00:02:22.000 Part two, let's go!
00:03:13.000 Right.
00:03:13.000 And we are live.
00:03:14.000 What's up, guys?
00:03:15.000 Welcome to the Fresh Fit Podcast, man.
00:03:17.000 It is Labor Day, a.k.a.
00:03:19.000 Nobody's working.
00:03:20.000 Nobody's working.
00:03:21.000 They call it Labor Day, but nobody's working, man.
00:03:24.000 So we're going to go ahead and teach you guys how to make some money when other people aren't working and, you know, basically escape your nine-to-five, man.
00:03:30.000 Today's going to be a really good episode.
00:03:31.000 I'm really excited to do it.
00:03:32.000 This is a part two on Amazon FBA. Which stands for...
00:03:38.000 Fulfilled by Amazon.
00:03:39.000 Fulfilled by Amazon.
00:03:40.000 We gave y'all a part one about a month ago.
00:03:43.000 We talked about how to get into it, but we're going to go a little bit more advanced here, rehash some of the basics, and we're going to open it up for Q&As for y'all because some of you guys were trying to doubt KT's skill set, so we're going to go ahead and open a Q&A for y'all so we'll make sure that you guys understand everything that you need to.
00:03:58.000 But real quick, I just want to make really two announcements.
00:04:00.000 CastleClub.tv, guys, join us over there for all the behind-the-scenes stuff.
00:04:03.000 I don't know if we're going to have a...
00:04:06.000 A girl's show tonight, because it's Labor Day, but...
00:04:08.000 We're going to have a segment with KT. We'll have a segment with KT on there.
00:04:11.000 And then if you guys want to get exclusive streams, etc., I'm already planning a wrestling stream for you guys, where we'll be playing some old wrestling content, me and Mo reacting to it, whatever it may be, because you guys like that WWE stuff.
00:04:21.000 We definitely won't be able to do that on YouTube.
00:04:23.000 That's going to have to be on Locals.
00:04:24.000 And a bunch of other exclusive stuff, IRL streams.
00:04:26.000 We're going to get back to Zoom calls, giving y'all probably a Zoom call one every...
00:04:31.000 We'll give you guys a Zoom call on there, and all that stuff will be on Locals, man.
00:04:35.000 So if you guys want to go ahead and get in, jumpincastleclub.tv.
00:04:39.000 And then also rumble.com slash FreshFitGuys.
00:04:41.000 You guys know that is home base for us now.
00:04:42.000 Yes, we're on YouTube.
00:04:43.000 Yes, we're on Twitch.
00:04:44.000 Yes, we're on Facebook and all the other platforms.
00:04:46.000 But we can get canceled anytime.
00:04:47.000 So if you guys ever don't know where to find us, you know we are going to always be at Rumble.
00:04:52.000 Shout out to Rumble.
00:04:54.000 And Spotify as well.
00:04:55.000 So check out Spotify.
00:04:57.000 But anything else, man?
00:04:59.000 That's pretty much it, man.
00:05:00.000 That's pretty much it.
00:05:00.000 Money Monday, Labor Day.
00:05:01.000 No one's working.
00:05:02.000 We're working right now.
00:05:02.000 Everything is closed in Miami.
00:05:04.000 So it's like, we're the only ones working right now.
00:05:05.000 So it is what it is.
00:05:06.000 But we're going to give you guys some sauce because it's Money Monday.
00:05:08.000 And it's days like this where you're off from your real job, where it's very important for you to take that time to learn another skill set that's going to make you money so that you can escape that nine to five, guys.
00:05:16.000 And we got it for you here.
00:05:17.000 Yeah, don't relax and do nothing, man.
00:05:18.000 Yeah.
00:05:19.000 But without further ado, man, welcome back, KT Hustlers in the building!
00:05:22.000 Part 2, bro!
00:05:25.000 I believe in you.
00:05:27.000 A lot of people believe in you as well.
00:05:29.000 What's new with you, bro?
00:05:31.000 You know, doing the same thing, scaling up my Amazon business, and just trying to get better every single day.
00:05:37.000 Actually, today is Labor Day, which is a huge day for Amazon sellers, actually, too.
00:05:40.000 Ah, yeah.
00:05:42.000 Because of discounts?
00:05:42.000 There's discounts on so many websites, so people are spending record amounts of money today.
00:05:47.000 Yeah.
00:05:48.000 Bro, you gotta tell me a little, bro.
00:05:49.000 The watch and the chain.
00:05:50.000 What happened, bro?
00:05:50.000 Last time you had nothing on.
00:05:52.000 It's an upgrade.
00:05:52.000 I had the chain.
00:05:53.000 I had the chain on.
00:05:54.000 Oh, you did?
00:05:54.000 Yeah.
00:05:55.000 That same chain?
00:05:56.000 Nah.
00:05:56.000 Yeah.
00:05:57.000 Okay.
00:05:57.000 I'm pretty sure.
00:05:58.000 There you go.
00:05:59.000 But yeah, what's new with you, man?
00:06:00.000 For example, like in a business.
00:06:02.000 Going well?
00:06:02.000 Yeah, it's going really well.
00:06:04.000 Right now, I'm just trying to get ready for Q4 coming up and just get my inventory ready because, you know, stuff sells out so fast in this quarter because...
00:06:14.000 When does quarter four officially start?
00:06:15.000 October 1st.
00:06:16.000 October 1st.
00:06:17.000 Okay.
00:06:17.000 For Halloween?
00:06:18.000 There's Halloween.
00:06:19.000 There's Christmas.
00:06:21.000 There's all of that gift-giving area.
00:06:23.000 And then there's Prime Day as well, which is coming in October.
00:06:26.000 So all of that is huge.
00:06:27.000 So I want to make sure I have excess inventory.
00:06:31.000 So, real quick, let's give the people, because everyone might have not caught the last episode that we did.
00:06:36.000 So, can we give a quick little summary on what Amazon FBA is and how people can get into it and how it's a great way to kind of start off as a side hustle so that you can eventually turn into a full-time gig?
00:06:47.000 Amazon FBA is fulfilled by Amazon.
00:06:49.000 So this means instead of you ordering from a regular website and the company ships it to you, fulfilled by Amazon is where Amazon is doing all of the shipping.
00:07:00.000 So Amazon ships the product to the customer.
00:07:02.000 Amazon handles the customer service.
00:07:05.000 All of that.
00:07:06.000 So basically, in FBA, all we do as sellers is we make sure our products are ready to ship when Amazon gets it.
00:07:15.000 So like for me, for example, I have a warehouse.
00:07:17.000 All we do in my warehouse is we label everything and we ship it to Amazon.
00:07:21.000 So as soon as we get products in, we label it all and we ship it all to Amazon.
00:07:25.000 Then Amazon is going to go and unpack it all and ship it out to every customer every time they order.
00:07:31.000 So that's FBA right there.
00:07:33.000 So for the people that are wondering, because some people might look at it like, okay, well, is this like dropshipping or whatever?
00:07:38.000 Can you tell people the fundamental differences between dropshipping and this?
00:07:41.000 Because they always get conflated.
00:07:43.000 Yeah, they do.
00:07:44.000 Dropshipping is when you order a product, and me as a seller, I never have the product, I never touch it.
00:07:52.000 I'm basically...
00:07:53.000 I have a manufacturer and they're fulfilling the product.
00:07:57.000 They're fulfilling the order.
00:07:58.000 So the manufacturer ships it directly to the customer or the website.
00:08:01.000 People will drop ship off Walmart.
00:08:03.000 Let's say I sold this cup right here on my store.
00:08:06.000 Someone buys it off me.
00:08:07.000 I actually never had the cup.
00:08:09.000 All I'm doing is when someone makes the order I just order it off Walmart to their house.
00:08:14.000 Gotcha.
00:08:14.000 That's drop shipping.
00:08:15.000 Gotcha.
00:08:16.000 FBA, we have our products.
00:08:17.000 So I'm going to have to get these cups into my warehouse, label them, or you can use the prep center.
00:08:22.000 I can go talk about that later.
00:08:23.000 And then we label them and we ship them out to Amazon.
00:08:26.000 Okay.
00:08:27.000 So the biggest thing is that with FBA, it sounds to me like you have the product on hand, you send it to Amazon after it's been ordered, or no, you send it to Amazon and then they order from your store via Amazon.
00:08:37.000 Yeah, it's like a big storage facility.
00:08:40.000 As soon as I send everything into Amazon and stuff can sit there and as it sells, Amazon ships it out.
00:08:48.000 So basically Amazon is the middle between you and the customer.
00:08:50.000 You get the product, you buy it yourself, and then you have a store on Amazon and you give it to Amazon.
00:08:54.000 They go ahead and ship it out for you after the person actually orders it.
00:08:58.000 But with dropshipping, they're buying it directly from you.
00:09:00.000 You don't necessarily have the product.
00:09:02.000 After they order, then you go ahead and fulfill and you ship it directly to them.
00:09:06.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:09:07.000 You order on the website and it gets shipped to the customer.
00:09:09.000 Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
00:09:10.000 And if I'm not mistaken, dropshipping will get you in trouble with Amazon, correct?
00:09:14.000 Oh, yeah.
00:09:15.000 On Amazon, you don't want to dropship for sure.
00:09:17.000 Yeah.
00:09:17.000 You'll get your account suspended.
00:09:18.000 Immediately.
00:09:19.000 Yeah, we didn't know that last show.
00:09:20.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:09:21.000 For some of you guys, because I know some people were talking about, oh, yeah, I'm going to dropship through Amazon.
00:09:25.000 And I remember you went into a whole thing about how that will mess you up.
00:09:28.000 Yeah.
00:09:29.000 And there's a couple other sites that you can do this with as well, right?
00:09:32.000 You got Amazon.
00:09:33.000 Can you do this on eBay and a couple others?
00:09:36.000 Yeah, dropshipping?
00:09:37.000 No, like the FBA situation.
00:09:40.000 Oh no, it's Amazon FBA. There's Walmart, which is called WFS. They're doing their own thing too, but it's not really much compared to Amazon.
00:09:48.000 There's so many customers on the platform, it's crazy.
00:09:51.000 Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
00:09:52.000 Do you foresee Amazon overtaking people going into stores and department stores in general?
00:09:57.000 It's crazy to me how since 2020 there's been an explosion on online shopping.
00:10:02.000 People don't go to the stores anymore.
00:10:03.000 I've noticed this when I go to the mall.
00:10:04.000 I don't see nearly as many people as I did when I was a teenager.
00:10:07.000 Yeah, it's happening right in front of our face.
00:10:09.000 Sales are just going up and up on Amazon.
00:10:12.000 Yeah.
00:10:13.000 So do you foresee the death of department stores in the next decade or so?
00:10:16.000 Maybe not the death, but definitely it's going to keep declining.
00:10:19.000 Like, it's so much more convenient ordering stuff online.
00:10:21.000 And then you got one-day shipping.
00:10:23.000 You got same-day shipping.
00:10:24.000 Yeah.
00:10:25.000 And then low prices as well.
00:10:26.000 It just defeats it.
00:10:28.000 Fair enough.
00:10:29.000 Yeah.
00:10:29.000 So, KT. Let's say I'm a first-time beginner.
00:10:32.000 I have an Amazon FBA. It sounds good.
00:10:34.000 How do I get started in this, bro?
00:10:36.000 How do I start this adventure, you would say?
00:10:38.000 Definitely.
00:10:39.000 So, what the first thing I'll do is I'll do some research on the business model.
00:10:43.000 I'll follow some people that are doing very good in the business model.
00:10:46.000 I'll watch their informational videos.
00:10:49.000 Kind of watch how they go about their life as well.
00:10:51.000 And learn, you know, obviously open up my Amazon account and then start learning product research, start learning what softwares I need to do.
00:10:59.000 You can do that all by like watching free content on YouTube and stuff like that.
00:11:03.000 How much do I need to start out?
00:11:04.000 How much money, you would say?
00:11:07.000 You don't need that much money to start out because there's people making test buys for a few hundred dollars, $200, $300.
00:11:15.000 It's recommended that I would say over $1,000 to order products when you first start, but your first order does not need to be $1,000.
00:11:24.000 It can be $200 or something like that.
00:11:26.000 So you don't need that much money.
00:11:27.000 And once you see that it works, that's when you can dump more money into it.
00:11:32.000 Because you had some haters last show, right?
00:11:35.000 I had to defend you, man, because I don't know what they were saying, but they were talking some madness.
00:11:35.000 Yeah.
00:11:38.000 However, guys in my group, SEO Network, they actually tapped into your network and they made some good money too.
00:11:43.000 What's like a good month you would say that you made recently?
00:11:43.000 Yeah.
00:11:46.000 Recently?
00:11:47.000 I mean, every month goes pretty well.
00:11:47.000 Yeah.
00:11:50.000 One of my biggest months was in August last year.
00:11:55.000 October, my birthday month, was also really good.
00:11:58.000 Yeah, honestly, every month is pretty good.
00:12:00.000 Right now, I'm gearing up for the best times in my whole entire business.
00:12:04.000 So September, October, November, December will be the best months that I've ever done in my life.
00:12:09.000 So when should somebody start, you would say, for quarter four?
00:12:12.000 For Q4, since it's coming up in less than a month, it's legit, like, right now.
00:12:17.000 Right now.
00:12:17.000 Because you have to start right now.
00:12:19.000 Because people are already getting ready.
00:12:20.000 Me, I'm already loading up.
00:12:22.000 I'm spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on inventory.
00:12:24.000 So it's like, if you want to get in and you want that Q4 spike, which is, you know, 30, 50% increase in sales on average, you got to get started, like, right now.
00:12:35.000 You got to get ready now.
00:12:36.000 Let me ask you this, KT. So we talked about this on the last show, but obviously times always change, and the seasons change.
00:12:42.000 And when the seasons change, what people buy changes alongside it.
00:12:44.000 And we're gearing up into going to the holiday season.
00:12:47.000 So someone's watching this podcast right now, and they're like, you know what, man?
00:12:50.000 I want to get into this.
00:12:51.000 I kind of procrastinated last show.
00:12:52.000 I want to get into this.
00:12:53.000 It's going to be quarter four coming up.
00:12:55.000 Can you give us one or two products that people should look at procuring for their store to go ahead and get started up where they can quickly get some product in the store that they can turn a profit on?
00:13:07.000 So for Q4, there's so many different types of products.
00:13:11.000 So one example is...
00:13:14.000 Decorations for Halloween.
00:13:16.000 There's those big skeletons in your front yard.
00:13:18.000 All of that.
00:13:19.000 The decorations.
00:13:20.000 And then for Christmas coming up too, there's lights.
00:13:23.000 All the lights you put up in front of your house.
00:13:25.000 Where are people buying them?
00:13:26.000 They're buying on Amazon.
00:13:27.000 I know this because I personally was buying these lights from BJ's and I would sell them.
00:13:32.000 I'd buy them for like $12 and sell them for $25.
00:13:34.000 And that listing in November and December had like 5,000 sales a month.
00:13:39.000 Damn!
00:13:39.000 Crazy.
00:13:40.000 So if you're making $4 profit on each one, You know, getting a thousand sales, that's big time.
00:13:46.000 Just buying bulk.
00:13:47.000 Off one product.
00:13:48.000 One.
00:13:49.000 There's lights, those reindeers in front of you, in the cribs.
00:13:53.000 So if someone has like 500,000 bucks and they want to get in right now, a safe bet would be, hey, purchase some holiday decorations potentially.
00:14:01.000 Yeah, so I don't build my business based upon the seasonal stuff, but there's so much seasonal stuff that you can add on to your business, and it's just free money.
00:14:10.000 You just grab the free money, basically.
00:14:11.000 And you have some staple products that you use.
00:14:13.000 I remember you talked about on the last show, staple products that you use, and then you augment it with seasonal stuff that can make more money as well.
00:14:19.000 Exactly, that's the thing about it.
00:14:20.000 My business is all stuff that I sell throughout the year, but then when I feel like making more money, I'll hit up someone on my network, yo, what's hot right now?
00:14:30.000 Oh, back to school season, there's backpacks, calculators, people running up tens, thousands of dollars, you know, off that stuff.
00:14:38.000 There's always trends going on.
00:14:39.000 I remember selling pools.
00:14:41.000 I made six figures profit selling pools my first year on Amazon.
00:14:45.000 So it's like there's always trends going on.
00:14:47.000 But the thing is that's so lit about it is you don't have to build your business based off that.
00:14:50.000 You just add it.
00:14:51.000 So the safe way to go is obviously have a staple amount of products.
00:14:55.000 How many products would you say a guy should have first starting out?
00:14:58.000 How many products should they have as a core?
00:15:00.000 Three, five, ten?
00:15:01.000 I would test out probably five to ten products in my first few months, two months.
00:15:07.000 And then from there, once you have a solid business model with products that sell regardless of the season, augment that, add in the more seasonal stuff for the things that sell depending on the date.
00:15:07.000 Okay.
00:15:07.000 Yeah.
00:15:16.000 Exactly.
00:15:17.000 When you see, the easy way to see the seasonal stuff is like, because you're given all the historical data when you're using a software called Keepa.
00:15:17.000 Yeah.
00:15:26.000 So you can see one year ago in October, this stuff was selling like crazy.
00:15:31.000 So it's October again.
00:15:33.000 I can assume this stuff is going to be selling like crazy again.
00:15:35.000 Aww.
00:15:35.000 And that's why I'm able to repeat same products every year because I can see the historical data is given to me.
00:15:43.000 Yeah.
00:15:43.000 Gotcha.
00:15:44.000 So I knew a guy that had Amazon business as well and he said Black Friday was his best time to sell.
00:15:50.000 Yeah.
00:15:50.000 Is that true?
00:15:51.000 Black Friday is a really good time to sell as well?
00:15:52.000 Yeah, I didn't even mention Black Friday.
00:15:54.000 Black Friday was, I think I did like 40k, is my biggest day ever.
00:15:59.000 Black Friday.
00:16:00.000 In one day?
00:16:01.000 Yeah.
00:16:01.000 $40,000 in one day.
00:16:02.000 That's awesome.
00:16:03.000 All profit, right?
00:16:04.000 Revenue, okay.
00:16:04.000 No, no, no.
00:16:04.000 Revenue.
00:16:05.000 Yeah.
00:16:06.000 So, yeah, Black Friday is huge.
00:16:08.000 Huge.
00:16:09.000 Because he saved up all year and then dumped a bunch of money into products and he made like a mil off of that, which is crazy.
00:16:14.000 That's crazy.
00:16:15.000 Yeah, so...
00:16:15.000 It's a nice strategy.
00:16:16.000 But question though.
00:16:17.000 So let's say it's seasonal, right?
00:16:19.000 And that comes like once a year.
00:16:20.000 Would that be a safe bet to just work off of that or have multiple...
00:16:23.000 You said earlier, products are more stable or better?
00:16:26.000 Yeah, because it's a real business.
00:16:29.000 You have stuff, you know you're gonna get your check every single month.
00:16:33.000 Selling products that you already know are gonna sell, such as the grocery products, like these cups too.
00:16:38.000 Stuff like that, that people buy every month.
00:16:40.000 So you don't wanna build your business space off seasonal stuff like pools or Christmas decorations, which some people do.
00:16:46.000 They actually just rotate.
00:16:49.000 They got summer stuff, they got winter stuff.
00:16:51.000 But me personally, I'm someone that likes to have something stable.
00:16:54.000 Where I know I'm selling every single month, month in, month out, same sales, no matter what, and then I want to add on to the riskier seasonal stuff.
00:17:04.000 So, KT, let me ask you this.
00:17:06.000 Let's say someone's watching this and they're like, you know what?
00:17:08.000 Damn, okay, this is interesting.
00:17:10.000 This is potentially something I can do.
00:17:11.000 I got 500,000 bucks, etc.
00:17:12.000 You know, I might sign up for the program.
00:17:14.000 But I kind of want to know what are three products that someone can go ahead and get right here, right now, that are pretty much always going to sell, that they can kind of at least start the business off of?
00:17:25.000 I know you have a bunch, but can you give us two to three that someone can go ahead and get right now that pretty much is probably going to return some kind of profit?
00:17:31.000 Yeah, there's a ton of different products that sell throughout the year.
00:17:36.000 I would say, I would put it categorically, supplements, grocery products, your seasons, all of that, kitchen condiments, soap, like body soap,
00:17:52.000 hand soap, all of that stuff sells throughout the year.
00:17:57.000 When you say something, you're talking about a fitness supplement.
00:17:59.000 It's like a multivitamin or something like that.
00:18:00.000 Yeah, like vitamins.
00:18:01.000 I remember I used to sell some vitamins as well.
00:18:03.000 It's pretty consistent throughout the year.
00:18:05.000 Gotcha.
00:18:06.000 And you mentioned there's a software you can check these products on.
00:18:08.000 What's it called again?
00:18:09.000 Yeah, so I was talking about the software called Keepa.
00:18:12.000 It's K-E-E-P-A. It's a $17 a month software that gives you all of the historical data.
00:18:19.000 You can see what the price of the product I'm selling at and the lifespan of the product.
00:18:24.000 So you can see the price.
00:18:25.000 You can see how many people are selling it.
00:18:28.000 Do you put in a SKU number and it just tells you?
00:18:30.000 Is that how it goes?
00:18:32.000 Every time you click an Amazon listing, it'll automatically populate below...
00:18:36.000 Okay.
00:18:37.000 Oh, okay.
00:18:37.000 Yeah.
00:18:37.000 So it's kind of like it's an add-on to like your browser.
00:18:40.000 Or whatever that you can see.
00:18:40.000 Yeah.
00:18:41.000 Yeah.
00:18:42.000 And the big thing about that is you can see what's called a seller rank.
00:18:45.000 The seller rank basically tells you where that product is ranked in its category.
00:18:49.000 So, you know, a seller rank, the lower the business, the better.
00:18:52.000 So if I have a product with a seller rank of 100, it's moving like crazy.
00:18:56.000 Let's say a seller rank of 100 in the grocery category, it's moving like crazy.
00:19:00.000 If it's like 10,000, it's selling less.
00:19:03.000 So the lower, the better.
00:19:04.000 And you can see the sales rank, and you can see the fluctuation of the sales rank.
00:19:08.000 And if it's consistent throughout the year, the sales rank is consistent, that means the product is selling consistently throughout the year.
00:19:14.000 If you see spikes through the seasons, you can see it's more seasonal.
00:19:19.000 Okay.
00:19:19.000 Yeah.
00:19:20.000 So the things that typically stand the test of season is supplements, groceries, soap, hygiene products.
00:19:27.000 There's a lot, like even auto, like automobile products, like just everything.
00:19:34.000 Okay.
00:19:35.000 You know, almost everything.
00:19:36.000 Okay, look, I need to make money right now.
00:19:37.000 What should I buy right now?
00:19:39.000 Yeah, today.
00:19:39.000 Right now?
00:19:40.000 Today?
00:19:41.000 If I start today, what should I buy right now to make some money?
00:19:43.000 I mean, if you want to make some money right now, I would dive into probably the beauty category.
00:19:51.000 I would go use SmartScout.
00:19:54.000 I would find all the beauty brands because you're able to filter each category on that software.
00:20:02.000 And I can pull up the beauty category and I can see all the brands that are selling.
00:20:06.000 I can see how much revenue they're doing.
00:20:07.000 And then I'll just go through there and I'll filter through them.
00:20:10.000 And I'll eliminate...
00:20:12.000 Brands that only have one seller, which means it's an exclusive seller or it's like the brand themselves.
00:20:18.000 Like if I have a brand and I'm selling it on Amazon myself, no one else can touch it.
00:20:22.000 So you can filter through all of that.
00:20:24.000 So you only are looking at brands that are free game.
00:20:28.000 And I've already scanned everything.
00:20:31.000 I have a list of so many brands that I haven't even talked to yet or hit up.
00:20:35.000 And that's just what my team works on.
00:20:37.000 It's called what?
00:20:38.000 SmartScout?
00:20:39.000 Can you tell people what this software is?
00:20:39.000 Yeah.
00:20:41.000 It's kind of similar to Keepa, I guess, but is it, I guess, niched for beauty products?
00:20:45.000 No, it's niched towards brands.
00:20:48.000 So you're able to do deep brand research using this.
00:20:51.000 This is like real, real game right here because I built my business using this software.
00:20:56.000 So yeah, you're able to scan every single category.
00:20:59.000 It's called SmartScout?
00:21:00.000 You can scan every single category on Amazon, and in those categories, you see every brand that's selling.
00:21:00.000 Smart Scout, yeah.
00:21:07.000 You're basically seeing everything.
00:21:09.000 That's all your leads right there.
00:21:10.000 If you're a sales guy, that's your leads right there.
00:21:12.000 And you go in there, and you can see everything.
00:21:15.000 I scan every brand, and then I contact brands, and after I do my research, I see the Keeper charts, I see how much everything is selling.
00:21:23.000 You know, I'll contact the brand and I'll try to get a wholesale account with them.
00:21:28.000 If I can't get the wholesale account with them, I'll get a distributor who sells their brand, that brand, and then I'll contact the distributor, get the account open, get good pricing, and boom.
00:21:40.000 That might take, you know, calling, applying for the wholesale account, and then getting an order off might take a few weeks because that's the whole process itself.
00:21:40.000 That's how.
00:21:50.000 But once you have that brand, you lock it in, you start building a relationship with them.
00:21:54.000 That means you're getting deeper discounts, being cool with them.
00:21:57.000 Like, I talk to my suppliers very often, and I just get deeper and deeper discounts the more.
00:22:01.000 And you fly them out, you hang out with them, you actually, like, you network for real with them.
00:22:06.000 Yeah, yeah, because that's legit how I make money.
00:22:08.000 I do a lot for them.
00:22:10.000 I talk with them.
00:22:10.000 If they have any products that aren't selling that well, I'll take it.
00:22:14.000 You know, even if it'll sell in like three months, it's all good.
00:22:17.000 They're giving me products that make me 10k a month.
00:22:19.000 I just have one distributor, so I'll do that.
00:22:22.000 If you do stuff that other people won't do, that's how you're able to separate yourself and succeed.
00:22:27.000 So obviously there's a format to doing this because you don't just call them and they say, hey buddy, here's like...
00:22:31.000 You don't trust with them first.
00:22:33.000 You don't trust first.
00:22:34.000 Do you teach that in your stuff?
00:22:36.000 Yeah, I teach everything.
00:22:37.000 Which, by the way, guys, we got a link down in the description because I know a lot of you guys want to get into it.
00:22:41.000 And we're going to also hit some of these questions.
00:22:42.000 If you guys got questions, we got a Super Chat button that you can go ahead and send your questions in.
00:22:46.000 It's fnfsuperchat.com.
00:22:47.000 Again, it's fnfsuperchat.com.
00:22:49.000 Send the Super Chat in.
00:22:50.000 It'll show up on screen and we'll go ahead and show it and answer your guys' questions.
00:22:54.000 But the link below will get you guys in Can you tell them a little bit about the course that you have there?
00:22:59.000 Yeah.
00:23:00.000 What you teach?
00:23:01.000 It's a very, very, very in-depth educational...
00:23:06.000 We have the course, obviously, which is over 80 videos of everything, strategies, softwares, product research, talking to suppliers, getting wholesale accounts.
00:23:17.000 Everything possible, and then on top of that, which is more important, we have the network in there, everyone that's motivating each other, they're giving each other products, they're giving each other brands to buy, so they're just like, you know, throwing money everywhere in there, and then we have calls.
00:23:30.000 Basically, if they want to get their hand held throughout the process, do that, right?
00:23:33.000 I mean, obviously you guys can start with off the information we're going to give you, we're going to give you guys as much free value as we can, but if you really want to get your hand held through this process, and like, not make any mistakes, have a mentor, Yeah.
00:23:43.000 Like if you want to go all in, you're not trying to just go through YouTube and kind of filter out through the BS and, you know, put everything together.
00:23:50.000 You can get it in your face.
00:23:51.000 And then coaching calls where, you know, we go over everything and we do Q&A. We look at your store, you know, live product research where you can see a pro doing it.
00:24:04.000 That's, you know, that's very good for you.
00:24:06.000 Because there's so many videos online, bro, about Amazon and how to sell.
00:24:08.000 But like, I didn't know anyone that actually did it and was successful.
00:24:12.000 Then I met people that was in your course and they were like, yo, you know what, here's my money I'm making.
00:24:16.000 I'm like, damn, this is actually real.
00:24:17.000 And then it's also like, you know what, this is actually a real course.
00:24:21.000 So this is good.
00:24:22.000 Alright, so I'll hit some of these chats that came through.
00:24:25.000 You want to do Rumble Rants or you want to do a stream Rants?
00:24:25.000 Bills, you got them up?
00:24:27.000 We could do either or.
00:24:29.000 We'll start answering some questions right now and that will stimulate some more conversations as well.
00:24:33.000 But...
00:24:35.000 Alright, life and reality.
00:24:36.000 Best hack for saving in day-to-day life.
00:24:38.000 Everyone in studio answer this one.
00:24:40.000 I order from Walmart for pickup.
00:24:41.000 You often can find cheaper products not available in store.
00:24:46.000 Best hack for saving in day-to-day life.
00:24:48.000 Is that a real thing?
00:24:51.000 Wait.
00:24:51.000 He's saying he orders online for pickup, saves money because it's cheaper, because it's not available in store.
00:25:00.000 I don't really understand the question.
00:25:01.000 Yeah, I kind of don't understand that one.
00:25:02.000 I think he's just asking for like the best hack for saving, yeah.
00:25:06.000 I mean, in general, if you want to save money, I mean, I would say one of the biggest ways to eat a lot of money for no reason is eating out.
00:25:13.000 Correct.
00:25:13.000 Avoid eating out if you're on a budget, man.
00:25:15.000 That will save you a bunch of money.
00:25:17.000 Who's up next?
00:25:20.000 Kobe goes, shout out FNF for all the content.
00:25:22.000 Glad to see you guys doing God's work and saving lives like mine despite everything you're up against.
00:25:25.000 Also, always enjoying CM Iron and Fresh on Sneeko's stream.
00:25:28.000 Absolutely, bro.
00:25:28.000 Shout out to Sneeko.
00:25:29.000 W Sneeko.
00:25:29.000 Yeah, I worked out with him.
00:25:30.000 For one time.
00:25:31.000 Question for KT. What's the best way for me to get started?
00:25:34.000 I make about $5,000 a month, about 3K and bills, and the other 2K is gas and food slash fun.
00:25:38.000 What's the best way to redirect this surplus cash into FBA? 100%.
00:25:43.000 So, yeah, like I was saying before, is start watching videos to learn about product research strategies.
00:25:49.000 Open up your Amazon account.
00:25:51.000 So learning strategies, learning the software, what's important in your business, and then using that information to make some test buys off some websites.
00:25:59.000 There's a lot of websites that you can do product research on.
00:26:02.000 Walgreens, Kohl's, tons of, there's thousands of websites.
00:26:06.000 And, you know, I would start investing some of my money into doing those test buys, spending a few hundred dollars on each product, seeing how well it sells out, and then based off that, Restocking accordingly.
00:26:20.000 Because restocking is really important too.
00:26:22.000 You just don't want to find products that are winning.
00:26:24.000 You want to stay in stock on winning products.
00:26:26.000 So learning how to find winning products, staying in stock on those, and then finding more.
00:26:32.000 And just once you really see that you like the business and you're making some money, just double down on what you're doing.
00:26:40.000 You mentioned beauty supplies, right?
00:26:42.000 I was thinking to my head, girls need that consistently every month.
00:26:46.000 So would that be a good product?
00:26:46.000 You would say, for example, makeup, stuff for your hair?
00:26:49.000 Yeah.
00:26:49.000 Big time.
00:26:51.000 Big time.
00:26:52.000 Skin care.
00:26:53.000 All of that.
00:26:54.000 Skin care is huge.
00:26:55.000 Because what you hear goes all the time, oh, I need more makeup.
00:26:57.000 Well, I don't know if the people caught on, but the products that you mentioned that do the best, groceries, supplements, things that people kind of, hand soap, etc.
00:27:06.000 If y'all understand, no, Amazon now has this new feature where you can buy it through subscription.
00:27:10.000 Yes.
00:27:11.000 So when you buy through subscription, what you've basically done now is you've made that person a long-term customer.
00:27:17.000 And these are products that people constantly need all the time.
00:27:19.000 I mean, does toilet paper do well?
00:27:21.000 Or wipes or anything like that?
00:27:22.000 I would imagine that people would have that on subscription all the time.
00:27:25.000 So the products that do the best are ones that are more consistent.
00:27:29.000 There's things that you can go ahead and get on subscription.
00:27:31.000 Reoccurring, basically.
00:27:32.000 Reoccurring, essentially.
00:27:34.000 Cool.
00:27:34.000 So...
00:27:36.000 What else we got here?
00:27:37.000 And then also, bro, you said you have that exponential income.
00:27:39.000 Invest.
00:27:39.000 Get with KT so he can teach you all this so you don't have to go through the, you know, rigor rhyme of trying to figure it out on your own.
00:27:45.000 Been looking forward to this one, man.
00:27:47.000 Shout out to KT. Help me hit 10K in sales in my first month, baby.
00:27:49.000 That's what we're talking about, my friend.
00:27:51.000 Let's go.
00:27:53.000 KT, I made a PO, but after it got checked into Amazon, the price dropped despite keep us showing good price history.
00:27:59.000 Should I sell at a loss or wait for prices to go up?
00:28:02.000 I do about 10K a month in sales.
00:28:04.000 Yeah, so the Keeper history is showing good price history.
00:28:09.000 So what I would do is if I had other opportunities in front of my face where I could make 40% ROI, 50% ROI, I would just sell out maybe at a break even or a little loss and then invest into those winning products rather than just holding money there and waiting to sell out.
00:28:24.000 Because I've taken a lot of losses on products.
00:28:28.000 Like every month, there's a product that doesn't perform as I thought it would, but it's all good because everything else outweighs it.
00:28:35.000 But yeah, this happens to me all the time.
00:28:36.000 So you've got to know when to sell or when to just let go.
00:28:39.000 Yeah, because sometimes it's just how the market works.
00:28:43.000 Sometimes too many people are jumping on one product.
00:28:46.000 So price goes down, and you can do your great research, but obviously with every business, there's some risk there.
00:28:54.000 So it's always at risk of a product dropping price.
00:28:58.000 So you gotta decide whether you want to wait and wait for the product to go up in price, because it probably will.
00:29:04.000 Or you can just sell out and put your money into a better opportunity.
00:29:07.000 Got it.
00:29:08.000 Yeah, and that's the beauty.
00:29:10.000 As you guys are able to scale up, you're able to take risks and try products that you don't know how they're necessarily going to perform.
00:29:14.000 Or you can afford to take that risk where, okay, if it does great, fantastic.
00:29:17.000 If it doesn't, my other products are so solid that it's going to compensate for any losses I might take.
00:29:23.000 Exactly.
00:29:23.000 Which is where you're at now at this point, where you're able to invest $100,000 in a bunch of different products.
00:29:28.000 You've got, obviously, the majority are staple products that make money.
00:29:31.000 And then you can go ahead and take a little bit of risk with some other ones.
00:29:33.000 Exactly.
00:29:34.000 Less than two years ago, I was buying stuff.
00:29:36.000 I was making orders for $200.
00:29:38.000 And then fast forward one more year, I'm making orders for $2,000.
00:29:42.000 And then fast forward to now, I had an order two weeks ago, $250,000.
00:29:47.000 Wow.
00:29:47.000 Yeah.
00:29:48.000 Talk about scale, man.
00:29:49.000 That's awesome, dude.
00:29:51.000 Wayne Ryan, 69 goes, thank you so much, bro.
00:29:54.000 Thank you guys so much for all the value.
00:29:56.000 I started Amazon FBA after the first episode.
00:29:57.000 Question, I'm struggling to find products to buy at profitable prices.
00:30:00.000 Any tips on finding suppliers?
00:30:02.000 I'm UK based.
00:30:05.000 So, it depends what you're doing.
00:30:07.000 If you're doing the wholesale business model, which is you're negotiating with suppliers, I would talk to them about telling them, hey, I need this product at this price.
00:30:17.000 Can you do it for me?
00:30:18.000 Or not, basically.
00:30:19.000 Rather than just taking what the prices they give you and just looking at it and saying it's not profitable and going to the next one, I would see what they say about when you propose to them that you need it at a better price.
00:30:30.000 That's what I do.
00:30:31.000 Alright, so you contact them directly.
00:30:34.000 How would someone go about doing that, contacting them directly?
00:30:37.000 Yeah, like I was saying, when you contact brands directly, and you can ask them for the distributors, or you can buy from the brand directly itself, they are the ones that control the prices, so it's not set in stone.
00:30:48.000 You can go and negotiate with them.
00:30:50.000 Would you get a customer service line?
00:30:52.000 Is there contact information on the Amazon listing, email?
00:30:55.000 How can they go about it?
00:30:56.000 Oh, finding.
00:30:57.000 Yeah.
00:30:58.000 So, like the software I use, like I said, SmartScout has all the brands on it.
00:31:01.000 Then you go onto the brand website and you'll see...
00:31:04.000 Okay, contact.
00:31:05.000 Contact number.
00:31:06.000 You'll see customer service number.
00:31:08.000 Contact customer service.
00:31:09.000 Hey, can I be connected to whoever's in charge of opening up wholesale accounts in your company?
00:31:13.000 Bam.
00:31:13.000 Got it.
00:31:13.000 Get contacted with them.
00:31:14.000 Bam.
00:31:15.000 And close them on opening the account.
00:31:16.000 Gotcha.
00:31:17.000 There you go.
00:31:17.000 Yo, you guys are getting some serious sauce.
00:31:19.000 Bam!
00:31:20.000 Like, yo, man.
00:31:23.000 And here's the thing.
00:31:23.000 For all the haters, like I said, we're opening it up for Q&A. All you guys that were saying, this is a scam, this is a lie, blah, blah, blah, get your questions in now.
00:31:30.000 We're going to be happy to answer them for y'all.
00:31:32.000 If he was a scammer, he wouldn't be sitting here doing a live show with you guys, answering questions coming in.
00:31:37.000 And he got receipts too.
00:31:38.000 And he got receipts.
00:31:39.000 Ariel Blanco, KT is the real Dale Meyer in the domain.
00:31:42.000 FedReacts is my gift to you.

00:31:48.000 Shout out to him.
00:31:48.000 Actually, he gave us infinite super chat as well.
00:31:51.000 Shout out to him.
00:31:52.000 Ariel's a part of my group.
00:31:53.000 Awesome guy.
00:31:53.000 So he gave the gift to you.
00:31:54.000 FedReacts.com.
00:31:55.000 Awesome.
00:31:55.000 Thank you, bro.
00:31:55.000 I appreciate that for you locking that down.
00:31:57.000 Shout out to Ariel, man.
00:31:58.000 Shout out to you, Ariel.
00:31:58.000 Doing God's work.
00:31:59.000 Yeah, man.
00:32:00.000 Robert, 2003.
00:32:01.000 Zero credit score to 735 in seven months, 355 to 314.
00:32:05.000 Working on becoming a welder.
00:32:06.000 Y'all like the father I never had.
00:32:09.000 Much love.
00:32:09.000 Thank you so much, Robert.
00:32:10.000 Much love, bro.
00:32:10.000 Yo, when we get messages like that, it literally makes my day pause.
00:32:13.000 DripCon goes, can you explain the difference between wholesale and arbitrage?
00:32:16.000 And when do you recommend for people to transition from arbitrage to wholesale?
00:32:19.000 Since I understood that wholesale is for serious buyers.
00:32:22.000 Good question.
00:32:23.000 Yeah, so online arbitrage is when you're buying products, you're buying these same brand name products, but you're buying them from these websites like Bed Bath& Beyond, Walgreens, Walmart, all those websites where those websites order from the brands, but you're buying your products from these websites and then you're selling on Amazon.
00:32:41.000 But wholesale is a business model when you go directly to the brand or a distributor that the brand gives you and you're ordering from them.
00:32:48.000 So you're getting it directly from the brand or the manufacturer or the distributor.
00:32:52.000 Not through a middleman.
00:32:53.000 Yeah, you're not going through the website, you're going directly to the company.
00:32:57.000 Which means, you know, they operate, they sell to Walmarts, and they sell to these stores, so obviously more money.
00:33:03.000 So let me, just to give the people an example real fast, let's say, cause you said like Bed Bath& Beyond, let's say you want to get Sealy pillows, right?
00:33:10.000 Instead of going through Bed Bath& Beyond and buying it from them and then going ahead and selling it, you go and contact Sealy yourself and then they give you the pillows and they're able to give you a much better price than a Bed Bath& Beyond would because Bed Bath& Beyond is trying to make a profit so they're selling it higher than what they're obviously purchasing it for.
00:33:25.000 Exactly that.
00:33:26.000 Okay.
00:33:27.000 Yeah.
00:33:27.000 So that's the difference guys between arbitrage and wholesaling.
00:33:31.000 What else do we got here?
00:33:32.000 Wholesaling essentially lets you to basically sell at a more competitive price.
00:33:36.000 Yeah, more competitive price.
00:33:38.000 And you can scale up because your orders are, you're placing big orders.
00:33:41.000 Rather than you going on a website and checking out each order, you can text suppliers saying, hey, I need 1,000 units of this product.
00:33:47.000 I need 500 of this product.
00:33:49.000 I need 300 of this.
00:33:50.000 And your purchase order comes out to 20K. Okay, and not only that, you're limited to what the middleman can sell you.
00:33:57.000 Let's say Bed Bath& Beyond only has 10 of these pillows, right?
00:34:01.000 Or 50 of these pillows.
00:34:03.000 You can only buy what they have.
00:34:05.000 And a question for you, are there certain stores where if you buy a certain amount, they'll kind of say, no, we can't sell that to you.
00:34:13.000 Are there limitations on certain products if you try to buy too much?
00:34:15.000 Or they might look at you and be like, this guy's probably a reseller, we're not gonna fuck with him.
00:34:19.000 Because I remember with Jordan Sneakers, for example, These guys came in and would buy 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 pairs of the same shoe in different sizes and they started putting in Foot Locker and all these other companies started putting in like restrictions where you can't buy this amount because we know what you're doing and it absolutely killed the sneaker game.
00:34:34.000 Would you say that that's also happening in other industries as well?
00:34:37.000 Yeah, so on a lot of websites, if you're ordering too much, you get order cancellations, but then there's ways to go around that with the online arbitrage business model.
00:34:48.000 And the one really good thing I like about that is the business model is that there's so many sales throughout the year.
00:34:53.000 Even yesterday, Labor Day, I have students text me saying I spent 10K today, I spent 20K today, which is like, these are students that didn't start too long ago, which is pretty crazy.
00:35:02.000 So there's sales Labor Day, there's Halloween, there's so many different You know events going on in holidays, so we're able to get really good discounts and actually have very competitive pricing and high margins.
00:35:14.000 So if you are gonna go with the arbitrage model, right now is a fantastic time to purchase it because you're able to kind of make up that difference in price that you would have got from a distributor.
00:35:23.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:35:24.000 There's ways to say it's so competitive.
00:35:26.000 And on top of that, there's gift cards.
00:35:28.000 For example, let's say you're buying everything off American Express.
00:35:32.000 You get points from that.
00:35:34.000 And you buy a Home Depot gift card that's worth $1,000 for like $800.
00:35:40.000 So that's 20% right there.
00:35:42.000 And then you go on Home Depot and buy products.
00:35:46.000 Exactly.
00:35:46.000 So you're just increasing your margin with all these ways.
00:35:49.000 Wow, okay.
00:35:50.000 So it would be fair to say that you might have to start the arbitrage route, build yourself up, and then get to that point where you're able to get stuff at a wholesale price through the brand.
00:36:01.000 Exactly, and I know tons of people who do both.
00:36:04.000 They have people in their business that are helping them with the online arbitrage and they wholesale as well.
00:36:09.000 They do both business models.
00:36:11.000 I currently do wholesale mainly.
00:36:14.000 But yeah, there's some people that do both.
00:36:15.000 And I started off with online arbitrage, of course.
00:36:18.000 And you can run up a big bag doing that.
00:36:20.000 You can do 100, 200, 300, 400k a month.
00:36:23.000 But it's easier to scale with the wholesale business model.
00:36:26.000 Of course.
00:36:26.000 Yeah.
00:36:26.000 Of course.
00:36:27.000 Yeah, and arbitrage, I would imagine, you need to be a little bit more thrifty with looking for deals, shopping around, using coupon codes, but it can absolutely be done.
00:36:35.000 So yeah, if you can get creative with it, in my head right now, I'm thinking of all the things, because now you mentioned using credit cards to purchase it.
00:36:42.000 These credit cards give you rewards, so if you look at how much money you're making on the credit cards, whether it's a cashback card or whatever, yeah, your margins go even more up on a personal level.
00:36:51.000 And if you use the correct credit card, like I use the Chase Business Premier 2.5% cashback.
00:36:59.000 So if I'm spending a lot of money, like last month, I had 7K in cashback.
00:36:59.000 Yeah.
00:37:04.000 And that's like a salary.
00:37:05.000 That's just cashback.
00:37:05.000 Wow.
00:37:07.000 I can just go.
00:37:08.000 It's been a lot.
00:37:08.000 Yeah, I spent a good amount.
00:37:10.000 And I can imagine, like, you know, that you can really make this a deadly combo where you're using certain cash back cards that might give you back 3%, 4%, 5% on certain categories, and you're spending tens of thousands of dollars on that category.
00:37:21.000 Like, for example, you mentioned earlier, like car products, right?
00:37:25.000 Like, let's say, you know, some credit cards give you a benefit, like if you buy gas, right?
00:37:29.000 Well, you could buy car products that deal with gas, whatever, and make 3% to 5% returns on that category in that situation.
00:37:35.000 And like that month, you could spend a bunch of money on that and you'll get a bunch of money back.
00:37:39.000 So I could see how this could be deadly where you're making a bunch of money back.
00:37:42.000 And then you could take that cash back that you earned and literally just keep reinvesting it back and buy more products with free money.
00:37:48.000 So it's like you leverage a credit card, get the benefits, use those benefits to your advantage, and scale your business up even faster.
00:37:53.000 So you guys could see here how you can absolutely really use that momentum in your favor.
00:37:59.000 That's somebody's salary.
00:38:00.000 Yeah, bro.
00:38:01.000 That's important to have good credit, guys.
00:38:03.000 Holy, man.
00:38:04.000 We tell y'all, man, you got to have good credit.
00:38:06.000 What else do we got here?
00:38:09.000 Geo Poppy Shampoo goes, Man, I was backstage on the pod when you kicked out two Weave Hat girls.
00:38:13.000 Since we last met, I went from 264 to 228 and from making 9K to 45K per month, KT helped me reach this level.
00:38:22.000 Yo, shout out to you, bro.
00:38:23.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:38:24.000 That's huge, bro.
00:38:25.000 Yo, you guys are getting some big W's over here, man.
00:38:27.000 Shout out to Geo, bro.
00:38:28.000 Mumu22, get Kenzo on FNF as well.
00:38:28.000 Mr.
00:38:30.000 He's a big Amazon player located in Miami as well.
00:38:32.000 You know him right now?
00:38:33.000 Yeah.
00:38:34.000 Okay.
00:38:35.000 We got here King Colonels.
00:38:37.000 FNF for President 2024.
00:38:38.000 Keep changing our lives.
00:38:39.000 Myron, can you take me out?
00:38:41.000 Shut up, bitch style.
00:38:42.000 King Colonels?
00:38:43.000 Oh, that's like Tom Likas.
00:38:45.000 He has those buttons he presses.
00:38:46.000 Take me out.
00:38:47.000 Oh, okay.
00:38:48.000 Hold on.
00:38:49.000 Let me find that button.
00:38:50.000 Take me out.
00:38:51.000 Nope, not that one.
00:38:52.000 I don't have...
00:38:53.000 Do I have that?
00:38:54.000 I think Chris has that sound effect.
00:38:57.000 Know your role and shut your mouth because the people's champ is ready to talk.
00:39:02.000 That's what I got for you.
00:39:03.000 Shut up, bitch!
00:39:04.000 There you go.
00:39:05.000 Mo got it, Mo got it.
00:39:06.000 Flying Raptor, thank you.
00:39:07.000 What else we got here?
00:39:08.000 This episode dropping a whole lot of gems.
00:39:10.000 Thank you, FNF. Question for KT. From Amazon KDP, how do you generate more sales?
00:39:15.000 I have some high content books slash novels, but I haven't marketed it yet.
00:39:19.000 And this is from Flying Raptor.
00:39:23.000 So you want to know how you generate more sales for Amazon?
00:39:28.000 That's Amazon KDP, which I honestly know nothing about.
00:39:31.000 It's like books, and I don't know much about KDP. Let me see that question.
00:39:35.000 I could talk a little bit about that.
00:39:36.000 What does KDP stand for?
00:39:37.000 Because me and Mo know KDP a bit.
00:39:39.000 It says here, for Amazon, how do you generate more sales?
00:39:41.000 I have more high-content books, novels, but I haven't marketed yet.
00:39:44.000 I was just dropping a whole lot of gems.
00:39:46.000 Oh, yeah.
00:39:47.000 So, okay, I can answer this.
00:39:48.000 Because as you guys know, obviously, I have my book, Why Women Deserve Less.
00:39:52.000 Mo, help me with that.
00:39:52.000 Mo, grab your mic real quick.
00:39:54.000 Dude, I'll be honest with you.
00:39:56.000 Shouts of Sneeko donating $1, you cheap bastard.
00:40:01.000 With KDP, guys, the thing is, man, is that you're your own marketing.
00:40:05.000 Amazon isn't going to really market it for you.
00:40:07.000 That's the importance of having an audience and selling with...
00:40:12.000 On KDP, because KDP is basically when you try to send it on Kindle.
00:40:16.000 Okay.
00:40:16.000 Is Kindle on Amazon.
00:40:18.000 So, build up an audience.
00:40:20.000 And my biggest thing is, you always want to have it on multiple platforms.
00:40:24.000 You want to have a hardcover, a softcover, a Kindle, a Audible, and...
00:40:29.000 Yeah, and you just want to have as many mediums, especially the Audible version, guys, because a lot of people don't like to read anymore.
00:40:34.000 So having it on Audible and or Kindle so people can download it to their phone is super important, man.
00:40:40.000 But as far as generating more sales, that comes from you personally marketing it on other platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
00:40:48.000 I would leverage all the other social media platforms to go ahead and bring yourself more KDP sales because Amazon is not going to do it for you like that.
00:40:55.000 Mo, you have anything on that?
00:40:56.000 Because you worked on the KDP stuff with me as well.
00:40:59.000 Find an audio engineer who is well versed in Pro Tools, the Pro Tools program.
00:41:05.000 That's the standard of the Amazon Audible.
00:41:09.000 And yeah, that's the standard program from Amazon Audible.
00:41:11.000 That's what me and Bill actually use.
00:41:14.000 But that was because that's where the tutorials, that's what they're using.
00:41:18.000 They're going to be using the Pro Tools in their audio tutorials.
00:41:21.000 And also understand that there is a few politics within certain corporations and companies.
00:41:26.000 So there's times where a few things might be a little left field that I can't really necessarily say.
00:41:31.000 But just understand there are some politics within different companies and corporations.
00:41:37.000 Yeah.
00:41:37.000 And Mo dealt with KDP quite a bit on my behalf when we were running the whole Why Women Deserve Less.
00:41:42.000 Also another tip for you.
00:41:43.000 This is like sauce right here.
00:41:45.000 Guys.
00:41:46.000 If your book is found on Google Play Store or any of these other places, they will take your book off KDP. So you're going to need someone, like hire someone to remove your book if they try to pirate it on these other websites because what will end up happening is they'll assume it's you putting it there, trying to double dip, and they'll take your book off KDP. So make sure you have someone that you can trust that can remove it off.
00:42:08.000 If that happens.
00:42:09.000 That's annoying, though.
00:42:10.000 It is, bro.
00:42:11.000 Yeah, people will try to pirate your thing and it'll knock it off KDP if they put on a Google store or one of these other websites because they're scanning all the time.
00:42:18.000 But as far as like KDP and marketing your book, guys, other platforms are the best way to do it.
00:42:22.000 Build an audience and then sell that book direct to them through your platforms.
00:42:26.000 So they don't do any marketing for you, basically?
00:42:28.000 Not really.
00:42:29.000 Not effectively.
00:42:30.000 Yeah.
00:42:30.000 Makes sense.
00:42:31.000 So, cool.
00:42:32.000 What else do we got here?
00:42:34.000 Yeah, you guys are getting a lot of value, man.
00:42:35.000 I hope you guys liked the video, man.
00:42:37.000 Like I said before, the link to sign up with KT is down below, man.
00:42:40.000 Join in.
00:42:41.000 And in the chat as well.
00:42:42.000 In the chat as well.
00:42:44.000 Renovar.
00:42:44.000 Renovar goes, I tried to sign last time you were here, but your learned team tried to set up an appointment slash interview.
00:42:52.000 Felt like I was signing up for college.
00:42:53.000 I just want to pay and get started.
00:42:54.000 The sign-up process is annoying.
00:42:56.000 What's the fastest way to get signed up?
00:42:58.000 I mean, just a few questions you gotta answer just to make sure that we know you're serious about it and you're capable, you know?
00:43:05.000 So the process of getting into the program, you gotta qualify.
00:43:08.000 Take us through why you gotta qualify.
00:43:11.000 Just because if you're already working 50, 60 hours a week on your job and you have a family and you have all this stuff, you need time to dedicate at least a few hours a week to doing this business model.
00:43:28.000 So that's time.
00:43:29.000 If you don't have any time, what's the point?
00:43:31.000 Because it's something where the more time you invest, the more successful you are.
00:43:34.000 So you should dedicate some time.
00:43:36.000 Which I have people that work 8, 9, 10 hours a day, but they still make it happen.
00:43:41.000 They just have extra time that they dedicate.
00:43:45.000 So it's time.
00:43:46.000 And then if you don't have any money, like if you have $300, I would recommend you save up more money, stack your money up, and then you start investing once you stack your money up.
00:43:57.000 Because what are you going to do with a few hundred dollars?
00:44:00.000 What's the point?
00:44:01.000 Yeah, at the end of the day, you want the people to be successful.
00:44:03.000 You don't want to have them come in, you take their money, and they're not successful and they're not happy.
00:44:07.000 You know what I mean?
00:44:08.000 Yeah, because everyone I know that joined are happy with their choice that they made.
00:44:11.000 But you have to qualify first, because obviously, Joe Smo can't just walk into the program.
00:44:15.000 So, bro, what it comes down to is like, you know, are you serious enough?
00:44:18.000 Are you prepared?
00:44:19.000 That's what it comes down to, dude.
00:44:20.000 Are you ready?
00:44:22.000 And the thing too, guys, is that a lot of people think this entrepreneurship stuff is like, oh, I'm going to be on a laptop in Tulum just working.
00:44:30.000 Bro, most of the time, a lot of these influencers don't tell you guys that are entrepreneurs that are having that laptop lifestyle.
00:44:36.000 It took months, if not years, of being on no sleep, working two different jobs, etc., grinding, taking their earned income from their regular job, investing into their side boss business, and doing that for months, if not years, to be able to get to that point where they're working from a laptop.
00:44:51.000 And also they have a team that does most of the work for them.
00:44:53.000 So they're chilling themselves.
00:44:55.000 Yeah, and they have to scale up to get to that point.
00:44:56.000 But in the beginning, you're going to have to do that.
00:44:58.000 So guys, just remember that this is not easy as people think it is.
00:45:03.000 You're going to have to work at some point.
00:45:04.000 So of course he's going to want to screen and make sure that you're serious about it.
00:45:07.000 You have the funds to actually do it and be successful.
00:45:09.000 Because he doesn't want to take your money.
00:45:10.000 You're pissed off and you leave a bad review.
00:45:12.000 It's not worth it.
00:45:13.000 It really isn't worth it.
00:45:14.000 It's not.
00:45:14.000 So we assess everyone's situation and make sure that we can actually help them.
00:45:18.000 We're not trying to take their money and just, you know, it's not what we're trying to do here.
00:45:22.000 And guys, you might not be ready to sign up right now and that's totally cool.
00:45:25.000 That's why we're doing this episode right now absolutely for free so that you guys can go ahead and maybe two, three months from now you'll have the money.
00:45:30.000 You can come back to this and join me.
00:45:32.000 I remember last show, KT said himself, yo, learn yourself for free what you can and then when you're ready, hop into the program.
00:45:38.000 Yeah.
00:45:39.000 That's key, I think.
00:45:40.000 Yeah.
00:45:40.000 Yes, sir.
00:45:41.000 All right.
00:45:42.000 What do we got?
00:45:42.000 Anybody else?
00:45:43.000 We'll make $150,000 per month soon with my Delaware Amazon Prep Center.
00:45:46.000 Even though I don't have an Amazon account, KT put the chat on to what a prep center is and why I picked Delaware.
00:45:51.000 Ooh.
00:45:52.000 I know we picked Delaware.
00:45:53.000 Yeah, I know.
00:45:53.000 I picked Delaware, too.
00:45:54.000 Yeah, 100%.
00:45:55.000 You can tell him, go ahead.
00:45:56.000 Yeah, so he picked Delaware as a prep center.
00:45:59.000 I'll talk about what a prep center is.
00:46:01.000 Let's say you live in an apartment, like here, you're in an apartment, you don't have too much room to label and ship your products, you don't want to go to a UPS store, you can use what is called a prep center, and you order your products, let's say we're ordering our products from walmart.com, instead of ordering it to our apartment,
00:46:19.000 which has no space, we order it to a prep center in Delaware, And the prep center does is they communicate with you and they go into your Amazon account and they print the labels, they label the products for you, and they ship out the products to Amazon for you.
00:46:31.000 Bam!
00:46:31.000 They take their little fee.
00:46:32.000 But the thing about tax-free states like Delaware or Oregon is that, like, let's say in Miami we're getting a lot of sales tax, or Virginia where I'm from, 6%, we're getting that 6% that you're losing out on.
00:46:45.000 But if you're ordering it to Delaware or Oregon, that's 6% that you're saving on.
00:46:50.000 So it's no tax.
00:46:51.000 And not only that guys I've talked about Delaware as well and having my real estate business out of there It also helps with on adding a layering of protection because Delaware doesn't necessarily has some of the best LLC registered agent protection like they can't necessarily have all your personal information there like Florida like Florida for example is one of the worst places to have an LLC because all that information is out there public and they have it very transparent Delaware And Nevada is a bit better than that.
00:47:18.000 So you'll see a lot of businesses incorporated out of there.
00:47:20.000 I remember Mayweather, most of his stuff in Vegas because it's private.
00:47:24.000 So you don't know his business.
00:47:25.000 Yeah.
00:47:25.000 So it adds a layer of protection as well, guys.
00:47:30.000 And I talked about that.
00:47:31.000 Go watch our real estate episode that we did with, or actually our episode that we did with Steve when it came to accounting.
00:47:37.000 Xander Navarro goes, what is the difference between Shopify, POS, and FBA? Shopify.
00:47:42.000 Okay, so it's typo.
00:47:43.000 Shopify, POS, and FBA. Yeah, FBA, because Shopify is when you're just ordering off a website that's doing their own marketing.
00:47:53.000 Let's say we're ordering any of these supplement websites.
00:47:56.000 They have their own website.
00:47:57.000 They do their own marketing.
00:47:58.000 They run ads, Facebook ads, and all that.
00:48:00.000 But Amazon FBA is we're using Amazon's platform.
00:48:04.000 So everyone that goes on Amazon's platform and is looking for a red solo cup can see your listing.
00:48:09.000 So we don't have to run as much marketing, especially if we're selling big brands like this.
00:48:14.000 We don't do any marketing.
00:48:16.000 And we're using Amazon's platform.
00:48:18.000 Gotcha.
00:48:19.000 Yeah.
00:48:19.000 Okay.
00:48:21.000 And then, anything else there?
00:48:23.000 Or now we can hit the Super Chat.
00:48:25.000 Okay, so guys, we're going to hit some of the Super Chats.
00:48:26.000 As you guys know, if you want to Super Chat into the show...
00:48:30.000 Go ahead and just hit that fnfsuperchat.com button.
00:48:33.000 It's at the top of the description and top of the chat.
00:48:35.000 And we'll pull up on screen and read them.
00:48:37.000 So we got here...
00:48:38.000 Instagio Space Engineer.
00:48:41.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:48:42.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:48:44.000 We got here, and that was...
00:48:45.000 I don't know how much that was.
00:48:46.000 It was $10.
00:48:47.000 Oh, $10.
00:48:47.000 Okay.
00:48:48.000 Fresh and Fit Money Clips.
00:48:49.000 $10 goes, what's good?
00:48:50.000 Fresh and Fit Money Mondays is every day.
00:48:52.000 Yo, Big Mo, let's get that wrench.
00:48:54.000 We up.
00:48:54.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:48:55.000 Shout out to Fresh and Fit Money Clips, bro.
00:48:56.000 Yeah, that's...
00:48:56.000 Drop it some gems.
00:48:57.000 That's Rod.
00:48:58.000 Rod, Eric.
00:48:58.000 We got here Ryan.
00:48:59.000 Two bucks goes, can we get a full fitness routine of what you specifically do?
00:49:03.000 It would be helpful to replicate what you do and learn from there.
00:49:06.000 I plan on staying a natty my entire life, so I prefer to follow the routines of somebody who shares those values.
00:49:11.000 Yes, I can.
00:49:12.000 I can.
00:49:12.000 I'll probably put that on Locals for y'all.
00:49:13.000 There you go.
00:49:15.000 So...
00:49:16.000 What else do we got here?
00:49:18.000 Skunk Labs, 10 bucks goes, KT speaking the truth, our agency runs a ton of Amazon accounts for our clients.
00:49:24.000 If you do it right, this can be game changing.
00:49:25.000 Don't sleep on Amazon FBA, but do it right.
00:49:28.000 Yeah, I mean, like I said, y'all can go ahead and get started with the information that we've given you guys for free, but if you have the extra coin, man, invest in a mentor so you don't have to deal with issues.
00:49:37.000 KT, what is the main mistake people make hopping into Amazon FBA, you would say?
00:49:42.000 Main mistake.
00:49:42.000 The main mistake, people...
00:49:44.000 I would say the mistake would be giving up.
00:49:48.000 They're not...
00:49:49.000 Let's say they get started and they make a test by...
00:49:53.000 They get to the point where they're making a test by, which is...
00:49:55.000 That's good.
00:49:56.000 You're already there, but giving up very fast.
00:49:59.000 Or just not doing it wrong, not watching videos, not trying to learn enough, and you're just going straight into it.
00:50:06.000 You don't know what you're doing.
00:50:07.000 You're wasting your time going on Amazon trying to figure out stuff because it's like...
00:50:11.000 There's a learning curve to it for sure.
00:50:13.000 You're not going to know to go download Keepa and look through the historical data if you're just going on Amazon and signing up for an account.
00:50:19.000 You're not going to know.
00:50:21.000 So the first thing I did when I started out was I was trying to tap in with someone who was doing well.
00:50:24.000 That was what I was trying to do just so I could see what they're doing and replicate that.
00:50:29.000 Find a mentor, man.
00:50:30.000 Cut it down.
00:50:31.000 Yo, that's the key.
00:50:32.000 You can do things on your own, bro, but you're going to...
00:50:34.000 Messed up a bunch of times.
00:50:35.000 Yeah, you might spend a couple thousand to get the mentor, etc., but you're going to go ahead and shortline your route to making $5,000 to $10,000 a month.
00:50:48.000 I mean, it seems to me like from what the guys that signed up with you...
00:50:52.000 They might invest that first initial $1,000 or $2,000, etc.
00:50:55.000 But then they're able to make $3,000, $4,000, $5,000, $10,000 within a few months.
00:50:59.000 We had a call on my network as well.
00:51:01.000 One of the guys, he made like, what, $10,000 his first or second month?
00:51:05.000 Yeah, first month.
00:51:06.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:51:07.000 Yeah.
00:51:07.000 That's wild.
00:51:08.000 That's crazy stuff.
00:51:09.000 And I'll say right now, as we're going into Q4, it's the perfect time.
00:51:13.000 When I first started, I started off in December, and the only reason why I was able to do 15K in my first month selling on Amazon is because it was Q4 and people were buying toys.
00:51:23.000 I was selling these Cocomelon toys.
00:51:25.000 I saw the listing was just going crazy, so I ordered the 500 of them, sold all of them instantly, and had a 15K my first month.
00:51:32.000 Damn!
00:51:33.000 Yeah, it would have been a little harder if I was to jump in, let's say, in March or something like that, when I have to find a nice product that's reliable and all do this research, versus I'm jumping in, I see, oh shit, this product is moving very, very fast, and, you know, these toys, there's toys,
00:51:49.000 there's decorations, all this different stuff, I just buy.
00:51:51.000 Because I can see, for Halloween, people wanting to have, like, costumes, or, for example, cosplay stuff, or even, like, just skeletons in their driveway for Halloween, so that makes sense.
00:52:00.000 Exactly.
00:52:01.000 And some of those costumes are expensive.
00:52:02.000 You could probably potentially run a bag if you know...
00:52:04.000 Like, I've seen, like, Master Chief costumes for, like, 500 bucks and stuff.
00:52:08.000 So I'm like, oh, damn.
00:52:09.000 Yeah, because it's, like, high quality.
00:52:10.000 And you won't find out Party City.
00:52:12.000 Yeah, you ain't gonna find that crap in Party City.
00:52:13.000 Yeah, if you're on the producer side, you can run up a serious bag doing that.
00:52:18.000 Okay.
00:52:19.000 When you say producer side, what do you mean?
00:52:21.000 I mean like on the other side of the cash register.
00:52:24.000 So you're the person selling the product versus you buying the product.
00:52:24.000 Okay, okay.
00:52:27.000 Oh, I gotcha.
00:52:28.000 Alright, what else do we got here?
00:52:30.000 We got...
00:52:31.000 W has tipped a dollar.
00:52:33.000 He said, currently launching my own brand on Amazon, how many private label products do you recommend?
00:52:39.000 I attempt to launch at one time.
00:52:40.000 Currently have two products getting consistent sales but struggling to profit due to ad spend.
00:52:43.000 I'd appreciate any suggestions.
00:52:45.000 Yeah, so private label is when you launch your own brand using the Amazon platform, which I do not have.
00:52:51.000 I do not have my own brand.
00:52:52.000 I sell other brands that already built up their reputation and all that.
00:52:55.000 Yeah, why reinvent the wheel?
00:52:56.000 Yeah, it's good if you want more of a long-term play.
00:53:00.000 Wholesale, what I do, is kind of a quick way to build up a big business and you can have a lot of cash flow.
00:53:07.000 It's a very, very good business for a cash flow play.
00:53:09.000 Private label is more of an equity play.
00:53:11.000 You got to invest a lot of time, energy, creativity, ads, all of that.
00:53:15.000 So he might be putting the cart before the horse here.
00:53:17.000 You might want to build up, bro, and get your profit up to a sizable margin before you go into the own brand play.
00:53:23.000 That would be the...
00:53:25.000 It depends what he's trying to do.
00:53:27.000 If he's trying to already launch his own brand that he sees going big time, then go in it.
00:53:32.000 But if you're trying to make money, build a business that you can kind of build faster than a lot of other businesses and just make cash, that's wholesale what I do.
00:53:41.000 He's doing OPB, other people's brands.
00:53:43.000 He can sell his brand eventually.
00:53:46.000 So that's cool.
00:53:48.000 All right.
00:53:50.000 Shout out to all you.
00:53:51.000 You guys are asking some pretty good questions, man.
00:53:53.000 Like the video.
00:53:53.000 Guys, we're learning too.
00:53:56.000 Yeah, I'm learning.
00:53:56.000 I'm taking notes.
00:53:57.000 Guys, we got about 2.4K you guys watching on YouTube and then another 3,000 or 4,000 of y'all on Rumble.
00:54:04.000 So do me a favor, guys.
00:54:05.000 Like the video on YouTube.
00:54:07.000 If you guys don't mind, open up another tab.
00:54:08.000 If you're watching us on Rumble, fantastic.
00:54:10.000 Shout out to Rumble.
00:54:11.000 Open up a tab on YouTube, though, and watch us there as well so that we can hit more reach, hit the algorithm a bit harder.
00:54:15.000 Like the video over there.
00:54:16.000 Let's get the engagement up really high.
00:54:18.000 And I think we're also on Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and all the other platforms as well, man.
00:54:22.000 So I think between all the different platforms, we got almost 10,000 y'all watching, man.
00:54:25.000 Yep.
00:54:25.000 So, guys.
00:54:26.000 On a holiday, by the way.
00:54:28.000 On a holiday, by the way.
00:54:28.000 It's Labor Day.
00:54:28.000 No one's chilling.
00:54:29.000 Yeah, everyone else is chilling.
00:54:30.000 Having fun.
00:54:31.000 You know, but we're out here.
00:54:32.000 Working.
00:54:33.000 Right now, teaching you guys some stuff.
00:54:35.000 What do we got here?
00:54:36.000 Someone's saying you sound like Morgan Freeman.
00:54:40.000 W donated a dollar.
00:54:42.000 No, we got that one.
00:54:44.000 Should be further up.
00:54:45.000 Yeah.
00:54:45.000 Shout out to you donated.
00:54:46.000 We got here.
00:54:49.000 And shout out to Bill's on the back, man.
00:54:50.000 Guys, we've been working a lot on trying to get y'all to increase the quality of the show, bring these things back up.
00:54:56.000 I love that.
00:54:56.000 He can bring it back up now.
00:54:57.000 Yeah, he can bring it back.
00:55:06.000 I currently use a virtual credit card, DV, Mercury, and so on.
00:55:14.000 Some vendors appear to prefer bank transfers.
00:55:17.000 I attempted to avoid this by using something like PayPal, but putting my credit card information in the app doesn't really work.
00:55:22.000 Help.
00:55:23.000 Yeah, so some vendors, some suppliers, prefer a wire transfer.
00:55:28.000 And you just gotta work with that.
00:55:30.000 I have vendors that they prefer wire transfer because, you know, credit card, you're getting a fee.
00:55:34.000 They have to take a hit on a fee, so they, like, they say, send me a wire.
00:55:38.000 But you can also, kind of, the more cool you get with them, you can tell them, like, hey, like, can I make this transaction with my credit card?
00:55:45.000 And a lot of them say, yeah.
00:55:46.000 Okay, but they prefer bank transfers.
00:55:48.000 Yeah, yeah, some prefer bank transfers.
00:55:50.000 Some say, yeah.
00:55:51.000 That makes sense.
00:55:53.000 Alright.
00:55:53.000 And then Johnny Ecom says, Yo KT, me and my boy want to start a Shopify store and do paid ads over TikTok.
00:56:00.000 With AliExpress as our supplier, do you agree with this method?
00:56:03.000 Or only Amazon?
00:56:04.000 If not only AliExpress, any other suggestions?
00:56:07.000 Thanks.
00:56:08.000 So people are successful with Shopify.
00:56:10.000 A ton of people are successful with Shopify.
00:56:12.000 For me, I know Amazon.
00:56:14.000 I'm successful in Amazon.
00:56:15.000 And that's what I teach.
00:56:16.000 That's what I do.
00:56:17.000 So, you know, it's whatever you want to do.
00:56:20.000 You can dive into whatever you want and be successful.
00:56:23.000 You just got to do a lot of research into what you're getting into.
00:56:26.000 But my thing is Amazon for sure.
00:56:27.000 Got it.
00:56:28.000 Alex says, how do you know your exact profit from every SKU? Yeah, so I use a software that shows me.
00:56:34.000 So there's a software called AZ Insight that I use, and it shows the estimated sales of every product that I'm clicking on.
00:56:42.000 And then I can put in my buy cost in there.
00:56:44.000 Let's say I got product for six bucks.
00:56:47.000 I can see how much money I'm going to be making.
00:56:49.000 I can see my profit.
00:56:50.000 I can see my return on investment, profit margin.
00:56:53.000 So before I go buy a product, I go and check the Easy Insight, which is in the page.
00:56:58.000 So you're saying, don't just go buy anything randomly.
00:57:00.000 Do research first, then go buy it after the fact.
00:57:03.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:57:04.000 You want to put your buy cost in, see if you're profitable.
00:57:07.000 I love when I'm putting my buy cost in and I see 60% ROI. You know, it's time to go.
00:57:12.000 Pulling the trigger.
00:57:13.000 Okay.
00:57:14.000 Credit card out.
00:57:15.000 Noah9k says, Got my respect for Myron Refresh.
00:57:18.000 I'm 19 and y'all done turned me into a respectable man.
00:57:22.000 Had to cut everyone off for the places I'm going to go.
00:57:24.000 If y'all tour and do live shows, hit up Charlotte for sure.
00:57:28.000 Yeah, bro.
00:57:28.000 We definitely will if we can soon do some more live shows.
00:57:32.000 Dave Cook says, how do you go about buying your first large purchase in a product?
00:57:36.000 I remember looking at some skincare on Walmart with ROI of $8 for what is sold on Amazon.
00:57:41.000 However, they would only allow a 20-limit order at a time.
00:57:45.000 How do you buy 100 units?
00:57:47.000 So, these stores are updating what they do, like, constantly, but back when I used to purchase at Walmart, I would purchase from Walmart a lot.
00:57:55.000 I would just make the max order, like, I would order products that you can have, you can order 10 of it, then I'll go and I'll make another order right after, like, a few minutes after, and I'll just keep going until I'm at 100.
00:58:06.000 So you're saying buy the max one time, don't wait?
00:58:10.000 Yeah, buy the max and then just keep buying the max.
00:58:13.000 Keep making new orders.
00:58:15.000 What if you made a whole other account?
00:58:16.000 Would that be considered like...
00:58:18.000 Yeah, people do that too.
00:58:19.000 There's ways, new account, VPNs.
00:58:22.000 There's a whole bunch of different ways people go about going around these websites.
00:58:26.000 Damn.
00:58:28.000 I know, from my experience, I remember I was buying a lot from Best Buy.
00:58:31.000 I was running it up from Best Buy.
00:58:33.000 And they caught on to me and they banned my account.
00:58:35.000 Wow.
00:58:36.000 There you go.
00:58:37.000 That's an example I gave before.
00:58:38.000 If you're buying too much from a thing, they kind of catch on that you're a reseller.
00:58:42.000 Yeah, they banned me.
00:58:43.000 They caught you, I was thinking.
00:58:46.000 Okay.
00:58:47.000 Who's next?
00:58:48.000 What do we got here?
00:58:49.000 Y'all got some good questions, man.
00:58:51.000 Majumbo Jones.
00:58:51.000 Majumbo Jones goes one buck.
00:58:53.000 Myron, there's a property that's for sale at $240K. It's gutted, but I ran the...
00:58:58.000 It could sell for $350K. I renovated.
00:59:01.000 Okay.
00:59:02.000 Should I? FNF really helped me get these hoes.
00:59:04.000 Okay.
00:59:04.000 So one more time.
00:59:05.000 There's a property that's for sale at $240K. It's gutted, but I can renovate it.
00:59:09.000 Easily sell for $350K. Should I? It depends on your tolerance, bro, because you're going to renovate it.
00:59:14.000 It's going to be vacant for months, maybe if not a year.
00:59:17.000 Do you have the tolerance where you can go ahead and invest that money to renovate it and not necessarily get cash flow?
00:59:22.000 So it really comes down to how much capital you have and how long you can go without making money on it.
00:59:26.000 If you are to have a hard money loan on it, that's going to suck because you're going to be paying a high interest back to that lender unless that lender is really favorable to you and he's saying, hey, I'll defer the payment for a few months.
00:59:36.000 But a lot of times they want their money immediately.
00:59:38.000 So it comes down to How long can you tolerate not getting cash flow for the house?
00:59:42.000 How fast can you do the renovation yourself?
00:59:44.000 Those are all the things.
00:59:45.000 Any deal can work, assuming you make the numbers work, but I don't necessarily know those factors.
00:59:50.000 And what market are you buying it in?
00:59:51.000 Are you buying it in a South Florida where the market's hot and it might be worth...
00:59:55.000 Tolerating that crap?
00:59:56.000 It might be.
00:59:57.000 But this is why I don't like necessarily fixing and flipping or anything to do with aggressive renovations because it's absolutely going to hurt your ability to cash flow quickly.
01:00:06.000 That's why I like to personally buy turnkeys.
01:00:07.000 I prefer to buy a house a little bit more, right?
01:00:10.000 Buy it right around what it's worth and just do a turnkey.
01:00:13.000 Yeah, it might be a little bit more than buying a rehab, but I'm able to cash flow immediately.
01:00:17.000 I mean, I'm buying it typically cash flow.
01:00:19.000 Or if not, I'm kicking that tenant out and getting someone else in and cash flowing it immediately or increasing the margin.
01:00:25.000 But it's up to you how long you can tolerate not getting cash flow.
01:00:30.000 And also, we don't know your actual renovation costs.
01:00:32.000 So materials are pretty high right now.
01:00:34.000 So we don't know what's going to be the end cost.
01:00:35.000 Because if you're a contractor and you're doing it yourself, That's way different than you hiring contractors to do it for you.
01:00:40.000 So, but then you add in that cost versus selling it, you might actually break even or maybe make less.
01:00:44.000 So, like, guys, a lot of times you guys ask these real estate questions and it's like, I don't mind answering them, I will, but so many factors come in.
01:00:50.000 How are you getting money?
01:00:51.000 Is a bank giving it to you or is a hard money lender giving it to you?
01:00:55.000 Well, if it's a bank, then that's a little bit different than a hard money lender because I know he.
01:00:59.000 Yeah, come on, man.
01:01:00.000 We know who's behind those.
01:01:02.000 And you know what the interest rate is going to be on those, man.
01:01:04.000 So, you know what I mean?
01:01:06.000 You're going to have to pay the piper a pretty penny if you're going to take a hard money loan.
01:01:09.000 So, it really comes down to you.
01:01:11.000 What else do we got here?
01:01:12.000 Loving coins.
01:01:13.000 Sakaria says, Big Up KT. Thoughts on selling Islamic clothing and accessories?
01:01:18.000 Is it profitable?
01:01:19.000 This is the hood, ain't it?
01:01:21.000 Shout out to Big Moe.
01:01:22.000 This hood, ain't it?
01:01:23.000 You want to sell Islamic clothing?
01:01:24.000 Habibi!
01:01:25.000 That's a very particular niche.
01:01:27.000 I've never heard of that.
01:01:29.000 Anyone doing that, honestly.
01:01:30.000 Okay.
01:01:32.000 We got here, Sneeko took the leaf pill.
01:01:36.000 When you guys are saying, I made 10k in my first month, etc.
01:01:39.000 Is this revenue?
01:01:40.000 And you need to subtract the cost of the product, so you're really making 3k on a 30% margin, etc.
01:01:45.000 Or is it actually 10k profit?
01:01:47.000 Can you please use the word profit or revenue from now on?
01:01:50.000 You want to show them your actual receipts as well?
01:01:52.000 Or you want to dive into this?
01:01:54.000 Yeah.
01:01:55.000 I have it on screen as well.
01:01:56.000 Yeah, for sure.
01:01:57.000 And when someone says they made 10k their first month, if they're saying I did 10k in sales, that's they did 10k in sales.
01:02:04.000 They said they made 10k and they probably made 10k.
01:02:07.000 Like they did 30k in sales, 40k in sales.
01:02:10.000 Bill, could you bring up his receipts as well for today and yesterday?
01:02:13.000 So this is today's revenue, you said?
01:02:19.000 11.5k sales, estimated payout 8,000.
01:02:23.000 Gross profit 5k.
01:02:25.000 That's pretty good, bro.
01:02:26.000 Yeah.
01:02:26.000 And four refunds, damn.
01:02:28.000 And yesterday, 10K. Five refunds, payout 7K. That's pretty good, bro.
01:02:33.000 And what are these products that pretty much accounted for most of these sales, if you don't mind sharing?
01:02:38.000 What's up for Locals, man?
01:02:39.000 Oh, that's Locals?
01:02:41.000 Listen, man.
01:02:42.000 What's up for Locals, bro?
01:02:43.000 I got some sauce.
01:02:44.000 My man ain't doing his thing, bro.
01:02:45.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:02:45.000 Y'all are going to have to come over to Locals towards the end of the street for that one.
01:02:48.000 If you're not at Locals, RCU Network, you can gain our sauce, man.
01:02:49.000 Okay, so he's going to tell you guys what specifically helped him make $18,000 in two days with the products that he was selling.
01:02:56.000 And we have one product for Halloween that will change your life.
01:02:59.000 Oh, wow.
01:03:00.000 We're going to drop it on Locals only?
01:03:01.000 So, hey, man, it's what it is, bro.
01:03:02.000 You want a secret sauce?
01:03:03.000 Yay.
01:03:04.000 Call me part of members.
01:03:05.000 CastleClub.tv, my ninjas.
01:03:06.000 Join in.
01:03:06.000 You gotcha.
01:03:07.000 Okay.
01:03:08.000 So, what else we got here?
01:03:09.000 We got here, title says, what do you think about glass bottles?
01:03:12.000 I see stuff I could go for, I can go for 10, go for 35.
01:03:15.000 Glass bottles?
01:03:16.000 Yeah.
01:03:17.000 I actually sell stuff that's glass as well.
01:03:19.000 You just gotta make sure you package it very well.
01:03:22.000 When I sell my stuff that's in glass bottles, I have these bubble wrap bags.
01:03:27.000 They're like bubble bags that I get from eBay.
01:03:30.000 And I just make sure I put everything in there and it's all good.
01:03:33.000 It's funny because now I order water online.
01:03:35.000 I only buy glass bottles because I know it's healthier because plastic kind of gets messed up.
01:03:40.000 What do you think of glass...
01:03:43.000 No, got that.
01:03:45.000 People calling a cop in the chat that I make this income now.
01:03:48.000 I have a free...
01:03:50.000 Oh, this is Geospace Engineer.
01:03:52.000 Okay.
01:03:53.000 Let me read this again.
01:03:55.000 I'm calling Cap in the chat that I make this income now.
01:03:58.000 I have a free e-book that has several receipts and breaks down the math for 150k per month.
01:04:02.000 People will DM me on Instagram, Geospace Engineer.
01:04:05.000 Alright.
01:04:06.000 Okay.
01:04:07.000 Cool.
01:04:08.000 That's something else.
01:04:08.000 They're making our money, I guess.
01:04:09.000 Goddamn.
01:04:11.000 What else here?
01:04:12.000 Super Javi.
01:04:13.000 He goes, 10 bucks.
01:04:14.000 I currently work 8 hours a week.
01:04:15.000 I owe $20,000 on a personal loan.
01:04:17.000 I almost have them.
01:04:18.000 Would it be better to pay that off or start Amazon FBA? What do you think, KT? I would probably pay back what I owe before getting started into a new venture.
01:04:30.000 But the thing with Amazon that I like with loans is that you can use loans.
01:04:36.000 Instead of a personal loan, you get a business loan and buy products.
01:04:40.000 I get loans here and there.
01:04:42.000 When I first started, I didn't have much money when I first started.
01:04:45.000 I didn't have that much.
01:04:47.000 So Amazon offered me a loan for $80k.
01:04:50.000 Amazon offers loans at very low rates compared to what you see out there.
01:04:54.000 So they want people out there doing this?
01:04:57.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:04:57.000 Wow.
01:04:58.000 Yeah, it was probably my like 10th or 11th month in Amazon.
01:05:02.000 They offered me 80k loan and I was looking for money and it showed up on my page like, do you want to take this loan?
01:05:08.000 I took it, spent all 80k, made that money and paid it back and that really, really helped me.
01:05:14.000 Wow.
01:05:14.000 What is the criteria to get these loans?
01:05:16.000 Just putting in time on a platform or is it like, what's the criteria?
01:05:19.000 Time on the platform and sales.
01:05:21.000 So, just the more you sell, the more they'll offer you.
01:05:24.000 Like, the other day, Amazon offered me 500k.
01:05:26.000 I didn't take it.
01:05:27.000 But, yeah.
01:05:28.000 I could have just taken that 500k and spent it all and made 100...
01:05:34.000 You know?
01:05:35.000 That's wild, bro.
01:05:36.000 500k for Amazon?
01:05:37.000 Yeah, and the amount I had to pay back was like 6k.
01:05:40.000 What's the interest rate?
01:05:42.000 It was like month to month, it was like 3%.
01:05:46.000 Wow!
01:05:46.000 That's lower than banks, bro!
01:05:48.000 Wow!
01:05:49.000 Way lower!
01:05:49.000 It was extremely low.
01:05:50.000 Damn!
01:05:50.000 The loan cost was extremely low.
01:05:52.000 So guys, look into that.
01:05:54.000 Also, we did an episode with Neo.
01:05:56.000 I think it's on, we still have it.
01:05:57.000 I think it's on, it's definitely on Rumble.
01:05:59.000 It got a lot of views on Rumble and we might have re-uploaded for you guys on YouTube.
01:06:02.000 He talked about credit unions to go to that will give you a business loan with little to no credit check.
01:06:08.000 Yeah.
01:06:08.000 So go watch that as well if you guys got a business.
01:06:11.000 All you need to do is have an LLC and they'll pretty much give you a loan because a lot of these credit unions are looking to give out money and they'll give it to you on favorable rates.
01:06:18.000 So go ahead and check that out as well.
01:06:20.000 So Amazon will give you a loan, low interest, because they want people doing this because it makes their job easier actually.
01:06:24.000 And then also go ahead and check out that episode that we did with Neo.
01:06:27.000 Timestamps are in there.
01:06:28.000 So guys, for some of you guys that have debt, et cetera, and you kind of want to get started and you want to be able to pay off that debt and get started or maybe pay off a portion of it, that's another way to go.
01:06:36.000 But you better be gung-ho and in it 1,000% if you're going to take other people's money and get started in this business.
01:06:42.000 None of this half, oh, I think I'm going to do this or I'm somewhat serious.
01:06:45.000 No, you've got to be really serious.
01:06:46.000 Mm-hmm.
01:06:47.000 Dude, that's a lot of money, though.
01:06:49.000 500k alone?
01:06:50.000 Goddamn, nigga.
01:06:52.000 How would you make it then?
01:06:54.000 MikeStyle200 goes, Big Ops, FNF for KT. Question for KT. Let's say you want 1 to 10k but only have $100.
01:06:58.000 What products would you invest on knowing you know now?
01:07:01.000 What you know now?
01:07:02.000 So if I only have $100, I would definitely save up more money because with $100, you can't make too much money off it.
01:07:12.000 I think to me it seems like the threshold is have at least $1,000 that you can use on products.
01:07:19.000 Mike Stahl, okay, we got that one.
01:07:22.000 Thank you guys so much for...
01:07:23.000 And guys, just so you guys know, the Streamlabs link, man, if you want to go ahead and ask a question on the show, it's pinned at the top description and pinned at the top of the chat.
01:07:31.000 It's basically the new Super Chat button.
01:07:33.000 And it's going to come up on screen in the nice little Grand Theft Auto font for y'all.
01:07:36.000 And we'll answer your guys' questions that you have for KT. Myron donates a dollar, goes, is Zerka coming back on the show?
01:07:41.000 Soon I heard Myron and him doing IRL streaming.
01:07:44.000 Myron, your stream with the Leaf yesterday was fire.
01:07:46.000 Yeah, man, I mean, he's in LA right now, so when he's back in Miami, we'll talk.
01:07:51.000 No, there's no issues with Zerka, guys.
01:07:52.000 I know people are trying to, you know, split us and, oh, this is drama, blah, blah, blah.
01:07:56.000 Bro, we're all cool.
01:07:57.000 QuarkGuy, donate 20 bucks.
01:07:58.000 I do auto wholesale at the moment and the business model is very similar.
01:08:01.000 Do you recommend jumping straight to wholesale or DA? CarGuy.
01:08:05.000 Is that DA? Yeah.
01:08:06.000 OA, sorry.
01:08:07.000 OA. Car guy is smart.
01:08:09.000 Yeah, so if you have connections in the wholesale business already, you already have stuff in your favor.
01:08:14.000 You can use those connections.
01:08:15.000 Find whatever you're selling currently or whatever your distributors or connections have.
01:08:20.000 See if it's on Amazon and see what price you can get at because you already have an advantage because you have a relationship with them.
01:08:26.000 So I would definitely see what I could use to my advantage in that situation and do wholesale.
01:08:31.000 I would just learn a lot.
01:08:33.000 Okay.
01:08:34.000 Is that Jay the car guy?
01:08:35.000 And shout out to Money Clips.
01:08:36.000 He's putting the Neil DeViso interview guys in there for y'all.
01:08:39.000 Mark it in your bookmarks and watch that back because he talks about how to get a loan and the timestamps are there.
01:08:43.000 Watch it after this one, man.
01:08:44.000 Yo, I'm telling y'all, man.
01:08:46.000 No one gives you guys as much value as we do when it comes to making money, getting girls, being attractive, getting your life together in general, bro.
01:08:53.000 We want y'all to...
01:09:05.000 We're good to go.
01:09:18.000 So, we got y'all, man.
01:09:19.000 Unlike a couple other haters that, you know, don't provide any value.
01:09:23.000 Yo, it's sick.
01:09:24.000 Would it be a bad idea to try and sell a product that isn't listed on Amazon but is sold in stores up here in the Northeast?
01:09:31.000 Wouldn't be the best idea.
01:09:32.000 I would stick to what's on Amazon, what's working, and do that.
01:09:37.000 Yeah, because it's not tested, it's not tried.
01:09:39.000 Yeah, there's no need to be that person.
01:09:40.000 It's a gamble.
01:09:41.000 Tribal Chief goes, so wait, you need to put in time in order to get the loan or they will provide to you even if you're starting up?
01:09:49.000 Yeah, so I'll talk about the loan.
01:09:51.000 So basically, if you're selling a lot, it's not based on your personal credit whatsoever, like at all.
01:09:56.000 When I first, I didn't even have that good credit when I first started.
01:09:59.000 So it's not based on your personal credit.
01:10:01.000 It's all business revenue, like business revenue, your Amazon business.
01:10:05.000 Oh, so profits, sales?
01:10:07.000 Not profits, just sales.
01:10:08.000 They just look at your account and see how much you're selling.
01:10:10.000 Okay, this guy's doing 80K a month in sales.
01:10:12.000 Let me offer him 90K. Wow.
01:10:14.000 That's what they do.
01:10:16.000 So they give you a little bit more than what you're typically making.
01:10:19.000 It's a loan offer.
01:10:20.000 Pretty much, yeah.
01:10:22.000 Wait, so if you got a loan for 500k, how much are you making, nigga?
01:10:25.000 What the hell?
01:10:26.000 That's super high, dawg.
01:10:27.000 Yeah, it's a high loan.
01:10:29.000 That's what they're talking about.
01:10:30.000 That's what they're talking about, Rolex too, man.
01:10:31.000 Look at this guy, man.
01:10:32.000 Xavier Doney, 10 bucks.
01:10:33.000 Question for you, KT. Do you think two people joining the FBA course together and wanted to become business partners could work?
01:10:41.000 Like a team, basically.
01:10:42.000 Yeah, for sure, if you have a partner.
01:10:44.000 Partner is actually a really good idea.
01:10:46.000 If I had someone helping my business, I would be doing better numbers.
01:10:49.000 10x?
01:10:50.000 Yeah.
01:10:51.000 Yeah, because you're able to split the cost of procuring products, right?
01:10:54.000 Like, split the cost, and also, I spend a lot of my time looking for brands, looking for products, calling companies, and placing orders.
01:11:02.000 Like, all that takes a while, plus I gotta do everything else in my life, so if I had another person, you know, help me with that.
01:11:07.000 Yeah, I could divvy it up.
01:11:08.000 Hey, mate, you looking for a partner?
01:11:11.000 Pressure Fit got you.
01:11:13.000 Maybe.
01:11:14.000 Maybe.
01:11:14.000 We might get into this thing, man.
01:11:17.000 Because like I said before, if you do this right, guys, this can literally be automatic.
01:11:17.000 Something, man.
01:11:22.000 Yeah.
01:11:23.000 Like, if y'all do this right.
01:11:24.000 You know, I could see here easily how you start off by yourself, start getting some sales, then...
01:11:29.000 You know what?
01:11:29.000 Let me ask this question.
01:11:32.000 Let's say people were getting into this.
01:11:33.000 What's the trajectory of scaling up?
01:11:35.000 Like, okay, I got some successful products.
01:11:38.000 Step one, do I hire a fulfillment center that you were talking about before out of Delaware?
01:11:42.000 Do I hire someone to start researching products?
01:11:45.000 What do you think is the best, I guess, list of steps to scale up the business in order?
01:11:50.000 Perfect, yeah.
01:11:52.000 So, what I would do is, what I did personally, I started selling, I started making some good money, and I realized I'm working all day.
01:12:01.000 I'm doing stuff such as shipping, because I did everything myself, like labeling, shipping, products, all that.
01:12:06.000 You're researching, using the apps, figuring out what sells, what doesn't.
01:12:09.000 All that.
01:12:09.000 Yeah, split testing.
01:12:10.000 The first thing you do is eliminate the labeling and shipping if you're doing that yourself because you can pay someone a little bit or you could use a prep center.
01:12:19.000 So now you have three hours of your day free.
01:12:21.000 You use that time to find more products and make more purchases.
01:12:24.000 Boom.
01:12:25.000 Now you're making more money.
01:12:26.000 Now you're making more money.
01:12:28.000 You're becoming an expert at Amazon to the point where if I'm doing the wholesale business model, I can hire someone to scan through product sheets or scan through SmartScout because I'm a master at it.
01:12:41.000 All it takes is I hire them, a virtual assistant, $6 an hour, and I show them a whole bunch of Loom videos.
01:12:46.000 I walk them through everything.
01:12:47.000 This is how you can replicate it.
01:12:48.000 Then I have them finding distributors, finding products for me.
01:12:51.000 You teach them how to do it.
01:12:53.000 Yeah.
01:12:53.000 And then, okay.
01:12:54.000 So step one.
01:12:55.000 You stop making the labels yourself in packaging.
01:12:58.000 Step two, get really good at the product research, finding companies to work with, and then have a virtual assistant help you with that.
01:13:09.000 And then that means you can focus a lot of your time on actually making deals, negotiating.
01:13:14.000 Like every single day I'll wake up and my virtual assistant has 20 different brands that I can contact.
01:13:19.000 I didn't have to go and do the research.
01:13:21.000 He's working all day.
01:13:23.000 And these brands can, you know, maybe one of them I buy from, and that makes me, that brand would make me 5k a month, and I paid my, you know, VAs.
01:13:31.000 Way less.
01:13:31.000 How much did you pay them?
01:13:32.000 Your VA. Back in the day, it was not that much.
01:13:36.000 Slave work!
01:13:37.000 But I gave them a lot of bonuses.
01:13:39.000 Yeah.
01:13:39.000 Shout out.
01:13:40.000 Okay, shout out to you.
01:13:41.000 So question KT, real quick.
01:13:42.000 And what was the third one that you think that they got to do after that?
01:13:45.000 But those are the top two things they gotta outsource.
01:13:47.000 Yeah.
01:13:47.000 Research and physically labeling the products, etc.
01:13:50.000 Yeah.
01:13:51.000 Then you got it down.
01:13:52.000 You have more products than you can buy.
01:13:53.000 So then the third thing is money.
01:13:55.000 Now you need some money.
01:13:56.000 Because you have all these products in front of your face.
01:13:58.000 Your virtual assistant is giving you all this.
01:14:00.000 Like you have a lot in your face and you don't have enough money to buy it.
01:14:03.000 So you want to hit up.
01:14:04.000 You want to get an Amex.
01:14:07.000 Acquiring other people's capital through credit.
01:14:07.000 Amex.
01:14:09.000 Yeah.
01:14:09.000 Yeah, so seek more money because you're going to need to spend more money.
01:14:15.000 Would you recommend getting an investor as well?
01:14:17.000 That's your choice.
01:14:19.000 For me personally, I like credit cards and lines of credit and loans rather than someone taking a percentage of my business for money when I can go, you know, contact American Express and off the first month they give me 100 Gs.
01:14:33.000 How old are you, bro?
01:14:35.000 I'm 24.
01:14:36.000 Okay, so in the morning, right, I'll be getting my morning coffee and snack out joe and juice, basically.
01:14:42.000 I see this guy walking his dog just chilling.
01:14:43.000 I'm like, bro, why you up so early?
01:14:45.000 But I'm just curious, bro.
01:14:46.000 Take us through your, I want to say, daily life of KT Hustles.
01:14:49.000 What do you do when you wake up and during the day and then night?
01:14:52.000 Is there a day in the life?
01:14:53.000 I wake up, 7.30, 8am.
01:14:55.000 I walk my dog for like 45 minutes.
01:14:58.000 I come back and I immediately get on my computer.
01:15:00.000 I get coffee, immediately get on my computer.
01:15:02.000 Start looking through my Amazon store.
01:15:04.000 I start requesting reviews, so I'm getting more reviews.
01:15:06.000 I see what's up with my virtual assistant.
01:15:09.000 I talk to my warehouse manager, see what's up with him, see what's coming in, let him know what we gotta do today, and then I just look through some more products, see what my suppliers are saying.
01:15:20.000 If it's a week like this week, restocking on inventory, so this week I have to spend a ton of money on restocking.
01:15:27.000 So I spend my first few hours doing my Amazon business, like two hours, and then after that I go straight to the gym, work out, and then come back and do it.
01:15:36.000 Yeah, yes sir.
01:15:37.000 And then I go do some light work, like meetings and stuff like that.
01:15:41.000 And you've built yours, I don't want to make this explicit to the audience, like you've built yourself up to this point where you've been able to be pretty much hands off, and it seems to me as you're just in a managerial position, monitoring what's going on, Exactly.
01:15:54.000 Everything is going well.
01:15:54.000 Cool.
01:15:55.000 I'm looking at my phone.
01:15:57.000 I'm talking to my VA. They're handling everything.
01:15:59.000 I'm kind of adapting and seeing what's going on and making changes, whatever.
01:16:03.000 But it seems to me, it looks like you've been doing this for a few years, right?
01:16:06.000 You've created a system and you're just monitoring that system at this point.
01:16:09.000 And that's where you guys can get after experience and having the money and the capital and having the infrastructure from experience.
01:16:15.000 Exactly.
01:16:16.000 And the last thing that I could take my hands off is ordering.
01:16:20.000 So I order and I call suppliers all the time.
01:16:24.000 So I'm calling and I'm talking to my suppliers, negotiating and then placing orders, which is a few hours every week.
01:16:29.000 That's the last thing I could give to someone and then I'm fully hands off.
01:16:32.000 Okay, but that's the last thing that you pretty much do on your own right now, right?
01:16:36.000 Because building those relationships and talking to them man-to-man is probably very important.
01:16:39.000 Yeah, and it's a harder place.
01:16:40.000 That part's harder place.
01:16:41.000 I used to be an agent all day working at office, you know what I'm saying?
01:16:45.000 But now he uses a podcast, purchase his hair all day, get waves.
01:16:49.000 Smart, man.
01:16:49.000 Delegation.
01:16:50.000 Appreciate that.
01:16:51.000 Thank you, sir.
01:16:52.000 I appreciate that.
01:16:54.000 They're better than yours.
01:16:55.000 Way better than yours, actually.
01:16:57.000 Goddamn!
01:16:59.000 I'm never trying, bro.
01:17:00.000 Oh, now I'm trying, dude.
01:17:01.000 I'm trying, man.
01:17:04.000 OMG Senecio donates 50 bucks.
01:17:07.000 I appreciate that so much, bro.
01:17:08.000 He goes, need help.
01:17:09.000 Currently making 250k selling cars.
01:17:11.000 Next year we'll make 300k because I'm getting a raise.
01:17:14.000 I just went to Miami and really want to move there.
01:17:16.000 Have an op working with GC Sales.
01:17:19.000 Don't know if I'm going for the fun of Miami or if it'll be better for me.
01:17:23.000 The thing about Miami, bro, is that you can have a great lifestyle here, but there's so much temptation and things you can do on the side that will distract you.
01:17:31.000 So you have to understand you're coming here to work, and then when work is done, you can play a little bit.
01:17:36.000 But if you play too much, it can mess you up.
01:17:37.000 This city will literally eat you and spit you out if you don't know what you're doing, bro.
01:17:44.000 Like, if you come here and you're not super disciplined, you don't have your life in order, etc., it's going to either make or break you.
01:17:51.000 Any bad habits that you have are going to be exacerbated and amplified when you come down here.
01:17:55.000 You have an alcohol problem, you have a weed problem, you have a woman problem, etc., it's going to absolutely cripple you to your knees where you're going to start going on binges, where next thing you know you're at the club at 7 o'clock in the morning when you should have been working.
01:18:07.000 Like, Las Vegas, Miami, guys, you have to have a very strong mindset to come here and actually become successful, bro.
01:18:13.000 And it's funny, KT is a good example because I can tell he's young, successful, good-looking, pause.
01:18:19.000 And he can probably go on multiple dates or, for example, just party.
01:18:22.000 Because, dude, you can party in Miami from Monday to Sunday nonstop.
01:18:24.000 But tell them how you kind of curved this kind of addiction or this kind of behavior and how you kind of stay focused.
01:18:30.000 Yeah, so I came to Miami to work.
01:18:32.000 Like Myron was saying, if you're doing bad things, you got bad stuff, habits, you're going to come to Miami and it amplifies.
01:18:39.000 But if you come to Miami to work, it also amplifies because you got a lot of motivation, you got a lot of network.
01:18:44.000 Connections.
01:18:44.000 Yeah, so I'm here to work.
01:18:47.000 Every single day I'm working my ass off.
01:18:48.000 How did we actually meet, KT? Do you remember?
01:18:52.000 My barber.
01:18:54.000 Yeah.
01:18:55.000 So actually, no, you DM'd me a while back, right?
01:18:57.000 I was like, remember?
01:18:58.000 For a barber.
01:18:59.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:19:00.000 So he DM'd me, yeah, who's your barber?
01:19:02.000 I'm like, okay, I ran a question.
01:19:04.000 I gave my barber's info, and I would see him all the time back and forth with my barber.
01:19:08.000 Then I'm like, okay, his Instagram is going to make us some money.
01:19:11.000 Talking about Amazon sales, all that stuff.
01:19:13.000 Okay, cool.
01:19:14.000 He's coming up on the way.
01:19:15.000 But I didn't know him that well.
01:19:16.000 Kind of find out like a year or two years later, you're in Miami, making big money.
01:19:16.000 Yeah.
01:19:20.000 I'm like, damn!
01:19:21.000 I got killing it.
01:19:22.000 And then Adam, American Income, talked to him, told me, you know, bring him on the podcast.
01:19:25.000 And then from there, the rest is history.
01:19:27.000 He's there.
01:19:28.000 Yeah.
01:19:28.000 So he started small, worked his way up, focused on work, and then he's here today on the podcast.
01:19:33.000 Like, bro, if you have a discipline problem wherever you're at, like, please handle that before you come down here, bro.
01:19:38.000 Yeah, bro.
01:19:38.000 Because I don't want you guys to come down here, and a lot of guys fall victim to this.
01:19:42.000 Even myself, I've done it before, where you'll come down here and you'll Like, oh my god, there's so many girls, blah, blah, blah, and I can do whatever.
01:19:49.000 And, like, you'll go on a binge for, like, a couple days or a week.
01:19:53.000 And then it can go ahead and actually, like, spiral out of control, bro.
01:19:57.000 So, guys, like, don't come down here until you're ready, bro.
01:20:02.000 Like, make sure you are super disciplined and you have...
01:20:06.000 Goals that you have stated and boundaries before you even decide to come down here, bro.
01:20:12.000 Because it can absolutely mess you up if you don't know what you're doing.
01:20:14.000 Because a lot of places...
01:20:15.000 I mean, this is vacation destination, bro.
01:20:17.000 Yo, Miami will make or break you, bro.
01:20:19.000 I see it all the time.
01:20:20.000 Yeah.
01:20:20.000 Like, this ain't easy, bro.
01:20:21.000 You guys know how much we decline going to parties and clubs and etc.
01:20:25.000 We're getting invited all the time.
01:20:26.000 Yeah.
01:20:26.000 Well, frescoes.
01:20:28.000 But he don't drink though.
01:20:29.000 He don't drink.
01:20:30.000 But like, yo, it's very tempting to go to these things.
01:20:33.000 That's why I be sitting in the house all the time.
01:20:34.000 Y'all say, Myron, you're so boring.
01:20:36.000 Why are you sitting inside the house?
01:20:37.000 Because I don't even want to be in the environment because I know what could potentially happen.
01:20:39.000 So I'm like, you know, I'm just going to stay in my ass at home.
01:20:41.000 And can you imagine going to these events, being sober?
01:20:44.000 Everyone's drunk and I'm just like, bro, this is not fun, man.
01:20:47.000 I'm here to work.
01:20:48.000 It's annoying.
01:20:49.000 So, yeah.
01:20:51.000 It's funny.
01:20:53.000 We had back in like two years ago, a year ago, we had those crypto millionaires, the kids in Miami, spent all the money buying bottles in the club where they are today.
01:21:01.000 Those crypto ninjas are...
01:21:01.000 Gone.
01:21:03.000 I don't see them like that no more.
01:21:05.000 Gone like the wind, bro.
01:21:06.000 They were all here, bro.
01:21:07.000 Gone like the wind.
01:21:08.000 Crazy.
01:21:10.000 I just had to.
01:21:10.000 Joaquin goes, thanks you guys for the amazing content.
01:21:12.000 You changed my life at the new year at 130.
01:21:16.000 Now I'm 150 after, consistently working out at the gym and building muscle.
01:21:19.000 Question, I'm 28, starting to take money seriously.
01:21:21.000 Is it too late for me in life?
01:21:23.000 No, you're not.
01:21:23.000 It's definitely not too late for you, bro.
01:21:25.000 You're not a woman.
01:21:25.000 You're a man.
01:21:26.000 It was a woman!
01:21:29.000 As a guy, you got a lot more time, right?
01:21:29.000 You're fine, bro.
01:21:31.000 Like women have a finite amount of time to find their best partner, right?
01:21:34.000 Sometimes they can kind of go ahead and push the clock back if they take care of themselves and go to the gym, etc.
01:21:38.000 But understand that you're not on the same biological time clock as a female.
01:21:42.000 Fortunately for you as a man.
01:21:43.000 But...
01:21:44.000 That means that you have to build yourself up.

01:21:46.000 As a man, you must create your value, my friend.

01:21:53.000 Imagine how much marketing that is men walking around with t-shirts that say product of fresh and fit.
01:21:58.000 Do you often turn down truck driving from doing this hustle?
01:22:03.000 Do you often turn down truck driving?
01:22:04.000 What the?
01:22:05.000 Truck driving?
01:22:06.000 Like me being a truck driver?
01:22:07.000 I think so.
01:22:08.000 Was that part of your story or something?
01:22:10.000 Truck drivers doing it.
01:22:11.000 Truck drivers doing it?
01:22:13.000 Oh, oh, okay, okay, okay.
01:22:17.000 Yeah, no, that's fine.
01:22:18.000 As long as, like, you can do this business as long as you have some time to dedicate to it.
01:22:22.000 You can get your computer, do some product research, you're good.
01:22:26.000 You just have to have time to dedicate to it, and you'll be fine.
01:22:29.000 Bam.
01:22:29.000 Cool.
01:22:31.000 And again, guys, if you got questions, go ahead and super chat them in, fnfsuperchat.com.

01:22:44.000 Selfmade goes...
01:22:45.000 Can y'all consider making a product?
01:22:47.000 Ariel Blanco has $10.
01:22:51.000 The Newcastle Club TV logo is fire.
01:22:53.000 Was this Chris?
01:22:54.000 Yes, Chris made it.
01:22:55.000 So shout out to Chris, man.
01:22:56.000 One time he wasn't a bum.

01:23:04.000 And Ariel Blanco, I appreciate that so much.
01:23:06.000 And we're going to give you all the last sauce on the locals.
01:23:09.000 Matter of fact, guys, do me a favor real quick.
01:23:11.000 We're going to go to Rumble and YouTube only.
01:23:13.000 So, guys, come on over if you're watching on Twitch, Facebook, Twitter.
01:23:16.000 Come on over to YouTube right now.
01:23:18.000 YouTube.com slash FreshFitMiami, I think it is.
01:23:22.000 Yeah, FreshFitMiami.
01:23:23.000 FreshFitMiami.
01:23:24.000 We got to get the FreshFit URL. I'm going to work on getting that for y'all, man.
01:23:27.000 So, come on over.
01:23:28.000 Let's go ahead and kill those streams real quick, Bills.
01:23:30.000 Let me know.
01:23:31.000 Come on over.
01:23:31.000 Come on over to YouTube, guys.
01:23:32.000 Come on over to YouTube.
01:23:34.000 I'm DarkEye says, I work for Department of Revenue, entry-level IT position, $20 an hour.
01:23:39.000 I work a normal 40-hour week with occasional overtime.
01:23:42.000 How do I stay disciplined to start a side business in order to leave Normandy 7.30 to 4 p.m.?
01:23:49.000 Yeah, YouTube and Rumble.
01:23:51.000 He wants to know how to stay focused and start a side business.
01:23:54.000 What'd you say to that?
01:23:55.000 It comes down to how bad do you want it?
01:23:56.000 If you really want something, you'll dedicate some time to focus on it.
01:24:01.000 I have tons of same things, same situation.
01:24:04.000 I have dudes that are working 10 hours a day, 11 hours a day.
01:24:07.000 Like 40 hours a week is a lot, but there's people putting up 60 and they're still doing it.
01:24:13.000 Because, KT, you had a job as well, and I think you did this on a site too, right?
01:24:18.000 So for me, I used to work at a dealership, but then when COVID happened, it kind of like, there's no sales, I was not making any money, so I just started going and reselling full time.
01:24:27.000 Yeah, so I was full time.
01:24:29.000 12 hours a day.
01:24:30.000 So I definitely can speak to this because Department of Revenue, so you're a government employee, you probably work either for the state, because if you worked for the feds, it'd be the Internal Revenue Service, so you probably work for maybe a state revenue service, which is basically like a state level of IRS. Bro, the biggest thing for you government employees that want to go ahead and transition into entrepreneurship is you got to understand is that you have to learn how to become comfortable being uncomfortable.
01:24:56.000 And the thing is with government employees, etc., they typically...
01:24:59.000 And the government is like the biggest slave work because they give you just enough...
01:25:03.000 To pay all your bills and have a little bit of extra money to kind of live a certain lifestyle.
01:25:08.000 And a lot of people, you know, become addicted to that.
01:25:09.000 The most addicting thing you could give someone is a stable paycheck.
01:25:12.000 And a lot of government employees fall victim to that and they don't necessarily want to expand.
01:25:16.000 And you know, deep down in the back of your mind watching this content, like, okay, I can do better.
01:25:19.000 I can make more money.
01:25:20.000 This 40 hour work week is cool and all, but I could do better.
01:25:24.000 Bro, 40 hours per week ain't nothing.
01:25:26.000 I'll be honest with you.
01:25:27.000 Like, it's nothing.
01:25:28.000 I told you guys all the time, like, as a young man, you should be working easily 60 to 80 hours a week with no questions.
01:25:28.000 You should be working...
01:25:35.000 So you absolutely have the time to go out and get a side hustle.
01:25:38.000 The problem is that you're very comfortable where you're at with your government position.
01:25:41.000 You got your retirement.
01:25:42.000 You got your...
01:25:42.000 You got your pension.
01:25:44.000 Your Roth, whatever it may be that you have, all these things set up, and you're making just enough money to pay your bills, but bro, you need to take some of that money that you're making, that exponential income that you're making, save it, invest, and then be prepared to work that extra two, three, four, five hours outside of work, right, when you get out at four, and create this side hustle that's going to allow you to at least get to a point where you're making as much money,
01:26:03.000 if not double the money, and then you can make the decision if you want to walk away from that job.
01:26:07.000 Please go ahead, you had something.
01:26:08.000 Yeah, so I have a client named Matt who's working 80 hours a week.
01:26:13.000 He had two jobs, juggling between two jobs.
01:26:14.000 And he still had time to run his Amazon business.
01:26:18.000 And then now he's doing 15K days.
01:26:22.000 So what is your excuse, bro?
01:26:24.000 80 hours a week and a business?
01:26:25.000 Yeah.
01:26:26.000 What's your excuse?
01:26:27.000 You're only doing 40.
01:26:28.000 40 hours is nothing, guys.
01:26:29.000 And you're working 7.30 to 4.
01:26:31.000 Yeah, you got to wake up early, etc.
01:26:33.000 But that gives you plenty of time to start your side hustle.
01:26:36.000 Let's say you go home, you get home by like 5, take an hour, eat, rest, and then bam.
01:26:41.000 By 6, 7 o'clock, you're on the computer making things happen, and you go to bed early.
01:26:45.000 Now, here's the thing that you don't want to hear.
01:26:48.000 You're going to have to give up your weekend sometimes.
01:26:49.000 You're gonna have to give up going out and hanging out with girls.
01:26:51.000 You're gonna have to give up drinking.
01:26:53.000 You're gonna have to give up going out and partying and having fun and doing all these things for probably the better part of a year or two.
01:26:58.000 But trust me, it's gonna have to be worth it.
01:26:59.000 When I was having my fitness business and I was doing the government shit at the same time, guys, I just accepted the fact that I'm gonna have to be working all the time.
01:27:07.000 Right?
01:27:07.000 And you're going to have to sacrifice certain things, but it's absolutely worth it, bro.
01:27:10.000 Absolutely worth it.
01:27:11.000 40 hours per week, you can absolutely start a side hustle and make some...
01:27:15.000 And instead of doing that overtime, go ahead and take that...
01:27:17.000 Maybe do the overtime for a bit, get the capital, invest into that side business, and get it going, man.
01:27:22.000 So KT said a very important point.
01:27:23.000 He said...
01:27:25.000 It's how bad you want it.
01:27:26.000 Yeah.
01:27:27.000 And you made a post on Instagram saying, every day you chase girls, get drunk, binge Netflix, cut corners, sleep in and procrastinate, is another day your parents have to work.
01:27:38.000 Yeah.
01:27:39.000 Enough messing around, time to get ahead, make your parents proud.
01:27:42.000 I think that's beautiful, bro, because most of us, we just live life on easy mode, comfortable, go to jog, go to work, come home, watch TV, drink beer with friends, and then relax.
01:27:51.000 Yeah.
01:27:51.000 Versus, okay, I'm working a job, but my parents are still working too.
01:27:55.000 I want to retire them and myself.
01:27:57.000 Exactly.
01:27:57.000 Why not?
01:27:58.000 Bro, if you really want to do this, you're going to have to cut drinking, you're going to have to cut going out, doing a bunch of stupid shit on the weekends, and you're going to have to dedicate it to working and starting the side hustle so that you can escape that 9 to 5.
01:28:09.000 And I feel you because I'm a former government employee.
01:28:11.000 They pay you just enough where you're good and you're like, oh, okay, blah, blah, blah.
01:28:13.000 But you don't have that much expendable income.
01:28:15.000 So take that expendable income that you have, save it, put it into the business, work, don't spend that money doing dumb shit.
01:28:21.000 You're going to save money anyway by working on your business regardless.
01:28:23.000 And...
01:28:24.000 And get yourself to a position where you're making just as much money on the side hustle as you are with your main hustle and then you can decide what you want to do.
01:28:32.000 That's real game right there.
01:28:34.000 You cannot skip the first part where you work very hard.
01:28:38.000 Like the first phase.
01:28:39.000 I hear people saying work smart, work smart, which is good once you're able to work smart.
01:28:44.000 But in the beginning, there's one step you can't ever miss, which is working hard.
01:28:49.000 You're going to have to work your ass off.
01:28:50.000 You guys are seeing the finished product.
01:28:53.000 He's able to walk his dog for 45 minutes in the morning, etc.
01:28:56.000 But that 45 minutes, he had to pay to get that 45 minutes back.
01:28:59.000 Do you understand?
01:29:00.000 By learning trials and tribulations, hiring someone to do it.
01:29:04.000 But he did it through time, right?
01:29:06.000 You guys see us now doing the podcast, etc.
01:29:08.000 I had to pay to be here.
01:29:09.000 I had to invest a significant amount of my money.
01:29:11.000 I told y'all before, I invested about $40,000 to $50,000, guys, to get this podcast started.
01:29:15.000 But how did I do that?
01:29:16.000 Through my main job and my side hustle at the time, which was a fitness business, I was able to take that money and invest it and be able to get this thing going.
01:29:24.000 That's how we started up with good cameras up front, with good lighting up front.
01:29:27.000 We were able to have a certain decor and a certain aura from the front because I was willing to invest the money up front.
01:29:32.000 The more money you're willing to invest up front from your main job, the faster you can scale your business up and start returning a profit.
01:29:38.000 But you've got to be willing to literally sit there and work and sacrifice a lot of, you know, time, effort.
01:29:46.000 And time, right?
01:29:47.000 Whether it's bitches, alcohol, drugs, whatever the hell you like to do in your free time.
01:29:50.000 You're going to have to sacrifice that, guys, in the first two years easily.
01:29:53.000 I'll never forget.
01:29:54.000 I used to work at a tech company.
01:29:55.000 And basically, the culture was have fun.
01:29:58.000 There's beer on tap.
01:30:00.000 There's food, drinks on tap, basically.
01:30:01.000 You just show up to the office.
01:30:02.000 There's ping pong.
01:30:03.000 You could play video games at your job.
01:30:06.000 It was crazy.
01:30:06.000 And it's a very relaxed environment.
01:30:08.000 So what happened is you come to work.
01:30:11.000 Everyone just like huddle in the after room after work and then go drink beer downstairs or have fun or go to a party, right?
01:30:17.000 And I was like, you know what?
01:30:18.000 I want to buy property.
01:30:20.000 But I got a sacrifice because if I go party with them, I can't study real estate, I can't study, you know, save money or overtime.
01:30:25.000 So I spent two years just staying late after work, working extra hours, and I set that money up and buy property.
01:30:31.000 But I sacrificed because you go party with your friends, you go waste time, like, you're losing money.
01:30:35.000 So...
01:30:36.000 Another thing too, another habit that a lot of you guys are going to have to kick, and a lot of you guys watching this right now are not going to like me for saying this, but you've got to stop being a weekend warrior.
01:30:43.000 A lot of you guys literally live your life for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
01:30:48.000 And that's a lot of Americans in general.
01:30:50.000 You guys live your life for three days of the week.
01:30:53.000 You work all week just to say, oh my god, it's Friday.
01:30:56.000 The whole, thank god it's Friday, TGIF? Bro, if you're saying that, you fucked up in life.
01:31:01.000 Real talk!
01:31:01.000 And this is an uncomfortable conversation.
01:31:03.000 A lot of you guys are hearing this right now, and you know I'm speaking to you.
01:31:06.000 If you're sitting there waiting for Friday saying, thank God it's Friday, you failed in life.
01:31:11.000 What that has effectively proven to me is that you don't like your job that much, it's a means to an end, and you're just sitting there because you're getting a paycheck.
01:31:18.000 If you want to escape the matrix and not to say, thank God it's Friday...
01:31:22.000 You need to go ahead and start a side hustle so that you can go ahead and the days of the week don't matter.
01:31:26.000 Guys, the days of the week don't matter to us.
01:31:28.000 We're working Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Labor Day, that doesn't even register.
01:31:30.000 Federal holiday doesn't even register to us.
01:31:33.000 There's no such thing as holidays for us.
01:31:35.000 And the weekend warrior has an infinite battle.
01:31:38.000 There's always Monday right after Sunday.
01:31:40.000 So it never ends.
01:31:41.000 You know what I mean?
01:31:42.000 This never ends, bro.
01:31:43.000 So, like, there's no such thing as, like, Labor Day.
01:31:45.000 What is this stuff, man?
01:31:47.000 And here's the thing.
01:31:48.000 This is coming from a former government employee.
01:31:49.000 I used to look forward sometimes to these holidays, or I don't gotta work, blah, blah, blah.
01:31:53.000 But then once I started doing big cases, and I really started falling in love with the job, I didn't care about holidays anymore.
01:31:57.000 I was working regardless.
01:31:58.000 I remember I would take a month-long vacation, but I'd still be writing Title III affidavits.
01:32:01.000 So, what I want y'all to do, guys, is...
01:32:03.000 Find a career where you're not saying thank God it's Friday or start a start hustle where it doesn't matter anymore.
01:32:07.000 But if you want to escape the matrix and be saying stupid shit like, I'm working for the weekend and all this other crap, everybody's working for the weekend!
01:32:16.000 Like, no, bro.
01:32:17.000 No.
01:32:17.000 That is literally the slave anthem.
01:32:19.000 That is not where you want to be.
01:32:20.000 You want to be working where it doesn't even matter what day it is.
01:32:22.000 You're making money because...
01:32:24.000 You've created a business.
01:32:25.000 You've created a skill set.
01:32:26.000 You're able to go ahead and print money through your skill set versus trading time for money.
01:32:30.000 The irony of today being Labor Day and people aren't working is crazy, bro.
01:32:34.000 Isn't that crazy?
01:32:35.000 It's Labor Day.
01:32:36.000 People are chilling, having fun, not working.
01:32:39.000 Wow.
01:32:39.000 Yeah.
01:32:39.000 So, guys.
01:32:41.000 And then they wonder, wait, why am I still broke?
01:32:43.000 Why do I want all their life?
01:32:44.000 You're chilling on a holiday, bro.
01:32:45.000 You should be working.
01:32:46.000 So, guys, you got to get out there and you're working 40 hours per week and you're a young man.
01:32:51.000 No.
01:32:52.000 No.
01:32:52.000 Get a second job or, better yet, start a business on the side so you can go ahead and scale that thing up and make more money because 40 hours per week is nothing.
01:32:59.000 Nothing, bro.
01:32:59.000 It's literally nothing.
01:33:01.000 Mr.
01:33:01.000 Manz donate 10 bucks.
01:33:02.000 Would you say that stocks is an all right side hustle even if you're swing trading at first?
01:33:06.000 Ooh.
01:33:06.000 Oh, yeah.
01:33:09.000 You know about stocks?
01:33:11.000 Nah.
01:33:12.000 I mean, I got friends that trade.
01:33:13.000 They trade, you know, the other avenues of trading.
01:33:16.000 And they all say the same thing, basically like, okay, with trading, it's a risk.
01:33:20.000 Now, if it's your full-time thing, it's your life you're going to depend on because you've got to pay bills, you've got to make sure you can feed the family.
01:33:26.000 So you can kind of like say that's going to be your main motive of income.
01:33:31.000 But if you're trading just on the side...
01:33:31.000 So you've got to be careful.
01:33:34.000 Be willing to put money that you're not afraid to lose because with trading, you can lose the money like this.
01:33:38.000 So it's a gamble, honestly.
01:33:40.000 And without the skill and you're just putting money into it, you're going to feel probably a lot.
01:33:44.000 So if you're willing to go through that learning curve and feel a lot, you can pass it to the other side of it.
01:33:49.000 But once again, the money you put in, you may lose in that instant right away.
01:33:52.000 It's essentially gambling.
01:33:53.000 Whatever you put into it, make sure you're willing to lose it, guys.
01:33:56.000 You're best to find a mentor that has a skill already, that knows what to do and what not to do.
01:33:59.000 Learn from him.
01:34:00.000 Pay him the money.
01:34:01.000 And then start trading after that because you don't make the mistakes and you be that learning coach.
01:34:05.000 Let them trade for you if you want.
01:34:07.000 If you really want to do it like that, yeah, and then put money that you're willing to lose, guys.
01:34:11.000 That's why we tell you how buy and hold, bro.
01:34:13.000 I got a friend, bro.
01:34:14.000 He's an auto trader.
01:34:16.000 I just, hey, bro, trust you, bro.
01:34:17.000 Giving them money.
01:34:17.000 You know what you're doing?
01:34:18.000 I haven't lost money yet.
01:34:20.000 Only getting money every single day.
01:34:21.000 But if you do lose it, it ain't the end of the world.
01:34:22.000 Yeah, it's money I can throw away.
01:34:23.000 Yeah.
01:34:24.000 Kashi goes, found you guys through Kevin Samu's first appearance on your show and been hooked ever since y'all and some other Red Pill creators changed my life.
01:34:30.000 30k now to 72k in climbing.
01:34:32.000 Thank you.
01:34:32.000 Question, how do I send my product to Amazon?
01:34:36.000 Where am I here?
01:34:37.000 How do I send my product to Amazon Warehouse to sell?
01:34:40.000 Super simple.
01:34:41.000 So when you're on the Amazon seller platform, you click the inventory tab.
01:34:46.000 Well, let's say you don't have a product.
01:34:48.000 So you add a product tab.
01:34:50.000 So you get the product in your inventory.
01:34:51.000 And then you have an option to create a shipment.
01:34:54.000 And then you click create shipment.
01:34:56.000 And it tells you where to send it to.
01:34:57.000 So it's very simple.
01:34:59.000 Okay.
01:35:01.000 Cool.
01:35:02.000 Who else we got here?
01:35:03.000 Nav.
01:35:04.000 My family owns a few lumber yard building supply hardware stores.
01:35:08.000 Would it be a good idea to sell items through your Amazon FBA thing?
01:35:11.000 Just curious of what I can do.
01:35:12.000 Thanks.
01:35:14.000 Yeah, I would check to see what brands and what products are in there and see if they're selling on Amazon.
01:35:21.000 Using Keepa and SmartScout, right?
01:35:24.000 So, for this, you literally could just either scan it, because everything has UPCs.
01:35:30.000 You can scan stuff on the Amazon seller app.
01:35:33.000 Is the UPC like a SKU number?
01:35:35.000 Like, you scan the UPC number.
01:35:37.000 Okay.
01:35:38.000 Yeah.
01:35:39.000 Or you could just look up the brands on Amazon and you can see.
01:35:42.000 But that, you have to have, you need people, you need easy insights so you can see the data.
01:35:46.000 Okay.
01:35:46.000 Gotcha.
01:35:46.000 Yeah.
01:35:47.000 So, research the products that you got, bro.
01:35:49.000 Yeah.
01:35:51.000 Nav, oh no, we got that one.
01:35:53.000 What else do we got here?
01:35:54.000 She went to Gerard, 50 bucks, I'm a 27-year-old Marine vet, just graduated college, currently in life insurance, working hard, but can't stand the matrix.
01:36:02.000 If I gave KT also $6,000 to help me get started, I'll give you half of what I earn.
01:36:06.000 How can I get you my resume?
01:36:08.000 Oh, wow.
01:36:08.000 Bam, we got someone that seems to serve.
01:36:11.000 So, what if they want coaching or they want to start right away?
01:36:13.000 What's the fastest way to get to you?
01:36:14.000 Fast way to get to me is there's a picture.
01:36:16.000 The link is in there.
01:36:18.000 Description.
01:36:18.000 And then you can jump in there.
01:36:20.000 Yeah.
01:36:20.000 And what can they expect when they click that link and join in?
01:36:23.000 There is basically going to be a crash course on how to start from A to Z. No, it's intensive coaching.
01:36:28.000 So they can expect someone to reach out to them immediately.
01:36:32.000 They can expect someone to onboard them and walk them through the whole process.
01:36:35.000 Like, you know, I have someone that's literally going to tell you, okay, this is how you get started.
01:36:38.000 This is, you know, it's not just like a video.
01:36:40.000 It's someone telling you what to do on the phone, on a Zoom call.
01:36:43.000 And then tells them, okay, this is how you access the coaching program.
01:36:46.000 This is how you get into the coaching calls because there's four calls every single week.
01:36:51.000 Literally hold their hand throughout the process.
01:36:53.000 Because normally...
01:36:54.000 You go ahead and you buy something like that, right?
01:36:56.000 You just hop straight into it.
01:36:57.000 Versus, okay, are you qualified to get into it?
01:36:59.000 Are you actually going to do the work?
01:37:00.000 Cool.
01:37:00.000 Then you can join.
01:37:01.000 Then someone actually holds your hand throughout the process.
01:37:03.000 That's good.
01:37:03.000 Wow.
01:37:04.000 Sorry, was there anything else that you want to say on that?
01:37:06.000 Oh, that's all good.
01:37:07.000 Okay.
01:37:09.000 Freya looked like Mr.
01:37:10.000 Popo donated...
01:37:18.000 What's up, guys?
01:37:19.000 I'm still trying to learn about Amazon FBA. Is Amazon FBA something I could do without leaving my house even when restocking our products?
01:37:25.000 Yeah, there's no need to leave your house because everything's on the computer.
01:37:28.000 That's one of the benefits of it, bro.
01:37:30.000 Hell, I mean, I'm not telling you how to necessarily do this, but you might be able to even do it at your job.
01:37:35.000 Yeah, you can be an introvert and run a successful Amazon business.
01:37:38.000 A lot of businesses, you gotta be extroverted.
01:37:40.000 You gotta be people talking.
01:37:41.000 Hell, you can do it.
01:37:42.000 You can be sitting on security, bro.
01:37:43.000 You can be doing this joint on security, get paid from them, and then you're going in and doing it in your store.
01:37:47.000 Let's be real, bro.
01:37:48.000 When people work on a job, they work like 10% of the time.
01:37:51.000 Yeah.
01:37:52.000 Facebook.
01:37:52.000 Yeah.
01:37:53.000 Instagram.
01:37:54.000 Instead of watching fucking ESPN, right?
01:37:56.000 Or looking at the news, right?
01:37:58.000 The fake news, by the way, that's talking about Trump and all this other crap, right?
01:38:02.000 You could go ahead and be getting...
01:38:03.000 You are fake news.
01:38:04.000 You could go ahead and start a business and make some money on the side.
01:38:06.000 Like, don't get caught, obviously.
01:38:07.000 But, yeah, bro.
01:38:08.000 We had on, a while ago, Q Banks, right?
01:38:11.000 He used to work at Target.
01:38:12.000 He would spend all his time at Target when he could.
01:38:14.000 His free time learning how to trade.
01:38:16.000 And then he got all of it and then makes a hell of money now.
01:38:18.000 Yeah.
01:38:19.000 A lot of y'all on TikTok doing a bunch of BS at your job anyway.
01:38:21.000 Yeah.
01:38:22.000 Surfing the news or ESPN or talking about your fantasy leagues.
01:38:25.000 No.
01:38:25.000 How about you, instead of talking about your fantasy leagues, you create something real so you can go ahead and escape the matrix.
01:38:31.000 And get in the real league.
01:38:32.000 Yeah, man.
01:38:32.000 Of life.
01:38:34.000 What else do we got here?
01:38:35.000 We got here, G-Men C goes, do you want to create an LLC before you begin doing this?
01:38:40.000 Oh.
01:38:41.000 That's a very good question.
01:38:41.000 Yeah, for the Amazon side.
01:38:42.000 Most important is just to get started.
01:38:44.000 When I first started, I didn't have an LLC. I just registered under my name.
01:38:47.000 And then once I started making money, I did get my LLC. It doesn't really matter, but most importantly, just get started.
01:38:53.000 Isn't that funny?
01:38:54.000 His advice coincides with Steve from accounting.
01:38:56.000 Start the business first.
01:38:57.000 Start the business.
01:38:58.000 Make some money.
01:38:59.000 Then go ahead and start the LLC after.
01:39:01.000 You know?
01:39:02.000 Would that be S-Corp?
01:39:03.000 Start LLC and then switch it to S-Corp in the first one or two years.
01:39:08.000 Awesome.
01:39:10.000 Make some money, though.
01:39:11.000 Shout out to you, G-Man NC. Get some money, guys, because a lot of people use that as an excuse to not start.
01:39:15.000 No.
01:39:16.000 Start right now.
01:39:16.000 Start today.
01:39:17.000 And then you can start your LLC after the fact.
01:39:19.000 Yep.
01:39:19.000 How do you win Buy Box when there's numerous other sellers on the listing selling this exact same thing?
01:39:26.000 Your metrics have to be extremely good, and even though it's tough to take the Buy Box over, it's worth, if it's a worthwhile product.
01:39:34.000 So I think he's asking here, basically, you're selling something that everyone else is selling.
01:39:38.000 How do you get to the top of the list?
01:39:39.000 Yeah, so buy box is the person who is prioritized in selling.
01:39:44.000 It looks like a legit box when you're shopping on Amazon.
01:39:47.000 You click add to cart, you're buying from someone who has the buy box.
01:39:50.000 If you scroll down a little bit, you're going to see buy from more sellers.
01:39:53.000 You'll see like 19 other sellers.
01:39:54.000 Gotcha.
01:39:55.000 But no one does that.
01:39:55.000 They just go to the person who has the buy box.
01:39:58.000 And to be competitive in the buy box, the most important thing is price.
01:40:02.000 So you want to have a competitive price.
01:40:03.000 So you just match the buy box price and you're going to get rotated into it.
01:40:08.000 And then also how much you have in stock.
01:40:11.000 So if you have a lot in stock, you have a better chance of getting the buy box too and holding it for a longer time.
01:40:17.000 Is it worth compromising margins to get in that buy box?
01:40:24.000 That's a good question.
01:40:25.000 Yeah, sometimes I go deeper on my buys just so I can hold buy box for longer.
01:40:31.000 But it doesn't really compromise margins, though.
01:40:35.000 Because you might have to put it at a certain price, right?
01:40:38.000 And your margins are going to go down.
01:40:40.000 But I guess to be competitive, you might have to do that, right?
01:40:43.000 Yeah, it's more to just get more sales.
01:40:46.000 But even if you're heavily in stock and everyone else is heavily in stock, price might go down a little bit.
01:40:52.000 But you're still going to get a lot of buy box share.
01:40:55.000 So yeah, it is worth it because you're selling.
01:40:58.000 You may be missing out on 20 cents, but you're selling 200 more units.
01:41:01.000 And making those sales will make you a more, I guess, trusted buyer, better reviews.
01:41:06.000 Mm-hmm.
01:41:07.000 Qualify you for a potential loan with Amazon that you can use in the future.
01:41:10.000 So I could see the accessory benefits to potentially losing some revenue.
01:41:15.000 Yeah, exactly.
01:41:17.000 You build up your reviews.
01:41:18.000 That's the next thing, too.
01:41:19.000 If you have the more reviews you have, the more buy box share you're gonna get.
01:41:25.000 So my store have over a thousand reviews, so I'm getting buy box more often.
01:41:31.000 Yeah.
01:41:31.000 Question, when it comes to reviews, do people pay for reviews or just organic, you think, is the best way?
01:41:36.000 It's organic.
01:41:37.000 They're just reviews on your store, so you can request reviews on every order.
01:41:42.000 So you request reviews, and people will review your store, and you'll be a more trusted seller.
01:41:47.000 All right.
01:41:48.000 Okay.
01:41:48.000 Yeah.
01:41:48.000 Makes sense.
01:41:49.000 Cool.
01:41:50.000 We got any more, Mo?
01:41:51.000 Or...
01:41:53.000 So, Wyron, people don't understand how much money Myron Moss misses out by not managing OnlyFans girls that come on the show.
01:42:02.000 Real morals.
01:42:04.000 Yeah, no.
01:42:05.000 And we've been, guys.
01:42:06.000 Bro.
01:42:07.000 We've been offered.
01:42:08.000 Proposition.
01:42:09.000 Proposition.
01:42:09.000 We've been offered.
01:42:10.000 Dude, like, yo, bruh.
01:42:13.000 I'll make more money than you with that shit, bro.
01:42:16.000 But it's morals, man.
01:42:18.000 Guys, a lot of you guys say, oh, y'all are scammers or any of this other BS or whatever.
01:42:25.000 Y'all care only about the money.
01:42:26.000 If that was the case, guys, we've literally passed up millions and millions of dollars with managing OF girls, giving a cut, because people have asked us, yo, want to bring this person on?
01:42:35.000 You guys get a cut?
01:42:36.000 She's making seven figures a month, blah, blah, blah.
01:42:38.000 We're like, no, we're not going to take a dollar from her We want to educate you guys to the delusion about a lot of these females, and we're not going to get in the OF industry because we're not going to sit here and support corn, cornography, if you know what I'm saying.
01:42:53.000 I get it that sometimes you have to, some of you guys say, well, it's contradictory.
01:42:57.000 You're bringing down these chicks that are OF, but you guys are anti-corn.
01:42:59.000 Yeah, we are.
01:43:00.000 And it's upon you guys to have the critical thinking skills to see these delusional 304s.
01:43:04.000 And not sign up.
01:43:05.000 I mean, we can't control if, you know, guys want to sign up on Chicks OFS when we're showing you guys a delusion in real time.
01:43:11.000 You know what I mean?
01:43:12.000 That's your choice, my guy.
01:43:13.000 That's your choice, bro.
01:43:14.000 So my thing is, don't sign up.
01:43:16.000 Don't support this crap.
01:43:17.000 And we're not, that's why, like I said before, we don't deal with gamblers, alcohol distributors, We don't deal with pornography or any of that other stuff, even though we have our opportunities to do it, because we're just not about that, bro.
01:43:29.000 We're just not about it.
01:43:30.000 Even gambling offers, bro.
01:43:32.000 If you just gamble...
01:43:33.000 Yeah, that's a bag.
01:43:34.000 Gambling is like the real bag.
01:43:36.000 That's how a lot of people make their money on YouTube, but that's not...
01:43:40.000 We can't do it, bro.
01:43:41.000 We can't do it, man.
01:43:42.000 I'm not saying that we're, oh, we're better than everyone else and we're the moral high ground, but it's like, it would be extremely hypocritical to tell you guys to not be involved in certain behaviors and then go ahead and push those industries on you guys.
01:43:56.000 But it's funny, people complain, or some people complain, oh, bro, we're going to sub to the channel.
01:44:00.000 Bro, you're supporting us supporting you guys.
01:44:03.000 A $5 sub on Rumble.
01:44:05.000 It doesn't hurt anybody, but it'll help support us.
01:44:08.000 Yeah.
01:44:08.000 So we're missing on money for you guys.
01:44:10.000 Just support us.
01:44:11.000 Yeah, that's what we ask for.
01:44:12.000 CastleClub.tv, man, if you guys want to support us so we can keep giving y'all this high-value concept.
01:44:16.000 But yes, it is a necessary evil where we bring girls on the show that might be involved in certain industries that we don't agree with, but it's not necessarily to promote them as it is more to educate you guys on this is modern-day women.
01:44:28.000 Regardless of their profession.
01:44:30.000 Let's be honest here.
01:44:31.000 We brought corn stars on here and women that are professionals that have degrees and they all think the same.
01:44:36.000 Same.
01:44:36.000 Exact same.
01:44:36.000 They think the same.
01:44:38.000 So, I mean, if that doesn't prove to y'all that female nature is female nature regardless of profession, I don't know what else is, man.
01:44:44.000 Listen, man.
01:44:45.000 Don't sub to OF. Sub to Castle TV. And look, I also want to say this too.
01:44:49.000 We got what?
01:44:50.000 Let me look at the numbers right now.
01:44:52.000 So we got how many of y'all on YouTube?
01:44:53.000 We got about 2.6k y'all watching right now on YouTube, right?
01:44:56.000 And then we got another 4.2k.
01:45:01.000 So we got about...
01:45:02.000 Six, seven thousand y'all watching right now.
01:45:04.000 When we're watching, when we're doing after hours, we got twenty, thirty thousand y'all watching.
01:45:08.000 Guys, a lot of the people that watch us a lot of times just want to see girls.
01:45:11.000 They might not necessarily be RP aware.
01:45:12.000 They might not necessarily care about self-improving.
01:45:14.000 They might not necessarily care about becoming a better man.
01:45:17.000 They just want some entertainment and they might take a, you know, a gem here and there.
01:45:22.000 Or they might get interested and be like, damn, y'all talk about money too.
01:45:24.000 And then they come on over and that's what we want.
01:45:25.000 We want y'all to be watching these shows because this is where you get the real value.
01:45:28.000 But we have to be able to get, you know, get the honey out.
01:45:30.000 Okay.
01:45:31.000 Girls!
01:45:31.000 Oh!
01:45:32.000 And then they watch, like, wait, these chicks are delusional.
01:45:33.000 Wait, I gotta get my money up.
01:45:34.000 Damn, I gotta get in shape?
01:45:35.000 Wow, these girls are really picky.
01:45:36.000 Let me tune into one of their Money Mondays.
01:45:38.000 Let me tune into one of their Women Mondays or Wednesdays.
01:45:39.000 Let me tune into a call-in show.
01:45:40.000 Oh, wow, these guys offer way more value.
01:45:42.000 Bam!
01:45:43.000 And then we help y'all actually become better men.
01:45:45.000 Because at first, you'll come in and want to simp, but then you'll be like, oh, damn.
01:45:48.000 No, I need to actually become a better man.
01:45:50.000 Then you realize, and the RP awakening begins, and then you realize, yo, I need to just become a better man and not simp on some OnlyFans.
01:45:57.000 Yep.
01:45:58.000 So it's a necessary evil.
01:45:59.000 I get it.
01:46:00.000 But yeah, bro, we're not going to be getting into the OF management, even though we've been offered that literally 100 plus times.
01:46:06.000 But we're just not going to do it because we're not going to get involved in that.
01:46:09.000 So anyway, rant's over.
01:46:11.000 Speaking of management, how do you track your profits?
01:46:15.000 Well, products, I guess, a month, you'd say?
01:46:18.000 Yeah, so that's a really good question, honestly.
01:46:20.000 So for tracking profits, I use a software called Sellerboard.
01:46:24.000 Shout out Sellerboard.
01:46:25.000 It allows me to input all of my product costs that I'm selling throughout the month, and then it comes up with my net profit at the end.
01:46:34.000 It comes out with a net profit.
01:46:35.000 That's why on the screenshot I showed you, it showed my gross and my net profit.
01:46:40.000 So KT, what is your net worth?
01:46:41.000 My net worth.
01:46:44.000 Nowadays, seven figures.
01:46:46.000 Sheesh!
01:46:47.000 Listen, man, I met him.
01:46:48.000 Early 20s millionaire, guys.
01:46:50.000 Wait, okay, when you did me that time for barber?
01:46:51.000 How much were you making back then?
01:46:53.000 How much were you making?
01:46:54.000 Probably like a third of now.
01:46:57.000 Damn.
01:46:58.000 Yeah.
01:46:59.000 Dude, in what, two, three years?
01:47:00.000 One year.
01:47:01.000 One year, leveled up to that point?
01:47:02.000 That's crazy, bro.
01:47:04.000 That's what we're talking about, man.
01:47:06.000 And he was funny too.
01:47:07.000 Most people would be like, yo, Fresh, Myron, we're gonna come on your show, bro.
01:47:10.000 We're gonna make it be successful.
01:47:11.000 He's like, you know what?
01:47:12.000 Nah.
01:47:12.000 What's your barber?
01:47:14.000 I'm working my ass off, get to that point, and then I'm here now.
01:47:17.000 Shout out to you, man.
01:47:18.000 There we go, bro.
01:47:19.000 I always wanted to come on.
01:47:20.000 I used to watch every single, you know, back in the day.
01:47:23.000 And now you're here, man.
01:47:24.000 W. Hey, man.
01:47:26.000 That's what happens when you work hard, bro.
01:47:28.000 And now we're learning from him.
01:47:29.000 This is a niche that I don't know anything about.
01:47:31.000 I'm learning a bunch.
01:47:32.000 I got guys that wanted to get a site business, and they didn't know what to do.
01:47:36.000 They join, make a hell of money.
01:47:37.000 I'm like, damn.
01:47:38.000 W. Pal J, donate five bucks.
01:47:40.000 How do you prevent people from leaving after training to try on their own?
01:47:44.000 How do I stop farming competitors?
01:47:48.000 P.S. FNF, you're for sure saving a great many souls.
01:47:53.000 So basically, you train employees?
01:47:55.000 How are you starting from creating their own Amazon account and doing their own thing?
01:47:59.000 Yeah, so just try to get employees that don't show signs of that, don't show signs of being, they're asking you, yo, they're like, what brand is this?
01:48:09.000 Why are you choosing this product?
01:48:11.000 All those types of questions.
01:48:13.000 They're more of someone that just wants to work and work for you rather than that.
01:48:18.000 That's happened to me before, though.
01:48:19.000 Yeah.
01:48:20.000 Now, you can go to deeper levels and do NDA contracts and all that to help you out.
01:48:27.000 Gotcha.
01:48:27.000 But at the end of the day, it just comes down to the person you hire.
01:48:30.000 Or just hire in the Philippines.
01:48:32.000 Yeah, virtual assistants, they can't do nothing to you.
01:48:34.000 Bam.
01:48:35.000 There you go.
01:48:36.000 And guys, I think that's another thing too you guys got to understand is that that's a risk that you take.
01:48:41.000 Exactly.
01:48:41.000 When you have a very good product or you're very good at what you do and people come and work for you or they're around you, Be prepared for people to copy you.
01:48:48.000 It's happened to us.
01:48:49.000 Look at us right now.
01:48:51.000 How many people have worked for us or been involved with us or associated with us and they went ahead and did the same exact thing that we're doing trying to copy the sauce.
01:48:57.000 But they can't be us though.
01:48:58.000 They can't be us.
01:48:59.000 They try, but just understand that that's going to be a necessary evil that you have to deal with, guys, when you have a really good product or you're, you know, a pioneer in something.
01:49:06.000 People are going to follow you or try to do what you do.
01:49:08.000 The key is, right, you have to obviously have some trade secrets, right?
01:49:11.000 So like, for example, like the studio setup.
01:49:13.000 No one knows that except for me.
01:49:15.000 Which is why we're reluctant to do that YouTube course for y'all on how to go ahead and create a video podcast.
01:49:20.000 We'll do that.
01:49:21.000 Maybe, maybe.
01:49:22.000 Probably.
01:49:23.000 But, you know, obviously you have to have certain things that people can't necessarily replicate.
01:49:28.000 And that's how you keep the sauce, man.
01:49:30.000 But people are going to copy you.
01:49:31.000 It's on you to continue to innovate, right?
01:49:33.000 So I'll use this example.
01:49:34.000 People want to go ahead and try to copy us with bringing girls on.
01:49:37.000 Fantastic.
01:49:38.000 Go ahead.
01:49:38.000 But what do we do?
01:49:39.000 We bring on better guests.
01:49:40.000 We bring on people like KT Hustles that are professionals in what they do that we might not be experts in.
01:49:46.000 Give y'all value that can't really be measured.
01:49:48.000 And we're diversified.
01:49:49.000 We bring on interesting guests, go into different topics.
01:49:51.000 We take risks.
01:49:53.000 We brought on some guests that maybe have gotten us in trouble or whatever.
01:49:55.000 But we're willing to go into spaces and realms that other people are afraid to get into and give y'all diversified content.
01:50:02.000 Look at it.
01:50:02.000 Our own space, the RP... When has anyone brought in a celebrity guest outside other than the RP space?
01:50:08.000 Nobody.
01:50:09.000 We're the first to do it.
01:50:10.000 But what did it take?
01:50:11.000 Risk and sacrifice.
01:50:12.000 So, I mean, you can try to be us, but you can't really be us, man.
01:50:14.000 Yeah, man.
01:50:15.000 So, my thing is, people are going to copy you.
01:50:18.000 You just have to be willing to innovate the copying.
01:50:21.000 And, you know, expand and grow and become better.
01:50:24.000 And, I mean, if you guys watch Fresher Fit back in 2021 or 2020, it's nowhere where it is now.
01:50:29.000 I mean, obviously, the girls' conversations are similar because girls are all the same.
01:50:33.000 To be honest, right?
01:50:34.000 But in general, we spiced things up and switched it around and, you know, watched the daytime shows.
01:50:39.000 A lot of you guys that complain, Frasher Fred is redundant.
01:50:42.000 That's how I know that's a telltale sign you don't watch the daytime shows.
01:50:44.000 Yeah, 100%.
01:50:45.000 You just watch only after hours, and it's just like, bro, okay, if you're going to only watch after hours, well, modern-day women a lot of times tend to think the same, bro, so it is what it is.
01:50:55.000 If anything, it should confirm what we tell y'all.
01:50:57.000 Like, yo, you need to really improve yourself.
01:50:59.000 Get your money on point.
01:51:00.000 Working 40 hours per week is not enough.
01:51:02.000 You need to start an FBA side business.
01:51:03.000 You need to start a fitness business.
01:51:05.000 You need to do something online.
01:51:06.000 Because, bro, these girls are not gonna...
01:51:08.000 They don't want average guys anymore, bro.
01:51:10.000 Yeah, it's true.
01:51:11.000 How many...
01:51:12.000 We've interviewed 2,400 plus girls now at this point.
01:51:14.000 How many of them think the same as far as like, I deserve a man that makes this much or this income, this blah, blah, blah.
01:51:18.000 It's like, bro, you have to self-improve.
01:51:22.000 2,400 girls.
01:51:23.000 And it's crazy because when they make more money, and they make more money than you, they don't want you either.
01:51:28.000 Yeah.
01:51:29.000 So if you're broken, struggling, she don't want you, ass.
01:51:31.000 Yeah.
01:51:31.000 And I'm telling y'all, man, whether it's an OF girl, right, or a girl that's a professional, they think the same when it comes to money and income and status.
01:51:38.000 That's why we want y'all to see it with your own eyes.
01:51:40.000 A lot of you guys think that we're over here capping when we talk about this on the Women Eyes on Wednesday shows, but you guys see it in 1080p or 4K, whatever, the delusion, real time.
01:51:47.000 I am sure KT has no problem getting girls.
01:51:50.000 Pause.
01:51:52.000 Okay, moving on, Smarley.
01:51:54.000 Let's see here.
01:51:56.000 What do we got here?
01:51:56.000 Cooper.
01:51:57.000 UC Films goes, KT got a brand that is giving me good bulk prices on a product.
01:52:03.000 They are ranked in one million with two offer counts.
01:52:06.000 Should I do it?
01:52:07.000 Kipa told me they were ranked 100,000, but a change, I'm getting it cheap.
01:52:12.000 So go profit.
01:52:14.000 So, ranked in one million with two offer counts?
01:52:18.000 Should I do it?
01:52:20.000 So, what I would do, I would, you know, I would definitely get keep up.
01:52:24.000 I would get easy insight and see exactly what the estimated sales are for all the products.
01:52:30.000 And go from there.
01:52:32.000 If you're getting it very cheap, and let's say you have the potential to sell 50 products of each listing a month, something like that.
01:52:41.000 If it makes sense, then definitely go into it.
01:52:44.000 But check for the sales history first.
01:52:46.000 See if it's profitable or it's already profitable.
01:52:49.000 See how often it's actually selling.
01:52:51.000 See the sales first.
01:52:54.000 Alright, there you go.
01:52:56.000 Cool.
01:52:57.000 What do we got here?
01:52:58.000 Cooper.
01:52:59.000 Cooper goes, loyal follower here.
01:53:01.000 Did you guys find each other after success or start together?
01:53:04.000 Where do you start alone and where do you start with a good friend?
01:53:07.000 It's easy to watch guys like you, but hard to find them in the day-to-day.
01:53:11.000 What's the discipline step?
01:53:13.000 I mean, I can speak for me and Fresh.
01:53:14.000 The thing that me and Fresh instantly connected on, we're both RP-aware.
01:53:18.000 So, I mean, honestly, at this point, man, I don't even talk to dudes unless they're RP-aware.
01:53:22.000 And this is not just with women, but in all aspects of life, whether it's business, money, real estate, how the world really works, understanding how the matrix works against men that are traditionally masculine.
01:53:34.000 This is very important.
01:53:35.000 I don't necessarily deal with and or especially don't do business with blue pill guys on a long-term basis because, bro, their woman is gonna run their life, to be honest with you.
01:53:43.000 They're gonna say dumb shit.
01:53:44.000 Oh, I gotta run this by my girl.
01:53:45.000 I gotta run this by my wife.
01:53:46.000 Like, hell nah.
01:53:47.000 I don't wanna do business with a guy that can't make his own decisions.
01:53:49.000 Fuck outta here.
01:53:50.000 My girl wouldn't like that, bro.
01:53:51.000 Or worse yet, a lot of these dudes are closet simps.
01:53:54.000 Like, these dudes that sit here and, you know, That are blue pillow, whatever.
01:53:58.000 They'll be the first ones to throw you under the bus to get some chick, right?
01:54:03.000 Or they'll sit there and sip on some girls.
01:54:05.000 They'll lie or try to put you down or say some other crap to get women.
01:54:08.000 And it's like, bro, you can't trust a guy that can't attract women because when they can't attract women, that becomes the most important thing to them and they will sell you short for females.
01:54:17.000 Or you got a homie who got a girlfriend and disappear.
01:54:20.000 Yo, where's my boy at?
01:54:21.000 He's gone like the wind, you know what I'm talking about?
01:54:23.000 It's like, bro, what's going on, man?
01:54:25.000 I literally posted on Instagram today, guys.
01:54:28.000 Yo, the worst thing you can do when you get a girl is to cut off all your male friends.
01:54:33.000 You need your male friends even more when you got a long-term girlfriend, bro.
01:54:37.000 I have to, bro.
01:54:37.000 Because she's going to make you soft if you don't keep yourself around sharp men, bro.
01:54:43.000 And she wants all your time and attention, bro.
01:54:44.000 Yeah.
01:54:44.000 You can't focus on business.
01:54:45.000 You miss opportunities.
01:54:46.000 It's like, bro, what's going on with you, dog?
01:54:48.000 But a blue pill loser ain't going to understand that.
01:54:50.000 He's going to go ahead and be like, oh, yeah, I'm going to go ahead and continue to hang out with my girl and build this love.
01:54:54.000 No, you need to have your guy friends even more so in your corner, man.
01:54:58.000 So that's why I don't necessarily hang out with or deal with blue pill guys that aren't aware of what the hell is really going on here.
01:55:04.000 I can't even have a conversation with them.
01:55:05.000 It's like, bro, you look at the world from a totally false stance.
01:55:11.000 See, I'm doing it for the business because I know if I'm cool with them, I get opportunities.
01:55:15.000 But other than that, we're not chilling outside of work, bro.
01:55:16.000 Fresh is able to hang out with them and tolerate them to bring them on the show for y'all.
01:55:20.000 But me, I'm not as...
01:55:22.000 If I don't like you, it's very apparent.
01:55:24.000 I'm not able to hide my dislike for someone.
01:55:26.000 They know.
01:55:28.000 I don't drink.
01:55:31.000 I don't smoke.
01:55:32.000 Don't do weekends, etc.
01:55:34.000 Working for Grant Cardone, they told me I'd take a haircut from 250k to 300k, but could potentially double...
01:55:40.000 My money.
01:55:40.000 My money in the next few years.
01:55:41.000 Or should I keep doing what I'm doing then when I have passive flow income down?
01:55:46.000 That's a life changing question my friend.
01:55:49.000 I think it means from 300k to 250k.
01:55:51.000 That's not big.
01:55:52.000 Take a haircut.
01:55:53.000 That's not big difference.
01:55:58.000 I mean, if you've got your own business, you can actually make it passive.
01:56:03.000 That's good, too.
01:56:04.000 I want the pros and cons, man.
01:56:05.000 Like, the pros and cons is, okay, work for somebody, what do I gain?
01:56:09.000 Do I learn a new skill?
01:56:10.000 Do I get, like, obviously more opportunities?
01:56:12.000 Do I get more access to stuff?
01:56:13.000 Or work for myself, do I say benefits?
01:56:16.000 What's the pros and cons?
01:56:17.000 Yeah, and here's the other thing, too.
01:56:18.000 Again, this goes back to the entrepreneurship porn that I talked about before, this whole lifestyle that people want.
01:56:23.000 Guys, I want to make this extremely clear.
01:56:25.000 There is nothing wrong with working a job, okay?
01:56:27.000 Yeah.
01:56:27.000 If you like the job and it's a high income skill and you're not necessarily trading time for money and you're making a good amount of money because the goal isn't necessarily to be an entrepreneur.
01:56:35.000 The goal is to become financially free.
01:56:37.000 That's two different things.
01:56:38.000 Now, entrepreneurship will allow you to do it on your terms probably faster because you're able to make more money and you're able to scale at a better level than working a regular job.
01:56:45.000 However, a regular job, if you're making enough, can absolutely help you leave the rat race.
01:56:50.000 How do you do that?
01:56:50.000 You take that money that you make from your skill, let's say you're a doctor or lawyer hiring a high income skill, Yeah.
01:57:08.000 Yeah.
01:57:10.000 Yeah.
01:57:14.000 And your goal is to become financially free, then yeah, then work that job if you think it's going to make more than being an entrepreneur and go from there, man.
01:57:22.000 Or if you really value your independence, because I know guys out there that will take a 100k hit just so they don't have to work a 9 to 5, that's fine.
01:57:29.000 That's good too if you really value your independence.
01:57:31.000 But are you willing to potentially not become financially free as quickly?
01:57:34.000 It's up to you.
01:57:35.000 It's a very personal question.
01:57:36.000 But the goal, guys, for all of this is always to become financially free where you buy that time back, whether it's through a business and entrepreneurship or through a high-income skill.
01:57:45.000 Yeah.
01:57:45.000 But how you get there is up to you.
01:57:50.000 Anything you want to add to that?
01:57:51.000 I completely agree.
01:57:53.000 Honestly.
01:57:54.000 I'm not going to lie.
01:57:55.000 Because entrepreneurship isn't for everybody.
01:57:56.000 And I think that's something that people don't talk about enough on the internet.
01:58:00.000 Knowing Grant Cardone and his business structure, I would just say have a backup, bro.
01:58:05.000 Just in case, though.
01:58:06.000 Just in case, you know what I'm saying?
01:58:07.000 Make sure you got your own shit going on, too.
01:58:09.000 You know what?
01:58:09.000 Just do both, bro.
01:58:11.000 Delegate someone to manage the business for you, if you can, or teach them how to do it for you.
01:58:15.000 And then do Grant Cardone as well.
01:58:16.000 Yeah, and be aware, right?
01:58:19.000 Unfortunately, someone like Grant Cardone that's very famous and he takes other people's money to buy real estate deals, etc., he's getting sued a lot, right?
01:58:27.000 And that might cause an issue for you.
01:58:29.000 And that's no knock on Grant Cardone.
01:58:32.000 I like him a lot.
01:58:33.000 Anytime you become wildly successful, people are going to sue you and try to get a penny out of you.
01:58:36.000 But as an employee of him, understand that that can hurt your stability.
01:58:40.000 Remember he laid off people, I think a couple years ago, he laid off a bunch of people because Cardone.
01:58:45.000 Oh, I didn't know that.
01:58:46.000 Yeah, you never know.
01:58:47.000 Yeah, man.
01:58:48.000 So just know that people are coming after him because when you have money and you have fame like that, people are going to try to sue you.
01:58:53.000 Look at Donald Trump.
01:58:54.000 They're suing him every week for frivolous lawsuits.
01:58:56.000 But all it takes is one to fuck you up, bro.
01:58:58.000 So keep that in mind.
01:58:59.000 Again, it's a very nuanced answer that we're giving you.
01:59:02.000 Sorry, it's a very general answer that we're giving you.
01:59:05.000 But we don't know what your personal wants are.
01:59:07.000 We don't know how much you value independence over income.
01:59:10.000 So if you value independence over everything, then maybe the pay cut is worth it and you start a side business.
01:59:14.000 But understand that you might not reach that financial freedom as quickly as if you had stayed with Cardone.
01:59:18.000 So it's up to you, my friend.
01:59:21.000 Let's see here.
01:59:22.000 What's some crazy sauce, man?
01:59:23.000 Who does that, bro?
01:59:25.000 Seriously.
01:59:25.000 Mr.
01:59:26.000 Manz, donate 10 bucks.
01:59:27.000 Would you say that stocks is an all right side hustle even if you're swinging?
01:59:29.000 No, we got that one.
01:59:30.000 From before.
01:59:31.000 Yeah, absolutely.
01:59:32.000 When it comes to stocks, bro, and crypto guys, we're big advocates of buying and holding.
01:59:37.000 Yeah.
01:59:38.000 We don't know too much about the topics ourselves.
01:59:40.000 NLM Parker, 20 bucks, big no limit.
01:59:42.000 And we got Charlie and Miguel coming, actually.
01:59:45.000 Actually, this is a really good time to buy crypto, man.
01:59:47.000 So we're going to be talking about that probably this Friday for y'all.
01:59:51.000 And they got another really...
01:59:52.000 You know, I'll make the announcement at the end of the show.
01:59:53.000 I got a huge, huge announcement for y'all on Friday who we got coming in as a guest.
01:59:58.000 It's going to be fucking huge.
01:59:59.000 So Self Made Forever goes, KTL, so what was your options of women like bed and after your success?
01:59:59.000 Yeah.
02:00:06.000 I think it means before.
02:00:07.000 If you didn't have women before success, were you bitter?
02:00:10.000 Fresh?
02:00:10.000 You should still bring your ex-wife on the show.
02:00:12.000 We haven't forgot.
02:00:13.000 This nigga, bro.
02:00:17.000 So they're asking, what were your options of women like before and after your success?
02:00:21.000 I mean, before success, obviously, it's like less.
02:00:24.000 You attract what you're worth.
02:00:28.000 So if you keep improving yourself every day, and you go up in the brackets, you're gonna get better quality women.
02:00:35.000 Hey, man.
02:00:36.000 Yeah.
02:00:37.000 What's your status, bro?
02:00:39.000 Huh?
02:00:39.000 What's your status?
02:00:42.000 I'm married to the money.
02:00:44.000 Okay!
02:00:45.000 Good answer, dog!
02:00:47.000 Okay, okay!
02:00:47.000 I mean, this goes back to what I said before, guys.
02:00:51.000 People get mad at me at this, but I've said all women are gold diggers.
02:00:54.000 Some are just better at hiding the shovel.
02:00:55.000 The reason why we tell you guys to get your money on point is that...
02:00:59.000 Unfortunately, some girls aren't gonna mess with you unless you have a certain status, bro.
02:01:03.000 Unfortunately.
02:01:03.000 And I'll be honest with y'all, the most attractive women typically aren't gonna mess with you if you don't have your stuff together financially, bro.
02:01:09.000 Because the hotter a girl is, the more she gets approached by successful men that have resources.
02:01:14.000 These successful men that have resources kind of put in her mindset, this is the type of guy that I qualify for.
02:01:19.000 Whether she actually qualifies for that individual or not is irrelevant.
02:01:22.000 That's what she thinks.
02:01:23.000 And she's going to go ahead and deal with you accordingly.
02:01:25.000 So a girl that's been getting hit up by multi-millionaires, guys with status, blue checks, blah, blah, blah, she might be a 5 or a 6.
02:01:32.000 She might not deserve that guy.
02:01:34.000 But she thinks in her head, I deserve that guy because that's what she's getting hit with all the time.
02:01:38.000 So perception is reality.
02:01:39.000 So for a lot of these girls, guys, you can thank Instagram for this.
02:01:43.000 They think they're better than most y'all.
02:01:44.000 Keep it in a million.
02:01:45.000 That's why a lot of the guys are becoming RP aware.
02:01:47.000 It's because of Instagram and social media.
02:01:54.000 Ta-da!
02:01:55.000 So you gotta increase your status.
02:01:56.000 And it is what it is.
02:01:57.000 It opens you to a higher...
02:02:18.000 We're good to go.
02:02:22.000 But, for you to get the access, a lot of the times you have to reach a certain level of status, man.
02:02:26.000 It is what it is, bro.
02:02:28.000 The sexual marketplace is now globalized.
02:02:30.000 You're competing against guys that have status for average-looking chicks a lot of the times, man.
02:02:35.000 It's part of the game.
02:02:36.000 Yeah, it's part of the game, unfortunately.
02:02:38.000 Kips goes, may ask again on your After Hours podcast, I'm mid-30s, no problem attracting women 25 to 35, but I'm deciding to invest in myself, go back to law school, and focus for four years.
02:02:47.000 Would women, late teens, 18, 19s be attracted...
02:02:51.000 To older men, 38, 40s, absolutely they will.
02:02:53.000 Hell yeah, bro!
02:02:54.000 Absolutely they will, but you have to take care of yourself.
02:02:55.000 If you're in your 30s or 40s and you're fat, and you got a dad bod, etc., and you're balding and stuff, no, they're not going to be attracted to you.
02:03:02.000 But if you're in shape, you take care of yourself, good skin care, you've been going to the gym, etc., eat healthy, you'll absolutely be a catch to a lot of these chicks, bro.
02:03:12.000 I have some game to us all, bro.
02:03:13.000 Yeah.
02:03:13.000 Because you don't want to get finessed.
02:03:15.000 Shannar goes, what does your ROI in Arizona insight usually look like for what you sell?
02:03:18.000 Amazon, I think he means, instead of Arizona.
02:03:20.000 I said AZ. ROA? Yeah, good question.
02:03:22.000 So I like products that are over 25% return on investment, so...
02:03:27.000 Damn.
02:03:27.000 Yeah.
02:03:28.000 Good metric to shoot for.
02:03:29.000 So if they're spending $100, they need to be making $25?
02:03:33.000 Yeah.
02:03:33.000 Okay.
02:03:34.000 That's like the minimum I like to look at.
02:03:35.000 On average, my business is getting a lot higher, but I don't like products that are under that.
02:03:41.000 I'll make exceptions, but that's what I prefer.
02:03:43.000 Okay.
02:03:44.000 Shannard donated 10 bucks.
02:03:45.000 Oh, sorry.
02:03:45.000 What the...
02:03:47.000 And then we've been going now for...
02:03:48.000 Hold on.
02:03:49.000 We've been giving you our sauce for how long?
02:03:49.000 Let's see here.
02:03:51.000 Like two plus hours here, man.
02:03:52.000 Two plus hours.
02:03:53.000 Yeah.
02:03:54.000 Yeah.
02:03:54.000 Two hours plus.
02:03:55.000 When do you want to switch over to...
02:03:56.000 We'll do it after this.
02:03:58.000 Okay.
02:03:58.000 So I'll read the rest of these chats and then we're going to switch on over to locals guys and give you guys the real sauce.
02:04:04.000 CastleClub.tv is our locals, guys.
02:04:06.000 Shout out to local.
02:04:07.000 Shout out to Rumble.
02:04:08.000 Sinessa Stovanovich says, dumped the love of my life that I wanted for five years.
02:04:13.000 Knew her when she was innocent.
02:04:15.000 Got her when she wasn't.
02:04:16.000 Got rid of her ass when I saw some shit on her laptop, phone, etc.
02:04:20.000 from her past.
02:04:21.000 Thank you guys for producing this content.
02:04:23.000 Dodge a bullet, my friend.
02:04:24.000 Always.
02:04:25.000 Yeah, guys.
02:04:25.000 This isn't just about getting girls.
02:04:27.000 It's about avoiding the girls that can ruin your life, too.
02:04:30.000 Guys, apply this wherever you go, guys.
02:04:31.000 You need the whole facts.
02:04:33.000 Check before you marry her, bro, because you never know, bro.
02:04:35.000 She can be innocent with you, sell purity to you, but be a hoe in the street so you don't know.
02:04:40.000 So you need the whole facts, so you're another...
02:04:42.000 Listen, man, if you want to know the secrets, I'm going to tell you behind the scenes, if I know you, but like, you need the whole facts, bro, no matter who you are, bro.
02:04:49.000 You need that.
02:04:49.000 Yep.
02:04:50.000 Or you can end up like Logan Paul getting embarrassed in front of the world because you decided to propose to the wrong woman that decided...
02:04:56.000 Myron, that is a prime example.
02:04:58.000 I mean, look at...
02:04:58.000 Yeah.
02:04:59.000 Hold on.
02:05:00.000 That's a prime example.
02:05:00.000 You get it?
02:05:01.000 Ah!
02:05:04.000 That was good, bro.
02:05:05.000 That was good, bro.
02:05:18.000 That was good.
02:05:22.000 Thank you!
02:05:23.000 J.W. Rice goes, if I'm starting a YouTube channel, should I follow the advice of getting LLC in Delaware, then changing it to an S-Corp?
02:05:30.000 You can, but don't do it until you're monetized on YouTube.
02:05:34.000 Yeah, make money.
02:05:36.000 I'm mid-30s, deciding to invest in myself and go back to law school at our late girls' teens, 18, 19...
02:05:42.000 I think we read that one.
02:05:43.000 Yeah, that's crazy.
02:05:44.000 And he asked it again.
02:05:45.000 Bro, they absolutely will.
02:05:46.000 You just got to take care of yourself and not be a fat slob.
02:05:49.000 Okay?
02:05:50.000 Because here's the problem.
02:05:51.000 Because a lot of guys think, I'm just going to make money and I'm going to get girls.
02:05:53.000 Yeah, you will, but you're going to attract the wrong type of girls.
02:05:56.000 I want you to make money and be attractive and be charismatic and be charming.
02:06:00.000 You understand?
02:06:01.000 Because then you're going to be a well-rounded package and you're going to be able to attract a bunch of different girls.
02:06:05.000 If you only have money, okay?
02:06:07.000 This is what awaits you if you only have money.
02:06:09.000 You're going to get...
02:06:12.000 Disrespectful, ungrateful, sugar babies that are going to give you, if you even get the box at all, mediocre, lackluster starfish sex at best.
02:06:22.000 Assuming, and you're going to have to pay for all of it.
02:06:24.000 So that's what awaits you if you're just going to be a rich simp.
02:06:24.000 Okay?
02:06:28.000 Alright?
02:06:28.000 So that's what I tell y'all.
02:06:29.000 Get in the gym.
02:06:30.000 Take care of yourself.
02:06:32.000 Learn game.
02:06:33.000 Understand female nature.
02:06:34.000 So you can be a holistic package where girls actually want you.
02:06:38.000 Okay?
02:06:40.000 SML donated one buck.
02:06:42.000 What'd he say?
02:06:44.000 14 doing a couple hundred in a hundred month in revenue from online arbitrage.
02:06:48.000 Amazon FBA wanted to go into wholesale because it's better money.
02:06:51.000 What you recommend I do?
02:06:52.000 So if you're doing a couple hundred dollars or a hundred thousand, I don't know which one, but I'm assuming...
02:06:58.000 A couple hundred dollars.
02:06:59.000 That's what I would assume.
02:07:00.000 I would stay doing online arbitrage and just try to find more products to get your number into the thousands.
02:07:07.000 I would keep doing that because there's no point to switch to wholesale, which is, you know, more complex if you're not really killing it in that business model.
02:07:15.000 So I would stay focused on that.
02:07:16.000 You know, don't get any shiny objects into them.
02:07:18.000 Just stay focused on that.
02:07:19.000 Bam.
02:07:31.000 KT, join in, man.
02:07:36.000 So...
02:07:36.000 He's saying a few grand a week and a few hours of work.
02:07:40.000 And is it the fastest way to find products?
02:07:42.000 How much do they need to start with you, KT? So, for, like, in my coaching?
02:07:47.000 Yeah.
02:07:47.000 At least, you know, 5k.
02:07:50.000 Not bad.
02:07:51.000 Yeah, that's not bad.
02:07:53.000 It's a business.
02:07:53.000 Yeah, I mean that's actually cheap compared to a lot of people that will teach you like how to scale up a business whether it's online fitness coaching whatever guys I paid I think like six or seven K to get into Brandon Carter's like HCT higher ticket trainer and I was able to use that information and create Six figures that first year I pay 10k from my mentor.
02:08:10.000 Yeah everything so that's the cost of getting in but think of it you're gonna be Profitable.
02:08:16.000 If you follow the advice right away, you're gonna have someone holding your hand.
02:08:18.000 It's worth it, bro.
02:08:19.000 And some of y'all buy bottles in a club for four, five, 20K. Facts.
02:08:23.000 For nothing.
02:08:24.000 You don't get nothing back from it other than some whack-ass pussy.
02:08:27.000 Yeah.
02:08:27.000 Or some of y'all pay that to a chick that doesn't even like you.
02:08:30.000 Like, yo, you might as well invest that money into yourself.
02:08:31.000 You might not have the money right now, but that's okay.
02:08:33.000 Save it.
02:08:34.000 And then come back later and invest.
02:08:36.000 The link will be there.
02:08:37.000 Yeah.
02:08:37.000 14 making a couple hundred...
02:08:38.000 Oh, got that one.
02:08:39.000 That's from Mo786.
02:08:40.000 Shout out to you, bro.
02:08:41.000 This is a different person.
02:08:42.000 Oh, it's a different person?
02:08:42.000 Yeah.
02:08:43.000 14 making a couple hundred a month online arbitrage, Amazon FBA... No, we answered that one.
02:08:47.000 Yeah.
02:08:48.000 I think he just sent it twice.
02:08:49.000 Is Miles did it...
02:08:50.000 Oh, okay.
02:08:51.000 Oh, yeah.
02:08:51.000 He just sent it twice.
02:08:52.000 Different accounts?
02:08:52.000 Okay.
02:08:53.000 Yeah.
02:09:05.000 Once you start making...
02:09:07.000 Once you're profitable, bro...
02:09:09.000 I would say definitely make the business.
02:09:11.000 I know some people like to say 50k is when you switch over to the S-Corp, but I would say you could start with less than that.
02:09:17.000 The problem is, you set up an LLC, you're not making no money, you're kind of wasting time, bro.
02:09:21.000 And at that point, you put on all the work of LLC with no revenue, what's the point?
02:09:25.000 Yeah.
02:09:26.000 So, what else do we got here?
02:09:29.000 Okay, Rumble Rants.
02:09:30.000 So I'm going to read these guys, and then we're going to go ahead and transition over to Locals.
02:09:33.000 So get ready, guys, to jump on over.
02:09:35.000 CastleClub.tv is the website, or FreshFeed.Locals.com, either or.
02:09:39.000 We'll bring you.
02:09:40.000 Jump on in, man, and become a member.
02:09:43.000 Elvion, hey, KT, how could I get you to train me personally, and how much capital do I need to start with you and Myron?
02:09:48.000 You scaled the fitness business with Brandon.
02:09:49.000 What was the upfront investment?
02:09:51.000 So with KT, go ahead.
02:09:52.000 Honestly, it's like not very expensive to work with me.
02:09:55.000 Like I said.
02:09:56.000 5k.
02:09:56.000 Yeah, which is not crazy money to me.
02:09:58.000 Get in, man.
02:09:59.000 He wants you personally.
02:10:00.000 He wants to hold your hand personally.
02:10:01.000 I'm in there.
02:10:02.000 Pause.
02:10:04.000 Yeah, I'm in there on coaching calls and giving advice.
02:10:07.000 Okay.
02:10:08.000 Talking to people.
02:10:09.000 Just helping out.
02:10:11.000 All right.
02:10:11.000 That's all you need.
02:10:13.000 We got here, Geo Poppy.
02:10:15.000 People calling Cap in the chat that I make this income now.
02:10:18.000 I have a free e-book that has several receipts and breaks down the math for $150K per month.
02:10:22.000 The people DM me on Instagram.
02:10:23.000 Alright, shout out to you, bro.
02:10:25.000 I mean, look.
02:10:26.000 A bunch of money.
02:10:28.000 Okay.
02:10:30.000 Ariel Blanco.
02:10:31.000 We're strong in B2B with home medical equipment like hospital beds and mobility.
02:10:35.000 Looking at a B2C angle, should we go with traditional e-commerce or Amazon?
02:10:39.000 Your insight would be invaluable.
02:10:41.000 Hmm.
02:10:42.000 For sure, do brand research to see what brands you're able to get your hands on and how well they're doing on Amazon.
02:10:48.000 And if they're doing very well, I'll jump straight into that.
02:10:51.000 And if nothing is available and you need to launch your own brand, you can do both.
02:10:57.000 You can launch your own brand on Amazon and have a Shopify website.
02:11:01.000 I know a lot of friends, honestly, who have their own brand and they sell on Amazon, but they also launch on Shopify as well.
02:11:10.000 So it depends like You know?
02:11:13.000 Okay.
02:11:14.000 Alright, we go up next.
02:11:15.000 Let's see here.
02:11:16.000 Wayne Ryan says, Great advice.
02:11:18.000 Question.
02:11:19.000 Amazon came back to me advising they couldn't verify details on an invoice to be ungated.
02:11:24.000 What details specifically do they require?
02:11:27.000 I included the details of the supplier and myself.
02:11:30.000 So Amazon, when it comes to ungating, it's pretty simple to get ungated.
02:11:36.000 That's basically because sometimes Amazon doesn't let you sell all these brands.
02:11:41.000 They want to make sure that you're an authentic seller, that you're getting real products, so they ask for the invoice.
02:11:45.000 So they gate you, basically.
02:11:49.000 And sometimes they deny you.
02:11:51.000 But a lot of websites, a lot of places...
02:11:54.000 You know, you can go and use their receipts and their invoices to get ungated.
02:11:57.000 Target's a good one.
02:11:59.000 Like this is, that's a pretty, that's a gem right there.
02:12:02.000 Target invoices will get you ungated pretty much on anything.
02:12:06.000 So that's, yeah, I would try other suppliers or other websites and use their invoices and you'll be fine.
02:12:14.000 And ungated, what does that mean again?
02:12:16.000 So, like I was saying, you're not allowed to sell every brand.
02:12:20.000 Let's say you come across a brand like Clorox or something, and you're not able to sell it because Amazon says you have to apply to sell it, which is you provide an invoice, give it to them, and they accept it, but they denied him.
02:12:34.000 Is there a way to bypass that or you have to go through that process?
02:12:36.000 Some brands require that.
02:12:38.000 Some brands do require it.
02:12:40.000 And the more you sell, the more un-gates you get automatically.
02:12:42.000 So you don't need invoices.
02:12:43.000 For me, I can go on almost any listing, any brand, and I'm able to sell it.
02:12:47.000 Wow.
02:12:48.000 Yeah.
02:12:48.000 All right.
02:12:49.000 Cool.
02:12:49.000 We got next.
02:12:51.000 Let's see here.
02:12:52.000 Replica GL says, should I take out a big loan to buy products or should I already have the money on hand?
02:12:58.000 I would see if I like the business first.
02:13:01.000 I would do research on the business model, see if I like it, see if I can see myself doing it, and then I would buy products with your own money.
02:13:09.000 And once you start making money, then you can start leveraging.
02:13:11.000 Got it.
02:13:12.000 Yeah.
02:13:12.000 All right.
02:13:13.000 And then we go up next.
02:13:15.000 Dbrand Innie says, KT, can you explain the process of ungating with regard to selling products on Amazon?
02:13:21.000 Yeah, I just did that.
02:13:21.000 I think you did that earlier, right?
02:13:22.000 There's confusion in the chat about it myself.
02:13:24.000 Include also WFNF, the great content.
02:13:28.000 So we did that earlier as well.
02:13:29.000 Yeah.
02:13:30.000 All right.
02:13:31.000 Invigorated Man says, Hi from Tasmania.
02:13:34.000 I'll show you.
02:13:35.000 Wow.
02:13:36.000 You guys picked me up from the dirt after divorce.
02:13:38.000 Help me change my life and I'm forever grateful.

02:14:09.000 That'd be great.

02:14:26.000 We're going to do exclusive streams like we're going to do a wrestling stream, me and Mo, where we're going to be reacting on there, which I hope maybe we'll do it tonight since we don't got fucking after hours.
02:14:34.000 There you go.
02:14:34.000 Maybe we'll do it for y'all tonight, actually.
02:14:36.000 If y'all want it, we'll see what the demand is like.
02:14:39.000 Because we don't have after hours with girls.
02:14:41.000 So we might get some food and come back and do it for y'all.
02:14:43.000 And then you guys are going to get behind-the-scenes streams.
02:14:48.000 We're going to give y'all some more sauce on the products that KT's buying right now on Locals.

02:14:54.000 You guys want to support us, man?

02:15:05.000 You don't have to.

02:15:10.000 We've always been very vocal about that.

02:15:42.000 Manufactured?
02:15:42.000 Listen, guys, just so you know, before the show...
02:15:45.000 The 360s are in now!
02:15:46.000 Yo, before the show, he was wearing a do-rag.

02:15:51.000 To be fair, it was a cap.
02:15:53.000 That's a white man's do-rag.
02:15:54.000 But listen, it's a little do-rag in my head.
02:15:55.000 It's a cap.

02:16:02.000 I'm over trying!
02:16:03.000 Oh, now it's not trying.
02:16:04.000 Listen, I'm from the waves, bro.
02:16:05.000 I was born in the ocean.
02:16:06.000 You stole my brush to brush your hair.
02:16:07.000 How's that not trying?
02:16:11.000 Last time I checked, I'm a nigga as a nigga brush.
02:16:15.000 So it's my brush.

02:17:41.000 That's true.
02:17:41.000 That's true, but certain places will amplify, like Miami, that's what I tell y'all, man.
02:17:44.000 Have your stuff together and do this before you come here.
02:17:46.000 You can party from Monday to Sunday.

02:17:49.000 Dude, It's incredible.
02:17:51.000 Have y'all knew how many trustful babies there are here that just come from money that don't work and just like all they do is just party and hang out here?
02:17:57.000 Dude, you can get any drug, which is...
02:17:59.000 I'm not saying this is good.
02:18:00.000 You can get anything you want in Miami and it's bad.
02:18:02.000 So be careful.
02:18:03.000 Bro, Miami is the king city of smoke and mirrors.
02:18:06.000 There's so many people.
02:18:07.000 We have a lot of people here that say, I'm an investor.
02:18:09.000 I'm in crypto.
02:18:10.000 I do this.
02:18:11.000 And they don't do any of that crap.
02:18:13.000 Their family's just rich.
02:18:14.000 They have a trust fund.
02:18:15.000 They're a trust fund baby.
02:18:16.000 And they're just here paying some ridiculous amount of rent to live in Brickle or downtown or Miami Beach.
02:18:21.000 And they're just like partying all week, bro.
02:18:23.000 And their family just gives them money.
02:18:25.000 And they're hanging out.
02:18:26.000 They don't invest in shit.
02:18:26.000 It's all smoke and mirrors.
02:18:27.000 You know what's bad?
02:18:28.000 When girls are getting to finesse themselves.
02:18:30.000 When girls are getting to finesse, you know what's bad, bro.
02:18:33.000 A 10, 20K money too?

02:19:16.000 With the sales pitch.
02:19:18.000 Shredder Eggroll goes, I'm 32, working in maintenance full-time, 40-plus hours a week, and taking three college courses for web design.
02:19:24.000 How would you recommend for me to start Amazon FBA? Definitely got to make some sacrifices and dedicate whatever time you can into there.
02:19:34.000 Maybe if you're working at the gym for two hours, maybe cut it down for one hour and invest one extra hour into that.
02:19:40.000 And web design, is that going to be as profitable as Amazon FBA, bro, realistically speaking?
02:19:44.000 No shot.
02:19:46.000 Probably not.
02:19:48.000 Especially with all these websites like Wix and what's the other one that help people with web design?
02:19:54.000 Wix, the other one.
02:19:55.000 WordPress?
02:19:56.000 No.

02:19:58.000 Squarespace.
02:19:59.000 All these websites are out there, bro, that are allowing people to do it themselves.
02:20:03.000 Do you really want to waste time and go to school for something that other people can pretty much do on their own?
02:20:08.000 No AI? Oh, goodness, bro.
02:20:10.000 You can forget it.
02:20:11.000 It might be time to transition, bro.
02:20:12.000 Or go into a major that's going to make you more money on the side.
02:20:15.000 Yeah.
02:20:15.000 So, you know, you also got to be aware of the job market as well, guys.
02:20:18.000 College, a lot of times, is a scam.
02:20:20.000 If I'm going to be a million with y'all.

02:21:09.000 See the last sauce?
02:21:10.000 Yeah, anything you wanna drop to them?

02:21:14.000 Please.
02:21:14.000 So I've been talking for a while about Amazon, so you probably know what's up with the business, if you like it or not, a little more.
02:21:21.000 But if you do wanna start this business model, it's right now is the number one time.
02:21:26.000 I know it's really cliche, but we're about to go into Q4, and I was saying earlier, I didn't go too deep onto it.
02:21:32.000 People are gonna see 30 to 50% increase in sales overall.
02:21:36.000 There's Black Friday.
02:21:37.000 There's Christmas.
02:21:39.000 And these are huge days.
02:21:40.000 And they're doing a prime day in late October as well, which if you're an Amazon seller, you know, your sales go crazy.
02:21:47.000 So it's like if you want to start, it's never been easier.
02:21:52.000 I'll say that.
02:21:53.000 It's never easy.
02:21:54.000 It's going to be hard regardless, but there's no easier time to start than now.
02:21:59.000 Bam.
02:22:00.000 Well said.
02:22:01.000 And y'all got basically, if you join in now, you'll be in the beginning of the month, and you'll literally be able to get all the sauce, and by October 1st, you'll be up and running and making money and going hard, and you'll know exactly what to buy.
02:22:13.000 Hey man, I think now is one of the best times to pull the trigger because you got a month to literally internalize this stuff and get things going.
02:22:20.000 Might as well.
02:22:20.000 Cool.
02:22:21.000 So guys, we're going to switch on over to Locals right now.
