00:00:30.000 Honey, you need to hit the subscribe button right now.
00:00:34.620 Welcome back.
00:00:35.800 Tonight, we have a city ordinance about animal sacrifices.
00:00:39.660 Then we're going to head over to Massachusetts to talk about child sacrifices.
00:00:43.800 And there's a Texas court ruling asking a question that should make every adult in the room sit down.
00:00:49.360 And well, lastly, it appears we must address cousin marriages tonight.
00:00:53.820 You know what that's about.
00:00:55.920 And later, I'm going to debut new segments tonight,
00:00:58.180 Fighter of the Week, Receipts, Hot Mic, and the comment section.
00:01:03.440 You get a say here, and I want to know exactly what you want to talk about.
00:01:08.300 But before we get started, I did want to say thank you.
00:01:11.760 We had 75,000 new followers on Facebook alone this week,
00:01:17.180 and we doubled our YouTube subscription.
00:01:19.020 So while I have you, you need to hit the subscribe button right now.
00:01:24.000 If you're not following me, you need to follow me on whatever app it is you're on tonight.
00:01:29.380 Now is the time to do the unpopular thing.
00:01:33.340 I hope like hell you saw the viral clip this week in Hamtrak, Michigan.
00:01:38.060 There is a city ordinance permitting animal sacrifices.
00:01:42.280 That's right.
00:01:42.940 You can kill your puppy on the altar of Islam and inclusivity.
00:01:48.400 Way to go, Libs.
00:01:50.660 When you see some of the craziness in towns across the American Midwest, and when I say American Midwest, I mean like the American Middle East, like Hamrick, Michigan, watch this.
00:02:01.980 All over the new ordinance of sacrificing animals.
00:02:05.000 Really ridiculous, catastrophic resolution.
00:02:08.900 If it's not passed, then we are ready to take it to the court for the religion.
00:02:13.020 Backyards are not suitable places for live animal slaughter.
00:02:16.960 I agree.
00:02:18.800 your backyard is probably not the best place for animal slaughter. But the Hamrick City Code has a
00:02:26.060 section called Religious Animal Sacrifice. I kid you not. It says nothing in the animal chapter
00:02:34.040 that can be read to prohibit a bridge or in any way hinder a religious freedom. Then it creates
00:02:41.520 an exemption. Ritual handling and preparation of livestock for a ritual slaughter are exempt from
00:02:47.820 the rest of that animal chapter. This isn't a vague cultural statement. It's a government
00:02:53.840 writing a specific Islamic religious exception into its animal code. I want to know where's PETA?
00:03:02.800 And the ordinance gets very specific. It defines a normal humane method as making an animal
00:03:08.000 insensible to pain before it is shackled, hoisted, thrown, cast, or cut. It then provides a religious
00:03:16.620 method involving loss of consciousness to the simultaneous instantaneous severance
00:03:21.300 of the carotid arteries with a sharp instrument. I think they mean knives. The ordinance also says
00:03:28.560 waste must be disposed of under local, state, and federal law. So let's just stop right here.
00:03:35.440 We've got to stop the left from running for cover for radical Islam because that's what this is.
00:03:41.620 that's what they're doing second where the hell is PETA I don't think the irony is lost on anyone
00:03:48.240 here that radical Islam is taking over the democrat party and its democrat cities and god forbid PETA
00:03:55.020 follow its own beliefs and speak out against animal cruelty democrats are gonna say this is
00:04:02.620 just about people practicing their faith suicidal empathy no it's not it's about the government
00:04:10.400 setting the precedent for honor killings of animals. What's next? Your daughter? And I don't
00:04:16.520 mean that facetiously. That comment is not bigoted. There are honor killings going on in third world
00:04:22.960 countries right now. It is a thing. Dems will say any concern about animal sacrifice is an attack
00:04:31.240 on religion. That is a big fat no. A city can respect religious freedom and still protect all
00:04:38.760 of God's creatures? How is the American government condoning, legalizing, and giving instruction
00:04:45.080 on how to sacrifice animals? And is this what our founding fathers really intended? I don't,
00:04:51.960 I don't think so. And in fact, when you look at this, like most, most city codes, they're dealing
00:04:57.960 with barking dogs, garbage cans, storm emergencies. You know, they're dealing with, you know, the guy
00:05:07.680 who stores a boat on cinder blocks in his front yard and you want it to go away ham track said
00:05:13.200 hold my beer i mean you see all those terrible things like hold my beer there they decided to
00:05:18.320 write a new law for an instruction manual on how to sacrifice your cat for radical religion and
00:05:25.480 yes religious liberty matters it matters precisely because it requires government to create rules
00:05:30.760 that are clear, equal, and enforceable, not laws that can create a third world shithole
00:05:37.860 because that's what's happening. This is the United States of America. All right. So speaking
00:05:44.620 about animal sacrifices, let's talk about child sacrifices next. You're never going to believe
00:05:51.500 this and it's exactly what Democrats said they would never do. Massachusetts Governor Maura
00:05:56.220 Healy signed a bill last week, H5595. Here is the law before and after. Before this law went into
00:06:06.020 effect, Massachusetts had a 24-week line for abortions. At that point, a doctor had to fit
00:06:12.540 the case into one of very four specific exceptions. The patient's life, the patient's physical or
00:06:17.800 mental health, a lethal fetal diagnosis, or a grave diagnosis incompatible with sustained life
00:06:24.120 outside the womb without extraordinary medical intervention. So they had a 24-week rule. So in
00:06:31.360 other words, the old law had these four boxes that it had to fit into. Age 5595 took the boxes,
00:06:39.380 the 24-week red line, and ran all four through a paper shredder.
00:06:44.440 the new rule is one sentence an abortion may be performed by a physician
00:06:52.700 based upon the professional judgment of that physician that's it supporters say the old
00:07:02.780 list was too rigid for tragic complicated pregnancies that's a serious argument but now
00:07:10.120 the legal change is serious too. We're talking about a law that does not literally say abortion
00:07:18.720 up until birth, but it erases all the lines. It erases all of the limitations. The 24-week limit
00:07:25.820 is gone. There are no red lines. It's abortion up until the day of birth. It's just doctor,
00:07:33.120 make it so. Whatever you say goes. And if that is your position, you need to own it. Don't call
00:07:40.100 in a minor technical update, a minor technical update is your phone asking to restart at 2 a.m.
00:07:46.240 This is the legislature and a governor allowing the killing of babies up until birth. That's what
00:07:52.540 this is in actual literal terms. I never thought I'd see it in my lifetime. The governor signed
00:07:58.640 it in public and celebrated the murder of babies up until birth. Look at all these smiles.
00:08:10.100 celebrating the murder of babies up until then.
00:08:19.740 So here's the question.
00:08:21.720 If the statute no longer gives us a gestational line
00:08:24.620 and the doctor's judgment is now the standard,
00:08:27.580 what is the limit?
00:08:29.420 Are there any limits?
00:08:30.600 And the answer, if the answer is just
00:08:32.540 any doctor gets to decide up until the birth of the child,
00:08:36.420 then just say that.
00:08:37.500 all right here we go now we're on to a viral video about cousin marriage I'm not I'm not even
00:08:47.020 kidding let me pull let me pull the tape every Pakistani had or has a crush on this or her cousin
00:08:52.760 there was a time yeah when I had a crush on my cousin not gonna lie bro
00:08:57.760 yo I saw my cousin after a long time again it was in Pakistan yeah
00:09:02.580 I want to get married to you.
00:09:06.160 Just let me get charged to you, man.
00:09:08.440 We Pakistanis were born to love our cousins.
00:09:10.940 We are born to get married to our cousins.
00:09:13.700 This is our destiny.
00:09:15.520 This is the kiss of the Pakistanis to get married to their cousins, bro.
00:09:19.680 We are supposed to love our mama Kibeti or Chachi Kibeti, bro.
00:09:24.320 Marrying your cousin is the best thing you can do nowadays because there's no divorce.
00:09:27.100 All right. We are going to get that off the screen. That is gross. It was an almost hysterical
00:09:36.720 clip, but I'm not sure if you knew this, but cousin marriages and or sexual relations with
00:09:42.080 your cousins are actually legal in most states. And I wish this was a joke, but it's not actually.
00:09:50.840 And of course, here is Troy Jackson. I'm sure you guys saw this. He is the main candidate for Senate. This is a guy that I'm going to call him a cousin lover who's running for the Senate. He's a cousin lover who Democrats nominated as their Senate candidate in Maine. He didn't marry his cousin, but he had two kids with her.
00:10:17.780 So, Maine voters are seeing campaign ads that require a genealogist this election season.
00:10:23.280 He banged his cousin multiple times and had two children with her.
00:10:26.320 So, figure that one out.
00:10:28.620 Troy Jackson says this is a personal attack.
00:10:31.500 Personal attack.
00:10:32.900 No, it's not.
00:10:33.580 Having sex with your cousin is incest, Troy.
00:10:36.820 And that's what it's called.
00:10:38.180 And it makes you look like an incestuous creep.
00:10:41.160 So, most candidates worry about their poll numbers.
00:10:44.560 Troy has to worry about his family reunion.
00:10:47.780 being a double date. Talk about homegrown politics. He's taking the concept a little
00:10:54.600 too literally. So it looks like Susan Collins is going to net a giant, a giant win in this
00:11:02.460 thing. Congrats, Susan, you have already won the race.
00:11:10.420 This week's fighter of the week is a teacher in Texas who broke down in the classroom because
00:11:15.960 as high school seniors can't read and can't write. These kids are leaving high school and going to
00:11:23.800 college and they couldn't fill in four words. Four words I literally broke down in the middle of
00:11:34.560 class. This is only day two. And I have seniors who simply cannot read and seniors who cannot write.
00:11:50.440 Heartbreaking. Habits start at home. And this goes to show it doesn't matter how much money
00:11:54.960 you throw at education. If you don't care, your kid or your grandkid won't be educated. And if
00:12:01.440 you aren't educated, you can't get a good job when you graduate. This is a sad commentary on
00:12:07.200 America's broken educational system. And today we need to totally dismantle the Department of
00:12:12.540 Education before it gets any worse. And we can do that. We do that by block granting federal
00:12:18.660 dollars back to the states. That's what we could do. The Department of Education really hasn't been
00:12:23.840 around that long. It came about during Carter's administration. It's time to let it go
00:12:28.020 and put the states and put parents back in charge.
00:12:31.440 All right. Time now for the comment section, the part where we answer questions from people
00:12:39.940 who've realized the comment section on my social media can sometimes be a landfill. When I say
00:12:47.480 landfill, I actually mean landmine. It can be a terrible place sometimes. But this was interesting
00:12:54.080 from Abby on Facebook. Not sure what it means to get maced, but it sounds like I will at least
00:12:59.200 need a shower after. Abby, get maced is where I'm going to point out the most asinine takes of the
00:13:06.720 left and sometimes the right and I'll break it down what's really happening in Washington and
00:13:13.560 across America. Sometimes I tell inappropriate jokes and yeah you are definitely going to need
00:13:19.720 to get hosed down after watching an episode which by the way be sure you are subscribed. Click that
00:13:27.000 little button right now and if you you can hit the little notification bell too while you're at it
00:13:31.480 from jeffrey also on facebook asked the question in your opinion has the u.s military effort in
00:13:38.880 the middle east been successful and how much longer is congress going to support this military
00:13:43.480 operation jeff that is a great and a serious question here's what the war powers resolution
00:13:49.640 means in plain English. The president is supposed to consult Congress before introducing U.S. forces
00:13:57.840 into hostilities, into a war, whenever possible. He or she is to report it, the president is to
00:14:03.700 report it within 48 hours in the circumstances the law describes and end unauthorized hostilities
00:14:09.480 after 60 days. And historically, we've let it stretch into 90 days. So Congress is the only
00:14:16.620 body that has the authority to declare war and authorize those kinds of actions. And if those
00:14:21.900 actions extend beyond 90 days, the president has got to come to Congress, even if it's unavoidable
00:14:29.560 military necessity. During those 90 days, and we're beyond that, we're at about six months
00:14:35.420 right now. Make our military success, protect our soldiers, protect our assets, and inform
00:14:41.100 Congress of the exit plan. All right, now it's time for the receipts. The receipts is where we
00:14:52.260 take a comment or a story out of the comment section and put it back into full view. And
00:14:57.680 tonight's receipt segment comes to you from Texas, where one temporary court order is about to prove
00:15:04.000 why the wording matters. Now, Texas, where a surrogacy case somehow has more moving parts
00:15:12.260 than a rental car counter, a surrogate from Alaska, her name is McKenna West, and I'm going
00:15:17.840 to throw McKenna up on the screen. She was carrying a baby for a California couple, and in about 20
00:15:23.780 weeks, the baby was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. It's a condition that can
00:15:28.940 be fatal without surgery or medical care, and the baby's now been born in Dallas. West says the
00:15:35.820 intended parents pressured her to end the pregnancy or to abort the baby. Texas Attorney General Ken
00:15:41.880 Paxton says the parents wouldn't agree to life-saving surgery after birth. This landed in
00:15:48.440 Texas in a Texas court because West traveled to Texas to give birth, and Texas has a form where
00:15:53.920 she sought emergency protection for the baby and a parental claim. The parents deny both claims
00:15:59.720 and they say they want the baby treated and say doctors needed more time and more information
00:16:04.740 before deciding whether the surgery, whether what surgery would be appropriate for this child.
00:16:11.220 Here's what the judge actually did. First, the baby must receive medically necessary care,
00:16:18.540 thank God. The biological parents are with the child now who is receiving medical care.
00:16:23.100 There's another hearing on August 25th where the court has to decide who has legal authority.
00:16:29.920 If a newborn needs medically necessary care, the grown-ups don't get to turn that child into a contract dispute with a diaper.
00:16:38.580 This is a real human life, and these decisions can cost the baby his or her life.
00:16:45.760 welcome to tonight's hot mic segment dedicated to the liberal white woman who heard the islamic
00:16:54.460 and started crying as she contemplated whether or not she should become muslim we're going to roll
00:17:03.280 the tape.
00:17:32.180 I kid you not. I have one message. I have one message for all these liberal white women. Honey,
00:17:39.680 if you join radical Islam, you won't be able to show your face, your hands, or your hair,
00:17:44.360 and the whites of your eyeballs will be peeking out of this beautiful burka advertised on Pinterest.
00:17:50.240 That's what they're going to give you. Liberal white women are going to get all of us killed.
00:17:55.600 It's like liberal white women want our rights reversed by centuries.
00:18:02.180 Before I close it out, I couldn't not talk about the WNBA.
00:18:06.620 The league's collective bargaining agreements is only players who are women can play in the WNBA.
00:18:11.360 That's not me paraphrasing.
00:18:13.040 That is the rule.
00:18:14.200 And they met this week.
00:18:15.680 This week, the league's team presidents and general managers and board met to define the word woman in their contracts and discuss transgender athlete eligibility.
00:18:27.620 They left the meeting without any eligibility rules.
00:18:31.300 um what is a woman i what is a woman is the question i'm i'm not sure i understand the
00:18:40.920 question here the league said there were no immediate eligibility matters and that the
00:18:45.120 conversation will continue and that it denounces bad faith efforts to demean and marginalize
00:18:52.080 people. The Women's NBA League could not define the word woman. You run the Women's National
00:19:01.200 Basketball Association. The first letter is not a riddle. It's not a joke. You have a national league
00:19:08.760 for women, by women, with salaries and a lengthy rule book and a contract. But when the question
00:19:15.560 becomes who is eligible to play in the Women's League, suddenly the Women's NBA needs a listening
00:19:21.860 session. This is the irony. The WNBA was built because women athletes deserve their own
00:19:28.280 professional stage, their own category, their own league, their own records, and their own
00:19:33.640 competition. You cannot celebrate that mission and then act like the W is a mysterious ancient
00:19:39.700 symbol that only a task force can decode. This is not an argument for treating anybody badly.
00:19:47.700 It's an argument for an organization doing the adult part of its job.
00:19:52.860 Put a clear standard in writing, explain it plainly, and defend it consistently.
00:19:59.500 Because women athletes should not have to wait for a committee to decide, to find out
00:20:04.420 whether the league even has rules for them.
00:20:06.140 The WNBA has a W.
00:20:08.520 And so, you know, women have wombs, women have uteruses, women ovulate.
00:20:12.540 This isn't rocket science.
00:20:13.940 It's just basic science.
00:20:15.240 and that is bigger than basketball. When an institution is afraid to say what its own rules
00:20:22.180 mean, it's not being compassionate. It's ducking the job and it's leaving the women they're
00:20:28.540 supposed to represent behind. Because the same people who tell you a clear boundary is hateful
00:20:35.100 will eventually ask you to surrender that boundary and demand you thank them for the lesson.
00:20:41.400 Some people are going to call me a bigot because I refuse to pretend that clear language is hate.
00:20:48.380 That's fine.
00:20:50.140 I don't reject certain groups of people.
00:20:53.280 I reject bad ideas and bad people.
00:20:57.020 The idea that women's sports don't need clear rules,
00:21:00.880 that Americans must apologize for believing in equal treatment under the law,
00:21:05.220 or that criticizing Islamic extremism is the same thing as attacking all Muslims, it's not.
00:21:13.440 That's a fact.
00:21:14.780 But as we're seeing right now before our eyes, if we allow this invasion,
00:21:19.600 eventually we're going to have all Islam towns.
00:21:22.700 We don't already.
00:21:24.100 And you won't recognize your own country.
00:21:26.380 If you import the third world, you become the third world.
00:21:29.300 And just this week, a school in California was sued because they took their students to a mosque.
00:21:35.220 and asked the female students to put on a hijab, and they were given a Koran.
00:21:40.760 And none of the parents knew about it, nor were they informed.
00:21:45.340 This is insanity.
00:21:47.700 The very thing Democrats say is not happening is happening before our eyes.
00:21:51.460 And I'm not going to embrace the diversity of men pretending to be women
00:21:54.960 or the moral courage of liberated women putting on a burqa covered head to toe.
00:21:59.200 If bigotry means I don't want to give away America's freedom and democracy to radical Islam or the transgender mob, then keep calling me names.
00:22:11.240 A free country can respect every person and still defend its women, its laws, its speech, and its right to say no.
00:22:19.780 That is absolutely crazy.
00:22:22.340 That's not cruelty.
00:22:23.620 That is citizenship.
00:22:24.760 The moral of the story is, as Democrats champion and cheer on diversity, they are cheering on and championing our demise.
00:22:35.980 Democrats keep calling every boundary bigotry and every objection hate.
00:22:42.300 But diversity is not the problem. Confusion is.
00:22:45.920 And a country that treats common sense like a hate crime will not stay free for long.
00:22:51.480 I love freedom. I love the Constitution. And I love America. And I will not apologize for
00:23:00.140 defending all three. I see you're not following me. Click that button and hit the follow so you
00:23:07.800 can subscribe.
