00:00:28.340 happening and our government was kind of all over the place. And I want to see if this is aged, how
00:00:34.780 this piece has aged. And it's a good jumping off point for a lot of different things that we're
00:00:42.580 experiencing now with this never-ending story pandemic. So without further ado, let's reflect
00:00:50.740 on this piece of content of mine from a year ago today. If Canadian liberal ministers were honest,
00:00:57.180 look at me there. I didn't even bother shaving. I didn't even bother shaving to make this.

00:01:04.740 So as a Canadian health minister, it's very simple. Do not wear a mask as a mask will not
00:01:09.220 protect you. Also, if you stand too close to one another, you'll be fine for thousands of dollars.

00:01:24.920 April 2020. New rule prohibits walking within two meters of one another in Toronto parks. So you can
00:01:34.000 get a fine up to $5,000. And this was before the mask mandates. So obviously kind of just pointing
00:01:41.540 that out off the top, how you can get fined for thousands of dollars, but you know, the masks
00:01:47.860 aren't going to do anything. It was actually just so absurd how the, how all the rulings that they
00:01:55.280 were coming out with in April were just still all over the place. And let's not forget, April is not
00:02:01.660 like really early days in terms of the lifespan of the virus, right? Because we knew about it.
00:02:09.340 Basically people are tracking it starting in January. Anyway, we'll get to that in a second.

00:02:19.020 I'm not going to answer that question. However, I will say, how do you think I got here in the
00:02:22.800 first place? I don't have any professional experience in the healthcare industry. Quite
00:02:26.900 literally before this, I was a graphic designer and marketer. That was my profession. And here I am.
00:02:32.560 If you look at the other guy being a drama teacher, that's not really a joke. That's actually quite
00:02:35.900 accurate to his actual qualifications. So I would pass the question back off to you. How do you think
00:02:40.440 we got into this situation? I just want to pause there because that was like a really big red pill
00:02:48.460 for me to get involved in politics to begin with. When I saw this Justin Trudeau guy being very
00:02:56.820 geared to like become the next prime minister, I just did a quick like Wikipedia search. And I'm
00:03:01.420 like, this guy doesn't really have any like real world experience in anything. And that just didn't
00:03:08.720 sit well with me. But I mean, obviously, that's that's kind of a more continuing theme. It seems
00:03:16.440 here in Canada, where the people governing us making major decisions that affect our daily lives and the
00:03:22.520 livelihoods of all Canadians don't have really that much relevant experience to what they're doing.
00:03:31.120 All Canadians should really care about that, I think. I think that's a big concern. But anyway,

00:03:42.440 Yes, next question. Do you think Canadians will ever discover that yourself and other liberal
00:03:47.260 ministers are grossly incompetent? We've created multi-million dollar payout packages for the
00:03:52.120 Canadian news media to make sure you, the press, don't ask us any tough questions. Because when you
00:03:56.600 do that, it makes us look bad. It gets Canadians thinking, we don't want that. We want Canadians
00:04:00.860 sedated. We want them to be feeling good. We don't want them to be thinking about, you know,
00:04:05.200 how incompetent we might be.
00:04:07.160 I really want to emphasize like gross incompetence, like very, very gross incompetence. Since that's
00:04:15.340 happened, since I made this in April 2020, a great example is Catherine McKenna and infrastructure
00:04:23.460 projects. And I'll go to the rebel one first, because this has the most harsh direct headline, audit of
00:04:30.480 $187 billion worth of liberal infrastructure spending finds 20,000 missing projects. I like this headline
00:04:40.280 because it's holding this liberal minister's feet to the fire. Okay, this is gross incompetence. You've
00:04:47.260 lost track of 20,000 infrastructure projects and a bunch of money, taxpayer money to go with it.
00:04:54.180 That's terrible. And as I was speaking to here in this little skit here, you know, the media,
00:05:01.680 the rebel holds her feet to the fire here. Even in the National Post about the same topic,
00:05:08.940 and the National Post is supposed to be this conservative paper. Oh, it's very conservative.
00:05:13.740 Listen to this headline. Federal government still $2 billion shy of spending targets under sprawling
00:05:20.040 infrastructure program. Doesn't sound like anybody messed up. Doesn't sound like anybody
00:05:26.440 misplaced 20,000 projects. The same information is in this article. Where is it now? But here we go,
00:05:35.200 right here, the same information. The PBO report on Wednesday also clarified questions
00:05:39.600 that have been raised by opposition MPs in recent weeks over why 20,000 of the total 53,000 projects
00:05:47.260 under the program remain unaccounted for. So the same information is there of this major gross
00:05:53.860 incompetence, but yet it's not in the headline. You know, it's not mentioned in a harsh way in the
00:06:01.480 headline. And I think these people that we pay to represent us and pay to manage infrastructure
00:06:07.540 projects, they should be on the ball and we should be shaming them when they mess up. But no,
00:06:11.860 National Post here is kind of wishy-washy. Oh, there's some, yeah, we're shy of the spending.
00:06:19.060 And even Toronto Sun, this headlines, once again, not really infrastructure minister asked for proof
00:06:26.280 of 52,000 public works. Yeah, that's true. The major point is that there's a bunch missing.
00:06:34.120 That's the important piece of information there. Anyway, I thought this Catherine McKenna example
00:06:41.860 is a good example of gross incompetence that's been happening over the past year and been coming to
00:06:47.340 light. And yet our media, not really, oh, we're not really going to, you know, call that person out
00:06:52.940 for being grossly incompetent. We're just going to try and sedate Canadians and say, oh, well,
00:06:59.120 you know, kind of brush over all of it. Isn't that nice? And what's great is with this partnership
00:07:05.480 with the media over the past four years, we've been able to lower the expectations of Canadians
00:07:10.380 and really give them a whole new idea of what leadership looked like. Essentially, a leader now
00:07:16.300 can be a victim of a situation and not really expected to take any sort of meaningful action until
00:07:21.640 things have really started to go down the drain, which is what you've been seeing with our prime
00:07:25.860 minister over the past little while, which is fantastic for us because as we continue to lower
00:07:30.420 the expectations of Canadians, we don't have to do as much work. Things get worse and we're still just
00:07:35.860 the victim of the situation. And all we're really expected to do is, you know, give you hollow virtues
00:07:40.360 and give you these nice sounding catchphrases because you are sedated. We will continue to speak
00:07:46.460 down to Canadians, treat them like children. And when it comes to the information, absolutely leave them in the dark.
00:07:51.100 Yeah, yeah, that seems about right on the money, right on the money. This whole COVID response thing
00:07:59.020 has been so terrible. And only now I'll bring these up just these headlines from Globe and Mail.
00:08:04.980 This is from 2021. And this one is from 2021 March. The opinion Canada's pandemic response has been
00:08:13.260 consistently mediocre. Canadians are fed up with our pathetic response to the pandemic.

00:08:29.020 be talking about it. Oh, now there's an opinion piece in the Globe and Mail. We knew it was a bad response
00:08:34.300 pretty well a year ago. Pretty well a year ago. I mean, I'm just going to bring up my buddy Frank Vaughn
00:08:42.860 here. I don't know if you've heard of Frank Vaughn. This video is from February 15th, 2020.

00:08:55.180 of anonymity has reached out again. I'm going to refer to this person as he was all over coronavirus
00:09:02.540 back in February. I'm pretty sure he had some videos in January talking about it being very
00:09:07.660 concerned about this virus coming out of Wuhan. This is a garlic farmer. I don't mean that to
00:09:14.700 denigrate the guy. But like he's, you know, he's a guy who has his own stuff going on.
00:09:19.100 He has an internet connection, and he's using Google Translate to translate news from China.
00:09:26.380 He was a better source of information than the Canadian news media when it comes to learning
00:09:32.780 about this coronavirus. What were we hearing at the time? We were hearing about, oh, it's racist to
00:09:37.900 close down borders. Your viruses don't respect borders. But Frank Vaughn with the power of Google
00:09:45.660 and Google Translate. Wow, he's this amazing, mind-blowingly brilliant guy. And I'm not,
00:09:52.060 again, I'm not saying that to denigrate the guy, but it's like we have experts. We're led to believe
00:09:58.060 that we have this big caucus of liberal ministers who are ready to do what's best for us. And then
00:10:07.740 this video I made is from April. There were no mask mandates, but they were handing out fines. It's just
00:10:14.060 all over the place. And I want to bring up long-term care homes. Long-term care homes. This is only
00:10:21.180 January 5, 2021. So it's not up to date. But 14,000 long-term care home deaths. To this day, there hasn't
00:10:33.420 been any policy specific things for long-term care homes. If I'm not mistaken, the CDC released information
00:10:43.020 on COVID in March 2020 that this virus targets older people. And we have done nothing to prioritize
00:10:54.300 older Canadians at all. And now 14,000 of them have died. So complete incompetence. And every time we
00:11:02.860 talk to or look at a liberal minister, it's just, oh, we're doing everything we can. We're, you know,
00:11:07.660 we're, oh, we're looking at the stats. Doug Ford says the same thing. Well, we're, I had a meeting,
00:11:12.540 I had a meeting with the head of the hospital and we're, and we're really doing our best. What are
00:11:16.940 they doing? What are they doing other than destroying small businesses and demoralizing the country?
00:11:25.100 Let's keep going. So will yourself or any other liberal ministers admit that you were wrong about your
00:11:31.740 initial assessment of COVID-19 from back in say, January, February? So let me be clear, as being
00:11:37.180 part of the liberal government, we never take responsibility for anything. We have never been
00:11:41.260 wrong. We are never going to be wrong. And we certainly won't admit if we ever have been wrong
00:11:45.980 in the past. I mean, even with this face mask issue, we'll probably completely change our opinion a couple
00:11:51.340 days from now. And we will double down on all the same fluff that we are working hard for you, that we're
00:11:56.540 looking at all the science and we have the best interest of Canadians in mind because we pretty
00:12:02.540 well pay the media to make us look good. They quite frankly work for us. So whatever we design,
00:12:07.980 whatever we messaging we come up with, we're going to make sure that Canadians eat it up no matter what.
00:12:12.540 No matter what. Yeah. The mask mandate, speaking of which, didn't happen until June 17th. So June 17th.
00:12:23.100 Hmm. So the initial lockdown started in March, March, April, May, June, a full three months after that.
00:12:33.980 That's when the mask mandates showed up. So, uh, I mean, there's so much on this topic that I won't
00:12:41.340 get into because the proper research is needed. But I mean, really on the surface level, it really does
00:12:48.300 look like our liberal caucus and our Canadian federal government went out of their way to mess
00:12:55.740 this up, went out of their way to, oh, now, now COVID's everywhere and we have to lock down now.

00:13:08.220 can say that they've done other than, um, other than the lockdowns that have, have destroyed our
00:13:15.260 way of life and, and, and, uh, so, so, so many small businesses? Like that's the only thing that
00:13:20.780 they've done. And it's really only been destructive largely the, the amount of like things they've
00:13:26.780 prevented. I don't know if they've been proactive or prevented anything throughout this that I can tell.
00:13:30.940 Are you concerned that some of your past decisions may result in the death of more Canadians?
00:13:37.420 So being a proud member of the Liberal Party, part of my job is not having a conscience,
00:13:40.860 not thinking too hard, and just following orders. You see, we have such a strong brand about being
00:13:46.060 virtuous and being such great people that it doesn't matter if we're inadvertently funding
00:13:50.540 terrorism or putting the Canadian public in harm's way because we just hide behind our brand,
00:13:55.580 deny, deny, deny, and act like we've done absolutely nothing wrong and we're working hard for you.
00:14:00.380 So to answer your question, I don't even think about that sort of thing.
00:14:04.380 Yeah. So I, I, I made a joke on Twitter today that, you know, there's the, the Liberal Party,
00:14:12.620 our Liberal government is so littered with scandals right now that it could have its own Wikipedia
00:14:18.620 site documenting every single Liberal scandal. But I thought I'd bring this, this one up of a Liberal
00:14:24.620 MP charged with assault, break and enter and criminal harassment. This is, this is an elected
00:14:30.220 MP working hard for you in the, in the Liberal government. But interestingly, he was actually
00:14:35.580 arrested a year ago today, April 10th. So I thought that was interesting. But I mean,
00:14:40.700 the point here is, this is on the post-millennial. It's never something you hear about. You never really
00:14:46.860 hear about the wrongdoings of people in the Liberal Party. And I'll do a, I really want to do a longer
00:14:55.020 video on the Liberal Party itself. But essentially, um, there's the brand of the Liberal Party,
00:15:03.500 which is being virtuous and feeling good. And don't you want to be a good person?
00:15:08.540 And then the actual characteristics of the party, which is very much like a, uh, cult like obedience,
00:15:16.060 deny, deny, deny of any wrongdoing. And, uh, just like strict loyalty to the directives
00:15:23.420 of the party. It's really, I think it's really sick and disgusting, to be honest, because it's, um,
00:15:29.900 it's become so big, the Liberal Party and their cronies have become so big that it's become this
00:15:35.340 disgusting cauldron of groupthink, where no one's really allowed to be an individual anymore.
00:15:41.660 And everybody is just kind of part of this, this cult. And everyone's covering for everyone,
00:15:47.180 everyone else's ass. And it's, uh, I mean, I don't have to explain it, the SNC Lavalin,
00:15:53.180 the We Charity scandal, and that's just off the top of my head. But, um, it's disgusting to know that
00:16:01.740 the media, at least in some part, is complicit in what is morally wrong, what is objectively
00:16:08.700 bad behavior, unethical behavior. And they just want to get a paycheck. And obviously,
00:16:18.220 as the economic downturn continues in this country, people are going to get more desperate. They're
00:16:23.020 going to continue to shill, shill, shill, because, uh, you know, they need, they need to put food on
