00:02:18.000 And as well, training coming up with Lambo Raul.
00:02:20.000 Go check it out, guys.
00:02:21.000 Let's go.
00:02:21.000 Cool.
00:02:22.000 And then for my YouTube channel, guys, it's Fed1811.
00:02:25.000 The one I did last night was Chris Watts, the guy that killed his entire family out there in Colorado.
00:02:31.000 I did a breakdown on that one.
00:02:32.000 I know, bro.
00:02:33.000 L. Chris, right?
00:02:34.000 For real.
00:02:35.000 And then I also filmed...
00:02:37.000 A terrorism case, Hezbollah, for you guys last night.
00:02:40.000 That's going to drop on Thursday.
00:02:42.000 I'm working on BMF for you guys, but the thing is that I need the documentary to get it, and I can't find it anywhere.
00:02:47.000 It's an old documentary called BMF Rise and Fall.
00:02:50.000 It's from 2012, I want to say.
00:02:51.000 If any of you guys have an HD, let me know.
00:02:54.000 I'll literally pay you for it.
00:02:55.000 That's the documentary I want to use, because I think it's better than the Starz one that's out right now, because it actually interviews the DEA agents that are involved in the investigation.
00:03:01.000 I want to get into detail with that.
00:03:02.000 And then, last thing...
00:03:05.000 Booking stores right now.
00:03:06.000 Why Women Deserve Less.
00:03:06.000 Number one bestseller on fucking Amazon right now, guys.
00:03:08.000 Okay, go get it.
00:03:09.000 It's number one in dating and human intersexual dynamics, so go ahead and check it out.
00:03:13.000 I got it on paperback, Kindle, and hardcover.
00:03:16.000 Audible coming very soon.
00:03:17.000 We're waiting for the approval.
00:03:18.000 Mo had to resubmit something, but we're good.
00:03:20.000 We're going to hopefully get it approved within the next 10 days, and when it comes out, I'll let y'all know.
00:03:24.000 But anyway, without further ado...
00:03:26.000 We've got three special guests in the house.
00:03:28.000 ATM together.
00:03:29.000 ATM together.
00:03:29.000 I want y'all to introduce yourselves because we know who you guys are.
00:03:32.000 You guys have been on the show before, but they might not know.
00:03:34.000 Turn it to y'all.
00:03:35.000 Yeah, absolutely, man.
00:03:36.000 Hey, thanks for having me, guys.
00:03:38.000 Man, it feels good to be back in Miami, dude.
00:03:39.000 It's like 80 degrees over here.
00:03:41.000 We just came back from San Diego.
00:03:42.000 San Diego right now, it's like raining and shit.
00:03:44.000 My dog almost flew off the terrace the other day.
00:03:46.000 Whoa!
00:03:47.000 Crazy ass shit.
00:03:48.000 But anyways, guys, my name is Paul Alex.
00:03:49.000 I'm founder of ATMtogether.com.
00:03:51.000 You guys probably recognize me from, what was it, like a couple months ago, like I think in November or whatever?
00:03:55.000 Yeah.
00:03:55.000 Yeah.
00:03:55.000 But yeah, dude.
00:03:57.000 Basically, a narcotics detective to an eight-figure entrepreneur.
00:04:01.000 And hey, your network is your net worth, guys.
00:04:03.000 So I had to bring the crew down.
00:04:04.000 Brought one of my consultants from ATM together.
00:04:06.000 And then I actually brought my COO, Gedim Jonas, from ATM together.
00:04:11.000 So they're going to break it down.
00:04:12.000 A couple things that we got for you guys.
00:04:14.000 But it's going to be a good show.
00:04:15.000 Nice.
00:04:16.000 Sir, yes sir.
00:04:16.000 Hey guys, I'm Yonah, COO of ATMTogether.com.
00:04:19.000 Didn't always start that way.
00:04:20.000 I was actually in the military, getting into that a little bit, and law enforcement.
00:04:23.000 Met Paul in law enforcement.
00:04:25.000 Competition, man.
00:04:26.000 We were trying to get each other fired at the vet.
00:04:28.000 But hey, check this out.
00:04:29.000 We're here.
00:04:29.000 Your network equals your net worth, just like he's talking about.
00:04:32.000 And lo and behold, we're in Miami.
00:04:34.000 Let's get them.
00:04:39.000 And then we got Mike.
00:04:41.000 We got Mike.
00:04:42.000 So funny story with Mike.
00:04:44.000 So Mike, he actually comes from the fitness world.
00:04:46.000 I mean, you can see the dude's like 6'3", 260 pounds.
00:04:49.000 I mean, we met in my apartment building that I live in San Diego.
00:04:53.000 And the dude was just like, man, you got like a good aura.
00:04:55.000 You're like, you're always happy and shit.
00:04:56.000 And I was just like, what are you talking about, bro?
00:04:57.000 I'm fucking tired.
00:04:58.000 I just worked 18 hours and shit on the grind, you know?
00:05:00.000 And the dude was like...
00:05:02.000 I don't know, man.
00:05:02.000 You just don't come off cocky or anything.
00:05:05.000 You're a real humble dude and you're hella respectful.
00:05:08.000 I was like, man, thanks.
00:05:08.000 I appreciate that, man.
00:05:10.000 A lot of people think about that, but hey, it is what it is.
00:05:13.000 So anyway, we end up talking.
00:05:15.000 He's just like, man, I've been in this fitness world for so long.
00:05:20.000 And he's just like, dude, I'm looking for other avenues.
00:05:24.000 He's like, what do you do for a living?
00:05:25.000 And I was just like, dude, I was actually a cop.
00:05:27.000 I was a detective for like five out of the seven years I was in law enforcement.
00:05:31.000 And Mike was just like, dude, that's freaking crazy.
00:05:34.000 So what do you do now?
00:05:35.000 I was just like, well, I do assortment of things, right?
00:05:39.000 I run my own ATM business.
00:05:41.000 Now I got into the Bitcoin ATM business.
00:05:44.000 And I'm just going down the line of all the different ventures that I'm getting into.
00:05:48.000 And he's just like, dude, that's amazing.
00:05:50.000 He's just like, so how can I work for you?
00:05:52.000 And I was just like, what do you mean work for me?
00:05:53.000 This ain't no Wolf of Wall Street shit, bro.
00:05:55.000 Like, what are you talking about?
00:05:56.000 He's just like, nah.
00:05:57.000 Like, bro, I see your car.
00:05:59.000 I see you drive that McLaren.
00:06:01.000 There ain't nobody else driving that McLaren.
00:06:02.000 So it's just like, what do you do for a living?
00:06:04.000 And the funny story is his McLaren was parked on the third floor.
00:06:08.000 And then maybe six months later, it became parked on the first floor.
00:06:13.000 And that's like the real G's.
00:06:16.000 I was like, that guy's doing something right.
00:06:18.000 But beforehand, he drove Panamera, so you could just see the growth because we lived together for at least a year.
00:06:26.000 But in Elevator, man, when you step in and the guy was pouring vibes, I was like, man, Exactly what I said.
00:06:37.000 You must be successful.
00:06:39.000 That's it.
00:06:39.000 And he told me, read this book.
00:06:41.000 And he gave me a digital millionaire book, and that's it.
00:06:44.000 Yeah, that's actually the book that I read.
00:06:46.000 What was the name of the book?
00:06:46.000 Digital Millionaire?
00:06:47.000 Digital Millionaire by Dan Henry.
00:06:49.000 Yeah, man.
00:06:50.000 But you know what I like, though?
00:06:51.000 You saw something in him.
00:06:53.000 I said, you know what?
00:06:54.000 How about myself saying, let me ask him a question.
00:06:56.000 That one question led to you being a part of the team, which is amazing, bro.
00:06:58.000 No, that's what it is, man.
00:07:01.000 Part of the team, guys, was the value because every human being carries the X amount of energy and our frequency should match.
00:07:08.000 I'm an expert in my field in fitness industry.
00:07:11.000 I'm prior combat medic, 12 years honorable service with Marine Corps and Navy.
00:07:15.000 And then also I worked in level two trauma.
00:07:18.000 I'm CT and x-ray tech registered.
00:07:20.000 Then during the little bug, I got fired.
00:07:26.000 And I was like, screw that.
00:07:27.000 I'm never going to go back to the corporate healthcare.
00:07:30.000 I'm like, screw that.
00:07:31.000 And I started with my online coaching business because I'm a competitive bodybuilder and I'm very good and versed in endocrinology and like functional health.
00:07:40.000 So when we do bodybuilding and we do it safely.
00:07:44.000 And then I was like, man, what can I, what value can I bring to pole?
00:07:48.000 Because I felt like, you know, if I, if I get on the team, so I was like, Hey, You teach me how to do what you do, and I'll turn you into a chat.
00:07:59.000 And he did, bro.
00:08:00.000 And if you guys look at that episode, I dropped 20 pounds.
00:08:04.000 I dropped 20 pounds.
00:08:06.000 Man, I was getting fat and shit.
00:08:07.000 But hey, that's what happens when you go into entrepreneurship, man.
00:08:10.000 You own the fucking grind and shit.
00:08:11.000 It's just like we were talking before the show started.
00:08:13.000 You guys were like, man, we got to do We got to go to Dubai.
00:08:15.000 We got to go to Vegas and all this shit.
00:08:16.000 Bro, we understand.
00:08:17.000 This man, he got anxiety and shit now.
00:08:21.000 He cool, calm, collected before entrepreneurship.
00:08:23.000 But as soon as he became CEO, I was just like, here is all my stress.
00:08:27.000 It's on his freaking shoulders now, bro.
00:08:29.000 It was one of those things, right?
00:08:31.000 Where in law enforcement, military leadership, I mean, I was at a forced reconnaissance unit, right?
00:08:35.000 That's special operations in the military.
00:08:37.000 I thought that was hard.
00:08:38.000 Then I was at law enforcement, sergeant of police in one of the most dangerous cities, and then you get into entrepreneurship.
00:08:43.000 In the Bay Area, so the audience kind of...
00:08:45.000 Oh yeah, in the Bay Area, right?
00:08:46.000 I won't say the name of the city, but it was a very dangerous city on that.
00:08:50.000 A lot of documentaries, a lot of things going on with that.
00:08:53.000 But I was a sergeant of police over there, and I thought that was hard, right?
00:08:56.000 Where you're talking about shootings, robberies, murders, triple homicides, all that stuff, right?
00:09:01.000 Running into buildings with gunshots.
00:09:03.000 I thought that was crazy.
00:09:04.000 And then you get into entrepreneurship, like, oh, that's a real hustle.
00:09:06.000 That's a real struggle, right?
00:09:08.000 Yeah, it's a grind, man, and shit.
00:09:11.000 Like, I always tell people, it's just like, yeah, I used to stress back then, I mean, going after cartel members and all this shit, yeah, like, seeing, like, you know, 60 pounds of meth, fucking assault rifles, almost getting killed and shit, seeing one of my boys pass out off of fentanyl and all that.
00:09:25.000 But man, entrepreneurship is just a different game because now you don't got that safety net.
00:09:30.000 And that's what a lot of people don't realize.
00:09:31.000 They think that they see you online and you're probably in a nice car or whatever, but they don't know the struggle that it took to actually get there.
00:09:39.000 You get what I'm saying?
00:09:40.000 So it took a lot of heartache.
00:09:41.000 Actually, like, you know, I'm not the youngest dude.
00:09:44.000 I'm 35.
00:09:45.000 So this is like my third career, bro.
00:09:47.000 I was in sales for like seven years, law enforcement for seven years, and then finally got into entrepreneurship.
00:09:53.000 And I've been a full-time entrepreneur for the past, it's almost four years now.
00:09:56.000 So it's amazing, dude.
00:09:58.000 Yeah, the uncertainty is kind of what it is, and that's such a big difference from, you know, coming from law enforcement or working for the government or whatever, because you know every two weeks that check is coming, right?
00:10:07.000 Versus being an entrepreneur, it's a little bit sporadic in the beginning, so it's not as consistent.
00:10:12.000 So, can you tell us a little bit about, because you were here last time on the last show.
00:10:15.000 I was, yeah.
00:10:16.000 And, you know, you guys made fun of each other quite a bit.
00:10:19.000 But we didn't really get to hear your background.
00:10:21.000 So you said earlier that you were in the military.
00:10:24.000 Yeah, so I was in the Marine Corps.
00:10:24.000 What branch?
00:10:26.000 I actually joined three days after I turned 18.
00:10:29.000 Because I was in high school, man.
00:10:30.000 I'm not going to lie.
00:10:31.000 I didn't know what I was going to do.
00:10:32.000 My best friend got popped by the DAA. I was hanging around the wrong people.
00:10:35.000 Oh, he was selling drugs?
00:10:38.000 Allegedly.
00:10:39.000 Allegedly.
00:10:52.000 So I didn't know what I wanted to do.
00:10:54.000 I was just in limbo.
00:10:55.000 I was like, no, I don't want to go to college.
00:10:57.000 There's only dead-end jobs.
00:10:58.000 Back then, I mean, the best job you can get is like $8 an hour, right?
00:11:01.000 Three days after I turned 18, I'm like, you know what?
00:11:03.000 I want to join the military, right?
00:11:04.000 I literally ran into a recruiter in the mall, right?
00:11:07.000 I'm parking lot pimping, right?
00:11:07.000 I'm just hanging out.
00:11:09.000 You know how it is back in the day, right?
00:11:10.000 I'm trying to pimp on some girls at the actual mall, drinking some ice cream.
00:11:14.000 First male role model I ever meet, Marine Corps recruiter.
00:11:16.000 He's like, hey, man, I'm going to take care of you.
00:11:18.000 I didn't know what that meant at the time, right?
00:11:20.000 Years later, in the Marine Corps, serving in actual some legit units.
00:11:24.000 And after that, still didn't know what I wanted to do.
00:11:27.000 Dead-end jobs.
00:11:28.000 What year did you get out?
00:11:29.000 So I got out in 2018, but I stayed in the reserves for a few years.
00:11:33.000 When did you go in?
00:11:35.000 Okay.
00:11:35.000 2010.
00:11:36.000 Yeah.
00:11:36.000 So a little while, a few years inside the military, right?
00:11:38.000 So joining the Marine Corps, man, going to boot camp, I didn't know at the time, but I was made for that, right?
00:11:44.000 I just love fitness.
00:11:45.000 I love the structure.
00:11:46.000 I love all that good stuff, right?
00:11:47.000 The nine to five, it was kind of a nine to five, but it's the military, right?
00:11:50.000 Right.
00:11:50.000 So what I didn't realize was there's some racist ass motherfuckers in there, man.
00:11:54.000 What's your background?
00:11:55.000 So I'm East African, a retreat, right?
00:11:57.000 Small community, small little country in East Africa, right?
00:12:00.000 Yeah.
00:12:01.000 Born and raised in the Bay Area, so I'm used to diversity, right?
00:12:04.000 Until I go into boot camp and I got some people from Arkansas, right?
00:12:06.000 And it's the first time I've seen a black guy.
00:12:07.000 Who are you, boy?
00:12:08.000 What the hell are you?
00:12:10.000 What the hell are you?
00:12:11.000 What the hell are you?
00:12:12.000 And they're going to say that you and Myron are not black.
00:12:14.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:12:15.000 All right, man.
00:12:16.000 Yeah.
00:12:17.000 Dude, that's crazy to me, bro.
00:12:19.000 How can you judge somebody by the way they're like, hey, look at shit.
00:12:22.000 You know how many times I get that I'm Asian?
00:12:24.000 I'm not fucking Asian.
00:12:25.000 No, bro.
00:12:26.000 See what I mean?
00:12:27.000 I'm Peruvian and Mexican.
00:12:32.000 I know, right?
00:12:33.000 You ain't got shit on me.
00:12:37.000 No, but like, I'm serious, man.
00:12:39.000 When I roll up and I start speaking Spanish and shit, people are like, And, you know, like back in the day, especially in sales, you know, they'll talk shit.
00:12:46.000 They'll be like, you know, I'll be like, yeah, but it's crazy, bro.
00:12:54.000 So military, right?
00:12:56.000 And I just didn't know what I want to do.
00:12:57.000 Got some dead end jobs.
00:12:58.000 I was in a bad relationship, right?
00:13:00.000 And this, see, you guys already know, this is how I found out about TRP, right?
00:13:04.000 So right off the bat, dating a chick, had a kid.
00:13:07.000 I'm thinking she's cheating on me.
00:13:10.000 That was dark blue pill.
00:13:21.000 It was a bad time in my life.
00:13:22.000 Was it your kid or her kid?
00:13:24.000 It was her kid.
00:13:25.000 So it was one of those things, right?
00:13:26.000 So I was in that bad relationship.
00:13:27.000 We move in together, man.
00:13:29.000 Almost one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
00:13:31.000 She's trying to lock it down.
00:13:32.000 You know how it goes, guys.
00:13:33.000 It's a typical story.
00:13:34.000 I was there, man.
00:13:34.000 I was there.
00:13:34.000 This is years ago, right?
00:13:35.000 And I didn't know any better.
00:13:36.000 My gut was telling me something different.
00:13:37.000 You know how it is.
00:13:38.000 But at the time, I'm like, hey, I don't know any better.
00:13:40.000 I'm supporting someone's kid.
00:13:41.000 I'm losing money.
00:13:42.000 I'm over $50,000 in debt.
00:13:43.000 Holy shit.
00:13:45.000 End up losing.
00:13:45.000 And this is not any debt.
00:13:46.000 It's credit card debt, right?
00:13:47.000 You know how that is.
00:13:50.000 We're the good guys.
00:13:51.000 That's where the good guys.
00:13:53.000 They're right here.
00:13:53.000 So you learn, right?
00:13:56.000 So you learn very quickly.
00:13:57.000 So my buddy, forced reconnaissance scout sniper, is like, hey dude, you gotta make a change.
00:14:02.000 Saved my life.
00:14:04.000 He saved my life.
00:14:05.000 He introduced me to some TRP books.
00:14:07.000 Out of nowhere, I'm reading this.
00:14:08.000 I'm like, man, this makes sense.
00:14:12.000 I think that's how you pronounce his name.
00:14:16.000 I didn't know at the time, but he was brand new at the time.
00:14:17.000 He only had some online web articles, right?
00:14:20.000 And then Good Looking Loser and a few other things, right?
00:14:24.000 That's OG stuff right there.
00:14:25.000 This is years ago, right?
00:14:26.000 What year was this around?
00:14:27.000 This is about 2012, right?
00:14:30.000 What was that, like 11 years ago?
00:14:32.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:14:33.000 Time flies.
00:14:34.000 Yeah, so the parking lot, we're having the conversation, right?
00:14:36.000 We're in the military.
00:14:37.000 There's three of us, right?
00:14:38.000 Two of us are beta, one of them's alpha, right?
00:14:40.000 He's telling both of us, we go two different routes.
00:14:43.000 Me, here I am today.
00:14:44.000 The other guy, he's wearing anime clothes and he's acting all the time with long hair, right?
00:14:51.000 Stupid!
00:14:51.000 So, it's bad, right?
00:14:53.000 I end up losing my crib.
00:14:54.000 I actually end up losing my crib.
00:14:56.000 And I actually end up in the streets, right?
00:14:58.000 Living for weeks at a time.
00:15:00.000 Did she, like, kick you out?
00:15:00.000 Like, how'd you, like...
00:15:01.000 Yeah, I couldn't afford rent.
00:15:03.000 I was like, I can only do so many cash advances on the credit card.
00:15:05.000 I had no cash.
00:15:06.000 So, I literally had no cash to pay for rent.
00:15:08.000 Where'd she go when you guys got evicted?
00:15:09.000 Man, she went back to her parents' house, right?
00:15:11.000 And I already broke it off with my parents and my family because of her, right?
00:15:14.000 So, I got no support system.
00:15:16.000 Wow.
00:15:16.000 And you're in the Bay Area, you know how much rent is, right?
00:15:18.000 It's expensive, so life's tough for me at the time, right?
00:15:21.000 That's the dark blue pill, my friend.
00:15:22.000 She was probably smashing someone else, right?
00:15:26.000 Let's keep it real.
00:15:28.000 It is what it is.
00:15:29.000 It is what it is, right?
00:15:30.000 Hey, the chat always there, bro.
00:15:34.000 So I randomly run into a cop, right?
00:15:37.000 In a good way, guys.
00:15:38.000 In a good way, right?
00:15:39.000 Because I actively avoided the police.
00:15:40.000 Spoke to him, a brother.
00:15:42.000 And at the end of the day, I'm speaking to him, and I found out you only need a high school degree to actually become a cop in California.
00:15:47.000 Blew my mind.
00:15:47.000 So right off the bat, I started applying to as many police agencies as I can.
00:15:51.000 Yeah.
00:15:52.000 20, 30, 40.
00:15:53.000 And at the time, I didn't realize when you do a shotgun application like that, you can't do that.
00:15:56.000 It actually looks really bad.
00:15:57.000 It's like chicks, right?
00:15:58.000 Imagine you're trying to hit on a lot of chicks in front of them and they're all shutting you down.
00:16:02.000 The rest of the chicks don't want you anymore.
00:16:04.000 At least you were on your purpose, bro.
00:16:06.000 Exactly.
00:16:06.000 Yeah, you were on your purpose.
00:16:07.000 So like, yeah, that's what Rolo's book is all about, rational.
00:16:11.000 People think it's about women.
00:16:12.000 No, it puts you focused on purpose.
00:16:15.000 And that's why he's here right now in the middle.
00:16:17.000 Yeah, so I ended up getting denied by all these departments.
00:16:21.000 Like, hey, sorry, you're just not the right fit.
00:16:22.000 I already knew what it was, right?
00:16:23.000 It's in Southern California, certain agencies.
00:16:25.000 That's just what it is, right?
00:16:26.000 Get hired at a department.
00:16:28.000 Here's the thing.
00:16:30.000 Almost lose my job with her.
00:16:31.000 Because we get back together.
00:16:33.000 So we're arguing.
00:16:34.000 So you get the job.
00:16:36.000 You make it through the police academy.
00:16:37.000 What year is this now?
00:16:38.000 I don't make it through the police academy because of her.
00:16:41.000 I almost lose my job.
00:16:42.000 That's your friend, man.
00:16:45.000 What year is this now?
00:16:46.000 This is end of 2013 beginning 2014.
00:16:51.000 So you get hired, just so the audience knows, because they're probably confused, like, what do you mean you lost your job at Police Academy?
00:16:56.000 So guys, how it goes is, when you get hired, you go through the process, you go through an interview, you go through a polygraph test, a background check, etc.
00:17:03.000 Once all that clears, then they send you to the police academy.
00:17:06.000 Then most police academies are somewhere between...
00:17:08.000 Four or six months.
00:17:09.000 And then you're saying, and then you get tenderly hired under probation.
00:17:13.000 Exactly.
00:17:14.000 Probationary officer.
00:17:14.000 So you didn't make it through the academy.
00:17:15.000 Man, I'm five months in, but I can't even stay awake because every single day I get home, it's an argument.
00:17:21.000 Oh, so it wasn't a living academy.
00:17:22.000 It wasn't a living academy.
00:17:23.000 Okay, so you went in, you reported there every day, and then came back.
00:17:26.000 Exactly.
00:17:27.000 So I'm paying all the bills, right?
00:17:28.000 I'm driving home every single day.
00:17:29.000 I'm exhausted.
00:17:30.000 You know how the academy is.
00:17:31.000 You're spending 14 hours.
00:17:32.000 I'm in traffic, right?
00:17:33.000 I get home.
00:17:35.000 Why'd you take so long?
00:17:36.000 Toxical.
00:17:38.000 And then I'm worried about taking a kid to school the next morning.
00:17:40.000 I'm like, oh, man.
00:17:41.000 And it's not your kid.
00:17:42.000 No, what the hell?
00:17:43.000 It's DreamKillers, bro.
00:17:44.000 No, he's the good guy.
00:17:45.000 This is why living academies are almost always better than going back and forth.
00:17:50.000 Because when I went with the feds, it was a living academy.
00:17:53.000 So you don't have to worry about that shit.
00:17:54.000 But that's tough, dude, when you're going back and forth.
00:17:57.000 He's paying all the bills.
00:17:59.000 What is she?
00:18:00.000 A dream killer, bro.
00:18:01.000 Legit.
00:18:01.000 And not only that, police academies are almost always paramilitary, which means you've got to walk in formation, you've got to dress a certain way, etc.
00:18:09.000 It's all at attention, so it's very tough.
00:18:13.000 So you're doing that all day, just to paint a picture for the audience, because it's not like it's an easy police academy.
00:18:18.000 And then you're going in and dealing with the family stuff at home as well, so you're getting stressed from both ends.
00:18:22.000 Man, I got no family support, right?
00:18:24.000 Because, I mean, they played it cool for backgrounds.
00:18:26.000 They let me get hired, right?
00:18:27.000 But, man, like, my family doesn't want to talk to me, right?
00:18:29.000 I don't want to talk to them because we're at risk with the relationship.
00:18:32.000 I'm with this chick that is not working out.
00:18:34.000 I'm paying all the bills.
00:18:35.000 I'm paying for child care.
00:18:36.000 I'm paying for all this stuff, right?
00:18:37.000 You're paying for child care?
00:18:38.000 Man, it was bad.
00:18:39.000 It was a bad time.
00:18:41.000 Stupid!
00:18:41.000 It was bad, man.
00:18:44.000 And I've only talked about this in the past, right?
00:18:46.000 So lo and behold, I actually failed the academy.
00:18:50.000 I failed the test, man.
00:18:50.000 I'm exhausted.
00:18:51.000 I'm literally falling asleep in the academy every day.
00:18:53.000 That's your main hustle, right?
00:18:54.000 What test did you fail?
00:18:56.000 Was it shooting?
00:18:57.000 No, it was just some dumb test.
00:18:59.000 It was just some written test.
00:19:00.000 That's it.
00:19:01.000 So I'm just like, okay, well, here I go.
00:19:03.000 I lost my job.
00:19:04.000 I don't know.
00:19:04.000 This is the best paying gig I had.
00:19:05.000 This is my actual opportunity to change my life.
00:19:09.000 And I just wasted it, right?
00:19:10.000 So you're just sitting there waiting to talk to, you know, the commanders and all that while they fire you.
00:19:13.000 They give me a second chance.
00:19:15.000 They're like, hey, you know what?
00:19:16.000 We talked to your friend.
00:19:17.000 We know about what's going on at your house, right?
00:19:20.000 This is what you got to do.
00:19:21.000 You got to break it off with her.
00:19:22.000 You gotta actually get a new household.
00:19:24.000 Man, it's wild.
00:19:25.000 I actually move in with my buddy.
00:19:26.000 No, that's leadership because, I mean, he recognized that, like, yo, you're dating a chaos.
00:19:32.000 It's like ADHD times squared.
00:19:34.000 100%.
00:19:35.000 Yeah, so you can't focus.
00:19:36.000 How can you pass a test?
00:19:37.000 How can you be focused on the business?
00:19:39.000 Like, man is, like, that's it.
00:19:41.000 It's Dan.
00:19:42.000 100%.
00:19:43.000 Good leadership.
00:19:43.000 Yeah.
00:19:44.000 So I am so appreciative.
00:19:45.000 I work my ass off at Second Academy.
00:19:47.000 Right?
00:19:48.000 Graduate, top of my class.
00:19:49.000 And I'm like, I'm so appreciative for this opportunity.
00:19:51.000 Did you have to start from the beginning?
00:19:52.000 Or did they recycle you from where you left?
00:19:54.000 Start from the beginning.
00:19:55.000 Fuck.
00:19:55.000 Six months again, right?
00:19:56.000 You got the hell week or whatever they call it, where they're trying to haze you, all that good stuff.
00:19:59.000 I don't care.
00:20:00.000 Like, this is the best paying job I'm going to get.
00:20:02.000 She's not with the chick.
00:20:04.000 Like, $30 an hour.
00:20:05.000 I'm living close to the academy.
00:20:06.000 I'm working.
00:20:07.000 I'm working my ass off.
00:20:08.000 Finally getting the job.
00:20:09.000 I start working 100 hours a week.
00:20:12.000 The day after FTO, I am so appreciative because it's unlimited overtime.
00:20:17.000 How long did you go through the FTO process for?
00:20:19.000 Three months?
00:20:19.000 Six months?
00:20:20.000 It's four months.
00:20:20.000 So it's four months total.
00:20:22.000 For the audience, that stands for field training officer.
00:20:24.000 That means he had to ride along with a guy who was a field training officer basically through his probationary period.
00:20:29.000 And then after that, they let you go on your own, I'm assuming?
00:20:31.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:20:32.000 Yeah.
00:20:32.000 So they let you go on your own.
00:20:34.000 You're on probation for about like nine months.
00:20:36.000 You can get fired for anything.
00:20:37.000 Right.
00:20:37.000 So they tell you, just lay low.
00:20:38.000 Just be cool.
00:20:38.000 Right.
00:20:39.000 Not me.
00:20:39.000 I was like, I'm trying to make as much money as I can.
00:20:41.000 So I end up actually working my ass off for the next few years.
00:20:45.000 I'm talking every single day.
00:20:47.000 I am literally sleeping at the job.
00:20:48.000 I'm like, I'm going to save up as much as I can because I don't know how long this is going to last.
00:20:52.000 I don't know how long this opportunity is going to last, right?
00:20:54.000 So you're going to shootings, you're going to robberies, you're like, whatever, because I'm getting paid.
00:20:57.000 This is the most I'm ever going to get paid.
00:20:59.000 I literally have no degree.
00:21:00.000 I have no other options.
00:21:01.000 This is the most money I'll ever make in my life.
00:21:03.000 How much money you was making then?
00:21:05.000 So I was actually making six figures at the time, right?
00:21:07.000 Low six figures.
00:21:08.000 But to me at the time, I'm like, man, that's a lot of money, right?
00:21:10.000 And this is what, 2015 now at this point, probably?
00:21:12.000 Yeah, 2015.
00:21:13.000 And you're single, right?
00:21:14.000 I'm single, no expenses.
00:21:16.000 So I literally save every single dollar and I start paying off my debt.
00:21:24.000 I'm like, I just need to pay everything off, right?
00:21:26.000 So I go to zero.
00:21:26.000 That was the most proud moment of my life.
00:21:28.000 After four months, I paid off all my debt and I was at zero net worth.
00:21:31.000 Notice, right?
00:21:32.000 That time period you had before.
00:21:34.000 You couldn't even pay your bills all the way because you were taking care of what?
00:21:37.000 Someone else's kid.
00:21:39.000 Guys, that's a very important point because most guys that come into this type of life setup, they're like, you know what?
00:21:43.000 I can handle it.
00:21:44.000 But it's opportunity cost because that money is going towards a negative benefit.
00:21:48.000 So, shout out to you for overcoming that, man.
00:21:50.000 That's huge.
00:21:50.000 Yeah, and it was one of those things.
00:21:53.000 People always say, you know, TRP this, TRP that.
00:21:55.000 It saved my life.
00:21:56.000 That literally saved my life because imagine, I had a pregnancy scare with that.
00:22:03.000 Second baby daddy.
00:22:04.000 I had a pregnancy scare and to this day, I'm like, I'm like, thanking God.
00:22:09.000 I'm like, I don't know if God was looking out for me, vibrations or whatever.
00:22:13.000 What was the awakening moment?
00:22:16.000 What was the awakening moment?
00:22:19.000 Was it when your superiors brought you in and gave you that second chance that you just woke up and said, I'm taking a red pill now.
00:22:24.000 That's it.
00:22:24.000 Fuck this chick.
00:22:25.000 She's gone.
00:22:26.000 Exactly.
00:22:27.000 I was reading the books and it was kind of like I understood the concepts.
00:22:30.000 Something wasn't jiving.
00:22:31.000 You have to take that step.
00:22:33.000 That's literally what Morpheus says.
00:22:34.000 You take one of these pills.
00:22:35.000 I just wasn't committed to one of them.
00:22:37.000 I just said, I'll read it.
00:22:39.000 In theory, it's all good until I almost lost my job.
00:22:42.000 That's what woke you up.
00:22:43.000 Right.
00:22:43.000 Woke me up.
00:22:44.000 Totally.
00:22:44.000 I said, hey, do I really want to go back to where I was?
00:22:46.000 Yeah.
00:22:47.000 I literally have a house now.
00:22:48.000 I don't want to sleep in my car.
00:22:49.000 I don't want to have to use baby wipes like I was in the field in the Marine Corps, right?
00:22:52.000 Like, this makes no sense to me.
00:22:54.000 How long you lived in a car, man?
00:22:55.000 It was actually about two months.
00:22:57.000 Oh, shit.
00:22:58.000 So, two months.
00:22:58.000 And it was...
00:22:59.000 I mean, you got to do what you got to do.
00:23:00.000 Just survive at the end of the day.
00:23:01.000 Of course.
00:23:02.000 I'm not embarrassed about it.
00:23:03.000 No, no, no.
00:23:03.000 You got to hustle.
00:23:03.000 You got to hustle.
00:23:04.000 I can relate, man, to your story a lot, man.
00:23:05.000 Wow.
00:23:06.000 In some ways.
00:23:07.000 Not every way.
00:23:08.000 He also dated a single mom, too.
00:23:10.000 So he knows that pain.
00:23:11.000 Married her, bro.
00:23:13.000 Oh, really?
00:23:14.000 Stupid!
00:23:16.000 And at the end of the day, you have to have your learning pains.
00:23:18.000 You have to have your learning pains.
00:23:19.000 And to this day, when I'm rolling around in the G-Wagon, I'm like, hey, guys, it wasn't always like this, right?
00:23:24.000 You worked your ass off to get there, right?
00:23:26.000 So fast forward a few years, I'm working my ass off.
00:23:28.000 I'm trying to go to all these assignments.
00:23:29.000 I'm running into Paul.
00:23:31.000 Where did y'all meet?
00:23:31.000 What year?
00:23:32.000 So it was like at least...
00:23:34.000 A year and a half in.
00:23:35.000 We'd run into each other.
00:23:36.000 Like 2016-ish?
00:23:37.000 Yeah.
00:23:38.000 So we'd run into each other because this is how it works in law enforcement, right?
00:23:42.000 So don't get it twisted that all cops work hard.
00:23:45.000 I'm here to break the myth right now.
00:23:46.000 Nope.
00:23:47.000 It's about 1% do 99% of the work.
00:23:49.000 That's facts.
00:23:50.000 That's 1,000% facts.
00:23:51.000 Whether it's state, federal, etc.
00:23:53.000 Most law enforcement officers are lazy as fuck, want to fly under the radar, collect their check, not do anything else.
00:23:58.000 That's 100% true.
00:23:59.000 I gotta verify, though.
00:23:59.000 What about the donuts?
00:24:00.000 The donuts are good.
00:24:01.000 No.
00:24:02.000 That's a real thing?
00:24:03.000 Okay, cool.
00:24:04.000 That's very true, bro.
00:24:05.000 Especially people think at the federal level it changes.
00:24:07.000 Hell no.
00:24:07.000 Most special agents are lazy as fuck.
00:24:10.000 There's five top guys typically in any field office that do everything.
00:24:14.000 Exactly.
00:24:14.000 And the 1% literally is the reputation when you want to go to a department like, yeah, I heard they work hard.
00:24:19.000 No, that's 1%.
00:24:20.000 The 99%, they're chilling.
00:24:22.000 They're pulling people over for nonsense.
00:24:23.000 It's all that other stuff.
00:24:24.000 I wanted to focus on crimes, people killing each other.
00:24:26.000 Right?
00:24:27.000 So, with that being said, I started applying for all these special assignments, right?
00:24:30.000 But here's the thing.
00:24:31.000 People kept telling me, right, slow down, slow down.
00:24:34.000 All the brokies, all the normies, they kept saying, hey, slow down.
00:24:36.000 It's a marathon out of race.
00:24:37.000 I'm like, no, it's not.
00:24:38.000 You guys don't know where I came from.
00:24:39.000 This is an actual race every single day for me.
00:24:41.000 I need to accomplish everything as of yesterday, right?
00:24:44.000 So, with that being said, I apply for all these special assignments.
00:24:47.000 And you know how it is.
00:24:47.000 The fucking haterade.
00:24:49.000 Of course.
00:24:49.000 It's true.
00:24:50.000 Straight up.
00:24:50.000 I struck the hate array, right?
00:24:51.000 The glass was full.
00:24:53.000 So I literally try out for canine, right?
00:24:55.000 Test number one, I get a dog.
00:24:57.000 I get an actual dog.
00:24:58.000 I'm running them.
00:24:58.000 Like, nope, you can't have that, right?
00:25:00.000 So, okay, cool.
00:25:01.000 Whatever.
00:25:01.000 I try to go for the mounting unit.
00:25:03.000 Try to ride some horses.
00:25:04.000 Nope.
00:25:04.000 You can't do that, right?
00:25:05.000 I try to go for special investigations.
00:25:07.000 Can't do that.
00:25:08.000 I try to go for an actual crime team.
00:25:10.000 Can't do that.
00:25:11.000 And keep in mind, I'm like top performer at the department.
00:25:13.000 But I was just the haterade.
00:25:15.000 What the fuck?
00:25:16.000 They wouldn't give it to you?
00:25:17.000 They wouldn't.
00:25:17.000 So I thought, I was like, man, this gotta be some racism, right?
00:25:19.000 But the leaders were my peoples, right?
00:25:21.000 So what it was, was I was working so hard, I would get in trouble, right?
00:25:26.000 You run after somebody with a gun, the guy makes a complaint against you, they'll say, hey, you're getting too many complaints.
00:25:30.000 I'm like, but the guy had a gun, what are you doing?
00:25:32.000 He told me I cursed at him, so what, right?
00:25:34.000 So, with that being said, I try everything.
00:25:36.000 So, Paul's in the Narcotics Task Force, right?
00:25:39.000 He's telling me, hey man, you gotta come over.
00:25:40.000 I wasn't with the drug stuff, right?
00:25:41.000 It wasn't interesting to me.
00:25:42.000 I actually went for the ATF Task Force, right?
00:25:45.000 So, in case you guys don't know, that's the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, ATF. Yeah, so the ATF, right?
00:25:53.000 I go for that task force.
00:25:54.000 I actually test number one.
00:25:55.000 I meet the special agent in charge of the entire region.
00:25:58.000 Nice.
00:25:59.000 Do a meet and greet.
00:26:00.000 He's like, hey, man, I like you, right?
00:26:01.000 I fill out the federal paperwork.
00:26:02.000 They're going to deputize me and all that good stuff.
00:26:04.000 I get a call while I'm at training in San Diego because I'm in the Bay Area.
00:26:08.000 I'm at training.
00:26:09.000 I'm like, hey, man, apologize, right?
00:26:10.000 Everyone vouchs for you, but so-and-so, this captain and this commander says, hey, no, go.
00:26:15.000 What the fuck?
00:26:16.000 Wow.
00:26:17.000 So I'm in shock.
00:26:18.000 I'm in shambles, right?
00:26:19.000 For what reason?
00:26:19.000 For no reason.
00:26:20.000 Doesn't like me.
00:26:21.000 That's it.
00:26:22.000 Doesn't like me.
00:26:22.000 Doesn't like my personality.
00:26:23.000 Super political, bro.
00:26:25.000 That's just how it is.
00:26:25.000 It's politics and law enforcement.
00:26:27.000 I mean, military is the same, bro.
00:26:29.000 It's the same thing.
00:26:29.000 But law enforcement, it is a bunch of, no offense, some betas.
00:26:32.000 And I'll tell you this, too, because I can tell you from the federal side, anytime you wanted a guy from another agency to become a task force officer, basically for the audience out there, they're probably wondering, what is this?
00:26:41.000 You could get a guy that works for a local police department or a local agency and you deputize them and then they get federal authority.
00:26:46.000 And the beauty of that when you have a task force officer is they're able to do their state duties while simultaneously having federal authority.
00:26:52.000 So the reason why this is so important is that you can use local resources to go ahead and get the guy.
00:26:57.000 Let's say you got some information that someone's involved in some type of Yeah.
00:27:20.000 And nine out of ten times when you can't get a guy from a local agency, they give the same excuse.
00:27:25.000 Oh, we can't give any manpower.
00:27:26.000 But in this case, they were just hating.
00:27:28.000 They didn't want you to get on because they know once they lose you over there, they're never going to see you because you're going to always be with ATF. You're going to report over there and everything, and they probably just were jealous.
00:27:36.000 A hundred percent.
00:27:37.000 Yeah.
00:27:37.000 So I just did everything on patrol.
00:27:38.000 I actually got on wiretaps.
00:27:40.000 I got on all that good stuff.
00:27:41.000 Right.
00:27:41.000 And so I was doing the most on patrol.
00:27:43.000 I was like, man, I can't get anything to stick for me.
00:27:45.000 And it's a lesson in entrepreneurship also.
00:27:47.000 Right.
00:27:47.000 You're going to fail a few times before you succeed.
00:27:49.000 Never give up.
00:27:49.000 Right.
00:27:50.000 So at this point, I'm That's so fucked up, dude.
00:27:53.000 I absolutely hate life at this point.
00:27:54.000 I'm like, I hate this place.
00:27:55.000 I'm going to quit.
00:27:56.000 But in my head, I'm like, you know what?
00:27:57.000 This changed my life.
00:27:59.000 This gave me the opportunity I'm at right now.
00:28:00.000 Luckily, I made a lot of investments at the time.
00:28:03.000 This is back in actually 2016.
00:28:05.000 I invested in crypto, right?
00:28:06.000 Back when Bitcoin was like 600 bucks.
00:28:08.000 I was like, what the hell is this thing called?
00:28:12.000 Bitcoin, right?
00:28:13.000 But my buddy told me about it.
00:28:15.000 I'm like, you know what?
00:28:15.000 This makes sense.
00:28:16.000 I dropped some money.
00:28:17.000 I worked a lot of overtime.
00:28:18.000 All that money went into actual crypto.
00:28:20.000 Nice.
00:28:20.000 Invested in real estate with some friends.
00:28:22.000 Invested actually into some ATMs also.
00:28:24.000 Nice.
00:28:24.000 I was a passive investor because you couldn't have a second job at work, so I didn't want to tell them.
00:28:27.000 So I was like, hey, put everything in your name.
00:28:29.000 You know how it is.
00:28:29.000 Hey, it's too late.
00:28:29.000 You guys can't get me now, right?
00:28:31.000 Yeah.
00:28:31.000 So with that being said, right, these start kicking off on the side.
00:28:34.000 So I'm like, you know what?
00:28:35.000 Fuck it.
00:28:35.000 I don't care.
00:28:36.000 So to piss off commands, I applied to be a sergeant.
00:28:40.000 At the minimum required, five years.
00:28:42.000 Back then, you had to do 10 years before you'd be a sergeant just to get the respect.
00:28:47.000 I literally did that much work in five years because I worked every single day.
00:28:50.000 So I applied to be a sergeant because I'm like, hey, you know what?
00:28:53.000 The union has to get involved.
00:28:54.000 They got my back, right?
00:28:55.000 There's these regulations.
00:28:57.000 They can't fuck me over.
00:28:58.000 I ended up testing number one out of 30 something people.
00:29:02.000 Wow.
00:29:02.000 Piss off command.
00:29:03.000 They're like, we don't know what to do.
00:29:04.000 Like, how do we skip this guy?
00:29:05.000 They end up skipping me for promotion.
00:29:08.000 Damn.
00:29:08.000 No reason whatsoever.
00:29:09.000 And I hear on the back end, because I actually got a mentor, which is rule number two, always get a mentor.
00:29:14.000 Facts, facts.
00:29:15.000 He's from Barbados, right?
00:29:17.000 Hey, hey, [...
00:29:30.000 He tells me, hey man, you know, at the end of the day, I spoke to command because he was connected.
00:29:34.000 As I spoke to command, they want to test you.
00:29:36.000 They want to see how you're going to respond to this.
00:29:38.000 I was like, what kind of bullshit is this, right?
00:29:40.000 So if I want to quit at this point, he's like, dude, just keep your chin up.
00:29:43.000 It's all good, man.
00:29:44.000 So I get promoted the second round.
00:29:45.000 Best thing that ever happened to me, right?
00:29:47.000 So at this point, I'm career tracked.
00:29:49.000 I'm thinking, hey, you know what?
00:29:50.000 Life's good.
00:29:51.000 I'm a young sergeant.
00:29:51.000 I'm promoted.
00:29:52.000 I'm a minority in this minority city.
00:29:55.000 I'm made, right?
00:29:57.000 Youngest sergeant, still on probation, because you have a year until you're actually on probation.
00:30:00.000 How old are you at this point?
00:30:01.000 I am 29 at this point.
00:30:02.000 Oh, they're mad.
00:30:03.000 They're definitely mad.
00:30:04.000 Hey, and I was the youngest.
00:30:05.000 Young guy coming up?
00:30:06.000 For the audience, real quick, a sergeant typically is going to manage probably, what, six or seven patrol guys on a shift?
00:30:11.000 So, yeah.
00:30:12.000 So, he'll be the main guy on a shift, and everyone that's doing patrol or whatever, if they need anything done or they need a supervisor, he's the main guy that's running it.
00:30:20.000 So, I can see why they would be mad, right?
00:30:22.000 Especially a big police department like that.
00:30:24.000 You're probably managing 10 units at that point, right?
00:30:26.000 Or more, a shift.
00:30:27.000 When I promote.
00:30:28.000 Bro, and I remember when he got promoted, man, there was tons of motherfuckers that were hating on him.
00:30:33.000 Yeah.
00:30:34.000 We're talking about OGs that were in the department for like 25 years, and they're like, this motherfucker's only been five years, and he hit the minimum, and he think he could be a sergeant?
00:30:44.000 The fuck?
00:30:44.000 Yeah.
00:30:45.000 That's how it is.
00:30:46.000 I was like, why the fuck are you hating?
00:30:47.000 Dude, that's how it is.
00:30:48.000 Just mind your business.
00:30:48.000 It's crazy in law enforcement how they get mad.
00:30:50.000 And you're a minority, and you're in a big PE, and you're a hit sergeant in five years.
00:30:55.000 Yeah, I already know.
00:30:56.000 They're fucking pissed.
00:30:56.000 And on top of that, you would put in for all these other details and didn't get them.
00:31:00.000 So then the fact that you get that, That's something that's the most sought after.
00:31:04.000 But that person, they would have quit by now, but you didn't quit.
00:31:07.000 I didn't quit.
00:31:08.000 And here's the thing.
00:31:09.000 This is the craziest thing.
00:31:09.000 When I got promoted, there was a new chief, a brother.
00:31:12.000 And I thought this dude hated me.
00:31:14.000 So when I get promoted, let me tell you, man, this guy comes up.
00:31:16.000 He's like, get him.
00:31:17.000 What's up, man?
00:31:18.000 And we're boys.
00:31:19.000 And I'm like, hey, man, be cool.
00:31:20.000 I don't want them thinking I'm cool with you, right?
00:31:22.000 So with this, he's like, hey, man, check this out, man.
00:31:24.000 The reason why I love you so much, man.
00:31:26.000 And I couldn't take this guy seriously.
00:31:28.000 I didn't know if he was being serious.
00:31:29.000 He's like, because every time we disciplined you, You always showed up, you kept your chin up, and you smiled, and you did things for the right reason.
00:31:36.000 Marine, that's the Marine.
00:31:37.000 Once a Marine, always a Marine.
00:31:39.000 Except for five, for all my military veterans watchmen now, right?
00:31:41.000 That's how it is.
00:31:43.000 And Docs know better.
00:31:44.000 I'm a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, so Marines don't have their doctors, so I'm the Doc.
00:31:50.000 Yep, yep.
00:31:51.000 Yeah, no.
00:31:52.000 So I get promoted, right, with this.
00:31:55.000 And he tells me that.
00:31:56.000 So it changes my life at this point.
00:31:58.000 I was like, all right, you know what?
00:31:59.000 I'm never going to let anything take me down anymore.
00:32:01.000 Because it blew my mind.
00:32:01.000 I just, I didn't see that was going on behind the scenes.
00:32:03.000 I was just in my own head.
00:32:05.000 I was in my own world.
00:32:06.000 I was being selfish and all that, right?
00:32:08.000 So with that being said, I get promoted and they put me in the oldest squad.
00:32:12.000 OGs, right?
00:32:13.000 20 year vets.
00:32:14.000 Brand new supervisor, 29 years old.
00:32:16.000 They got kids my age, right?
00:32:18.000 So you know how it is.
00:32:19.000 They're like, oh yeah, that's what we're doing now, huh?
00:32:22.000 So, lo and behold, I didn't know this would be one of the things that changed my life.
00:32:26.000 So, one of the officers in there was very close friends with me.
00:32:29.000 So, keep in mind, it's a morning shift.
00:32:34.000 Coincidentally, two other sergeants called out sick.
00:32:37.000 Two out of the other four sergeants.
00:32:38.000 So, I'm the only one in charge of half the city that has, I mean, a million people in it.
00:32:44.000 Brand new sergeant, like, I don't know what I'm doing.
00:32:47.000 So I hear the fateful words.
00:32:49.000 He actually gets shot that day.
00:32:51.000 So on that day, we're literally, we're smiling, we're joking.
00:32:55.000 I'm having my team brief with them.
00:32:57.000 I cut them loose to get their patrol cars and all that.
00:32:59.000 I walk to my office.
00:33:00.000 It's like 10 minutes into the shift at 6 a.m.
00:33:02.000 And I hear the word shots fired, shots fired up and shot.
00:33:05.000 Right?
00:33:06.000 And I'm just in shock, right?
00:33:07.000 I jump out my seat.
00:33:08.000 I start running.
00:33:10.000 It's the one day I don't have my car with me, right?
00:33:11.000 So I go to the area to get my car keys.
00:33:13.000 And you know how it is in law enforcement or the military or even any job, right?
00:33:17.000 People always play pranks.
00:33:19.000 So they change the language on the key card thing.
00:33:21.000 So it's in Chinese.
00:33:22.000 So I'm over here trying to get a car because this dude's like, hey man, this guy's got a gun.
00:33:26.000 He's running, right?
00:33:27.000 And they end up shooting the guy back.
00:33:29.000 So, I get the car, right?
00:33:31.000 I'm smashed and I'm running red lights 100 miles an hour, right?
00:33:33.000 I get there as soon as I can because my boy's down, right?
00:33:35.000 So, he ends up getting hit.
00:33:37.000 The guy gets shot back.
00:33:39.000 They don't realize they shoot him.
00:33:40.000 They don't realize they dropped the gun.
00:33:41.000 So, the guy starts fleeing on foot.
00:33:43.000 Cops are pulling up.
00:33:44.000 They see this and he's just fleeing past them, right?
00:33:47.000 And they don't shoot him.
00:33:47.000 So, it's a foot pursuit or they're running after him for blocks.
00:33:50.000 On this city.
00:33:51.000 Keep in mind, I am the only supervisor.
00:33:53.000 And this is after a lot of unrest.
00:33:55.000 There was a lot of riots going on.
00:33:57.000 George Floyd just happened.
00:33:58.000 All that good stuff.
00:33:59.000 Oh, this is 2020.
00:34:00.000 Oh, yeah.
00:34:01.000 That changes things a lot.
00:34:05.000 That changes things a lot.
00:34:06.000 You know how it is, right?
00:34:08.000 There were riots.
00:34:08.000 We went through it.
00:34:09.000 They were breaking into everything, right?
00:34:11.000 So, with that being said, I'm over here like, I gotta take control of this scene.
00:34:14.000 So they got cops running after him, right?
00:34:16.000 And then all of a sudden I hear like, hey, this guy, he still has the gun in his hand.
00:34:21.000 He's still running.
00:34:22.000 So there's this countdown going in my head.
00:34:24.000 I'm like, there's only so much time before they shoot this guy, right?
00:34:26.000 And I'm thinking, all right, I'm about to be in federal court.
00:34:28.000 Like, I got to say, I love you and my family because it's just about to go down, right?
00:34:32.000 And I'm thinking like everything that's going on on CNN, Fox, you know how it goes.
00:34:35.000 Yeah, it was very anti-police.
00:34:37.000 100%.
00:34:37.000 And I'm in charge of 30-something police officers at this time.
00:34:40.000 Brand new sergeant on probation.
00:34:42.000 You're the first line supervisor on it.
00:34:43.000 You're going to be the first one that they interview after.
00:34:45.000 Hey, why did your officers do this?
00:34:46.000 Blah, blah, blah.
00:34:48.000 100%.
00:34:48.000 And lo and behold, the guy ambushed them.
00:34:50.000 They pull up.
00:34:50.000 It was a call with the guy with the gun.
00:34:52.000 He ends up just waiting there.
00:34:53.000 They see him.
00:34:54.000 He starts unloading on them.
00:34:55.000 Probably 15 rounds.
00:34:56.000 Starts shooting at him.
00:34:57.000 Strikes my officer.
00:34:58.000 So I pulled up quick on scene.
00:35:01.000 And lo and behold, I see the guy.
00:35:03.000 So I cut him off.
00:35:04.000 I see the guy coming towards us, right?
00:35:06.000 And all these police cars are coming from all over the city because when an officer says he's shot, the whole city starts responding and all the different agencies start coming, right?
00:35:13.000 So I see the guy and I see he has a knife in his hand.
00:35:17.000 And I'm like, where's the gun?
00:35:18.000 And the guy's just staring at me, right?
00:35:20.000 So I'm over here, pointing my gun at him, and I'm like, man, I'm gonna have to smoke this dude, right?
00:35:24.000 And I don't want to.
00:35:24.000 It's a tall black male, right, in his 50s, so I'm like, I already know how the headlines, right?
00:35:28.000 Police shoot black man.
00:35:29.000 That's just how it is, right?
00:35:30.000 It's politics.
00:35:31.000 It's the Bay Area.
00:35:32.000 So with that, the guy's coming, he's like, you guys are gonna have to kill me.
00:35:36.000 I'm like, oh no, suicide by cop.
00:35:38.000 So in my head, I'm like, oh man, what can we do to not shoot this guy?
00:35:42.000 Because we're about to be in federal court.
00:35:44.000 The dude ran four city blocks and wasn't shot.
00:35:48.000 And then if a sergeant pulls up, the first one on scene and shoots him, prior military, he's like, man, the military guy had PTSD. That's why I got him.
00:35:54.000 So the guy has a knife.
00:35:55.000 So I'm yelling at my guys to get their beanbag shotgun out.
00:35:58.000 I'm like, hey guys, shoot this guy with his beanbags because those are less lethal rounds.
00:36:02.000 Right?
00:36:03.000 The guy's on FTO. The kid is on FTO, the only one in the city with a shotgun, of course.
00:36:09.000 He's struggling.
00:36:11.000 He's stressing.
00:36:12.000 The guy's coming at him with a knife.
00:36:13.000 I'm like, please, Lord, please.
00:36:15.000 I'm praying.
00:36:16.000 So I'm talking about, and this guy's like, kill me, kill me, kill me.
00:36:20.000 And finally, I don't know, the grace of God is looking out first or something.
00:36:25.000 Loads that beanbag round in there.
00:36:27.000 The guy's within, like, from here to the camera, like five feet away.
00:36:30.000 Hits him with the beanbag.
00:36:32.000 Finally.
00:36:32.000 The guy thinks he's being shot at.
00:36:34.000 So he's like, oh crap, they're actually shooting at me.
00:36:36.000 So he starts running.
00:36:37.000 So he starts running and we're chasing him.
00:36:39.000 Still got a knife.
00:36:40.000 He's running at civilians.
00:36:42.000 Civilians are running everywhere.
00:36:43.000 It's like Grand Theft Auto.
00:36:43.000 I'm like, what is going on right now?
00:36:45.000 This is surreal.
00:36:46.000 So finally.
00:36:47.000 It's a movie.
00:36:47.000 Oh man.
00:36:48.000 And they're running after him, shooting with beanbag rounds.
00:36:50.000 And I'm waiting for the canine.
00:36:51.000 Like, we're just, I'm like, this is all chaos.
00:36:52.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:36:53.000 Just chaos, right?
00:36:54.000 And lo and behold, we don't know the guy's shot right now, right?
00:36:56.000 But he's high on something.
00:36:57.000 We think he was actually on fentanyl right now, right?
00:37:01.000 So he's high.
00:37:01.000 He actually got hit by the officers.
00:37:03.000 So check this out.
00:37:04.000 I'm chasing him in my car.
00:37:06.000 I'm like, man, I can't hit him.
00:37:07.000 I can't run him over.
00:37:08.000 I'm like, please, man, please put the knife down.
00:37:10.000 Please.
00:37:10.000 I just want to arrest you, man.
00:37:11.000 I'm begging the guy, man.
00:37:13.000 So, the guy finally runs, and so there's some civilians that are actually recording on their phones, right?
00:37:19.000 They're actually coming out their apartment complex, and they're like this, through the glass door.
00:37:22.000 He turns towards them like an actual zombie, and the guy runs straight towards them with a knife, and they're like, oh shit!
00:37:30.000 This dude's about to stab us.
00:37:31.000 There's some brothers also.
00:37:33.000 They see us.
00:37:33.000 They see cops running after this guy, yelling at him, and they see him running at them.
00:37:38.000 They're like, oh, it's time for us to beat beat.
00:37:39.000 They start running the other way.
00:37:40.000 They leave the apartment door open.
00:37:41.000 He goes in the apartment complex.
00:37:43.000 High rise.
00:37:44.000 Here we go.
00:37:45.000 Barricaded subject.
00:37:46.000 Here we go.
00:37:47.000 Wildness.
00:37:48.000 So he gets in the lobby, right?
00:37:49.000 Luckily, it's in the morning because it's the actual, it's a veterans, like low-income housing apartment complex, right?
00:37:56.000 All military veterans.
00:37:57.000 So he goes in the lobby.
00:37:58.000 He's going left, right, left, right.
00:38:00.000 Everything's locked up because it's a government building also.
00:38:03.000 So with that being said, he actually barricades himself in there.
00:38:06.000 Yeah.
00:38:07.000 So we set it up, you know, barricaded suspect.
00:38:09.000 We're stacked up.
00:38:10.000 I'm talking like 30 cops, right?
00:38:12.000 Every cop in the city has come.
00:38:13.000 I'm running the entire scene.
00:38:15.000 And real quick for the audience so they know, because we're talking in law enforcement jargon.
00:38:18.000 They might not know what's going on.
00:38:19.000 As soon as the subject goes into a situation, guys, where it goes into a building, whatever, it becomes a barricaded subject.
00:38:23.000 They have to pretty much stop the pursuit, call SWAT, and then strategize entering and taking them from there.
00:38:28.000 It changes everything up.
00:38:29.000 So you were basically the on-scene commander at that point?
00:38:32.000 Exactly.
00:38:32.000 To get the SWAT team on point.
00:38:33.000 Exactly.
00:38:34.000 News, helicopters coming.
00:38:35.000 It is wildness, right?
00:38:37.000 I'm like, this is like a movie, right?
00:38:38.000 So we're negotiating.
00:38:39.000 News are there and you got a crisis negotiator there, etc.
00:38:42.000 Yeah, everything.
00:38:43.000 So it's still early in the morning, so we don't have a lot of these people, right?
00:38:45.000 All we have is patrol.
00:38:46.000 That's all we got, right?
00:38:48.000 So the news helicopter, I can hear.
00:38:49.000 It's just chaos, right?
00:38:51.000 The county or state or anybody come help you or feds or it was just y'all?
00:38:54.000 There were some feds.
00:38:55.000 There were some VA police or Veterans Affairs police.
00:38:57.000 Oh, yeah, because it's their property.
00:38:59.000 Yeah, so they showed up with some shields and stuff like, hey, thanks, man.
00:39:01.000 What's the shield going to do?
00:39:02.000 Is he still bleeding this whole time?
00:39:04.000 Yeah, so no, we don't see the blood because he actually got shot in the body, right?
00:39:07.000 In the back, and he's wearing a trench coat, which makes this like a movie, right?
00:39:11.000 So you got this guy with a trench coat.
00:39:12.000 We don't know if he has a gun.
00:39:13.000 He has a knife.
00:39:14.000 He threatened suicide by cop, and he's barricaded now, right?
00:39:17.000 One of the worst situations.
00:39:18.000 Oh, chaos.
00:39:19.000 And I'm like, this can't get any worse.
00:39:21.000 Then the guy starts stabbing himself in the neck.
00:39:23.000 What the?
00:39:23.000 And I'm like, you can't make this up.
00:39:26.000 And we're sitting there like, hey, did you just do that?
00:39:29.000 Everyone looks at each other and is like, the guy's slicing himself in the neck.
00:39:32.000 I'm like, God, please don't kill yourself because then they're going to say we killed you.
00:39:36.000 So it's superficial at that point.
00:39:38.000 We get lucky.
00:39:39.000 Lo and behold, we talk the guy down.
00:39:41.000 He surrenders in custody.
00:39:43.000 Right?
00:39:43.000 So great news release.
00:39:45.000 They're like, hey man, you're going to get promoted again.
00:39:47.000 You did a phenomenal job.
00:39:48.000 You took charge of the city and all that.
00:39:49.000 So I'm in a position where I'm like, you know what?
00:39:52.000 I'm career tracked.
00:39:53.000 I'm set.
00:39:54.000 Everything's going to be good to go.
00:39:55.000 So most people would get complacent with that.
00:39:58.000 But I just thought in myself, I was like, you know what?
00:40:00.000 Something just doesn't seem right anymore.
00:40:01.000 I can't be doing this for 20 years.
00:40:03.000 I can't look like some of these guys that aren't too happy.
00:40:06.000 They ain't too happy after 15 years.
00:40:07.000 They're on their third divorce.
00:40:09.000 You know how it goes.
00:40:10.000 And at the end of the day, I can make all this money.
00:40:11.000 Because at that point, I was making a quarter million a year with overtime.
00:40:14.000 Because as a sergeant, you're making like $80 an hour.
00:40:17.000 On overtime, $120 an hour.
00:40:18.000 It adds up very quickly.
00:40:22.000 And then a big police department like that, it's unlimited overtime.
00:40:25.000 Unlimited.
00:40:26.000 Unlimited overtime?
00:40:27.000 Like a big PD like that in the city, a dangerous place?
00:40:29.000 Unlimited overtime.
00:40:30.000 I don't have a field day, bro.
00:40:31.000 You'll be hustling.
00:40:32.000 That mentor I told you, he was hustling.
00:40:35.000 Barbados, we work hard, bro.
00:40:37.000 It's like a trade-off.
00:40:38.000 When you work for a big city that's dangerous, the good thing is you're able to get unlimited overtime, etc.
00:40:43.000 But the negative is you're in a big department where people don't know each other like that.
00:40:47.000 You might meet a PD guy that you never met before.
00:40:49.000 It's more dangerous, so it's a trade-off.
00:40:51.000 Exactly.
00:40:53.000 So all this is going on, right?
00:40:55.000 Lo and behold, crypto kicks off.
00:40:57.000 I got some real estate investments.
00:40:58.000 I got cash ATMs, right?
00:41:00.000 Paul actually ends up leaving.
00:41:01.000 Did you know Paul at that time when you did the ATMs?
00:41:03.000 I knew him, yeah.
00:41:04.000 So I actually knew him.
00:41:05.000 I didn't know he was doing ATMs at the same time, right?
00:41:08.000 It was one of those side hustles that I think...
00:41:09.000 Yeah, it was just you kept it low-key because you know how it is.
00:41:12.000 You laugh, right?
00:41:13.000 But you just don't want to bring it up with cash.
00:41:16.000 So with that being said, right?
00:41:18.000 Things are good, right?
00:41:20.000 But I'm just, something in the back of my head saying, hey, just don't stay over here, right?
00:41:22.000 And then my boy tells, and I hear the grapevine, right?
00:41:26.000 My officer that got shot, they put a case on him, an internal affairs case.
00:41:29.000 You know what the case was?
00:41:32.000 Cursing.
00:41:33.000 They said, you cursed, and that's against our policy.
00:41:36.000 After he got shot, he yelled, fuck.
00:41:39.000 And that was it.
00:41:42.000 I'm done.
00:41:42.000 I know I'm done with law enforcement.
00:41:45.000 I'm telling you, you can't believe it.
00:41:47.000 That's just how it is.
00:41:47.000 It's the Bay Area.
00:41:48.000 That's just how they roll.
00:41:49.000 If anyone makes a complaint, almost always the internal affairs has to do an investigation.
00:41:54.000 They must.
00:41:55.000 Whether they find it unfounded or whatever, they have to open a case.
00:41:58.000 It's ridiculous.
00:42:00.000 No matter how ridiculous or ludicrous it is, they have to open a case.
00:42:03.000 For cursing?
00:42:04.000 Yeah, and then I'm not surprised.
00:42:05.000 Like, California, this is why being law enforcement in liberal states is typically not to your best interest because they're super woke and they don't really protect their officers like that.
00:42:15.000 100%.
00:42:15.000 Yeah, so my whole job as a sergeant was just protecting my officers, right?
00:42:18.000 It was the same thing I learned in the Marine Corps, but I didn't realize that's not how it was in law enforcement.
00:42:22.000 You're supposed to throw them under the bus.
00:42:23.000 So I already didn't drive, right?
00:42:24.000 I wasn't with that.
00:42:25.000 So with that being said, I already have seven figures.
00:42:28.000 I had over a million dollars in the bank because of crypto, right?
00:42:31.000 So I'm thinking to myself, I don't need to be here, right?
00:42:33.000 I actually had gotten into UC Berkeley too.
00:42:36.000 So while I was in law enforcement, I started applying to different colleges because I went to community college.
00:42:41.000 Because I knew somehow, some way, I knew I needed to get out.
00:42:44.000 Got into UC Berkeley, I'm like, nah, that's not for me, right?
00:42:46.000 Because UC Berkeley, they lean a certain way.
00:42:48.000 That's not the way I roll.
00:42:49.000 Yeah, I was like, I can't do a shift of, you know, seeing somebody dead on the ground and then go to a college and them talking about we need to abolish the police.
00:42:56.000 I'm like, I can't do it.
00:42:57.000 Yeah, feminist studies and bullshit.
00:42:58.000 Bro, but you had a GI Bill, but you never used it, right?
00:43:00.000 It wasn't worth it.
00:43:01.000 It wasn't worth it to me.
00:43:02.000 College wasn't worth it.
00:43:03.000 Same, same, same.
00:43:04.000 Exactly, yeah.
00:43:05.000 So, with that being said, I'm thinking to myself, what do I do?
00:43:09.000 I'm seeing Paul over here with the McLaren.
00:43:10.000 I'm like, hey man, yo!
00:43:12.000 You know what's funny about this, right?
00:43:14.000 You see a guy doing well, he's on up and up.
00:43:17.000 But then you see his car is like, hold on a second.
00:43:19.000 That's not cheap.
00:43:20.000 You can't just get that by winging it.
00:43:22.000 So you're doing something right.
00:43:23.000 He rented it.
00:43:25.000 So Paul hits me up.
00:43:27.000 He's like, hey man, just come work for me.
00:43:28.000 I'll let you run operations.
00:43:30.000 You have military experience.
00:43:31.000 You have a law enforcement supervisor.
00:43:32.000 You know what you're doing, right?
00:43:33.000 Have Paul already left the PD at this point?
00:43:34.000 He already left this point, right?
00:43:36.000 He's trying to make some money.
00:43:37.000 He's trying to put in some work.
00:43:37.000 And I thought he was going to tell me I need to sell drugs, right?
00:43:39.000 I don't know.
00:43:41.000 Look, look, look.
00:43:42.000 It was an ongoing joke, man.
00:43:44.000 For anybody that's an ex-co-worker, ex-supervisor of mine, you know what I'm about to say.
00:43:49.000 But when I put up with the Porsche Panamera back when I was still a detective in law enforcement, this is the initial stages of when I actually build a tangible ATM business in the Bay Area, right?
00:43:59.000 So all that passive income that I was making, dude, it was covering my bills, and then the check that I was getting, I was an overtime whore, bro.
00:44:06.000 So I was working 60 to 100 hour work weeks, you know what I'm saying?
00:44:09.000 Yep.
00:44:10.000 Dude, what do you think I'm going to do with the money?
00:44:11.000 Exactly.
00:44:12.000 At the time, I'm in my lane.
00:44:13.000 It was 100 grand a year of free money because your bills were already taken care of with your passive income.
00:44:17.000 Bro, I was working so much and I know this dude was at that level because we would always see each other working overtime and shit.
00:44:23.000 Do they tax overtime like they do civilians or not for cops?
00:44:25.000 Yeah, they do.
00:44:26.000 So you do?
00:44:26.000 Wow.
00:44:27.000 Yeah, but we were at like $250, bro.
00:44:30.000 There was cats on overtime that was making like close to half a million dollars, but they were like fucking divorced.
00:44:36.000 No, no, facts.
00:44:37.000 I saw that YouTube video.
00:44:38.000 Somebody tried to like, you know, get on a cop, like it was the Rolex watch, and he like pulls out his begging cow and he's like half a million dollars there.
00:44:45.000 I'm like, bro, like what?
00:44:46.000 What are you doing?
00:44:47.000 You can really make a lot on overtime.
00:44:48.000 You really can.
00:44:49.000 That's what you were saying.
00:44:50.000 Half a million dollars.
00:44:51.000 Yeah, so the ongoing joke was there was a supervisor, man.
00:44:55.000 The supervisor was like, hey, man, whose Porsche Panamera is right there in the parking lot?
00:44:59.000 It was when I just got it, bro.
00:45:01.000 And at that time, stupid move, okay?
00:45:03.000 Never buy a brand new luxury car, guys.
00:45:07.000 All right?
00:45:07.000 I'm saying this right now.
00:45:08.000 I fucked up.
00:45:09.000 You know, I paid close to $100.
00:45:11.000 K for my Porsche Panamera.
00:45:12.000 But I got everything that I wanted.
00:45:14.000 You know, white and black rims and all that shit.
00:45:17.000 Tan interior.
00:45:18.000 It was, man, it was butter, dude.
00:45:19.000 But I'm driving in this dangerous ass city.
00:45:21.000 I'm like, what am I doing, bro?
00:45:22.000 I'm driving this to work and shit.
00:45:23.000 Not your target.
00:45:24.000 Yeah, I'm a target, right?
00:45:25.000 So I was just like, I gotta go get like a little hoopty or something that I could drive to work.
00:45:30.000 But I park it and all you see is the OGs, you know, they're getting off dog watch, you know, night shift and shit.
00:45:35.000 And they're just looking at me like, this motherfucker.
00:45:37.000 They're like, what?
00:45:39.000 Can you imagine they're pulling up in the van and he's like rolling in Panamera?
00:45:43.000 Bro, I went to the Christmas party with my team when I was on the task force.
00:45:48.000 I remember the sergeant was just like, hey, bro, you can't afford that on no cop salary.
00:45:53.000 What the fuck?
00:45:54.000 I was just like, oh, dude, no, I got a side hustle.
00:45:58.000 I got a side business.
00:45:59.000 But I didn't really go into it.
00:46:00.000 I was just always low-key.
00:46:01.000 So we would always chit-chat.
00:46:03.000 Like, what are you up to, man?
00:46:04.000 Because that was the...
00:46:06.000 Different thing about get them, you know, it's like when I would talk to anyone else in the department, they would just talk about law enforcement.
00:46:14.000 But see, the thing is, I didn't come from the military.
00:46:16.000 I mean, not like these guys, and I respect what they do as far as like, you know, being in the military and shit.
00:46:20.000 But I came from sales, you know, I came from corporate America, you know, I came from the hustle and shit.
00:46:26.000 So at the time, I found fulfillment in law enforcement, but then also I was about my money.
00:46:32.000 So I was doing my investments, everything, bro.
00:46:34.000 So when I would talk to Gedim, Gedim was just about his money too.
00:46:37.000 And he was just trying to convince me, hey, bro, buy Bitcoin.
00:46:40.000 He's like, you got to buy Bitcoin now.
00:46:41.000 I was just like, man, fuck your Bitcoin.
00:46:43.000 I'm trying to do ATM. I'm like, that's why you still work in the department, bro.
00:46:48.000 Come work with me.
00:46:50.000 But yeah, man.
00:46:51.000 Those are good times.
00:46:52.000 Yeah, so he said, hey, come on over, come over.
00:46:54.000 I want you to work with me, right?
00:46:55.000 This is 2021 now at this point?
00:46:57.000 Or 2020 still?
00:46:58.000 End of 2020.
00:46:59.000 Yeah, so the end of 2020, right?
00:47:00.000 Doing the ATM business.
00:47:01.000 We start expanding that.
00:47:02.000 Digital marketing also.
00:47:04.000 So he's doing consulting for some other influencers and all that good stuff, right?
00:47:08.000 Eh, this ain't too bad.
00:47:08.000 I was like, so you're telling me I'll make all this money, all I gotta do is send emojis?
00:47:11.000 Like, yeah, sure.
00:47:13.000 Click the link.
00:47:14.000 As you guys know, running businesses, it ain't like that, right?
00:47:17.000 So fast forward a year later, no, a year and a half later, running operations, we're expanding into multiple different things, and it turns into a multi-million dollar business.
00:47:25.000 And the thing is, is like, I wasn't meant to be here.
00:47:28.000 My parents are immigrants.
00:47:29.000 My dad was a janitor.
00:47:31.000 I thought for my life, the best thing I would do is work a 9 to 5.
00:47:35.000 Straight up.
00:47:35.000 That's it.
00:47:36.000 I knew I wasn't meant for college.
00:47:37.000 I'm straight up a glitch in the system.
00:47:39.000 And years later, here I am.
00:47:41.000 And it really comes down to working hard.
00:47:43.000 You have to treat every single day like it's a marathon.
00:47:47.000 Every single day.
00:47:49.000 When you want to execute, you have to execute as if it was supposed to be done yesterday.
00:47:52.000 And that was the one thing, and the one thing I transferred over from the military, and the one thing I learned from actually law enforcement also, it's just execute, execute, execute.
00:48:00.000 Because right now, society is telling people the sky is purple, but everyone watching right now knows the sky is blue.
00:48:06.000 And they're just saying, like, I don't know why everyone keeps saying the sky is purple, right?
00:48:09.000 But you know in your mind that you have to get after what you want.
00:48:12.000 The reason why I'm here is I'm fucking selfish.
00:48:14.000 I wanted a nice car.
00:48:15.000 I'm going to keep it real.
00:48:16.000 Society tells you, don't get this nice stuff, right?
00:48:19.000 But let's keep it real.
00:48:20.000 You've got to go after what you want because at the end of the day, you can volunteer for Greenpeace if you want or you can start your own actual foundation, right?
00:48:26.000 Let's keep it real.
00:48:27.000 So at the end of the day, that's why I'm here.
00:48:29.000 I had my selfish reasons and I wanted to take care of my family.
00:48:32.000 So I knew I was going to do what I had to do day after day, night after night.
00:48:36.000 I didn't care.
00:48:36.000 I was going to work my ass off.
00:48:38.000 I actually had to sacrifice those weekends, sacrifice those nights because at the end of the day, I could have went partying, I could have went clubbing, but then I wouldn't be here right now.
00:48:45.000 Well said.
00:48:47.000 100%.
00:48:47.000 I mean, listening to that story brought back a lot of memories for me, too, because that was the same way.
00:48:53.000 I gave up my 20s and worked quite a bit.
00:48:55.000 The difference is with the Feds, we don't get overtime like y'all.
00:48:57.000 So it was all free work.
00:48:59.000 The Feds, they put your salary, it's built into your salary, something called LEAP. That's funny, man.
00:49:06.000 So at my old job, I used to work in tech, right?
00:49:08.000 They gave us unlimited overtime at the very beginning.
00:49:10.000 New company, new area.
00:49:12.000 You know what?
00:49:12.000 Go crazy, kids, right?
00:49:13.000 So we're taking overtime for unlimited time?
00:49:16.000 This is perfect.
00:49:17.000 It's legit, right?
00:49:17.000 My buddy's from Mexico as well.
00:49:19.000 Shout out to Jesse, man.
00:49:20.000 Awesome guy.
00:49:21.000 He said, bro.
00:49:22.000 I was like, bro, why are you staying after work so late?
00:49:23.000 Like, dude, go home.
00:49:24.000 He said, bro, it's free overtime.
00:49:26.000 I said, what?
00:49:27.000 Unlimited.
00:49:28.000 I'm like, there's no way.
00:49:29.000 So you know what?
00:49:29.000 Let me give it a shot.
00:49:30.000 I did it for like a week, bro.
00:49:33.000 My paycheck went up a lot.
00:49:34.000 I was like, holy shit.
00:49:35.000 Ever since that day?
00:49:36.000 Non-stop.
00:49:37.000 And that money, I bought property with.
00:49:39.000 So, power, man.
00:49:40.000 Fades off.
00:49:41.000 So, I can hit the chats real quick, and then we'll keep going.
00:49:44.000 So, we got here.
00:49:45.000 Taj, the Beast X goes, I'm in the process of paying charges.
00:49:48.000 Charge-offs?
00:49:49.000 I think it means credit cards.
00:49:50.000 Should I do that before becoming an authorized user to build credit, or does it matter?
00:49:55.000 It doesn't really matter.
00:49:56.000 It doesn't really matter, but yeah, bro.
00:49:58.000 Pay that credit.
00:49:58.000 Yeah, it's one of the worst debts I have because the interest rates are ridiculous.
00:50:01.000 Yeah.
00:50:02.000 Cam Two Times goes, it would be dope if y'all brought in Eddie Griffin on the show or Living a Life of Abundance, a.k.a.
00:50:07.000 The Cheeks Learned Show.
00:50:07.000 He's the one who brought y'all to my attention in the beginning.
00:50:09.000 Okay.
00:50:10.000 We got here at Tad's the Beast again.
00:50:12.000 Be careful with Capital One.
00:50:13.000 My limit is $750 made over $3K in payments.
00:50:15.000 Use a different card to make last payment.
00:50:17.000 They froze my card for 26 days.
00:50:19.000 Just call the customer service, bro.
00:50:21.000 Just got my first ATM running a couple of hours ago.
00:50:23.000 Thanks to Paul and his crew.
00:50:24.000 Hey!
00:50:24.000 Hey!
00:50:28.000 We're going to talk about the ATM stuff here in a second, how it works.
00:50:31.000 Divinity Smokey goes, Hey, Myron and Fresh, do you think starting a YouTube channel for entertainment purposes is still a good go?
00:50:37.000 I'm wanting to start a Motovlog channel.
00:50:40.000 Honestly, bro, unless you're trying to, like, go hard with it and make money, I wouldn't...
00:50:45.000 YouTube is way too time-consuming.
00:50:47.000 As a business, you've got to be unique, bro.
00:50:49.000 Yeah.
00:50:49.000 There's so many model vlogs out there, channels.
00:50:51.000 It's like, bro, how do you stand out?
00:50:52.000 Yeah.
00:50:52.000 And if you're going to do it just for fun, that's fine.
00:50:54.000 But if you want to...
00:50:55.000 I would say if you're going to do it, do it to make money and go all the way.
00:50:59.000 Elmond Howard, 10 bucks.
00:51:00.000 Do either of you use a broker to help with investments?
00:51:02.000 I saw that Robert Kiyosaki does in Rich Dad.
00:51:04.000 Poor Dad.
00:51:05.000 I want to someday invest and want to know how you guys did it.
00:51:08.000 I don't use a broker personally, but we'll keep going.
00:51:11.000 Keep chilling.
00:51:12.000 Let's go.
00:51:12.000 20 bucks.
00:51:13.000 Appreciate that.
00:51:14.000 Norris Haddo, 10 bucks.
00:51:15.000 You are changing lives.
00:51:16.000 You, the Tate brothers and Sneeko, I grew up in a single mother household and had to fight the emotional upbringing.
00:51:20.000 I pray for you guys and the Tates keep changing lives.
00:51:22.000 Yeah, Tate will be home soon.
00:51:23.000 Don't worry, guys.
00:51:24.000 Old man goes, hey, Ryan, I'm Stephan.
00:51:25.000 How can I make $500 today?
00:51:26.000 We'll talk about that here with the ATM stuff.
00:51:29.000 Wimbo, do a Christian Dorner fed it.
00:51:32.000 I've researched the case.
00:51:33.000 I'll eventually get to it.
00:51:35.000 3K goes, I just started the gym.
00:51:37.000 Already seeing progress.
00:51:37.000 I still need some tips and any protein shake.
00:51:40.000 Any suggestions?
00:51:41.000 Just get a good whey protein, man.
00:51:43.000 Griffin and Curtis, 10 bucks, goes, what's up, guys?
00:51:46.000 After the last show with Paul, I decided to get an ATM together and just ordered my first ATM for dispensary and MS. I think Mississippi means.
00:51:52.000 Shout out to Santino for guiding me through the process.
00:51:54.000 Keep it up, FNF. Okay, awesome, man.
00:51:55.000 And then Turtles for the win goes, I've had a question with the latest video.
00:51:59.000 Do you think Chris Watts was a psychopath and was crying crocodile tears or did he actually feel regret or sorry?
00:52:03.000 Thanks, FNF videos.
00:52:04.000 Shout out to the panel.
00:52:06.000 No, crocodile tears.
00:52:06.000 He didn't care.
00:52:07.000 He wanted to be with that other chick.
00:52:09.000 Tapper Production, five bucks.
00:52:10.000 At least you didn't have to walk five miles for water anymore.
00:52:12.000 Okay.
00:52:13.000 Yanny Blaze, five bucks.
00:52:15.000 What the hell?
00:52:15.000 What do you think about investing in Arrive, a Bezos company, to invest in homes or buying a small piece of land and on Elon Musk's tiny home for $250 a month?
00:52:23.000 I mean, the more you know, the better.
00:52:24.000 But, I mean, we're not versed on that, bro.
00:52:26.000 Yeah, I'm not versed on it.
00:52:27.000 AJ, 200 bucks.
00:52:28.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:52:29.000 He goes, hey, just went under contract with a single fam home.
00:52:31.000 Got the inspection report back.
00:52:32.000 I'm doing the money.
00:52:33.000 Should I walk or renegotiate the deal to have equity and use that to fix the issues?
00:52:38.000 I'm still looking for multifamily units for that area.
00:52:40.000 By the way, I pulled from my TSP last year.
00:52:42.000 Had a negative 3% return.
00:52:44.000 I'm doing the money.
00:52:45.000 Should I walk or renegotiate the deal to have equity?
00:52:49.000 It's like a 401k for the military.
00:52:51.000 Yeah, it's a federal one, but I don't know what he means by, I'm doing the money.
00:52:55.000 I'm doing the money.
00:52:56.000 What do you mean by that, bro?
00:52:57.000 Like, did the house not appraise?
00:52:59.000 If the house didn't appraise, then yeah, 100% renegotiate, bro, and tell them you're only going to pay what it appraise for, if that's what you're saying.
00:53:05.000 But go ahead and clarify for us, because I don't know what you mean by, I'm doing the money, should I blah blah.
00:53:09.000 Guilherme Reyes goes, 50 bucks.
00:53:11.000 Perfect timing.
00:53:11.000 Went to the gym in the morning.
00:53:12.000 Went to work.
00:53:13.000 Just now left the boxing gym.
00:53:14.000 All because of you, Fresh Fit.
00:53:16.000 Thank you.
00:53:16.000 Slowly escaping the matrix.
00:53:17.000 Thanks for this knowledge.
00:53:18.000 Absolutely.
00:53:18.000 It's unacceptable.
00:53:19.000 There you go, brother.
00:53:20.000 LP Berserker goes, facts.
00:53:21.000 When I first got into law enforcement, everybody was telling me to slow down about three years in.
00:53:25.000 I got asked to join a task force that works closely with the DA. Good stuff, my friend.
00:53:29.000 Yeah, they're always going to tell you that.
00:53:30.000 Because they don't want you to make them look bad.
00:53:32.000 My Lamy goes, you guys inspired me to start my own podcast.
00:53:35.000 Much love to you guys from Boca Raton, Florida.
00:53:37.000 Shout out to you.
00:53:37.000 Shout out to you.
00:53:38.000 And then, oh lord, I'm actually on the edge of my seat with the story, Free the Tates.
00:53:42.000 Yeah, man, that was a great story.
00:53:43.000 Damien Orozco goes, representing the Bay Area well, unlike most of the women from the Bay Area in the after hours lately.
00:53:48.000 I'm from Hayward.
00:53:49.000 Thanks for sharing this wild story.
00:53:50.000 Wguess, WFNF. Absolutely, man.
00:53:52.000 I currently live in California.
00:53:54.000 Should I look into a different state for properties or duplexes, complexes in California, LA area?
00:53:57.000 Yeah, get the fuck out of California, bro.
00:53:59.000 I'll go to Nevada if I were you.
00:54:00.000 No state income taxes.
00:54:02.000 The properties are fairly cheap.
00:54:04.000 Way better options.
00:54:05.000 Yeah, I mean, you can invest in California, but...
00:54:07.000 No, no, no.
00:54:08.000 Facts, man.
00:54:09.000 Facts.
00:54:09.000 That's why we're moving to Miami, man.
00:54:11.000 Yeah, that's it, bro.
00:54:12.000 As a real estate investor, bro, you typically don't want to be in a blue state if you can help it.
00:54:16.000 Are there situations where you can do it?
00:54:18.000 Yeah, I got properties in Connecticut, but I have certain advantages there that help me out.
00:54:21.000 But in general, you want to stay out of blue states when it comes to being a real estate investor.
00:54:25.000 And you don't want to be in states where they favor the tenant over the landlord.
00:54:29.000 That's another thing, too.
00:54:30.000 Like, Michigan is notorious for this, where if you try to evict somebody, it's damn near impossible to get them out.
00:54:36.000 Geminov goes, did the automation program with these guys 100% recommended?
00:54:39.000 Yep, absolutely.
00:54:40.000 We're going to talk about that in a second.
00:54:41.000 And then the last three chats here.
00:54:42.000 And then from this point forward, Chris, what, 20 and up?
00:54:44.000 Yep.
00:54:44.000 All right.
00:54:44.000 I'm going to read the rest of these guys.
00:54:45.000 And then everything else from here is 20 and up.
00:54:47.000 So we want to give you guys the sauce on ATM stuff.
00:54:50.000 Aza Mogali goes, 30K in the bank right now doing absolutely nothing for me trying to start a business but unsure what to do.
00:54:54.000 Any suggestions?
00:54:55.000 Stay tuned!
00:54:56.000 You're going to hear right now.
00:54:57.000 Yep.
00:54:57.000 And then Sovereign Monarch goes, W, law enforcement and vets, a GG, father, Marine, Boston PD, godfather was Navy, Boston PD, 20 years Army, I'm Army vet also, successes and mindset and dedication, strong foundations, build strong men.
00:55:11.000 Absolutely, man.
00:55:12.000 That's what we're talking about.
00:55:13.000 And then Chris Vision goes, I've been saving money from my overtime.
00:55:17.000 I've been working 60 to 70 hours a week and want to get into real estate.
00:55:20.000 Is it not a good time to buy rentals?
00:55:22.000 When do you know it's the best time to start?
00:55:24.000 All right, listen, bro.
00:55:25.000 Buy real estate now.
00:55:26.000 People that are telling you, oh, don't buy real estate, it's not good.
00:55:29.000 These big companies like Blackstone, etc., they're buying up, or BlackRock, whatever the fuck it's called, they're buying up all the single family homes right now.
00:55:35.000 So they're telling you don't buy, but the reality is they're buying, guys.
00:55:39.000 There's never a wrong time to get into real estate.
00:55:40.000 Buy now while you can.
00:55:41.000 If you have the capital, get in.
00:55:42.000 And also, it depends on the numbers as well.
00:55:44.000 It might be a bad time, but the numbers are right.
00:55:46.000 Why even wait?
00:55:47.000 Why wait?
00:55:47.000 Yeah.
00:55:48.000 Whether it's a business or real estate, guys, it's never too late to start.
00:55:50.000 Get in now.
00:55:51.000 Don't be a procrastinator.
00:55:52.000 All right?
00:55:53.000 All right.
00:55:54.000 So, oh, and last one here.
00:55:55.000 Doing the numbers for the house ran out of character for the chat.
00:55:59.000 Bro, you should have underwrote the deal before you even made an offer.
00:56:02.000 You always got to underwrite the deal with the worst numbers and see how it goes.
00:56:04.000 But if the house didn't appraise at what it's supposed to, renegotiate at what it appraised at.
00:56:10.000 All right?
00:56:11.000 We're good to go.
00:56:32.000 Yeah, so that's actually very interesting.
00:56:34.000 So with cash ATMs, as you know, we've been in business for years, right?
00:56:37.000 We focus on cash ATMs.
00:56:39.000 We've actually completely pivoted, right?
00:56:41.000 We still do the cash ATMs.
00:56:43.000 But if somebody told you right now, like, no one would you guys know about real estate.
00:56:46.000 If somebody said, hey, you know what?
00:56:48.000 It's 08 and like, hey man, I would actually buy some real estate right now if I could.
00:56:51.000 In hindsight, you guys are like, hell yeah.
00:56:53.000 Or if I told you about Airbnb years ago, right?
00:56:55.000 So we pivoted to Bitcoin ATMs.
00:56:58.000 Yep, Bitcoin ATMs.
00:56:59.000 I heard about that.
00:57:00.000 And you hear about it, right?
00:57:01.000 And you're in Miami.
00:57:02.000 Hot spot over here.
00:57:03.000 So check this out.
00:57:05.000 Before I even get into that, the way I found out about Bitcoin ATMs was actually years ago in law enforcement, right?
00:57:11.000 It's actually a funny story.
00:57:12.000 So I'm over here before I got promoted at Morgan Patrol, right?
00:57:15.000 And I hear this three-letter agency come in the city, right?
00:57:17.000 And the city we're in would always have the feds come in.
00:57:20.000 You're talking about DEA, IRS, FBI, Secret Service, all that good stuff.
00:57:23.000 It was a plethora of stuff available for them, right?
00:57:25.000 It was a playground.
00:57:26.000 So I hear this three-letter agency come in and like, hey, there's no need for local law enforcement.
00:57:31.000 Don't worry.
00:57:32.000 We have enough staff.
00:57:32.000 We have enough agents.
00:57:33.000 But we're at this location and we're seizing some Bitcoin ATMs.
00:57:38.000 And I'm over here like Bitcoin ATMs.
00:57:39.000 Yeah, what are you talking about?
00:57:41.000 Right?
00:57:41.000 So, you know, patrol, law enforcement, I was like, I gotta slide through.
00:57:45.000 I gotta fly the flag.
00:57:46.000 I gotta fly the flag, right?
00:57:47.000 I gotta make sure they know we're here.
00:57:48.000 So I actually ended up going over there because I invested in crypto already.
00:57:52.000 This is actually back in like 2018, 2019.
00:57:54.000 So I've been invested in crypto for years.
00:57:56.000 So I talked to one of the local agents.
00:57:58.000 And I'm talking, I'm like, hey, you know, what's going on?
00:58:00.000 The Bitcoin ATMs, right?
00:58:01.000 I'd never thought about even getting into that.
00:58:03.000 I just thought about buying crypto.
00:58:04.000 So I talked to the guy, I'm like, what happened?
00:58:06.000 He's like, well, I was like, we're looking at these guys for something else, right?
00:58:10.000 But the owner of this Bitcoin ATM is not paying taxes.
00:58:13.000 Ah, okay.
00:58:14.000 They got them for tax evasion, right?
00:58:16.000 Which is a catch-all for everything, as you know, right?
00:58:18.000 So, of course, me, I'm inquisitive.
00:58:21.000 I got to ask, what are they talking about?
00:58:22.000 He's like, man, this guy's making over $30,000 a month from this machine.
00:58:25.000 And you're talking about to make that $30,000, that means $150K, $200K goes into that machine.
00:58:29.000 Yeah.
00:58:30.000 So it blows my mind.
00:58:32.000 Because I thought I was walking on the clouds making like $150,000 a year.
00:58:36.000 I was like, man, I'm the top G. And this guy's making $30,000 a month, like one-fifth of my salary in one month.
00:58:43.000 And the guy owns multiple Bitcoin ATMs.
00:58:45.000 So it blows my mind.
00:58:47.000 So he was using the crypto to evade taxes.
00:58:49.000 Exactly.
00:58:49.000 Right?
00:58:50.000 And he had people come in, they put cash in, you know, all that good stuff, right?
00:58:52.000 So I start looking into the Bitcoin ATM concept.
00:58:55.000 Back then, it was almost impossible to get into, and it still is now.
00:58:58.000 And the reason why is because you become what's called a money service business, right?
00:59:01.000 So you're the equivalent of basically being a check cashing place, being a bank, being a foreign currency exchange.
00:59:06.000 Lots of regulations with MSBs.
00:59:07.000 Exactly, as you know, right?
00:59:09.000 You got to register at the federal level, state level, county level, all that good stuff, right?
00:59:13.000 Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, right?
00:59:15.000 So with that being said, I try to get into it.
00:59:17.000 When I was talking to the manufacturers, they're like, nope, you got to buy like five of these bad boys, right?
00:59:21.000 So I didn't have the money.
00:59:22.000 And then I got to try to talk to all these banks.
00:59:23.000 They're like, nope, we're not about to let you do it because back then, crypto and banks, they just wouldn't work together, right?
00:59:28.000 It's competition.
00:59:29.000 That's just how it is.
00:59:30.000 Even to this day, it's hard, right?
00:59:31.000 So I try to get into it.
00:59:32.000 I fail.
00:59:33.000 It's like, hey, whatever.
00:59:34.000 So a few months ago, we were actually trying to do it ourselves.
00:59:38.000 It was just the capital.
00:59:40.000 We were spending lots and lots of money for the research and all that good stuff.
00:59:43.000 It wasn't working out.
00:59:44.000 We got actually combined forces with a major Bitcoin ATM company nationwide.
00:59:50.000 They actually invested, along with us, over a million dollars in compliance and all that good stuff.
00:59:54.000 We have our attorneys and all that.
00:59:55.000 Gotcha.
00:59:56.000 And so we've completely focused on this.
00:59:58.000 And the reason why is because I know most people are thinking like Bitcoin, man, that thing's down, like crypto's crashing and all that.
01:00:04.000 But that's the best part about it.
01:00:05.000 Yeah.
01:00:06.000 Because when people are scared of using the exchanges like Coinbase, well, I mean, they're getting scared of using places like, you know, Celsius, for example, BlockFi, FTX, where do they go?
01:00:17.000 The only other place to actually transfer cash for actual crypto is go to one of these machines.
01:00:21.000 It's the only place.
01:00:23.000 So here's the reason why.
01:00:24.000 When you try to get into the business yourself, it's impossible.
01:00:27.000 It actually costs you a little over $100,000 at least because you need to own the crypto.
01:00:31.000 So you need to own at least two Bitcoins, which is, what is it, like 20-something thousand right now for a Bitcoin?
01:00:36.000 Yeah, one big, yeah.
01:00:37.000 It's like the two of them would be like $40,000 to $50,000.
01:00:40.000 Exactly.
01:00:40.000 You need the cash management.
01:00:41.000 You need all this good stuff.
01:00:42.000 And then you have federal regulation.
01:00:43.000 You got to deal with IRS audits, all that good stuff, right?
01:00:46.000 So we completely pivoted because the way we do things is much different, right?
01:00:51.000 And the reason why is because, first of all, there's a few different populations that use these machines, okay?
01:00:55.000 So there's actually the Hispanic community.
01:00:58.000 Heavy usage.
01:01:00.000 A lot of our machines are actually at Hispanic markets.
01:01:03.000 Okay.
01:01:03.000 And the reason why is because how do people send money overseas?
01:01:07.000 It used to be Western Union and, you know, MoneyGram.
01:01:10.000 I'm from Eastern Europe.
01:01:12.000 It still is.
01:01:13.000 It still is.
01:01:15.000 So I'm outdating myself at this point, right?
01:01:15.000 Western Union, right?
01:01:17.000 So a lot of these people are probably, what the hell is Western Union, right?
01:01:20.000 So when you try to do that, you've got to transfer it to the local economy, right?
01:01:23.000 So you've got to get in pesos if you're in Venezuela, or if you're in one of these countries that have hyperinflation, you have to go local currency, right?
01:01:29.000 And then the government sometimes didn't let you pull out all your money.
01:01:32.000 So what are they doing?
01:01:33.000 And they will tax.
01:01:34.000 It doesn't matter if it's family to family, they will still tax on top of the currency exchange loss.
01:01:38.000 So you'd be like, you're going to lose like 20, 30%.
01:01:41.000 Exactly.
01:01:42.000 Bro, come on.
01:01:43.000 And you have limits of what you can send.
01:01:44.000 And you're trying to help your family.
01:01:45.000 Like, come on.
01:01:47.000 So with crypto, as you guys know, if you want to send a Bitcoin across the nation or across the world, it takes like 10 minutes.
01:01:53.000 Yeah.
01:01:54.000 We see a lot of actually people, especially minorities and a lot of communities of that origin.
01:02:00.000 The reason why is because first of all, with Hispanics, they actually send it overseas.
01:02:03.000 So they're sending it to family overseas and they literally just got to put cash inside the machine.
01:02:07.000 They get charged a convenience fee, which is our profit, whoever invests in a Bitcoin ATM. And then it gets sent over to whoever they want, whoever has that Bitcoin wallet, wherever they are, whether they're in Nigeria, whether they're in Venezuela or in Argentina, it doesn't matter, right?
01:02:19.000 So with that being said, there's other populations.
01:02:21.000 So there's the underbanked community, the people that don't trust banking, the people that just don't want to use banking, right?
01:02:26.000 They use these machines.
01:02:27.000 And then there's an elderly population because right now there's a mass adoption of crypto happening.
01:02:32.000 It's going to happen behind the scenes in banking and all that good stuff.
01:02:35.000 I looked at the comments there and people saying, hey, my state, I've seen Bitcoin ATM. Hey guys, if you've seen Bitcoin ATM, shoot in the comment, what state and where have you seen it?
01:02:45.000 Let's see in comments how many Bitcoin ATMs out there.
01:02:48.000 Yeah, no, there's actually not that many.
01:02:50.000 You bring up a good point.
01:02:51.000 So there's not that many because you're going to see cash ATMs a lot of the places, right?
01:02:54.000 There's still places to put them, but you're going to see them more than likely.
01:02:57.000 You're not going to really run into Bitcoin ATMs, Connecticut especially also.
01:03:01.000 We actually have, there's a machine over there making $100,000 a month, right?
01:03:05.000 Ridiculous, because it's, there's not that many machines.
01:03:07.000 So you see the elderly population using these also.
01:03:10.000 And the reason why is because they're not going to sign up, is grandma going to sign up for Coinbase?
01:03:14.000 Probably not.
01:03:17.000 Come on, let's keep it real.
01:03:18.000 She ain't gonna sign up for that.
01:03:19.000 We need some coins for them boys.
01:03:22.000 So what are they gonna do?
01:03:22.000 They're still using checks, right?
01:03:24.000 So what's she gonna do?
01:03:25.000 She's hearing about this Bitcoin thing on Thanksgiving dinner.
01:03:27.000 The nephews are coming in.
01:03:28.000 The nieces are coming in.
01:03:29.000 Say, I bought this dog coin or whatever.
01:03:31.000 But they're hearing about, like, I don't want to get left behind.
01:03:33.000 So what do they do?
01:03:33.000 They go to a familiar institution.
01:03:35.000 What are they familiar with?
01:03:45.000 Oh, wow.
01:03:50.000 That's a lot.
01:03:51.000 That's a lot.
01:03:55.000 And you made $150.
01:03:57.000 I picked the chat and a lot of people, Bitcoin trash, Bitcoin trash.
01:04:00.000 We're working currently on, it's going to be a poll, right?
01:04:04.000 Different type of currencies coming in, in the future.
01:04:07.000 It's not just going to be all stock to the Bitcoin.
01:04:09.000 I mean, everything's evolving.
01:04:11.000 Version 2.0, 2.3, hey, we ain't stopping.
01:04:14.000 So it's future.
01:04:15.000 Yeah.
01:04:16.000 Is Ethereum next, I'm assuming?
01:04:17.000 So it comes down to market demand, right?
01:04:20.000 The machines themselves, it's basically a mobile crypto exchange, right?
01:04:24.000 So the reason why it's only Bitcoin right now in most machines is because it's stability, first of all.
01:04:28.000 And second of all, it's a household name.
01:04:30.000 It's like when you ask for a sanitizer wipe, what do you ask for?
01:04:32.000 A Clorox wipe, right?
01:04:33.000 So there's no point of selling something no one's going to buy.
01:04:35.000 But it all comes down to market demand.
01:04:36.000 It could be freaking PandaCoin or whatever it is.
01:04:39.000 And we would think it'd be Ethereum next, but we're focused on what the market wants.
01:04:42.000 Because the market dictates what you do.
01:04:45.000 Yes.
01:04:45.000 So the next coins, plural, is just going to be whatever the market wants, right?
01:04:49.000 Right now we focus on Bitcoin because the majority of people want to buy Bitcoin.
01:04:52.000 It's a store of value.
01:04:53.000 There's only going to be so many.
01:04:54.000 Whether you believe in it or not, it don't matter because you're the broker, right?
01:04:58.000 The people that really make the money are the ones on the middleman or the middlewoman, let's call it, right?
01:05:03.000 The real estate agents, the mortgage brokers, all that.
01:05:05.000 They're making money off.
01:05:06.000 They're taking a cut off the piece.
01:05:08.000 And the reason I bring this up, right, is because when it comes down to it, you don't have to believe in something to make money off of it.
01:05:14.000 One of the things I learned, especially working in law enforcement, was I would have to go to the McDonald's.
01:05:18.000 I got to go to the Taco Bell, because there'd be flights, right?
01:05:20.000 It'd be the homeless guy throwing a chalupa at somebody, right?
01:05:23.000 And so the actual franchise owner would show up, right?
01:05:26.000 And a lot of the time, they actually happened to be Indian, right?
01:05:28.000 And Korean, for some reason, I don't know what it was.
01:05:30.000 And I would always talk to them.
01:05:31.000 And I'd always bring it up.
01:05:32.000 I'm like, hey, man, like, do you eat Taco Bell?
01:05:34.000 They're like, hell no, I don't eat Taco Bell.
01:05:36.000 Because at the end of the day, they're like, no, we just make money off the business.
01:05:39.000 So that's why I bring that up because you don't need to actually believe in something.
01:05:42.000 You don't have to believe in crypto.
01:05:43.000 It don't matter if crypto's at $50,000.
01:05:46.000 It don't matter if Bitcoin's at a dollar.
01:05:47.000 As long as someone buys some from the machine or they sell, you make money.
01:05:52.000 You literally are doing arbitrage at the end of the day.
01:05:54.000 That's why we've completely focused on this because we're seeing mass adoption.
01:05:59.000 One of the biggest Bitcoin ATM companies that doesn't allow anybody to invest.
01:06:02.000 Bitcoin Depot, look it up.
01:06:04.000 They're going public with the SPAC or special purpose acquisition company.
01:06:07.000 They're going public.
01:06:08.000 While crypto was crashing, while FTX went down, while Celsius went down, while 3AC, all these big companies were taking everybody down, cascading effects, they actually saw record revenue.
01:06:19.000 Yeah.
01:06:20.000 Because what were people doing?
01:06:21.000 FOMO, fear of missing out.
01:06:22.000 Of course.
01:06:22.000 So they're going to these machines.
01:06:23.000 What do the people do?
01:06:25.000 All of a sudden, actually in the hood, inside the actual grocery store.
01:06:28.000 You walk by, you're like, man, I keep seeing this Bitcoin ATM. Let me throw $100 at it because I don't know.
01:06:32.000 It's like a lotto ticket.
01:06:33.000 Yeah.
01:06:34.000 So we're seeing phenomenal results.
01:06:35.000 I mean, we have machines making us $6,000 a month, $1,000, $15,000 a month.
01:06:40.000 It's ridiculous.
01:06:41.000 Passive.
01:06:42.000 Passive.
01:06:43.000 You don't need to do anything.
01:06:46.000 And again, with ATM together, you buy the business.
01:06:50.000 That's it.
01:06:50.000 Yeah, so it's wildness.
01:06:52.000 And it's one of those things where it's mass adoption coming.
01:06:55.000 Because if you guys didn't know, behind the scenes, banking right now is transitioning to a crypto-based settlement system.
01:07:01.000 So the system we use worldwide is changing.
01:07:04.000 Behind the scenes, look it up.
01:07:06.000 It's on the World Economic Forum.
01:07:08.000 It's public.
01:07:08.000 It's not Googled.
01:07:09.000 They're changing to a crypto-based settlement system for the banking, right?
01:07:13.000 And here's why this is important.
01:07:14.000 We're adopting it.
01:07:15.000 We don't even realize it now.
01:07:17.000 So you have to get in before the next bull run.
01:07:19.000 Because I don't care if Bitcoin hits $100,000.
01:07:21.000 I've been invested for years ago, right?
01:07:23.000 But I do understand when the crypto prices start to go up, guess what happens?
01:07:27.000 People go to my machines.
01:07:28.000 When the crypto price goes down, all of a sudden when it goes from $20k to $16k, all I see is buy orders because people are saying, hey, I want to buy some more crypto.
01:07:35.000 Exactly.
01:07:36.000 Absolutely phenomenal.
01:07:37.000 It doesn't matter because you're already in the middle.
01:07:39.000 And that's kind of the same situation for me, like being in real estate, like as a landlord, whether the market goes up or down, people are still going to always need a place to live, right?
01:07:47.000 So it doesn't change anything.
01:07:49.000 So I can see where you're going with this because at the end of the day, right, the thing about crypto is that it's going to be a lot easier to send money through crypto.
01:07:56.000 So whether it goes down or up, people are still going to use it as intermediary to send money to their family.
01:08:00.000 100%.
01:08:00.000 And let's get a scenario, digital.
01:08:02.000 Who wants to use cash anymore?
01:08:03.000 At the same time, I've seen one Bitcoin ATM here in Miami, but let's say I want to get involved.
01:08:08.000 How do I start?
01:08:09.000 Yeah, real simple.
01:08:10.000 So the way we do things is extremely simple because the thing is you become a money service business if you actually run the business yourself.
01:08:16.000 So we structured it.
01:08:17.000 It's almost like a vending machine.
01:08:19.000 You're dispensing crypto, right?
01:08:21.000 So how we do it is we walk you through everything, right?
01:08:23.000 The LLC, the EIN, forming the business, finding the actual bank account.
01:08:27.000 And then we ship you the brand new ATM. And the reason why I bring this up is because you can always get used, you can be cheap at the end of the day, but you're going to pay for it later.
01:08:35.000 It's almost like debit cards, how they added chips to them.
01:08:38.000 So the reason why you want to have buy and sell machines is because the standard is going to change.
01:08:43.000 Right now, there's not a lot of Bitcoin ATMs.
01:08:46.000 But when there's much more, there has to be a standard.
01:08:48.000 When you go from New York City to Los Angeles, there has to be something, some familiarity, some kind of standard to what you do.
01:08:54.000 So you don't want to be left behind with these buy-only machines.
01:08:56.000 So we send you a brand new, send an actual brand new machine.
01:08:59.000 It's two-way.
01:08:59.000 It has an advertising screen on top of it.
01:09:01.000 It's kind of like, you know, gas stations when you get that annoying ad when you actually pull your pump out.
01:09:05.000 Yeah.
01:09:06.000 The reason why they do that is because they're making money off the advertising.
01:09:09.000 Of course.
01:09:09.000 It's advertising.
01:09:10.000 It's the most actual valuable commodity right now is attention.
01:09:14.000 In 2023 and on, attention is the most valuable commodity.
01:09:17.000 It's not oil and anything else.
01:09:18.000 It's who can capture attention.
01:09:20.000 So with that being said, you have two sources of income with that.
01:09:23.000 So we said we actually get the machine for them.
01:09:24.000 And then what we actually do is we actually handle the fulfillment, right?
01:09:28.000 So we'll find you a location.
01:09:29.000 We have a call center based out of Europe.
01:09:31.000 Man, I was like flying past Ukraine to talk to the call center.
01:09:34.000 It was wildness, right?
01:09:35.000 Yeah.
01:09:35.000 So we pivoted, focused on Bitcoin ATMs, they find a premium location, right?
01:09:39.000 And the reason why is because we found over 2,000 nationwide and in Canada, so know what we're doing, right?
01:09:44.000 So with that being said, they find your location, we secure it for you, we actually ship the machine there, it gets installed for you, and it's completely passive.
01:09:50.000 We actually own the crypto, so our actual hot wallet is connected, so we have to own a lot of crypto.
01:09:56.000 To sustain all these machines.
01:09:57.000 And then we connect with an actual freaking armored vehicle service, like Brinks or Loomis, like one of these large companies.
01:10:04.000 They handle the cash.
01:10:05.000 And literally, we manage everything, right?
01:10:07.000 So we manage the actual cash management.
01:10:09.000 When it gets to a certain point, we get the armored vehicle to actually come pick up the cash.
01:10:12.000 And then we charge a percentage, right?
01:10:15.000 So you charge a percentage to make the money.
01:10:16.000 So it's typically between 15% to 20%.
01:10:19.000 And I know a lot of people are like, man, who the fuck would pay 15% to 20%?
01:10:22.000 But there's no other way to literally have cash in your hands and turn it into crypto right now.
01:10:26.000 It's impossible.
01:10:27.000 There's no other method, right?
01:10:29.000 So with that being said, we handle everything that way.
01:10:33.000 So if people want to get involved, we're actually the only ones in the business doing this.
01:10:36.000 But get them.
01:10:37.000 Mike, Paul, if you can do this for us, why not do it for yourself?
01:10:44.000 Why involve us as the middleman?
01:10:46.000 We do.
01:10:47.000 So I own Bitcoin ATMs.
01:10:49.000 Paul does also, right?
01:10:50.000 I actually just installed one in San Francisco the other day.
01:10:53.000 But we actually modeled this.
01:10:55.000 I love how you brought up the federal task force.
01:10:57.000 That's how we modeled this entire business.
01:10:59.000 Okay.
01:10:59.000 So what we found was this.
01:11:02.000 We could spend, I mean, it costs a lot of money, right?
01:11:05.000 It's in the millions to get all these machines.
01:11:07.000 So we could lock up all our capital and all these different machines, or we can build a grassroots type movement.
01:11:13.000 So the way we did it was like the same way with our cash ATMs, because we're not really a fan of franchises.
01:11:18.000 So we built other people's businesses.
01:11:21.000 So as you know, the federal task force model, it's basically a force multiplier for the federal agencies.
01:11:25.000 Yeah.
01:11:26.000 You have one agent assigned and you have like 15 local cops and you use their expertise of their knowledge of that area to actually make the agency or the actual task force successful.
01:11:36.000 So we did the same thing.
01:11:38.000 We said, hey, you know what?
01:11:39.000 Why don't we empower people that know their areas to install their machines?
01:11:43.000 Nice.
01:11:43.000 So what we do is we'll have a call with you and be like, hey man, this is the zip code.
01:11:47.000 Tell us where you want to avoid.
01:11:48.000 Tell us where you want to focus on.
01:11:50.000 And it turns into this.
01:11:51.000 You tell us the direction.
01:11:53.000 We will get you there simpler, faster, and easier.
01:11:56.000 That's our business model.
01:11:57.000 Because at the end of the day, yeah, we could do it.
01:11:59.000 It's going to be much slower though.
01:12:01.000 That's the reason why there's only four other Bitcoin ATM companies nationwide.
01:12:05.000 It's like the major banks.
01:12:06.000 The reason why is because it locks up a lot of capital.
01:12:08.000 For us, what we do is we have investors that launched our own business.
01:12:11.000 And that's what we focus on.
01:12:13.000 So to answer your question.
01:12:15.000 And I'm fairly new.
01:12:16.000 Go ahead, Bull.
01:12:17.000 And just to keep it simple, guys, because I mean, I see the chat.
01:12:19.000 People just, you know, saying some ignorant shit.
01:12:21.000 But hey, I'm just going to keep it real with you guys.
01:12:23.000 We're basically business partners.
01:12:25.000 That's the way I look at this, okay?
01:12:27.000 Think about it like this.
01:12:28.000 If I was to be like fresh...
01:12:32.000 Hey, invest 20k and you're going to see such and such returns in a matter of months or a couple years.
01:12:39.000 That is actually way better than real estate.
01:12:43.000 Most people, they're going to be like, bro, show me the proof.
01:12:47.000 Alright, cool.
01:12:48.000 Let me show you my bank account.
01:12:49.000 It's almost like the Wolf of Wall Street shit where they're like, show me 75k.
01:12:52.000 You drive that Jag?
01:12:53.000 Yeah.
01:12:54.000 People are not going to fucking invest until you prove it to them.
01:12:58.000 So this is what I got for you guys.
01:13:00.000 We're good to go.
01:13:20.000 Hey, we're not successful unless they're successful.
01:13:23.000 So at the end of the day, this is why we were able to build an eight-figure company within two years.
01:13:27.000 And this is straight nine-to-fivers.
01:13:30.000 People, you just heard this man's story.
01:13:32.000 I mean, he was sergeant police.
01:13:33.000 He was hated on for years.
01:13:34.000 I was a narco detective from corporate America and shit.
01:13:38.000 At the end of the day, we're just, hey, actual people, nine-to-fivers that turn full-time entrepreneurs, and we're doing it.
01:13:44.000 So it is what it is, you know?
01:13:45.000 And that's my neighbor.
01:13:47.000 And that's how I literally, that's how I literally, I was like, bro, like, you're beaming.
01:13:51.000 Your eyes are glowing.
01:13:52.000 Like, I'm like, what's up?
01:13:53.000 What do you do?
01:13:54.000 You're successful.
01:13:54.000 So, like, that's how I got into it.
01:13:56.000 Because, you know, I was just, and I see, like.
01:14:00.000 The results.
01:14:01.000 The results.
01:14:02.000 I see the car.
01:14:03.000 I see everything.
01:14:03.000 I see people.
01:14:05.000 I was one of the first ones to install BTM in San Diego.
01:14:09.000 I actually learned a new skill, so that was kind of cool.
01:14:11.000 I'm more of a hands-on guy.
01:14:12.000 I will say this, though.
01:14:14.000 I've had people ask me in the chat or Instagram, yo, bro, try to trade the ATM business with Paul and get him.
01:14:18.000 I'm like, bro, go for it.
01:14:20.000 Give it a shot.
01:14:21.000 And they've been like, yo, bro, I got major results.
01:14:22.000 So it does work, 100%.
01:14:23.000 I know that.
01:14:24.000 So, question then.
01:14:25.000 How much would someone need to invest, and then what kind of returns would they expect?
01:14:30.000 So you're looking at five figures, right?
01:14:32.000 And it depends, right?
01:14:33.000 To invest.
01:14:34.000 Yeah, to invest.
01:14:34.000 So you would need at least, okay, like what, 10K? Yeah, you're at least like 10, 15K to start an actual Bitcoin ATM business.
01:14:39.000 And you can look up the prices.
01:14:40.000 You can always look up the prices online.
01:14:42.000 Like there's all these different manufacturers.
01:14:43.000 We focus on the best.
01:14:44.000 And then return, we're looking at about $1,000 to $6,000 a month.
01:14:47.000 And it depends because it's the business, right?
01:14:49.000 And I look at it like this.
01:14:50.000 If anyone ever promises you a return on investment, They're fucking lying to you, right?
01:14:56.000 Because it's a business, right?
01:14:57.000 So what we did is we controlled the factors that will lead to your success, including the location, the marketing, the promotions.
01:15:03.000 And then we actually paid for a consulting agency.
01:15:05.000 We said, hey, let's try to copy Bitcoin Depot's data, right?
01:15:07.000 Let's target all these other companies.
01:15:09.000 Let's mimic what they've done for success also.
01:15:11.000 And then we compare it to market data, crime data, actual demographics of the area to find the best locations, right?
01:15:18.000 So you're looking at about $1,000 to $6,000 a month, depending because it fluctuates.
01:15:21.000 Some months are going to be high.
01:15:23.000 With a $10,000 to $15,000 investment.
01:15:25.000 You're looking at somewhere between $1,000 to $6,000.
01:15:29.000 Exactly.
01:15:30.000 And at the end of the day, we keep it transparent.
01:15:32.000 It's like, hey, this is how we do things.
01:15:33.000 We've proven our success.
01:15:34.000 We have our social proof.
01:15:35.000 You can see it on our website.
01:15:36.000 Links are below, guys.
01:15:37.000 You go to atmtogether.com and it literally shows right there screenshots from March.
01:15:41.000 It tells you net revenue, gross revenue, all that good stuff.
01:15:44.000 Just get on Facebook group.
01:15:46.000 That's...
01:15:47.000 That's where you can talk to real people like myself and whoever invests.
01:15:52.000 You just click on a person, shoot them a message, and they'll tell you the truth.
01:15:57.000 I'm all about simple businesses at the end of the day.
01:16:00.000 I like businesses that make sense.
01:16:01.000 It's like laundromats.
01:16:02.000 It's like real estate.
01:16:04.000 That's one of the biggest things that actually changes people's zip codes.
01:16:07.000 Cash ATMs.
01:16:08.000 I've been to some strip clips.
01:16:09.000 I'm like, you know what?
01:16:10.000 I see how this business makes sense.
01:16:11.000 There's a need for actual quick cash.
01:16:13.000 Then I understand the demographics of this business.
01:16:17.000 My favorite It's just one of those things, right?
01:16:27.000 And it's a secretive business.
01:16:28.000 No one's talked about it.
01:16:29.000 I mean, the first one was in the Bay Area like 10 years ago, right?
01:16:32.000 And it didn't gain traction.
01:16:33.000 I look at it like this, right?
01:16:35.000 We're the people saying, hey, you know what?
01:16:37.000 I should invest in this.
01:16:38.000 You don't have to if you don't want to.
01:16:39.000 It don't matter.
01:16:40.000 It don't matter to us.
01:16:41.000 But years down the road, we're like, man, I heard about that on Fresh and Hit that one time.
01:16:45.000 Guess what's going to happen?
01:16:46.000 You're like, man, I missed the actual boat.
01:16:48.000 When CNN or Mad Money or whatever, that guy, Jim Kramer, starts talking about something, it's already too late, right?
01:16:53.000 That's how I always look at things.
01:16:55.000 Get them, get them.
01:16:55.000 But how many people in chat are actually proactive?
01:16:58.000 Who likes to do homework?
01:16:59.000 People are lazy.
01:17:01.000 People are lazy, so people like to talk.
01:17:04.000 Talk is cheap, guys.
01:17:05.000 Do your homework.
01:17:06.000 Actually, join the Facebook group.
01:17:08.000 Hit up people.
01:17:09.000 Ask.
01:17:10.000 Stop just, oh, he said, she said.
01:17:13.000 If you're real, just get on it.
01:17:16.000 Find out for yourself because people just yap.
01:17:20.000 Yeah.
01:17:20.000 And the easiest way to do it, like the easiest way to actually figure out if something makes sense is literally you can go to CoinATM Radar.
01:17:26.000 You can look up on Google Maps, Bitcoin ATM, go to the store and talk to the business owner.
01:17:30.000 I'm like, hey, whose machine is this?
01:17:31.000 Right?
01:17:32.000 Have you seen people use it?
01:17:33.000 Like how much money have you seen them put in?
01:17:35.000 That's it.
01:17:36.000 Right?
01:17:36.000 Because there's no way we can own every single machine.
01:17:38.000 You're not wrong with being skeptical.
01:17:39.000 Take out of the internet.
01:17:41.000 Go ahead and do research with anything.
01:17:43.000 But, I mean, there's no doubt about it that, you know, cryptocurrency is definitely going to be the future.
01:17:48.000 I mean, we're moving more and more towards digital currency.
01:17:52.000 I've seen guys put money into the machine and send girls crypto.
01:17:58.000 Probably like OnlyFans, too, or something.
01:18:00.000 It's insane, bro.
01:18:02.000 And it's a club.
01:18:03.000 Yeah.
01:18:04.000 Legit, right there.
01:18:05.000 Your wife doesn't check your Bitcoin, so...
01:18:08.000 Clever.
01:18:10.000 Clever, clever.
01:18:11.000 So, let's say someone has, you know, 10, 15K to invest.
01:18:16.000 What would they do?
01:18:17.000 Would they get on a call with you guys and discuss, hey, I want to do this, and then you guys basically, they give you the money, and then you guys just basically ship them the ATM, and then you tell them where the most optimal places are to put it to get the highest ROI? Like, you guys handle all those?
01:18:30.000 That's a very good question.
01:18:31.000 So we always break it down first.
01:18:32.000 Like there's any calls and enrollment, all that good stuff, right?
01:18:35.000 Fully transparent coming from law enforcement.
01:18:36.000 But the way it works is real simple.
01:18:38.000 Everything's managed.
01:18:39.000 There's a few things, right?
01:18:40.000 You got to start your own business, right?
01:18:41.000 You got to open your own bank account.
01:18:42.000 We can't do that for you, right?
01:18:43.000 Got to start an LLC. And if someone tries to do that for you, it's probably a stamp, right?
01:18:46.000 You don't want to give your bank info, right?
01:18:48.000 We start all that basic stuff.
01:18:49.000 Then we actually order the machine, ship it to the place that we find for you also.
01:18:53.000 But you screen it yourself also.
01:18:54.000 So we tell you, hey, this is the location.
01:18:56.000 This is the data.
01:18:57.000 This is the recording of us speaking to the person.
01:18:58.000 I'm assuming you guys try to put it close to them as you can.
01:19:01.000 It depends what they want.
01:19:02.000 So we actually have one of our most recent investors.
01:19:04.000 He actually is in Colorado.
01:19:06.000 He installed one in Georgia.
01:19:07.000 And you see it's actually online.
01:19:08.000 It's on my stories.
01:19:09.000 A dude made like $1,400 his first month, right?
01:19:12.000 It was a lot of idea.
01:19:13.000 So they sell lottery tickets, certain population that's over there, benefiting the first day.
01:19:18.000 You can always reach out to people.
01:19:19.000 So you all prioritize that making money versus it being close to them.
01:19:22.000 Exactly.
01:19:22.000 And the places that actually do the best, especially if you want to do this on your own, the places that do the best have longer hours.
01:19:30.000 24-7 type spots.
01:19:31.000 24-7 spots.
01:19:32.000 They have to have about 5-10 minutes of time to actually use that machine.
01:19:36.000 And they have a lot of foot traffic.
01:19:37.000 So you're looking at gas stations, airports, restaurants, liquor stores.
01:19:41.000 What else?
01:19:42.000 Not like barbershops or smaller spots like that, but longer hours and grocery stores too.
01:19:47.000 And you can find your own spot.
01:19:48.000 Invest on your own.
01:19:48.000 Do it on your own, right?
01:19:49.000 Because at the end of the day, that leads to more adoption for us.
01:19:52.000 But those are the best type of locations we found.
01:19:55.000 And then based on our data and paying for consulting agencies...
01:19:57.000 So you give a suggestion and then it's up to them if they want to take it.
01:20:00.000 Exactly.
01:20:01.000 So we'll give the location.
01:20:01.000 If you don't like it, cool.
01:20:02.000 We find you another one.
01:20:03.000 You don't like that one, we find you another one.
01:20:04.000 But we've never had anyone not like a location because we tell them, hey, check this out.
01:20:08.000 This is the data.
01:20:09.000 This is how many people go here.
01:20:10.000 This is what the business owner said.
01:20:11.000 We spoke to them directly.
01:20:13.000 And these are the reasons why you should have your machine there.
01:20:15.000 Cool.
01:20:15.000 You're ready to roll.
01:20:16.000 We give you a contract.
01:20:17.000 You sign it between you and them.
01:20:18.000 It's your business.
01:20:19.000 And then you're up and running and fulfillment's handled on the back end.
01:20:22.000 Nice.
01:20:22.000 Okay.
01:20:23.000 So you all coordinate the money pickups with the armored truck company, et cetera.
01:20:27.000 And then they get a dividend.
01:20:28.000 They get that 15 to 20% from people using it.
01:20:31.000 Yeah.
01:20:31.000 And there's a dashboard.
01:20:32.000 It tells you just like stocks or anything, right?
01:20:34.000 And it just gets deposited into the bank account.
01:20:36.000 Once a month.
01:20:36.000 Yeah.
01:20:37.000 Advertising revenue, which is one thing.
01:20:38.000 And then you get your revenue from the actual machine too.
01:20:40.000 So it's real simple.
01:20:41.000 That's how it actually works.
01:20:42.000 And then we handle the fulfillment on the back end.
01:20:44.000 There's actually a 1-800 number on the machine.
01:20:46.000 We handle everything.
01:20:47.000 You'll never be called for that machine.
01:20:48.000 So there's no, it's zero, literally hands off.
01:20:51.000 That's why we see a lot of real estate investors and we see a lot of people like in your position because you're diversifying your income, right?
01:20:57.000 It's a simple business.
01:20:58.000 It makes sense if you want to build it on side.
01:21:00.000 I mean, that's why I have military buddies investing.
01:21:02.000 That's why we're investing because we came from simple backgrounds.
01:21:05.000 We know simplicity equals success, right?
01:21:07.000 Simplicity scales, complexity fails.
01:21:09.000 So we keep it as simple as possible and that's it.
01:21:12.000 That's how it runs.
01:21:13.000 Okay.
01:21:14.000 So this is really something for people that like, hey, I got 10,000, 20,000, 30,000.
01:21:19.000 I don't know what to do with it.
01:21:20.000 And this is a way to get a quick, easy, hands-off way to get almost damn near 10% ROI, it looks like to me, if not more.
01:21:29.000 Dude, what I like to say, it's a business in a box.
01:21:32.000 That's what it is.
01:21:33.000 If you guys checked out the first episode I was on, and I talked about our cash traditional ATMs, how semi-passive to passive that business is, the only thing that people didn't like about it Is the fact, and this is what 1,700 clients,
01:21:49.000 they didn't like about it, some people, is the fact that they had to go reload the money into the actual cash ATM. So you got to think about that.
01:21:57.000 Fun fact, guys, about 80% of our clientele is actually women.
01:22:02.000 Oh, really?
01:22:02.000 It's a trip, bro.
01:22:03.000 I don't know what it is, man.
01:22:06.000 They bring the husbands, the boyfriends.
01:22:10.000 I remember when he first started, he was on Zoom with the couples.
01:22:14.000 They're like, yeah, man, thanks for helping out my wife.
01:22:16.000 I'll be like, who are you talking to, bro?
01:22:19.000 Ultimately, a lot of our clients, they were like, hey, I don't feel safe loading up the ATM with a bunch of cash.
01:22:30.000 And I was just like, Paul, do you suggest I get a gun?
01:22:32.000 I was just like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
01:22:34.000 I don't know.
01:22:35.000 I mean, I was strapped.
01:22:36.000 You know what I'm saying?
01:22:36.000 So anybody trying something on me, it's bad for you.
01:22:39.000 But with that being said, not everybody can get a gun in whatever state they are, especially if they're in Cali, right?
01:22:45.000 So with the Bitcoin ATM, this is the most passive type of investment that you can do.
01:22:50.000 And trust me, this is coming from somebody that originally told this guy, hey, Fuck your Bitcoin, right?
01:22:55.000 But the thing is, you got to look at it as basically you're the middleman.
01:22:59.000 You're basically the person just connecting the buyer with the seller.
01:23:04.000 And then we're all in business together.
01:23:06.000 And you're essentially getting that 10% and return on investment with every transaction.
01:23:12.000 Here's a cool thing about it.
01:23:14.000 It ain't like going to titsies, right?
01:23:16.000 Going to a strip club where you need like 500 transactions to make $5,000 or whatever, right?
01:23:22.000 No.
01:23:23.000 All you need is like one or two transactions a month.
01:23:26.000 That ain't a barber shop, yo.
01:23:29.000 One or two transactions a month and you're making thousands of dollars.
01:23:32.000 It's cool.
01:23:32.000 And I'm going to tell you this, with any type of business, you're not going to get rich off of one investment.
01:23:38.000 Of course, yeah.
01:23:39.000 Real estate.
01:23:40.000 And this is what everybody got to understand is the fact that you start off with actual millionaires that are helping you build a business.
01:23:48.000 And that's what people got to get through their mind because like anything else, you know, we've invested literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in learning the skillset that we had.
01:23:56.000 This is why I was able to expedite My wealth.
01:24:00.000 I can share my story.
01:24:01.000 Within a few years, right?
01:24:03.000 So at the end of the day, dude, this is what we're basically trying to say is, hey, we can start you off, and then if you need more help, we got the team to do it.
01:24:13.000 See, money loves speed, right?
01:24:15.000 I'll say, for example, most guys that want to get businesses, they'll be like, oh, I'm going to try myself.
01:24:18.000 I'm going to buy all this stuff myself and figure it out.
01:24:20.000 That's a learning curve, man.
01:24:21.000 You have a mentor that's going to help you.
01:24:23.000 Why don't you take the mentor's help?
01:24:24.000 They've learned the whole learning curve.
01:24:25.000 They've been through it themselves.
01:24:26.000 And I think the important thing to also understand is that you're not going to get rich off one ATM, guys.
01:24:30.000 We're going to have to buy a bunch of them to really get rich.
01:24:33.000 It's the same thing with real estate, right?
01:24:34.000 I have 12 properties now.
01:24:36.000 Now it's really starting to come in, but after one or two, that's not enough.
01:24:40.000 You have to have multiple properties.
01:24:41.000 My story is different.
01:24:42.000 I hit the curb in November, December as an online coach.
01:24:46.000 Our business goes down.
01:24:47.000 A lot of coaches are forced to lower their prices.
01:24:50.000 And, you know, devalue their service.
01:24:53.000 I get one or two ATMs, and that kind of makes up for the slow business time.
01:24:59.000 That works for me.
01:25:00.000 My value stays as an online fitness coach.
01:25:03.000 I don't have to try to get more clients lowering my value and my service.
01:25:08.000 While I know I got that little pat right there with a couple of ATMs, Bitcoin ATMs, that make up for that loss because, again, it's business.
01:25:17.000 Yeah, looking at it long term is you're not going to get...
01:25:20.000 We don't like the little get-rich-quick schemes.
01:25:22.000 I think that's very important for the audience to know that this isn't a get-rich-quick scheme.
01:25:26.000 This is something to augment the money you're already making so that you have a cushion.
01:25:30.000 100%.
01:25:31.000 You can scale it if you like, right?
01:25:33.000 And we do have business partners.
01:25:34.000 We have clients that do that, right?
01:25:36.000 And you see the social proof.
01:25:37.000 It's there.
01:25:37.000 It's online.
01:25:38.000 People post their photos standing right next to it, right?
01:25:40.000 But we look at it as like this, hey, it's a long-term investment because at the end of the day, it's like real estate.
01:25:44.000 If you get into real estate and you buy a single-family home and you rent it, you're like, I'm going to make a million dollars this year and you're going to have a rude awakening, right?
01:25:50.000 But 20 years from now, 15 years from now, when you have generational wealth, that's a little different story, right?
01:25:55.000 When you build your portfolio.
01:25:56.000 That's how we look at things.
01:25:57.000 Okay, okay.
01:25:58.000 That's solid.
01:25:59.000 But chat, you get haircut every week.
01:26:02.000 Just ask the barbershop owner, what do you make on that ATM? Yeah.
01:26:07.000 Simple.
01:26:07.000 That's it.
01:26:08.000 No, absolutely.
01:26:09.000 It's a sustainable business for anybody that's looking to invest.
01:26:11.000 At the end of the day, here, this is what we got for you guys.
01:26:14.000 Just like last time.
01:26:15.000 I think last time I was here, we gave away a free ATM or whatever.
01:26:19.000 Oh, yeah.
01:26:19.000 But we got something for you guys, all right?
01:26:20.000 Yeah.
01:26:21.000 So with that being said, we actually had a raffle last week.
01:26:24.000 So we're giving away a package, we're giving away ATMs, all that good stuff.
01:26:28.000 Two out of the three people didn't claim the prize.
01:26:30.000 Check my Instagram for us.
01:26:32.000 We name them off, it's randomized, you see the wheels spinning and everything, right?
01:26:36.000 So we're actually giving away two ATMs, right?
01:26:38.000 For free, there's no...
01:26:39.000 It's actually CashATMs.
01:26:40.000 CashATMs.
01:26:41.000 Get ready.
01:26:42.000 Get ready, Chad.
01:26:43.000 So it's CashATMs.
01:26:44.000 Real simple.
01:26:45.000 And it's actually going to be tomorrow.
01:26:46.000 We actually have our own little Facebook Lives.
01:26:48.000 We're going to announce the winners on.
01:26:49.000 It's perfect timing for this, Money Mondays.
01:26:51.000 So all you have to do is literally inside the actual...
01:26:54.000 I think it's in the bio, right?
01:26:55.000 It's a link.
01:26:55.000 Click on it.
01:26:56.000 It goes to our Instagram profile.
01:26:57.000 The results, the actual requirements are...
01:27:01.000 It's actually at the top of the description, right?
01:27:03.000 Super simple.
01:27:04.000 Click that link.
01:27:04.000 It's going to go to our Instagram profile, take a photo of that actual reel, post it on your story, enter in, and we're going to announce the winners tomorrow.
01:27:12.000 Two free ATMs.
01:27:13.000 That's it.
01:27:13.000 Nope.
01:27:13.000 There's no enrollment or anything like that.
01:27:15.000 It's going to be tomorrow.
01:27:16.000 You're going to see the names.
01:27:17.000 Nothing to lose, guys.
01:27:18.000 Might as well try.
01:27:18.000 Might as well, bro.
01:27:19.000 And you might start your business for free.
01:27:20.000 Whatever.
01:27:21.000 At the end of the day, right?
01:27:22.000 And a couple guys here I saw in the chat were saying, you know, hey, we got our cash ATMs, we're making money, etc.
01:27:27.000 So it definitely works, man.
01:27:29.000 And it's a unique business situation that I had never thought about until we brought you on the first time.
01:27:35.000 Bro, it's a boring business, man.
01:27:37.000 It's not sexy, man.
01:27:38.000 At the end of the day, it's just like, it's the It's like the plumber of freaking like just residual passive income.
01:27:44.000 It's a needed service.
01:27:44.000 You know what I mean?
01:27:45.000 It's a needed service that people look over.
01:27:46.000 It's not sexy like real estate.
01:27:48.000 You can be like, oh, I'm a real estate investor.
01:27:49.000 But all right, bro, how many units you own?
01:27:51.000 They're like, uh, you know, like I got one, you know?
01:27:54.000 So...
01:27:55.000 It is what it is, man.
01:27:56.000 For the equivalent of what you can invest in real estate, right?
01:27:59.000 You can invest that into ATMs and make tenfold straight up.
01:28:03.000 Just based on my experience.
01:28:04.000 Well, you can get it with a lot less capital, which is great.
01:28:06.000 A lot less capital.
01:28:06.000 Yeah, 10, 15K to get in with 10% of returns is really good.
01:28:09.000 You don't need a credit score.
01:28:11.000 Just put the money into it.
01:28:12.000 Pretty much learn the whole process.
01:28:14.000 You got to go to a bank.
01:28:14.000 But these guys, and then you're good to go.
01:28:16.000 Yeah.
01:28:16.000 It's complimentary too, right?
01:28:17.000 It's not competition.
01:28:18.000 That's what people think.
01:28:19.000 They're like, oh, we got to stay on this side.
01:28:20.000 We got to stay on this side.
01:28:21.000 No.
01:28:22.000 You can invest that cash you have right now, even in cash ATMs.
01:28:24.000 You get some extra cash flow.
01:28:26.000 That leads you to a higher loan approval to get a different property, like a duplex or a triplex now, right?
01:28:31.000 And then you might reinvest that in something else, right?
01:28:34.000 It's infinity banking at the end of the day.
01:28:35.000 Being diversified is very important, man.
01:28:37.000 It really is.
01:28:38.000 So, oh.
01:28:38.000 Man, that's interesting stuff.
01:28:40.000 I had some chats here, Chris.
01:28:42.000 All right, I'll read these and then we'll close out.
01:28:44.000 Chris Vision goes, 20 bucks.
01:28:45.000 I've been saving money from my overtime.
01:28:46.000 I've been working 60 to 70 hour weeks and want to get into real estate.
01:28:49.000 Is it not a good time to buy rentals?
01:28:51.000 When do you know it's the best time to start?
01:28:53.000 Start now, guys.
01:28:54.000 I'm telling you, all these big companies are buying up single family homes like crazy.
01:28:57.000 And if they're doing that, that tells you something.
01:28:59.000 Toxically Masculine goes, if you guys have a new startup coming, can I get in?
01:29:02.000 Currently military, USMC, H1 mechanic, and every fiber of my being understands the matrix will bleed me.
01:29:07.000 I want out.
01:29:08.000 Show me the way.
01:29:08.000 We just talked about it.
01:29:09.000 These chats came in from before.
01:29:11.000 Jason Colon, 50 bucks, set up my first ATM a couple of months ago by my second this week.
01:29:15.000 Thanks to FNF and ATMs together.
01:29:16.000 Shout out to you, Jason Colon.
01:29:17.000 So before you call it scam, ask questions first, guys.
01:29:20.000 Yeah, listen, guys, there's nothing wrong with some healthy skepticism.
01:29:23.000 You know, do your research, check out the Instagrams, look at the testimonials, etc.
01:29:26.000 But to me, right...
01:29:28.000 It's very important to be diversified.
01:29:30.000 You know, I'm not telling you guys, oh yeah, like just run to ATMs and not be in real estate.
01:29:34.000 Yo, be in everything.
01:29:35.000 Be in crypto.
01:29:36.000 Be in real estate.
01:29:37.000 Be in precious metals.
01:29:38.000 Have an ATM. Have a, you know, have obviously your business.
01:29:41.000 Like have different means of income.
01:29:43.000 So regardless of what happens, you're protected, man.
01:29:45.000 Being diversified is so important.
01:29:47.000 FreeAgent456 goes, Alex, interested in starting ATM business through your website while on child support.
01:29:52.000 Would that affect anything?
01:29:53.000 Would you break it down a bit?
01:29:54.000 Thanks.
01:29:55.000 Yeah.
01:29:55.000 So with that, put that business in somebody else's name because they're going to try to take you for that child support.
01:30:03.000 Clever.
01:30:03.000 Is it more beneficial to pay off collections or dispute the charge on my credit report?
01:30:08.000 It was made by family I no longer live with and I don't mind just paying.
01:30:12.000 Thanks for putting me on the right path.
01:30:14.000 Bro, if you have the money, just go ahead and pay it off so you don't deal with the headaches, man.
01:30:18.000 Yeah, bro.
01:30:18.000 Because once your stuff is in collections, it's bad.
01:30:21.000 But call the collection company and tell them, hey, can we negotiate?
01:30:23.000 This is all I have, bro.
01:30:24.000 This is all I got.
01:30:25.000 I want to pay it off, man.
01:30:26.000 But pay it off and get that shit off because once it's in collections, that's when your credit score tanks by like 200 points.
01:30:30.000 Anything else?
01:30:31.000 No, we're good.
01:30:32.000 Alright, so guys, I'll turn it to y'all, man.
01:30:33.000 I'll give y'all the last word.
01:30:35.000 And where can they find you guys as well?
01:30:36.000 Where can they find y'all?
01:30:37.000 Yeah, absolutely, guys.
01:30:37.000 So, you guys can find us at www.atmtogether.com.
01:30:41.000 Look, also check out our IGs.
01:30:44.000 Paul Alex Espinosa.
01:30:46.000 Get em Y. Get em Y. G-E-D-A-M-W-H-Y. There's a lot of scam profiles out there, guys.
01:30:50.000 Watch out.
01:30:50.000 And they're all below as well, guys.
01:30:52.000 Their Instagrams.
01:30:53.000 Sorry.
01:30:53.000 And then Mike.
01:30:54.000 And for me, you can find me on Planet Mike.
01:30:56.000 And I'm currently assisting Paul and Get Em, basically.
01:31:00.000 They're a right hand.
01:31:02.000 Our muscle.
01:31:03.000 There you go.
01:31:04.000 The muscle team.
01:31:06.000 Okay, cool.
01:31:07.000 So, guys, they're ATM together.
01:31:10.000 Check them out.
01:31:10.000 Their links are all below.
01:31:11.000 I think it's a fantastic side venture that you guys can do to make some passive income.
01:31:16.000 Dude, if you've got money saved up doing nothing, might as well versus, you know, having it in the bank and having a new value.
01:31:22.000 Assets.
01:31:22.000 Assets.
01:31:23.000 Yeah.
01:31:24.000 So...
01:31:25.000 We need magic.
01:31:26.000 Go $20.
01:31:27.000 I'm a 19-year-old college student with a 721 credit score.
01:31:29.000 I watched last time you were here and saved $2K for a cash ATM. I want to know if I should get a loan for a Bitcoin ATM and with profit pay off the loan.
01:31:37.000 Hmm.
01:31:38.000 What do you think?
01:31:38.000 Have y'all ever had someone do that?
01:31:40.000 So the question is...
01:31:41.000 So he said...
01:31:42.000 He watched last time you guys were here.
01:31:44.000 He saved $2,000 for a cash ATM. He said, I want to know if I should get a loan for a Bitcoin ATM and with profit pay off the loan.
01:31:50.000 So Bitcoin ATM is a little bit more, I guess, than a cash ATM. So I'm going to keep it real.
01:31:54.000 With your position right there, if you only have $2,000 to your name, you got to invest in yourself first, right?
01:31:59.000 Right.
01:32:00.000 Let's keep it real.
01:32:01.000 Get up.
01:32:02.000 Yeah, if you only have $2,000 in your name, invest in an actual marketable skill, start generating revenue, then start thinking about investments.
01:32:09.000 That's how I look at it.
01:32:09.000 This is something that you guys do once you have some capital built up.
01:32:12.000 You know what I mean?
01:32:13.000 Or you can start with a cash ATM and then work your way up if you want to.
01:32:17.000 But 2K, invest in yourself first.
01:32:18.000 Absolutely.
01:32:19.000 Absolutely, man.
01:32:20.000 All right, guys.
01:32:21.000 We're going to be back with an after hours here in about maybe an hour or so, hour and a half.
01:32:26.000 The girls, we're going to have a packed panel.
01:32:28.000 Yeah, full panel.
01:32:28.000 We'll catch you guys here in a little bit.
01:32:30.000 All their links will blow me.
01:32:30.000 Go check them out, guys.
01:32:31.000 We'll catch you on the next one.
01:32:32.000 Peace.
