00:02:34.000 What's up, guys?
00:02:34.000 And we are live.
00:02:35.000 Welcome to the Fresh Fit Podcast, man.
00:02:36.000 It's Money Monday.
00:02:38.000 Hold on.
00:02:38.000 Are we lagging?
00:02:39.000 There we go.
00:02:40.000 I think we're back.
00:02:41.000 Sorry about that, guys.
00:02:42.000 What's up, guys?
00:02:43.000 Welcome to the Fresh Fit Podcast, man.
00:02:45.000 It's Money Monday.
00:02:45.000 We're here with ATM together, man.
00:02:47.000 No intro on this one.
00:02:48.000 Just a quick announcement.
00:02:49.000 Guys, rumble.com slash fresherfit.com.
00:02:51.000 Castleclub.tv, which we're going to put that up on the screen here in a second.
00:02:54.000 As you guys know, if we get canceled or anything else like that, you'll know exactly where to find us.
00:02:58.000 Home base is rumble.com slash freshandfit as well as castleclub.tv.
00:03:03.000 But yeah, we got two special guests in the house, man.
00:03:04.000 A team together, man.
00:03:05.000 Yo, welcome back, guys.
00:03:07.000 What's going on, guys?
00:03:08.000 What's up, fellas?
00:03:09.000 It's been a while.
00:03:10.000 So we know who you guys are, but they may not.
00:03:12.000 Tell us who you are real quick.
00:03:12.000 Yeah, absolutely, guys.
00:03:14.000 My name is Paul Alex.
00:03:15.000 I'm an eight-figure entrepreneur.
00:03:17.000 Basically, came from being a cop, seven years detective, all that fun stuff, into serial entrepreneurship.
00:03:24.000 Yeah, my name is Gedim, a seven-figure entrepreneur.
00:03:26.000 Still growing, but came from the Marine Corps, straight to law enforcement.
00:03:30.000 Got out, invested in a few things, and running some businesses now.
00:03:34.000 I remember your story was amazing, because back in the day, you guys met actually in the force, and you're doing separate jobs, basically.
00:03:41.000 Yeah, bro.
00:03:41.000 We were working in the same department.
00:03:43.000 We worked at Oakland, California.
00:03:45.000 Crazy ass city.
00:03:46.000 It's like Iraq.
00:03:47.000 And I was a detective.
00:03:49.000 He was a sergeant.
00:03:50.000 I mean, we always, in passing by, we always greet each other and all that jazz.
00:03:55.000 But then I got into entrepreneurship.
00:03:57.000 I mean, luckily he came into my office one day and he was just like, hey, bro, what are you up to?
00:04:00.000 And I was just like, hey, dude, just working on my side hustle.
00:04:03.000 And he was just like, oh, that's interesting.
00:04:04.000 Keep it going.
00:04:05.000 He was like one of the only positive people that like I worked with that actually pushed me to entrepreneurship.
00:04:12.000 Everybody else is like, bro, what are you doing?
00:04:13.000 You cop.
00:04:14.000 Stay safe.
00:04:16.000 Pension, everything.
00:04:17.000 It's out of your reach.
00:04:20.000 Basically, after I put in my two weeks, bro, three months later, I was eating six figs in one of my businesses.
00:04:25.000 I was like, hey, bro, you want to come over and run operations because you're a sergeant.
00:04:28.000 You know how to manage people.
00:04:32.000 That's what I need.
00:04:32.000 I need an operator.
00:04:34.000 I'm more of the visionary.
00:04:35.000 I'm like, all right, cool.
00:04:36.000 We're going to try this.
00:04:37.000 We're going to do this.
00:04:38.000 Then he's more of like, all right, cool.
00:04:40.000 Let me handle the logistics.
00:04:42.000 Right?
00:04:42.000 Operations plan and all that.
00:04:43.000 So that's basically our relationship, man.
00:04:46.000 Now we're here.
00:04:46.000 We built multiple businesses together.
00:04:49.000 As you guys are going to know in the next couple minutes, after we talk about the whole BTM thing, start getting into credit card terminals.
00:04:55.000 But he's now a co-founder.
00:04:58.000 And, you know, essentially I told him, you know, I shared the vision with him on this venture, which you guys will know in a couple minutes.
00:05:05.000 But I had told him, I was like, hey, bro, if you put in the work for my first company, like you take care of it like it's yours.
00:05:11.000 I'm going to hook you up with the next project I'm going to work.
00:05:14.000 Because I really knew what I was going, man.
00:05:15.000 I had the blueprint in my head.
00:05:17.000 I invested in myself.
00:05:18.000 And I just went out there and got it.
00:05:20.000 No one can tell me the difference of what I can do or where I'm limited to do.
00:05:24.000 So now I got three different companies.
00:05:26.000 He's co-founder of one.
00:05:28.000 And we're just working, bro.
00:05:30.000 That's it.
00:05:31.000 That's a lot of trust, man.
00:05:32.000 Yeah.
00:05:33.000 And teamwork.
00:05:33.000 And I also think it's really important that the audience understands.
00:05:37.000 So, like, you were doing criminal investigations, right?
00:05:39.000 Yeah.
00:05:40.000 You were a detective, which means you were doing it.
00:05:41.000 So you guys, you were in your own, kind of, in the detective side.
00:05:44.000 And then you were a sergeant in uniform situation.
00:05:47.000 You had people that were working under you.
00:05:49.000 Think of guys as sergeant a lot of times for police department is like a first line supervisor.
00:05:52.000 So you have four or five guys on patrol that basically would be under you.
00:05:56.000 And then you probably would have as a detective, you're kind of your own boss.
00:05:58.000 You're, you know, working kind of your own hours working with another squad of detectives.
00:06:02.000 You might have one supervisor that helps you with your case or whatever.
00:06:04.000 But in general, you're managing your own time.
00:06:06.000 So how'd you guys like because you guys were like in different like parts of the department in the police department.
00:06:13.000 How'd you guys actually meet up?
00:06:14.000 Yeah, it wasn't until after I came back from a narcotics task force, I was undercover for like about three years, targeting straight cartel, worked a lot with HSI, the feds and all that.
00:06:23.000 That's why, you know, when you would bring up your law enforcement, I almost shed a tear, bro, because I still remember my counterparts out there in the San Francisco Bay Area and shit.
00:06:30.000 And I did a lot of ops with them.
00:06:32.000 But once I came back to the department, I went to Special Victims Unit.
00:06:34.000 And when I went to Special Victims Unit, Guess what?
00:06:37.000 The sergeant's got to review the officer's reports.
00:06:39.000 So some of these reports will come back fucked up.
00:06:41.000 As you know, we got to write a lot of paper, a lot of reports.
00:06:44.000 And I'd be like, hey, like, what's going on with this report, man?
00:06:47.000 Like, they missed the elements of the crime.
00:06:50.000 I mean, this is going to get thrown out.
00:06:51.000 We got to put this guy away, you know?
00:06:53.000 And it's for serious crimes, like, you know, rape, child molesting, all that.
00:06:57.000 The worst is the worst, bro.
00:06:58.000 Scum of the earth, right?
00:06:59.000 And he would come in and be like, all right.
00:07:02.000 Exactly.
00:07:03.000 And he'd come in.
00:07:05.000 I got you, P. I'm going to take care of this.
00:07:07.000 And he'd go over there and, like, crucify the officer and be like, hey, bro, what the hell?
00:07:11.000 How long have you been an officer for?
00:07:12.000 You know?
00:07:12.000 You got to do your shit right.
00:07:14.000 And then, you know.
00:07:15.000 Yeah, because the first responding guys have to write a report.
00:07:17.000 Yeah.
00:07:17.000 So, okay.
00:07:18.000 Okay.
00:07:19.000 I get what you're saying.
00:07:20.000 Just so the audience understands.
00:07:21.000 So, like, if a police officer shows up and finds out that, you know, a kid was abused or whatever it may be, they might not necessarily do the investigation, but they're absolutely writing their part of, hey, I showed up.
00:07:30.000 Oh, it was a 911 call.
00:07:31.000 I showed up, blah, blah, blah.
00:07:32.000 And if it doesn't make, if they don't, If they're not able to establish how they were able to get the probable cause of search or how they were able to do X, Y, Z, that could fuck up everything else because the investigator is going to take the case and he can't build upon the case if the foundation is fucked up, which a lot of times the uniformed guys set the foundation.
00:07:48.000 Exactly.
00:07:49.000 Okay, that makes sense.
00:07:50.000 And it's key with major crimes, man.
00:07:52.000 Homicide, shootings, all that jazz.
00:07:53.000 That's why they got, you know, on a major scene like a murder or something like that, they'll lock down the street with like 20 officers, look at all the cameras, you know, due diligence, and then you got the detectives going in there.
00:08:02.000 And all those guys got to write a report.
00:08:04.000 And give it to the detective.
00:08:05.000 Because a lot of times they're the first ones there.
00:08:06.000 They have to write what they saw, what led them to discover the body or whatever.
00:08:10.000 And if it's fucked up how they found it, that messes your case up.
00:08:13.000 Yeah, bro.
00:08:13.000 And I mean, it worked a perfect role with me being in that position, especially in law enforcement, because I'm such an outside thinker.
00:08:21.000 I'm very creative.
00:08:22.000 So I'm like, wait a minute.
00:08:23.000 Did that dude just slip up and tell me that he was there after he told me he wasn't there?
00:08:27.000 I catch shit like that all the time.
00:08:29.000 And yeah, that's basically how we met.
00:08:31.000 So that's how y'all met.
00:08:32.000 Yeah.
00:08:33.000 So his officers would show up at crime scenes, write a fucked up report, and you'd be like, hey man, get your...
00:08:37.000 Well, it wasn't always fucked up.
00:08:40.000 We like to blame the detectives.
00:08:41.000 I mean, yeah, yeah.
00:08:42.000 Like, a lot of patrol guys just aren't good writers.
00:08:44.000 I mean, I get it.
00:08:45.000 So, like, they're more, you know, like, they're not used to...
00:08:48.000 There's a difference between, like, writing a report, you know, to talk about what happened versus writing a report as a part of an ongoing investigation.
00:08:55.000 It's a big difference.
00:08:56.000 So I understand.
00:08:57.000 Yeah, man.
00:08:58.000 So we got into, basically, business together.
00:09:02.000 Launched the whole ATM, cash ATMs, went to 30 locations.
00:09:05.000 I became financially free, and then I stopped working a lot of overtime.
00:09:09.000 I was working 60 to 100-hour work weeks back when I was in the department, and that now allowed me to just work the standard 40, which I was super grateful for, bro, because, dude, I was killing myself.
00:09:19.000 I was killing myself for almost, I think, six years at that time.
00:09:23.000 And I was just like, dude, I lost a seven-year relationship.
00:09:28.000 I was barely seeing my families, and as you guys know, because you guys are family guys, my parents, they're everything for me, bro.
00:09:34.000 Like, they came into this country, immigrant, Peruvian, Mexican, and they work hard.
00:09:37.000 You know, they work hard.
00:09:38.000 So, for me, now I take care of them.
00:09:40.000 Like, I'm the protector of my family.
00:09:42.000 That's my why.
00:09:43.000 That's why, like, I'm about getting money, but everything is for them.
00:09:48.000 If they're good, I'm good, bro.
00:09:50.000 I don't need them.
00:09:50.000 You retired your parents, right?
00:09:51.000 Yeah.
00:09:52.000 I retire my parents.
00:09:53.000 I give them a salary.
00:09:54.000 You know, if they want to come down here now that I'm in Miami, I fly them out.
00:09:58.000 I fly them out.
00:09:58.000 Yeah, mom, you can stay as long as you want.
00:10:00.000 One-way ticket.
00:10:00.000 And you can leave whenever you want.
00:10:02.000 Isn't it funny, whenever we bring people on the podcast, and I'm moving here.
00:10:06.000 I don't know why, though.
00:10:07.000 I'm moving here.
00:10:08.000 It's a pattern we see, but I'm pretty calm in here.
00:10:10.000 Well, California, I mean, we could talk about that a little bit.
00:10:13.000 I mean, what prompted the move to Florida?
00:10:16.000 I mean, I've been a very harsh critic of California, and I've told people forever to get the hell out of there.
00:10:20.000 I think me and you had some discussions about it as well.
00:10:22.000 I said, hey, man, get the hell out of there.
00:10:23.000 You know, I don't know if it was me or us, which I'm not going to be that.
00:10:26.000 It was just us.
00:10:27.000 But, like, what prompted you to get out of California?
00:10:30.000 No, bro.
00:10:30.000 I think after the first episode, you had sparked my interest.
00:10:32.000 You're like, yeah, bro.
00:10:33.000 No state income tax.
00:10:35.000 You know, the real estate out here is cheap and all that.
00:10:37.000 And I was already considering like Arizona, Texas, you know, all the major states that, you know, real estate was not as inflated.
00:10:44.000 Not as bad.
00:10:45.000 Yeah, not as bad.
00:10:46.000 And, you know, I work remote.
00:10:48.000 So my ATMs are self-established.
00:10:50.000 I got employees that fill them.
00:10:51.000 I got the BTMs, which, you know, they're fully passive.
00:10:54.000 And now I got the credit card machines, which is fully remote.
00:10:56.000 So I'm making money, dude.
00:10:58.000 Either way, wherever I'm at.
00:11:00.000 And I started doing online digital marketing as well, which is that's Digital Nomad, right?
00:11:05.000 But at the end of the day, yeah, I decided to move here because of state taxes.
00:11:09.000 State taxes was number one, but then two, bro, look, at this stage of the game in my life, I want to be able to check out the entire world, so why not?
00:11:18.000 I never lived in Florida, so why not?
00:11:21.000 And just like we were talking before, bro, I bought a piece of property.
00:11:23.000 If it don't work out in two years, guess what?
00:11:26.000 I just rent it out.
00:11:26.000 I rent it out and then I go somewhere else.
00:11:28.000 That's it.
00:11:29.000 Simple.
00:11:29.000 Yeah, simple, dude.
00:11:30.000 I'm a simple guy.
00:11:31.000 Yeah.
00:11:32.000 No, same.
00:11:33.000 And I really do.
00:11:34.000 I mean, everyone is moving to either Florida or Texas.
00:11:37.000 Arizona is a big one as well.
00:11:39.000 Yeah, people are just getting out of these blue states, man.
00:11:41.000 I hate to make it political, but that's really what it comes down to.
00:11:44.000 Entrepreneurs, guys that are higher earning.
00:11:45.000 It's really, if you're making over $150K a year, it's in your best interest to get the hell out of a blue state.
00:11:50.000 Yeah.
00:11:51.000 Especially in California.
00:11:52.000 Yeah.
00:11:53.000 Especially.
00:11:54.000 Because, I mean, you said San Fran is like one of the most expensive cities in the United States.
00:11:54.000 Yeah, man.
00:11:59.000 And then on top of that, like if you're in L.A., I know, correct me if I'm wrong here, guys, you get an L.A. tax, a county tax, a state tax, and a federal tax.
00:12:06.000 Yeah.
00:12:07.000 So you're getting taxed four times.
00:12:08.000 Bro.
00:12:09.000 I don't even want to say how much I paid in stake income tax last year, bro.
00:12:14.000 But basically, I could have bought a house over here in Florida.
00:12:18.000 That's how much they taxed me, and it hurt so bad, bro.
00:12:21.000 Because I was just like, really?
00:12:22.000 We work hard?
00:12:23.000 This hard, right?
00:12:25.000 Not only as a W2 employee you work hard, but then as an entrepreneur, If you start making a massive amount of income, dude, they're going to try to get you either way it comes.
00:12:37.000 But I am going to tell you this.
00:12:40.000 Being an entrepreneur, you do have the leverage.
00:12:42.000 You do have the leverage with write-offs.
00:12:45.000 You do have the leverage with business expenses.
00:12:47.000 So that was to my benefit as well.
00:12:51.000 No, absolutely.
00:12:52.000 And I think Florida is definitely going to be one of the frontiers.
00:12:54.000 But it's going up in price now too because everyone's like, Miami used to be, I've always said it, Miami used to be like the best kept secret.
00:13:02.000 I remember when I first moved here in 2018, you could get an apartment in Brickell, a one bedroom for well under $2,000.
00:13:07.000 You could get one for like a one bedroom, one bath.
00:13:09.000 I was paying $1,700 for an apartment down the street in Brickell.
00:13:13.000 And I was like, wow, this is actually really cheap because what people didn't realize is that When people think Miami, they think Miami Beach.
00:13:19.000 Everyone goes to Miami Beach.
00:13:20.000 No one actually comes to the city of Miami in parties.
00:13:22.000 And there's two different things, guys.
00:13:24.000 So, like, when I came and I saw how cheap it was, I was like, wow.
00:13:26.000 But then the pandemic hit, and, you know, all the New Yorkers started coming down here and realizing, whoa, hold on, you're telling me I could get an apartment here for under $2,000 a month?
00:13:33.000 Waterfront view?
00:13:35.000 Waterfront view in a parking spot, whatever, and I'm paying 10K to live in a closet in Manhattan.
00:13:38.000 Fuck this!
00:13:39.000 So they all came down in droves, and it just fucked up the real estate market.
00:13:42.000 But it was good for me from a landlord perspective, because I was able to raise rent, but then, yeah, rent went up significantly, so I was like, whatever.
00:13:48.000 So this is Money Monday, man.
00:13:50.000 To watch.
00:13:50.000 Right?
00:13:51.000 Last thing you guys were on the podcast, you spoke about your story, you know, making money with ATMs, and sorry, BTMs, but you gave Myron a machine.
00:13:58.000 Yes!
00:13:59.000 I want to know, personally speaking, because I might want one now.
00:14:03.000 Tell me the details.
00:14:04.000 And I'm sorry about that.
00:14:05.000 I got sidetracked with the law enforcement talk.
00:14:08.000 Yeah, guys, as you guys know, I went ahead and I partnered with ATM together, which thank you guys for being so gracious and giving me an ATM. Basically, I got a Bitcoin ATM through them.
00:14:17.000 And we monitored, basically, we monitored progress for a couple of months.
00:14:21.000 And, you know, we were going to do a show earlier.
00:14:22.000 I think we were going to do on like last month or the month before.
00:14:25.000 But like, you know what?
00:14:25.000 Let's wait it out.
00:14:26.000 Let's give the people a little bit more time.
00:14:28.000 Time so that we can give y'all a body of work.
00:14:30.000 And I will actually be, like I said before, I've been very transparent with you guys about everything, right?
00:14:34.000 And I'm going to actually pull up the chart of exactly how much money I made.
00:14:38.000 And you guys are going to see it.
00:14:39.000 So it's all out there.
00:14:40.000 Live on here.
00:14:41.000 And you're going to explain to you guys everything.
00:14:44.000 Because I'll be honest with you.
00:14:45.000 I looked at it and I was like, okay, I don't understand this.
00:14:46.000 But can you explain it?
00:14:48.000 If you guys remember the second pod that we jumped on at me, and when Gettem started talking about the BTMs, just like the I don't believe in that, I don't believe in that.
00:15:00.000 But then, they showed a lot of love when you sent that video out, bro.
00:15:03.000 That selfie.
00:15:04.000 We were like, damn, I already got it like that.
00:15:07.000 The haters came out though.
00:15:08.000 The haters came out.
00:15:09.000 So many people are like...
00:15:10.000 And here's the thing too, guys.
00:15:12.000 I told y'all before, I get it, man.
00:15:14.000 You're on the internet.
00:15:15.000 You're watching a podcast.
00:15:17.000 You got some guys on here talking about, yo, you can make money with Bitcoin ATMs or cash ATMs.
00:15:22.000 I can see why a lot of you guys would be skeptical.
00:15:24.000 So I was like, you know what?
00:15:25.000 I'm gonna fucking do it.
00:15:27.000 And I'm gonna be very transparent.
00:15:28.000 I'm gonna show you guys everything.
00:15:29.000 I'm gonna show you guys how we made money certain months and maybe other months were up, other months were down, etc.
00:15:33.000 Because that's what it is, man.
00:15:34.000 It ebbs and flows, right?
00:15:35.000 And be super transparent.
00:15:37.000 If you guys want to take the plunge and do it, awesome.
00:15:39.000 If you don't, then it is what it is.
00:15:41.000 But I figured, you know what?
00:15:42.000 I'm gonna do it so y'all don't necessarily have to take the risk.
00:15:44.000 I'll take the risk first.
00:15:46.000 And I'm pretty happy with the results, especially given that I didn't do shit.
00:15:51.000 Didn't do a damn thing.
00:15:53.000 You know, these guys pretty much helped me with everything and they set it up and everything.
00:15:56.000 You really are hands off 100%.
00:15:58.000 The only thing you got to do is like fill out the paperwork in the beginning and then they have a guy go out, put out the location.
00:16:03.000 We had an issue with a guy actually where the first location, the vendor was kind of a dickhead.
00:16:08.000 He literally, we installed it and then like a week later, he changed his mind.
00:16:12.000 I don't want it here, blah, blah, blah.
00:16:13.000 And you know, they handled it.
00:16:14.000 They literally like, okay, we're going to find another location and they took care of all of it.
00:16:18.000 Oh, wow.
00:16:19.000 Yeah.
00:16:19.000 Yeah.
00:16:19.000 Which that happens, right?
00:16:20.000 That's life.
00:16:21.000 But, you know, vendors a lot of times, I mean, and you can speak to that a little bit better as far as vendors.
00:16:25.000 It's entrepreneurship at the end of the day, right?
00:16:26.000 Like what can go wrong will go wrong sometimes, right?
00:16:29.000 And if you're not going to have skin in the game, something's going to happen, right?
00:16:31.000 So the way we look at it is like, let's make it as simple as possible.
00:16:33.000 Let's make it simpler, faster, and easier for a normal nine-to-fiver entrepreneur that wants to get into a business, get into it without having to deal with a lot of the headaches, right?
00:16:41.000 And that's what we try to do, just make it simple.
00:16:43.000 Yeah, everything is outsourced.
00:16:44.000 They handle everything.
00:16:46.000 Really, all you do is you fill out the paperwork and everything else like that, and then they find the place, they put it, they got a contracting company that comes in and installs it, all that.
00:16:55.000 So this is actively passive income on the go.
00:16:57.000 It really is.
00:16:58.000 Oh yeah.
00:16:58.000 It really is.
00:17:00.000 It's first of its kind.
00:17:01.000 I mean, our biggest competitor, Bitcoin Depot.
00:17:04.000 And they just went public on Nasdaq like a couple months ago.
00:17:08.000 They even went on to say on record, bro, that on average, one of their BTMs, they have like what?
00:17:14.000 3000?
00:17:14.000 3000 BTMs nationwide makes $7,000 a month.
00:17:19.000 So they're trying to buy out the smaller companies right now because they see the vision.
00:17:24.000 I didn't know this until two days ago.
00:17:26.000 Ferrari just started accepting crypto.
00:17:29.000 Bitcoin, yeah.
00:17:30.000 Bitcoin, bro!
00:17:31.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:17:31.000 What does that tell you right there?
00:17:33.000 Yeah.
00:17:34.000 That's huge.
00:17:35.000 That anybody that got money is investing into crypto.
00:17:38.000 I have friends, they only buy their cars with Bitcoin.
00:17:40.000 There you go.
00:17:41.000 Yeah.
00:17:41.000 Yeah.
00:17:42.000 That's crazy.
00:17:43.000 It is crazy, bro.
00:17:43.000 Full, by the way, paid off.
00:17:45.000 Yeah.
00:17:45.000 I believe it, man.
00:17:46.000 I believe it, too.
00:17:47.000 I mean, I've been saying it forever, you know, crypto is the future, and I'm a biased real estate guy.
00:17:53.000 I wholeheartedly admit all the time that I'm a biased real estate guy, but, you know, I'd be foolish to not acknowledge that there's other asset classes that can absolutely make you money.
00:18:00.000 I do think Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general is going to be the future, especially as we continue with all this conflict.
00:18:07.000 Guys, right now, we're probably going to go into World War III here sometime soon, bro.
00:18:11.000 What's going on in the Middle East?
00:18:13.000 Obviously, you've got the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
00:18:16.000 Not to mention the dollar value is already shit right now.
00:18:19.000 It's going to be even worse.
00:18:20.000 Then you got these guys, Bricks, like, conspiring to try to topple the US dollar.
00:18:24.000 There's going to be a lot of instability in the next few years, man.
00:18:26.000 By far.
00:18:27.000 So, you know, this next election is going to be very important.
00:18:30.000 But that's a whole other conversation.
00:18:31.000 Make some money now, man.
00:18:33.000 But, yeah.
00:18:34.000 So, I guess we want to pull up the chart and then show the people?
00:18:37.000 Okay, so, guys.
00:18:37.000 Yeah, let's pull it up.
00:18:38.000 What you're about to see here is my Bitcoin ATM's performance over the past few months, okay?
00:18:45.000 The ups and downs, everything.
00:18:47.000 And we're going to explain to you guys the numbers because I don't know what I'm looking at here.
00:18:52.000 So we'll go ahead.
00:18:54.000 Do we want to start in the beginning?
00:18:56.000 Scroll down a bit here.
00:18:57.000 I don't think the screenshots are in order, but I saw some comments asking, they're like, hey, is it a vending machine?
00:19:01.000 But it's super simple broker concept, right?
00:19:04.000 You're just the middleman buying and selling crypto.
00:19:06.000 You're the one owning the actual machine that handles it.
00:19:08.000 Okay.
00:19:08.000 That's it.
00:19:09.000 Go to the first month, if you can.
00:19:11.000 Which one?
00:19:12.000 I guess we'll start with June.
00:19:13.000 Yeah, because you...
00:19:14.000 So June.
00:19:15.000 Yeah, you had just installed in June, so a really good month.
00:19:18.000 So the biggest thing, right, because what we like to say is like the first six months is like what we call the ramp-up period.
00:19:23.000 And it sounds very technical, but they keep it super simple because I was on the Marine.
00:19:26.000 I gotta keep it simple.
00:19:27.000 There's a reason why they say front towards the enemy with claymores, right?
00:19:29.000 We gotta keep it simple.
00:19:30.000 So it's like you go to like a badass taco truck.
00:19:33.000 You just found out it's really good, you're telling all your friends, and then six months later, finally when people start kicking in, they start seeing it, it becomes more popular, then it's a spot to be at, right?
00:19:42.000 So it's a big thing with these is that for the first few months, you're going to see it slower and you might see some changes in like profit, but you started investing in marketing, marketing at the end of the day, right?
00:19:52.000 So with this, you're seeing in June, it's a, I think you made about, it's like $2,000 total to get a profit on the side.
00:19:58.000 Yeah.
00:19:58.000 So the machine itself sold like about some, I'm squinting, man.
00:20:03.000 My vision's like terrible, but it's like 12 grand in there.
00:20:05.000 So you're charging people 20% to actually use that machine.
00:20:09.000 So someone's actually putting cash in there.
00:20:11.000 So you see somebody put in like 8600, you charge them 20%.
00:20:15.000 So they're getting their crypto on their wallet or they're printing out actual receipt from the machine, but you're actually keeping that 20% of the profit from there, right?
00:20:23.000 Yeah, gotcha.
00:20:24.000 So it's a broker concept.
00:20:25.000 Middleman, super simple.
00:20:27.000 You don't care if the price goes up or down, you're just the one profiting on the middle.
00:20:31.000 The first one is $5.15 profit, then $500, $4.99, and then $1,432 in June.
00:20:38.000 I know it's a little crappier quality, but this is a screenshot that we grabbed from the thing, so I know it's not the clearest, but this is actually what it is.
00:20:48.000 This is what happened in June.
00:20:50.000 And then we can go to July.
00:20:53.000 So here, what is that?
00:20:55.000 160?
00:20:56.000 Yeah.
00:20:57.000 So this one, obviously, like I said, guys, it ebbs and flows, right?
00:21:00.000 So one month you might make a bunch, and then another month you might not make as much, right?
00:21:06.000 Sorry, you were going to say something?
00:21:07.000 Yeah, so it's real simple.
00:21:08.000 June was the first month it was installed.
00:21:10.000 So we say for the first six months, it's what we call the ramp-up period, in the industry that people understand that people need to know the machine is there.
00:21:17.000 The best example I can mention is that taco truck.
00:21:19.000 Even if there's a Whole Foods at an actual new neighborhood, people need to find out that the actual store is over there for people to start going, start increasing the traffic.
00:21:28.000 So the big thing we focus on is marketing.
00:21:31.000 It's huge.
00:21:32.000 It's absolutely huge because if people can't see you, they're not going to use you at the end of the day with your machine.
00:21:36.000 100%.
00:21:36.000 So we keep it simple.
00:21:38.000 The way we looked at it was like, alright, how can we make this as simple as possible for the average person to own this business?
00:21:43.000 So we make our machines bright.
00:21:44.000 We actually have like orange wraps so people when they walk in, they see what the hell is this big machine with the kiosk over here.
00:21:49.000 And then the big thing is Google, right?
00:21:51.000 You guys ever heard of this thing called Google?
00:21:52.000 Yeah, you want to tell them about the Google marketing that we did on the side for this?
00:21:56.000 Yeah, so it's huge, right?
00:21:57.000 Guys, pay attention.
00:21:58.000 This is really important shit what he's about to say.
00:21:59.000 It's like this, right?
00:22:00.000 Whenever you look for anything, where do you go?
00:22:03.000 You don't go to Ask Jeeves, you don't go to Yahoo, you go to Google, right?
00:22:06.000 So the way we look at it is we look at it in terms of the customer, the customer themselves.
00:22:09.000 So if a customer is looking to actually find a Bitcoin ATM, where are they going to look?
00:22:13.000 So we target all those places.
00:22:15.000 We do Facebook ads, we do actual Google advertisements, so when people are actually looking for Bitcoin ATM near me, yours pops up first.
00:22:23.000 You'll see that ranked listing on top.
00:22:24.000 It's the same thing when you're looking for like a cash ATM. Same thing you say, like, hey, where's the ATM near me?
00:22:28.000 You're not looking up your bank, you're looking up the type of machine it is.
00:22:31.000 So we invest heavily on Google advertising for your machines.
00:22:35.000 You're right, because honestly speaking, if I want to search up Bitcoin ATMs, Google, and look for the nearest one to me.
00:22:40.000 Yep, and it'll come right up.
00:22:41.000 Yep.
00:22:42.000 So let's pull it back up.
00:22:43.000 So July, a little bit of a slower month.
00:22:44.000 Now we go on to August, right?
00:22:46.000 Yeah.
00:22:47.000 So August here, guys, you see 344, 1384, and then 501.
00:22:53.000 And those are the transactions where we got our cut, essentially, right?
00:22:57.000 How much work did you actually do yourself when this was set up?
00:23:00.000 Absolutely nothing.
00:23:01.000 The most work I did was I filled out the paperwork in the beginning, which is all, by the way, it's all DocuSign.
00:23:07.000 This is somebody's rent that you're making, by the way.
00:23:09.000 Somebody's rent for the month.
00:23:10.000 Yeah.
00:23:11.000 Passively.
00:23:11.000 And I did absolutely nothing, guys.
00:23:11.000 Yeah.
00:23:14.000 I'm not kidding around.
00:23:14.000 The money just hits the bank account, and it's like, oh, what's this?
00:23:17.000 And then you're like, oh, okay.
00:23:18.000 Okay.
00:23:18.000 So, you know what's crazy?
00:23:20.000 And it's all DocuSign.
00:23:21.000 You don't even fill out real paperwork.
00:23:23.000 It's like DocuSign on your phone, sign, boom, boom, boom, done.
00:23:25.000 So two years ago, Myron invested in crypto, right?
00:23:27.000 And I was like, man, I don't know, bro.
00:23:29.000 You know, I'm going to wait and see what happens.
00:23:30.000 Guy made like 70k.
00:23:32.000 He put it on internet.
00:23:33.000 I put it on internet, right?
00:23:34.000 I'm like, you made a lot of money.
00:23:36.000 So I did it too as well.
00:23:37.000 Made some money, bought a watch.
00:23:38.000 But now you're making money with this, bro.
00:23:40.000 Yeah, it's just on the side.
00:23:42.000 I've been told you, man.
00:23:44.000 So this is August.
00:23:45.000 August is a bit better, right?
00:23:48.000 And then you go into September.
00:23:50.000 Not that much.
00:23:51.000 And then you go to October.
00:23:54.000 So far.
00:23:55.000 So we've made about $700 so far.
00:23:57.000 Up to today.
00:23:58.000 Up until now.
00:23:59.000 But I can't believe 20% is what you're taking.
00:24:02.000 That's a big chunk.
00:24:03.000 Yeah, it's typically like 20-25% that we're charging people.
00:24:07.000 And the biggest reason why, bro, is because of convenience.
00:24:11.000 Think about it like that.
00:24:12.000 What did COVID cause Americans to get used to?
00:24:16.000 Insta gratification.
00:24:17.000 Uber Eats, Instacart, Amazon.
00:24:17.000 Yeah.
00:24:20.000 You know, Amazon then pushed it to the limit and they get deliveries in one day.
00:24:20.000 Yeah.
00:24:24.000 So everybody's just like, I want it now, you know?
00:24:27.000 So with BTMs, how long do you have to wait in an online exchange?
00:24:32.000 Days, bro.
00:24:32.000 Could be days.
00:24:33.000 Time is money.
00:24:34.000 We know that.
00:24:35.000 We gotta move something for a Ferrari.
00:24:37.000 So at the end of the day, man, I want my money now.
00:24:40.000 That's why you go to a BTM. That's the primary reason.
00:24:43.000 And in the future, in quarter one, quarter two, we're already talking to manufacturers.
00:24:46.000 You're charging them for convenience and speed.
00:24:48.000 That's what you're charging them for.
00:24:49.000 And it goes back to the traditional concept of cash ATMs.
00:24:49.000 That's all it is.
00:24:53.000 People are like, who uses cash anymore?
00:24:55.000 Bro, if you're at a strip club, if you do go to strip clubs, I mean, I know a couple people that do.
00:25:00.000 But We had dinner the other night at Perry's, man, and he was just like, hey, bro, tootsies?
00:25:14.000 No!
00:25:14.000 I gotta work!
00:25:16.000 Come on, man!
00:25:17.000 Don't do that to me!
00:25:19.000 Don't do that to me!
00:25:21.000 But no, we go back to the traditional method of what works.
00:25:24.000 We go on foundation, man.
00:25:25.000 We were like, we had a bulletproof system with cash ATMs.
00:25:29.000 Why not implement the same thing with BTMs?
00:25:31.000 And it worked flawlessly, man.
00:25:33.000 Yeah, you gotta refine a couple things, but at the end of the day, man, our clients are loving it, and we're just growing and growing.
00:25:39.000 That's what it comes down to.
00:25:40.000 And guys, again, 100% transparent.
00:25:42.000 Like, in the month of September, six bucks.
00:25:44.000 As you saw, I made another, like, $166.
00:25:46.000 Like, you're not always gonna make the most money.
00:25:49.000 If anything, if I was making thousands upon thousands, y'all would be like, ah, this is skeptical, this is a scam.
00:25:53.000 But no, I'm showing you all the truth.
00:25:54.000 This is what I made.
00:25:55.000 But you gotta remember, number one, I didn't do shit.
00:25:58.000 Absolutely nothing.
00:25:59.000 The money just comes in.
00:26:00.000 In four to five months, I made a couple thousand dollars doing nothing.
00:26:03.000 So it's like, you know, you could actually use that extra money to reinvest it.
00:26:07.000 You could use it to go and do something that you otherwise wouldn't want to use your earned income on.
00:26:11.000 This is passive income, guys.
00:26:12.000 100% passive income.
00:26:13.000 So again, like I said before, being 100% transparent with y'all, not every single month I'm going to be making thousands upon thousands of dollars.
00:26:19.000 But I definitely made a few thousand in a few months for doing nothing.
00:26:21.000 So that's the reality, man.
00:26:23.000 If it was anything else, y'all should be skeptical.
00:26:25.000 But those are the real numbers right there, man.
00:26:26.000 But this is a scam, right?
00:26:27.000 Yeah, it's a scam.
00:26:28.000 Apparently it's a scam.
00:26:29.000 I gotcha.
00:26:29.000 Okay, cool.
00:26:30.000 If it was a scam, no one would share their results with y'all like that, man.
00:26:30.000 I gotcha.
00:26:33.000 But you guys know I'm very transparent with everything.
00:26:36.000 Every month is up and down.
00:26:37.000 But already for the month of October, like September, we did shitty.
00:26:40.000 But October, we're probably going to break a thousand bucks.
00:26:43.000 And we're only midway a month because we ran that report, I think, two or three days ago.
00:26:46.000 So you made, what, $6,000, $7,000 already?
00:26:49.000 A couple, like $3,000 or $4,000, something like that.
00:26:51.000 Yeah, in a few months.
00:26:52.000 And here's the thing, they said it from the beginning, like, hey, you're going to make somewhere between $100,000 to $1,000 a month passively, which is roughly what it is.
00:27:00.000 I can only imagine if you add marketing all the way on that.
00:27:03.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:27:04.000 You did it yourself as well.
00:27:05.000 We weren't running Google Ads like crazy either.
00:27:07.000 Right.
00:27:07.000 If I ran Google Ads, we could have made more if I ran way more Google Ads.
00:27:10.000 So...
00:27:10.000 Damn.
00:27:11.000 Sauce, man!
00:27:13.000 So you ready?
00:27:14.000 Actually, I told you.
00:27:16.000 Here's the manager of the place I told you about.
00:27:18.000 We got you after.
00:27:20.000 And then there's something else exciting that we're talking about.
00:27:23.000 You could tell us about it.
00:27:24.000 You had a meeting concerning these BTMs and how they can be converted for other uses.
00:27:28.000 Yeah, so quarter one, quarter two, it's coming.
00:27:31.000 We're already speaking with one of the largest manufacturers that's working on an all-in-one.
00:27:36.000 When I mean all-in-one, All in one, we're talking about cashing in checks.
00:27:42.000 We're talking about being competitors directly with Western Union and MoneyGram, where you're going to be able to deposit and people are going to be able to send money to their family.
00:27:51.000 I mean, I've done it dozens of times.
00:27:53.000 Got family in Peru, got family in Mexico.
00:27:55.000 But not only that, But they're also trying to work out a deal with DraftKings, bro, where people are gonna be able to place bets on these machines.
00:28:04.000 So, a true all-in-one.
00:28:08.000 And they got different models that they're like, hey guys, what do you guys think would push more to your market?
00:28:14.000 I mean, for the online space, ATM industry, BTM industry, we're getting up there, man.
00:28:19.000 We're not the biggest.
00:28:20.000 We're not the massive company, but we're getting there where the big guys are noticing us.
00:28:25.000 And that's why we were able to land this meeting.
00:28:27.000 And they were like, dude, would you be able to make this work?
00:28:30.000 I was like...
00:28:30.000 It's a no-brainer!
00:28:32.000 Who wouldn't want to make a percentage off of cashing in checks, to actually going and transferring money, to the Bitcoin, to just standard cash ATM. So it's an ATM that does everything, essentially.
00:28:45.000 That does everything, and that's the future, bro.
00:28:47.000 And if you have a BTM already, it's just converting it over to have these capabilities?
00:28:51.000 Well, that's the good thing about the BTM, bro.
00:28:53.000 You're able to upload all the updates on there.
00:28:56.000 Oh, because it's all software!
00:28:58.000 It's all software!
00:28:59.000 It's a computer screen.
00:28:59.000 It's a Bitcoin!
00:29:00.000 Wow.
00:29:01.000 Yeah.
00:29:01.000 Okay.
00:29:02.000 So it's amazing, man.
00:29:03.000 We got a lot of things coming up, a lot of things in the pipeline.
00:29:03.000 It's amazing.
00:29:05.000 We've been working just hard.
00:29:07.000 We took basically the culture that we learned from law enforcement, and we just doubled down in entrepreneurship, bro.
00:29:11.000 So it's merely software.
00:29:12.000 So if you have a cash ATM, you would have to probably upgrade over to a BTM. Yes.
00:29:17.000 To be able to have these new features.
00:29:19.000 Because I'm assuming a cash ATM, strictly for cash, it's probably older...
00:29:22.000 Technology, right?
00:29:23.000 The price difference is also dramatic between a cash ATM and then also a BTM. A BTM is going to be lo-fi figures.
00:29:30.000 A cash ATM is going to probably be around $2,300.
00:29:33.000 So it's dramatically different because of all the software, bro.
00:29:36.000 Oh, yeah.
00:29:37.000 Cash ATM, they're cheap, bro.
00:29:38.000 You could get one for $2,300.
00:29:39.000 You could get one for $2,300, but here's the thing.
00:29:43.000 There's more to it than just the machine.
00:29:45.000 You need the network.
00:29:46.000 The biggest thing is the location.
00:29:47.000 I could tell everybody this.
00:29:49.000 I used to be in corporate America for six years before law enforcement.
00:29:52.000 The only reason why I had that little step, I guess, above everybody else to go land my own locations is because I knew how to talk to people.
00:30:00.000 You know, soft skills.
00:30:01.000 I'm an old millennial, dude.
00:30:02.000 So at the end of the day, I was able to go there, relate to the small mom and pop business owner, and I was able to go ahead and form a foundation.
00:30:12.000 So, yeah, that's why I was able to scale to 30 ATMs so quickly while I was still working my night to five.
00:30:17.000 That's a skill that most people don't have, by the way.
00:30:19.000 For the audience, right?
00:30:21.000 And here's the thing.
00:30:23.000 I want to make this very clear for all the guys out here that are watching.
00:30:26.000 Guys, you're not going to get rich off of having ATMs.
00:30:28.000 What you need to do is have a job, make that money, and invest it so that you can make some passive income on the side.
00:30:33.000 And then if you do this for long enough, you can absolutely turn this into a $10K a month, $100K a year side endeavor, for sure.
00:30:39.000 I can see if you had multiple ATMs, you'd become rich.
00:30:40.000 Yes.
00:30:41.000 Multiple.
00:30:41.000 And that's what Paul did.
00:30:42.000 You took your salary from your job, your active income from being a detective.
00:30:47.000 Exactly.
00:30:47.000 Blood money.
00:30:48.000 The blood money, right?
00:30:49.000 That overtime.
00:30:50.000 And you invested into the ATMs.
00:30:52.000 And then at what point did you realize that, okay, I can literally leave this job?
00:30:56.000 How many ATMs did you have at that point?
00:30:57.000 30.
00:30:58.000 You had 38 ATMs and that's when you said, okay, I can literally quit if I want to.
00:31:01.000 Well, I was making 15K and I had two employees part-time.
00:31:04.000 One was on call.
00:31:06.000 They would just go fill up my machines twice a month.
00:31:08.000 And then the other one was a tech.
00:31:10.000 And that was the first tech I actually employed with my first couple of ATMs because I just never wanted to go ahead and actually install it myself.
00:31:17.000 It is what it is.
00:31:18.000 You know, I keep it real.
00:31:20.000 And I just kept him employed.
00:31:21.000 So he would go do the maintenance.
00:31:22.000 I'll pay him a couple hundred dollars whenever it happens because ATMs are so durable, bro.
00:31:26.000 They don't break down.
00:31:27.000 Especially when you buy new.
00:31:28.000 I always say, when you're new, buy new.
00:31:30.000 You don't want to deal with all the tech and upgrading and ADA compliance and all that shit.
00:31:34.000 You want to just set it and forget it, right?
00:31:38.000 But, hey man, interesting subject that you had said on my Instagram, man.
00:31:43.000 I always get asked all the time.
00:31:45.000 They're like, hey bro, how did you guys reach the level of success that you guys did?
00:31:50.000 And I was just like, work, save, and invest.
00:31:54.000 And then the second thing that comes into play, I always tell people, you know what, if I was 21 and I had either a GED or a high school diploma, I would just go ahead and try to be a cop.
00:32:05.000 Why not?
00:32:06.000 Go be a cop!
00:32:07.000 You could be a six-figure hero, go work overtime, and mind you guys, this is not for the lazies, okay?
00:32:13.000 So if the lazies are listening to me, you're gonna hate me when I say this, but we don't want you, okay?
00:32:18.000 If you're proactive and you're going to work hard, you can work a limited overtime at any police agency.
00:32:24.000 If you guys didn't know, just in California, you can easily make a quarter of a million dollars a year.
00:32:29.000 We knew guys, OGs, that, mind you, they were like divorced, had hello kids and all that shit, but they were making half a million dollars a year.
00:32:36.000 It all comes down to blood money.
00:32:38.000 And most people won't believe this because they're stuck in their little world, in their little bubble, and they're like, oh, well, that's bullshit, you know, cap, cap.
00:32:38.000 Yeah, it is blood money.
00:32:46.000 No, dude.
00:32:47.000 You could go ahead as a 21-year-old right now, become a cop, make six figures, invest your money into a side hustle, make it work for you with ATMs, BTMs, even credit card machines, right, which we'll talk about in a couple minutes.
00:33:01.000 But at the end of the day, you could become financially free off of this shit.
00:33:04.000 Paul, are you saying if I work hard as a police officer, I can make a lot of money?
00:33:08.000 Blasphemy!
00:33:09.000 Really?
00:33:10.000 Yeah, because people tend to look at the base salary, right?
00:33:14.000 Like a lot of police departments, a lot of law enforcement, it's like between $30,000 to $70,000, depending on where you are, right?
00:33:20.000 Like the base salary.
00:33:21.000 But guys, remember, if you do overtime, which most police departments have damn near unlimited overtime, especially if you're in an inner city with high crime, you can absolutely make six figures And for all the people out there that, you know, whether you're fed, state, local, I mean, a lot of the times the state and locals would make more than the feds because they had unlimited overtime.
00:33:40.000 Feds, you don't get overtime.
00:33:41.000 Special agents don't get overtime.
00:33:42.000 The only special agents that get overtime a lot of times are Secret Service or Diplomatic Security Service, and that's protection type details.
00:33:49.000 Yeah.
00:33:49.000 But as far as criminal investigators actually doing cases, FBI agents, DEA, whatever, rarely if ever are you going to get overtime and accept it in certain special situations like a Title III or whatever.
00:33:58.000 I would rather take a job that gives me unlimited overtime than a salary that I have to depend on.
00:34:03.000 And then you can take that money, you can make that six figures, and then you can absolutely use it to funnel that money into a side endeavor like I did, like Paul did, and then you can buy back your freedom I think if you had to do it again, because I see that you basically, so you have a system in place,
00:34:18.000 so you made the money, you had kind of a team in place, you bought ATM, and when you bought that ATM, you'd have someone go in, install it, I'm assuming they'd put cash in and everything else like that for you as well, right?
00:34:28.000 They'd set it up, and then you just systematically did this over and over and over again, 30 times, and at that point, you basically were making just as much as you did with the department.
00:34:35.000 Once I got to 10 ATMs, I learned, you know, the method.
00:34:40.000 You learned the blueprint.
00:34:41.000 You're like, Like that moment, you come in a cross vote and you're like, oh shit, this is it.
00:34:47.000 And yeah, all I was doing was just closing the deals.
00:34:50.000 Okay, my team's gonna come over here in the next week or so, install the machine, and I'm gonna bring somebody to actually load up the cash.
00:34:56.000 You good with the contact?
00:34:57.000 Yep, let's do it.
00:34:58.000 Cool.
00:34:59.000 And that's what I would do over and over again.
00:35:01.000 And where were you selecting?
00:35:02.000 For the people out there that might want to get in this, what type of locations were you selecting and why did you select those locations?
00:35:08.000 Cash-driven locations, tourist areas, areas where it was cash-intensive.
00:35:15.000 Lower-income areas as well did extremely well.
00:35:19.000 I mean, everybody cashes their check, they're gonna go to the liquor store.
00:35:22.000 I mean, it is what it is.
00:35:26.000 And there's no banks there.
00:35:27.000 Let's keep it real.
00:35:28.000 There's no banks in lower income areas.
00:35:29.000 That's the bank.
00:35:30.000 That's their only access to cash.
00:35:32.000 Yeah.
00:35:33.000 So the unbankable.
00:35:34.000 Bodegas, smoke shops, liquor stores.
00:35:36.000 Gas stations.
00:35:37.000 Gas stations.
00:35:38.000 Yeah.
00:35:39.000 We always say the unbankable, bro.
00:35:41.000 Because there's people that they can't get a bank account.
00:35:44.000 I mean, it is what it is.
00:35:45.000 They have to rely on prepaid cards.
00:35:46.000 That's why these companies that charge major interest made so much money.
00:35:50.000 You remember the first prepaid card?
00:35:51.000 What was it?
00:35:52.000 From Fat Farmer or whatever?
00:35:53.000 Yeah.
00:35:53.000 Yeah, dude, that's old school, right?
00:35:55.000 Yeah, that was the reality of it.
00:35:57.000 I was just like, man, what is this?
00:35:59.000 Why won't people just go to the bank and get a regular credit card?
00:36:01.000 Well, that's the reason why.
00:36:02.000 Because the bank doesn't allow them to.
00:36:03.000 So they have to rely on ATMs.
00:36:05.000 So let's say someone's watching right now.
00:36:06.000 They heard all the info.
00:36:08.000 They see Myron's results here.
00:36:09.000 How do they get started to join your program?
00:36:12.000 Should they start with a cash ATM first or should they start with a Bitcoin?
00:36:14.000 I mean, I kind of just jumped into a Bitcoin ATM. Maybe should they jump in with cash because it's a little bit of a lower investment up front?
00:36:20.000 What do you think?
00:36:21.000 Well, here's what I always tell everybody.
00:36:23.000 At the end of the day, it has to be for you.
00:36:25.000 So if you're more of a passive investor, you gotta like that.
00:36:27.000 Okay, cool.
00:36:28.000 You're making six figs and you could put away low five-figure investment.
00:36:32.000 BTM all day.
00:36:33.000 You know, time is money.
00:36:34.000 And if you can make a lot of money on your job, like I was making $80 an hour on overtime being a cop.
00:36:40.000 So the way I saw it is when I was in the ATM game, well, it takes 100 hours minimum to find a decent location.
00:36:47.000 I was just like, dude!
00:36:49.000 Why am I going ahead and wasting so much time?
00:36:51.000 I'm just going to delegate to a sales team.
00:36:54.000 So I went ahead, got a call center.
00:36:57.000 That call center started getting me locations, feeding me the leads, feeding me booked appointments.
00:37:02.000 And then I would go in there and just present.
00:37:04.000 That's it, right?
00:37:05.000 But it would save so much of my time where I was able to focus on overtime, make $80 an hour.
00:37:10.000 So if you put $80 times 100 hours, that's $8,000 I saved by having delegating that time, you know?
00:37:17.000 And that's the way I see it.
00:37:19.000 Majority of time is just like, how can you make your money work for you?
00:37:22.000 Because time is everything, bro.
00:37:24.000 I mean, that's why we delegate so many things now in our life at this stage of the game.
00:37:28.000 I mean, I had to get them, you know, run ATM together because it's so time consuming.
00:37:34.000 But then also you need a good operator.
00:37:35.000 You need somebody that knows what they're doing.
00:37:37.000 They're confident and they're able to run a team, right?
00:37:39.000 You lead by example.
00:37:40.000 Yeah.
00:37:41.000 That way I was able to separate myself and then go and build another company in the beginning of this year with the credit card machines and stuff.
00:37:47.000 But for anybody that's looking for BTMs or ATMs, they can simply just go to our website at atmtogether.com.
00:37:54.000 We're also going to do a giveaway as well.
00:37:56.000 We're doing a giveaway this month, guys.
00:37:58.000 So we're actually going to be giving away a free ATM to one of you folks that actually joins our free Facebook group.
00:38:05.000 You can just click on the link, put your name, put your email, your phone number, and then, yep, that little yellow highlight button right there.
00:38:12.000 And then you're going to be entered into a free giveaway for your own free ATM, guys.
00:38:17.000 We've given away so many ATM programs.
00:38:20.000 It's crazy.
00:38:21.000 Crazy.
00:38:22.000 I mean, if people, like, you know, again, I know some of you guys might be like, oh, I don't know if I, you know, want to jump into this full-fledged.
00:38:28.000 Like, bro, just get a cash ATM and test it out.
00:38:30.000 Like, get a cash ATM. Like, that's lower risk, you know, obviously.
00:38:30.000 You know what I mean?
00:38:34.000 They'll find the area for you to put it in.
00:38:34.000 And they take care of it.
00:38:36.000 So that's going to say, they basically handle the installation.
00:38:39.000 They handle finding the location for you.
00:38:41.000 They handle setting it up, dealing with the vendors, all that crap.
00:38:44.000 I think people are forgetting, if you buy ATM yourself, you have to go to each vendor and pitch the We're good to go.
00:39:10.000 Guess what?
00:39:11.000 What am I gonna do?
00:39:12.000 Hey, como estas?
00:39:12.000 You're speaking Spanish.
00:39:13.000 Right?
00:39:13.000 Yeah.
00:39:14.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:39:14.000 I'm gonna go build that foundation because it's gonna be a lot smoother for me.
00:39:17.000 You know?
00:39:17.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:39:17.000 Of course.
00:39:18.000 And that's what I always tell people.
00:39:19.000 People forget about that.
00:39:20.000 It's just like, use your skill set, use your personal life experience to build foundation with people, man.
00:39:25.000 Your network is your net worth.
00:39:26.000 Yep.
00:39:26.000 If Gedim wasn't able to build the foundation with me with entrepreneurship, I mean, dude, probably still at the department, right?
00:39:34.000 Yeah, if we never just start talking about entrepreneurship.
00:39:34.000 Yeah, for sure.
00:39:37.000 But once I was out, I was like, hey, bro, you want a job?
00:39:39.000 I was going to pay you like three times, four times more than the department.
00:39:42.000 And there you go.
00:39:43.000 Off to the races.
00:39:44.000 You want to talk to niggas?
00:39:45.000 Put on a big chain.
00:39:46.000 And also, you got to adapt, guys.
00:39:51.000 Like I told y'all before, being...
00:39:54.000 This guy.
00:39:55.000 And you gotta be flexible to be able to adapt, because like I told y'all before, the first location we had, I think we put it in Pembroke Pines or something like that.
00:40:04.000 I love Pines, by the way.
00:40:05.000 And the vendor was a dickhead!
00:40:07.000 At first it was cool, and then we had to switch it up after it had been there for a week or two.
00:40:12.000 So you just gotta be able to adapt, and that's what it's about, being an entrepreneur.
00:40:16.000 Not everything is gonna go according to plan, but we're able to pull the audible and move it to another location.
00:40:21.000 It's down here in Florida.
00:40:23.000 But that's what happens, guys.
00:40:24.000 And you guys were fantastic at handling that.
00:40:27.000 Literally, I didn't even notice that.
00:40:28.000 You're like, oh yeah, by the way, the vendor's being a dick.
00:40:30.000 We gotta move it, but we already handled it.
00:40:32.000 We already got the guy coming to pick it up tomorrow and everything else like that.
00:40:34.000 I'm already thinking, for the people's skills part, hey man, you're Hispanic, beers and tacos.
00:40:39.000 They handle that, bro.
00:40:39.000 Yeah.
00:40:40.000 Like, I didn't talk to no vendors.
00:40:41.000 Yeah.
00:40:41.000 I didn't do shit.
00:40:42.000 So...
00:40:43.000 Bro, and we've been around the block, trust me.
00:40:46.000 We've dealt with every type of situation.
00:40:48.000 I've gone to barbershops where they cuss me out.
00:40:50.000 They're like, get the fuck out of here.
00:40:51.000 We don't want your fucking ATM. I'm like, bro, I'm just offering you a solution.
00:40:55.000 Yeah.
00:40:56.000 But that's the name of the game, bro.
00:40:58.000 You gotta have tough skin.
00:40:59.000 It's like dating.
00:41:00.000 You're gonna get rejected, no matter who you are, but keep going on.
00:41:03.000 It's a numbers game.
00:41:03.000 Numbers game.
00:41:04.000 Absolutely.
00:41:05.000 You want some chats?
00:41:07.000 Yeah, I can hit some chats and then we can talk about the credit card processes.
00:41:12.000 What's the chat saying, man?
00:41:14.000 Yeah, let's see what they...
00:41:16.000 You could be anywhere else, but you're here on Monday.
00:41:18.000 Money Monday!
00:41:19.000 Anonymous L, five bucks.
00:41:20.000 Appreciate that, my friend.
00:41:22.000 And then we got Fresh to Fit Money Clips.
00:41:24.000 Shout out to ATM Together for sharing our clips.
00:41:27.000 Money Clips, we're up.
00:41:28.000 Watch Wealth Creation FNF Style.
00:41:29.000 We got y'all, man.
00:41:30.000 And guys, by the way, if you guys got questions, Please get them in right now, man.
00:41:33.000 These guys are experts when it comes to ATMs, so there's no one else really, I mean, at least on social media I know that are coming close to y'all, as far as the big corporations.
00:41:42.000 So if you guys got questions when it comes to cash ATMs or Bitcoin ATMs, ask away, man.
00:41:48.000 They're here to answer your questions.
00:41:51.000 Would ATM work in Alaska?
00:41:53.000 Would a BTM work in Alaska?
00:41:54.000 Not sure on that.
00:41:56.000 I mean, at the end of the day, if the polar bears are going to use it, it might be one thing.
00:42:00.000 But Alaska just doesn't have enough of a population.
00:42:02.000 They're too spread out that I don't think it'd be the best investment.
00:42:04.000 We are in Canada, guys.
00:42:06.000 Don't forget.
00:42:07.000 So yeah, man, they're going to find a location where there's heavy foot traffic, guys.
00:42:07.000 There you go.
00:42:12.000 Michaka goes, there's always late because Chris keeps sending the wrong address.
00:42:17.000 Address ICRIS? Oh, L. Chris.
00:42:19.000 Living reality.
00:42:19.000 Okay.
00:42:20.000 Considering that so many of the highest paying jobs in the U.S. are located in blue states, what do you recommend people do seeing as you push for red states so much?
00:42:27.000 Thank you so much for the value.
00:42:31.000 Well, I mean, try to find a high paying job in a red state.
00:42:33.000 Bro, if you have a high income skill, it doesn't matter where you're at.
00:42:36.000 You should be able to find a job.
00:42:37.000 So...
00:42:37.000 Yeah.
00:42:38.000 Goku, or make your money in the blue state and get the hell out as soon as you can.
00:42:41.000 Yeah.
00:42:42.000 Hey, Ryan, I was just making jokes.
00:42:43.000 I love I look at you as a big bro.
00:42:45.000 You save my life with your knowledge.
00:42:46.000 Me joking is a way of me showing love.
00:42:48.000 Okay?
00:42:48.000 No problem.
00:42:49.000 Appreciate that, Goku.
00:42:50.000 Jesse goes, Hi, FNF. I'm 17.
00:42:52.000 I'm done with high school and I'm in college right now after fall.
00:42:55.000 I just have eight more classes to be done with college and trying to make money while I'm in college right now.
00:42:59.000 What do you recommend?
00:43:00.000 Depends on how much money you have to invest, my friend.
00:43:02.000 That's what it always comes down to.
00:43:03.000 The good part is Many Mondays, you have so many options.
00:43:05.000 You can choose ATMs, you can choose real estate, you can choose crypto, whatever you want, whatever fits your prerogative.
00:43:12.000 Stocks, index funds, whatever it may be.
00:43:15.000 We got here, eMoney goes, Myron, how much did you invest a month for Google Ads?
00:43:19.000 How much did we spend on Google Ads?
00:43:21.000 For yours, it was just $150 a month.
00:43:22.000 Bam.
00:43:23.000 There you guys go.
00:43:23.000 That's nothing.
00:43:24.000 Holy!
00:43:25.000 And those were on the months where I made the most money, just so you guys know.
00:43:30.000 Fripples, what are the best cash ATM brands to buy?
00:43:33.000 Hiya Sun Halo 2 and a J-Mega G2500. The J-Mega G2500 comes with an actual camera.
00:43:39.000 So if you want more security, that would be the one to go.
00:43:41.000 But the one that we use, the one we love, Hiya Sun Halo 2.
00:43:45.000 Okay.
00:43:46.000 Nice.
00:43:48.000 And then what else do we got?
00:43:49.000 Anything else?
00:43:51.000 Okay, guys.
00:43:52.000 Again, fnfsuperchat.com if you guys want to get your questions in.
00:43:55.000 Okay, so credit card processors.
00:43:58.000 Let's talk about this real quick for the people.
00:44:00.000 Yeah, man.
00:44:01.000 So, backstory on these credit card terminals.
00:44:04.000 I already saw a couple people going like, bro, there's credit card terminals everywhere.
00:44:07.000 Like, who needs them, right?
00:44:08.000 Yeah.
00:44:08.000 But the backstory on this, guys, basically, I networked with two nine-figure entrepreneurs out of Los Angeles, Rob Sin and John Sorabia.
00:44:17.000 They own a pretty decent company called Paybotics.
00:44:20.000 They've generated over like $190 million in the past 15 years that they've been in business.
00:44:25.000 And I... I actually networked with them at Javier's in SoCal and it was through a mutual friend.
00:44:32.000 Well mutual friends like hey these guys want to meet you.
00:44:34.000 Alright so we have a dinner and during the dinner they pitch me and they're like alright dude check this out.
00:44:40.000 They took out these two terminals and they were like you see this?
00:44:43.000 I was like yeah.
00:44:44.000 I was like they're credit card terminals.
00:44:46.000 What's so special about them?
00:44:47.000 Actually that's the ops.
00:44:48.000 Yeah you know I got a cash ATM. That's credit card bro.
00:44:50.000 What are you trying to sell me on right?
00:44:52.000 You're going against what I believe in.
00:44:53.000 And they were like no.
00:44:56.000 Merchant services is a huge business, okay?
00:44:59.000 But there's a special program called Cash Discount Program.
00:45:02.000 And what it is, is basically you're just reversing the fees.
00:45:05.000 Instead of the merchant that's paying 500 to thousands of dollars a month in credit card processing fees to allow their clients to actually use credit cards, it just switches it up where it actually charges the client.
00:45:17.000 But in a very specific way.
00:45:20.000 So it gives the option for the client to actually pay with cash, which then they don't have to pay fees.
00:45:25.000 If they want to pay with credit card, then they end up opting in for the additional credit card processing fee, which is usually about 2.5 to 4%.
00:45:32.000 Yeah.
00:45:33.000 The great thing about this is how you and I make money is that that fee that we just saved them and the actual clients paying, it goes to us.
00:45:42.000 Of course, you're not getting the entire, like I like to say, enchilada.
00:45:47.000 You're not getting the entire 4%, but it gets divvied up.
00:45:50.000 Visa, MasterCard, American Express gets 1%.
00:45:52.000 Your ISO, which is your independent sales organization that allows you to have the processing network to make these devices actually work with the account, they get like about 1%.
00:46:01.000 So you're left with about like 1.5%, 2% depending on the account.
00:46:05.000 So let's say you have an account that's pulling in like $100,000 in revenue.
00:46:10.000 In California, your local liquor store, any liquor store, any bodega clears over $200,000.
00:46:16.000 But just to keep it simple for the folks, $100,000.
00:46:19.000 Yeah, in total sales.
00:46:20.000 100k.
00:46:21.000 Dude, even if you were to get a 1% of that 100k, imagine that.
00:46:25.000 And it's through credit card sales.
00:46:26.000 You're literally making thousands of dollars.
00:46:29.000 You're finding the location.
00:46:30.000 You're basically just providing value.
00:46:33.000 You're educating the folks by telling them that, look, you can save thousands of dollars by switching over to this specific program.
00:46:40.000 And the great thing about this, this only came out a few years ago.
00:46:44.000 And this is what got me.
00:46:45.000 I asked them, how...
00:46:46.000 How convoluted is this?
00:46:49.000 Like with ATMs, you could say, ATMs, there's a little bit of saturation now.
00:46:55.000 Okay, with cash ATMs, not BTMs.
00:46:56.000 BTMs is like the gold rush right now.
00:46:59.000 But, what's the saturation right now?
00:47:01.000 Like, what are we looking at?
00:47:02.000 He's like, dude, it's only 4% of all business owners across the United States that uses this program.
00:47:09.000 And it's huge.
00:47:10.000 He's like, we're making money off of this.
00:47:12.000 And it's one of the best programs because you're saving people money.
00:47:15.000 You're saving the small business owner, the mom and pop shop.
00:47:18.000 So it's a no brainer for them to convert to this.
00:47:21.000 A lot of stores, they're actually doing this already where they're charging you anywhere between four to 20%.
00:47:27.000 I just went to, I went to Komodo.
00:47:30.000 I got charged 20% and on the receipt, it said, They don't play, bro.
00:47:36.000 20%!
00:47:37.000 And you know, everybody's tipsy and stuff.
00:47:39.000 But 20%, and they say it's like a dining and side fee or something like that.
00:47:44.000 Yeah.
00:47:44.000 You know?
00:47:44.000 Miami is notorious for that.
00:47:45.000 It's the magic fees.
00:47:47.000 They take their 20% up front here.
00:47:48.000 Bro, and it's bullshit.
00:47:50.000 Yeah.
00:47:50.000 Because a lot of people are like, people are not gonna pay 2.5 to 4%.
00:47:54.000 Bro.
00:47:55.000 Bro.
00:47:56.000 People are paying 20%.
00:47:57.000 Out here in Miami, people are paying $100 to be VIP valet so you can park in the front.
00:48:02.000 I get it.
00:48:02.000 At the end of the day, it's about convenience.
00:48:04.000 Small business owners out there, they're doing this right now.
00:48:07.000 They're converting to cash discount because what's happening is the credit card companies are getting greedy, dude.
00:48:12.000 They're getting greedy.
00:48:14.000 So a lot of these consultants online that have different programs, they're actually getting into payment processing.
00:48:22.000 You know, if you guys ever use, if you guys are a digital marketer, you guys use Stripe, dude, we get hit with 3%.
00:48:27.000 Now, we have a way to work around that now.
00:48:30.000 We'll tell you guys after the show.
00:48:31.000 But I'm just saying, people are looking for cheaper options.
00:48:35.000 People are looking to save money, especially with inflation.
00:48:38.000 You can't hire good employees anymore.
00:48:39.000 The cost of just actual rent for brick and mortar shops, it's a no-brainer for people to convert with this.
00:48:46.000 I like to be my own guinea pig.
00:48:48.000 I did the exact same thing with ATM together, went to 30 locations, then started building out my own online program where I help people do the placement with the ATMs and the BTMs.
00:48:57.000 Exact same concept.
00:48:59.000 I told John Sarabia and Rob Sin, I was like, dude, I want to be the guinea pig.
00:49:04.000 So we went ahead.
00:49:05.000 I used the call center that I used to facilitate ATM together to land locations for ATMs and BTMs.
00:49:11.000 And we retrained them.
00:49:12.000 We hired an additional 20 call center agents, started cold calling everywhere throughout the United States, closed them remote, and then we would ship them out pre-programmed already, where basically the settings for the merchant is as simple as setting up your Wi-Fi at home,
00:49:28.000 bro.
00:49:28.000 So there's no filling up the cash.
00:49:30.000 There's no none of that, okay?
00:49:33.000 Very equivalent to BTMs.
00:49:35.000 So the whole reason why I even bring this up is because I'm a big believer in diversifying your funds at the end of the day.
00:49:40.000 This is why when GetEm came on, I was just like, dude, I'm going to take care of you.
00:49:44.000 You're going to run the show for my big company, ATM Together, but then I'm going to create something else.
00:49:51.000 Something else special.
00:49:53.000 Especially, I just had a meeting with these guys, and I believe in their vision.
00:49:56.000 And their vision, they've been in the game for 18 years.
00:49:59.000 They live in Malibu.
00:50:02.000 They don't have to work anymore.
00:50:02.000 They're made.
00:50:04.000 They're chilling, dude.
00:50:05.000 So they bring me, the young buck who's hungry, and I'm putting in the work.
00:50:09.000 I'm putting in the work, they're just receiving it, they hire more employees, and they delegate.
00:50:12.000 That's what people, we actually learned as we grow.
00:50:18.000 Delegation is everything.
00:50:19.000 It really is.
00:50:20.000 You can't scale up without doing it.
00:50:22.000 No, you need a tribe, man.
00:50:24.000 So when it comes down to it, I ended up launching over 60 of these myself.
00:50:29.000 60 of these myself that bring in $20,000 a month.
00:50:32.000 So between these, $20,000 a month, my ATMs at $15,000, and then my BTMs at $4,500, because I got three in San Diego.
00:50:41.000 Three BTMs.
00:50:42.000 Three BTMs in San Diego.
00:50:44.000 So at the end of the day, when you look at it, what am I doing for that money now?
00:50:50.000 Nothing.
00:50:50.000 Nothing.
00:50:51.000 I'm sitting here talking to you.
00:50:52.000 Yeah.
00:50:52.000 It's delegated.
00:50:52.000 Yeah, I'm here sitting talking to you guys.
00:50:54.000 You set up the infrastructure for it to collect money for you.
00:50:57.000 And that's what it's about.
00:50:58.000 Yeah.
00:50:58.000 That's the new American dream.
00:51:00.000 You know, it's making your money work for you, but it's also knowing the process on how to do it.
00:51:06.000 Because what you don't know is what you don't know, man.
00:51:08.000 Yeah.
00:51:08.000 You know, if you don't get trained up by somebody who's more experienced than you, you're going to lose in life.
00:51:12.000 If you're narrow-minded and you don't believe in self-education, self-education is Everything to me, you know, it started with one $5 book that showed me just the simple concepts of sales and business and now two weeks ago, I just invested over $150,000 instead of buying a Ferrari and into a mastermind with one of the biggest,
00:51:32.000 you know, online marketers in the world, you know, from ClickFunnels, Russell Brunson.
00:51:36.000 And now I'm gonna fly to Idaho, what is it, Boise?
00:51:39.000 I've never been to Boise, bro, but I'm going there for the first time just to Be in the same room with 14 other entrepreneurs that make 8 to 9 figures so I can learn from them because what we're trying to go, man, we're not content with just AFIGs.
00:51:52.000 We're trying to go to that 100 million mark, man.
00:51:55.000 And we're trying to go now.
00:51:56.000 We're not trying to wait where we're like 50 or 60, bro.
00:51:59.000 There's so much money to be made out there.
00:52:01.000 It's just people's eyes are not open.
00:52:02.000 Yeah.
00:52:03.000 And that's what it comes out to.
00:52:04.000 You've got to be creative.
00:52:04.000 You've got to seize the opportunity.
00:52:06.000 Obviously, I've always said making money is kind of like a snowball.
00:52:09.000 So as you make money, it's up to you whether you're going to make more money or just stay stagnant.
00:52:14.000 And for you to make more, you have to take that money that you make and put it into other endeavors that make you money on the side.
00:52:19.000 And for me, that's real estate.
00:52:20.000 Also, investing with y'all with the Bitcoin ATM. And you've just got to be able to diversify, like you said, because if you have all your eggs in one basket, it's not a good move.
00:52:29.000 You want to create multiple revenue income streams, man.
00:52:31.000 So...
00:52:32.000 Question with this.
00:52:34.000 Just so I understand the concept fully.
00:52:37.000 It's basically a credit card processor that you give to an establishment and it processes their transactions for them.
00:52:46.000 Let's say they have people that want to buy with credit cards only.
00:52:51.000 Are you saying that if they get a discount and they decide to buy in cash?
00:52:54.000 Correct.
00:52:55.000 Okay, so it incentivizes them to purchase things in cash and then you end up getting what would have been spent on the credit card processing fee?
00:53:04.000 So the cash, no.
00:53:06.000 You don't get paid if they do with cash.
00:53:08.000 Oh, you get paid if they use credit cards?
00:53:09.000 If they use credit cards only.
00:53:11.000 Here's the good part about this pivot that I did, okay?
00:53:14.000 This is all strategy.
00:53:16.000 ATM together.
00:53:18.000 What do we provide?
00:53:19.000 Cash ATMs.
00:53:20.000 So, if we're pushing people to use a cash discount program for credit card terminals, guess what?
00:53:26.000 They're going to be like, where's your ATM? It's a double A, dude!
00:53:30.000 So, majority of our clients, they see the benefit behind it.
00:53:33.000 So you're going back to the people that you have ATMs with and telling them, hey, I can give you this thing that will help you save on credit processing fees.
00:53:39.000 Here's the crazy part about this.
00:53:41.000 And it goes back to personal branding because you guys have a huge following, so you guys will understand this.
00:53:45.000 But with me, I'm not out there like that.
00:53:49.000 I don't go on social media for clout.
00:53:51.000 I could care less about that.
00:53:53.000 I go in there for business strategy only.
00:53:56.000 So what I did was I created a waitlist.
00:54:00.000 Before I launched this actual program, first, I got the results myself.
00:54:05.000 Second, I established the actual strategy behind it.
00:54:09.000 The call centers, the booked appointments, even what we provided with you as well, where we gave you- I got my machine over here, guys, by the way.
00:54:18.000 I'm also gonna get any piggy and share my results with y'all as well in a few months, so don't worry.
00:54:21.000 Your money should already be in your account, bro.
00:54:23.000 I made sure.
00:54:24.000 I was like, on the 11th, on the 11th of the month, I was just like, that's why I was like, Myron, do your paperwork, bro, please, please!
00:54:32.000 So stay tuned, guys.
00:54:33.000 I'm gonna give you guys my results on this as well.
00:54:35.000 So the way that it worked, it was very methodical, man.
00:54:39.000 It was very methodical.
00:54:40.000 So I created a waitlist.
00:54:41.000 I went on a live webinar and I told people like, hey guys, Look, you guys know me as the ATM guy.
00:54:46.000 Flat out.
00:54:47.000 Okay?
00:54:47.000 It is what it is.
00:54:48.000 ATM guy.
00:54:48.000 But now I'm going into a second venture where I actually teamed up with some of the best in Los Angeles and they know what they're doing.
00:54:55.000 You know, they're the best in the game.
00:54:58.000 And the list was insane.
00:55:00.000 And I went in there as a one-man team, basically a startup again, man.
00:55:04.000 And I was just a couple beginnings.
00:55:06.000 I'll go on sales calls.
00:55:07.000 You know, I'll talk to the people and all that because people like that.
00:55:09.000 They like that person-to-person interaction, right?
00:55:12.000 So then within five weeks, man, we made a million dollars in revenue.
00:55:17.000 From the clientele that we serve on the ATM, BTM side, they came over to the merchant services side and they were like, Paul, you do good business.
00:55:28.000 You took care of us.
00:55:29.000 Paul and get them.
00:55:30.000 You took good business.
00:55:31.000 We love you guys.
00:55:33.000 You guys treat us so good on the ATM, BTM side that we believe in your vision.
00:55:37.000 And that's what it comes down to.
00:55:39.000 So what ended up happening?
00:55:41.000 Guys, close to 300 clients in eight months now.
00:55:45.000 Nice.
00:55:45.000 They use those machines.
00:55:47.000 That are now have their own merchant services business and they're able to go ahead and get as many accounts as possible.
00:55:54.000 We've changed literally a handful of people's lives already in the last few months, which is...
00:56:00.000 It's really the big why behind why we do this because we're blue-collar guys.
00:56:05.000 We come from law enforcement.
00:56:07.000 We come from hard work, bro.
00:56:08.000 So all we know is hard work.
00:56:10.000 So we understand when people come to us and they're like, bro...
00:56:12.000 I work and I grind and I got kids and I'm just trying to find for a second, you know, source of income or something that I could do on the side, just like you did.
00:56:21.000 And I'm like, bro, you have so many choices.
00:56:24.000 We're here to provide you as many things as you want.
00:56:27.000 You know, you could choose credit cards, you could use BTMs, you could do cash ATMs and it all works.
00:56:32.000 It just depends on what do you believe in?
00:56:34.000 What is your vision, right?
00:56:36.000 So you have the money to invest in upfront, you know?
00:56:38.000 Exactly.
00:56:39.000 And it comes down to it.
00:56:40.000 Leverage, right?
00:56:40.000 And that's why I always like to educate people.
00:56:42.000 Look, guys, I didn't come from a rich family.
00:56:45.000 I got a good paying job, like we were talking about.
00:56:48.000 And I just worked a lot.
00:56:49.000 I worked blood money.
00:56:51.000 I worked the Raider games.
00:56:54.000 Small businesses or private businesses like Home Depot, they would hire out the police.
00:56:58.000 And on the weekends, they would need the police and security because they were losing millions of dollars from shoplifting, bro.
00:57:03.000 So people don't know that.
00:57:05.000 People think like, oh man, they're taking advantage of the system.
00:57:07.000 No, guys.
00:57:09.000 A lot of private businesses and nightclubs and everywhere, especially in bigger inner cities, they use the police.
00:57:17.000 They use the police for their services.
00:57:19.000 And that's where the cash cow comes in for the person that wants to work and save up and eventually become financially free.
00:57:26.000 It's a simple process.
00:57:27.000 And I think we've been very clear with the audience in letting them know this isn't a get-rich-quick scheme.
00:57:31.000 You're not going to become a multi-multi-millionaire doing this.
00:57:33.000 This is stuff that you do on the side to make passive income once you already have an established stream of income so that you can create more streams of revenue so that you can go ahead and eventually get your freedom back.
00:57:46.000 Realistically speaking, how long does it take someone to make, let's say, 5K off a BTM machine?
00:57:54.000 Realistically, you're going to be looking at about six to eight months.
00:57:56.000 And you're talking about a month, right?
00:57:58.000 5k a month?
00:57:59.000 Yeah.
00:57:59.000 I mean, you're realistically looking at six to eight months.
00:58:01.000 Okay.
00:58:02.000 And that's just buying the machine.
00:58:03.000 You got to handle all the work.
00:58:04.000 Ad spend, right?
00:58:05.000 You'd have to buy ads as well.
00:58:08.000 So it could be done.
00:58:09.000 It's just that, like, you know, how much are you willing to put back in?
00:58:11.000 Which now that I know, I'm going to put more money into running ads.
00:58:15.000 You know?
00:58:15.000 Damn.
00:58:15.000 Because here's the thing.
00:58:16.000 They handle all of it.
00:58:17.000 I didn't even know how much it cost.
00:58:19.000 So I think that's the important thing.
00:58:21.000 So this is kind of something, guys, that you do on the side that's hands-off.
00:58:24.000 And I know some of y'all might be skeptical or whatever, and that's fine if you are.
00:58:28.000 But just know that this isn't a get-rich-quick scheme.
00:58:31.000 You're going to have to work.
00:58:32.000 You're going to have to put the sweat equity in, get that capital, and then be able to invest and then make that passive income.
00:58:37.000 And that's what it is, guys.
00:58:38.000 It takes time to invest and be able to make enough passive income to actually live off of and or quit your job.
00:58:45.000 Yeah.
00:58:46.000 That's good.
00:58:47.000 Here, I can hit some of these chats real quick if people had questions or anything else like that.
00:58:47.000 Oh yeah.
00:58:51.000 So basically, you end up saving the company credit card transaction fees, essentially.
00:59:00.000 And then that savings is passed on to you.
00:59:00.000 Correct.
00:59:02.000 To the actual clients, and then we get a percentage of what we charge the clients.
00:59:07.000 So business owners, they love this because you gotta think about it like this.
00:59:10.000 If you have a very business, a very busy business, okay?
00:59:15.000 You're spending $1,000 on credit card processing fees, man.
00:59:18.000 $1,000 a year, that's $12,000.
00:59:20.000 Just imagine three years, that's $36,000.
00:59:22.000 What can they do with their $36,000?
00:59:24.000 They can make their business grow.
00:59:26.000 They can go ahead and pay college tuition.
00:59:27.000 They can buy a brand new car.
00:59:29.000 I mean, that's the vision you have to share with the business owners because they don't know.
00:59:33.000 Oh, sorry.
00:59:34.000 I was going to say for the audience, because some people might not know what you're talking about.
00:59:37.000 Guys, if you've been in New York City or one of these major cities and you go into a bodega or one of these stores, a lot of times they say no credit or you have to have a spend limit or whatever.
00:59:45.000 That is because they want to make sure that they offset those credit card transaction fees.
00:59:50.000 Especially American Express and Discover.
00:59:52.000 Which charges some of the highest credit card transaction fees.
00:59:54.000 So whenever you go into business, they say, no credit unless you spend $10 or above, or hey, we don't accept credit, whatever.
01:00:00.000 Nine out of ten times is to avoid exactly what Paul just described to you.
01:00:03.000 Some people won't even take your AMS cards because of the fees that they have to pay.
01:00:05.000 So that's really good, actually.
01:00:06.000 So this allows the business...
01:00:08.000 It's a win-win because the business is now able to accept more forms of payment, and they're not necessarily getting crucified for allowing you to use a credit card.
01:00:16.000 The seller...
01:00:17.000 Sorry, the buyer...
01:00:19.000 The merchant is able to save money, the buyer is able to use their payment method that they prefer, and then you're able to get a percentage of it.
01:00:24.000 So everybody wins in it.
01:00:25.000 Obviously, you get a small percentage, but over time, if the business does a lot of money, $100,000, $200,000 a month, which is very easy for certain businesses, like you mentioned, a liquor store, easy for them to make $100,000 a month.
01:00:35.000 Because remember, that's all transactions.
01:00:37.000 You get a cut of that.
01:00:38.000 Because you know what's funny?
01:00:39.000 Companies that have to pay that charge for the actual credit card fees, they charge you to cover that fee.
01:00:45.000 So now, they can charge you less and still make money.
01:00:48.000 That's a W. And a lot of the actual small businesses out there in the United States, the reason why they haven't converted to cash discount is because you have to think about it like this.
01:00:56.000 Who do they primarily deal with?
01:00:58.000 They deal with big banks.
01:00:59.000 Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America.
01:01:01.000 Why would a big bank reach out to a small business owner, right?
01:01:05.000 When they have all these clients, millions of clients, and say like, hey, we can save you money, they already have the business.
01:01:11.000 They already have this business.
01:01:13.000 So everybody now, this is not out, man.
01:01:16.000 We're literally the first program to bring into digital marketing.
01:01:19.000 We're bringing the old school simple business concept, and we're mixing it with digital marketing.
01:01:24.000 Yeah, you don't see those readers everywhere.
01:01:25.000 I see them in Miami, but you go other places, they don't have readers like that.
01:01:28.000 It's not just these readers, but we have everything.
01:01:32.000 We have the tablets.
01:01:33.000 We have the online programs.
01:01:34.000 We can do everything you can think of, man.
01:01:36.000 But the main thing is just saving the money.
01:01:39.000 What was it?
01:01:40.000 Two months ago, I had a med spa owner from Dallas, Texas flying into Miami Beach, man.
01:01:46.000 He was like, hey, bro, coffee.
01:01:47.000 I want to talk about merchant.
01:01:49.000 I was like, all right, dude, I usually don't do that, but all right, let's go.
01:01:51.000 So we met Joe and Juice or whatever.
01:01:53.000 Joe and Juice, man.
01:01:54.000 Yeah.
01:01:55.000 Amazing spot.
01:01:55.000 Amazing spot.
01:01:56.000 And the guy was just like, dude, with the amount of credit card fees that I pay in a month, I can feed a small village.
01:02:03.000 And I was like, well, my man, let me tell you about Merchant on the Nation.
01:02:07.000 And all in, dude.
01:02:09.000 All in.
01:02:09.000 So now he's set up with this and saving tens of thousands of dollars a month, bro.
01:02:15.000 Because you got to think about MedSpa.
01:02:17.000 People are dropping money.
01:02:19.000 They're getting their Botox.
01:02:20.000 It's paying $10,000!
01:02:21.000 So now he's like, hush, record.
01:02:24.000 You want to pay record?
01:02:25.000 4%.
01:02:25.000 People are going to do it anyways.
01:02:28.000 Because of his service.
01:02:28.000 Yeah, they are.
01:02:30.000 Convenience and credit cards give you a benefit anyway a lot of the time.
01:02:32.000 They want points too.
01:02:34.000 Oh yeah.
01:02:35.000 Okay, cool.
01:02:36.000 Alright, so I'll hit some of these chats real quick.
01:02:40.000 Let's see what we got here.
01:02:41.000 We got here.
01:02:42.000 Woody Baby goes, I have 10k with 800 credit score.
01:02:46.000 What is one of the best ways I can leverage my credit to make money?
01:02:51.000 Zero interest credit card.
01:02:52.000 I recommend American Express Blue Cash credit card.
01:02:55.000 Zero interest for about 12 months.
01:02:57.000 You also get $250 back the last time I used it.
01:03:00.000 I don't know if they're still offering that, but I know they're still offering the zero interest.
01:03:03.000 Best way to do it is put the business on that, whether you're going to go ATMs, BTMs, or credit card machines, and then go ahead and just pay it off.
01:03:11.000 Pay it off in the 12 months.
01:03:12.000 Yeah.
01:03:13.000 Yeah.
01:03:13.000 Super simple.
01:03:14.000 Yeah, if you've got good credit, guys, you can literally open up a credit line, use that credit line to buy your first ATM or two ATMs, depending on how much you want to spend, and then you can wait a year and then make the money back and then pay off that credit card.
01:03:28.000 Now, bam, you just created a new revenue source.
01:03:29.000 My first six ATMs was on a credit card.
01:03:31.000 I mean, I said it on the first show.
01:03:33.000 I don't know if you guys remember, but...
01:03:35.000 But yeah, the credit card was on the six ATMs, credit card, and then the cash that I had in my savings, that's what I used to fill up those ATMs.
01:03:42.000 How much money do you need to fill up the ATM? So when testing it out the first few months, we always say $2,000 to $3,000.
01:03:49.000 It can hold up to $20,000.
01:03:49.000 And then you can take it from there.
01:03:51.000 Okay.
01:03:52.000 Is there a certain way you want to break up the denominations?
01:03:54.000 I'm assuming mostly 20 and 10s?
01:03:56.000 Standard is usually 20.
01:03:57.000 They do have dual cassettes where you're able to do 10s and 20s.
01:04:00.000 I did that in all my liquor stores, bodegas, and all that jazz.
01:04:03.000 But mainly 20s is fine.
01:04:04.000 20s is mostly what it is?
01:04:05.000 Yeah.
01:04:06.000 Okay.
01:04:07.000 Let's see here.
01:04:08.000 What else do we got here?
01:04:10.000 Shitting bricks.
01:04:11.000 There it goes.
01:04:12.000 Appreciate Money Mondays with the position I'm in.
01:04:14.000 In a few years, I'll own a business I'm working at.
01:04:17.000 This seems to be a good investment to make some money on the side.
01:04:21.000 Should I wait to have more money or get it started right away?
01:04:24.000 Yeah, super vague question.
01:04:26.000 It just depends on your cash flow and how comfortable you are in life.
01:04:29.000 At the end of the day, you know, I always tell people if it's not the right time, I'll actually guide you.
01:04:34.000 The biggest thing is just contact one of us, either get them or myself on social media or like, you know, go to our website and then there's contact information as there as well.
01:04:43.000 And then we're able to set up like a Zoom appointment.
01:04:45.000 So we're able to talk to you and then you're able to tell you like, all right, so what's your cash flow?
01:04:49.000 What are you looking at?
01:04:50.000 And then we'll guide you the right way because not all money is good money, man.
01:04:53.000 I always tell people like I look Like, dude, I'm about the good business.
01:04:57.000 Fair enough.
01:04:58.000 And I can tell how you guys work.
01:05:00.000 If someone has a bad experience, you don't want that either.
01:05:02.000 Because it comes back on you as well.
01:05:04.000 100%, man.
01:05:05.000 One complaint online goes viral and you're screwed.
01:05:07.000 So at the end of the day, that's why we're like, hey, dude, we got to fix this now.
01:05:12.000 Get them.
01:05:12.000 How do you do with customer complaints when they come to you?
01:05:14.000 I call them.
01:05:15.000 I call them.
01:05:15.000 People aren't used to that anymore.
01:05:17.000 Nowadays, people are used to just the internet, messaging back and forth and stuff.
01:05:21.000 I'm going to pick up my phone and call them.
01:05:22.000 This is my cell phone.
01:05:23.000 It's the iPhone.
01:05:24.000 What's going on?
01:05:24.000 Here you go.
01:05:24.000 What can I do to make this right for you?
01:05:26.000 And people appreciate that at the end of the day.
01:05:26.000 Wow.
01:05:28.000 And, you know, sometimes it's a sergeant hat or maybe having old school parents.
01:05:31.000 But at the end of the day, it's like, hey, as long as you're doing your best to make something right, people can feel that when you're hearing them out, when you're making the situation better for them.
01:05:39.000 At the end of the day, people appreciate that.
01:05:41.000 And you don't see that in business anymore.
01:05:41.000 And you build a relationship with that person and they trust you.
01:05:43.000 That's good.
01:05:44.000 Yeah.
01:05:45.000 And they'll text me.
01:05:45.000 They'll text me weeks later.
01:05:46.000 Still got the numbers.
01:05:47.000 I mean, you know, that's why we have two phones.
01:05:48.000 I mean, I have, you know, hundreds and hundreds of clients here that will text me like, hey, again, I got this question regarding this business.
01:05:54.000 I need help with this.
01:05:55.000 I need help with that.
01:05:56.000 We make it happen.
01:05:57.000 Yeah.
01:05:57.000 No, I mean, they answered all my questions.
01:05:58.000 And when we had that issue with the vendor, like they put that fire out immediately.
01:06:02.000 They're like, oh yeah, the guy's being a dick, but don't worry.
01:06:02.000 Like I didn't even feel it.
01:06:04.000 We already got someone coming to take it out and it's going to be at the new location.
01:06:07.000 Probably will start earning in about two days.
01:06:09.000 Does Amazon call you for your issue?
01:06:11.000 No.
01:06:13.000 Yeah, no, definitely not.
01:06:14.000 They don't call you.
01:06:15.000 Okay.
01:06:16.000 So, yeah, man.
01:06:17.000 What else do we got here?
01:06:20.000 Eddie2X.
01:06:20.000 He goes, I stopped my ATM because majority didn't want holes on their tiles.
01:06:26.000 Can you help me with a pitch?
01:06:29.000 I had a couple of yes, but once I said we need to drill holes, they said no.
01:06:35.000 Keep it simple.
01:06:36.000 Keep it simple.
01:06:37.000 Tell them you'll fix it.
01:06:38.000 Tell them you'll fix it and people change their mind very quick.
01:06:41.000 At the end of the day, I don't plan on removing this thing.
01:06:44.000 I plan on making money with you.
01:06:46.000 So why would we be worrying about holes right now?
01:06:49.000 Biggest thing is clarity, man.
01:06:51.000 And that's what is everyone's issue that has a problem scaling business is like how clear are you on your message with your offer and the way you're explaining and articulating your service.
01:07:03.000 Majority of time we could go on a call and say the exact same thing as let's say a new consultant We just employed the thing is the new consultant.
01:07:11.000 He doesn't have the life experience like we do So we're able to read the situation comes back to law enforcement read the situation and then also like get it to the level where we're We're at the same level as the client and be like hey, this is how it works Do you understand that they're like yeah,
01:07:27.000 I really appreciate you explain it to me like this and Because there's common objections people have, but obviously if you're a newcomer, you don't know.
01:07:34.000 So they're like, holes?
01:07:34.000 Oh, don't worry.
01:07:35.000 We'll cover that for you.
01:07:36.000 Don't worry about it.
01:07:37.000 Yeah.
01:07:37.000 Nice and simple.
01:07:38.000 And they see that you're not stressed out.
01:07:39.000 Yeah.
01:07:40.000 You know?
01:07:40.000 But I can almost guarantee you, guy was probably stressed out.
01:07:43.000 He was like, oh, shit!
01:07:44.000 Oh, no!
01:07:45.000 Oh, my God!
01:07:46.000 Let me get back to you on that.
01:07:47.000 It's uncertainty, man.
01:07:49.000 You know?
01:07:49.000 Yeah.
01:07:50.000 Okay.
01:07:50.000 What else do we got here?
01:07:51.000 Hey, guys, get your questions in, man.
01:07:52.000 These are the ATM experts here, man.
01:07:54.000 So if you're thinking about doing one on the side or if you have questions about ATMs in general, these guys definitely know what they're talking about.
01:07:59.000 I mean, you mentioned the two ones together.
01:08:01.000 Were the two ones that you mentioned earlier?
01:08:02.000 Like, I don't even know what those were.
01:08:04.000 Gazebo?
01:08:04.000 What'd you say?
01:08:06.000 The Hayu Sun Halo 2.
01:08:09.000 And then the Genmega G2500. That sounds like a video game.
01:08:13.000 Halo 2.
01:08:13.000 Yeah, that was one of my favorite games back in the day.
01:08:15.000 Bless you.
01:08:16.000 What else do we got here?
01:08:17.000 Red states have good paying jobs too.
01:08:19.000 You just got to be a man because most are blue collar.
01:08:21.000 That's true.
01:08:21.000 Okay.
01:08:22.000 Blue collar is coming back.
01:08:24.000 Can we refer you the lead for the location where we would like our ATM at?
01:08:30.000 Yeah, we do it all the time for our clients.
01:08:32.000 So once you become a client with us, depending on what package you want, we'll actually go and actually cold call them for you.
01:08:38.000 Oh, okay.
01:08:39.000 Yeah, pretty simple.
01:08:40.000 So if they have a location of mine now, we'll go ahead and handle it for them.
01:08:43.000 All right.
01:08:44.000 What else we got here?
01:08:45.000 So pretty much put ATMs in places with the niggas around.
01:08:50.000 See you!
01:08:50.000 See you!
01:08:53.000 I promise you, I didn't want to say it.
01:08:55.000 That's what I was thinking.
01:08:56.000 That's my nigga, bro.
01:08:58.000 That's my dog right there, bro.
01:08:59.000 I swear to God.
01:09:00.000 Shout out to you, bro.
01:09:03.000 Hey, hey, hey.
01:09:05.000 To go back on that one, Myron, real quick.
01:09:07.000 Yeah, go ahead, please.
01:09:09.000 BTMs, ATMs, you know where they do Phenomenal at?
01:09:11.000 Carna Cedillas.
01:09:13.000 Okay.
01:09:13.000 Really?
01:09:14.000 Mexican meat markets, bro!
01:09:15.000 Yeah, there you go.
01:09:16.000 Yeah, because you got Western Union in the Mexican meat markets.
01:09:19.000 So they need cash.
01:09:20.000 So you're saying, in general, low-income niggas and then low-income Mexicans.
01:09:27.000 Hey, man!
01:09:28.000 He said it, not me!
01:09:29.000 Bro!
01:09:30.000 What's the next one?
01:09:31.000 This is all our locals ninjas here.
01:09:33.000 Northwest Tucker goes, it's unbelievable that you guys bring on such a credible real-world guest for free.
01:09:37.000 Tapped into Amazon FBA with KT already, but the CC Merchant Service sounds like a freaking gold rush.
01:09:42.000 Is it available in all lower 48 states?
01:09:44.000 Yes.
01:09:45.000 Yeah, it is.
01:09:46.000 See, that's the beauty of Money Mondays, bro.
01:09:48.000 If you want to make money on the side or business, guess what?
01:09:52.000 We've got options for you.
01:09:53.000 Yeah.
01:09:54.000 ATMs, Merchant Services, or Amazon FBA. Whatever you need, we got you guys.
01:09:58.000 Yeah, we got y'all, man.
01:10:00.000 Uh, it's, uh, oh, nah, nah, nah, yo goes, Paul, when you moved to Florida, did you move your LLC to Florida as well?
01:10:06.000 Oh, hell yeah.
01:10:07.000 Hell yeah!
01:10:08.000 I mean, I'm still gonna get hit for half the year from California, but, you know, we're, yeah, we're working on it, and, like I said, we're gonna be down the street from you guys November 1st, man, which is gonna be kick-ass.
01:10:19.000 Man, nice.
01:10:19.000 If you knew how much we pay in taxes for last year, you'd be shitting your ass.
01:10:23.000 I need to hear this.
01:10:27.000 Because I'll tell you guys, you're going to be like, what?
01:10:31.000 It was stupid, bro.
01:10:32.000 I never thought that I would ever have to pay that much.
01:10:34.000 It was crazy.
01:10:35.000 Wow.
01:10:35.000 Fucking crazy, man.
01:10:37.000 California.
01:10:37.000 Get some money back.
01:10:39.000 What else we got here?
01:10:40.000 We got Darsh goes, I own an HVAC business and we use Chase for credit card payments and they charge us 4%, but everything online, we don't carry the machine with us to customer houses.
01:10:51.000 What's something you have I could use?
01:10:52.000 I got you.
01:10:53.000 So, this is the Valor VL100. We have another model called the Valor VL110. It actually comes with a SIM card.
01:11:02.000 It comes with a remote battery.
01:11:04.000 And we usually sell it to vendors, contractors, mobile guys.
01:11:10.000 If they have an entire fleet, they can give one to each one of their guys.
01:11:13.000 Once you become a client, it is a five-figure investment to become a client with us.
01:11:16.000 But after, you can buy these for $300 from us.
01:11:20.000 Yeah, which is amazing because people can scale so fast.
01:11:24.000 I mean, we've had a couple people scale with us already where they've made more than what their wife and they actually made from their actual 9 to 5 and then they came to work for us.
01:11:37.000 Because we're like, bro, you're so good at this.
01:11:41.000 You're so good at selling this.
01:11:43.000 You need to come work for us, man.
01:11:44.000 And that's what it is.
01:11:45.000 Your network is your net worth.
01:11:47.000 We've hired clients.
01:11:50.000 Dude, that's the majority of our staff.
01:11:52.000 It's like previous clients, man.
01:11:53.000 If you do well at what we actually do, and you love it, and you have the passion for it, and you want to work with us, Hey, we're hiring all day.
01:12:00.000 We hire everything.
01:12:02.000 And they believe in the mission too.
01:12:03.000 That's good.
01:12:04.000 Let's get in the game.
01:12:05.000 Let's see here.
01:12:06.000 I got 20k saved in California.
01:12:08.000 Is that enough to start a machine?
01:12:09.000 Sorry if I missed it listening while working.
01:12:11.000 So 20k, he lives in California.
01:12:13.000 Is that enough to start?
01:12:15.000 So first question I would ask ATM, BTM, but either or, yeah, we can make it work for you.
01:12:21.000 Bam.
01:12:22.000 And then Truth702Seeker, I've been doing merchant services for 14 years.
01:12:26.000 Love dual pricing, a.k.a.
01:12:27.000 cash discount.
01:12:28.000 Shout out to FNAF. Keep doing God's work, Janice.
01:12:30.000 I got you, bro.
01:12:31.000 Shout out to you, bro.
01:12:31.000 He's aware of the situation as well.
01:12:33.000 Following Raptor, great knowledge from this episode as always.
01:12:35.000 Would you guys consider getting former San Francisco Giants legend Aubrey Huff on sometime?
01:12:39.000 He was blacklisted from his former team and is incredibly RP. I don't know who he is, but we can look it up.
01:12:46.000 Okay, and then someone here, Ham Holland, goes, how much would our split be?
01:12:51.000 The split would be so you let's say you charge four percent You would get roughly about one to one point five.
01:12:57.000 Okay.
01:12:58.000 Yeah, okay cool So you have to pay the processing Network, which is your ISO your independent sales organization Which basically those that's the business that I teamed up with to provide me the network to provide me the terminals to provide me the actual high-level support That's why when you don't have to worry because you've already taken care of that exactly.
01:13:14.000 Yeah, and And then from there, you have to pay Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
01:13:18.000 They have to get their cut, bro.
01:13:19.000 I mean, they're the big boys, right?
01:13:21.000 And then they get roughly one-on-one.
01:13:23.000 After everything's said and done, they get...
01:13:25.000 But yeah, I mean, if you're putting it at a good business, it's generating...
01:13:28.000 Guys, keep in mind, a lot of these businesses are making easily $100,000 a month in total revenue.
01:13:34.000 So you can make $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 a month for nothing.
01:13:38.000 I think that's the biggest thing, is that you're making money for doing nothing.
01:13:42.000 You're setting up an infrastructure to collect money for you.
01:13:45.000 Also, think about it like this, man.
01:13:46.000 Like, how much in a rental property, and I know because you guys got a lot of rental properties, like, right now, in 2023, right, which a lot of people are calling the American trap because they can't even afford their own house, right?
01:13:59.000 It's, um, how much are you making in rent Like, from just a tenant, like a one bedroom right now.
01:14:05.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:14:05.000 How much are you making?
01:14:06.000 If we're gonna look on cash on cash returns, yeah, the cash on cash returns from this are higher than that of real estate.
01:14:11.000 Yeah, absolutely.
01:14:12.000 And it's less work.
01:14:13.000 And it's less work and less headache, less capital.
01:14:16.000 Renovations.
01:14:16.000 I'm putting in, you know, with all my real estate deals, I'm putting in at least $100,000 to $200,000 on each deal that I do.
01:14:22.000 Yeah.
01:14:22.000 Right?
01:14:23.000 Obviously, you know, there's back-end benefits to real estate, but if we're going to talk strictly cash-on-cash, how much money you're making, yeah, the Bitcoins, the ATMs make more money from a strictly cash-on-cash perspective.
01:14:33.000 And also, you don't need credit to get a BTM or ATM. Yes, you're not dealing with a bank to get a loan.
01:14:38.000 You're not dealing with credit.
01:14:39.000 If your credit score sucks, you can still get it.
01:14:41.000 So you bypass all that example for real estate.
01:14:43.000 This is something that you can do if your credit score isn't up to par to get a good, and remember, interest rates are higher now.
01:14:49.000 8-9% damn near.
01:14:50.000 It's tough.
01:14:51.000 To get into the real estate game and you need more capital, right?
01:14:54.000 And I tell you guys all the time, real estate is more about the auxiliary benefits that come alongside it, you know, taxes, all that other stuff, right?
01:15:00.000 Cash flow is just, you know, the cherry on top.
01:15:02.000 But if you're just focusing on cash or cash returns, you want to get into something, you don't have necessarily $100,000 or you don't have the credit score to go ahead and pick up a real estate property, this is a fantastic way to segue in and start Getting your money to work for you.
01:15:15.000 I would wager, if you do Paul's technique, you get the American blue cash card, right?
01:15:20.000 You max that out.
01:15:21.000 You get your ATM machine.
01:15:23.000 You pay it off once you make some money as well.
01:15:25.000 Because it's a year where they defer.
01:15:26.000 A lot of these credit cards, they'll give you 12 months to 18 months, guys.
01:15:29.000 Zero interest.
01:15:30.000 Zero interest.
01:15:31.000 So you're able to go ahead and damn near start a business on it, right?
01:15:34.000 And then you're able to recoup some of that money back in that period of time.
01:15:37.000 Yeah.
01:15:37.000 And then you keep building up your credit, and then you go buy property after.
01:15:39.000 Yeah.
01:15:40.000 So...
01:15:40.000 Oh yeah.
01:15:41.000 So when you look at if I was, let's say, 21 or I was like a fresh investor or like a newbie entrepreneur, maybe I'm watching this and I'm a 9 to 5-er and I'm like, dude, what?
01:15:52.000 You know what?
01:15:52.000 Let's walk them through.
01:15:53.000 Someone here that might be watching this, they might have 10K, they might have 20K, they're a 9 to 5-er, they're making 50K per year, right?
01:15:58.000 Let's say they got 10K saved.
01:16:01.000 How should they go about doing this?
01:16:03.000 Step by step.
01:16:04.000 How's their credit?
01:16:05.000 Let's say their credit score is 650.
01:16:09.000 Average American, yeah.
01:16:10.000 Somewhere 650.
01:16:11.000 Okay, so if somebody was looking to work with us, we do have OPM, other people's money.
01:16:18.000 So we have funding options.
01:16:19.000 We have a funder, an affiliated company that actually allows people to get Business funding for our programs that we worked with them for the past three years, man.
01:16:28.000 So it's phenomenal.
01:16:28.000 A lot of people leverage that.
01:16:30.000 And then they'll go ahead and they'll get the funding as long as they have a minimum credit score of 620.
01:16:35.000 Make $30,000 a year.
01:16:37.000 Been at the job, the W2 job, for like three months.
01:16:40.000 Oh, wow.
01:16:40.000 And they'll get full funding for our program.
01:16:43.000 They'll get up and running.
01:16:43.000 And then they could go ahead and use that cash.
01:16:46.000 Whether it's cash ATMs, they could go ahead and fill up their ATM. Or they can use that cash reserve and then buy it at wholesale from us and keep scaling.
01:16:55.000 That would be on the cash ATM side.
01:16:56.000 Same thing for BTM. And then same thing for merchant.
01:16:58.000 We have it across the board for all three of the services.
01:17:01.000 So y'all actually give people the ability to get funded through a middleman.
01:17:06.000 Correct.
01:17:06.000 Wow.
01:17:07.000 We also just linked up with a law firm that can actually liquefy credit cards now.
01:17:13.000 The legal way, not illegal way.
01:17:17.000 We're like, wait a minute, you're like, huh, put the Fed cap on.
01:17:21.000 But no, total legitimate law firm, we were like, okay, what is this?
01:17:26.000 And I met him through my network, funding consultant, actually lives here in Miami, Andrew.
01:17:31.000 Really great guy, but he helps people get anywhere between $50,000 to $150,000 in business funding.
01:17:37.000 Which is amazing.
01:17:38.000 I don't know how he does it.
01:17:39.000 But that's another thing.
01:17:41.000 You guys can DM me on social media if you guys want.
01:17:43.000 And I'll shoot you his info.
01:17:45.000 But what he connected us, we all had lunch at Pura Vida.
01:17:49.000 We had some smoothies.
01:17:50.000 It's a good spot too.
01:17:51.000 It's a good spot.
01:17:52.000 But yeah, we had lunch there.
01:17:54.000 And Andrew's like, hey bro, so how can I help you?
01:17:56.000 I was like, bro, do you have another method?
01:17:59.000 Besides our funding company that we have, where we're able to leverage, because a lot of people come up with us, hey, I have a credit card, I want to use it, so how can I leverage that?
01:18:08.000 Okay.
01:18:08.000 He's like, oh yeah, I'll just connect you with a law firm, and then they'll go ahead and they can actually charge them, liquefy their credit card, and give them cash if they want.
01:18:16.000 Nice.
01:18:17.000 And I'm like, bro, that's unheard of.
01:18:19.000 There are some credit cards that let you do it, but yeah, there's not many.
01:18:23.000 I know Bank of America has a credit card that lets you use a transaction for 4% and then you're able to take the balance and put it into your checking account, etc.
01:18:31.000 But you would need a Bank of America account and it's only certain credit cards that let you do it.
01:18:34.000 But yeah, the fact that there's other...
01:18:36.000 You can do it through them.
01:18:38.000 That's another option as well.
01:18:39.000 Third party source, man.
01:18:40.000 Your network is your net worth, right?
01:18:41.000 And that's what I tell people when they work.
01:18:43.000 So there's really no excuse to not get in because you can literally...
01:18:46.000 And the fact that you guys have people that are willing to lend your clients money to get involved in this tells you that it's a pretty stable business.
01:18:53.000 That's crazy.
01:18:54.000 We have to have, number one, the social proof.
01:18:56.000 We had to have positive reviews.
01:18:57.000 And then we had to have basically the infrastructure fully built out.
01:19:00.000 They needed to see everything, like documents, paperwork, LLC, make sure we're legitimate.
01:19:05.000 And then they're like, okay, we'll give you the blessing.
01:19:07.000 And then after that, we were like, awesome.
01:19:08.000 So someone can get private funding.
01:19:10.000 Wow, that's crazy.
01:19:11.000 That's awesome.
01:19:12.000 So if you guys are, I mean, to me, it sounds like it's like a no-brainer at this point.
01:19:17.000 Because even if you don't have the capital to get in, you guys have people that will fund it for them.
01:19:22.000 How long do they have to pay it back?
01:19:24.000 It's going to range depending on their actual background.
01:19:27.000 So depending on your payment history, depending on your work history, everybody varies.
01:19:31.000 Okay.
01:19:32.000 Yeah.
01:19:32.000 All right.
01:19:32.000 Interesting.
01:19:34.000 Anything else here?
01:19:35.000 Close this thing out.
01:19:38.000 Cool.
01:19:38.000 W's show.
01:19:39.000 Yeah, yeah, man.
01:19:39.000 Definitely.
01:19:41.000 Last question for me, actually, for you guys.
01:19:44.000 What is something you've learned from working as a police officer, working in corporate America, but being a business owner now, you can tell the audience now, like, for example, how to be successful when you learn through that process?
01:19:58.000 The biggest lesson I learned is you've got to have skin in the game.
01:20:01.000 You've got to be comfortable being uncomfortable because at the end of the day, don't get caught up in the corporate trap.
01:20:06.000 Work five more years, work ten more years, and all of a sudden you wake up and you're like, man, I'm 60 years old, I'm retiring, I barely got any savings.
01:20:12.000 And my savings ain't going as far as it used to be.
01:20:15.000 So the first thing I'd say is step into the comfort zone, get comfortable being uncomfortable.
01:20:19.000 So the first thing they said to us in the Marine Corps, same thing they said to us in law enforcement, and that's the same thing I take with me in corporate America.
01:20:26.000 I mean, my answer, bro, is going to go back to what I gave you earlier.
01:20:30.000 And you were like, oh man, that's a beautiful cover.
01:20:35.000 Guys, so it's surreal.
01:20:42.000 It's so real.
01:20:43.000 I actually put an IG story out like two days ago and I got some pre-orders of my book that's actually launching in the next two weeks.
01:20:51.000 I'm actually traveling to New York.
01:20:53.000 They're gonna put it on NASDAQ right there for 24 hours.
01:20:56.000 So, you know, I gotta go take the social proof and all that jazz, right?
01:20:59.000 But anyways, man, it's so real because six years ago, I bought my first entrepreneur book.
01:21:05.000 It was like five bucks.
01:21:08.000 What was the book?
01:21:09.000 It was Digital Millionaire.
01:21:11.000 Yeah, Digital Millionaire.
01:21:13.000 Six years ago and I'm gonna tell you something, man.
01:21:16.000 It's surreal to now have my own book where I'm basically showing step by step of exactly what I did.
01:21:22.000 From A to Z, showing my journey from law enforcement to ATMs to BTMs to merchant services.
01:21:28.000 But then here's the biggest takeaway from this book.
01:21:32.000 It's going to change your mindset.
01:21:34.000 It's going to change your mindset.
01:21:35.000 Because as you guys know, mindset is everything.
01:21:38.000 And it goes back to your question.
01:21:39.000 What did I learn the most from being a cop to going to corporate to going to entrepreneurship?
01:21:46.000 At the end of the day, people that don't know you or even your closest ones, they're going to count you out.
01:21:52.000 Yeah.
01:21:52.000 They're gonna count you out.
01:21:54.000 The only person you could count on is yourself.
01:21:57.000 Okay?
01:21:58.000 So you have to push you.
01:22:00.000 And what's meant for you is what's meant for you.
01:22:03.000 You know, no one could take away from that.
01:22:05.000 No one could take away when I had the vision of, dude, you know what?
01:22:08.000 I'm gonna do ATMs.
01:22:09.000 Going from my ex-girlfriend saying that was stupid because I was a detective.
01:22:13.000 Going from my mom saying, oh, isn't it saturated?
01:22:16.000 Well, you're a cop.
01:22:17.000 Why don't you just go promote to be a sergeant?
01:22:19.000 Yeah.
01:22:19.000 To now actually making them believers because they actually see the social proof.
01:22:24.000 And now your overnight success.
01:22:26.000 Now everybody wants to come to you and be like, how did you do it, bro?
01:22:29.000 How did you do it?
01:22:30.000 Bro, you don't remember those times where you saw me like actually putting in the work, like saying like, hey, I can't go out.
01:22:37.000 Hey, I can't go and go on that trip because I want to go ahead and actually save my money and, you know, invest into the small business.
01:22:45.000 And you know how people will love to hate on you and say, how's that little small business going?
01:22:50.000 Well, it's going real good.
01:22:51.000 How's your 9 to 5 now?
01:22:52.000 Right?
01:22:53.000 So that's the way I see it, man.
01:22:55.000 So for anybody that's watching this, guys, we're about the 9 to 5.
01:22:59.000 We're about the average American.
01:23:01.000 That's why I called the book From Blue to Digital Gold, The New American Dream, because the new American dream is freedom.
01:23:08.000 Yeah.
01:23:08.000 It's not just being a millionaire.
01:23:11.000 Who gives a fuck about being a millionaire?
01:23:12.000 If you're a slave, yeah.
01:23:13.000 The money gives you the options to do whatever the fuck you want.
01:23:18.000 But at the end of the day, it comes back to fulfillment.
01:23:20.000 Yeah.
01:23:20.000 What is going to fulfill you?
01:23:22.000 Because I know a lot of fucking wealthy people that are unhappy.
01:23:26.000 Hell yeah.
01:23:27.000 Because...
01:23:27.000 A bunch of them here in Miami, bro.
01:23:29.000 A bunch of them, dude.
01:23:30.000 He's like, fresh, fresh, fresh, like, dude, all right, let's talk about this, you know?
01:23:35.000 No, dude, but it's real.
01:23:37.000 It's real.
01:23:38.000 A lot of people are depressed out there right now because they see all the bullshit in social media.
01:23:41.000 Fuck, I don't use social media for fucking personal use.
01:23:43.000 I use it for business.
01:23:45.000 You know, people are like, why are you showing off?
01:23:46.000 Why are you showing off?
01:23:46.000 No, dude, that's a fucking victim mindset.
01:23:48.000 I'm not fucking showing off.
01:23:50.000 I'm showing you the transition of what the fuck I went through, working 60 to 100 hour work weeks, busting my ass at Raider games and shit, you know, and then fucking going ahead and transitioning, investing that money into something that I believed in, made it grow, Started another business, hooked up my boy that believed in me,
01:24:05.000 made him a millionaire, and then fucking now we're in Miami, we're fucking traveling wherever we want.
01:24:10.000 Yeah.
01:24:10.000 And going to Tutsis.
01:24:11.000 And going to Tutsis.
01:24:14.000 Yeah, that was great, man.
01:24:15.000 I love that.
01:24:16.000 Yeah, no, man.
01:24:16.000 Thank you, brother.
01:24:17.000 That was good.
01:24:17.000 But no, man, definitely, it's always great to have you guys here, man.
01:24:20.000 If you guys want to get involved, man, obviously, you know, check them out, ATM Together.
01:24:24.000 I showed you guys my results.
01:24:26.000 Like I said, super transparent.
01:24:27.000 Obviously, it's ups and downs.
01:24:28.000 It's not going to be, you know, it would be a scam if I was making thousands upon thousands a month.
01:24:32.000 But I showed you guys what it is, man.
01:24:34.000 You can definitely make some passive income with it.
01:24:36.000 And yeah, guys, we'll be back here with some girls here in about an hour or so.
01:24:40.000 Check them out.
01:24:41.000 Oh, they're shots?
01:24:41.000 Oh, okay.
01:24:42.000 Let me fill these, read these real quick.
01:24:44.000 Okay, WFNF, W Money Monday, I heard that some of these BTMs have advertisement toppers, which models have these features, and how much money do these ads produce, and how much would a machine like that cost in total?
01:24:56.000 Thanks.
01:24:56.000 That's for a BTM. Yeah, for the BTMs, they do.
01:24:59.000 So we do that because we sell advertising space.
01:25:01.000 You might have like, you know, Turkish Airlines, Coca-Cola, different things like that.
01:25:04.000 You can make up to about $100 a month.
01:25:06.000 Just depends on what type of ads are being sold on there.
01:25:08.000 Yeah.
01:25:09.000 Alright.
01:25:09.000 Is that the last one?
01:25:10.000 No.
01:25:11.000 Paul looks like MLD stunt double.
01:25:13.000 Okay.
01:25:14.000 Who is that?
01:25:15.000 It's one of our buddies.
01:25:16.000 How much would you guys say you should have saved to get started with the Merchant Services 10k?
01:25:20.000 Carnesillas were my first thought.
01:25:22.000 Shout out to all my paisas out there.
01:25:24.000 How much should you have?
01:25:26.000 Is that the question?
01:25:27.000 How much should you have?
01:25:28.000 It's gonna be around that ballpark.
01:25:30.000 So just come to us.
01:25:31.000 We'll chat.
01:25:32.000 We'll make it happen.
01:25:34.000 Any plans to set up BTMs in the Philippines, English-speaking country, mall culture, and many foreign tourists?
01:25:40.000 So we're going to Canada, then Spain, then Mexico, but hit us up.
01:25:44.000 Might make it happen out there, too.
01:25:47.000 What are your packages?
01:25:50.000 Check us out at ATMtogether.com and merchantautomation.com.
01:25:53.000 We have quite a few and I don't want to take up like another hour.
01:25:56.000 Just explain the packages, man.
01:25:58.000 So check it out.
01:25:58.000 No worries, man.
01:25:59.000 And they're flexible, guys, working with you.
01:26:02.000 They definitely will work with you depending on your situation.
01:26:05.000 Question for the guests regarding the merchant services.
01:26:06.000 The hard terminals are great, but is there an e-commerce option with the same features where the consumer would be charged the credit card fees up front?
01:26:13.000 So we can either match what you currently have or see what we can actually, as far as saving money for you.
01:26:20.000 So just check us out, Merchant Automation, talk to one of our consultants, and then they'll go ahead and just walk you step-by-step on what you currently have and what we can match or actually do better for you.
01:26:30.000 That's good.
01:26:30.000 Cool.
01:26:32.000 Is BTM Cash on Cash Return better than Merchant?
01:26:36.000 Oh man, that's my two children right there.
01:26:40.000 Man, I can't say either.
01:26:41.000 But they're both great investment guys.
01:26:43.000 At the end of the day, when it comes down to it, diversify.
01:26:47.000 And how much money you have to invest, it comes down to that, right?
01:26:49.000 Exactly.
01:26:50.000 If you can, just do both.
01:26:52.000 Why not?
01:26:52.000 If you can.
01:26:53.000 Most people do.
01:26:54.000 Most people do.
01:26:55.000 If they do BTMs, they'll go into Merchant.
01:26:57.000 If they do Merchant, they go into BTMs.
01:26:58.000 So it really comes down to how much capital you have and what you want to start with or what you feel more comfortable with.
01:27:03.000 Anything else?
01:27:04.000 No, we're done.
01:27:05.000 Alright, cool.
01:27:05.000 Guys, hope you enjoyed that one, man.
01:27:06.000 This is a Great Money Monday.
01:27:08.000 And stay tuned, guys.
01:27:08.000 I'll be sharing.
01:27:09.000 I got my box here.
01:27:10.000 So I'm going to be with the merchant stuff here very soon as well, man.
01:27:14.000 So y'all will be able to, you know, I'll share my results with you guys here in a few months with that as well.
01:27:19.000 As usual, being very transparent.
01:27:21.000 Yep.
01:27:21.000 Guys, their social media, you guys want to drop your Instagrams real fast?
01:27:26.000 Yeah, it's going to be at GetEmWhy and then at...
01:27:28.000 Paul Alex.
01:27:29.000 I actually have two.
01:27:30.000 Paul Alex and the Paul Alex.
01:27:32.000 But guys, before we cut out, I just wanted to let you guys know, free giveaway.
01:27:36.000 We're doing it for both companies.
01:27:37.000 We're giving away a free ATM. If you guys go to that link, just sign up for the free Facebook group.
01:27:44.000 Gedham's actually going to do a live presentation tomorrow and also with one of our funding...
01:27:49.000 Actual companies with Alex.
01:27:52.000 And then I'm going to do a live presentation on Wednesday regarding merchant services.
01:27:55.000 And I might bring in one of my business partners who's a nine-figure entrepreneur on this, John Sarabia, Rob Sin.
01:28:01.000 And they're going to go ahead and educate you guys more on merchant services.
01:28:04.000 So, best of both worlds, guys.
01:28:06.000 At the end of the day, we're giving you options.
01:28:07.000 Like I said, also, check out the book, 15 Bucks.
01:28:11.000 Guys, it may change your life.
01:28:13.000 Just like that book that I bought six years ago did.
01:28:15.000 Well said.
01:28:16.000 Alright, guys.
01:28:16.000 We'll be back with some girls here in a little bit, man.
01:28:18.000 Hope you guys enjoyed that one, man.
01:28:19.000 And hit them up, guys.
01:28:20.000 There's many ways to make money here.
01:28:22.000 Money Mondays.
01:28:22.000 Catch you guys.
01:28:22.000 Peace.
