00:17:07.000We're going to be doing a very thorough PowerPoint on basically the dating market, and we're going to connect a lot of dots for you guys.
00:17:16.000So, if you've been struggling with dating in the West or America specifically, and you kind of had questions, this presentation is going to answer all those questions.
00:17:23.000It's going to be one of the most comprehensive looks at the landscape when it comes to modern dating.
00:17:28.000John, can you quickly introduce yourself, and we'll get right into the presentation?
00:17:36.000I've been doing this for 11 years, and I have an international experience.
00:17:40.000And, you know, the situation that we have in America with modern dating right now is quite frankly one of, no, not if it is the worst situation in the modern world.
00:17:56.000If you want to talk about all 38 developed nations, America is the worst place in the world for men and dating right now.
00:18:04.000And today's presentation, unfortunately, is.
00:18:08.000A little bit on the black pill side because usually, you know, when I come here, I'm pretty like optimistic and positive and stuff.
00:18:15.000But this data that I've done, I've deep dived using multiple AIs, census data, CDC data, GSS surveys, dating surveys, and so much has really shocked me.
00:18:28.000And I wanted to do a very exclusive breaking report here on the Fresh and Fit podcast because this is the number one men's podcast in the world.
00:18:36.000And yeah, we just need to comprehensively look at this data and dive right into it.
00:20:25.000We have traded our culture for consumerism.
00:20:28.000And it's really just a very, like, not very good situation, especially when I came from living in Japan, which is a highly functional.0.91
00:20:37.000I would say, in contrast to Japan, it's like, yeah.0.95
00:20:39.000Highly functioning society, extremely safe, you know, highest life expectancy on the planet.1.00
00:20:46.000Great medical care, great food, great public transportation, extremely cheap.
00:20:52.000Nobody's getting stabbed in the subways, right?
00:20:54.000Nobody's getting shot up in the subways like here, you know.
00:20:57.000So, like outside of dating, like there's other obviously big pitfalls with the United States.
00:21:00.000But, like, with the dating, when you came back, you noticed, like, why are men even dealing with this?
00:21:04.000And you ever connect the dots for a lot of them?
00:21:06.000I just really thought that guys were just like being crybabies and stuff until I moved back here and then started seeing it with my own eyes on the ground.
00:21:18.000And it is just, this is unsustainable.
00:21:24.000I don't know what's going to happen, but we are not heading to a good place.
00:21:28.000Because the last time the amount of sexlessness like this happened with a country was Weimar, Germany, which led to, you know, the Nazis and all that stuff, you know, coming to main power.
00:21:43.000So I really don't think this is an experiment that's going to end well.
00:21:47.000And like I said, I really try to be positive and optimistic, but data is data, numbers are numbers.
00:21:53.000And after today's presentation, if you're a guy at home having trouble, struggling with your dating life, you're going to feel a little bit vindicated because.
00:22:03.000Quite frankly, a lot of this stuff is not your fault.
00:22:06.000And pay attention to what we're going to jump in today because it's going to be a very deep dive.
00:22:17.000And, you know, and I'm glad because, you know, obviously you have something to compare the BS that we deal with here to contrast with something else.
00:24:41.000Let's talk about men versus women on dating apps, okay?
00:24:44.000So simply, men's median match rate is 2%, women's is 41%.0.76
00:24:50.000Women are 8.4% or 8.4 times more likely to match.
00:24:55.000And the problem is they're overwhelmed with options.1.00
00:24:58.000That's the problem that women deal with.1.00
00:24:59.000They have a sea of men that they're not interested chasing after them, which is also a component of what's really going wrong here in the United States.0.92
00:25:10.000Above figure came from a simulation built on Tinder behavior data.
00:25:15.000And men get an average of seven likes per day if they're lucky.
00:25:20.000And women on average about 92 likes per day.
00:25:24.000Can you imagine if you got 92 likes on a dating app a day?0.94
00:27:36.000And the only way they're going to try and shut us up is through censorship because facts are facts.
00:27:40.000And if you can't deal with it, I mean, grow up.
00:27:42.000And I think it's important because now that we've kind of quantified this for you guys, you understand how important it is to have your shit together.
00:28:26.000But I also want to be clear, too, guys, that, you know, don't use this as an excuse like, oh, I can't get girls, because it's like, the purpose of this.
00:28:34.000Presentation is to let you guys know how the odds are stacked against you and you're going to overcome anyway.
00:29:28.000So, well, it's going to get worse for women too because three out of all the five main jobs that are going to be replaced 100% by AI are female dominated.0.91
00:29:38.000So, the comeuppance for women in this country is coming and it's not going to be good.0.95
00:29:42.000You know, there are going to be a lot of them on government welfare.1.00
00:29:45.000It's not like I said, the days of like, especially after being back here in America, the days of, You know, chilling, like I'm gonna go hang out, I'm gonna drink mimosas on the weekend with my friends.
00:29:57.000Like, if you do that too much, you're gonna be cooked permanently.
00:30:12.000A lot of my guys, too, in my coaching groups, like, you know, because I'm a big guy in holding frame, a lot of these guys, like the girls are trying to make some ridiculous demands, and they're like, nah, the answer is no.
00:30:33.000The men, the number one problem men do is they chase the wrong women and they give power away to women who don't deserve it and the women who don't like them.
00:30:40.000You know, the number one problem I would think guys have with dating the wrong dating strategies in the United States of America is they're just chasing after women that don't like them at all.
00:30:48.000And the only thing that women are going to do is going to financially extract as much out of you to level herself up to chase the Chad that she wants.0.71
00:34:06.000They go there and they become brainwashed to hate men, hate their femininity, hate everything about themselves, and then go be debt slaves in corporate America.1.00
00:34:15.000That's the truth about the education right there.0.93
00:34:28.000And the US divorce rate is that the claim is falling is a mirage.
00:34:33.000It just reflects that marriage is not happening.
00:34:37.000People, the marriages aren't getting healthier.
00:34:38.000That's a very important distinction because a lot of people will say, oh, we have less divorces, but they're not accounting for the fact that the only reason we have less divorces is because less people are getting married in the first place.
00:37:42.000The same thing goes out to you guys because I used to be just like you guys, watching stuff at home in my 20s and trying to figure it out.
00:37:49.000Came from a single mother household, you know, just trying to figure out how to survive and make it and surviving turned into learning how to thrive.
00:37:57.000So, as a man, the number one thing you cannot do is become filled with despair and become with hopelessness because after that, you're definitely cooked.0.99
00:38:07.000So, this is a fresh and fit exclusive presentation.
00:38:11.000So, if you hear any of this repeated after the show, Know that you saw it here first on the number one men's podcast in the world with me, Jonathan, from Modern Life Dating.
00:40:46.000I even started a show called the Tokyo Love Show where I interviewed women living and dating in Tokyo to truly try and understand what was going on.
00:40:54.000There's me with some of my girlfriends there.
00:41:59.000But I had tremendous dating success around the world in all countries for the last years, including Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, the UK, Colombia, Paraguay, and a bunch of other countries as well.
00:42:11.000Those are just some popular ones right there.
00:42:49.000So, but there was one thing that really shook me to the core here that was happening in my dating business.
00:42:57.000Men had started contacting me more and seemed to be in more despair than ever before, saying they couldn't get dates and it was affecting their mental health to a very bad extreme.
00:43:08.000I had, in the 11 years of running my business, I had never seen such an influx of men suffering like this before.
00:43:14.000And they were crying on phone calls with me, a lot of grown men crying, right?
00:43:25.000And this is from Montana to California to New York to Georgia.0.50
00:43:30.000I mean, and white, Arab, Lebanese, you know, the name, like the amount of guys that have contacted me, you know, even guys who unfortunately immigrated here and thought there would all be blonde white women everywhere, you know, they came like, wow, America's not like the movies, you know?
00:43:45.000But this is across ages, across cultures, and across the country.
00:43:53.000And after one year of being in the USA, months of research and hundreds of client calls, I had figured out the root cause of all the dating problems in the United States of America.
00:48:16.000And like, there's more severely obese women than men.
00:48:20.000You would think, you know, overall, there are technically more obese men than obese women in America, but that's because men carry more muscle.
00:48:27.000You have like fat truck drivers that are also struck and huge, strong.
00:48:30.000You got garbage men that are also big, strong, but also fat, you know.0.99
00:48:34.000But you can't lie about the 12.6% of the females being severely obese.
00:48:39.000Yeah, there's no justification for that one.1.00
00:52:21.000What if we, because you know, here, there's some women who are with a BMI that classifies them as overweight, but they're attractive, right?0.99
00:52:29.000This woman is classified as overweight, but she's relatively attractive.
00:52:41.000But what if we included, Myron, 25 BMI, 26 BMI, and all the way up to 26.9, even though only a fraction of those women would actually be attractive, right?
00:52:53.000But what if we just included all that?
00:53:16.000What percent of the USA population is the following single, female, 18 to 35 years old, no children, normal body weight, and just a little fat?0.88
00:53:26.000We'll just say BMI 25, 26, and 26.9, all the way up to 26.9.
00:55:43.000So, the first world reality among the 38 developed nations that make up the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the U.S. leads the pack by a significant margin, a very fat margin, if you will.0.96
00:56:00.000The U.S. rate over 40% of adult American women are clinically obese, and roughly 70% fall into the combined overweight and obese categories.0.88
00:56:11.000That's if you have 10 women in front of you.1.00
00:56:29.000Other English speaking countries, developed nations, like you said, Myron, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom are the closest followers, but their female obesity rates hover much lower in the low to mid 30 range.1.00
00:56:55.000No, I mean, it just shows, you know, you know what you're talking about.
00:56:58.000The European contrast, like just Fresh was saying about the food.
00:57:01.000You know, Fresh, I just saw you were in France and you were living good over there.
00:57:04.000In the majority of, excuse me, in major developed European countries like Germany, France, and Italy, the female obesity rate drops significantly to roughly 10 to 17%.
00:57:19.000In highly developed first world Asian countries like Japan and South Korea, the female obesity rate remains in the single digits around 4 to 5%.
00:58:06.000Now it's two rich countries because Japan has a very strong economy, same food access, same education, arguably, but one outcome is culture and environment.
00:58:19.000Okay, we're going to see about what happened with our culture and environment here.
00:58:23.000Half of the country was a healthy weight now before, but now it's one in four.
00:58:28.000The green line here, starting in 1976, shows normal body weight.
00:59:44.000Well, I mean, when you're subjected to being visually raped by all these pigs everywhere, I can understand if you're like, I just need to find something attractive.
01:01:43.000Hey, I think we've all had to slay a few dragons in the past.
01:01:46.000I mean, you know, I think that point right there, the third point there is that it shows again, men blind from birth, judged by touching mannequins alone and women alone, preferred the same 0.7 ratio.
01:04:51.000In 2004, Dove launched its real beauty campaign to challenge beauty stereotypes, the same beauty stereotypes that are genetically embedded into men, and promote body positivity.
01:05:00.000The campaign was created in partnership with an advertising agency, Ogilvy and Mather.
01:05:05.000If you look at the early life history of somebody there, you might be talking about that on Myron Gaines X. Dove wanted to differentiate itself from competitors and connect with women.
01:06:15.000So the results the Real Beauty campaign garnered global attention and sparked conversations about body positivity and self esteem.
01:06:24.000It helped Dove establish itself as a brand that cares about its customers and their well being, leading to increased brand loyalty and sales.
01:06:32.000Obviously, all corporate bullshit talk, but.
01:06:50.000So, and this led to a catastrophic chain of events.
01:06:55.0002008, fat shaming enters Oxford English Dictionary.
01:06:59.000Pointing at the problem now becomes a crime.
01:07:02.0002009, healthy at every size goes mainstream.
01:07:07.000Weight loss is no longer a medical goal.
01:07:11.000H A E S as a framework comes from the Association for Size, Diversity, and Health, a nonprofit founded in 2003, trademarked the phrase healthy at every size.
01:07:25.000And genderqueer activist Lindo Bacon published a book, and that is Healthy at Every Size The Surprising Truth About Your Weight.
01:07:33.000And then she published it under the name Linda Bacon.0.65
01:07:41.000She is a nutrition researcher whose book became the movement's Bible and pushed it from activist circles into diet, uh, uh, dietitians, medicine, and eventually corporate HR.
01:07:52.000So now you have corporate HR telling the workers that they can be fat and it's okay.
01:08:31.000Algorithmic feeds take over and engagement rewards validation, not truth.
01:08:36.000And we've all seen this in the comment section.
01:08:38.000Fresh, Myron, we have all seen women lying to obese women in the comment section of Instagram, telling them they're beautiful no matter what.0.64
01:08:46.000TikTok is literally like a girl will be in a car complaining about some stuff, and her comment section is all, you go, girl, you're a queen, fuck him, blah, blah, blah.0.61
01:08:52.000It's like constant reaffirmation of their stupidity and bad behavior.
01:09:52.000The lie didn't spread because it was true, it spread because it was profitable for the platforms, the brands, and the influencers selling it.
01:16:22.000Even one of the biggest faces of the fat acceptant movement proved she didn't believe in it herself, despite making millions from promoting it.
01:16:30.000Because let's be honest, nobody really wants to be fat.
01:19:02.000No needles equals mass adoption because a lot of people are afraid of needles.
01:19:05.000A lot of people don't have the strength to jab themselves, right?
01:19:09.000So, employer insurance also coverage is 44% in 2024.
01:19:13.000It's projected to be 65% by 2027 because the insurance companies know there's so many fat people that we're going to make some money off of them losing weight.1.00
01:19:23.000Corporations told women to get fat and they listen.
01:19:26.000Now they're being told to get skinny and they're listening again.
01:19:47.000And this should also be a little bit eye opening for you guys at home because it just shows you that what women say and what women do are usually two different things.0.94
01:22:03.000Regardless of how a man looks, weighs, whatever, he still desires women with a 0.7 hip to waist ratio, AKA non fat women.
01:22:15.000At best, in America, there are 5.6 million women in the USA who fit the model of female single 18 to 35 and sub 27 BMI.
01:22:25.000That doesn't include the 0.7 hip to waist ratio as well.
01:22:29.000So, One in five married men admit to having cheated on their spouse.
01:22:33.000So, when we factor in the data next, which is you're going to get about 20 million men when you include single men and men who are cheating on their wives or girlfriends.
01:26:27.000So, fat flation is defined quickly.1.00
01:26:31.000If you're using a one to scale, one to 10 scale, right, to rank female attractiveness, it's now inflated due to the large amount of obese and overweight women in the dating market.0.98
01:26:42.000Furthermore, if the average woman in the United States is now obese, that puts her right in the middle as a five.1.00
01:27:25.000The overweight is the six and the normal weight is a seven.1.00
01:27:28.000If she's severely obese, she's a four.0.99
01:27:31.000You know, when before it would be severely obese is a one, obese is a two, you know, overweight is three, obese, excuse me, obese, overweight, and then regular weight was right in the middle at five.
01:28:42.000Because of the low supply of attractive women, men are now trying to compete by raising the price they pay for women.
01:28:50.000This is what Fresh was alluding to, right?1.00
01:28:53.000Coffee dates are now frowned upon by women because they're getting spoiled by men overpaying just to get a shot at a date at her, AKA simping.1.00
01:29:03.000Simping is the real root cause of all this because men are continuously paying the high price.1.00
01:29:10.000The only reason some woman will ask you for $200, $300, $500 to have sex with her is because she probably had four guys already that did that or her girlfriends are doing it.1.00
01:29:24.000So, typically, right, if your dating strategy works with either men or women, you want to do it over and over again because it works, right?
01:29:31.000So, I used to wonder okay, I'm out here dating, I'm still in the data market.0.65
01:29:37.000Why is it every girl is trying to position herself to make money instantly or within that time frame of meeting somebody, right?0.64
01:30:15.000We are in the pay for play capital of the United States of America in Miami.
01:30:20.000You know, what's like, I was telling Myron last night, the fact that Clay Thompson was paying Megan the Stallion $300,000.
01:30:27.000Thousand dollars a month when they were dating, she has never hit a layup in her life.
01:30:33.000Like, she has no NBA rings, she's gonna be washed in like five years, if not already.0.99
01:30:38.000Bro, I remember seeing her here with Tory Lanez back in the day, going to strip clubs and wilding out.
01:30:43.000Bro, like, I think you guys understand, like, the dating market has been cooked for a while anyway, but it's more relevant because you can see it in real time.
01:30:51.000And it was crazy that, like, pay for play hasn't always been in your face, but now it is.
01:30:57.000And for most men, if you can't pay to play, you're out of the game.0.65
01:30:59.000Well, and because the women, Who are, you know, attractive are literally in the fucking 1%.1.00
01:31:08.000Bro, walking the streets here as a hot girl, you can post 10 times minimum.1.00
01:31:23.000And when you start to apply this model, this, because when I was living in Japan, I was like, how are these fucking hoes making all this money on OnlyFans?1.00
01:31:30.000And then I realized I come here, I'm like, oh, every girl's fucking disgusting.1.00
01:31:36.000And so you are damn near a fucking celebrity because you are not even in the 1%.1.00
01:31:40.000You're in the top 1% if you're hot.0.95
01:31:43.000If you're hot, you have nice tits, nice ass, cute face, young, you're in the 0.0 something percent.1.00
01:31:48.000I'm going to give you something that no one talks about ever online.1.00
01:31:52.000Do you know why girls do OnlyFans?1.00
01:33:13.000Here's the worst part not only is she getting paid for TikTok, Guys are taking her on dates, paying her to go on dates because they can see her now.
01:33:20.000So, the new strip club is TikTok live, bro.
01:36:02.000They'll make themselves hotter or even give that money to the Chads because they'll take the simp money, level themselves up, and try to get to the top 1% of men.0.77
01:36:10.000You know, it's the biggest L men take I've seen in Miami, especially.0.59
01:36:14.000They'll have a girlfriend, wine at a diner, spoil her, everything, right?1.00
01:39:03.000I see guys paying $5,000 for photo shoots just to have a chance at an online dating market that is A, flooded with low quality women, B, flooded with men.
01:39:43.000So the next one engaging in look maxing, which can include the abuse of steroids, facial fillers, makeup, and extreme surgeries just to give men the illusion.
01:39:56.000But this does not give them discernment skills to identify good women who are capable of relationship, nor does it teach them the mandatory skills of leadership a man needs to have a relationship with women.
01:40:40.000Okay, if you were to do anything, you know, a lot of people say passport bro is a cope, passport bro is weak, passport bro is for losers.
01:40:51.000No, the only losers are the people who haven't actually looked at the math of the situation right in front of them in the United States of America and realized the hopelessness of their situation.
01:41:03.000Okay, so if you take a look at what's happening exactly here, men are leaving the United States of America in record numbers in order to find better living elsewhere.
01:41:14.000And in 2025, the USA saw the first year since the Great Depression where more people left America than came into it.
01:41:27.000The Wall Street Journal did a story on this recently.
01:41:30.000And that is 2025, again, more people left America than came in.
01:41:37.000And that's the first time that's happened since the 1920s when we had the Great Depression.
01:41:44.000And this is just a logical choice because, once again, they're just not enough attractive women, thin women in the United States to fulfill the needs of men.0.98
01:41:53.000It's just a logical conclusion that you have to come to.0.96
01:41:56.000If you have the balls to do it, you know, me moving to Japan when I was 26 years old and broke was the best decision of my life.
01:42:04.000I changed, I grew, I dated so many fucking hot girls.
01:42:08.000And, you know, it was really one of the best decisions of my life.
01:42:13.000And compared to exactly what I'm experiencing right now in the United States of America, it is so depressing here as a man.
01:43:10.000But in case this presentation did not shock you enough, don't worry, it gets worse.
01:43:16.000As we're coming down to the last couple of slides here, you know, pay attention to this last part here because if you're still thinking, because I just saw somebody in the chat saying, oh, rural America is better.
