00:02:12.000 And we are live.
00:02:13.000 What's up, guys?
00:02:13.000 Welcome to the Freshman Podcast, man.
00:02:15.000 It's Money Monday.
00:02:16.000 We're going to be talking about the top travel credit cards, man.
00:02:18.000 You guys, I'm waiting for this one.
00:02:19.000 Let's get into it.
00:02:20.000 Let's go!
00:03:09.000 Hey, we're back.
00:03:10.000 All right, we're back, guys.
00:03:11.000 What's up?
00:03:11.000 Welcome to Freshly Podcast, man.
00:03:13.000 Regular edition, not after hours.
00:03:14.000 It's Money Monday, as you guys know.
00:03:16.000 Today, we're going to be talking about the top five.
00:03:18.000 Is it five?
00:03:19.000 Yeah, it's top five.
00:03:21.000 Maybe an honorable mention here or there.
00:03:22.000 For travel credit cards for y'all.
00:03:24.000 As you guys know, we do this once a year where we give you guys the top business credit cards, best beginner credit cards, best cashback credit cards, best travel credit cards.
00:03:31.000 And then you know what?
00:03:31.000 I might give y'all a bonus.
00:03:33.000 I might do an overall, before the end of the year, top five credit cards for 2023 going into 2024.
00:03:40.000 We might do one more for you guys overall.
00:03:42.000 You know what I mean?
00:03:42.000 What we'll call it is what should be in your wallet, basically.
00:03:46.000 The top five credit cards that y'all should have, boom.
00:03:50.000 And, you know, we like to give you guys different types of credit cards.
00:03:53.000 You guys can pick and choose which credit card you like, which one you might qualify for, and then you can go ahead and pick and choose.
00:03:58.000 You know, we've done episodes on how to, you know, we typically do how to get your credit up first, right?
00:04:03.000 Get yourself in a good position where your credit score is good.
00:04:06.000 Then we do the best cashback credit card.
00:04:08.000 Because in my opinion, I think if anything, bare minimum, you should have a cashback credit card.
00:04:12.000 Okay?
00:04:13.000 Some of you guys might not travel like that.
00:04:14.000 Maybe you're not an entrepreneur.
00:04:16.000 Fine.
00:04:16.000 That's totally fine.
00:04:17.000 Cool?
00:04:18.000 At least have a cash back credit card, because that way you'll get something for spending the money.
00:04:24.000 And then from there, obviously you can diversify and have certain cards for different categories and everything else like that.
00:04:29.000 But guys, we've talked about the importance of credit, but real quick announcement before I get too much into it.
00:04:34.000 Rumble.com slash FreshFit.
00:04:36.000 As you guys know, that is the place to find us if we ever do get cancer.
00:04:38.000 Shout out to Rumble.
00:04:40.000 Shout out to Chris.
00:04:40.000 Shout out to all those guys.
00:04:41.000 You guys already know where our allegiance is and how much we love Rumble.
00:04:45.000 And by the way, we got our trophies here.
00:04:47.000 These are Rumble trophies.
00:04:48.000 This one is for $250K and then Fresh has the one that's $100K. $100K on the way.
00:04:54.000 Let's go.
00:04:55.000 I want to really also take this moment real quick to thank you guys because we just hit our three-year anniversary on October 24th, and I didn't get it.
00:05:02.000 We were in Vegas at the time, and we didn't really get to acknowledge it.
00:05:05.000 And it's been three hard years of really hard work, man.
00:05:10.000 It's been fun.
00:05:11.000 It's been a blast.
00:05:12.000 It's been great.
00:05:13.000 A lot of ups and downs.
00:05:14.000 A lot of downs, right?
00:05:15.000 A few ups, though.
00:05:18.000 We went viral.
00:05:20.000 We've been internationally viral.
00:05:21.000 People hate us.
00:05:22.000 People love us.
00:05:23.000 We got the YouTube plaques in the back.
00:05:25.000 My favorite plaque is the Fresh Fit Podcast one on the far left there.
00:05:28.000 I don't know if you guys can see it on camera, but it's a bit banged up.
00:05:31.000 But it's literally one of the perfect representations of all the BS that we went through to hit that first 100K and then everything we endured right after getting it because a lot of the drama happened between our 100K subscribers and a million.
00:05:45.000 We're the only YouTube channel that hit 400K subscribers twice.
00:05:48.000 This is our first time doing a podcast, actually, because you're from a, I want to say, I'm from Tech, basically, and for us, it's more like our first time doing a podcast, figuring it out from the bottom, from the top, and it's fun, man, but also hard as well.
00:06:00.000 Yeah, you know, coming up with new ideas, innovating, going through different staff, having staff backstab us and starting their own podcast, etc., you know, copying our shit verbatim and then failing to Getting canceled?
00:06:11.000 Talking shit, people coming on our podcast and coming back after the fact and talking shit about us out of nowhere when we treated them well.
00:06:19.000 Yeah, man.
00:06:19.000 I mean, it's been definitely a crazy journey.
00:06:23.000 But the biggest thing is that getting demonetized, canceled, getting haters, bringing on a variety of guests.
00:06:30.000 It's been...
00:06:31.000 Because honestly, bro, we make it look easy.
00:06:34.000 Yeah.
00:06:35.000 So much so that people copy the formula, but they don't have the sauce.
00:06:38.000 Yeah.
00:06:39.000 So it is what it is.
00:06:39.000 Yeah.
00:06:40.000 No, I mean, definitely.
00:06:41.000 I mean, if you guys...
00:06:42.000 And it's fine because, you know, I don't mind competition, right?
00:06:46.000 I look at it like, okay, you want to compete with us?
00:06:48.000 Now, you just fucked up because what you've essentially done now is that you've activated competitive mode, Myron.
00:06:53.000 So now I'm going to make sure that we absolutely demolish you in every regard.
00:06:56.000 We're going to add more value.
00:06:57.000 We're going to get more diversified topics.
00:06:58.000 We're going to get better guests.
00:06:59.000 We're going to have better cameras, better lighting, goddamn new studio that costs more than all these guys' fucking entire situations.
00:07:05.000 Sheesh!
00:07:05.000 You know, our cameras alone are worth more than most people's entire studio setups, you know?
00:07:10.000 But that's how serious we take it, guys.
00:07:11.000 And, you know, a lot of you guys say, oh, we donate, we give this money and we donate into the show and then Fresh is going to go buy a Lambo.
00:07:18.000 Fuck Fresh or fuck Byron, blah, blah, blah, yeah.
00:07:21.000 Bro, we really do invest the money back in right into the studio, man.
00:07:24.000 A lot of stuff behind the scenes that you guys might not necessarily see, but there's a reason why we're able to get a constant flow of attractive girls on the show.
00:07:32.000 Upgrade the equipment.
00:07:33.000 Get new staff.
00:07:34.000 Shout out to Bills in the back helping out.
00:07:36.000 Upgrading the production quality.
00:07:38.000 Adding in little funny gifts and stuff like that.
00:07:40.000 Little things like that, guys, are really important with making sure that we're continuing to push the envelope, continuing to innovate, continuing to provide fresh ideas.
00:07:48.000 Couples therapy, right?
00:07:49.000 You guys really enjoyed that episode, by the way, when we brought...
00:07:52.000 That gentleman and his wife on.
00:07:54.000 It was a great conversation.
00:07:55.000 And I think a lot of you guys could take something away and learn from it because he's not alone.
00:07:58.000 There are so many guys that are just like him, that are underperforming, that want their girl to be submissive and dutiful and all this other crap, but they're not necessarily holding up their end of the bargain.
00:08:06.000 And I tell you all the time, man, it starts with the man.
00:08:08.000 I want to say this now.
00:08:10.000 Just so you guys know, we coined this episode first.
00:08:16.000 So, couples therapy, intervention, what do you call it?
00:08:18.000 If I see any of you niggas do this shit.
00:08:19.000 We know we did it first.
00:08:20.000 So ultimately, again, the girls after hours, obviously it was Howard Stern before, but in this space itself, to bring that to the platform, we did it first.
00:08:29.000 Couples therapy, we did it first.
00:08:31.000 Just saying, bro.
00:08:32.000 So if you want to copy us, just know we did it first.
00:08:34.000 Yeah, man.
00:08:35.000 I'll call us, you know what?
00:08:36.000 Trendsetters.
00:08:36.000 And here's the other thing, too.
00:08:38.000 Absolutely trendsetters.
00:08:38.000 Trendsetters, bro.
00:08:38.000 And for anyone that says, oh, yo, Howard Stern and all these guys were doing it before y'all, bruh, they weren't doing it live, on YouTube, talking about, you know, literally debating these girls on their fucking ridiculous mindsets.
00:08:51.000 Patrice O'Neal did a bit.
00:08:52.000 But he'd maybe have one or two girls in the studio.
00:08:54.000 The recipes to him.
00:08:55.000 He'd maybe have one or two girls in the studio and they would do it.
00:08:58.000 And there were like chicks typically that he knew.
00:09:00.000 I'm talking about random chicks.
00:09:02.000 And we're doing it consistently all the time.
00:09:04.000 A panel of ten of these chicks.
00:09:06.000 For three years, buddy.
00:09:07.000 For three years, bro.
00:09:08.000 For three fucking years.
00:09:10.000 Some of these niggas can't even do it for three months.
00:09:12.000 We did it seven days a week.
00:09:14.000 Oh, yeah.
00:09:15.000 For a year and a half.
00:09:15.000 In the beginning.
00:09:16.000 Who does that, bro?
00:09:17.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:09:18.000 We were doing that shit like every day, bro.
00:09:20.000 Like every day.
00:09:21.000 I remember that.
00:09:21.000 So listen, man.
00:09:22.000 It looks easy on paper, but it's hard on the road.
00:09:25.000 I'm telling you right now.
00:09:25.000 It is, man.
00:09:27.000 But yeah, man.
00:09:27.000 And not only that, it's like...
00:09:28.000 And also, because a lot of people say, oh, well, you guys are in it for the money, too.
00:09:34.000 Let me address that real fast.
00:09:36.000 Because let me be extremely clear and explicit about this.
00:09:40.000 Thank you.
00:09:41.000 If we were doing it for the money, y'all know what we would do?
00:09:44.000 We would no longer do Money Mondays.
00:09:46.000 We would no longer do daytime shows.
00:09:47.000 We would just literally go three times per week, bring on girls, be fucking done, rack up the super chats, do the stream for as long as fucking possible, right?
00:09:57.000 Four or five hour streams, just be done, and that's it.
00:10:00.000 Make our money, and just chill.
00:10:02.000 And party and hang out.
00:10:03.000 Also...
00:10:06.000 Gambling.
00:10:06.000 Sponsors?
00:10:07.000 Lord of mercy.
00:10:08.000 All of these people have come to us and asked us for deals, but we said no.
00:10:15.000 And like I said before, just so y'all know, with a lot of these daytime shows, right?
00:10:21.000 Especially now that we're demonetized.
00:10:23.000 We lose.
00:10:24.000 We absolutely lose doing these.
00:10:25.000 We absolutely lose doing these.
00:10:27.000 But you know what?
00:10:27.000 It doesn't matter because it's that important.
00:10:29.000 These videos don't get as many views.
00:10:30.000 They don't get as much engagement.
00:10:31.000 They don't get as much super chats.
00:10:33.000 Especially now we're demonetized?
00:10:34.000 Bruh, there's actually almost zero incentive for us to even do this anymore and or especially do it on YouTube.
00:10:40.000 But as a viewer, it helps you.
00:10:41.000 One, become better.
00:10:43.000 Learn about success, money, everything you need to know.
00:10:46.000 And as a man, without the foundation, what's the point of it?
00:10:48.000 So I think on this level of content and value, you can't beat us, bro.
00:10:52.000 Sorry.
00:10:52.000 You can't.
00:10:53.000 I'm not fucking leaving!
00:10:55.000 The show goes off!
00:10:57.000 That's what it is.
00:10:58.000 Listen, listen, listen.
00:10:59.000 This is my home!
00:11:00.000 It's us, bro.
00:11:01.000 They're gonna need a fucking wrecking ball to take me out of here!
00:11:05.000 Yeah, if you're strictly in it for the money, this is actually a very dumb way to do it, if I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
00:11:11.000 So for all the people that say, you guys are in it for the money too.
00:11:14.000 No, because we do daytime shows that aren't nearly as profitable, but we don't give a fuck because it's that important.
00:11:21.000 How the hell am I gonna tell y'all?
00:11:22.000 That you got to get your money up.
00:11:23.000 You got to get in shape.
00:11:24.000 You got to become a high value guy.
00:11:25.000 You got to get your shit together, blah, blah, blah.
00:11:27.000 How the fuck do I look telling that to the women on the show and telling the guys that in the audience that are watching and I'm not even teaching it?
00:11:34.000 What the fuck is that?
00:11:35.000 I want to say one more thing as well about me.
00:11:37.000 So it's funny because someone brought up my Instagram page trying to make fun of my, I want to say, things that I bought, right?
00:11:45.000 And Just so you guys know, right?
00:11:48.000 When I came to America for the first time, I didn't know what a Lambo was, a Ferrari.
00:11:53.000 I didn't know I could get a nice house, a nice condo, a nice apartment.
00:11:56.000 I didn't know I could have a good lifestyle.
00:11:58.000 But I saw someone on YouTube, Mr.
00:12:01.000 Organic, doing it.
00:12:02.000 I saw Wes Watson doing it.
00:12:04.000 I saw people doing this, Grant Cardone.
00:12:06.000 And I'm like, damn, this is possible.
00:12:07.000 If I work hard enough, work smart enough, I can find a way to make it happen for myself.
00:12:12.000 So for me, it's more like motivation.
00:12:14.000 And in that motivation itself, obviously I gain a benefit, but you guys can see it's possible.
00:12:19.000 And even though I'm not from America, I'm an immigrant, I made it happen.
00:12:23.000 So what's your excuse?
00:12:24.000 So for me, it's motivation.
00:12:26.000 Not just to flex, it's motivation as well.
00:12:28.000 Fair enough, man.
00:12:29.000 You're accomplishing your dreams, bro.
00:12:30.000 Even if it's nigga dreams, he can accomplish them.
00:12:32.000 I think someone can draw some inspiration from it.
00:12:36.000 Everyone enjoys the fruits of their labor differently, right?
00:12:39.000 For me, I just sit inside.
00:12:40.000 But for fresh, he likes to go out and do shit.
00:12:42.000 I just had the second annual CEO Network meet up in Miami, right?
00:12:47.000 It was amazing.
00:12:48.000 Wes Watson pulled up, Brandon Carter, Mr.
00:12:51.000 Organic.
00:12:52.000 I was asleep.
00:12:52.000 Mateo.
00:12:53.000 I was asleep and doing some research.
00:12:55.000 All my guys that were there from the very beginning of my network, we got into all their favorite cars.
00:13:00.000 The Lamborghini, the Rolls Royce, the Bentley.
00:13:02.000 We drove to the gym, had a crazy session boxing.
00:13:05.000 It was amazing.
00:13:06.000 But those guys that got into cars, right?
00:13:09.000 That's the dream car.
00:13:10.000 Never touched it, never seen it.
00:13:11.000 Now they have.
00:13:12.000 So guess what?
00:13:12.000 Now it's real for them.
00:13:13.000 That being real for them means it's possible.
00:13:16.000 If you don't know it's possible, you don't know what to do.
00:13:17.000 I think for most people, if you touch it and feel it for yourself, you can achieve it.
00:13:22.000 And they did it.
00:13:23.000 It will change your life when you get into a foreign car and you're like, okay, you know what?
00:13:27.000 I can do this.
00:13:29.000 And honestly, guys, who knows?
00:13:31.000 Maybe you might make the money and say, you know what?
00:13:32.000 I don't want to form anymore.
00:13:34.000 That's fine.
00:13:35.000 But you made the money, right?
00:13:37.000 You were able to motivate yourself and get it.
00:13:38.000 So to me, I look at it like, you know, for anyone that might say, oh, Fresh Fitter, Grifters, are you guys running for the money too?
00:13:44.000 Of course we are.
00:13:45.000 I'm not going to sit here online and say we're not in it for the money.
00:13:47.000 But here's the difference.
00:13:48.000 It's not the predominant reason why we do the shit that we do.
00:13:52.000 That's the fucking key.
00:13:53.000 It's not the main thing.
00:13:56.000 We do...
00:13:56.000 Of course, money is important where you obviously have to fund your lifestyle.
00:14:00.000 You have to fund the business.
00:14:01.000 You have to do what you got to do.
00:14:02.000 Money is...
00:14:03.000 You can't...
00:14:04.000 You have to do it for the money.
00:14:05.000 I'm not saying that.
00:14:06.000 A lot of people aren't able to, you know, use some common sense.
00:14:08.000 Of course we do everything that we do for the money, but the thing is that it doesn't lead our decisions.
00:14:13.000 A lot of things we do, from a business sense and being strictly profitable, are not profitable.
00:14:17.000 Doing shows like this is not profitable, guys, being honest with y'all.
00:14:20.000 Especially when we're demonetized, we're actually...
00:14:22.000 Stupid for doing this, but it doesn't fucking matter because it's that important to us where we can't sit there and tell y'all, get your shit together and not give you a solution.
00:14:30.000 We're not going to sit here and complain about the dating marketplace and say, women are useless, blah, blah, blah, hypergamy, passports, leave the U.S., the West is going down, girls don't swipe right on guys on dating apps, blah, blah.
00:14:41.000 We're not going to give you guys all the issues without necessarily giving you solutions to the problems.
00:14:46.000 Yeah.
00:14:48.000 And then last thing from me as well.
00:14:49.000 So, people bring the issue, oh, you're in it for the money.
00:14:53.000 Guys, we go outside.
00:14:54.000 Well, I go outside mainly.
00:14:56.000 I see what's happening with other creators, what they're about, what they do.
00:14:59.000 And they go crazy in the club, man.
00:15:00.000 They get lit, they be on drugs, all that shit, and they miss days of work.
00:15:05.000 Myron, we've been doing this for three years, right?
00:15:06.000 Yep.
00:15:07.000 How many have we missed episodes?
00:15:10.000 Unless we're out of town, we never miss an episode.
00:15:12.000 Even after...
00:15:14.000 If we don't, it might be because girls weren't there.
00:15:17.000 Maybe we didn't have girls for a girl time show, but we still did a daytime show.
00:15:20.000 I remember I've been as sick as a dog, bro, until we still do this shit anyway.
00:15:24.000 Voice gone and all.
00:15:25.000 We never miss days.
00:15:26.000 No matter how we feel, no matter what happens in real life.
00:15:29.000 No matter what we're going through mentally.
00:15:30.000 Exactly.
00:15:31.000 We don't have a fucking breakdown and be like, oh man.
00:15:33.000 I don't know.
00:15:33.000 I need a break.
00:15:34.000 Fuck that shit.
00:15:35.000 There is no breaks on the train.
00:15:36.000 We continue on because here's the thing.
00:15:38.000 We might be going through it, but someone else might be going through it harder and they need this shit.
00:15:41.000 You know what I mean?
00:15:44.000 I find it so funny when people say, you guys are in it for the money too.
00:15:48.000 We are, but it's not the leading thing.
00:15:52.000 It's not the main thing.
00:15:53.000 We do a lot of shit that we do.
00:15:54.000 If you look at how much free value we give versus how much paid content we give, bro, it's not even fucking close.
00:16:00.000 Do you remember...
00:16:01.000 Us making videos for the first time, we didn't think about money at all.
00:16:05.000 It's just having fun talking shit on the internet.
00:16:07.000 And we're trying to keep that going.
00:16:09.000 We're still keeping that going.
00:16:10.000 I mean, bro, we're about to do a DBZ stream, nigga, on Friday.
00:16:13.000 That's going to be for several hours, by the way.
00:16:15.000 Y'all niggas have fun.
00:16:16.000 Either way, it was just having fun with the boys online, sharing some items of value, and giving back.
00:16:23.000 That's what it was from the beginning.
00:16:24.000 And it still is today.
00:16:26.000 Yeah, we never want to lose that essence because once you lose that essence and it's not funny anymore because of the job, you don't want to do it, then you guys are going to see that in how we move.
00:16:33.000 I mean, I love doing shows like this.
00:16:35.000 Of course, when we bring the girls on, I'm like, oh my God, this is fucking annoying.
00:16:38.000 But for a lot of you guys, number one, you guys like it.
00:16:42.000 It gets a lot of views.
00:16:43.000 And the most important thing is I look at it like this.
00:16:46.000 After Hours, I'm breaking a fourth wall here.
00:16:48.000 After Hours is a necessary evil that we must deal with to bring in new viewers to come and watch this shit.
00:16:55.000 Because this is what's going to actually make you better.
00:16:57.000 This is what's going to help you make money.
00:16:58.000 This is what's going to make you more attractive.
00:16:59.000 This is what's going to put you in a position where you don't tolerate fuckery for women.
00:17:03.000 I want you guys to make money, not just so that you can be financially free, but so that you can be free from 304s that try to sit there and, you know, you've got to tolerate low SMV women because you don't have the ability to get hotter girls.
00:17:16.000 I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
00:17:16.000 There's some chicks, bro, that just aren't gonna fuck with you unless you have your money together.
00:17:20.000 Sorry.
00:17:20.000 It's true.
00:17:21.000 I don't care how good looking you are, how much game you got.
00:17:24.000 There's just some women that are simply not gonna fuck with you unless you have your finances together.
00:17:30.000 And I've been trying to find a way to break into the mainstream again, like we did with After Hours, right?
00:17:35.000 We finally found it.
00:17:37.000 I think personally speaking, guys, this episode or this series of couples therapy intervention is going to break the fourth wall.
00:17:43.000 Because on some level, people know about us, right?
00:17:45.000 But they don't understand.
00:17:46.000 We know about relationships, men and women, to this detail.
00:17:49.000 And seeing it in real time, someone's actual issues being revealed on air is incredible.
00:17:54.000 Yeah, normal people too.
00:17:55.000 More relatable.
00:17:56.000 And people can relate to it because, hey, this is me.
00:17:59.000 I didn't know I was doing that.
00:18:00.000 I need to become better for my family.
00:18:03.000 You can't beat that, bro.
00:18:04.000 That's real value right there.
00:18:05.000 Yeah, man.
00:18:05.000 So that's what we're doing, man.
00:18:07.000 We're really focusing on making the show better for y'all, coming in with new concepts, better questions, etc.
00:18:12.000 I listen to the criticisms.
00:18:14.000 Some of them are just straight up haters, but some of them are very good criticisms as well.
00:18:20.000 And, you know, I'm totally cool.
00:18:21.000 Like I said before, at the risk of my own sanity, I definitely read comments and everything else like that and try to improve and I write down notes of stuff that's good.
00:18:29.000 The no porn one, we're going to absolutely do that episode.
00:18:31.000 Someone called in and said, hey, can you do an episode on how to get guys off of porn?
00:18:35.000 We're going to do it.
00:18:36.000 We're going to do a full-on podcast where we're going to go step-by-step how to get rid of a porn addiction because that's something that literally debilitates so many different men.
00:18:44.000 We really care about y'all, man.
00:18:46.000 We really want to give you guys the best content regardless of whether it's as profitable as it can be.
00:18:51.000 But like I said before, it's about helping guys out, man.
00:18:53.000 So for all the haters that say, oh, yo, you guys do it for the money too.
00:18:57.000 Here's the thing.
00:18:57.000 Of course we do it for the money, but that isn't the main driving force for us.
00:19:00.000 We do a lot of shit that isn't profitable, that quite frankly isn't the best use of our time from a financial slash business standpoint.
00:19:07.000 But to me, I care more about creating impact than generating a dollar.
00:19:11.000 That's why we give you guys so much free content.
00:19:13.000 I mean, yo, the last episode that we did last Money Monday with BiggerPockets, how to buy a real estate property step by step.
00:19:19.000 Incredible.
00:19:20.000 From the beginning, bro, there is not a more in-tune or more robust podcast that covers how to buy a real estate property step-by-step in today's day and age with how the real estate market is.
00:19:32.000 No one comes even fucking close.
00:19:33.000 Also, Wes, dropping all those gems, your questions as well help that do even better.
00:19:38.000 Yeah.
00:19:38.000 And we did it live.
00:19:40.000 Came to y'all, you guys asked some phenomenal fucking questions.
00:19:43.000 Shout out to the audience for being high IQ. We gave you our L's, our W's, what might happen in each case.
00:19:47.000 Some mistakes I made in my real estate investing so that you guys don't make it, right?
00:19:50.000 Jay-Z always famously said, you know, Hope went through that, so we ain't gotta go through that.
00:19:53.000 Bro, we are literally giving y'all the knowledge.
00:19:56.000 A lot of you guys say we're the big brothers you guys never had.
00:19:57.000 That means a lot to us.
00:19:58.000 And we take that very fucking seriously.
00:20:00.000 But also, the studio itself isn't a bit with love, isn't a bit with feelings, it's a bit with money.
00:20:06.000 Yeah.
00:20:06.000 So you need money regardless.
00:20:07.000 Of course.
00:20:08.000 Of course.
00:20:08.000 Of course.
00:20:08.000 To run things at the level that we do?
00:20:10.000 Yeah.
00:20:11.000 Yeah, man.
00:20:11.000 I mean, it is what it is, guys.
00:20:14.000 But yeah.
00:20:15.000 Today's episode.
00:20:16.000 Yes.
00:20:16.000 Today's episode, guys.
00:20:17.000 Back to what we were saying.
00:20:18.000 Credit cards, okay?
00:20:19.000 We're going to talk about the top five travel credit cards.
00:20:22.000 Real quick, refresher for y'all.
00:20:26.000 Before you go ahead and start applying for some of these credit cards that were about to name here, these are some of the top-of-the-line travel credit cards.
00:20:31.000 If your credit score sucks, guys, please go back and watch our episode that we did on how to build your credit.
00:20:36.000 For beginners.
00:20:37.000 And beginner credit cards that you are going to get.
00:20:40.000 I don't think you should apply for any of these cards unless you're at least like a 720, 740 in that range, right?
00:20:47.000 A 690, 700, I might get it.
00:20:50.000 You might get it, yeah.
00:20:51.000 To be safe, 720, you're right.
00:20:52.000 Yeah.
00:20:52.000 Because you don't want to get declined.
00:20:54.000 Because then, bam, now you got a hard inquiry and it's like, ah, man.
00:20:56.000 And then, you know what I mean?
00:20:57.000 If you had just waited or paid off a bill or something like that, it would have shot up to maybe a 710, 720 and you would have had a way better chance.
00:21:02.000 So break 700, please, guys.
00:21:04.000 A lot of these cards you could probably get at the high 600s, but I want y'all to not get declined and then have to do this shit again.
00:21:09.000 Because anytime you apply for a credit card, guys, it's a hard inquiry.
00:21:12.000 And just to let y'all know, too many hard inquiries will absolutely hurt your credit score.
00:21:16.000 It definitely will.
00:21:16.000 I'll use myself as an example real fast.
00:21:18.000 My credit score took a pretty damn big ding.
00:21:21.000 And the reason why is because, as you guys know, I bought 16 houses within the past few years.
00:21:28.000 Since 2020.
00:21:30.000 16 houses, right?
00:21:32.000 Well, guess what?
00:21:33.000 That's a lot of hard inquiries, guys.
00:21:34.000 Yeah, it is.
00:21:35.000 Okay?
00:21:35.000 And that's not even including all the houses that I went under contract with that I lost.
00:21:41.000 We couldn't complete the deal or whatever it may be.
00:21:44.000 Well, never on my end, but it was the fucking...
00:21:46.000 There was a couple deals where the house was being built.
00:21:49.000 They couldn't build it in time or they couldn't fucking get some shit done.
00:21:51.000 And then we had to leave contract.
00:21:53.000 But I still had to go under contract.
00:21:55.000 And to go under contract and begin the loan process, they have to do a hard inquiry.
00:21:58.000 Run your credit when you buy a house.
00:22:00.000 So I had a bunch of hard inquiries over the past few years.
00:22:04.000 And that lowers your credit score, guys.
00:22:06.000 So what I'm saying is...
00:22:08.000 You don't want to have too many hard inquiries.
00:22:10.000 So get your credit score to a point where you know you're going to get the card, guys.
00:22:13.000 If you're doing real estate like I am, that's different.
00:22:16.000 You're going to get the hard inquiry regardless.
00:22:17.000 You can afford to take it.
00:22:18.000 It's fine.
00:22:18.000 It's not going to fuck you up that much.
00:22:20.000 But let's say you're not on 100% on time with your payments.
00:22:23.000 Or you might have credit utilization too high.
00:22:25.000 And you're getting these heart inquiries, it'll fuck you up.
00:22:27.000 Luckily for me, I do everything else perfectly, so the heart inquiries didn't mess me up so much, but it still did something.
00:22:33.000 I do believe we're going to show you guys as well what scores you need to get each card.
00:22:37.000 Yes.
00:22:37.000 There's a requirement there as well.
00:22:39.000 You want to be 10 to 20 points above their minimum, whatever they're saying, to be safe.
00:22:43.000 Yeah.
00:22:43.000 Okay?
00:22:44.000 And then real quick, I'll make it simple for you, just so you guys know, a little refresher.
00:22:50.000 The top things, guys, that affect your credit score really are two main things, if I'm going to boil it down.
00:22:55.000 Usage?
00:22:56.000 Usage and then on-time payments.
00:22:58.000 Yes.
00:22:58.000 On-time payments is by far the most important thing.
00:23:00.000 I'm 100% on that, okay?
00:23:02.000 Why?
00:23:02.000 Because whether you make the minimum payment or you have an auto pay or something like that, guys, you want to be always paying your credit cards.
00:23:09.000 I don't care if it's the bare minimum payment.
00:23:10.000 Of course, you don't want to do that, right?
00:23:12.000 Because your interest rate is going to go crazy high and you don't want that.
00:23:15.000 Especially with credit cards, their interest rates can vary between 17% all the way up to damn near.
00:23:19.000 I've seen 30%.
00:23:21.000 We're credit cards.
00:23:22.000 Yeah, and you know who gets paid off for that.
00:23:23.000 So the point is, guys, is always make your payments on time.
00:23:28.000 And then number two, try to keep your credit usage, guys, optimally under 30%.
00:23:33.000 What do I mean by this?
00:23:35.000 Let's say you have a credit card line of $1,000 and you have $700 on it.
00:23:40.000 You really don't want to go up to...
00:23:42.000 800 or 900 or whatever because now you're at 80, 90% of usage.
00:23:47.000 Excuse me.
00:23:48.000 No, I'm sorry.
00:23:48.000 You don't want to go above $300.
00:23:50.000 Excuse me.
00:23:50.000 You have $1,000 credit line.
00:23:52.000 You don't want to go above $300 because at that point you're going above 30% usage and that's too much and your credit score will start to reflect that.
00:23:59.000 Optimally, you want to be under 20 to 10%.
00:24:01.000 Between 10 to 20%, if you can get under 10%, even fucking better.
00:24:05.000 The lower your overall usage, guys, the better.
00:24:08.000 Now, there's two ways that you can go about this, all right?
00:24:10.000 You can either, A, just spend less money with your credit card, or pay it off right away.
00:24:14.000 Like, let's say you got a $1,000 credit card limit.
00:24:17.000 You buy a TV on it, and then one or two days later, you pay that shit off immediately.
00:24:21.000 So your usage goes right back down.
00:24:23.000 Or...
00:24:23.000 Get an increase.
00:24:24.000 Get an increase.
00:24:25.000 And the reason why that's important is because, well, if now, if you have...
00:24:25.000 Make a phone call.
00:24:29.000 Let's say you call Capital One.
00:24:30.000 Hey, I want to increase my credit line from $1,000 to $2,000.
00:24:34.000 Now that $300, right?
00:24:36.000 That would have been 30% of your credit card usage.
00:24:38.000 Now it's down to 15%.
00:24:40.000 So bam, now your usage is down to below 20%.
00:24:43.000 Your credit score is going to go up because your overall usage of your available credit to you is a lower percentage.
00:24:49.000 That's why we're so big on y'all with increasing all your credit limits, guys.
00:24:52.000 I'm telling you right now, this has actually helped so many guys that watch this thing.
00:24:55.000 One of the best things you could do.
00:24:57.000 You could do this shit right now while you're watching this show.
00:24:59.000 Call your credit card company or go on your app for your credit card, increase your credit line.
00:25:04.000 And what that will do is it'll automatically decrease the percentage of usage because now you have more available credit to you.
00:25:10.000 The more available credit to you, the more that you can use while staying below that magic number of 30%.
00:25:14.000 Because once you hit 30%, what ends up happening with these credit card companies, they have a bunch of statisticians and numbers and algorithms and all this other bullshit where You're more likely to default, right, as you pass 30%.
00:25:26.000 Once you pass 50%, it goes up even more and your credit score goes down.
00:25:31.000 And then you'll start noticing you might start getting declined for certain transactions if you haven't shown the ability to pay off more than 50% utilization.
00:25:38.000 See, you know what's funny?
00:25:39.000 I was on a date with a chick, right?
00:25:40.000 And we started talking about credit and buying cars.
00:25:43.000 And she said she got declined.
00:25:44.000 I'm like, why did you get declined?
00:25:46.000 I was like, what are you not paying?
00:25:48.000 Do you not pay your bills?
00:25:48.000 Like, what's going on?
00:25:49.000 She's like, I have a credit card.
00:25:50.000 I haven't paid off.
00:25:51.000 I'm like, how much do you own it?
00:25:53.000 She's like, oh, $9,000.
00:25:55.000 What's the max limit?
00:25:56.000 And I'm like, holy shit.
00:25:56.000 $10,000.
00:25:58.000 She's telling me, you have a card that you have $9,000 on and the maximum is $10,000?
00:26:03.000 You're way over it.
00:26:06.000 Yeah, you're 90% in usage.
00:26:07.000 Assuming that's your only card.
00:26:08.000 So the creditors are going to be like, oh, you want a loan?
00:26:11.000 Well, looky here, missy.
00:26:12.000 This is too much.
00:26:13.000 So they won't give you a loan.
00:26:14.000 So off rip.
00:26:15.000 If you have too much usage, bro, it'll fuck you up.
00:26:17.000 Off rip.
00:26:17.000 Or even better, they'll give you a loan, but they're going to give you a terrible interest rate.
00:26:23.000 If they see that you're in debt like that.
00:26:24.000 Yeah.
00:26:25.000 So, you know what I mean?
00:26:26.000 And then the only way you can go is you can go with a hard money lender.
00:26:28.000 And we already know what the fuck I told you about hard money lenders, why you should never do that.
00:26:32.000 Fresh told you guys a personal story.
00:26:33.000 Am Scott.
00:26:33.000 Am Scott.
00:26:34.000 You know what I mean?
00:26:35.000 Like, don't deal with hard money lenders, guys.
00:26:37.000 The only time I have hard money lenders, like if you're going to be a fixer and flipper and that's way more advanced, that's for another episode.
00:26:43.000 Typically, average American, what do they do?
00:26:44.000 They go get a credit card, buy furniture, buy stuff for clothes, buy stuff to look good, maybe buy trips, right?
00:26:53.000 Gets a high amount, and they just pay a minimum of balance every month.
00:26:58.000 That'll do good for your on-time payments, but terrible for your utilization.
00:26:58.000 The problem with that is...
00:27:01.000 You end up stuck in that cycle of having a high, I want to say, amount.
00:27:05.000 I'm paying every month, but you never pay it off.
00:27:07.000 And it shows on your credit score.
00:27:09.000 Crazy.
00:27:10.000 So yeah, guys.
00:27:11.000 And the thing, like I said before, you might get...
00:27:14.000 It's not like the credit card companies are going to be like, alright, your max is $10,000.
00:27:18.000 You're at $9,000.
00:27:19.000 You want to spend another $500.
00:27:21.000 Yeah, it's okay.
00:27:21.000 You can spend it.
00:27:22.000 No, if they start to see a trend where you're constantly above 50% and not paying it down, you can get declined in certain transactions.
00:27:28.000 Or they're going to deem you more risky.
00:27:30.000 People don't know.
00:27:30.000 They put you in a category as risky.
00:27:33.000 Once you're risky in that category, you can forget it.
00:27:35.000 Yeah, man.
00:27:36.000 That's when your card starts to decline.
00:27:38.000 Unless you've shown a history where you're able to pay off, where you have a high balance and then you pay it off immediately, that's different because you're showing the ability to be able to pay things off.
00:27:50.000 I'll give you guys an example.
00:27:51.000 I might spend $10,000 on the business with my card.
00:27:55.000 But I've shown a history where if I spend a big amount of money like that, a couple days I pay that shit off and get it down to zero.
00:28:00.000 It's not a big deal.
00:28:01.000 But if you're letting those balances sit there for a while and accumulate and it goes higher and higher and higher, especially when you have these charge cards like Amex, Platinum, and shit like that, which we're going to talk about.
00:28:12.000 What'll end up happening, even though these cards technically have no limit, they'll start to put you in a high-risk category and start to limit your spending.
00:28:19.000 Transactions might start getting declined here and there, blah, blah, blah.
00:28:22.000 So, guys, keep your utilization low and then pay It off.
00:28:27.000 If you do those two things right there, you'll be fine.
00:28:30.000 Honestly, that's really the two main tips.
00:28:32.000 There's way more that goes into it, but those two are the predominant factors that affect your credit score.
00:28:38.000 And the reason why we're touching on this and giving you guys that little refresher is that I want you guys before you, because some of y'all are going to try to apply for these credit cards.
00:28:45.000 Bro, get your utilization down, make on-time payments, get your credit score as high as you possibly can, then apply.
00:28:52.000 Okay?
00:28:53.000 And you kill three birds with one stone.
00:28:54.000 You're killing the on-time payments, you're killing the utilization, and then you're dealing with the hard inquiry situation.
00:29:00.000 Because now, you're only going to do one hard inquiry, because you properly did it, and you applied for the card when it was actually appropriate, versus you apply for it now because your dick is hard, and you're watching the podcast, I'm going to apply right now.
00:29:10.000 You get declined, then you've got to wait...
00:29:12.000 A month, whatever.
00:29:14.000 Get your credit score back up.
00:29:15.000 Then apply again.
00:29:15.000 Now you got two hard inquiries.
00:29:17.000 And that would suck.
00:29:18.000 Yeah, and that would suck.
00:29:19.000 Because it does add up.
00:29:20.000 Actually, it gives you a red alert on Credit Karma as well.
00:29:24.000 Yeah.
00:29:24.000 The more you have.
00:29:25.000 Oh, and then I'll give you a tip too.
00:29:27.000 If you're going to go ahead and apply for some of these credit cards or apply for multiple of them, get that credit score up like we told you guys before, apply for all of them at the same time.
00:29:34.000 That's another fucking game.
00:29:34.000 There you go.
00:29:36.000 Yeah.
00:29:36.000 That window?
00:29:37.000 At one time?
00:29:38.000 You don't really get hit that much.
00:29:39.000 Yeah.
00:29:39.000 All those...
00:29:43.000 What's it called?
00:29:44.000 All those inquiries will be counted as one.
00:29:46.000 Because what happens is, especially when you're shopping for a mortgage or whatever like that, the credit monitoring companies, they look at it as you shopping rates.
00:29:56.000 So they're like, okay, you know what?
00:29:57.000 We'll count this all as one hard inquiry.
00:29:59.000 So do it all within a few days.
00:30:01.000 When you're doing it, get your credit score up.
00:30:03.000 Apply and apply for multiple cards at the same time and do it in a tight window so it all counts as one hard inquiry.
00:30:08.000 Another fucking game changer for y'all.
00:30:10.000 Actually, it's funny.
00:30:12.000 You just mentioned people that buy cards do it all the time.
00:30:15.000 So let's say you want to get 10 cards, right?
00:30:16.000 All right, this day I'm going to buy a card.
00:30:16.000 You don't want to wait.
00:30:18.000 No, you go all one time to all the dealerships.
00:30:20.000 You apply on the same day and buy all 10 cards.
00:30:22.000 Do all the hard inquiries right then and there.
00:30:25.000 Because they'll count that as one.
00:30:26.000 Yeah.
00:30:28.000 The credit tracking companies aren't idiots.
00:30:30.000 They understand that, okay, you did a bunch of hard inquiries at dealerships or with home lenders, et cetera, or maybe with a credit card.
00:30:36.000 All right, he's shopping rates or he's, you know what I mean?
00:30:38.000 It is what it is.
00:30:39.000 So they'll count that all as one hard inquiry if it's done in a tight window.
00:30:43.000 Damn, man.
00:30:43.000 That's some free game right there, bro.
00:30:44.000 Man, god damn, bro.
00:30:48.000 You don't learn this in school, man.
00:30:50.000 They ain't teaching you all this shit in school.
00:30:51.000 Your dad and mom didn't even know this shit either.
00:30:53.000 Yep.
00:30:53.000 Sorry.
00:30:54.000 Just saying.
00:30:54.000 They don't know either.
00:30:55.000 And if you live in a Western country like the United States or anything else like that, guess what, guys?
00:31:00.000 Thanks to Federal Reserve, we live in a country where debt rules everything.
00:31:04.000 Credit score system.
00:31:05.000 Credit score system, my friends, is what it is now.
00:31:07.000 You know, we might go into social score system soon, hopefully.
00:31:10.000 Not hopefully.
00:31:11.000 I mean, hopefully we don't.
00:31:12.000 But that's the world that we're in, guys.
00:31:14.000 You need a good credit score.
00:31:16.000 I would argue having a good credit score and less money is better than having a shitty-ass credit score and a lot of cash.
00:31:22.000 Because, cool, you have cash, but you might not necessarily be able to purchase certain assets with just cash.
00:31:28.000 I will never forget, bro.
00:31:29.000 When I came to America, thanks to my aunt, she's like, Walter, you need credit in this society.
00:31:34.000 And she was right, man, from the very beginning and helped me this far.
00:31:37.000 You either need good credit or hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:31:41.000 The average person doesn't have that.
00:31:43.000 Credit will be your best friend.
00:31:44.000 Credit is going to be your best friend, bro.
00:31:45.000 It's the most practical way unless you're some trust fund baby or some shit or you just won the lottery.
00:31:50.000 Realistically speaking, you want good credit.
00:31:52.000 And here's the other thing, too.
00:31:53.000 If you have good credit and then you make money, well, guess what?
00:31:55.000 You're going to keep that money.
00:31:56.000 You've got to keep that money because you obviously have good credit, which means you have good financial experience and you understand the concept of a dollar and you understand spending less than you make.
00:31:56.000 Yeah.
00:32:05.000 Prime example, Robert Kiyosaki.
00:32:07.000 Yeah.
00:32:07.000 He's got real estate, but he has all his money.
00:32:09.000 Yeah.
00:32:11.000 So it's better to build a foundation to have good credit and then make the money versus, oh, I have shitty credit and then I made the money.
00:32:16.000 You're still going to spend your money like an idiot.
00:32:18.000 A lot of the times.
00:32:20.000 So, yeah, bro, because you learn the rudimentary basics of financial literacy.
00:32:20.000 Oh, man, bro.
00:32:25.000 All right, I'll read these chats, and then we'll start getting into the top cards.
00:32:27.000 But guys, please, please, please, if you haven't already, okay, like the video.
00:32:31.000 And then number two, take those tips before you even bother applying for a credit card.
00:32:36.000 Utilization low, under 30%, bare minimum.
00:32:39.000 Credit card payments on time.
00:32:40.000 And then when you actually do apply, make sure you're above that $700.
00:32:42.000 Make sure you ensure you get one of these cards.
00:32:44.000 We're going to show you guys the numbers, but you still want to be a little bit above it.
00:32:46.000 And then try to limit those hard inquiries.
00:32:48.000 Apply for all the goddamn cards at the same time.
00:32:50.000 And if you're going to go race shopping, same time.
00:32:52.000 Whether it's a car or a house, same time.
00:32:54.000 Because it counts as one hard inquiry.
00:32:55.000 It doesn't ding your credit score as much.
00:32:56.000 And guys, real quick.
00:32:57.000 Rumble is a new sponsor for our show.

00:33:10.000 A lot of haters, man.
00:33:11.000 Fucking trying to take down free speech, man.

00:33:14.000 Yeah, please download the Rumble app, guys.
00:33:16.000 It's actually better anyway to watch the show.

00:33:38.000 I coached my students, made a system, and my plan is to create a coaching company to get students ENG jobs faster.
00:33:43.000 Issues that I want to put a product behind this and not just coaching thoughts or suggestions.
00:33:47.000 Thank you.
00:33:49.000 Hire a mentor in that space, man.
00:33:51.000 Who does that very well?
00:33:52.000 I would say Wes Watson.
00:33:53.000 He's really good at that.
00:33:55.000 Fair enough.
00:33:55.000 Building programs.
00:33:56.000 Rising Star goes, The Saint in the center has done more for black people than DJ academics.
00:33:59.000 The Saint helped me use 200 and turned that into a product-based business that has me minting money at this point.

00:34:06.000 Subscribe and join the assassin.
00:34:09.000 Okay.
00:34:09.000 Listen, man.
00:34:10.000 I would argue that the center has helped all people.
00:34:13.000 It doesn't matter what race they help.
00:34:14.000 You know what I mean?
00:34:15.000 But I would say both people help in different ways.
00:34:18.000 That's all I'm going to say.
00:34:20.000 Yeah, I don't know why y'all try to be so divisive, bro.
00:34:22.000 They want to see people fight, bro.
00:34:24.000 Yeah, like, it's crazy, man.
00:34:25.000 Drama sells, I'm telling you.
00:34:26.000 You know, okay.
00:34:27.000 Woody T goes, My girl just left me.
00:34:29.000 It was my fault.
00:34:30.000 Been feeling down.
00:34:31.000 Hit the gym today.
00:34:32.000 Gonna stay in the gym and focus on my work.
00:34:33.000 You guys are heroes.
00:34:35.000 Keep up the content.
00:34:36.000 Long live FNF. Appreciate that, Woody.
00:34:37.000 You know what I like about Woody?
00:34:38.000 What?
00:34:39.000 He knew who it was.
00:34:40.000 Whose fault it was.
00:34:41.000 His fault.
00:34:42.000 Yep.
00:34:43.000 There you go.
00:34:43.000 Smart man.
00:34:44.000 Unrelated to Money Mondays, but in old dating streams, you referred to running ads when traveling.
00:34:49.000 What slash how to run ads?
00:34:50.000 We talk about this in way more detail on DMs on demand.
00:34:54.000 But yeah.
00:34:56.000 We should re-release the course, man.
00:34:57.000 I think people have been asking for it for a lot.
00:34:59.000 Yeah.
00:34:59.000 Maybe it's been like holding off.
00:35:00.000 Yeah.
00:35:01.000 We can drop it.
00:35:02.000 Yeah, we got to drop it for them.
00:35:05.000 If you guys want.
00:35:06.000 Yeah.
00:35:06.000 Actually, you know what?
00:35:08.000 Casey...
00:35:08.000 Did he talk about it when we had him on?
00:35:12.000 He ran ads for dating, but it's kind of the same thing.
00:35:15.000 Business and dating.
00:35:16.000 Yeah.
00:35:16.000 You could interchange each one.
00:35:19.000 So we did a show with Casey.
00:35:21.000 Yeah, okay.
00:35:21.000 So this is what I want you to do, bro.
00:35:23.000 Until we release DMs on a man, I want to give you all some free value.
00:35:26.000 Go back to the episode that we did with Casey.
00:35:28.000 Casey Redbeard?
00:35:29.000 And Jeremy as well.
00:35:30.000 Can you talk about running ads?
00:35:30.000 And Jeremy as well.
00:35:31.000 Oh, yeah, that too.
00:35:33.000 Yes.
00:35:33.000 So we did an episode with Casey, running ads on Instagram to get dates, but it's similar to running ads for a business.
00:35:39.000 And then watch the episode that we did with Jeremy.
00:35:41.000 That's an underrated episode, by the way.
00:35:43.000 Actually, a lot of people you see today that are big in the space pay Jeremy for coaching sessions.
00:35:50.000 Yeah.
00:35:50.000 To run ads.
00:35:51.000 Bro, that's...
00:35:52.000 He's one of the best in the fucking space, especially when it comes to Facebook.
00:35:56.000 He's like the Facebook guy.
00:35:56.000 He's low-key with it.
00:35:57.000 Yeah, he's very low-key.
00:35:58.000 He made his money, doesn't need anything.
00:36:00.000 If you know who he is, then you're winning.
00:36:02.000 Yeah, dude, he's really fucking good.
00:36:04.000 Go watch our episode back that we had with Jeremy.
00:36:06.000 We should bring him back, actually, for a more updated version.
00:36:10.000 We interviewed him back in, like, 2021, 2022.
00:36:12.000 But it's funny, you know, this whole thing, we never did any ads, really?
00:36:15.000 No, we never ran ads.
00:36:16.000 It's been three years.
00:36:17.000 November 2021.
00:36:18.000 Imagine if we ran ads.
00:36:19.000 November 2021?
00:36:20.000 There you go.
00:36:21.000 Mo can drop the video for you guys in the chat.
00:36:22.000 Watch that episode, guys.
00:36:24.000 If we ran ads for our podcast, bro.
00:36:25.000 Holy shit!
00:36:28.000 Yeah.
00:36:28.000 We don't need to be too big, though.
00:36:31.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:36:32.000 We can stay small.
00:36:32.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:36:34.000 Yeah, man.
00:36:37.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:36:38.000 I don't get it, bro.
00:36:39.000 We can't blow up too much.
00:36:43.000 We kind of flirt with like, okay, we could go viral, but then we got to chill.
00:36:48.000 And then it's like, ah, ah.
00:36:50.000 It's just like we're doing the fucking dance like this.
00:36:52.000 Because here's the thing.
00:36:54.000 I was actually talking with Mo about this shit the other day.
00:36:57.000 A lot of y'all can play.
00:36:58.000 Bro!
00:36:59.000 Bring on Kevin Hart!
00:37:00.000 Bring on, like, The Rock or something, right?
00:37:03.000 Or Dave Chappelle, blah, blah, blah.
00:37:05.000 Like, bring in all these, like, mainstream people.
00:37:07.000 And in my head, I'm like...
00:37:08.000 Yo, like, what the...
00:37:10.000 Do y'all not know who we are?
00:37:12.000 Do y'all forget?
00:37:13.000 You know what I mean?
00:37:14.000 Like, what the fuck we do on this podcast?
00:37:15.000 Like, bro, you gotta pick one.
00:37:18.000 It's either you're edgy and you're controversial and you do shit that isn't necessarily establishment approved, right?
00:37:27.000 Matrix approved.
00:37:29.000 Or you do Matrix-approved content and then people will fuck with you.
00:37:32.000 That's how it goes.
00:37:33.000 When you're like us, bro, you can't be on the edge and being edgy like us while simultaneously bringing on mainstream people.
00:37:39.000 It's like water and oil.
00:37:40.000 It doesn't mix.
00:37:41.000 So in our first year, I had to talk about academics.
00:37:44.000 He gave me two links to go to.
00:37:46.000 He's like, listen, bro, your podcast is dope.
00:37:48.000 I'm going to tell you this right now.
00:37:49.000 You and Myron are going this way.
00:37:51.000 This means...
00:37:52.000 Less sponsors, less famous people, more RFP, more people that are cancelled for your podcast.
00:37:59.000 With a loyal audience.
00:38:02.000 Yes.
00:38:02.000 Or you follow the mainstream focus, which is basically you pander to people, you don't go too hard, and you bring on famous guests.
00:38:09.000 More fence-sitting.
00:38:10.000 Yes.
00:38:10.000 More fence-sitting.
00:38:11.000 Both ways can work, but we chose the other path.
00:38:14.000 And ultimately, guests that you guys want on the podcast, sorry to say, they don't want to be on here sometimes.
00:38:19.000 It could be sponsors, it could be ads, it could be the company.
00:38:22.000 Who knows what it is, but we're very controversial, so it is what it is.
00:38:24.000 Yeah.
00:38:24.000 I mean, first to have discussions with a lot of these guys, and they're like, bro, we watch...
00:38:28.000 Well, we can't be on here.
00:38:28.000 It was behind the scenes, but it can't be on it.
00:38:31.000 You know what I'm saying?
00:38:33.000 Especially some pretty famous black comedians as well.
00:38:35.000 I ain't gonna say no names.
00:38:37.000 Big.
00:38:37.000 Millions upon millions.
00:38:38.000 It was so close, bro.
00:38:40.000 Michael Blackson was like, yeah, he's down.
00:38:41.000 Wait.
00:38:42.000 Nope.
00:38:43.000 Nope.
00:38:44.000 Nope.
00:38:44.000 He can't do it.
00:38:44.000 Can't do it.
00:38:45.000 Yeah.
00:38:45.000 So I get it.
00:38:46.000 So like I said, bro...
00:38:48.000 You gotta pick one, bro.
00:38:49.000 You're either gonna be edgy and controversial and understand that a lot of people aren't gonna fuck with you, but you fucking people love you.
00:38:57.000 Yeah.
00:38:57.000 Or B, you're more vanilla, more fence-sitting.
00:39:01.000 You might get more people watching you, but do they actually support you?
00:39:03.000 Yeah.
00:39:04.000 Probably not.
00:39:05.000 Literally, you're one controversial statement away from getting canceled.
00:39:07.000 Oh, 100%.
00:39:08.000 So I looked at it like, bro, I'm not gonna fuck you.
00:39:10.000 I'm tired of...
00:39:10.000 I'm not gonna sit here and be fake about shit.
00:39:13.000 I wanna be able to do the shit that we wanna do, whatever it may be, without having to worry.
00:39:16.000 So...
00:39:17.000 We went the other way.
00:39:18.000 We're just gonna...
00:39:20.000 Ten toes down on what the fuck we say.
00:39:22.000 I had a talk with some of these people.
00:39:26.000 Fuck it.
00:39:26.000 They're these people.
00:39:27.000 I remember I told you, right?
00:39:28.000 Yeah.
00:39:28.000 And we could have had a huge sponsor with Revolt, Other Connections.
00:39:33.000 Oh, yeah.
00:39:33.000 But, again, the show Direction was going this way, and they wanted us to go this way.
00:39:41.000 And, you know, we just chose to be ourselves and do what we want.
00:39:45.000 We lost millions of dollars at expenses.
00:39:49.000 And niggas, oh, first we'll do shit.
00:39:50.000 I remember that shit.
00:39:51.000 I do a lot of shit, man, behind the scenes.
00:39:52.000 But again, we chose a path to take.
00:39:55.000 No, no, but we're in it for the money, bro.
00:39:56.000 Oh, yeah.
00:39:57.000 Nigga, yeah, we're in it for the money.
00:39:59.000 There you go.
00:39:59.000 We turned on that offer.
00:40:00.000 But it is what it is, man.
00:40:01.000 And there's been a few others like that, too, bro.
00:40:03.000 I mean, obviously, we're not going to disclose everything, right?
00:40:06.000 But yeah, man, we've had major people approach us and everything else like that.
00:40:10.000 But yeah, the thing was like, yo, y'all niggas got to chill.
00:40:12.000 Sorry, man.
00:40:13.000 That's not negotiable.
00:40:14.000 We're in it for the money, bro.
00:40:15.000 We're in it for the money, though.
00:40:16.000 Don't forget that, man.
00:40:18.000 But like I said before, and I'm not saying this to flex, be like, oh, look at all the sacrifices we made for y'all, blah, blah, blah.
00:40:23.000 I'm just saying that to let y'all know that if other creators were putting a position that we were in, them niggas would have sold out fucking years ago.
00:40:30.000 They would have sold out back in 2021.
00:40:32.000 You know what I mean?
00:40:33.000 We had so many opportunities coming to us, and we said, no, man, we're good.
00:40:36.000 Because we're not going to fucking switch up.
00:40:39.000 Loyalty.
00:40:39.000 That too.
00:40:40.000 Rumble.
00:40:40.000 Yeah.
00:40:41.000 Chose them.
00:40:41.000 Oh, yeah, yeah.
00:40:42.000 Over everybody else.
00:40:43.000 Yep, yep, yep, yep.
00:40:44.000 So.
00:40:44.000 Yep.
00:40:45.000 When we got demonetized, some niggas were caught knocking.
00:40:47.000 They had our back.
00:40:48.000 Yep.
00:40:48.000 So we're Rumble all the way, man.
00:40:50.000 Again, bro, not all money is good money, guys, and not all fame.
00:40:54.000 Well.
00:40:55.000 Well, you could say notoriety is good too, but the point is that loyalty and relationships over everything and then staying on your fucking square of what you want to do.
00:41:04.000 I didn't want to compromise our content and be super kosher and vanilla when we bring girls on and not say what the fuck we really want to say.
00:41:11.000 You know what I mean?
00:41:11.000 And also I realized as well, clout is a drug that has to be constantly bought versus relationships can be mended, can be built, and it lasts forever.
00:41:21.000 To me, that's better than having just a bit of clout here and there.
00:41:25.000 Facts.
00:41:26.000 And then too much clout will fuck you up.
00:41:28.000 100%.
00:41:28.000 Society isn't ready for our stuff.
00:41:32.000 Bro, look at what they did to Andrew, bro.
00:41:34.000 Off of what he says.
00:41:35.000 He can speak of facts.
00:41:36.000 Let's cancel him on everything.
00:41:39.000 You know, like the world is not ready for this type of content, bro.
00:41:41.000 They're not.
00:41:42.000 They turned Andrew from a superhero to a villain.
00:41:43.000 Yep.
00:41:44.000 Literally.
00:41:44.000 Some articles and some lies.
00:41:45.000 All because, you know, he says the reality of like what it's like to be a man.
00:41:49.000 We'll cancel!
00:41:51.000 He could have been chilling, traveling the world, banging bitches to days.
00:41:56.000 He was rich way before YouTube, bro.
00:41:58.000 But he gave y'all content and added value.
00:42:00.000 Yeah.
00:42:00.000 And then bam, now cancel.
00:42:02.000 So...
00:42:03.000 You don't want too much clout when you're in this...
00:42:06.000 It comes at a price.
00:42:06.000 Yeah, bro.
00:42:06.000 You don't want too much clout when you get this type of content, man.
00:42:08.000 Yeah.
00:42:09.000 And, you know, we flew a little above the radar, decided to have a discussion on a certain topic, and...
00:42:13.000 Hey, man.
00:42:17.000 We learned a lesson.
00:42:18.000 Yeah, man.
00:42:19.000 That shit is not on YouTube.
00:42:22.000 What do we got here?
00:42:25.000 Where are we at?
00:42:26.000 We got...
00:42:27.000 Check out points for the best redemption value of points for travel.
00:42:34.000 I have gotten as high as 18 plus miles per point by transferring to Travel Partners.
00:42:38.000 Great for international trip upgrades to business class.
00:42:40.000 See you in Columbia Fresh.
00:42:42.000 Oh, shout out to you.
00:42:43.000 Oh, by the way, this weekend, we're going to meet Columbia.
00:42:46.000 Oh, shit.
00:42:47.000 Okay, so listen, man.
00:42:48.000 We're going up in the sky.
00:42:50.000 You know why?
00:42:51.000 Sue Network is going to the top.
00:42:52.000 And once again, we've got the best members in the world.
00:42:55.000 We're going to meet Columbia this weekend.
00:42:57.000 We're going to do a hike on the mountain, Tris Leches.
00:42:59.000 No, not Tris Leches.
00:43:01.000 Tris Mountains.
00:43:01.000 I don't know how you call it in Spanish.
00:43:03.000 We're going up on a hike.
00:43:04.000 We're going to do lunch, steak dinner.
00:43:07.000 We're going to do a coaching session with me and Kevin Tobias.
00:43:10.000 We're going to do, as well, a party.
00:43:12.000 It's going to be lit, man.
00:43:13.000 By the way, Miami was dope.
00:43:17.000 Columbia's going to be way better.
00:43:18.000 Just saying.
00:43:19.000 Alright.
00:43:21.000 You coming?
00:43:22.000 Nah, man.
00:43:23.000 You said nah, man.
00:43:24.000 Nah, man.
00:43:26.000 On the weekends, I try to really get some rest, and I hit the gym, too.
00:43:31.000 I do like two a day.
00:43:33.000 Actually, this is going to be paid for with a card and points.
00:43:37.000 Oh, shit.
00:43:38.000 Look at that.
00:43:39.000 Just like Vegas.
00:43:39.000 There you go.
00:43:40.000 For free.
00:43:40.000 For free.
00:43:41.000 I've been watching for a couple months now.
00:43:42.000 Big shout out to you guys for helping me get my life back on track.
00:43:44.000 Selling off all my video games and getting up at 3.30 in the morning to work on fitness and starting my side hustle.
00:43:48.000 Keep fighting the good fight.
00:43:50.000 Good shit, man.
00:43:51.000 The best thing I did, bro.
00:43:52.000 Video games, man.
00:43:53.000 Yo, bro.
00:43:54.000 Bro.
00:43:54.000 Remember you spoke to me about Killer Focus.
00:43:56.000 Killer Focus.
00:43:57.000 I sold my Switch, bro.
00:43:58.000 Yeah.
00:43:59.000 Right?
00:43:59.000 That was the best thing I ever did because when I sold my Nintendo Switch, bro, focus was only on work.
00:44:04.000 Yeah.
00:44:04.000 I couldn't chill, play games, rest, nah.
00:44:07.000 Focus on work.
00:44:08.000 No TV in my room.
00:44:10.000 No video games.
00:44:11.000 Just podcast shit.
00:44:11.000 Yeah, I'll be honest with y'all.
00:44:13.000 That's actually a glitch, guys.
00:44:14.000 If you have a TV in your bedroom...
00:44:16.000 Get it out.
00:44:16.000 You're fucking up.
00:44:17.000 Yep.
00:44:17.000 If you're watching Mindless Entertainment on Netflix or whatever, you're fucking up.
00:44:23.000 If you are...
00:44:25.000 And then the other big one...
00:44:26.000 Honestly, I don't even think...
00:44:27.000 You shouldn't even be listening to music.
00:44:29.000 Yeah.
00:44:30.000 I know that sounds crazy.
00:44:31.000 Unless you're in the gym working out.
00:44:32.000 Unless you're in the gym, you shouldn't even be listening to music.
00:44:34.000 Audiobooks.
00:44:34.000 You should be listening to audiobooks or podcasts that are going to make you smarter.
00:44:37.000 Yeah.
00:44:37.000 And then the last one is...
00:44:40.000 Fuck.
00:44:42.000 Oh, if you're playing video games, you're fucking up too.
00:44:44.000 Sorry, guys.
00:44:45.000 Yo, real talk, new rule for a lot of y'all.
00:44:47.000 If you're not earning six figures, sell your video games.
00:44:49.000 No drugs, no video games, no porn.
00:44:53.000 You're good.
00:44:54.000 You know, if you got rid of all that, that will help a lot of y'all right there.
00:44:58.000 Sell your video games.
00:44:59.000 If you're not making six figures a year, bare fucking minimum, and you're not in shape, you shouldn't be playing video games.
00:45:02.000 That's number one.
00:45:03.000 No drugs, no weed, no fucking recreational drugs, no nose candy, okay?
00:45:09.000 Here's a secret, guys.
00:45:10.000 These companies are being funded by the government to sedate you with drugs, corn, video games.
00:45:16.000 Yep.
00:45:18.000 Facts.
00:45:19.000 Absolute fact.
00:45:20.000 Shit, did I just say that?
00:45:21.000 Yo, you shouldn't even have a TV in your bedroom.
00:45:24.000 You don't have a TV in your bedroom?
00:45:26.000 No, I don't.
00:45:26.000 No, we don't.
00:45:27.000 The fuck?
00:45:27.000 That's some lazy nigga shit.
00:45:28.000 You know why you're here?
00:45:29.000 The fuck, bitch?
00:45:30.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:45:30.000 I'm just kidding.
00:45:31.000 Why'd I just say that?
00:45:34.000 Never mind.
00:45:35.000 I'm gonna set up now.
00:45:36.000 Alright.
00:45:37.000 We're still on YouTube somehow.
00:45:40.000 Question for the Marin.
00:45:41.000 I need help verifying a diet.
00:45:43.000 Hypothetically, I weigh 165 pounds and follow the standard one gram of protein per body weight.
00:45:46.000 How many pounds of meat is required to fulfill the diet intake?
00:45:50.000 That depends, my friend, because different types of meat have different grams of protein per pound.
00:45:57.000 So it depends on what you want to get.
00:46:00.000 Do you want to get chicken?
00:46:01.000 Do you want to get fish?
00:46:02.000 Do you want to get steak?
00:46:04.000 I want chicken.
00:46:04.000 But yeah, I would say for the calorie, most bang for your buck...
00:46:08.000 It's going to be probably chicken.
00:46:10.000 Yeah.
00:46:10.000 If it's black, trust me, you'll like it.
00:46:13.000 F&M, I'm starting my street water clothing brand.
00:46:15.000 Streetwear.
00:46:16.000 Oh, streetwear.
00:46:17.000 Okay.
00:46:18.000 It's got to be done.
00:46:19.000 My goal is to launch Black Friday.
00:46:20.000 I'm building this brand on my savings right now.
00:46:22.000 It is getting in the red.
00:46:24.000 Would you advise going forward or skip Black Friday launch?
00:46:26.000 Oh, man.
00:46:27.000 Bro, when it comes to merch and clothing...
00:46:31.000 You really want an audience, bro.
00:46:32.000 You need an audience if you're going to sell clothes and merch, man.
00:46:35.000 I will say this.
00:46:35.000 You got one thing right.
00:46:37.000 Black Friday sales are some of the best sales you can make, but without an audience, who's buying it?
00:46:42.000 That's the thing.
00:46:43.000 I would say get yourself back to breaking even and or maybe a small profit and then reinvest that money into something else.
00:46:50.000 Unless you really love fashion and you just want to keep going and maybe you have some money to run ads and shit like that, But bro, it is very difficult to get into the clothing business unless you're an influencer and you have a sizable audience that will actually want to wear your shit.
00:47:03.000 Companies and influencers plan months in advance for Black Friday.
00:47:08.000 And actually, they build an audience all year round waiting for these special Christmas Black Friday holidays because you know what?
00:47:16.000 People spend money on those days.
00:47:17.000 And that audience that you build up over that period of time, over those months, They trust you, they will buy.
00:47:22.000 Matter of fact, you know what?
00:47:23.000 For all you guys that love merch and everything else like that, we did an interview.
00:47:26.000 Man, we give y'all so much goddamn value.
00:47:28.000 Christian Guzman, Max Chunin.
00:47:30.000 Yes.
00:47:31.000 Okay?
00:47:31.000 Fitness influencers, they both have their own clothing brands, etc.
00:47:35.000 They talk about how difficult it is.
00:47:37.000 Guys, Christian Guzman was a thriving YouTuber like maybe 10 years ago.
00:47:41.000 He was like fucking huge.
00:47:42.000 Right?
00:47:43.000 He's obviously had to put YouTube and give it a backseat to Alphalete because he's the CEO of Alphalete, right?
00:47:50.000 Major company.
00:47:51.000 They compete against Gymshark and everything else like that, right?
00:47:55.000 He did like 90 million in sales or something like that last year.
00:47:58.000 But whenever you do clothing, guys, it's a whole other job, bro.
00:48:04.000 So he basically focuses on that mostly.
00:48:06.000 He still is on YouTube and he does the summer shredding and everything like that.
00:48:08.000 Shout out to him.
00:48:09.000 But he shifted from YouTube to clothing and merchandise.
00:48:14.000 Obviously, it makes a lot of money, but something has to give there.
00:48:17.000 And luckily for him, he built an audience first.
00:48:23.000 We're good to go.
00:48:36.000 Clothes were really good quality.
00:48:38.000 People bought it.
00:48:39.000 Then it got to the point where the brand outgrew the creator.
00:48:42.000 And now people buy Alphalete regardless of knowing it's Christian Guzman's brand.
00:48:47.000 Does that make sense?
00:48:47.000 That's very telling.
00:48:48.000 But he built the audience first, guys.
00:48:50.000 Same thing with Max Shooting.
00:48:51.000 So if y'all want to hear about merch and everything else like that, those are some of the best ones to do it.
00:48:55.000 Watch that episode.
00:48:56.000 But yeah, man, you've got to have an audience or a name brand to sell your brand, unfortunately.
00:49:03.000 That's kind of what it is.
00:49:04.000 So...
00:49:05.000 But yeah, man, I would say, from what you're telling us here, I would take that money, reinvest it into another endeavor.
00:49:11.000 After your Black Friday sale, hopefully you go back into the green.
00:49:15.000 MD Brother.
00:49:16.000 MD Brother.
00:49:17.000 To my military folks, Amex and Chase waive, and shout out to Max Schooning and Christian Guzman.
00:49:21.000 They were great hosts when we were out there in Houston.
00:49:23.000 Yes.
00:49:23.000 To my military folks, Amex and Chase waive the annual fee for service members.
00:49:28.000 I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve.
00:49:31.000 Amex Platinum and Amex Gold over $1,000 in fees waive.
00:49:34.000 That's amazing.
00:49:34.000 That's great.
00:49:35.000 Then you get the card for free, which is a big thing that keeps a lot of people from applying.
00:49:39.000 W. Philly Sox goes, love your socks.
00:49:41.000 Okay.
00:49:43.000 Real One goes, I'm 19 years old and suffering from androgen alopecia.
00:49:48.000 I want to work out, but that increased my DHC testosterone and triggers my hair thinning.
00:49:51.000 What should I do because I still want to work out and still want to keep my hair?
00:49:54.000 P.S. Don't want to take pills.
00:49:56.000 My friend, you work out anyway.
00:49:58.000 Who gives a fuck about your hair right now?
00:50:01.000 If you have androgen and alopecia, you're probably going to have to do a hair transplant sometime in your lifetime, and that's fine.
00:50:06.000 Nothing wrong with that.
00:50:07.000 But you better not be skipping the gym because of some hair, nigga.
00:50:09.000 Because I'll tell you what's worse.
00:50:11.000 Having a full head of hair and being fat, that's unacceptable.
00:50:13.000 I regret not working out sooner.
00:50:16.000 He's right, man.
00:50:17.000 Yeah, man.
00:50:18.000 You got to work out when you're still able-bodied and young, man.
00:50:21.000 Now fresh out here in the gym, bones cracking and shit.
00:50:23.000 What are you talking about, nigga?
00:50:25.000 Yeah, old as hell.
00:50:25.000 I'm good, bro.
00:50:27.000 Hey Minor Fresh, two questions.
00:50:28.000 How much of an impact does debt have on credit limit increase?
00:50:31.000 And second, how many hard inquiries before your credit starts to suffer?
00:50:33.000 Coming out earlier.
00:50:34.000 Your question, we answered that earlier.
00:50:35.000 I think, well, how much of an impact does debt have?
00:50:38.000 So Credit Karma has a scale.
00:50:40.000 Three to four is good.
00:50:41.000 Over five is yellow.
00:50:43.000 Anything over seven is red.
00:50:44.000 Yeah.
00:50:45.000 So that's going to be your barometer for inquiries.
00:50:47.000 Yeah.
00:50:48.000 So yeah, man.
00:50:49.000 Definitely.
00:50:50.000 But we talked about that.
00:50:50.000 Rewind the show.
00:50:51.000 You might have just joined now.
00:50:52.000 We talked about credit limit.
00:50:53.000 Keep it under 30%.
00:50:54.000 Optimally, under 10%.
00:50:55.000 Yeah.
00:50:57.000 Ian G. Mike goes, thank you guys.
00:50:58.000 Love the show.
00:50:59.000 Now more importantly, credit.
00:51:01.000 I went from $5.50 last year to $7.50 this year.
00:51:03.000 Thanks to you guys.
00:51:04.000 Thank you.
00:51:04.000 Let's go!
00:51:05.000 My boy.
00:51:09.000 Anyway, I did cancel a credit card before because I'm stupid.
00:51:11.000 Should I remove that or how do I get past $7.50?
00:51:15.000 Once you hit the 700s, my friend, that's where you have to start employing way more strategic tactics.
00:51:22.000 You're going to have to have your credit line open longer, having a higher credit limit, having lower utilization.
00:51:28.000 But you're at a good place, bro.
00:51:29.000 750 is pretty damn good.
00:51:31.000 And then as far as you canceled your credit card, yeah, stupid.
00:51:34.000 And the reason why, guys, is because let's say you canceled your first credit line that you opened, congratulations, you played yourself.
00:51:40.000 Yeah, for real.
00:51:42.000 Your credit history isn't as long.
00:51:44.000 So I'll give you guys an example.
00:51:45.000 I tell you guys this all the time.
00:51:46.000 I have a credit card with Capital One that I opened back in 2007, 2008, something like that.
00:51:51.000 And it charges me like $70 a year.
00:51:53.000 It's a piece of shit credit card.
00:51:54.000 It has a Van Gogh painting in the back, Starry Night.
00:51:57.000 And it doesn't give me any benefit at all.
00:51:59.000 Like I pay an annual fee and it doesn't have, I don't get cash back, I don't get shit.
00:52:02.000 It's a beginner credit card.
00:52:04.000 However, I will never cancel it.
00:52:05.000 The reason why I'll never cancel is because that credit card is my pretty much line in the sand as to when I started with credit.
00:52:12.000 If I cancel that card, I'm losing like 10 years automatically of credit history.
00:52:16.000 So, guys, never, ever!
00:52:20.000 Cancel your first credit card that you open.
00:52:22.000 I don't give a fuck if they're charging you $100 a goddamn year and you're getting no benefits.
00:52:27.000 It's worth it to keep that credit line open because that goes a long way towards your credit score as well.
00:52:32.000 Because they want to see history with you making payments.
00:52:34.000 That's what they want to see.
00:52:35.000 That's what they want to see.
00:52:36.000 And as soon as you close that credit line, it's a wrap.
00:52:38.000 Don't do it.
00:52:38.000 That goes a long way, my friends.
00:52:39.000 History.
00:52:40.000 Okay.
00:52:42.000 All right.
00:52:42.000 TripCon.
00:52:43.000 Okay, and from this point forward, guys, we're going to read 20 and up.
00:52:46.000 Have you ever thought of IRL self-improvement camps where five guys who watch the shows could sign up, getting in shape, getting better with girls, et cetera?
00:52:51.000 It would be great for IRL streaming.
00:52:52.000 Not a bad idea, actually.
00:52:53.000 That's pretty good.
00:52:54.000 TripCon?
00:52:54.000 That's really not a bad idea.
00:52:56.000 In the first-year occupancy for the FHA loan, can you leave for vacation?
00:52:58.000 If so, for how long?
00:52:59.000 Also, in general, do all FHA loans allow you to rent out rooms slash units to tenants?
00:53:03.000 What to do if not?
00:53:05.000 First-year occupancy, can you leave for...
00:53:06.000 Of course you can leave for vacation.
00:53:07.000 What the fuck?
00:53:08.000 You're not...
00:53:08.000 It's your primary residence.
00:53:09.000 Come on, live in reality.
00:53:13.000 Not sure if trolling or not.
00:53:14.000 But yeah, of course you can go on vacation, bro.
00:53:16.000 It's just got to be your primary residence.
00:53:17.000 You can't leave your house.
00:53:18.000 S-H-A, you can't leave your house.
00:53:21.000 Don't address the pocket pussy pod.
00:53:23.000 They need the validation.
00:53:24.000 By the way, can you guys do a Red Pill IRL stream where y'all go to Dubai with other RP creators like Sneeko and Zerka?
00:53:29.000 We probably will in the future do another travel thing with them.
00:53:32.000 Yeah.
00:53:32.000 And yeah, bro, again, no hate.
00:53:34.000 We wish them the best, but like I said before, we're not on the same path.
00:53:37.000 No, we're not.
00:53:38.000 We have different missions, and that's fine.
00:53:40.000 That's totally fine, man.
00:53:41.000 Shout out to them.
00:53:42.000 If you're a Marriott employee, you can open a Marriott Bonvoy account or a credit card, use your employee discount, and still earn points, which before wasn't allowed with discount price.
00:53:49.000 Oh, that's a new one.
00:53:50.000 All right.
00:53:51.000 Albo Ace, got the Chase Preferred Alaska Airlines Visa and Amex Business Platinum in my arsenal right now for travel.
00:53:56.000 Good stuff.
00:53:56.000 Shout out, Albo.
00:53:57.000 I'm from Australia.
00:53:58.000 There's three different types of credit...
00:54:01.000 Leon, Equifax, and Experian.
00:54:02.000 Okay, that's America.
00:54:03.000 We don't have Leon.
00:54:05.000 Yeah, we have Experian, Equifax, and then the last one is TransUnion.
00:54:09.000 TransUnion, yeah.
00:54:10.000 They are all different.
00:54:10.000 Not sure if it's the same or similar in the U.S., but can you explain this?
00:54:13.000 Yeah, Equifax and Experian are in the United States.
00:54:15.000 Yeah.
00:54:15.000 Elyon is different, though.
00:54:17.000 Raylan, Bella, goes, my goodness, take my money.
00:54:19.000 I wish I would have known this well before now.
00:54:21.000 Well, it's fine, Raylan.
00:54:22.000 That's a chick, by the way.
00:54:22.000 Yeah, more women need to watch this shit.
00:54:24.000 Oh, bro, I gotta say this, man.
00:54:26.000 Women are terrible at spending money.
00:54:28.000 Facts, bro.
00:54:28.000 And even worse at credit.
00:54:29.000 They buy stupid-ass trinkets.
00:54:30.000 Bro, I've maybe met, like, in this Miami lifestyle, maybe, like, over 400 women, and they're all about credit.
00:54:39.000 I've only met, like, three that have good credit.
00:54:41.000 Three.
00:54:42.000 Yeah.
00:54:43.000 That's crazy, bro.
00:54:44.000 Most girls are terrible at money.
00:54:45.000 That's insane.
00:54:45.000 Mattel goes, what about business credit cards?
00:54:47.000 We did that already.
00:54:48.000 We did an episode on business credit cards, man.
00:54:49.000 Go back and search business credit cards, I think 2023 or something like that.
00:54:53.000 Our top business credit cards.
00:54:54.000 It's probably earlier in the fall we did that.
00:54:56.000 Yeah, we did it earlier this year for sure.
00:54:58.000 Pretty early.
00:54:58.000 It was like in the summertime.
00:55:01.000 Quinn goes, ask for a credit line increase.
00:55:03.000 The bank is asking me an amount increase.
00:55:05.000 What should I ask for?
00:55:06.000 Double the credit line amount?
00:55:08.000 They probably won't...
00:55:09.000 It depends.
00:55:10.000 Let's say your credit line is only like $1,000, then yeah, they might double it if your credit is good.
00:55:14.000 But let's say your limit's like $10,000, they might only give you like $1,000 or $2,000 increase.
00:55:17.000 It depends.
00:55:18.000 Pay off the card first before you ask for a credit increase.
00:55:21.000 Yeah, that'll help you too.
00:55:21.000 If it's really high usage...
00:55:23.000 Do it on the app first.
00:55:24.000 If the app gives you a hard time, then call them direct and do it.
00:55:28.000 Because most credit cards have an app that you can use and you can directly ask for a credit line increase right then and there.
00:55:34.000 Especially upgrade it if you make more money.
00:55:36.000 Let's say last time you upgraded it, you had a certain amount of income and you increased your income, do it.
00:55:41.000 I have a 781 credit score.
00:55:42.000 I have three cards currently.
00:55:43.000 I'm looking at the Chase and Amex card.
00:55:45.000 Should I apply for multiple cards?
00:55:46.000 The next time I apply, yes.
00:55:47.000 Do it all at the same time so it counts as one hard inquiry, my friend.
00:55:50.000 What's up, boys?
00:55:51.000 Bro, I had to donate for that hard inquiry tip.
00:55:53.000 What the fuck?
00:55:54.000 Take a moment today and be present and grateful for the moment.
00:55:56.000 You guys will be on par with Joe Rogan if not surpassed as this gen ages.
00:56:00.000 Congrats on the three.
00:56:00.000 I appreciate that, my friend.
00:56:03.000 Don DeMarco, because like I said before, anytime you guys tell us about your wins or how much something has impacted you, that means a lot to us.
00:56:09.000 Like I said before, that is worth more than making a bag on YouTube or anything like that.
00:56:15.000 Like I said before, man, these Money Monday shows and Womanizer Wednesday shows and even the call-in shows, etc., They're not that profitable, man, to be honest with y'all, but we don't give a fuck because the most important thing is about giving you guys free value.
00:56:28.000 It's a big reason why we don't necessarily push our own courses.
00:56:30.000 We might affiliate here and there and bring people on, but our goal is always, like, whenever we bring a guest on or whatever, can the audience benefit from this and learn something, or can they make money?
00:56:39.000 Can they improve their credit?
00:56:40.000 Can they become better from this?
00:56:41.000 If the answer's no, then we don't bring them on, really.
00:56:43.000 They gotta add value.
00:56:45.000 Um...
00:56:46.000 Okay, yep.
00:56:47.000 Huge supporter, you helped me with 600 credit scores to 762.
00:56:51.000 Question, is it possible to apply as many credit cards as I can?
00:56:54.000 Thank you.
00:56:55.000 Love y'all.
00:56:55.000 I mean, don't go crazy.
00:56:57.000 Yeah.
00:56:57.000 Don't go crazy.
00:56:58.000 But at a 762, yes, you could probably get some of the best credit cards in the market.
00:57:02.000 D.G. Bill, the Tay Brothers in FNF saving the world for real.
00:57:04.000 Found y'all less than a year ago.
00:57:05.000 Discipline in action.
00:57:06.000 That's what we're talking about, D.G. Bill.
00:57:07.000 Shout out to you and shout out to Rumble.
00:57:09.000 I want to print shop and we don't take people seriously who come in and say, I'm looking on starting a clothing brand.
00:57:13.000 Waste of time.
00:57:14.000 Fair enough, businessman.
00:57:15.000 There you go.
00:57:16.000 For the guys out here that want to get into fashion.
00:57:18.000 Have a concept or image on deck.
00:57:19.000 Have a business plan.
00:57:21.000 Then look into it.
00:57:22.000 But don't just, oh, I'm thinking about it.
00:57:24.000 Alright, so let's go ahead and get into some of the cards now.
00:57:27.000 We talked about what's needed, how to get your credit score to a point where you can apply for some of these cards, how to go about applying for them in a strategic manner that won't mess up your credit score.
00:57:36.000 Let's go ahead and get into the first card.
00:57:38.000 We're just going to get a Capital One Venture X, guys.
00:57:41.000 And again, I just want to tell y'all this too.
00:57:43.000 None of these credit cards are paying us, nigga.
00:57:44.000 We're just going ahead and giving y'all some of the best credit cards with no kickback, no nothing, because we want you guys to win.
00:57:51.000 This is for absolutely free.
00:57:52.000 I'm telling y'all which credit cards to get.
00:57:54.000 But we don't give a fuck because we're giving y'all the value.
00:57:56.000 And honestly, if they were paying us, that's not, you know, that'd be more conflict of interest.
00:58:00.000 So we want to stay objective here.
00:58:01.000 Here we go.
00:58:02.000 Capital One Venture X rewards credit card.
00:58:03.000 Now, I have a Capital One Venture, guys, but this is the new one, I guess, and I think this is one of their more premier ones.
00:58:09.000 You need a very good credit score to get this one.
00:58:11.000 So this is the card itself.
00:58:13.000 Now we're going to go into the website.
00:58:14.000 Guys...
00:58:15.000 Always go to the website, okay?
00:58:18.000 What time bill?
00:58:19.000 Well, that's important because that tells you that the offer always changes.
00:58:25.000 So right now, as of today, this is what the offer is.
00:58:27.000 Oh, look at that.
00:58:28.000 They want all your information.
00:58:28.000 Look at that, man.
00:58:29.000 Okay, go back to...
00:58:30.000 Okay, so Capital One...
00:58:32.000 All you illegal aliens.
00:58:34.000 Yeah, hit an X on that, Bills, and then we see we've prepared this shit for y'all and they're already timed out.
00:58:38.000 You can't get this card.
00:58:39.000 Close that tab out and then click it again, Bills.
00:58:41.000 Yeah, there you go.
00:58:42.000 Apply now.
00:58:42.000 Apply now.
00:58:43.000 Let's see what happens.
00:58:43.000 Yeah, there we go.
00:58:46.000 Goddamn!
00:58:46.000 Alright, scroll down.
00:58:48.000 So you got here...
00:58:49.000 Okay, that's the interest rate.
00:58:51.000 Oh, man.
00:58:52.000 Annual fee, $395.
00:58:56.000 Scroll up.
00:58:57.000 You can do...
00:58:57.000 No, scroll up real quick.
00:58:58.000 And you guys can see here, 22%, 26%, and 29%.
00:59:01.000 So I told y'all before, credit cards always have super high interest rates.
00:59:04.000 That's why you always want to pay it off down to zero.
00:59:06.000 But this shouldn't matter...
00:59:08.000 Because you're paying off early anyway, and not too high of a...
00:59:11.000 Go back to the original website bills, it probably shows the stuff there.
00:59:14.000 Yeah, way more better anyway.
00:59:15.000 Okay, so here we go.
00:59:17.000 Rates and fees, right?
00:59:18.000 Earn 75,000 bonus miles when you spend 4,000 on purchase in the first three months from an account opening equal to $750 in travel.
00:59:25.000 Okay?
00:59:25.000 So you get a bonus, guys.
00:59:26.000 A lot of these credit cards give you crazy bonuses.
00:59:28.000 This is a pretty good one.
00:59:29.000 Then you get a $300 annual credit for bookings through Capital One Travel where you'll get Capital One's best prices on thousands of trip options.
00:59:34.000 What does that mean?
00:59:35.000 Guys, a lot of these travel credit cards, what they'll do is when you have their app, they'll have a portal where you can book your flight and book all your stuff through there.
00:59:43.000 You need to book it through there to get the benefits.
00:59:46.000 An example...
00:59:47.000 Recently, we were in Vegas for a power slap with Rumble.
00:59:50.000 Oh yeah, you booked that, right?
00:59:51.000 I booked it through the AMX portal, Platinum of course, and we got points for that.
00:59:56.000 And as well, using that same process, we got points for buying it instantly.
01:00:01.000 So we got the room with points, and I got points for using it as well.
01:00:05.000 Yeah.
01:00:06.000 For travel.
01:00:07.000 And it's money he would have spent anyway.
01:00:09.000 So there you go, guys.
01:00:10.000 But you have to use the portals a lot of times to get these benefits, okay?
01:00:12.000 And you can do both.
01:00:13.000 You can actually get the room using points and then buy the flight with the card and get back points.
01:00:20.000 Double whammy.
01:00:22.000 Okay, get 10,000 bonus miles equal to $100 towards travel every year starting on your first anniversary.
01:00:28.000 That's pretty cool.
01:00:29.000 Earn 10x miles on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel and five times miles on books flight through Capital One Travel.
01:00:35.000 10x?
01:00:35.000 Yeah.
01:00:36.000 So this is why, guys, if you travel a lot, you need to have a travel card in your repertoire.
01:00:41.000 You just need to have one, okay?
01:00:43.000 Unlimited complimentary access for you and two guests at 1,300-plus lounges, including Capital One Lounges and the Partner Lounge Network.
01:00:49.000 Use your Venture X Miles to easily cover travel expenses, including flight, hotel, rental, cars, and more.
01:00:54.000 You can even transfer your miles to your choice of 15-plus travel.
01:00:58.000 Loyalty programs elevate every hotel stay from the premier or lifestyle collections with a suite of cardholder benefits, like an experience credit, room upgrades, and more.
01:01:05.000 And then receive $100 credit for global entry at USA PreCheck.
01:01:08.000 So that's a pretty good one right there, guys, because...
01:01:11.000 What ends up happening is, as you guys know, you're at the airport and you don't want to wait in line.
01:01:15.000 It's a pain in the ass.
01:01:16.000 TSA, man, PreCheck is a lifesaver a lot of the times.
01:01:20.000 We have Clear, personally.
01:01:21.000 Clear is probably the best one.
01:01:23.000 I like Clear.
01:01:24.000 But a lot of these travel credit cards will give you a credit for using a TSA PreCheck or a Clear or something else like that.
01:01:31.000 And then also, go back to it real quick, Bills.
01:01:34.000 Do they have a foreign transaction fee?
01:01:38.000 I don't like that.
01:01:39.000 You typically want to have a zero for a foreign transaction fee.
01:01:45.000 Okay.
01:01:46.000 Yeah.
01:01:47.000 Okay, yeah.
01:01:49.000 So basic rewards.
01:01:49.000 Two miles per dollar spent on purchases.
01:01:51.000 Five dollars per dollar on flights booked via Capital One Travel.
01:01:54.000 Ten miles per dollar on hotels and rental cars booked via Capital One Travel.
01:01:57.000 So you've got to use the portal, guys, to get the most benefits.
01:02:00.000 Yep.
01:02:00.000 Foreign fees, none.
01:02:01.000 Okay, foreign transaction fees.
01:02:02.000 Perfect.
01:02:03.000 There you go.
01:02:03.000 Guys.
01:02:04.000 Love you.
01:02:04.000 I mean, this is a staple, but one of the key things to look for whenever you have a travel credit card, it better have no foreign transaction fee.
01:02:11.000 And what is a foreign transaction fee?
01:02:12.000 Let's say you're in the UK or whatever it may be.
01:02:15.000 When I was in Romania, I used my Capital One card for everything and my Amex Platinum.
01:02:20.000 Why?
01:02:21.000 Because when you use a regular credit card, foreign, you're going to get hit with a foreign transaction fee.
01:02:26.000 Every country is different, but that can easily rack up if you're spending quite a bit of money in this foreign country.
01:02:32.000 I want to say this too as well.
01:02:33.000 Having people on your credit cards could be dangerous.
01:02:36.000 So a lot of people get their family members, like mom, sister, whatever, a credit card to use.
01:02:42.000 I recommend, man, you don't do that shit because you don't know them that well.
01:02:45.000 Do you think you do until money's in their hand and they go crazy?
01:02:48.000 Buy flights here, buy hotels here.
01:02:50.000 Be careful, man.
01:02:51.000 I wouldn't do it if I were you.
01:02:52.000 Yeah.
01:02:54.000 Yeah, be careful if you make anyone an authorized user.
01:02:55.000 We tell you guys to finesse and be an authorized user, but you shouldn't make anyone an authorized user on your shit, bro.
01:03:00.000 So it's funny because I saw foreign fees, right?
01:03:02.000 And I remember I gave my sister my card.
01:03:04.000 Yeah.
01:03:04.000 And she traveled and used it.
01:03:06.000 I was like, you didn't tell me you were using my card, man.
01:03:08.000 Yeah.
01:03:08.000 A shelter, though.
01:03:09.000 Yeah.
01:03:10.000 She's good now.
01:03:10.000 The only way I see an authorized user as acceptable is if you run a business and you have employees and they need to buy shit, like you have an assistant or something like that.
01:03:18.000 That's different because then it's for the business.
01:03:19.000 You can at least write that off, whatever.
01:03:21.000 Makes life easier.
01:03:22.000 And she's employed, bro.
01:03:24.000 She's my worker.
01:03:24.000 Oh, there you go.
01:03:25.000 I still have spent money.
01:03:26.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:03:26.000 Made a woman, of course.
01:03:27.000 Yeah, of course.
01:03:28.000 Of course.
01:03:29.000 It is what it is.
01:03:30.000 Okay.
01:03:30.000 So, I'll give you an example.
01:03:32.000 As you guys know, I own real estate.
01:03:34.000 My dad is my property manager in Connecticut, and Roger is my property manager here in Miami.
01:03:40.000 They both have an Amex that they use to swipe for if we need to get a contractor out to fix something, or Home Depot, whatever it may be.
01:03:48.000 You know, it's there.
01:03:49.000 And then you can monitor it and you can see which authorized user used it and where they spent it at, etc.
01:03:54.000 If it's for a business, that's different.
01:03:56.000 Because then you obviously, you know, if you're the boss, you are going to give it to people that work under you or work with you to spend it for the business, right?
01:04:03.000 So, okay, what's up next?
01:04:05.000 Next card is going to be the...
01:04:07.000 I think it's the Chase, right?
01:04:09.000 Yeah.
01:04:09.000 And I have the regular Capital One Venture.
01:04:11.000 I don't have the Venture One X. That's a new one.
01:04:13.000 That's a new card.
01:04:14.000 Oh, Wells Fargo, actually.
01:04:15.000 But you don't go bad.
01:04:16.000 Either one is good, guys.
01:04:18.000 The Capital One regular is, I think, a lower annual fee.
01:04:21.000 It's like $70 a year versus that one.
01:04:24.000 I think that's probably their premier card to compete with, like, the Amex Platinum and the Sapphires and all that other shit.
01:04:28.000 But here's another one.
01:04:29.000 Wells Fargo autograph card.
01:04:31.000 I'm actually impressed, man, because Wells Fargo has been taking L's for years, man.
01:04:34.000 Oh, yeah.
01:04:34.000 Normally, them, like, his credit cards are trash.
01:04:37.000 This one broke the barrier.
01:04:39.000 Yeah.
01:04:39.000 So this is the first time we've brought a Wells Fargo travel card on.
01:04:44.000 And it has a zero annual fee.
01:04:45.000 Yes.
01:04:46.000 W. That's big.
01:04:47.000 That's actually pretty big.
01:04:47.000 That credit score could be 690.
01:04:48.000 Yep.
01:04:48.000 So this is what I would call maybe an entry level travel credit card.
01:04:54.000 So let's scroll down a bit here.
01:04:55.000 And zero percent APR for 12 months.
01:04:59.000 Which is good.
01:05:00.000 Which is amazing.
01:05:00.000 So no interest for the first year.
01:05:01.000 Yep.
01:05:02.000 Limited time offer.
01:05:02.000 Earn 30,000 bonus points when you spend $1,500 in purchases in the first three months.
01:05:06.000 That's not bad.
01:05:07.000 That's $300 cash redemption value.
01:05:09.000 You must select Apply Now to take advantage of this specific offer.
01:05:12.000 Earn unlimited 3X points on things that really add up, like restaurants, travel, gas stations, transit, popular streaming services, and phone plans.
01:05:18.000 Plus, earn 1X points on other purchases.
01:05:20.000 That's not so good.
01:05:21.000 As you guys know.
01:05:21.000 3X is not that good for 1X. Bro, what do you expect, nigga?
01:05:24.000 680 credit score?
01:05:25.000 Zero annual fee at his Wells Fargo.
01:05:29.000 It's for the newbies.
01:05:30.000 0% intro APR for 12 months from account opening purchases, which is pretty good, guys, right?
01:05:35.000 So you don't get hit with that 20% plus APR until after.
01:05:39.000 Get up to $600 off of cell phone protection against damage or theft when you pay your monthly cell phone bill with your eligible Wells Fargo card.
01:05:46.000 Redeem your reward points for travel, gift cards, or statement credits.
01:05:49.000 Or shop at millions of online stores and redeem your rewards when you check out with PayPal.
01:05:54.000 So you guys can see here that this is a travel card, but it also has other situations that you can use it for.
01:06:01.000 Because this is kind of like the Freedom Flex.
01:06:04.000 This is kind of Wells Fargo version of it, but you can also use it for travel as well.
01:06:08.000 And this is a pretty good diversified card, which, yeah, it's travel as well, but it will help you with other stuff.
01:06:15.000 You can use it on restaurants, streaming services, etc., and get some points as well.
01:06:19.000 So...
01:06:21.000 Another option, especially for guys that might not have that 700 credit score plus, this can be a card that you can use.
01:06:27.000 I suggest having at least a 690, though, to apply.
01:06:30.000 680 is the bare minimum.
01:06:32.000 What's up next?
01:06:33.000 Okay, we got, I believe, Chase this time.
01:06:37.000 Oh, Citi.
01:06:37.000 This is a Citi Premier card now.
01:06:39.000 $95 annual fee, guys.
01:06:41.000 All the regular APRs, guys, are going to be 21% to 30% variable.
01:06:46.000 APR, of course, is going to be variable.
01:06:47.000 For this one, you need a 680 to 850 credit score.
01:06:50.000 Good to excellent, right?
01:06:51.000 690, yeah.
01:06:52.000 And then go down real quick.
01:06:53.000 So here's some benefits here.
01:06:55.000 Earn 60,000 bonus thank you points after you spend 4,000 in purchases within the first three months of account opening.
01:07:00.000 See, that's a little high spend, but you get a bunch of points.
01:07:02.000 Yeah.
01:07:03.000 And for a limited time earned a total of 10 thank you points per $1 spent on hotel car rentals and attractions including air travel booked on the city travel portal through June 30th, 2024.
01:07:12.000 Thank you points.
01:07:13.000 Yeah.
01:07:14.000 But the reason why is because they probably get a kickback if you book through the portal and you book a hotel or whatever it may be.
01:07:18.000 So that's why they want you to use their portals a lot of times, guys.
01:07:20.000 They don't have an agreement with that company or the companies.
01:07:22.000 Where, hey, if they book through our portal, it's tracked...
01:07:26.000 We get a kickback on that, blah, blah, blah.
01:07:28.000 That's why they want you to book through their portals, and that's why they give you these rewards, guys.
01:07:31.000 So, you know, don't go on Google and go Flight Locator and all that other bullshit.
01:07:34.000 No.
01:07:35.000 Book through the goddamn app, okay?
01:07:38.000 So that you can go ahead...
01:07:40.000 And do this, which I ain't gonna lie.
01:07:41.000 Amex has probably one of the best ones.
01:07:43.000 100%.
01:07:44.000 Portals for booking.
01:07:45.000 And you get 5X, 10X points?
01:07:46.000 Yeah.
01:07:47.000 You can't beat that, bro.
01:07:47.000 You get three points per $1 spent at restaurants and supermarkets or one point per $1 spent on all of the purchase annual hotel savings benefit.
01:07:54.000 60,000 points are redeemable for 600 in gift cards or travel rewards at thankyou.com.
01:07:58.000 Not bad.
01:08:00.000 And then no expiration and no limit to the amount of points you can earn with this card.
01:08:03.000 No foreign transaction fees on purchases.
01:08:05.000 That's a big one right there.
01:08:06.000 And then no expiration and limit.
01:08:07.000 Guys, sometimes what happens is if you have points, you have to use them within a certain amount of time and then they get rid of them.
01:08:12.000 So here, there's no expiration date on it, which is pretty good.
01:08:15.000 I mean, I use my points.
01:08:16.000 You don't use your points.
01:08:18.000 Yeah, they're just sitting there.
01:08:20.000 But I have them whenever I need them.
01:08:22.000 See, okay, here's my debate about this, right?
01:08:25.000 You have points that can be used to save you money right now.
01:08:28.000 You might die tomorrow, nigga.
01:08:29.000 Why don't you use the points now?
01:08:31.000 You don't know!
01:08:32.000 I don't know, man.
01:08:33.000 I mean, I... I just got them.
01:08:35.000 How much points you got on Amex?
01:08:37.000 Let me look.
01:08:38.000 A million, right?
01:08:38.000 I remember me and you had, like, a competition on this.
01:08:40.000 Yeah, I gave up, bro.
01:08:41.000 I'm using my points, man.
01:08:42.000 Yeah, nigga.
01:08:42.000 Save somebody, man.
01:08:44.000 Hold on.
01:08:45.000 Let me...
01:08:45.000 How much points you got on Amex?
01:08:48.000 I have...
01:08:49.000 Let's see.
01:08:52.000 Face ID. I have...
01:08:54.000 Oh, yeah.
01:08:55.000 Right now...
01:08:56.000 What do you got?
01:08:58.000 How much you got?
01:09:00.000 Nah, how much you got first?
01:09:02.000 242,000 points.
01:09:03.000 Oh, you fucking peasant.
01:09:05.000 I got 1,543,000.
01:09:07.000 Bro, I use my points though.
01:09:09.000 242k.
01:09:10.000 Look at this nigga, man.
01:09:11.000 Listen, I'm just saying, enjoy life now.
01:09:14.000 Because you save the points, you don't use them.
01:09:16.000 What's the point of getting points then?
01:09:18.000 Well, the reason why is because I use it all for business shit.
01:09:21.000 So it's like, I'm a writer off.
01:09:22.000 But I don't know if you can use the points and still write it off.
01:09:24.000 I gotta check with Steve on that one, actually.
01:09:25.000 Use your points, nigga.
01:09:26.000 Alright.
01:09:31.000 You can buy me a gift for the points.
01:09:37.000 I already bought you a gift.
01:09:38.000 He did.
01:09:40.000 W Myron.
01:09:41.000 We're in the airport.
01:09:42.000 I need some headphones.
01:09:43.000 He bought me some Bose headphones, right?
01:09:45.000 Yeah, them shits was expensive too, man.
01:09:46.000 I bought me some Bose Quiet Comforts from the airport.
01:09:48.000 W Myron.
01:09:49.000 Them niggas, man.
01:09:50.000 Fucking...
01:09:52.000 It was good, though.
01:09:52.000 It was like 400 bucks, man.
01:09:54.000 It's normally like three.
01:09:55.000 That's my nigga right there, man.
01:09:56.000 That's my nigga right there.
01:09:57.000 Yeah, I got him the Bo's Quiet Comforts, man.
01:09:59.000 Thank you, man.
01:09:59.000 Appreciate that, bro.
01:10:00.000 Yeah, of course, man.
01:10:00.000 Fuck you, though.
01:10:01.000 Oh, damn.
01:10:02.000 Damn!
01:10:03.000 Yeah, because we were there.
01:10:04.000 We were there, and we needed to get chargers and shit.
01:10:07.000 Yeah.
01:10:07.000 So I'm there with Fresh and Angie, and we were getting the chargers and stuff.
01:10:11.000 He's like, oh, I'm about to get these headphones.
01:10:12.000 And it was like his birthday.
01:10:13.000 It was like the day before, whatever.
01:10:15.000 And I was already about to pay for it anyway, so I was like, it's fine, bro.
01:10:17.000 Just fucking have a birthday, motherfucker.
01:10:18.000 That was so kind of you, man.
01:10:19.000 See, Myron has a heart.
01:10:20.000 You just don't see it often, you know?
01:10:21.000 I hate y'all, man.
01:10:23.000 Damn!
01:10:25.000 You don't hate us?
01:10:26.000 I gotta take care of the people around me, man.
01:10:27.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:10:28.000 City Premier, this is the actual website.
01:10:29.000 Yeah, that's the actual website, right?
01:10:31.000 Okay, so see here, right, there's all the points that we went over.
01:10:34.000 See, they didn't try to fucking finesse like Capital One, man.
01:10:38.000 Yeah, you got to be like, oh, sorry, timed out!
01:10:40.000 You got to be a citizen.
01:10:41.000 You got to apply.
01:10:41.000 But social.
01:10:44.000 But yeah, these are the benefits of the card, which we just went over.
01:10:49.000 Yeah.
01:10:50.000 You know, the no foreign transaction fees, guys.
01:10:52.000 That's a staple.
01:10:53.000 That better be...
01:10:53.000 Yeah.
01:10:54.000 Like, if you're using a travel card, them niggas better have no foreign transaction fees.
01:10:57.000 Especially with annual fees.
01:10:58.000 Yeah.
01:10:58.000 Give me a cut, bro.
01:10:59.000 Yeah, man.
01:11:00.000 Goddamn.
01:11:00.000 Something.
01:11:01.000 All right.
01:11:01.000 What's up next?

01:11:32.000 This is really good for a business credit card too, by the way, guys.
01:11:35.000 Internet cable and phone services.
01:11:36.000 Advertising purchases with social media sites and search engines travel.
01:11:39.000 Okay, and the reason why...
01:11:41.000 Guys, if you're running a business, it's easy for you to spend $150K, man.
01:11:45.000 Especially like a brick and mortar business.
01:11:47.000 These categories here is simple.
01:11:49.000 Your internet bill...
01:11:50.000 Book with your credit card.
01:11:52.000 Whenever you do social media ads or your social media purchases, use your credit card.
01:11:56.000 Travel, same thing.
01:11:57.000 These are easy categories you could hit using a business.
01:12:01.000 Simple.
01:12:02.000 Not at all.
01:12:04.000 And obviously you get the travel with it as well.
01:12:05.000 And you get 5x on total points.
01:12:07.000 Earn a total of 5x total points on Lyft rides through March 2025.
01:12:11.000 Not bad.
01:12:12.000 Yeah, that's good.
01:12:13.000 And you can actually calculate here.
01:12:15.000 See how you can reward in your first year with Chase& Inc.
01:12:17.000 Business Preferred.
01:12:18.000 Enter your monthly spend, right?
01:12:19.000 And then it'll tell you how much, what's it called?
01:12:22.000 One point on $1 spent on all other purchases.
01:12:25.000 And then your one-time 100K bonus points, 340,000 points in your first year, man.
01:12:29.000 Goddamn, bro.
01:12:30.000 So this is what I will call a big boy card.
01:12:32.000 You know, this is a card.
01:12:35.000 What score do you need to get this card?
01:12:36.000 What score do you need?
01:12:37.000 Go back to the NerdWallet.
01:12:39.000 690.
01:12:39.000 Oh wow!
01:12:40.000 That's not bad at all.
01:12:41.000 Okay.
01:12:42.000 Okay.
01:12:42.000 690.
01:12:43.000 Alright.
01:12:44.000 They must have lowered it.
01:12:45.000 Goddamn.
01:12:45.000 Okay.
01:12:45.000 And it's only 100 bucks, too.
01:12:47.000 So, alright.
01:12:49.000 Not a bad card, guys.
01:12:50.000 Not a bad card.
01:12:51.000 This is a direct card.
01:12:52.000 They've nerfed this card so many times, though, bro.
01:12:54.000 Yeah, they have.
01:12:55.000 That's why.
01:12:55.000 Yo, they always nerfed this card, man.
01:12:57.000 Because this card was too powerful when it first came out.
01:12:59.000 Oh, Sapphire was even more powerful.
01:13:00.000 Yeah.
01:13:01.000 Holy.
01:13:02.000 Yeah, but it's not a bad card, though, honestly.
01:13:03.000 I think this is a really good card for beginners, too.
01:13:05.000 Yep.
01:13:06.000 Especially if you just started your business, this is a fantastic card to get.
01:13:08.000 And you get free employee cards, too.
01:13:10.000 Ah, yeah.
01:13:10.000 That's amazing.
01:13:10.000 Okay.
01:13:11.000 Okay.
01:13:11.000 This is one thing I'll give them credit for.
01:13:13.000 Other credit cards, I think Amex will charge you for giving employee cards.
01:13:19.000 So that's pretty cool that they let you do that and don't charge you.
01:13:24.000 And the reason why they do that is because with a lot of the Amex cards, they're metal.
01:13:28.000 So that's why they do that shit.
01:13:30.000 All right.
01:13:30.000 Next one.
01:13:32.000 We got here...
01:13:33.000 Chase Sapphire Preferred Card.
01:13:35.000 Oh, no.
01:13:35.000 Wait, we just did that one, right?
01:13:37.000 No.
01:13:37.000 No, this is the second last one.
01:13:40.000 Yeah, this is the second last one.
01:13:41.000 Second last one.
01:13:42.000 So, we got one more after this one.
01:13:44.000 Okay, wait.
01:13:45.000 So, we did...
01:13:45.000 Hold on.
01:13:46.000 Is it...
01:13:46.000 Preferred.
01:13:47.000 Last time.
01:13:48.000 Okay.
01:13:48.000 Oh, yeah.
01:13:49.000 Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:13:50.000 This is the ink, and then this is the Sapphire...
01:13:51.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:13:52.000 Oh, my bad.
01:13:52.000 Okay.
01:13:53.000 See, I always get forget...
01:13:54.000 Man, you read this, nigga.
01:13:55.000 I hate Chase.
01:13:55.000 I'm not gonna lie.
01:13:56.000 Chase is very...
01:13:57.000 This is fresh as shit, man.
01:13:58.000 It's a lot of like...
01:13:59.000 I don't fuck with Chase, man.
01:14:00.000 A lot of blue...
01:14:01.000 You get very confused, so I get it.
01:14:03.000 But to me, Chase is the best, man.
01:14:05.000 Shout out to them boys.
01:14:06.000 So Chase Sapphire Preferred, right?
01:14:08.000 I know 300 bucks, not too bad as well.
01:14:10.000 APR is pretty average.
01:14:13.000 Credit score, I'm surprised.
01:14:14.000 690 again?
01:14:15.000 They must have nerfed it because, again, guys, these cars back in the day were 720 and up.
01:14:19.000 So they made it lower for you guys, so W for them.
01:14:21.000 And then down below, 60,000 points after you spent 4K. Pretty similar as preferred.
01:14:27.000 Benefits for 5X on travel through the portal and rewards.
01:14:31.000 2X on other travel purchases as well.
01:14:33.000 $50 annual for hotel credit.
01:14:35.000 Not bad at all.
01:14:36.000 And then, for the most part here, it's pretty similar.
01:14:39.000 Dash Pass, $0 delivery.
01:14:43.000 Come on a little bit.
01:14:46.000 And it compares it.
01:14:46.000 Scroll up real quick.
01:14:47.000 Yeah, it's a comparison here.
01:14:48.000 Yeah, that's what I got.
01:14:50.000 The Capital One Venture, right, is what I have.
01:14:53.000 It has five stars, actually.
01:14:55.000 Yeah.
01:14:56.000 Before, this card was like the premier travel card, the best you can get.
01:15:00.000 Yeah, they've nerfed this card.
01:15:01.000 But because of everyone competing and having similar cards, it's been heavily nerfed.
01:15:06.000 Yeah.
01:15:07.000 But a solid card.
01:15:10.000 Let's see here.
01:15:11.000 Any other numbers that we got to go over?
01:15:14.000 How about the website?
01:15:14.000 Go back to the article on NerdWallet.com.
01:15:17.000 No, this is the NerdWallet one right here.
01:15:18.000 Oh, it is?
01:15:18.000 Don't we need to go to their website?
01:15:20.000 This is their website.
01:15:21.000 No, no, no.
01:15:21.000 Oh, no.
01:15:21.000 It is?
01:15:22.000 There it is, yeah.
01:15:22.000 Oh, there we go.
01:15:23.000 Yeah.
01:15:23.000 6,000 bonus points, 750 towards travel.
01:15:26.000 And guys, the reason why we read it off the website is because this shit is constantly changing.
01:15:29.000 Yeah.
01:15:30.000 They're constantly changing.
01:15:30.000 So you always have to make sure you go to the website and look at what it currently is because they're always switching terms and rules and benefits and everything else like that because the credit card game, just so you know, is extremely competitive.
01:15:43.000 So they're always updating their offers and benefits.
01:15:45.000 Yeah.
01:15:45.000 And sign-up bonuses as well.
01:15:47.000 Okay?
01:15:49.000 So, yeah.
01:15:51.000 And then, I'm not going to lie.
01:15:52.000 60K points is pretty good for an entry-level sign-up bonus.
01:15:55.000 That's not bad at all.
01:15:56.000 60K points.
01:15:57.000 Yep.
01:15:57.000 But the next one has the best points, I would say, for sign-up, out of all of them.
01:16:02.000 The last one we have here.
01:16:03.000 Okay.
01:16:03.000 So now we're going to go to...
01:16:05.000 The last and final one.
01:16:07.000 The final one right here, man.
01:16:08.000 The final boss.
01:16:09.000 Special mention.
01:16:09.000 Okay, because...
01:16:10.000 What's the special mention?
01:16:12.000 Final round.
01:16:13.000 Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:16:14.000 So we did five already.
01:16:15.000 Okay.
01:16:16.000 It's going to be the Amex Platinum, guys.
01:16:18.000 I mean, hey, man.
01:16:18.000 It is what it is, bro.
01:16:20.000 Listen, man.
01:16:21.000 It's always our number one, pretty much.
01:16:23.000 We got the platinum.
01:16:24.000 Yeah, man.
01:16:25.000 The golds.
01:16:25.000 Yeah.
01:16:26.000 We got it all here, man.
01:16:27.000 This is the big daddy right here.
01:16:28.000 Pause.
01:16:28.000 It's $700 annual fee, though.
01:16:30.000 So if you're in the military, I guess you can get it waived.
01:16:32.000 I didn't see that.
01:16:33.000 This is a charge card, by the way, just so you guys know.
01:16:35.000 So there is no limit on it.
01:16:37.000 But if you start spending like a nigga, man, they're probably going, let me reel you back in, let you know, hey, man, you ain't that rich.
01:16:42.000 But earn 80,000 membership points after you spend...
01:16:45.000 Actually, can we go to the website, the Amex website?
01:16:47.000 So, funny story.
01:16:49.000 This card, the Amex Platinum, right?
01:16:53.000 When I apply for my card, guess how much the bonus points were to sign up for it?
01:16:58.000 How much?
01:17:01.000 120,000 points.
01:17:02.000 Goddamn.
01:17:03.000 120k.
01:17:03.000 So it's more than 80,000.
01:17:05.000 Wait, did you do the business one, though?
01:17:07.000 Hold on.
01:17:07.000 So this is very important.
01:17:08.000 These cars you play for, right?
01:17:10.000 Look at different sites because each site has a different sign-up bonus.
01:17:14.000 And some, especially the one that you want to get the car from, for example, the actual premier site, let's say it's Amex, you go to Amex directly, you might get bonus points rather than regular sites.
01:17:22.000 Like NerdWallet has a really basic sign-up bonus, but the actual website itself may have an extra bonus as well.
01:17:28.000 Gotcha.
01:17:28.000 Okay.
01:17:29.000 So shop around each website to see what gives you the best sign-up bonus from that card.
01:17:33.000 Yeah.
01:17:33.000 But make sure you're not in a fake, though.
01:17:35.000 Yeah, make sure you're not in a fake.
01:17:36.000 You're putting your social security number and shit next to you.
01:17:38.000 Scammed!
01:17:38.000 Yeah, scammed your bro, and then...
01:17:41.000 That was easy.
01:17:41.000 Yeah, that's crazy, though.
01:17:43.000 Okay, and then you can actually choose your design.
01:17:44.000 Wait, you could change your shit?
01:17:45.000 Hold on.
01:17:46.000 That's pretty gay, though.
01:17:47.000 What the fuck?
01:17:48.000 That's just really gay.
01:17:49.000 It's like kids are scribbling on your card.
01:17:52.000 All right.
01:17:54.000 Anyway, you get a...
01:17:56.000 Okay, so scroll back up because this one is always changing, by the way, guys, with the Amex.
01:17:59.000 Okay, so you earn 80,000 membership rewards after you spend 8,000 eligible purchases on your platinum card within the first six months of card membership.
01:18:06.000 So let's say you're going to do a big purchase or you just open your business or something like that.
01:18:08.000 This is a good card if you can get approved for it, right?
01:18:11.000 Know if you're approved with no credit score impact.
01:18:13.000 Okay, so they actually let you apply.
01:18:15.000 Yeah.
01:18:16.000 Without doing a hard inquiry.
01:18:18.000 That's pretty cool.
01:18:19.000 That's huge.
01:18:20.000 All right.
01:18:20.000 $200 hotel credit.
01:18:22.000 Get up to $200 back in statement credits each year on selected prepaid hotel bookings through American Express Travel using the Platinum Card.
01:18:27.000 Boom.
01:18:28.000 $240 digital entertainment credit.
01:18:29.000 So you get $20 back each month on eligible purchases made with your Platinum Card on one or more of the following.
01:18:36.000 Disney, Disney Bundle, ESPN, Hulu, The New York Times, Peacock, Sirius, etc.
01:18:41.000 I can tell people are going to be scared of the annual fee for this card, but believe it or not, I want to say half of the benefits of this card, or even less, you'll gain way more than $700.
01:18:53.000 So it's worth the card itself.
01:18:55.000 And if it's a business credit card, you could write that off.
01:18:57.000 100%.
01:18:57.000 You could write off that annual fee.
01:18:59.000 $155 Walmart credit.
01:19:01.000 Oh, that's a new one.
01:19:03.000 The Global Lounge Collection, which...
01:19:05.000 I like Target better, man.
01:19:06.000 Which, if you guys travel a lot, especially, as you guys know, there's American Centurion lounges, you can get in with an Amex Platinum and be able to use the lounges where you can shower, they have way better food, it's more comfortable.
01:19:17.000 But now, they require you to have a certain amount of points to use a lounge.
01:19:22.000 Oh, really?
01:19:22.000 You have to earn it.
01:19:23.000 Because remember, the issue was everyone was getting access to the lounge and just making it super packed and super stressful.
01:19:30.000 So now they say, hey, you've got to earn this right with the car by spending money and keeping it active.
01:19:34.000 Oh, yeah, because niggas just keep it in their wallet.
01:19:36.000 And then they bring a friend.
01:19:37.000 Hey, boys, let's go to the lounge, bro.
01:19:39.000 So they're finessing it.
01:19:40.000 Yeah, okay, all right.
01:19:41.000 I didn't know that.
01:19:42.000 So now you have...
01:19:43.000 Have you been there recently?
01:19:44.000 Yeah.
01:19:44.000 I haven't been to a Korean lounge for fucking years.
01:19:47.000 It was like 7 in the morning.
01:19:48.000 I was there eating breakfast for free.
01:19:50.000 Thank you.
01:19:52.000 Uber Eats.
01:19:53.000 $200 in Uber Cash, guys.
01:19:54.000 Ride and dine in style with $15 in Uber.
01:19:56.000 This right here, guys?
01:19:57.000 Yo, this is so good.
01:19:59.000 Uber.
01:19:59.000 We all eat Uber Eats every now and then.
01:20:02.000 You know, we order online.
01:20:03.000 You set the card in there, you forget it.
01:20:05.000 But you get a credit for it, which is $200.
01:20:07.000 And it resets every month, I believe.
01:20:09.000 Yep.
01:20:09.000 $15.
01:20:10.000 Which is amazing.
01:20:11.000 Each month and $20 in December.
01:20:14.000 $200 airline fee credit.
01:20:15.000 Okay.
01:20:16.000 And guys, I know some of you are saying, bro, who cares?
01:20:18.000 It's not that much savings.
01:20:19.000 Remember.
01:20:20.000 It's free money, though.
01:20:20.000 And it adds up.
01:20:21.000 Yeah, it does add up.
01:20:22.000 You know what I mean?
01:20:22.000 For using...
01:20:23.000 Because here's the thing.
01:20:24.000 All right, nigga, you were going to buy Uber anyway.
01:20:26.000 You're not going to get no reward.
01:20:28.000 So why not?
01:20:29.000 You know what I mean?
01:20:30.000 You got a link to your fucking debit card like a fucking brokey.
01:20:33.000 You know, where they're taking the money directly out of your fucking Wells Fargo or Chase account.
01:20:36.000 And some of you...
01:20:37.000 And you're getting no benefit.
01:20:38.000 Like, what are you doing?
01:20:39.000 Some of you...
01:20:40.000 I'm worried about $5 to sign up to Rumble.
01:20:44.000 You say $15, $20 each time you do that.
01:20:48.000 W. You win.
01:20:49.000 There you go.
01:20:50.000 $200 airline fee credit, right?
01:20:52.000 So you get $200 calendar year and statement credits after incidental fees.
01:20:56.000 So you need to check a bag or any of this other bullshit.
01:20:58.000 You can use that.
01:20:59.000 Scroll down.
01:21:01.000 Oh, if you guys like, if you're fashionable, you can go with Saks Fifth Avenue.
01:21:05.000 This has been a staple that they've had forever.
01:21:07.000 $100 in statement credits annually for purchases at Saks Fifth.
01:21:10.000 I never used it, but...
01:21:10.000 Fifth Avenue.
01:21:11.000 So for all you guys that want to buy your expensive clothes, you can knock off $100 on your true religion jeans or whatever the fuck.
01:21:16.000 Equinox!
01:21:17.000 Oh, damn!
01:21:18.000 Okay!
01:21:18.000 Holy!
01:21:19.000 Get up to $300 in statements credit each year when you pay for an Equinox membership with your platinum...
01:21:23.000 Oh, shit.
01:21:24.000 I think Claire as well, by the way, which we use for our...
01:21:26.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:21:27.000 Claire, guys.
01:21:27.000 They've been for the whole year.
01:21:28.000 I think Claire's better than TSA, to be honest with you.
01:21:30.000 Way better, bro.
01:21:33.000 Oh, damn.
01:21:34.000 There's Equinox across.
01:21:35.000 Man, I'm about to go sign up for Equinox.
01:21:38.000 Equinox sucks, bro.
01:21:39.000 I was there with some people.
01:21:40.000 Which one?
01:21:41.000 The one right there across the street?
01:21:42.000 It sucks, bro.
01:21:43.000 It's a bunch of gym nerds that feel like, oh, I paid a bunch of money, so it's my machine.
01:21:47.000 Is it empty, though?
01:21:48.000 Nah, it's packed, bro.
01:21:49.000 Damn.
01:21:49.000 A bunch of gym nerds.
01:21:50.000 Anyhow, um, Ressi.
01:21:53.000 Fucking workers, man.
01:21:55.000 I know.
01:21:56.000 Hold on.
01:21:57.000 This is W, right?
01:21:58.000 Because Ressi itself, you can get Carbone reservations using this card.
01:22:03.000 So you guys know how it is.
01:22:04.000 Drake made a song about it.
01:22:06.000 Getting, you know, Ressi for Carbone is really hard.
01:22:08.000 But it's an AMX card.
01:22:10.000 You can bypass all the bullshit, waited months to reserve a table, and get it with this connection here.
01:22:15.000 So it's pretty good.
01:22:16.000 Bam.
01:22:16.000 Love you.
01:22:17.000 All right.
01:22:18.000 And then this is how you earn, guys.
01:22:20.000 And again, Amex ain't paying us to tell y'all this, man.
01:22:22.000 They're not.
01:22:23.000 None of these credit cards are.
01:22:24.000 This is free value.
01:22:24.000 We're just giving you guys insider stuff.
01:22:25.000 We're just telling y'all what to get, man.
01:22:27.000 I suggest, personally, if you're going to get an Amex, I think it's better to get it on the business end.
01:22:32.000 I have a personal platinum, but I don't use it.
01:22:34.000 But if you're an entrepreneur, absolutely have it for your business, bro.
01:22:36.000 Don't have it.
01:22:38.000 It's kind of redundant to have a personal one, but remember, I was a regular employee first, so I had an Amex Platinum.
01:22:44.000 And then when I was like, oh, I'm an entrepreneur now, I had the Amex Platinum business.
01:22:48.000 But yeah, I always use my business card.
01:22:50.000 I don't even use the personal one anymore.
01:22:52.000 Same.
01:22:53.000 So yeah, guys.
01:22:54.000 Okay, anything else?
01:22:56.000 I think that's pretty much it.
01:22:58.000 Let's hit some of these chats and then close out, and then it's already 8.30.
01:23:03.000 But yeah, I'm not going to lie.
01:23:04.000 The other card that I use most is probably Amex.
01:23:06.000 Yeah.
01:23:06.000 Yeah.
01:23:07.000 But those other cards are great ones, man.
01:23:09.000 And then Honorable Mention, the Capital One Venture.
01:23:11.000 Yeah.
01:23:11.000 Now you guys saw it, 95 annual fee.
01:23:13.000 It's a step below the Capital One Venture X, because that's a newer card, by the way.
01:23:18.000 But I've had that card forever.
01:23:20.000 Another thing, too.
01:23:21.000 Quick little thing I want to tell y'all.
01:23:23.000 For all of you that have Amexes, Little Glitch, Please, always have a MasterCard or a Visa.
01:23:29.000 Yeah.
01:23:30.000 Backup.
01:23:30.000 There you go.
01:23:31.000 Okay, guys?
01:23:32.000 That's something that no one's going to tell you.
01:23:33.000 The reason why is because, unfortunately, guys, a lot of places don't take American Express.
01:23:38.000 That's true.
01:23:38.000 And the reason why is because American Express has some of the highest transaction fees of any credit card.
01:23:43.000 So, a lot of businesses say, oh, we don't accept Amex, we want to accept Discover.
01:23:47.000 Discover's trash.
01:23:48.000 But that's a whole lot.
01:23:49.000 Discover's fucking trash.
01:23:50.000 It really is.
01:23:51.000 It's fucking trash.
01:23:52.000 Holy.
01:23:52.000 But if you're going to have an Amex Platinum, I would say have one backup, either travel credit card or one backup card that's cashback or something like that, that's Visa or MasterCard.
01:24:03.000 Always have at least one Visa or MasterCard in your repertoire, guys, because a lot of places don't take an American Express, unfortunately.
01:24:10.000 I like Visa.
01:24:11.000 Especially internationally.
01:24:12.000 But honestly speaking, bro, Chase is a W. I'll tell you why.
01:24:16.000 Well, they always have Visa or MasterCard.
01:24:17.000 Yeah, but with Chase, though, let's say you don't have that big of a credit score, not that high, sometimes I believe, if I'm correct here, if you bank with them for a long period of time, off the history of just having an account, never being in a negative, they may give you that, you know what, you bank with us, we'll give you this card.
01:24:33.000 Okay.
01:24:33.000 So that might help you get a card before everybody else because you have an account with them, and that should be stable, it's been present, positive all the time.
01:24:40.000 Yeah, having a bank account, guys, right?
01:24:42.000 Like, let's say you want to get a Bank of America credit card.
01:24:44.000 You'll get more benefits, or it'll be an easier process to get accepted for that card if you have a bank account with the bank.
01:24:52.000 And the higher the amount in there, the better for you.
01:24:54.000 Yes.
01:24:55.000 So that's a W. So for example, I have one of these Bank of America cards, and I get more rewards, a higher reward.
01:25:03.000 It's a cashback card, but I get higher rewards because I have a certain amount of money in there with them.
01:25:07.000 So if you have a bank account...
01:25:10.000 Doesn't hurt to have a credit card tied to that bank account, or tied to that bank, so to speak.
01:25:15.000 They want to know that you can pay the card off, or actually make payments on the card, and if they can see it from history, or see that, oh you know what, he's actually one of us?
01:25:23.000 We got you, pretty much.
01:25:24.000 So it'll help you as well, give you a little bit more swing.
01:25:27.000 But yeah, that's a big one that no one says.
01:25:30.000 A lot of these guys are American Express fanboys, right?
01:25:33.000 Like, cool, we love Amex too, but we gotta live in reality here.
01:25:36.000 Keep it real.
01:25:37.000 You need a MasterCard or a Visa in your repertoire as well because a lot of places will not take Amex or they'll give you a hard time about it.
01:25:43.000 They'll take Amex, but then they'll lie to you and say, no, we don't take it.
01:25:46.000 Imagine you traveled somewhere, right?
01:25:48.000 And all you got is Amex cards.
01:25:49.000 Amex?
01:25:50.000 Holy fuck.
01:25:51.000 You're screwed.
01:25:51.000 That's the L. You're screwed.
01:25:53.000 Yeah, man.
01:25:54.000 I've been there.
01:25:55.000 Oh, sorry.
01:25:55.000 We don't take American Express.
01:25:57.000 Aw, man.
01:25:58.000 But luckily, I have my Capital One Venture.
01:26:00.000 My backup travel credit card, guys, if you guys want to copy me, is my Capital One Venture, the original joint.
01:26:06.000 Yo, imagine you spent all your work and your ass off, bro, right?
01:26:09.000 Yep.
01:26:10.000 You finally got a bad bitch to go to Jamaica.
01:26:12.000 About to pay for some dinner.
01:26:13.000 Pull your card out.
01:26:15.000 Like, yeah, man.
01:26:16.000 I'm not nigger.
01:26:16.000 Sorry, man.
01:26:17.000 We don't accept that.
01:26:18.000 Bum-ba-clock!
01:26:19.000 Bum-ba-clock!
01:26:20.000 Your shit not work, brethren!
01:26:22.000 You're broke!
01:26:23.000 You're a brookie!
01:26:25.000 You're done for, bro.
01:26:26.000 Now you look broke as hell.
01:26:26.000 And there's no ATMs or some shit?
01:26:28.000 She's looking at you like, nigga, you broke!
01:26:31.000 What you gonna do, bro?
01:26:32.000 Yeah, man.
01:26:32.000 So always have a Visa or a MasterCard, guys.
01:26:35.000 Always do that.
01:26:36.000 They ain't gonna tell you that.
01:26:37.000 All right.
01:26:38.000 All right.
01:26:40.000 Some more chats here?
01:26:40.000 Okay.
01:26:42.000 8 underscore R. No Imex here, man.
01:26:44.000 Okay.
01:26:45.000 Just check my score.
01:26:46.000 999 out of 999.
01:26:47.000 Always had a great credit, but never maxed out.
01:26:48.000 Use my Imex gold for literally everything.
01:26:50.000 W, F, and F, always providing next value.
01:26:52.000 Niggas, 850.
01:26:53.000 Why are you capping?
01:26:54.000 Why are you capping, bro?
01:26:55.000 Niggas said 999.
01:26:57.000 Like we're retarded.
01:26:58.000 What the fuck?
01:27:00.000 What's a good way to lower the interest rate on certain cards?
01:27:02.000 Some of y'all be saying some wild shit on here, bro.
01:27:04.000 What the fuck?
01:27:06.000 You said I'm 999 out of 999.
01:27:11.000 Oh, man.
01:27:12.000 Bumbacloud.
01:27:13.000 Oh, AlboA said, what's a good way to lower interest rates on credit cards?
01:27:16.000 Ain't never happening, bro.
01:27:17.000 You can't, bro.
01:27:18.000 The less I've ever seen is like 16%, 17%.
01:27:21.000 Unless you're to bank yourself?
01:27:22.000 Yeah.
01:27:24.000 What do you expect, bro?
01:27:26.000 They're always going to have a variable.
01:27:28.000 And here's the other thing.
01:27:28.000 Them niggas might tell you, oh yeah, it's 17% when you signed up.
01:27:32.000 And then a month later, it's at 35.
01:27:34.000 And you're like, yo, what the fuck?
01:27:35.000 When I signed up, it's 17%.
01:27:36.000 And then they're like, oh, well, it's a variable interest rate, dummy.
01:27:39.000 Well, the good thing is, my friends, if you follow our advice and you pay on time, you don't keep a balance on your card, it shouldn't matter regardless.
01:27:47.000 So you're good to go.
01:27:48.000 Yeah, we don't even look at that dumb shit.
01:27:49.000 We don't either, yeah.
01:27:50.000 Yeah, always pay your shit off in full, bro.
01:27:52.000 The best person...
01:27:53.000 Well, actually, credit cards are going to hate this, but the best thing to do, use a credit card, pay that shit off a few days later, keep your balance always under 10%, and never pay interest, and that's it.
01:28:03.000 You get a bunch of free points, and they don't get shit.
01:28:06.000 Here is the golden rule.
01:28:07.000 That's how you fight back at them boys.
01:28:09.000 Here's the golden rule.
01:28:10.000 Only spend what you would have spent anyway on a credit card.
01:28:14.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:28:14.000 So, you pay for gas, maybe you pay for your insurance, maybe your rent if you can, maybe pay for like, I don't know, regular expenses from the grocery store.
01:28:23.000 That is it.
01:28:23.000 First step is to use it for the necessities you would have used anyway.
01:28:27.000 Yep.
01:28:27.000 Alright, that's the first step.
01:28:29.000 But then from there, you can diversify and use it for other shit.
01:28:31.000 But yeah, man.
01:28:32.000 What do people do?
01:28:32.000 They go to Saks Fifth, they shop it up, they pay for Jamaica.
01:28:35.000 They start buying shit that they never bought before.
01:28:37.000 Yeah, I'm rich now, bitch.
01:28:39.000 Credit card.
01:28:39.000 Yeah.
01:28:40.000 No, you're not.
01:28:41.000 Yeah.
01:28:42.000 And then next thing you know, you're looking like an idiot card getting declined at the store.
01:28:46.000 Niggas looking at you crazy.
01:28:47.000 Because you wanted to go ahead and live outside your means.
01:28:50.000 Deny!
01:28:50.000 Facts!
01:28:51.000 Brokemon!
01:28:51.000 Yeah, Brokemon!
01:28:54.000 That's a new Pokemon!
01:28:55.000 That's a new Brokemon!
01:28:58.000 My credit score is 746.
01:28:59.000 I'm looking to get my first duplex house to get in real estate, but my sister on my credit card and she pays late and it's affecting my score.
01:29:06.000 Should I keep her on or take her?
01:29:07.000 Bro!
01:29:07.000 Nigga!
01:29:07.000 What the fuck?
01:29:08.000 Yo!
01:29:08.000 Yo!
01:29:09.000 Dude!
01:29:09.000 Get her off!
01:29:10.000 Dude!
01:29:11.000 Off ASAP! You know why?
01:29:12.000 Give her the E! This is your credit score.
01:29:14.000 She don't give a fuck, bro.
01:29:15.000 Listen, she could pay or not pay.
01:29:17.000 It's your score that's getting affected, not hers.
01:29:19.000 Yeah, man.
01:29:19.000 Hell no, bro.
01:29:20.000 Take her off as an authorized user, bro.
01:29:22.000 What are you doing?
01:29:24.000 Would you guys ever consider an MM stream of investing in the stock market?
01:29:28.000 Buffett, Munger, Lynch, investment style?
01:29:30.000 Nah, man.
01:29:30.000 I'm just into index funds, bro.
01:29:32.000 I'm in an index fund that tracks the S&P 500 in the total market, and I just put money in there every month, and that's it, bro.
01:29:38.000 Set it and forget it, man.
01:29:39.000 We like stable, long-term investments, bro.
01:29:41.000 Fuck that shit, man.
01:29:42.000 What the fuck do I look like looking at charts all day?
01:29:44.000 That's lame, man.
01:29:45.000 I mean, hey, there's some people that do it.
01:29:47.000 We got QBanks on.
01:29:48.000 We talked about Forex and the trading commodities and all that stuff.
01:29:51.000 You guys want to be on charts all the time?
01:29:52.000 It is very stressful.
01:29:53.000 Locked in a room, early morning, can't leave, worried all day.
01:29:57.000 Bro, that's stressful as fuck, bro.
01:29:59.000 Oh, yeah, I'm good with that.
01:30:00.000 Yeah.
01:30:01.000 Shout out to Charlie Munger.
01:30:03.000 I don't know who that is.
01:30:04.000 Silent Legion goes, Maren, can I use whey protein?
01:30:07.000 I work out seven times a week, always active.
01:30:09.000 I run for two miles then.
01:30:11.000 7x20 leg press, 7x20 sit-ups, 10x10 push-ups, 7x50 second plank, and 7x20 squats between each set 40 seconds.
01:30:18.000 Yeah, bro, of course use whey protein.
01:30:20.000 Honestly, it's very difficult to get enough protein, guys, especially if you're getting over 150 grams per day.
01:30:26.000 Through solid food, you're going to need whey protein to a degree.
01:30:29.000 So yeah, bro, absolutely.
01:30:30.000 My thing is try to diversify where it's not everything.
01:30:34.000 Maybe one or two shakes a day most, but yeah, you definitely want to have at least one or two solid meals where you're getting it from chicken or fish or steak or something.
01:30:42.000 What else do we got here?
01:30:42.000 I need to start, actually.
01:30:43.000 I don't use protein.
01:30:44.000 You don't?
01:30:44.000 Nah.
01:30:45.000 Yeah, you need to start, man.
01:30:45.000 I'm starting, yeah.
01:30:46.000 I'm separating from the military honorable discharge.
01:30:48.000 Is there anything I should do to prepare myself or watch out for when getting out?
01:30:52.000 Also, looking to start a marketing agency.
01:30:54.000 Thoughts?
01:30:55.000 Marketing agencies are competitive, so be ready.
01:30:58.000 And then now, man, with the military stuff, bro, I mean, dude, if you don't have your college degree, take that GI Bill and go get a college degree.
01:31:04.000 Well, it's something that will make you money, though.
01:31:07.000 Yeah.
01:31:07.000 Or in a trade.
01:31:08.000 I don't know if you can use a GI Bill for a trade, but I think you can.
01:31:10.000 You probably can.
01:31:11.000 But yeah, use that to your advantage, my friend.
01:31:15.000 Samson goes, El Socialism, W Capitalism.
01:31:17.000 Agreed.
01:31:18.000 Alex G goes, Big love to FNF. I've always been working on my credit since subbing to this channel.
01:31:22.000 I now have Chase Unlimited and Flex.
