00:06:37.120debate in detroit in front of a room full of pastors he said it in front of bernie sanders
00:06:41.460at a rally introduced him bernie sanders introduced abdul as a physician one time and he um abdul
00:06:48.300just let it ride um there's even a fundraising email with a picture of him in a lab coat
00:06:55.380uh as well so think about that uh hillary says the party's running an experiment
00:07:00.120and the man already owns a lab coat that's interesting so politico did the right thing
00:07:06.680now politico did what um i don't think most reporters do and i you know let me get this

00:07:37.360But this time, Politico impressed me. They actually got receipts because they actually checked. They pulled Abdul's medical licensing records and medical records in Michigan. They pulled his records in New York and found out that Abdul El-Sayed has no licenses and never has in either state.
00:08:01.060Now, he has a doctorate, he has a medical degree, but he was never a physician, he was never licensed, no residency, never sat for the boards, and the entire hands-on portion of his medical career was for four weeks.
00:08:15.960Now, back to Politico, they said, and one of the, this is Washington Post now, Washington Post had a headline, which was shocking for the Washington Post, that Democrats are at odds in Michigan over El-Sayed's ties to a controversial streamer.
00:08:29.720So not only was he never a physician in his medical career, but he has ties to Hassan Piker.
00:08:36.660Hassan Piker is that streamer, the YouTuber who said that America deserved 9-11 and has pictures of the Twin Towers falling down framed in his office.

00:08:50.740Back to Politico, Politico said also that it is a weird thing to hang your hat on terms of a biographical detail if you never actually practiced medicine, said a Democrat operative, Adrian Hemond.
00:09:08.140It's weird to hang your hat on something that you never actually did because he never practiced as a physician.
00:09:13.560and then politico uh themselves led the article with abdul al-sayed for years has publicly said
00:09:20.560he's a physician but there's overwhelming evidence he had no experience as a licensed
00:09:26.060medical doctor so only in the democrat party can you call yourself a physician
00:09:31.400and not actually be one so politico and the washington post did the work and i want to
00:09:37.320thank them for it um and listen i wouldn't touch this next part except for abdul went first in
00:09:42.8802022 he's on a podcast he's relaxed he's having a good time and he describes as i mentioned earlier
00:09:48.920the four weeks he had uh to himself um for his own medical his medical career was four weeks and
00:09:58.280this is what he said my job was to be the like worst doctor on the team right but i was like
00:10:07.100cosplaying a doctor. He says he was cosplaying as a doctor in a four-week Politico calls it
00:10:14.960four-week internship. That is what he said. That is his word, not mine. Everybody hold on to that
00:10:23.220word because we're going to need it before this is over. Now, before everybody starts typing,
00:10:27.500I know where I work. I work in a building with 434 members of the House of Representatives with
00:10:32.300other people. Every one of us has a bio and that bio is very aspirational. I rounded a number of
00:10:40.420mine and I'm not throwing the first stone at resume inflation. I'd hit someone I like too.
00:10:47.720So, but Monday night, the same day Hillary is in the Hamptons calling all of this healthy,
00:10:52.380Abdul went on to Fox News with Jesse Waters and he walked in confident, you know, shoulders up.

00:20:11.360in the box. These signs were printed professionally. Somebody paid for professional

00:26:16.120I currently represent a very purple district. We have about equal Republicans and Democrats who are outnumbered by independents, believe it or not, which is on par with national figures.
00:26:27.240So Pete writes that the media narrative is a stoke division between between the two parties.
00:26:33.000But the parties are at 27 percent each and independents are at 43.
00:26:37.160And when you look at Washington, there are only three independents in all of Congress and the Senate and the House.
00:26:42.800and one of them is Bernie Sanders. First, Pete, you are right. Second, you're also behind because
00:26:49.480the latest records from Gallup say that the number of independents in this country has
00:26:53.560gone up to 45 percent from 43 percent. I'm seeing that in my own district. Independents are numbered
00:26:59.960at 45 percent. Record high. Republicans and Democrats are tied at 27 apiece. So the two1.00
00:27:04.980parties run the entire country represent a combined 54%, just over 50% of the people. That's
00:27:12.820not a mandate. That is a hung jury. Now, of the 45%, 20% lean Democrat, 15% lean Republican, 10%
00:27:21.160don't lean any way. So for some of those folks, independent just means we're just going to vote
00:27:25.780the same way we always have. We just don't want to tell a pollster about it or argue about it
00:27:30.400at Thanksgiving. So now on to the three independent examples we have, two in the Senate, Bernie
00:27:35.400Sanders out of Vermont, Angus King out of Maine, both of them caucus with the Democrat Senate
00:27:41.960caucus. Then we have Kevin Kiley, who's from California. He's a former Republican. He left
00:27:47.080the Republican Party in February. He caucuses with Republicans in the House of Representatives. So
00:27:52.760he is the only independent in the House right now. We have three independents in Congress in
00:27:58.540both chambers and all three caucus with a party. That's the plumbing. And, you know, Kevin Kiley
00:28:05.540said this, but you can't get a committee assignment if you don't caucus with the party. Committee
00:28:09.820assignments and committees run through the party apparatus. If you don't have a team, you don't
00:28:14.460have a committee, you don't have a committee, you can't help your constituents or the priorities
00:28:17.980that you said you would legislate on. It makes it very hard for you as a legislator in Congress. So
00:28:22.820on to the media stoking division yes you're right pete that is the business model and apparently
00:28:29.720business is very good ross perot got 19 in 1992 and zero electoral votes zero because that was
00:28:42.760the design working exactly how it was built the 45 doesn't need a third party it needs a system
