00:11:09.000 We apologize.

00:11:10.000 We've had a lot of guests on the show recently.

00:11:13.000 We had ATM together.

00:11:15.000 We had a pod on- Trucking with Jay.

00:11:19.000 Trucking with Jay.

00:11:20.000 Air traffic control.

00:11:21.000 Air traffic control.

00:11:22.000 DL Saint.

00:11:23.000 And then we also had the one on leveraging credit cards as well.

00:11:30.000 With Andrew and Bessie?

00:11:31.000 Yeah, with Andrew and Bessie.

00:11:32.000 So that one was really good too.

00:11:34.000 So yeah, guys, we've just been giving you a lot of heat with the Money Monday stuff.

00:11:37.000 I see that you guys are kind of getting the memo.

00:11:39.000 We got way more of y'all watching on Rumble versus on YouTube.

00:11:41.000 Shout out to all you guys on Rumble, man, because you guys already know what I'm going to say.

00:11:44.000 Rumble is the home base, guys.

00:11:47.000 Rumble.com slash Fresh and Fit.

00:11:49.000 As you guys know, censorship is real.

00:11:52.000 Many episodes over the years about credit and how to get your credit on point.

00:11:55.000 But today we're going to dissect and go into detail about credit repair itself and how to fix your credit.

00:12:00.000 A1. Yeah.

00:12:01.000 And then, what else?

00:12:03.000 And then, oh yeah, castleclub.tv guys, we got around 7,100 of you guys in there strong.

00:12:06.000 Let's go!

00:12:07.000 So, shout out to you guys.

00:12:08.000 Thank you so much.

00:12:11.000 You know, it's awesome, man, like, to have the comedian there.

00:12:15.000 Later tonight, we're going to be having a pod with Henkel, Zerka, and Sneeko.

00:12:21.000 We're going to be breaking down the news.

00:12:22.000 As you guys know, there's a bunch of stuff that broke, so please stay tuned for that.

00:12:25.000 We're going to do that probably around 10 p.m.

00:12:26.000 They're going to show up in studio.

00:12:27.000 We're going to have that show.

00:12:28.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:12:29.000 Probably going to have to be on Rumble, to be honest with y'all, because a couple of the creators aren't necessarily on YouTube like that, so we're going to have to do it on Rumble.

00:12:35.000 Also, speaking of Castle Club, Myron reacting to the Trump assassination is available right now, re-uploaded.

00:12:44.000 There you go.

00:12:45.000 So you guys, if you're on Castle Club, you can see it right now or after the show.

00:12:50.000 Thank you, Mo.

00:12:50.000 Yeah, guys, as you know, obviously some crazy stuff happened this weekend.

00:12:54.000 There was an assassination attempt, which we're going to talk about in more detail when we got the bros here.

00:12:58.000 But I did a whole breakdown on it, almost a six-hour stream.

00:13:00.000 I gave you guys my professional experience on it.

00:13:02.000 I've done Secret Service details in the past.

00:13:05.000 I had to take it off YouTube because of certain things, so it's on Castle Club right now.

00:13:10.000 Did I tell you that I had a weird encounter, that scene that he got shot at?

00:13:15.000 This guy was like, yo, Trump got shot at.

00:13:19.000 I was like, okay.

00:13:21.000 Remind you, random dude.

00:13:22.000 I'm walking with this chick. 0.97

00:13:23.000 He's like, yo, come here. 0.96

00:13:24.000 I'm like, nigga, who are you? 1.00

00:13:26.000 The fuck? 1.00

00:13:26.000 He got shot at. 1.00

00:13:27.000 I'm like, maybe watch this podcast.

00:13:28.000 I don't know, but that was kind of weird.

00:13:30.000 It was so random.

00:13:31.000 I don't know why he did that.

00:13:32.000 Was this before or after?

00:13:34.000 Like, right after.

00:13:35.000 Oh, right after?

00:13:35.000 He told you right away?

00:13:36.000 So weird. 0.95

00:13:37.000 Where the hell were you at? 0.92

00:13:38.000 Brickle. 0.97

00:13:39.000 That's walking my dog. 0.99

00:13:41.000 That's fucking strange. 0.99

00:13:42.000 It was weird. 0.99

00:13:42.000 Anyhow. 0.99

00:13:43.000 Well, yeah, so...

00:13:45.000 Glad you're safe.

00:13:46.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah, seriously.

00:13:48.000 Literally missed him by millimeters, man.

00:13:50.000 But yeah, and I did a whole breakdown on that, guys.

00:13:53.000 It's on Cast Club right now.

00:13:54.000 I had to take it off YouTube. 1.00

00:13:55.000 It's just fucking technicality bullshit, guys. 0.99

00:13:57.000 It is what it is. 1.00

00:13:58.000 But yeah, we'll see what happens.

00:14:00.000 But yeah, Castle Club, if you guys want to support, man.

00:14:01.000 And then also on Castle Club and on Rumble, too.

00:14:03.000 Mo has been working really hard.

00:14:04.000 We have playlists organized now on there.

00:14:07.000 So make sure to check us out on Castle Club and on Rumble.

00:14:10.000 The podcasts are now organized.

00:14:12.000 How do you have them organized, Mo?

00:14:13.000 Can you tell them?

00:14:14.000 And what you do, you have to go on Rumble, go on our channel, Fresh and Fit, and then you're going to see videos, you're going to see live, and then you're going to also see playlists.

00:14:24.000 I have a bunch of playlists.

00:14:25.000 I'm actually putting the videos in the playlist right now as we speak.

00:14:30.000 I've been adding it since last night.

00:14:32.000 I'm adding it right now.

00:14:33.000 I'm going to be adding it after this.

00:14:35.000 We got RP Womanizer Wednesday, Special Guest, After Hours, Money Monday, Call-In Show, Gaming Stream.

00:14:39.000 Can we share a screen with them, maybe?

00:14:40.000 Real quick.

00:14:41.000 Special event.

00:14:42.000 Can we show them on Rumble?

00:14:44.000 Just give me a second after I do this.

00:14:46.000 A fresh match, debates in politics, and FedReacts, high-profile cases.

00:14:52.000 So just throughout the day, you're going to see more and more in these playlists.

00:14:55.000 And what you should do as well, guys, if you are into credits, for example, videos, we did a bunch of them in the past.

00:15:00.000 Go watch this as well.

00:15:01.000 Just catch up on what's going on with credit and repair, and as well, Yeah, we try to do it every year.

00:15:06.000 We do a travel one, we do a cashback one, we do a business credit card one, which we talked a lot about business credit cards when we had in Bessie here, actually.

00:15:14.000 So definitely make sure to check those out.

00:15:16.000 We try to do them once every year.

00:15:18.000 And quick update, so Wednesday's show is going to be Pop the Balloon.

00:15:22.000 So I can't wait for that, actually.

00:15:23.000 It's going to be Hello Girls, a lot of guests too as well.

00:15:26.000 We might even put Myron in there as well for one of the guest guys, so it should be pretty funny.

00:15:30.000 Pop the Balloon.

00:15:32.000 You ready, bro?

00:15:32.000 And then here is our channel on Rumble.

00:15:34.000 Go to the channel.

00:15:35.000 You'll see playlists right there.

00:15:37.000 You're seeing a bunch of them.

00:15:38.000 Of course, you're going to see the videos.

00:15:40.000 I'm literally adding more videos as we speak right now throughout the show.

00:15:45.000 And I'm going to be keeping on uploading.

00:15:46.000 So calling the shows Monday, Mondays, after hours.

00:15:48.000 Boom.

00:15:48.000 So yeah, guys, it's all there.

00:15:49.000 Because I know on Rumble, it's really hard for you guys to find playlists and stuff like that.

00:15:55.000 You will find them all there, man.

00:15:56.000 And then Castle Club has everything, and we're organizing them on Castle Club as well.

00:15:59.000 Yes.

00:15:59.000 So that's our Rumble page, and just click playlists, and you can go to what you need to do.

00:16:03.000 So we're getting on that and fixing it for you guys right now.

00:16:06.000 Even the gaming streams as well, and the IRL. Okay, sweet, sweet, yeah.

00:16:09.000 And a fresh match.

00:16:11.000 Good.

00:16:11.000 Nice, nice, nice.

00:16:13.000 And then what else?

00:16:14.000 Oh, yeah, guys, ffpod.org.

00:16:16.000 Okay, go ahead and get into the Yacht Party, guys, as you guys know.

00:16:18.000 We got a big yacht.

00:16:20.000 It's going to be available starting July 28th, but we got the party set for August 10th.

00:16:24.000 It's a brand new boat.

00:16:25.000 We won't be able to see it until it's done.

00:16:27.000 It's literally being made right now.

00:16:28.000 It's a brand new boat, but it's huge.

00:16:30.000 We're going to be able to see up to 350 people on it.

00:16:32.000 It's going to be crazy.

00:16:34.000 We're going to have somewhere between 100, 150 tickets for the guys, and then the rest are going to go to the girls, obviously, because we want to give you guys a good time.

00:16:39.000 It's going to be open bar, free food, and we're going to be there.

00:16:42.000 Maybe we'll have Sneak on some other influencers there as well.

00:16:44.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:16:46.000 And guys, guess what?

00:16:46.000 The best part is the price point.

00:16:48.000 Price point is only going to be $9.98, guys. 0.98

00:16:50.000 You will never, ever find a fucking yacht for that price point in South Florida, ever. 1.00

00:16:54.000 And if you do, you're going to have to get on a stupid boat with 13 people. 1.00

00:16:57.000 You're going to have all these U.S. Coast Guard regulations on you, and you'll have to find your own girls here. 1.00

00:17:02.000 We'll bring the girls to you. 1.00

00:17:03.000 It's gonna be fucking lit. 0.99

00:17:04.000 Open bar, etc. 0.98

00:17:05.000 The fact that it's open bar in itself is already like crazy.

00:17:08.000 I mean, some of you guys spend 2k on a bottle by yourself in the club.

00:17:12.000 Spend that.

00:17:13.000 Hang out with us.

00:17:14.000 Girls, other creators. 0.97

00:17:16.000 It's gonna be a fun time, man.

00:17:16.000 General admission is 998, guys.

00:17:18.000 And then the VIP is gonna be 3500.

00:17:20.000 We got the bigger boat so that we can go ahead and give it to you guys at a more affordable price.

00:17:25.000 We did a vote with the people and the people that Because we already had a bunch of tickets sold.

00:17:29.000 But we're like, no, you know what?

00:17:31.000 You guys want more people there?

00:17:32.000 Cool.

00:17:32.000 And we'll be able to bring more girls.

00:17:33.000 So it's going to be great.

00:17:34.000 Because last time we had our yacht party, we had to turn away around 100, 120 girls. 0.99

00:17:39.000 Yes.

00:17:40.000 At the dock.

00:17:41.000 They were not happy, bro.

00:17:42.000 Yeah, they were pissed.

00:17:43.000 We overbooked.

00:17:44.000 But hey, you guys know how it goes.

00:17:45.000 We always overbook, right?

00:17:46.000 That's how it goes.

00:17:48.000 But yeah, that's going to be August 10th, guys.

00:17:50.000 And we're going to IRL stream that as well.

00:17:51.000 It's going to be a good time.

00:17:52.000 From 9pm to 1am.

00:17:54.000 9pm to 1am.

00:17:54.000 See you guys there.

00:17:55.000 Okay, today's topic.

00:17:56.000 Alright, let's do it.

00:17:57.000 Credit repair at its finest.

00:18:00.000 So, as you guys know, credit is a cornerstone of success in America, so to speak, using debt to your advantage.

00:18:05.000 And at the same time, without credit, guys, you can't get pretty much sometimes apartments, getting a good rate for loans, or even, for example, getting a job sometimes to look at all that stuff for your credit.

00:18:14.000 Granted, though, let's say you made mistakes in the past, or you never had a score in general, you got to build that shit up from A1, which means you have to actually know what your score is.

00:18:23.000 So some people are like, oh, well, what's your score?

00:18:26.000 You don't know because you never checked it.

00:18:28.000 So step one is going to be checking your score.

00:18:30.000 Now, obviously, you can do it for free, but people pay for it.

00:18:33.000 I don't know why, but we're going to cover how to do it for free with no cost at all.

00:18:36.000 So you save $10 to $15 on your credit score.

00:18:39.000 Go to creditcardkarma.com or any free credit service app.

00:18:43.000 Go sign up for that account, log in, and then put your information in, and it'll tell you where your score is roughly between maybe 20 to 50 points off, if not much.

00:18:51.000 But it's going to be close enough for you to understand where your score is by default.

00:18:54.000 And it's pretty much free, creditcarmor.com.

00:18:56.000 Yeah, and they're not paying us to tell you guys that, by the way, FYI. And that's step one, guys.

00:19:00.000 You've got to kind of know where you are to identify a route for you, right?

00:19:04.000 So you've got to figure out what your credit score is.

00:19:05.000 And the thing is that some of you guys might have had a medical bill you didn't know about.

00:19:09.000 Maybe a credit card payment you forgot about.

00:19:10.000 Maybe you didn't pay a phone bill and you forgot about that.

00:19:13.000 Or you are delinquent on some jewelry that you might have bought before where you opened up like a jewelry credit line.

00:19:19.000 Or maybe you did something with a dentist where you opened up a...

00:19:22.000 One of those care credits for your teeth and you forgot about it, right?

00:19:26.000 And you got to identify where you are first.

00:19:28.000 So running your credit, figuring out where you are, that's going to give you a good idea of what steps you need to take next.

00:19:35.000 But in order for you to know where you're going, you need to know where you're starting.

00:19:38.000 So that's very important.

00:19:39.000 I remember I was at the mall one time with a friend and he had a Macy's credit card, right?

00:19:44.000 And he was like, bro, I'm maxed out.

00:19:46.000 I was like, what do you mean you're maxed out?

00:19:47.000 He would literally go every weekend to buy clothes on his credit card. 1.00

00:19:51.000 Stupid! 1.00

00:19:51.000 And he'd pay off a little bit more money every month to kind of like just get money to have some balance there to buy some more clothes. 1.00

00:19:57.000 I'm like, bro, what's wrong with you?

00:19:58.000 And he did that for years, bro.

00:20:00.000 I was like, but it happens, man.

00:20:01.000 You're young.

00:20:02.000 You waste money like that.

00:20:03.000 You mess up your credit.

00:20:04.000 Yeah.

00:20:05.000 So definitely, guys, you want to go ahead and check and see where you are now.

00:20:08.000 I know some of you guys are like, well, Myron, why do I need credit?

00:20:11.000 Why don't I just pay for things with cash or just use my debit card?

00:20:14.000 Well, number one, my friend, doing that... 1.00

00:20:16.000 You stupid! 1.00

00:20:17.000 And the reason why is because, guys, the United States of America is built on credit, man. 1.00

00:20:23.000 That's what it is, okay?

00:20:25.000 If I had the choice between a million dollars cash or...

00:20:30.000 $100,000, but I had good credit.

00:20:32.000 Million dollars cash for shitty credit or $100,000 with good credit, I would take the $100,000 in good credit all day over the $1 million cash only with shitty credit.

00:20:42.000 Because the thing is, guys, in the United States, anything of real consequence, especially if we're talking about buying real estate, a hard asset, right?

00:20:50.000 Which I told you guys the beauty of real estate many times.

00:20:53.000 You're going to need good credit.

00:20:54.000 And if you're buying houses cash, well...

00:20:56.000 That's just a low IQ way to move.

00:20:58.000 You shouldn't be buying houses cash unless certain circumstances, which I've talked about in real estate episodes.

00:21:01.000 Feel free to check those out.

00:21:03.000 Or if we have time, maybe I'll answer some questions.

00:21:04.000 But the point I'm trying to make is that if you really want to get your shit together, if you really want to be that top guy, you want to have your money on point, you need to have good credit.

00:21:14.000 Because having bad credit, guys, not only does it disqualify you from not being able to get a house, to get a car loan, to get credit cards, it also will disqualify you from jobs.

00:21:24.000 A lot of jobs when you have responsibility or if they give you a company credit card, guess what they do?

00:21:29.000 They run a credit check.

00:21:30.000 If your credit sucks, guess what's going to happen? 1.00

00:21:34.000 You're not going to get the fucking job. 1.00

00:21:35.000 I know for a fact if you're going to get a job in law enforcement, if you're going to get a job for the government, especially if you have a clearance, one of the top things they do is run your credit. 0.99

00:21:43.000 You're wondering, well, Myra, wait, hold on one sec, that doesn't make sense.

00:21:46.000 The reason why, guys, is because if you're going to have a government clearance, a secret, confidential, top secret, SCI, whatever it may be, You can't have debt because when you have debt, guess what happens?

00:21:55.000 You're more susceptible to being corrupted by a foreign power. 1.00

00:21:58.000 Bribery.

00:21:58.000 Bribery, etc.

00:21:59.000 I can't tell you how many times I've seen cases where the FBI is out arresting someone that was selling American secrets because they had some fucking credit card debt, okay? 1.00

00:22:07.000 Shit is real, guys, right? 1.00

00:22:09.000 Having financial problems can absolutely ruin your life. 1.00

00:22:12.000 And having bad credit can absolutely ruin your life.

00:22:14.000 It affects a lot of things for you.

00:22:15.000 Being able to get home loans, getting good interest rates, car loans.

00:22:19.000 You want to get a boat in the future. 0.88

00:22:20.000 All this stuff is going to fuck you up.

00:22:22.000 And then also, it hurts your ability to find jobs.

00:22:24.000 So guys, this is something that you need to fix.

00:22:27.000 Immediately.

00:22:28.000 If you're watching this podcast right now, 17, 18 years old, et cetera, great.

00:22:32.000 Start getting your credit on point.

00:22:33.000 Because as an adult, it's gonna be a lifelong thing that you're going to need, okay? 0.97

00:22:39.000 The dumbest thing you can ever do is buy things with cash or debit. 0.98

00:22:43.000 Why do I say that? 1.00

00:22:44.000 Well, the reason why it's stupid, guys, is because you don't get a benefit for using your debit card or buying things in cash. 0.98

00:22:49.000 But when you use a credit card, you do get benefit. 0.98

00:22:51.000 You're able to go ahead and get your credit score up.

00:22:53.000 It shows trustworthiness.

00:22:55.000 You get more time to pay it off.

00:22:56.000 And then most importantly, All these credit cards, guys, want your business.

00:23:00.000 And you know how they incentivize you to join them and get their business?

00:23:03.000 They do it by you getting points, getting cash back, getting flyer miles, getting certain benefits, rewards.

00:23:13.000 This is the beauty of using credit cards.

00:23:14.000 The way you do it is this.

00:23:15.000 Use a credit card, pay it off at the end of the month, don't give them no goddamn interest, swipe it like it's a debit card or using cash, and then you pay it off, no interest, and then what ends up happening is you get all these rewards for free if you do it correctly.

00:23:27.000 That's not how credit cards want you to do it, but if you're smart, that's how you use credit cards.

00:23:32.000 And at the same time, you're increasing your credit score.

00:23:35.000 You're showing your trustworthiness.

00:23:36.000 You have more open lines of credit, which means you're a better borrower, which means you can get better and better terms on loans.

00:23:42.000 You want to go and get a house, especially in today's market where interest rates are fucking sky high? 0.60

00:23:46.000 Guess what?

00:23:47.000 You'll be able to negotiate for a better interest rate On your first home when you have good credit, guys. 0.98

00:23:51.000 When you got crappy credit, you're going to be getting a fucking 11-12% interest rate loan for 30 years fixed. 0.99

00:23:57.000 That's terrible. 0.99

00:23:58.000 Because that's thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars you're throwing away out the fucking window for no reason. 0.99

00:24:04.000 Why? 1.00

00:24:04.000 Because you decided to max out your Macy's credit card like an idiot because you wanted to buy some clothes and look fresh for the club on Saturdays. 1.00

00:24:10.000 Absolutely moronic behavior. 1.00

00:24:12.000 Okay guys? 0.95

00:24:13.000 So, if you don't get this fixed, right, it's not enough to just have money.

00:24:17.000 Because I know guys, by the way guys, that have money, But they have shitty credit because they made really bad financial decisions in the past, and they still don't get certain opportunities presented to them because they don't have good credit, man.

00:24:29.000 So this is priority number one as a man, guys.

00:24:32.000 You need to have your credit on points. 0.99

00:24:36.000 You're not a cute girl that can go get a sugar daddy and go ahead and get your bills paid for, or you can have someone co-sign your shit. 1.00

00:24:42.000 You're a fucking man. 1.00

00:24:43.000 Ain't nobody coming to help you. 1.00

00:24:44.000 You gotta help yourself, and one of the biggest ways for you to help yourself is to have your finances in check, and to have your finances in check, the cornerstone of that is your credit score. 0.98

00:24:54.000 Okay, I've yelled at you guys many times in here about using cash or a debit card like a fucking broke peasant. 1.00

00:24:59.000 We don't do that over here. 1.00

00:25:00.000 If I ever see someone that watches Fresher Fit use a fucking debit card, I'm gonna smack you. 1.00

00:25:05.000 Because you're throwing money outside the fucking window. 1.00

00:25:09.000 You might as well just take your cash and throw it out the fucking window. 1.00

00:25:12.000 Stupidity! 1.00

00:25:13.000 Absolute stupidity. 1.00

00:25:14.000 That's what brokies and idiots that aren't financially literate do. 1.00

00:25:17.000 Buy shit with cash or a debit card. 1.00

00:25:19.000 You're an idiot. 1.00

00:25:19.000 You're an absolute fucking idiot. 1.00

00:25:21.000 If you're right now, some of you guys watching this show, open up your wallet. 1.00

00:25:24.000 If you pay for things using your fucking Bank of America credit card or your Wells Fargo or whatever the fuck, debit card, excuse me, you're a fucking moron. 1.00

00:25:31.000 You need to slap yourself right now, okay, on some Home Alone type shit. 1.00

00:25:35.000 And realize that you're a fucking dummy. 1.00

00:25:37.000 Put on a stupid hat and realize that you are fucking dumb. 1.00

00:25:40.000 You need to be using credit cards, guys. 1.00

00:25:42.000 Now, again, step one.

00:25:43.000 Figure out what your credit score is.

00:25:45.000 Step two.

00:25:46.000 Once you figure out what it is, then we can go ahead and move forward. 0.99

00:25:49.000 But let's assume that your credit score sucks. 0.97

00:25:51.000 You get like a 500 or 600. 0.99

00:25:53.000 Well, today's episode is for you, my friends. 0.99

00:25:55.000 But I needed to explain the importance and give you guys the baseline of why you need to take this shit seriously, guys. 0.97

00:26:00.000 Especially in America, Canada, United Kingdom, etc. 0.95

00:26:03.000 Credit is extremely important, man.

00:26:05.000 Very colorful language.

00:26:07.000 Well said.

00:26:08.000 Okay.

00:26:09.000 Listen, guys, real quick, one more tip as well.

00:26:11.000 Let's say you want to get your free score.

00:26:13.000 You can get a one-yearly report from ficoactually.com.

00:26:17.000 They give you one report for free if you actually credit score.

00:26:20.000 That's actually a pretty good jumpstart as well.

00:26:22.000 And if you're using a bank like Chase or Wells Fargo, they give you an update on your credit score as well.

00:26:26.000 You can sign up for that service for free, of course, in your account.

00:26:29.000 So it's pretty good to get that number so you know what it is.

00:26:32.000 We covered about the credit score.

00:26:33.000 Once you know what it is, what you can do.

00:26:35.000 So there's four categories you can cover to fix your credit.

00:26:38.000 There's going to be four we're going to cover today.

00:26:40.000 Then one's going to be actually late payments.

00:26:43.000 Now a lot of you here have done some stuff in the past which is almost like sad, but also maybe you didn't know.

00:26:48.000 You bought some stuff online or maybe you bought some stuff in person.

00:26:51.000 You never paid it off.

00:26:52.000 It could be medical bills.

00:26:53.000 It could be, for example, stuff in the store.

00:26:55.000 Or I have a friend that actually bought a car and I gave it to another friend that bought the car from him, but never took his name off the car.

00:27:04.000 So what happened was, the guy gave him the car, he's making the payments, he stopped making the payments, and he didn't discredit, he didn't even know.

00:27:10.000 This is why it's important to also monitor your credit score at all times.

00:27:14.000 So we're gonna cover right now late payments, and look, it's simple.

00:27:17.000 Make payments on time.

00:27:18.000 Like I said earlier, with a credit card.

00:27:20.000 Pay every single month.

00:27:21.000 If you don't, you're going to be late on your payments and it's going to pay your credit score.

00:27:24.000 And actually, it lasts up to seven years.

00:27:26.000 I didn't even know that.

00:27:27.000 So, late payment lasts up to seven years on your credit history.

00:27:30.000 And guys, it's just very simple.

00:27:31.000 If you're going to buy something, make sure you can afford it with your money.

00:27:34.000 Offer it.

00:27:34.000 We don't buy what we can't afford.

00:27:36.000 People go buy travel destination tickets.

00:27:39.000 They go buy lavish excursions.

00:27:42.000 And they don't have the money in their account.

00:27:45.000 And it's like, wait, hold on.

00:27:46.000 Using credit for money you don't have?

00:27:47.000 That's an L. So be smart about making money. 1.00

00:27:49.000 Sorry, how you spend your money as well.

00:27:51.000 But the main thing is your late payments.

00:27:52.000 And for most people here on the chat, if you want to make money and be successful, have a credit score, keep in mind, make payments on time, every single time.

00:28:00.000 And I've been in America for almost 10 years now.

00:28:03.000 I've not missed one payment ever in my life.

00:28:06.000 And it's because, guess what, guys?

00:28:07.000 I know if I make one mistake with a late payment...

00:28:10.000 It must have been my credit score.

00:28:10.000 So for you guys that made those mistakes in the past, understandable.

00:28:14.000 But moving forward, don't make any more late payments once you know your score.

00:28:20.000 So, the most important factor, there's multiple factors, guys, when it comes to your credit score, right?

00:28:27.000 And the number one factor is on-time payments, okay?

00:28:30.000 I know some of you guys might not have your money on point like that, et cetera, but at least make the minimum payments.

00:28:35.000 Pay something so that you're not late, because late payments by far is going to affect your credit score the heaviest.

00:28:40.000 The two main ones are on-time payments and credit card utilization.

00:28:44.000 We'll talk about that next. 0.91

00:28:46.000 But on-time payments, guys, is super fucking critical. 0.97

00:28:50.000 I don't care if, you know, it's the last, like, 20 bucks to your name or whatever, just make that fucking payment, the minimum payment, and then just work more hours and figure out a way to make more money. 0.92

00:28:59.000 But you need to go ahead and make sure that you always make these payments on time because that's gonna affect your credit score the most. 0.83

00:29:05.000 If you have a bunch of late payments, That's what's gonna knock you down 50 to 100 points on your credit score.

00:29:12.000 That'll be the difference between you getting the loan and not getting the loan.

00:29:16.000 It's on-time payments.

00:29:17.000 Just so you guys know.

00:29:19.000 You can literally lose a home, right?

00:29:22.000 Let's say you're under contract for a house, you lock in the deal, you're under contract, etc.

00:29:28.000 You go to the bank, you get the loan, etc.

00:29:30.000 And then something happens, they run your credit, and they're like, oh, sorry.

00:29:34.000 We can't guarantee the loan anymore.

00:29:35.000 Boom. 1.00

00:29:36.000 Deal fails because your credit score fucking sucks. 1.00

00:29:38.000 Now you can't go ahead and do that real estate deal. 1.00

00:29:41.000 Maybe it was a home that you were going to live in.

00:29:42.000 Maybe it was a real estate investment property.

00:29:44.000 Now you can't get it because you decided to not make a payment on time for your credit card.

00:29:50.000 It happens, man.

00:29:51.000 And guys, life happens to us at all times as well.

00:29:54.000 We don't know what's going to happen the next day.

00:29:55.000 We live daily.

00:29:57.000 So if you're worried about not making that payment, you can do auto payments on your actual credit.

00:30:02.000 So for example, you can set up auto payments on your actual credits that you have.

00:30:06.000 So it pays them every month automatically from your account.

00:30:09.000 Because you might forget, hey, you know what?

00:30:10.000 I just built a pay.

00:30:11.000 I forgot about it.

00:30:12.000 Understandable.

00:30:13.000 But there's no excuse because there's auto pay you can use to get that as well.

00:30:15.000 Matter of fact, here, I'll give them a story.

00:30:17.000 So guys, like about, so, okay.

00:30:20.000 For a lot of you guys, I kind of explained this in Cow's Club, but I'm not going to go into all the details.

00:30:23.000 You guys got the real sauce in Cow's Club of how I run my real estate properties.

00:30:27.000 But basically...

00:30:30.000 I have a bunch of LLCs, right, for each property that I have.

00:30:33.000 And what I do is I pay each mortgage for each of my properties through that LLC. And I had just set this up, so obviously I set them all up on auto-pay, right?

00:30:41.000 But for some odd reason, when I put the bank information, routing numbers, all this bullshit, some of them didn't properly take the money out, right? 0.92

00:30:48.000 So, you know, I'm doing the podcast, I'm doing other shit, whatever. 0.94

00:30:53.000 I forget!

00:30:55.000 Thankfully, Angie helped me with this.

00:30:57.000 Some of them didn't get paid and ended up being late. 0.99

00:31:00.000 I was like, oh shit! 0.99

00:31:02.000 And at the time, I was under contract for a house. 1.00

00:31:05.000 To buy a house, I was under contract.

00:31:07.000 So, literally, me being late on auto-pay, like basically a clerical error for a number not getting put in correctly, That could have jammed me up.

00:31:17.000 Luckily, my lender, the guys that I work with, I have a relationship with them.

00:31:21.000 And I've been working with them for a while, so they were able to go ahead and contact these companies that were servicing the loan and say, hey, don't fucking put this on his credit report because it's a clerical error.

00:31:30.000 Because I had just done a transition where I was moving.

00:31:33.000 I opened like 20 bank accounts in one day. 1.00

00:31:35.000 So you guys know, it's fucking annoying shit. 0.99

00:31:38.000 Open up all these bank accounts, put in each routing number and each account number for each one. 0.99

00:31:43.000 Some ones deduct properly, some don't, etc.

00:31:45.000 You guys know how it goes when you enroll in auto pay for the first time, especially when you're using banks.

00:31:49.000 It gets really annoying.

00:31:50.000 But either way, so some of them didn't properly take the money out and I was late.

00:31:55.000 And I was under contract for another house.

00:31:57.000 Guys, one of the worst things you could do is be under contract for a house and get another loan or be late on payments.

00:32:01.000 Because that stuff gets immediately reported on your credit report because they're running your credit multiple times while you're in the process of buying a house.

00:32:07.000 They run it typically in the beginning and sometimes depending on the lender and all this other shit, they might run it again before you close.

00:32:12.000 So this came up. 0.74

00:32:15.000 So this came up.

00:32:16.000 And luckily, my lender was a...

00:32:18.000 I worked with him before. 0.97

00:32:19.000 He called these other companies and said, yo, you guys need to fucking take... 0.89

00:32:22.000 You guys better not write anything late on his thing because we're in the middle of a deal right now and he's always paid you guys. 0.96

00:32:28.000 He has the money. 0.99

00:32:28.000 It's just that fucking... 0.99

00:32:29.000 It was just a clerk error. 1.00

00:32:30.000 And they're like, okay, it's cool.

00:32:31.000 They waived it, right?

00:32:33.000 But again, why did they waive it?

00:32:35.000 Why did they make that accommodation for me?

00:32:36.000 Well, number one, I had a relationship with my lender.

00:32:38.000 Number two, I got a good credit score.

00:32:39.000 Number three, I've never been late before.

00:32:41.000 And then number four, I obviously opened up all these new accounts and it just happens, right? 0.99

00:32:45.000 The fucking auto pay doesn't work. 1.00

00:32:46.000 One website's being stupid. 1.00

00:32:47.000 These mortgage websites are a pain in ass. 1.00

00:32:49.000 They're all using like the same goddamn server, so I figured it out. 0.99

00:32:51.000 But either way, the point I'm trying to make is, that could have fucked me up, guys. 0.96

00:32:55.000 That could have fucked up my deal, and then on top of that, it would have got reported on my credit report, and it would have hurt my ability to get loans in the future. 0.98

00:33:02.000 That's how important this shit is. 0.99

00:33:04.000 One mistake. 1.00

00:33:05.000 Your ability to acquire assets to create wealth for yourself is affected by a fucking number tied to your ability to pay bills. 0.99

00:33:15.000 Do you understand that? 0.98

00:33:16.000 I want you guys to really understand this. 0.98

00:33:19.000 Your ability to procure assets that will build you wealth, and if you do it right, generational wealth, so that you get income coming in, is contingent upon your financial responsibility of paying fucking bills on time. 0.93

00:33:34.000 That is how important on-time payments are. 0.98

00:33:36.000 I really need to fucking stress this. 0.99

00:33:37.000 Right now, some of you motherfuckers are sitting with a letter right now on your kitchen cabinet or on your desk saying delinquent or past due or whatever. 1.00

00:33:47.000 Get rid of that shit now. 1.00

00:33:48.000 It's going to ruin your life. 1.00

00:33:50.000 I don't care if you gotta stop going out.

00:33:52.000 I don't care if you gotta stop going on dates. 0.99

00:33:53.000 I don't care if you gotta fucking stop eating Chipotle every day like you want. 0.99

00:33:58.000 You need to pay those bills. 0.99

00:34:01.000 Okay? 1.00

00:34:01.000 If it could fuck me up as a multi-millionaire with a bunch of fucking assets to my name, I control damn near 11, 12 million dollars of real estate, guys, and they almost fucked my shit up. 1.00

00:34:09.000 What the fuck do you think is gonna happen to you? 1.00

00:34:12.000 Get your shit together. 1.00

00:34:13.000 Pay your fucking bills. 1.00

00:34:16.000 Because I promise you, you're not paying that Macy card off today, or you're not paying that Visa card tomorrow, or whatever it may be. 1.00

00:34:22.000 It's going to come back and bite you in the ass, and it's going to bite you in the ass when you're trying to do something significant in your life. 1.00

00:34:27.000 Could you fucking imagine? 1.00

00:34:28.000 You got a girlfriend, you got a wife, you're about to build a family, you're trying to fucking buy a house, and then for some odd reason your dumbass forgot to pay a fucking bill when you went ahead and got your braces, or you went to a dinner emergency room visit, and then it comes back on your credit score. 0.99

00:34:40.000 I'm sorry, can't give you the loan. 1.00

00:34:43.000 You put your earnest deposit down, etc., and you can't get this fucking house? 0.99

00:34:47.000 Could you imagine? 1.00

00:34:48.000 Or your fucking dream car, you finally get it, oh my god, I'm gonna get this car, oh shit, they run your credit, sorry. 1.00

00:34:54.000 They don't qualify. 1.00

00:34:56.000 Happens every day.

00:34:58.000 Guys, if that could happen to me and it could fuck me up like that, thank god I had a good lender.

00:35:04.000 He made the phone calls for me. 0.79

00:35:05.000 I've done business with him before.

00:35:06.000 Obviously my credit score is fantastic.

00:35:08.000 So it was an issue.

00:35:09.000 They didn't report it. 0.99

00:35:10.000 But guys, this could fuck you up. 1.00

00:35:12.000 If it could fuck me up like that, it's gonna definitely fuck you guys up. 0.99

00:35:14.000 Alright? 0.92

00:35:15.000 And I'm not saying that to brag or whatever, but I'm just letting you know, no one is immune From making payments late. 0.99

00:35:21.000 You need to take this shit seriously, guys. 0.99

00:35:22.000 Please. 1.00

00:35:23.000 I don't want y'all fucking having fucked up credit because it's going to fuck up everything else in your life, man. 0.99

00:35:27.000 I'm telling y'all, the United States is built upon credit. 0.99

00:35:30.000 That's how it goes.

00:35:31.000 That is literally your financial trustworthy score is what it comes down to.

00:35:37.000 That's what banks look at.

00:35:38.000 Are you someone that we want to lend money to?

00:35:40.000 If the answer is no, you're going to have a tough life, my friend. 0.99

00:35:43.000 A really fucking tough life. 0.99

00:35:44.000 Try building fucking wealth, buying everything in cash. 1.00

00:35:47.000 No one does that! 1.00

00:35:49.000 No one does that! 1.00

00:35:50.000 Grant Cardone is damn near a fucking billionaire. 1.00

00:35:52.000 You guys think he's using his fucking cash to acquire these assets? 1.00

00:35:55.000 Robert Kiyosaki, you think these guys are using their own cash? 0.99

00:35:57.000 Ken McElroy?

00:35:58.000 These guys all control billions of dollars in real estate. 0.99

00:36:01.000 You guys think any of these motherfuckers over here are shelling out their own cash to buy houses? 1.00

00:36:04.000 Fuck no! 1.00

00:36:05.000 They're using the banks! 1.00

00:36:06.000 Okay? 1.00

00:36:07.000 They're using the goddamn banks. 1.00

00:36:09.000 They're using leverage. 1.00

00:36:10.000 That's how you become rich in America, guys.

00:36:13.000 Alright?

00:36:14.000 Look, I know some of you are like, well I'll just buy crypto.

00:36:17.000 Cool, buy some crypto.

00:36:18.000 But it's a volatile market.

00:36:20.000 Is it going to pay you dividends all the time?

00:36:22.000 If it goes down, what are you going to do? 0.96

00:36:24.000 People were jumping off fucking balconies here in Miami because Ethereum went down, I remember. 0.98

00:36:27.000 Last year, vividly. 0.99

00:36:28.000 I heard a couple of stories in the news.

00:36:30.000 Guys jumping off balconies here in Miami because Ethereum went down to like a thousand bucks.

00:36:35.000 Guys, We always tell you, be diversified, right?

00:36:39.000 But anything that you want to buy of real consequence, house, car, boat, whatever the fuck you want to buy, right?

00:36:43.000 They're going to run your credit, man. 0.59

00:36:45.000 You can't run away from it.

00:36:46.000 They're going to run your credit.

00:36:47.000 You want to get an apartment?

00:36:48.000 They're going to run your credit.

00:36:49.000 You want to get an apartment in a good area that's safe? 0.99

00:36:52.000 You best believe they're going to run your fucking credit. 0.98

00:36:55.000 Every time, any building that's worth its fucking weight, that has any type of credibility is going to run your credit. 0.99

00:37:01.000 Just after your point as well, it goes even deeper with the car insurance. 0.94

00:37:05.000 I got a friend that bought a Range Rover back in the day.

00:37:09.000 We were working at AT&T. And from getting insurance, he had to pull his credit.

00:37:14.000 Well, guess what?

00:37:15.000 His credit was terrible.

00:37:16.000 It was like $390, something like that.

00:37:18.000 $390?

00:37:19.000 He couldn't get it.

00:37:20.000 So, what he had to do was put it under his sister's name for insurance.

00:37:23.000 The hell? 0.99

00:37:23.000 Did that nigga, like, just die for a year or two and come back? 0.99

00:37:25.000 Like, 390. 0.99

00:37:26.000 This nigga got... 1.00

00:37:27.000 There's dudes that are dead that got better credit scores. 0.93

00:37:29.000 So, get this right.

00:37:31.000 Homie had an accident on a motorcycle, was out of work for a little bit, and he got a check from, you know, the issue whenever you get hurt, whatever, you get a check for medical, whatever.

00:37:43.000 Yeah.

00:37:43.000 Used that money, bought a car, cash, which is not smart at all.

00:37:47.000 Then, wants insurance, credit shot.

00:37:50.000 Can I get insurance at all?

00:37:51.000 It happens, bro.

00:37:52.000 And that's car insurance. 0.84

00:37:53.000 I didn't even know that it'll fuck you up with car insurance, too. 0.83

00:37:56.000 100%.

00:37:56.000 So credit affects all areas of life.

00:37:59.000 And look, guys, listen, I get it.

00:38:00.000 I didn't know that.

00:38:00.000 The system itself, you don't have to like it.

00:38:03.000 Damn. 0.99

00:38:03.000 But go use it to your advantage, man. 0.99

00:38:04.000 Once you know the truth, you know the system works, play smart about it.

00:38:07.000 Let's say you get the car by the skin of your teeth.

00:38:09.000 Yeah.

00:38:09.000 And now you can't insure it?

00:38:10.000 Bro.

00:38:12.000 This is why a lot of people drive in Florida without insurance.

00:38:15.000 That's why too.

00:38:16.000 They can't have it.

00:38:18.000 Back credit.

00:38:19.000 You know what?

00:38:20.000 Another thing too?

00:38:21.000 Yeah.

00:38:22.000 That makes sense now.

00:38:23.000 Dude, no one is on their own insurance ever. 0.99

00:38:25.000 They're always on other people's shit. 0.99

00:38:27.000 But now it makes sense. 1.00

00:38:28.000 Family, friends, sister, lovers.

00:38:30.000 Bro, could you imagine you literally buy a car cash and you think, yes, I got it.

00:38:33.000 I beat the system.

00:38:35.000 And then you go ahead and you try to get insurance and they're like, nah, bro, sorry.

00:38:39.000 Gagano got you today, boy.

00:38:40.000 Yeah, I just remember, like, all the friends I had back in the day when I first came to Florida, they were so bad in debt, bro.

00:38:46.000 It was tough.

00:38:47.000 Progressive?

00:38:48.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.

00:38:49.000 State Farm? 0.99

00:38:50.000 You better progress your way out this office, nigga. 1.00

00:38:52.000 We ain't giving you insurance. 1.00

00:38:52.000 Get the fuck up out of here, man. 1.00

00:38:55.000 Nope. 0.99

00:38:58.000 And then just to add as well to another story here.

00:39:01.000 So I was going to Wynwood for a party after one of the events I had with my workplace.

00:39:06.000 I was on my motorcycle.

00:39:08.000 I had the red light.

00:39:09.000 It's red.

00:39:10.000 Light turns green.

00:39:11.000 I'm moving forward.

00:39:13.000 A lady comes from the opposite side. 1.00

00:39:14.000 T-junction, right?

00:39:15.000 Comes from the opposite side.

00:39:16.000 Drunk with her friends.

00:39:18.000 Just runs the light. 0.83

00:39:19.000 Hits me head on.

00:39:20.000 Boom.

00:39:21.000 I fly this way.

00:39:22.000 My bike goes that way.

00:39:23.000 I could have died right there and there, right?

00:39:24.000 I was just like, yo, is this it for me? 0.99

00:39:27.000 I wake up, like, maybe 20 minutes later, looking up at the stars, I'm like, damn. 0.98

00:39:31.000 I'm still here. 0.96

00:39:32.000 It was 20 minutes, you timed it?

00:39:33.000 Like, I mean, did you look at your watch or whatever?

00:39:34.000 I didn't time it, but, like, roughly, that was what it was.

00:39:37.000 He said I was up for, like, 20 minutes, the guy that was in the ambulance.

00:39:39.000 So they picked me up, put me in the ambulance, and I was up for, like, a little bit, man.

00:39:43.000 You woke up in the ambulance?

00:39:44.000 No, I woke up outside the ambulance, and they were there, like, talking to me, oh, yo, you okay?

00:39:47.000 They called the ambulance, and then they came.

00:39:49.000 Okay, okay.

00:39:49.000 So you wake up and there's a paramedic over you.

00:39:51.000 Yeah, 100%.

00:39:52.000 Okay.

00:39:52.000 So then we're going to the hospital, but mind you, I'm like frazzled.

00:39:57.000 I don't know what's going on. 0.99

00:39:58.000 I'm just like, oh yeah, shit, I'm here. 0.99

00:40:00.000 You know? 0.99

00:40:00.000 Long story short, I had my bills on autopay. 0.99

00:40:03.000 So back then, bro, I wasn't making that much money anyway, but having my bills on autopay, on my credit as well, even though I was out of it for like two weeks, everything was paid because it was on autopay.

00:40:12.000 Yeah.

00:40:13.000 So life just happens to you guys.

00:40:14.000 No matter who you are, you could have an accident. 0.92

00:40:16.000 Doing a transition like I was where you're moving all your shit over to a new bank account to pay stuff. 0.99

00:40:20.000 A health issue, something in the hospital, you can't be mentally there. 0.98

00:40:23.000 Guys, you need to do auto pay.

00:40:24.000 Have to.

00:40:25.000 So that way you don't have any late payments at all.

00:40:27.000 No excuse, guys.

00:40:28.000 Yeah, guys.

00:40:28.000 Auto pay is literally like godsend, bro.

00:40:30.000 Because like, yeah. 0.97

00:40:31.000 All my shit now, like I checked last month, everything is good. 0.99

00:40:34.000 I don't got to worry about that shit ever again because I put them all to the proper bank account. 0.99

00:40:38.000 But yeah, guys, on-time payments, you got to do it, man. 0.99

00:40:41.000 You got to do it.

00:40:42.000 And late payments are 35% of your credit.

00:40:44.000 There you go.

00:40:45.000 That's huge, by the way.

00:40:46.000 That's significant.

00:40:47.000 That's number one, late payments.

00:40:48.000 Yeah, late payments is number one.

00:40:50.000 Quick word from our sponsor real fast, guys. 0.98

00:40:52.000 Because he's got to pay their bills and shit, you know what I'm saying? 0.98

00:40:55.000 So it is what it is, so he can make these on-time payments. 0.99

00:40:57.000 What do we got here?

00:41:41.000 And as you guys know, we had Chris on, and we talked about this, building a parallel economy in this world.

00:41:45.000 Because as you guys know, when you make certain types of content, advertisers don't necessarily want to advertise with you. 0.84

00:41:50.000 And advertisers are the ones that control social media and control these platforms so we're giving them a nice middle finger back saying we don't fucking need you guys so So go ahead and support 1775 Coffee Guys. 0.60

00:41:58.000 It supports Rumble. 0.96

00:41:59.000 It supports free speech. 0.98

00:42:00.000 It supports creators like us that aren't necessarily advertiser friendly because if we want to go ahead and make the content that we're making where I'm swearing at you guys for paying your goddamn bills, right? 0.78

00:42:11.000 MasterCard isn't necessarily going to sponsor that. 0.88

00:42:13.000 That's why we have to give these niggas credit card lists of free advertising because they'll never sponsor niggas like us. 0.99

00:42:18.000 But hey, it is what it is.

00:42:20.000 We're going to tell you guys the sauce regardless of us being paid or not.

00:42:23.000 But yeah, I've just come to realize, bro, if you've got big deals and stuff like that, you're sponsored by Nike or whatever, you've got to become a bot.

00:42:28.000 You've got to become an NPC. And we're just not willing to do that, man.

00:42:30.000 So it is what it is, man.

00:42:32.000 We're going to keep it real with you.

00:42:32.000 I'm going to swear to you guys and tell you to stop being brokeies all day.

00:42:35.000 And whatever. 1.00

00:42:36.000 Fuck it. 1.00

00:42:37.000 But to be fair, some of you need that hard, tough love because if you're soft or nice about it, you won't do anything, so it works. 1.00

00:42:42.000 I'd rather hurt your feelings here than you get your feelings hurt at the fucking closing office when they tell you, oh, sorry, bro, he can't give you this house, man. 0.95

00:42:49.000 One last thing, though. 0.99

00:42:50.000 This coffee, man, is life-changing.

00:42:52.000 You guys saw that stream I did last time with the coffee?

00:42:54.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:42:55.000 Fresh was the star. 0.99

00:42:55.000 He actually said some funny shit. 0.99

00:42:56.000 I was wired, bro. 1.00

00:42:57.000 This shit was lit. 1.00

00:42:58.000 If you make a lot of bad jokes, man, this might be the coffee for you, bro. 1.00

00:43:02.000 Fresh actually said some shit. 1.00

00:43:03.000 I was like, okay. 1.00

00:43:04.000 Hey, man.

00:43:05.000 Some dark humor.

00:43:06.000 Yeah, some...

00:43:09.000 Bro.

00:43:09.000 Don't do it.

00:43:10.000 Come on, man.

00:43:11.000 You know I have to do it, man.

00:43:12.000 Nah, bro.

00:43:12.000 Don't do it, man.

00:43:13.000 Dude, you really said dark humor, bro?

00:43:14.000 Come on.

00:43:14.000 I'm dark.

00:43:15.000 Dark coffee.

00:43:16.000 Anyway.

00:43:18.000 So, anyway.

00:43:20.000 What's the next one?

00:43:21.000 Okay.

00:43:22.000 So, number two.

00:43:23.000 The cover is well.

00:43:25.000 Not enough credit.

00:43:28.000 So, I didn't understand how credit works in America.

00:43:32.000 I just thought you get a credit card, get bills on time, I'm out of 850 credit score, off the rip. 0.99

00:43:37.000 And then I was like, no, that's not how this shit works. 0.98

00:43:40.000 So, I got a book called Your Credit Score by Liz Weston. 0.99

00:43:43.000 Very good book for credit.

00:43:44.000 I recommend you read it as well.

00:43:46.000 Your Credit by Liz Weston?

00:43:47.000 Yes.

00:43:48.000 Okay.

00:43:48.000 And we're not getting paid to tell you that either.

00:43:50.000 Well, from A to Z, how about your score from 0 to 850?

00:43:55.000 100%.

00:43:55.000 Now, you need to have history, of course, which is why they have the history as one of the main cursors of credit, but also you need as well to have multiple credit lines open so they can see you're a good borrower and you can also pay back on time as well with no late payments.

00:44:12.000 That's going to be paramount to your successful credit.

00:44:13.000 Now granted though, during this period of time, with the length of history as well, you need multiple accounts.

00:44:19.000 So what I did was I said, okay, cool.

00:44:20.000 I have a credit card now.

00:44:21.000 I'm working a job.

00:44:22.000 I can pay it off each and every month.

00:44:24.000 I pay my gas, pay my groceries, I pay my food bills, all my other incidentals.

00:44:29.000 I pay as well with my credit card.

00:44:30.000 Cool.

00:44:30.000 I'm getting points so I can travel as well back to Barbados family and I'm getting my credit score up as well.

00:44:35.000 Now, what else do I need to build my credit score?

00:44:38.000 I got a car.

00:44:38.000 I got to pay the car off cash.

00:44:40.000 A Toyota Corolla, 1992.

00:44:42.000 I know.

00:44:42.000 It was a really old car.

00:44:44.000 But it got me from A to B. And the car was worth like $4K at the buyer-payer.

00:44:50.000 I put like $2K down and $2K finance to build my credit score.

00:44:53.000 So I did that, the credit card, and...

00:44:56.000 My phone, I bought with credit as well.

00:44:58.000 So I got to pay the phone off as well.

00:44:59.000 But I said, you know, I'll put 10% down on the phone, pay it off over time.

00:45:02.000 So I'm building up different lines of credit that I'm paying back slowly but surely.

00:45:06.000 And each one I can pay off fully, I just want to bill credit during this period of time.

00:45:10.000 Now granted, the longer I kept these lines open, I was paying them back.

00:45:14.000 The higher my score went.

00:45:14.000 So you might have just one credit line open, which is your credit card, which is cool, but you need multiple.

00:45:19.000 So this means definitely guys to get your credit score up.

00:45:21.000 And preferably in different asset classes.

00:45:23.000 Yes.

00:45:23.000 So you want, you know, a home one is going to be great.

00:45:26.000 Obviously your credit card ones, you want different lines of different types of credit.

00:45:30.000 Sorry.

00:45:30.000 No, no.

00:45:31.000 But typically speaking, though, you start with a car, credit card, phone.

00:45:34.000 That should be enough to get your boost off the ground running.

00:45:36.000 And as well, guys, when you pay them off, you could guarantee your score is going all the way up.

00:45:41.000 Because you pay off a huge, or I want to say you paid off one or two credit lines off your credit history, which is huge.

00:45:48.000 Yeah, so this kind of ties into what we talked about utilization.

00:45:51.000 So what is utilization, guys?

00:45:52.000 Utilization is the amount of credit that's available to you that you're using, okay?

00:45:57.000 So the two most important things when it comes to credit by far are on-time payments and utilization.

00:46:02.000 So for example, let's say you get your first credit card and they give you $1,000.

00:46:07.000 Well, your first goal when you get that credit card for $1,000 is to number one, use it, and then number two, if you max it out, that you pay it off immediately.

00:46:14.000 Why do I say that?

00:46:15.000 Because once you get over 30% utilization, guys, you start to become what's called risky to the credit card companies.

00:46:21.000 And then once you go over 50%, that's when your card might start declining.

00:46:24.000 They start sending you messages like, is this fraud, blah, blah, blah, because you start to become a higher risk spender at that point.

00:46:30.000 And the chances of default are high.

00:46:32.000 So credit card companies, guys, they got actuaries, they got all these fucking really smart people out there that have algorithmic, mathematic equations that they use for how common or the likelihood of someone not paying their debt off.

00:46:43.000 Because their goal is obviously to lend money, but to get that money back on interest.

00:46:46.000 So if they don't think that you're going to pay them back, they'll shut the card off, they'll obviously reduce your credit card limit. 0.96

00:46:53.000 Etc., all this shit. 0.98

00:46:54.000 They'll turn it off, whatever the hell, right? 0.97

00:46:55.000 So with utilization, guys, your number one goal is when you get your first credit line open, try to get as much available credit as you can, right?

00:47:03.000 Because you don't want that utilization percentage to be high.

00:47:06.000 So let's say you go ahead and you get that first credit card for $1,000, right?

00:47:10.000 And you go and you go buy, I don't know, something for yourself.

00:47:14.000 You go buy something for your business.

00:47:15.000 You buy a new computer.

00:47:16.000 It costs you $700.

00:47:17.000 Well, now you're at 70% utilization.

00:47:19.000 But if you had opened a couple of credit cards, let's say you open up another credit card for $1,000, another credit card for $2,000, etc.

00:47:25.000 Let's say you got a credit line of $5,000 combined between all those cards.

00:47:29.000 Well, that $700 that you spent, that's a way smaller percentage now over your overall credit, and it's not going to ding your credit scores badly.

00:47:36.000 Because once you go over 30%, that's when you're going to start to see some actual...

00:47:40.000 Decent dings into your credit score.

00:47:42.000 So what I always suggest is try to stay under 30% utilization.

00:47:46.000 If you're really god-mowed, you're going to be under 10% utilization.

00:47:50.000 That under 10% tip won't touch your credit score pretty much.

00:47:53.000 That's where I like to be.

00:47:54.000 But if you can, just try to keep it under 30.

00:47:56.000 And then whatever you do, guys, please don't go over 50.

00:47:59.000 Because once you go over 50, that's when you really are going to deal with some substantial credit score dings.

00:48:05.000 And then the way to avoid that, like I said before, is obviously keep it low and Make more available credit to yourself.

00:48:10.000 There's a couple ways to do this.

00:48:12.000 You can call your credit card company right now, guys, by the way, and say, hey, or you don't even got to call them.

00:48:17.000 You could do it on the app a lot of times.

00:48:18.000 Another pro tip for you guys.

00:48:19.000 When you do get your credit card, guess what you don't have to do anymore? 0.98

00:48:22.000 You don't need to fucking check credit card money these guys. 0.88

00:48:24.000 When you get your first credit card, guys, Capital One, American Express, Chase, Wells Fargo, like a lot of these credit card companies, you know what they'll do for free? 0.99

00:48:36.000 They'll let you track your credit score in the app.

00:48:38.000 You literally just go in there, click, it'll give you either your FICA score or your...

00:48:43.000 I think it's Experian, I think.

00:48:46.000 And then, well, there's FICO and then you got the Experian, TransUnion, the three main ones, right?

00:48:51.000 Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, right?

00:48:54.000 And then you got the FICO one. 1.00

00:48:55.000 They're basically the same shit, bro. 0.99

00:48:56.000 I don't want to confuse y'all. 0.99

00:48:57.000 They're two different ways. 1.00

00:48:58.000 It's the same shit. 1.00

00:48:59.000 It's really all the same. 1.00

00:49:00.000 Like, they might be 5 to 10, between 5 to 20 points different Yeah.

00:49:04.000 But it doesn't matter.

00:49:05.000 It's not far off.

00:49:05.000 It's not that far off.

00:49:06.000 They're pretty much damn near the same thing.

00:49:08.000 But the point I'm trying to make is that you'll get access to it through the app.

00:49:12.000 And then the app will tell you what your credit score is, so you don't got to keep going and paying for these services that tell you, oh, we'll tell you your credit score like a credit card.

00:49:18.000 You just use that to get your foot in the door for free, see where you are, and then get your first credit card.

00:49:22.000 You get that first credit card, get the app that comes along with that credit card, and then monitor your credit from there.

00:49:27.000 You don't got to pay again.

00:49:28.000 It's 99% of the time it's going to be free.

00:49:30.000 And then, like I said before, You want to keep that utilization low, and you want to try to get as much available credit to you.

00:49:36.000 Now, going back to the app again, you can increase your limit, guys, a lot of times on the app.

00:49:40.000 So let's say you have the card for a couple months, you're making your payments on time, you're keeping your balances low, etc., or you make some more money, go ahead and request an increase on the limit.

00:49:50.000 That will be good for you because what ended up happening is, let's say you only got $1,000 on there's a limit, say, fuck it, let me try to bring it up to $2,000.

00:49:56.000 If they bring it up to $2,000, well, now that's $700, it went from 70% utilization down to 35% utilization, right? 0.81

00:50:03.000 And now you're under that 50% score.

00:50:05.000 Or you could get it to $3,000, it goes even further down from there.

00:50:07.000 But you guys see what I'm doing here.

00:50:09.000 The more available credit you have, the more you can spend where you're trying to stay below that magical number of 30% utilization.

00:50:15.000 Does that make sense, chat?

00:50:18.000 Give me ones in the chat if that makes sense, guys. 0.97

00:50:20.000 I know for us this is like common sense stuff, but I know for a lot of you guys you might be like, what the fuck are these guys talking about?

00:50:24.000 If you're not familiar with credit, this might be like another language for y'all. 0.69

00:50:27.000 It makes a lot of sense.

00:50:27.000 Give me ones if it makes sense, give me twos if it doesn't, and then if it doesn't, tell me specifically why it doesn't make sense.

00:50:32.000 But what else?

00:50:33.000 Did I miss anything there?

00:50:34.000 No, there's a hack you can do as well to kind of beat the system.

00:50:37.000 This is very important because if you do this correctly, you can run up your credit card, pay it off at the right time, and it won't report to your credit history in a negative way.

00:50:46.000 So if you know your statement date, whatever it's Chase, Wells Fargo, whatever company you use, right?

00:50:51.000 It's a statement date that they report to the actual history as well.

00:50:56.000 If you know that actual statement date, guys, you can pay before that date comes up, pay it off, and what you do is, you do this enough times, guys, and they're going to say, okay, his history, he's paying off this high amount each and every single time, close to the actual, you know, max number.

00:51:11.000 So let's say you're making like maybe 60% of your credit card, you know, Capacity, right?

00:51:17.000 And they're seeing it over a period of time.

00:51:19.000 You're paying off before the statement date because you can call them and say, listen, I'm using this card a lot.

00:51:24.000 I'm actually close to the limit.

00:51:25.000 I want to expand this currently to make a bigger payment amount on my credit card.

00:51:30.000 How can we do this?

00:51:31.000 And they're going to say, okay, let's look at your history.

00:51:32.000 You're paying maybe 60% of this off each and every single time.

00:51:35.000 You know what?

00:51:36.000 We'll give you this boost because they can see the history of you paying it consistently over a period of time before the statement date.

00:51:42.000 Do the app first, and then if you don't get it on the app or if you want more, call them.

00:51:45.000 Yeah.

00:51:45.000 That's a good point.

00:51:46.000 That's a good point.

00:51:47.000 So if you can do that guys, beat the system a little bit, that's a good hack there.

00:51:50.000 Once again, make sure you know your statement date.

00:51:52.000 Maybe call them and say, hey, when do you report to the actual bureaus?

00:51:54.000 Once you figure that out, pay it before that date, whether it's 70%, 80%.

00:51:58.000 Don't go to 90%.

00:51:59.000 That's kind of too high.

00:52:00.000 Maybe 60% to 70%, anywhere around there.

00:52:02.000 Then call them for an increase.

00:52:04.000 They'll be like, you know what?

00:52:04.000 We can see the history here.

00:52:05.000 He's paying off on time.

00:52:06.000 We'll give it to you.

00:52:07.000 And you could have within three to six months of using your credit card.

00:52:10.000 Yeah.

00:52:10.000 Yeah, build up a little bit of history.

00:52:12.000 But yeah, you can do it in the app or you can call them if you want.

00:52:15.000 Or if they deny you on the app, call them.

00:52:19.000 And you know what's crazy? 1.00

00:52:19.000 In school, they didn't teach you none of their shit, bro. 1.00

00:52:21.000 Hell no. 0.99

00:52:21.000 I feel like this is almost like common sense, but it's not because people don't get taught us in school. 0.99

00:52:27.000 You want to know how I know?

00:52:28.000 We learn the hard way.

00:52:29.000 I look at how people pay when I'm at the store.

00:52:31.000 They almost always pay with debit cards or cash. 1.00

00:52:33.000 And I'm like, fucking brokey. 1.00

00:52:34.000 Stupid. 1.00

00:52:35.000 I mean, even me, like, I was kind of, like, doing both. 1.00

00:52:39.000 But then I met you, it was like, yo, bro, 100% credit card, man.

00:52:42.000 And, hey, we've traveled to Vegas for free with credit cards.

00:52:45.000 We did a lot of traveling to Romania, too, credit cards.

00:52:47.000 So, like, it's a W, man, all over.

00:52:50.000 All right, and the last two here.

00:52:53.000 Concert Collection.

00:52:55.000 So, this is typical of people having credit, making payments on things.

00:52:59.000 Oh, say to them, we got something for you guys, by the way, that when you got really bad credit and you guys...

00:53:02.000 We got something special for you guys that we're going to share.

00:53:04.000 Some sauce.

00:53:04.000 Yeah.

00:53:05.000 That people pay for, by the way.

00:53:06.000 We're going to give it to you all for free.

00:53:08.000 So, typically, people spend money on credit, they forget about it, and they leave it.

00:53:13.000 Now, sometimes things happen to you, like I said before, medical issues, you get in an accident, you got to pay the fire ambulance bill, whatever, and it's like, they didn't...

00:53:23.000 Send it to you.

00:53:24.000 Maybe your old address.

00:53:25.000 Maybe you didn't get the mail.

00:53:27.000 Whatever happens, guys, you didn't see that payment or you missed it by chance.

00:53:31.000 And there's a collection now on your credit moving forward.

00:53:35.000 This means you might go for a loan, like Marvin said earlier, and then they say, oh, listen, buddy, you have a collection here.

00:53:41.000 Sorry, you're declined.

00:53:42.000 And you won't know until you go because you didn't check your credit score.

00:53:45.000 So, guys, what I used to do, man, this is going to be so paranoid.

00:53:48.000 I would check my credit score every single day.

00:53:52.000 Call it Paranoia, call it what you want.

00:53:54.000 I just knew how important credit was to my actual success and as well my journey.

00:54:00.000 And for me, it was like, you know what?

00:54:00.000 I'd rather know what it is daily than forget about it and then lose or drop off, right?

00:54:05.000 I was like a maniac for credit.

00:54:08.000 Once I can see what it is, I can fix it because people often, more often than not, live their life, they have credit, and they don't check it at all.

00:54:16.000 So things go by a couple months, years, and it does affect you negatively.

00:54:22.000 This is why it's important to know your credit score from the very beginning and know all your accounts under each, you know...

00:54:27.000 Where you owe money at.

00:54:28.000 Yeah.

00:54:28.000 Because then you can start reaching out to these companies, assuming it didn't already go to, if it's already a collections, but you can kind of have a footprint of, okay, these are the people I need to contact, these are the people I owe money.

00:54:37.000 Now, if you don't pay on time, and time has passed, companies will buy your actual debt, and then they'll try to get it from you.

00:54:43.000 Collection companies.

00:54:45.000 Yeah.

00:54:45.000 You want to cover that?

00:54:46.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:54:47.000 I mean, well, the thing here, guys, if you got a bill that's in collections, you're fucked. 0.99

00:54:51.000 Because that's how you get into the... 0.99

00:54:54.000 Okay.

00:54:55.000 Whenever I see someone and their credit scores in the 500, 400, etc., A lot of the time it's because your debt has now went over to a collection agency.

00:55:02.000 And when a collection agency has it, these are the guys that call you and hound you, right?

00:55:07.000 Because what they'll do is they'll buy that debt from the credit card company or whoever you owe money to.

00:55:11.000 They'll buy it really reduced and then they'll go to you and they'll try to collect money on that, right?

00:55:16.000 So you can use this to your advantage. 0.99

00:55:19.000 Let's say you owe a thousand bucks and the collection company keeps hounding you for this fucking money. 0.98

00:55:23.000 Well, what you could do is be like, look, I only got 800. 0.99

00:55:26.000 Mm-hmm.

00:55:26.000 I'll pay you guys $800 and can we wipe this?

00:55:29.000 A lot of times they'll do that because they just want to recoup something.

00:55:31.000 You can bargain with them.

00:55:32.000 That's the benefit of knowing the power you have.

00:55:35.000 Rather than paying a full amount, listen man, I got, let's say you owe like $2,000.

00:55:39.000 Listen bro, I got $800, that's all I have left.

00:55:42.000 I'll pay you guys this.

00:55:43.000 Once you promise to cancel this off completely and take it off my credit.

00:55:46.000 If they can do that for you, cool.

00:55:48.000 And they probably will, because you know what they did?

00:55:49.000 They bought it dollars on a cent.

00:55:51.000 Sorry, cents on a dollar.

00:55:52.000 Yeah, they bought it for extremely cheap.

00:55:53.000 Super cheap.

00:55:54.000 Yeah.

00:55:55.000 Like, let's say you owed $1,000 to American Express.

00:55:57.000 Bro, they bought that debt from them for like $200.

00:55:59.000 100%.

00:56:00.000 So they don't care if you tell them, yeah, they get it super cheap.

00:56:03.000 For nothing.

00:56:04.000 Because American Express, the reason why is because American Express doesn't have the resources to chase after you like that.

00:56:09.000 That's not their job.

00:56:11.000 So it's like they're more concerned with like customer service.

00:56:13.000 They're more concerned with like, you know, giving a certain experience.

00:56:16.000 That's what they want to do.

00:56:17.000 And then also, it's just like a bad look.

00:56:18.000 You don't want Amex calling you saying, you owe us money, right?

00:56:21.000 For a long ass time.

00:56:22.000 I remember Eddie Murphy did a skit about creditors and that was hilarious how to keep calling him nonstop.

00:56:27.000 That was funny.

00:56:28.000 But it's funny as a joke, but in real life it's not funny.

00:56:31.000 Imagine you're at your crib.

00:56:33.000 Your girl's picking up the phone.

00:56:34.000 Babe, you have a phone call?

00:56:36.000 And they're like, yes, is Mr.

00:56:38.000 Sanders there?

00:56:39.000 He's been in collections for months.

00:56:43.000 She's like, oh really? 0.85

00:56:44.000 This nigga broke? 1.00

00:56:45.000 Thank you. 0.86

00:56:46.000 No wonder he only lets me come over at night.

00:56:49.000 I'm telling you, man.

00:56:49.000 Lights are always off.

00:56:50.000 What the hell?

00:56:51.000 So it's not a good look, man.

00:56:52.000 I'm telling you to be romantic with the candles.

00:56:55.000 He told me they're going to get fixed tomorrow.

00:56:58.000 He said the power circuit was out.

00:57:00.000 With dial-up internet.

00:57:01.000 Yeah, dial-up internet.

00:57:02.000 His dog chewed the wire.

00:57:03.000 That's what he told me it was.

00:57:04.000 That's what he told me, yeah.

00:57:05.000 Man, I'm telling you, man.

00:57:06.000 It's a bad look, man.

00:57:08.000 Yo, you know...

00:57:09.000 Oh, hold on.

00:57:10.000 So, I was up with some girls, right?

00:57:12.000 And they were telling me about this guy that they met in Miami.

00:57:15.000 Yeah.

00:57:15.000 Has a nice Maserati, which I know is a red flag right there.

00:57:19.000 Dressed really nice.

00:57:20.000 Has swag, whatever.

00:57:21.000 Has all the chains.

00:57:22.000 And, like, she's like, yeah, this guy sent me out to his restaurant.

00:57:25.000 We had a cool vibe.

00:57:26.000 But then the bill came.

00:57:28.000 His car got declined.

00:57:28.000 And I'm like...

00:57:30.000 Wait, but what happened?

00:57:33.000 She's like, oh yeah, he told me he's going to pay me back once we get back to the crib, and I'll be good to go.

00:57:38.000 And then I was just like, hold on, who is this guy?

00:57:41.000 I didn't know him at all.

00:57:42.000 But he dressed the part with the look, had the rented Maserati, because it was probably rented, and took her out to the restaurant, didn't pay the bill, made her pay the bill, and just dipped.

00:57:52.000 Never saw her again.

00:57:53.000 And he smashed. 1.00

00:57:54.000 Damn! 1.00

00:57:55.000 But that's a finesse, though. 1.00

00:57:56.000 But listen, man, if you're not going to be smart...

00:58:02.000 You know what I'm saying?

00:58:03.000 Like, people play those games.

00:58:05.000 Yeah, I mean, because, you know, when you get good credit, like, here's the other thing too, guys, like, sometimes, like, every time, if your card gets declined, it's one of two things.

00:58:13.000 Either A, you're a brookie, or B, you've got really good security on your credit. 0.67

00:58:16.000 Because, like, if you go to try to buy something that you normally don't go shop at, they're going to be like, what the hell, is this you?

00:58:21.000 And then you'll get a text message or a phone call.

00:58:23.000 Then you just say, yes, one, it's me, or whatever, and then you do it again, and it'll work.

00:58:26.000 Yeah.

00:58:27.000 Because credit card fraud is very common, guys.

00:58:30.000 It's the fastest growing crime in America right now is fraud.

00:58:33.000 Swiper, no swiping.

00:58:34.000 Literally.

00:58:35.000 But yeah, that's number.

00:58:37.000 Collections and...

00:58:38.000 Right now I'm replacing my Amex cards, bro. 1.00

00:58:40.000 Niggas steal my shit all the time, man. 1.00

00:58:42.000 It's annoying. 1.00

00:58:42.000 Bro, I don't know about you, but I'd be getting some weird charges on my shit, bro. 1.00

00:58:45.000 Randomly. 0.99

00:58:46.000 Yeah.

00:58:46.000 Gift cards.

00:58:47.000 Gift cards.

00:58:48.000 I don't know who it is.

00:58:49.000 Bro, if I ever find out who you are... 1.00

00:58:51.000 I'm going to find you, motherfucker. 1.00

00:58:53.000 And when I do, it's not going to be a good day for you. 1.00

00:58:55.000 You keep buying these goddamn gift cards on my Amex cards. 1.00

00:58:57.000 I see it. 1.00

00:58:58.000 I don't know what the fuck is going on. 1.00

00:59:00.000 You simp, you're probably buying them for some chick. 1.00

00:59:01.000 This is bullshit, man. 1.00

00:59:03.000 Shit pissing me off, bro. 1.00

00:59:04.000 Amex probably looking at my show like, look at this nigga. 1.00

00:59:06.000 He's a simp. 0.99

00:59:07.000 It's not me! 1.00

00:59:08.000 It's not fucking me, bro. 0.99

00:59:09.000 I've had to replace my Amex cards like three times in the past couple months, man. 0.99

00:59:12.000 Man, that was Myron when he was off the beam.

00:59:15.000 It was him, man.

00:59:16.000 He's on the...

00:59:17.000 What?

00:59:19.000 No, it's not me, man.

00:59:21.000 I'm just kidding. 1.00

00:59:21.000 I don't buy shit! 1.00

00:59:23.000 Guys, I wear the same clothes every day! 1.00

00:59:25.000 I'm not going to hold you, man. 1.00

00:59:25.000 He don't buy shit for real. 1.00

00:59:27.000 It's kind of sad. 0.99

00:59:27.000 How about Chipotle? 0.99

00:59:28.000 Only studio equipment.

00:59:29.000 I buy studio equipment at Chipotle.

00:59:31.000 I wear the same clothes every day, guys.

00:59:33.000 I'm literally...

00:59:33.000 I mean, I'm kind of a bum.

00:59:34.000 I ain't going to lie.

00:59:36.000 I mean, hell, these sneakers right here.

00:59:37.000 I didn't buy these.

00:59:38.000 Shout out to JR Choi.

00:59:38.000 He got them for me.

00:59:39.000 He said it, not me.

00:59:40.000 Huh?

00:59:40.000 You said it, not me.

00:59:42.000 Yeah. 0.98

00:59:43.000 Thought you were a bum. 0.92

00:59:43.000 Yeah. 0.92

00:59:44.000 And then other Jordans I got, Angie bought me those.

00:59:46.000 That was nice.

00:59:46.000 So, yeah.

00:59:47.000 Where is Angie?

00:59:49.000 She went to go see family in Portland.

00:59:52.000 Nice.

00:59:53.000 They're all over there.

00:59:54.000 Must be nice.

00:59:56.000 She wanted to drag me over there. 1.00

00:59:57.000 I was like, man, I got to work, man.

00:59:59.000 You can go.

01:00:00.000 I'll run the show.

01:00:01.000 You could, man, if you want.

01:00:02.000 But I hate flying, too.

01:00:03.000 I hate traveling, guys.

01:00:04.000 I hate traveling, man. 1.00

01:00:06.000 I hate that shit. 1.00

01:00:07.000 Go, bro. 1.00

01:00:08.000 Actually, come back tomorrow, man.

01:00:10.000 Oh, okay.

01:00:10.000 Yeah, it was too late.

01:00:11.000 Like, it was for the weekend and shit. 0.98

01:00:12.000 But then I wouldn't have been able to do the Trump breakdown. 0.98

01:00:15.000 Oh, yeah, it's true.

01:00:16.000 Good excuse. 0.84

01:00:17.000 Yo, this nigga also has an excuse, Mo. 1.00

01:00:26.000 Let's do a debate in Vegas.

01:00:27.000 Oh, no, bro.

01:00:28.000 They won't have all the equipment.

01:00:29.000 I'm like, nigga, that's what they do. 1.00

01:00:30.000 You just want to stay here. 0.84

01:00:31.000 You don't want to come.

01:00:32.000 They kind of don't.

01:00:32.000 They didn't, though.

01:00:33.000 They legit didn't.

01:00:34.000 Bro, we have two studios.

01:00:36.000 He's right all about that.

01:00:37.000 Well, I only knew about the sticky paws.

01:00:39.000 We wouldn't have been able to do it.

01:00:40.000 We figured it out for you.

01:00:41.000 You could have came.

01:00:42.000 Okay.

01:00:42.000 You didn't want to come, though.

01:00:43.000 Nope.

01:00:44.000 Yeah, I don't like traveling. 1.00

01:00:45.000 I hate this shit. 0.99

01:00:46.000 I ain't gonna lie, guys. 1.00

01:00:46.000 I don't like planes. 1.00

01:00:47.000 I don't like airports.

01:00:48.000 I don't like traveling.

01:00:48.000 Well, guess what?

01:00:49.000 With your credit card, you can use the points for free.

01:00:52.000 You could.

01:00:52.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:00:52.000 For free, guys.

01:00:53.000 I actually can.

01:00:53.000 I got a bunch.

01:00:54.000 That's the W right there, man.

01:00:55.000 Actually, our suite was to pay for for free, by the way.

01:00:58.000 Nice.

01:00:58.000 Yeah.

01:01:00.000 So next time, give me your cards so I can use your points.

01:01:02.000 Alright!

01:01:03.000 Last point here, man.

01:01:04.000 It's gonna be...

01:01:05.000 Wait, should we do chats first?

01:01:07.000 Yeah, we could re-chats first, and then we'll do the last one, and then...

01:01:11.000 We got the ninjas coming?

01:01:12.000 Yeah, we got the ninjas coming through later.

01:01:13.000 I don't know you, bro, but I love this new segment, man.

01:01:16.000 No girl, just the boys talking. 0.88

01:01:17.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:01:18.000 We got a lot to talk about on that new show.

01:01:20.000 Oh, a lot, bro.

01:01:21.000 Most banks and credit card companies allow you to change your due date, change it to 7 to 10 days before their report date, and that will help keep a positive report and a good score.

01:01:29.000 Yes.

01:01:30.000 Guys, if you can get that date, don't pack.

01:01:32.000 I'm telling you, bro.

01:01:33.000 You can...

01:01:34.000 Don't do this though.

01:01:35.000 You could max out your card and it's paid off before that date.

01:01:38.000 You'll be good.

01:01:39.000 Obviously speaking, don't be dumb about it, but you can actually do that and get away with it.

01:01:42.000 Or what I do is I just like spend on it and then I just like periodically pay my credit cards like once or twice a week.

01:01:47.000 Yeah.

01:01:48.000 That's the other finesse that you could do too.

01:01:50.000 There you go.

01:01:52.000 What else do we got here?

01:01:54.000 We got My Name is Richard.

01:01:56.000 Hey guys, I'm a credit educator in Canada.

01:01:58.000 I wanted to thank you guys for giving people this, W, and on credit because God knows we all need it.

01:02:05.000 I'm trying to give some credit advice myself every day on Castle Club.

01:02:08.000 P.S., more admin on Discord, please.

01:02:11.000 It's Richard on Castle Club.

01:02:13.000 I got you.

01:02:14.000 We got you.

01:02:15.000 Guys, we got a Castle Club Discord, by the way, as well, man.

01:02:17.000 Join it.

01:02:17.000 We do.

01:02:18.000 Please.

01:02:18.000 Moe's adding people in there.

01:02:19.000 I think the free one is gone, right?

01:02:21.000 Yes.

01:02:22.000 Yeah.

01:02:23.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:02:24.000 Samson says, have you seen Destiny's reaction to Trump's attempted assassination?

01:02:28.000 Holy!

01:02:29.000 He seems mad that Trump didn't get deleted.

01:02:31.000 He even mocked the firefighter who died.

01:02:33.000 Yeah, it was going crazy on Twitter.

01:02:34.000 We're going to talk about that on a new show.

01:02:35.000 Don't worry, guys.

01:02:35.000 We will.

01:02:35.000 We will talk about that over there.

01:02:37.000 Um, Let's see here.

01:02:38.000 We got Rico Savage, part one.

01:02:40.000 It's your boy General Rico.

01:02:41.000 I just want to say, wanted to share today's W with the fam.

01:02:43.000 My mom asked me if I would help her get the cosmetic surgery she's wanted for the past 20 plus years, but put her kids first instead of getting it. 1.00

01:02:49.000 Oh, shit. 1.00

01:02:50.000 Okay. 1.00

01:02:51.000 You got your mom the surgery that she wanted.

01:02:52.000 All right, bro.

01:02:53.000 That's a W, man.

01:02:54.000 Part two, my dad was going to pay for it since she hadn't asked for much.

01:02:58.000 It's $5,000 and he's about to retire, so I told her I will pay for it.

01:03:01.000 She cried.

01:03:02.000 This is why we're here, gentlemen. 0.99

01:03:03.000 The money, cars, and whores are nice. 1.00

01:03:05.000 Looking after people who looked after you is better. 0.98

01:03:07.000 Join CC. Yo, shout out to you, Rico Savage.

01:03:09.000 That's a big W, bro.

01:03:10.000 The fact that you're able to take care of your mom after she took care of you and you're getting her something that she actually wants.

01:03:14.000 So, Rico, that right there, man, shows you your might as a man.

01:03:18.000 And one of my goals on my dream board, bro, was to retire my mom.

01:03:22.000 And before I bought any car, any crazy watches or whatever, I retired her.

01:03:27.000 She quit her full-time job, all that stuff.

01:03:29.000 And, like, the look on her face, man, happiness was, like, the best feeling ever, bro.

01:03:35.000 Hey man, that's great, bro.

01:03:36.000 I'm going to give you a down to Marco.

01:03:40.000 That's great, man.

01:03:41.000 You got to give back to your parents, man. 0.99

01:03:43.000 That's fucking awesome. 0.99

01:03:45.000 Rear says, you guys are the GOATs. 0.98

01:03:47.000 One year ago, I had a devastating 644 credit score, and because of you guys, I now have a 747.

01:03:51.000 This donation is set from Cash Rewards Card. 0.98

01:03:54.000 Let's fucking go! 0.99

01:03:55.000 Let's go! 1.00

01:03:57.000 That's what I'm talking about.

01:03:59.000 Hey, 30 bucks, man.

01:04:00.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:04:01.000 He flexed. 1.00

01:04:03.000 Where he couldn't get a fucking credit card that's good. 0.99

01:04:06.000 I ain't got to lie, bro. 1.00

01:04:07.000 The 644 credit score, you getting that shitty-ass- You getting the lowest rate. 0.98

01:04:12.000 Sorry, the highest rate possible. 0.99

01:04:13.000 You get that shitty credit card with the Starry Night Van Gogh with no benefits. 0.53

01:04:18.000 It has a Starry Night Van Gogh. 0.97

01:04:20.000 That's my card. 0.98

01:04:21.000 Shitty-ass Capital One card, bro. 1.00

01:04:22.000 That shit gives you zero benefits. 1.00

01:04:24.000 I still have it open to this day. 1.00

01:04:25.000 I opened that shit back in like 2007, 2008. 0.99

01:04:27.000 I still have it to this day, bro. 1.00

01:04:28.000 That shit charges me $35 a fucking year. 1.00

01:04:30.000 I get no benefits. 1.00

01:04:31.000 Wow.

01:04:31.000 But the only reason I keep it open is because it was my first credit card and I want to keep the line.

01:04:35.000 Oh, credit line length, guys.

01:04:38.000 Credit history.

01:04:40.000 Yeah, like credit time.

01:04:42.000 Keeping a line open is very important too, bro.

01:04:44.000 It goes in increments of 5 to 10 years.

01:04:47.000 So, you know, obviously I got to keep it because obviously my credit score, it's not much.

01:04:50.000 It'll drop your score off by like 10 to 50 points.

01:04:53.000 But yeah, man, you want to keep a credit line open as long as possible.

01:04:56.000 So yeah, I'd pay that 30 bucks a year or whatever for an annual fee, but it is what it is and I get no benefits from it. 0.98

01:05:01.000 I don't even know where the fuck that card is. 0.99

01:05:02.000 Why can't niggas steal that card, man? 1.00

01:05:04.000 Like, goddamn, bro. 1.00

01:05:05.000 Because it's lame, bro. 1.00

01:05:06.000 They don't want that one.

01:05:06.000 I guess, yeah, they don't like Van Gogh.

01:05:09.000 Let's see here.

01:05:09.000 So, shout out to you, bro.

01:05:10.000 644, you ain't getting shit, but 747, you definitely going to get some good cards. 0.88

01:05:13.000 That's some of the best tiers right there. 0.93

01:05:15.000 PVO says, yo, guys, I do credit repair and business funding, and I'm in all the stuff minor fresh set up.

01:05:22.000 Just hit me up.

01:05:30.000 Okay.

01:05:30.000 When are you going to do a podcast for those on the next step?

01:05:34.000 I already have a good credit score and money saved up looking for direction.

01:05:36.000 Bro, now you need to start investing, my friend.

01:05:38.000 You do all that so that you can start investing.

01:05:40.000 Watch our real estate episodes.

01:05:41.000 Or crypto, whatever you want to do.

01:05:43.000 My score is 680 to 726, bro.

01:05:45.000 Guys, okay, so here's the goal.

01:05:47.000 We should say this.

01:05:48.000 Guys, you need to all get to at least 720.

01:05:51.000 All of you need to get to at least $720.

01:05:53.000 I consider $720 like entry level...

01:05:56.000 Good.

01:05:57.000 Good credit.

01:05:57.000 Excellent is $760 and above.

01:05:59.000 Yeah, like you'll be able to get...

01:06:02.000 Decent terms on most things and you'll get approved, most importantly.

01:06:05.000 You ain't gonna get that embarrassing-ass decline.

01:06:07.000 So try to get to 720 guys on your credit score.

01:06:10.000 That's the bare minimum. 0.99

01:06:12.000 If you're in the 600s or 500s, God forbid, or 400s, or you said some nigga had 390, like, bro, I think there's dead niggas that got better credit than that, goddamn. 1.00

01:06:19.000 That's terrible. 1.00

01:06:20.000 That's trash. 1.00

01:06:20.000 That's deplorable, bro. 1.00

01:06:22.000 I was like, nigga, that shit's terrible. 1.00

01:06:24.000 You know what's funny? 1.00

01:06:25.000 I didn't know what this is.

01:06:25.000 Yo, you gotta try.

01:06:27.000 Yo, to have a credit score under 400, you gotta try.

01:06:30.000 Mind you, I was a novice at this whole credit stuff.

01:06:32.000 I read that book. 0.79

01:06:32.000 I was like, nigga, what's wrong with you, bro? 0.79

01:06:34.000 Like, are you okay? 0.78

01:06:35.000 But thing is, see, this is the problem with niggas, bro. 1.00

01:06:38.000 Black niggas don't care, bro. 1.00

01:06:39.000 All I care about is fucking black and milds. 1.00

01:06:42.000 Oh, wait. 1.00

01:06:43.000 On YouTube?

01:06:43.000 Oh, wait, hold on.

01:06:44.000 Let me stop.

01:06:45.000 This is a Money Monday show.

01:06:47.000 Fresh.

01:06:48.000 My bad.

01:06:49.000 Yeah, but hey, man. 0.99

01:06:50.000 Don't be a nigga, man. 1.00

01:06:51.000 Yeah, yeah. 1.00

01:06:53.000 You just got to be smart, my guy.

01:06:55.000 See, I lived in the hood, bro.

01:06:56.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:06:57.000 You got to be smart.

01:06:57.000 Time step that, Mo.

01:06:58.000 But yeah, you just got to be smart, guys. 1.00

01:07:00.000 Don't be an idiot. 1.00

01:07:01.000 Yeah, yeah. 1.00

01:07:01.000 Be smart, man. 1.00

01:07:03.000 Like, bro.

01:07:03.000 It's deplorable.

01:07:04.000 Yeah.

01:07:06.000 Okay.

01:07:07.000 Next chat.

01:07:08.000 We got here.

01:07:11.000 Rip Overdose.

01:07:12.000 Oh, my score is 687-26.

01:07:14.000 I currently have a cap one secured for the past five to six months.

01:07:18.000 I was pre-approved for Capital One, Saver One.

01:07:20.000 Okay, Quicksilver and Venture One.

01:07:21.000 I applied to all three and was denied any tips.

01:07:24.000 You got to get your credit score up.

01:07:25.000 Those credit cards that give you benefits, bro, you got to be in the 720 range, at least.

01:07:29.000 You're probably low 700s, high 600s.

01:07:33.000 You're not going to get those cards.

01:07:35.000 And that's the other reason, too, why I want you guys to get the 720s and above. 0.98

01:07:38.000 You guys want to get these good credit cards that give you, like, real fucking benefits? 0.83

01:07:41.000 My friend, you're going to have to be in the 700s for those. 0.98

01:07:46.000 Otherwise, you're going to be using...

01:07:48.000 You want to use Poverty Van Gogh card like me. 1.00

01:07:50.000 Like, you know, when I was 18 and shit, you could do that, too, and you get no benefits, nigga. 1.00

01:07:53.000 Credit limit like 300 bucks. 0.99

01:07:56.000 It's the start, man. 1.00

01:07:57.000 You try to buy some George's, that shit will decline on you. 0.99

01:08:00.000 Can you upgrade that card at all to anything else or no? 1.00

01:08:03.000 No.

01:08:04.000 No, I don't think so.

01:08:05.000 I mean, maybe I could.

01:08:06.000 I could probably call them and figure something out, but whatever, man.

01:08:08.000 It's fine.

01:08:09.000 When are you doing a podcast for those on the next...

01:08:11.000 Oh, sorry.

01:08:12.000 I read that one?

01:08:12.000 Yeah.

01:08:13.000 What else have we got here?

01:08:15.000 Hey, Ryan, I'm about to buy my first home and I got the VA home loan assistance from the military.

01:08:19.000 Do you remember me to use...

01:08:21.000 Do you remember me to use my VA home loan or use another bank?

01:08:25.000 My credit score is 760.

01:08:28.000 I think he said, do you remember me to use my VA... I think he means recommend.

01:08:31.000 Bro, go ahead and use your VA loan.

01:08:33.000 I just want you guys to understand. 0.99

01:08:34.000 Luckily, you guys don't got to pay PMI, but your mortgage is going to be high as fuck, bro. 0.98

01:08:37.000 Because VA loan, you don't put no money down. 0.96

01:08:39.000 When you don't put any money down, that means you're not...

01:08:43.000 Really getting equity in the house.

01:08:44.000 When you don't have equity in the house, you got to pay a lot when it comes to that mortgage.

01:08:47.000 So just as long as you're ready to make that payment, you're good, man.

01:08:51.000 A says, yo, Myron, how do I get rid of a hard inquiry?

01:08:54.000 I got it a couple months ago when I got my second credit card and my credit score dropped 20 points from 74720.

01:09:00.000 That's hard, bro. 0.99

01:09:02.000 Damn, nigga, what'd you apply? 1.00

01:09:03.000 What the fuck? 1.00

01:09:05.000 Yo, is that? 1.00

01:09:06.000 That's kind of a lot, right?

01:09:07.000 Yeah, I mean, bro, that's going to take some time to go away, bro.

01:09:10.000 Hard inquiries are not an easy fix.

01:09:13.000 But that's a lot, 20 points?

01:09:14.000 Yeah.

01:09:15.000 He might have did it multiple times though.

01:09:17.000 Okay, so this is how you deal with hard inquiries, alright guys?

01:09:20.000 So this is what I want y'all to do.

01:09:23.000 If you're gonna, like, let's say you get your credit score to a certain point and you're like, alright, cool, I can finally get my credit card.

01:09:28.000 I want you guys to apply for as many credit cards as you can in that time span.

01:09:33.000 You got a couple of days, right?

01:09:35.000 And the reason why is because if you do multiple hard inquiries in a short span of time, The credit bureaus look at it as you're either trying to open a credit card or you're shopping rates, basically.

01:09:46.000 Because when you're trying to buy a home and you're looking at lenders or anything like that, or you're trying to buy a car and you're looking at lenders, etc., it's very common for people to go with different lenders and get quotes.

01:09:58.000 And for you to get a quote a lot of the times, they'll lie and say, oh no, it's a soft pull.

01:10:03.000 Bro, it's gonna be a hard pull, man, every single time.

01:10:06.000 It's gonna be a hard pull.

01:10:07.000 So your goal is to do that hard pull, multiple them at the same time, because what'll end up happening is the companies know that people are typically shopping rates when they do that.

01:10:15.000 We're trying to open multiple credit cards.

01:10:17.000 Do them all in a time span, and it'll count as one hard inquiry.

01:10:20.000 That's the trick, guys.

01:10:22.000 Like literally, guys.

01:10:24.000 You're going to go ahead and apply for a credit card or you're going to go ahead and shop rates for a home or for a car loan or whatever.

01:10:28.000 Do it all in a short time span.

01:10:30.000 Right?

01:10:31.000 I don't want...

01:10:32.000 And then the other thing, too.

01:10:33.000 Oh, man.

01:10:33.000 This is very important.

01:10:34.000 If you're going to buy a house, guys, okay?

01:10:37.000 Okay.

01:10:39.000 Once you're under contract, or if you're going to do, I think with cars too this applies. 0.96

01:10:43.000 I know for houses this will fuck you up.

01:10:46.000 Once you're under contract and they do your hard inquiry, guys, please don't do applications for any credit cards or any lines of credit until you close that deal. 1.00

01:10:56.000 Don't buy furniture, don't buy shit. 0.99

01:10:58.000 Bro! 0.99

01:11:00.000 Guys, one of the most important tips.

01:11:02.000 You're under contract for a house.

01:11:03.000 You're trying to get a secure car loan.

01:11:05.000 You're trying to get a loan for anything, right?

01:11:07.000 Especially something that's like big.

01:11:09.000 A big purchase?

01:11:10.000 Yeah.

01:11:11.000 While you're in the process of doing this deal and closing the deal, especially like a house where you got a lot of times it's 30 days to close, don't apply for no credit cards.

01:11:19.000 Don't open up any new lines of credit. 0.99

01:11:21.000 Don't try to fucking buy something, a car, none of that shit. 1.00

01:11:24.000 Don't try to finance furniture because people do that shit all the time. 1.00

01:11:27.000 They'll try to finance furniture because they're like, we're going to get a house! 1.00

01:11:30.000 And then guess what happened, you dummy? 0.54

01:11:32.000 You might have just got that loan by the skin of your teeth for that home loan, and then you go ahead and you get this furniture. 0.91

01:11:38.000 Guess what happens? 1.00

01:11:39.000 Now you lost the fucking loan, stupid. 1.00

01:11:42.000 Stupid. 1.00

01:11:43.000 And now you got this furniture in the house! 1.00

01:11:46.000 I have some co-workers at my old job that did that.

01:11:49.000 There were a couple at my job.

01:11:50.000 They worked together.

01:11:51.000 And they got approved for this loan.

01:11:55.000 They bought a bunch of furniture.

01:11:56.000 A home loan.

01:11:56.000 They went to home furniture goods.

01:11:59.000 Bought a bunch of stuff.

01:12:00.000 Like, I mean...

01:12:01.000 And let me guess, because most Americans do this, by the way.

01:12:03.000 They maxed out, not maxed out, but like the home loan they got, they got it by the skin of their teeth because they went off to afford the most they could afford.

01:12:10.000 And guess what they did?

01:12:11.000 They bought everything with a credit card.

01:12:14.000 And they did also as well loans from the actual store as well.

01:12:17.000 And they messed up their actual loan for the property and didn't get approved after that.

01:12:21.000 So that's why I learned my lesson.

01:12:22.000 Never get furniture or anything like that at all. 1.00

01:12:24.000 Don't finance shit. 0.99

01:12:25.000 Nothing. 1.00

01:12:26.000 Don't finance shit. 0.99

01:12:26.000 I mean, you can buy things, of course, guys. 0.99

01:12:28.000 When it's done.

01:12:29.000 When it's done.

01:12:30.000 Close everything when it's finished.

01:12:31.000 But before then, don't do it.

01:12:33.000 Yeah, like if you got the loan barely, guys.

01:12:34.000 And here's the other thing, too.

01:12:35.000 A lot of you guys, like if you're going to go buy a home, a lot of Americans make the mistake of they try to buy...

01:12:40.000 The biggest house they can afford.

01:12:41.000 Yeah.

01:12:42.000 Guys, don't do that.

01:12:43.000 Because what ends up happening is if you, like, let's say you can afford 500k, right, for a house, right?

01:12:49.000 They're giving you a loan, you can afford up to a 500k house.

01:12:51.000 Don't go for the $500k house.

01:12:53.000 Try to get the $300k to $400k house, right?

01:12:55.000 Have it where you're not like maxing out your affordability on the home. 1.00

01:13:01.000 Because what ends up happening is you get the loan by the skin of your teeth, you try to open up another line of credit because you're an idiot and you don't understand what the fuck's going on. 0.99

01:13:08.000 Or this is very common where people, we mentioned the furniture example because that's so common. 1.00

01:13:11.000 People do that and fuck their shit up. 0.99

01:13:12.000 And a lot of lenders won't tell you don't apply for any other lines of credit because they just might not. 1.00

01:13:17.000 And most Americans don't understand this shit. 0.99

01:13:19.000 So what ended up happening is You'll fuck up the loan, and then you won't be able to close. 1.00

01:13:23.000 And now you're stuck with all this furniture. 0.57

01:13:25.000 Nobody tells you this before you do it.

01:13:26.000 Nobody tells you that, bro.

01:13:28.000 It's like, oh, you did that, sorry!

01:13:29.000 Or you try to buy a boat, or you try to buy a car, right?

01:13:33.000 No, man, close the house first.

01:13:34.000 What I always say is, if you're trying to make a bunch of big purchases in your life in one year, do the house first. 1.00

01:13:41.000 Close the fucking house. 1.00

01:13:42.000 Once you close the house, cool. 1.00

01:13:44.000 Now you go ahead and get the furniture and all this other bullshit.

01:13:46.000 And then also the other thing I really suggest when you're trying to buy a house is keep all your credit cards because they're going to run a hard inquiry when you apply for this loan.

01:13:54.000 They want to see your monthly commitments to debt.

01:13:57.000 Try to bring your credit cards down to zero as much as you can when you apply for that home loan, guys.

01:14:02.000 Try to make it where you have very little debt because everything is going to be based on how much you owe.

01:14:06.000 I had no debt, bro.

01:14:07.000 All the cards were paid off.

01:14:09.000 Everything was paid off.

01:14:10.000 All I had was to get a home loan and that was it.

01:14:12.000 Bring your consumer debt down a damn near zero, guys, before you apply for that home loan.

01:14:16.000 Trust me, man.

01:14:17.000 And guys, I'm going to show you my credit score, actually.

01:14:19.000 Currently, my personal score here on the screen.

01:14:22.000 You can see what I'm talking about right here.

01:14:49.000 But yeah, now that I have a business account, business credit, it's way higher on that, so...

01:14:55.000 But that's my personal credit score.

01:15:01.000 Cool.

01:15:03.000 Alright.

01:15:06.000 Sure.

01:15:19.000 Okay, when you think of traditional pet supplements and treats, what flashes to your mind first?

01:15:23.000 The gross smell?

01:15:24.000 The slimy, moist texture?

01:15:26.000 Let's face it, why would you feed your family members snacks that are so foul-smelling and even worse-tasting than you'd ever think to eat yourself?

01:15:33.000 Also, how can it be good for them?

01:15:35.000 Bro, I ain't gonna lie, bro.

01:15:36.000 Pet food does smell terrible.

01:15:38.000 It does, bro. 1.00

01:15:38.000 Anytime I walk into somebody's house and I smell that shit, I'm like, what the fuck? 1.00

01:15:41.000 You dirty-ass... 1.00

01:15:42.000 Yo, bro, Hero gets Wagyu steak, premium chicken, and as well bacon. 1.00

01:15:47.000 Why do you feed him so well?

01:15:48.000 That's my nigga, man.

01:15:49.000 That's my son.

01:16:34.000 Well, in the Caribbean, they say vitamins.

01:16:35.000 Vitamins?

01:16:36.000 Okay.

01:16:36.000 Yeah, that's true.

01:16:37.000 Yeah, shout out to the Caribbean. 0.68

01:16:38.000 But shout out to Positive, man.

01:16:39.000 Yeah, shout out to Positive.

01:16:44.000 Yeah, I guess you can eat with Hero.

01:16:45.000 I'm getting all fours, though.

01:16:47.000 That's what ABBA does.

01:16:48.000 Okay, let's move on.

01:16:50.000 Cool.

01:16:51.000 How's it going, sir?

01:16:52.000 Yeah, man.

01:16:52.000 How's it going?

01:16:53.000 That was actually a go right there, man.

01:16:54.000 That was easy.

01:16:55.000 Okay, last point.

01:16:57.000 Yeah.

01:16:58.000 So we're going to cover the last point here on the list, and it's going to be foreclosures and bankruptcy.

01:17:06.000 So guys, back in 2008...

01:17:08.000 This is Super Saiyan Collections.

01:17:10.000 A bunch of people got property for next to nothing.

01:17:13.000 They just applied for loans, they got loans, got property.

01:17:16.000 You had a pulse, they gave it to you?

01:17:18.000 100%.

01:17:18.000 You just show up and they gave it to you.

01:17:20.000 Single moms, especially. 1.00

01:17:21.000 Yeah.

01:17:22.000 Anyhow, so they show up, get these loans, and then they can't pay the mortgage anymore.

01:17:28.000 And as a result, you know, things happen in life.

01:17:30.000 No one's perfect.

01:17:31.000 They lost their property and it's foreclosed upon.

01:17:34.000 Or, if you had a business, you fell for bankruptcy, and you said, you know what?

01:17:38.000 This company's dissolved.

01:17:39.000 I do not want to pay any more debts.

01:17:41.000 It is finished.

01:17:43.000 Now granted, these actual incidentals can cost you a lot of pain and suffering in the future because those actual ailments stay in your credit history for seven years plus.

01:17:55.000 Or seven years and about there.

01:17:57.000 Which means you're going to get another loan, they're going to say sayonara, nobody, you can't get it.

01:18:03.000 So you want to avoid at all costs getting a foreclosure or bring up Z. And guys, I'm telling you right now, man, paying off debt, it sucks, bro. 0.75

01:18:11.000 It's the biggest L you can take because damn, I gotta spend my money that I got right now on things I did in the past. 1.00

01:18:17.000 Man, this shit sucks. 1.00

01:18:19.000 But the benefit is you stay as a good member within the credit system to use your advantage later on. 1.00

01:18:27.000 Anyhow, what I'm saying is that right now, with these two things here I mentioned before, foreclosure and bankruptcy, this happens to you guys.

01:18:33.000 For seven years, you're stuck with this on your history, and it doesn't go away.

01:18:36.000 So to avoid this happening even in the first place, don't be in a spot at all.

01:18:41.000 I'm simply saying, guys, you don't buy what you can't afford.

01:18:44.000 If you can't afford it, guys, don't buy it.

01:18:46.000 And if it's a property, guys, you better have at least...

01:18:49.000 And this is at least, I would say, a year to two years of savings to pay your mortgage, at least, so that you can maintain while you find another job or do another business.

01:18:57.000 But if you're gonna buy a property, be house poor, I did at 1.2, be mindful, if you get foreclosed upon, you get bankruptcy, it will definitely destroy your credit, and it lasts for seven years, and guys, that's no joke at all. 0.97

01:19:11.000 Yeah, it will fuck you up, man. 0.99

01:19:13.000 It will fuck you up big time. 0.99

01:19:15.000 What else do we got here? 0.99

01:19:17.000 And that is it.

01:19:18.000 Okay, so we have something we want to share with you guys, too.

01:19:21.000 So you want to tell them about the letters?

01:19:22.000 Yes.

01:19:23.000 So guys, typically speaking, we have an issue where people have bad, I want to say, credit points, which means they have bad things that happen on the credit.

01:19:33.000 For example, they have a miscellaneous charge that they don't know about.

01:19:36.000 Repossessions are big.

01:19:37.000 Or collection.

01:19:38.000 Or, for example, a report on your credit.

01:19:42.000 Those things, guys, are not good at all.

01:19:45.000 What you can do is write a letter to these bureaus to make a statement or even tell them, hey, listen, that wasn't even me.

01:19:52.000 And you'd be surprised.

01:19:53.000 They have to respond to you no matter what.

01:19:55.000 If they don't respond to you, it gets cleared instantly.

01:19:58.000 So here's the good part about it, right?

01:20:00.000 Within, I believe, 30 to 90 days, if they don't respond to your actual letter that you send to them, Guess what, guys?

01:20:06.000 That charge or, for example, that actual credit point you have, repo, whatever that means, can't be taken off your credit completely because they have to respond legally within a time frame.

01:20:14.000 And if they don't...

01:20:15.000 And guess what happens with this actual setup here?

01:20:18.000 They're getting thousands of letters a day.

01:20:21.000 So it is very likely that they won't respond to your letter because...

01:20:24.000 You know, there's a lot of people hitting them up.

01:20:26.000 And as a result, you get off pretty much like Scott Free.

01:20:29.000 So that's a little hack we have there.

01:20:31.000 And Myron found a template for you guys to follow so you can use that anytime for free.

01:20:36.000 So we've got a free template here you can follow to get this done.

01:20:38.000 And as well, guys, listen, we get it.

01:20:40.000 Things happen to you.

01:20:42.000 You might get identity theft.

01:20:43.000 You might get things on your credit history.

01:20:45.000 You can get it taken off with this letter here.

01:20:46.000 Yeah.

01:20:47.000 Sample letter to credit bureaus disputing errors on credit reports.

01:20:50.000 So this uses a sample letter to dispute mistakes on your credit report.

01:20:54.000 Your letter should clearly identify each item if your report, in your report you dispute.

01:20:59.000 State of facts, explain what, can you make it bigger for me, Bills?

01:21:03.000 I'm blind.

01:21:06.000 This is where we are here.

01:21:07.000 Okay, state the facts, explain why you dispute the information and request that it be removed or corrected.

01:21:12.000 You may want to enclose a copy of your credit report with items and questions circled.

01:21:16.000 So guys, we've got a go-by for y'all that we're going to put in the description.

01:21:19.000 Is this the link right here for it?

01:21:20.000 Yeah, just come down.

01:21:21.000 Scroll down.

01:21:22.000 And this comes from the Consumer Protection thing.

01:21:25.000 So this is legal, by the way.

01:21:26.000 And also, guys, just keep in mind, people pay for this information. 0.99

01:21:30.000 We're going to give that shit for free. 0.83

01:21:31.000 Creators for these statements and these templates to use to get credit things taken off. 0.99

01:21:36.000 We're giving this for free here.

01:21:37.000 Yeah, we want you guys to make it.

01:21:39.000 All the love, man.

01:21:40.000 Hell yeah.

01:21:41.000 For free, absolutely.

01:21:42.000 So yeah, we went ahead and found this thing for you guys.

01:21:44.000 This is a go-by that you guys can use.

01:21:45.000 Just copy and paste, steal this, and then put your info in as needed.

01:21:49.000 And you can go ahead and dispute these credit card companies, guys.

01:21:52.000 And you're going to be surprised at how you can really get some of the stuff knocked off your credit card.

01:21:59.000 Report, because some of it can fuck you up, and this comes from the FTC, guys, so you know it's official.

01:22:03.000 100%.

01:22:03.000 Federal Trade Commission.

01:22:05.000 Alright, last shots here?

01:22:06.000 Yep, last shots.

01:22:08.000 Hey, W Money Monday, man.

01:22:09.000 Yeah, we got y'all, man. 0.99

01:22:10.000 Of course we got less viewers, of course, because people don't give a shit about it. 0.95

01:22:14.000 We got 4K Rumble, 1500 on YouTube, 4K X, that's pretty good, bro. 0.96

01:22:18.000 No, it is pretty good.

01:22:19.000 That's a good money Monday.

01:22:20.000 That's a great money Monday. 0.98

01:22:21.000 No, it is, it is, but it's just interesting to me how, like, People don't tune in for the shit that really could change their life. 0.98

01:22:26.000 You know what I mean? 0.98

01:22:27.000 Yeah.

01:22:27.000 Like, we got a guy in the chat that's going to give his mom a surgery she's been wanting for years.

01:22:31.000 Yeah.

01:22:32.000 Because of taking his advice.

01:22:33.000 We got a dude super chatting us money that he made on cashback.

01:22:35.000 W, man.

01:22:36.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:22:37.000 Like, yo, that brings a smile to my face, man.

01:22:39.000 Shout out to all you guys, man.

01:22:40.000 That's good stuff, bro.

01:22:41.000 Does adding to your available credit affect your in-process home purchase?

01:22:46.000 For example, I'm using my credit card to save cash to buy a home.

01:22:50.000 Will that affect my ability to buy the home?

01:22:51.000 New fan here in Castle Club now.

01:22:52.000 You guys changed my life, going to the gym, making 90K in the farming industry, great stuff.

01:22:55.000 Have the most control of my life ever.

01:22:57.000 Thank you for your constant brotherhood.

01:22:58.000 We got you, Jacoby.

01:22:59.000 Good job, bro.

01:23:00.000 Here's the thing, bro. 0.99

01:23:01.000 All I'm saying is that before they pull your credit, try to pay all your shit down. 0.99

01:23:04.000 Does that make sense? 0.99

01:23:05.000 Try to have all your shit paid down a week or two before they pull your credit. 0.99

01:23:09.000 Does that make sense? 0.99

01:23:11.000 JohnB2 goes, I only have a card under my mom, Capital One.

01:23:14.000 What is the best first card under only my name, and should I get the line under my mom?

01:23:18.000 Okay.

01:23:18.000 Hell no, bro.

01:23:19.000 You want to talk about authorized user?

01:23:20.000 Yeah, so, guys, if you're blessed enough to have your credit line tied to a good creditor, like your mother or auntie or uncle or father that trusts you, you trust them, and they have a high credit score, stay.

01:23:33.000 Stay as long as possible.

01:23:34.000 That right there, guys, is cheap code to heaven because that right there, you're basically absorbing their history and length of period of credit within yourself for nothing.

01:23:43.000 They just put you on their credit history and you build up credit length, time, and everything for nothing.

01:23:51.000 So stay as long as possible.

01:23:52.000 And honestly, man, at that point...

01:23:53.000 And then use that to open up your credit card, too.

01:23:54.000 Like, stay as an authorized user, but open up your line as well.

01:23:57.000 And he's saying, what's a good, like, first credit card?

01:24:00.000 Honestly, guys, my first card was a Trace Freedom, so that's what I did.

01:24:03.000 Oh, that's going to be hard for them to get off rip, though.

01:24:05.000 Well, no, no.

01:24:05.000 Hold on.

01:24:06.000 I was on my auntie's credit line for...

01:24:10.000 Six months?

01:24:11.000 And I was paying as well.

01:24:13.000 Remember my car, my other stuff.

01:24:15.000 And within that six month period, bro, I had a pretty good score to get that freedom card.

01:24:19.000 So if you do it correctly, my aunt had a maximum score.

01:24:23.000 She had 850.

01:24:24.000 So she had a high score.

01:24:25.000 For some of you guys, like, okay, let's assume that your authorized user isn't the greatest or you might not have that ability to, like, you know, have other loans in your name or whatever.

01:24:33.000 Yeah.

01:24:33.000 Just get to Discover It.

01:24:34.000 Guys, that's a really good starter credit card.

01:24:36.000 You can get one secured and unsecured.

01:24:38.000 Or if you get the one that's secured where you got to put some money down on it, you can transition it over to an unsecured credit card later on.

01:24:44.000 So it's a really good starter credit card.

01:24:46.000 And we did a whole episode on this, guys.

01:24:47.000 Please go watch it.

01:24:48.000 Beginner credit cards.

01:24:49.000 I don't know if we...

01:24:50.000 Have we done one for 2024 yet?

01:24:51.000 We have.

01:24:51.000 No, no.

01:24:52.000 We did one a while ago.

01:24:54.000 We haven't done one for 2024 yet?

01:24:55.000 I don't believe so.

01:24:56.000 We did business and we did personal, I think?

01:25:00.000 Alright, we gotta double check.

01:25:01.000 But we do have beginner credit cards, guys.

01:25:04.000 Go check that out.

01:25:05.000 But the one that comes off the top of my head is that Discover is a very good one.

01:25:09.000 The only thing that sucks about Discover is they're not accepted everywhere like that.

01:25:13.000 See, I wanted a Visa because Visa is anywhere.

01:25:16.000 Visa, MasterCard.

01:25:17.000 The pro tip for you guys, always have at least one Visa and or one MasterCard on you at all times.

01:25:23.000 Even though I'm an American Express guy, I understand that Visa and MasterCard are just master race, bro.

01:25:28.000 They're going to be accepted everywhere.

01:25:29.000 And then especially if you're an international guy, you like to travel internationally, Oh man, I found this out the hard way.

01:25:34.000 Guys, always have a Visa MasterCard if you're going internationally.

01:25:37.000 And try to get a travel credit card, like a Capital One Venture, one of these cards that doesn't have transaction fees, foreign transaction fees.

01:25:43.000 I'll give you a tip.

01:25:43.000 So, well, pause.

01:25:45.000 One of my Chase cards, I put one under my mom's name, sent it to Barbados, and she uses it with no fees.

01:25:52.000 So she doesn't have to spend money at all. 0.99

01:25:53.000 Her money is only my money. 0.76

01:25:54.000 Okay, gotcha.

01:25:56.000 So you made her an authorized user on your account.

01:25:58.000 Yeah.

01:25:59.000 So that works as well, yeah.

01:26:00.000 Yeah, guys, if you're going to be abroad a lot, you want to get a travel credit card, that doesn't give you foreign transaction fees.

01:26:06.000 Okay, because that adds up. 0.99

01:26:07.000 It becomes a pain in the ass. 0.98

01:26:10.000 Travel credit cards almost always never have foreign transaction fees, so just keep that in mind. 0.98

01:26:15.000 But what was I talking about before?

01:26:18.000 That was one other thing I was going to add to that.

01:26:20.000 We were mentioning doing episode...

01:26:21.000 No, oh, yes, yes.

01:26:23.000 The starter credit cards, it's out there, guys.

01:26:25.000 Search Fretish and Fit starter credit cards, and it's there.

01:26:27.000 That'll be one of your cards that you can use.

01:26:30.000 Okay.

01:26:31.000 Is it better to get multiple credit cards when you run a business, personal credit use, or increase the limit of one card, bank and Navy, Fed, and currently have one cash rewards card?

01:26:42.000 Okay, so this is what I always say.

01:26:44.000 Have one travel credit card, have one cashback credit card, and then have one, what I call like a multi-purpose card that gives you all kinds of benefits.

01:26:51.000 You mentioned Freedom to Flex, which is a fantastic card for that.

01:26:53.000 Yeah.

01:26:54.000 I think one Visa, one Amex, and maybe one external One Visa, one MasterCard, one...

01:27:01.000 Yeah, anything.

01:27:02.000 One Visa, one MasterCard, for sure, and then one Amex, and then if you want to have a Discover...

01:27:05.000 I don't have any Discover cards, but there are good Discover cards out there.

01:27:09.000 But yeah, Moe's letting you guys know that he has a Discover card.

01:27:15.000 Man!

01:27:15.000 I got it from you guys!

01:27:17.000 There you go.

01:27:17.000 Oh, which one did you get?

01:27:18.000 Discover It.

01:27:19.000 Oh, you got the Discover It?

01:27:20.000 Oh, you want to talk about it then, since you got it?

01:27:22.000 How did you get it?

01:27:23.000 I found out because I wasn't part of the team yet.

01:27:25.000 I think you guys did this in 2021.

01:27:28.000 Okay.

01:27:29.000 So it was a discovery.

01:27:30.000 It was one of the beginning credit cards.

01:27:32.000 It takes you in when my credit was a little lower.

01:27:37.000 What was your credit score when you got it originally?

01:27:39.000 About 650. 1.00

01:27:41.000 Damn, nigga, you brokey. 1.00

01:27:43.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. 1.00

01:27:44.000 Hey, man, it's a start.

01:27:45.000 It's a start.

01:27:46.000 I'm in the 700.

01:27:47.000 It's a start.

01:27:47.000 Now you're in the 700 though, right?

01:27:48.000 Yes, I will.

01:27:48.000 Let's go, baby.

01:27:49.000 And actually, even before I discovered you guys, I was about five.

01:27:54.000 I was like 500, like 550, 560.

01:27:56.000 So you were at 650 when you saw the show.

01:27:57.000 Yes.

01:27:57.000 What card did you...

01:27:58.000 You got to discover it unsecured?

01:27:59.000 Yes.

01:28:00.000 Yes.

01:28:00.000 Or no, secured.

01:28:01.000 Secured, secured, secured.

01:28:01.000 You got a secured one.

01:28:02.000 Yes.

01:28:02.000 How did you go about, for the audience, because this is actually important, because there's a bunch of y'all right now that probably need to start a credit card.

01:28:07.000 How'd you transition over to the unsecured one?

01:28:10.000 It's an extremely easy process.

01:28:13.000 Tell them, how'd you do it?

01:28:14.000 I had clicked the link that you guys had sent in the show at the time, and then all I had to do, because I had to use it a couple more times, apply.

01:28:23.000 There were times I had to send a letter.

01:28:25.000 Very similar to this, and they ended up approving it.

01:28:28.000 Especially when my credit got up to $700.

01:28:32.000 It was about $720 when I ended up applying for the unsecured.

01:28:35.000 How long did you have the unsecured before you transitioned over to the unsecured?

01:28:40.000 Two years.

01:28:41.000 Moe. 0.93

01:28:41.000 Okay, you didn't have to wait that long. 0.93

01:28:42.000 Yeah, I didn't.

01:28:43.000 I just wanted to be on the safe side.

01:28:46.000 Can we send them the link for this Discover It card?

01:28:48.000 Yes, I can.

01:28:49.000 That's pretty good.

01:28:50.000 Oh, on Castle Club?

01:28:51.000 Yeah, yeah, we'll send it.

01:28:51.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:28:52.000 Yeah, that's the one I always recommend.

01:28:53.000 There's another good one.

01:28:54.000 It's called The Petal.

01:28:56.000 Oh, yeah.

01:28:57.000 We have it in the episode, too.

01:28:59.000 That one might be a Visa or MasterCard.

01:29:00.000 I forget.

01:29:01.000 But that one's good, too.

01:29:02.000 But these are really good starter credit cards. 0.99

01:29:04.000 I mean, Mo had his shit for two years. 0.94

01:29:05.000 Guys, you don't got to wait that long, just like a month or two, and you'll probably be able to transition over to the unsecured. 0.99

01:29:09.000 You can upgrade to a better card later on if you can get it secured.

01:29:13.000 Yeah, and the difference, guys, is when it's secured, you have to put money down, right?

01:29:17.000 And it kind of operates like a debit card, but it builds your credit up, too.

01:29:20.000 So use it for a month or two and then switch over to unsecured as quickly as you can.

01:29:23.000 I also want to say the more you use it and the more you pay back, they actually up your limit.

01:29:29.000 They upped my limit, and I didn't even ask.

01:29:31.000 There you go.

01:29:32.000 That's good.

01:29:33.000 So they just do it because they know it's a beginner credit card, so they just do it for you.

01:29:36.000 That's good.

01:29:37.000 That's really good.

01:29:38.000 Yeah, there you go, guys.

01:29:39.000 And again, none of these credit card companies are paying us.

01:29:40.000 We just want y'all to get the sauce.

01:29:42.000 I wonder if Chris took this advice, that bum. 1.00

01:29:44.000 I think he did.

01:29:45.000 No, I think He did?

01:29:46.000 He better have, man.

01:29:47.000 He's been here longest.

01:29:48.000 Okay.

01:29:49.000 Hey, is it better to get...

01:29:50.000 Oh, we got that one.

01:29:51.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.

01:29:52.000 So, yeah, that's how you set it up, guys.

01:29:53.000 So, my credit card stack, I got two...

01:29:55.000 Well, you want one good travel credit card, one cashback credit card, and then one multi-purpose credit card.

01:30:00.000 And then if you want, you want to really flex.

01:30:02.000 Like, let's say you shop at a certain place, you can go ahead and get one card that's specific to that location.

01:30:06.000 Like, you mentioned the Macy's card before.

01:30:08.000 Yeah.

01:30:09.000 You know, if you like to shop at Macy's or whatever.

01:30:11.000 Those are kind of lame, though.

01:30:11.000 Yeah, those are lame.

01:30:12.000 But, like, you get discounts and rewards if you shop there all the time.

01:30:15.000 So if you shop there all the time...

01:30:15.000 Oh, Apple Card.

01:30:17.000 Amazon.

01:30:17.000 I have an Apple Card.

01:30:18.000 I have an Amazon Card, too.

01:30:20.000 The Amazon Card, I ain't gonna lie.

01:30:21.000 The Prime Card is worth it, guys.

01:30:23.000 Because you get, like... 0.99

01:30:24.000 You're pretty much Amazon Prime for free all the shit. 0.79

01:30:27.000 So depending on where you shop and stuff like that, it might be worth it to have a specific card that you can use at certain merchants. 0.96

01:30:33.000 So, like, the Apple Card, I think, gives you back...

01:30:36.000 3%, it's 1.5% all the time.

01:30:38.000 The terms change, so forgive me if I'm wrong here.

01:30:40.000 The credit card terms always change, guys.

01:30:41.000 If it becomes too OP, they nerf it.

01:30:43.000 But I think you get 3% to 5% cash back when you buy Apple products.

01:30:47.000 That's pretty good.

01:30:48.000 That Prime is my favorite one.

01:30:50.000 The Prime is a good one.

01:30:51.000 I think that's a no-brainer. 0.90

01:30:52.000 If you shop on Amazon, bro, or Whole Foods and shit like that, the Prime card is a no-brainer. 0.80

01:30:57.000 You get so much cash back on Whole Foods. 0.99

01:30:59.000 You get like 5% cash back on Whole Foods or some wild shit like that.

01:31:03.000 And they haven't nerfed it for a long time.

01:31:05.000 That's good. 0.99

01:31:05.000 Damn. 0.99

01:31:07.000 When we make purchases using credit cards, is it better we pay it off the same day or later? 0.99

01:31:11.000 It doesn't matter.

01:31:12.000 I mean, if you want to pay it that same day and bring your limit down to zero, that's personal preference.

01:31:16.000 The point is just try to always keep it under 30%.

01:31:19.000 Keep it under 30% recurring most of the time.

01:31:23.000 Man, Myron, and Fresh are busy guys. 0.99

01:31:25.000 I do this credit shit. 0.99

01:31:26.000 I do the same shit Andrew and Bessie does. 1.00

01:31:28.000 Y'all might as well get the help y'all need from your brother's cast club, which is me. 1.00

01:31:33.000 Alright, nigga. 1.00

01:31:33.000 Self promo. 1.00

01:31:35.000 Okay, bro.

01:31:36.000 Evan F. Crew, what's going on?

01:31:38.000 How would someone who has filed for bankruptcy rebuild their credit correctly?

01:31:41.000 Person is in their early 30s now and just got a new job making 80k. 0.99

01:31:44.000 That shit's gonna hang over you for seven years, my friend. 0.99

01:31:47.000 Yeah, I mean... 1.00

01:31:47.000 It is what it is. 1.00

01:31:50.000 We give you guys these tips so you don't ever have to file for bankruptcy.

01:31:54.000 Yeah, hopefully not.

01:31:55.000 That's the mission here. 0.97

01:31:56.000 Because that fucks you up. 1.00

01:31:57.000 AV says, Myrie, we didn't forget when you slid that credit card down that stripper's butt crack just like Nelly. 1.00

01:32:02.000 It was actually my Husky card. 0.96

01:32:05.000 What? 0.99

01:32:05.000 What the fuck is that? 0.99

01:32:06.000 I'm trying to use Husky Dollars. 1.00

01:32:09.000 Your story?

01:32:10.000 Yeah, because my buddy, what happened was, we were at a strip club.

01:32:14.000 This was years ago.

01:32:15.000 I know, I know.

01:32:15.000 Yeah, so I used my college ID. So what ended up happening, we're at the strip club.

01:32:19.000 This is in Hartford. 1.00

01:32:20.000 What the fuck? 1.00

01:32:21.000 I forget what the name is. 1.00

01:32:22.000 What's a...

01:32:24.000 Yo, type in Strip Club Hartford.

01:32:25.000 I'll tell you guys what the name it is. 0.92

01:32:26.000 I ain't from there, nigga. 0.86

01:32:27.000 No, no, no.

01:32:28.000 Mo's gonna just Google it for me real quick.

01:32:29.000 I'll tell you what it is.

01:32:30.000 So my buddy's there. 0.99

01:32:30.000 He's fucking drunk as hell. 0.99

01:32:31.000 He's just like... 1.00

01:32:32.000 He's like throwing money at the fucking stage and shit, right? 1.00

01:32:36.000 And he's Asian, so it's even funnier because I didn't know if his eyes were closed or not. 1.00

01:32:39.000 Like this, right? 1.00

01:32:42.000 Jeremy, you know who I'm talking about, motherfucker. 1.00

01:32:44.000 It's called Minx? 1.00

01:32:45.000 Not Minx, no.

01:32:46.000 It was Vixen?

01:32:48.000 They're probably closed now.

01:32:49.000 Gold Club? 0.99

01:32:50.000 Some shit like that. 1.00

01:32:51.000 Gold something, maybe? 1.00

01:32:52.000 It's like a branch. 1.00

01:32:53.000 It's like a fucking thing. 1.00

01:32:54.000 Anyway, so he's over there throwing money drunk as fuck, right? 1.00

01:32:57.000 So I'm like, bro, what the fuck are you doing? 0.99

01:32:58.000 I take the money off the stage and I give it back to him. 1.00

01:33:01.000 And I pull out my fucking Husky card. 1.00

01:33:03.000 I'm like 20 years old doing this stupid shit, 21 or something like that. 1.00

01:33:06.000 Pull out my fucking husky car because I was in college at the time, and I tried to slide it down her ass crack, and they fucking kicked me out the fucking car for that shit. 1.00

01:33:12.000 If you did that shit in Miami, bro, it would come out to you so fast, bro. 1.00

01:33:15.000 Nigga say, get the fuck out of here, man. 1.00

01:33:17.000 Yeah, Martin not even denying the allegations, bro. 0.99

01:33:20.000 Yeah, it was funny as hell, man. 0.98

01:33:22.000 Yeah, that nigga just kicked me out so fast. 1.00

01:33:24.000 That's the old story. 0.96

01:33:25.000 Is it Gold Club?

01:33:26.000 Gold Club, yeah.

01:33:27.000 Gold Club?

01:33:27.000 Right there, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:33:28.000 Okay.

01:33:29.000 Oh, it is.

01:33:30.000 They're saying it is closed now.

01:33:31.000 It is closed? 1.00

01:33:32.000 Yeah, fuck that place. 1.00

01:33:34.000 Damn. 1.00

01:33:34.000 A couple of niggas must have went over there and tried to pay on Husky dollars and they said, fuck this, we don't take that tender. 1.00

01:33:38.000 Oh, man. 0.99

01:33:38.000 I was next based a few minutes ago after Marcel said federal government, I will say that you should have cornered him with how the federal government get that fund. 0.99

01:33:45.000 That's what I said, bro.

01:33:45.000 I said, who's going to pay for it?

01:33:46.000 Marcel gave an empty answer and led with your background because you didn't have an answer.

01:33:50.000 You escaped. 0.98

01:33:50.000 You're a trap. 0.98

01:33:51.000 However, Marcel doesn't know how money works 100% out.

01:33:53.000 Yeah, bro. 1.00

01:33:54.000 I mean, they're stupid. 1.00

01:33:54.000 These guys say the government's going to pay for it, but who funds the government? 1.00

01:33:57.000 The middle class.

01:33:59.000 I'm ahead of my payments.

01:34:00.000 Can my credit score take a toll if I split my payments to stay under 30% utility?

01:34:04.000 Hit the like button and just...

01:34:05.000 I'm ahead of my payments.

01:34:08.000 Just keep it under 30% on everything, bro.

01:34:11.000 Mine are fresh.

01:34:12.000 I just hired my first employee for my mobile detail business.

01:34:14.000 He's my cousin, but you got to start somewhere.

01:34:15.000 Thank you for inspiring me, FNF. Can I get it down to Marco?

01:34:18.000 For a dollar, nigga, no. 1.00

01:34:23.000 You try to be one of them boys, man. 0.98

01:34:27.000 Okay, and by 100%, I mean Marcel, because he thinks black people don't spend on drugs and alcohol or diet chargers.

01:34:34.000 Look what happened when the stimulus checks was handed out.

01:34:36.000 People still have less than 500 to 100K. Reparations.

01:34:41.000 Marcel don't know shit, just want free shit. 1.00

01:34:42.000 Facts, bro, he does. 1.00

01:34:43.000 That's funny. 1.00

01:34:44.000 Because I was in a space before this arguing with some dumb fucking FBA. Hey, FNF, I asked my seven-year-old son what he wanted to do when he grows up. 1.00

01:34:53.000 He said he wants to own a gas station for free snacks.

01:34:56.000 Anyways, I think it'd be a good business, a good idea to make Money Monday for owning gas stations.

01:35:01.000 Would y'all consider it?

01:35:01.000 You know any Indians?

01:35:04.000 I don't actually, but maybe we could do that for y'all in the future.

01:35:06.000 We'll find some Durkis, man. 1.00

01:35:07.000 I have a question.

01:35:08.000 I got a new job, but I had a huge pay cut and I'm behind on a couple of credit card payments.

01:35:12.000 Lowered my credit score and I need your advice.

01:35:15.000 Don't know what to do.

01:35:16.000 What would you guys do if we were in my situation?

01:35:19.000 Love you guys.

01:35:19.000 Keep going.

01:35:19.000 You have to pay your debt off.

01:35:21.000 Guys, imagine there's a chain and a ball tied to your leg, and that's your debt, bro.

01:35:26.000 That needs to be paramount with your success.

01:35:28.000 You need to make more money, bro. 0.99

01:35:29.000 It sucks, bro, but your goal should be to have two to three jobs to pay that shit off. 1.00

01:35:34.000 And keep that shit running, bro. 1.00

01:35:36.000 Because, dude, you being in debt, bro, with credit, it's gonna fuck you up. 1.00

01:35:39.000 Yeah, consumer debt is the worst debt. 0.98

01:35:40.000 It's gonna fuck you up. 0.52

01:35:41.000 And the problem is that with these credit card companies, the interest rate can go from 17% all the way up to like 27%, et cetera. 0.99

01:35:46.000 So, bro, you pay that shit off, you gotta get in the job, and you gotta make more money, my friend. 0.97

01:35:50.000 No excuses. 0.99

01:35:51.000 Shout out to my boy, Big Mo.

01:35:53.000 It's cool getting a reply back on Instagram, WFNF, and CC Nomamezway.

01:35:58.000 Nomamezway.

01:35:58.000 I currently have 70,000 personal credit limit, and I wanted to pay off my truck I bought two years ago for 24k.

01:36:03.000 I sent my boy, I trust 100%, 7,000, he sends it back to my PayPal.

01:36:06.000 I use my credit card to send it, which I do lose 3%, but I get 2% back.

01:36:10.000 And I put a flex pay for monthly payments with zero interest, zero monthly down on my offer, and then having a high credit score of 767 plus truck is 100% paid off in my own bank.

01:36:19.000 So this is how them boys feel.

01:36:20.000 Feels great.

01:36:21.000 WFNF, WCAS. Shout out to you, brother.

01:36:24.000 We teach you guys that shit, man. 0.99

01:36:27.000 Myron Fresh, my question is, why was Trump's recent case dropped, and what are your guys' opinions on the judge who dropped it? 0.99

01:36:32.000 If you can't answer now, could you save the question and answer it?

01:36:34.000 Yeah, we are.

01:36:35.000 Actually, Hinkle and Zerk are here, guys, so we're going to talk about that actually next show.

01:36:40.000 Stay tuned.

01:36:40.000 Myron, be like this every time you see Fresh's waves.

01:36:43.000 Yeah, his waves are trash, bro. 0.99

01:36:44.000 What are you talking about, bro? 1.00

01:36:45.000 This shit's fire, man. 1.00

01:36:46.000 Question, if I got a gym membership with a prepaid debit card and never canceled and the dudes keep adding up, would it eventually come back as collections? 1.00

01:36:52.000 Potentially.

01:36:53.000 It depends if they're going to do that.

01:36:55.000 Zitterin, shout out to FNF Money Monday. 0.99

01:36:57.000 Bro, just cancel that shit and switch it to another card. 0.99

01:37:01.000 Zataran goes, Shout out FNAF Money Clips. 0.99

01:37:03.000 This is extremely valuable content being provided to us for free, which is insane.

01:37:06.000 These credit episodes are always gems.

01:37:08.000 Take it from me, I started with nothing to now.

01:37:10.000 I'm sitting at a 757 credit score with two personal credit cards and business card.

01:37:13.000 Thanks to FNAF. Let's fucking go. 0.99

01:37:14.000 Shout out to you, baby. 1.00

01:37:16.000 I don't want to hear no shit about paywall, nigga. 1.00

01:37:18.000 This shit is crazy advice, bro. 0.99

01:37:20.000 And that's why we make sure we give this to you guys for free. 1.00

01:37:22.000 Hell, bro, if you guys do this right, you can literally pay for your Catholic Club membership off your fucking points. 0.99

01:37:27.000 And get cash back. 0.99

01:37:28.000 And get cash back.

01:37:29.000 And travel for free.

01:37:30.000 Yeah.

01:37:31.000 What else do we got here?

01:37:33.000 How many more chats?

01:37:34.000 Real Ninja Alert.

01:37:35.000 Alright, shout out to you.

01:37:37.000 I don't know what that is.

01:37:38.000 I usually have two tabs open, Castle Club and Rumble while watching, but the playlist on Rumble is super impressive, WMO. Thank you, Mo, so much for doing that, bro.

01:37:44.000 Shout out to you.

01:37:47.000 You guys are literally going to get all of our content there organized for you guys because Rumble is the home base, guys.

01:37:53.000 Which, by the way, if you guys are watching on Rumble, open up another tab and watch this on YouTube, too.

01:37:56.000 I'm AK Underwater on the value of my 23 Charger.

01:37:59.000 How can I get out the loan with Navy Federal?

01:38:01.000 It's literally my income. 0.67

01:38:02.000 Bro, this nigga, bro. 1.00

01:38:03.000 Brother. 0.99

01:38:04.000 Yo! 1.00

01:38:04.000 Okay, you know, I'm not gonna yell at you because you probably came in late when Fresh fucking told you guys for like the better part of a year to not buy a car. 1.00

01:38:10.000 Yeah. 0.94

01:38:10.000 But Fresh, what do you want to tell him? 0.94

01:38:11.000 Go ahead.

01:38:12.000 You're the car guy.

01:38:13.000 So, uh... 1.00

01:38:14.000 Listen, brother, just keeping it real, bro, you're a dumbass. 0.99

01:38:18.000 Now, granted, hopefully you didn't see that episode so this would make more sense to you, but just so you know, man, buying a car nowadays... 1.00

01:38:25.000 He's under.

01:38:26.000 Hold on. 0.99

01:38:26.000 Buying a car nowadays, especially if it's a new car, is an L. You bought a Charger note, too, so you know he's a nigga. 0.99

01:38:31.000 Yeah, exactly. 0.83

01:38:32.000 Now, granted though, how do you fix this issue currently?

01:38:37.000 The only way is to pay it off.

01:38:39.000 And it sucks because this lesson right here, bro, will stay with you forever.

01:38:42.000 Listen, it happened to me, bro. 1.00

01:38:43.000 I bought a brand new car like an idiot. 1.00

01:38:44.000 I thought it was cool. 1.00

01:38:45.000 It was a Hyundai Elantra 2019 or whatever.

01:38:49.000 Bro, listen, bro.

01:38:50.000 The pain I felt paying off that difference in what I owed, which is called basically your under...

01:38:57.000 Water.

01:38:57.000 I lost like what?

01:38:58.000 7k? 0.80

01:38:59.000 And back then, nigga, I was broke.

01:39:01.000 So I'll tell you what, that pain that I felt back then, bro, is here today.

01:39:05.000 So brother, the facts are, you gotta pay off, bro.

01:39:08.000 It's what it is.

01:39:08.000 You have to pay off.

01:39:09.000 Or, what you can do, this is a little trick here, find a cheaper car, like a Toyota, Honda, something like that, and transfer that balance to that new car, and there's gonna be a difference you gotta pay, but at least you get it through your car with the difference.

01:39:22.000 But honestly, just pay it off, bro, at this point.

01:39:25.000 Yeah.

01:39:25.000 That's all you can do.

01:39:26.000 Damn, bro. 0.99

01:39:27.000 Because remember, whenever you do a car loan, bro, you sign on dotted line, I'm paying this in full, or... 0.99

01:39:32.000 What if he tries to sell it?

01:39:33.000 He could try to sell it.

01:39:35.000 The thing with selling those, like, chargers, bro, dime a dozen.

01:39:39.000 And whatever you owe, I guarantee you're not going to make from the sale.

01:39:42.000 Yeah.

01:39:42.000 Because the values of the cars are way down.

01:39:44.000 Like, dude, there's so many cars...

01:39:45.000 And it's a 2023 Charger.

01:39:47.000 Bro, the repo locks are full.

01:39:48.000 AK Underwater on the value.

01:39:50.000 Bro, the repo locks are full, bro, of cars.

01:39:52.000 Actually, they're maxed out, honestly.

01:39:54.000 People can't repossess 24-7. 0.99

01:39:56.000 Anybody that's watching right now, guys, don't fucking finance a car. 0.99

01:39:59.000 Don't, bro. 0.99

01:40:00.000 This is one of the worst car markets ever, like right now.

01:40:03.000 Even me, bro.

01:40:03.000 I lost money on the Labo.

01:40:04.000 Yeah.

01:40:06.000 That's a special car, bro. 0.94

01:40:07.000 All you guys that are out here trying to buy new cars and shit like that? 1.00

01:40:09.000 No, don't fucking do it, man. 1.00

01:40:10.000 Don't do it, bro. 1.00

01:40:10.000 Don't even get a loan on one, right? 1.00

01:40:11.000 Nah, bro.

01:40:12.000 Like, if they're going to buy a car, what?

01:40:13.000 Just get a beater and buy a cash?

01:40:14.000 If you've got a business and it's going to actually help you with taxes, the payments, the lease payments, then yes, I would do it.

01:40:21.000 Over 6,000 pounds, business, that makes sense.

01:40:23.000 Yes, because 80% of the value of the car you can use as a write-off.

01:40:26.000 It's no longer 100% like it used to be when Trump was in.

01:40:28.000 Yeah.

01:40:29.000 So just keep that in mind, guys.

01:40:30.000 You're not going to get the same aggressive write-off that you could with the 6,000-pound cars anymore.

01:40:34.000 So keep that in mind. 0.98

01:40:35.000 They changed the fucking load. 0.96

01:40:36.000 I can do a whole episode on what you should and shouldn't do because, bro, I made some mistakes, too, even me at this point. 0.98

01:40:39.000 Didn't we do an episode on cars already?

01:40:41.000 Wait a minute.

01:40:41.000 I got some more stuff.

01:40:42.000 Oh, newer shit? 0.99

01:40:43.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:40:44.000 Actually, you know what?

01:40:45.000 I can give it to them.

01:40:46.000 Okay.

01:40:46.000 Yeah.

01:40:47.000 So we'll talk.

01:40:48.000 So I gotta talk about the elephant in the room.

01:40:50.000 Ninjas don't trust credit. 0.90

01:40:51.000 Several of my homies use debit cash with 600 credit scores and they have bread but don't trust credit because white man. 1.00

01:40:55.000 They're idiots. 1.00

01:40:56.000 Even my close homie spending the past six years to save cash for a house cash even though he has a 750 credit score and bar goes higher because housing prices. 1.00

01:41:06.000 Black folks just don't trust credit and we need to fix that WFNF. Yeah man, that's why we're trying to educate you guys this stuff. 1.00

01:41:10.000 Guys, I mean, I'll just be honest with y'all. 1.00

01:41:12.000 If you're buying a house cash, you're fucking stupid. 1.00

01:41:14.000 I just don't know what to tell you. 1.00

01:41:16.000 I'm just going to call a spade a fucking spade. 1.00

01:41:18.000 If you're buying a house cash, you're fucking low IQ and stupid. 1.00

01:41:23.000 Okay? 1.00

01:41:24.000 The only time you should ever, ever fucking buy a house cash... 0.98

01:41:27.000 Really, this is the only thing I could think of. 0.98

01:41:30.000 Oh, two options.

01:41:31.000 Either A, you don't have the time to do a conventional deal, and it's the end of the year, and you want to go ahead and get that house into your portfolio before the year ends.

01:41:38.000 That's one option.

01:41:39.000 Or, it's off-market deal and the seller's only accepting cash.

01:41:43.000 That's the only time you should be doing deals cash, guys, to be honest with y'all. 0.98

01:41:46.000 Because you want to tie up all this fucking capital and buy house cash? 0.96

01:41:49.000 Well, you could have taken that cash situation, let's say, and buy like four! 0.99

01:41:52.000 And use loans!

01:41:53.000 And then guess what?

01:41:55.000 Guys, it's very simple, right?

01:41:56.000 We'll do a quick math for you.

01:41:57.000 Let's say you have $400,000, right?

01:42:01.000 You could buy one house cash, right? 1.00

01:42:02.000 Like a fucking moron, right? 1.00

01:42:04.000 And you get that one house, and you get the tax benefits of that one house. 1.00

01:42:07.000 Or, you could take that $400,000, buy four houses, put 25% down on each house, and now you basically, you just acquired $1.60 million worth of property.

01:42:18.000 Guess what you could do with each of those properties?

01:42:20.000 Because each one's worth $400,000.

01:42:22.000 You get to go ahead and aggressively deduct off of cost segregation and off of depreciation on $1.6 million worth versus only $400,000.

01:42:32.000 There you go.

01:42:33.000 That is the power of leverage, guys.

01:42:35.000 Because remember, 27 and a half years for residential properties per year.

01:42:39.000 You want to talk money?

01:42:40.000 That's how you do it.

01:42:43.000 Guys, please, don't buy houses cash unless it's the two situations I gave you.

01:42:49.000 The owner isn't accepting anything else except for cash, and it's a good deal. 0.94

01:42:53.000 Or B, and it better be a goddamn 10% ROI or better, by the way. 1.00

01:42:57.000 So, for example, you spent $400,000 on that fucking house, you better be getting $4,000 cash on rent, motherfuckers. 1.00

01:43:03.000 Didn't Snickle buy his house cash? 1.00

01:43:05.000 He did, but that was for religious reasons.

01:43:06.000 I guess the third reason is for if you don't want to be involved with usury.

01:43:10.000 This nigga, bro. 1.00

01:43:11.000 But, you know. 0.99

01:43:12.000 Alright.

01:43:12.000 Which I understand.

01:43:13.000 I can respect that.

01:43:14.000 Because in Islam they forbid it.

01:43:16.000 But, bro, dude, you know what I mean?

01:43:19.000 You're putting yourself at a significant financial disadvantage if you want to acquire wealth and be able to build long-standing stuff.

01:43:26.000 Because when you're buying houses in cash, bro, you've got to take so long to build capital.

01:43:30.000 The average American isn't going to be able to save.

01:43:31.000 The average home nowadays, guys, single family, is like $350,000 to $400,000. 0.99

01:43:35.000 The average American's not going to be able to save up that amount of liquid and buy a fucking house cash? 0.99

01:43:39.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:43:40.000 What the fuck? 1.00

01:43:41.000 It's crazy. 1.00

01:43:41.000 As long as it's possible. 1.00

01:43:42.000 That's wild.

01:43:43.000 Anyway.

01:43:45.000 Message your sand ninja on IG and he didn't respond for the channel whitelist.

01:43:48.000 Is he a habibi? 1.00

01:43:49.000 Oh.

01:43:50.000 He means noble.

01:43:51.000 Noble.

01:43:52.000 Would you be interested in a reliable sand ninja like myself?

01:43:55.000 And this is from Menline Ninja.

01:43:57.000 Yeah, I don't know.

01:43:58.000 Where'd you message him?

01:43:59.000 On Twitter?

01:44:00.000 Message him on Twitter now, bro.

01:44:01.000 Me when Trump got shot.

01:44:03.000 Okay.

01:44:04.000 Yeah, Noble's here, by the way.

01:44:05.000 Right now, Trump.

01:44:05.000 Okay.

01:44:07.000 How many more do we got?

01:44:08.000 Because we got to close this thing, guys.

01:44:09.000 We got the bros in the house.

01:44:10.000 Two more? 0.74

01:44:10.000 Okay. 0.74

01:44:11.000 Matt goes, I'm 22 making six figures in blue collar industry.

01:44:14.000 Me and my brother just recently bought our first duplex.

01:44:16.000 What steps should we take after purchasing this property?

01:44:19.000 That's good.

01:44:20.000 Get your next one.

01:44:21.000 Keep on going.

01:44:23.000 I have five credit cards, $200, $300 credit on each.

01:44:26.000 Low amounts.

01:44:27.000 Went through hard times.

01:44:28.000 All accounts charged off.

01:44:30.000 Should I pay them or should I open a secured credit card and just start fresh stuff?

01:44:34.000 No, pay those down to zero, my friend. 0.99

01:44:36.000 Pay them shits down to zero, bro. 1.00

01:44:37.000 Nigga, you won't even be able to open another line if you owe money. 1.00

01:44:39.000 I don't understand how niggas have debt and don't want to pay the debt off. 1.00

01:44:48.000 I'm like, fuck, I owe this person money, owe this person money. 0.99

01:44:50.000 Nigga, I feel like shit. 1.00

01:44:51.000 The hell, man. 1.00

01:44:52.000 How do you go about life in debt? 0.90

01:44:54.000 Niggas walk in the Foot Locker to buy some new Jordans when they owe $100,000. 1.00

01:44:57.000 What the fuck wrong with y'all, man? 0.99

01:44:58.000 Bro, you want to know how serious it is, bro? 0.99

01:45:00.000 I just spent... 0.99

01:45:01.000 This is me being transparent as fuck. 0.99

01:45:05.000 A bunch of money to pay off this car that I don't want no more. 0.99

01:45:10.000 I lost money because remember I got hit in my Lambo?

01:45:12.000 Lamborghini, yeah.

01:45:13.000 It was like what?

01:45:33.000 You guys are probably wondering, why'd he stop the chains and be a fucking black dude? 1.00
