00:07:17.000 What's up guys?

00:07:18.000 Welcome to Fresh Fit Podcast.

00:07:19.000 Regular edition is Money Monday.

00:07:20.000 Today we're going to be talking about business credit cards.

00:07:21.000 Guys, I've got a lot to share with you.

00:07:22.000 Let's get into it.

00:07:23.000 Let's go!

00:08:31.000 We're re-uploading it right now to YouTube.

00:08:37.000 We gotta do an edit first.

00:08:38.000 Yeah, but we gotta edit some stuff, but yeah, we're gonna re-upload it back to YouTube for you guys.

00:08:43.000 And then after that, I went to the gym, and then we went ahead and did Overwatch.

00:08:49.000 We went live at like 1.30 in the morning, because after I finished FedReacts, I was pissed off.

00:08:53.000 I wanted to go hit the gym, because we played one game.

00:08:55.000 Me and Fresh played one game after I finished FedReacts, and we lost. 1.00

00:08:57.000 I was like, man, fuck this shit. 1.00

00:08:58.000 So I went to work out real quick, and then I came back, and then we played again. 1.00

00:09:03.000 We won most of our games, I think.

00:09:05.000 I think we won, out of eight, we won at least six or five.

00:09:10.000 Yeah, we lost like three games.

00:09:11.000 Three.

00:09:12.000 Three, yeah.

00:09:12.000 Yeah, something like that.

00:09:14.000 It was fun, though.

00:09:15.000 We didn't rank up, though, so it doesn't matter, man. 0.96

00:09:18.000 The whole ranking system is retarded. 0.99

00:09:20.000 You can be the best player in the world. 0.99

00:09:22.000 If your team sucks, bro, you lose. 0.79

00:09:23.000 You can't do nothing, man. 1.00

00:09:24.000 You can't do nothing.

00:09:25.000 Oh, man.

00:09:25.000 But anyway, yeah, we're playing that.

00:09:27.000 That was a good time.

00:09:28.000 They're going to make a league for it.

00:09:29.000 We should play.

00:09:31.000 Well, yeah, anybody can enter.

00:09:32.000 We can make a team and just enter in.

00:09:34.000 We need to talk to players, though.

00:09:36.000 Good players.

00:09:37.000 Yeah, we could make a team and just go in there with the new league that they got.

00:09:41.000 Let's go.

00:09:41.000 Fresh and Fit Pro Gamers.

00:09:45.000 We'll get banned.

00:09:46.000 No, you won't get us banned!

00:09:48.000 We're going to get banned at the registration, bro!

00:09:51.000 Myron Unleashed, Captain T-Bag, it's a wrap, bro.

00:09:54.000 Well, yeah, I mean, put it this way, guys.

00:09:56.000 There's a reason why we stream that on Rumble and we don't stream it on YouTube, bro.

00:09:59.000 We would be banned within a day if you guys saw those streams on YouTube, bro.

00:10:04.000 They're going to be like, excuse me, sir, what is your screening?

00:10:07.000 Oh, I'm Captain T-Bag.

00:10:08.000 Wait, what?

00:10:12.000 Because we can't use stream elements for it either.

00:10:15.000 We've got to use a whole other thing.

00:10:17.000 It's going to be called Real Naked Gaming.

00:10:20.000 So check it out.

00:10:21.000 We're bringing Toxic Gaming back, guys.

00:10:23.000 We're bringing it back. 0.99

00:10:23.000 We're bringing it back to 2004 or 2005 where you can go in that lobby and talk shit and say what you've got to say and roast people for having nerdy-ass voices and being losers. 0.99

00:10:32.000 We're doing that shit now, man. 0.99

00:10:33.000 So, yeah, Real Naked Gaming is here. 0.99

00:10:35.000 I think for the first time people play games, they've never been called out.

00:10:38.000 And Myron will call you out. 1.00

00:10:40.000 You suck, bro! 1.00

00:10:42.000 I'm like the only person that does it, they'll be shocked too. 1.00

00:10:45.000 They'll be shocked like, what the hell is going on here, man?

00:10:48.000 And then they get mad and throw the game like, oh, you made fun of me!

00:10:51.000 I'm gonna throw the game!

00:10:52.000 I'm gonna stand still now.

00:10:54.000 But yeah, bro, nobody trash talks anymore.

00:10:57.000 When I trash talk, people look at me like I'm crazy, but I'm like, yeah, man, we gotta trash talk.

00:11:00.000 See, I'm focused on winning the game.

00:11:02.000 So I don't wanna talk to nobody. 0.98

00:11:02.000 I'd be in the match too, like the match job, like y'all niggas trash. 0.98

00:11:06.000 Yo, you can hear it from the other side of the room. 0.87

00:11:08.000 Because you can talk to another team, but you can put in the chat. 1.00

00:11:10.000 So I'll tell them you guys suck. 0.99

00:11:12.000 And then certain words are banned. 1.00

00:11:13.000 So instead of like, you know, saying pussies, I got to spell it with like a bunch of O's instead of a U. Or if I want to use the F word, if you guys know I'm talking about bundle of sticks, I got to go with a P-H. And then A-A-A-A-A-G-O-T-S. You know, shit like that. 0.99

00:11:27.000 So, yeah. 0.98

00:11:29.000 Anyway.

00:11:30.000 Gotta be creative.

00:11:32.000 And then they voice banned me for two weeks.

00:11:34.000 And you got it back.

00:11:36.000 I don't know how.

00:11:36.000 Allegedly.

00:11:37.000 Allegedly.

00:11:38.000 Allegedly.

00:11:38.000 It must have been my good endorsements.

00:11:40.000 Yeah, but sometimes I sign and it says your account is silenced.

00:11:43.000 Then I like re-sign back in and then I could talk. 0.98

00:11:45.000 I'm like, oh shit, it's lit. 0.99

00:11:46.000 Oh my god. 0.99

00:11:47.000 Whatever works, man.

00:11:48.000 Yeah.

00:11:49.000 Anyhow.

00:11:49.000 Bro, you just gave him the draw.

00:11:51.000 Once again.

00:11:53.000 Today's sponsor is Rumble.

00:11:55.000 Yeah, rumble.com slash fresherfitman.

00:11:56.000 That is the home base for us.

00:11:58.000 And as well Twitter.

00:11:59.000 Yeah, that's why we do our gaming streams too, guys.

00:12:01.000 Because as y'all know, we can't stream on YouTube.

00:12:03.000 I'll tell you this right now.

00:12:04.000 We cannot stream none of our gaming stuff on YouTube, bro.

00:12:06.000 Hell no.

00:12:07.000 Hell no.

00:12:08.000 Yo, why is he still on his Twitter, bro?

00:12:11.000 Bills, what's going on, man?

00:12:13.000 The world has to hear this, bro.

00:12:15.000 What?

00:12:15.000 It's a clean episode.

00:12:17.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:12:17.000 Check me out on Twitter.

00:12:18.000 I'm shadowbanned, though, man.

00:12:19.000 I've been growing as much the past week or so, man.

00:12:23.000 They shadowbanned me hard.

00:12:24.000 I wonder why.

00:12:25.000 But here's the thing.

00:12:25.000 It's crazy because a lot of my posts still get crazy engagement.

00:12:28.000 I'm getting 100k reach on almost all my posts, man.

00:12:31.000 Even though they got me shadow banned to hell on Twitter.

00:12:34.000 But yeah, guys, check me out over there.

00:12:35.000 Unplugged FedEx.

00:12:35.000 I go hard in the paint.

00:12:36.000 I tweet at least like three to four times a day on there.

00:12:39.000 And then also check out FedReacts, man.

00:12:40.000 This is the YouTube version.

00:12:41.000 We also have FedReacts on Rumble as well, guys.

00:12:43.000 Go check it out.

00:12:43.000 The Bonnie and Clyde episode is up on Rumble, but it is not up on YouTube because...

00:12:47.000 YouTube is lame, and they fucking took it down.

00:12:50.000 But it's going to be back up. 0.96

00:12:52.000 We're going to re-upload it back for you guys.

00:12:53.000 We're going to just have to edit real quick the rumble chat at the top because they go crazy in the rumble chat, and we'll put it back on YouTube for y'all.

00:12:59.000 But other than that, man, I think we're pretty much good.

00:13:02.000 What about you, man, your CEO network?

00:13:04.000 Actually, before that, the vlog channel.

00:13:06.000 So I went to a car show on Saturday.

00:13:09.000 It was the Cars and Coffee in Miami.

00:13:11.000 As you can see right there, Lambo Raul...

00:13:14.000 His age is 25 years old.

00:13:15.000 Has a Bugatti Chiron.

00:13:18.000 Carbon fiber.

00:13:19.000 All over.

00:13:20.000 And I gotta say.

00:13:22.000 At that age.

00:13:22.000 Own a Lamborghini.

00:13:23.000 Sorry.

00:13:23.000 Own a Bugatti.

00:13:25.000 I'm impressed man.

00:13:26.000 I mean he works hard with his family.

00:13:28.000 And trading stocks and stuff like that.

00:13:29.000 But dude.

00:13:30.000 That was inspiring.

00:13:31.000 So that was a pretty good vlog.

00:13:32.000 Go check it out.

00:13:33.000 And listen, man, every day we get inspired by other people.

00:13:36.000 But to see him at that age get one of the Bugatti was insane, guys.

00:13:39.000 So anything's possible.

00:13:40.000 So go check it out.

00:13:41.000 And then last but not least, if you guys want to get type into the network, add value, give value, you want success, learn from mentors, hop into the SEO network.

00:13:48.000 We do Zoom calls once a week.

00:13:50.000 Tonight we have Zuby coming on the network as well.

00:13:53.000 And then we'll do some more during the week.

00:13:55.000 Is he in Miami?

00:13:56.000 Well, no.

00:13:57.000 He's in Dubai, I think.

00:13:58.000 So we're going to do a Zoom call.

00:13:59.000 Zoom call? 0.65

00:14:00.000 Okay.

00:14:00.000 And yeah, man.

00:14:00.000 Type into that network.

00:14:01.000 I'll see you guys in there.

00:14:02.000 Yeah, Zoobie's everywhere.

00:14:04.000 He's legendary.

00:14:05.000 He's like the definition of like a nomad.

00:14:06.000 Super clean.

00:14:07.000 Yeah.

00:14:09.000 Yo.

00:14:09.000 Bro, he don't swear.

00:14:10.000 If you want the truth, but in a nice way, hit up Zoobie, man.

00:14:14.000 He's that guy.

00:14:15.000 Yeah.

00:14:15.000 Literally, we agree on like almost everything.

00:14:18.000 But yeah, he's just a cleaner version of us.

00:14:21.000 I think if I was more articulate, I'd be like Zoobie.

00:14:23.000 There you go.

00:14:23.000 If I was.

00:14:24.000 You're your African brother. 1.00

00:14:25.000 My nigga! 0.97

00:14:26.000 But yeah, today's topic is going to be the top five best credit cards for this year. 0.87

00:14:31.000 Yeah.

00:14:32.000 And as you guys know, we're big on credit.

00:14:34.000 You know, credit's going to help you get an apartment, get a job as well, get loans at better rates.

00:14:39.000 But ultimately, business credit is different because you want to have the separate personal from business.

00:14:44.000 Because again...

00:14:46.000 Personal credit cards are great.

00:14:47.000 Personal credit is good.

00:14:48.000 But it goes on your report.

00:14:50.000 It can affect how you get other loans in that continuum respect.

00:14:54.000 Versus business credit cards, it shows a history, but it doesn't report to your actual personal.

00:14:58.000 Which means you can get more leverage and more, I want to say, debt towards business versus personal.

00:15:02.000 So we'll break it down for you guys why business is better than personal.

00:15:05.000 But we have five credit cards.

00:15:06.000 And then also we should tell them how to get a business credit card from the beginning.

00:15:09.000 So guys, so first you're going to need to start a business, right?

00:15:11.000 So once you start your business, one of the first things you want to do...

00:15:15.000 Is obviously incorporate it.

00:15:17.000 We talked about this, by the way.

00:15:18.000 Watch the episode that we did with Steve, our accountant.

00:15:22.000 But obviously you can start it up as LLC, but at some point within the first year you want to switch it over to an S-Corp.

00:15:26.000 Most of the time you're always going to want to switch over to an S-Corp unless it's a real estate property and then you can keep it as LLC. That's the only time you're really going to keep it as LLC. But otherwise you almost always want to switch over to S-Corp.

00:15:36.000 Once you have your business established, guys, you want to open up a bank account, show some money in there, and then apply for a business credit card.

00:15:45.000 I've noticed that Amex is the easiest to get a business credit card with.

00:15:49.000 But keep in mind that a lot of times you're going to have to use your personal credit in order to qualify to get the business credit.

00:15:56.000 It's a guarantee.

00:15:57.000 So make sure, yeah, you're going to have to be the guarantor or whatever they may say, especially if your business is new.

00:16:01.000 So the play is, is to build your personal credit to 720 plus and then apply your business once you make an LLC for your business credit cards.

00:16:10.000 Now, with that said, right?

00:16:13.000 When you first start your business off, guys, you might not have the credit or you might not be able to get a business credit card off RIP. History.

00:16:19.000 It's okay.

00:16:19.000 Use your personal credit card, right, in the beginning.

00:16:22.000 As a guarantee.

00:16:23.000 And that's fine, right?

00:16:24.000 For example, when we started Fresher Fit, right, I used my personal credit card to buy a lot of the stuff that we had, right?

00:16:31.000 Then, when everything was all said and done, I just separated those transactions and I showed it to my accountant.

00:16:35.000 This is the stuff I bought for the businesses, etc.

00:16:37.000 And then I immediately got a business credit card after the fact.

00:16:39.000 But that first year, right, where you're still getting things ready, you're still creating your LLC and everything else like that, things might be a little discombobulated and it's not going to be easy to offer it to have a business account and have everything ready to go.

00:16:51.000 If you could do that, that'd be awesome.

00:16:53.000 But let's be honest here.

00:16:54.000 Most businesses are unprofitable in the beginning.

00:16:56.000 You're starting up from nothing.

00:16:57.000 So you don't have all the resource a lot of the times.

00:17:01.000 You want to go ahead and try to obviously open up your LLC as soon as you start making some money and then apply for that business credit line.

00:17:08.000 You're going to have to use your personal credit, so make sure that your personal credit is good to get that first business credit card.

00:17:12.000 And then I've noticed that Amex tends to be the easiest to get a business credit card with.

00:17:16.000 Capital One tends to be pretty hard.

00:17:20.000 And one of those cards we're going to actually talk about here in a little bit when it comes to Capital One.

00:17:23.000 And here's a quick hack too as well.

00:17:24.000 Let's say Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America.

00:17:27.000 If you bank with them and you're a good, I want to say, user of your account is not negative or overdraft.

00:17:33.000 If you apply for a credit card, it is way easier because they can see the trust, they see your account.

00:17:37.000 Okay, he's a good customer of ours.

00:17:40.000 We can assure that he's going to have an account with us, one, but two, he's actually a good customer.

00:17:44.000 So we'll give him the card as well as more of a, I want to say, is a better option for you.

00:17:48.000 So, I think if you have a bank account with somebody, Chase, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America, it's easier to apply for that credit card from them.

00:17:53.000 Alien Papa, we're not saying showing your account and your work purchase enable you to get a credit card.

00:17:58.000 That's for your tax purposes.

00:17:59.000 What I am saying, though, is that if you don't have your business credit card and you're purchasing things for the business and you use your personal credit card, you need to make sure you differentiate what you purchase for the business from your personal stuff and let your accountant know so they can deduct that.

00:18:11.000 That's what I'm saying.

00:18:12.000 Because a lot of the times, you might not have a business credit card when you start your business off, So you're going to need to make purchases for your business, right?

00:18:18.000 In the interim.

00:18:19.000 So what do you do?

00:18:20.000 You probably have to use your personal credit card.

00:18:22.000 And you can do that in the beginning.

00:18:23.000 Just make sure that you separate what you use for business and what you use for personal stuff.

00:18:30.000 So what I did was, since I had multiple personal credit cards, we started Fresher Fit.

00:18:33.000 I used my Amex.

00:18:35.000 I had Amex.

00:18:37.000 I used that one for...

00:18:38.000 For everything for the business, so that way I was able to easily track it, and I was like, okay, I know this, I use this card for, you know, fresh to fit slash unplugged fitness crap, whatever, and then eventually, I open up that credit card, you know, fairly soon after that, that business credit card, then I use that for everything, and then that makes your life way easier, because then at the end of the year,

00:18:54.000 you just print out, you know, January 1st to December 31st.

00:18:57.000 Statements.

00:18:58.000 Statement?

00:18:58.000 One big ass statement that shows all the expenditures and then you just give it to them.

00:19:01.000 And then now I have it where I have one for a fresh, I have like two cards for Fresh Fit and then I got one for my real estate business and then I just give them to my accountant based on whatever it may be.

00:19:10.000 But that's where you want to get to eventually.

00:19:12.000 But in the beginning, you're not going to be able to open up a business line of credit because some of y'all might not even have an LLC made yet.

00:19:17.000 But you want to start your business and that's fine.

00:19:19.000 You can start your business without starting the LLC and you can incorporate after the fact.

00:19:22.000 But make sure that your personal credit is good because you're going to need to use your personal credit to get the business credit, guys.

00:19:27.000 And then after that, then you want to start using your business credit to charge for things because when you use your business credit, it's not going to affect your personal credit.

00:19:37.000 That's the main benefit, guys, of using business credit cards is they have higher limits.

00:19:43.000 You're able to charge way more on them a lot of the times.

00:19:45.000 And most importantly, it does not affect your personal credit to the same degree as when you use a personal credit card.

00:19:51.000 When you use a personal credit card and you go 30% over utilization, they're going to ding your credit pretty hard.

00:19:55.000 But if you have a business credit card and you spend $100,000, it's not going to have the same effect on your personal credit score because it's a business credit card.

00:20:04.000 Yeah, well said.

00:20:04.000 I think as well, don't forget that with business credit cards, you can also get better rates, one, and you get higher limits like you said before.

00:20:11.000 Way higher limits, yeah.

00:20:12.000 But keep in mind too as well, with the business credit cards, if you don't have actual credit from before, like it's hard to get a card, like personal guarantees that we said earlier.

00:20:20.000 So that's a good point.

00:20:21.000 Yeah, so just keep that in mind, guys, that you want to have good personal credit so that you can get your business credit line open, and then you can start charging on your business credit card.

00:20:32.000 And we got five business credit cards for you guys today that you can use that will help you in your entrepreneurial ventures.

00:20:38.000 Yeah, and then one more thing as well for business, if you're using credit cards for business purchases, if you have employees, right, that you work with on a daily, you can get their own cards from your actual account.

00:20:49.000 But you can manage their expenditure way easier, see what they spent for the month, and then tally it up for your taxes as well.

00:20:56.000 Good point.

00:20:57.000 So, I actually do this.

00:20:59.000 So, in my real estate business, guys, my manager, My dad has a credit card and my dad has a credit card.

00:21:05.000 Because my manager here in Florida, Roger, he runs my properties here in Miami.

00:21:10.000 And then my dad is my property manager in Connecticut.

00:21:12.000 So they both have an Amex Gold that I gave them both.

00:21:15.000 And then they go ahead and just use it to whether they're hiring people to fix stuff, right?

00:21:19.000 Like the other day, we had a pest control guy come by or if I do something with the air conditioning or whatever it may be.

00:21:26.000 Because trust me, Stuff is going to break down and you don't want to sit there having to constantly be the one to pay and all this other stuff. 0.99

00:21:32.000 It's a pain in the ass. 0.97

00:21:33.000 So always give people that you trust, especially in a real estate game. 0.98

00:21:36.000 And I'm going to talk to you guys also about this, about how to set up your real estate with how to collect rent properly, etc.

00:21:40.000 I pretty much have my infrastructure set up now.

00:21:42.000 Hell, I might even bring my brother on and have y'all... 0.99

00:21:45.000 Because he runs my online shit for me. 0.96

00:21:48.000 I might even have my brother come on and we'll talk to you guys about how I... Because I have like 50 plus tenants. 0.98

00:21:52.000 How to deal with that when it comes to headaches with tenants.

00:21:55.000 How to deal with collecting rent payments. 0.97

00:21:57.000 How to deal with purchasing and fixing shit that goes broken or whatever. 0.95

00:22:01.000 You know what? 0.98

00:22:02.000 Let's do that.

00:22:03.000 Bring your brother on.

00:22:04.000 I'll bring my sister on.

00:22:06.000 She manages my portfolio for me.

00:22:08.000 Oh, okay.

00:22:08.000 Both family members can tell the audience how they manage already set properties for us.

00:22:12.000 Okay.

00:22:12.000 That's pretty good.

00:22:13.000 Yeah, we could do that, actually.

00:22:14.000 All right.

00:22:14.000 Yeah, chat, y'all want that?

00:22:15.000 Let's do that, bro. 0.99

00:22:16.000 Y'all want to see my black-ass brother? 0.99

00:22:17.000 Yeah, he's black as fresh, bro. 0.99

00:22:21.000 My brother, man.

00:22:22.000 I must say he's pretty old, so there you go.

00:22:24.000 Yo, man.

00:22:25.000 Okay.

00:22:26.000 But yeah, I basically give them that's a good point.

00:22:30.000 So give your employees, guys, basically credit cards where they can go ahead and purchase things on your behalf, and it all comes in one statement, and you'll be able to see it. 0.97

00:22:38.000 So it makes life a lot easier for you so that you don't have to be the one running around and give them the card and shit.

00:22:43.000 And then it's under their name. 0.96

00:22:44.000 So if they go to a place and then they try to...

00:22:46.000 Let's say they try to use your card but it doesn't have your name on it.

00:22:50.000 And they'll be like, oh, well, we're not going to authorize this purchase because this could be fraud.

00:22:54.000 Especially a lot of these retail companies now.

00:22:55.000 They're worried because retail fraud is one of the fastest growing crimes.

00:22:58.000 You give them a credit card with their name on it and they can make the purchase on your behalf.

00:23:01.000 So in my situation, the people that run my properties, they have credit cards so they're able to go ahead and if shit needs to get fixed or whatever, they just make it happen.

00:23:10.000 Pretty much.

00:23:11.000 Yeah, that's the intro for business credit cards.

00:23:15.000 Alright, we got five we can run through real quick, but let's do the chats first if you guys don't mind.

00:23:19.000 Bills and Moe.

00:23:21.000 L. Davis Fire says, I have a side hustle selling bread on the trunk of my car on weekends.

00:23:26.000 I bit my bread starting from the dough, currently making $100 profit on a single weekend.

00:23:30.000 Do you know any mentor on bakery businesses?

00:23:33.000 Not specifically, but I guarantee if you Google it or YouTube it.

00:23:37.000 But actually, there's one person that does it that we met.

00:23:41.000 I can't remember his name.

00:23:43.000 He called into the show.

00:23:44.000 Yeah.

00:23:45.000 But it was ice cream though.

00:23:46.000 No, no, no.

00:23:46.000 Not him.

00:23:47.000 Somebody else that we met.

00:23:49.000 I can't remember exactly, but I'll look it up.

00:23:51.000 A bakery business?

00:23:52.000 Yeah, he does a case and stuff like that.

00:23:55.000 Okay.

00:23:56.000 All right.

00:23:57.000 Keem Chillingo, CEO of Network.

00:23:58.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:23:59.000 Shout out to Keem.

00:24:00.000 And then we got here, who's up next?

00:24:03.000 Is that Jutz?

00:24:04.000 Jules.

00:24:05.000 Jules goes, started watching FNF late 22 since then.

00:24:08.000 Started building my credit, almost 704 credit cards.

00:24:11.000 Going to the gym four times a week.

00:24:13.000 WKT started my Amazon business last year on my way to first 10K sales a month.

00:24:18.000 Only 20, by the way.

00:24:20.000 WFNF, the value is unmatched.

00:24:21.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:24:22.000 That's how you do it, bro.

00:24:23.000 What's up, man?

00:24:24.000 Oh! 0.60

00:24:25.000 Apparently, it's a scam.

00:24:26.000 Yeah, everything.

00:24:27.000 Bro, come on, man.

00:24:29.000 If you don't put in the effort and try different things, bro, how would you even know for yourself?

00:24:33.000 Speaking of scams, since we're scammers and we're here to scam you out right now, CryptoCourse is open, guys.

00:24:37.000 It closes tonight.

00:24:38.000 We would never.

00:24:39.000 Today's the last day for the CryptoCourse, guys.

00:24:41.000 We got 125 of you guys in there, man.

00:24:42.000 Shout out to y'all ninjas, man. 0.98

00:24:43.000 You guys are going to make some money this fucking go-around because I wish you guys had went... 0.99

00:24:47.000 Last time. 0.98

00:24:49.000 If you guys had joined in September when we told you guys, you guys would have been able to buy Ethereum at like $1,300, $1,400.

00:24:54.000 And you guys would have been up significantly by now.

00:24:57.000 But I get it.

00:24:58.000 Some of y'all are like, oh, I don't believe, I don't believe.

00:24:59.000 But look, man, you guys can see it here. 0.99

00:25:01.000 They just made a fucking ETF for Bitcoin. 0.98

00:25:02.000 It is here to stay, my friends. 0.99

00:25:03.000 So get on the crypto train.

00:25:05.000 And this is coming from two guys that are literally real estate dudes. 0.94

00:25:08.000 We're not fucking crypto guys, right? 0.99

00:25:09.000 We're fucking real estate guys. 0.99

00:25:10.000 But we're telling you guys... 0.99

00:25:12.000 Crypto is the future, man.

00:25:13.000 It's going to come out on Friday.

00:25:15.000 They're going to do their first call this Friday, Miguel and Charlie.

00:25:17.000 They're going to be giving very intensive Zoom calls for like 10 days, I think, or two weeks, where they're going to teach you guys everything you need to know about crypto, whether you're a beginner, all the way up until advance.

00:25:27.000 They read the charts.

00:25:28.000 They talk about coins that are going to go up and down.

00:25:31.000 They get into really detailed stuff that a lot of times you can't get into YouTube.

00:25:34.000 So go check them out over there, guys.

00:25:36.000 I know some of y'all are like, oh, this is a scam.

00:25:38.000 Okay, man, that's fine.

00:25:39.000 Y'all can call it a scam, but let me tell you this.

00:25:42.000 When we put the course out last September, and you guys were sitting there saying, scam, scam, scam.

00:25:46.000 If you had purchased back then, you would have made almost double your money.

00:25:51.000 So how's that a scam?

00:25:52.000 You know what's crazy about this too?

00:25:53.000 Crypto is up significantly.

00:25:55.000 McGill and Charlie told you guys from day one, buy two coins.

00:25:59.000 Ethereum and Bitcoin.

00:25:59.000 Bitcoin and Ethereum.

00:26:01.000 Simple.

00:26:01.000 That advice alone would have made you thousands of dollars.

00:26:04.000 Yeah!

00:26:04.000 Yo!

00:26:05.000 And that was for free!

00:26:06.000 Not to mention...

00:26:06.000 That was for free!

00:26:07.000 Free value.

00:26:09.000 Now granted, you might say to yourself, that's too simple for me.

00:26:12.000 I need something more advanced.

00:26:13.000 But hold on, it gets better.

00:26:14.000 They also mention other coins you could have bought back then.

00:26:17.000 If you listen to them...

00:26:18.000 Solana, etc.

00:26:19.000 Yep.

00:26:20.000 I'm telling you right now, guys.

00:26:21.000 Guys, the man at work bought those coins.

00:26:22.000 And they made hella money.

00:26:23.000 But again, it's knowing when to buy and when to sell.

00:26:26.000 And that strategy comes within the course.

00:26:27.000 So listen, call it whatever you want, but it doesn't make people money.

00:26:30.000 If you don't make money, it's fine.

00:26:31.000 But this year, we're all making money on our team.

00:26:33.000 So it's what it is.

00:26:34.000 Yeah, man.

00:26:35.000 And like I said, bro, you guys don't have to pay for the course.

00:26:37.000 Just take the free information.

00:26:39.000 But what I'm saying is at least...

00:26:41.000 Take the information in. 0.99

00:26:42.000 I don't give a fuck if you guys buy the course. 0.98

00:26:43.000 We got 125 guys in there. 0.99

00:26:45.000 We're fine.

00:26:45.000 What I want you guys to do, though, is look at what the hell is going on with crypto and get in.

00:26:49.000 That's all I want y'all to do.

00:26:50.000 Get in. 0.99

00:26:51.000 You don't got to spend a goddamn dime. 0.99

00:26:52.000 Get in. 0.99

00:26:53.000 Watch the last episode we did with Charlie and Miguel for free.

00:26:55.000 Listen, by the way, you don't got to spend a dollar.

00:26:57.000 I was one of you guys, man.

00:26:58.000 I was like, crypto?

00:26:59.000 I don't know, bro. 1.00

00:27:00.000 But when I saw Mars Portfolio, bro, I was like, yo, nigga, put me in that shit now, bro. 0.99

00:27:05.000 But it's all good. 0.99

00:27:06.000 It's all good.

00:27:07.000 Alright, cool.

00:27:07.000 Who's the next chat?

00:27:09.000 Ivan.

00:27:10.000 Thank you guys for everything that you do.

00:27:12.000 Because of you, went from 660 credit score to 720 as an immigrant. 1.00

00:27:16.000 And those bums who were born in the U.S. are crying. 0.96

00:27:19.000 I got high interest car loan, 28%. 0.99

00:27:22.000 Goddamn! 0.98

00:27:23.000 Should I pay it off first? 0.97

00:27:24.000 Or can I start doing Amazon FBA with KT? 28.

00:27:27.000 Bro, 28% is high as hell, bro.

00:27:29.000 Is that buy or pay here you bought a car from?

00:27:31.000 His credit score probably sucked when he bought it, maybe.

00:27:34.000 But it's higher now.

00:27:37.000 What should you do?

00:27:38.000 Bro, I'm not gonna lie, bro.

00:27:40.000 Get rid of it ASAP, bro.

00:27:41.000 Because the problem is...

00:27:42.000 Even at a loss?

00:27:43.000 Yeah.

00:27:44.000 I'll say this.

00:27:45.000 Let's say he goes with KT, right?

00:27:47.000 With KT, he's gonna make money.

00:27:48.000 However, the profit margin may be lower at the beginning.

00:27:52.000 So it's gonna kind of neglect the actual profit he's gonna make.

00:27:56.000 So I would just say, get rid of that first, bro.

00:27:59.000 And then when you're more stable...

00:28:00.000 Debt-free, then focus on the business.

00:28:03.000 Now, granted, if it's going to be higher profits than your interest rate, then maybe you want to play the numbers and see what happens.

00:28:10.000 But generally, I would say pay for debt first, then invest into the business because you're going to be at a deficit currently at this point.

00:28:16.000 Yeah, whenever you have super high interest loans like that, guys, you got to pay it off, bro.

00:28:20.000 Because it's going to eat you alive down the road.

00:28:22.000 That's damn near a credit card interest rate, man. 1.00

00:28:24.000 That's fucking wild, bro. 1.00

00:28:26.000 Nigga, why'd you... 1.00

00:28:27.000 Bro, guys, stop letting...

00:28:29.000 Yo, you know what we need to do?

00:28:30.000 We need to do an episode, because we've been getting a lot of these questions on buying cars.

00:28:33.000 Yeah.

00:28:33.000 Bro, we need to do an episode on the automobile market and how to navigate it properly in today's day and age.

00:28:38.000 Actually, like you said that, I have two experts coming on the show.

00:28:42.000 Delicious owners and car sellers for auctions coming on the show.

00:28:47.000 When?

00:28:48.000 We need to do it ASAP, bro, because these dudes are out here getting killed.

00:28:50.000 Bro, the 28%? 0.97

00:28:52.000 The biggest crime, I think, is buying a brand new car.

00:28:55.000 Because they don't tell you when you buy that car.

00:28:57.000 The moment you drive off the lot, you're losing at least 20-30% of that car right away.

00:29:01.000 So you're going to be upside down on the car no matter what you do.

00:29:04.000 Buying a brand new car.

00:29:04.000 And I did it.

00:29:05.000 Trust me, I know.

00:29:06.000 It burned me to actually pay it off, but bro, that's the only way to get rid of it, or pay the difference. 0.97

00:29:11.000 So, it sucks, bro.

00:29:12.000 We need to do an episode for you guys on how to, we should do it at different levels. 0.94

00:29:16.000 Like, how to buy, how to purchase a vehicle properly, whether it's a, you said don't buy a brand new car, so I guess never buy a brand new car.

00:29:24.000 Nah.

00:29:24.000 But how to purchase a car and then we give them certain budgets.

00:29:27.000 So for someone that wants to spend no more than $10,000.

00:29:29.000 Someone that wants to spend no more than $20,000.

00:29:30.000 Someone that wants to spend no more than $5,000. 0.99

00:29:32.000 Whatever the fuck. 1.00

00:29:33.000 And then we just work our way up and give them the best practices on how to deal with this shit. 1.00

00:29:36.000 Some examples too. 0.97

00:29:37.000 We've had so many of you guys either call in or...

00:29:50.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:29:59.000 It does suck. 0.95

00:30:00.000 So y'all shouldn't be getting finessed like this. 1.00

00:30:02.000 The dealers need to be on your fucking tie, not the other way around. 0.98

00:30:05.000 And the thing is, you have options, bro. 0.99

00:30:06.000 If you're not giving them what you want from that dealership, go somewhere else.

00:30:08.000 Simple.

00:30:09.000 So, we need a whole episode on that.

00:30:13.000 Yeah, we need to do an episode on this for the guys because this is like maybe the 50th guy I've seen within the past month.

00:30:20.000 Even myself, the money I've wasted a loss on cars was immense.

00:30:26.000 However, if we can stop you guys from doing that for yourself, it'd be way better because...

00:30:29.000 Yeah, bro.

00:30:30.000 For a guy, a car is going to be his, I want to say, go-to thing to buy, so that hurt you a lot.

00:30:36.000 We'll do an episode for you guys on cars, and we'll do it from... 0.97

00:30:40.000 Fucking Hondas all the way up to if you want to get a luxury car. 0.98

00:30:43.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:30:43.000 How to properly do it. 1.00

00:30:45.000 Because I think at this point, Fresh, you pretty much know how to get any type of car.

00:30:47.000 Bro, I took too many L's to not tell you guys.

00:30:49.000 Actually, you know what?

00:30:50.000 Golden rule.

00:30:51.000 Never buy a brand new car.

00:30:53.000 Unless you get an allocation for like a Lamborghini, a special, or a Ferrari special.

00:30:58.000 But an average car, luxury car, regular, don't buy it brand new.

00:31:02.000 Trust me when they say you're going to lose money.

00:31:03.000 100%.

00:31:05.000 Even for business purposes?

00:31:06.000 Even business, I wouldn't do it. 0.99

00:31:07.000 Damn, even behind a G-Wagon for the tax write-off. 0.98

00:31:09.000 I'll get pre-owned or off-lease. 0.99

00:31:12.000 I will not buy a brand new car ever again.

00:31:14.000 Unless you get an allocation where it benefits you, for example, a special Lamborghini or Ferrari.

00:31:18.000 That's the only reason I'll buy a brand new car.

00:31:20.000 Okay.

00:31:20.000 Because that actual allocation is set for you, and there's not many of them on the marketplace.

00:31:24.000 So when you drive the car, you can sell it for a higher amount or to break even, at least.

00:31:28.000 Okay, but I'm assuming there's only...

00:31:30.000 That's probably like collector's item type vehicles.

00:31:32.000 And you're buying it probably cashed.

00:31:34.000 So, I mean, honestly speaking, just buy, use, or pre-owned.

00:31:37.000 This is better for an Irish person. 0.98

00:31:39.000 Okay.

00:31:40.000 All right.

00:31:41.000 We'll do that episode for you guys, man.

00:31:42.000 We got you guys.

00:31:43.000 And then Fresh has more resources now, too, because he has his...

00:31:45.000 You literally have a car rental business, so...

00:31:49.000 I'm going to drop a full-length video about this, but you can actually get cars that you want, rent them out, let it pay for itself, and have your dream car at the same time.

00:31:59.000 We'll talk about it more, but that's coming in the near future.

00:32:01.000 Okay.

00:32:02.000 We got y'all, man. 0.99

00:32:03.000 Yo, this is literally the 100th person I've seen get finessed by these fucking dealerships, and it pisses me off. 0.98

00:32:09.000 Guys, this year, we're moving smart, making money. 1.00

00:32:12.000 And gang bitches. 1.00

00:32:13.000 All in one, man. 1.00

00:32:14.000 We got y'all, man. 0.98

00:32:16.000 On GTA Online, it's a lot of trash talking.

00:32:18.000 Oh, I never played GTA Online. 0.72

00:32:21.000 We have here, Batfeast says, what's the difference between a pirate and a privateer?

00:32:26.000 Nothing but a letter of marquee and reprisal.

00:32:29.000 If you know, you know.

00:32:31.000 Does no one care about the 10th Amendment?

00:32:33.000 I will start by voluntarily closing my constitutional borough on, sorry, and let the state do its job.

00:32:40.000 What you talking about?

00:32:42.000 B-A-T-F-E? Nothing but... 0.96

00:32:46.000 Oh, I think he's trying to be funny.

00:32:48.000 He's playing on the ATF. Beer of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

00:32:52.000 Okay.

00:32:52.000 But no one calls him that, man.

00:32:54.000 Okay.

00:32:55.000 Okay.

00:32:56.000 User goes, hey, FNF, I live in Ireland, but there are no credit cards here slash scores.

00:33:01.000 If I was to come to the U.S. and tell a bank, hey, I want to open up a bank account slash credit card credit, but I'm a student in Ireland and don't live in the U.S.A., can I pay bills on time in Ireland, etc.?

00:33:12.000 I think there are credit cards for foreign nationals that you could apply for.

00:33:17.000 But you might have to go ahead and start with maybe a secured credit card or something like that.

00:33:24.000 Jeremy Williams goes, Good evening, fellas.

00:33:26.000 Shout out to you guys.

00:33:26.000 I've been trying to get in contact with you.

00:33:28.000 I have a trucking business called Running Scared Trucking and would love to be on the show and talk about the ups and downs of the trucking.

00:33:35.000 IG is...

00:33:36.000 Big Ting San Juan.

00:33:38.000 I guess he's Jamaican.

00:33:38.000 Big Ting San Juan.

00:33:39.000 Big Ting's a guan.

00:33:41.000 Oh, okay.

00:33:41.000 I guess he's Jamaican.

00:33:42.000 Alright, can you look that up?

00:33:45.000 Not Bill's, Moe, please.

00:33:48.000 I does about $46 worth of silver, okay?

00:33:50.000 175 troy ounces.

00:33:52.000 I use my credit card, credit sign-up bonus, and my tax refund to reduce the bill down to $1,400.

00:33:59.000 Guys, buy silver.

00:34:00.000 Its spot price is dipping and premiums are in the dirt.

00:34:05.000 Accumulate assets 2024 is our year, boys.

00:34:07.000 Hey, man.

00:34:08.000 What's that, bro?

00:34:09.000 Hey, bro.

00:34:09.000 I tell y'all everything, man.

00:34:11.000 I got silver myself.

00:34:12.000 I got like 200 ounces.

00:34:13.000 You should have silver.

00:34:15.000 You should have cash.

00:34:16.000 You should have real estate.

00:34:16.000 You should have crypto.

00:34:18.000 You should have every fucking asset class, guys. 0.98

00:34:20.000 Everything. 0.96

00:34:21.000 Get some gold, too, if you guys want, even though gold is almost too valuable.

00:34:25.000 But...

00:34:26.000 Well, yeah.

00:34:27.000 Precious metals are good, man. 0.99

00:34:28.000 You know, I know a lot of people are like, oh, this is just what fucking boomers and doomers get. 0.99

00:34:32.000 Hey, man. 0.99

00:34:32.000 Precious metals are good, too. 0.99

00:34:34.000 What else do we got here?

00:34:35.000 Dennis.

00:34:36.000 Oh.

00:34:37.000 Clego Myron goes, when you guys planning on talking geopolitics again and them boys with either Scott Ritter, Douglas McGregor, Jake Shields, Owen Benjamin, Ryan Dawson, etc.

00:34:46.000 Um...

00:34:47.000 We will have Jake Shields on.

00:34:48.000 I'm going to probably see him while I'm in Vegas, but we've got to figure out when we're going to do the pod with him.

00:34:53.000 Douglas McGregor?

00:34:55.000 Oh, I sent him a thing on Twitter.

00:34:59.000 See, these older guys, bro, they don't manage their social media, so they don't know.

00:35:03.000 I've got to get a hold of them.

00:35:04.000 And then Ryan Dawson, you guys know.

00:35:06.000 And then Ritter was in Russia.

00:35:08.000 I think he's back now.

00:35:09.000 I could hit him up.

00:35:10.000 But...

00:35:11.000 Guys, anything political is going to be rumble only, bro.

00:35:14.000 Just to let y'all know.

00:35:15.000 We won't be able to do it on YouTube, man.

00:35:17.000 Because YouTube is...

00:35:18.000 Different.

00:35:20.000 Does any crypto wallet matter?

00:35:23.000 Like a cold storage wallet?

00:35:25.000 They mentioned...

00:35:26.000 Trezor.

00:35:27.000 Trezor is the one that they recommend.

00:35:29.000 Yeah.

00:35:31.000 So be careful.

00:35:32.000 Could you please do an episode with an expert to talk about credit and especially real estate in Australia, A to Z? Rules are so different.

00:35:37.000 High limits can hurt you with loans.

00:35:39.000 No one's as transparent as FNF. That's true.

00:35:42.000 These other YouTubers would never show you guys what the fuck they got. 0.99

00:35:44.000 Bro, we need to go to Australia, man. 0.99

00:35:45.000 Yeah, we are going to do Australia.

00:35:47.000 Don't worry, guys.

00:35:48.000 We should do this trip.

00:35:49.000 But I don't think we know anyone in Australia that's Australian with real estate.

00:35:55.000 We can figure it out.

00:35:56.000 When we go out there, maybe we'll do an episode like that.

00:35:58.000 Yeah.

00:35:59.000 But we will go out to Australia, guys.

00:36:01.000 Don't worry.

00:36:02.000 We need a panel with the girls, bro. 1.00

00:36:04.000 There's some baddies over there.

00:36:05.000 They're going to be the same as here, man.

00:36:07.000 Hey, man.

00:36:08.000 Australia, bro.

00:36:08.000 What up?

00:36:09.000 They're going to be the same as here, bro.

00:36:10.000 Yeah, yeah, of course.

00:36:11.000 But still.

00:36:12.000 What's up, fellas?

00:36:13.000 Recently got my LLC, and I was wondering from you guys' experience, what is the best business credit card?

00:36:17.000 We're going to go through that list right now.

00:36:18.000 I got you.

00:36:20.000 Third iProfit goes, so I tried getting in the crypto course, couldn't figure out how to buy it with crypto messages, support email last Friday, and have nothing from them.

00:36:26.000 What do I do?

00:36:27.000 I don't want to miss this.

00:36:29.000 You gotta message charlie at cultivatecrypto.com.

00:36:32.000 I'll tell you this, bro.

00:36:32.000 They're very busy.

00:36:33.000 So I guarantee you a bunch of guys have probably messaged them to get the crypto discount.

00:36:38.000 But, bro, it's 15%. 0.94

00:36:40.000 If they're not responding, bro, just fucking just go ahead and get the course. 0.98

00:36:44.000 Just spend the $1,000. 0.99

00:36:46.000 Get in there.

00:36:47.000 And then you could probably iron it out with Charlie on how to get that discount after the fact.

00:36:50.000 They'll definitely honor a discount after.

00:36:53.000 So just do that.

00:36:57.000 Uh...

00:36:57.000 Avengers Centennial.

00:37:01.000 Uh...

00:37:01.000 Listen, man.

00:37:02.000 I'm gonna say it right now, bro.

00:37:04.000 I can read it.

00:37:05.000 I'm gonna say it right now.

00:37:06.000 Okay, go ahead.

00:37:07.000 Luke Belmar is a friend of mine.

00:37:11.000 He's an awesome guy.

00:37:13.000 And he's been on, you know, network a couple times before.

00:37:17.000 We'll bring him on the pod.

00:37:18.000 Alright.

00:37:19.000 Right?

00:37:19.000 Eventually.

00:37:20.000 Yeah.

00:37:21.000 He's not here, right?

00:37:22.000 Yeah.

00:37:22.000 He'll be here soon.

00:37:24.000 Okay.

00:37:24.000 Yeah.

00:37:24.000 Does he even live in America?

00:37:28.000 I don't know where that nigga lives, bro. 1.00

00:37:29.000 Oh, okay. 0.68

00:37:30.000 But hey, he's a good guy.

00:37:31.000 Yeah, y'all always ask, but he's never here, bro.

00:37:32.000 Yeah, he's all traveling and stuff.

00:37:34.000 Yeah, we'll get him on, all right? 0.99

00:37:36.000 So stop fucking asking, man. 1.00

00:37:37.000 Goddamn. 1.00

00:37:38.000 All right, before I watched, this nigga make fun of me. 1.00

00:37:40.000 Before I watched FNF, I was a tech nerd virgin making 300K, and now I'm a Miami club promoter getting late every weekend making 40K. Thanks, guys.

00:37:47.000 Also, y'all should listen to this song, Domestic Violence by Pretty Whores. 1.00

00:37:50.000 I think it's about Amber Heard and Johnny Depp or O.J. Simpson.

00:37:52.000 I think he's just trying to be funny.

00:37:54.000 Okay.

00:37:54.000 I will continue to support the chat until it happens.

00:37:58.000 Please get Andy Elliott for Money Monday.

00:38:00.000 Who's Andy Elliott?

00:38:01.000 I think he said that before.

00:38:02.000 I can't remember who that is.

00:38:03.000 I don't know who that is.

00:38:04.000 Hey, Martin, I plan on buying one gram of gold a month, $100 worth.

00:38:07.000 What website do you recommend me purchasing it from?

00:38:10.000 Also, I know you said put oil in my protein shakes for weight gain, but how much?

00:38:14.000 Just measure it out, bro.

00:38:15.000 If you're having issues with gaining weight, just put a couple tablespoons of olive oil in there and it'll help you with...

00:38:21.000 Artificially increasing the calories without you necessarily feeling it and getting a full-ass stomach.

00:38:25.000 Pause.

00:38:26.000 And then as far as...

00:38:27.000 What was the other thing he had?

00:38:29.000 Other question?

00:38:30.000 Oh, gold.

00:38:33.000 Watch the episode that we did with Aaron Cleary where he talked about buying precious metals and how to get gold.

00:38:40.000 But I know, if I'm not mistaken, because I don't buy gold, but I know you need the... 0.98

00:38:46.000 God damn it. 0.98

00:38:46.000 The certificate. 0.98

00:38:48.000 But honestly guys, it's better to just get the gold itself versus getting like a receipt.

00:38:53.000 Like we owe you this much gold. 1.00

00:38:54.000 Fuck that shit. 1.00

00:38:55.000 Get the gold bar itself. 1.00

00:38:56.000 Get the gold bar itself. 0.99

00:38:58.000 Like don't do the shit where they give you like a little thing saying like I owe you. 0.99

00:39:01.000 Nah. 0.99

00:39:01.000 Get the actual hard asset itself. 0.99

00:39:05.000 But I don't have gold myself guys.

00:39:06.000 I just got silver.

00:39:07.000 So you might want to check back that episode where we did.

00:39:11.000 I think Aaron Cleary talked about how to buy gold properly.

00:39:13.000 And he gave the website.

00:39:15.000 Actually, hopefully we'll see him when we're in Vegas. 1.00

00:39:18.000 That crabby bastard. 1.00

00:39:20.000 So we'll see where he's at, man. 1.00

00:39:22.000 Grandpa!

00:39:23.000 Yeah, the girl was angry.

00:39:24.000 At the clouds!

00:39:25.000 Yeah, he's yelling at the clouds all the time.

00:39:27.000 These millennials!

00:39:31.000 Okay.

00:39:32.000 Okay.

00:39:33.000 Top five credit cards for business.

00:39:36.000 Let's go for number one.

00:39:37.000 Okay.

00:39:38.000 We'll count down from five to one, right?

00:39:40.000 Five to one.

00:39:40.000 All right, go ahead, bro.

00:39:41.000 Bills.

00:39:43.000 First one, 521, is going to be Blue Business Cash.

00:39:46.000 I have this card.

00:39:47.000 This is a fantastic card, guys.

00:39:49.000 What made you get?

00:39:50.000 And it's easy to get, too.

00:39:51.000 So this was actually the first business credit card that I got, guys.

00:39:55.000 Fairly easy to get.

00:39:57.000 American Express is pretty flexible when it comes to new business owners.

00:40:00.000 This is a charge card, though, which means you need to pay it in full every month.

00:40:04.000 But it is a fantastic card.

00:40:06.000 And the reason why I like this card so much is...

00:40:08.000 Let's see what the...

00:40:09.000 Okay, when I got it, it was 2%.

00:40:12.000 Okay, yep.

00:40:12.000 Okay, yeah.

00:40:13.000 So it's the same thing.

00:40:14.000 2% cash back on everyday eligible business purchases up to 50k per calendar year automatically credited to your statement.

00:40:19.000 So what that basically means, guys, is every...

00:40:21.000 You get 2% cash back on everything.

00:40:24.000 So if you spend $100, you get $2 back. 0.99

00:40:26.000 Now you guys are probably like, what the fuck? 0.99

00:40:27.000 That's nothing. 0.99

00:40:28.000 Well, if you're spending thousands of dollars for your business, bro, you're going to be getting quite a bit of money back.

00:40:33.000 And here's the thing.

00:40:34.000 It's free money that you're getting on purchases you were going to make regardless. 1.00

00:40:41.000 Because a lot of you guys like to buy shit in cash or with a debit card like a fucking idiot. 1.00

00:40:45.000 No, man. 1.00

00:40:46.000 Always use credit cards that pay you back.

00:40:47.000 Whether it's a travel credit card or a cash credit card, I always typically recommend that when you get a credit card, guys, a beginner, your first...

00:40:55.000 Credit card that's going to give you some kind of value back.

00:40:57.000 The best one that most people are going to benefit from is a cash back credit card because you can always use cash or you can always, you know, go ahead and afford to get a credit to your statement like this situation does.

00:41:06.000 So, you know, down the road when you, you know, when you start a business or you got to travel or you want to travel or whatever it is.

00:41:14.000 Or you have certain types of, you spend money at one place all the time, you want to get a specific credit card for that place that you spend money at.

00:41:20.000 But in general, when you get your first credit card that gives you some type of reward, guys, cash back is always the way to go.

00:41:25.000 And you always want a credit card that gives you 2% cash back, if not more.

00:41:28.000 Okay?

00:41:29.000 That's the bare minimum I always say.

00:41:31.000 Maybe 1.5 if the other benefits are fantastic.

00:41:35.000 But 2% is like the standard.

00:41:36.000 You always want 2%.

00:41:37.000 And for a business credit card, that's really good.

00:41:38.000 The beauty is that with this card, everything's 2%.

00:41:41.000 You don't have to think about, okay, is it gas today, groceries today?

00:41:45.000 Because some cards kind of delegate for different categories.

00:41:48.000 What percentage you get is higher.

00:41:49.000 But with this one, you set it and forget it.

00:41:51.000 2% on everything.

00:41:52.000 On everything, yeah.

00:41:53.000 You can't beat it.

00:41:53.000 And also, spend it.

00:41:55.000 I think you would spend money anyway.

00:41:57.000 So, for example, putting in gas, buying groceries, for example, maybe making a car payment.

00:42:02.000 Whatever you can with your credit card, you should spend money anyway.

00:42:04.000 Use it to get points.

00:42:06.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:42:06.000 The dumbest thing that you guys can do, and I've been yelling at you guys for years about this, is use a debit card or cash. 0.99

00:42:12.000 That's what brokies do, okay? 1.00

00:42:13.000 Brokies use cash or debit cards, okay? 1.00

00:42:15.000 Anytime I see somebody pull out a fucking Bank of America debit card or a Chase Bank debit card or a fucking TD Bank credit card, I'm like, brokie, poor. 1.00

00:42:23.000 Stupid. 1.00

00:42:23.000 Idiot. 1.00

00:42:24.000 Not financially savvy. 1.00

00:42:26.000 Use credit cards for absolutely everything, guys.

00:42:29.000 And if you're really smart, you have a credit card based on how you spend your money.

00:42:32.000 So for example, I have a travel credit card.

00:42:34.000 I got a cashback credit card. 0.99

00:42:35.000 I got an Apple fucking credit card. 0.98

00:42:37.000 I got a credit card for any type of situation on where I might spend money. 0.98

00:42:42.000 And because the reason why, guys, is because when I use this credit card, it's going to give me some kind of benefit back.

00:42:47.000 Okay?

00:42:48.000 I never spend money unless it's going to give me a benefit back.

00:42:51.000 Whether it's a tax write-off, it's going to be cash back, or something like that.

00:42:54.000 You always want to have a credit card for the situation.

00:42:57.000 And then if there's a situation that's kind of more general, right, you buy some groceries or some shit, okay, the cash back credit card is going to work. 0.98

00:43:02.000 But for some of you guys, right, that love to go grocery shopping and like to cook and you niggas want to be Amarillo Lagasse and shit, that's fine. 1.00

00:43:08.000 There's credit cards that you can use specific to grocery shopping. 0.96

00:43:11.000 They give you like 3% to 5% cash back.

00:43:13.000 So, there's always a credit card based on the niche that you like to spend money on.

00:43:17.000 If you're always buying gas because maybe you're a truck driver, or maybe you travel a lot, you like to drive, you're one of these like, you know, like to be on open road type niggas, that's fine. 1.00

00:43:24.000 There's credit cards that are specific to gas stations that give you 3-5% cash back.

00:43:29.000 You like fine dining, there's credit cards that are specifically made for that.

00:43:32.000 You like to fly fuckin' a certain airline, Southwest or whatever, they got credit cards for that.

00:43:36.000 So there's no excuse ever to use a debit card or cash for anything, guys.

00:43:40.000 That's brokey behavior. 0.99

00:43:42.000 Anytime I see someone use cash or debit card, I know automatically you're fucking brokey. 1.00

00:43:46.000 And nine out of ten times, you probably are now financially savvy. 1.00

00:43:48.000 You probably have shitty ass credit score, which is why you are relegated to using a fucking debit card like a fucking peasant or cash. 1.00

00:43:55.000 Never use cash or debit card, guys. 1.00

00:43:57.000 It's the stupidest thing you can do. 1.00

00:43:58.000 Why the fuck are you going to use your own money when you can use other people's money and get a benefit from it? 1.00

00:44:03.000 This is what rich people do. 0.99

00:44:04.000 They use other people's money to procure benefits.

00:44:06.000 Assets and or benefits to themselves. 1.00

00:44:08.000 Even if you're buying some dumb shit. 1.00

00:44:09.000 I don't give a fuck. 1.00

00:44:10.000 You want to go buy some towels at Target or some shit? 1.00

00:44:11.000 Use a credit card! 0.99

00:44:13.000 Get some money back! 1.00

00:44:14.000 The fuck is wrong with you guys? 0.99

00:44:16.000 I remember when I was a kid, my auntie from Maryland, the Muslim by the way, they would always use cards. 1.00

00:44:24.000 Now, I'm like, why do they use their credit cards?

00:44:27.000 Well, for example, hotels that they would stay at, Marriott especially, they didn't pay anything.

00:44:32.000 I was like, how do they make getting these hotel stays and free trips?

00:44:36.000 But they were using credit cards.

00:44:37.000 And literally, their whole travel expense was paid through cards.

00:44:41.000 But they spent money on groceries, car issues, equipment, stuff for their businesses, all in their credit cards.

00:44:49.000 So whenever they travel, it was all free.

00:44:51.000 Because they did what?

00:44:52.000 They were smart to use credit cards for their daily purchases.

00:44:55.000 It's just smart, man.

00:44:56.000 And here's the thing.

00:44:58.000 I just ranted with you guys as far as getting free money, but what you also don't realize is when you use your credit, guess what you do?

00:45:05.000 You're bringing up your credit score.

00:45:07.000 And when you bring up your credit score, that's the most important thing, because now your credit score is high.

00:45:11.000 Guess what?

00:45:11.000 You want to apply for a home loan?

00:45:12.000 You want to apply for an auto loan?

00:45:13.000 You want to apply for...

00:45:16.000 For anything that you want to apply for a loan in general, right?

00:45:18.000 You're going to be able to get a very good and competitive interest rate because your credit score is high.

00:45:23.000 And the thing is, a lot of times, especially if you're trying to buy a fucking house, guys, you want a 30-year fixed loan, you want your credit score as high as possible because that 30-year fixed loan that you're getting, assuming you don't refinance or do anything else like that, you're going to be stuck paying that interest rate forever, right?

00:45:36.000 For 30 years. 0.98

00:45:37.000 But if you have a good credit score and you've got the interest rate, say the market's at 3%, and you're able to get it close to that 3%, bro, you fucking won! 0.83

00:45:45.000 You just saved yourself thousands upon thousands of dollars by having a good credit score. 0.99

00:45:50.000 Just from not being an idiot and using a card that you would have been using anyway to purchase things. 0.97

00:45:55.000 But you must always pay it off. 1.00

00:45:57.000 Like what my auntie does. 0.99

00:45:58.000 Every month they pay it off right before the statement date.

00:46:00.000 So it's always paid off.

00:46:01.000 No interest.

00:46:02.000 The smart thing to do, guys, obviously only spend money that you have, right?

00:46:06.000 But you should be using that credit card to purchase the things and then pay it off in full so you don't give these credit card companies any interest rates.

00:46:12.000 Because if you guys don't, you guys can see here, interest rates fluctuate wildly from 17 all the way up to, I've seen, 30% plus.

00:46:18.000 So guys, don't wait!

00:46:19.000 If you're using debit, stop it, use credit.

00:46:21.000 Alright, number two.

00:46:23.000 Second card.

00:46:24.000 We're going to talk about this one here, Bills. 0.98

00:46:28.000 Chase, this idiot said, Meyer promoted credit cards because of a skim card business. 1.00

00:46:32.000 What the fuck are you talking about skim card? 1.00

00:46:33.000 Some of y'all niggas are retarded. 1.00

00:46:35.000 What are you talking about skim card? 1.00

00:46:37.000 I don't have no fucking skim card business. 1.00

00:46:39.000 What the fuck are you talking about? 1.00

00:46:40.000 I honestly think they just talk the talk. 1.00

00:46:43.000 Yeah, some of you niggas in the chat are idiots, bro. 1.00

00:46:45.000 Holy fuck, man. 1.00

00:46:46.000 Some of y'all are literally retarded. 1.00

00:46:48.000 We get no benefit from telling you guys to get credit cards. 1.00

00:46:51.000 Zero fucking benefit. 0.99

00:46:53.000 Zero benefit. 1.00

00:46:55.000 What the fuck do I get by telling y'all to get your credit score up and to get credit cards? 0.99

00:46:59.000 These niggas aren't paying us. 1.00

00:47:00.000 We're not sponsored by none of these cards. 1.00

00:47:02.000 We're telling you guys to get these cards because we genuinely want you guys to get your credit score up, have multiple credit cards in your arsenal, and get free money, get free travel, get free points, and not have to pay for stupid shit that you can get for free. 1.00

00:47:13.000 The fuck you talking about credit skimmer? 1.00

00:47:14.000 What the fuck is a credit skimmer anyway? 1.00

00:47:16.000 I wish when I was coming up, I had channels like this telling me what cars to get. 0.98

00:47:21.000 Because I didn't know what to get myself.

00:47:22.000 I mean, bro, if you don't see the value in this, bro, just leave, man.

00:47:25.000 Just leave, bro.

00:47:27.000 We're scammed you guys.

00:47:28.000 Bro, come on, man.

00:47:28.000 It's free value.

00:47:29.000 What the fuck, man? 1.00

00:47:31.000 Anyhow. 1.00

00:47:33.000 It's always brokies that say stupid shit like that, bro. 1.00

00:47:36.000 And here's the thing. 1.00

00:47:37.000 I've been using credit cards since I was 18 years old, guys. 1.00

00:47:40.000 I've been telling my friends this shit since I was a fucking teenager. 1.00

00:47:43.000 Yo, use a credit card. 1.00

00:47:43.000 Use a credit card. 1.00

00:47:44.000 Like, this is fucking stupid for you to use cash or debit cards. 1.00

00:47:47.000 I've been telling people this for fucking the better part of over a decade. 1.00

00:47:51.000 I got my first credit card when I was 18, bro. 0.98

00:47:53.000 And this info, your parents should be telling you this.

00:47:55.000 But guess what?

00:47:56.000 Sometimes, we're just by a single mom.

00:47:58.000 She don't know it better.

00:47:59.000 So we're going to help you guys out with some advice.

00:48:00.000 That's it, man.

00:48:02.000 That's really it, bro. 1.00

00:48:03.000 Goddamn. 0.99

00:48:04.000 I mean, come on. 0.98

00:48:06.000 Okay, Chase, Business Unlimited, my favorite credit card, because once again, business credit goes a long way.

00:48:13.000 So let me explain.

00:48:14.000 Personal credit cards have limits to it.

00:48:16.000 Obviously speaking, it's personal credit against your as a guarantee.

00:48:19.000 Versus business credit uses businesses for like a, I want to say, foundational pull, which means your business is going to be liable for everything.

00:48:26.000 However...

00:48:27.000 If you don't want to, you don't want to put your personal credit score.

00:48:29.000 But business cards, like this business unlimited here, the limits are way higher because it's a business, one.

00:48:35.000 And two, the more you pay it off, the more history you create with this company, which is Chase, the more they'll give you on the credit card.

00:48:42.000 So...

00:48:43.000 I had this card when I first got into business, maybe like, I want to say, four years ago.

00:48:50.000 And this card right here, guys, I had a limit of like, what, 10K? It is not well over 50K. But again, paying it off over a period of time, every single month, they trust you with more loan-to-debt ratio anyway.

00:49:03.000 So the point is, guys, you can get a way higher limit using business credit cards as well.

00:49:06.000 But this card is unlimited, 1.5% cash back.

00:49:09.000 I wish I knew about the American Express book cash before.

00:49:13.000 But I banked with Chase, so I wanted the best card with them for cashback that I could see.

00:49:18.000 It was this one here.

00:49:19.000 And this one has no annual fee.

00:49:22.000 That's why it's 1.5 cashback.

00:49:23.000 But I'll tell you this.

00:49:24.000 My Lyft, for example, 5% cashback.

00:49:28.000 So whenever I use Lyft, I have this card attached to that Lyft account, and I get 5% cashback off each ride.

00:49:32.000 So it's pretty good.

00:49:34.000 And this is typically what will happen, guys.

00:49:35.000 So if you get a credit card like this, right, that's like what I call like a multi-use kind of card, right?

00:49:40.000 It's not a straight cashback card.

00:49:41.000 Where you get 1.5 cash back.

00:49:43.000 A lot of times they'll have other benefits, right?

00:49:44.000 In this case, you're getting 5% cash back on Lyft.

00:49:47.000 Also, open it back up.

00:49:48.000 I think there's no fee.

00:49:50.000 Yeah, employee cards earn rewards faster than employee cards at no additional cost.

00:49:53.000 So other cards will charge you sometimes to give employee cards.

00:49:55.000 Remember how we talked about giving people employee cards and authorized users?

00:49:58.000 They won't charge you for that, right?

00:50:00.000 And then it says flexible redemption options, redeem rewards for cash back, gift cards, travel, and more through Chase Ultimate Rewards.

00:50:06.000 Your cash back rewards don't expire as long as your account is open.

00:50:09.000 So there's no limit on the points.

00:50:11.000 You could just have them there forever.

00:50:13.000 And then I guarantee you guys here, this 5% cash back through Lyft, that's probably going to change.

00:50:18.000 A lot of times what these credit card companies will do is they'll rotate certain benefits, right?

00:50:23.000 So like maybe one month it'll be Lyft, another month it'll be maybe Uber, another month it'll be maybe a department store.

00:50:29.000 So, that's why we always show you guys the website as of when we do this.

00:50:33.000 And that's why we have to constantly be doing updates on these credit card episodes because credit card benefits changes every year.

00:50:38.000 Because the credit card market is extremely competitive, guys.

00:50:41.000 And they want to get your business at the end of the day.

00:50:43.000 And that's why I tell you all the time, like, they want to get your business, right?

00:50:46.000 And they want people that are, you know...

00:50:48.000 Trusted consumers and they want them to use their credit cards because they get paid.

00:50:52.000 Every time you use a credit card, by the way, there's merchant fees that the credit card company is getting, right?

00:50:56.000 And then on top of that, they're hoping that you're going to not pay the full amount and you're going to give them interest.

00:51:01.000 So they want to give you the credit card, let you spend on it, they collect the merchant fees, they collect interest, etc.

00:51:06.000 But if you're smart, what do you do?

00:51:08.000 You end up using a credit card.

00:51:09.000 You pay the bill off in full.

00:51:11.000 You don't give them any interest.

00:51:12.000 And then you're able to get the free points and the rewards and travel the world and buy free shit off your points for absolutely free and for money that you were going to spend anyway.

00:51:20.000 That's why I'm so big on telling you guys. 0.91

00:51:22.000 I know I got to drill it into your heads.

00:51:24.000 But yo...

00:51:25.000 Don't use a debit card.

00:51:27.000 When I was doing my fitness thing, right?

00:51:28.000 And I had a couple spots for you guys, and I got on calls with some of you guys.

00:51:32.000 Some of y'all didn't have credit cards.

00:51:33.000 Y'all were like, oh yeah, here's my debit card number. 0.99

00:51:34.000 And I'm like, what the fuck are you doing? 0.99

00:51:36.000 Give me a debit card number. 1.00

00:51:37.000 What's wrong with you?

00:51:38.000 You should be using a credit card to do this. 0.99

00:51:40.000 Like, get some goddamn benefit on this expenditure, man. 0.97

00:51:42.000 Like, guys, every single one y'all watching right now, you should have at least... 0.98

00:51:46.000 One to two credit cards. 0.99

00:51:48.000 And that credit card better be giving you some kind of fucking benefit. 0.98

00:51:50.000 And if it's not giving you a benefit, it better be a fucking startup, you know, a startup credit card or a beginner credit card, maybe a secured credit card to get your credit score up to a point where you can finally apply for and get a good credit card. 0.99

00:52:00.000 Whether it's a travel card, a cashback card, whatever it is, get your fucking credit score up. 0.99

00:52:05.000 Get credit cards, guys. 0.99

00:52:06.000 Get two to three of them and use them, dude.

00:52:08.000 Okay?

00:52:09.000 Don't go into debt, obviously.

00:52:10.000 Pay it off in full.

00:52:11.000 But you should never be using a debit card or cash, man. 1.00

00:52:14.000 That's broke you shit, man. 1.00

00:52:16.000 Well said. 1.00

00:52:17.000 Yeah, I mean, I gotta repeat it a million times for them, but it's like, bro, that's...

00:52:21.000 And look, the more you know, the better.

00:52:24.000 I want y'all to get benefits, man. 1.00

00:52:26.000 Like, we don't benefit at all by telling you guys this shit. 0.97

00:52:28.000 Like, we just want y'all to have your credit score up so that you guys can be in a position where if you want to buy a house, you want to buy a car, you want to get a personal loan to deal with something, etc. 0.98

00:52:37.000 You want to have good credit, man.

00:52:38.000 Yo...

00:52:40.000 In America, in the United States in general, debt is very important.

00:52:44.000 We live in a debt society.

00:52:46.000 And being able to have good credit, which means you are a trusted consumer, is extremely important.

00:52:51.000 I would rather have an 800 credit score and $200,000 than have a million dollars and a 400 credit score.

00:52:58.000 That's how important having credit is, guys.

00:53:00.000 There's a slogan that says, American runs on Dunkin'.

00:53:03.000 No.

00:53:04.000 American runs on credit.

00:53:06.000 Literally.

00:53:06.000 Because literally, guys, your whole life, if you're not going to be, I want to say, in the system, you're going to need credit at least sometime or another.

00:53:13.000 So, guys, understand credit is very important to your success.

00:53:16.000 Even as a business owner, you're going to need credit.

00:53:18.000 All right.

00:53:19.000 Third card.

00:53:20.000 We have here...

00:53:21.000 All the richest people.

00:53:23.000 None of them ever use cash or debit cards, bro.

00:53:27.000 They all use credit cards.

00:53:28.000 And if they did at one point, they're smart enough and say, you know what?

00:53:31.000 It's a waste.

00:53:32.000 Let me get credit.

00:53:33.000 Even Dave Ramsey, guaranteed he's using credit cards.

00:53:36.000 He tells you all the time, hey, don't get a debt, blah, blah, blah.

00:53:38.000 Bro, he's using credit cards.

00:53:41.000 Trust me.

00:53:41.000 But for the average person, though, I see why he says that.

00:53:44.000 Because they don't pay back on time, and then they get into more debt, and they get issues, and then, yeah. 1.00

00:53:48.000 They're idiots. 1.00

00:53:48.000 But if you're watching this podcast, you're a higher IQ individual. 1.00

00:53:51.000 If you're watching our shit already and you can see through the bullshit and the clips and people trying to make us look like crazy, massages, whatever, and you're here watching us, I already know for a fact that you don't go with the social narrative. 0.99

00:54:02.000 You go against the grain and you're probably higher IQ than most people. 0.99

00:54:05.000 So look, since you're a higher IQ than most people, we need to do higher IQ moves.

00:54:09.000 We need to leverage credit to our advantage, guys. 0.98

00:54:12.000 And the biggest reason why I want you guys to have good credit is at some point I want all you motherfuckers to own a real estate property. 0.97

00:54:18.000 We don't want you to have a real estate property. 0.96

00:54:19.000 When you have a real estate property, guys, that is an asset that will pay you back not only in rent and appreciation, but guess what? 0.94

00:54:25.000 If the fucking storm hits and you guys are broke and you ain't got no money, blah, blah, blah, guess what you could do? 0.99

00:54:29.000 You could do a fucking cash out refinance, you could do a home equity line of credit, and you can borrow against your fucking house. 1.00

00:54:34.000 And guess what? 1.00

00:54:34.000 It's tax-free because it's a fucking loan. 1.00

00:54:36.000 They can't charge you tax on a fucking loan. 1.00

00:54:39.000 This is what the wealthy do. 1.00

00:54:40.000 This is what Robert Kiyosaki does.

00:54:41.000 This is what Grant Cardone does. 0.99

00:54:42.000 This is what fucking Ken McElroy does. 1.00

00:54:43.000 All these billionaire fucking real estate investors, guys, they don't pay taxes. 1.00

00:54:46.000 You want to know why? 1.00

00:54:47.000 Because they borrow against their assets. 0.99

00:54:49.000 When you borrow against your assets, you don't have to pay taxes on shit. 0.98

00:54:52.000 Their earned income is down, but they're borrowing against assets that they purchased, and they're getting millions upon millions of dollars off of their fucking assets, and they don't gotta worry about shit, and they're paying the tax man less than you pay. 0.97

00:55:02.000 You make 50k per year, some of y'all right now, watching this fucking show, making 50, 60, 70, 80k per year, you guys are paying more taxes than Grant Cardone. 1.00

00:55:09.000 Some of you guys right now that make 100k per year, 120k per year, etc., I pay less taxes than you motherfuckers. 1.00

00:55:15.000 We're good to go. 0.99

00:55:36.000 We're good to go.

00:55:57.000 You never paid it back.

00:55:58.000 Then you're 30 years old.

00:55:59.000 You don't want to buy a property.

00:56:01.000 You're working a job now.

00:56:03.000 But you go to the banker and he says, hey, listen, man.

00:56:06.000 I got a property.

00:56:07.000 I got family here.

00:56:08.000 You know, wife and some kids. 0.99

00:56:10.000 And, you know, I think it's time.

00:56:13.000 Runs your credit.

00:56:14.000 Looks at your, you know, scores.

00:56:16.000 All three bureaus.

00:56:17.000 He says to you, sir, we can't give you a house.

00:56:24.000 Hold on.

00:56:25.000 You know, I pay my taxes.

00:56:26.000 I'm a good guy.

00:56:27.000 What's going on here?

00:56:29.000 Looks like you have some, I want to say, unpaid dues.

00:56:33.000 What is that?

00:56:35.000 Remember when you were 18 years old, you had a credit card, never paid it off.

00:56:39.000 So now it's a delinquent, and you have bad debt.

00:56:43.000 You never paid off.

00:56:43.000 So as a result, it's going to affect your actual process of buying maybe a car or a house.

00:56:48.000 But that's the average American on some level because these people don't understand how credit cards actually work.

00:56:54.000 And if you don't pay it off, it can come out to haunt you in the future.

00:56:57.000 So guys, credit is very important, man, no matter what you do.

00:57:00.000 Yeah, man.

00:57:01.000 It'll literally hold you back.

00:57:03.000 Yeah, it will.

00:57:04.000 Alright, what's the next card?

00:57:05.000 Alright, so we talked about the Business Inc.

00:57:07.000 Alright, quick.

00:57:08.000 Oh, okay.

00:57:09.000 So this is the legendary plum that we talked to you guys about when we had KT in here, guys.

00:57:15.000 KT talked very highly about this card, and I can see why.

00:57:17.000 We had to add it to the list, man.

00:57:18.000 We had to.

00:57:19.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:57:19.000 This actually is one card we never mentioned before because obviously we were already...

00:57:23.000 I had known about this card, but...

00:57:24.000 Yeah, but we didn't really put any money into it.

00:57:26.000 But after hearing the benefits...

00:57:27.000 Do you want to hear yourself, buddy?

00:57:28.000 What?

00:57:28.000 I was actually...

00:57:29.000 The last business one that we were going to do, I was going to put this card on the list, but I was like, nah, niggas are going to get lazy because it's 60 days. 1.00

00:57:33.000 60 days.

00:57:34.000 I was like, nah, it's going to teach them bad habits.

00:57:37.000 They're like, oh, I'm just not going to pay it off.

00:57:39.000 I got 60 days.

00:57:40.000 But...

00:57:41.000 But hold on.

00:57:42.000 For business itself, I understand why you may want this card.

00:57:45.000 Because at least 60 days is more time for you to pay it off.

00:57:49.000 Because, let's be honest here, some businesses are a little slower than others, and let's say for the first month, you don't have all the money you need to make, then you can't pay your card off right away.

00:57:57.000 But with the plum, you have what?

00:58:00.000 60 days to pay it off.

00:58:01.000 For that statement.

00:58:04.000 So, listen guys, if you have a business, right, where cash flows aren't as good as you want it to be, maybe it's e-commerce, you have to wait for money to come in.

00:58:10.000 Or you might have some type of weird net 30, net 60, where you don't get paid until the month after the fact for a month that already closed.

00:58:17.000 Exactly.

00:58:17.000 This could be a card for you as well with your business.

00:58:19.000 So it's a little bit under the gold and platinum, but it's still a very good card.

00:58:23.000 And I just see the benefits here.

00:58:25.000 Let's see.

00:58:25.000 You have 1.5% early payback discount, which is good because, let's say, for example, you pay back in a month, even better.

00:58:32.000 Can we enlarge that real quick?

00:58:33.000 60 days to pay.

00:58:34.000 Okay.

00:58:34.000 With the plump card, get unlimited 1.5 cashback on eligible purchases when you pay within 10 days of your statement.

00:58:40.000 Closing date, just pay your minimum payment due by your payment due date and see the discount applied to your next statement.

00:58:45.000 That's pretty good.

00:58:46.000 That's not bad.

00:58:47.000 And then flexibility, peace of mind, extra days to pay.

00:58:49.000 Take up to 60 days to pay without interest when you pay the minimum due by the payment due date.

00:58:53.000 Which isn't a bad gig, man, because I'll tell you guys this.

00:58:56.000 The other cards, like the Amex Gold, Amex Platinum, etc., they're all charge cards.

00:58:59.000 And after 30 days, they're going to hit you with interest.

00:59:01.000 So this might be a good one.

00:59:03.000 And then travel benefits, no foreign transaction fees.

00:59:05.000 That's pretty good.

00:59:07.000 Because some Amex cards give you foreign transaction fees. 0.96

00:59:09.000 And you guys are probably wondering, what the fuck is that? 0.95

00:59:11.000 So let's say you use your credit card in another country. 0.95

00:59:14.000 You'll get hit with those foreign transaction fees and they can add up very quickly, guys.

00:59:18.000 Most credit cards don't have foreign transaction fees.

00:59:21.000 That's why I always suggest that you have at least one travel credit card in your repertoire, guys, because you can avoid foreign transaction fees like this.

00:59:27.000 What else do we got here?

00:59:30.000 And then return protection, which a lot of credit cards have this, but yeah, like if you end up where, you know, consumer protection when you purchase things.

00:59:37.000 Let's say you buy an item, never receive it, then you can just call AMX and they'll get it back for you.

00:59:41.000 That's another reason too why you always want to use credit cards, man.

00:59:43.000 Yep.

00:59:44.000 Protection.

00:59:44.000 Yeah, bro.

00:59:45.000 But yeah.

00:59:46.000 And there's a $250 annual fee, which, you know, not bad, not the worst.

00:59:51.000 I've seen way worse annual fees, like the AMX Platinum got like a, what is it, $700 or $800?

00:59:56.000 $695.

00:59:57.000 $700 now.

00:59:58.000 And it's going up, by the way. 0.99

00:59:59.000 Goddamn. 0.99

01:00:00.000 Holy! 1.00

01:00:01.000 Yeah, bro.

01:00:02.000 Platinum A for everybody, bro.

01:00:04.000 Top tier.

01:00:05.000 Yeah, so you get a lot of benefits.

01:00:07.000 But benefits still kind of do overcome that price.

01:00:10.000 They do.

01:00:10.000 If you utilize everything, it actually does overcome it.

01:00:12.000 But yeah, I mean, it is a little...

01:00:14.000 700 annual fee is wild.

01:00:15.000 That's why I tell you guys, the Platinum and the Gold and shit like that, these are cards that...

01:00:21.000 Once you're really profitable and you're doing well, that's when you want to get those kinds of business cards.

01:00:25.000 But in general, man, for the average person, maybe you don't need to be flexing like that.

01:00:30.000 I believe, can you upgrade to a different Amex card once you have it?

01:00:33.000 Like, let's say you have a plum.

01:00:34.000 You can upgrade and you can downgrade.

01:00:37.000 That's good.

01:00:37.000 You can call Amex and you can upgrade and you can downgrade.

01:00:40.000 So that's one of the good things with them as well.

01:00:42.000 So you can start here and then work your way up.

01:00:43.000 You can work your way up, yeah.

01:00:44.000 Depending on how profitable you are.

01:00:46.000 And then also, just so you know, the annual fee, you can write that off.

01:00:50.000 Or, you know what I did?

01:00:51.000 So I saw that annual fee hit me.

01:00:53.000 It actually hit me, I think, at the end of the year, I think December.

01:00:55.000 I just used the points that I already had to just pay it off.

01:00:58.000 So you can use points that you accumulate, right, from using the card and just use those points towards that annual fee and then it's done.

01:01:04.000 Speaking of points, business credit cards, we're traveling on Thursday to Las Vegas.

01:01:10.000 And as you guys know, it is what?

01:01:12.000 Super Bowl weekend.

01:01:13.000 Holy!

01:01:15.000 Yeah, the prices are terrible.

01:01:16.000 Prices are skyrocket.

01:01:16.000 Listen, I love Roti Exotics in Vegas, my boy's rental company.

01:01:22.000 I want to rent a Lamborghini Urus.

01:01:25.000 That ain't taxing me, bro, because it's Super Bowl.

01:01:26.000 I get it.

01:01:27.000 So not only cars are expensive, but hotels, dinner, everything's going to be way up.

01:01:31.000 So we said, you know what?

01:01:33.000 How do we avert this cost and save money?

01:01:35.000 As, you know, smart people that do business, you know, and as well, we want to save money.

01:01:40.000 So we say, you know what?

01:01:42.000 Perfect.

01:01:42.000 What do we use every single day?

01:01:44.000 Business credit cards.

01:01:45.000 But what do we get when we use the cards?

01:01:46.000 We get points.

01:01:48.000 So we just deduct that point from the actual price of the hotel and we pay almost nothing.

01:01:53.000 So I think, guys, on some level, if you're smart, you can pay for travel as you go whenever you use your card.

01:02:00.000 But at the same time, if you want to save money, you can do as well.

01:02:02.000 So I think either way, getting points is good for you as well.

01:02:04.000 And travel always works because who wants to spend money when you travel?

01:02:07.000 I mean, I don't.

01:02:08.000 So it's pretty good.

01:02:13.000 Yeah.

01:02:14.000 Oh, and by the way, we're staying at a nice hotel, by the way.

01:02:16.000 Yeah, not bad.

01:02:17.000 Yeah, and all paid for with the points, man. 0.99

01:02:20.000 Yeah, W. Yo, shout out to the two trolls in the fucking Rumble chat. 1.00

01:02:25.000 What? 0.99

01:02:25.000 He's asking why are we going to fucking Vegas when we don't watch sports. 0.99

01:02:29.000 There's a slap, there's a power slap event we're going with Rumble. 0.98

01:02:32.000 So...

01:02:34.000 Yeah.

01:02:34.000 They just be hating, bro.

01:02:35.000 Yo, I'll never understand, like, haters.

01:02:38.000 No, don't ban them, guys.

01:02:39.000 Don't remove them.

01:02:40.000 Let them fucking stay in here and talk shit. 1.00

01:02:42.000 See, you're better than me, bro, because I'm not going to respond. 1.00

01:02:44.000 I'm just like, okay, cool. 1.00

01:02:45.000 No, no, let them sit there and talk their shit, man. 1.00

01:02:47.000 Don't ban them, mods. 1.00

01:02:48.000 Don't ban them. 1.00

01:02:49.000 Let them fucking sit there and troll their weirdos. 1.00

01:02:51.000 Okay. 1.00

01:02:52.000 I'll unban them.

01:02:52.000 No, yeah, don't ban them, bro.

01:02:54.000 I'm unbanning them.

01:02:55.000 You're unbanning them?

01:02:55.000 Yeah.

01:02:56.000 Yeah, I think it's like the Weed 420 dude and some EG or some shit like that.

01:02:59.000 Don't ban them.

01:03:00.000 Let them say what they want.

01:03:01.000 Who's up next?

01:03:02.000 All right, who's next?

01:03:03.000 Capital One.

01:03:04.000 Oh, okay.

01:03:04.000 This is the next one.

01:03:05.000 This is actually a very good card, man.

01:03:07.000 This is not an easy card to get, though.

01:03:08.000 This is a hard card to get, guys.

01:03:11.000 The Spark Capital One.

01:03:13.000 Spark Cash Plus.

01:03:14.000 This is a really good business credit card.

01:03:15.000 It's a green card, but it's almost like a black card.

01:03:20.000 Bills, this is actually a card your mom uses, right?

01:03:22.000 Yeah, absolutely.

01:03:23.000 You mind giving us some detail about this card?

01:03:25.000 Some backstory?

01:03:26.000 Yeah, my mom loves this card.

01:03:27.000 It pretty much, she has no limit on it.

01:03:29.000 She could just like, she could pretty much, I mean, it's a charge card.

01:03:32.000 She has to pay it all back the same month, of course.

01:03:34.000 But it's pretty much, it's a heavy metal card.

01:03:37.000 It's metal.

01:03:38.000 I use this a couple times.

01:03:39.000 It's nice.

01:03:40.000 She loves it.

01:03:41.000 She loves it more than her Amex Gold.

01:03:43.000 She uses it more than her Amex Gold, so...

01:03:45.000 Capital spark.

01:03:46.000 Yep.

01:03:46.000 Alright.

01:03:47.000 And then some more stuff here on the card.

01:03:50.000 So, earn cash back on primary employee cards.

01:03:52.000 Rewards don't expire.

01:03:54.000 No foreign transaction fees.

01:03:55.000 Cons.

01:03:56.000 Buy a month must be paid in full every month.

01:03:59.000 Has an annual fee, which is $150, which is too bad.

01:04:02.000 But high spending requirement to hit a full welcome bonus and a bonus offers.

01:04:05.000 And that's going to be a lot of business credit cards, guys.

01:04:08.000 They're going to have, like, a lot of times they'll give you a sign-up bonus, like they'll give you, we'll give you $1,000, $500, $1,000 back, but y'all got to spend $10K in the first three months of opening the account.

01:04:17.000 Well, look, man, if you got a business, it's really not that hard to spend $10,000 in three months, guys.

01:04:21.000 But you know what's crazy?

01:04:22.000 It really isn't.

01:04:23.000 You want to meet somebody, want to get a new business credit card.

01:04:26.000 Because they want to spend money.

01:04:28.000 So listen bro, we're friends, right bro?

01:04:30.000 Hey man, you need points for that limit.

01:04:31.000 You need points, you need to spend money to get those points.

01:04:34.000 So why not, why don't you just like buy this, you know, this bottle for me.

01:04:38.000 Just buy this, you know, food for me.

01:04:39.000 You know what?

01:04:40.000 Bro, you got a new card?

01:04:41.000 Spend money.

01:04:41.000 Because they need to spend money anyway, so.

01:04:43.000 And not only that, the other thing too, guys, a lot of these credit cards, they'll give you like, you know, 0% interest the first 12 or 18 months, right?

01:04:51.000 So you got to spend that money, right?

01:04:53.000 You spend that money in the first three months or whatever, but you have like a year to pay it off, a year and a half without any interest.

01:04:57.000 Not bad gig, man.

01:04:58.000 Not bad.

01:04:58.000 I had to spend 15K on my card.

01:05:01.000 Bro, I was so nice to people.

01:05:02.000 Listen, bro, dinner is on me.

01:05:04.000 Movie's on me.

01:05:05.000 Model on me.

01:05:06.000 Let me spend the money real quick.

01:05:07.000 Cash out me real quick.

01:05:09.000 But hey, man, for the points, bro.

01:05:11.000 Yeah, you get the points.

01:05:12.000 Yeah, pretty good.

01:05:14.000 Alright, what else do we got here?

01:05:15.000 But yeah, this is a good card, man.

01:05:17.000 The annual fee is $150.

01:05:19.000 Sign-up bonus for a limited time.

01:05:20.000 Earn $3,000 cash bonus.

01:05:21.000 Oh, wow, that's quite a bit.

01:05:23.000 $1,500 once you spend $20,000 the first three months.

01:05:26.000 Yeah, see? 0.99

01:05:26.000 God damn! 0.99

01:05:27.000 And an additional $1,500 once you spend $100,000 the first six months. 0.99

01:05:32.000 Now, here's the thing, though, bro.

01:05:33.000 If you got a brick-and-mortar business, Where you got like a storefront or some shit like that, that's not that much.

01:05:38.000 It's not.

01:05:40.000 Supplies, equipment. 0.99

01:05:42.000 Payroll, shit like that. 0.99

01:05:43.000 You can easily spend that. 1.00

01:05:45.000 Maybe even rent.

01:05:46.000 Yeah.

01:05:47.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:05:48.000 Rent for your business?

01:05:49.000 Yeah.

01:05:49.000 Yeah, bro.

01:05:50.000 Yeah, like that.

01:05:50.000 You could spend that...

01:05:52.000 Spending $20,000 in three months is totally possible if you're a business owner, especially if you've got a brick and mortar business, guys.

01:05:58.000 So ongoing rewards earn 2% cash back on every purchase, every reward, no limits or category restrictions.

01:06:02.000 That's really good.

01:06:02.000 So you can really let that 2% fly up.

01:06:05.000 Because you guys saw the other cash back ones that we had, like the Amex Blue Cash, it's up to $50,000 per the calendar year.

01:06:12.000 So you can only earn up to $50,000 Which sucks. 0.96

01:06:15.000 Yeah, it sucks. 0.78

01:06:16.000 But that's fine. 0.98

01:06:17.000 But this one is unlimited.

01:06:18.000 And then earn 5% cash back on hotels and rental cars booked through the Capital One Travel. 0.81

01:06:22.000 That's pretty fucking nice.

01:06:23.000 5% cash back on hotels and rental cars? 0.96

01:06:26.000 Hey, man.

01:06:27.000 Traveling, get a car.

01:06:29.000 That's a good one.

01:06:29.000 Use your card.

01:06:30.000 That's fucking lit. 0.98

01:06:31.000 Like, yeah, it does have high spend, but this card is going to be really fantastic for you guys if you have a brick-and-mortar business, bro. 0.99

01:06:37.000 Because $20k in three months is totally possible, and then $100k in six months is totally possible.

01:06:43.000 Because remember, payroll, equipment, cars, rent, any of this shit you can use for your business credit card. 0.54

01:06:51.000 Just because it's running the business, man. 0.87

01:06:53.000 So that's 100% possible.

01:06:54.000 And then you get $3,000 cash bonus, and you're getting 2% cash back on that? 0.97

01:06:58.000 This is a really fucking good card, guys. 0.92

01:07:00.000 And the good part is, you're spending the money anyway. 0.99

01:07:02.000 You're spending it anyway.

01:07:03.000 So, might as well make some money off of it, too.

01:07:04.000 Yeah.

01:07:05.000 And it's better.

01:07:06.000 And they get your annual fee refunded every year.

01:07:07.000 You spend at least $150K. Bam!

01:07:09.000 So, if you spend $150K per year, there is no annual fee on this thing.

01:07:13.000 Which is totally possible as a business owner, guys.

01:07:16.000 Rewards won't expire for the life of the account.

01:07:18.000 No preset spending limit.

01:07:19.000 Benefits may change over time.

01:07:20.000 So, guys, this is a charge card as well.

01:07:22.000 No limit. 0.98

01:07:23.000 You want to spend fucking $100,000 and purchase something right then and there? 0.99

01:07:26.000 Boom. 0.99

01:07:26.000 You can make it happen. 0.99

01:07:28.000 Hey, some of you want a black card.

01:07:29.000 Well, guess what?

01:07:31.000 You might not get it.

01:07:32.000 You might get a green card, though.

01:07:33.000 So, there you go.

01:07:33.000 There you go.

01:07:34.000 You can use this instead, man.

01:07:35.000 There you go.

01:07:35.000 So, yeah, that's actually...

01:07:37.000 It's a really good business credit card, but I'm going to warn you guys, it's hard to get.

01:07:40.000 That credit card is very hard to get. 0.97

01:07:44.000 So, make sure you have all your shit in line before you apply. 0.99

01:07:48.000 Okay. 0.99

01:07:49.000 Last one here?

01:07:49.000 Yeah.

01:07:50.000 Last one.

01:07:50.000 Y'all know what this one is?

01:07:51.000 Hey, we know what it is.

01:07:53.000 I am Mrs.

01:07:54.000 Blattem Cards!

01:07:58.000 We got both.

01:08:02.000 Gold and platinum.

01:08:03.000 Amex need to cut us a check, man. 1.00

01:08:04.000 This is some bullshit, bro. 1.00

01:08:05.000 We keep promoting you fucking losers. 1.00

01:08:07.000 We got gold and platinum, nigga. 1.00

01:08:11.000 By the way, my hotel, my flight to Europe, everything, bro.

01:08:16.000 Shout out to Amex, man, for the points.

01:08:18.000 Yeah, shout out to y'all, man.

01:08:19.000 Yeah, they definitely fresh booked everything for us with Amex.

01:08:24.000 So, great card, guys.

01:08:26.000 But I'll keep it a thousand with y'all, man.

01:08:28.000 This is a...

01:08:30.000 Make sure that you're profitable when you have a card like this.

01:08:33.000 Like I said, it's a $700 annual fee.

01:08:35.000 If you don't travel a lot, etc., you might not use it to its biggest capacity because this is a travel card.

01:08:43.000 The Amex Platinum is a travel card.

01:08:44.000 I'll tell you what.

01:08:45.000 Predominantly.

01:08:46.000 With the intro bonus for this card, if you actually...

01:08:50.000 Make the points within the three month period of using this card.

01:08:53.000 It'll pay for the annual fee actually.

01:08:55.000 That could be your bonus too as well.

01:08:57.000 Pay for yourself.

01:08:59.000 And all the benefits too as well.

01:09:00.000 The benefits of the card.

01:09:01.000 Travel, points, gift card, everything.

01:09:03.000 It just maximizes your actual choice of the card.

01:09:07.000 Mind you, Uber eats...

01:09:09.000 Uber itself.

01:09:10.000 Let's pull it up real quick.

01:09:11.000 Whenever you use a card, you get actual cash back and points to it as well.

01:09:14.000 Let's see here.

01:09:15.000 So you get 5x on flights and prepaid hotels, 1.5 points on eligible purchases, 1 points on other eligible purchases.

01:09:21.000 You get a $400 statement credit.

01:09:23.000 Scroll down real quick.

01:09:25.000 Okay, Shop Dell.

01:09:26.000 Okay, so they still got to deal with Dell.

01:09:28.000 With Dell.

01:09:28.000 So if you want to buy computers with Dell for your business, you can.

01:09:30.000 You got to deal with Indeed.

01:09:31.000 Build your team up with Indeed.

01:09:33.000 Adobe Creative Solutions.

01:09:35.000 Okay, I think that's new.

01:09:36.000 $150 credit towards that.

01:09:38.000 Wireless credit.

01:09:39.000 Get up to $120 per year back for a purchase on U.S. wireless telephone service providers.

01:09:43.000 So, you know, you want to go ahead and get a phone line.

01:09:46.000 They'll cover that.

01:09:47.000 The Global Launch Collection.

01:09:49.000 So...

01:09:49.000 Guys, a lot of big airports will have the Centurion lounges, right?

01:09:54.000 They'll have free food in there.

01:09:55.000 It's way more comfortable. 0.99

01:09:56.000 They got showers and shit like that. 0.96

01:09:57.000 So if you travel a lot and you get these long-ass layovers, etc., you can go ahead and chill in these lounges. 0.96

01:10:03.000 I was headed to Jamaica, and I was there super early.

01:10:05.000 I was hungry.

01:10:07.000 Went to the lounge and got free food.

01:10:09.000 Got a nice place to sit, chill out until my flight was ready, and I'm Wi-Fi, all that, versus like sitting with all the bro keys in a regular area.

01:10:15.000 Yep.

01:10:15.000 This is pretty helpful.

01:10:16.000 Clear, that's good.

01:10:17.000 You get $109, $80 towards Clear, man, so you can go ahead and cut the lines.

01:10:20.000 Oh, shoot.

01:10:21.000 I need to renew my Clear.

01:10:23.000 Yeah, there you go.

01:10:23.000 Bam.

01:10:24.000 Yeah, Clear.

01:10:24.000 Your card will take care of that.

01:10:26.000 Clear is real good, man.

01:10:27.000 I got a lifetime membership.

01:10:28.000 Yeah, clear is lit.

01:10:29.000 No, no, but they did an update.

01:10:30.000 You have to go inside to the clear department to get your ID checked and get a facial recognition to update for the new rules. 0.91

01:10:37.000 For the audience, because they're probably wondering what the fuck is clear.

01:10:39.000 So when you're at the airport, guys, clear, what it does is it basically scans your face, especially your, I think it's your, they do it mostly off your eyes. 0.91

01:10:47.000 It scans your face and then what ends up happening is you pretty much cut the line and you can go right to TSA. Yeah.

01:10:54.000 So yeah, Bills used to work for Clear, actually.

01:10:56.000 Wait, what's the opposite to that?

01:10:58.000 TSA pre-check.

01:10:59.000 TSA pre-check.

01:10:59.000 You could get TSA pre-check, too.

01:11:01.000 Either or works.

01:11:01.000 Yeah, either or.

01:11:02.000 You could get both if you want, too.

01:11:03.000 Because some airports might not be as compatible with Clear.

01:11:07.000 But I see it at every major airport.

01:11:09.000 We've been to them.

01:11:09.000 We see Clear.

01:11:10.000 I go straight there.

01:11:11.000 We get the line, I go straight there.

01:11:12.000 We be cutting, man. 1.00

01:11:13.000 Fuck y'all brokies. 1.00

01:11:14.000 We need to go. 1.00

01:11:16.000 On Thursday.

01:11:16.000 Yeah, so we use clear all the time, bro, because we be getting there late, I go live, but we be cutting the live real quick.

01:11:22.000 Whose fault is it, getting there late?

01:11:23.000 I know, you ain't talking.

01:11:24.000 Yo, let's look at the vlogs.

01:11:25.000 It's his fault.

01:11:26.000 No, it's not my fault. 1.00

01:11:27.000 Bro, Myron, Byron, the fuck's at 10 o'clock. 0.99

01:11:30.000 All right, bro, it's 9.30, let's go. 1.00

01:11:32.000 9.30, nigga? 1.00

01:11:33.000 You better be late. 0.93

01:11:34.000 I'll tell you this, man.

01:11:36.000 I used to be on the job.

01:11:37.000 When I used to work for the job, bro, we used to go around, man.

01:11:40.000 Waiting in lines is like new to me, man.

01:11:42.000 Yo. 0.98

01:11:42.000 When I used to be on the job, bro, you go around the back and you go in through where the pilots and shit go and you just cut the line, bro. 0.98

01:11:47.000 See, my mom taught me, bro. 0.96

01:11:47.000 No TSA, man. 0.96

01:11:48.000 Show up two hours early because you never know what could happen.

01:11:51.000 Yeah.

01:11:51.000 But we got clear.

01:11:52.000 Accident.

01:11:52.000 So we good.

01:11:53.000 Flat tire, you never know. 0.99

01:11:54.000 What's the other shit? 1.00

01:11:55.000 Global entry. 0.99

01:11:56.000 And I think they give you global entry.

01:11:58.000 So, yo, you could do both with the Amex thing.

01:12:00.000 Yeah, they give it all.

01:12:01.000 They give you it all, bro.

01:12:02.000 So, you know, you get $200 airline credit fee.

01:12:05.000 We use the fine hotels and resort program as well.

01:12:09.000 So, you know, you got the Marriott.

01:12:11.000 So, guys, there's a lot of benefits, obviously. 0.99

01:12:13.000 That's why it comes with the hefty $700 fucking thing. 0.99

01:12:18.000 Platinum card? 0.99

01:12:19.000 It is a pretty nice card.

01:12:19.000 Yo, you're on a date, bro.

01:12:21.000 Right?

01:12:21.000 You're on a bro-key, bro.

01:12:22.000 You worked your ass off to become successful.

01:12:25.000 You know, you got your own business.

01:12:26.000 Yo, the tab comes for dinner.

01:12:28.000 You're like...

01:12:29.000 Pull my card out.

01:12:35.000 Make sure she sees it.

01:12:37.000 Hold on, hold on.

01:12:38.000 Make sure you're like...

01:12:40.000 Which one should I use?

01:12:42.000 Gold or the platinum?

01:12:43.000 Ooh. 1.00

01:12:43.000 Platinum, bitch. 1.00

01:12:44.000 I'm paying for it. 1.00

01:12:45.000 That's it.

01:12:45.000 But hold on.

01:12:46.000 It gets better.

01:12:48.000 Don't look at the actual receipt.

01:12:50.000 Just put it down.

01:12:51.000 Oh, just put the card down and look away.

01:12:53.000 Take it. 1.00

01:12:57.000 Shit, man. 1.00

01:12:58.000 Don't look at it. 1.00

01:12:59.000 There you go.

01:13:02.000 That's it, man.

01:13:02.000 It works every time.

01:13:03.000 W-game.

01:13:04.000 W-game.

01:13:05.000 Alright.

01:13:07.000 Okay.

01:13:08.000 But yeah, it's a good card, man.

01:13:10.000 And then, honorable mention, I think the Amex Gold is also good.

01:13:14.000 If you don't want to deal with this high of an annual fee, the Amex Gold gives you a lot of similar benefits.

01:13:19.000 But more catered towards food and dining.

01:13:21.000 Yeah.

01:13:21.000 Yeah, it's not as lit as the Amex Platinum, but it's a cheaper annual fee.

01:13:26.000 It still looks good.

01:13:26.000 You can make the argument that the Amex Gold actually looks better than the Platinum.

01:13:29.000 I would say it looks better.

01:13:30.000 It looks better.

01:13:31.000 And it comes in Rolls Gold?

01:13:32.000 The Rolls Gold one hard.

01:13:33.000 I'm not going to lie. 1.00

01:13:33.000 I fuck with that one. 1.00

01:13:34.000 Rolls Gold Platinum? 1.00

01:13:35.000 Bro, holy.

01:13:37.000 Guys, that is the top five business credit cards for this year we recommend.

01:13:42.000 And honestly speaking, guys, any of them is good, but having multiple is good as well.

01:13:51.000 What you guys should do, you should have a card for every purpose.

01:13:53.000 For travel?

01:13:54.000 You should have one travel card.

01:13:55.000 Cashback.

01:13:56.000 One cashback.

01:13:57.000 And then- One business credit card.

01:13:58.000 Business credit card.

01:13:59.000 And then from there, once you have that, that's what I call like the starter pack.

01:14:02.000 You have those three, right?

01:14:03.000 Then from there, that's when you can get into like- Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle.

01:14:08.000 What?

01:14:09.000 What?

01:14:10.000 Starter pack, bro.

01:14:10.000 Yeah, starter pack.

01:14:11.000 Hey, man.

01:14:11.000 Come on, bro.

01:14:13.000 But, yeah, from there, that's when you can go ahead and get into, like, the more, you know, specific cards, right?

01:14:17.000 Like, there's some people that have, like, a Walmart credit card because they shop at Walmart all the time.

01:14:20.000 There's some people that have a Marriott card because they always stay in Marriott.

01:14:22.000 Delta. 0.98

01:14:23.000 Delta or some shit like that. 0.86

01:14:24.000 Yeah.

01:14:24.000 But before you get a specific credit card that's used for a specific company, make sure that you have your basics done.

01:14:32.000 Have one good cashback credit card, have one good travel credit card, have one good business credit card if you're a business owner, and then from there, you can build your credit card collection from there.

01:14:44.000 But yo, you guys should at least have those three, man.

01:14:47.000 And if you don't, bro, you guys got to work towards it.

01:14:50.000 And then at bare minimum, let's say you don't travel.

01:14:53.000 Cool.

01:14:54.000 Let's say you don't have a business.

01:14:55.000 Cool.

01:14:56.000 At least have a cashback credit card, bro.

01:14:58.000 At least have that.

01:14:59.000 Because why?

01:15:00.000 You're spending the money anyway.

01:15:01.000 Yeah. 0.97

01:15:02.000 Like every single one of y'all watching this podcast right now needs to have a cashback credit card at bare fucking minimum.

01:15:08.000 That's getting you back 1.5 to 2% cashback. 0.56

01:15:11.000 We've done a whole episode on cashback credit cards.

01:15:13.000 I think the one that we always recommend is the City Double Cashback.

01:15:16.000 Yeah.

01:15:17.000 Which we don't even have, by the way.

01:15:19.000 It's just a good cashback credit card, right?

01:15:22.000 It's like, we're giving you guys thoughts that we don't even, we might not even have the card, but we still are able to be card agnostic and tell you guys, yo, this is the best cashback credit card, right?

01:15:31.000 Just like, for general purposes.

01:15:33.000 The CD double cashback, it's like green and blue if I'm not mistaken.

01:15:36.000 We'll pull it up on screen for these ninjas real fast. 0.90

01:15:37.000 How many cards do you have in total?

01:15:38.000 Me?

01:15:39.000 I have like five or six.

01:15:40.000 I have four credit cards.

01:15:42.000 Yeah.

01:15:42.000 You said it's the city.

01:15:43.000 A city double cashback, if I'm not mistaken.

01:15:45.000 Like, oh, y'all should at least have that, bro.

01:15:48.000 At least.

01:15:49.000 If you don't want to use...

01:15:50.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:15:51.000 Yeah, that's it right there.

01:15:53.000 Boom.

01:15:53.000 You get 2% cashback.

01:15:56.000 1% when you pay, 1% when you spend.

01:15:58.000 So 2% flat.

01:15:59.000 This is basically one of the best cashback cards, man.

01:16:03.000 I know some of y'all in the chat are saying Apple credit card.

01:16:05.000 Here's the thing with Apple card.

01:16:06.000 I don't suggest you do the Apple card unless you like to use Apple Pay a lot or you buy a lot of Apple products.

01:16:11.000 I'm going to keep it a thousand with you.

01:16:12.000 I got the Apple credit card.

01:16:15.000 Because the physical card itself, I ain't going to lie, it's nice.

01:16:18.000 It's white and metal.

01:16:19.000 It's a nice flex card.

01:16:20.000 However, you have to request it.

01:16:22.000 If you want it.

01:16:23.000 They don't give it to you.

01:16:24.000 If you get approved for the Apple Card, they don't give you the physical card unless you ask for it.

01:16:29.000 And then if you use the card, it defeats the purpose because if I'm not mistaken, you only get like 1.5% to 2% cash back, but if you use Apple Pay, you get 3% cash back.

01:16:37.000 So...

01:16:38.000 For you to get the full benefits of the Apple Card, you need to use Apple Pay.

01:16:41.000 And I think you get 5% cash back if you purchase Apple products.

01:16:44.000 So unless you use Apple products all the time or you use Apple Pay all the time, it might not be worth it for you to get an Apple Card, guys.

01:16:50.000 Just keep it in a thousand with y'all, even though I have one.

01:16:53.000 But I genuinely think the best all-around cash back credit card, even though we don't have it, is the City Cash Back.

01:16:58.000 The reason why I don't have it is because it doesn't make sense.

01:17:00.000 I already have like two or three cash back credit cards.

01:17:02.000 It doesn't make sense for me to get one.

01:17:03.000 But for you guys, that's a fantastic cash back card.

01:17:07.000 Alright.

01:17:08.000 Boom. 1.00

01:17:09.000 Damn, that's it. 1.00

01:17:10.000 We gave you a lot of sauce, man. 1.00

01:17:12.000 Good sauce.

01:17:12.000 And then, okay, what is...

01:17:13.000 We got chats?

01:17:14.000 Oh yeah, we got some chats right here.

01:17:15.000 Okay, we got here. 0.89

01:17:16.000 Jaleel goes, hey FNF, I know this is super late for me to do, and I don't blame at all if you don't give me shit for this, but I'm about to get my first credit card at 23 soon. 0.81

01:17:27.000 What is the best way to start off as someone who has no credit and no... 0.93

01:17:31.000 Debt, I always bought in cash. 0.99

01:17:32.000 Yeah, that's brokey shit right there, which I'm glad. 1.00

01:17:34.000 And it's not too late, bro. 0.99

01:17:34.000 At 23, good job. 0.99

01:17:36.000 There's a hack you can do where you can actually become a cardholder of a family member, for example, father, mother, uncle, auntie.

01:17:45.000 And on their credit card, you can actually get points way faster because you're going to see history of your family member.

01:17:52.000 But if you're an authorized user, you get those same benefits as well.

01:17:55.000 But of course, don't run up the card.

01:17:57.000 Don't waste money.

01:17:59.000 I respect that they did that for you.

01:18:01.000 And I think within three or five bumps, you're going to see a bump in your credit score instantly.

01:18:05.000 Now, if you don't have someone that's willing to put you as an authorized user, the other option you could do is get one of these secured credit cards.

01:18:10.000 Yes.

01:18:10.000 And a secured credit card, watch our episode that we did with like how to get in credit cards with no to low credit.

01:18:16.000 A secured credit card, basically, you put money up front, you get that credit card so it's backed by the money that you put in, and then once you have that card for a few months, you can go ahead and upgrade it to an unsecured credit card.

01:18:25.000 And then that's how you kind of get your foot in the door and get your way up. 0.99

01:18:29.000 But that's good, bro, at 23 that you're thinking about this, but yeah, bro, paying in cash and debit card is brokey shit. 1.00

01:18:33.000 No one that's watched this podcast should ever be doing that shit. 1.00

01:18:35.000 I'll tell you this. 0.99

01:18:36.000 I know some people, 30-plus years old, no credit cards. 1.00

01:18:39.000 Idiots. 1.00

01:18:39.000 So you're way ahead of the game, bro. 1.00

01:18:40.000 Stupid fucks. 1.00

01:18:41.000 30-plus years old with no credit cards. 1.00

01:18:42.000 Stupid. 1.00

01:18:43.000 Amen. 1.00

01:18:44.000 Stupid, stupid, stupid. 1.00

01:18:45.000 There you go. 1.00

01:18:46.000 Can't do it times.

01:18:47.000 When will you guys have a show in front of a live audience again?

01:18:49.000 I can see in like two or three years y'all could have a tour show in arenas or venues all over having crowd shows answering their questions.

01:18:56.000 I'm going to make sure I make it to the next one.

01:18:58.000 We have actually someone in the back who wants to help us with this as well.

01:19:01.000 My boy here.

01:19:03.000 So we'll talk about this bro behind the scenes but yeah I think we're going to move on to that next.

01:19:07.000 Yeah, we'll do...

01:19:09.000 Detox in the building.

01:19:09.000 It's just that coordinating a man is very...

01:19:12.000 It's a lot of work, bro.

01:19:13.000 Yeah, bro.

01:19:15.000 What's up, guys?

01:19:16.000 What?

01:19:16.000 We love it, man.

01:19:17.000 I mean, too much.

01:19:17.000 Yeah.

01:19:18.000 What's up, guys?

01:19:18.000 Thanks for all the value you provide, despite the haters say, the day the haters get a W, the world will end.

01:19:25.000 P.S., can we get an after-hours show in Japan with MLD so we can see the contrast between the East and West?

01:19:31.000 Yeah, Japan is definitely on the list for us to go out there.

01:19:34.000 Yeah.

01:19:35.000 Mars Glock, yo, I appreciate you guys so much for giving us free sauce.

01:19:38.000 I recommend you guys put referral links in the description for these cards so you can get a kickback.

01:19:42.000 Nah, man. 1.00

01:19:43.000 Fuck that shit. 1.00

01:19:43.000 We don't give a fuck about making money, bro. 1.00

01:19:45.000 When it comes to that shit, we just want y'all to have the sauce. 1.00

01:19:49.000 We're genuinely not getting paid by these companies. 1.00

01:19:52.000 We're not using no affiliate links, none of that shit. 0.50

01:19:54.000 I know a lot of credit card YouTubers typically put kickback links, so if people sign up, they get a kickback, but nah, man. 0.97

01:19:59.000 We're keeping it organic for you guys, so we don't get paid for this shit. 0.89

01:20:02.000 We just want to give y'all the best sauce. 0.98

01:20:04.000 TimoTV goes, I have one question.

01:20:06.000 I'm 23.

01:20:07.000 I have saved a good amount of money, about $20,000, and I have 734 credit score.

01:20:13.000 Good job.

01:20:14.000 Question, is it a good time to get a house as right now, even though interest is at 7% or should I wait? 0.99

01:20:20.000 Bro, look, man, for all you fucking house masturbators that watch this podcast. 0.99

01:20:27.000 Always buy real estate. 1.00

01:20:29.000 Don't sit there and say, yo, the market's gonna crash or is it a good time to buy?

01:20:32.000 No. 1.00

01:20:32.000 Fucking buy. 1.00

01:20:33.000 Okay? 1.00

01:20:34.000 And the reason why I say buy is because if you got a good deal in front of you, buy the fucking deal. 0.99

01:20:40.000 Okay? 0.98

01:20:41.000 Guys, we have a shortage of houses in the United States.

01:20:44.000 Alright?

01:20:44.000 Especially the single family home.

01:20:45.000 There's a housing shortage.

01:20:47.000 There's no way that the real estate market is going to crash when we have a housing shortage.

01:20:50.000 Impossible.

01:20:51.000 Okay?

01:20:52.000 So for all the doom and gloomers that say the housing market is going to crash, that's not happening. 0.99

01:20:55.000 Number two, BlackRock is buying houses like fucking crazy. 0.98

01:20:58.000 They're buying single family homes. 0.99

01:20:59.000 That should tell you something.

01:21:00.000 And then number three...

01:21:01.000 Who cares if the interest rates are high right now? 0.93

01:21:03.000 The interest rates are going to come down this election year more than likely because every single fucking president always campaigns on the fact that I'm bringing interest rates down. 0.92

01:21:11.000 So guess what? 0.72

01:21:12.000 Let's say you buy the house, you know, at a 7% interest rate right now, but then it goes down to 4 to 5.

01:21:18.000 Guess what you could do? 0.99

01:21:19.000 Do a fucking refinance. 1.00

01:21:21.000 Ta-da! 1.00

01:21:22.000 Done!

01:21:22.000 Okay?

01:21:23.000 But don't sit there and be like, the interest rates are too high, so I don't know if I'm going to buy. 1.00

01:21:26.000 That's the most low IQ, retarded shit that you can do. 1.00

01:21:29.000 Because the goal is to control the asset. 1.00

01:21:31.000 Who gives a fuck if the interest rate is high right now? 0.97

01:21:33.000 It's going to come down, and when it comes down, you just refinance. 0.98

01:21:36.000 Listen.

01:21:36.000 Done!

01:21:37.000 A good deal is a good deal. 1.00

01:21:38.000 Holy fuck! 1.00

01:21:38.000 No matter when it is. 1.00

01:21:39.000 A good deal, right numbers, it doesn't matter if it's high interest rate, low interest rate, it's a good deal.

01:21:43.000 You just refi, bro!

01:21:44.000 Just refi.

01:21:45.000 And you're gonna be fine.

01:21:46.000 Refi.

01:21:47.000 There you go.

01:21:47.000 You know?

01:21:49.000 Bro, there's lenders out there that will let you do a fucking refi a month after closing. 0.99

01:21:53.000 Yep. 0.99

01:21:54.000 So what's the excuse?

01:21:56.000 I'm scared, bro!

01:21:58.000 I'm scared!

01:21:59.000 Oh my god!

01:21:59.000 Yeah, man.

01:22:00.000 Do not listen to these fucking idiots that sit there and tell you that the real estate market is gonna crash or blah blah blah. 1.00

01:22:06.000 Tell you this, man. 1.00

01:22:07.000 What the fuck is BlackRock doing? 0.99

01:22:08.000 They're buying houses left and right, man. 1.00

01:22:10.000 They didn't stop.

01:22:11.000 They didn't stop at all!

01:22:12.000 For nobody.

01:22:14.000 Yeah, man. 1.00

01:22:15.000 Don't let these fucking guys scare you, bro. 1.00

01:22:17.000 The interest rates are too high, man. 1.00

01:22:20.000 That's what I want you to think, bro.

01:22:21.000 So they could buy houses before you. 1.00

01:22:23.000 You know how many fucking real estate, I call them real estate masturbators. 1.00

01:22:25.000 They'll sit there and be like, oh yeah, I'm going to buy my real estate. 1.00

01:22:28.000 I'm going to buy my first property.

01:22:29.000 I'm just waiting until the interest rates come down.

01:22:31.000 Interest rates down 3%.

01:22:33.000 Oh yeah, they're gonna go down again.

01:22:34.000 I'm gonna get at 2%.

01:22:35.000 Niggas never buy, bro. 1.00

01:22:36.000 They never take action and they wonder why they're fucking broke because they don't got no assets. 1.00

01:22:39.000 Bro, just buy the fucking deal. 1.00

01:22:41.000 If the numbers work, buy the fucking deal. 1.00

01:22:45.000 Because guess what? 1.00

01:22:45.000 When the interest rate comes down, it's only gonna get better for you. 1.00

01:22:48.000 You just cash out refi, which you don't pay fucking taxes on that, by the way, and you're good. 0.87

01:22:51.000 You got that better interest rate now. 1.00

01:22:54.000 Goddamn. 0.99

01:22:55.000 Casual Germ says, been following you all since June 2021. 0.99

01:23:01.000 Happy to say everyone sees a difference in my movements and behavior.

01:23:04.000 I've increased my credit score by over 100 points during January of 23 to 24.

01:23:09.000 Keep preaching the good word, gents.

01:23:11.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:23:11.000 Good job on that.

01:23:15.000 Scripto Boogie says, Myron, I'm good friends with Miguel, TCC. I'm in real estate and I buy acreage and I subdivide it into half acre lots.

01:23:24.000 I'm having a hard time.

01:23:27.000 What's that here?

01:23:28.000 I'm having a hard time marketing them on Facebook ads.

01:23:31.000 Which marketing tools do you use to sell some of your properties?

01:23:34.000 Well, you don't sell.

01:23:36.000 He's selling land?

01:23:37.000 Yeah, he's selling land.

01:23:38.000 Bro, it's always going to be harder to sell land, bro.

01:23:41.000 Personally, people ask me all the time, why don't you buy land?

01:23:43.000 That's exactly why I don't buy land.

01:23:45.000 Because it's hard to get rid of.

01:23:47.000 Because you don't get tax benefits from land, guys, like that. 0.98

01:23:50.000 Remember, when you do depreciation and cost segregation, you're doing it against the house, not the fucking property. 0.88

01:23:56.000 Sorry, not the actual land.

01:23:59.000 So, as a matter of fact, that's why when you do depreciation, you're not able to...

01:24:04.000 Do it fully is because they account for the, when you do cost seg, I think it's like 80% or something like that, it's because they're accounting for the land.

01:24:11.000 So land doesn't give you the same, I mean you could get tax write-offs I'm sure, but you're not going to get the same, you're not going to be able to aggressively deduct at the same level as when you have actual structure on it.

01:24:24.000 So, yeah, bro, this is why I purposely don't buy land unless it's in an area that's booming and you know that there's going to be a future.

01:24:29.000 You're buying land in fucking Miami or Vegas or whatever, but at that point it's probably too expensive anyway.

01:24:34.000 Yeah, but, yeah, man, this is why I don't buy land. 0.98

01:24:37.000 And I don't sell either.

01:24:38.000 My thing is, I buy it, I stick with it. 1.00

01:24:40.000 I'm not fucking selling for shit, bro. 0.99

01:24:42.000 I buy and hold all my properties, man, because at the end of the day, real estate is always going to go up. 0.99

01:24:48.000 It's always going to go up.

01:24:49.000 So, it doesn't make... 0.99

01:24:50.000 I'm not selling shit, man. 0.99

01:24:52.000 So... 0.99

01:24:53.000 But that's why it's so important to do your numbers in the beginning and make sure that the cash flows and everything else like that, if the cash flows and the interest rate isn't terrible, Pick it up.

01:25:02.000 Jeremy says, Big up to you guys for this live.

01:25:05.000 I appreciate y'all taking out the time of your day to even do this for us.

01:25:08.000 And for those who don't know any better, so shout out to you guys.

01:25:10.000 And don't forget to check my Instagram, BigThingZeguan.

01:25:14.000 I messaged Mo.

01:25:15.000 Appreciate y'all.

01:25:16.000 Mo, you got it?

01:25:16.000 Yeah, no E on Mo though.

01:25:18.000 Perfect.

01:25:20.000 Dom says, Not sure how big of an MMA fan you guys are, but do y'all have any interest in doing a UFC stream like the wrestling one?

01:25:27.000 I don't watch UFC, to be honest with you.

01:25:29.000 I don't either.

01:25:30.000 Yeah.

01:25:32.000 Rumble Rants?

01:25:33.000 We caught up?

01:25:34.000 Okay.

01:25:35.000 Jordan, why doesn't Myron play Rainbow Six Siege?

01:25:38.000 Siege right down his alley.

01:25:39.000 The most recent character looks a lot like him, actually.

01:25:43.000 Okay.

01:25:43.000 I never liked Rainbow Six.

01:25:45.000 Myron, what are your thoughts on Mary Lynch's preferred rewards account?

01:25:50.000 And by the way, y'all in black.

01:25:52.000 Vegeta hairline.

01:25:53.000 Oh, LOL, because he's joking.

01:25:55.000 Maryland's preferred?

01:25:57.000 If that's what I'm thinking about, are you talking about the account that you need $100,000 to put in first?

01:26:04.000 I don't know if that's the one you're talking about.

01:26:06.000 I think you mean preferred deposit account.

01:26:08.000 I think you mentioned it.

01:26:10.000 I did mention it before, but you need $100,000 to put in there.

01:26:12.000 But you get a pretty damn good return rate on that.

01:26:15.000 Right now, I think it's around 4% to 5%.

01:26:19.000 Misi Dula says, hey, one of the problems for young men is lack of a transition or rite of passage.

01:26:24.000 Is this something you think would be worthwhile to talk about rites of passage as a transition to manhood?

01:26:29.000 I think most guys should go through sacrifice and pain to get to a certain point, for sure, but if you're coddled all the way, then you don't really- That ain't happening in 2014.

01:26:37.000 But yeah.

01:26:39.000 A tuning train says- They got rid of bullying and they got rid of hazing for that specific reason.

01:26:42.000 Yeah.

01:26:44.000 I have seven years sales and service experience.

01:26:47.000 Currently working at Jaguar Land Rover. 1.00

01:26:49.000 Yo, those fuckers, bro. 1.00

01:26:50.000 I remember when I was coming up in America, I had my first job. 1.00

01:26:55.000 They told me, no, you can't get a Range Rover with us.

01:26:58.000 I remember them telling me no specifically.

01:26:59.000 Who, Jaguar? 1.00

01:27:00.000 Fuckers. 1.00

01:27:01.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:27:01.000 Oh, shit. 1.00

01:27:02.000 It's fine, though. 0.99

01:27:02.000 I got one later on. 0.99

01:27:04.000 I love with haggling and long-term ownership.

01:27:06.000 There's nothing I haven't seen, good or bad credit included.

01:27:09.000 Okay.

01:27:10.000 Yeah, bro.

01:27:10.000 They told me no.

01:27:11.000 Yeah.

01:27:12.000 Your job is to find the yes, right?

01:27:14.000 Yep.

01:27:14.000 As my first investment property, should I buy a house with a big land?

01:27:17.000 House is dog shit, but potential for subdivision in the future, or buy a newer home, smaller land, better rent? 0.99

01:27:23.000 In Australia, I can't buy duplexes. 1.00

01:27:25.000 I mean, I'll show you.

01:27:26.000 That comes down to you, bro.

01:27:28.000 Do you have the resources and the team to go ahead and knock the house down and build it back up?

01:27:32.000 If you have the resources to do it, and you can do it for a good price, then do that.

01:27:35.000 But if you don't, then it might be better for you to go ahead and pick yourself up what we call a turnkey, a house that's ready to go and made.

01:27:40.000 So it really comes down to your skill set, your resources, your ability, how much money you have and how much time you have.

01:27:46.000 Keep in mind, if you're gonna go ahead and purchase a property, then knock it down and fix it or whatever, are you prepared to operate in the red for a few months?

01:27:52.000 A lot of real estate investors aren't able to do that.

01:27:54.000 They don't want to operate in the red for a few months and fix the house up.

01:27:57.000 So it really comes down to your certain situation.

01:28:00.000 Third Eye Profit goes, thank you, Myron.

01:28:02.000 I thought I could only buy the course in Bitcoin because every single time I use PayPal or Google, it would give me an error, switch browsers, try it, and got it.

01:28:08.000 Okay, thank you again.

01:28:09.000 Shout out to you, my friend, and welcome to joining the crypto course.

01:28:12.000 I think you're probably going to be 126 guy in there.

01:28:15.000 Some guys are taking action.

01:28:16.000 Shout out to y'all ninjas.

01:28:17.000 Guys, the crypto course is going to close tonight.

01:28:19.000 They're closing it tonight.

01:28:20.000 They're keeping it open for us because they know that it's a Money Monday, and we have y'all...

01:28:25.000 Our nighttime show with you guys.

01:28:26.000 So, get in there, man. 1.00

01:28:27.000 Don't be a fucking brokie, man. 1.00

01:28:29.000 Don't be like these idiots in the chat that are out here paying for shit with cash and debit cards and wondering why they fucking have a shitty credit score and they can't buy no goddamn assets. 1.00

01:28:36.000 Kevin Wolf goes, Hey, freshman iron, what credit score? 1.00

01:28:38.000 So I need to get approved for the N-word card. 0.97

01:28:42.000 Oh, um...

01:28:43.000 400 credit score will get you that.

01:28:45.000 The black number.

01:28:46.000 Whatever's below 500.

01:28:47.000 Oh, the black card.

01:28:48.000 Oh, wait.

01:28:50.000 No, no.

01:28:50.000 I think it's rolling.

01:28:51.000 Okay.

01:28:52.000 Well, yeah.

01:28:52.000 To get an Amex platinum...

01:28:53.000 Sorry.

01:28:54.000 The Amex black card, you have to get invited and I think you need to spend $100,000 a month.

01:28:59.000 Something like that.

01:29:00.000 Yeah.

01:29:02.000 Something crazy.

01:29:03.000 My friend just got it.

01:29:04.000 But he spends $50,000 a month minimum. 1.00

01:29:07.000 Oh, shit. 0.99

01:29:08.000 That took him two years, though. 1.00

01:29:09.000 Yeah, you got to get invited, you have to qualify, and then, yeah, I thought it was $100,000 a month.

01:29:18.000 They do a background check, everything?

01:29:19.000 They do, yeah, yeah.

01:29:20.000 It's not easy to get it.

01:29:21.000 It's not.

01:29:22.000 We should apply.

01:29:24.000 We'll go.

01:29:25.000 We'll go.

01:29:26.000 No, they probably won't give it to us.

01:29:27.000 Oh, those misogyns.

01:29:28.000 I have enough.

01:29:29.000 First time though today, I had two questions.

01:29:31.000 One, should me as an 18-year-old student still also have a credit card?

01:29:34.000 Yes, you should, my friend.

01:29:34.000 I got my first credit card when I was 18.

01:29:36.000 That's you got to build your credit as early as possible.

01:29:38.000 Be responsible, though.

01:29:38.000 Responsible.

01:29:38.000 Number two, should I have an Australian credit card since I am from Australia or an international different one?

01:29:43.000 Thanks.

01:29:44.000 Here's the thing.

01:29:45.000 If you're going to come study in the United States, then yeah, you probably want a credit card that works in the United States.

01:29:49.000 However, if you're going to stay in Australia, bro, then yeah, just build your credit score in Australia and you'll be fine.

01:29:54.000 Pretty much all the first world countries, bro, use Equifax and Experian most of the time and TransUnion, right? 0.92

01:30:01.000 So if you got good credit in one country, whether it's an English-speaking country, what we call the Five Eyes, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Australia, and England should probably translate over, hopefully.

01:30:15.000 What else do we got here?

01:30:16.000 That's it?

01:30:16.000 Caught up?

01:30:17.000 Cool.

01:30:17.000 All right, guys.

01:30:18.000 This nigga said you're fresh. 1.00

01:30:19.000 You're lying. 0.89

01:30:20.000 Because they're not vetting applications or vetting. 0.95

01:30:22.000 Nigga, they invite, bro. 1.00

01:30:24.000 It's common knowledge.

01:30:25.000 They invite.

01:30:25.000 Like, what are you talking about?

01:30:29.000 That's a lie that they don't invite people to the black card.

01:30:31.000 They do.

01:30:32.000 Yeah, they do. 1.00

01:30:33.000 Shit, I want one and they told me they invite only. 1.00

01:30:35.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:30:35.000 I call them. 1.00

01:30:36.000 What do you mean?

01:30:37.000 Yeah, the black card. 0.99

01:30:38.000 Nigga, what are you saying, bro? 1.00

01:30:41.000 Bro, you can look at some of these credit card YouTubers.

01:30:45.000 Like, they literally say, yeah, I had to get invited.

01:30:48.000 Like, you can request it, but then they still have to give you the formal invite and let you get the card.

01:30:53.000 Bro, it's not an easy card to get, bro.

01:30:54.000 It's not.

01:30:55.000 Like, I heard one story, like, somebody had a black card, and, like, the dude wanted to do, like, a proposal to his wife. 0.97

01:31:00.000 Anyway, on, like, a boat or some shit. 0.90

01:31:03.000 And he said that, yo, I need you to, like, deliver me some flowers or some shit on a helicopter while I'm out to see with my fiancé. 0.98

01:31:09.000 And niggas did it. 1.00

01:31:10.000 He did it with the black card.

01:31:11.000 Oh. 1.00

01:31:12.000 Damn. 1.00

01:31:13.000 Yep. 1.00

01:31:14.000 Yep.

01:31:14.000 Okay.

01:31:15.000 Yeah, Niggas uses Blackheart to send. 1.00

01:31:17.000 But that's why.

01:31:19.000 But anyway, guys, I think we got all the lovely ladies here, man, so we're going to go ahead and do our after-hour show here.

01:31:26.000 Anything else?

01:31:27.000 What was that?

01:31:33.000 Yeah, bro, it's 915.

01:31:34.000 Let's go, then.

01:31:35.000 Yeah, let's go.

01:31:35.000 Let's go.

01:31:36.000 Let's go live.

01:31:36.000 All right, guys, we'll go 945, man.

01:31:42.000 We'll be back in about 30 minutes.

01:31:44.000 Love y'all.
