00:36:44.980have ended their lives due to the sadness and grief of not being able to
00:36:51.540deal with their loved ones being murdered. And if I, if I recall, I think there's a statistic.
00:37:05.620Now, this is a bit of an older statistic, but I think it was last year. On average,
00:37:12.200three people inside of occupied Iran commit suicide every day. And I have a feeling that0.98
00:37:21.900this number has increased, especially since the January 8 and 9 massacre.0.92
00:37:31.240And, you know, the Islamic regime, obviously, they don't care, right? They don't view Iranians0.69

00:39:19.580people can feel okay asking for support in one way, shape or another. Now, I know many of us
00:39:30.840are working on trying to destigmatize seeking support for mental health issues. You know,

00:39:47.320incredibly important. And I hope, I hope that this will go towards helping to de-stigmatize
00:39:57.620mental health. Because mental health is incredibly important. And it's not a sign of weakness to
00:40:11.040say that you're not feeling okay. And guys, this isn't just for Iranians. This is for everyone.
