00:15:16.000 Alright, folks, and we are live.
00:15:18.000 Welcome back to the Shravellas.
00:15:20.000 Money Mondays.
00:15:20.000 Let's get into it.
00:15:21.000 We're gonna cover recession times, what to do.
00:15:24.000 And when telling you don't watch this video, you know what to do in these times.
00:15:28.000 Get it.
00:15:29.000 Let them reach the sky.
00:15:55.000 All right, we're back.
00:16:08.000 Alright, man.
00:16:09.000 So you guys know typically we're in the studio doing money Mondays, but uh Martin isn't here.
00:16:14.000 The team needs a break, so we're gonna do this in my spot.
00:16:17.000 Uh for some more context here.
00:16:19.000 But yeah, man, uh it's been a great uh week last week.
00:16:21.000 A lot of uh things came up after that six-night interview.
00:16:24.000 Don't demarco for that.
00:16:25.000 I was lit.
00:16:26.000 Let's fucking go.
00:16:28.000 And uh a lot more on the way.
00:16:30.000 So this video title is actually a fact.
00:16:34.000 Now, most people are working their jobs or you lost your job.
00:16:37.000 Hopefully you didn't lose your job.
00:16:39.000 And you're probably wondering, fresh a recession.
00:16:42.000 No, you're crazy, bro.
00:16:43.000 What are you talking about?
00:16:44.000 But funny enough, I've been seeing things for a while.
00:16:48.000 And these things start in the car market first.
00:16:51.000 Most people they often say, oh bro, like I'm doing well fine, I'm not worried about anything, economy's still good.
00:16:56.000 Look at the stock market.
00:16:58.000 Yes, yes, yes, I know.
00:16:59.000 That's a thing, of course.
00:17:00.000 But look at it from a scale of what's happened with the job market itself, and of course, cars and real estate.
00:17:04.000 If you notice real estate is at all-time high, our rates are also high as well.
00:17:08.000 Also, the car market is fucked because new cars, average prices are between over 50k, which is insane by the way.
00:17:15.000 And that's never been done before or never been heard before.
00:17:17.000 So the car market itself is in shambles because right now people are trying to get out of their cars and they can't.
00:17:23.000 Imagine you bought a car, 23, 24, or 22 actually, and you bought the car at a high, and now you want to sell it, but you're already negative equity in the car.
00:17:33.000 Let's say you bought a car for, I don't know, 40, 50k, and you want to sell it, it's only worth like 20k now, 30k.
00:17:39.000 So you lost a bunch of money up front, of course, for depreciation.
00:17:42.000 And that's the point here.
00:17:44.000 So in essence, people are trying to figure out how to make things work, but also they can't get out of their debt.
00:17:50.000 Now, here's the bad part though.
00:17:52.000 Um, I have friends as well that are in tech, and they would they'll all say, Oh, I'm in tech, so I'm gonna be fine.
00:17:57.000 Uh there's no layoffs in tech, we're gonna be good to go.
00:18:00.000 Funny enough, um, my entire job staff that I was working with at you know Wix.com.
00:18:07.000 I found out recently I saw somebody from my old job, and they told me they were all fired.
00:18:12.000 I was like, whoa.
00:18:14.000 So if I stay stayed in corporate America, continuing to work there, I'd be fired about last year, and that would have been it.
00:18:22.000 So this is why I say we're in a recession.
00:18:25.000 Also, keep in mind, I was told some information from some people pretty high up there.
00:18:30.000 Obviously, I don't want to say names, but they spoke about how things are coming down the pipeline, and funny enough, they're investing into crypto, gold and silver because that's where the money's at.
00:18:40.000 And also, it's funny about the dollar itself, the dollar itself lost pretty much all its value.
00:18:44.000 But if you notice, they want to do a reset.
00:18:46.000 What's a reset?
00:18:47.000 I mean basically they want to change the debt from um physical paper, which is the dollar, into crypto and write it off.
00:18:55.000 Pretty much that's that's what they want to do.
00:18:57.000 Um, and it's actually happening in front of our eyes.
00:18:59.000 However, this is where I say, guys, um, this economy itself is in shambles.
00:19:04.000 I'm gonna show you a video real quick that kind of illustrates this in real time because they'll hear they'll take it from me, just saying it.
00:19:11.000 Look at everyone else living life in America and the American dream.
00:19:15.000 Let's run it.
00:19:17.000 Here we go.
00:19:20.000 Let's do this real quick.
00:19:21.000 Let's say, guys.
00:19:22.000 All right, this is a lady right here, and this is corporate America 101.
00:19:26.000 Um, sorry if you guys didn't notice, but this is gonna break your balls.
00:19:29.000 Let's listen.
00:19:30.000 Here we go.
00:19:38.000 I got laid off from my corporate job yesterday, and I think that this is the reality for a lot of Americans right now, and it needs to be shared because America is not doing well right now.
00:19:47.000 We have a 94% prediction rate that the recession is gonna come, but yet our freaking administration hasn't even made the move to actually say that a recession's now.
00:19:58.000 This has been going on for quite some time.
00:20:00.000 Um, I was told some shit behind the scenes too as well.
00:20:03.000 I went to France, you guys know I went to France.
00:20:05.000 Uh, there was a room of people, pretty uh successful, high up there.
00:20:09.000 Uh some were in AI, some were in tech, some were in um other industries, and they were all laughing, having a good old time, talking about what's coming next.
00:20:19.000 And one of the guys mentioned that they're not buying animal real estate, they're gonna buy gold and silver and bitcoin.
00:20:26.000 And I was like, got it.
00:20:28.000 So I'm gonna follow this because this guy, he's a fucking billionaire.
00:20:31.000 I'm gonna go ahead and buy a lot more silver.
00:20:33.000 I got a bunch of silver uh in my crib as well.
00:20:35.000 I'll show you guys last time on my other stream.
00:20:37.000 Uh gold, I didn't get too much of that because it's a little bit higher on that price scale.
00:20:41.000 I could get some more gold, but I didn't, I didn't at the time.
00:20:44.000 And then of course, Bitcoin, as you guys know, Charlie Mikkel tell us to get Bitcoin Ethereum because that's where the money's at for crypto.
00:20:50.000 But of course, um, they also mentioned that the economy's gonna be in a recession.
00:20:54.000 This was like months ago, guys, when I was in France.
00:20:57.000 So, you guys know I sold some cars, I sold a lot of my stuff as well.
00:21:01.000 Uh, less is more.
00:21:02.000 I'm older now, I feel more accomplished.
00:21:04.000 I feel like when I have less stuff, I feel more mobile and like feel like I'm more like agile to like make maneuvers and get things done.
00:21:12.000 But also, a lot of real estate can also be bad too as well because the market itself is really in shambles.
00:21:18.000 Um, but yeah, this is where people say, okay, uh, I don't feel the pain of this recession.
00:21:24.000 What are you talking about?
00:21:25.000 You may not feel it yourself, but other Americans are feeling it right now.
00:21:29.000 So let's continue.
00:21:31.000 Coming.
00:21:32.000 And let's actually call it what it is a depression.
00:21:34.000 People can't afford groceries, they can't afford rent, they can't afford buying houses, they can't afford having babies, they can't afford having the kids in general if they already have them.
00:21:42.000 Yo, shout out to my nigga in the chat ridiculous, man.
00:21:44.000 Another one.
00:21:47.000 This dude right here has a bunch of gold.
00:21:48.000 Look, look, I get inspired by him, right?
00:21:50.000 I see stories on Instagram, he's posting his goal.
00:21:52.000 He just bought him like, what you just bought a gold eagle coin?
00:21:55.000 What is that, bro?
00:21:56.000 So Douglas is in it in the chat, living the life, bought a Corvette, cash, got us, got his got gold on point, and he's a big supporter show.
00:22:06.000 Shout out to him, and Don Temerco for him.
00:22:07.000 Supporting the show.
00:22:09.000 Thank you, brother.
00:22:10.000 We are not in a good spot, y'all.
00:22:12.000 I know that I'm just a number in a company, but I thought I was okay.
00:22:15.000 You're going to think that you're okay because you worked there for so long where you have the right experience.
00:22:19.000 Like, you guys, I have an undergraduate in marketing, a master's also.
00:22:23.000 I don't get stopping the video, but it's very important.
00:22:25.000 Corporate America is not your friend.
00:22:29.000 Corporate America Is not your friend.
00:22:31.000 Again, they are pretty much using you and your time to capitalize off of your work to make them more money.
00:22:41.000 When you look at it from that standpoint, you're right.
00:22:44.000 She's just a number, add it to the totem pole.
00:22:44.000 She's right.
00:22:48.000 But also, she is also calling a machine.
00:22:52.000 And when I say this is because if they decide, you know what?
00:22:56.000 We can cut corners here, save money here, uh, welcome in AI, uh, cough cough, you're gone.
00:23:02.000 And just so you guys understand what's happening here, there's actually a chart, and there's a study going on of the total job loss this year alone, and it's over 1.2 million job losses this year, and the year is not even ended.
00:23:20.000 Guys, you just heard me.
00:23:21.000 Over one million dollars can be lost.
00:23:23.000 And if you don't believe me, look at this um website right here, it's tracking the actual job losses.
00:23:28.000 Look at these companies: UPS, Dell, Nissan, Intel, Microsoft, Audi, you know, Chevron.
00:23:35.000 Look, we got um telecommunicate uh communications, telefonico, laid off 6k people, bro.
00:23:43.000 Now imagine, right?
00:23:45.000 Your job is a jeopardy, and you might say, Well, first, bro, I'm on the military, bro.
00:23:50.000 I'm I'm government, I'm good.
00:23:51.000 Ho ho, my friend.
00:23:56.000 No, you're not.
00:23:58.000 Actually, some people have already um gotten furlough pretty much, and they're getting paid now, but they don't understand what's gonna happen next.
00:24:06.000 When you get your job back, no, they're gonna give you an email and they can tell you goodbye because guys, understand what's happening here.
00:24:14.000 This is a reset that's happening.
00:24:16.000 You may say, Okay, fresh, bro, I'm fine.
00:24:18.000 The problem is is you know you may not feel it yet, but people are feeling it right now, and it starts at the bottom, but goes all the way to the top.
00:24:26.000 It could even be anarchy, could people be in a set, people saying, you know what, I lost my job, I'm gonna loot and steal, which I don't actually prove that.
00:24:33.000 But the point is that like it'll affect you in one way or another.
00:24:36.000 Now, the layoffs are happening at an all-time high, and you know the worst part, the year hasn't even even ended yet.
00:24:42.000 The year is still still here.
00:24:44.000 We got like what uh October, November, December, pretty much, and then it's done.
00:24:48.000 But next year is gonna be a pivotal moment because that's gonna determine your rich or poor.
00:24:53.000 So, fellas, this video, see what you want about oh, bro.
00:24:56.000 I'm fine.
00:24:57.000 Listen, unless you're digging it over here with gold and silver stacked up and a bunch of money, you're in trouble.
00:25:02.000 Trust me, nobody's safe here.
00:25:04.000 Even your corporate job you have right now, if they decide to replace you with AI, they can do that pretty easily.
00:25:10.000 So let's continue though.
00:25:11.000 There we go.
00:25:12.000 In business, six years of paid social media experience, both on a strategist and manager level.
00:25:18.000 I have done people management for at least three years.
00:25:20.000 I'm a senior level in my career, and yet when I was hired to do a senior level role, I was forced into entry-level positions.
00:25:28.000 I was doing entry-level work as a senior-level strategist.
00:25:32.000 I remember coming to America, right?
00:25:34.000 Running over here.
00:25:36.000 I pull up, I'm like, I got my degree, computer science, you know.
00:25:40.000 I got a little bit of experience working on some projects.
00:25:43.000 I'm gonna get me a job right away.
00:25:45.000 Yo, little did I know, man.
00:25:47.000 Oh man, they said to me, Listen, my boy, you need to start from ground zero, and I did Chick-fil-A is my was my first job with ATT to get phone calls, then I did insurance, and then I was applying non-stop on job indeed, um, monster.com.
00:26:06.000 I got a call back from you guys know Wix.com, shout out to them, and got the job.
00:26:11.000 But even with all my stuff, accolades all stuff, what was my position?
00:26:15.000 Entry level, because again, you gotta work for your stripes and pretty much figure out from there.
00:26:21.000 But fellas, I'll tell you this, man.
00:26:22.000 Um, I've been holding back my power level for a lot.
00:26:25.000 I've been holding back because I always believed in showing less and doing more, but now I feel like a burden to help you guys because I know what's coming next.
00:26:36.000 I can't say everything on camera because I'll be in trouble, but I've been warned months ago, you get you guys see me, man.
00:26:43.000 Not so much the big chains anymore, you know, simple stuff, and I've been really focused on being mobile and having multiple passports, being able to have access and also network like crazy because I met a guy yesterday, he dropped 100k at this club called Kiki on the river, nigga, 100k.
00:27:06.000 Yeah, I got time, And I was like, okay, put it into per and into like perspective.
00:27:13.000 People are losing their jobs, hella debt, no income, but he can drop 100K at a table like it's nothing.
00:27:21.000 He made 10Ms last year.
00:27:25.000 I'm about to make 20 this year.
00:27:28.000 He's a fan and supporter of the podcast.
00:27:30.000 Not a fan, supporter.
00:27:31.000 He got me a little bit lit.
00:27:33.000 I'm not gonna lie.
00:27:34.000 I took some shots with a nigga, and the funny part is that he was broke a couple years ago.
00:27:40.000 He was going through a bad breakup a couple years ago.
00:27:43.000 He watched a podcast, got it back on track, and he's a multimillionaire now.
00:27:48.000 Um about to get married, which I give him my blessings, but you know, I told him to be very careful because obviously you know getting married nowadays is never easy.
00:27:56.000 And I told him that you know we appreciate him supporting the show.
00:28:00.000 But look at their angles here, right?
00:28:03.000 One side of it is people are losing their jobs, going broke, a lot of debt.
00:28:08.000 Other angle is yacht, 100k on the table, multiple cars, lifestyle.
00:28:16.000 So there's a gap happening, or it's already happened pretty much, where it's rich and then it's poor.
00:28:21.000 The middle class is gone.
00:28:22.000 And you know the scary part about middle class is that that's where most people want to be.
00:28:27.000 You know, you you get a good job, you buy BMW, you might get like every now and then a couple trips a year, three trips a year, you go shopping with family, whatever you're gonna buy, you can buy.
00:28:37.000 However, there's a lot of things that people don't see that I learned myself as well, and wealth is kind of like a uh yeah, it's kind of like an actual like thing where if you don't study it constantly and try to prove on it constantly, you end up becoming like a um a slow dying, like you know, um what's what's the word?
00:28:57.000 You you you end up running like on treadmill, but you don't understand your stand on a level is continually going down, you're like, oh, this is fine, this fine until you fall off the treadmill.
00:29:07.000 That's the same thing, same thing with your financial aid um status because you can start off pretty good, get middle class, but then you plateau.
00:29:14.000 You can't stop, man.
00:29:16.000 And this is why I say, man, like it's unfair because people have advantages, but here's the good part.
00:29:22.000 If you focus on becoming better, learning more about finance, how you can make more money, uh, learn about AI, the system right here will applaud you and help you.
00:29:31.000 But if you just sit there and say, Oh, whoa's me, I got this shit, I'll be fine, bro.
00:29:36.000 What's coming next, fellas, is gonna be scary.
00:29:38.000 Actually, we did a show on The Five Podcast with Gary and Dom, and I brought up a video what's happening in China, right?
00:29:44.000 Where there's a digital ID.
00:29:46.000 And you cannot buy, go to school, get a job, none of that shit without this ID.
00:29:50.000 And there's a social score as well.
00:29:52.000 So if you don't do what they say, pretty much it can lower your score, and then at that point, once it's super lowered and you can't have any points anymore, you're gonna be homeless.
00:30:00.000 And then what do you do?
00:30:01.000 Because if I want to help you, this happens to me.
00:30:03.000 I lose my points too.
00:30:04.000 So no one's gonna help you, because they're gonna get fuck up their shit, and then two, you're on the streets.
00:30:09.000 So this is why I say like people are having fun now, they're they're relaxing, smoking weed and getting lit.
00:30:15.000 I'm telling you, bro, like, dude, this is a real issue because I'm saying this now to you guys, and I've been told this months ago.
00:30:23.000 Uh, if you guys are in my city network, I've been dropping gems in there non-stop and the Zoom calls as well.
00:30:28.000 We gotta meet meet up in DR in December, a mastermind.
00:30:31.000 But this is where I say, like, this is all happening right now.
00:30:35.000 And people may say, oh, fresh, bro, like, you're just buggy, bro.
00:30:38.000 You just do my gloom.
00:30:39.000 Well, my friend, I thought so too until you know what?
00:30:43.000 Next video you're gonna see what I'm saying in detail detail, but like for now we'll continue the video.
00:30:46.000 Here we go.
00:30:47.000 All while at the same time being asked to reduce my workload with AI, and our team was having layoffs every like three months.
00:30:54.000 I should have seen it coming.
00:30:55.000 I really should have.
00:30:56.000 But the thing is is that it was not something that I saw coming because the day before that they laid me off, I was literally talking coverage plans with another.
00:31:03.000 Do you remember when we did a podcast Money Monday talking about how to budget?
00:31:07.000 Uh you should have at least six months to a year in savings.
00:31:12.000 It's because it happens to you guys where you get laid off your job.
00:31:16.000 Okay.
00:31:17.000 Fucking sucks, by the way, but I can hold off until I get another job.
00:31:22.000 Here's the issue though.
00:31:24.000 The job market is fucked.
00:31:26.000 So, another job is gonna come to you when who knows?
00:31:30.000 That's why I'm telling you guys, it's scary because fellas, if you've got a job now, don't quit it.
00:31:35.000 Don't say, Oh, this is annoying, bro, this is boring.
00:31:38.000 But fellas, stay in your fucking job, bro, because the economy is not good right now.
00:31:43.000 And if you leave your job, I'm telling you this right now, bro.
00:31:46.000 There's not a guarantee that's gonna say you can get another job nowadays.
00:31:50.000 So I got a friend of mine, works in tech.
00:31:53.000 He was working for Microsoft, and he thought he was gonna bigger than the program.
00:31:58.000 He literally went ahead and said, I'm gonna quit my job.
00:32:01.000 And he did.
00:32:02.000 And he wants to go to c to a competitor, right?
00:32:04.000 However, the competitor that hired him laid him off within three months.
00:32:10.000 And it's because AI is here to stay.
00:32:13.000 Now, he works at a pet shop with all his accolades and degrees.
00:32:18.000 But wait a minute.
00:32:19.000 He got a better job.
00:32:21.000 But for how long?
00:32:23.000 So guys, I'm telling you, man, if you got a job right now, fellas, keep your job.
00:32:27.000 Stocks are bred up because the market right now is cooked.
00:32:31.000 Employee who was going on leave for like months.
00:32:34.000 How am I supposed to sit there and not think that I'm safe in that moment?
00:32:38.000 I just think it's absolutely ridiculous that we live in a world like this where like my manager wasn't even the one that fired me, by the way, or laid me off.
00:32:45.000 It was freaking HR.
00:32:46.000 And they read off a script.
00:32:48.000 But my whole team got laid off.
00:32:49.000 Yo, HR, my nigga?
00:32:51.000 Yo, bruh.
00:32:52.000 HR's in trouble, by the way.
00:32:54.000 Mem okay, remember you go to your well, if you worked a corporate job, right?
00:32:57.000 Maybe HR department in the corner, whatever, just watching everybody like fucking, you know, with the evil eye, you're like, what the fuck, bro?
00:33:03.000 I'm just trying to do my job.
00:33:05.000 They're going away very fast because with the new technology coming with AI, we don't need HR anymore.
00:33:10.000 Fuck y'all niggas, bro.
00:33:11.000 We good.
00:33:12.000 All we need is some fucking work.
00:33:14.000 But here's the problem though.
00:33:16.000 HR is the bosses liaison between fires, write-ups, and telling you what bosses don't want to tell you.
00:33:25.000 And the problem is that like this woman right here, I mean, who's gonna save her?
00:33:32.000 Didn't understand that HR was not her friend.
00:33:35.000 Neither her employees or her boss were her friend.
00:33:37.000 And this is why I say, fellas, corporate America is very much into politics.
00:33:42.000 Listen, I'm able to be, you know, what I need to be in any scenario.
00:33:46.000 This is why at my job, I was able to level up because I understand how politics works.
00:33:51.000 I understand also that when you work in corporate America, there's no like, that's my boy, it's my dog.
00:33:57.000 It's more like numbers and also who they like.
00:34:00.000 Now, they can pretend to like you, but when you go home to your family, laugh, like, oh, it's Timmy over there.
00:34:07.000 He's about to get fired on Tuesday.
00:34:09.000 You have no idea.
00:34:10.000 So these people are not your friends.
00:34:12.000 And I remember they'd be like, hey, uh, Walter, you want to come to uh drink some beers with us after work?
00:34:19.000 Uh no.
00:34:21.000 I'm gonna stay here and work later hours.
00:34:23.000 I'm gonna stay here over time because I know anything, my goals are to buy property, I'll leave here as fast as possible.
00:34:29.000 I mean, they they didn't know that, but I knew that for myself, and that's why I say, hey, corporate American man, do your job, be cool with people at work, but understand they're not your friends at all.
00:34:41.000 Yeah.
00:34:42.000 And this is the reality for a lot of Americans right now.
00:34:45.000 My partner is a first responder, so I'm very lucky for the fact that I can be leaning on him for support right now because luckily his job is secure, thanks to the fact that number one, his job is essential, and number two, he has a union behind him.
00:34:57.000 What I will never understand is why corporate agencies have not unionized.
00:35:02.000 I beg to differ.
00:35:03.000 Unions nowadays are compromised.
00:35:06.000 I'll tell you why.
00:35:07.000 This is a company, uh, I don't know if I can say the company name.
00:35:11.000 There's a company out there that actually went behind the union, and there's clauses in contracts where you can actually go behind the union and still get fired.
00:35:21.000 So they can't save you all the time, fellas.
00:35:27.000 We're not allowed, right?
00:35:28.000 We're not allowed.
00:35:29.000 That's part of it.
00:35:30.000 We'll get fired because at least in this corporate world, they're always gonna sign on the side of business because that's what's making the government money.
00:35:36.000 This world right now is not supporting people, it is supporting business.
00:35:42.000 You are just a number, unfortunately.
00:35:44.000 So please prepare yourself for shit like this.
00:35:47.000 I wish I would have.
00:35:48.000 I wish I've been applying to other jobs months ago.
00:35:50.000 I just was so dumb to not realize the signs.
00:35:53.000 I want to talk about it.
00:35:55.000 I think people need to talk about it.
00:35:56.000 I think we need to make this more public.
00:35:58.000 We all saw the jobs report.
00:36:00.000 It was awful.
00:36:01.000 Getting laid off on the day that the jobs report goes out, and it's 22,000 instead of 75,000 new jobs.
00:36:07.000 You know how discouraging that is.
00:36:09.000 Yeah, so this is his problem, right?
00:36:10.000 People are applying for jobs, and I asked I was about to recruit her actually, that's a friend of mine.
00:36:15.000 And she told me that there's a job position that she has for this uh programming um position, and she got over 3,000 applicants.
00:36:23.000 Bro, it's only one job.
00:36:26.000 Only one person getting that job.
00:36:27.000 But unfortunately, for um people applying, they're gonna have to get an email that says says to them, hey, you were not selected for this job.
00:36:36.000 But she's sent out 3,000, sorry, 2,199 emails saying, hey, you didn't get this job.
00:36:43.000 That's scary because if anyone here is wondering, okay, uh, I have a job, I'm secure, no, you're not.
00:36:50.000 Nobody's secure.
00:36:51.000 Even a creator themselves, guys.
00:36:53.000 If you actually focus on what's happening with the marketplace of AI, pretty soon we're gonna have options where we can actually, I want to say, do a whole show with AI alone.
00:37:04.000 Isn't that crazy?
00:37:05.000 Like, imagine it, fresh fit after hours, all AI.
00:37:09.000 But it looks real.
00:37:10.000 It's coming, man.
00:37:11.000 I'm telling you.
00:37:12.000 Um, yeah, let's continue some more as well.
00:37:14.000 So look, I brought this up before on the screen, but this is actually a job uh layoff chart and and some stats here.
00:37:19.000 You guys gotta see because it's fucking scary, bro.
00:37:21.000 Look at the shit.
00:37:22.000 Right?
00:37:23.000 So if you look here, we got the first company, Telefonica, 6,000 people laid off.
00:37:28.000 And that's what we know from the last update on this actual page.
00:37:32.000 Could be even more.
00:37:34.000 Accenture, right?
00:37:35.000 11k people laid off.
00:37:37.000 And fellas, this is uh AI focused um refresh night is finest.
00:37:41.000 This is where people say, okay, um, you know what?
00:37:44.000 I have a job secure in tech, and we've we've been lights, fellas, like legit.
00:37:48.000 They told us go to school, get a computer science degree, you're gonna be fine, have a job career forever.
00:37:54.000 That was a fucking lie.
00:37:56.000 Because you can see nowadays, fellas, tech is one of the biggest ones to lay off and very fast lay off too as well.
00:38:01.000 Uh, Microsoft, Amazon, um, you name it, they're laying off by the dozens, sorry, by the thousands.
00:38:06.000 Uh, we got as well, ZF, Frederick Shaffin.
00:38:10.000 All these companies here are laying off.
00:38:12.000 Spirit Airlines, uh, well, I mean, to be fair, Spirit Alliance have trouble from before, so that's probably why, but either way, PWC is laying off as well, Starbucks laying off, uh, Ford, BHP.
00:38:23.000 The list goes on.
00:38:24.000 But here's a kicker, right?
00:38:26.000 When this video is done, fellas, I'm gonna give you uh at the end of it, five things you can do to help prepare yourself because this is actually serious, fellas.
00:38:34.000 Like, all jokes aside, you may hate me, whatever, you may hate uh fresh and fit, whatever.
00:38:39.000 If you're hearing this my voice right now, there's a shift coming where it's gonna be a massive reset.
00:38:44.000 And if you're not on the right side of it, you're gonna be left behind.
00:38:47.000 Listen, fellas, if all else fails, and I need to figure out a way out of here, I'm mobile.
00:38:51.000 I got passports, I can go to Barbados, go to Dubai, I could go somewhere else and chill.
00:38:56.000 But can you?
00:38:57.000 Which is why I say you should have at least two passports.
00:39:00.000 This will be mobile.
00:39:01.000 Then obviously be debt-free.
00:39:03.000 I got a whole list of here for you guys as well, but I'll do it at the very end so you guys can focus on the video.
00:39:07.000 All right, here's the next one.
00:39:09.000 Here we go.
00:39:13.000 The job market itself was happening in real time.
00:39:16.000 25 job market is frozen.
00:39:19.000 It's official.
00:39:20.000 The 2025 job market is frozen.
00:39:23.000 I've been saying this for the past few years, but now the data is lining up, and this shouldn't be a surprise to anybody.
00:39:29.000 Over the past three months, the job market has only added 35,000 new jobs.
00:39:35.000 That is the slowest rate since the global pandemic.
00:39:38.000 And you'll remember during the pandemic, more you know, let's do a quick search.
00:39:42.000 How many people are actually in America itself?
00:39:45.000 So just to recap, what you just said, right?
00:39:48.000 Surprise to anybody over the past three months.
00:39:51.000 The job market has only added 35,000.
00:39:54.000 So you mentioned 35k new jobs only.
00:39:57.000 But let's let's look up like how much people are actually in America, right?
00:39:59.000 Let's say for job market.
00:40:00.000 Um, let's type in how many Americans are unemployed right now.
00:40:10.000 Whoa!
00:40:11.000 So we got a number here, fellas.
00:40:12.000 This number is actually astonishing.
00:40:14.000 We got seven million people from June are unemployed.
00:40:23.000 Brother, that's not good.
00:40:26.000 And he just said he just mentioned only on new jobs available.
00:40:32.000 35,000.
00:40:33.000 Yeah, fellas.
00:40:34.000 Don't don't quit don't go, don't quit your job.
00:40:37.000 Don't leave your job at all.
00:40:38.000 Stay there, nigga, because that's gonna keep you for now.
00:40:40.000 Because, bro, that is scary.
00:40:42.000 And fellas, if you if if you're unemployed right now, I'm telling you right now, bro, they are giving you unemployment if you're using unemployment.
00:40:51.000 But for how long?
00:40:52.000 This is very scary, fellas.
00:40:53.000 So let's continue here.
00:40:53.000 I'm telling you.
00:40:55.000 There we go.
00:40:56.000 New jobs.
00:40:57.000 That is the slowest rate since the global pandemic.
00:41:01.000 And you'll remember during the pandemic, more and more companies were putting people on furloughs, and nobody was hiring because of that magic word, uncertainty.
00:41:11.000 And right now I'm hearing the word uncertainty a lot from executives.
00:41:15.000 Uncertainty about global wars, uncertainty about tariffs, just uncertainty about the future.
00:41:21.000 We're also continuing to see companies become extremely profitable, like Meta, Microsoft.
00:41:28.000 So one thing about tech guys that people don't understand is that they are built on optimizing for investors, right?
00:41:34.000 And that means they could care less about employees, you as the customer, you're just another number to them.
00:41:41.000 So the main goal is to make sure the investors that put money into company are getting paid back dividends or highest amount possible.
00:41:49.000 Which means at any point in time, if you become a hindrance to their mission, you're gone.
00:41:56.000 Which is why tech companies are so fast and fiery, because for them it's like, okay, if I get rid of Jack, Susie, and Mary, I can just bring in this machine or this like land of code to do it for me.
00:42:08.000 And they save money, they don't pay insurance for the airbots, they don't pay um, you know, sick leave.
00:42:15.000 It just works for them non-stop on the clock.
00:42:17.000 And as an employer, if you were to if you're doing the same thing, you would do the same thing too.
00:42:21.000 Because think about it.
00:42:22.000 Think about this.
00:42:23.000 If you focus on maximum maximize their profits, why hire people?
00:42:27.000 Because if I can get away with using machines and robots that can do it 24-7, why bring people in?
00:42:32.000 And that's where going on as economy because the jar market fellas is focusing on AI optimized to the fullest.
00:42:38.000 So that's the truth of it, and it's coming very fast.
00:42:41.000 And those same companies are shedding large percentages of their people in mass layoffs.
00:42:46.000 It means that companies are laying people off, even if they're profitable, to get more profitable.
00:42:51.000 Yep.
00:42:51.000 And now they can do that by augmenting the work that's been done by some humans with AI and automation.
00:42:57.000 All of this means that the 2025 job market is absolutely brutal, cooked, frozen, whatever you want to call it.
00:43:04.000 So if you have a job, I would start getting your resume ready, start networking, and really prepare for the worst.
00:43:11.000 Uh, because in the short term, it's not getting better, and we're hitting what I would consider rock button.
00:43:16.000 So, remember BlackRock?
00:43:18.000 Uh, people were saying for uh uh a while that they were buying a lot of properties to I guess do a massive like shift for the culture.
00:43:27.000 And the funny part is that like they're still buying things today, property, different investments, obviously to please their share shareholders because that's what's important.
00:43:36.000 But here's what they're doing, right?
00:43:37.000 They're buying things that are necessities, which is real estate, actual um businesses that help economy like electricity, um, they're buying as well um data centers because they understand what's happening next.
00:43:51.000 Basically, they're they're gonna invest into like AI.
00:43:54.000 Remember, AI has to be powered by a lot of um data centers.
00:43:58.000 If it gets too hot in there, things don't work, they don't break down.
00:44:01.000 So this is why I say all the time, man, you gotta have foresight because if you can see what's happening in the future, you can predict and move accordingly to benefit um for yourself and your family.
00:44:12.000 And again, this is why I'm saying, guys, right now we're in a recession.
00:44:16.000 They won't say it on the news because oh, it's gonna be bad for people.
00:44:19.000 But so you guys have an upper hand, get into um looking at savings for yourself, emergency fund, and of course, make sure that you have no debt.
00:44:30.000 That's gonna be very important.
00:44:32.000 So having a list here of things that you can do to maneuver.
00:44:35.000 Obviously, there's more I can share with you guys, and we will pretty soon, but I'll give you the list uh real quick, and we'll come back to this.
00:44:42.000 So, number one, you want to have six to twelve months of savings lined up.
00:44:47.000 That's pretty standard.
00:44:48.000 I mean, hopefully you'd be doing that from before.
00:44:51.000 Uh things do happen though, um, where you might have to use your use of your money for emergency, things do happen, so that's fine, but you can't build it back up.
00:44:58.000 Now, number two, pay off all bad debt.
00:45:02.000 Fellas, man, I had some issues, bro.
00:45:04.000 Uh, I did car business.
00:45:05.000 Things went pretty good at the beginning, really bad.
00:45:08.000 I had to pay some shit off.
00:45:09.000 It sucked.
00:45:10.000 Um but again, this is where I say, like, no one knows or has crystal ball pretty much, right?
00:45:14.000 So things happen, no perfect, but you need to pay off all your debt.
00:45:18.000 That's gonna keep you uh focused, keep your mind right.
00:45:21.000 And when you're in debt, fellas, you get maybe you're not paying your debt off, you get calls about paying your debt, you get letters in the mail.
00:45:28.000 It's annoying.
00:45:29.000 You want to be free, have the money tied up into investments and not into debt.
00:45:32.000 Remember, if you're paying interest on debt, you're losing money, interest for yourself.
00:45:36.000 Make sense.
00:45:37.000 So invest into yourself and uh obviously your skills.
00:45:40.000 Now, number three is gonna be put money into high yield savings account, uh, possibly or if you can over three percent.
00:45:47.000 Now, real quick, I have a list here of things of things you can uh get into for savings accounts.
00:45:53.000 One second here, not bad at all.
00:45:56.000 Um, let's see, here we go.
00:45:58.000 So we got SoFi coming in at 4.5%, which is pretty good.
00:46:02.000 Um, I'm not gonna lie.
00:46:03.000 We got here as well, American Express savings, which is 3.5%.
00:46:07.000 Next bank, 4.26, and on and on we go.
00:46:12.000 So anything over 3% is good because obviously that beat inflation for a little bit.
00:46:17.000 But again, you can need to pay off your debt and make sure you have money for emergencies because this is fine and dandy, fellas, but you need to have a cushion because things are hard right now.
00:46:28.000 I don't care who you are, millionaire.
00:46:30.000 I got friends that billionaires worried about this shit.
00:46:32.000 And if they're worried, fellas, we need to be worried too because they they're building bunkers.
00:46:36.000 Remember, I said in the stream, you're building bunkers underneath their the cribs, you're building like um these like hidden tunnel pieces because they understand what's happening, what's coming next.
00:46:44.000 Also, keep in mind if you look at it from the standpoint of how to make money as well.
00:46:48.000 When you have less things, you are able to be mobile, and you don't have certain responsibilities, you can do more.
00:46:55.000 So I think having less is more as well, but understand what's happening next.
00:46:59.000 And of course, guys, that itself is tough.
00:47:02.000 Paying off is never easy.
00:47:03.000 So you can use this calculator here to pay off your debt.
00:47:06.000 Well, you need to actually put into it uh per month to pay it off, and it's free online.
00:47:10.000 I'll just check it out.
00:47:10.000 Calcul is calculator.net, that payout calculator by HTML.
00:47:14.000 And then, of course, he mentioned in the video networking, right?
00:47:18.000 So they say all the time fresh networking is gay, it's not effective, it doesn't work very well.
00:47:24.000 Uh it's very vague.
00:47:25.000 Well, what does this mean?
00:47:26.000 Like you say you do networking, but what does it actually mean?
00:47:29.000 And this is why I always laugh because everything that's happening, the podcast, in business, politics, it's all networking.
00:47:38.000 You see Trump's team, he has a full team of people helping him when he walks around.
00:47:42.000 It's billionaires, obviously Elon Musk is there, Sam Altman.
00:47:46.000 He has finance as well.
00:47:48.000 He has a full team people there that are a good network.
00:47:50.000 So if anything has to come up or anything has to be like spoken about, hey, you handle that, you handle that.
00:47:56.000 So I'm networking.
00:47:57.000 Which is why I say if you're in trouble, if you have like an issue at work, or maybe you have like an issue at maybe like your business, you need help.
00:48:04.000 Who are you gonna call?
00:48:06.000 Who can you call?
00:48:07.000 Nobody.
00:48:09.000 So this is why I say networking, man is essential.
00:48:11.000 And look, let's say, for example, you're in an industry where you know things go bad, but your friends at different industries that can help you move over to that industry.
00:48:20.000 Why not?
00:48:20.000 I got a friend of mine.
00:48:21.000 He was begging to car rentals here.
00:48:23.000 Um, he actually figured out that hey, it's not very profitable.
00:48:26.000 I'm the money, I need to get out.
00:48:28.000 When his customers that he networked with, uh that bought a car.
00:48:32.000 No, sorry, he rented a car from him one time, a line years.
00:48:35.000 He owns an actual warehouse full of Amazon products.
00:48:41.000 He sells them at a percentage, obviously, he's a he's a shipper, whatever.
00:48:44.000 And now, instead of doing car rentals, he works with him directly and make a bunch of money together.
00:48:49.000 So, no matter what it is, fellas, you need network.
00:48:52.000 And you may say, Oh, networking is gay, bro.
00:48:54.000 Well, how about this?
00:48:55.000 You sit on your ass, stay home, and stay broke.
00:48:57.000 Because I don't know what to tell you, bro.
00:48:58.000 Like at that point, man, you lost it.
00:49:01.000 So, guys, this is what I recommend for networking.
00:49:04.000 Is meetup.com.
00:49:05.000 Easy to use, pretty much.
00:49:07.000 Um, it's focused on giving you the best events around your area.
00:49:11.000 And look, you got my two searches here, cybersecurity and real estate.
00:49:14.000 When I was coming up in America, I was looking at real estate a lot.
00:49:17.000 So I type it into meetup.com, hit search, and it's gonna show me uh what's around me for real estate, right?
00:49:24.000 And of course, not everyone's gonna be amazing, but you go to a couple events, and you're gonna see what's happening.
00:49:31.000 He guys, I saw the Connor Rumble.
00:49:33.000 There's an issue, it's uh it's a glitch, don't worry, but it's fine.
00:49:36.000 And here you're gonna see all the events are in your area for real estate.
00:49:40.000 So again, uh, I used this coming up myself, it's pretty effective.
00:49:43.000 I went to I went to some events here, Postmasters as well, key club, all these things help me move forward.
00:49:48.000 And honestly, guys, like the right connection can change your entire life.
00:49:52.000 So don't sleep on that shit.
00:49:54.000 And then, of course, the last one's gonna be um yeah, yeah, network.
00:50:00.000 So, network is very important because that's gonna save you a lot of time and effort because fellas, right now, you don't understand this.
00:50:06.000 This is where, like, should uh how to put this?
00:50:10.000 This is where like most people that have money access will help you if they like you or if they want to be around you.
00:50:17.000 And for example, we had an issue with um YouTube.
00:50:19.000 Remember, we got we got demonetized, whatever, lost a lot of income.
00:50:23.000 I don't know why, man.
00:50:24.000 We were kind of cooked, but luckily from networking, like Myron said on uh on the last video he did.
00:50:30.000 Um, he mentioned that like I had a friend that was pretty successful.
00:50:34.000 He saw what's happening with us, came through, and then blessed us with you know a deal.
00:50:39.000 That deal made us able to survive for a lot longer and of course uh maintain relevancy and of course maintain fresh and fit.
00:50:49.000 But imagine I didn't network, I didn't make connections, I didn't know anybody, had an issue, couldn't make a phone call.
00:50:58.000 What do we do?
00:51:00.000 Which is why uh I made another phone call, and YouTube will be back soon.
00:51:10.000 Pretty soon.
00:51:11.000 Praying on this shit too as well.
00:51:13.000 But that's the um beat networking.
00:51:16.000 You never know when you need help, but you need it.
00:51:19.000 Who can you call?
00:51:20.000 That's all it takes, man.
00:51:22.000 And this is why I say, man, oh fresh bull, you're just and that.
00:51:25.000 Bro, y'all niggas don't know me, man.
00:51:27.000 I'm plugged in with everybody.
00:51:29.000 Now, when it comes to making money, I'm your boy.
00:51:32.000 When it comes to getting connections to the people for collabs, I'm your boy.
00:51:36.000 When it comes to deals, I'm your boy.
00:51:39.000 But of course, I do out of love, man.
00:51:42.000 I don't take money for it at all.
00:51:43.000 I should I should take money for it, but I don't, which is why I made a single network because we had mass massive value in there, and of course, meetups, of course, and of course, um, trips.
00:51:51.000 So go check it out.
00:51:52.000 All right.
00:51:53.000 Um, but yeah, fellas.
00:51:55.000 Today is a chill day today.
00:51:57.000 Myron's actually um doing a big collab, uh, Texas.
00:52:00.000 So go shout out to him, go support him.
00:52:01.000 I think tomorrow.
00:52:03.000 And then we're gonna do uh a stream at the hours on Wednesday, and I'm gonna be in LA on Thursday, and then we're gonna go to Vegas on the Friday for complex convoy academics.
00:52:16.000 It's gonna be lit, man.
00:52:17.000 Let's get into that.
00:52:19.000 Uh some collabs over there as well.
00:52:21.000 We're gonna IL stream that, and we're gonna have a lot of people um for some videos, some interviews, it's gonna be pretty dope.
00:52:28.000 And then next big guest is coming the following week.
00:52:32.000 And I can't say who it is yet, but for your castle club to the network.
00:52:37.000 I'm gonna drop it in there for you guys, low-key, low-key low key.
00:52:40.000 Um, so stay tuned for that.
00:52:41.000 But 6ix9ines interview is dope.
00:52:43.000 Shout out to him, man, for coming through.
00:52:44.000 Uh, he's definitely dope.
00:52:46.000 And we're we might be uh in uh Dubai pretty soon for Andrew Tate's fight in December.
00:52:52.000 That's gonna be lit, man.
00:52:53.000 I can't I'm looking forward to it because listen, man.
00:52:57.000 Dubai is cool and all, but when you're with the Tates, bro, next level, bro.
00:53:03.000 They know how to party and have a good time.
00:53:04.000 So shout out to them.
00:53:05.000 Alright, um, that's it for me, fellas.
00:53:08.000 Short and sweet, in and out.
00:53:10.000 And this is why I say, listen, bro, less is more.
00:53:12.000 Guys, just to recap.
00:53:14.000 The economy is in sh the shit right now.
00:53:17.000 Now, the news won't tell you this because they're gonna want to save you the depression and hassle and the worry.
00:53:24.000 But I'll tell you because it's the truth, and the red pill is very much the truth on everything religion, dating, money, finances, life.
00:53:33.000 And this is where I say, even if you say you're fine right now, look at it from the standpoint of this is gonna last a long time.
00:53:41.000 Remember, this is the beginning, it's gonna get way worse than this.
00:53:45.000 Like, fellas, I just showed you all the layoffs from each company going on the list.
00:53:50.000 Keep in mind though, that is only some of the companies.
00:53:52.000 There's way more companies laying off as we speak.
00:53:54.000 The government, they did a furlough, and all people that got furloughed are coming back to work.
00:54:00.000 They're done for it.
00:54:01.000 When they get when they get, oh yeah, we're we're hiring, we're gonna bring people back to work.
00:54:05.000 They get an email saying just leave, they're gonna be very surprised because I got some information on the inside that's telling me that this people are cooked, fellas.
00:54:14.000 So again though, uh just to recap.
00:54:17.000 You need to focus on these four things.
00:54:19.000 Number one, you need to actually focus on having six to twelve months of savings for emergency and rainy day.
00:54:26.000 You get fire from your job, you need money to put into you maybe a business or maybe even like a site venture, use that money right there.
00:54:33.000 Number two, you're gonna have to have make sure all your debts paid off.
00:54:37.000 That's gonna give you mental clarity, and this is a freedom you get from being debt free, fellas.
00:54:41.000 Like, when I was debt free, fellas, I bought a property, bought myself a rangeover, I had a great life.
00:54:48.000 I have money left over.
00:54:49.000 I could just do shit that I wanted to do.
00:54:51.000 No burden of like credit card debt or like you know bad debt.
00:54:56.000 And I was happy as fuck.
00:54:57.000 Like, I was super happy.
00:54:58.000 I was living the dream.
00:55:00.000 But when I'm in debt, I feel like it's always on my mind.
00:55:04.000 I owe somebody, and even now, like I'm not fully paying off all my debt, but I'm gonna get there very soon.
00:55:10.000 When I'm done with paying off my debt, man, which is a month or two, I'll be back to normal.
00:55:14.000 So again, things happen, fellas.
00:55:16.000 No perfect.
00:55:17.000 Uh, but once that's paid off, back to races.
00:55:20.000 So for you guys as well, pay for your debt, man, because it's very important.
00:55:23.000 Number three, put money into high-you's savings account, preferably the ones that showed you before.
00:55:28.000 Uh, just to recap it real quick.
00:55:29.000 Here they are.
00:55:30.000 Um, you got SoFi, American Express, next bank, pretty good.
00:55:36.000 And as well, fellas, network.
00:55:38.000 It's very important.
00:55:40.000 I can tell you all day, focus on you know, making money, all this stuff.
00:55:44.000 But if you make a lot of money by yourself, what are you really doing?
00:55:48.000 Like, if you can't share with other people, connect with other people, make connections and make things happen for yourself.
00:55:52.000 What are you really doing?
00:55:53.000 I got a friend of mine, just got a deal.
00:55:56.000 Um, he met one of my friends back in the day.
00:55:58.000 Uh he said, hey bro, I'm out of this contract.
00:56:01.000 What should I do?
00:56:02.000 Made a phone call.
00:56:04.000 Million plus in in a deal.
00:56:06.000 All because of a connection.
00:56:07.000 And that's what I do, fellas.
00:56:09.000 Like, people need help, they call me.
00:56:11.000 You need something done, you need something.
00:56:12.000 Oh, I can call call so and so.
00:56:14.000 I got it.
00:56:15.000 But that took me years of many people make connections, building trust, relationships, which is why when I say someone's terrible or someone's a bad person, because I know them intimately in a way that I see their piece of shit.
00:56:26.000 Stick out.
00:56:26.000 But the point is that like listen, fellas, you gotta focus on networking.
00:56:30.000 That's very important.
00:56:30.000 Alright.
00:56:31.000 Um, I'm out of here, guys.
