:34:23.000Yeah, we just got to figure out a time.
00:34:24.000I'm thinking maybe we do it like 6 p.m.
00:34:39.000Be over at BiggerPockets with Brandon Turner, one of the most popular real estate investors, super successful, controls millions of dollars of real estate.
00:34:45.000And he's very honest about real estate.
00:44:20.000I've been in Miami for literally 10 years.
00:44:25.000I've been here for like every single day I've been here almost.
00:44:28.000I don't want to say he's a bad person.
00:44:32.000I'm going to say what he did was probably bad, though, because a lot of people complained about him drugging girls and having girls over, all these parties.
00:46:06.000Alleged conduct occurred over more than a decade in multiple states.
00:46:09.000Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and William S. Walker, the acting special agent in charge of the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations, announced that Sean Combs, a.k.a.
00:46:20.000Love, was arrested last night and charged in a three-count indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
00:47:09.000U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said, As alleged in the indictment for years, Sean Combs used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women as well as commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice.
00:47:19.000Today, he is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking offenses.
00:47:21.000If you have been a victim of Combs' alleged abuse or if you know anything about his alleged crimes, we urge you to come forward.
00:47:30.000HSI Acting Special Agent in Charge William S. Walker said, today we shatter any false notion of impunity as we uncover the defendant's alleged pattern of manipulation, exploitation, and outright abuse.
00:47:41.000Make no mistake, we are here today only because of the unwavering strength of victims and witnesses who have already endured unspeakable hardships.
00:47:48.000I commend them for their courage and urge anyone who believes they are a victim of sex trafficking to contact HSI by email, sextrafficking-outreach at hsi.com.
00:47:57.000DHS.gov or via our mobile tip line, 1-877-4-HSI-TIP. Which, by the way, guys, HSI does investigate human trafficking and human smuggling, two different crimes, but this is something that they do.
00:48:09.000Matter of fact, it was HSI that did the R. Kelly case as well, which this indictment is actually very similar to that one.
00:48:15.000But there's an indictment sealed today, which we have it there.
00:48:17.000We can pull it up for you guys here in a second.
00:48:18.000Can we click that little thing right there, Bills, that one?
00:48:30.000This is the indictment right here, guys, which we'll go through that here in a second.
00:48:33.000But let's keep going reading through the press release and give our commentary.
00:48:36.000And we'll also actually react to a video that the U.S. Attorney's Office put out as well.
00:48:41.000According to the indictment on sale today, from at least 2008 through the present, Combs led a criminal enterprise that existed to facilitate his abuse and exploitation of women to protect his reputation and to conceal his conduct.
00:48:50.000As part of that criminal enterprise, Combs, along with other members and associates of the enterprise, committed crimes including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
00:48:59.000Among other things, Combs' sexual abuse of women included causing them to engage infrequent.
00:49:29.000Combs also threatened his victims, including by threatening to expose the embarrassing and sensitive recordings he made of freakoffs if women did not comply with his demands.
00:49:37.000Combs' effort to control women included repeated physical abuse.
00:49:41.000Combs assaulted women by, among other things, striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them.
00:49:45.000Combs similarly assaulted witnesses to his abuse.
00:50:12.000Contact or locate women and other individuals who are targeted for abuse and conceal and cover up the abuse.
00:50:19.000This criminal concealment included efforts to prevent law enforcement from learning about his abuse.
00:50:24.000Combs 54 of Miami, Florida is charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, one count of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
00:51:29.000The charges contained in this indictment are merely accusations the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
00:51:36.000Alright, so let's go ahead and go through the indictment real fast for you guys just to kind of show you guys what we're looking at here and then we can kind of react to it.
00:51:46.000And an indictment is nothing more than a formal charge outlined for the charge.
00:51:52.000Now, if you see here, count one is racketeering conspiracy.
00:51:55.000And I kind of went into detail with this yesterday, why he's getting hit with racketeering.
00:51:59.000As you guys know, a lot of crimes have something called a statute of limitations, which basically means we have a certain amount of time where we can actually charge this individual for said crimes.
00:52:07.000Typically, it's between five to ten years, depending on the severity of the crime.
00:52:10.000Some crimes have no statute of limitations, like murder, etc.
00:52:12.000But some of these sex crimes do have statute of limitations.
00:52:15.000For them to be able to bring these crimes in and charge them, as you guys can see here, they were looking since 2008, which is almost 20 years ago.
00:52:24.000For them to bring in some of this stuff, they had to use racketeering, right, to kind of be, think of it as like the baseline, right?
00:52:32.000And when you use racketeering, what you could do is you can bring in crimes that happened past the statute of limitations because your argument is, look...
00:52:39.000He's been committing a pattern of racketeering activities from this time all the way to this time and is still a continuing criminal enterprise.
00:52:47.000Therefore, we should be able to bring these crimes in.
00:52:53.000That's how they get these big organized crime groups is through racketeering because you're able to charge the entire organization as a criminal enterprise, okay?
00:54:08.000They mention the crimes that are involved in the racketeering activity.
00:54:11.000In this case, they're using sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, enticement to engage prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
00:54:21.000So all of these different crimes, guys, are considered racketeering crimes that constitute charging someone under the RICO Act, right, or the racketeering.
00:54:31.000So, that's what they ended up doing here to tie all these crimes together.
00:54:40.000Yeah, and then you can see here, Title 18, United States Code Section 1961-4, that is, groups of individuals associated in fact, although...
00:54:48.000The Combs Enterprise consisted of Combs, blah, blah, within the Combs business, including but not limited to the Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprise, blah, blah, blah, and all the different LLCs that he had.
00:54:57.000And what I anticipate, guys, is they're going to do a superseding indictment to charge other individuals that weren't Yeah.
00:55:23.000Also, he's probably going to want something called a proper letter, which will allow him to provide this information without being charged for it.
00:55:30.000And basically, it's kind of like what we were talking about with academics yesterday.
00:55:32.000You're called king or queen for a day where you're able to...
00:55:35.000You get this letter, sign it with your attorney present, and then you sit down with the agents in the case, you sit down with the prosecutors on the case, and you kind of...
00:55:44.000Talk and give all the information and they can't use any of that against you as long as it's truthful and it leads to other arrests or provide substantial assistance to the government and then you can get quite a bit of time off your case or your charges for doing this.
00:55:57.000Because I could only assume he has tapes of people that are famous in his vault.
00:56:01.000Tapes of maybe activities that are not cleanest.
00:56:06.000He may have even like people's nasty habits and if he exposes all that to the public He might be good, right?
00:56:14.000Yeah, I mean, it's going to have to be people that have some type of prestige or something like that.
00:56:21.000It's worth the government's time because right now he's probably their top target.
00:56:25.000So he would have to give someone bigger than himself.
00:57:26.000Which, by the way, just so you guys know, in Castle Club, which is our community, we have a chat in there and dudes literally post pictures in there and memes and shit like that.
01:01:34.000I mean, these are very serious crimes.
01:01:36.000And the thing is, is that, just so y'all know, well, you guys already know this if you watch Fed Reacts, the feds don't come after you, and the U.S. Attorney's Office absolutely isn't going to take a case on like this unless they know that they're going to win the trial.
01:02:00.000And I promise you, too, some of those AUSAs probably came from D.C. Like, they're what's called the Special Assistant United States Attorneys, where they come in and they help with high-profile cases like this.
01:02:12.000Some of those AUSAs probably aren't even from fucking New York.
01:05:15.000Let's play that, and then I got something to say about the judge and everything else like that, because as you guys know, he had his bond denied, okay?
01:05:21.000And I know why he had his bond denied, and I'll explain it to you guys here in a second.
01:05:27.000...the unsealing of a three-count indictment, charging Sean Combs with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, interstate transportation for prostitution.
01:05:38.000The indictment alleges that between at least 2008 and the present, Combs abused, threatened, and coerced victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.
01:05:52.000As alleged in the indictment to carry out this conduct, Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping,
01:06:09.000arson, bribery, and the obstruction of justice.
01:06:13.000Let me say a little bit more about the charges.
01:06:16.000The indictment alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years, and in a variety of ways.
01:06:23.000This guy, I think, if I'm not mistaken, is probably...
01:13:43.000Sean D.D. Combs has been charged in federal court in New York City and an indictment into the charges music moguls facing was just unsealed in Lower Manhattan.
01:13:49.000The indictment alleges that between 2008 and now, Combs abused, threatened, and coerced his victims.
01:13:53.000It even alleges he led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, Carson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.
01:13:59.000Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, is speaking right now.
01:14:02.000And let's head to the federal courthouse in Lower Manhattan and hear more about the charges in this case.
01:14:05.000Bribery and the obstruction of justice.
01:14:08.000Let me say a little bit more about the charges.
01:14:10.000The indictment alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years and in a variety of ways.
01:14:15.000As alleged, Combs used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers, some of whom he transported or caused to be transported over state lines.
01:14:25.000Combs allegedly planned and controlled the sex performances, which he called freak-offs, and he often electronically recorded them.
01:14:32.000The freak-offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB, which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.
01:14:43.000As alleged, when Combs didn't get his way, he was violent, and he subjected victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse so that they would participate in the freak-offs, and that Combs hit, kicked, threw objects at and dragged victims, at times by their hair.
01:14:56.000On one occasion in March of 2016, that conduct was captured on video and later reported in the media.
01:15:01.000Specifically, Combs kicked, dragged, and threw a vase at a victim in a Los Angeles hotel when the victim was attempting to flee.
01:15:07.000As alleged, these assaults often resulted in injuries to the victims, which took days or weeks to heal.
01:15:12.000In addition to the violence, the indictment alleges that Combs threatened and coerced victims to get them to participate in the freak-offs.
01:15:18.000He used the embarrassing and sensitive recordings he made of the freak-offs as collateral against the victims.
01:15:23.000And the indictment alleges that he maintained control over the victims in several ways, including by giving them drugs, by giving and threatening to take away financial support or housing, by promising them career opportunities, by monitoring their whereabouts, and even by dictating their physical appearance.
01:15:37.000Because of all of this, the indictment alleges that the victims did not believe they could refuse Combs without risking their security or facing more abuse.
01:15:43.000The indictment also alleges other acts of violence undertaken by Combs and others, including violence against witnesses to his abuse, kidnapping, and arson.
01:15:51.000The indictment alleges that on more than one occasion, Combs carried or brandished firearms to intimidate and threaten victims and witnesses.
01:15:57.000Now, Combs did not do this all on his own.
01:15:59.000As I mentioned, Combs has been charged with RICO conspiracy.
01:16:01.000He used his business and employees of that business and other close associates to get his way.
01:16:06.000Those individuals allegedly included high-ranking supervisors in the business, personal assistants, security staff, and household staff.
01:16:13.000The indictment alleges that those individuals facilitated the freak-offs.
01:16:16.000They booked the hotel rooms and stocked them with the supplies, including drugs, baby oil, personal lubricant, extra linens, and lighting.
01:16:23.000When the hotel rooms got damaged, they helped clean it up.
01:16:26.000They arranged for victims and commercial sex workers to travel for the freak offs, and they delivered large quantities of cash to Combs to pay for the commercial sex workers.
01:16:34.000The indictment also alleges that they helped Combs cover up his crimes.
01:16:37.000During the March 2016 incident at the L.A. hotel that I mentioned earlier, a member of the hotel security staff intervened and Combs attempted to bribe the staff member with a stack of cash to make sure that what happened was kept quiet.
01:16:47.000And as the indictment alleges, in late 2023, after public allegations were made about Combs' crimes, he and others pressured witnesses and victims to stay silent, including by making phone calls to witnesses and victims and giving them a false narrative of what they had experienced.
01:16:59.000And as alleged, Combs used others to help conceal his abuse by monitoring and preventing victims from leaving a location in order to hide their injuries, or by locating and contacting a victim who had attempted to flee.
01:17:09.000As part of this investigation, in March of this year, special agents from HSI executed search warrants at Combs' residences in Miami and Los Angeles.
01:17:15.000They also executed a warrant for Combs' electronic devices.
01:17:18.000During those searches, agents seized evidence of the crimes charged in this indictment.
01:17:21.000They seized firearms and ammunition, including three defaced AR-15s and a large-capacity drum magazine.
01:17:31.000Okay, so they got guns with serial numbers scratched off.
01:17:35.000Guys, that's another charge, which we're going to talk about that a little bit later with the Trump situation, but that's 18 U.S.C. 922K. Obliterated serial numbers.
01:17:43.000So having AR-15s with defaced serial numbers is another crime.
01:17:47.000So look forward to another superseding indictment down the road.
01:17:53.000And they found evidence, and I predicted this when they did the search for us the first time, that they would find evidence of him doing these sex acts at his house.
01:19:48.000Images and videos of the freak-offs with multiple victims.
01:19:51.000And they seize cases and cases of the kinds of personal lubricant and baby oil that combs the staff allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the freak-offs.
01:21:39.000First, this office is determined to investigate and prosecute anyone who engages in sex trafficking, no matter how powerful or wealthy or famous you may be.
01:21:47.000No one should doubt our commitment on that.
01:21:49.000A year ago, Sean Combs stood in Times Square and was handed a key to New York City.
01:21:54.000Today, he's been indicted and will face justice in the Southern District of New York.
01:21:59.000This investigation is ongoing, and I encourage anyone with information about this case to come forward and to do it quickly.
01:22:04.000Anyone with information can call 1-877-4HSI-TIP. I want to express my deep appreciation for the victims and witnesses who have used their voices and helped bring this criminal conduct to light.
01:22:17.000I also want to thank the dedicated case agents on the HSI trafficking in-person squad in New York.
01:22:21.000They have been with us since day one and have worked tirelessly on this investigation.
01:22:24.000They will continue to be invaluable partners to us.
01:22:27.000I also want to thank the incredible agents and analysts from SDNY who have also provided tremendous assistance on this case.
01:22:31.000I'm deeply grateful for their continued work.
01:22:34.000And finally, I want to thank the outstanding career prosecutors from SCNY who are handling this case.
01:22:38.000Meredith Foster, Emily Johnson, Chrissy Slavik, Madison Smeiser, and Mitzi Steiner, and their supervisors, Jamie Backliebler and Jacqueline Kelly.
01:22:45.000They are members of the civil rights unit in our criminal division.
01:22:48.000We created the civil rights unit when I became U.S. attorney.
01:22:50.000I'm deeply proud of their work on this and so many other cases.
01:23:37.000What's the difference between the sex trafficking and promoting travel for the purpose of prostitution?
01:23:42.000Well, there are different crimes with different elements.
01:23:43.000I don't think we should get into the nitty-gritty of the legal discussion right now, but the sex trafficking, we believe, they're all serious offenses, but the sex trafficking conduct carries some significant penalties, and we are gratified that we were able to bring that charge.
01:23:57.000I'm not going to be able to get into that, but you can look it up, and yes, sex trafficking, especially when it involves coercion or force, is a very serious crime, and it carries significant penalties.
01:24:11.000In context of this indictment and the information that was presented to the grand jury, are you able to clarify the number of victims?
01:24:17.000It's mentioned plural in the indictment, but can you specify the number of victims just for this particular indictment?
01:24:22.000And secondly, can you provide details about the alleged arson?
01:24:25.000Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide either.
01:24:27.000The number of victims, you are correct.
01:24:28.000We are intentional in saying multiple.
01:24:31.000The details of the arson incident are limited to what we have in the indictment and also the detention letter that we filed, which contains more details than the indictment does at various points.
01:24:38.000But we don't have anything more beyond that.
01:25:19.000They're one of the best U.S. Attorney's offices in the country, so they're going to obviously aggressively pursue this probably better than some of these other districts.
01:25:28.000It's difficult, sex trafficking, human trafficking, labor trafficking, you name it, the Southern District of New York can do it, so we're very proud of that.
01:25:35.000And so the scope and complexity of this investigation isn't something that we ran from, it's something that we embrace, and we will continue to do that.
01:25:40.000I'll ask your question about whether he imprisoned anyone.
01:25:42.000All I can say is that, you know, I mentioned this March 2016 incident where something was caught on video where a victim was attempting to flee, and there was violence that was associated with it.
01:26:01.000We have filed a letter laying out our reasoning for seeking pretrial detention.
01:26:05.000I'm not going to be able to expand beyond what's in the letter, but it contains all of the reasoning and it contains the law as well.
01:26:09.000There's a presumption of detention in a case like this, and we think that's important.
01:26:12.000Okay, so they're seeking to keep him detained, which is actually surprising because I would think that they would potentially say, hey, we don't object or whatever it may be.
01:26:24.000But it seems here that they want to, hey, no, you're not going to get bond.
01:26:28.000And we're going to talk about the bond here in a little bit, what his team offered up.
01:26:31.000They offered quite a bit of money and assets to To secure Diddy's bond.
01:26:54.000I was hoping to get some more detail about the searches of his residents, the guns, the cases of lubricant, and the videos.
01:27:01.000Where were they found amongst his residents?
01:27:02.000Were they all scattered around the houses in one place?
01:27:04.000I kind of wanted to just get a better picture of how his stuff was found.
01:27:07.000The details that you're seeking are in the detention letter.
01:27:10.000So for instance, some of the AR-15s, two of the three to face AR-15s were found in his bedroom closet in Miami, broken down into parts along with magazines with ammunition loaded in them.
01:27:20.000So some of that detail is in the detention letter.
01:27:22.000Beyond that, I'm not going to be able to get into where other items were restored.
01:27:30.000Your office was the office that had been prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein before he died in custody.
01:27:36.000I have not read your detention memo yet.
01:27:38.000That's the first thing I'm going to do after this ends.
01:27:42.000Does the memo address or is your office concerned with Combs' safety in custody given what happened?
01:27:52.000So we are concerned with anyone's safety whenever they are detained prior to trial.
01:27:56.000It's part of our obligation to keep people safe as well as part of the criminal justice system.
01:28:00.000But I do not draw any sort of connection between Jeffrey Epstein's suicide and What may or may not happen to any other defendant while they are detained pretrial.
01:28:08.000And of course, the decision whether to detain the defendant will be up to a judge.
01:28:11.000Our position is that pretrial detention is warranted under the law and based on the facts of this case.
01:28:16.000Are some of the prosecutors on this case some of the same prosecutors that had been handling that or that worked on the Maxwell case?
01:28:21.000So I'm not going to get into the staffing.
01:28:24.000I will say that this team, this group of AUSAs, this incredible group has been working on this case around the clock and they've had their hands full.
01:28:40.000I think that, generally, with increasing frequency, the word cooperative or cooperating has taken on tremendous elasticity, and it no longer really bears any relation to what the word means when we use it in a very specific context.
01:28:53.000So, responding to lawful process and the like does not qualify as cooperation when we use that term here.
01:29:29.000Well, I can't get into the charging decision.
01:29:30.000It is very meaningful to us that weapons were possessed, as we allege in the indictment.
01:29:35.000Part of the reason why this conduct was so pervasive and harmful was because victims and others didn't necessarily feel comfortable denying him his wishes, as we allege, because of the presence of firearms.
01:29:53.000Given that he's the sole defendant in this case and that you alleged he's part of a conspiracy that involves members of his companies, do you anticipate a superseding indictment that will bring allegations against other members of his companies or other co-conspirators as well?
01:30:04.000Again, I can't take anything off the table.
01:37:43.000Now, I'll tell you how Didi could beat these charges.
01:37:45.000Tell me I'm wrong, but all he has to do is claim to be a T or a fellow member of the Alphabet community, and I promise this man will be out tomorrow scot-free.
01:37:53.000Bro, this might sound crazy, but if he's, like, smarter boy, he might just, like, commit the S-word and...
01:40:02.000Pete South Dakota says, WMRM, you have my utmost respect on how you have been with the FNF gang, from frustration with Ling Ling to Moe's weight and even Chris being a bum.
01:40:09.000You all gel so much, and I can tell you are a tight grip.
01:40:12.000I can't say enough of the FNF team and how much you have helped so many people.
01:40:15.000Buckley, let's meet you all in person.
01:40:16.000WCast Club, shout out to you, Pete, and thank you to all the cast club guys.
01:40:19.000Just so y'all know, by the way, if you're a member of Cast Club...
01:40:22.000Even with like, you know, $1, $2 chats, we read what you guys got to say, man, because you're a part of the family.
01:40:27.000Also, Pete, South Dakota, we do giveaways where we do in-studio meetups, so if you are in Catholic Club, bro, which you are, you have a chance to come meet us in the studio and watch the show.
01:40:38.000Do you think they'll go after Diddy now that Keith Keffy D has been arrested and started mentioning his name in connection with Tupac's murder?
01:49:26.000It's more of like a subscription program for you guys to help you out with your Instagrams and dating and getting chicks and getting girls into your funnel.
01:49:33.000So it's going to be a good time because you guys have been asking for this thing for a while.
01:49:37.000Someone said, Myron, how can't you train likes?
01:49:39.000Bro, I train likes two or three times a week.
01:54:44.000Collins, 54, was arrested on Monday evening, accused of running criminal enterprise from at least 2008 that relied on drugs and violence to force women to fulfill his sexual desires, according to prosecutors.
01:54:51.00014-page indictment charges him with racketeering, etc.
01:57:09.000Sean, did he offer up his $48 million mansion as a collateral and a failed $50 million bail plea after he was arrested on a series of heinous charges including sex trafficking and racketeering?
01:57:20.000Did he plead not guilty to charges during an appearance in a Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday afternoon, hours after offering to post a $50 million bond to secure his release from prison?
01:58:07.000Diddy also offered to limit his travel to Miami and New York City and claimed that he would keep his private jet, which he says he is trying to sell, parked in Los Angeles to limit flight risk.
01:58:17.000Similarly, he offered to wear a GPS monitor for the duration of his bail.
01:58:20.000Legal documents filed by the rapper's legal team revealed that he prepared for his arrest by paying off the $18 million that he still owed on the Miami property so that he would be free to use it as collateral in his bail plea.
01:59:26.000We can obviously do the news, pop culture, cover crime, cover making money, gang girls, etc.
01:59:33.000Let us know if you want to see us outside of the studio, doing fun stuff with the boys, maybe bowling, maybe doing activities outside, IRL streams.
02:00:40.000And just for, you know what, for the people that aren't familiar with Miami, can you or Chris talk about Star Island, what it is in particular?
02:00:47.000Yeah, so it's an island next to South Beach that has a lot of properties that are way over millions of dollars.
02:00:55.000And a lot of the celebrities move there like DJ Khaled, J-Lo, Will Smith, Floyd Mayweather.
02:01:01.000A lot of the stars go to Star Island, of course.
02:01:03.000And it's a big island where there's a lot of wealth.
02:01:06.000And honestly speaking, if you go to a party on Star Island, you're top tier because to be invited there...
02:02:03.000And then his second property was privately owned by Gloria Emilio Estefan and Inclusive Buildings, which sit on a 1.34 acre lot.
02:02:09.000It is thought that Diddy was planning to use the Miami home as a primary residence had he secured bail, having put his rated Beverly Hills home on the market for $61.5 million just a week.
02:02:20.000Had the rapper's plea been granted by the judge, he would certainly have enjoyed much more luxury and privacy than he will be afforded behind bars.
02:02:27.000The residence is located in an exclusive guard-gated community that sits on a corner lot that faces the water.
02:02:32.000It offers incredible views of Biscayne Bay and the downtown Miami skyline.
02:02:37.000So here's the thing, and I knew that he was kind of liquidating guys and getting himself a lot of liquid to deal with the lawyers and everything else like that, because then he is a billionaire, but this is going to be expensive for him.
02:02:45.000I wouldn't be surprised if it's not going to cost some...
02:02:48.000A million, two million, three million dollars a month just to be able to sustain his legal team to fight all this shit.
02:02:53.000Because keep in mind guys, he's getting sued civilly by several people and he has a criminal case which are two different things.
02:03:01.000And each civil case has its own problems that it's got to deal with and then the criminal case obviously has its own issues.
02:03:07.000So he's fighting on multiple different fronts here.
02:03:11.000And the other thing as well, I think that's very important to note, guys, is that when you got arrested in the United States, right, federally, you get brought in front of a magistrate judge.
02:03:20.000But since he's been indicted, what's going to happen is this case is going to go to a district judge.
02:03:24.000The district judge is going to be the one that actually presides on the case, and if this thing does go to trial, the district judge is going to be the one that runs the trial.
02:03:32.000Magistrate judges typically aren't They don't deal with felonies.
02:03:35.000They just are the first line of defense when you come in to the federal court system and you get arrested.
02:03:40.000They bring you in front of a magistrate, read your charges, etc.
02:03:42.000So what's going to happen is a district judge is going to be assigned to this case and that district judge might change their mind and allow him bond.
02:03:48.000So he will get another crack at a bond hearing probably within a week or two.
02:05:12.000But I still think he has a good chance of getting bond.
02:05:16.000His legal team did put a very good case together that they've been trying to cooperate, etc.
02:05:21.000They put a whole list of emails in there showing that they had messaged the U.S. Attorney's Office since the summertime saying that he's traveling here, he's traveling here, etc.
02:07:22.000He probably doesn't like my takes when it comes to, you know, talking about the sexual marketplace and all this stuff with how girls do certain things.
02:07:28.000Yeah, but he was here with his girl and then he got schooled.
02:07:32.000He was in his feelings the whole time.
02:10:24.000He's not going to win that debate because everything on my side is factual when it comes to hypergamy, how women move, the sexual marketplace.
02:10:32.000It's an unwinnable debate for him, but if he wants to go ahead and have that debate, that's fine.
02:10:37.000He's probably going to do what they always do, you know what I mean?
02:15:30.000So promoting a product or service that you want to get to your audience isn't bad.
02:15:34.000However, making it, saying it's healthy sometimes could be a little bit triggering because if it's not healthy at all, they think, wait, what are you doing?
02:15:40.000You're being hypocritical because now it's not healthy.
02:16:46.000And the thing with Logan Paul, and I think he's mentioned this before, for him, he looks at it as a game, making as much money as possible.
02:16:54.000It's like, I've got to score more and make more money.
02:17:13.000Food products, protein, all these stuff that are like health products can be used against you because as a creator, if it's not healthy to a T and you can see the ingredients online, you've got to question your integrity because you're saying to kids, hey, come buy these products, but they're not healthy, then it's like...
02:17:29.000Yeah, especially when we have an obesity problem in the United States in general.
02:17:32.000So they basically made this to compare people like Lunchables, which I remember growing up in the 90s as a kid, that was huge.
02:17:40.000Lunchables was like, oh yeah, Lunchables, man, woo!
02:17:43.000So now it's like Lunchly, because here's the thing, guys.
02:17:46.000Actually, the fact that they're launching this goes to show you the power of social media influencers now.
02:17:51.000For you to create your own product to compete against a Lunchables type product that's been around for decades, right?
02:18:00.000And the fact that they launched this and they're competing tells you the power, the market power, of social media influencers.
02:18:06.000These guys aren't Hollywood actors or celebs like that.
02:18:10.000Like Logan Paul started his career on Vine.
02:18:54.000You start to um Get into a certain gray area like I think a big reason for us like that's kind of helped us out is like not marketing to kids.
02:19:01.000Yeah, because our content obviously It ain't safe for kids.
02:19:04.000We thank God I don't even wanted to go to kids anyway But because once you're very marketable to kids you deal with way more scrutiny Of course you can expand your audience and grow more right because kids are more likely to watch your stuff They're more likely to have a higher watch time.
02:19:17.000They're more likely to be more devoted fans etc.
02:19:19.000They'll grow up alongside you but The headaches that come with it, a lot of times aren't worth it.
02:20:31.000But yeah, as an influencer, once you start marketing to kids, it is very tricky because you become a thought leader for kids, and that means whatever you do will be...
02:27:32.000By the way guys, if you got a topic you want to bring up for us to actually react to, give us a topic, and we can actually go ahead and do it on live air for you.
02:27:40.000Fresh and Fit just gave about 50 subs.
