00:01:31.360 it's been a long drawn out battle over the last few years um we've yeah i lost my license uh it was

00:01:39.600 temporarily suspended uh pending the the full trial on may 3rd of last year and since then uh it's kind of

00:01:50.560 been drawn out they had they launched more investigations on me and laid more charges against

00:01:56.400 me and so i think there's a total of 10 charges 10 different categories of charges that they've wow

00:02:02.720 made on me um and so what ended up happening is i um my lawyer michael alexander has two other clients

00:02:10.480 uh so two other doctors so dr mark trozzi and dr crystal lutchke who are basically in the same boat as

00:02:16.960 me i'd say my charges are the most expensive but a lot of them were the same so we actually were able

00:02:23.040 to bring a lot of those uh uh charges together so that we could fight them um as a group nice and so

00:02:31.280 we had a few hearings on that where we mostly lost but we did win on some major things um so we in the

00:02:39.360 first um motion to dismiss uh we got an admission from the college that all their restrictions

00:02:46.880 on mask exemptions vaccine exemptions sorry off-patent treatments for covid like ivermectin

00:02:53.520 hydroxychloroquine and their restrictions on criticizing public health measures were suggestions only so

00:03:01.040 the tribunal ruled that and the the college as well admitted that on their own so what they

00:03:08.560 are saying is that we don't need any of these to be rules or to have any force or effect we can

00:03:14.880 prosecute you on anything we consider unprofessional so even though they're not any they're not a legal law

00:03:21.760 they're not uh enforceable on their own we can enforce whatever we want because we all we need to

00:03:27.120 do is declare it unprofessional and we can take your license and prosecute you so it's it's it's like

00:03:36.000 a kangaroo court it's basically it's it's right out of a tyrannical uh regime of the days of yore you 0.70

00:03:51.600 at uh what you spoke at but i got to speak to uh your lawyer michael alexander and that's

00:03:56.800 exactly how he was kind of summarizing it for the layman which is you know the they they came up

00:04:02.080 with these recommendations and guidelines and they've somehow they somehow became like the law

00:04:08.480 uh and like if you break the law then there will be drastic consequences when in reality it's it's not

00:04:33.920 is going to be the best case scenario to come of that because you know the fact that it's the citizens

00:04:39.040 coming together to do this inquiry shows how desperate we are to kind of get some accountability uh

00:04:55.920 experience like at nci and what do you think is going to be like the best case scenario that's going

00:04:59.520 to come of this yeah so i think the role of the nci is kind of like the public order emergency commission

00:05:28.560 experiencing the exact same things that i was right the empty emergency departments when they said

00:08:03.760 to help make uh drag queens the lgbt a protected class you can't criticize them uh which is which is

00:08:11.440 insane but um i mean let's start with that with the healthcare how how does this gender ideology affect 0.97

00:08:19.840 uh your work how has it affected healthcare yeah so i'm not in in the trenches at this point now but

00:08:26.240 i can tell you that there's a a really significant trend that uh has happened and i think it comes back

00:08:33.280 to the medical ethics so what we're seeing in adults is we're seeing informed consent being taken away

00:08:40.480 that you're no longer allowed to have choices over the medical treatments that you receive and you're not

00:08:45.280 allowed to have be informed about the consequences uh before uh consenting right what we're seeing in

00:08:51.760 children is the opposite we are seeing supposedly consent being given uh to children to make long-term

00:09:01.040 and often permanent uh medical decisions for themselves uh without the consent of their parents right

00:09:09.200 so children who aren't even able to understand larger consequences are now able to switch their gender

00:09:14.720 they're able to consent on their own even without the permission of their parents to any medical

00:09:18.960 treatment that's that's now the the standard in ontario and actually across the western world

00:09:24.640 in most places um so that's happening with the gender um movement also with maid maid is coming for 0.89

00:09:32.720 children as well right and parents don't have to be part of that conversation which is insane um so that's

00:09:44.640 it was bill c4 that was passed um uh in 2021 i think was december 2021 that criminalizes it's it's

00:09:53.920 ostensibly to criminalize uh gender therapy uh sorry sorry gender or or gay conversion therapy but what it

00:10:03.040 actually does is uh also uh you're not allowed to promote it or even to kind of suggest it uh in any

00:10:11.520 way so what that means yeah is that if a child comes in and says that i think i might be transgender

00:10:20.640 it's illegal and actually a crime for that doctor to suggest that you're not maybe you're not you know

00:10:27.360 that maybe that there's this is another problem like a mental health issue that we should try to

00:10:32.560 work on and see if this desire to become another uh sex goes away yeah that's that's a canada now so

00:10:41.360 it's illegal in the sense if you bring your child who's confused uh about their gender into a health

00:10:48.800 care professional there's only one thing that they're legally allowed to tell them which is insane

00:10:55.520 right so which is which is similar similar to the vaccines right as a doctor you're you can't you

00:11:03.120 can't say hey maybe maybe uh you think your kid wants to transition maybe before um doing this

00:11:09.520 irreversible uh procedures maybe you should talk to somebody you can't even like you couldn't even say

00:11:35.440 it's a federal law uh that the conservatives all voted unanimously for that's that's crazy and there's

00:11:41.680 there's so much uh like lies and deceptions and inversions of reality and weird language games around

00:11:48.240 this law as well uh like first of all just to call it conversion like we're banning conversion therapy

00:11:53.680 when in reality you're almost creating only a one-way street for kids where it's like the only

00:12:00.080 the only direction you can go is towards uh flipping your gender you know this idea that actually maybe 1.00
