00:01:03.660 This is false, it's misunderstood, it's been among, this isn't good.

00:01:52.460 Destroy my mind in time.
00:01:55.100 I can't even trust my own eyes.
00:01:59.940 Welcome, everybody.
00:02:02.480 I'm talking tonight with the one and only Frances Widdowson.
00:02:05.980 We're going to be fighting to save free speech.
00:02:08.940 Frances has been documenting the decline of free speech on university campuses for some time now.
00:02:13.940 She's been more or less fired from Mount Royal University for satirical tweets, and she's
00:02:20.920 also been getting a lot of negative attention, a lot of hatred, one might say, for questioning 1.00
00:02:27.600 residential schools or specifically the mass graves at Kamloops, and I'm with her right
00:02:33.800 now.
00:02:34.120 We're going to talk about all sorts of stuff.
00:02:35.540 How are you doing this evening, Frances Widdowson, the one and only?
00:02:39.140 I'm doing great.
00:02:40.660 Good, good.
00:02:41.620 despite all of the negative attention you're getting.
00:02:45.020 You are quite literally a Marvel villain
00:02:48.040 to some people in Canada, I think.
00:02:49.700 I know, I know, yeah.
00:02:50.920 Well, it's like you gotta just embrace it.
00:02:54.560 Don't shy away, don't back away.
00:02:57.420 Don't turn away, lean in.
00:03:00.000 There are some people watching this
00:03:01.480 and they're thinking that they're looking in
00:03:04.240 at an evil lair. 0.95
00:03:05.780 They're like, that's Greg, that's the racist guy, 0.99
00:03:07.680 that's the racist ringleader, 1.00
00:03:09.020 the spokesperson of racism. 0.98
00:03:10.380 and then there is uh there's francis the evil conniving person who uh you just want to like 0.51
00:03:18.340 boil indigenous children in a children i'm pretty sure that's what you're uh what you're going for
00:03:24.240 that's what you're angling for right yeah well the zombies the comments about the zombie the
00:03:29.600 winnipeg zombie apocalypse which was not mine it was ben bankus the comedian uh i don't know where
00:03:37.220 he's from but anyway he used the term the winnipeg zombie apocalypse and i thought it was so fitting
00:03:42.140 that i started calling all these people assaulted me uh last year zombies and that led to all sorts
00:03:51.100 of consternation and so i'm still kind of dealing with the reaction to the zombie comments but i'm
00:03:57.060 not i am going to continue to call everyone all these people zombies because that's what they are
00:04:01.840 they they just keep on saying the same thing over and over again and they never kind of listen to
00:04:07.700 anything it's it's very zombie like so it if the shoe fits then wear it zombies this is you getting
00:04:15.360 uh zombies mauled by the zombies this is from 2015 right
00:04:19.600 that's so funny the audio to this is so funny let me turn that up again
00:04:27.420 That actually sounds like a zombie screeching
00:04:29.980 One second
00:04:31.920 You're the one touching people
00:04:33.480 Get out of here
00:04:54.220 This is the love is love
00:04:56.020 this is the truth and reconciliation I can feel the healing already and yeah I mean there's really
00:05:04.200 there really is a lot to go over it's it's funny when I first interviewed you for the
00:05:08.700 for the documentary that's coming out soon by the way she you you had not gotten into this much
00:05:15.660 trouble and a lot of people were like Greg why are you talking to this friend who's this Francis
00:05:19.380 person and I'm like trust me Francis Francis has the autism okay Francis is like focused on the
00:05:25.500 topics she's like you know she's in weapon she's dangerous and sure enough after you know after
00:05:31.600 doing this interview i forgot what the the first shoe to drop was but um yeah i'm just that was
00:05:38.380 in october because that was brock right so brock was the big is the last when i went to brock and
00:05:43.640 we met and we did all that stuff brock was the final university where you could do things you
00:05:49.600 could go and speak and you could go to street epistemology and nothing sort of happened except
00:05:56.040 for the usual kind of typical opposition but after brock everything just fell apart in a massive way
00:06:04.080 and then now things are really really out of control completely unhinged and out of control
00:06:10.420 winnipeg being the best example winnipeg is a is in a class by its own although lethbridge is pretty
00:06:16.180 lethbridge and winnipeg they are very similar and we'll find out with victoria going to university
00:06:21.540 victoria on september 29th for the truth and reconciliation day or the day before truth and
00:06:27.100 reconciliation uh i just thought of i just thought of some great content for you do you know what a
00:06:33.220 tier list is a tier list a tier list yeah uh top tier middle tier so you go like s tier a tier b
00:06:43.160 tier c tier um you should make a tier list of universities in canada and like how they rank
00:06:52.000 in terms of like how good the free speech is like this is this is the best this is the worst
00:06:57.060 um i think if there's anybody who has sort of an expert opinion on that it's probably you
00:07:04.140 um you have a controversial opinion of caring about the facts of of a historical item and which
00:07:12.680 is that's all it takes to be controversial these days is hey i have a certain idea of history i'm
00:07:17.780 kind of an expert on it um but i think you would be a good authority on that to make that tier list
00:07:23.820 i can help you set it up as well i think it'd be really good clickbait as well um i was doing that
00:07:28.940 a little bit with the hall of shame so that's how i was kind of characterizing it was the
00:07:33.120 the hall of shame which were all the universities that were trying to stop me from they were
00:07:39.140 canceling me or they were making things difficult for me or and so on and then there was the elite
00:07:45.620 hall of shame which was uh the ones that arrested me and so on and then there was the jewel in the
00:07:53.140 crown that was the jewel in the crown of the elite hall of shame which was the university of
00:07:57.760 lathe bridge at the time because of everything that they've been doing but now the university
00:08:02.620 of winnipeg is you know really competing with the university of lathe bridge for the elite hall of
00:08:07.840 Shane it's like a neck and neck kind of race as to see who's going to come out on top of that
00:08:14.360 competition um yeah because Winnipeg is the zombie apocalypse as I say whereas Lethbridge is
00:08:21.540 you know it's not as uh dangerous it's not as dangerous as Winnipeg
00:08:26.800 um and why is it more dangerous in Winnipeg
00:08:31.240 uh gangsters the gangsters uh and the police are completely uh captured by the gangsters
00:08:40.740 so this was uh so university of winnipeg which i so maybe i should just tell the story for your
00:08:47.860 listeners who are not familiar with the winnipeg is this image helpful yes yes so those are the
00:08:54.640 seven assailants which have uh three are known and uh there is uh vivian ketchup sorry ketchup
00:09:05.660 not ketchup i want to call her ketchup vivian ketchup or ketchup um and grandma uh geraldine
00:09:12.280 shingoose but i like calling her grandma shingoose that's my way of because she is the grifter
00:09:18.680 she is an unbelievable grifter she's number six and then um louise meno or me now i learned that's
00:09:26.500 how you pronounce her name louise me now who is number three and so i know the names of all of
00:09:31.720 those that those three people but i don't know the names of the other four anyway this all went
00:09:36.880 to the and sorry sorry they are the avengers and you are uh thanos in this scenario you are the
00:09:44.180 bad poor person and they are the avengers who are uniting to stop the evil of the world
00:09:48.920 exactly exactly if francis collects those infinity stones she's gonna just snap
00:09:54.620 the indigenous out of anyway anyway on so this was last year on uh september 26 2025
00:10:02.480 uh i was with my cameraman daniel page and he feared for his life that day that's how bad it
00:10:09.300 was and gary who was with us too told me this time and i hooked up with him that his coat had
00:10:15.900 been sliced by a box cutter that he didn't even know about until a couple of days after this
00:10:21.320 this melee that that that broke out at winnipeg anyway uh eight nine one one calls were made
00:10:28.120 security stood down and were completely useless did nothing eight nine one one calls were made
00:10:32.980 and no police showed up at this very, very dangerous situation.
00:10:38.500 So that was the backdrop for, and the police have now closed the investigation
00:10:43.140 and they're not going to lay charges against any of these people
00:10:45.980 in spite of the fact that massive coverage,
00:10:48.580 we have all the video of everything that happened.
00:10:50.680 There's no mystery as to the assaults and everything like that.
00:10:55.860 Anyway, they've closed the investigation.
00:10:57.080 So on September 17th, Sean Carlton and Negan Sinclair had edited a volume called Truth Before Reconciliation, Confronting Residential School Denialism.
00:11:14.840 And that was going to be a book launch happening on September 17th.
00:11:18.940 So I decided it would be a good idea to go to this book launch.
00:11:23.340 and I made the mistake of announcing that I would be going and then I had people tell me
00:11:30.160 you shouldn't tell people you're going because they'll then organize against you and so I said
00:11:37.660 okay and so I said okay people you know I was telling you I was going well I'm not going
00:11:43.580 anymore I can't go and then I would do this kind of I'd do this kind of because I couldn't resist
00:11:48.940 taunting them and teasing them about this situation so they sort of knew i was coming
00:11:54.580 and then it all got um unfortunately leaked so some one of our associates went to the bookstore
00:12:00.360 and for some weird reason decided to approach security and tell them that there could be
00:12:06.180 problems happening the next day so i got a notice on the night before i was going to fly out hold
00:12:14.240 on do you know who do you know who this person was who went to the uh library yeah or the bookstore
00:12:20.600 yeah they were just being they were they were being trying to be helpful and they didn't
00:12:24.640 understand that this was not we were we didn't want to have attention drawn to us that we were
00:12:29.560 going to be there um anyway i got this notice on september 16th i got a notice hey i don't want
00:12:35.720 to draw attention to this but uh there might something really messed up might happen tomorrow
00:12:40.560 like what i don't know man anyway i got this notice from the bookstore mcnally robinson
00:12:48.940 telling me that i was banned from the launch i couldn't attend the launch so i said okay well
00:12:56.620 i'm gonna have to play this one by year uh i'm going anyway because i want to do all this other
00:13:01.240 stuff with winnipeg university winnipeg university of manitoba blah blah blah blah i was going with
00:13:06.160 tony hall who was a professor emeritus from lethbridge who wanted to kind of help me
00:13:10.120 document all the problems that i was going to probably experience um anyway so we we went to
00:13:17.800 winnipeg and we were having lunch in a restaurant gary picked us up so gary the guy who had his
00:13:24.340 coat cut with a box cutter last time and got assaulted was driving us around
00:13:28.800 and we went for lunch in a restaurant called stella's which was across from the university
00:13:35.740 of Winnipeg. And I didn't know at the time that this was part of the University of Winnipeg. It
00:13:42.520 was actually in a building owned by the University of Winnipeg. So unbeknownst to us, we were made
00:13:48.620 in the restaurant and all the security was all on high alert that we were there. And as we walked
00:13:55.680 out the door to go over to the University of Winnipeg to do a walk and talk, to just explain
00:14:00.620 where all the assaults happened and everything i ran face to face with the key security guy
00:14:05.420 who had stood down and done nothing while all of us were being assaulted and so uh i got my camera
00:14:12.760 on him and this was like last year though no this was this year this was uh september 17th this year
00:14:19.080 oh okay okay okay but like when you saw this guy who was head of security
00:14:25.640 this is at the book thing no it's just outside of university winnipeg before we were going to go on
00:14:31.780 to the book launch we're just visiting we're just doing a just a brief visit just going to go in
00:14:37.220 there i'm just going to walk through with gary and point out the various places where we got
00:14:41.260 assaulted last year and then go on to the book launch so that was the the plan but we were we
00:14:49.160 were being surveilled all the time we were people knew we were there and when we came out i ran
00:14:54.080 headlong into josh who was the head security guy for the previous year and he told me you've been
00:15:00.960 barred for five years you cannot go into the university of winnipeg and i said i do not
00:15:06.700 listen to anything the university of winnipeg says piss off we're going in anyway and gary and i go
00:15:12.800 March. Nice. And we ran headlong into 11 security guards who formed a phalanx and prevented us from
00:15:28.060 coming on. And we were walking back and forth in front of the University of Winnipeg with them
00:15:31.920 following along like a like a flock of ducks back and forth while I was castigating them and telling 1.00
00:15:38.840 them what useless pieces of shit they were and how they stood down yesterday last year when 1.00
00:15:43.600 everyone got assaulted and the president of the university of winnipeg was there i didn't know 1.00
00:15:48.420 that at the time otherwise i would have really given him a what for but uh he's kind of lurking
00:15:54.080 in the background you can see him in the footage with the he's got this one of these silly hats on
00:15:58.320 uh anyway so they said francis we've had enough of this it's time for you to go and i said i am
00:16:03.320 not going anywhere call the police and get them to exercise your order and we'll see because they
00:16:09.420 never show up the police never show up so let's let them do this anyway about a half an hour later
00:16:16.720 eight police officers in three cruisers showed up to uh is this the right clip here no it's from
00:16:23.060 last year shoot yeah that's from the university of manitoba um okay i don't know if i've uh uh
00:16:29.500 it's okay that's okay yep yep um i want to ask you know you're so used to this now
00:16:38.300 and i'm i'm used to something similar in some other way similar way um how do you kind of
00:16:45.620 paint it how do you paint the picture in your own mind of like yes i i mean i don't want to
00:16:50.260 use the n-word but it's like you're kind of like this 2026 and probably like you're treated like
00:16:55.660 oh they're in the restaurant over there you know what i mean like everyone's like alerted of this
00:16:59.880 this horrible vile person um how do you kind of construe that how you're treated uh in your head
00:17:10.580 oh it doesn't bother me at all i i see myself as a symbol not i don't take it personally at all
00:17:17.800 and i just i just focus on how to make them explain themselves as much as i can and what
00:17:24.720 i've been doing now since the university of lethbridge on september 1st when we went with
00:17:30.260 peter bogosian and reese nice wonder um we got and tony hall was there as well he's a professor
00:17:37.620 emeritus from university of lethbridge we got the police to stand down we argued with the police
00:17:43.420 and told them that they didn't have to exercise the trespass order they could just stand back
00:17:49.560 and see if we did anything unsafe or if we did anything obstructionist and then they could
00:17:55.140 remove us if we were doing something but they didn't have to do this and they they went away
00:18:00.680 for half an hour and came back and we were able to do the street epistemology so that was a new
00:18:04.900 development that i'd never kind of considered before which was arguing with the police
00:18:09.940 mm-hmm yeah so i i don't it doesn't i i just see these people as it it's it's not me they're
00:18:18.040 they're going after they're going after a kind of a you know a cartoon kind of character as you say
00:18:25.700 super villain um lex luther or whatever you know that's something they don't they have no idea what
00:18:32.720 i'm even arguing they don't even know what i'm about or what my position is on anything they
00:18:37.940 just know that I'm a person to be hated and they're just gonna hate on me and it's like well
00:18:44.020 go ahead like maybe it'll be good for you to get it out of your system all these kinds of thoughts
00:18:49.500 but I just with the security at the University of Winnipeg I just spent it must have been 20
00:18:57.180 minutes just castigating them just telling them how useless I thought they were and how terrible
00:19:03.240 they were and how they had allowed
00:19:05.240 Daniel Page to fear for his life
00:19:07.060 and here's where Daniel Page was forcibly
00:19:09.120 confined for half an hour
00:19:10.520 and
00:19:10.780 the other thing about the University of Winnipeg
00:19:14.980 which was really terrible
00:19:16.280 was I think it was on the 14th
00:19:19.080 of September of this year
00:19:20.540 they had a blanket
00:19:23.160 ceremony, an honoring
00:19:24.780 ceremony for
00:19:26.860 two of the women who had assaulted
00:19:28.880 me on September 26th 0.84
00:19:31.240 were they being awarded because they assaulted you
00:19:35.080 they were rewarded because they were the general grandmother
00:19:41.840 people who are deserve respect and they're residential school survivors and you've got
00:19:49.960 to listen to everything they say and if you don't then you're going to be assaulted and that's all
00:19:54.380 very well and fine and so instead of like scalping white europeans back in the day they're now scalping 0.96
00:19:59.380 residential school denialists and then hey how are we got francis we i punched her in the face 0.87
00:20:06.880 and i got away with it and now we're gonna smudge together and the other thing is there's this guy 0.76
00:20:13.840 uh michael melanson calls him camo clown because he
00:20:19.860 a knee slapper let's go because he wears these these combat fatigues with a flak jacket
00:20:30.400 and gloves with metal knuckles and he's got a beret with like che guevara this isn't an 1.00
00:20:37.500 indigenous guy is it it is well that's cultural appropriation what the fuck what the fuck bro 0.99
00:20:43.580 beret camo what what that's not allowed what about my culture hello why can't we reverse 1.00
00:20:53.480 reverse uno card on these people i'm tired of this they're wearing camo they weren't like
00:20:58.400 i don't think brass knuckles was an indigenous thing is it
00:21:01.280 anyway the funny thing about this so this guy's name is trey delarond
00:21:06.100 and he's got some ridiculous aboriginal name of course but anyway he's and all these pictures of 0.81
00:21:13.140 these grandmothers being honored these these violent thugs who are being honored he's in the 0.98
00:21:19.640 background with his camo clown outfit and his parade all this stuff and uh he says he's the 0.93
00:21:27.380 protector he's the protector of the grandmothers so what he's doing is he's using these women as a
00:21:34.680 as cover for his own psychopathic kind of personality where he gets to impose himself
00:21:41.320 violently on everyone and so i was really given it when i did the zombie apocalypse because i had
00:21:47.340 the picture of him like in this this picture and i said the winnipeg zombie apocalypse
00:21:51.760 he just went berserk about this and started like threatening me and doing all sorts of stuff
00:21:59.360 and then threatened to come to my house and you know i don't know what he's playing but he's in
00:22:05.220 winnipeg so i don't think that that's very likely but still um so i have all these threats now these
00:22:10.900 violent threats that this guy trey delirond has has uh has uh you know put out against me
00:22:16.460 yeah they seem to really have it out for you i wanted to draw attention to this tweet
00:22:21.280 uh it looks like a whole school project here um this is uh this is like a just a hate poster all
00:22:29.860 about you basically um this is george robinson i mean this is probably ai but it is pretty high
00:22:37.920 i'm sure i'm sure it is still pretty high effort with all the um francis widdowson stop your hate
00:22:44.420 this is not debate this whole thing this whole thing where you get the mats out of strongly
00:22:50.780 agree strongly disagree slightly agree that's not debate that's just denialism and racism 0.92
00:22:56.920 francis widdowson is not a researcher looking for the truth she's a professional hate monger 0.92
00:23:04.120 who attacks first nations people residential school survivors and anyone who challenges her
00:23:10.860 it's a pretty liberal use of the word attack and then on my tweets so below is all the tweets that 0.76
00:23:17.100 i'm castigating them for being zombies and thugs and camo clowns and all this kind of stuff
00:23:22.180 can you guys read that i don't know it's a little blurry they're on the left knowledge keepers used
00:23:29.080 as cover for protector wannabe gangsters more like and that's trey delaron in the back you can
00:23:34.940 see that dark figure he's standing behind these women who are getting the blankets these uh these 0.84
00:23:40.480 thugs who are zombies oh man thanos this is the thanos uh rap sheet right here crazy she calls 0.95
00:23:53.140 first nations people this is funny they have a whole list zombies cry bully zombies want to be 0.99
00:24:00.960 camo clowns made the list thugs kookums the hell is that what's kookums grandmother it means 0.97
00:24:08.660 grandmother in creed but i was calling them cry wait wait wait wait wait that that actually means 0.91
00:24:14.400 grandmother in creed cook them yeah it's cook them and it's in creed it's grandmother but i
00:24:18.520 called them is that not showing respect for their culture you know their language no but i called
00:24:22.880 them cry bully cookums not cookums so that's why everyone's pissed off about that one okay assailants
00:24:28.600 that's pretty crazy they're getting trying to get you in trouble for saying assailant 0.71
00:24:33.040 where they are they are assailants orange shirt fascism that's funny
00:24:38.640 oh man anyway that was just too much that's george robinson he's the guy who put that one
00:24:47.720 out and he is what is hold on hold on what did you first think sorry to cut you off but what 0.71
00:24:52.480 did you first think when you saw this i thought it was hilarious you know you're pissing yourself
00:24:56.720 laughing probably i said you know this is now or as i said on on twitter now we're talking like
00:25:02.140 now we got some serious substance here that we can go at it you know with this kind of thing
00:25:06.300 yeah and i love it here respect our history like like you don't respect history here like
00:25:11.780 history is to be argued about but the main thing to point out here is that i'm talking about people
00:25:17.640 who assaulted me on September 26th.
00:25:21.480 I'm not talking about aboriginal people or anything. 1.00
00:25:23.680 I'm going after these people specifically 0.93
00:25:26.220 in terms of what they did to me on September 26th.
00:25:30.500 And they're trying to turn it into, 0.94
00:25:32.040 I'm just got this big hate on for aboriginal people
00:25:34.980 when I'm saying, look,
00:25:36.100 most aboriginal people were horrified by what happened. 1.00
00:25:40.140 They are embarrassed by all these camo clowns 1.00
00:25:42.800 and cry-bellied cookums and all these people 0.91
00:25:45.900 who are just like oh man that was it though that that poster that is just frameable that is frameable
00:25:58.340 that poster because it's just that's so much you should uh like get a professional printer to like
00:26:04.040 print that out blow it up yeah yeah yeah that is that is like a big wall of wall of fame your
00:26:10.400 highlight reel this is how much people hate me they made a whole i mean hey actually anti-hate
00:26:17.700 if you're watching you could steal some notes here you it's like a wanted poster oh yeah make
00:26:23.280 a wanted poster summarize it like the content here is really well condensed yeah it's like
00:26:29.580 it's got everything there it's like and like you know poor poor anti-hate lost their funding right
00:26:34.300 like they haven't been getting funding recently so maybe they need maybe they need to diversify
00:26:37.980 not just the boring articles guys maybe you need like infographics hello like get with the times
00:26:42.460 maybe some tiktoks uh just brainstorming here feel free to take these ideas um and i think you
00:26:50.960 said the person who made this their their wife or their spouse yeah so george it's the guy who made
00:26:55.960 this supposedly his name is george robinson and he is a beta male who is married to
00:27:03.040 who is married to this shrieking harpy whose name is melissa robinson who if you see the winnipeg 0.96
00:27:13.700 footage from september 26th she's got these big eyelashes and she's pointing her finger at me 1.00
00:27:21.040 going you weren't invited you weren't invited you're a hick you're a hick she's screeching at 0.97
00:27:29.120 me anyway he's married to that wonderful uh kind and warm and loving woman who he obviously has to 0.98
00:27:38.600 kowtow to or she's gonna shriek at him just like she's shrieking at you know francis widdowson
00:27:44.640 so anyway she's an insufferable completely insufferable and he's married to her so this
00:27:51.440 is the kind of stuff he's got to do so that he doesn't get you know kind of crampled over by
00:27:56.040 the streaking harpy you know there's a lot to be said about the state of canada and the state of 0.98
00:28:00.520 just men being pussy whipped you know i think i think there's definitely an analogy there there's 0.99
00:28:05.880 a there's a sort of microcosm represents the macro um yeah this is harpy he's being harpy whipped 0.99
00:28:13.000 he's harpy whipped yeah what is harpy again i feel like that's like a term from like
00:28:18.440 a few decades ago that i that i'm i forget it's escaping it's like it's someone who just is always
00:28:25.000 nagging and and and you know like doing all this kind of shrieking kind of stuff i don't know what
00:28:30.980 the origins are of it but she is just harpy like she's a harpy like just and you're screeching
00:28:37.100 this is what she does right and i could not believe this when i'm face to face with her
00:28:41.700 for quite a while like it was a couple minutes where she just told me like what for and screeched
00:28:48.060 in my face for you know i just i just shrugged my shoulders and said hey you know you can do
00:28:54.520 whatever you want like whatever like go ahead hey how's it going i'm just hanging out
00:28:58.580 in a way the shrieking is like if you take this kind of weird demented version of leftism that
00:29:09.420 we're seeing this kind of totalitarian like uh emotions emotions emotions that's kind of
00:29:15.460 the conclusion right that's kind of like if you take it to its kind of end uh summary it's like
00:29:21.420 it's just shrieking i'm going to shriek emotionally that's my argument just throw them in jail
00:29:27.360 and it's like uh francis widowson uh 30 seconds what is your rebuttal uh they think you should
00:29:37.700 go to jail they think you're hateful uh what do you have to say what is your response what do you 0.84
00:29:42.440 have to say about this francis you know you're a hick she said things to me too like you probably 0.97
00:29:47.160 don't have much time left on this earth and i'm going i know i'm going well you know i don't know 0.95
00:29:53.240 it depends if people you know harm me and assault me said no one said anything about that he's like
00:29:58.080 well it's pretty aggressive what you're doing here like this is very aggressive that's crazy
00:30:04.180 but that there's three and a half hours so daniel page who is a he's a computer science professor
00:30:09.840 sweetest guy in the world wouldn't hurt a fly he is like you know basically begging for his life
00:30:15.560 and this whole thing he he helped me put together this three and a half hours of footage from the
00:30:22.320 university of winnipeg on october 20 sorry september september 26 2025 that's called uh
00:30:31.140 orange shirt totalitarianism or no sorry orange shirt fascism that's what that video is called
00:30:37.580 and that is just unreal what happened that that it was just like this long saga where daniel and i
00:30:44.480 I just, and a whole bunch of other people too, Gary and Jordan and, and Michael Melanson.
00:30:50.660 You know, Michael Melanson told me at one point he thought he was going to have to fight
00:30:54.480 his way out of 20 people.
00:30:55.560 Like it was, it was, it was really kind of scary.
00:30:58.880 And, and the terrible thing was, is that although I had these cry bully cookums all
00:31:03.680 going after me, I, it was like, they were roughing me up and they were doing this, but
00:31:08.280 they weren't like, I wasn't really thinking I was going to get stabbed or anything, but
00:31:12.560 whenever any of the men would try to help me that's when the camo clowns would all come in
00:31:18.660 and start like threatening the men for trying to help me and that was the big kind of danger
00:31:23.980 as far as i could see so it's kind of one of those lessons learned about you know the kind
00:31:29.740 of dynamics as these these gangsters are using women to uh as a front to to kind of be violent
00:31:37.260 and and use that as an excuse to go after people yeah and how does this relate to
00:31:43.520 knowledge keepers and indigenous ways of knowing you know like hiding behind the women and then
00:31:48.680 having the thugs hide behind them is is there any kind of indigenous um knowledge or wisdom
00:31:54.280 that i'm missing there what we say is true and if you don't accept it you'll be assaulted that
00:32:03.540 that's it and and you know there's no debate the truth is not up for debate you have to submit
00:32:09.900 or you know have these gangsters come and and whatever i don't even know whether it's going
00:32:15.780 to end and of course the police in winnipeg is just a complete disaster because the police are
00:32:22.360 completely um like they're captured by the the gangster kind of element they're trying to be
00:32:27.940 uh conciliatory with the gangsters because they don't want to deal with the gangsters
00:32:32.600 so they they find like turning the other during during the other way and letting the gangsters do
00:32:37.900 this but of course this is causing a massive problem in winnipeg especially for the aboriginal
00:32:44.600 population it's bad for the non-aboriginal population but these these the people in
00:32:49.040 these ghettos are just totally controlled by these gangsters so you can imagine the kind of
00:32:54.820 horror show that exists in these these horrible areas of winnipeg it's really quite a frightening
00:33:00.840 situation and and i really castigated the police uh about this constantly because i said look you've
00:33:09.060 got a gangster problem and you've got to deal with the gangsters the problem is not me i'm not i'm
00:33:14.560 not doing anything i'm completely calm and i never i never am someone who raises my voice at all 1.00
00:33:21.740 except to the security and telling them what a useless pieces of shit they are and how they 0.99
00:33:26.660 should be ashamed of themselves and so on and so forth but to the grandmothers and whatnot i'm just 1.00
00:33:32.820 i'm just they're kind of trying to talk to them about their beliefs which you know they because
00:33:39.000 they're zombies they can't have any discourse at all they just keep on saying the same thing
00:33:43.520 over and over again and not listening to anything you say yeah i want to get into uh the residential
00:33:50.900 school denialism legislation i also want to get into some other fun stuff but one last kind of
00:33:56.680 like i want to kind of indulge with these kind of curiosities in these topics which is you know
00:34:01.640 the zombies that these people are zombies i'm actually thinking of our last conversation i
00:34:06.080 think after the kind of violent confrontation i think at lethbridge but i remember watching like
00:34:11.920 a tiktok of someone describe you and describe the situation and it really is sad the oversimplification
00:34:19.580 of like they these people literally have this fairy tale understanding of reality where it's
00:34:24.560 like you are the bad person and once you go away then life is good and we solved the problem
00:34:32.280 and it really does feel that simple when you kind of hear these people explain themselves
00:34:38.740 and as you were saying it's like where do they even get this information they don't really they
00:34:43.800 they basically just get like a few you know cole's notes she hates indigenous people she wants them
00:34:49.300 to die she wants you know uh whatever cultural genocide yada yada yada um all these kind of
00:34:55.460 oversimplifications things i don't know and i guess like from my perspective i think of the
00:35:00.260 problems of the world and i think they're kind of complicated i think there's i think there's
00:35:05.440 kind of like powerful people who are like up higher with you know with influence and power
00:35:10.820 and money and they're near the lovers of power and they can they can do stuff with their their
00:35:16.120 money and their influence and uh you know trying to solve that rubik's cube of you could say
00:35:21.200 oppression you could say you know the the marginalized people like actually solving
00:35:25.380 those problems it's actually complicated and but yet these people are like yeah this woman who got 0.73
00:35:33.020 fired who like has been canceled from so many things has probably lost a lot of opportunities 1.00
00:35:39.200 in terms of business in terms of lectures in terms of paid gigs uh yeah once we get rid of her
00:35:44.940 then life will be better uh like like how do you could kind of construe this in your head
00:35:53.920 because like zombie is probably the best way and we could just move on but do you think about it
00:35:58.680 any deeper than that well well i think there's a lot of anger so what's going on here with the
00:36:04.360 aboriginal population is first of all there's most of the aboriginal population is the marginalized
00:36:09.640 members they're dealing with their own horrible situations and communities so they're not this
00:36:15.480 they're not even part of this conversation the people i'm dealing with are the people connected 0.99
00:36:20.160 to the university system who are these aboriginal neotribal elites and they're incompetent they're 0.98
00:36:26.080 completely incompetent you got to go over that term again yeah so neotribal elites are the um 0.97
00:36:32.000 the the leaders the decision makers at the top of a of a tribe that's not the way it was before
00:36:39.340 contact but it's been transformed by the the political economic system and and you see it in
00:36:45.240 in you know like they ban governments or the right um but these are the university people
00:36:52.460 who are the most toxic of all the these people because they're so full of themselves
00:36:58.000 and they they're arrogant their arrogance is just ah it's like it's it just makes you just go 0.96
00:37:05.560 these people are just unbelievable anyway they are incompetent academically they can't function 1.00
00:37:13.880 properly as academics so all they've got is just becoming a complete asshole every time they're 1.00
00:37:20.940 talking to you like like they they just they're impossible so that's kind of what's going on and 0.99
00:37:26.680 they they just want you to shut up like that's all they want like shut up get out of here we
00:37:33.180 don't want to hear what you have to say that's what they're doing and they want to make life so
00:37:37.700 unpleasant for you that you will do that and most people will do it because they just cannot stand 0.97
00:37:44.300 having you know these shrieking harpies you know tell you that you're a hick and all these kinds
00:37:50.600 of things but i i i don't it doesn't really it's happened to me so i'm just gonna and and the other
00:37:56.280 thing too is is is the stare down i've had the stare downs the stare down i've had the stare
00:38:02.040 downs so this is my my uh aboriginal nemesis gabrielle weaselhead from mount royal university
00:38:11.100 who who was the one who got me fired got me drummed out of mount royal i was at a an event
00:38:16.880 where she was giving a talk and i sat down right in front of the podium right in front of her
00:38:22.020 with the book grave error right by my side and i just sat there could she see the front of the book
00:38:28.240 oh my gosh just a silent heckler wow
00:38:34.000 just sitting down with your book oh my gosh and she's just completely incensed
00:38:42.800 and then she goes and sort of off to the side and she's standing and she's staring at me she's
00:38:49.460 glaring and i'm just staring at like i'm i'm just looking at her this was not well and she's
00:38:54.720 so so we stared it was it must have been minutes that was what was the expression on your face
00:39:01.580 i was just deadpan completely deadpan
00:39:04.440 very good and so so we didn't and and neither of us broke the gaze like it was just like the
00:39:12.780 stare down but whatever it's again i'm not gonna break gaze i'm not gonna you don't intimidate me
00:39:18.960 you can be as angry as you want i'm entitled to sit here at this seat and have my book grave
00:39:23.660 next to me and that's all there is to it and if you don't like it well too bad yeah what do you
00:39:31.100 think drives these neo-tribal elites do you think they have a set agenda that they're given and that
00:39:39.640 they need to follow through on do you think they're genuinely doing the right thing do you
00:39:44.760 think it's like a combination of both maybe they started thinking they were genuinely doing the
00:39:47.900 right thing and then it kind of turned into this like weird like specific political agenda what's
00:39:52.040 your theory there so a lot of it is aboriginal industry driven so the lawyers and the consultants
00:39:57.500 encouraging grievances and the neo-tribal elites get benefits from it so they get a financial
00:40:03.120 benefit from it so so like like the more like cases the more sort of like uh 0.89
00:40:09.260 you know because you said the lawyers and stuff yeah so it's kind of like the more legislation
00:40:16.640 they can create and legal cases so land claims is the best example of this in okay in bc so there's
00:40:23.180 like there's been legal cases been going on there for for since the early 90s the treaty talks so
00:40:28.940 the lawyers have all constructed this created animosity the nmar grave stuff all of that is
00:40:34.720 is aboriginal industry driven and aboriginal people are kind of there's a lot of social
00:40:40.400 dysfunction a lot of fetal alcohol syndrome a lot of sexual abuse like i i have a a guy who
00:40:47.680 i've been interacting with who who's a uh has connections to the community he has a degree in
00:40:52.500 finance he told me that he he can't have relationships with aboriginal women because
00:40:59.160 almost every aboriginal woman has been sexually abused and is seriously traumatized by what has
00:41:05.720 happened and and can't function in a relationship properly this kind of stuff uh so that's something
00:41:11.440 to keep in mind it's just absolutely horrible and so a lot of it's just kind of grievances and anger 1.00
00:41:19.440 rooted in terrible conditions and so on and so and then that's used by the aboriginal industry 0.97
00:41:26.360 to get them to to do this and then the last thing is a kind of tribalism and the kinship orientation 0.92
00:41:32.900 So often they're protecting their family members and their tribal relations.
00:41:38.640 That's how Aboriginal politics works.
00:41:40.880 So it's kind of this kind of clustering of various things that are happening, 1.00
00:41:44.640 which results in a completely dysfunctional system that doesn't benefit anyone.
00:41:51.040 And yet there's so much anger and, you know, like dysfunction that things just get worse and worse and worse
00:41:59.260 whenever there's any kind of attempt to address it through this um what's called parallelism like
00:42:05.720 it's a parallelist system aboriginal and non-aboriginal societies existing coexisting
00:42:11.760 but not getting getting in each other's way that's not going to work at all and it's just
00:42:16.980 making things much worse for the aboriginal population yeah that is uh that's very sad um
00:42:25.500 um and it's kind of been my my theory or my idea of it the whole time which is um they're kind of
00:42:33.200 like the original political football they just kind of get kicked around all the time for hey
00:42:37.760 we care about indigenous issues and it's like do these people even have clean drinking water like
00:42:41.920 have you seen the have you seen the conditions on these residences uh or uh reses um and he's
00:42:49.020 just shameless and just to make a segue into the residential school denialism
00:42:54.680 and so on so the assembly of first nations which is like the worst neo-tribal elite organization
00:43:00.240 ever which has i don't know how many millions of dollars are going into this outfit but it is 0.83
00:43:05.700 totally useless and it's just a complete drain and just foments grievances constantly
00:43:10.080 sorry what's the name the assembly of first nations okay so every uh community yeah here we
00:43:18.680 go so this is their this is their biggest issue or one of their biggest issues is criminalizing
00:43:26.600 residential school denialism this is instead of the sexual abuse the fetal alcohol syndrome the
00:43:31.800 terrible educational levels the housing that's falling apart the drinking water all those issues
00:43:36.660 they're going to focus on criminalizing residential school denialism
00:43:40.400 all right let's play the clip you should be able to read the captions for you
00:43:45.100 Oh, let's turn it up.
00:44:15.100 Nations are stronger today in Canada than ever before, but we know the stronger that we get
00:44:20.800 that the hate goes up. Next week, Canadians from all walks of life will gather and wear orange to
00:44:27.600 commemorate the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, but at the same time, we know
00:44:33.560 others will continue to desecrate the truth. So we will keep up this fight, especially as we lose
00:44:40.580 more survivors and others who bore witness to this horrific reality of the indian residential
00:44:46.060 schools so we're losing more survivors what is she what does she what is this what does this
00:44:52.700 even mean what i mean we're losing people are dying it sounds like yeah well they're old so
00:44:58.280 the survivors are people who went to the residential schools when you know mostly
00:45:04.100 like the last you know kind of when it started to end was the 60s maybe there's some who went
00:45:10.160 but when it was gotten to the 70s and the 80s and the 90s that was when the aboriginal groups
00:45:15.080 had taken it over so the last kind of you know people who went to residential schools would
00:45:20.540 have been going to residential schools you know in the 1960s probably and so they're now you know
00:45:26.920 70 80 years old and they're and they are dying because they're old they're getting elderly so
00:45:33.560 that's the kind of thing um i like the whole thing is absurd yeah it kind of gives me uh
00:45:41.520 covid flashbacks when it's like okay so like you know when you get to the restaurant you have to
00:45:46.160 have the mask on and then when you get sit down you take it off and it it's like are you just
00:45:50.720 testing us to see what nonsense that we will put up with because even if you just kind of like
00:45:55.980 follow the logic of what this woman is saying it's like you are it's hateful and then she says
00:46:02.300 you're desecrating the truth and it's like so wait which is it then like is it being hateful
00:46:09.560 like desecrating the truth so so like having a different idea of what the truth is is the same
00:46:13.800 thing as hatred like even if you try to follow the thread like you you don't you can't really
00:46:18.560 grab on to anything no um no it's just a barrage of um angry outbursts about how they want you to
00:46:28.900 shut up like that's basically what they're saying is shut up stop talking we are in control now we
00:46:36.120 demand that you agree with us and if you don't then we are going to cause mayhem for you like 0.99
00:46:42.260 and and that's why i'm so unpopular is because i'm going piss off i'll keep talking as long as 0.68
00:46:49.440 i want to talk i don't have people telling me how to be respectful how to be this how to be that 0.73
00:46:54.600 i say what i want to say and i use the words that i want to use and i'm not listening to you at all
00:46:59.920 so go away you want to have a conversation fine but you are not in charge of me i am a person
00:47:06.500 like if you watch the winnipeg coverage which is the best stuff ever right because it's like
00:47:10.740 endless discussions with all these zombies and they're saying to me um you got to respect our
00:47:18.180 elders and i'm going uh no i don't uh i choose who i want to respect and who i don't respect
00:47:24.000 i don't need to respect anyone and you don't have to respect me they're like what what like this is
00:47:30.660 kind of they've never had anyone just tell them no i'm not going to play this game that you are
00:47:36.600 involved in and i think you're arrogant and you don't know what you're talking about and i'm happy
00:47:41.960 to sit here and talk to you for the rest of you know the end of days but you're not going to get
00:47:46.400 me to shape my words to suit your sensibilities you know and that's kind of what goes on all the 1.00
00:47:53.060 time this arrogance because no one ever says to an aboriginal leader you're full of shit so 1.00
00:48:01.860 you can't say that to the knowledge keeper that they ain't keeping shit my ass there is no such 1.00
00:48:13.160 thing as a knowledge keeper this is completely invented and it makes no sense you know this is 0.99
00:48:17.960 like oh yeah unbelievable you just blasphemed you just blasphemed in cree uh speaking of which
00:48:27.320 francis if you could you are an indigenous expert so if you could i would love for you
00:48:35.080 to read this indigenous sign oh yeah at the sfu yeah surely not so how do you how do you pronounce
00:48:41.360 this no idea no idea and like i love the symbols the question mark and the seven and whatever
00:48:47.480 so this is is unbelievable it's just nuts and what people don't understand is they look at
00:48:56.420 that script and they think it's pretty exotic it must be an aboriginal language that this is
00:49:02.540 related to that's not that's not true it's an invented script by some white linguists who are
00:49:10.980 making money in creating scripts and aboriginal people cannot read it either so it just is 0.99
00:49:19.780 idiotic what is going on here this is like the silliest of the aboriginal industry uh you know 1.00
00:49:26.960 grifts this is complete grift it's just grifting just getting transfers for doing all these 1.00
00:49:32.680 contracts millions of dollars going into paying linguists to do these scripts when it's got
00:49:37.860 nothing to do with aboriginal people anyway and what i love is when they give a phonetic kind of
00:49:44.340 um translation for this script it's like well why don't you just get rid of the script
00:49:50.700 and keep the phonetic translation because that's what everyone's using um francis if we get rid of
00:49:58.620 the script we can't be pretentious know-it-alls we can't be pretentious academics who act like
00:50:03.000 we're high and mighty and holier than thou and helping indigenous people it doesn't work
00:50:06.560 oh you wanted to make it simple no no we're gonna be using backwards question marks and sevens and
00:50:12.240 hyphens and colons um i just want to say this post in particular was just such a roller not
00:50:21.520 a roller coaster but it was like okay i saw it and i'm like that's definitely ai i'm gonna check
00:50:27.700 so i asked and people were like no no that's real and i and like there was no community no
00:50:32.500 it was going viral there's no community note and i was almost like speechless i was like oh i can't
00:50:37.380 believe this is ai and there was like multiple people who have big platforms days later who were
00:50:41.300 like oh wow like i also cannot believe that this is not ai okay yeah it's kind of it's it's i don't
00:50:48.240 know what it is but you know this this the the the parody we're living in has gone like so far that
00:50:55.600 it's like it's like so far ahead it's like yeah i can't even fat you can't even fathom it yeah it's
00:51:01.180 uh it's it's unbelievable that we're they and the people who are doing it
00:51:05.760 they gotta know this is ridiculous but they're just afraid to do anything like they they're
00:51:13.080 just getting told this is what the aboriginals want if we don't do it they're gonna be upset 0.99
00:51:19.340 yeah we don't want that we want this to just go ahead you know when it's got nothing to do
00:51:24.580 with aboriginal people anyway it you know what it is it's so surreal that it's like 0.97
00:51:30.060 okay at some point canada slipped into becoming a reality tv show like where the fuck are the 0.65
00:51:37.200 hidden cameras i know you got us you got us you got okay where's ashton kutcher it's very funny 0.97
00:51:43.500 where the fuck is ashton kutcher it's hilarious okay we're going along with it okay let's just 0.78
00:51:50.440 put a bunch of gibberish on their side and like say it's like indigenous let's just like start 0.99
00:51:53.640 stealing their uh their property and say it's because of indigenous crazy i love the uh the
00:51:58.180 one uh quote here though you're debating what woke 2.0 will look like while vancouver is on woke
00:52:03.800 five that was a good uh commentary on that one that is good yeah yeah the woke the levels of
00:52:11.020 woke is like and and you know i you think you know when is it gonna end like when like at what
00:52:17.680 point do people go okay we kind of lost our minds for you know and you know 10 years 20 years
00:52:24.000 whatever but now okay let's just let's just blow this up and start over you know or whatever's
00:52:29.740 gonna happen I don't know but it doesn't seem to really be uh you know gaining any traction and
00:52:37.020 that stuff in Winnipeg with that poster about all that that that was that's why I found it so funny
00:52:43.600 is because like I'm I'm making commentary which is completely explainable but they're just using
00:52:50.520 it as here's what she says look at the racism and the hate and the and they're just like they
00:52:56.220 don't even they're not even really understanding what i'm doing they're just they're just like
00:53:00.920 repeating it you know it's like the people with the the languages there it's like they're just
00:53:06.560 cutting and pasting and saying okay well there's our new signs now and whatever
00:53:11.640 it's not no one's taking this in in any kind of intellectual way no one's understanding it at all
00:53:20.860 it's just repeating it yeah and i do want to commemorate you and give you your flowers because
00:53:27.000 you know sometimes you've been criticized by some people i won't name names but uh they'll kind of
00:53:32.760 criticize your like your approach or something or like the way you talk about it or something like
00:53:37.100 this maybe but the and it's like if it wasn't you it would just be the next person it would just be
00:53:45.380 the next person in line who was talking about this you know um and it's like it's just it's
00:53:51.840 i feel like this happens with every single topic in canada where the person who's leading the
00:53:57.760 charge at disrupting the status quo they get the most criticized they're like oh well they're you
00:54:02.060 know well they deserve the criticism because they're doing it wrong and they're up they're
00:54:06.380 upsetting all these people they must be doing something wrong and it's like no there's just
00:54:12.340 this kind of creeping tyranny of people who disrupt the status quo getting crushed uh if
00:54:18.240 they kind of challenge certain ideas and francis in this case just happens to be and i mean like
00:54:23.300 let's think about it like you're let's let's do the diversity points i mean you're white
00:54:28.840 and you're straight so that's not good but you are a woman and you're are like you know you're 0.95
00:54:33.900 kind of like leftist or socialist and uh so like that should count for something um and it's i
00:54:40.680 think it's what i find so fascinating is that you're literally like an expert on indigenous
00:54:46.640 issues and like that card oh that got that card got ripped away from you so quick it's like no
00:54:52.800 no no we she doesn't go here tenured professor no no no she worked in the government to do with
00:54:59.820 indigenous issues no no no no no she just hates indigenous people from forget all forget her i 0.98
00:55:05.080 don't want to see her resume get that out of here okay she's just a hateful person and uh she's 0.93
00:55:10.540 really mean yeah yeah and and this is the thing too is that and and i shouldn't be so hard on
00:55:18.020 jonathan kate because he did he did uh he did recognize that that was that he felt badly about
00:55:23.500 that so i that's one of my mistakes is i kind of continue to castigate people even when they've
00:55:28.420 you know recognized wrongdoing so um but we gotta we gotta stick together and and keep
00:55:34.100 yeah like you know when people you know sort of admit that they've they've you know they
00:55:38.280 shouldn't have said something they shouldn't keep on like you know rubbing their nose in it all the
00:55:41.940 time um anyway but but the thing is is that with the like this tone policing kind of stuff that
00:55:49.440 goes on you make the discourse much less dynamic and truthful by doing that because you you kind
00:55:59.620 of cut off the the rough edges which are kind of needed to kind of have conversations with the
00:56:05.540 other parts of the discourse so i find you know that's why i really don't want to you know kind
00:56:10.940 of go after people who you know who do things which i think you know i think that's you know
00:56:16.760 like that like the orange uh wear the body shirts kind of thing right like like when i would used to
00:56:24.300 see that i kind of kind of be like oh i don't i don't really like that messaging because it's not
00:56:30.240 very clear and and and it's not that there aren't bodies it's that the bodies are in graves that
00:56:36.920 were once um marked and then now unmarked it's just that there's no clandestine burials and
00:56:42.260 that whole thing just seems very kind of harsh and blunt and not but i'm not going to criticize
00:56:48.700 someone who wears a where are the bodies shirt because that shirt allows for the conversation
00:56:55.800 to take place with the other kinds of things and if it's not there it's kind of a missing part of
00:57:01.400 the the whole tapestry of language and so on which comes you know is brought to bear on the matter so
00:57:08.240 there's you know it's kind of really i find that really annoying people who want everyone to kind
00:57:13.620 of talk in this you know the same tone in the same kind of this that that makes things very
00:57:20.280 uninteresting and not very helpful in terms of trying to understand the whole picture
00:57:25.620 yeah and there's probably some summary in rules for radicals or the communist manifesto or some
00:57:32.520 political book that talks about this but essentially the key thing is to you know don't
00:57:38.700 disavow people who are sort of pushing in the same direction you you can like you just said
00:57:43.680 you can kind of disagree with the approach or disagree with the message but um to be like no
00:57:49.260 don't do that you're doing it wrong and it's like well you know let people take their different
00:57:53.020 approach the point is is like we have a sort of common threat that's kind of coming after us
00:57:58.760 and uh there are different ways to approach the conversation and open up the uh you know
00:58:05.220 the dialogue for me my main thing is um like don't do anything illegal don't fed post don't
00:58:12.960 be violent don't act don't act all insane and crazy like like try to be approachable to like
00:58:18.100 normal people like always keep in mind like who is watching you're trying to convince the neutral 0.68
00:58:23.320 observer you want to be the normal person in every situation so they look nuts and i i gotta say you
00:58:29.860 do a great job a lot of the time with that and i think it's brought a lot of people to your side
00:58:33.580 when you're just like no i uh this is my opinion and it's like get off of me
00:58:38.560 like everyone's like free like oh my gosh she's getting mauled and eating a lot getting her
00:58:42.980 literally getting her face eaten off by zombies um they must really not like the zombie label
00:58:49.460 they hated that that that that lit things up like you wouldn't believe um and i you know like
00:58:56.300 it's kind of interesting some things like when i did the cry bully cook cookums one
00:59:01.660 no one really reacted to that i didn't like it but they didn't go nuts but with the zombies
00:59:09.100 that was a big one that that was like yeah no you you can't call us zombies you know and and
00:59:16.140 And, you know, hey, I think it's a very, very, you know, I think it's on point.
00:59:20.460 And I think I totally can defend that, you know, until the rest of my days. 0.97
00:59:25.880 And you guys are zombies. 0.95
00:59:27.420 If you don't want to be called zombies, don't act like zombies like this. 0.94
00:59:32.200 What they probably do is, you know, the people who they try to rile up, no offense to them, but the people who they try to rile up probably aren't very smart.
00:59:40.300 so they probably take the zombie label and they spin it to be like oh no because like it's like 1.00
00:59:45.300 dead bodies and it's like like right and it's like no i mean like you're a brainwashed idiot 1.00
00:59:51.120 not that you like got raised from the dead that's stupid um but uh i'm sure you can't really get a 1.00
00:59:59.340 word in uh most of the time on campus but let's talk about a few more things because you got so 0.99
01:00:03.920 much going on i want let's talk about um i saw this come up on the justice center it's been great
01:00:08.920 to see them cover your stuff yeah this is from the justice center i think earlier this week
01:00:14.060 september 18th in a major victory for free expression the alberta court of king's bench
01:00:18.300 has squashed the university of lethbridge decision to cancel a campus lecture by dr francis
01:00:24.080 widdowson that keep the doctor there it is boom dr francis widdowson the court ruled that the
01:00:30.160 university's failure to consider charter rights was a fundamental and fatal error justice center
01:00:35.020 President John Carpe said past Justice Center court victories have established that the charter
01:00:39.300 protects freedom of expression on university campuses in Alberta. This decision affirms
01:00:44.220 that principle and the constitutional requirement that universities meaningfully consider freedom
01:00:49.840 of expression when making decisions affecting expressive activities on campus.
01:00:55.800 Yep. Thoughts, feelings? What was your reaction to this news? Yeah, so I was ecstatic at the time
01:01:02.120 because it is establishing some important principles
01:01:06.460 about, you know, considering freedom of expression and so on.
01:01:11.160 And it's been really good just in terms of raising awareness
01:01:15.000 about the Lethbridge case,
01:01:16.860 which I'm going to go back into the University of Lethbridge, obviously,
01:01:22.540 and then we're going to see what they do with this
01:01:27.200 and then how they react.
01:01:30.180 So that's all good.
01:01:31.440 the problem with it just so that people can be a little bit clear-eyed about this
01:01:35.700 is that it doesn't um make a statement that my charter rights were violated so it doesn't do
01:01:43.840 that and it doesn't provide a remedy as to what the university of lethbridge must do after it has
01:01:50.600 not done this so we don't we're no for in terms of the actual situation of me giving the talk
01:01:58.240 on campus which is what we were asking for that's the remedy we were asking for is that i
01:02:03.820 be allowed you know they they give me space to to do this lecture that they canceled that was
01:02:09.880 what we were asking for and we didn't get that remedy so now the university of lethbridge is
01:02:14.280 just going to say well you know we now in the future we need to consider charter but they could
01:02:21.380 just say hey we considered the charter and we found that we have to balance it with safety and
01:02:27.020 so therefore we're canceling the lecture anyway or like they like it's not very it's not really
01:02:31.420 very clear in terms of the future but it's good in terms of having a recognition that the
01:02:37.660 university of lethbridge uh didn't act properly on that day on february 1st 2023 right so i'm just
01:02:48.100 trying to understand this so the court ruled that the university's failure to consider charter
01:02:52.360 rights was a fundamental and fatal error so they're like this was wrong yeah we're not going
01:02:58.060 to make you we're not going to make you do anything about it no we're just going to say that was wrong
01:03:02.740 that you did that yeah so now lunavers lester says oh well thank you very much and we'll just
01:03:07.160 continue as we are what i'm hoping is to get if daniel smith and miles mcdougall are listening
01:03:13.700 you now have this uh it's no longer before the courts so that's often their excuse we we can't
01:03:20.900 do anything because it's before the courts so it's no longer before the courts you have the
01:03:26.040 the ruling that they didn't consider it you direct the university of lethbridge to allow that talk
01:03:32.360 to happen and if they don't allow it to happen you withdraw five percent of the funding from
01:03:37.440 the university of lethbridge the government can do that and it should do that will it do that
01:03:43.740 here's the question daniel smith if you can hear us take the action it will be popular
01:03:51.180 i don't i don't know what these conservative um premiers are doing honestly like well they're
01:03:57.120 trying to get there they've got other issues that they're trying to negotiate on and they're
01:04:01.700 gonna throw freedom of expression under the bus to do it is basically what's happening they've 0.94
01:04:06.920 got to negotiate the pipelines and do all these things right who gives a shit about freedom of 0.65
01:04:12.060 expression and universities and all that that's the francis who um yeah well no daniel smith knows 0.57
01:04:17.520 who i am like she did talk to aaron pete about that so she's aware of what's going on aaron pete
01:04:23.800 brought it up confronted her good shout out to aaron pete for that yeah i love him i want to be
01:04:31.000 i want to do an event with him i want to do an event at the university of lethbridge with aaron
01:04:34.980 pete and we can talk about you know the residential schools being genocidal or the cam moves 215 or
01:04:41.040 see oh okay okay this is this might be a really like baby boomer idea but what if for like one
01:04:50.280 of your demonstrations where you're where you're going to show up and there's going to be a lot
01:04:54.640 of haters what if you show up like hannibal lecter where you're like in a stray jacket like
01:05:01.380 on like a on like a dolly or whatever like completely wrapped up with like something over
01:05:06.040 your face and it's like there she is there's francis widows and they have to like wrap her 1.00
01:05:09.780 in a stray jacket because she's such a disgusting violent freak um and and then like dramatic 1.00
01:05:16.780 dramatically like they can take like the duct tape off your mouth and like what was what's the 0.98
01:05:21.460 first thing you would say on microphone in front of a group of your haters if you're dressed like
01:05:25.340 hannibal lecter i don't know can i have some water i'm thirsty something like uh the truth
01:05:34.560 is fundamental or something like that like they they're one of these kind of philosophical kinds
01:05:38.440 positions uh you know we we must have truth about cam loops or if we and we can't have to the two
01:05:44.180 plus two equals four you know that's one of my favorites the george orwell kind of uh quote
01:05:50.220 which is uh winston smith says writes down uh freedom is the freedom to state that two plus
01:05:55.060 two make four once that is cunningham bear 76 in chat said silence of the denialist
01:06:03.960 very good very good yeah yeah silence of the uh cookums yeah but i used to do these kind of
01:06:13.220 graphics which was showing my trajectory it's kind of funny because i had the first one was
01:06:18.420 the leper you know like there's a famous medieval kind of mosaic which has a a person with a leper
01:06:25.040 bell around them with the leper spots on so that's the first frame the second frame is uh
01:06:30.240 um i think it's hannibal lecter with the with the mask on and then the third is the um the rat
01:06:38.120 cage mask in 1984 where you have winston smith which has the mask with the rats in it which is
01:06:44.100 you know um and it might have been i can't remember which one i think whether i can't
01:06:50.340 remember whether hannibal lecter was number three or number two and the rat cage mask but anyway
01:06:55.280 there's it's kind of an interesting kind of tree panel uh was it called a trip ditch or whatever
01:07:00.000 the three panel you know the story of francis widows and going through the various you know
01:07:05.140 kinds of yeah tactics of silencing um but i guess it would be the rat cage mouse would be the final
01:07:12.360 one because that's like when they're torturing you yeah right and so speaking of uh torture and
01:07:20.760 the phases let's talk about one of the first phases which was um mount royal yes well i didn't
01:07:27.680 watched this video yet but it looks like you gave it you gave an update for people yeah um
01:07:32.400 this is about the spider web um well i mean what's the update on mount royal and your uh
01:07:39.240 and your kind of ongoing appeal or counter-appeal case with uh you not being able to go back to work
01:07:45.980 yeah so uh i was fired so for people who don't are not familiar with my case i was fired in
01:07:51.280 December 2021. I went through an unbelievably abusive arbitration process over the year of
01:07:58.860 2023. The arbitrator in 2024 found that I had been wrongfully terminated, but that I couldn't
01:08:08.180 be reinstated because Gabrielle Weaselhead and Renee Watchman, who doesn't work there anymore,
01:08:14.700 there's friction between us and this would be unviable this made my my relationship employment
01:08:23.700 relationship unviable that got appealed to the Alberta Labor Relations Board and in
01:08:29.380 2026 the board gave me an incredibly favorable ruling and said that the arbitrator's decision
01:08:40.180 was unreasonable and it would need to go back to him to provide reasons to show that I was can't
01:08:46.780 be reinstated because of my harassment and not because of my ideas because you cannot say that
01:08:54.260 I cannot be reinstated because of my ideas because that would be a violation of my academic freedom
01:08:59.820 so that was incredible that decision it's a win regardless of whatever else happens because
01:09:05.260 it's going to form the basis for discussions in the future about this but what happened after
01:09:10.840 that it's supposed to go back to the arbitrator but mount royal has appealed the labor board's
01:09:17.380 decision to the court of appeal or no sort of seeking leave to appeal and so we went before
01:09:23.180 the alberta court appeal in september so what mount royal is trying to do is it's trying to extend
01:09:28.080 the the the whole thing right so because if we go to the court of appeal on that then that's
01:09:34.000 going to be a couple of years before i get their strategy is uh before anybody is held accountable
01:09:39.560 they're hoping everybody dies of old age exactly yeah they're gonna die i'm gonna die i'm gonna 1.00
01:09:44.200 die first uh you know but whatever like i'm like bring it on bring it on you motherfuckers um we 1.00
01:09:51.300 want to uh have everything that you think written down and everything that you do documented and 1.00
01:09:58.440 then i will castigate you mercilessly for all the misdeeds that you've been involved in for
01:10:04.780 the last five years and all you got to do is you've just got to have you know stamina you
01:10:09.780 got to have serious stamina to be able to do it and you've got to constantly be talking about
01:10:14.940 what they've done yeah which is just so terrible and it's so verbal you got to be yeah you got to
01:10:22.560 be like your own campaign manager constantly campaigning telling people what happens and uh
01:10:28.380 you know being being your own spokesperson being your spokesperson for the cause um you got it and
01:10:34.860 you're doing a great job by the way getting your content out there you know your channels are
01:10:38.780 growing and stuff like that and like this is someone made a comment the other day when i posted
01:10:43.400 something um and they're like oh you didn't know about this this happens all the time and it's like 0.99
01:10:49.040 yeah but this is a video or a picture of it happening and unfortunately people are stupid
01:10:54.060 sure a story is a story but like if there's actual visual content to go along with what's happening
01:11:00.340 that actually is what you need to get people to care i know it's kind of sad yeah but like you
01:11:06.000 need the you need the receipts especially these days in this attention economy online and social
01:11:10.440 media you need to get people's attention uh with the content or else no one's gonna care
01:11:15.900 um and that's just the world we live in and uh you know this is it's interesting because i
01:11:22.140 you know i i used to be the you know we spent all my time writing things that was my
01:11:28.640 stock and trade but now it just it's just not like in terms of trying to get people to understand
01:11:35.660 what has happened um i do write you know blog posts and stuff like that but then i always do
01:11:42.400 a video to explain the blog post so that you know people have the you know they can read it or they
01:11:50.420 can watch it but you know it's it's it's it's the clip you know the the minute and a half clip or
01:11:56.760 whatever that that you're able to just get that one kind of idea out there that everyone can say
01:12:02.720 okay i get this you know like that kind of thing and it's a real skill like you know you work on
01:12:07.560 it all the time trying to you know make sure you capture that kind of moment in this short space of
01:12:14.640 time that people can understand and they can figure out what this means you know and that is
01:12:21.960 that's interesting doing that like working on this all the time and I'm this is going to be
01:12:28.280 my life for the next definitely for the next year or so because I've got all these I'm working with
01:12:33.400 simon hair got on all these uh these documentaries on these different universities so simon is
01:12:38.660 currently editing the last bridge case and then i went to winnipeg and got all this stuff about
01:12:44.800 winnipeg which i've got to kind of put together into a manageable kind of you know bunch of
01:12:49.880 folders and stuff so that can be edited and then we're going to be in victoria on september 29th
01:12:55.820 or no i'm going to be going in by myself uh but you know he'll be he'll be editing the stuff so
01:13:02.440 I don't, the thing about Victoria is I don't want it to be like a big production of a whole bunch of people and a camera crew. I want it just to be me with nothing. I'm just there.
01:13:16.540 now obviously i have to document what's happening because people will lie about what i say if i
01:13:23.900 don't i have no option but to document it but i don't want it to be a big production
01:13:29.020 like we had last december 2nd because then that's people are saying oh well you're just trying to
01:13:35.200 create this big production or something that's not what i'm doing here i'm trying to figure out
01:13:39.140 what university of victoria's problem actually is here is that me are you going to have a sign
01:13:46.980 or a t-shirt or any sort of like message for people no so you just want to it's just kind
01:13:52.800 of a stroll on campus yep just a stroll i'm here i'm i'm everywhere and i'm nowhere that's my
01:14:01.680 message well but is it isn't that now you know you're kind of just making it about the spectacle
01:14:09.360 that is you having having the wrong opinion right well i i i suspect it's just me that they don't
01:14:17.080 want there it's got even if i just did nothing even if i was rolled in like the hannibal lecter
01:14:23.980 thing with the mask on and stuff it's still there's there's this person that shouldn't be here
01:14:29.580 and and the fact that university is taking that kind of position i i think most people can sort
01:14:35.400 of recognize that that can't be right to just say you as a person like you've done nothing
01:14:41.680 you've said nothing you're there you're you're just a person and and they're doing that so that's
01:14:48.020 you know the things that she thinks about and believe do you know what her opinions are if
01:14:53.200 her opinion falls out of her pocket she should she could kill somebody yeah so this is this is
01:14:59.160 the point of this is to be as low key as i possibly can be and it's not an event this is what the
01:15:05.940 university of victoria has to understand is that being on campus to say okay if people want to come
01:15:12.220 up and talk to me and and have some questions that they want to ask me that's not an event
01:15:17.180 i can be anywhere on campus i don't have to have anything i'm not taking space i'm whatever i'm
01:15:22.780 just walking around and people can walk with me and people can just if i'm in the way i can go
01:15:29.740 somewhere else like whatever like that's kind of that's the kind of approach that i want to do
01:15:35.020 at the university of victoria on september 29th that's amazing i was just i just thought of a lot
01:15:42.040 of really dumb stuff right now for some reason i was just thinking like imagine like you were
01:15:45.160 a skateboarder and you just showed up with a skateboard and you're like you know skateboarding 0.91
01:15:48.160 the campus just i'm just hanging out man um that's silly but uh that's what i'm sort of like
01:15:55.280 whatever like and i'm not gonna be i'm not gonna be announcing where i'm gonna be i'm
01:16:00.580 gonna be around around one o'clock but i'm gonna be as i said everywhere what if what if you said
01:16:06.460 hey guys truth and reconciliation day francis widowson holding a huge game of hide and seek
01:16:12.840 join in if you want to play hide and seek with me will you find me you could like an easter egg hunt
01:16:19.760 and then hide a bunch of easter eggs and the easter eggs say like facts about the camel
01:16:23.880 yeah it'll be like uh it'll be a treasure hunt it'll be like i'll hide some things of the
01:16:29.160 treasure hunt and you can have clues about you know where francis widdowson is you know you pick
01:16:33.920 up this one clue and you go to this other place and this kind of stuff like whatever i don't know
01:16:38.140 like i'm i'm just trying to say to people look i understand well i don't i think it's a ruse again
01:16:44.640 like the street epistemology when i had the mats like i did take up a like an area of the the
01:16:51.680 pavement you know i could have moved the mats i know it's like you took up like the size of like
01:16:56.620 a foldable table basically like relax people just hate people just hate you for instance people just
01:17:03.100 they were they stealing your mats or like putting stuff i'm not doing anything i'm not i'm not using
01:17:08.040 any resources i'm not doing anything i'm just a person who's just walking around the campus like
01:17:13.940 this like there's no big deal i know what we'll do we'll get a camera crew for truth and reconciling
01:17:18.920 this is really blasphemous we'll get a camera crew and then we'll strap you to a wooden cross
01:17:24.220 and then march you through campus and then people will throw stuff you know that'd be awful i'd be
01:17:29.500 awful you know what it would be the stalks the stalks what's that okay you know the stalks it's
01:17:35.860 a you put your hands through these holes and you put a thing over your head so you got your head
01:17:40.600 and your hands sticking out okay and then people throw tomatoes and stuff at your face
01:17:45.160 that was that was in the middle ages that was what people used to do yeah what what's really
01:17:51.960 messed up about that though is that even thinking that would be funny is like it would just trigger
01:17:57.700 this blood memory of the leftist and they'd be like we're gonna kill we're actually gonna
01:18:00.740 lynch this person now and like it would get really ugly um yeah well i'm gonna do that as a poster
01:18:05.740 maybe well that was kind of that was kind of gonna be my last question you've you've kind of uh
01:18:13.380 summarized it there but i'll kind of reiterate it yeah truth and reconciliation day it's coming up in
01:18:18.620 just a few days um you're gonna be at uvic you said yeah 29th 29th um should people
01:18:27.500 how can can people support you do you don't want them there you do want yeah i want them there but
01:18:32.440 it's just there we're gonna have to just do it on the fly because uh it's not gonna be in a any
01:18:38.500 location it's gonna be i'm just gonna be wandering the campus i have a silly idea i don't i don't i
01:18:44.680 don't know how amazon works with all this i don't know if you probably couldn't turn it around in
01:18:47.860 time it's only a few days away but imagine you could get those like masks that was like like
01:18:53.980 where you put that over their face and like it kind of like looks like the person you could like
01:18:58.160 get off get a bunch of those and get a bunch of people that are like around your height get them
01:19:02.540 in clothing that looks like you and then you could get like 10 different people assaulted
01:19:06.660 on a truth and reconciliation day wouldn't that be great oh my god 10 different people
01:19:10.260 there's a thought there's a thought uh something in the future the masks for halloween and leftist
01:19:18.980 will do it because they're you're a scary boogeyman oh my god it's like hitler it's
01:19:22.560 like dressing up as hitler for halloween you know joseph as francis widdowson wow um anything else
01:19:29.440 when it comes to the you know uh truth and reconciliation day because i feel like they
01:19:35.700 keep this is like a really new holidays it's like five five the fifth year the fifth year yeah
01:19:41.760 and that's why it's very significant they're beefing it up every year it seems too
01:19:46.340 uh it's interesting like the kind of they're a little bit nervous obviously in terms of how
01:19:52.480 because people are are getting more and more irate about this the situation right the 20 we
01:19:59.560 did the fifth year anniversary of the 27th like the the may 27th claim which was when there was
01:20:04.700 the announcement that the remains of 215 children have been found we did an event on the lawn of the
01:20:09.820 bc legislature that day and that went really well and there was no there was a little bit of you
01:20:15.340 know kind of disruption but it was good because we had interaction and then um this is kind of
01:20:21.540 like the grand finale because it's the fifth year once the fifth year anniversary has come and gone
01:20:27.880 it's kind of like the next year is not going to be that significant as you know it's going to be
01:20:34.000 the fifth year then it's going to be the 10th year then it's going to be the 15th whatever like
01:20:38.380 whatever and then 25th of course you have the 25th anniversary but i'm really hoping that there will
01:20:43.500 be the needle will have moved on this kamloops claim because it really is quite shocking
01:20:51.520 i have a colleague at mount royal who teaches psychology so this isn't a woke
01:20:56.760 indigenous studies degree or anything it's it's psychology whoa whoa are you are you digging at
01:21:04.380 your own don't you have an indigenous studies degree no political science oh okay okay um
01:21:11.240 anyway psychology is one of the most rigorous of the social sciences not that it's very rigorous
01:21:15.920 but it's still when it's not it's not a made-up discipline anyway he gives a survey to his
01:21:21.760 students when they come into the first year class and he has a whole bunch of questions and one of
01:21:25.940 them is about the Kamloops case has a mass grave been this and 80 percent of his students his first
01:21:33.300 year students believe that a mass grave has been discovered at campus that's unreal that so many
01:21:42.760 students believe this like the degree to which this has seeped into the university and it's not
01:21:48.940 so much the public anymore because i think the public is becoming a bit more critical a bit more
01:21:53.960 skeptical but in the universities because you have and and uvic is really the the worst university
01:21:59.780 i've seen in this regard they have all sorts of false information about the 215 all over their
01:22:09.020 promotional materials and all over the library website i've never seen such you know sort of
01:22:15.060 terrible kinds of falsehoods being perpetrated all over the place so uvic is is got serious
01:22:22.280 problems in terms of how it is engaging with students about this case and so i really see
01:22:28.480 this day on the 29th as my final kind of effort to have some truth about kamloops and and see if i
01:22:38.520 can get don't say final don't say final anything francis it's just going to be another i don't
01:22:43.160 want to say final i but but certainly a major kind of push uh in september 29th it certainly
01:22:50.360 is a big day um it is a big day because it's so now they've kind of created this uh this new kind
01:22:56.460 of holiday or memoriam day but but i can answer your question you're like oh how do people believe
01:23:01.760 there's mass graves everywhere the government propaganda was insane it was insane it was it
01:23:07.440 shoved down our throats so powerfully all this all this uh what's the term um uh it's not
01:23:15.500 not misery now that'd be hysteria no it's the same thing during war
01:23:24.100 atrocity atrocity propaganda right yeah uh which kind of like fears and spooks people
01:23:30.560 yeah into uh you know buying into it or what have you but the final thing and the final thing i
01:23:35.600 want to say about uvic just just to end on this is why uvic is so near and dear to my heart
01:23:41.980 is because i have a i spent five years at the university of victoria between 1987 1992 i have
01:23:48.900 a master's degree in political science from the university of victoria so i'm like deeply connected
01:23:55.320 to this university campus and to have this university campus treating me like i'm such a
01:24:00.860 a pariah and this horrible person and all and i'm discredited and i'm this and that
01:24:07.260 that is really just terrible what uvic has done so i'm hoping with my approach this uh 29 you know
01:24:16.680 and i'm just going in by myself i'll be everywhere and nowhere that you know uvic will not do
01:24:23.120 anything silly or crazy and will just let me be on the 29th yeah yeah you know i i really i really
01:24:33.420 want to end it there but i thought of another question okay uh that that is that is a good
01:24:37.860 mic drop just let me be let me be um because you mentioned something where it's like hey i you know
01:24:45.420 i used to be there on campus all the time um because because there certainly still is this
01:24:53.420 thing that exists in a workplace with uh colleagues um hey we are all university professors we've all
01:25:01.220 jumped through the same hoops we're all on the same campus we're all doing the same thing we're
01:25:04.680 trying to teach the younger generation or something or push the envelope of information
01:25:09.120 like there's there's some sort of there's a really good latin word for this but i don't know it
01:25:13.120 there's some sort of uh you know familiar group conscience morale there um where did that go when
01:25:22.360 did that get corrupted or or is there a specific reason of why you're just kind of not part of that
01:25:26.260 anymore no it got you know like this uh the idea that you shouldn't have different perspectives
01:25:34.020 kind of engaging with one another on these topics and for me it happened in 2008 that's when things
01:25:42.640 started to go terribly awry because you know I'd been a dissident uh in the in the PhD program like
01:25:49.240 1997 that's when I started my PhD and then uh I was always dealing with people who disagreed with
01:25:56.520 me and sometimes it would get heated and people would get emotional and so on but no one ever
01:26:01.360 thought it was wrong to have this kind of interaction take place and then in 2008 I was
01:26:09.820 on a panel with a couple other people who disagreed with me and a woman whose name is
01:26:16.080 Joyce Green she got up in the in the question answer and screamed at me why do you hate
01:26:24.300 aboriginal people so much Francis or something like this and uh that's a loaded question by the 0.84
01:26:30.400 way yeah and I was like shocked that she would be doing that and she was completely unhinged 0.90
01:26:36.260 And I thought at that time that, you know, people are going to, you know, sort of see that as being a real problem. And they did. But the problem that they saw was me. And they were actually contemplating having me charged with hate speech for my presentation at that time.
01:26:54.840 And after 2008, I was never able to be on a panel with people who disagree with me again.
01:27:01.460 And that was really kind of it was over in terms of the collegial sort of thing where people would realize I disagree with these people, but we're we have different positions and we're trying to convince each other.
01:27:18.340 and and then we're gonna try and sort it out in whatever ways and it might get hostile sometimes
01:27:22.860 but in the end we'll just all come back and we'll try and figure out again it was over in 2008 and
01:27:28.760 that's really that's it went it died like the university system died that day and uh we haven't
01:27:36.200 got it back and no one understands the the danger and you know this is what this is all about is
01:27:40.880 you know we have to be able to disagree at a university and if you can't be able to disagree
01:27:47.280 it's not a university anymore and we don't have universities anymore
01:27:51.360 2008 the day that university professors stopped being adults this just started acting like
01:27:59.360 children amazing yeah um be interesting to hear if there's kind of other experiences around that
01:28:05.960 time period um thank you so much for your time i do have one last question from a viewer in the
01:28:12.420 audience in chat cunningham bear 76 says how can the average citizen deal with those who believe
01:28:19.600 the mass graves exist is there a good spectrum street epistemology that's how you do it you ask
01:28:26.000 questions why do you believe that you try and get them to explain it and i at the winnipeg the lot
01:28:32.280 the latest winnipeg you know interaction we had the big thing with the police and the big thing
01:28:38.180 with the security and then at the end two women came up and we had this kind of impromptu kind
01:28:44.940 of spectrum street epistemology session on the Kamloops case and it was quite interesting listening
01:28:50.120 to them because they their logic was just like whoa like like it was really but we got them maybe
01:28:56.960 thinking a little bit about why they believe the things that they did and that's what you try and
01:29:01.340 do you just ask people why they believe what they believe and whether what they what they would need
01:29:06.940 to become less certain about it or more certain about it and that does help a little bit in terms
01:29:13.140 of getting people to think about you know the case and the lack of evidence for what exists there
01:29:18.560 yeah but is there something like simpler like a good like you know 60 second tiktok that's like 1.00
01:29:26.460 hey idiot this is why this claim is actually not so strong here's a few factoids for uh your dumb 1.00
