00:06:55.000Obviously, it was the holidays, and in my head, I was like, man, be messed up to bring the team in and film when people want to be with their families and everything else.
00:10:17.000I'm using a controller and I'm using mouse and keyboard, but I realized because I played with some of my friends from that I used to play with back in the day.
00:10:24.000Well, they're childhood friends of mine.
00:12:25.000Guys, let's see y'all know, I never fucking actually really hop when I shadow step.
00:12:28.000I have a whole shadow step, sorry, a whole shadow boxing routine that I do, but I didn't want to reveal it.
00:12:33.000So I just did some bullshit to see what people would do, and just like that fucking thought, took the fucking bait, and then niggas come out of nowhere and start saying a whole bunch of things that, like, keyboard words out of nowhere.
00:14:21.000Even when I lift weights, and I could post a video with perfect form, and some fucking skinny kid from, you know, Lithuania or some shit will send me a video, like, hey bro, you need to slow down on the fucking naked.
00:17:01.000But yeah, man, we don't go on people's platforms as much like we used to.
00:17:06.000So we'll do the tour and hopefully you guys get to see another side.
00:17:09.000UK definitely is going to be on the list, but if there's anybody else that you guys want us to work with or anybody else reaches out to us that has a decent sized platform, we'll go work with them out in Europe.
00:17:19.000But to be fair, EU has not too much free speech, so that's another reason why.
00:20:25.000So typically, right, you meet somebody for the first time, they have an opinion of your work or yourself, and they say certain things that are kind of not really...
00:20:34.000All the best things that you want to hear all the time.
00:20:36.000And normally what you hear is, aren't you the guy from the podcast that berates women?
00:22:32.000Alright, so, I mean, yeah, so guys, yeah, FNF Super Chat is down right now, but, you know, Rumble Rants, you know, as usual, and we're, and we're, Locals down too?
00:22:41.000Oh, okay, and, okay, yeah, and Locals, oh yeah, Castle Club, yep, yep, yep, but, yeah, what else?
00:23:47.000We kind of saw that this could potentially happen, and we were prepared for it, and a lot of that I gotta give credit to Fresh.
00:23:53.000And we kind of knew, that's why we were with Rumble way before anything happened, because we knew that content like this would be suppressed on YouTube at some point.
00:24:07.000Really standing in the way, you know, of censorship and everything else like that because, you know, two, three years ago, if you got demonetized or if you got canceled or anything like that, it would literally be crippling.
00:24:50.000And you keep it real, and then you realize that most people can't keep it real, and they can't afford to collab with people that keep it real.
00:25:06.000So yeah, people pray on your downfall and shit like that, which a lot of YouTubers do.
00:25:10.000There's been 30 plus videos made on us.
00:25:12.000No, 30 plus YouTubers that I've counted that have made videos talking shit about us that have been praying on our downfall.
00:25:17.000A lot of them pocket watch us and say a bunch of stupid shit like, oh, they made this much money, they probably lost this much, blah, blah, blah.
00:25:31.000They really want to see us be taken out and lose because it comes down to jealousy, man.
00:25:35.000We've only been on YouTube for three years and we've surpassed, if not doing, just as good as other people that have way bigger platforms, been on longer, have stronger connections, and we're still here.
00:25:48.000Because at the end of the day, you can hate us as much as you want, but one thing you can't refute is the amount of value that we give and the level of content that we provide and the diversification, bro.
00:25:58.000The diversification is crazy about what we talk about here.
00:26:00.000One day we could talk about making money on stocks.
00:26:02.000Another day we could talk about real estate.
00:26:03.000Another day we could be talking about pop culture situations like this with Vin Diesel, Me Too.
00:26:07.000We could talk about how to be attractive and get her girl off a sugar site.
00:28:51.000That Jonathan Majors episode, guys, we had to take it off YouTube, but it's on Rumble, or maybe we'll put a portion of it on YouTube, edited.
00:28:58.000You guys should definitely watch that.
00:29:54.000The other thing, too, is that a lot of people, like I said before, there's that entrepreneur porn on the internet where they tell you, oh yeah, laptop lifestyle.
00:30:01.000Guys, a lot of the times, to start a business up, you're going to need money to start that business up, and that money's going to have to come from a 9-to-5.
00:30:08.000There's nothing wrong with having a 9-to-5 for a few years to get some money set up, obviously be able to live, pay some bills, keep your overhead cleared, and then...
00:30:16.000Excess money that you have from that you invest into your business and then you slowly transition from that job into your business to put more and more time in.
00:30:23.000Obviously, the more capital you have, the quicker you can make that transition because let's say you're going to start a business.
00:30:27.000You got 20K to invest into that business from the beginning.
00:30:30.000You're going to be able to start at a better position where you'll be able to scale that business up faster because you put more money into it.
00:30:36.000For example, when I was working for the government, we started the podcast.
00:30:39.000I was able to offer it to invest money into it, right?
00:30:42.000We got good cameras, good production equipment, off rip, so we were able to grow faster because the quality of the content was better, but that took a lot of capital up front, right?
00:30:51.000To be able to do that and be profitable so quickly.
00:30:54.000So, you can either A, start with no money, and then spend a bunch of time trying to build it up to become profitable, or B, have a job, invest a lot of money up front, and then become profitable much faster.
00:31:04.000So it's really how you want to go about it, but I like having a job because that way you have that money coming in so you can take care of yourself and then in your case you have a kid.
00:31:14.000Make sure that's handled and then you do it on the side.
00:31:16.000But you're going to have to need to have that discipline where, yo, I'm going to work on my side business after I'm done doing my real job making money.
00:31:23.000Because now with a kid you got to be responsible.
00:34:49.000He followed up with the commercially successful films such as Boiler Room, The Passifer, and Find Me Guilty in 06.
00:34:56.000He gained stardom as a leading action star, headlining numerous franchises including Fast and Furious, Triple X, and The Chronicles of Riddick.
00:35:11.000His voice acting work includes The Iron Giant 99, The Video Games, Chronicles of Riddick 2004, The Chronicles of Riddick, Assault in the Dark, Athena 2009, and the voices of Groot and Groot 2 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe MCU. He portrayed the characters in six superhero films beginning with the Guardians of the Galaxy in 2014.
00:35:28.000Diesel has reprised his role as Groot for the Disney Plus animated short series I Am Groot 2022 to present.
00:35:34.000The television special, the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special 2022, and the animated film Ralph Breaks the Internet.
00:35:40.000And then he also founded the production company One Race Films, where he has also served as a producer and executive producer for his star vehicles.
00:35:47.000Diesel also found the record label Racetrack Records and video game developer Taygon Studios, providing his voice and motion capture for all of Taygon's releases.
00:35:55.000You know what's most surprising for me about Vin Diesel?
00:36:19.000Yeah, so he's been in the game for a very long time, guys.
00:36:22.000You know, for some of you guys that are like Gen Z, you might not, like, know who he is too much because most of his biggest movies came out in the early 2000s, but I remember, like, this guy was the fucking top dog back in, like, you know, 04, 05, 03.
00:36:36.000I think the first, when did the first Fast and Furious come out?
00:38:14.000So Vanity Fair goes, Vin Diesel accused of sexual battery in lawsuit by former assistant.
00:38:18.000I want to make this very clear for you guys.
00:38:20.000This is a civil case, which means it is not criminal, which means he's not going to go to jail if he's found liable, okay?
00:38:25.000The difference between civil and criminal, guys, is...
00:38:27.000When you're doing a criminal case, you know, you got to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, which if we're going to put in a percentage like maybe 90% sure, right?
00:38:35.000And, you know, the jury will find you guilty.
00:38:37.000But in a civil case, all that needs to be found is something called preponderance of the evidence, which pretty much means 51% versus 49%.
00:38:44.000So it can get really close when it comes to the margins here.
00:38:56.000We've seen other celebrities go through this.
00:38:58.000A lot of the times what they'll do is to just deal with this problem, is just settle out of court, pay them their money, and just walk away from it.
00:39:05.000Because it's expensive, it's costly, it's a pain in the ass to actually go through with a trial and deal with this.
00:39:14.000These people know what they're doing when they come up with the civil lawsuits.
00:39:17.000Also, it's bad because let's say you do settle with these harlots, these juveniles.
00:39:26.000You're basically saying to them, you know what?
00:41:23.000She, a former assistant to Vin Diesel filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles today alleging that the Fast and Furious star sexually battered her while she was working for him in the fall of 2010 during the filming of Fast Five.
00:41:34.000Diesel's attorney, Brian Friedman, um...
00:41:37.000Responded to Vanity Fair's request for a comment with the following statement.
00:41:41.000So you're telling me a nine-day employee had the power to come back 13 years later To sue your ass.
00:42:03.000In the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles and obtained by Vanity Fair, plaintiff Asta Johnison states that she was hired by Diesel's company, One Race, to work for the actor on location in Atlanta where Fast Five was in production.
00:43:17.000J was afraid to more forcibly refuse her supervisor knowing that getting him out of the room was both crucial to her personal safety and job security.
00:44:02.000So obviously, very graphic description of what's going on here.
00:44:06.000But they have to do that in the suit, obviously.
00:44:08.000Hours later, the suit alleges Samantha Vincent, Diesel's sister and the president of one race, called Jay to terminate her employment after less than two weeks on the job.
00:44:17.000It was clear that she was being fired because she was no longer useful.
00:44:38.000This was not the first inappropriate incident that occurred while Jay was working for Diesel, according to the lawsuit.
00:44:43.000Just a few days before, Jay's suit alleges another one-rate supervisor summoned her to his room at the St.
00:44:48.000Regis while she was on duty, where he took off his shirt, got into bed, and said, come here.
00:44:53.000Johnson immediately exited the room, according to the suit.
00:44:55.000On top of sexual battery, the lawsuit claims, among the other things, discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, intentional affliction of emotional distress, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, scroll down, I
00:45:29.000was about to say, didn't they make her sign an NDA? The suit says that she was able to file the claims thanks to Speak Out Act, which prevents the enforcement of non-disclosure agreements in instances of sexual assault and harassment in California's AB 2777,
00:45:47.000which temporarily waives statutes of limitations for sexual abuse allegations occurring in 2009 or later.
00:45:54.000The suit also says that she was empowered by the Me Too and Time's Up movements, which inspired her to reclaim her agency and justice for the suffering she endured at the hands of Vin Diesel and won race.
00:46:05.000Johnson went on to work in the entertainment industry as an assistant and production coordinator, among other roles.
00:46:11.000Diesel, who was born Mark Sinclair, is best known for his roles as Dominic Toretto, blah, blah, blah, which we read.
00:46:16.000And that is basically the end of that.
00:49:46.000But dude, it's getting wild out here how these girls are coming out of nowhere.
00:49:51.000And then for all the people that are being accused of shit from the early 2000s or the 90s or the 80s, like Trump, for example, as you guys know, he got accused by some chick in the mid-90s of him allegedly doing some shit to her in a fitting room and...
00:51:05.000The one thing, only positive thing I could see from this is that I think people are starting to wake up now, and there's a new Me Too case coming out every fucking week.
00:51:13.000I think people are catching on, and it's like, bro, yo, this is fucking cat.
00:51:16.000I thought about hiring a female assistant.
00:51:24.000But the point is that, like, bro, if you have in any situation been around a female of maybe an employee, maybe it's a friend of a friend, you can be held liable if you ever touch her or even, like, make an advance.
00:54:22.000Vin Diesel is one of the most successful actors of all time, where his movies made $14 billion, but now he's being sued and facing a cancel movement.
00:54:28.000And Vin Diesel has had a lot of people question his behavior with staff in the past, with one example being Dwayne Johnson, who said Vin Diesel's one of the most unprofessional people he ever worked with.
00:54:34.000He's led to a full-scale public feud between the two actors, with Vin Diesel saying Dwayne Johnson just doesn't want to become a better actor, and Dwayne Johnson saying the entire cast supported him over Vin Diesel.
00:54:43.000Then Vin Diesel was called creepy for an interview in 2018, where he said he wouldn't answer questions because the woman interviewing him was too beautiful and offered to take her out for dinner.
00:57:49.000Like, oh, yeah, I was in a dressing room with Trump at this fancy store, and he just, like, pulled me into there and just had sex with me without my consent.
01:01:12.000So, this is a very important question, though.
01:01:15.000How does a man that's been accused of these bullshit allegations counteract this to either get it dismissed Or save his reputation and his legacy.
01:01:31.000Now we have the ability to, like, you know, keep, you know, receipts with these girls.
01:01:35.000But other than that, like, you know, that's the only thing I can tell guys is, like, keep a receipt, like, hey, you had a good time, blah, blah, blah.
01:01:42.000You know, keep record of you hanging out with these girls and...
01:06:00.000People can say, Myron, you're biased, blah, blah, blah, but it just doesn't...
01:06:03.000Me knowing how successful this guy is, how famous this guy is, how many girls throw themselves at him, the dude was literally looked at as a sex symbol in the 2000s.
01:08:53.000We've just been waiting for the right date to do it and set it up properly because we want to make sure that when we do it, we do it right the first time.
01:19:00.000I'll tell you this, I don't even understand him when we be in there, so I can only imagine.
01:19:04.000Because I've been in there like two, three times, you know, whenever we have an event or whatever, and he's getting lit, he'll come up to me like, Wait, what Chris?
01:19:14.000And he'll be like, I remember one time it was so bad, I just said, yo, nigga, text it to me.
