00:09:40.000 Welcome back to the show, my friends.
00:09:41.000 Hello!
00:09:43.000 Go ahead, man.
00:09:45.000 Introduce yourself to the people that may not know.
00:09:46.000 We know who you are, but...
00:09:48.000 What's up, boys?
00:09:49.000 Hey, guys.
00:09:49.000 This is Paul Alex.
00:09:50.000 I'm a serial entrepreneur, former detective out of Oakland, a city of Oakland in California.
00:09:55.000 Now I'm over here in Miami.
00:09:57.000 Dude, beautiful weather, beautiful people, beautiful cars, excellent Peruvian food.
00:10:02.000 You made the right choice.
00:10:05.000 Hey, hey, hey.
00:10:05.000 I'm half-proofing and yeah, I did make the right choice.
00:10:09.000 I'm flying my mom out here fucking like every month, bro, because she just loves it out here.
00:10:14.000 It's paradise.
00:10:14.000 It's paradise, bro.
00:10:15.000 It is.
00:10:15.000 It truly is.
00:10:16.000 Plus, you're not dealing with all the bullshit like in California, you know what I'm saying?
00:10:19.000 But anyways, besides that, I brought one of my newest executives.
00:10:23.000 He actually is the youngest CEO out of the three companies I'm currently running.
00:10:28.000 If you guys have been following me on IG, Paul Alex, I'm a serial entrepreneur that does a lot of startups.
00:10:34.000 So I do startups, and then I hire smarter people than me to go ahead and run them.
00:10:38.000 And this kid, he's just blown me out the water, bro.
00:10:42.000 Wow.
00:10:42.000 He was a mentee for three years, started with ATMs together, became financially free with ATMs.
00:10:47.000 And then he came to me and was just like, hey, bro, can I learn digital marketing?
00:10:51.000 And at that time, dude, we were doing like a million a month.
00:10:54.000 And I was just like, yeah.
00:10:56.000 No worries.
00:10:57.000 Because here's the thing.
00:10:58.000 A lot of people, they think, oh, why are you creating competition for yourself?
00:11:01.000 But here's the thing.
00:11:02.000 Why do people buy you guys?
00:11:04.000 Because it's you.
00:11:05.000 So at the end of the day, nobody can copy my story.
00:11:07.000 Nobody can copy your story.
00:11:08.000 Nobody can copy your story.
00:11:09.000 So at the end of the day, when it comes down to it, yeah, I'm known as the ATM guy.
00:11:13.000 That was my humble beginnings.
00:11:14.000 But he has humble beginnings, too.
00:11:16.000 And his story is fire.
00:11:18.000 It's going to give you a teary eye, bro.
00:11:21.000 But yeah, go ahead, bro.
00:11:23.000 What's up, everybody?
00:11:24.000 My name is Juan Geronimo.
00:11:25.000 I'm 26 years old.
00:11:26.000 I'm based out of Dallas, Texas.
00:11:28.000 And, you know, just like Paul says, I was working 9 to 5, just like anyone else.
00:11:33.000 You know, I started out in the oil fields of West Texas.
00:11:35.000 And, you know, this was four years ago, by the way.
00:11:39.000 This was back in, like, 2019.
00:11:41.000 You know, and I... Just like anyone else, wanted to look for another way to generate passive income, be an entrepreneur, work for myself, right?
00:11:48.000 That was the goal.
00:11:49.000 So I started looking into entrepreneurship, followed guys like Paul, my other mentor, Mike St.
00:11:56.000 Dunn, who's our processor currently, and started picking up about the ATM business.
00:12:00.000 And here I am, four and a half years later, with over 20 ATMs currently on location, making me $12,000 to $15,000 a month in residual income.
00:12:09.000 What did you do before you got into the ATM business?
00:12:11.000 Before I actually started, I was working in the oil field.
00:12:14.000 I went from working in construction, pouring concrete in Dallas, Texas, to getting the opportunity to go out in Pecos, Texas, in the oil fields and get paid a lot more.
00:12:26.000 I took that opportunity.
00:12:28.000 I was young at the time.
00:12:29.000 I was 20, 21 years old.
00:12:31.000 No kids.
00:12:32.000 I had my girlfriend at the time.
00:12:35.000 Really, not a whole lot of responsibilities, right?
00:12:38.000 So I was like, you know what?
00:12:39.000 Let's do it.
00:12:39.000 I went to the oil fields.
00:12:40.000 I started making great money out there.
00:12:42.000 You know, the only thing about it, though, was I was away from family because I was driving out seven hours.
00:12:47.000 I was staying there for ten days, and I would only come back home for four, or essentially three, because the fourth day I was driving because it was a seven-hour drive, so I had to leave a day early just to get there for the next day of work.
00:12:57.000 So, yeah, I was doing that probably for about a year, year and a half.
00:13:01.000 Bro, this guy had kids when he was like 16 and shit, you know?
00:13:04.000 I'm not trying to stereotype either.
00:13:06.000 You know, it's just like with Latinos, you know, we automatically get pointed fingers.
00:13:10.000 You're like, oh, you got probably like 20 kids and shit.
00:13:12.000 I'm like, no, bro, that's not me.
00:13:14.000 You're surprised when you're black men.
00:13:15.000 You have no kids?
00:13:16.000 You're different.
00:13:17.000 Bro, that's just what it is.
00:13:19.000 We've got super sperm.
00:13:20.000 That's just what it is.
00:13:21.000 You know what I'm saying?
00:13:21.000 Hey, man, not me, bro.
00:13:23.000 But question, this is a bit off tangent here, but during that career in the oil business, how many women are actually working back in there?
00:13:30.000 In the oil fields?
00:13:31.000 Yeah, how many women?
00:13:32.000 Not a whole lot.
00:13:33.000 You didn't see a whole lot of women out there.
00:13:35.000 I wonder why.
00:13:36.000 You know, at least in where I was, like, actually in the rig, you know.
00:13:41.000 But, I mean, if you saw one, it was a bad, you know, she'll probably whoop your ass, you know?
00:13:48.000 Oh, wow.
00:13:49.000 They were tough, man.
00:13:50.000 They were tough.
00:13:51.000 Yeah, it's no joke out there.
00:13:52.000 It was definitely, you know, tough.
00:13:54.000 And, you know, me being, you know, 5'3", 5'4", you know, working in the oil fields, you know, I was hanging on and it was definitely...
00:14:00.000 I look at it as a blessing because, you know, it taught me not only about hard work, but, you know, the sacrifice that all those people out there are actually, you know, taking, being away from the family, just to try to provide, you know, try to pay the bills, try to, you know,
00:14:16.000 take care of the family at the end of the day.
00:14:18.000 So you mentioned good money you're making in the oil fields.
00:14:20.000 How much do you make now, roughly?
00:14:21.000 Is it better than what you made before?
00:14:23.000 Way better, way better, yeah.
00:14:24.000 So, yeah, in the oil fields, I was making like, you know, $25 to $30 an hour, working, you know, 12 to 14 hour minimum days.
00:14:32.000 I'm talking on the minimum, you know.
00:14:34.000 I had a day where I actually worked 21 hours.
00:14:37.000 As crazy as that sounds, we get up at 2, 3 in the morning, drive to the rigs, and we won't leave until like, you know, 3, not 3, sorry, like 11, 12 at night the next day and have to be up again at 6.
00:14:48.000 So it was crazy out there.
00:14:50.000 And although I was working that many hours and I was making, you know, 25, 30 bucks an hour, I started off at 25, but as I started to get experience, I started to kind of level up.
00:14:59.000 I'm a hard worker, by the way, so I was putting it in the work.
00:15:01.000 I was just trying to make some money, you know, I'm young.
00:15:03.000 So, you know, I leveled up to like 30 bucks an hour and, you know, making, you know, a decent check, but nothing compared to what I'm making, of course, now as an entrepreneur.
00:15:12.000 You were making probably like six figures a year, right?
00:15:13.000 Correct.
00:15:14.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:15:15.000 And oil field work, guys, is very difficult.
00:15:17.000 I lived in South Texas for a very long time.
00:15:19.000 I was down in Laredo.
00:15:20.000 And, yeah, it's not easy, guys.
00:15:23.000 It's very difficult.
00:15:24.000 Were you guys, like, in seasons?
00:15:26.000 Or, like, where it would be, like, very busy versus not busy?
00:15:28.000 Because I remember when I was down there, like, we had a couple oil field areas.
00:15:32.000 And, like, they'd be, like, in season.
00:15:33.000 But I don't know if for you guys it was always busy.
00:15:35.000 It was always busy for at least the time that I was there.
00:15:38.000 Toward the end when I actually left, that's when I started to slow down.
00:15:42.000 So I actually left at the perfect time.
00:15:45.000 Right when they started cutting people's hours, they started letting go of a couple guys just because there wasn't a whole lot of rigs that were...
00:15:53.000 That were essentially new to go out and...
00:15:56.000 You said in 2019?
00:15:57.000 Correct, yeah.
00:15:58.000 Okay, because I was down in Texas from 2014 to 2018, and it was busy, and then like, yeah, just like you said, there was a slowdown period for like six months to a year where it wasn't as busy.
00:16:06.000 When Paul was a cop in the town, he jacked me on 98th.
00:16:10.000 But its COI got it back on one of his ATMS. What the hell is that, bro?
00:16:15.000 That was a talk to speech.
00:16:16.000 One of the guys, he said, well, Paul's a cop in the town.
00:16:18.000 He jacked me on 98, but it's cool because I got him back on one of the ATMs.
00:16:23.000 And that was a $100 chat.
00:16:26.000 Making jokes.
00:16:28.000 He got you back.
00:16:29.000 Nah, nah, nah, nah.
00:16:30.000 None of my ATMs never got here, so...
00:16:33.000 That's BS right there.
00:16:35.000 I probably did jack up in 98, dude.
00:16:37.000 That's, you know, productivity and shit.
00:16:38.000 Wow.
00:16:39.000 Oh, man.
00:16:40.000 I'm sorry.
00:16:41.000 FBI open up!
00:16:41.000 So you were talking about, okay, so you're making pretty good money.
00:16:44.000 You're making six figures a year.
00:16:45.000 Yeah.
00:16:45.000 You're working 12 to 14 hour days.
00:16:47.000 And then, so, I guess, tell us about the transition.
00:16:50.000 How are you able to, like, make that transition where you're working these 12 to 14 hour days while simultaneously running a side business?
00:16:56.000 Because that transition period where you have your regular job and transitioning over to an entrepreneur is one of the hardest.
00:17:01.000 It's where, like, 90% of people fail.
00:17:02.000 Yeah.
00:17:03.000 Yeah, so my mentality was always, you know, I was always a serial entrepreneur.
00:17:08.000 I mean, I started even in like middle school and high school.
00:17:10.000 I was the type of kid that I would like run across the street to family daughter, you know, buy the candies, buy the chips, the drinks, stuff them in my backpack, go to school and sell it, right?
00:17:18.000 And turn profit.
00:17:19.000 So then, you know, I was always a serial entrepreneur.
00:17:21.000 It's just that, at the time, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to start.
00:17:25.000 You know, I was looking into vending machines.
00:17:29.000 Before I even went to the oil fields, I was working in a car wash.
00:17:32.000 So I started learning how to wash cars, how to polish, all that good stuff.
00:17:35.000 So then, before I went to the oil fields, I started my auto-detailing business.
00:17:38.000 But out there in Texas, the weather's crazy, you know.
00:17:41.000 The sun's beaming, so you need a whole setup just to be auto-detailing, right?
00:17:46.000 Canopy, everything like that, or shade.
00:17:49.000 To top it off, it could be sunny in the morning or start raining later in the afternoon, so that alone just messes everything up.
00:17:57.000 Once I realized that it was pretty slow as an auto detailer, that's when I went to the oil fields.
00:18:04.000 I always had the mindset, so even the days that I wasn't working, when I would come back home for three days, I would look into different businesses, vending machines.
00:18:12.000 I actually started looking into gumball machines, something small, right?
00:18:16.000 Because I was, even though I was a serial entrepreneur, I was always like afraid to invest because I was like, what if I lose my money?
00:18:22.000 You know, what if, you know, I invest into a mentorship or an ATM and, you know, it doesn't work out, right?
00:18:28.000 So that was limited belief, right?
00:18:30.000 I'm, you know, Mexican parents.
00:18:32.000 So, you know, I kept looking into different businesses and vending machine turned into ATMs.
00:18:38.000 And, you know, after so much research, I was like, I think I'm ready.
00:18:42.000 You know, this was early 2020 when I was like, you know what, I'm going to go ahead and get started.
00:18:48.000 Was Texas locked down yet at this point?
00:18:50.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:18:51.000 So this was when COVID started to come around.
00:18:54.000 So at the time, everything started to slow down and I was like, it's now or never, right?
00:18:58.000 And I did get a lot of people telling me, like, you're really going to start now in COVID? You know, people are not going to the stores.
00:19:06.000 You know, people don't want to touch cash because of the whole COVID situation.
00:19:09.000 So this is like what, March or February?
00:19:10.000 So this was January, early January.
00:19:13.000 Work started to slow down at the time.
00:19:14.000 Okay.
00:19:15.000 We didn't know exactly what was going on, but I mean, work was just slowing down dramatically.
00:19:20.000 When did Texas shut?
00:19:21.000 Because I remember vividly here in Miami, Florida, We shut down in March.
00:19:26.000 Everything shut down right around March 6th.
00:19:28.000 When did you guys shut down in Texas?
00:19:29.000 Texas shut down around March and April.
00:19:31.000 Okay, but y'all knew in January.
00:19:32.000 In January, jobs started to slow down.
00:19:35.000 We were like, why are our hours getting cut?
00:19:38.000 Why isn't there not a whole lot of work?
00:19:40.000 Yeah, so I was like, something weird is happening.
00:19:41.000 I didn't predict COVID, but it was something that was like, you know what?
00:19:46.000 They're not letting us work so many hours.
00:19:48.000 Let me just take this opportunity to finally make that move.
00:19:52.000 And that's when I started my LLC, started with my first ATM. And I started all by myself.
00:19:58.000 I started all by myself, looked it up on YouTube, did all the free 99 research on YouTube, and started my company in January of 2020.
00:20:06.000 How much did it cost you to get that first ATM and get everything running up?
00:20:10.000 Pocket-wise.
00:20:11.000 All in, I was probably in about $5,000 to $6,000 starting solo, all by yourself, right?
00:20:17.000 No mentorship, no courses.
00:20:19.000 Oh, you literally just got your own AT. You didn't go through nothing.
00:20:22.000 You just did it yourself.
00:20:22.000 No, at the time, I didn't, right?
00:20:24.000 So at the time, I started all by myself.
00:20:26.000 Again, I was afraid to invest, right?
00:20:29.000 I didn't want to throw money into mentorships and things like that.
00:20:31.000 I was just scared to invest.
00:20:33.000 So I started all by myself.
00:20:35.000 And it started off really well for me.
00:20:38.000 Where'd you put the ATM? I installed it at a cash-only cell phone repair store.
00:20:42.000 So they repair your phones and things like that.
00:20:43.000 Cash-only?
00:20:44.000 Cash-only.
00:20:45.000 That was the key.
00:20:46.000 Where'd you put it?
00:20:47.000 In Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth?
00:20:50.000 It was Fort Worth.
00:20:51.000 You put it in Fort Worth?
00:20:52.000 Fort Worth, yeah.
00:20:52.000 So it was about a 30-40 minute drive from me.
00:20:55.000 And, you know, this was back in January 2020.
00:20:58.000 I started February.
00:20:59.000 I installed the first ATM. Right before everything shut down.
00:21:02.000 Yeah, right before.
00:21:03.000 So the only reason I was able to get it up so quick, and I'm glad to draw some free game for you guys, I just started posting on Facebook.
00:21:09.000 I started posting on Facebook, and this was before I was even a company.
00:21:12.000 So I was ambitious, too.
00:21:13.000 You know, I was already posting.
00:21:15.000 I was already prospecting locations, and that's how I was able to find my first location in literally like a month.
00:21:20.000 Right?
00:21:21.000 So that came very easy.
00:21:22.000 But then as I started, you know, as time started to move on, it started to become slow because of COVID, right?
00:21:29.000 And then, you know, I was not a sales savvy type of person.
00:21:33.000 So the only reason I landed that location was because he was cash only.
00:21:37.000 He needed an ATM, right?
00:21:39.000 But any other business that I was walking into, it was just rejections after rejections.
00:21:43.000 No, no, no, no.
00:21:44.000 Why would they say no to have an ATM? It's because, honestly, at the time, I wasn't so savvy.
00:21:49.000 I didn't know how to approach business owners and talk to them.
00:21:52.000 You know, I was just a Mexican kid just trying to...
00:21:55.000 You were new to it.
00:21:56.000 Yeah, I was new to business entrepreneurship, right?
00:21:59.000 So, you know, I didn't know how to sell.
00:22:01.000 I didn't know how to walk and have conversations.
00:22:02.000 I'll tell you what.
00:22:03.000 That was a blessing.
00:22:04.000 You know why?
00:22:04.000 Cash-only ATMs.
00:22:06.000 Whenever you go to business that's cash-only, you need to use the ATM no matter what.
00:22:09.000 So let's say, for example, who else wants to cash in more?
00:22:11.000 Nobody does.
00:22:12.000 So you walk in there, you have your credit card.
00:22:13.000 Oh, it's cash-only.
00:22:14.000 That's what I'm going to do.
00:22:15.000 Use the ATM. So it's going to force you to use it no matter what.
00:22:18.000 That's smart.
00:22:18.000 Yeah, that was a needle mover for that business owner at the time.
00:22:23.000 And that's how I landed my first location.
00:22:24.000 But after I started running into, you know, more businesses and COVID started to come around, they stopped taking cash and that became a problem.
00:22:31.000 So then it was a matter of going in there, selling your business, selling the offer, having a great offer, first of all, right?
00:22:39.000 And ultimately getting the merchant to be like, you know what, let's give it a shot.
00:22:42.000 But at the time, I wasn't so savvy.
00:22:44.000 I didn't know how to speak to business owners.
00:22:46.000 I didn't know how to...
00:22:47.000 I mean, I would stutter, turn bright red, and it only made it harder for me.
00:22:51.000 So then that's when I was like, you know what, I have to start looking into mentorships.
00:22:55.000 And then that's when...
00:22:55.000 You know, Paul came into play, and I reached out to him, and I was like, hey, I started off strong, but, you know, I'm a year into the business.
00:23:03.000 I only got, like, two or three ATMs.
00:23:05.000 I want to be able to scale to 20, to 30, just like him at the time.
00:23:08.000 And, you know, that's when he took me up under his wing.
00:23:11.000 I invested into ATM together, started off as a mentee, and here I am four and a half years later where I'll work 20 ATMs generating me, you know.
00:23:19.000 So when you went to Paul for help, you had three ATMs going.
00:23:21.000 How much were those generating for you, roughly?
00:23:23.000 Roughly, each ATM, roughly about $150 to $200 a month.
00:23:27.000 Okay, so you're making like $800 a month off the three ATMs that you had before.
00:23:34.000 And then once you got with Paul, you scaled it up to, you said $12,000 to $15,000 a month.
00:23:37.000 Correct, with over 20 ATMs.
00:23:40.000 That's nice.
00:23:41.000 Sorry to say that.
00:23:41.000 Paul, how did you know he was the one?
00:23:45.000 How did you know he was on point, going to kill it?
00:23:48.000 Bro, because, like, number one, he took action.
00:23:51.000 Number two, he asked a lot of questions.
00:23:53.000 And then number three, you see how humble this kid is?
00:23:56.000 Like, he's super humble, bro.
00:23:58.000 Like, people are just attracted to him.
00:24:00.000 Because when he speaks, he's, like, very educated, like...
00:24:04.000 You know, people like to deal with good people that get the good vibes, like good synergy, and that's what it comes.
00:24:09.000 It's just like you're very authentic, and you can't teach that in the business world now, especially with social media, bro, because you see everybody trying to sell everything, right?
00:24:18.000 So at the end of the day, especially with these baby boomers that have the brick-and-mortar shops, When they see a kid, a young kid going in there, they're like, oh, is he trying to scam us?
00:24:27.000 Like, what's the deal?
00:24:28.000 But what he knows is three things.
00:24:30.000 And this is three things that I always tell everybody.
00:24:32.000 If you educate people, if you provide value, and if you build foundation, you will always win them over, bro.
00:24:38.000 And then never give up.
00:24:39.000 And that's what he does, bro.
00:24:40.000 He never gives up.
00:24:41.000 He went to the extent of even doing his tangible ETM business.
00:24:45.000 And then came to me when we were doing like a meal with ATM together a month, and it was like, hey bro, like I'm not trying to disrespect you, but would you mind teaching me digital marketing on the side?
00:24:55.000 Like I'm willing to pay you.
00:24:57.000 So he paid me like 15 grand for like three months of mentorship, bro.
00:25:01.000 It was like two sessions a week.
00:25:04.000 And literally, we just grind, bro.
00:25:06.000 And I'm like, hey, bro, this is not passive.
00:25:07.000 This is not like ATM. Digital market is hard as fuck.
00:25:09.000 But you can make a lot of money if you do it right.
00:25:12.000 So he put the money, he got skin in the game, which majority of people, we already know, they're not willing to go ahead and take an educated risk.
00:25:19.000 The thing is, what I always tell people, guys, is just like, if your life's fucked up right now, if you're in a bad situation, you're like, damn, how are these other people that are successful online doing better than me?
00:25:28.000 It's because guess what?
00:25:29.000 They took the risk.
00:25:30.000 And guess what's the worst case scenario?
00:25:33.000 Especially in 2024, because I believe it's the easiest time to make money, especially because you have access, proximity.
00:25:39.000 Like, look at that.
00:25:39.000 Like, four and a half years ago, we didn't even know each other.
00:25:42.000 But now, he came into ATM together.
00:25:44.000 I always pick the best people.
00:25:45.000 And guess what?
00:25:46.000 They usually end up working with me or for me.
00:25:49.000 And, you know, get them.
00:25:50.000 Yeah.
00:25:50.000 Get him, same thing.
00:25:52.000 We used to be co-workers.
00:25:53.000 He was a police, I was a police.
00:25:55.000 I was like, hey, bro, this company's skyrocketing, bro.
00:25:58.000 Come work for me and you can work your way up.
00:26:00.000 And that's what he did.
00:26:01.000 Now he's a CEO of this new company that I'm building right now.
00:26:04.000 But yeah, dude, your network is really your net worth.
00:26:07.000 I'm hearing that he's humble, willing to learn and take action.
00:26:11.000 That goes a long way.
00:26:12.000 Just to get him.
00:26:13.000 Oh no, absolutely, dude.
00:26:14.000 Good people.
00:26:15.000 And he's still around, guys, for you guys that are wondering.
00:26:17.000 He's working right now with the other stuff, so don't think like, oh, where's he at?
00:26:22.000 Like, he's still around.
00:26:23.000 Obviously, this is called business and scaling up.
00:26:25.000 Sorry, so you were saying, Paul?
00:26:27.000 Yeah.
00:26:28.000 And by the way, for everybody right now that's saying, oh, 15K scam, trust me, right now, you couldn't pay me 15K to do one-on-one mentorship.
00:26:35.000 It's actually like 50K. Yeah.
00:26:37.000 And that's only for like a month.
00:26:38.000 This is years ago.
00:26:38.000 This is years ago.
00:26:39.000 What they say, yesterday's prices ain't today's prices.
00:26:42.000 Exactly.
00:26:43.000 That's just the way I... Also, the thing that's really important, right, and I say this all the time, right, so I went ahead and, you know, I got a mentor, Brandon Carter, when I started my fitness business, and the thing that made me take it very seriously and get into it, and I was able to scale that fitness business into a six-figure career while I was still working in law enforcement, kind of like you did with your ATMs,
00:26:59.000 is I had a mentor and I had skin in the game.
00:27:01.000 Whenever you pay, you pay attention.
00:27:03.000 That's what I realized.
00:27:04.000 Exactly.
00:27:04.000 When you pay money, then you end up paying attention.
00:27:06.000 But when it's free, you don't take it seriously.
00:27:08.000 It's human psychology.
00:27:09.000 That's why it's not necessarily a lot of times that information is revolutionary, though it can be sometimes.
00:27:15.000 It's that when you put money into the game and you have skin in the game, then you're like, okay, I'm going to take this more seriously.
00:27:20.000 It's going to make you sit there and watch the modules.
00:27:22.000 It's going to make you sit there and take action to create the LLC. It's going to make you sit there and take the steps.
00:27:26.000 To do the sale calls and everything else like that.
00:27:28.000 Because you're like, I got money into this, I need to recoup.
00:27:30.000 So, it's very powerful how that can motivate you to go ahead and get stuff done when you have men's skin in the game.
00:27:35.000 Also, it's a mindset too.
00:27:36.000 Because when I came into America, I had a wrong mindset.
00:27:39.000 It's like, okay, I'm going to have money, invest it right away, and make it work.
00:27:42.000 But no, I have to make a massive amount of money, then invest it.
00:27:45.000 But paying my mentor, I realized I was doing it wrong, and the mindset shift was different.
00:27:49.000 And the learning curve as well.
00:27:50.000 Like, obviously speaking, you didn't know what to do.
00:27:51.000 In that instance, you met Paul, the learning curve is gone.
00:27:54.000 So, it's a W. Yeah, so that's the importance of mentors.
00:27:57.000 And you know, people always say, oh, this is a scam or whatever.
00:28:00.000 It's like, and I know, here's the thing, because I was there before.
00:28:03.000 Like, I was there where I was a regular W-2 worker.
00:28:06.000 The concept of making money on the internet is a foreign thing.
00:28:09.000 You think it's all a scam.
00:28:10.000 This is bullshit.
00:28:11.000 No way you're making 10K a month off of being on the internet.
00:28:13.000 This is bullshit.
00:28:14.000 And I'm telling you guys, I used to be a government employee, man.
00:28:16.000 The worst offenders of being comfortable with a fucking paycheck, right?
00:28:19.000 And your 401k, or we call it a TSP, Thrift savings plan.
00:28:24.000 I literally bought into, I'm going to get a check every two months.
00:28:27.000 I'm going to put money into my 401k.
00:28:29.000 I'm going to put my 5% because the government's going to match the 5%.
00:28:32.000 I'm sure with the city, you had the same situation.
00:28:35.000 Also, with your job, it's very difficult to transition over to an entrepreneurial mindset and transfer over to making money on the internet because you think it's a scam.
00:28:43.000 You think it's weird.
00:28:43.000 These people don't really make money on this.
00:28:45.000 They just make money on selling you a product.
00:28:46.000 They do make money a lot of the times.
00:28:48.000 Now, of course, they're scammers.
00:28:49.000 Don't get it twisted, guys.
00:28:50.000 There are absolutely scammers out there.
00:28:51.000 Of course.
00:28:52.000 The thing is, is that what do they give you for free?
00:28:55.000 If they're giving you a bunch of info for free that you can make money off of, then what do you think is going to be behind the pillow on 9 out of 10 times?
00:29:00.000 Right?
00:29:01.000 If they're not able to help you make money for free, then 9 out of 10 times, yeah, you're right, they are a scammer.
00:29:06.000 And we tell guys all the time, watch your free content first, gain the knowledge, and if we get a road stop, then pay the creator for the knowledge behind the scenes.
00:29:14.000 Yeah, but a lot of the times, if someone's legit, you'll be able to make money off of or get some kind of benefit off of their free stuff.
00:29:20.000 Speaking of money, we made money from Paul.
00:29:22.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:29:23.000 With your stuff.
00:29:24.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:29:24.000 Paul, you want to talk about that?
00:29:26.000 Yeah, yeah, we can dive into it.
00:29:27.000 If you want to, or if you wanted to, I know we had a bunch of stuff we had to cover.
00:29:30.000 No, no, it's all good.
00:29:31.000 We could go back and forth.
00:29:32.000 But yeah, essentially, like, so Juan right now, he takes over as CEO, guys.
00:29:37.000 So, like I said earlier, and by the way, like, we want to talk about, like, that giveaway?
00:29:41.000 Yeah.
00:29:41.000 Yeah, please.
00:29:42.000 Tell them about the giveaway.
00:29:43.000 Yeah, guys.
00:29:43.000 So we want to actually provide value to you guys, you guys watching this right now.
00:29:46.000 So in your guys' paid community, correct?
00:29:49.000 Castle Club.
00:29:49.000 Yeah, in Castle Club, we're actually going to be hosting a live giveaway on Tuesday, which is going to be with Juan Geronimo inside of ATM Business for Beginners.
00:29:58.000 Right now, we're almost at 100K members.
00:30:00.000 Nice.
00:30:00.000 And you can only get that link if you're part of that paid community that these guys have.
00:30:05.000 And then on Wednesday...
00:30:07.000 I'm going to be doing a live webinar where essentially I'm going to be able to start you guys off with your own credit card processing company.
00:30:15.000 We actually built it for you.
00:30:16.000 We built one for Myron, and Myron forgot about it.
00:30:20.000 That's how basic it is.
00:30:22.000 That's how basic it is.
00:30:23.000 You forgot about it.
00:30:24.000 I didn't think y'all were going to pull me off last, but yeah.
00:30:27.000 Which is a good thing.
00:30:27.000 Yeah, it's a good thing, yeah.
00:30:29.000 They built it for me.
00:30:30.000 I didn't even, yeah.
00:30:31.000 Get them right now.
00:30:33.000 At the office like, Myron.
00:30:36.000 But yeah, guys, so we want to add value to your guys' community because, I mean, you guys are the shit, bro.
00:30:41.000 So guys, they're giving away two businesses for you.
00:30:45.000 Who does that?
00:30:45.000 That's crazy, by the way.
00:30:47.000 Just saying.
00:30:48.000 Yeah, guys, so it's absolutely free.
00:30:49.000 There's no gimmicks.
00:30:50.000 You guys don't have to pay us anything.
00:30:52.000 Essentially, it's just a live training just on the business and the opportunity that you guys could do.
00:30:56.000 And essentially, you guys could win a free business.
00:30:58.000 And the only way to opt in is through the paid community, if you guys CastClub.tv, guys.
00:31:03.000 If you're a member of CastClub, we got almost 6,500 of y'all in there, man.
00:31:06.000 So one of y'all can go ahead and get one of these two businesses, man, or get both.
00:31:09.000 And we'll post the link in there, guys, because we're going to have a Zoom call after this, actually, as well, where you guys can have an open Q&A. Two winners, right?
00:31:15.000 Yeah.
00:31:15.000 One for your side of business and then your side of business.
00:31:17.000 Correct.
00:31:17.000 So two winners, bro.
00:31:18.000 Two businesses.
00:31:19.000 Okay.
00:31:20.000 So, yeah, bro.
00:31:21.000 And here, for some of you guys, oh, this is fucked up.
00:31:23.000 It's a castle club.
00:31:23.000 Well, here's the thing.
00:31:24.000 We know if you're able to pay the $35 to get in there, you're going to probably take it seriously when you get the business and able to make money off it.
00:31:30.000 We want people that are serious.
00:31:31.000 And if you can't even pay $35 to go in and win a free business, I don't know what to tell you, bro.
00:31:35.000 You got bigger problems.
00:31:36.000 That is true.
00:31:37.000 So, sorry.
00:31:39.000 So, we were talking about, back to your story, because we didn't finish, right?
00:31:42.000 Yeah.
00:31:45.000 So you work with Alex.
00:31:46.000 You scale up.
00:31:47.000 You're making 12 to 15k a month now with ATMs.
00:31:50.000 A lot of people get comfortable and just kind of sit there on their laurels.
00:31:53.000 Where'd you go from there?
00:31:56.000 So, once I started, once I built my tangible business and I started generating, you know, five figures a month, you know, 12 to 15K monthly because it's passive income and business depends on how it is.
00:32:06.000 Yeah, that's passive income, guys.
00:32:07.000 Like, you're not, you're going to sleep and that's coming in no matter what.
00:32:09.000 Exactly.
00:32:10.000 Yeah, so once I built that tangible business, that's when I, you know, reached out to Paul and I was like, hey, you know, Can you help me out with digital marketing, right?
00:32:19.000 It's like I wanted to keep growing, keep learning exactly.
00:32:23.000 So I reached out to Paul.
00:32:25.000 I was like, hey, can you help me?
00:32:26.000 Like he said, no disrespect, we're essentially competitors, right?
00:32:31.000 Competition.
00:32:33.000 Paul's a great guy.
00:32:34.000 He's for the community, literally.
00:32:36.000 He came from law enforcement and is still helping the community.
00:32:39.000 He was like, yeah, man, I'll help you out.
00:32:41.000 Like people were saying, 15K scam.
00:32:43.000 I paid him 15K so he could teach me digital marketing.
00:32:47.000 I started to put in the work and then created my own My own mentorship program, where I was then teaching people across the United States how to start their own ATM business.
00:32:57.000 For everyone saying 15K for the program, guys, I made that in my first month, three times over.
00:33:04.000 So I started my own mentorship program.
00:33:07.000 I started teaching people how to start their ATM business, and I was doing that for about nine months.
00:33:12.000 I did that for about nine months.
00:33:13.000 I helped over 50 people across the United States start their own ATM business.
00:33:17.000 From one ATM to I have a student who currently has seven plus ATMs on location in San Antonio, Texas, to be exact.
00:33:25.000 And yeah, I mean, I started to scale this business making over 40 grand a month in digital marketing.
00:33:31.000 That's not even including my ATM, you know, residual income.
00:33:35.000 So then I have two kids.
00:33:38.000 So I have my firstborn and then I just had a five...
00:33:41.000 Well, not just, but five months ago, I just had my second baby, both baby girls.
00:33:46.000 And, you know, that alone, you know, it motivated me to...
00:33:51.000 It didn't motivate me.
00:33:54.000 It...
00:33:56.000 It kind of like burnt me out in a sense, right?
00:33:59.000 Because now I got to be a dad, right?
00:34:01.000 Now I got to be a dad and I'm over here on, you know, flying from state to state.
00:34:06.000 I'm focused on my digital marketing business.
00:34:09.000 I'm focused on my ATM. So just like they say, entrepreneurship, you're not home most of the time, right?
00:34:13.000 You're going to be working.
00:34:14.000 You're going to be at the office.
00:34:15.000 So, you know, being away from the family and then on top of that, dealing with both businesses now, I kind of had a burnout, right?
00:34:22.000 And I decided to take a break when my second baby was born.
00:34:28.000 Understood, yeah.
00:34:29.000 And I took like a four-month break.
00:34:33.000 I just got burned down, man.
00:34:35.000 I started getting anxiety, kind of like what I was dealing with in the oil fields.
00:34:38.000 I started getting anxiety.
00:34:40.000 I was getting anxiety in my dreams.
00:34:42.000 I was waking up because I wasn't having anxiety in my dreams.
00:34:44.000 So it was that crazy.
00:34:45.000 So then once I decided to come back, I was like, you know what?
00:34:48.000 I'm ready to go.
00:34:49.000 I took a break, but I'm ready to come back.
00:34:52.000 That's when Paul saw that I was coming back.
00:34:55.000 He was like, hey, man, I built another two businesses since you were gone.
00:34:58.000 He was like...
00:34:59.000 How do you feel coming over to ATM together, becoming CEO and running my ATM, you know, mentorship program?
00:35:06.000 So I was like, you know what, let's do it.
00:35:07.000 So then, you know, we started talking and it just turned out that I was a great fit for his program.
00:35:14.000 And, you know, I went from learning from him, creating my own program to now being CEO of ATM together.
00:35:21.000 We should go back further, from car washer detailer to actual CEO. That's huge, by the way.
00:35:25.000 Yeah.
00:35:26.000 That's huge.
00:35:27.000 And that's interesting.
00:35:28.000 Paul's smart.
00:35:28.000 He went ahead and bought the competition out.
00:35:31.000 Yeah, you saw the business out.
00:35:33.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:35:33.000 So obviously it makes sense.
00:35:34.000 It's like, yo, I'd rather you work for me or work with me than have you go ahead and compete against me, especially when you're good.
00:35:42.000 And here's the thing.
00:35:43.000 I want to really harp on this.
00:35:45.000 You took four months off.
00:35:46.000 And you were able to take that four months off to be with your family and recuperate because you had built that passive income cushion there, which is very important.
00:35:55.000 I mean, most people can't take four months off.
00:35:56.000 Most people can't take four days off, let alone four months off.
00:35:59.000 Four hours off!
00:36:00.000 But you know what I'm hearing from this whole group here, all of us here?
00:36:02.000 You know what we all did as men to be successful?
00:36:06.000 We invested in ourselves.
00:36:07.000 That's huge.
00:36:09.000 It is huge.
00:36:10.000 And like you said, bro, if you guys think about it, all the major companies out there, they buy out the smaller companies, right?
00:36:17.000 Of course.
00:36:18.000 But that wasn't the reason.
00:36:20.000 Bro, I was on Instagram one day, I was just like...
00:36:23.000 Hey, what happened to Juan?
00:36:24.000 So then we jumped on a call, man.
00:36:26.000 I was just like, hey, bro, what's happening?
00:36:27.000 He's just like, bro, like, I was just getting so much anxiety.
00:36:30.000 You know, I got a little girl.
00:36:31.000 Yeah, I got a little girl.
00:36:32.000 I got another little girl.
00:36:34.000 I got to take care of the family and whatnot.
00:36:35.000 So I just took a break and, you know, the ATMs are just paying me monthly.
00:36:39.000 So then that's when I was just like, hey, it's the perfect timing because me and Getem, we had just started building Merchant Automation back in February of 2023.
00:36:47.000 Yeah.
00:36:48.000 and then this shit was going wild bro and i'll explain to you guys what exactly this is but essentially people always say like well isn't credit card machines like your competitor and yes or no and the reason why is because we've been like taking over the market we just expanded to canada actually two weeks ago bro we're the first merchant service company to offer this type of service so just think about it like this think about like any liquor store we got here in miami right Right now,
00:37:12.000 they're going with like the big banks.
00:37:14.000 Let's say like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase.
00:37:17.000 And here's the thing.
00:37:18.000 Usually business owners, mom and pop shops, they'll go and they'll go online and they'll sign up for a merchant services account.
00:37:25.000 So basically credit card processing, right?
00:37:27.000 And then they'll get charged a fee anytime that the customer, the consumer, pays with their credit cards, right?
00:37:33.000 Whether it's Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
00:37:37.000 And this is like...
00:37:39.000 The old school way of doing business because, you know, you got the baby boomers like, oh, well, this is overhead.
00:37:45.000 It's almost like a badge of honor.
00:37:46.000 Like, this is overhead.
00:37:47.000 I'm not going to charge my clients that shit.
00:37:49.000 But here's the thing.
00:37:50.000 With inflation going through the roof, I mean, you guys see the rent prices all throughout the United States.
00:37:55.000 People can barely afford shit, bro.
00:37:56.000 So what's happening, especially with, like, the digital space, with Uber Eats, with, like, everybody wanting to stay home now and not actually, like, talking to people, like, outside.
00:38:05.000 Like, the world's different now, bro.
00:38:07.000 So...
00:38:08.000 So what Gedim and I saw was that like mom-and-pop shops, they were like closing shop, especially from like where we're from.
00:38:14.000 We're from the Bay Area in California.
00:38:16.000 And then even when I was in San Diego, we were seeing a lot of stores getting shut down.
00:38:20.000 We were like, what the hell's going on?
00:38:21.000 So they're like, we can't afford to be in business because, you know, all these bigger companies are either like buying it out, real estate's through the roof, rent's crazy.
00:38:28.000 So we were like, damn.
00:38:30.000 So then...
00:38:31.000 When in the middle of December of 2022, I got approached by two entrepreneurs that were in merchant services, John Sarabia and Rob Sin.
00:38:40.000 And these guys are monsters in this industry, merchant services industry.
00:38:44.000 They've been in the game for 18 years.
00:38:45.000 They've generated over $197 million, bro.
00:38:49.000 We're talking about...
00:38:50.000 Almost a quarter billion.
00:38:52.000 Killers, bro.
00:38:53.000 This dude, Rob, he just bought his third Malibu house type of shit.
00:38:57.000 I'm like, bro, why are you even working?
00:38:59.000 He's just like, love of the game.
00:39:00.000 Love of the game.
00:39:03.000 Kobe, he didn't have to continue to play ball, but he continued to play ball because of the love of the game, right?
00:39:09.000 So it's the same thing in entrepreneurship.
00:39:10.000 You got people nowadays working until, shit, they die because, dude, they're gonna continue.
00:39:15.000 I'm the same way.
00:39:16.000 I have the same mindset.
00:39:17.000 Well, retiring actually, like, statistically speaking, makes you die faster.
00:39:20.000 Kills you.
00:39:21.000 No, and it really does because...
00:39:23.000 They teach you that in law enforcement right away, you know.
00:39:25.000 As soon as you get off the job, they tell you, hey, if you retire, pick up a second job.
00:39:29.000 Yeah, and then you see the guys working at county or working security or some shit like that.
00:39:34.000 But no, man, so they came to me and they were like, hey, bro, we love what you did with the concept of ATMs, which is an old school black and white business, and then you brought it to the digital world.
00:39:44.000 And I was just like, yeah man, so what are you trying to do?
00:39:47.000 And then they explained to me what the new service that came out a few years ago that a lot of mom and pop shops don't know.
00:39:54.000 And hopefully you guys know some actual mom and pop shops.
00:39:58.000 Maybe it's your parents.
00:39:59.000 Maybe it's you.
00:40:00.000 But...
00:40:01.000 Anyone can use this.
00:40:02.000 It doesn't necessarily have to be any of these terminals, but it can actually be for e-commerce.
00:40:07.000 It could be for contractors.
00:40:09.000 It could be for anything.
00:40:10.000 Think about it, right?
00:40:11.000 If you're going to charge somebody, you can literally use this for anything.
00:40:14.000 So the way it works is called the cash discount program.
00:40:16.000 And the cash discount program, instead of the merchant, the actual business owner, paying for the actual credit card fees is just reversed.
00:40:24.000 A lot of people always go, but can't business owners just do that on their own?
00:40:28.000 Well, here's the thing.
00:40:30.000 A lot of restaurants here in Miami actually do, bro.
00:40:32.000 I caught it.
00:40:32.000 I was just like, what the hell?
00:40:33.000 They charge you 18% off rip here.
00:40:34.000 Bro, it's fucking crazy.
00:40:37.000 I try to warn people that when you come here in Miami and in Miami Beach especially, they're going to charge you 18, 20%.
00:40:43.000 They already take the tip, so don't add extra unless you want to add extra.
00:40:46.000 But that's why the service here is so bad, actually, is because they get their tip up front here.
00:40:49.000 Guaranteed.
00:40:50.000 Yeah.
00:40:50.000 Yeah, guaranteed.
00:40:51.000 I don't know if other cities have that.
00:40:52.000 I've noticed that so just here.
00:40:53.000 I don't know if New York City does that too.
00:40:55.000 Y'all do that in San Diego?
00:40:56.000 Bro, I didn't notice it in San Diego, but it's because we were like in the humble beginnings of building everything else.
00:41:01.000 So we started noticing, you know, it's like when you buy like a yellow Ferrari or like a red Ferrari, you start noticing the yellow Ferraris everywhere.
00:41:07.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:41:08.000 Same shit, right?
00:41:09.000 So now that we were training up people and we were actually building our own tangible cash discount program around San Diego, we were like, damn!
00:41:17.000 A lot of these mom and pop shops and a lot of these bigger companies are actually just charging people the credit card process fees and they're not paying out of pocket.
00:41:25.000 So they're illegally doing that.
00:41:27.000 And people don't catch that because they'll put something on there like, oh, a dining-in fee.
00:41:32.000 Yeah.
00:41:32.000 A miscellaneous or some bullshit like that.
00:41:34.000 I had a friend come into town.
00:41:36.000 He's from the islands, of course.
00:41:37.000 He doesn't know how things work over here in America.
00:41:38.000 He paid for the meal.
00:41:40.000 He thought they overcharged him.
00:41:43.000 Really?
00:41:44.000 Automatically.
00:41:44.000 Which was the guaranteed.
00:41:46.000 Which is crazy.
00:41:46.000 Well, they do that in Miami.
00:41:47.000 Yeah, but he didn't know.
00:41:48.000 Someone here in the chest said LA does it too.
00:41:50.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:41:51.000 Yeah, it's fucked up and it's getting super common with the high-end restaurants because when I went to Atlanta to do the speaking gig, I stayed at, I don't know, this hotel in, what's the fancy area?
00:42:02.000 No, what's the fancy area in Atlanta?
00:42:03.000 Bucket, probably.
00:42:04.000 Bucket, in Bucket.
00:42:05.000 And the breakfast spot in there.
00:42:07.000 Bro, I took my breakfast in my room, they gave me styrofoam fucking container, and it was like 20%.
00:42:13.000 Oh really?
00:42:14.000 20%?
00:42:15.000 I was like, 20% for this?
00:42:16.000 And they were like, oh yeah.
00:42:18.000 And you were a guest?
00:42:18.000 I was like, let me speak to the manager.
00:42:20.000 I was just like, there's no way you guys are charging me 20% for my breakfast.
00:42:24.000 This is the most expensive breakfast I've ever had.
00:42:26.000 I live in fucking Miami.
00:42:27.000 And they're like, well, yeah, we're charging, you know, for the styrofoam.
00:42:30.000 And I was like, that's fucking bullshit.
00:42:31.000 That's to cover your fucking credit card fees.
00:42:33.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:42:35.000 How you know that?
00:42:36.000 How you know that?
00:42:37.000 I probably sold you a goddamn terminal.
00:42:40.000 That's what I'm saying, bro.
00:42:43.000 This is finesse, bro.
00:42:45.000 I sold you that machine!
00:42:48.000 Hey, bro.
00:42:48.000 It's fucking business, right?
00:42:50.000 It's like some Wolf of Wall Street.
00:42:52.000 And I'm going to tell you something right now, man.
00:42:53.000 In merchant services, these cats out here, they call them ISOs, independent sales organizations.
00:42:57.000 They're fucking, like, you ever seen, what is it, American Psycho?
00:43:02.000 Yeah.
00:43:03.000 Yeah.
00:43:03.000 Great movie.
00:43:04.000 They are psychopaths.
00:43:05.000 Yeah.
00:43:05.000 But business people.
00:43:06.000 Yeah.
00:43:06.000 But psychopaths, business people.
00:43:07.000 And they're cutthroat, bro.
00:43:08.000 Of course.
00:43:09.000 But with that being said, bro.
00:43:11.000 So, how we educate people.
00:43:13.000 Okay?
00:43:13.000 There's two things that we do now.
00:43:14.000 And this is why we're about to close in at 10 mil, bro.
00:43:18.000 And get him.
00:43:19.000 He's killing it right now, bro.
00:43:21.000 Nice.
00:43:21.000 He's building like...
00:43:22.000 Hella sales team.
00:43:23.000 We got 60 employees for the company now.
00:43:25.000 Nice.
00:43:25.000 Total across all three companies, we have 90 employees, dude.
00:43:28.000 So it's fucking crazy, you know?
00:43:30.000 And Gedan was just like, hey bro, guess who I just saw?
00:43:32.000 I was just like, who?
00:43:32.000 I saw Fresh.
00:43:34.000 Like he was in a fucking Lambo show, like Exotic.
00:43:36.000 He was like, what up?
00:43:37.000 Gedan, you know?
00:43:38.000 Nice, nice.
00:43:39.000 I like Gedan.
00:43:40.000 He's humble, man.
00:43:41.000 He's a good dude, bro.
00:43:43.000 We just went shooting over there to the Homestead Training Center.
00:43:46.000 Dope.
00:43:46.000 Sick-ass gun.
00:43:48.000 There's a military base down there, yeah.
00:43:50.000 But see, in business, when you have character, and you're humble, people want to work with you.
00:43:54.000 And let's say, for example, you're arrogant, you're cocky.
00:43:56.000 Alright, you might make some plays here and there, but like, actual business behind the scenes?
00:44:00.000 Gotta be humble, man.
00:44:01.000 Dude, longevity.
00:44:02.000 Exactly.
00:44:03.000 That's what you're talking about, French longevity, bro, because it's just like, I don't like to burn bridges, and I like to do good business.
00:44:10.000 Even if I get an outliner customer that's like, I made a thousand dollars, but I thought I was going to make fucking a million dollars.
00:44:16.000 I was like, look, let me talk to you real quick.
00:44:18.000 And that's what me and Juan will do.
00:44:20.000 We'll jump on Zoom, and we'll be like, what's up?
00:44:23.000 Well, I was told this and that.
00:44:24.000 I was like, didn't you sign this contract?
00:44:26.000 You know we were probably law enforcement, right?
00:44:28.000 You know we used to go to court and get drilled by like DAs and shit, right?
00:44:31.000 Like, we don't fuck around.
00:44:32.000 So at the end of the day, man, with the cash discount program, they basically switch, but it's just the legal way.
00:44:39.000 They switch and they charge their clients.
00:44:42.000 So think about it like this, instead of you Paying for the credit card processing fees.
00:44:46.000 Now you're charging me when I'm buying your item, your service, or whatever it is you're selling.
00:44:50.000 And then it's called a convenience fee.
00:44:53.000 And here's what most people think.
00:44:54.000 They're like, bro, you're going to push all the fucking clients away.
00:44:57.000 No!
00:44:58.000 No!
00:44:59.000 That is a limiting belief.
00:45:01.000 And the reason why it's a limiting belief is because you're giving the customer, the consumer, an option to get a cash discount off your service, your product, and your item.
00:45:11.000 And guess what?
00:45:11.000 When they pay with a credit card.
00:45:12.000 No, when they pay with cash if they want to.
00:45:14.000 Now, if they pay with card, that's where...
00:45:18.000 You make money.
00:45:19.000 Okay.
00:45:19.000 That's where you make money.
00:45:20.000 And that's why it's called the cash discount program.
00:45:22.000 And that's why a lot of people, they're like, bro, why are you guys just solely focusing on this system?
00:45:26.000 And I'm like, because it works and it's simplified and we got killer results.
00:45:31.000 Like right now, dude, like we launched it.
00:45:33.000 We got our own results.
00:45:34.000 We placed 60 of these machines around San Diego and California, and we were generating around 25K a month, bro, in residuals.
00:45:41.000 Nice.
00:45:41.000 So proven concept now.
00:45:43.000 So what we did is we took the call centers from ATM together.
00:45:46.000 And we built a duplicate call center.
00:45:48.000 And then they went ham, bro, calling 500 to 1,000 businesses a day.
00:45:52.000 And now we were going ahead and partnering up with aspiring entrepreneurs that wanted to get into this business because, bro, this makes so much sense.
00:45:58.000 Why don't you just go have other people do it?
00:46:00.000 Well...
00:46:01.000 Yeah, simple.
00:46:02.000 So basically, these machines incentivize the customers to pay in cash.
00:46:07.000 Correct.
00:46:08.000 Which obviously helps the business out because, yeah, with credit cards, you know, for the audience out there that's wondering, you know, there's credit card fees, right?
00:46:15.000 This is why, like, when you go to certain places, you know, when you go to a convenience store like a bodega in New York City, they're like, oh no, you gotta spend $10 or more if you're gonna use your credit card.
00:46:23.000 It's because they wanna avoid the fees.
00:46:24.000 Well, they wanna make sure that they profit something whenever you use your credit card.
00:46:28.000 And then some places won't even let you use Amex.
00:46:30.000 You guys ever wonder why?
00:46:31.000 Amex, because it has some of the highest processing fees.
00:46:34.000 So whenever people tell you, oh, we don't accept credit or we don't accept Amex or whatever, it has to do 99% of the time because of these fees that Paul's talking about.
00:46:41.000 And then when they go pull out cash, where are they going?
00:46:44.000 ATM. ATM. And that's why it was a shoo-in, bro, because they pitched me and they're smart.
00:46:49.000 They're businessmen.
00:46:49.000 Yeah.
00:46:50.000 They're business.
00:46:50.000 That's why they made nine figures and they're rolling like STOs and all that shit when they first come out.
00:46:55.000 I was like, bro, why are you getting all these scores?
00:46:56.000 He's like, I have to, otherwise I'm going to get attacked by Uncle Sam.
00:46:59.000 You got to pay Uncle Sam.
00:47:00.000 Yeah, dude.
00:47:00.000 He's just like, I might as well get all these exotics.
00:47:02.000 I'm like, dude, you're rolling on everything.
00:47:04.000 This shit's crazy.
00:47:05.000 So, they caught my eye and then I told Gennam, I was like, bro, we gotta go in 50-50.
00:47:10.000 And you guys remember when we first came to the show, Gennam was my COO. So, he was one of my ops and shit.
00:47:16.000 And he's good at it because, you know, he was like a sergeant of police before.
00:47:19.000 And I was like, alright, dude, you're gonna...
00:47:20.000 Because they have to manage a bunch of people.
00:47:22.000 Exactly, like military style, right?
00:47:23.000 And that's what we need, running like a fucking business.
00:47:26.000 And then I was just like, hey, bro, you're going to be my partner.
00:47:29.000 I'm going to go and do this business, do a startup in 90 days, and I'll be back.
00:47:33.000 And fucking in 60 days, I collected a million dollars.
00:47:36.000 We fucking enrolled our first clients, got them fucking killer results, bro.
00:47:39.000 Each one of our clients, which was the first 30 batch back in 2023, Each one of them made 1,000 to 3,000 in fucking residual income a month, bro.
00:47:50.000 Nice.
00:47:51.000 That's awesome.
00:47:51.000 That's somebody's rent.
00:47:52.000 Bro, it was fucking G. And you gotta think about it like this.
00:47:55.000 Possibly.
00:47:55.000 Yeah, this is money where, like, essentially, you set it up once, and this is the logic behind it.
00:48:01.000 You set it up once, and what are you doing after that?
00:48:03.000 You're not maintaining it.
00:48:04.000 They're not calling you because we have 100% fucking call center support.
00:48:09.000 So they're calling the fucking customer service, and then on top of that, guess what?
00:48:14.000 They're gonna give you referrals because you're saving them 100% of the fees.
00:48:17.000 So now you're coming in there as the hero.
00:48:19.000 And then number two, you're going in and you're making residuals off of the clients.
00:48:23.000 And most people are like, but I'm not gonna lose my clients.
00:48:25.000 People buy you.
00:48:26.000 At the end of the day, people buy business owners.
00:48:28.000 So if it's a good business, you know, like name one, like Sexy Fish.
00:48:33.000 Bro, I'm not gonna lie.
00:48:34.000 I'm not hating.
00:48:34.000 And if the owners from Sexy Fish is watching right now, the food is not that great.
00:48:37.000 It's just the ambiance is cool.
00:48:39.000 Bro, the food is not that great.
00:48:40.000 And then they try to fucking play you.
00:48:42.000 It's expensive as hell.
00:48:42.000 Bro, they try to play you.
00:48:43.000 Oh, no.
00:48:44.000 People are paying for the environment and the vibe.
00:48:46.000 But the food...
00:48:47.000 It's overpriced as hell.
00:48:50.000 Yeah, it's not good.
00:48:50.000 Bro, I was sick to my stomach last time I went, bro.
00:48:53.000 Because, look, check this out.
00:48:54.000 I was sitting there, right?
00:48:55.000 And then the waiter comes and they did train their staff better.
00:48:57.000 They go and they're like...
00:48:59.000 Do you want the premium meats or do you want the regular?
00:49:03.000 And this is fucking Miami, so you gotta think about it.
00:49:06.000 We're consumer heaven right here, especially in Brickell, bro.
00:49:08.000 So, you know, people that think they got it like that, they're gonna be like, oh, I'll take the premium meats.
00:49:15.000 I'll take the premium meats.
00:49:17.000 I ask the waiter, what the hell am I paying for?
00:49:21.000 And they go, oh, it's just higher end meat.
00:49:25.000 Like what?
00:49:27.000 You stupid!
00:49:28.000 They couldn't say shit, bro.
00:49:29.000 And I was like, nah, we'll take regular.
00:49:31.000 And fucking...
00:49:32.000 Now the customer service just went...
00:49:33.000 Yeah.
00:49:34.000 Yeah.
00:49:35.000 It was fucking all bad, bro.
00:49:36.000 It's upsell, man.
00:49:37.000 Yeah.
00:49:37.000 I mean, what they're really charging you for is to take a stupid picture in the bathroom.
00:49:40.000 That's how they get...
00:49:41.000 That's what it is.
00:49:41.000 Like, the bimbos do that.
00:49:43.000 So, whatever.
00:49:44.000 Yeah, that's what it is, man.
00:49:46.000 It's stupid.
00:49:46.000 That's why I don't go there.
00:49:47.000 I don't think to this day I've even eaten there yet.
00:49:49.000 I gotta say, comodo...
00:49:50.000 It's where it's at.
00:49:51.000 Or Gecko.
00:49:52.000 Bro, we take everyone that comes and visits us to Komodo.
00:49:55.000 I'm telling you.
00:49:56.000 Bro, it's the shit.
00:49:57.000 I love Komodo.
00:49:58.000 Me too.
00:49:58.000 That place overpriced, but at least the food is good.
00:50:01.000 It's a good experience, the staff is good, and the food is good too.
00:50:04.000 Yeah, but yeah, it's still overpriced.
00:50:07.000 He don't like eating out though.
00:50:08.000 I genuinely think fine dining is a scam, but that's just my opinion.
00:50:12.000 Okay, okay.
00:50:12.000 I want you guys to pin it on this because me and my fiance, we talk about this shit all the time.
00:50:16.000 You know how a bunch of like OF chicks or like these broke chicks, they come up and they're like, oh, if a guy takes me to Cheesecake, oh, I'm worth more than Cheesecake.
00:50:27.000 Of course.
00:50:27.000 I was just like, fucking Cheesecake is good.
00:50:29.000 It is.
00:50:30.000 It's not bad.
00:50:30.000 And this is coming from a guy that like, I'm decently well off, you know?
00:50:35.000 So I love it.
00:50:36.000 I think it's great food.
00:50:37.000 I think Chipotle is good.
00:50:39.000 I still eat McDonald's for breakfast.
00:50:41.000 At the end of the day, what the fuck's up with people on social media trying to floss like that?
00:50:44.000 Who gives a fuck?
00:50:45.000 And the people that flex the most about that don't have the money to talk the shit that they talk.
00:50:50.000 You know what I mean?
00:50:50.000 That's the funny part.
00:50:52.000 That's why I think fine dining is a scam.
00:50:53.000 Because if you really make that money, whatever, you're going to be like, why the fuck am I spending money?
00:51:00.000 This is stupid.
00:51:00.000 Like, I'm going to go get Chipotle.
00:51:01.000 I don't know.
00:51:02.000 Maybe that's just me because I'm minimalist, but yeah.
00:51:04.000 I mean, obviously there's occasions, right, where you want to go somewhere fancy.
00:51:06.000 Of course.
00:51:07.000 Especially a business meeting or anything else like that.
00:51:09.000 That's important.
00:51:10.000 But if it's just you, bro, like, come on, man.
00:51:13.000 Like, let me go to Kimono with, you know, my fucking buddy here.
00:51:16.000 Like, for what?
00:51:17.000 Like, I mean, do you really need to?
00:51:18.000 You get to go to Chipotle, man.
00:51:19.000 I will say, the smarter route is to be a minimalist and not go there, but with clients for business, 100%, you gotta do...
00:51:25.000 And you can write that off.
00:51:26.000 That makes sense.
00:51:26.000 That makes sense from a business perspective.
00:51:29.000 So we're going tonight, right?
00:51:30.000 Uh, no.
00:51:33.000 We got some chats here?
00:51:34.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.
00:51:35.000 I can read some of the chats and then...
00:51:36.000 I think we have TTS as well.
00:51:38.000 Yeah.
00:51:38.000 Oh, TTS? Oh, yeah.
00:51:39.000 Okay.
00:51:39.000 So they got some stuff to say.
00:51:41.000 Oh, Getham's in the house.
00:51:44.000 He said, Fresh, when you put your ATM at Tootsies.
00:51:46.000 Listen, bro.
00:51:47.000 What?
00:51:47.000 I don't like Tootsies, man.
00:51:48.000 Fresh, when you're putting your ATM at Tootsies.
00:51:51.000 And that was a $100 buyout.
00:51:54.000 Let's talk about that, putting them in a strip club.
00:51:57.000 So I hit up a certain club about doing it.
00:52:00.000 And we're talking about it more in detail.
00:52:03.000 But his friend already did the business with him.
00:52:05.000 So he's trying to work with his friend.
00:52:06.000 Listen, bro.
00:52:07.000 I got my other buddy here.
00:52:08.000 So we'll see what happens.
00:52:10.000 All right.
00:52:12.000 Okay.
00:52:13.000 The Dope 900 says, Paul had two crackheads guarding his ATM at Cities, but I just gave them some E&J so they would look the other way.
00:52:20.000 Shit is wild.
00:52:22.000 Yo, come on, bro.
00:52:25.000 P. Diddy.
00:52:29.000 Okay, look, man.
00:52:33.000 That's wild.
00:52:33.000 I'll go shopping with you, bro.
00:52:36.000 No, I'm just kidding.
00:52:54.000 See, these are the guys in the castle club that actually put their money where their mouth is and they're making money.
00:52:58.000 Shout out to y'all, man.

00:53:08.000 Did you see that interview?
00:53:09.000 I didn't see the flow of that.
00:53:11.000 I'm not going to lie.
00:53:11.000 Flacco destroyed that nigga, bro.
00:53:12.000 Oh, did he?
00:53:13.000 Yeah, he did.
00:53:13.000 What did he say?
00:53:14.000 He just told him the truth, bro.
00:53:15.000 Okay.
00:53:16.000 I'm paying $17.
00:53:16.000 That's from Alex to go.
00:53:17.000 Yeah, if you had gotten into a castle club when we told y'all, you would have got in at half off.
00:53:21.000 Because we ran a special for you guys, and you get grandfathered in at that price for the rest of your life.
00:53:26.000 And now, you have a chance to win two businesses.

00:53:31.000 We're going to have a Zoom call, and we're going to go over it and do it on there.

00:53:43.000 U.S. Oh, he's asking region.

00:53:47.000 U.S. and Canada.
00:53:48.000 U.S. and Canada for the business guys.
00:53:50.000 What up, Del Myron and Freshman?

00:53:53.000 I took y'all advice, repaired my credit myself from 58760, all three bureaus in one year.
00:53:57.000 Congratulations, bro.
00:53:58.000 See, I told you if you should take our free information and get results from it, then you know we ain't scamming you.
00:54:02.000 Now I have a consulting agency where I do credit repair and business funding.
00:54:05.000 Bro, shout out to you, man.
00:54:06.000 Congratulations.
00:54:07.000 And I'm only mentioning this because someone commented and said, y'all do a show on credit repair.
00:54:11.000 Okay.
00:54:12.000 We touched it before, but we could do another one.
00:54:13.000 We'll do another one for y'all.
00:54:15.000 Anybody need credit or repair on business funding?
00:54:16.000 Hit my IG. Okay, cool.
00:54:18.000 You need plugs and stuff.
00:54:20.000 Martin, as a former Fed, I assume you had the opportunity to drive fast, unmarked car with lights and siren.
00:54:24.000 How was the experience?
00:54:24.000 Was it cool as it seems?
00:54:25.000 Were it too stressful to enjoy?
00:54:27.000 Any wild story seems hella badass.
00:54:28.000 I have, man.
00:54:29.000 Have you?
00:54:30.000 He's definitely done it.
00:54:31.000 Yeah.
00:54:32.000 What does that feel like?
00:54:33.000 I mean, it's pretty badass.
00:54:35.000 I'm not going to lie.
00:54:35.000 When I do it, I'm going to get arrested.
00:54:37.000 When you do it, it's good because you're a cop, man.
00:54:40.000 They said, Bills, you ugly too, nigga.
00:54:42.000 W. Bills, most underrated character of FNF. Okay.
00:54:44.000 I guess you guys think Bills is ugly.
00:54:46.000 He's never on camera.
00:54:46.000 How do you even know?
00:54:47.000 I need to understand this.
00:54:49.000 Why are men calling other men ugly?
00:54:51.000 I don't get it.
00:54:52.000 I don't get that, bro.
00:54:53.000 Like, bro, why are you looking at other men like, honey, look, bro.
00:54:54.000 Like, I don't get this, bro.
00:54:56.000 It's weird.
00:54:57.000 But yeah, I am ugly, though.
00:54:58.000 Weezy said, also, I see an episode when y'all had Neal Davis and I'm going to start leveraging my biz credit like he does.
00:55:03.000 I'm fixing my people credit, too, and I'll help them get funding.
00:55:07.000 I'm saying this to let people know I'm no scammer.
00:55:09.000 I just watch my iron yell at me and call me a loser for not having a 720 credit score and I took accountability.
00:55:13.000 Put in the work they both said.
00:55:14.000 My life has been way better, so thanks to you both.
00:55:17.000 And thank you so much, bro, for supporting us over on Cows Club.
00:55:18.000 Shout out to you, bro.
00:55:19.000 What kind of location do you look for for printing an ATM? Good question.
00:55:22.000 Let's go on.
00:55:23.000 I mean, cash-only, cash-driven businesses, but even locations that are high traffic, those work out as well.
00:55:30.000 I have a...
00:55:31.000 They're called bazaars, so it's like a...
00:55:33.000 I don't know if you guys know.
00:55:34.000 It's kind of like a mall, but for Mexicans, right?
00:55:37.000 Okay.
00:55:38.000 We have here in Miami, it's called a swap shop.
00:55:40.000 It's up north.
00:55:41.000 It's like a...
00:55:43.000 Yeah.
00:55:44.000 You know.
00:55:44.000 Like a flea market.
00:55:45.000 It's like a flea market.
00:55:46.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:55:46.000 Thank you.
00:55:47.000 Exactly like a flea market.
00:55:48.000 We call them bazaars out there pretty much.
00:55:50.000 You know, you see a bunch of Mexicans in there buying jewelry, gold, or just clothes or whatever.
00:55:55.000 It's kind of like a mall.
00:55:56.000 And, you know, majority of those businesses, they take card.
00:55:59.000 Yeah.
00:56:00.000 So they take card or cash and then just to, you know, be in there to...
00:56:05.000 To get in, you know, the door, for example, cash, and just the traffic alone within those businesses, it'll drive up your ATM transactions by a lot.
00:56:17.000 You know what's the worst, though?
00:56:18.000 Like, you go to a location to either shop or, for example, buy stuff or even, like, a club.
00:56:23.000 And you gotta pay with cash.
00:56:25.000 So there's an ATEM in there, for you to leave to go somewhere else, it's just time and, you know, it's inconvenient.
00:56:30.000 So you're gonna go to that ATEM machine, and it's like 20%.
00:56:33.000 I'm like, goddamn, but at least I'm here.
00:56:35.000 I get a club right now or go wherever I'm at right now.
00:56:37.000 So to save time, you're gonna go there, no matter what.
00:56:40.000 Yeah, like right now, I've had this location for the past three and a half years.
00:56:43.000 It's a cash-only Mexican restaurant.
00:56:46.000 I landed this location three and a half years ago, and until this day, it's been generating me just one ATM, $4,000 a month.
00:56:53.000 I'm telling you, bro.
00:56:54.000 Because you have to use it.
00:56:55.000 That's a lot.
00:56:55.000 Where are you going to go?
00:56:56.000 Yeah, because number one, everybody loves that restaurant.
00:56:59.000 It's by a lot of clubs as well.
00:57:01.000 Is it in Dallas?
00:57:03.000 Yeah, it's in Dallas.
00:57:04.000 It's in Dallas?
00:57:04.000 Yeah, of course.
00:57:05.000 North Dallas.
00:57:05.000 Mexican.
00:57:06.000 North Dallas.
00:57:08.000 The Thuckles.
00:57:08.000 She's a buddha.
00:57:10.000 Get on the way.
00:57:10.000 No one's going to walk across the street to 7-Eleven to use the ATM or go to the bank to even find the nearest bank, right?
00:57:17.000 So that's what we were talking about earlier.
00:57:19.000 It's convenience.
00:57:20.000 Just like Uber Eats, right?
00:57:20.000 You're going to pay the fee so you can get your food delivered.
00:57:23.000 You're not going to waste your time and run to the bank.
00:57:25.000 You're going to just use the ATM, pay $3, and get your food and get ready to go to the club.
00:57:30.000 Wait, wait.
00:57:30.000 Unless you're a brokie.
00:57:32.000 I mean, it's facts though.
00:57:34.000 They get mad about $3, bro.
00:57:36.000 Yeah, there are people like that.
00:57:37.000 I mean, when I go fill up my ATMs, after I'm done filling them up, I might get some tacos myself because I love them myself.
00:57:46.000 While I'm waiting there, I'll see that people, oh, it's cash only, and they'll see the ATM. They won't even go to it.
00:57:50.000 They'll walk out and they'll leave.
00:57:52.000 Yeah, because people, they're like, I don't want to pay $3, but at the end of the day, you know, it's more inconvenient for you to drive to the nearest bank than to just use the ATM and pay $3.
00:58:00.000 Gas, warranty on your car.
00:58:01.000 Gas, exactly.
00:58:02.000 What I've realized is poor people spend money, no, poor people spend time to save money, rich people spend money to save time.
00:58:11.000 That's the difference between the two.
00:58:12.000 Facts.
00:58:13.000 Yeah.
00:58:14.000 I just hope that everyone in this chat, let's say you don't want to be super successful, at least successful to a point where you can make money, you don't have to worry about three bucks.
00:58:21.000 Hopefully you can do that.
00:58:22.000 Yeah, man, you want to get to that point at least.
00:58:24.000 Guys, if you've got questions, by the way, you guys have got two very successful entrepreneurs here from the merchant standpoint and also from the ATM standpoint.
00:58:30.000 If you've got questions, go ahead and get them in and you can go ahead and get them answered.
00:58:33.000 We're going to have a Zoom call where we're going to be able to go in more depth with some of these answers.
00:58:36.000 But yes, guys, what else do we got here?
00:58:39.000 Anything else?
00:58:40.000 Okay, question for Paul and Alex.
00:58:41.000 Which one would be a better investment if everything goes digital, ATM machine or vending machine?
00:58:46.000 Paul and Alex?
00:58:48.000 Yeah, he thinks he's Alex or me.
00:58:51.000 Whatever.
00:58:52.000 So here's the good thing with that, okay?
00:58:55.000 And I think we didn't get into it, but you want to tell them about UTMs real quick?
00:58:58.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:58:59.000 So to answer your question, we're actually getting ready to start working with UTMs.
00:59:06.000 What's a UTM? So UTMs are essentially ATMs and Bitcoin machines, but in one.
00:59:13.000 Yeah, I got one of those.
00:59:14.000 You have a B. So now this is like, think of a hybrid bro.
00:59:20.000 Traditional ATM and a BTM made a baby.
00:59:24.000 I know.
00:59:25.000 And they're coming out with like, checking cash.
00:59:28.000 We might just swap yours.
00:59:30.000 What about me?
00:59:34.000 I'm not gonna lie, I've been slacking, so I'm gonna get on that.
00:59:41.000 I'm doing car stuff though, I'm doing car stuff.
00:59:43.000 That's true, that's true.
00:59:44.000 Yeah, so essentially a UTM, just like Paul says, it's a hybrid of an ATM and Bitcoin.
00:59:51.000 You know, you can withdraw cash, you can buy Bitcoin, and then sooner or later you're gonna be able to start doing the Apple Pay, the Bill Pay, Cashing checks and things like that.
00:59:59.000 So that's, of course, what the future is.
01:00:01.000 I mean, you guys got to think about it.
01:00:03.000 You know, these companies that manufacture these ATMs, the UTMs, they're not going to get left behind.
01:00:08.000 They're going to, of course, move the time.
01:00:10.000 They're going to adapt, exactly.
01:00:12.000 So, you know, UTMs were actually getting ready to launch it this month.
01:00:15.000 Wow.
01:00:16.000 And, you know, you want to let them know about the special offer?
01:00:21.000 Yeah, so basically, guys, to answer the guy's question on the screen, it was that If you're going to go with one, just pick one, have that make you some money, and then reinvest that funds into the second option.
01:00:35.000 I always tell people this because at the end of the day, look, a lot of people are like, oh, I need six, seven streams of income.
01:00:41.000 But here's the thing.
01:00:42.000 You know how many entrepreneurs I've talked to, or I've talked to in the past six, seven years, that go like, oh yeah, I do YouTube, I do t-shirts, I do car washes, I do exotic cars.
01:00:53.000 I'm like, bro, which one do you do?
01:00:55.000 Because...
01:00:55.000 Like, there is no way.
01:00:56.000 How many employees you got?
01:00:57.000 Because without employees and you're doing all that, that means you're not making any money off of any of those streams.
01:01:02.000 You gotta have a mainstream.
01:01:03.000 You gotta have a mainstream.
01:01:04.000 My mainstream, Humble Beginnings, it was ATMs.
01:01:07.000 And then I used that money to work less time at PD. And then I learned digital marketing.
01:01:12.000 And then once I got into digital marketing, made a name for myself, right?
01:01:16.000 And then got approached by the merchant services guys.
01:01:18.000 And they were like, hey, bro, you're...
01:01:20.000 You're decent.
01:01:21.000 Cool.
01:01:21.000 Got into Merchant Services.
01:01:23.000 Now that shit's growing to a $10 million company this year.
01:01:26.000 And I just hired, like, my close friends.
01:01:28.000 Hired good people that want to work and have skin in the game.
01:01:32.000 And then, yeah, that's about it.
01:01:34.000 So to go back to it, just pick and choose.
01:01:36.000 Just do your due diligence.
01:01:38.000 At the end of the day, the future UTMs is there.
01:01:40.000 But also, this is fire right now, too.
01:01:43.000 Yeah, they will.
01:01:44.000 They work hand in hand.
01:01:46.000 I was going to say, you guys are kind of cornering the market.
01:01:48.000 Because on one end, if they want to use cash, ATMs are there.
01:01:51.000 On the other end, I'm like, nah, I want to use credit cards or whatever.
01:01:54.000 You guys got it on both ends, so it works.
01:01:56.000 Yeah, you double dip.
01:01:57.000 That's what we call it.
01:01:58.000 Yeah, I'm getting myself...
01:02:01.000 I built my ATM business.
01:02:02.000 Now I'm also taking a little bit of merchant services seriously.
01:02:08.000 And now I get to go into these businesses where I currently have an ATM and tell them, hey, if you ever decide that you want to take card, I could take care of you with merchant services as well.
01:02:18.000 And also, you built trust beforehand with the ATM from before.
01:02:21.000 So that relationship's already there.
01:02:23.000 They're getting paid off the ATM. What else?
01:02:26.000 Anything else that we got?
01:02:28.000 Okay, and then they said that.
01:02:30.000 Okay, bro, Vegas does that shit for sure.
01:02:32.000 18% getting over.
01:02:33.000 Yeah, I'm noticing that's in a lot of major cities.
01:02:36.000 Especially where it's tourist heavy.
01:02:38.000 What is the average cost to pay a local shop to host your ATM machine?
01:02:41.000 This is a very good question.
01:02:42.000 What's your guys' thoughts on this?
01:02:43.000 Yeah, so you don't pay them a rent or upfront cost unless you're willing to invest in yourself.
01:02:49.000 I actually just talked to a student who actually paid the merchant $500 just to install his ATM because sometimes money talks, right?
01:02:56.000 Yeah, getting your foot in the door.
01:02:57.000 Exactly.
01:02:58.000 So you could go in there by just offering them a referral or paying them out a referral or paying them commissions per transaction.
01:03:04.000 That's what I do.
01:03:05.000 So whenever I install my ATMs.
01:03:07.000 I let them know that it's 100% free to install.
01:03:10.000 And depending on how the ATM does, I pay them 15 to 20% per transaction.
01:03:15.000 That's smart.
01:03:16.000 So then they're, in a sense, getting paid off commissions of what the ATM. So I don't pay out of pocket in case the ATM doesn't do well.
01:03:23.000 Exactly.
01:03:23.000 But I guess to start out, is it bad to give them a one-time, hey, let me install it 500 bucks and I'll give you 15, 20% on top of that, I guess, to swing the deal?
01:03:33.000 I've done it a couple times.
01:03:34.000 The location that I just mentioned, the Mexican restaurant, I paid the management $300 just to get my foot in the door because I've been chasing this location for three months.
01:03:45.000 Gotcha.
01:03:46.000 And I could not get a hold of the business owner.
01:03:48.000 They were like, oh, it's confidential.
01:03:49.000 We can't give you the number, the emails.
01:03:51.000 And they were just giving me the runaround, right?
01:03:53.000 Yeah.
01:03:54.000 After three months, I was like, you know what?
01:03:56.000 I talked to the manager.
01:03:56.000 I was like, you know what?
01:03:57.000 If you can get me in contact with the owner, I'll pay you $300.
01:04:01.000 And she's just a Mexican manager managing a business.
01:04:04.000 I was like, I'll pay you $300 if you can connect me with the owner.
01:04:08.000 I kid you not.
01:04:09.000 The next day, the business owner calls me.
01:04:11.000 She's like, you're the ATM guy?
01:04:12.000 Oh, okay.
01:04:13.000 Let's meet tomorrow.
01:04:14.000 And ever since then, you know.
01:04:15.000 Boom.
01:04:16.000 So sometimes it's important, guys.
01:04:17.000 Especially if you don't have a repertoire like that yet or you're new to it.
01:04:21.000 It might be worth it to pay a couple hundred dollars.
01:04:23.000 It's important.
01:04:23.000 Put the fucking ATM in.
01:04:24.000 Now that thing makes you $4,000 a month.
01:04:26.000 Exactly.
01:04:26.000 People have three triggers.
01:04:28.000 Either money, success, or need for, I want to say, an item, so to speak.
01:04:36.000 It could be one of those three.
01:04:37.000 So you hit that point of money.
01:04:38.000 Yeah, that's a simple one.
01:04:41.000 What else do we got here?
01:04:43.000 Okay, this is from Heisenberg?
01:04:45.000 Oh, okay.
01:04:46.000 I know, we read that one before, so now you guys have an idea of what you can do.
01:04:49.000 You don't mind, I just got my second credit card two months ago.
01:04:52.000 How long should I wait to get my next one?
01:04:55.000 It depends what kind of credit card you got, bro.
01:04:57.000 But I would wait a few months.
01:04:59.000 I mean...
01:05:00.000 Just increase the limit on that one card that you guys got.
01:05:03.000 Oh, wait a little bit.
01:05:03.000 Increase the limits.
01:05:04.000 Because you don't want to apply for too many credit cards at once.
01:05:06.000 It hurts your credit score.
01:05:08.000 WFNF, WCC, Castle Club, always adding value on the Money Monday.
01:05:10.000 We got y'all, man.
01:05:11.000 We want you guys to make money and become successful, too.
01:05:13.000 I was in a merchant automation program.
01:05:15.000 Only got one location, but they don't do well revenue-wise.
01:05:17.000 It's been about seven, eight months.
01:05:18.000 Lost about 60K on the program, but luckily I'm not a brokie and didn't get hurt losing that money.
01:05:22.000 Investors started trading with Lambo Raul and made that money back, but other people consider because you're going to have a slow start.
01:05:28.000 It might not be for you, but shout out Day Training Institute, Lambo Raul.
01:05:31.000 You have anything you want to say back to this, Paul?
01:05:33.000 Yeah, bro, like...
01:05:34.000 You might have picked a bad location, right?
01:05:35.000 No, well, number one, this could be freaking anybody.
01:05:38.000 Like, go ahead and shoot me a DM or jump on an IG Live with me.
01:05:42.000 Guarantee you won't.
01:05:43.000 All right?
01:05:43.000 Paul Alex, Instagram.
01:05:45.000 Because here's the thing.
01:05:46.000 Yeah, that's not one of your guys.
01:05:47.000 If you were to come to me, if anybody was to come to me direct on Instagram, and you could get access of anybody, okay?
01:05:54.000 Yeah, you could get even access to, like, fucking Jeff Bezos now.
01:05:59.000 Dude, we will get you another location.
01:06:01.000 We'll get you another location.
01:06:03.000 This is why we've been in business since freaking for four years now.
01:06:06.000 You guys did that for me.
01:06:06.000 Second company.
01:06:07.000 I remember the first location that gave us headaches.
01:06:09.000 You guys took care of that.
01:06:10.000 I'm like, yeah, we're going to just put another location.
01:06:12.000 No questions asked.
01:06:13.000 People don't understand this, dude.
01:06:14.000 They don't understand the cost of good business, but then also referrals.
01:06:18.000 Yeah.
01:06:19.000 And then people are always like, how come I'm not making 30, 40, 50K? Because when I was teaching him the digital marketing game, I told him, look, dude, you're going to go ahead and you want to focus on one student at a time, right?
01:06:30.000 Once you get employees, then get accountability managers.
01:06:34.000 Make them successful and then get a testimonial.
01:06:36.000 Because guess what?
01:06:38.000 Testimonials work, bro.
01:06:39.000 Yeah, they're important.
01:06:39.000 People want to go ahead and actually hear it from the actual person that's using it.
01:06:44.000 So at the end of the day, hey, it is what it is.
01:06:45.000 It's very difficult to scam people in 2024, bro.
01:06:47.000 Because if you've got a shitty product, word's going to get out.
01:06:50.000 So I want to know, who did you go through?
01:06:52.000 Pull that chat back up.
01:06:53.000 Who did you go through, bro?
01:06:54.000 Because I doubt you went through Paul.
01:06:55.000 He's just saying it in general.
01:06:55.000 Yeah, he's just saying it in general.
01:06:56.000 But you didn't go through these guys.
01:06:58.000 I know that.
01:06:58.000 I know Raul, personally, it just depends on how much work you put in.
01:07:02.000 It just depends.
01:07:02.000 I mean, good stuff on making money before, but bro, you probably didn't go through these guys because I know for a fact you wouldn't lose that kind of money working with them because there's no way because if you wasn't making money, they would move it instantly.
01:07:14.000 Like, so, something's off there.
01:07:16.000 You probably went through...
01:07:17.000 Are there, like, other...
01:07:18.000 I'm guessing there's other people that do this?
01:07:20.000 Bro.
01:07:20.000 Like, on Instagram or online?
01:07:22.000 So, when we first started doing this, bro, like, we got hated on by all the OGs in merchant services.
01:07:28.000 So, like, remember how I just said psychopaths?
01:07:31.000 Yeah.
01:07:32.000 These motherfuckers, dude, they would do some crazy-ass shit.
01:07:35.000 Like, they would call our customer service line and be like, hey...
01:07:38.000 Like, they would try to fucking take our prospects, all types of shit, bro.
01:07:41.000 It's fucking insane.
01:07:43.000 Wow.
01:07:43.000 Competition, man.
01:07:44.000 Internet's insane.
01:07:45.000 Yeah, bro.
01:07:45.000 I want to know who you went through, because I know for a fact, because I've worked with them, they installed my ATM. And I remember, we had a guy, we tried to put it in a smoke shop, and the guy was being a fucking dumbass.
01:07:54.000 He was being annoying.
01:07:54.000 First he said yes, then we put it in, then he started giving them a little bit or whatever.
01:07:59.000 They didn't even argue.
01:08:00.000 Get them was like, man, fuck this guy.
01:08:02.000 And he put it up in another place within a few days.
01:08:04.000 Yeah.
01:08:04.000 So, I know for a fact you ain't gonna lose money with these dudes.
01:08:07.000 Especially in the beginning.
01:08:09.000 No way.
01:08:10.000 So something's off there.
01:08:11.000 Okay, how does the giveaway work?
01:08:13.000 Also, what's the minimum capital start with the credit card machines?
01:08:16.000 Yeah, absolutely.
01:08:17.000 So the giveaway is on Wednesday.
01:08:19.000 It's going to be inside of our Facebook group called Cashless ATMs for Beginners.
01:08:23.000 They're going to have the link Directly for their private group guys.
01:08:28.000 So if you guys want to be part of this giveaway, it's essentially going to be a $15,000 business that we're going to be giving away.
01:08:35.000 And for the cost of what, Myron?
01:08:38.000 Literally, for the cost of...
01:08:40.000 Two coffees!
01:08:41.000 Chipotle with you and your buddy.
01:08:42.000 Yeah.
01:08:43.000 $35, yeah.
01:08:44.000 Two coffees?
01:08:44.000 Nigga, where are you getting coffee?
01:08:45.000 Starbucks.
01:08:46.000 $17 a coffee?
01:08:47.000 $15 per coffee?
01:08:49.000 No, that's because you get those stupid mocha lattes.
01:08:51.000 You get them weird-ass drinks, man.
01:08:53.000 Cookie crumble.
01:08:53.000 Yeah, again, cookie crumble, weird-ass drinks, fresh, man.
01:08:55.000 You'd be getting some weird, sussy drinks.

01:09:18.000 We're doing a call right now, actually, on Castle Club.
01:09:20.000 Yep.
01:09:21.000 So, what else do we got here?
01:09:23.000 One moment.
01:09:24.000 Hey, man.
01:09:25.000 My order at Starbucks is fire, man.
01:09:26.000 Y'all niggas hate on me?
01:09:27.000 My property.
01:09:28.000 Alex, with ATM or automation programs suit the Bay Area, specifically San Francisco, and is it scalable?
01:09:32.000 Start.
01:09:34.000 Yeah, go ahead and just contact one of our consultants.
01:09:37.000 They're going to go ahead and have the most updated information on that.
01:09:41.000 I'm sort of confused on the ATM or the automation program.
01:09:44.000 I think you're saying for both.
01:09:45.000 For both, yeah.
01:09:47.000 I know for the credit card machines right now, yes, that's open.
01:09:51.000 I know that for a fact.
01:09:52.000 For the ATM, that might be saturated area, but just confirm.
01:09:56.000 We'll give you guys the contact information so you guys can go ahead and actually contact one of our consultants.
01:10:01.000 Boom.
01:10:02.000 What do we got next?
01:10:03.000 Hey guys, would I be able to start an ATM business with no time or hands-on dealings while being in another country?
01:10:09.000 As long as you're a U.S. citizen, yes.
01:10:12.000 Dude, they do everything for you.
01:10:13.000 They make the LLC. They literally do everything for you.
01:10:17.000 You know how I know it's automated?
01:10:18.000 He forgot about it.
01:10:22.000 By the way, you want to show your results, bro?
01:10:25.000 Yeah, sure, sure, sure.
01:10:26.000 Let's do it.
01:10:27.000 Let's do it.
01:10:28.000 So guys, what you're seeing right here is actually a screenshot of Myron's location.
01:10:31.000 On average, our clients are getting about $300 a month.
01:10:36.000 That's on average.
01:10:37.000 So you can see, I mean, it goes up and down.
01:10:39.000 I did see random transactions.
01:10:40.000 I was like, what is this?
01:10:41.000 But now I know.
01:10:43.000 It's full transparency, guys.
01:10:44.000 So this is just based off of one...
01:10:49.000 Yeah.
01:10:54.000 Yeah.
01:11:06.000 Yeah, and then my ATM makes me...
01:11:08.000 It fluctuates.
01:11:10.000 My ATM makes me between three on the low end all the way up to like a thousand bucks a month.
01:11:14.000 So like, guys, it's money that just comes in that I don't even...
01:11:17.000 You know what I mean?
01:11:17.000 It just...
01:11:18.000 I don't have to work for.
01:11:19.000 So, again, I wouldn't be telling y'all to get in if it didn't benefit me in some way.
01:11:23.000 Like, hell, y'all saw it right there, man.
01:11:24.000 I forgot about it.
01:11:26.000 Goddammit.
01:11:26.000 That's their Chipotle budget.
01:11:27.000 Yeah.
01:11:27.000 So there you go.
01:11:28.000 Pays for my Chipotle, man.
01:11:29.000 And for some of you guys, like, that might be...
01:11:32.000 Your phone bill, that might be a good portion of your rent.
01:11:35.000 Hey man, it is what it is.
01:11:36.000 Cutting it right in half.
01:11:37.000 Yeah, so for some of y'all.
01:11:39.000 And Gorilla Mind.
01:11:40.000 Yeah, there you go.
01:11:41.000 What else we got here?
01:11:43.000 Oh, is it better to have an ATM business under an LLC or under an S Corp?
01:11:46.000 That is a tax question.
01:11:48.000 We talked about this with our buddy...
01:11:50.000 Steve.
01:11:51.000 We might give you guys an episode with Steve, actually, because we're going to be going to Sarasota.
01:11:55.000 But long story short, man, if you're making $50,000 per year or more, you want to go ahead and make it an S-Corp.
01:12:00.000 But if you have a W-2 job, then you definitely want to make an S-Corp.
01:12:03.000 We did a whole episode on this, guys.
01:12:04.000 Please go back and look at it.
01:12:05.000 Money Monday.
01:12:06.000 On Money Monday with Steve, and we talked about S-Corps and LLCs and when to differentiate between the two or turn your LLC into an S-Corp.
01:12:12.000 So please go check that out.
01:12:13.000 Nick Cortez.
01:12:14.000 Maybe episode W. Paul.
01:12:16.000 Okay.
01:12:16.000 Okay.
01:12:16.000 Yep, I did that.
01:12:17.000 I got a mentor and now I'm leveraging credit.
01:12:19.000 Thanks, Myron and Fresh.
01:12:20.000 You guys saved my life.
01:12:20.000 Can't wait to meet y'all.
01:12:21.000 Notice how the guys in Cal State Club are actually taking action and made money.
01:12:24.000 Well, guys, we're doing a yacht party June 28th here in Miami.
01:12:27.000 I'll see you guys there.
01:12:28.000 Okay, but the Into the BTM program placed an order for BTM about two months ago and still no shimmy.
01:12:32.000 Do you know what the holdup is?
01:12:34.000 Yeah, no worries.
01:12:35.000 Shoot me a DM, Instagram, Paul Alex directly.
01:12:38.000 Make sure that you screenshot that and send it to me, and then I'll get it done tonight.
01:12:43.000 I'll get you answered tonight.
01:12:44.000 There you go.
01:12:46.000 I have 6K saved up.
01:12:47.000 I want to start in the ATM business, and I feel a little bit confused on how to get an ATM and how to run it.
01:12:52.000 Any advice for a beginner?
01:12:53.000 I see new and old ATM models.
01:12:55.000 Does that matter?
01:12:57.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:12:58.000 So, number one, limited beliefs.
01:13:00.000 You've got to get rid of them.
01:13:00.000 You've got to believe in yourself.
01:13:02.000 You've got to take action, right?
01:13:03.000 Imperfect action.
01:13:05.000 You can get started in the ATM business with $6,000 to $8,000 if you want to get started by yourself.
01:13:12.000 Again, just take advantage of the free resources, right?
01:13:15.000 We have a free Facebook group, ATM Business for Beginners, where I actually go live every single Tuesday at 7 p.m.
01:13:21.000 Central, 5 p.m.
01:13:22.000 Pacific, 8 p.m.
01:13:24.000 Eastern.
01:13:24.000 And I just give you guys a bunch of information on starting your own ATM business for free, right?
01:13:29.000 So you could go the free route.
01:13:31.000 Now, if you want to work with a mentorship and, you know, you want someone to guide you throughout your entire process, make sure that you even take advantage of the free giveaway.
01:13:40.000 Hey, Juan, real quick.
01:13:41.000 So for the dude that has a 6K, let's say if they want to do it by themselves, do the breakdown right now, bro.
01:13:46.000 Yeah, so if you wanted to get started with your...
01:13:48.000 Get your pens and papers out, fuckers.
01:13:50.000 If you want to get started all on your own, right, with 6K, 2500 to 2700, depending on which ISO you work with, is already for the ATM, right?
01:13:58.000 What kind of ATM model are they going to get?
01:14:00.000 A standard GenMega 2500 or a Hyosan Halo 2.
01:14:04.000 Okay.
01:14:04.000 Bam.
01:14:05.000 There you go.
01:14:05.000 That is, you know, beginner-friendly.
01:14:08.000 It's the best machine that you can start off as a beginner.
01:14:11.000 2500 to 2700 bucks just for the ATM. Okay.
01:14:15.000 LLCs, it depends.
01:14:17.000 Depending on the state, they vary from $35 to $500 a month.
01:14:21.000 Not a month, sorry.
01:14:22.000 Just to start your LLC. So that, it's already for your LLC. And then after that, guys, it's just miscellaneous expenses like tools, which ranges about $500.
01:14:32.000 And vocash, right?
01:14:34.000 The vocash, the money you're going to actually use to fill up your ATM, that ranges from $1,000 to $3,000.
01:14:39.000 So the total, about $6,000 to $8,000 to get started with your first ATM. Okay.
01:14:44.000 Total startup cost is going to cost you about $6,000.
01:14:46.000 Correct.
01:14:47.000 Between purchasing the ATM, cash to put in the ATM, setting it up, everything.
01:14:52.000 Expenses.
01:14:53.000 Everything.
01:14:53.000 All included $6,000 to $8,000 if you get started by yourself.
01:14:56.000 Okay.
01:14:56.000 And you told them which machine to get, the two machines that you think are the best for a beginner.
01:15:00.000 Yeah, Hyosung Halo 2 and a Genmega 2500.
01:15:03.000 Each machine, they range from 25 to 2700 bucks.
01:15:07.000 And also, I saw that in the comment, he's like, don't buy used.
01:15:12.000 If you're brand new in the business...
01:15:13.000 You told the story about that, buying used is why it's fucked up.
01:15:16.000 So I actually had a student who bought used.
01:15:19.000 After a couple of ATMs, he decided to go the used route.
01:15:21.000 And it turned out that the ATM was locked.
01:15:24.000 He had to send out the whole computer of the ATM to the manufacturer so they began to reset.
01:15:31.000 And it's just a headache.
01:15:32.000 It's a headache time.
01:15:32.000 It cost him like an extra $600.
01:15:34.000 So it ended up costing him the same amount of just buying a brand new ATM, right?
01:15:39.000 So that's number one.
01:15:40.000 Number two, when you buy brand new, you get a two-year warranty from the manufacturer, right?
01:15:45.000 And you know that it's 100% new.
01:15:47.000 It's yours.
01:15:48.000 You don't have to worry about anything.
01:15:49.000 When it's new, I mean, when it's used, you're dealing with, like, it could potentially come with scammers or it could be, you know, it's like buying a used car.
01:15:57.000 You don't know what you're buying at the end of the day, right?
01:15:59.000 You can look under the hood.
01:16:00.000 You can look, you know, at the paint.
01:16:01.000 Could have been a rental.
01:16:02.000 Yeah, exactly.
01:16:03.000 You never know.
01:16:03.000 You don't ever know if, you know, a month or two months from now, you know, freaking the dispenser messes up on the ATM, right?
01:16:11.000 I had a friend buy a used STO. It just blew up.
01:16:15.000 Oh, shit.
01:16:16.000 I was like, what the heck, bro?
01:16:18.000 That's a half a million dollar car, bro.
01:16:19.000 Yeah, it's a lot of money.
01:16:20.000 Wow.
01:16:20.000 Just do it in flames.
01:16:21.000 Wow.
01:16:22.000 Done.
01:16:22.000 So, yeah, I mean, there you go.
01:16:24.000 There's some tips right there on getting a brand new one.
01:16:26.000 And then they explained earlier where to put it, how to negotiate, how you're going to put it.
01:16:33.000 It might cost you a little bit of money to put it up front, talking to the business owner, but that might be worth it because if it's a cash business, You're making $4,000 a month passively.
01:16:41.000 That's the gem right there because speaking to business owners is not easy.
01:16:44.000 They're dealing with a lot of clients every single day, customers.
01:16:46.000 They don't want to be annoyed.
01:16:48.000 But bringing cash to the deal up front, hey man, that's a W. Guys, off this episode alone, you can literally, you already know now how to get your first ATM off this episode.
01:16:56.000 For free!
01:16:56.000 You know, for free.
01:16:57.000 They just explain it to you what machine to buy, how much to put in it, how much it's going to cost you to set up.
01:17:01.000 Off of that alone, you guys can literally take your money and go buy a fucking ATM right now and get started.
01:17:07.000 Hey, Paul, what happens if someone breaks into a liquor store and steals an ATM? Yeah, that's an L, you know?
01:17:12.000 They steal your ATM, you just got to replace it, but they also got insurance.
01:17:16.000 You guys can go ahead and buy insurance for like 50 bucks a month if you guys want to.
01:17:20.000 At the end of the day, some...
01:17:21.000 To your warranty, too, when you buy a brand new, guys.
01:17:23.000 Does it cover theft?
01:17:25.000 No.
01:17:26.000 No?
01:17:27.000 Unfortunately.
01:17:28.000 Still ATMs, bro.
01:17:30.000 It's rare, bro.
01:17:31.000 It's very difficult to do.
01:17:32.000 Anytime they've ever seen it done, they break in, typically after hours, and then they have to chain the fucking ATM because they're heavy, bro.
01:17:40.000 Yeah.
01:17:40.000 They have to chain it and then drag it with a truck.
01:17:43.000 Most people are going to do that to get $1,000.
01:17:44.000 Yeah, nowadays it's not worth it.
01:17:45.000 Good question for you guys.
01:17:47.000 How much should you keep in your ATM at all times?
01:17:50.000 Should you have $500 in there?
01:17:53.000 Should you have $1,000 in there?
01:17:55.000 What denomination should you have to make it the most appealable where you can make the most money and also not mitigate risk?
01:18:00.000 What do you guys think?
01:18:01.000 Yeah, I mean, I'm going to say like three grand.
01:18:04.000 Three grand in there?
01:18:05.000 That's going to be like the average and then $20 denominations is...
01:18:08.000 Just 20s?
01:18:08.000 Straight 20s?
01:18:09.000 That's what I was saying.
01:18:10.000 No hundreds, none of that bullshit.
01:18:11.000 Yeah, the Hyosung or the Genmegas, they only stick with one denomination, 20s or 5s or 10s, whatever you want to set it to, but it's usually just one.
01:18:21.000 And that's what I would recommend to anyone to use it.
01:18:24.000 And how often are you going to...
01:18:25.000 Well, it depends on the traffic of the business, right?
01:18:27.000 Yeah.
01:18:27.000 How often are you guys typically going in there and change?
01:18:30.000 Well, not you, but probably your employees.
01:18:31.000 But, like, how often are you going in there?
01:18:33.000 So, it just depends on what you want to do, right?
01:18:37.000 So, I have businesses where I'll throw in, like, $2,000 to $3,000, and it'll be good for the week.
01:18:42.000 I have other ETFs where it'll be $2,000 to $3,000.
01:18:46.000 It'll go out in a couple days.
01:18:47.000 So, then you'll have to fill it up with more.
01:18:49.000 If you don't want to throw in a lot of money in there for the safety reasons, then you could always visit the location often, right?
01:18:56.000 And...
01:18:57.000 But is it dangerous to put $5,000, $10,000 in there as an ATM? I mean, nowadays, it's not worth breaking into ATMs.
01:19:03.000 Out of the four and a half years that I've been in the business, I've had one attempt, and they couldn't even get into the ATM. So one gem for you guys real quick.
01:19:11.000 What I do with my ATMs, when I install them, I push them all up against the wall, which not a lot of people do.
01:19:16.000 They just show up and install.
01:19:17.000 What I do is I push them all up against the wall so that when, you know...
01:19:21.000 The main way to break into ATM, they wrap a chain, right?
01:19:25.000 They can't wrap a chain at that point because the ATM has pushed the ball up against the wall.
01:19:30.000 So there's no way of wrapping anything around it, right?
01:19:32.000 And then the drill to the floor, you can have tracking in there, tilt sensors, so like someone's banging it or trying to tilt it, it starts ringing, you get a notification on your phone.
01:19:42.000 There you go.
01:19:43.000 Those are different little...
01:19:44.000 Tricks you can do.
01:19:45.000 Tricks you can implement.
01:19:46.000 So that you can go ahead and put a bit more in it.
01:19:47.000 Because for some guys starting off in the beginning, do they want to go there every week?
01:19:50.000 They might be like, fuck this shit.
01:19:52.000 And then also I think a good thing is like, does the business have security?
01:19:55.000 Exactly.
01:19:55.000 They got security.
01:19:56.000 Then you can put a little bit more money in there.
01:19:59.000 So that's something as well to keep in mind.
01:20:01.000 But guys, bro, there's so much sauce we're giving you all this episode, man.
01:20:03.000 Goddamn.
01:20:04.000 Big facts.
01:20:05.000 PM Yell about BTM. Been nine months since install vendor unplug machine.
01:20:09.000 I can't pay out vendor work market because rejecting IRS forms.

01:20:17.000 I have no idea what he's saying.
01:20:19.000 He's saying he private messaged y'all about the BTM in nine months.

01:20:23.000 DM me directly politics if this is real.
01:20:26.000 But yeah, DM me politics at Instagram.

01:20:28.000 Yeah.

01:20:41.000 That's one of the consultants.
01:20:42.000 That's one of your guys?
01:20:42.000 Okay, I just want to make sure.
01:20:44.000 Go to Kyle.
01:20:44.000 Okay, if they got questions, can they DM him right now?
01:20:46.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:20:46.000 Okay, guys, any of you guys who are talking about nine months or whatever the fuck, like, message Kyle or get him?
01:20:51.000 Because get him is real responsive, so I don't know if you message him.
01:20:54.000 So get him, he's CEO of Merchant Automation now.
01:20:57.000 Yeah.
01:20:58.000 Yeah, he, this is the main DM. Okay.
01:21:00.000 Yeah, so his IG, drop your IG, bro.
01:21:03.000 Yeah, any ATM-related questions, you guys can DM me to my Instagram.
01:21:08.000 TheJuanGeronimo.
01:21:09.000 T-H-E-J-U-A-N-J-E-R-O-N-I-M-O. That's my personal Instagram.
01:21:14.000 Anyone that reaches out to me, I reply right away.
01:21:16.000 Let's try to see if we can pull it up.
01:21:16.000 We'll pull it up on screen real fast.
01:21:17.000 That's a long name, bro.
01:21:19.000 TheJuanGeronimo.
01:21:20.000 One more time!
01:21:21.000 Yeah, G-E-R-O-N-I-M-O, right?
01:21:25.000 Yeah, J-E-R-O-N-I-M-O. Isn't that what they say when you jump?
01:21:28.000 Geronimo!
01:21:28.000 Geronimo!
01:21:30.000 This guy, man.
01:21:31.000 Hey, the money's jumping, bro.
01:21:32.000 The money's jumping.
01:21:34.000 All right, what else do we got?
01:21:35.000 Then we got to get into the Zoom call because it's already 9 o'clock.
01:21:38.000 Any other chats?
01:21:40.000 If they're a castle club, we could just go on...
01:21:43.000 We'll go in there.
01:21:45.000 I'll read these, then we'll read the castle clubs behind.
01:21:47.000 Addison Gray.
01:21:48.000 How long does the business take to start?
01:21:50.000 Good question, Addison Gray.
01:21:51.000 Less than 30 days for both.
01:21:53.000 Okay.
01:21:54.000 And keep in mind that they set it up for you.
01:21:56.000 They set up the ATM, everything going between you paying and everything.
01:22:00.000 We're talking about 30 days?
01:22:01.000 Yeah.
01:22:01.000 Okay.
01:22:02.000 And they picked a location for you too, guys, by the way.
01:22:06.000 Addison Gary goes, how long does the business...
01:22:08.000 Oh, no.
01:22:08.000 Okay.
01:22:08.000 Another one goes, I have two jobs.
01:22:10.000 How much do I need to do after I get the account?
01:22:15.000 Oh, I guess to maintain the machines.
01:22:17.000 Oh, okay, okay.
01:22:18.000 He has two jobs.
01:22:19.000 Okay, how much do I need to do after I get the account?
01:22:22.000 Okay, so I guess once he has the ATM up and running.
01:22:24.000 What's his workload, basically?
01:22:25.000 Well, that's the great thing about the ATM business.
01:22:26.000 It's flexible.
01:22:27.000 You make your own schedule.
01:22:29.000 You're your own boss, you know.
01:22:30.000 So if you work two jobs, just make sure that you take care of your ATM. You fill it up with enough so that...
01:22:36.000 That's really the main responsibility is just filling it up.
01:22:39.000 That's all you have to do.
01:22:39.000 Is honestly what it is.
01:22:40.000 Yeah, so...
01:22:41.000 Yeah and then the second thing is guys if you're going for this approach I mean because you have two different businesses here you guys could go ahead and install this the first month which my team actually programs and installs it for you so they drop ship it to the owner for me and then they do the Wi-Fi so you don't even got to be there and then you could double dip too so if you guys want to go ahead and let's say they have an ATM at the location well guess what if they want a discount on their item or their service then boom they're gonna have to get the fee from the ATM Or they're going to have to pay the credit card fee,
01:23:11.000 so you're getting paid both ways.
01:23:13.000 Cornering the market, guys.
01:23:15.000 Cornering the market.
01:23:16.000 What else do we got here?
01:23:18.000 Lynn goes, you recommend still being a cop?
01:23:22.000 Yes, if you're in it for the right reasons.
01:23:24.000 At the end of the day, when I was a cop, guys, and I became a detective, I did it because of the love of the game.
01:23:31.000 I worked in one of the most dangerous cities in America, Oakland, and I saw some wild shit over there, but at the end of the day, that's what built me up to be a leader.
01:23:39.000 So if you want to become a leader, put yourself in uncomfortable situations that's going to make you learn as a person.
01:23:44.000 Same thing with Myron.
01:23:45.000 Myron was an HSI, and I used to work with a lot of HSI agents, and they're very smart people.
01:23:51.000 So at the end of the day, your network is your net worth.
01:23:54.000 I leveled up.
01:23:57.000 One of my CEOs, get him.
01:23:59.000 He was a sergeant of police.
01:24:00.000 So at the end of the day, you're going to meet a lot of great people, but do it for the right reasons.
01:24:04.000 Don't just do it for the money.
01:24:05.000 Yeah, if you're doing it for the money, you're never going to last, bro.
01:24:08.000 Yeah, there's a lot of overtime you can be made, bro, but it's just, yeah, you're not going to last.
01:24:12.000 It's a six-figure career, but if you don't do it for the right reasons, dude, you're going to be one of those fucking guys.
01:24:16.000 You know the guys that always bitch about money and shit like that?
01:24:19.000 They're fucking salty, bro.
01:24:20.000 Yeah, they're salty and shit.
01:24:21.000 You've got to do it for the right reasons, man.
01:24:23.000 Why wouldn't the business do it themselves?
01:24:26.000 Yeah, that's a great question.
01:24:27.000 So on the credit card machine side, you have to become an ISO, so an independent sales organization.
01:24:33.000 Just think about like your cell phone, guys.
01:24:35.000 You guys need AT&T or Verizon, right?
01:24:37.000 Well, here's the thing.
01:24:38.000 Most business owners, good business owners, they know how to delegate, right?
01:24:41.000 This is why we have employees and all that jazz.
01:24:43.000 So essentially, if they try to set up their own credit card machine, they need the network.
01:24:47.000 It's not going to work without the network.
01:24:48.000 So when you go to the bank, guess what?
01:24:50.000 They're going to say like, oh, well, who's providing you the network?
01:24:53.000 And if you say yourself, then guess what?
01:24:55.000 You're a money service business.
01:24:56.000 And once you become an MSB, the bank, it could take up to six months.
01:24:59.000 It's not worth it for the owner to do it themselves.
01:25:01.000 They have to go through somebody like our company.
01:25:03.000 And same thing with the ATM, right?
01:25:05.000 Exactly with the ATMs.
01:25:07.000 Being an MSB is difficult too.
01:25:09.000 Federal regulations and shit like that.
01:25:12.000 Different standard.
01:25:14.000 Alright, anything else?
01:25:17.000 Bobby, how much can I make of the credit card account?
01:25:20.000 Yeah, so it's going to be on average $300, but I got clients that are making up to $2,000 per account.
01:25:26.000 It's just like Juan said, even with the ATM, you can make $4,000 depending.
01:25:29.000 If you got a dispenser, you got a nightclub, something like that.
01:25:31.000 It's all about location, location, location, guys.
01:25:34.000 Yeah.
01:25:36.000 What else?
01:25:36.000 You guys got some good questions here, man.
01:25:38.000 Anything else?
01:25:38.000 No, we're good.
01:25:39.000 All right, guys.
01:25:39.000 So we're going to go over to Castle Club, man.
01:25:41.000 We're going to go ahead and do the giveaway over there.
01:25:42.000 We're going to give you guys a special link on there.
01:25:44.000 So all you ninjas, castleclub.tv right now, come on over.
01:25:47.000 We're literally going to just continue the stream over there.
01:25:49.000 Yep.
01:25:49.000 And we're opening up Zoom right now.
01:25:51.000 We're going to drop a Zoom link in Castle Club so that you guys can join in if you've got questions.
01:25:55.000 And we're going to do the giveaway details.
01:25:57.000 Do you want to tell them one more time about the giveaway, how it works, etc.?
01:25:59.000 Yeah, no, absolutely guys.
01:26:00.000 So me and Juan, we're giving away two different businesses from two different companies.
01:26:04.000 The first company is ATM Together.
01:26:06.000 He's going to be doing a weekly live tomorrow inside of ATM Business for Beginners.
01:26:10.000 It's going to start at 5 p.m.
01:26:12.000 Pacific Central Time, 7 p.m.
01:26:15.000 Central, and then 8 p.m.
01:26:16.000 Eastern.
01:26:16.000 He's going to go for about an hour, show you the basics of the ATM so you guys can go ahead and start.
01:26:20.000 And then at the very end, he's going to go ahead and raffle an entire ATM business so you can get it built out for Totally for you.
01:26:27.000 They're going to pick a location set up that will see everything for you guys.
01:26:30.000 Literally, you just like, I want you to give you a free ATM and you start your business.
01:26:34.000 Business in a box.
01:26:35.000 Yeah, it was badass.
01:26:36.000 And then on Wednesday, guys, that's when I go live.
01:26:39.000 I go live in a separate Facebook group called Cashless ATMs for Beginners.
01:26:44.000 And that's going to be what get them.
01:26:45.000 And we're going to be ruffling off your own credit card processing machine business, guys.
01:26:50.000 So essentially, we're going to set up everything for you.
01:26:52.000 You're gonna get connections with my nine-figure mentors that taught me the game.
01:26:56.000 I mean, we have weekly clinics.
01:26:58.000 If you really want to level up in life, okay, you could go ahead, do your due diligence, reach out to these clients.
01:27:04.000 Like I said, the client results are crazy for both companies.
01:27:08.000 There's a reason why we've been able to help over 4,000 people in the past three and a half years, guys, because we're the real deal.
01:27:13.000 Your success is our success.
01:27:16.000 All right.
01:27:16.000 We have one more chat.
01:27:18.000 Big things that go on.
01:27:19.000 I like this episode.
01:27:20.000 I definitely would like to learn more about this, and I would love to invest in an ATM or a few of them.
01:27:24.000 Thanks for this.
01:27:25.000 Shout out to all my fellas in the studio.
01:27:26.000 Once again, FNF bringing people in the show.
01:27:29.000 And he has a truck driving business.
01:27:30.000 We're going to bring him on, I think, July 1st is when we got him scheduled to come on.
01:27:33.000 So for all you guys that want to be truck drivers, you guys want to learn about the truck driving business, we're going to bring him, and he has a couple of trucks himself.
01:27:38.000 So we got you, man.
01:27:40.000 We're helping you guys make money and become successful, man.
01:27:43.000 All right.
01:27:43.000 So we get to switch over?
01:27:44.000 Yep.
01:27:45.000 One, two, three.

01:28:13.000 Peace.
