00:01:07.160 this new police chief, and like no one else is covering this for some reason. It's outrageous.
00:01:11.520 And there's a lot of things that do not smell good about this Singh Parhar guy. And I'll just 1.00
00:01:16.640 go over this email that Mocha sent to Premier Smith and the questions that he asked Premier
00:01:23.180 Dear Premier Smith, what specific criteria or vetting process was used to select Satpal Singh Parhar for this?
00:01:30.560 Were the serious allegations and unresolved lawsuits involving Mr. Parhar during his time at Calgary Police Service disclosed to your office prior to the appointment?
00:01:40.020 Did your office or any relevant provincial authority conduct a background check into Mr. Parhar's business interests including retrain Canada and solve cyber solutions?
00:01:49.020 If so, were those investigators aware of the Huawei listing on Retrain Nigeria's website and Parhar's continuing shareholder role through a numbered company?
00:02:00.280 Do you view it as concerning that someone with a background in intelligence and organized crime investigations is a current shareholder in a company that has Huawei as a client, a firm treated as a threat to national security both by Canada and the U.S.?
00:02:13.480 Those are really good questions from Mocha Bezergon.

00:02:25.700 Like, where is the motion?
00:02:27.580 Where is the sort of outrage with conservatives?
00:02:30.320 Like, this is a national security threat.
00:02:33.060 Retrain Nigeria is actually connected to a World Economic Forum initiative as well.
00:02:37.880 They're called Manpower Group, W-E-S.
00:02:40.820 And Manpower is the partner of Retrain Canada and Retrain Nigeria.
00:02:44.780 By the way, Satpal Singh Parhar used to be here listed as a chair member.
00:02:49.800 But ever since Mocha has published his findings, oh, what do you know, Satpal Singh is no longer on the board for Retrain Nigeria.
00:02:57.720 Albertans, conservatives, you gotta start asking questions.
