00:29:07.000If you're only being detained, whether you're a pretrial detainee or if you're being detained for extradition, that means that the presumption of innocence still attaches.

00:29:23.000And if you haven't been convicted of a crime, the Fifth Amendment due process clause says you can't be punished for a crime.
