On this episode of FedReact, we talk about Rockstar getting sued by Rockstar. We also talk about our favorite 80s music and much more! Fedreact is a new streaming service from MyronGainzX aka Fedreactor.
00:11:29.000So, I'm just gonna scrap that stream over there.
00:11:32.000Everyone just come over to Fresh and Fit.
00:11:34.000But, as you guys know, go follow that channel, because I'm gonna be doing my solo streams from there, probably starting, like, next week or so.
00:11:44.000So, let me actually drop this link in there for them, because we got some people over there that are, like, wondering what the fuck is going on and why the stream hasn't started.
00:12:46.000We're going to talk about Reflect on 2024. Right?
00:12:56.000I'm just dropping a link for them a few times.
00:12:58.000And guys, if you don't mind, any mods that are in here on the Fresher Fit one, if you guys don't mind going over there and telling them, hey guys, come on over.
00:14:11.000Because I, uh, I'm doing an experiment.
00:14:13.000I'm trying to see which time is better, going live at 7 or 5 p.m., because what I'm thinking, guys, is for 2025, right, I'll go live on Myron Gaines Like 5 p.m.
00:14:28.000Through the week and then obviously we'll do Fresher Fit right after.
00:14:32.000So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, basically every day I go live at 5, cover news, culture, all this other shit.
00:14:38.000And then obviously we follow, we go Fresher Fit after at like 7 or 8. So that's what I'm thinking of doing that.
00:19:36.000Despite the fact that Elon went ahead and took a check from your boy when we were ratioing him all day yesterday, or no, two days ago, we are still We're still cooking.
00:23:33.000So the long story short, guys, is you guys know that there's been tensions between...
00:23:39.000The West and Russia for many years, right?
00:23:43.000And Russia's chief enemy is NATO, obviously, right?
00:23:46.000So, Russia invaded in the beginning of 2022. We're coming up on three years of this conflict.
00:23:53.000And I remember when it first went down, Coach Red Pill was one of the only people in Ukraine covering this thing pretty extensively, right?
00:24:02.000And, you know, I thought, hey, let's have him on the show, etc.
00:24:06.000And it's interesting because everything he said, Was true.
00:24:10.000He was saying how Ukraine is losing the war.
00:24:12.000He was saying how they were getting decimated.
00:24:14.000He was saying all the men that were needlessly dying in this conflict, etc.
00:24:17.000And then fast forward, right, almost three years later, and we got what?
00:24:23.000Hundreds of thousands of men dead on both sides, right?
00:24:27.000And Russia has a much bigger military, and we keep sending money over to Ukraine, right?
00:24:31.000It's very clear that it's a losing war.
00:24:38.000Now, with that said, I heard some new news that Putin rejected Trump's peace deal, which looked something along the lines of creating a demilitarized zone, letting Russia keep the territories that it's already conquered, and promising no more NATO. I
00:25:11.000think it's important for people to understand that Eastern Ukraine, Crimea, etc., it's all ethnic Russians anyway.
00:25:26.000In general, the Russian-Ukraine war hopefully will end this year.
00:25:31.000That is one of the big things that Trump campaigned on.
00:25:34.000It's actually one of the main reasons why I voted for him as well because I think it's something that a lot of people don't understand when it comes to war and conflict, etc.
00:25:41.000And it's funny because I had a guest on earlier this week, as you guys remember, right, on Money Monday, and he had a trucking business, right?
00:25:50.000And his trucking business, he had to shut it down because the conflict in Ukraine happened, right, because the cost of gas went up.
00:25:56.000Well, this is what I tell you guys all the time, because everyone's like, oh, yeah, war, you know, it sucks, but whatever.
00:26:02.000But what people don't understand is it has devastating economic blowback as well, right?
00:26:07.000We're all the way here in the United States.
00:26:08.000We get a lot of our oil from the Middle East.
00:26:10.000But how is it that gas prices still went up and everything went up, food price went up, whatever?
00:26:15.000Because if you look at, like, the inflation and the cost of food and the price of goods going up...
00:26:20.000Right around early 2022 is when the inflation started getting really bad.
00:26:24.000And that's the same time that the conflict happened.
00:27:27.000But for the everyday American entrepreneurs, et cetera, that depend on certain things, being at a certain price point to get their business running, it's terrible.
00:27:44.000The futures trader that we had on Monday when he was telling his story, right, how he went to jail and everything like that and he started a couple of businesses and he had a trunking business.
00:27:50.000He literally had to shut it down because of this conflict, guys.
00:27:52.000So I'm here to tell you that war is not good.
00:27:54.000That is why a big reason why I voted for Trump was for foreign policy and ending wars.
00:27:58.000So the Russia-Ukraine war hopefully will end this year.
00:28:01.000But that is something that also was a big talking point all year, right?
00:28:07.000Trying to get this war done, people campaigning on minimizing the conflict, us sending more money to Ukraine.
00:28:14.000I think Biden sent like two or three billion as his last farewell package before going in because they all know that Trump is not going to fund this war as much as Biden did.
00:34:50.000Hope you ninjas become better All right, so let me go back to I All right, so let's go back to the reflecting, right, on what went down in 2024. So, Israel versus Iran proxies?
00:35:14.000Okay, you guys already know, I've talked about this extensively, right?
00:35:19.000The war in the Middle East, what went down, right?
00:35:22.000So, let's go ahead and kind of go through it real fast, right?
00:35:38.000You know, first it was reported 2,000 Israelis were killed, then it ended up being 1,200, and then there's a bunch of controversy and everything else like that on how many Israelis were killed by IDF, etc.
00:35:48.000But the point is that Hamas invaded, right?
00:35:50.000This led to an all-out war on Hamas by Israel.
00:35:54.000They went into Gaza, and to this day, right, they've been bombing them crazy.
00:36:01.000We have a bunch of civilian casualties.
00:36:03.000They've killed roughly, some estimates are as low as 20,000 all the way up to 100,000 plus innocent people who have been killed in Gaza.
00:36:12.000It's a very densely populated area in Israel.
00:36:17.000And I'll go ahead and show you guys it's on a map real fast because I understand that many of you might not be familiar with the Middle East like that.
00:37:46.000He was actually on the front lines fighting with his guys, and he got killed.
00:37:49.000He threw a stick at the drone, and then they popped him right before.
00:37:53.000Then Haneya was killed right here into Iran-Iran.
00:37:57.000When he was going to a presidential inauguration, because one of the presidents of Iran was killed in a helicopter crash, which, by the way, I think people suspect that IDF tempered with his helicopter and killed him as well.
00:38:11.000But the point is that Iran is the chief enemy of Israel, and Israel was able to kill one of their opponents in Iran's capital.
00:39:23.000Obviously, this created a lot of tension, a lot of problems.
00:39:25.000The IRGC was, you know, suspected of having some dirty moles, all this crap, right?
00:39:29.000So that was what Israel was able to do with their intelligence agencies.
00:39:35.000They literally assassinated him while he was in one of his favorite bunkers that he stays in whenever he's in Iran.
00:39:41.000Then on top of that, Israel launched an intelligence campaign where they blew up a bunch of pagers in Lebanon, okay?
00:39:50.000In Beirut, a bunch of phones, excuse me, not phones, beepers, walkie-talkies, pagers, a bunch of like these old-school communication devices all blew up simultaneously, right?
00:40:03.000And as that was happening, they were also launching a ground assault into southern Lebanon, right?
00:40:10.000Now, Israel got their ass kicked in the ground assault, right?
00:40:13.000Kind of like they did in 2006. They couldn't really push.
00:41:47.000Israel went into southern Lebanon, had a ground assault.
00:41:51.000Like I said, they couldn't push as much as they wanted, but they had done the damage.
00:41:53.000They took down a lot of the missiles and rockets that they were using to launch into Israel because, just so you guys know, this whole area of northern Israel, Netanyahu had to evacuate like 50,000 Israelis out of this area.
00:43:41.000Realizing that Hezbollah had been weakened, right, because they give a lot of assistance to Syria, and also knowing that Russia has a fight with Ukraine, as we discussed before, these two military groups have been significantly involved in Bashar al-Assad maintaining power in Syria.
00:43:57.000Well, obviously, he took power, you know, and this all occurred after the Arab Spring in the early 2010s, 2011s, whatever.
00:44:04.000But the point is, is that with the ceasefire that was brokered, And between Israel and Lebanon, that significantly weakened Hezbollah, and Russia could not give the aid that they wanted.
00:44:14.000So they pounced on the opportunity, and they launched an attack into Aleppo.
00:44:18.000Once they got into Aleppo and they took Aleppo, they took the M5 highway, and started going straight for Damascus, right?
00:44:28.000He's now protected in Russia under asylum.
00:44:32.000But now the rebels, and this guy, Jolani, This guy, which is funny how they rebranded him, former Al-Qaeda, by the way, FYI, this guy, right?
00:44:50.000He is now the de facto leader of Syria now.
00:44:57.000But it's also important to note that when this was all going down, chat, Israel bombed the fuck out of and destroyed all of Syria's military installments, missile defense systems, bases, weapon caches.
00:45:35.000As you guys can see, and again, like I told you, this is a very complex war because we're talking about multiple countries, multiple geopolitical situations going on here in the Middle East, etc.
00:45:44.000But what you guys need to know is, is right now, I would say Israel has effectively won this conflict.
00:45:50.000And they've won this conflict because they've been able to destabilize almost every one of their adversaries since October 7th.
00:46:48.000Now, Israel has been able to basically either A, destabilize, or B, neuter all of their adversaries, right?
00:46:58.000They destabilized Sudan, right, with the civil war.
00:47:02.000They made peace with Egypt because Egypt has a deal with Israel and the United States where we pay a lot of their debts as long as they play nice with Israel.
00:47:41.000So all of the Middle East pretty much is either destabilized or forced to recognize and or make peace with Israel because of American influence and pressure.
00:47:53.000So 2025, we'll see what happens, but...
00:47:58.000Iran is the last stronghold left that has issues with Israel.
00:49:55.000Albo A said, can you do a video on the Syrian conflict, how it started from the very beginning and why it's always been super confusing to me?
00:50:05.000You know, Albo, maybe I'll cover a little bit of it tonight for you guys.
00:50:11.000Chat, y'all want me to break down the Syrian conflict real quick for you guys?
00:53:01.000For those of you guys that remember, Trump got indicted multiple times in 2023 and 2024. He got indicted in four different jurisdictions.
00:53:09.000Let's go ahead and recap this shit real fast.
00:53:13.000He got indicted in the state of New York for falsifying business records.
00:53:17.000By DA Alvin Bragg, he got indicted by the state for RICO for basically committing the insurrections they would call in the January 6th stuff, right?
00:53:46.000Now, you guys, if you guys are watching me, you guys know, I've told you, the strongest case that anybody had against him was actually the document case.
00:53:53.000And the reason why is because the document case, the documents don't actually have to be classified.
00:53:58.000All they need to prove is that the documents are national defense information, which a lot of them are because it's military documents, right?
00:54:18.000The FBI executed a lawful search warrant there.
00:54:21.000And, you know, it would have been finito.
00:54:25.000But luckily, one of the district judges down here was able to find a technicality that Jack Smith, the special prosecutor, this motherfucker right here.
00:54:58.000He was a special counsel that was prosecuted in Trump, that was leading the federal cases, the one in Washington, D.C., and the one in Florida.
00:55:05.000So the judge of Florida found that there was a technicality and that he wasn't really in a position, he couldn't...
00:55:10.000Properly do the prosecution so boom they ended up getting rid of it right case got dismissed and then once Trump became president-elect Jack Smith has resigned or he if he hasn't resigned already I know he intends to resign and Because he probably would have got fired and And he was a judge for a while over at The Hague if I'm not mistaken.
00:55:31.000Yeah, let's see here he did Let's see He Yeah, so he did U.S. Attorney.
00:55:42.000He was also Chief Prosecutor of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers.
00:56:12.000Then, once Trump became president-elect, they dismissed the Washington, D.C. case because, obviously, as a president, he probably has the power to pardon himself.
00:56:18.000And then the New York case, apparently, he's supposed to be sentenced January 10th, but he's not going to do jail time, right?
00:56:26.000And I talked about this with the New York case, how Trump was actually facing jail time at Rikers, but Laura Loomer broke a huge story that made the judge have to, you know, push the sentencing back.
00:56:39.000Then, out of Georgia, Fannie Willis, as you guys know, this woman right here, this loser, she's a DA down there in Georgia.
00:56:52.000She ended up getting into a scandal where her and one of her lawyers were hooking up.
00:56:57.000So that kind of put her in a bad spot, and they're going to probably dismiss the charges against Trump, right?
00:57:06.000And she also was behind the young Doug Rico as well, as you guys can see here.
00:57:11.000So Trump basically got out of this scot-free, man.
00:57:16.000He was found guilty in the New York case, I think on 34 counts of falsifying business records.
01:01:04.000And then a Secret Service agent saw him, shot at him because he saw a rifle poking out of a tree, and Ryan Ralph was able to escape and get in a car, and then this is the moment where they take him into custody.
01:01:17.000a couple miles up north and you guys are wondering why do they have a shirt like that They probably told him, raise your shirt up and put it over your head so we know that you don't have any weapons and made him spin around.
01:01:35.000That's why the shirt's over his head like that.
01:03:05.000As you guys know, Laura Loomer stirred up the hornet's nest talking about...
01:03:13.000The H-1B visa and how it's a scam visa and how it's a visa used to replace American workers, which she's 100% right.
01:03:18.000You know, me and a bunch of other people on the right agree, right?
01:03:22.000And we all, a lot of us got our checks taken away, our verification checks on X. And the reason why that matters is because, well, if you don't have a verification check, you can't be monetized, can't have subscribers, and most importantly, because I already been demonetized, I don't really give a shit about that, you don't get as much reach, right?
01:03:40.000So your content is a bit stifled compared to if you had a verification check.
01:03:45.000So that's kind of the issue that we had.
01:03:48.000But the reason how this came up was she was basically exposed to the tech bros for being pro-H1B visa, whereas when Trump campaigned back in 2015 and 2016, he was against the H1B visa.
01:04:00.000Now he's kind of changed his stance on it.
01:04:02.000And this obviously led to a fucking war on Twitter between those that do support the H1B visa and those that don't.
01:04:09.000The end byproduct of that was basically a bunch of creators got their verification checks taken away and or banned.
01:04:17.000A lot of the Gripers got banned on X for opposing the H-1B visa.
01:04:22.000So obviously Trump has this historic comeback.
01:04:28.000And we all know that Musk, who supported Trump after the first assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania, which I just showed you guys, he supported Trump, but he was...
01:04:39.000He's a big supporter of H-1B visa, and then Trump ended up backing him on that, which a lot of Trump loyalists dislike because that's not what he's always stuck by, his H-1B visas.
01:04:54.000And guys, I'm obviously paraphrasing and summarizing a lot of this stuff for sake of brevity, so I'm not going to go into every detail, but you guys get the gist.
01:05:02.000I've been talking about the H-1B visa all week now, so you guys know.
01:06:22.000You know, whether it was actors getting accused of shit, right?
01:06:28.000We all famously saw the Johnny Depp trial with Amber Heard where she lied on him and he had those secret recordings which ended up saving his ass.
01:08:26.000And don't worry, we're going to get all the way to Mossad here in a second.
01:08:28.000But it's important that you know that Mnuchin...
01:08:30.000Had a long, illustrious career at Goldman Sachs and hedge funds.
01:08:34.000He was a key member of the Trump campaign.
01:08:36.000And among his many ties to questionable people in finance, he's buddies with Michael Milken, who's famous for being one of the richest and most evil scumbags in the history of the last century of finance.
01:08:47.000Michael Milken revolutionized the art of stealing from the poors and getting really rich by manipulating financial markets.
01:08:54.000And in the interest of shitting on Trump and Biden when credit is due, Trump pardoned him right before he left office.
01:10:51.000And their board of directors includes people like a vice president of security and privacy engineering at Google and a deputy CISO and director of intelligence and operations at Lockheed Martin.
01:11:01.000And this is the consortium of players.
01:11:04.000That are pooling money to try to buy TikTok.
01:11:07.000Because I've been doing a lot of reporting on this TikTok bill.
01:11:10.000I've been in a lot of Twitter spaces with people in the policy realm talking about how the policy is getting written and why it's getting written.
01:11:16.000And from a TikTok creator and TikTok user standpoint, the one thing that we're all thinking is like...
01:11:24.000And TikTok censorship is insane, guys.
01:11:26.000It's really annoying, to be honest with y'all.
01:12:40.000And the problem that all these politicians and rich people have about TikTok is pretty obviously, probably, allegedly, my opinion only, the massive support for the other country that was there before.
01:12:57.000And it's just so frustrating that when you oppress People's free speech with censorship, they don't just give in and believe what you want them to believe.
01:13:07.000It's almost like they free speech more.
01:13:14.000And just to test the whole, like, China is trying to control what we see on TikTok theory, the other day I made a video about all of the greatest hits of what's bad about China to see if it would get censored.
01:13:53.000Tank Man temporary stops advance of Type 59 tanks on June 5th, 1989 in Beijing.
01:13:58.000This photograph, one of six similar versions, was taken by Jeff Widener of the Associated Press.
01:14:03.000So, this image is literally banned in China, guys.
01:14:09.000So what Ian's saying is he's talking about this, he would post this and it didn't get censored, despite the fact that TikTok is supposed to be a Chinese app.
01:14:19.000If China's really suppressing these hashtags, like we're told, and China's really like...
01:14:36.000Doesn't feel like China is trying to censor content or even has the power to.
01:14:40.000And as a TikTok creator who gets censored all the frickin' time, I can tell you that the things you get censored about are the CIA and Israel.
01:14:51.000And any adjacent topics that those organizations are interested in, like Joe Biden, for example.
01:14:59.000And yeah, I know a lot of people are going to be like, why anti-Semitism?
01:15:05.000Foreign government lobbying our country with their foreign government dollars to influence our government policy to do things that are not good for us to send our aid money to their country to give them free health care while we don't have it.
01:15:46.000You know, there's a lot of things going on here.
01:15:49.000And I'm not saying all conspiracy theories are true.
01:15:51.000I'm just saying, like, this is a problem.
01:15:54.000And I'm just saying that, like, you don't have to be very bright to see what's going on here.
01:16:00.000so you were all thinking it and you weren't wrong all right so oh yeah this dumbass chick she fakes getting kidnapped on a trip to nigeria vol vicky this is what happens when you're a talentless bimbo social media like this dumbass chick where you literally have to do shit like this to get attention every of girl like has to use this like shock um marketing to get people to pay attention to them because they suck at everything else But that's a whole other thing.
01:16:27.000If we have time, we'll come back to that dumb chick.
01:16:52.000Well, we all know earlier this year, your boy Didi had a search warrant conducted at his house in Miami and also in LA. He went ahead and got indicted for human trafficking.
01:17:02.000I've covered the case extensively when I went through indictment, etc.
01:17:05.000My prediction is that he is going to definitely do...
01:17:09.000The case that they're building against him, it's basically the same case that they did to R. Kelly.
01:17:13.000And we know that R. Kelly ended up getting, like, 30 years.
01:17:16.000So there's a very high likelihood that Diddy is going to do a significant amount of time in federal prison, especially if he doesn't take a deal.
01:17:23.000I mean, he does have the resources and the money to fight it, which he obviously is.
01:17:28.000But if he gets found guilty, it's not going to be good.
01:17:36.000He has a whole bunch of civil cases that are coming where people are, you know, coming after him civilly saying, hey, he did X, Y, Z to me, etc.
01:18:28.000Because if you guys like this solo commentary...
01:18:30.000You guys are going to have to go check me out over there because I'm going to be transitioning over there soon, probably after this week or the next.
01:19:25.000Anyway, with Dirk, what ended up happening, guys, was, as you guys know, King Von was killed in Atlanta while getting into a fight with Quando Rondo.
01:19:37.000Quando Rondo's friend, Lil' Tim, ended up shooting and killing King Von.
01:19:42.000After that murder, everyone was making fun of Dirk.
01:19:46.000Slide for Von, slide for Von, slide for Von.
01:19:48.000Obviously, King Von was a close friend of his.
01:19:55.000They've known each other since, like, middle school.
01:19:56.000So, after that happened, Derek started applying.
01:20:01.000And what he ended up doing was he sent a couple of shooters out there to California because they knew that Quandoronda was going to be there.
01:20:13.000And what ended up happening was they parked at a gas station, set up, and just started lighting up the Escalade that Quandoronda was in.
01:20:20.000Quan Arano survived the attack, but his cousin, I think his name was Lil Pub or something like that, or Lil Pab, ended up getting killed.
01:20:27.000And after he was killed, Lil Durk made a series of very incriminating comments, okay, which I break down actually in this video on my Myron Gaines X channel, which is, you know, used to be Fed Reacts, where we actually played some of the lyrics.
01:20:45.000But this is the video right here if you guys want to go check it out.
01:21:27.000Debuting at number three on the Billboard charts, this project would have a cohesive theme and eye-catching artwork that depicted Dirk crying blood with a bandage covering his face.
01:21:35.000This seemingly being a reference to his mindset at the time, declaring that he had almost healed from the many traumas he'd suffered.
01:22:19.000Okay, you guys are gonna see what this means.
01:22:21.000...is obviously a direct and incredibly incriminating diss towards Quando Rondo, as it directly refers to that famous clip of him outside the class screaming no, looking at the body of his cousin that had just been shot.
01:22:32.000And Dirk didn't stop there because all of that was capped off with one final lyric referencing the fact that an innocent pab was the one killed, with Dirk saying, and all them people hanging with him, if you know, you know.
01:22:41.000This was a bold message and didn't go unnoticed by prosecutors who would eventually include these specific lyrics in the indictment against...
01:24:13.000And that's why systemic racism is a scam and FBAs are stupid, right?
01:24:17.000They use these incidents to rationalize and justify this concept of white supremacy in the United States when in reality there is no white supremacy.
01:24:27.000I would argue that white people are the only group of people that can openly be shit on and discriminated against with almost zero consequence.
01:25:34.000They're going after him, for sure, in two different jurisdictions.
01:25:37.000And he also got charged in Pennsylvania, because when they caught him, he had a gun.
01:25:40.000He had the fake IDs, the fake New Jersey ID that he used to check into the hostel that he stayed at while he was waiting to kill the CEO. And then he shot him, and he had the bullets, you know, delay, deny, depose, right?
01:27:20.000The state charges against Mangione could get him life in prison, but the federal murder charges could mean the death penalty.
01:27:27.000his attorneys are vowing to fight them yeah it's gonna be tough anytime you got a case with that media much media coverage bro it's gonna be tough also guys let's you know running a sale for you guys new year new you pause three options guys you want to go ahead and self-improve we got three options for you guys Cal's Club premium you get it for 65 bucks because the price going up to 98 starting next week or right if you want to get Cal's Club premium for the year and you're already a Cal's Club member 500 bucks We have a one-year checkout link for you guys.

01:39:20.000So, the prices of homes are still fairly high, but the rents have gone down and the interest rates have went up.
01:39:25.000So, when interest rates went up and you use a loan to buy the house...
01:39:29.000And you charge someone rent, well, you can only charge the market rents.
01:39:32.000Well, the market rents, a lot of times, guys, don't make sense where you buy the house at this price point with this higher interest rate, and you can't charge them the amount of rent that you need to cash flow.
01:43:27.000But I know a lot of places are already starting to make rules and laws and all sorts of shit where they don't want Airbnbs because it threatens the hotel industry.
01:45:37.000I just reinvest the dividends, right, into VTSAX and VU, and it's divided.
01:45:42.000So, in index fund, guys, there's nothing more than you're buying a piece of Think of it as like you're getting like an assortment of different stocks, right?
01:45:52.000And you're investing in all of them, right?
01:45:54.000So that's why I like index funds because it's very safe.
01:49:31.000The man said, says, I sent you and Big Mo a video on IG to react to this woman says she got a call from the hospital after her sugar daddy has surgery and was truly upset that he didn't die, but it said they called for her to pick him up.
01:51:50.000Matter of fact, just so I can kind of see how people are interested.
01:51:53.000If you guys are having trouble losing weight, you want me to hold your hand in this shit, because I have a whole app where I do all this and figure it out for you.
01:52:00.000In fact, calculate your calories, tell you exactly what to do, what size to do, how many reps to do, how many sets to do, even rest to take in between sets.
01:56:11.000And that's why I... I'm reluctant to take clients off because I'm going to be streaming so much in 2025. You should also look into the website like CapitalTrades.com and OpenSecrets.org to see what companies like BlackRock and what politicians are investing in, what stock I post these in, CC, Premium, Telegram, group only.
01:58:49.000I don't, I'm not familiar with Bitcoin mining, I just know that niggas that do it, they pay a lot in their power bills.
01:58:57.000Dr. Durden says, are you, oh, let me make sure, okay, I can't put this on screen, but it says, are you familiar with the protocols of elder design?
02:01:51.000We are no longer doing, the channel's no longer called FedReacts, it's going to be just MyronGains, but I will still cover FedReacts stuff for you guys every Sunday.
02:02:02.000I'm thinking I should make the start time earlier.
02:07:10.000I'll show you guys some of my analytics real quick.
02:07:22.000I'll let me show you guys my analytics right here Here let me pull it up Give me one sec, chat.
02:07:37.000Again, this is me just being transparent with y'all ninjas, man.
02:07:42.000Because if I'm transparent, I got nothing to hide.
02:07:44.000That's why I like a lot of these other influencers are not fucking transparent about this shit, man I know hold on I'm in the wrong account All right, so here's my myron gains x account over the past seven days chat Amen.
02:12:40.000Our stuff's been exploding because of the Sarah Adams.
02:12:43.000At Sarah Adams, Scott Mann, legend, did an interview with Masood, kind of warning everybody about it's going to be a lot of terrorism here in 2025. Didn't take long.
02:13:11.000Yesterday, and for an interview, the first thing I do is talk to my producer, Jeremy, and he says that he's been in contact with you and that you had received some type of manifesto or email from the Green Beret that set off the car bomb at Trump Hotel in Las Vegas.
02:13:41.000They are federal agents, but— Army CID is—okay, they don't—okay, they don't know.
02:13:46.000Army CID is an investigative body for the Army.
02:13:48.000They do all the criminal investigations, so if there's a complaint against someone in the military, they do the criminal investigation on them.
02:13:54.000The other thing, too, that's also important to know is they can bring cases to not just the United States Attorney's Office, but they can go through the UCMJ because they enforce both federal law and the UCMJ. The Army's FBI. I get all these messages from these people that say CID is talking to this person and that person and one of these guys on the list is still operational and they want his name redacted and every Green Beret I know is texting me about this.
02:14:21.000It fucking really freaked me out, man.
02:14:47.000So we're talking about people monitoring the fuck you have news or unethical and in some cases illegal behavior from their leaders.
02:14:53.000You expose the unethical and illegal behavior while protecting whistleblowers in order to hold military leaders accountable, which is why you received the email from the Green Beret.
02:15:01.000And because of your background, you come across wild information all the time.
02:15:05.000You're here today because of an email you received from Matthew Livelsberger a couple of days before the Cybertruck bombing at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.
02:15:12.000You'll also be able to discuss what you know about the terrorists who conducted the New Orleans attack.
02:15:28.000One other thing that I just wanted to say to the audience is even though we are redacting these names from the episode, you passed that, I believe you passed that email on to the FBI. Yes.
02:15:37.000We're also going to pass it on to our contacts at the FBI. It's very obvious that people know it.
02:15:42.000Like I said, the CID has been telling everybody.
02:15:45.000In fact, we talked to Jeremy, who's sitting over there, my producer, me, him, and my attorney, Tim Barlatori, were up until about 10.30 last night talking to...
02:15:58.000The Army Chief of Staff's POA took a major interest in this as well.
02:16:03.000And, you know, one of the things that he said, I'll wait until later to bring that up, but he, I don't know, I don't trust any of these people.
02:16:10.000I mean, public affairs officers are there to...
02:16:43.000He said, between me and you guys, this guy's...
02:16:47.000This guy's DNA didn't match his son and made it sound like it's some big secret.
02:16:52.000Then at 9.34 p.m., I saw, I think it was 9.34 p.m., the New York Post had a headline that said that this guy's, so they're trying to make it sound like this guy did this because maybe he found out the son wasn't his, but there's a lot.
02:17:06.000Guys, and you would be surprised at how often this actually happens where guys find out after the fact that the kid isn't theirs, bro.
02:17:52.000Alright, so for context, I've run this account for the last four and a half years.
02:17:56.000There have been people in and out writing articles and different stuff and just investigations, some big, some small, just trying to keep accountability in the military.
02:18:02.000But it develops a robust network within the military, all branches, and people feed into this and send me messages here and there.
02:18:09.000Nothing ever like this has ever come in.
02:18:16.000So when you have a big Instagram account, you're going to miss a lot of messages because people message and they'll go to hidden messages and everything else.
02:18:22.000Well, I kept seeing this comment on recent posts that I put in there and it was from this burner account and said, hey, check your DMs, check your DMs, check your DMs.
02:18:38.000And he said, what I'm going to send you, now these are literally his words, what I'm going to send you is going to change the course of humanity.
02:22:30.000While you're digging through that, you know what we should do?
02:22:32.000I should get that Instagram account from you to see if they messaged any of our Instagram accounts, and we should also get that email address.
02:22:40.000He told me to delete it, and I deleted it.
02:22:41.000Okay, we should also get that email address and see if they sent it in through the website and see if he tried to contact us, get that to the FBI. So I'm in a military...
02:23:09.000This guy emailed me and told me he was being watched by the FBI and Homeland Security, but they weren't going to do anything to him because he had a V-Bid.
02:23:52.000He said, in case I do not make it to my decision point or onto the Mexico border, I am sending this now.
02:23:55.000Please do not release this until 1 January and keep my identity private until then.
02:23:59.000First off, I'm not under duress or hostile influence or control.
02:24:02.000My first car was a 2006 black Ford Mustang V6 for verification.
02:24:05.000What we have been seeing with drones, he puts that in quotes, he says drones, is the operational use of gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China and the East Coast, but throughout history the U.S. Only we in China have this capability.
02:24:16.000Our Opsen, that's Operation Center, our Opsen location for this activity is in the box below.
02:24:22.000China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years, but this activity recently has picked up.
02:24:25.000As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the balloon for SIGINT and ISR, which are also part of the integrated comm system.
02:24:31.000There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.
02:24:33.000The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned aircraft.
02:24:36.000They're the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever been.
02:24:38.000I'll lower the speed for you guys a little bit.
02:24:40.000I know some of you guys are like, what the fuck is this nigga talking about?
02:24:52.000As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the balloon for SIGINT and ISR, which are also part of the integrated comm system.
02:25:03.000There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.
02:25:06.000The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned aircraft.
02:25:10.000They are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed.
02:25:14.000They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the White House if they want it.
02:25:20.000U.S. government needs to give the history of this, how we are employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them and what the way forward is.
02:25:29.000China is poised to attack anywhere in the East Coast.
02:25:34.000I've been followed for over a week now from likely homeland or FBI, and they are looking to move on me and are unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico, but won't because they know I am armed and I have a massive VBID. Let me pause right there for a second.
02:25:48.000So he says a massive VBID. When I was talking to the FBI yesterday, they didn't know what a VBID was.
02:25:53.000I had to explain what that acronym meant, literally.
02:25:59.000I said it twice, and he goes, you said that word VBID. Can you tell me what that is?
02:26:03.000For your audience, a VBID, for your audience who has not been in the Guat for the last 20 years, a VBID is a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device.
02:26:11.000In layman's terms, a car bomb, what we saw.
02:26:17.000So, backing up, he says, I am armed and have a massive VBID. I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally tracking me.
02:26:29.000Here's where he gets into the other stuff.
02:26:31.000And this is where we had to redact the names.
02:26:32.000Well, your producer redacted the names.
02:26:34.000I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes in Nimruz, D.E.A. and C.I.A. I conduct...
02:26:56.000...targeting for these strikes of over 125 buildings.
02:27:00.00065 were struck because of civcast, that's civilian casualties, that killed hundreds of civilians in a single day.
02:27:08.000U.S. FORA continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR. It was supposed to take six minutes and scramble all aircraft in CENTCOM. The U.N. basically called these war crimes, but the administration made them disappear.
02:27:22.000I was part of that cover-up with U.S. FORA and Agent Redacted of the DEA, so I don't know if my abduction attempt is related to either.
02:27:31.000I worked with Redacted I.O. staff on this as well as the response to Bala Murgab.
02:27:37.000Redacted commander at the time, redacted, can validate this.
02:27:42.000You need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation.
02:27:48.000Then he says, for vetting, my LinkedIn is Matt Berg or Matthew Livelsberger, an active duty 18 Zulu out of 110, that's 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group.
02:30:08.000I'm going to talk with Mo about making the audio better so it's less static in the back.
02:30:16.000I want this shit to be crispy as fuck because I got the mic pretty far from you guys.
02:30:19.000Like I got it all the way over here, so. - Systems without evidence just makes me another UFO talking head.
02:30:24.000Like I'm not gonna go on my social media page and start talking about UFOs and anti-gravity systems I don't know what you're talking about.
02:30:53.000So, but what struck me is his use, what strikes me now, not then, but what strikes me now is his use of a very specific term that nobody else would call it.
02:31:00.000If you asked me, I would say an anti-gravity propulsion system.
02:31:03.000That's how I would describe it, because I don't know this stuff.
02:31:22.000And the thing that he was talking about in 2019, we pulled a report.
02:31:27.000This is from October 9th, 2019. UN report find alleged drug facilities were not lawful target airstrikes caused and caused significant civilian casualties.
02:31:38.000The United Nations special report, which examines the impact on civilians of the United States airstrikes on alleged drug processing facilities on...
02:31:46.0005 May 2019 in Afghanistan determines the operation caused a large number of civilian casualties.
02:31:51.000The report also examines the legal framework applicable to this incident.
02:31:56.000In June 2019, the U.N. Assistance Mission in Afghanistan, together with representatives of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission, conducted a site visit to areas impacted by the strikes in Farah Province, Bakwa District, as part of its extensive fact-finding into the 5 May incident.
02:32:14.000The U.N. verified 39 civilian casualties, among them 14 children, one woman, from multiple airstrikes on more than 60 sites that the United States, Afghanistan, identified as drug production facilities in Bakwa District and in parts of neighboring Dalaram District of Nimroz Province.
02:32:31.000Moreover, the UN is working to verify credible reports of at least 37 additional civilian casualties, the majority of whom were women and children.
02:32:39.000Although airstrikes on the alleged drug processing facilities had taken place before, this was the first time that UNAMA had received reports of a large number of civilian casualties resulting from such an operation.
02:33:16.000The other thing that really struck me is, like I had mentioned, after our phone call, I jumped in an interview.
02:33:23.000After the interview, I checked my phone, and I had...
02:33:27.000Several Green Berets, former Green Berets, one still active.
02:33:30.000Actually, I'm just going to say it was Tim Kennedy sent me a message late last night about 9 p.m.
02:33:37.000and said, hey, I should have brought my phone up here, but hey, basically that the USASOC wants to give me more context on what had happened on this guy.
02:33:47.000And so first I wasn't going to take the call because I don't like, I don't trust the government anymore.
02:33:55.000But I was on the phone with my producer.
02:33:58.000Tim, who was a naval surface warfare officer, and my attorney, Tim Parlatori, they said we should talk to him.
02:34:05.000So I called Tim, was really pissed off, reamed his ass about it, and then later apologized.
02:34:12.000But, you know, I think you said you had mentioned that nobody, you had received a message from somebody that says nobody's heard of this guy.
02:34:18.000Tim sent me a picture of him working, shooting with this guy.
02:34:21.000And I don't know if I should release that photo or not, but Tim...
02:34:34.000And what they wanted us to know was that this guy was an upstanding soldier, an excellent operator, was moving on, was moving towards retirement and moving on to basically enhance the future of warfare.
02:34:50.000The PA officer sounds like almost jokingly said, which I don't know why you would joke about this, said that, oh, and between us, which, why the fuck would a POA officer say between us?
02:35:03.000I mean, if they didn't want us to know that information, then they just wouldn't have told us that.
02:35:06.000But they wanted us to know, obviously, that the...
02:35:10.000Shout out to King David for joining Cast Club, my friend.
02:35:18.000And then we got Night Owl as well, goes, please check out the pod he did with Sarah Adams, very informative and important for the things she knows.
02:35:38.000So you have, the way it works is this guy.
02:35:39.000So you got Office of Special Investigation, OSI, that's for Air Force.
02:35:43.000NCIS, Naval Criminal Investigation Service, that is for the Navy, Marines in the Navy.
02:35:48.000Then you have, because the Marines aren't part of the Navy.
02:35:51.000Then you have Army CID for the Army, Army Criminal Investigation Division.
02:35:54.000And then you have United States Coast Guard Investigative Service, CJIS, for Coast Guard.
02:36:02.000Because Coast Guard is considered the military in times of war, even though they're under the Department of Homeland Security during times of peace.
02:36:08.000DNA. With his supposed child was not a match.
02:36:14.000Will you invite David from How to Beast back?
02:37:04.000I started receiving a lot of messages from one of the redacted names who's a DEA agent, the one that he's talking about in the email to you.
02:37:12.000We got it from multiple sources, one of which was actually a videographer for me, I think, four years ago.
02:37:19.000Goldenboy says, Myron, should I join the Army?
02:37:21.000I've been thinking about it seriously for a while since I haven't been able to get what I want in the past four years, especially when it comes to finances, etc., W, by the way.
02:37:35.000If you join the military, there is a chance that we could go to war, obviously, with what the hell is going on here, etc.
02:37:40.000I do think that Trump is less war than Biden, so I would feel a little bit more comfortable telling you it might be a good move.
02:37:47.000But just understand that getting deployed is very real.
02:37:50.000There's a chance, especially with what the fuck's going on with Israel.
02:37:55.000And, uh, yeah, dude, so just be careful.
02:37:57.000And then, King Dave, once again, man, shout out to you.
02:37:59.000Double down to Marco for you, because you signed up.
02:38:01.000Looks like you signed up for the 315. Send up 315 bucks, and so it says that you subscribed, so I'm assuming you might have signed up for the year, I'm guessing, under Cal's Club.
02:38:16.000Cal's Club Premium for a year, 500. Altogether, 900. And you get access to the High Value Academy when you sign up as well to Casco Premium because we're going to raise the price to $98 a month.
02:38:49.000Then I received a message from another very close friend of mine who's been on the show several times saying that he got word that this guy...
02:39:52.000Now, the weird thing is, as anonymous as this guy wants to remain, if I remember correctly, he posted something about the Green Beret that...
02:42:43.000And, you know, I'm going to dig in a little bit more on this report from 2019. However, according to international humanitarian law, including international customary law, facilities that contribute economically or financially to the war effort of a party to a conflict are considered civilian objectives.
02:43:00.000The report jointly produced by UNAMA and the UN Human Rights Office concludes that the drug facilities associated with workers may not be lawfully made the target of attack and should be protected.
02:43:14.000The United Nations maintains that considering these objectives and individuals' legitimate targets dangerously erode the fundamental principle of distinction, placing the broader civilian population and infrastructure at risk.
02:43:25.000The report sets out a number of recommendations, including that the appropriate and legal response to illicit drug activity is through law enforcement, not military operations that endanger civilians.
02:45:08.000All right, so now we're going to get into the theory part.
02:45:10.000And Chris just walked in, guys, so we're going to wrap this thing up here in a little bit.
02:45:15.000I've seen all the questions about, all right, this guy is, what, 20-year Special Forces.
02:45:18.000He just got done with Team Sergeant Time.
02:45:20.000He's a very qualified and very capable Green Beret.
02:45:24.000Everybody I've spoken to who knew the guy prior, yesterday I spoke to several people to include his old team leader, who's now Lieutenant Colonel.
02:45:50.000We even saw Joe Rogan shoot an arrow at it and wasn't able to puncture this thing.
02:45:53.000So he loads up a Tesla knowing that...
02:45:56.000It's going to, you know, not explode like he wants it to with fireworks and a bunch of other junk when he can make a car bomb that's going to level this place.
02:46:38.000You don't want to kill anybody because that's not the message you're trying to send.
02:46:41.000You're not trying to level the tower or kill a bunch of people.
02:46:42.000So you load it up with fireworks and a bunch of junk to send a message.
02:46:46.000And we know that his signal number or his signal safety number changed.
02:46:51.000That can't be done unless you're inside that signal account.
02:46:54.000And a lot of people conjecture it was the FBI inside a signal account, whatever else.
02:46:57.000But what if he accidentally changed his safety number, goofed up there, he rolled a body up in a Tesla, specifically because a Tesla can drive itself up to the tower, and did what he did to send a message to expose this stuff, and he's still alive out there somewhere.
02:47:09.000Well, the other thing is, maybe the FBI wasn't on his phone.
02:47:12.000Maybe, I mean, this guy's obviously very competent.
02:47:14.000I mean, he's got a TSSCI clearance, I'm sure, the polygraph has been associated with USASOC. Obviously, he was on this operation in 2019. By the way, the general in charge of that was General Miller.
02:47:24.000You'll see that in the email that we post on X later, after this interview comes out.
02:47:30.000He changed his number on purpose and switched phones because he obviously was tipped off or conducted his own counter-surveillance and caught Homeland or FBI tracking him.
02:47:38.000And so I think there's a very good possibility that Matthew Liversberger might be still alive.
02:47:56.000But if you think about it, if he was going to kill himself or whoever was in that car was going to kill himself, look, if I was going to commit suicide with a firearm, I would go with the biggest possible bullet, caliber bullet that I could to make sure that it actually worked because I wouldn't want to be sitting there choking all over myself with a fucking 9mm or something.
02:48:16.000So, that is, as far as I know, a.50 caliber Desert Eagle is...
02:48:22.000The biggest handgun caliber that you can get.
02:48:24.000And so that could play into this as well.
02:48:31.000Was there something in that email, again, that said that this would prevent World War III with the UAP? Well, it didn't say it would prevent World War III, but he was asking that...
02:48:39.000He said you need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation.
02:48:47.000I wonder what he's trying to do with these...
02:48:49.000What he's trying to tell us with these drones.
02:48:53.000We know we had that drone scare earlier a couple weeks back.
02:48:58.000Oh man, I hesitate to even get into this realm because I have no expertise in drones or let's just call it alien technology, UFO technology, whatever's going on here.
02:49:07.000But here's one thing that I talked about with the guys downstairs earlier.
02:49:10.000Several weeks ago, I don't know if you saw that video, it was a New Jersey sheriff or chief of police, I can't remember which, but he flew their own drone up, their own department drone up to try to figure out what was going on.
02:49:18.000So we had all these drone issues that were being cited off of New Jersey and everything.
02:49:21.000And what he commented on on video was how fast these things were.
02:49:24.000He said, we have a pretty robust drone.
02:49:26.000And they flew it up there to try to catch these drones that were there.
02:49:52.000Commander David Favor, who, you know, was it the Nimitz?
02:49:56.000It was in the Nimitz strike group in 2004. Yeah, the Nimitz strike group in 2004 that reported those UAPs coming out of the water and had no propulsion system.
02:50:04.000But, you know, and it's interesting that nobody seems to know what the drones are, and it just, you know, kind of disappeared out of the media.
02:50:11.000And, you know, and the other thing is we do have the capability to take these drones out.
02:50:16.000While everybody was trying to figure out what the drone's on, I brought on a very prominent businessman, Joe Lonsdale.
02:50:22.000Who is the co-founder of a company called Epirus.
02:51:39.000I've seen them finding posts from his wife, who's very allegedly, I'm not saying this, I'm just saying what has been put out on social media is very anti-Trump.
02:51:47.000She's had a number of anti-Trump hosts.
02:51:48.000And then him, who his family say is a stalwart patriot, Trump supporter, all these other things.
02:51:55.000Which, I guess, if I had to guess, just in the realm of conjecture again, I would say Trump Tower.
02:52:24.000I mean, he changed his signal number, if that was him, or whatever, the contact number on signal.
02:52:31.00020-plus year in special operations at the highest level.
02:52:35.000Picked a car that's bulletproof to do this, I think.
02:52:40.000Yeah, there definitely wasn't mass casualties.
02:52:42.000He wasn't trying to hit mass casualties, mass casualties, because otherwise, he would have done it at another location as well, where the bomb would have been bigger to take the entire building home.
02:52:51.000And so, this definitely wasn't, in my opinion, this definitely wasn't incompetence.
02:52:57.000Another thing to support this, so you got the email, he desperately wanted to talk to you before December 31st.
02:53:01.000He knew beyond a shadow of a doubt January 1st was Go Day.
02:53:32.000Big, big day for everybody, January 1st.
02:53:35.000But he was very emphatic that that was the time, and then the thing he was trying to do was, overall, more than anything, was get a message across on the biggest platforms possible.
02:53:46.000He was trying to talk to Pete Hegseth.
02:53:48.000Why would you want to talk to the Secretary of Defense?
02:53:49.000He's trying to blow the whistle on these war crimes.
02:53:51.000He's trying to say this thing happened, man.
02:54:57.000You're picking things out and you're trying to make this a thing.
02:54:59.000That New Orleans guy was a staff sergeant who got out of the active duty army in 2015, and he was in the reserves until 2020. People are saying in the last year, he was radicalized.
02:55:10.000I talked to multiple of his peers to include, I'm going to be very, very careful with this, former leadership.
