Greg Wycliffe - The Day the Violence started - HOLD THE LINE - Trucker Convoy LIVE REPLAY - Feb 18th 2022

00:00:00.000 we want to stick together here we don't want to get picked off you know what i mean yeah

00:00:03.360 let's so let's go we're going together we got a crew

00:00:08.160 yeah don't don't don't mind me don't mind me i'm just going to be talking narrating documenting

00:00:15.760 good evening everybody it is february 18th 2023 a year ago february 18th 2022 that is when the

00:00:23.520 violence started at the trucker convoy and that of course that violence was pushed by the police

00:00:28.720 in the morning when they started smashing windows of trucks on Wellington Street, dragging people

00:00:33.440 out of their car. A line was formed and was slowly but surely getting pushed back on this day. I was

00:00:40.220 on the ground in Ottawa, so I thought to commemorate the anniversary of this horrible violence from our

00:00:46.260 Canadian government, why not just replay that live stream for everybody to see right now? So grab some

00:00:52.360 popcorn, grab a drink, and let's see what it was like a year ago at the Trucker Convoy, February

00:00:58.620 18th. Here's Sandy. Hi. Is anybody coming to Rideau with us? No, thank you. No, thank you.

00:01:12.040 Okay. These guys are just chilling. So there's still a community vibe here. Let's get on foot.

00:01:16.520 Let's get to where the action is. You know, it's when the going gets tough, the tough get going,

00:01:23.020 guys i'm sure you guys have already seen the clips from today um i just wanted to you know go live

00:01:29.180 and let's see what it's like getting there right let's see what it's like getting us

00:01:35.260 so maybe igor maybe kind of keep it low keep it like keep keep the not like that low but like you

00:01:42.140 know you can kind of like sneak shots off to the right here with the police over there i mean it's

00:01:45.740 nothing new really what's new is what's happening over at uh redo and wellington which is it looks

00:01:51.820 Looks like a line of riot cops, a whole bunch of protesters.

00:01:57.400 We're just with the press here, guys.

00:01:59.680 We are the press.

00:02:00.760 We are the news, apparently.

00:02:02.620 I never wanted to do this, personally.

00:02:04.400 It's been a lot of fun.

00:02:06.000 Today's a little bit more intense, obviously.

00:02:10.580 But, yeah.

00:02:14.460 How's everybody in chat doing?

00:02:16.920 How's everybody in chat doing?

00:02:18.400 We doing well?

00:02:19.880 Igor, how are you feeling?

00:02:22.820 Give us, where's your heart at right now?

00:02:26.820 My heart is with the truckers, but I know that our cause is just, we shall prevail. That's how I'm feeling.

00:02:32.820 That's right, here.

00:02:35.820 That's right, God wins, guys.

00:02:38.820 This guy has a good spot, and then we know we lost.

00:02:41.820 No, don't say that, don't say that.

00:02:43.820 This guy was the original guy, he was the first guy to say, 0.88

00:02:45.820 I'm never fucking leaving!

00:02:47.820 you know he was that guy and he was the guy with the wood burning stove in his trunk 0.97

00:02:52.620 so okay okay i mean each truck each person down here is like an individual soldier and

00:02:59.100 you're totally right you know so it's like there is going to be not real casualties but figurative

00:03:04.940 casualties you know figurative hey guys you coming to rito good we need the bodies hi

00:03:11.980 cheers so a lot of people documenting down here it's it's a little bit more of a tense vibe the

00:03:22.660 spirits probably aren't as high as they were last night for example if you watch that stream but

00:03:27.100 it's interesting because no no we it happens you know it happens oh he moved okay he moved there's

00:03:38.600 hope there's hope once again so uh look you can see the approaching parliament here we just got

00:03:45.760 on wellington approaching the conflict zone i guess i don't know what else to call it

00:03:51.300 we found a couple other patriots we're gonna walk with them to keep numbers

00:03:54.820 what what have you guys seen so far i've been only watching streams okay i've been here yet

00:04:02.400 you haven't seen anything online well not today oh yeah same thing everyone else i was there last

00:04:08.360 night when a homeless guy got arrested and the media is like the first trucker arrest you know

00:04:13.220 and it was funny because the cops like it's like 40 cops just showed up and then the mainstream

00:04:18.180 media and then a homeless guy just takes off his shirt and starts being bludgeoned then they

00:04:22.180 arrested him all on camera it was like a huge i think it was a huge coincidence honestly so yeah

00:04:27.540 yeah yeah yeah no it's it's it's really classist who they choose to cover oh absolutely you know

00:04:34.860 always choose to cover somebody who like i don't know they're never going to show an indigenous 0.74

00:04:39.500 person on tv no and they were the first people targeted because they got kicked out of um

00:04:45.100 confederation park first you know so right right that's a shame

00:04:52.220 all those indigenous white supremacists you know yeah and and there's the i see a few videos of

00:04:57.580 like the the seek the seek faction that's here yeah and of course that never hits the cbc for

00:05:02.780 for some reason bad optics I suppose hey guys yeah see we got smiles on faces

00:05:09.860 still there's lots of hopes there's still a big line of trucks here and you

00:05:18.160 got to remember like there's a big difference between coming to the convoy

00:05:23.660 and walking around and actually like being part of the convoy living in your

00:05:29.120 car and just the psychological operations like the psyops as they say

00:05:36.080 like the psychological warfare yeah he's great yeah he's our he's my friend yeah

00:05:43.360 okay cool we got some press here they're chilling how's it going sir

00:05:59.120 Well, I mean, now at least people acknowledge that fluvoxamine is a real drug that can be used, but ivermectin is like invoking the devil. If you talk about ivermectin, they'll just talk about horse-based drugs.

00:06:11.800 Okay, we're on YouTube. We can't talk about ivermectin. Is your interview over?

00:06:19.860 It's considered one of the world's safest drugs, and the United States vilified it as a deal.

00:06:26.120 Okay, we know the ivermectin story.

00:06:28.220 We know how that goes.

00:06:29.680 YouTube doesn't like that.

00:06:31.260 YouTube, you're not even allowed to talk about the facts.

00:06:34.540 You're not allowed to talk about the reality.

00:06:36.920 Maybe we'll talk to these guys.

00:06:39.620 Hey, are you guys coming from Rideau?

00:06:42.140 What's the scene like down there?

00:06:43.960 They're getting pushy.

00:06:45.280 Yeah, getting pushy.

00:06:46.640 We're live on YouTube, if you don't mind.

00:06:48.060 Yep.

00:06:48.920 And so there's a line of riot cops.

00:06:50.980 What's the scene look like?

00:06:52.560 So far, it looks kind of calm.

00:06:54.160 but they're they're kind of holding but pushing I guess every so often to it okay

00:06:59.540 yeah you'll have to go there and check it out it's pretty wild yeah you guys

00:07:04.000 don't seem afraid though no no we're not afraid for what we know God's in

00:07:10.480 control God's got our backs so we rely on him we look up to him he'll guide us

00:07:16.660 he's the one walking us through these times so we don't have to worry about

00:07:20.140 Trudeau in the office well you guys gonna get dinner we're gonna sub in for

00:07:23.320 you guys all right god bless hi there all right these people are unafraid they are unafraid of

00:07:35.980 the riot cops they're unafraid of what's going on let's get let's step closer to the trucks here

00:07:40.860 uh yeah let's get up there because we're losing sunlight and uh we want to see what the real

00:07:50.580 action looks like you know i want to see what the crowd looks like over there um

00:07:59.540 yeah i was really disappointed because on twitter today one of the official convoy organizers

00:08:05.620 one of the official convoy organizers his name is b his name is bj dictor and he was saying

00:08:12.580 oh uh somebody's window got smashed in guys it's time to leave it's time to leave he's one of the

00:08:19.780 official organizers this has been going on for almost like a month at this point 28 days if you

00:08:26.380 have driven all the way from out west an entire month and then one one show of police force and 0.96

00:08:33.280 the organizer says leave peacefully what the fuck that that was very disappointing that was very 0.97

00:08:39.780 disappointing of bj dichter he's been accused of being like i don't know uh a political operative 0.99

00:08:45.540 but take it for what you will that's really disappointing and i do not think that's

00:08:50.720 leadership at all in this situation and he's probably not someone who's staying in the convoy

00:08:55.740 right he's probably staying in the hotel he's like oh time to go home man really disappointing

00:09:00.800 so uh yeah it's too bad you hate to see it man you hate to see the cowardice you hate to see

00:09:07.680 these movements potentially being subverted by these people who are like yeah let's go to ottawa

00:09:12.060 he was making all these comments about uh yeah we'll see you in the springtime trudeau all these

00:09:18.560 kind of cute comments which is like yeah let's lift the spirits and then the second that there's

00:09:22.080 a little bit of resistance he's like oh we gotta leave the hell is that it makes no sense it makes 0.60

00:09:28.600 no sense and it is not how the people here feel at all they are not leaving hell no hell no we're

00:09:37.360 have a moment of silence for the bouncy castle um the the joke is that it was uh pummeled with

00:09:46.800 bullets by the rcmp i'm sure that didn't happen but uh you hate to see it man you hate to see it

00:09:54.560 it's not the end of hope it's just the end the end of innocence the end of like our

00:10:00.640 our police force being innocent it's the it's the total it marks the end

00:10:04.160 of the Trudeau regime and their perceived innocence no no we know exactly who these

00:10:09.020 people are now they are the tyrants that a lot of people have been saying for a 0.95

00:10:13.520 long time okay peaceful protest and then you blow up the you blow up the frickin 0.96

00:10:19.640 you deflate the jumping castle I don't think so how are you doing to power

00:10:25.220 Do you speak English?

00:10:27.220 My French is bad, sorry.

00:10:29.220 Ah, yes?

00:10:31.220 Yes, I found it.

00:10:33.220 That's all I know.

00:10:35.220 But we want to go see the line over there.

00:10:39.220 Yeah, no problem.

00:10:41.220 Do you speak English?

00:10:43.220 Do you speak English a bit?

00:10:45.220 Yes, a little bit.

00:10:47.220 We're live on YouTube.

00:10:59.000 Riot police? No.

00:11:00.340 Did you see down there that way?

00:11:01.660 Oh, yeah. There's police everywhere on the top of the building.

00:11:05.500 They try to scare the people, but there's nothing there to be scared.

00:11:14.140 People have to defend their right.

00:11:16.460 That's right.

00:11:17.560 This is when the...

00:11:18.780 Liberté! Freedom!

00:13:01.120 wow what a powerful voice that was did you hear that

00:13:06.320 did you hear that how's the stream guys is the stream steady yep beautiful beautiful beautiful

00:13:14.760 beautiful let's go let's go i would like to speak to a trucker on the way hey any of you guys

00:13:22.220 truckers want to chat real quick um can you believe what's going on here you believe you're 0.74

00:13:28.020 canada not really china canada china though yeah china china yeah crazy man so have you

00:13:35.540 have you been here since day one yeah and uh i mean have you been living in your truck or yeah

00:13:41.140 yeah and um you guys have gone through probably the most psychological like gate mind every day

00:13:47.220 man i thought honestly i thought it was another uh nothing burger today because they were all there

00:13:52.340 and now they started pushing they would they came in with the cavalry the horses they're pushing back

00:13:56.260 on the people people were falling down under the horses and and they're getting they're

00:14:00.100 getting violent and you know who created the violence they did that's right they did that's

00:14:05.300 right they did we had bouncy cancels free hot chocolate free hot dogs yeah yeah everything

00:14:12.340 go back and come back in numbers look at them go look at all the rats go they're all going down

00:14:16.180 there they want numbers okay we're gonna move the trucks we're gonna come back with a lot of people

00:14:21.700 a lot of people that's to get the word out come down more they can't arrest us all that's right

00:14:26.820 reinforcements baby reinforcements get in here we're gonna move up we're gonna move some of

00:14:30.980 our trucks because i mean we need our trucks it's our livelihood the kaiser got already got their 1.00

00:14:34.900 bank account seized insurance call uh cut and the cv or our license they got all the plays in the

00:14:40.260 book everything but now they've been exposed that's right fox news is right down there on

00:14:45.300 the front line right now taping everything they got four crews on the ground right now

00:14:48.980 and they're not like our media they're going to tell the news so you have a strong resolve you're

00:14:55.580 still here some truckers have left they've chickened out not that chickened out man i mean

00:14:59.700 some guys they have families in the business to pay it's that's the business you get it seized

00:15:04.580 and taken away you got no more business and you're still making payments and now you can't even work

00:15:08.580 now you got zero to work at least you can work in canada so i mean it's not we we haven't lost

00:15:13.340 anything here we've won we've won we've won to make them do what they're doing now we have won 0.98

00:15:18.920 don't even underestimate it they're doing that because they're shitting their freaking pants 0.81

00:15:24.020 right now that's their last straw this is going to be all over the news worldwide by the end of 0.86

00:15:29.160 today what they're doing right now and on the weekend what they're going to do get out here

00:15:33.440 get out here in droves in droves get more people we're going to move our trucks because we're not

00:15:38.080 stupid we need our vehicles we're no use to staying here and getting arrested i mean some 0.83

00:15:42.140 of us have different issues to get out so move out come back in with my car by foot everything 1.00

00:15:47.980 they're gonna make it difficult for everybody tomorrow but still you gotta brave the weather

00:15:51.580 we did it in the coldest weather the all years of this year all every for every weekend so we've been

00:15:56.060 out here to get more people down here support the troops and we're not done yet we're gonna be out

00:16:01.020 here every freaking weekend if we have to peacefully we're gonna be here peacefully doing what we're

00:16:04.460 doing they're looking to stir up the they're the one creating violence right now we didn't do

00:16:08.620 nothing there's not what even one window's been broken in in three weeks did you see have you

00:16:12.540 been following like the official convoy leadership at all oh yeah did you see what one of them said

00:16:17.020 today that it's time to peacefully leave no okay no i'm glad because the people who are part of it

00:16:24.380 are like we're not leaving like you know when the going gets tough the tough get going yeah

00:16:27.580 so i mean we're all these guys here i think they're going to stuff it up they're not they're

00:16:31.580 not going anywhere but where we are on my street where we are it's a little easier to get out but

00:16:37.900 we're going to come back and support the guys tomorrow you know we're debating on it too i

00:16:41.580 haven't heard the thing with the truckers and everything you got to know that there's only

00:16:45.260 maybe six really guys and there's so many fake news everybody's got a camera and does this and

00:16:49.020 say okay go home it's time to go home no it's not time no it's not time to go home no it's

00:16:52.700 time it's time to hold firm so hold the line hold the line thanks all right man

00:16:57.900 take care boys thanks good luck thank you god shall prevail hey hi were you just up there

00:17:05.900 what okay you wanna we're live on youtube yeah do you wanna chat about what you saw down there

00:17:10.620 Well, honestly, we just stepped out of our hotel, so not a lot of people, but police

00:17:17.500 are stopping everybody, unless you have proof of reservations at any hotel.

00:17:23.120 So I can see why there's probably not as many people here as there should be.

00:17:26.440 Oh, what, they're just flagging people down and trying to arrest them?

00:17:29.480 Yeah, basically, they threatened to arrest me if I continued past them.

00:17:35.600 They confronted you?

00:17:36.740 What's that?

00:17:37.200 They confronted you specifically?

00:17:38.180 Well, in my vehicle as I was headed here, yeah.

00:17:40.820 So basically, we got stopped about five times in my vehicle,

00:17:45.860 and I was required to show proof of my hotel reservation in order to get down here.

00:17:51.380 Wow, so on the drive into Ottawa, where are you coming from?

00:17:54.320 I'm from Sudbury.

00:17:55.700 So on the drive-in from Sudbury, you got stopped five times?

00:17:58.340 Five times by police point checks, I guess, spot checks,

00:18:01.520 and was forced to show proof of, you know, hotel reservation.

00:18:06.600 Otherwise, if we had no business in downtown Ottawa, essentially, basically what they said was they've shut down the downtown Ottawa as a result of the emergency act, which I was understanding was not passed yet.

00:18:18.900 So, yeah.

00:18:20.100 But you did make it here and you parked your car here.

00:18:22.860 I made it here because I had reservations.

00:18:25.300 But for anybody else, I guess, who's not, you know, who doesn't have a hotel reservation or any business to do in downtown Ottawa, they will turn them around.

00:18:33.420 Another class-ish thing there.

00:18:34.680 okay um but you guys seem unafraid you seem pretty uh well she really wanted to come and

00:18:41.560 uh i figured you know i brought her here and it's a bit i was here on the first weekend so this is

00:18:45.960 very different uh compared to the first weekend um but yeah she wants to see it she wants to

00:18:51.960 protest she wants to fight for her future so we're here yeah what's this convoy mean to you

00:18:59.480 why was it important to come here well the truckers they're like fighting for my future

00:19:07.240 like my freedom and my rights yeah yeah it's really simple isn't it yeah i feel i feel like

00:19:13.800 if if it's your own body it should be your own choice of what you would want in it yeah especially

00:19:20.040 when it comes to vaccination if i don't want to get vaccinated i feel like people should respect

00:19:25.640 that and that's it that's it that's all folks yeah well thanks for your time we'll see you around

00:19:33.080 we'll see you around really awesome all right bye all right you guys going up there let's go

00:19:40.120 let's go more bodies more boots on the ground 0.82

00:19:48.200 all right we talked to a trucker we talked to lots of people let's get moving igor let's get up there

00:19:54.920 Let's get up to see what the heck is going on down there

00:20:07.160 We could do interviews all day, but the interview slow us down, you know

00:20:10.840 We got to get to we got to get to the action. We got to get down there lots of bodies down here. Obviously it's Friday evening

00:20:20.600 And there's people selling t-shirts Wow, okay

00:20:25.360 People hucking t-shirts

00:20:31.140 Yeah, guys now is not the time like

00:20:35.980 Really the riot police showed up. Yo, let's let's sell some t-shirts, bro

00:20:43.920 On that note to donate to me go to Greg the Canadian

00:20:49.740 It's not so much it's a different so much different day today the fact that they arrested

00:20:54.920 Dan Bulford, former RCMP, like, it's so shameful. 0.95

00:20:59.240 It's disgusting.

00:21:01.220 The sound of freedom, baby. 0.88

00:21:02.460 The sound of freedom.

00:21:04.080 The sound of freedom.

00:21:15.860 Let's go.

00:21:21.440 Look at that.

00:21:24.920 we ain't going nowhere baby we ain't going nowhere we ain't going nowhere that's just

00:21:30.760 the sound of freedom right there that's the sound of freedom all right all righty

00:21:42.120 i feel like we should get some people together before we go go over to the final leg here

00:21:46.040 hey are you guys headed over there no are you guys headed back over there

00:21:55.580 cool uh you guys are just capturing documenting and stuff

00:22:01.100 all right oh here's another here's another crew here I would like to go with more bodies I don't

00:22:13.100 to just go just us us me and me and igor you know we need bodies over there 0.95

00:22:20.540 hey we're live on youtube want to tell us what's going on over there

00:22:23.980 no have you seen it or no no we're about to go we gotta go man all right all right

00:22:32.140 all right let's follow these two good idea

00:22:33.500 boots on the ground boots on the ground hey guys how's it going we're gonna roll with you guys

00:22:49.540 towards the the conflict zone over here okay power and numbers right

00:22:52.720 you guys are trying to live stream too cool cool

00:23:03.500 all right let's keep let's keep moving these guys are trying to set their live stream

00:23:08.620 do you guys want to roll together power and numbers let's let's do that let's go

00:23:13.460 have you guys been down there yet not yet dude the horses started trampling people man it was

00:23:18.460 nuts how long ago 10 15 minutes they did about three um three waves okay um and then uh one of

00:23:26.360 the horses fell we believe it fell on an old woman and then all of a sudden they pushed the line up

00:23:32.680 and then they surrounded the woman probably giving her some kind of first 0.84

00:23:37.000 aid or something like that but it was hard to see the person with the closest

00:23:41.680 camera really because even if you got four people in the background yeah yeah

00:23:45.640 it's hard to see through people and all that stuff and it's all on the ground so

00:23:48.760 it's very hard to see I don't know for sure exactly what happened but any

00:23:52.540 advice for us going in peace and love man peace and love peace and love that's

00:23:58.240 it peace and I say watch out because what they're doing is they're trying to

00:24:01.900 pull you in they're trying to pick you off they're trying to pull me so one time one guy tried to 0.81

00:24:05.580 get pulled in and we had him and we pulled his ass back and he didn't get arrested but some like 0.96

00:24:11.420 old women like they're and they're taking the batons out and they're sticking them in the 1.00

00:24:15.100 back of your spine dude they're dirty bro that's it's great that's what thanks wanted to see if 0.98

00:24:21.260 i'm trying to see if they got cops coming around because this is the start of the kettle so that's 0.89

00:24:24.860 what it's like see here they're going to probably start counting the same right right right right

00:24:29.580 yeah yeah look over there they might be trying to come in this way as well

00:24:32.700 but i just we need bodies man yeah we do need bodies

00:24:38.620 all right let's let's go approach let's stick together here

00:24:52.620 all right let's take a deep breath take a deep breath how is it down there

00:24:57.900 yeah we are getting close look up on there we got cops oh it's a cbc logo it's a cbc logo

00:25:11.340 can you zoom in on that it's a cbc logo hi we're cbc we're uh not gonna tell you the whole story

00:25:21.260 we're gonna tell you that these people are violent even though that's totally fake news

00:25:25.180 fake news well i mean it's pretty iconic though look up there again we have the cbc

00:25:32.700 right next to the police like that is just so instructive of everything that's going on that

00:25:38.860 they they team up they cover each other's backs uh hi we're the cbc we cover for the police and

00:25:45.420 the police covers for cbc it's a it's a symbiotic relationship brought to you by justin trudeau

00:25:51.340 the tyrant i don't i would love to interview one of these police and ask them hey are you proud

00:25:56.940 of yourself hey police are you proud of yourself do you feel proud being here today standing up 1.00

00:26:03.820 for these these scum buckets it's disgusting man it's disgusting what's going on here you're gonna 0.99

00:26:10.540 have to keep me in check igor because as i'm approaching the line i am like there's some 0.99

00:26:15.900 emotions stirring up in me and oh oh oh thank you for being here thank you

00:26:23.980 welcome you're in the right place hell yeah hell yeah brother welcome to ottawa

00:26:29.420 welcome brother hell yeah we're fighting for freedom right now we're fighting for freedom and

00:26:32.940 we're gonna win hell yeah they can't stop us and we're gonna win should we should you yell up yell

00:26:37.580 up on the to cbc and the cops over there oh beautiful cbc peace to the cbc peace to the

00:26:43.500 cops you are our brothers you are fellow canadians and peace to you thank you for being here thank

00:26:50.140 you for coming welcome we're glad to see you you're part of it too you have nothing to fear

00:26:56.620 welcome welcome welcome thank you dude thank you brother pleasure pleasure yeah peace that's right

00:27:04.460 that's absolutely right hi there keep your head on a swivel guys keep your head on a swivel

00:27:10.780 head on a swivel we're approaching a big crowd of people right here big crowd of people hey

00:27:19.320 what's going on uh see that guy is way more that guy is way more loving than me i guess because

00:27:25.980 like i was like yelling at the cvc and the cops he's like we love you we love you oh i gotta talk

00:27:32.940 to my therapist about this see if we can work this out how's it going man how's it going what's the

00:27:37.480 site up there guys you know we got all our historic sites with the RCMP on their horses

00:27:43.140 it's really a classic Canadian scene it's terrible it's weird it's weird it's a weird vibe

00:27:49.940 are you from Ottawa yeah I am I live just like down the street that way so what's it like seeing

00:27:54.100 this what's I mean is it otherworldly or what it's uh depressing I mean I don't know I really 0.88

00:28:02.560 don't know what to make of all that like I have some despite being like up fucking chest to chest 0.97

00:28:06.680 with some of the guys. I have a bit of sympathy for them. 0.53

00:28:09.100 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:28:10.080 Except for the Quebec cops. Those guys are assholes. 1.00

00:28:13.120 Those guys were really, like, if there's 1.00

00:28:14.720 anyone being a bit rough with

00:28:16.700 the protesters, it's the Quebec

00:28:18.760 cops. Yeah, I've heard that's scary.

00:28:20.720 I'd recommend York police if I had to recommend a

00:28:22.640 police service to be chest-to-chest with.

00:28:24.600 Those guys seem the most... York police.

00:28:26.580 Yeah, highly recommend. Oh, we got a drone over

00:28:28.760 there. Hey.

00:28:31.900 What's that?

00:28:32.720 And a helicopter.

00:28:33.480 Oh, yeah, we got a helicopter. We got a drone. Yeah. Thanks. Thanks a lot. Cheers, man. Cheers.

00:28:40.460 I love all of you.

00:28:41.420 A local saying this is depressing. What does that tell you? What does that tell you?

00:28:47.460 This is it, folks. This is the mask has fallen off. This is not Sunnyways Trudeau anymore.

00:28:55.620 If you didn't realize, you know, look, gas mask, gas mask.

00:29:00.660 Reminds me of the early days of the Panda Mac.

00:29:05.800 So we're approaching the crowd, and what's interesting is it looks like the line actually goes into the lobby of the Chateau Laurier.

00:29:14.660 The Fairmont Laurier, which is very interesting.

00:29:17.960 So let's be wary, Igor. Let's be wary. Let's take a look around.

00:29:22.280 We've got the police over there. We've got a group of police over there just chilling.

00:29:26.220 Kind of amongst the protesters, which is kind of interesting.

00:29:29.300 so let's let's avoid that we got like you know there's police like kind of like going through

00:29:33.920 the crowd although they're like kind of in isolation this is very interesting this is very

00:29:39.540 very interesting here i'll try to climb up here

00:29:50.060 oh shit we're losing our spot so there's people up on this barricade trying to get a better 0.95

00:29:58.900 vantage point of what's going on here. They're trying to stand up. Oh, there's some people 0.99

00:30:07.720 singing over here. Got some good vibes over here. Got some good vibes. Oh, yeah, we got

00:30:13.440 to get in here. We got to get in here.

00:30:28.900 After out of Philly, had a nice bone tooth.

00:30:31.960 I knew it was Henworth, come to Cuddlingdale. 0.96

00:30:35.700 At Johnston City, where did you see it?

00:30:39.400 I want to get a catapult for free.

00:30:41.900 In for the sun, I held my wing with all the money.

00:30:44.900 I know it's the only one.

00:30:46.900 And if I got a rally, at least I will die free.

00:30:51.900 Yeah!

00:30:52.900 Woo! 0.99

00:30:53.900 Go! 0.95

00:30:54.900 Rock me, mama, like a wagon wheel. Rock me, mama, any way you feel. Hey, mama, rock me. Rock me, mama, like the wind down the rain. Rock me, mama, like a cell phone train. Hey, mama, rock me.

00:31:22.040 laser season

00:31:25.100 oh hell yeah hell yeah that's a vibe right there it's a vibe right there okay we're not gonna

00:31:33.760 so the line is the line is over there just just over get a little of this right truck

00:31:39.820 what's that get a little of the strike track i mean oh wow what do they need this machine

00:31:44.200 gun for like is there a machine gun on that i think there might be i don't know that's crazy

00:31:50.600 man yeah it's uh these are the same people that tell you you don't need to own a hunting rifle

00:32:05.960 yeah yeah you don't need to own yeah you don't need to own a hunting rifle but here is a uh

00:32:11.680 swat police truck with a machine gun mounted on it here i want to i want to try just doing a quick

00:32:18.540 a quick zoom in. Can you hold the microphone here? So we're just going to look at the line

00:32:30.560 here and zoom in a bit. This is kind of like the line that we're seeing.

00:32:48.540 I'm a little bit loud, but it's dancing in the dark, dark, dark.

00:32:52.980 I ain't no way out, cause I ain't no way out, cause I ain't no way out, cause I'm a bad dream.

00:32:59.160 I'm drinking out of the snow, and I'm drinking out of the sea.

00:33:04.840 Sitting here, staring at the sea, like a leaf in a bad dream.

00:33:10.680 I'm bleeding on my shovel in a tree, out of the trees in a bad dream.

00:33:14.000 This guy?

00:33:25.840 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:33:30.560 Yo, Dan, what's going on, man?

00:33:32.800 Yo, they smashed the rear window out of my car.

00:33:35.080 Really? 0.98

00:33:35.520 And no one was even fucking in there. 0.96

00:33:37.480 I'm standing there. 0.98

00:33:38.760 There's no tint on the thing.

00:33:40.360 There's no one in there.

00:33:41.240 I'm like, guys, there's no one in here. 0.96

00:33:42.660 don't smash my fucking windows so you had a sign there it's not no i'm standing there physically 0.99

00:33:47.520 standing there as the police are pushing their line and i'm like there's no one in there i was 0.99

00:33:52.140 like there's no one in there don't smash the windows they fucking smashed the rear window 0.98

00:33:56.500 and you're standing right there there's no fucking tint on the car at all no one in there 0.96

00:34:01.200 just for fun just so yeah so i'm displaced for tonight so for those who don't know uh i met 0.84

00:34:08.940 this guy last week, probably. It's Dan, right? Yes, sir. And you had a nice Lexus car here. You

00:34:14.640 came all the way from out west, right? Yeah. No, I actually came from London. Okay, London.

00:34:21.600 Wow, so when did that happen? This morning? Probably about an hour or two ago. An hour or

00:34:26.300 two ago. Yeah. So what's the deal? There's the line here on the other side. There's that convoy

00:34:30.100 and they're kind of what? So they started at the west end and all of the sides of that

00:34:35.360 intersection and they slowly just bashed people back pulled some back arrested um but just smashed 0.92

00:34:42.700 people and trampled people with horses and uh did all that type of shit to push people back and 0.85

00:34:48.340 they're still at it they're still at it yeah so like they're amongst the convoy just kind of like 0.95

00:34:52.600 harassing people they pushed through the convoy and then they started like a military line i guess

00:34:57.400 it's like the quebec like reserve i don't know who it is they're from quebec but military line

00:35:02.100 blocked everything out started pushing everyone from the crowd back so they could go to every

00:35:06.980 car and smash the windows even if there was no one in there some of them they smashed them and

00:35:11.360 pulled people out so they smashed a whole bunch of stuff smashed a whole bunch of windows a lot

00:35:16.100 of them there was no one in the vehicle and like trucks cars trucks cars anyone so you obviously

00:35:21.340 met a lot of people in the convoy over there where are they now a lot of them probably got

00:35:25.600 arrested a lot of them just deked out here yeah a lot of them didn't even have a chance to grab

00:35:31.360 their stuff so so you're one of the lucky ones they told us they're like if you just leave your

00:35:37.040 car and lock it uh there there won't be any damage to it it's just going to get towed but

00:35:41.780 that didn't happen so how long ago did they say that uh that was earlier today wow yeah

00:35:46.740 so how are you feeling right now other than i mean i uh i expected this this has been what

00:35:54.500 they've been waiting for so where it goes from here is the real question so they made their they

00:36:01.900 made their first big move and this is it and we'll see where this goes because you tow the cars i'm

00:36:08.380 sure more and more people are going to show up i don't think this ends with the vehicles getting

00:36:12.420 moved so where is your car now it's back where it always was just parked in the convoy just there

00:36:17.940 with a smashed out window so i mean what are you doing next do you need a place to crash uh i might

00:36:23.100 i got to charge my phone and reconnect with some people i do have a few people locally but i just

00:36:27.660 got to find them and okay well you have my number we might be able to give you a place so thank you

00:36:31.900 so much

00:36:35.100 good to see you buddy that's up dude it is up but i'm sure i can bill him out for it but

00:36:40.940 you can what i can bill him for it oh yeah send it to the montreal police are you kidding me how

00:36:45.260 could i not yeah yeah what's the what's the point in smashing a window of a vehicle where no one's

00:36:49.260 in there and you can clearly see that what was that like that moment where you're like hey man

00:36:53.300 no one's in there please don't dude i have i have next to zero expectations for these people 0.99

00:36:58.580 as long as like they're trampling old women with horses out here they don't give a fuck they don't 1.00

00:37:04.260 care at all bro so as long as they don't start shooting people with tear gas and shooting people 0.99

00:37:08.960 with more than that i'll be happy but you know they came with a big show and uh we'll see what

00:37:14.620 they're going to do next i'm speechless man i'm pretty crazy uh do you want any snacks we brought

00:37:24.640 snacks um we have snacks yeah maybe i don't know yeah yeah yeah let's let's hook you up with some

00:37:29.900 snacks do you want to keep chatting just don't talk about vaccine yeah i won't be talking about

00:37:35.100 that so it's a pretty crazy scene down here it's pretty impressive how much people are keeping the

00:37:40.740 peace. People are getting smashed with batons, hit in the face, pushed, choked, getting ripped

00:37:47.760 from the crowd and arrested, and everyone's staying peaceful. It's just astonishing that

00:37:52.700 more of these officers don't decide to uphold their oath. I don't know what their long-term

00:37:58.400 plan is for this situation, but I can't see it. I can't see this developing into anything

00:38:04.360 fruitful yeah sure we'll do the switch i also got you can break off a piece of that if you want

00:38:10.040 oh yeah bro it's amazing banana bread from a friend of mine it's gonna it's gonna lift your

00:38:15.680 spirits it's got chocolate in it okay um because i figured people are gonna be down here all day

00:38:21.840 in the line like they're gonna be hungry trying to hold the line against these stormtroopers i

00:38:27.220 I mean, I'm trying to love.

00:38:28.220 I want to love these guys, but this just seems like evil, you know?

00:38:36.180 It's like, hey, it's your choice.

00:38:37.740 Hey, guys, when it comes to the jab, look, it's your choice.

00:38:41.280 It's your choice, guys.

00:38:43.040 It's your choice. 1.00

00:38:43.860 Get gunned down by a freaking SWAT vehicle. 1.00

00:38:48.700 It's your choice. 1.00

00:38:49.880 Yeah, right. 0.99

00:38:50.620 It's ridiculous. 0.83

00:38:53.060 Nice. 0.84

00:38:53.520 You good?

00:38:54.020 Yeah. 1.00

00:38:54.320 Oh, fuck yeah, dude. 0.99

00:38:55.360 Thank you. 0.99

00:38:55.720 I have I also have some peanuts and raisins if it doesn't have any cannabis

00:38:59.340 in it does it no it doesn't not I just want to be ready if that's yeah yeah no no that would not be good

00:39:04.700 what's up

00:39:05.400 yeah okay we could we could try that we could try that

00:39:22.740 The thing is, I'm worried about getting swooped in and swooped into the badness, but are you

00:39:29.480 going to be here for a bit or?

00:39:30.840 Yeah?

00:39:31.120 Okay.

00:39:32.000 Let me put this back in the backpack.

00:39:34.720 We got our Lambus bread.

00:39:36.920 Lambus bread.

00:39:37.540 It's not Lambus bread, but it's a reference to Lord of the Rings for the Lord of the Rings

00:39:40.940 fans out there.

00:39:42.720 Lambus bread.

00:39:44.080 We're out of Lambus bread.

00:39:46.840 All right.

00:39:48.100 So the thing is...

00:39:49.380 Huh.

00:39:52.740 all right

00:39:59.760 maybe maybe we need to make a plan here maybe what maybe we need to make a plan here

00:40:10.180 because i want to have big people around me because what if they try to like snatch me

00:40:19.660 out of the line you know what i mean oh we got sandy up here let's go up here now you know

00:40:29.000 they're moving up to the front of the line here i'm going to take a quick breath

00:40:36.040 quick prayer we're going to try to interview the cops at the front of the line what's just luck

00:40:41.020 how long have you been here for i've been here for just a few hours well got here around one

00:40:48.360 but this is my third time coming to the first weekend and last weekend yeah this is pretty 0.98

00:40:55.080 fucking wild though when the going get tough the tough get going right hell fucking yeah 0.94

00:41:02.440 yeah no this is the most amazing group of people i've ever been a part of 0.99

00:41:06.600 fucking fearless yeah a bit of a different vibe right now but they're getting ready to surge

00:41:12.040 Really? Interesting. Okay, let's go for it. Hey, do you guys want to do an interview for YouTube Live? We're on YouTube Live right now. Are you guys proud of what you're doing today? 0.99

00:41:29.200 Maybe I give them a flower to interview with you.

00:41:33.300 Do you guys want a flower for an interview?

00:41:35.760 Do you guys think what you're doing is right?

00:41:42.040 They know that it's not right. They know that it's not right. I saw these pictures in Iran. I came here as a refugee. I told it several times. I don't want to see the same thing happen in Canada and I'm building the flower. I see many people bring the flowers, but they are using the same tactic. I don't say that they are as brutal as the Islamic regime in Iran, but if in Iran we are at the end of the road, at the end of the road of dictatorship by Ayatollahs and Mullahs,

00:42:11.620 in canada we are at the beginning of the road that's right it's so sad for me well hopefully

00:42:16.340 it takes a course for the better right hopefully it takes a course for the better um i mean i don't

00:42:22.360 want to keep mocking these guys but i do have a lot of questions for them like would you do

00:42:26.800 anything justin trudeau says like anything um i don't know chad if you have any questions for

00:42:35.680 the frontline officers now is the time send in a super chat um yeah i don't know what to say really

00:42:41.380 but

00:42:44.340 Do you guys still think we have a choice at this point?

00:42:48.620 Do you think we have a choice?

00:42:50.620 It doesn't feel like we have a choice right now

00:42:53.740 Does not feel like we have a choice

00:42:57.620 Anyway and final question. Have you seen anyone who isn't peaceful today?

00:43:03.100 Or throughout the past three weeks? Have you seen anyone who isn't peaceful here?

00:43:07.060 anyone did you get any free hot chocolate or uh free hot dogs while you were here 0.99

00:43:16.140 yeah i know i know and i'm i'm you know i'm not trying to be an i'm clearly being an asshole 0.86

00:43:25.340 though but i don't know i don't know hopefully this can all get resolved and we'll all go back

00:43:31.820 to my house for hot chocolate you know what i mean let's go go back to my house for some

00:43:35.660 That's what I said to this guy.

00:43:36.720 I know in a different world we would party together.

00:43:38.940 It would be amazing.

00:43:39.960 Come on this side.

00:43:40.780 Let's hang out.

00:43:41.380 Not even a different world, a different weekend.

00:43:43.100 A different weekend.

00:43:44.380 Just tomorrow.

00:43:45.680 Maybe even tonight if they would step down.

00:43:48.320 Yeah, that'd be nice.

00:43:49.080 Maybe even tonight.

00:43:49.820 Maybe we could sit around a fire together and talk about what it's like to live in a free country.

00:43:55.280 Hell yeah.

00:43:55.600 A non-communist version of Canada.

00:43:58.220 And celebrate our freedom.

00:44:00.100 And talk about the charter.

00:44:01.740 Let's talk about the charter.

00:44:03.040 Let's talk about the...

00:44:03.780 Remember the charter?

00:44:04.720 Remember that?

00:44:05.160 remember that once upon a time i think that was at uh 1201

00:44:09.800 oh 1201 today yeah 1201 and then that was it democracy died in canada

00:44:15.640 today was the day democracy died i think this is official

00:44:19.180 well i mean it's not dead yet because the people are here

00:44:23.640 they're hearing numbers you know they're correct they're here to like

00:44:27.520 well i mean democracy died in this respect this is not canada right now

00:44:32.440 what we're seeing right now is not the canada we know and love

00:44:34.800 there was no debate on mandates during the election there wasn't one there was no there was

00:44:39.040 no debate but justin trudeau did this for the people that voted for it right he stands behind

00:44:44.560 that right there was a debate it was just imaginary it was held in justin trudeau's closet

00:44:50.160 the closet that he lives in and has stayed in for the past three weeks right this is where 0.88

00:44:55.680 everything happens in justin trudeau's and that sucks that these guys have to stand up for like 0.99

00:44:59.760 a coward you know like trudeau's clearly a coward and he's like forcing these people to like stand 0.98

00:45:04.640 end up let it go let it go we're gonna stand here we'll hold the line it is what it is 0.98

00:45:12.500 these guys know better if you've been talking to them you know that they don't want to be here 0.97

00:45:17.040 i don't like to put them on the spot i thought i'd kind of be an asshole today just for a moment 0.99

00:45:20.860 i meant no disrespect guys i'm just trying to you're not an asshole you're just you're just 0.95

00:45:25.980 seeking out information the information that we all want to hear the information that we know and 0.88

00:45:31.320 love to be true right so what's your story you're like me you're just casually at the front lines

00:45:37.400 just casually yeah i've been filming yeah i've just been filming here chatting with these guys

00:45:41.720 i just said to this guy you know maybe you should uh step down and we should go and have a beer

00:45:46.480 together because you look like the kind of guy that i could be friends with he said yeah we could

00:45:51.120 we could do that but right now he's got to do his job which is fair i think or maybe not so much

00:45:58.040 I'm not sure anymore. I'm not sure it's fair.

00:46:00.660 I'm not sure that if it was me in that position that I would be able to stand there and do this.

00:46:04.960 I think that I would probably turn on my heel and walk away from this.

00:46:08.520 But I'm a person that believes in democracy, so what do I know?

00:46:11.920 The most frustrating thing is that even health ministers and the premiers are like,

00:46:15.760 yeah, maybe we should end the mandates, maybe we should end the passports.

00:46:18.320 And so it's like, everyone pretty well agrees with that.

00:46:21.060 We're all on the same page, but guess what we should do?

00:46:23.480 If we have people standing up against it, we finally have voices up there in Parliament.

00:46:28.460 I think the best thing to do is just shut it down today.

00:46:31.740 Shut it down. Let's not have a conversation about how we can find some resolve.

00:46:36.900 Let's not have a conversation about how we can end this peacefully.

00:46:40.240 Let's call in the big guns. 0.58

00:46:42.840 Let's create, let's incite fear and violence in our capital city.

00:46:47.840 And let's see if maybe that works better.

00:46:49.860 Yeah, and in a way, they're trying to justify the narrative they've already started, right?

00:46:55.000 Absolutely.

00:46:55.440 Because they've been building this narrative that we're these horrible people.

00:46:58.100 They can't let that go.

00:46:59.820 If they let it go that easily, what's going to happen to Trudeau?

00:47:02.280 Think about that.

00:47:02.980 If it was you, if you were Trudeau, you think you would let this go that easily?

00:47:06.380 This guy is holding on by his fingernails.

00:47:08.740 He's hanging over the cliff, hanging on by his fingernails,

00:47:11.860 and praying to God that something miraculously happens here,

00:47:15.720 that he can turn the narrative on its heel,

00:47:17.980 and that he can get out of this.

00:47:19.860 get a jail free card it's not going to happen it's not going to happen but he's working on it

00:47:24.220 and what you're seeing right here is justin trudeau hoping he can push his powers and push us back

00:47:30.560 and everyone's going to turn around and tuck their tail between their legs and walk away

00:47:34.380 and that'll be the end game it's not going to happen it's not going to happen it's not going

00:47:37.700 to happen football is going down the hill at record speeds gaining momentum gaining size

00:47:43.300 and this is historical right now this moment these guys everyone here this is history in the making

00:47:49.060 and the world is watching definitely definitely and i've talked to so many people for like days

00:47:54.220 and days since this thing started and the resolve of people over here they are not afraid they are

00:48:01.300 not afraid and because we are on the right side of it yeah we know we're right to be fearful of

00:48:06.560 we know we're right we are not afraid and you know what these guys are not against us

00:48:10.700 we don't need to be afraid of them yeah we we have no fear because we know we're doing the

00:48:15.940 right thing we know that we have the law and the charter behind us there's nothing to be afraid of

00:48:21.320 and if something happens the person that does whatever they do that makes us fearful they're

00:48:26.980 the ones that need to be afraid because the hammer comes down on them because they're the ones that

00:48:31.180 are breaking the constitution breaking the law that's right and that's what people watching need

00:48:34.940 to realize they think like even if you're against the protesters like if a state operates like this

00:48:39.940 it's just a matter of time till they come for you man it's just a matter of time like look at history

00:48:44.780 look at this blah blah blah i they first they came for the truckers i didn't stand stand out

00:48:48.680 because i wasn't a trucker and on and on and on and like that's exactly how this works we just

00:48:52.820 happen to know that us canadians know that we're out here yeah well that's a little bit of critical

00:48:58.980 thinking at this point though before it was critical thinkers at this point if you have

00:49:04.480 one itty bitty brain cell still functioning something just a little just one iota of a

00:49:10.700 brain cell, you know that something isn't right. And from there, you need to start doing

00:49:15.380 your research. You need to start looking into it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to

00:49:19.060 figure out that this, all of this is wrong. There's something very wrong with this picture.

00:49:27.140 Start going down the rabbit hole because you don't have to go too far to figure out what's

00:49:32.460 happening here. Absolutely. Absolutely. Do you have a social media we should plug right

00:49:36.660 um no i would rather not plug any social media but sorry you're live on youtube sorry that's

00:49:44.140 fine i'll watch it later and thank you for your time and thank you for uh i mean hey how's it

00:49:49.620 going yeah no don't plug my social media but i appreciate your time i appreciate you covering

00:49:54.640 this and vice versa hi hi and i think something that's also really important is like with the

00:50:02.560 regimes in the past for these tyrants they like they really loved their tyrant and they would do

00:50:08.080 anything for their tyrant and that doesn't really exist here i don't think many people really love

00:50:12.940 trudeau that much to like do this you know what i mean i don't know i would say they talk about

00:50:17.460 the fringe the fringe minority and i think trudeau's followers they are the fringe we all know

00:50:23.120 that they are the fringe and you want to talk about the elitist fringe right you want to talk

00:50:28.200 about hate have you seen the signage around the city the only hateful signage i have seen in the

00:50:32.940 city are those who are against those here protesting that are wishing death on the

00:50:37.780 unvaccinated yeah for sure people have been hit with cars people's time they are the fringe 0.98

00:50:42.760 minority and they're following their hateful leader so expect nothing more from them right 1.00

00:50:48.880 nothing more nothing less it is what it is hateful trudeau we yeah hateful trudeau it's okay love has

00:50:54.620 brought us together that's right right we will win we will win thank you i appreciate you what's

00:51:01.520 your name anyway or do you know my name is ricky ricky yes i'm greg nice to meet you really nice

00:51:06.140 to meet you too uh ours ours in chat for ricky we love ricky ricky's great casually chatting here

00:51:12.900 where do i find you um uh greg wycliffe it feels weird plugging my youtube like share and subscribe

00:51:19.620 you know because you're hilarious and you make videos all the time and i follow them and i love

00:51:24.380 them i'm not starstruck fyi i'm i'm not a star i'm not a star i don't do amazing i just you're

00:51:32.760 amazing i plugged the microphone into my camera i think you're awesome yeah i've seen your videos

00:51:37.380 i think so thank you how long are we going to chat here tonight uh how long are we going to

00:51:41.300 chat yeah i don't know i got snacks so i can we have all night yeah we have all night we do have

00:51:45.500 all night uh do you have whiskey uh i know i don't have whiskey whiskey well actually i don't know

00:51:52.220 that might be a that might be an infraction to have whiskey but i mean are you going to stand

00:51:57.180 right here in this moment in this spot all night um i don't i don't know about that uh it's it's

00:52:02.380 been nice like i'll just stay here for now it kind of it feels right getting to chat here if we need

00:52:07.980 a warm-up yeah this is our podcast coming from the front lines literally the from the front lines um

00:52:14.380 this is our frontline podcast with ricky and uh yeah we're talking about tyranny uh trudeau

00:52:21.880 trudeau tyranny canada be on the brink of no return um but there's lots of canadian pride

00:52:29.120 here lots of high canadian spirits a lot of peaceful protesters and like i'm not just saying

00:52:34.040 peaceful like it's real legitimately peaceful it's real it's peaceful it's loving i'm making

00:52:40.580 friends with these guys i mean they're here trying to incite fear i have had i've had nothing but

00:52:46.960 positive reactions with the police being here as well i mean they're not they're not intentionally

00:52:51.040 inciting fear obviously this is the game one of them made fun of my microphone once though and i

00:52:55.560 was like oh they're like oh it's a little toothpick no no not here not any of these guys these guys

00:53:00.240 are cool uh but uh no yeah um i don't know where i was going with that but no i've had positive

00:53:06.960 You were saying the worst, most hateful thing you've seen here tonight is somebody making

00:53:11.920 fun of your microphone, and that's about the gist of it, that's what it really boils down

00:53:15.780 to.

00:53:16.780 I mean, if you want to find hate and judgment, it's this, this little thing right here, that's

00:53:22.280 about where it is.

00:53:23.280 Or just go on Facebook and the people who oppose the protesters, they're like, gas them,

00:53:28.360 hose them down, lock them up, it's crazy.

00:53:32.460 so they talk about their their leader who calls us misogynists and racists and i can't find a 0.97

00:53:40.520 find a find a word in the dictionary that can describe someone as being an awful human being

00:53:44.400 and trudeau's probably said it right so you're on cozy right now too eh jimbo's watching your

00:53:52.520 stream yo what up jimbo love to see you man i don't know i lost my train of thought you're cool

00:53:59.220 canada first amen brother but uh what were we gonna say there i was gonna say i don't know

00:54:05.760 you lost me we were talking about how the the police oh i was gonna say this okay

00:54:12.680 the police are doing their job blah blah blah yada yada yada but but who i have like really

00:54:19.340 don't have respect for are the people who work in the media in this country i feel like that's

00:54:23.920 very like the way in which they are dishonest i just find so disgusting because they parent

00:54:30.900 and apparent right it's very clear i followed someone i think i was told i i think it was cp24

00:54:37.800 i don't care enough to pay attention but i was on the news yesterday because i caught one of them

00:54:42.280 who was trying to get his angles to make things look sinister and dark up in front of the parliament

00:54:48.660 and I was walking along and I caught him doing it and I had my live going and followed him and

00:54:55.540 was showing the people. If you look through this opening, it's wide open. You can get to Parliament.

00:55:00.740 Everything is great. If you look over here, there's people dancing, signs of unity. I mean,

00:55:06.760 it's nothing but beautiful, happy people. But if you go from this angle, you can see fences crossed

00:55:12.880 over and some police and some workers tying things up and it looks sinister and dark and

00:55:17.600 you can paint the picture however you want that's a choice that they make and that's what they're

00:55:23.820 showing the world and it's yeah a great analogy i heard from mark per all of us actually is imagine

00:55:29.780 an empty hotel room and there's one flashlight okay you turn the one flashlight on and you show

00:55:36.880 one singular thing in the room you know if you turn the lights on you're going to be a completely

00:55:41.880 different room like you can completely change the story based on where you shine the flashlight

00:55:46.840 and yeah one of the first weekends they were setting up a shot like right next to like a pile

00:55:51.480 of garbage like right next to a pile of garbage and i was like guys it's neatly piled garbage

00:55:56.520 first of all and there's a huge crowd of people in a huge line of like there's like people dancing

00:56:00.920 over there like are you going to cover that we ended up very peacefully chasing them off like

00:56:05.480 you know kind of be like yeah yeah or we have justin trudeau's private photographer sitting

00:56:10.280 and taking a picture of that gentleman with the confederate flag of whom walking miles around the

00:56:16.120 city that day and for that weekend i did not see once i didn't see him so where did he come from

00:56:22.460 why was he on a side street somewhere with justin's photographer getting the perfect angle

00:56:28.220 right i mean that's why people don't see that i would say you know i'm not being overcome with

00:56:34.860 fear here because i like we said we know we're on the right side of history we know we're right

00:56:39.160 so that's why we're steadfast in our resolve but it is it is scary because we are vulnerable to

00:56:45.580 fill in the blank something bad happening because our media is so not good at investigating things

00:56:51.920 that something bad could happen don't blame it on the protesters and unfortunately a lot of people

00:56:56.320 all they watch is cbc still and that's like that's unfortunate like i even had a conversation with my

00:57:02.400 dad and he like hung up on me and i'm like bro your dad hung up on you oh yeah like he watches

00:57:07.540 is cnn he is programmed and so it's washed you know what you can't blame the people it's mass

00:57:14.180 psychosis it's something that they've been doing it's it's a plan right ultimately the people whose

00:57:20.860 brains are washed we have to feel sorry for them we have to we have to coddle them a little bit

00:57:25.340 and maybe try to guide gently guide them and if they don't want to see the light they're not going

00:57:30.340 to see the light right if they're resisting hopefully they stop resisting and they start

00:57:34.900 seeing things for what they are and i'm hoping that what's happening here i'm hoping at some

00:57:39.440 point they might be firing the l rad soon watch out what does that mean that's the sound cannon

00:57:44.260 the sound cannon there's a sound cannon is there a sound cannon is that real

00:57:48.820 sound cannon did you get blasted with it yet no okay you're we're online yeah i know okay

00:57:59.640 Okay. Guys, should I be worried about a sound cannon? Like, genuine question. Should I be

00:58:06.420 worried about a sound cannon? Do you have earplugs? Do you have any spare ones? Oh, man. You have

00:58:14.100 earplugs? Igor, my poor cameraman, at least cover your ears from the cold, dude. I do not want to

00:58:22.840 lose my hearing, man. Is it long? Is it like a long blast? Guys, is it a long blast?

00:58:29.640 you know what should I expect from the sound cannon man and now I'm like kind

00:58:35.020 of apprehensive now I don't want to get blasted yeah have you dealt with this

00:58:39.580 what should I expect here I never heard the sound cannon now God please protect

00:58:46.020 me from the sound cannon no no you trust you know I will I will jump on the

00:58:51.960 grenade of the sound cannon i really don't want to oh man yeah yeah that's right that's my that's

00:59:01.380 my sound cannon down there um so you're saying because the horses aren't here that they're

00:59:09.640 going to fire the sound cannon soon well they put all their headphones on oh did they just put those

00:59:15.260 on interesting interesting so like once the sound cannon goes are you guys gonna

00:59:23.120 like like lash out at us did you guys enjoy the podcast no pardon I think it

00:59:35.540 might be on the on the big truck over there the big like SWAT truck I'm not

00:59:40.640 sure yeah are you gonna walk along here um it gets kind of crowded in there and these guys look

00:59:56.160 nicer than than those guys over there these guys are nice they're all nice okay hey i know this guy

01:00:04.240 yeah yo you are the food court king we're live on youtube how's it going dude how's it going live

01:00:10.080 on youtube uh so first and foremost i want to bring the attention to all the beautiful officers

01:00:14.800 who came down downtown ottawa for hell yeah what i presume to be mandates is that why you're here

01:00:19.600 gentlemen for the mandates there is some pretty handsome individuals down here they just want to

01:00:25.280 fight for freedom uh but uh do you guys want to actually follow up with us while you're down here

01:00:30.640 we're on youtube live apparently we are we are oh okay so but um yeah i mean we're fighting for

01:00:37.600 them too right we're we're fighting for everybody exactly and they all look like some really great

01:00:42.800 gentlemen like i was telling them earlier they look they look like you know i got a nod from a

01:00:46.560 cop i got a nod he's uh he's a handsome guy over there too yeah no and they honestly look like the

01:00:51.360 kind of guys who want to come down drink a couple beers smoke a couple of joints and stand on the 0.98

01:00:56.160 the back and say yeah fuck Trudeau but you can't because it's your job I get it I get it it's your 0.99

01:01:00.900 job you know you know what my job used to be I used to grow cannabis and dance that's what I 0.99

01:01:06.920 used to do and then they said hey you have to lead by example or you're not going to have a job here

01:01:13.860 because you didn't follow the mandates and the policies you know what happened I actually led

01:01:18.480 by example I didn't do what you guys are doing I actually left the job to lead by example and

01:01:23.160 And that's why we're here with Flowers to show you that, boys, there's another opportunity out there, right?

01:01:28.680 I'm not sure what you're making, but it's probably not worth it.

01:01:31.320 You're going to be viral on the Internet.

01:01:33.160 Ten grand extra for coming here.

01:01:35.080 Oh, well, whatever.

01:01:35.960 It's not about.

01:01:37.260 Whatever it is.

01:01:38.060 There's nothing on the other side of this, but they don't realize that there is.

01:01:41.360 If they stop this right now, tomorrow we can wake up back in pre-Canada, right?

01:01:46.660 If you guys stop following Trudeau's bidding and stop being his minions,

01:01:52.840 and I say that with love and respect, I'm not being insulting.

01:01:56.140 If you say no to the unlawful mandate and emergency order

01:02:01.400 that has not even gone through its second reading yet

01:02:04.380 and stand with the people and do what's right,

01:02:06.940 tomorrow we can all wake up and free Canada.

01:02:09.140 But if you keep going down this path,

01:02:11.300 if you have children, know that tomorrow they may not be free.

01:02:16.480 This could be the beginning of the end.

01:02:18.740 Know that, recognize that,

01:02:20.440 understand the magnitude of this moment and that the entire world is watching you and what this

01:02:26.960 could mean for the future of Canada. Understand that, that your $100,000 a year job right now

01:02:33.840 means screw all, nothing, if we all end up under this tyrannical government and in communism.

01:02:42.920 Communism, guys, do you understand that? Do you understand what's happening? Do you understand

01:02:47.700 what's happening truly think about it that was a beautiful speech you should run for politics

01:02:54.020 by the way thank you sir and you too man yeah no no thank you guys and uh have yourselves a

01:02:59.620 great afternoon and hopefully the uh the rcmp or whatever they like to call themselves

01:03:04.020 we're told that now that the now that the oh my god there's like there's like para there's like

01:03:08.900 military dudes back there oh my god it looks like they're invading poland i don't know

01:03:14.260 I think what's actually going on is they're coming in with tear gas for our health and safety.

01:03:23.960 It's a great tactic.

01:03:25.140 We need it for our health and safety.

01:03:27.240 Yo, that guy's got a gas.

01:03:28.840 Oh, my God, dude.

01:03:30.120 At least one of them's got the gas.

01:03:31.660 What?

01:03:32.780 What? 0.97

01:03:35.100 I hope I don't get hit in the face with a rubber bullet.

01:03:37.640 So just so you know, people kept saying, like, oh, they have those microwave machines, eh? 0.99

01:03:42.540 that they come out and they fuck it bro is that real no i don't even know if it's real or not 0.96

01:03:47.340 i really don't but i'm going to be honest with you check this out oh you dropped the flower 0.99

01:03:52.460 no it's all right it's just a flower it's not a weapon

01:03:58.940 so if they actually start shooting us with microwave rays we actually got some

01:04:04.540 yeah that's a popcorn and they start popping boys that means to step out of the way 0.99

01:04:09.100 outwitted again by internet trolls shit you guys want some of this for some self-defense 0.99

01:04:17.720 we got some snacks if they start putting that microwave machine on you it's going to start 1.00

01:04:23.880 popping right off yo grab your bag man it looks like they're trying to pull something hopefully

01:04:28.420 not but we got we got to be on our toes here because uh that's completely new people be

01:04:35.020 oh that is a good question did you guys uh did any of you guys kneel for blm

01:04:43.340 anyone kneel for blm no i i don't know silence means yes silence means yes

01:04:51.420 what's up what's up yo tyler russell here front line first let's go front lines and you know i

01:04:58.140 met every single one of these cops knelt for blm every single one you think so yes man it's

01:05:04.700 dog bots yo we saw back there there's like look at these military guys with huge gats back there

01:05:09.340 what the yeah so i actually i just put an ear protection so if i'm talking funny that's why

01:05:14.460 but they have the l rat up there right what does it look like it's the lounge it's the sound can

01:05:19.420 yeah yeah so basically they're just gonna blast us with sound coming up here

01:05:23.340 and it's on that vehicle though yeah it's on the very top there so do you have your do you have

01:05:26.940 earmuffs no let's go we have no earmuffs like it no we're good we're good i don't know if the

01:05:34.460 earmuffs even do anything though honestly i'm pretty sure like it vibrates your skull right

01:05:38.700 i should have brought my headphones these guys have like high-tech area 51 ass technology yeah 0.81

01:05:44.060 no it's intense it's intense look at all these guys oh yeah yeah get a shot of that get a shot

01:05:51.660 they have a hotel room in the uh fairmount chateau hopefully they don't like surround us

01:05:57.820 or something that wouldn't be fun well i think that that's kind of the plan they're going to

01:06:00.620 push it this way they're going to start to move down the street now they're going to have a big

01:06:05.100 issue coming up on that truck there that's blocking the whole lane horizontally but i heard they might

01:06:10.780 come from the other way too they might come from that way yeah so so there's there's like 10 of

01:06:15.020 like the big swap vehicles that are all lined up down that way so there's definitely staging to

01:06:20.140 like move in this way and from that way over there interesting interesting so this is uh because we

01:06:25.500 we have a choice right this is how much of a choice we have getting surrounded by um what else

01:06:31.320 did you see today you're out earlier right yeah i've been out here since like 10 a.m it's been

01:06:35.440 pretty crazy we started like all the way up there as you guys probably saw in global news and stuff

01:06:40.160 and um just slowly they just kept pushing us back and pushing us back um i heard some reports that

01:06:46.620 somebody died cardiac arrest no way yeah i don't know if that was confirmed but i heard that

01:06:52.480 and um there's guys i don't really see any of these guys here but there were cops earlier that

01:06:57.680 had like full-on grenade launchers with like tear gas so uh so they were tear gassing so i don't

01:07:04.220 know if they tear gassed anybody people were getting pepper sprayed for sure like andrew

01:07:08.100 lawton got pepper sprayed somebody i knew from this convoy he was outside of his car parked in

01:07:12.680 the convoy and he's like hey there's no one in there please don't smash and they just smash his

01:07:16.400 car window and he's like there's no one in there yeah so i'm pretty sure that uh 30 big rigs have

01:07:21.920 been towed and there's been like 72 arrests so far so they're clamping down hard tonight that's

01:07:28.340 the canadian news with tyler l russell first baby groifer news network let's go shout out to jimbo

01:08:56.140 Get over here. 0.99

01:08:58.220 And I'm here with?

01:09:00.120 Maggie Dingman.

01:09:01.440 Maggie, and we're at the front lines here of the, what would you call this?

01:09:05.980 Do you believe this is happening?

01:09:07.260 Yeah, I don't know what to call it at this point. I'm not sure. I don't want to say one way or the other, but let's hope that it's like the night that all the police in Ontario have finally realized that this is a peaceful protest and they don't want to continue in this fashion.

01:09:27.440 And all the cops' hearts grew two sizes that day.

01:09:30.780 Yes, yep, yep.

01:09:32.280 Absolutely. How long have you been at the protest for?

01:09:34.280 I came on Thursday last weekend and the second Saturday.

01:09:41.780 Nice.

01:09:42.220 Yeah.

01:09:42.700 That's cool.

01:09:43.400 And it's a state of emergency, but you don't seem to be afraid.

01:09:48.120 Nope.

01:09:49.900 All their fear is just something that I've learned to ignore and walk through, right?

01:09:57.840 Yeah.

01:09:58.220 Yeah.

01:09:58.500 because yeah we're all humans and and I just I've noticed the pattern of scare

01:10:05.900 tactic and then photo op the next day and scare tactic and photo op and this

01:10:11.520 is a great photo op now he's really gonna have something for his state of

01:10:14.880 emergency right well I mean they're gonna have you though which you look

01:10:19.080 like you're here for Canada you got your took you got your flag she's got a car

01:10:23.640 So you've got a car flag, too.

01:10:24.840 Look at that.

01:10:25.520 I do.

01:10:26.280 Just out here repping the red and white.

01:10:28.140 Yeah, that's awesome.

01:10:29.300 I've been having fun.

01:10:30.840 It has been fun.

01:10:32.300 I mean, even here, it's kind of been fun.

01:10:34.040 It's kind of been, like, enjoyable.

01:10:35.220 Yeah, I wish that they come and they change the vibration of it all, right?

01:10:40.580 Like, I wish we had the stage closer for this and we were just able to party right there while they did that.

01:10:47.260 And then they would just kind of feel the vibe that we want them to feel, the good vibe, right?

01:10:51.800 Do you watch the news in this country?

01:10:53.860 Have you seen how they're trying to cover this?

01:10:55.360 It's crazy.

01:10:55.960 No, but I hear about it, and I have to dodge a lot of people's misrepresentations

01:11:02.400 or conceptions of what's happening.

01:11:04.480 So, yeah, try and dispel the lies, but it's very hard to break through to people.

01:11:11.840 It is.

01:11:12.580 It is.

01:11:13.120 It is.

01:11:13.580 Well, thanks for showing up with Boots on the Ground.

01:11:15.580 Yeah, thanks to you.

01:11:16.780 You, too.

01:11:17.480 I just love you so much.

01:11:18.920 You brighten my day when I watch your stuff.

01:11:21.340 Yeah, yeah.

01:11:21.680 i'm always just like what is great we had we had such a fun stream we had such a fun stream last

01:11:26.720 night talking to people it was amazing and then i slept in i slept until like noon and i woke up

01:11:31.280 and i saw my phone like what's going on they're smashing windows i'm like i was just talking to

01:11:36.560 so many great canadians last night and then i wake up this morning and it's like this like oh my god

01:11:41.040 they're they're taking action because the thing is i thought it would happen at night that's why i

01:11:44.560 would go out yes yeah yeah it happened this morning yeah yeah it was great like were you

01:11:50.480 hear when they built the snow barriers i saw saw some of that yeah i saw some of that the supporters

01:11:56.640 and truckers did that and the veterans so quick they're like oh they're coming we're going to

01:12:00.880 build this line up here and then we realized that it was actually going to be down here the guy's

01:12:05.520 in his truck so i hope that doesn't mean he's about to blast the sound are you afraid of the

01:12:09.840 sound cannon thing have you heard about this i don't know apparently apparently it messes it i

01:12:15.920 don't know i don't know i guess it'll get all them too won't it uh no but they have these special ear

01:12:24.800 ear muffs on so i mean they clearly don't care about my ears actually that guy doesn't have

01:12:30.400 anything that guy doesn't have anything so maybe i don't know it's hard to say i'll wait

01:12:33.680 you're trying to zoom in and get these like paratroopers like through the line

01:12:37.760 those guys whoa look at that guys look at that they are decked out they are here to stop the

01:12:46.080 free hot chocolate they are here to stop the uh the free hot dogs and uh they're here to crush

01:12:54.560 any dissent oh oh you didn't want to get your jab well guess what guess what it's your choice

01:13:02.880 staring down the barrel what's up do a voice over what they're talking about um

01:15:02.880 here not too long ago so we got our phone plugged in we got battery we're ready to get our ears blown

01:15:09.040 out by by the like psychological well i don't know what the hell you would call them but

01:15:14.960 all right all right all right you know about all rats tell us the electronic noise that's

01:15:21.360 going to come out and it's made to disrupt the crowd because the noise is so much it's like

01:15:25.840 almost like a like a sound grenade really like a percussion noise that's going to come

01:15:31.760 but i don't think they're going to do it because if you notice the officers aren't wearing the

01:15:34.640 protective muffs all of them so i don't think they're ready to do that yet okay yeah they just

01:15:37.920 sub some people out of the line to watch them right yeah yeah because they give telltale signs

01:15:42.080 just as much as we do you sound like an expert here i'm not an expert but we've been here since

01:15:45.920 the beginning me and my best friend james today yes sir and we were holding the front line when

01:15:50.080 they started to bring the clydesdale the horses in moving in the line again guys move it in

01:15:53.600 move it that's what they want right they got i don't know if you guys notice the drones or the

01:15:57.200 two people on the roof over there they're looking for openings when people make pockets they're

01:16:00.640 going to start moving ah i mean if you see this guy right here he's just you know love love and

01:16:07.200 and peace man and these guys they're not monsters they're just doing their job right yeah it just

01:16:11.600 sucks that they have to do it but they also do have what they call discretion they have the right

01:16:16.180 to choose by law whether they want to do this or not they have the right to stand with us they have

01:16:20.780 discretion just so you guys know it's very true you know well thanks for being here man what's

01:16:25.400 this you got i'm hawking for freedom that's a goose call that is a goose call yes sir very cool

01:16:35.900 Very Canadian right yeah, were you born here? I was not I was born in Brampton actually wasn't born in Toronto, but yeah

01:16:43.160 We're coming from Alberta. I've lived in Newfoundland. I've lived all across the coast. So

01:16:47.480 What's your favorite place to live in Canada?

01:16:50.140 Newfoundland

01:16:51.320 We're gonna go with Newfoundland 0.98

01:16:54.320 Eyes to bite the sailor! Eyes to bite the sailor! Eyes to bite the catch of the fish and brings her home, the lizer! 0.99

01:16:58.260 I'll tell you that she's rich in historical beauty and the love and peace from people there is unreal

01:17:04.420 Newfoundland, right?

01:17:05.420 That's where it's at.

01:17:06.420 Cool.

01:17:07.420 Cool.

01:17:08.420 Cool.

01:17:09.420 And, like, how is your Canadian Pride feeling since being here?

01:17:12.420 Isn't it amazing?

01:17:13.420 I'll tell you, I'm doing this for my child because I don't want my kid to grow up and

01:17:18.420 not get to live the life I did.

01:17:19.420 And I don't want her to be scared that if she takes this vaccine that's not properly

01:17:23.420 tested and, you know, with the miscarriage rates that have been finally bringing to

01:17:28.420 light.

01:17:29.420 You can't do medical.

01:17:30.420 Oh, really?

01:17:31.420 Yeah.

01:17:32.420 I'm doing this for my daughter, you know, I want her freedom to be be there. So that's why I'm here

01:17:41.660 Beautiful yo Lee Stewie get in here come hold the line with 0.98

01:17:48.420 This is Lee

01:17:50.420 Amateur journalist kind of sort of citizen journalist. I guess I've worked for Dan Dix right I did he's here actually

01:17:56.940 Shout out Dan Dix check out his friends. Have you been here all day?

01:18:00.240 uh on and off all day to the break to go eat and uh yeah um they've slowly pushed us this way i

01:18:07.920 literally watched people like sitting in front of the police line and then uh them bringing the

01:18:14.540 horses and i watched like four people get trampled um i saw a whole bunch of people getting pepper

01:18:19.940 sprayed and you know these uh these guys that showed up here with the batons they they didn't

01:18:25.780 get the memo that we like we're having a dance party and like are those guys in the dark green

01:18:31.080 yeah yeah those are the montreal or the quebec police they look like real stormtroopers they

01:18:36.160 are they actually are and like when you go look at them they uh they're just dead inside like they

01:18:40.860 just don't look at you they're just they're totally dead inside like you know like these

01:18:45.180 york guys they show up looking like normal police but then as you get down the line it's like they've

01:18:50.840 their batons like ready to go it's like they didn't they didn't get the memo that we were

01:18:56.600 just having a dance party or maybe they've been like watching cbc obsessively like oh my god

01:19:01.960 maybe oh my god it's like uh clockwork orange they have to like open their eyes and like get

01:19:07.240 brainwashed by cbc for 12 hours yeah yeah yeah these are evil people they're gonna go home and

01:19:12.120 cry in the shower like they they might they might yeah well people have roses out here they're trying

01:19:18.280 i'd be loving towards the police i i struggle with it sometimes i struggle i just feel like

01:19:23.720 it's so clear what side to be on you know yeah like it would be so easy for them to just take

01:19:29.560 off their uniform and come join us i mean we're just canadians just like they are they're one

01:19:34.360 they are us and we are them we should get some free hot chocolate for them and be like hey guys

01:19:38.440 hot chocolate hot chocolate hot chocolate hot chocolate go down the line that's a good idea

01:19:41.560 not bad it's kind it's kind of like the cringy pepsi commercial oh yeah the kylo jenner thing

01:19:47.800 yeah no maybe it's a bad idea but maybe not pepsi but like maple syrup or something maple syrup or

01:19:53.480 like the one time i got handed while i was here i thought it was hot chocolate but it was actually

01:19:57.880 like lentil soup i was pleasantly soup i had some it's good it's delicious it's delicious yep so um

01:20:06.600 tell me you got a flower though that's awesome i did i stuck it in there i was on the floor

01:20:10.040 on the ground but I mean how else how else has your experience been here in

01:20:14.540 terms of Canadian pride and the vibe that's aside from the aside from this

01:20:18.500 it's been the best thing I've experienced as a Canadian like this

01:20:23.740 country was dead I thought two years and I was like come on like poking Canada

01:20:29.900 with a stick being like come on like do a thing and now like these people can't

01:20:34.000 stop singing oh canada and it's like the best thing in all thy sons we see thee

01:20:45.820 rise the true north strong and free from far and wide oh canada we stand on

01:20:56.920 God, God, for thee, God, keep our way, glorious and free, O Canada, we stand on guard for thee, O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

01:21:26.920 Freedom, freedom, let's go, freedom, let's get some freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom,

01:21:54.420 Freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom.

01:22:11.760 Anyway, I just actually wanted to thank you for all the interviews you're doing.

01:22:14.960 No problem.

01:22:15.840 I want to thank you because you're doing great work out here.

01:22:18.200 and like all the people that are out here for the people that are at home there's people out here

01:22:24.340 that represent all of us that's right yeah we're speaking for you guys we're speaking for you we're

01:22:29.640 out here for you and even for some people over there that would probably want to be over here

01:22:33.500 yeah thank you so much i gotta go uh find my friends yeah absolutely you're my friend too

01:22:39.760 but yeah yeah no i gotta you gotta get your get your sanction in order find your earplugs or

01:22:46.580 whatever who is this over here I don't know I think it's a French media I saw

01:23:06.740 you taking some pics I think like down the line was that yeah yeah I actually

01:23:09.860 live in Ottawa I've tried to like make it out every single day this week and

01:23:14.260 for like the last like couple of weeks actually but never seen anything like

01:23:18.760 this in Ottawa man it's it's pretty pretty amazing I guess like the country

01:23:23.740 coming together you know for for freedom and I mean I've studied photojournalist

01:23:30.100 in the past and I feel like it's an obligation of mine to be here and

01:23:33.820 that's why I'm document man just like you guys are here and documenting and

01:23:37.600 talking to people you know like yeah definitely feel it's important I mean do

01:23:44.200 watch the news in this country uh i used to watch it a lot um but as of late i i kind of just tuned

01:23:51.000 it out you know it's one of those things where uh it just brings you down you know and it's a lot

01:23:57.160 of negativity you know and i feel like this this movement has just been like uh they they've had

01:24:04.840 every chance they've gotten you know they've tried to put it down you know but in my observations

01:24:09.920 it's it's been nothing but peaceful you know so um i'm trying to remain as unbiased as possible

01:24:15.960 and like uh just capture like the objective kind of like my vision of what's going on you know and

01:24:22.620 but do you really think because i personally i don't really don't think there's a middle ground

01:24:26.340 on this issue sorry what's that i really don't think there's a middle ground on this issue

01:24:30.020 i mean i'm sorry to put you on the spot but that's just kind of my uh yeah like you know i think

01:24:37.120 there are a lot of people at home that are kind of on the fence you know they see this this police

01:24:44.060 build up and they're afraid you know rightfully so but i think that it's our obligation as

01:24:50.740 canadians as as people who have immigrated to this country my family's from venezuela

01:24:56.860 so i have direct experience with communism so were you born there i wasn't born there but my

01:25:01.780 family was so you know all about it yeah so i think there's an obligation to stand up when

01:25:07.380 our rights are being trampled on you know and i think that a lot of people

01:25:10.800 in principle stand with the charter and they stand with freedom when at its fundamental basis

01:25:17.180 you know and um i i think that those people you know god bless them but um we need we need more

01:25:27.540 people that are are willing to stand up and and do the right thing when it really matters you know

01:25:32.020 at work um some of the officers here you know a lot of people didn't actually come and support

01:25:38.420 what they're doing you know um in the service industry too you know there's a lot there's a lot

01:25:45.140 of people that are kind of like in the closet right now about like coming out in support of

01:25:49.940 this movement you know absolutely and i think it was like two ottawa police chiefs has have resigned

01:25:55.540 already yeah i i did see that so i mean like there's definitely like a lack of public support

01:26:02.660 i think for the measures that they're um putting in place at the moment you know um i mean i i

01:26:09.060 followed the hong kong protests i followed many protests around the world and that was the biggest

01:26:14.660 protest in the world in hong kong yeah some of the tactics i've seen today you know they're

01:26:18.900 they're respectful these cops you know but there there have been moments where it's it's ramped up

01:26:23.620 you know there's tactical units you know but at the end of the day we just need to remain respectful

01:26:29.140 of of all of all people and that's what this movement is about you know it's just respect and

01:26:34.260 love peace unity you know we gotta you gotta come together as a country and i think that this has

01:26:40.100 been used as a wedge issue by our politicians like since the election you know and it's it's not right

01:26:47.300 what they're doing to canada but yeah that's all i gotta say man but yeah thank you for

01:26:53.460 Do you want to plug some of your stuff?

01:26:55.140 Your Instagram or?

01:26:56.740 Yeah, my Instagram is diegoxalvarado at gmail.com.

01:27:00.380 I shoot film.

01:27:01.420 Right now I have a digital camera just because it's pretty dark out.

01:27:04.120 But most of my pictures right now of this protest are all taken on black and white film.

01:27:11.300 There's actually another photographer by the name of Luke.

01:27:14.180 And he, I think, has some of the strongest work that I've personally ever seen in Canada.

01:27:19.520 It ranks with some of the Magnum photographers.

01:27:22.120 Ari Cartier-Bresson and like many of like the most famous photographers can you spell out one

01:27:27.700 of their Instagrams or yeah I'm gonna shut this guy out because I really think he deserves as

01:27:33.340 much recognition as possible we're gonna do photography shoutouts here in a second capturing

01:27:39.160 what's really going on the spirit and the soul of what's going on here yeah look at this guy

01:27:43.240 he's got a drum on his back he's got a long flow it's a heavy flow that is a heavy heavy flow of

01:27:50.660 that is an aggressively heavy flow you have a heavy flow sir yeah so we've got the guy's

01:27:56.180 instagram right here all right can you show it is that right uh but yeah he has many uh

01:28:03.060 many stories here where he posts amazing photography and i think the world needs to

01:28:09.140 see many of the images that this man has actually taken um go to his uh go to his

01:28:15.300 handle so people can see yeah this is it right here like that we can touch your

01:28:21.160 phone and then this one is mine right here Diego yeah so X a L Alvarado yeah

01:28:28.700 Alvarado yeah Diego well hold it still so people can read it

01:28:35.300 you guys read that guys are live oh yeah okay sick oh yeah cool are you two guys

01:28:42.200 Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah

01:28:48.040 Yeah, no problem

01:28:50.920 It's cool. It's cool drum here

01:28:54.200 Hey, how's it going brother?

01:28:56.040 You want to go on a YouTube live right now?

01:28:59.160 But yeah, I'm here with Alex Alex and

01:29:03.540 Can you believe what's happening here? What's happening? Can you believe like this? What's happening here? What's happening?

01:29:08.920 I don't know man. It's pure bullshit, right? Yeah 1.00

01:29:11.440 it's ironic it's it's absurd it's i don't know plain and simple plain and simple and uh you got

01:29:18.180 a tribal drum on your back that's awesome yeah good vibrations man good vibrations are you from 0.55

01:29:24.200 where are you from montreal montreal yeah nice nice and aside from this like disgusting supply

01:29:30.780 disgusting display of police state force what has been the coolest thing you've seen at this

01:29:36.760 protest like like what have you experienced here bro little children's with signs and like

01:29:42.040 saying like freedom on it you know that's beautiful man it's like it's been three weeks i'm here and

01:29:47.480 i've been here since the beginning and uh i've been so much beautiful things and good vibration

01:29:52.760 it's undescriptible you need to you need to be here to feel it you know but now yeah it's like 0.75

01:29:59.960 pathetic ridiculous sad yeah i don't know like what i hear there for like why won't the government 0.90

01:30:09.400 just listen to us yeah exactly you haven't been here saying nothing that that that prime minister 0.98

01:30:15.160 whatever you want to call it you know and they are there to enforce something that is haven't

01:30:21.720 been voted yet you know they're unlawful right now and then these guys i don't know it's it's

01:30:29.000 miserable but at least it's peaceful and nothing bad happened so far so a lot of the comp not a

01:30:34.520 lot of some people in the convoy have gotten scared today now they just like left not a lot

01:30:38.840 of people but like i'm i don't know i i can't believe that they would leave so quickly like

01:30:44.120 one show of police force and now you're like you're leaving it's like you know when the going

01:30:48.680 get tough the tough get going like we're here for the for the long haul right well everybody got

01:30:53.000 their uh level of tolerance i think okay it's okay man like we're not all the same and uh

01:31:01.000 some uh some has to go back and get re-energized for some other battles i guess that's a great

01:31:06.600 point that's a great point because it's not done man this this convoy started something

01:31:10.760 right it's it's exponential you know it's getting bigger and bigger and it's worthwhile man yeah

01:31:15.800 it's it's it's the beginning beginning of of the end you know it's not done it's the beginning of

01:31:22.200 the next chapter hey are you gonna start a band we're gonna start a band we're gonna call it the

01:31:40.760 frontline band we're gonna meet the front lines here um how's it going are you guys doing a live

01:31:50.680 hit? Who are you guys with? TVA. Cool, cool. Don't mind me. Am I in the way? I'm just trying to hold

01:31:58.920 the line here, you know? Cool. Which media? TVA, so I think that's like French TV. I can like turn

01:32:06.780 in a bit. I think I might just stay in the background. Like, hi, hi. We'll be in the

01:32:10.900 background. Hey, my mom, I'm on TV. I'm on TV, guys. I think they're testing the light weapons

01:32:16.380 on us they're testing yeah yeah these are the the the light weapons that's right yo actually

01:32:21.900 yo look behind us this guy's got a grenade launcher or like a like a tear gas launcher

01:32:26.020 can you see that yeah zoom in on that if we can yo yo check out my cat bro i'm here to 0.99

01:32:34.660 shoot tear gas bro damn bro oh this oh this big bad grenade launcher is sure compensating 1.00

01:32:44.900 for my small penis after i cut off my balls okay okay okay i don't want to be disrespectful 1.00

01:32:49.860 anymore that's hilarious though it's very that's very funny i don't think that's a gun i think 0.99

01:32:54.980 that's a grenade or a tear gas launcher yeah it is it is yeah it is we're on youtube live you

01:33:00.580 guys want to chat at all or okay cool how about you sir how you doing we're on the youtube live

01:33:06.820 Do you want to chat for a second? I can't right now, man. I appreciate you having me.

01:33:10.820 Fair enough. I want a loss for words.

01:33:14.820 Absolutely. Loss for words. That's a good way to put it. Do you want to come on live?

01:33:18.820 We chatted before. How do I know you again?

01:33:22.820 I'm Thomas from Niagara Falls. Thomas. Nice to chat with you.

01:33:26.820 Can you believe what's happening here? I can't believe what's happening

01:33:30.820 in our country.

01:33:34.820 Turning into a communist country, China. 0.83

01:33:38.240 Like, we need to get rid of Trudeau. 0.91

01:33:43.140 Absolutely, man.

01:33:44.760 Absolutely.

01:33:45.640 It's that simple.

01:33:47.140 It's that simple.

01:33:48.380 Now, I mean...

01:33:49.120 What to do, what to do.

01:33:54.620 I feel like more people need to be on this side of things.

01:33:57.940 You know what I mean?

01:33:58.400 Like, on this end of the line.

01:34:04.820 Join us, join us, join us, join us.

01:34:20.740 Join us, join us.

01:34:22.600 Join us, join us, join us.

01:34:27.540 Join us.

01:34:30.580 I mean, look back here, look back, look at how many people there are.

01:34:51.580 Alright, should we go into the crowd and interview more people? What do you think, Igor?

01:34:54.580 yeah let's keep doing interviews we should try to hold out for as long as we

01:34:59.560 can here yeah for sure for sure hey yo get over here we chatted last night

01:35:09.120 right yeah so how's your day been I'm still awake from last night I haven't

01:35:14.860 slept yeah I stayed up at the Parliament Hill on Wellington all night and I went

01:35:20.260 back I was gonna go back at 9 a.m. to get some Z's found out right when I got 0.99

01:35:25.000 to to a church actually someone showed me a live stream at 10 a.m. and I

01:35:30.500 literally had to run here like 3k and yeah and these boots and they're heavy

01:35:34.600 right and yeah we were I've been holding the line what time is it anyways I've

01:35:39.400 kind of lost track of time it's got to be like we came out here at around 5 so

01:35:44.920 it's probably 6 30 or 7 are you hungry oh yeah okay we're gonna get you some

01:35:50.080 I actually had like a little bit, but yeah, I haven't eaten. I've been out here.

01:35:55.280 We were holding the line actually over there beside the mall and they arrested a few people and it was pretty crazy.

01:36:06.620 What's the craziest thing you saw?

01:36:08.840 What's the craziest thing I saw?

01:36:11.180 When they sent their horses in to the crowd and hurt the crowd, the horses went and stomped on the crowd.

01:36:17.520 Apparently an old lady got hurt pretty bad.

01:36:20.080 so that was that was i've never seen anything like that in canada honestly my in my well i

01:36:26.560 guess midnight i'm 29 so in my 29 years i've never seen at midnight yeah my birthday will be at

01:36:33.120 midnight i'm it'll be the most interesting memorable birthday i've ever had never will have

01:36:41.760 thank you brother thank you so much

01:36:50.080 Actually, hold on, you want to hold this for a sec?

01:37:13.080 So, I've been front lines this whole day, like front of the line.

01:37:18.080 the cops are cool the ones with green are cool those guys over there with the mask the black 0.99

01:37:27.220 helmets i don't know who they are they don't have badge numbers or names or canadian flags

01:37:34.080 but we're all inking arms oh my god i'm still gonna eat this we're all inking arms and they

01:37:44.020 took out their batons and they actually start hitting me and they were going like this and

01:37:49.080 kicking trying to kick my legs out kick my my legs and my feet they're hitting my arms trying

01:37:55.180 to break our arms with the batons hurts a lot but like yeah we're going bam bam bam and like i'm

01:38:00.660 probably gonna have some big bruises tomorrow because they're literally beating my arms and

01:38:05.200 then the craziest thing that they actually did was because we were strong we were holding the

01:38:10.020 strong over here two or three of them literally are like get him and they they all pull me they

01:38:16.500 ripped my shirt the black guys with the the black guys the dark green dark green no no with the 0.99

01:38:22.100 black helmets yeah yeah yeah the dark green yeah the dark green with the black helmets those are

01:38:26.560 the guys from uh kybac apparently yeah yeah vicious absolutely vicious they ripped my shirt

01:38:31.220 they were trying to pull me in i had my buddies hold me and it's literally just a battle they're 0.73

01:38:35.660 trying to suck me in they were pulling people in and then beating them up kicking them 0.97

01:38:39.860 Punching them. It's I've never seen anything like it in my entire life. I can't believe this is Canada right now 0.99

01:38:46.400 I've been trying to speak speak peacefully to everyone

01:38:49.620 I mean we're here to hold the line, but but they're using tactics that are completely unnecessary

01:38:55.740 Unrational force and and they're not they're not

01:38:59.620 Seeing it some of them. They don't look at you in the eye

01:39:02.740 Yeah, this someone was saying that they're just dead inside, you know

01:39:06.580 yeah they don't look at you in the eye man it's it's actually crazy I'm good

01:39:15.260 going on YouTube live is that okay yeah sure you got your shovel here I've been

01:39:20.800 at the convoy long sorry have you been at the convoy long I just got here but I

01:39:25.340 mean I come as much as I can you don't try to show support all we could do is

01:39:29.140 just come here in peace right and just you know I came here in case of snow or

01:39:33.520 whatever but uh yeah man uh we're here and and it's just really peace man it's uh we don't want

01:39:38.480 to be forced to do anything and and it's about what's right too facts are facts right like we

01:39:42.880 see how what what it's doing to us and we just want to be healthy man take vitamins and do good

01:39:48.800 and be famous and we're just here standing up for our right to choose standing up for our freedoms

01:39:53.520 and and now they're you know this guy was getting beaten up just for doing that incredible can you

01:39:58.080 believe what's happening this is wild man but you know we're here and it's both sides uh it's you

01:40:04.400 know what can we do right we can just come here and and do our best and show support and i mean

01:40:10.400 i just came a lot of us are just individual i guess we just have the same type of feelings and

01:40:14.880 it's not like we need to connect or no we just we're all working together in a way you know we

01:40:18.720 all have the same type of feeling inside and something pushes us to come here there's some

01:40:22.400 sort of stride and something really makes us say no we gotta we're not getting paid for this but

01:40:26.640 But we're here anyways, right?

01:40:28.220 You know, it's a different type of payment, right?

01:40:31.400 We are not being paid to be here.

01:40:33.700 Like, everyone over there is being paid to crush their boots on our face.

01:40:38.520 No one wants to be here, straight up.

01:40:40.780 I'll tell you some more things that happened to me.

01:40:42.900 There's so many things that happened today, you can forget them.

01:40:45.300 You literally forget them.

01:40:47.180 But I got pepper sprayed.

01:40:49.860 Me and my buddies all got pepper sprayed.

01:40:52.060 My buddy got it right in the face.

01:40:53.520 I got most of it in the mouth, so I was all right.

01:40:55.340 Left eye got it a bit.

01:40:56.640 but the only time i actually turned and and i'm gonna be honest i ran away like 10 feet

01:41:03.940 they took out guns with the red lasers and aimed it right here right here they took out i don't

01:41:09.780 know what they were lasers red light you know the red beam yeah yeah i saw the red beam right here i 0.97

01:41:15.000 was like fuck that i'm not about to get shot i don't hopefully it was rubber bullets rubber 0.98

01:41:19.500 bullets they were rubber bullets yeah rubber bullet guns with the big ones the ones that 0.99

01:41:24.020 look scary you know and i'm like i'm like i'm not about to get hit by those like well i am but like

01:41:29.800 i don't want to yeah but like we're holding the line that's the thing man but it's actually so

01:41:34.460 messed up like these people are using all means all force necessary to to get rid of us being

01:41:41.180 peaceful yeah we're saying i love you guys we're doing this for your family too for your kids

01:41:46.140 and they won't even look us in the eye like like my buddy he's still having a hard time seeing his

01:41:51.780 eyes are bloodshot both of us he doesn't do interviews too well like he doesn't like them

01:41:57.380 he does them well but he just doesn't like them his eyes are feet red because he literally got

01:42:02.240 his whole face was just soaking wet in pepper spray yeah it's crazy man yeah we don't want

01:42:09.700 to be here they said that they might shoot blast like sound sound cannons have you heard about this

01:42:14.720 sound canon l rads l rads l a r d l r a d oh man yeah well i mean i was talking about how

01:42:25.680 the people on our side have so much conviction and like we truly believe that we're on the right

01:42:30.320 side of things so like we have so much more resolve we have so much better morale than these

01:42:34.640 guys i can't i can't imagine the morale is that good over there right just find some sort of

01:42:39.200 proof that the vaccine is even healthy for you oh man i'm sorry we're on youtube so so i don't

01:43:45.680 streets clean you too man you too thank you hey it's dan dix how's it going man oh what you were

01:43:55.440 tapping me good okay did you get a shot of the gunner over there so that that armored police

01:44:01.680 vehicle i asked a police officer and that is that is a gunner that's called a gunner and that thing

01:44:08.480 on the top spins and it shoots rubber bullets and someone's in it aiming you can see the actual scope

01:44:14.720 like it'll literally spin around that's a gunner right there at aiming at all of us at the crowd

01:44:21.120 it spins quick too is there somebody in there yes it spins someone's in there aiming it'll spin

01:44:26.080 around it's a gunner i asked the cop it took me like six or seven cops before they actually one

01:44:31.200 of them answered me he's a pretty cool guy to be honest but yeah that's a gunner it spins if you

01:44:36.560 watch it enough it'll move around bruh i know i know rubber bullet turrets there's a there's a

01:44:43.840 turret of that shoots rubber bullets don't worry don't worry it's just that head level it's just

01:44:49.120 gonna hit us in the head my favorite part was he said it's for my protection no i said you mean

01:44:56.080 intimidation he said no it's for your safety and protection yeah well why they hit you hit you with

01:45:04.320 a baton why did they pepper spray you for your safety oh they told me they told me i wasn't

01:45:09.120 being peaceful my arms were linked my arms were linked i don't come with weapons i come with my

01:45:15.040 voice it's crazy brother that's crazy dude how's the banana bread it's so good thank you so much

01:45:21.920 man thank you i got this i got this for dessert thank you i was like starting to get super hungry

01:45:29.360 sponsored by nature valley no i don't know how do you treat your unvaccinated customers and

01:45:34.400 employees that's what i wanted next day natural valley disavowals greg white not to worry the

01:45:42.080 battery just died there so we had to end the stream but we got our trustry battery pack

01:45:47.040 plugged it back in and me and igor the cameraman regrouped and we we started it back up so here you

01:45:53.120 go we are back up baby we got the line over there we're still holding the line the the phone died

01:45:59.220 because it's cold out here and i'm encouraging igor to breathe on the phone to hopefully keep

01:46:05.580 it warm we got bodies arriving obviously more people showing up and press around this guy's

01:46:11.440 freed his ass off this is john we love john i was feeding him earlier and you were saying that you 0.95

01:46:16.440 had such a long day you were kind of forgetting some of the crap that's 0.93

01:46:18.960 happening yeah absolutely I just I'll say a bit more about what what happened

01:46:23.580 at the actual convoy how the raid started it started at 7 in the morning

01:46:27.960 and it started on Nichols Road across south of the mall the Rideau mall and

01:46:33.660 there was a little group of convoy maybe about eight or so trucks and they were

01:46:38.880 all lined up and they were sleeping and what happens is the police apparently a

01:46:42.660 hundred of them came up broke all the windows of their personal trucks and took them out when

01:46:48.180 they were sleeping and took them away then by 10 a.m. they had they had patrolled their way down

01:46:55.220 through to to uh i don't know the street elgin or the the street beside the mall

01:47:02.260 and that's where i came in and that's where i held the line but if this was in the morning too this

01:47:07.300 is in the morning this is like 10 a.m so so by 7 to 10 they had made it that far now we were holding

01:47:14.180 the front lines for a long time but we actually got surrounded they surrounded us with with

01:47:18.980 literally hundreds of police officers we were outnumbered completely at least two to one so we

01:47:24.260 just had to to do whatever they wanted us to do basically they stormed us out with a bit of force

01:47:29.300 and pushing but we complied it was okay and we came back around and the line has pushed up past

01:47:35.220 these trucks and if you go and look at those trucks those private trucks the they're all

01:47:40.420 their windows are smashed out they did the same thing the truckers were in the trucks and they

01:47:45.140 smashed out their windows and pulled them out and took them away you can see this right over there

01:47:49.380 they broke all their private property smashed the windows you can see it from here can you believe

01:47:53.460 what's happening here sir yeah i was on the front line when we turned around and we uh we got over

01:47:58.820 run the line collapsed around us we were together yeah and we ended up six feet behind the police

01:48:04.580 line and then the police were just randomly pegging off people they grabbed the woman 0.97

01:48:09.220 threw her to the ground four of them on top of her kneeing her in the back then they tried to get my 0.99

01:48:15.220 son and we had our arms cuffed and we were sitting down and because he wouldn't let go of me and i

01:48:22.340 wouldn't let go of him the police officer reached over my son and kept trying to do pressure points

01:48:27.860 to my neck what yeah so are these the yellow vest police or are these the like the stormtroopers in

01:48:35.020 the dark green uh the stormtrooper guys yeah so yeah you were saying when the camera was off that

01:48:39.740 the guys in the dark green are from quebec and they're just the ruthless yeah absolutely ruthless 1.00

01:48:44.320 like uh we were walking we're being compliant and they were telling us to leave so we start

01:48:49.040 slowly walking away and literally one of them comes up to me in full force just pushes me

01:48:54.580 he did that to me too when i was walking away after yeah we were listening he kept nailing me

01:48:59.300 in the back with it with i don't know if it was his elbow or something and i i was at the point

01:49:04.580 where i was going to turn around i was going to clock him but then an rcmp officer came up and

01:49:09.140 turned around and told the officer to get lost yeah the rcmp guys are the only uh the only

01:49:16.420 officers that are actually showing any any kind of uh yeah your passion yeah the rcmp is being

01:49:24.260 good they're not being disrespectful like the rest of the police are well yeah bring it bring

01:49:29.220 it in so you guys met this morning did you guys see each other no we were on the front line yeah

01:49:33.620 i was right up front and i think you were behind me i was right right at the front oh you were too

01:49:38.740 okay yeah we were linking arms yeah and the cool thing is is the police at the very front line

01:49:44.100 in the yellow vest we were joking with them we were literally like i was having some jokes with

01:49:49.460 them i mean some of them were serious but some of them were actually being pretty when they got

01:49:53.220 traded out though when they got switched out then we had the stormtrooper guys who like we had an old

01:49:58.740 lady that was there with us and they were pushing and she was being crushed and she was freaking out 1.00

01:50:05.940 so we were like let her go you know and the cops wouldn't have nothing to do with it so me and my

01:50:12.260 son had to lift our arms up like this and yell back to the other protesters that were holding

01:50:17.140 the line and say let her cut through underneath us and get pull her to the back because they were 1.00

01:50:22.420 crushed they were just crushing her they had no no consideration whatsoever crushing an old lady 0.99

01:50:28.660 yeah crushing an old lady and then they when they then they turned around and this woman was sitting 1.00

01:50:33.220 on the ground and they randomly went looked around at everybody and they grabbed her and they threw 0.93

01:50:38.500 her on the ground they had there was four of them on top of her cuffing her and were you there when

01:50:43.460 the when the uh horses were there no see i was already that came in just after we were after we

01:50:51.220 were caught behind the line you were telling me you were telling me a story earlier how you were

01:50:57.780 singing the national anthem yeah oh yeah it was it was the craziest thing ever we were all singing

01:51:02.900 the national anthem loud it's the loudest i've actually ever heard all these people sing the

01:51:07.540 national anthem since we've been here we were yelling the national anthem and we were proud

01:51:12.740 and at the very end of the national anthem all of these green green dressed stormtroopers storm

01:51:19.460 troopers with the black helmets they pull out their batons and hold them with two hands just

01:51:24.820 straight faced and they were just looking angry and they hold their batons and they started to

01:51:29.220 come after us right after singing right after singing the national anthem these storm troopers

01:51:34.260 get their batons out that's that's that's terrifying yeah yeah yeah no i guarantee you

01:51:40.580 tomorrow i'm gonna have bruises on my legs my arms because they've been hitting us with the

01:51:46.420 with the batons they've been kicking us they've been trying to punch through us yeah literally

01:51:51.620 like i was live streaming while they were while they were like pushing on us yeah they're attacking

01:51:57.780 us yeah and how about you where are you from are you from ottawa oh you're from ottawa yeah

01:52:04.180 and i i support it because you know i was indifferent in the beginning and i came down

01:52:10.180 with my uh my 13 year old and my 10 year old and we walked around and then we're at home watching

01:52:15.860 the news and the media is saying that it's violent that there's garbage everywhere and

01:52:23.300 all this stuff sorts of nonsense oh yeah they were just lying through their teeth and i had

01:52:29.460 to decide whether or whether i was gonna sit back or stand up for our rights and you know 0.97

01:52:35.540 i got two young kids and their future doesn't look too good with uh the crap that uh justin

01:52:41.940 intrude is doing absolutely absolutely yeah and i mean aside from all this that's been going on

01:52:47.700 well what's your experience been like at this protest oh it's been good yeah you know there's

01:52:51.940 been a couple of uh i like to call them plants oh yeah yeah i've seen one guy going around with a

01:52:57.920 soviet union flag oh he was down there at the line and i was so mad because i was holding the line

01:53:03.880 and some guy literally holds up a soviet union flag right in the middle of all of it of course

01:53:08.620 all the mainstream media is there i'm yelling out get rid of that guy like get rid of that flag we

01:53:13.660 do not need hammer and sickle at this protest that's not what we're about hell nah hell nah

01:53:19.260 yeah well my my son uh they arrested my son about eight cops moving somewhere i don't know i've

01:53:26.940 called the uh the ottawa police to try to find out where my son is and uh no i get no answer from

01:53:32.940 anybody well you don't know your son is no he's 26 years old he has Asperger's

01:53:39.660 and high anxiety and they arrested him and nobody will tell me where he is you

01:53:45.960 know he has a phone call if he gets a phone call well who knows if they're

01:53:49.860 gonna let anybody have phone calls he doesn't have a cell phone because when

01:53:52.740 they threw him on the ground his cell phone went flying and one cop that

01:53:56.580 actually was decent picked up his phone and said we can't give it back to you

01:54:01.580 yeah but he turned around he and my son said well give it to my dad then and he's

01:54:07.320 like where he's like he's right there so he gave me my son's phone but now my son

01:54:11.940 doesn't have his cell phone how long has he been missing for since this morning

01:54:15.700 I've been almost I'd say three hours now since we know what time is it now it's

01:54:21.620 getting late 7 30 7 30 so I'd say yeah pretty close to three hours ago well

01:54:29.920 we're on live stream here i don't know if you want to send out a message to well how would he

01:54:34.180 see it well just well i guess he's probably in a jail cell if i know wherever they i've been

01:54:39.720 hearing is this just hearsay i don't know ottawa but lands down if you guys know lands down in

01:54:46.820 ottawa there's a lot a lot of hearsay that that is like the uh detention center everyone's getting

01:54:52.320 sent to lands down yeah that's what i heard too but if you can't get a straight answer out of

01:54:58.300 anybody i called the ottawa police and there and gave him his name and told them that you know he

01:55:03.740 had he's he has mental health issues he has asperger's and then you know and that he has

01:55:09.480 high anxiety and uh they're like wow we're busy he he's not here that's what they said on the phone

01:55:16.080 yep that's disgusting yep that's that's our society today justin trudeau has turned this 0.76

01:55:23.240 into a draconian freaking society yes he needs to be gone yes yeah and and i mean we all had 0.91

01:55:30.300 our grievances when we first showed up to this convoy and it's like it's kind of only validated 0.89

01:55:34.900 where we're coming from it's kind of only uh vindicated what we're trying to say here well

01:55:39.640 yeah because we were all people nobody we stood the line we didn't shove them we just planted

01:55:46.000 our feet and they kept just jamming into us and trying to push and and then we sat down and then

01:55:52.480 they just started picking us picking everybody off and throwing them around

01:55:56.380 like they were ragdolls and like it doesn't take five officers like my son 0.96

01:56:02.560 I counted five officers on top of him to put it put the zip ties on it

01:56:10.240 well they were they were pulling people I was telling my buddies that were

01:56:15.220 behind me I was like they are grabbing me hold on if it wasn't for the three

01:56:19.840 lads behind me i would have been pulled in and beaten because because we were the strong line

01:56:25.240 we were literally not budging and i was great give up no no we were braced we weren't going

01:56:30.680 anywhere and straight up it was the craziest thing they say get them and they all start pulling me

01:56:36.440 and all my buddies start pulling me back you could see in the middle of the crowd the people that

01:56:40.760 they did pull they'd throw them on the ground kick them i saw some guys punch them it's it's

01:56:46.080 Straight up warfare, it's crazy, on the people, on the citizens.

01:56:50.400 That's horrible, man.

01:56:51.120 I had that on live stream.

01:56:54.460 I don't know if they blocked off Facebook live during that process,

01:57:00.140 but if you check my Facebook, a lot of my friends have seen that,

01:57:06.740 and they were just like, what the hell?

01:57:09.280 What's going on down there?

01:57:10.340 And I told them point blank.

01:57:12.220 I'm like, it's crazy.

01:57:15.240 it's crazy down here absolutely well guys and we have to toe the line because you know what

01:57:19.260 if we fail then every government around the world is looking at this and if they get away with it

01:57:27.040 here in canada the nice guy country can you imagine what they're going to do with all the

01:57:33.380 other countries that's right man that's right we're going to get back to the line but but it's

01:57:38.060 good talking brother thank you so much awesome we'll be here we're going to talk to a few people

01:57:42.360 but we're we'll be here absolutely wow man modern day soldiers at a modern day protest and this is

01:57:50.460 like modern day warfare pretty well will will the police will the media cover any of this

01:57:56.740 citizens getting beaten with batons i don't think so you don't think so i don't think so either man 0.71

01:58:02.620 i don't think so either it's disgusting it's so disgusting 0.76

01:58:06.640 makes me really angry actually makes me really angry

01:58:12.720 this guy's got a medal on hey we're on youtube live how's it going guys

01:58:36.540 with the western convoy oh hell yeah so i'm not leaving until i'm in cuffs or that piece of shit's 0.94

01:58:42.480 in cuffs so there you go that those are the options how about yourself have you been here 0.99

01:58:46.820 since day one no i've been coming back and forth yes and i see you got a resume here tell me about

01:58:51.920 your resume my resume uh this uh medal is special service medal it's for deployment to latvia

01:58:57.740 Latvia.

01:58:58.740 Latvia.

01:58:59.740 Latvia, yeah. 0.98

01:59:00.740 Fucking right. 0.97

01:59:01.740 Thanks for your service. 0.94

01:59:02.740 Yeah, no problem.

01:59:03.740 Thanks for coming out.

01:59:04.740 Did you see any of the violence today, earlier today?

01:59:06.740 No.

01:59:07.740 I saw violence from them.

01:59:08.740 Yeah.

01:59:09.740 The only violence I've seen in the...

01:59:10.740 How long have we been here?

01:59:11.740 Over four weeks?

01:59:12.740 Three weeks.

01:59:13.740 Three weeks exactly.

01:59:14.740 21 days.

01:59:15.740 Yeah.

01:59:16.740 They've been here.

01:59:17.740 Okay, so I left four weeks ago.

01:59:18.740 Yeah.

01:59:19.740 The only violence I've seen...

01:59:20.740 Well, there was one guy standing here with a rebel flag, and he was out from it.

01:59:25.740 no actually he was right there and he was out for maybe 60 seconds and we

01:59:29.700 cleared him out immediately I was there for it I saw it and the only other

01:59:33.120 violence I've seen is by the police today I watched them run an old lady over with 0.59

01:59:38.920 their horses I watched them barrel stalk the guy in the face I was that was down

01:59:51.620 there earlier during the day I didn't see the vet get tackled but I watched

01:59:55.360 the uh i watched the video of them tackling a vet wearing his medals and everything and they

01:59:59.680 tackled him to the ground they were kneeing him that's the only violence i've seen since i've

02:00:03.500 been here but he told us that in the morning they went to a certain part of the convoy and just

02:00:07.560 smashed out a bunch of windows and threw people right here right here i watched them smash out

02:00:12.080 a few windows down here so they were knocking on the window if you answered the door then they

02:00:17.360 would pull you out and arrest you if you didn't answer your door they smashed your window and got

02:00:20.540 Justin Trudeau's Canada. Disgusting. I've never thought I'd see this in my life, man. 1.00

02:00:26.540 And aside from the police, how has the experience been at this protest? Aside from all this shenanigans?

02:00:36.540 It's been beautiful. If nothing else, I've made relationships that are life-long-lasting.

02:00:40.540 I've made a relationship with the Proudhon boys, I don't know if you know them, the two vets, the two brothers.

02:00:44.540 Oh, yeah, yeah. With the cuts? Yeah, yeah. Those guys are amazing.

02:00:48.540 They live in Quebec. They make me look small. 1.00

02:00:52.540 Does he have an orange beard? No.

02:00:56.540 I've made relationships with him. I've made relationships with so many people here.

02:01:00.540 It's been beautiful. It's phenomenal. I haven't been this happy in I don't know how long.

02:01:04.540 We never thought we'd see this in Canada, but I never thought I'd experience this joy in Canada too.

02:01:08.540 We may be having a battle right now, but we're also having fun doing it.

02:01:12.540 It ain't over. It ain't over.

02:01:16.540 and the people us people on this side we have much more resolve we know we're right you know

02:01:20.860 we have so much more conviction for what we're fighting for oh yeah i can't imagine the morale

02:01:24.860 is too high in the police force most of the people here have nothing left to lose they've taken it

02:01:29.100 from them already you know and i i've been fortunate i haven't lost everything but it's

02:01:33.660 personal for me my wife's going through uh breast cancer treatment and i wasn't allowed to sit in

02:01:38.540 the room with her for the last year and a half holding her hand and comforting her because i'm

02:01:42.140 treated as a second-class citizen right and I mean I just hugged her at home I

02:01:46.100 just kissed her at home but I can't go sit me off the doctor's office with her 0.97

02:01:49.400 you know what I mean it's disgusting man so it's a little bit personal for me

02:01:52.880 right so but I know lots of friends who've lost their business Roy and Nicole

02:01:57.860 are here with Peter Burgers I've been hanging around with them they were the

02:02:00.860 ones all the news camped out in their in the restaurant Peter Burger you know

02:02:05.300 and they took the restaurant took their whole livelihood took everything from

02:02:08.240 and then and then require a demanded a psycho a psychiatric evaluation because they're not right

02:02:14.360 in the head I've seen the threatening I haven't seen them do it yet but I've seen them threatening

02:02:32.420 and then there was Ottawa police were trying to take the kids out of a suburban down here the

02:02:37.740 night on Kenton Slater and we were there for that I got that on a live video and

02:02:43.200 everybody just swarmed and they just drove away but they were saying the kids

02:02:46.080 were unsafe and they were trying to him that's the only time I saw them try it

02:02:48.660 so yeah a lot of shady tactics a lot of shady tactics

02:02:54.780 thanks man thanks a lot I mean this is the first big show of police force and

02:03:01.260 we're really only what like 12 hours in since this morning on 12 hours yeah

02:03:05.700 probably like eight or seven hours they started they started about 10 o'clock this morning they

02:03:09.780 didn't actually start pushing until 11ish yeah and you've been on the ground this whole time

02:03:14.900 you've been here since day one which you're right is like four weeks ago now um how do you see the

02:03:19.780 next few days laying out like we need bodies in the city obviously yeah but what else what else

02:03:24.900 do you have to say beyond that i uh i don't know you know what i've been the guy i've kept level

02:03:30.500 ahead and everybody that was sleep deprived and all kinds of said said they were coming tonight

02:03:35.060 They're coming tonight, and I said, no, they're not, no, they're not.

02:03:37.420 And I called it last night.

02:03:38.660 I said, something might happen, and they're going to take Sussex in there, I know.

02:03:42.420 Because logistically, if I was doing this, that's where I would take.

02:03:45.820 It's the weakest part.

02:03:46.840 It's away from the main convoy.

02:03:48.480 They got all this room in between them, and that's what they did.

02:03:51.020 They took it apart.

02:03:52.020 I don't know where, you know, I don't know if that's where the line ends.

02:03:54.560 They're just going to clear that out.

02:03:55.640 I don't know if it's a media tactic.

02:03:57.160 I don't know if it's a show like, hey, Ottawa citizens, we're doing something, you know, blah, blah, blah.

02:04:01.120 And then we're good for another week or so.

02:04:02.760 But from what I understand, we are legal on Wellington because that is federal land and we have a lane open for emergency vehicles.

02:04:11.700 Now, this was blocked on all four corners, so, you know, I don't know if that's probably against the law.

02:04:16.340 So, I don't know if that's why they're taking that or not, but apparently we're allowed to be there.

02:04:20.920 But right now, you can see they're not acting within the law anyway, so.

02:04:24.380 And what was your name again?

02:04:25.480 I'm Terrence.

02:04:26.320 Terrence.

02:04:26.800 Yeah, and you're coming from out west.

02:04:28.360 Edmonton, Alberta.

02:04:29.180 Edmonton, Alberta.

02:04:29.920 and uh you know a lot of canadians supported this convoy right away the whole country sorry the

02:04:35.940 whole world 30 countries across the world have taken part now but in canada specifically you

02:04:40.900 know we had certain grievances we had certain concerns about this liberal government has that

02:04:46.280 changed over the past week has that intensified over the past couple weeks like i think even the

02:04:51.240 people that were on his side are no longer his own cabinet is going against him even china called 0.99

02:04:55.700 them out imagine that if china calls you out you know you fucked up that's right yeah we got 1.00

02:05:00.400 quebecers and edmund or quebecers and albertans coming together here you know you're fucked 1.00

02:05:04.100 pardon my language no that's fine we got uh kim jung un on the phone calling trudeau like yo man 0.99

02:05:10.360 you think you need to chill out a little bit uh kim jung i would love to get the recording for that 0.67

02:05:15.140 but do you want to plug anything that you're doing or like can people support you somewhere

02:05:20.080 no i uh somehow for the first couple days i have a pretty decent social media following and i own

02:05:25.300 couple businesses so first couple days we were doing that and then we volunteered for some work

02:05:29.060 and they put us to work and then somehow me and my partner got in charge of fuel so we were getting

02:05:32.980 fuel we had tankers going we had fuel going and then all of a sudden they started doing those

02:05:37.140 arrests and seizures and stuff like that so that kind of what do we got over here oh we got a police

02:05:43.540 suv coming coming through hopefully not trying to hit anybody but i wanted to ask because you

02:05:49.940 know it is it is really a battle out here and there has been some you know figurative fallen

02:05:54.740 soldiers some trucks have had to leave yeah um it's too bad but kind of let i would like to hear

02:06:00.100 from a trucker standpoint like you know some people have to get back some people have to

02:06:05.380 you know it's yeah i you know what i don't blame there's a lot of soldiers that stood here with us

02:06:09.620 from day one and for whatever reason they're gone is that's their reason man if you got family you

02:06:14.100 got whatever's going on in your life i still support the out of you and i respect you for

02:06:17.860 coming here in the first place yeah you know yeah they showed up okay they showed up boots

02:06:22.980 rubber on the ground that's right where are you guys can you make it to ottawa do you know anything

02:06:28.660 advice for people to get into ottawa i heard a story we were talking to somebody on the way here

02:06:33.860 she had got stopped five times on the drive-in tonight and she had to show her proof of hotel

02:06:38.900 reservation yeah i've heard that too i've heard other people getting through no problem the only

02:06:43.860 advice i'd say is uh don't put your canada flags up or trudeau signs or whatever you have don't

02:06:49.620 put it up until you get into the downtown core um now there is a few lawyers if you go to uh

02:06:54.180 trucker lawyer.ca um there's a few lawyers that are working pro bono you can call them make an

02:06:59.780 appointment with them they are downtown in the red zone and you can show them proof that you

02:07:03.700 have an appointment with your lawyer to get through the lines so ah there's a loophole there

02:07:09.220 trucker lawyer.ca yeah so i don't know if it works i'm not i'm that's what i got you know

02:07:15.620 there's been kind of bullshit on both sides on our side their side so who knows it's true somewhere

02:07:19.300 in the middle right so all right well let's get the boots on the ground thanks terrence thanks for

02:07:22.580 your time what's your channel it's uh it's just my name greg weycliffe yeah or you can go to greg

02:07:28.580 the dot com and it should forward to my youtube channel perfect i'll check you guys out yeah

02:07:32.820 thanks man cheers cheers another wholesome loving guy from out west from edmonton alberta

02:07:42.340 are you breathing on the phone i've told the cameraman igor to breathe on the phone

02:07:49.300 we got to keep it warm you know we got to keep it warm hey no only fan jokes no

02:07:57.160 only fans not the time for jokes hey guys uh yeah yeah we're live on YouTube

02:08:04.800 you want to chat hey so we are here with Phil Phil Anila and Pamela and how

02:08:14.460 long you bit the convoy here I don't know what time it was in general every

02:08:24.900 day except four days for me yeah I think I've been here half the days yeah of the

02:08:31.800 21 days half of those and today it's been interesting can can you believe what

02:08:38.820 is happening here well I was expecting it for a while I've been following

02:08:43.640 politics for many years so I even in the time of Obama when they were ravaging

02:08:50.640 the Middle East I know that eventually they would come for us as well so I'm

02:08:56.420 not surprised surprised well let's put the war emergency act and I thought okay

02:09:02.260 well but come on look at us I want to see her right next to one of these dark 1.00

02:09:21.820 green guys have you seen the dark green guys the visor ones I know the visor

02:09:27.460 They crack me up.

02:09:28.460 The visors.

02:09:29.460 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

02:09:30.460 It's dark green, I think.

02:09:31.460 They won't even laugh at a joke.

02:09:32.460 They're so...

02:09:33.460 What's wrong with them?

02:09:34.460 It's creepy.

02:09:35.460 It's creepy.

02:09:36.460 Out of this world.

02:09:37.460 They feel like, come on, just be happy.

02:09:39.460 I try to ask them how much extra an hour they're making.

02:09:42.460 They wouldn't tell me.

02:09:43.460 I asked them if they...

02:09:45.460 I just...

02:09:46.460 Don't I have a right to know?

02:09:47.460 I just thought...

02:09:48.460 You're standing in front of me, and I'm paying you, right?

02:09:50.460 Technically, it's my taxes.

02:09:51.460 Yeah, so this is my taxpayer dollars at work here.

02:09:54.460 Just how much?

02:09:55.460 like a number and no I asked if you know if he has electric socks on or anything

02:09:59.360 what's helping him stay warm like they're not moving so it's pretty cold

02:10:02.600 out when you don't move but no response with that one either so I don't know I

02:10:06.740 I would like to know the brand of their gloves because they're not moving and

02:10:11.640 there I mean I think they're warm do they have hot you know do they do these

02:10:14.840 things too about their survival how they're making it so they seem to be

02:10:23.120 doing okay despite it being quite cold and not moving you know don't you guys want to dance with

02:10:28.100 us to warm up dancing warm up go to the hut man check that hut out up there good times nice and

02:10:33.740 hot but uh yeah i don't know they're just i want to really want to know what other question was

02:10:37.800 what's in the pack everybody has a side like little leg bag you know they go they go leg

02:10:42.420 bag not man bag you know leg bag it's not a purse it's a murse it's a murse but it's a murse on the

02:10:50.280 leg. It's a new thing. I think they might be on to something. I think it could catch on.

02:10:54.720 It's a satchel. It's a satchel.

02:10:57.540 But I wonder if the gas mask is in there. I was really tempted to open it and check,

02:11:03.120 but I thought maybe that would instigate, that would look a bit bad if I'm rubbing up

02:11:06.820 on some stormtrooper's leg. I don't know how that works.

02:11:09.880 Well, you never know. Maybe you'll meet a new friend. Yeah, right. I'm cute, right?

02:11:13.220 Imagine being on a date with him. How's the spaghetti?

02:11:15.360 You'd be like, you judge their happiness?

02:11:21.740 You'd be like, you'd judge their happiness?

02:11:21.800 You'd be like, you'd be like, you'd be like, you'd be like, you'd be like, throwing it

02:11:24.440 on the face.

02:11:25.720 He's got the visor on still at dinner.

02:11:28.060 Otherwise, we wouldn't have made you a windshield while they were like, just like, flipping

02:11:32.260 your meatball ball.

02:11:32.580 Just like, flipping your meatball ball off the thing.

02:11:34.320 Yeah, I know.

02:11:35.300 You judge their excitement by their rate of breath.

02:11:37.640 That's how you'd have to be so in tune with them.

02:11:39.720 Like, oh, your breath rate increased by like, 1.5 respirations per minute.

02:11:44.640 oh he blinked oh he sighed yeah do you want to finish the garlic bread

02:11:50.240 everybody wants to finish the garlic bread that's what we need garlic bread

02:11:59.200 if you're watching garlic bread stat send it to yeah yeah chateau laurier maybe chateau laurier

02:12:06.320 we need room service we need uh really good junction don't you think the old train station

02:12:12.000 old chateau old castle yeah i think they picked this area because it's like the most isolated

02:12:17.520 convoy and also it's like a wider street so it's harder to hold the line when we're so few

02:12:22.720 i mean we're not few we're not free we're not a french few we're just few because it's cold

02:12:28.640 it's cold it's still fighting is it gore-tex what is it no is it cortex yeah i don't know

02:12:37.760 cortexes how about you like can you believe what's happening on can I believe

02:12:45.800 it's happening there's something happening clearly if do I am I agreeing

02:12:49.460 with it no you know I know I don't want to believe it but it's it's it's there

02:12:54.580 right this is happening right now so I don't know I just reality unfortunately

02:12:59.840 well no I've been here every day filming for the people for my friends and

02:13:03.680 family so that they can see and i'm like this is what i see so you know this is my reality this is

02:13:09.640 what i see i'm sharing my eyes with you if you can't be there and all my friends that are you

02:13:13.660 know everywhere around the world so yeah i i'm not agreeing with it at all you know um and it's a

02:13:20.640 very sad state of affairs but you know what i mean yeah you know i don't want to bring all this

02:13:25.880 moment down like you're so funny and stuff and like the meatball thing you know and all that

02:13:30.420 This is the moment. This is what you're feeling right now.

02:13:32.260 Yeah, no, no, it's a real part of the moment, too, right now.

02:13:36.340 It's happy, and I mean, people are singing right now, right?

02:13:38.720 But really, but we're here, like, with the sad, kind of, for sad reason.

02:13:44.900 We're fighting for the right to love one another.

02:13:47.840 And it's true, actually.

02:13:49.580 Well, it's true, actually. It is.

02:13:51.540 It is. It's what it is.

02:13:54.600 And aside from the nonsense going on right now,

02:13:57.880 I mean, I want to hear about, you know,

02:13:59.560 A lot of people are saying they're feeling this crazy Canadian pride they haven't felt in a long time being here.

02:14:03.720 It's been freaking Canada Day like 10 times over.

02:14:06.260 It's the best time to be Canadian, I think.

02:14:08.600 I've never felt more proud to be a Canadian in my life.

02:14:11.760 I've traveled the world and, yeah, this is the best.

02:14:14.740 It's like such a good feeling down here.

02:14:16.300 I feel like this is, I don't know whenever it's been better to be in Ottawa.

02:14:20.640 This is the way we see right now.

02:14:22.080 Yeah, really.

02:14:23.200 We're not afraid of no cops.

02:14:25.100 I'm afraid of no virus that you can't see either.

02:14:27.400 I'm looking for somebody to that is

02:14:36.880 Something is going on here. Yeah, the media's

02:14:45.000 That guy got his window smashed

02:14:47.000 That guy got his window smashed in.

02:14:48.960 He got his window smashed in, buddy.

02:14:53.080 He got his window smashed in.

02:14:55.360 Hi, we're peaceful.

02:14:57.040 Hi, we're peaceful.

02:14:59.040 Hi, we're peaceful.

02:15:00.600 We're peaceful out here.

02:15:02.140 Hi.

02:15:02.660 I was assaulted by the police.

02:15:05.000 You were assaulted by the police?

02:15:07.260 I was at the front of the line.

02:15:09.640 I was ripped from the line.

02:15:11.500 A gentleman got on top of me, started bending my arm back. 0.94

02:15:16.300 I thought my arm was gonna be broken. He kept punching me in the face as are in the head

02:15:20.620 I was not doing anything. I was doing exactly what I was told to do

02:15:24.640 I was not moving whatsoever and he's just still assaulting me

02:15:29.180 Like this is seriously the most important moment in canada that I've been alive for like if you actually

02:15:35.600 want to live in a free world and actually like

02:15:39.300 Like we're gonna become a communist country. This is it. This is literally it

02:15:43.180 This is the last shot of being a normal country.

02:15:45.920 If you live in Canada and you're in Alberta, get in your truck and start driving here, bro.

02:15:51.080 Seriously, if you live near Ottawa and you're not here, you need to come here.

02:15:55.140 It's like the most important thing you could possibly do.

02:15:57.960 The police are losing their minds.

02:15:59.480 The cops are actually going a little bit insane.

02:16:02.520 Really?

02:16:02.860 But you can't be charged with anything.

02:16:05.000 I was arrested.

02:16:05.980 I had the cuffs on.

02:16:07.180 I've never been arrested in my life.

02:16:08.460 I don't even have a speeding ticket.

02:16:10.220 And they can't charge you with anything.

02:16:11.980 So you get arrested and then they let you go. Where'd they take you? They take you right around the corner

02:16:16.600 They just drive you around the corner and drop you off. They drive you around the corner

02:16:20.020 I stood there for like three hours with handcuffs on in the cold in the cold

02:16:23.920 There was no gloves given to me buddy made sure the cuffs were as tight as can be cuz didn't like me and

02:16:29.380 You know what? I stared him down for three hours

02:16:32.920 I literally looked at his eyes for three hours straight and he never looked at me once 1.00

02:16:37.700 Because he's a fucking loser. 1.00

02:16:39.580 And I'm going to charge him for assaulting me because someone I know has a video on it. 1.00

02:16:43.260 I never thought I'd ever be assaulted by somebody, let alone a police officer.

02:16:47.520 And sorry, back up.

02:16:48.500 Because you said a lot when we first got here.

02:16:50.540 You were holding the line when this happened or what?

02:16:52.480 Yeah, we were just peacefully standing, locking arms, telling the police like this, like this,

02:16:58.200 telling the police that we love them and that we would forgive them

02:17:01.840 and that we just want to meet these people and actually have friends.

02:17:06.120 i was ripped from the line and then assaulted by a police officer for no reason that's crazy

02:17:13.080 how are you doing physically now i mean you got your hand out you got medicine with you i see

02:17:17.280 yeah i got a little bit of some herbal medicine but like i definitely uh have a headache and

02:17:22.340 like we don't live in a in a democracy this is in a free country right now if you think that

02:17:28.440 if you think you live in a free country wake up you're wrong we don't live in a free country

02:17:35.920 i promise you we don't everyone's been duped everyone's been duped this is becoming a

02:17:45.100 communist country and you will not be able to decide what you eat in the future i swear to god 0.74

02:17:52.500 speaking of which like you've been at it all day right have you taken a break yet no i've not taken

02:17:57.120 a break yet are you are you hungry yeah i'm starving i gotta stay gotta stay and you gotta

02:18:03.280 like be a part of thank you bro thank you for feeding me man like seriously you you gotta come

02:18:10.120 to Ottawa you have nothing to fear if you're really close to police officers and get arrested

02:18:16.460 they release you but just come and support the movement if you believe in freedom like if you

02:18:22.800 actually want to decide what you do for work and like how many kids you can have and where you can

02:18:28.680 live you need to be a part of this this is freedom banana bread bro for the real freedom fighters

02:18:34.640 holding the line yeah yeah just chocolate in it bro yeah yo enjoy that enjoy that i'll let you

02:18:43.040 it's a little bit warmer over there if you're looking to warm up just a little bit yeah no

02:18:47.540 problem dude yeah absolutely this guy's telling the truth everyone talking here is telling the

02:18:53.560 What was your name again? My name is a Garrett O'Meara. Yeah Garrett O'Meara

02:18:58.800 Garrett O'Meara Canadian hero. Let's go guys. Somebody's got to do it. I have a small business

02:19:04.720 I'm putting that all on the side right now like I need to be working right now

02:19:09.440 But I'm not because this is more important

02:19:11.940 It doesn't matter how much money you have if you can't spend it anywhere because you're your band because your QR code

02:19:18.720 Freakin makes a weird sound in the future because you've been a bad citizen like this

02:19:23.860 This exists in other countries already guys. We don't want it here. It's called the Chinese credit score. You should really look into it 1.00

02:19:29.520 It's a real thing. You can be banned from society

02:19:32.740 Imagine going into a city and a camera spots you flags you police come take you out of the city's jurisdiction

02:19:40.860 You can be banned from society if you don't think that's gonna happen here

02:22:41.700 to people who are saying they're feeling this canadian pride that they haven't felt in a long

02:22:45.080 time and you're quebecois so when i ask you about canadian pride in this convoy you know what does

02:22:50.420 micky i think of sorry uh so okay you're quebecois yeah and a lot of people are saying that this

02:22:58.820 convoy the quebecois are feeling canadian pride for the first time no no no it's just liberty for

02:24:39.320 weapon thing because the popcorn in my pocket is starting to explode okay so we might be getting

02:24:45.380 targeted with uh with with microwave weapons no just so just the popcorn is still pretty much

02:24:53.240 intact all right we're gonna swim into the the crowd here a little bit

02:24:57.960 there's a fence that's been erected over here on the sidewalk that I haven't seen

02:26:57.540 do you want to come on youtube live for a sec do you want to come on youtube live for a second

02:27:02.100 all right were you playing music and singing before yeah that was you yeah that was me you

02:27:07.780 were with like you had the ukulele yeah no not the ukulele i rap i was rapping on a beat like on

02:27:16.980 youtube you're from uh where in quebec yeah quebec around montreal like nice nice so everyone's

02:27:24.340 saying that the quebec police are like way more tough and stuff like the quebec they're in the

02:27:31.220 dark dark green with the visors they didn't let the the protestant manifest on the on the

02:27:37.940 parliament at quebec they they turned it back they turned the police turned them back right away like

02:27:44.580 they uh with the shield and all like they they can they couldn't get in the parliament with their

02:27:51.460 trucks yes but but when it comes to the front line here you have people in the in the fluorescent

02:27:58.260 bright yellow green jaunt and then you have these like storm troopers with the visors

02:28:06.180 and then the dark green and apparently the dark green guys are much tougher yeah there 0.99

02:28:11.780 there were not there there was not a green guy i think at quebec yeah i think they were just 0.97

02:28:18.420 just basic shit and yeah that's it but you're not afraid no i'm not afraid 0.99

02:28:27.140 yeah bring it in man 1.00

02:28:30.820 hold the line hold the line baby

02:28:38.020 hey you want to come on youtube live cool

02:28:43.220 all right all right we're getting closer to the front of the line how are you

02:28:48.420 good how are you i'm good i'm on the youtube live do you want to join me sure awesome all right i am

02:28:55.220 igor you want to come up around here i'm here with erica erica and can can you believe what's

02:29:01.300 happening here uh yeah i can after two years of this stuff yeah i can't believe it yeah yeah how

02:29:07.700 long you've been at the convoy for not today but in general uh this is my third time here i i was

02:29:13.140 here just earlier this week and i went home on tuesday and then i heard there was a call for

02:29:18.560 everybody to come for this this showdown and so i came back last night awesome awesome good stuff

02:29:23.740 and uh obviously you're not afraid uh well i'm afraid but i'm i'm still gonna stay like even if

02:29:30.960 i get arrested i'm just coming back yeah yeah that's right yeah yeah i've been it to the end

02:29:35.340 that's right yeah i've been it from the beginning and i'm not gonna stop and where are you coming

02:29:39.020 from? Toronto. So aside from the shenanigans today, what has it really felt like to be at this

02:29:46.620 convoy? What is the feeling? It's good to be part of something that finally feels like it has some

02:29:51.860 teeth to it. Like I've been going to protests for two years and they all felt really feeble

02:29:56.660 and this is the first time it feels like everybody, first of all it feels like all the men are finally

02:30:01.020 awake and up, right? The testosterone, there's a lot of testosterone here in Toronto. In the beginning

02:30:06.400 it was all women and now it's all the men are up um and it's good to have everybody have something

02:30:12.000 to rally around like it's it's it's got everybody yeah it's got some teeth to it you know yeah yeah

02:30:20.480 yeah in many ways the truck kind of represents so many things that kind of goes upon the opposition

02:30:26.160 to justin trudeau right working class working class and they have runs on gas and they have

02:30:31.680 power like they can shut things down yeah yeah yeah like i'd like to see them shut down every

02:30:37.560 highway in canada until it ends like they could they could shut it all down a question i asked

02:30:42.740 at a press conference because apparently i'm part of the press now as i said as i said um

02:30:47.440 you know we live in a democratic society apparently and we're supposed to have debates

02:30:52.400 apparently but at the last election there was no debates on vaccine mandates there was no debates

02:30:57.560 on passports so my question is is debate dead in this country and also how is this trucker

02:31:03.920 convoy supposed to negotiate with the government that clearly doesn't even want to listen to us

02:31:07.880 yeah well like justin trudeau is a tyrant right yeah this this isn't about your health this is 0.82

02:31:13.960 about communism he's a he's a tyrant like his father castro right yeah yeah who's your daddy 0.89

02:31:22.020 that's the question i've been asking people actually and that's been the answer across the

02:31:26.480 but um how long are we going to be out here tonight holding the line you think uh it's hard

02:31:34.080 to say because who knows what's going to happen uh once once we leave right right like uh like i i

02:31:40.400 i don't know what their end game is here i they can't arrest all of us right but uh i i'm afraid

02:31:47.040 to leave because everyone would be afraid to go to sleep right they've been smashing in windows

02:31:51.280 pulling people out of their trucks that's a good question yeah yeah i i saw them rough up a 13

02:31:57.200 year old girl yeah um it's there's there's a lot of brutality going on here tonight absolutely yeah

02:32:04.320 i'm glad the horses are gone the horses were scary yeah they crushed some people they crushed some

02:32:08.560 people yeah all right yeah oh man it things are things getting tense oh we got a whole bunch of

02:32:17.120 police coming up here. Hold the line, guys. Hold the line. We got a bunch more people

02:32:28.640 coming here. Let's come up to the line a bit. Let's come up to the line a bit. Thanks for

02:32:36.720 your time, by the way. Okay, stand close to me here. Let's get real close here, Hira.

02:32:43.760 Freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom.

02:32:57.240 Wow, all lined up.

02:33:12.300 You guys going to be trying to smash more windows tonight?

02:33:16.800 You guys going to be smashing more innocent protesters windows?

02:33:21.560 daddy Trudeau said so you do it daddy Trudeau says sit stay roll over sit stay

02:33:31.800 roll over jump good dog good dog good dog now go crush the protesters go crush

02:33:38.720 the peaceful protesters is it worth it is it worth it guys robots is it worth it 0.99

02:33:47.880 they probably feel like shit look at their eyes come on they don't want to 0.96

02:33:52.840 even be here but they have to I think you're right I think the morale of the 0.99

02:33:57.540 police force is low right oh yeah nobody wants to serve Trudeau like the chief

02:34:05.180 quit twice there's a second guy that quit too yeah yeah two reservations

02:34:11.480 look at their faces look at their eyes you know what they don't want to be here 1.00

02:34:17.560 You know, I can tell, look at them, they look like, they feel like shit. 1.00

02:34:23.040 I think you're right. I think you're right. 1.00

02:34:25.240 I mean, I hesitate to heckle them, but it's also like, that's just kind of what's in my heart, you know?

02:34:29.220 Yeah.

02:34:29.940 I know.

02:34:31.260 But, come on, emergency act for this?

02:34:35.360 Yeah. 1.00

02:34:36.280 That's bullshit. That's just bullshit. 1.00

02:34:39.060 How long have you been at the convoy? Not today, but in general. 0.99

02:34:41.980 I just came up today from Toronto.

02:34:44.360 Oh, okay. Nice, nice, nice.

02:34:45.920 Yeah, I've been to the one in Toronto a couple of weeks ago, right? A couple of weekends.

02:34:51.080 You came on a good day. You came on a good day.

02:34:54.580 Well, the one in Toronto is pretty peaceful.

02:34:58.320 The ride horses, they actually posed to for a picture for me.

02:35:03.380 Oh, is that right?

02:35:04.560 Yeah.

02:35:05.140 But they were doing nothing.

02:35:06.900 Can I take a picture? Sure.

02:35:09.240 I mean, we've had great interactions with the police up until now.

02:35:13.620 What's that?

02:35:14.380 We're moving a sound truck now.

02:35:15.920 they're moving the sound truck now oh yeah the truck's driving off hopefully

02:35:21.440 that's a good thing just burning fuel just what's that just burning fuel the

02:35:26.360 the the sound truck yeah yeah it's just burning fuel to make it look like they

02:35:30.120 were ah that's right no diesel refills for them yeah

02:35:36.920 bye bye a rubber rubber bullet truck

02:35:41.760 Let's have hot chocolate!

02:35:43.760 Let's all drink hot chocolate!

02:35:45.760 Let's do it!

02:35:47.760 Oh, this guy's got snacks over here.

02:35:49.760 This guy's got...

02:35:51.760 This guy's handing out snacks over here.

02:35:53.760 Freedom!

02:35:55.760 Freedom!

02:35:57.760 Freedom!

02:35:59.760 Freedom!

02:36:01.760 Freedom!

02:36:03.760 Freedom!

02:36:05.760 Freedom!

02:36:07.760 Hey! 0.99

02:36:09.760 people look at all these proud canadians loving their freedom wanting their freedom back they're

02:36:16.640 being peaceful polite oh man it's warm they their hearts grew three sizes that day that's how from

02:36:29.160 from the vaccine no dude don't say that we're on youtube you can't say that sorry sorry i apologize

02:36:37.060 It was a joke guys

02:36:39.240 I'll be sure to buy some stock in Pfizer tonight. Okay, so I think what's happening here is there's something out

02:36:45.480 So more police showed up behind them and then essentially they're subbing the police out of the line

02:36:51.960 Like they're doing substitutes where like new police are showing up and then new police are coming out

02:36:57.560 but

02:36:59.560 Yeah

02:37:01.560 guys former former security detail for Justin Trudeau I believe his name is

02:37:08.700 Danny Bulford was arrested today and it's like former RCMP security detail

02:37:15.560 resigned from being an RCMP detailed security for Trudeau like what does that

02:37:20.940 tell you you know bye okay so the police what are they doing they're all lined up

02:37:30.500 they're all can you can you get can you get a high angle of that they're all

02:37:35.120 lining up here we love you we love you we love you we love you we love you we

02:37:45.020 love you hey I can't tell if the crowd's getting bigger or smaller right now but

02:37:54.640 we saw the armored truck drive off so hopefully no rubber bullets in our

02:37:59.500 future they haven't sounded off any of these like sound sounds grenades or

02:38:04.700 anything so a big group of police with the yellow vests are all walking off now

02:38:12.740 in twos a lot of them by the way so we have to be careful here because are they

02:38:17.400 just doing around the corner and try and like you know surround us or something

02:38:20.600 I don't know I don't know but we got a I mean there's a lot there's a big group of people down

02:38:27.440 here I feel I just saw the guy who has no shirt on and I'm like kind of cold just looking at him

02:38:34.360 kind of cold just looking at him but uh yeah now I want to point something out

02:38:42.960 can you look at that cop over there with the mask

02:38:46.080 the mask is not over his nose uh the mask is not over his nose some of these cops aren't

02:38:55.220 wearing masks hey wait guys how come all you cops aren't wearing masks some of you guys don't have

02:39:01.520 masks on what the hell i love you too what yo that guy doesn't have a mask what's like 0.58

02:39:10.180 Isn't that against the rules or something?

02:39:12.940 It's an emergency, they don't have a mask on, the cops don't even have a mask on, what's

02:39:19.780 up?

02:39:20.780 We cannot show unmasked cops on our good vaccine-compliant sleep.

02:39:40.180 We love you, we love you so much, so much

02:40:10.180 So much.

02:40:11.880 Get that guy's hat over there.

02:41:28.400 have a broken ankle it's worth it oh yeah freedom baby freedom that's right and can you believe

02:41:38.000 kind of like what's going on here with this whole line and everything it's surreal surreal

02:41:44.880 it is it's great to be here we're all united here yeah it's awesome i mean it was crazy because me

02:41:50.560 and him were out last night capturing interviews and we had you you know the convoy if you've been

02:41:55.200 here like all this canadian pride high spirits and then i slept in this morning and woke up

02:42:00.400 my phone i'm like what's going on they're smashing windows it's crazy yeah it's crazy

02:42:06.080 it's been a crazy road but you can still make it in you can still make it in you're a free person

02:42:12.960 get in that's right and uh when it comes to uh you know people are saying they're at the convoy

02:42:18.880 they're feeling this canadian pride they haven't felt in a long time or never felt before can you

02:42:22.800 relate to that yeah i'd say so i didn't really care about canada before now it's a true time to

02:42:30.480 be a canadian so everybody get down here let's go let's go everybody's cheerful happy everyone's

02:42:39.040 bringing us food i got like a whole bunch of food here just keep offering us stuff it's awesome yeah

02:42:44.880 nothing but love nothing but love how about you how do you feel about being canadian when you're

02:42:49.360 here um i wasn't happy for a while being canadian but now i'm like pumped up and ready to

02:43:03.520 let's go we're back canada day times 10 times 10 times 50 times 150 yeah and i mean like these

02:43:12.400 politicians are like calling like state of emergency and like the cops are here like

02:43:16.960 causing the violence basically yeah yeah but uh are you guys afraid at all or like you know

02:43:23.200 how are you feeling in in terms of standing the line and uh we're feeling pretty good it's a you

02:43:30.560 just have to kind of let the emotions settle down and take it easy and embrace it all in

02:43:35.920 embrace it that's really good advice actually stay peaceful love kindness

02:44:06.040 Gastro.

02:44:07.040 Gastro Pierre.

02:44:09.040 The correct answer is a Klaus Schwab.

02:44:23.460 He's the leader of the World Economic Forum.

02:44:32.040 It's a long story.

02:44:35.620 But yo, thanks for your time, guys.

02:45:13.360 little bit of police force and then they just like ran off and it's like no no when they go

02:45:17.200 and get tough oh i know i know some people have been kind of pushed around a little bit but

02:45:21.680 they've taken it pretty well actually and you haven't seen one person take a swing at a cop

02:45:25.760 yet so that's good but we're being peaceful folks yeah we're being peaceful it's that simple that's

02:45:30.400 that simple um you think we're gonna get the w this week think we're gonna end mandates or what

02:45:36.000 I hope so, because I'd like to go home, but it's not happening until the end date drops.

02:45:40.740 That's right. We don't want to be here, Trudeau.

02:45:42.780 Okay, so just end the mandates, listen to us.

02:45:45.100 We're not free until we're all free.

02:45:47.040 We're not free until we are free, and all free.

02:45:49.460 And we are fighting for the cops over there, too.

02:45:51.740 We're fighting for that.

02:45:52.640 They're family.

02:45:53.940 That's right.

02:53:55.740 so okay i've been in here supporting this from the get-go and yeah i mean the state of emergency

02:54:02.120 right now is the police right the police have decided that it's unlawful to protest

02:54:06.820 they've been trampled how'd that happen what happened that that we can't protest anymore

02:54:13.360 i can't stand on this public street and speak my mind in my own city yeah it's uh it's because

02:54:21.660 you have the wrong opinion so this is that that's right oh yeah so it's like for the first time in

02:54:26.280 a quote-unquote democratic country it's like oh if you have the wrong opinion actually uh in canada

02:54:32.100 of all places really high on the democratic index isn't it well not anymore sorry it was

02:54:39.140 it was it was yeah laughing stock for the rest of the world are we not i mean in international 0.95

02:54:46.180 media yeah they're making fun of trudeau he's a coward he's a tyrant i mean it's like 0.57

02:54:51.780 does he have any redeeming qualities other than the fact that single moms want to have 0.99

02:54:55.940 it's a clown show if you can't see it for a clown show like honestly i have to question whether or

02:55:03.780 not you're able to critically think yeah he goes over in there and it's like if anybody questions

02:55:09.140 the narrative in any which way it's like somebody stole his ball yeah right yeah it's a hip yeah no

02:55:17.380 he like freaks out and leaves the house yeah we would never have accepted that in normal society

02:55:23.120 We shouldn't, right?

02:55:24.340 So you've lived in Ottawa your whole life?

02:55:26.280 I grew up west of here in the country, you know.

02:55:30.380 Have you ever seen anything like this in Ottawa?

02:55:32.840 No.

02:55:34.100 Ottawa's the town that fun forgot.

02:55:38.640 Until the convoy came to town and we showed you what fun was about.

02:55:43.420 Free hot chocolate, hot dog.

02:55:45.440 In the middle of winter, this is one of the things that people don't understand.

02:55:50.040 One of the biggest human rights movements probably in the history of man

02:55:54.960 Happened in the middle of winter in Canada

02:55:58.380 Thanks surprise

02:56:00.980 Every single person here. I love yeah that people are recording it

02:56:06.220 The people that you know are wearing the mask and think they hate us to you, too, you know because I'm doing it for you

02:56:11.540 troll lives better 0.78

02:56:13.540 That's right

02:56:14.540 And what you know bet and it's been it's unfortunate you don't understand what it's actually like because every like

02:56:19.640 i lived here i've been this city council my my mayor tells me that i

02:56:27.320 bringing children down here but why would you do that people defecating in the street what

02:56:34.760 violence what a lie if you look at this and you see any of that hey i love you man i love you too

02:56:44.840 that's right you know i'll pick you pick a guy in the crowd anybody do it i'll go let's do it

02:56:50.840 do it please somebody just because i don't know what you're here i want a hug

02:56:59.400 randomly hugs you can just randomly hug anyone here yeah i'm just saying it's it's it's so

02:57:05.720 profound then and for them to be able to do what they did today which is real violence on their

02:57:13.720 fellow canadians you want to go try hugging no honestly no i will i'll go hug one of those cops

02:57:20.360 that's probably the way i'll get arrested because i'm willing to stand like i've not been up in the

02:57:24.920 line i've got four kids at home my family they need me they're being masked every day it's a

02:57:31.000 tragedy i'm sorry it's it's like if people can't wake up to that and realize i'm sorry look at the 0.84

02:57:38.040 look at what they're doing they're masking our kids meanwhile our friggin prime minister

02:57:44.280 goes over in a g8 and has is in the pub having with everybody else having a beer without a mask 0.96

02:57:51.560 and you're willing to mask our kids all day long in schools with teachers that are

02:57:57.960 yelling at them if they step out of their cohort or take their mask off i'm sorry 0.99

02:58:03.240 if that's what you think is the new normal I don't accept that I do not yeah you've got this clown 0.94

02:58:12.480 it's a dictatorship that's why we're all here because we know history every single tyrant 0.88

02:58:18.360 has done the same thing segregate us they hate us they hate us because they've used propaganda

02:58:24.720 they're they're hypnotized in in fear and like don't see them arguing and they they don't they

02:58:31.260 don't think they act we actually have he is what's he saying he said he thinks it's temporary

02:58:38.860 that the covid restrictions and things all that's temporary and this really doesn't mean very much

02:58:44.520 and he thinks it's temporary temporary and that i don't think yeah i don't think he i don't think

02:58:52.580 he realizes that this is not this is step one and that this is not going away he has children i

02:59:00.120 asked him he has children and they're very young and i asked him if they would want them to be

02:59:06.200 masked all the time and he has not ever masked them and i really yes so this police officer

02:59:13.640 over here standing in the line has never masked his children mask his children because they're

02:59:18.200 quite young and i said well so when they go to school what if masks are never go away mask

02:59:25.160 mandates in ontario i love you i don't know why you would do this i don't know why come on please

02:59:34.200 like honestly you can talk to him he'll probably talk about your head like okay i better prepare

02:59:39.720 my questions try i will i will um all right let's try to get this interaction so maybe hold back a

02:59:47.560 bit but i'm going to try to mike are you listening yeah i'm going to try to mike the cop and then

02:59:52.920 this guy talking to him oh oh no now the oh now he just got scooted out of the line

02:59:59.400 the police that was speaking got scooted out of the line someone had a little too much to think

03:00:05.800 hi hello hi let's go baby oh this guy's talking too

03:00:11.640 that guy's the sergeant he's the sergeant oh he's got a special tube down

03:00:29.160 hey are you guys aware that justin trudeau said that there was never going to be vaccine mandates

03:00:33.480 in this country at one point he said that in 2021 in uh august i believe are you upset that he went

03:00:40.040 back on what he said he also once said that vaccines alone are not enough to keep us safe

03:00:48.520 and then he's also said well it's the only way out of the pandemic so

03:00:51.800 i mean this guy is just flip-flopping constantly do you guys not find that frustrating

03:00:58.200 i personally find it very frustrating especially when now we have people who

03:01:01.640 can't play hockey they can't go to their jobs anymore even though they've been over 20 years

03:01:06.680 it's it's crazy do you think all the mandates and the passports is going to

03:01:13.520 be temporary I don't and that's why we've inspired the whole world right we

03:01:27.660 was proud of the whole world works we don't want to QR code society we might 1.00

03:01:34.440 be losing this battle but there is a war going on right well yeah and what started here is is not

03:01:40.440 going to go away anytime soon i'm into that i'm into that what's your name oksana oksana yes that

03:01:49.160 is ukraine okay i was gonna say this is a deja vu right i grew up in ukraine yeah yeah that's very

03:01:57.000 very when they froze accounts right like i don't even in ukraine went that far to freeze accounts

03:02:03.000 of people freeze bank accounts yeah yeah so sorry excuse i look like my glasses today really not

03:02:11.880 because of a horse i just broke yeah so this is um but the most frustrating part is that he didn't

03:02:19.800 even come to talk to us when representatives millions of people say send representative

03:02:26.520 you come and you talk to them we're not here to overthrow the government we want to talk

03:02:31.160 yeah and to call us names and to walk away that breaks my heart i used to think canada was the

03:02:38.200 best country in the world no no no

03:02:49.480 how long have you been at the convoy i'm sure you've met some great canadians amazing people

03:02:53.640 amazing people and like it's so i'm so angry at the media

03:03:01.080 and that all of the people how are they not coming here to see what's being done

03:03:09.720 to call them terrorists really anyways it's uh it's very sad and i i don't know if i can live

03:03:19.800 in this country after this if this continues how sorry thank you i think i'm good

03:03:31.080 we're gonna keep fighting we're gonna keep fighting because i i grew up here

03:03:34.760 and uh i'm just not okay with what's going on at all right no not at all but like just to

03:03:43.640 for the people not to come and talk to the people who do you think you are

03:03:49.160 completely ignore them that like that is the most for me the most frustrating thing that's exactly

03:03:53.880 how you take trust work right they don't talk to their people they do whatever they want

03:03:58.040 he said oh you elected me 29 of canadians and elected him 29 if you look at the numbers

03:04:05.560 and he decides to do whatever he wants anyways thank you it's crazy it's crazy but thank you for

03:04:12.040 fighting why you guys are dead thank you guys what they killed someone who died the guy that 0.71

03:04:17.880 got trampled by the horse he's dead he's dead he's dead you shrug your shoulders at that someone dies 0.98

03:04:22.920 you're smiling and shrugging your shoulders you should be ashamed man you should be ashamed

03:04:27.320 really is that funny is that funny we were here for three weeks nobody got hurt you got a smirk 0.99

03:04:34.920 on your face man you guys caused the violence here that's horrible man that's shameful dude

03:04:41.320 that's shameful dude freedom freedom freedom freedom freedom freedom freedom freedom freedom 0.94

03:05:00.920 crush somebody with the so i don't know if that's true but

03:05:04.760 those people are alleging that somebody got uh trampled by 0.52

03:05:11.320 Government thugs! Government thugs!

03:05:24.140 That's crazy if that's true. 0.94

03:05:25.880 That's crazy if someone died from the police brutality, basically.

03:05:33.300 It's pretty uncalled for.

03:05:35.720 So there was horses earlier that just, like, you know, trampled into people.

03:05:40.360 and i heard an old lady was crushed i heard they were hitting people with batons and like

03:05:45.140 they were smashing windows and apparently i don't know if it's true or not but this guy was yelling

03:05:51.260 saying that one of the people trampled by the horses died so uh you know peaceful protesters

03:05:58.140 nothing police won you know if you look at the scoreboard anyway but did you see the leaders

03:06:04.720 of the convoy being arrested the terrorists are the terrorists that they are they're walking the

03:06:09.920 street yeah and they just came and took that there was also a former rcmp uh security detail

03:06:17.280 for trudeau who resigned recently and he got arrested which they probably tried to do

03:06:23.040 symbolically but uh it's crazy what what is it they're like little treats like energy bars

03:06:30.800 It's hard to see the light. Yeah, I'm good. I got snacks. I got snacks. Thank you

03:06:38.040 Snacks

03:06:40.860 She wants a snack. What do you got?

03:06:42.860 What do you have? You have to shop around in there. It's like, it's like

03:06:46.920 It is awesome

03:06:49.340 People handing out free food even at the front lines. He's handing out free food. It's amazing. You'd love to see it

03:06:54.040 I think I was coming here before for snacks.

03:07:01.040 You guys are from, from Ottawa?

03:07:03.040 No, we're from Toronto.

03:07:04.040 He's from Richmond Hill, yeah.

03:07:05.040 Okay, thank you for being here.

03:07:06.040 He's from Russia, actually.

03:07:07.040 Oh, interesting.

03:07:08.040 I was like, hey, yeah, so it must be pretty close to your heart as well.

03:07:13.040 Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.

03:07:19.040 All right.

03:07:22.040 to be on youtube live have a quick conversation it must it must be hard doing what you're doing

03:07:28.440 because i'm sure there's a lot of you know this guy resigned that guy resigned

03:07:33.240 must be challenging that smells really good no i'll have a little bit i'll have a little bit

03:07:40.120 you want some igor yeah it's really good never say no never say no to snacks well we brought snacks

03:07:46.840 we were handing out snacks earlier but i suppose i could just give me a good bite i'll give it back

03:07:52.040 I don't know if it's true. I don't want to start shouting that because if it's not confirmed because that's not responsible

03:08:22.040 Liberté! Liberté! Liberté! Liberté! Liberté! How are you, sir? Good, sir. Did we chat earlier? No. No. So we're on the front lines together and how are you feeling? Good. Good. You're feeling good, right? Yeah. I mean, I'm just standing around sightseeing. Yeah. Just come to visit and I'm not holding anybody up, I don't think.

03:08:49.720 yeah you don't you don't feel you don't feel too afraid to be here no toe-to-toe

03:08:54.600 with these guys there's a nice young lady right here we haven't said a word 0.90

03:08:58.440 to us yet but yeah yeah yeah but what the difference is we're not being paid to be

03:09:09.500 weekend it was a good time lots of people lots people lots of trucks but

03:09:18.020 of people here there's a lot of people here a lot of people here tonight I

03:09:22.760 think but I mean what did the experience aside aside from like the he's busy we

03:10:03.500 sniper scopes massive massive rifles do you guys know if we're gonna get like

03:10:09.520 tear gas tonight can you give us like a trailer or like a teaser is there gonna

03:10:13.760 be rubber bullets in our future i hope not what's up

03:10:24.960 okay okay do you want to take our our spot in here hold on no i got a couple guys all right

03:10:31.600 here okay moose is coming up hi have a good night guys take care yeah yeah cheers cheers cheers

03:10:43.760 Yep, pack in there pack in there back in there. All right, so they have a fence that they're putting like right behind the police

03:10:53.400 And I'm sure there's probably some logistics person who can tell us like what this strategy is here. What's up?

03:11:04.040 Why do you say that

03:11:13.760 Oh, I see what they're doing. I see what they're doing. So they're getting the metal. Wow

03:11:29.000 This is brutal man, they're taking the metal fences and they're ramming it at people

03:11:33.400 They're taking the metal fences and they're ramming it at peaceful protesters right now

03:11:39.320 Do you want to step up a bit closer?

03:11:43.760 that's brutal man shame shame shame shame that's shameful bro that's shameful bro 0.84

03:12:44.780 Stay peaceful guys keep a cool head here

03:12:50.680 Okay, so it turns out the metal fences were for like ramming ramming into people with

03:12:56.760 We just saw a kid in the front lines. We just saw a kid in the front lines next thing

03:13:01.020 We see our cops like ramming a fucking metal metal fence at people 1.00

03:13:05.940 You guys are shameful. 1.00

03:13:19.140 Like, they're literally trying to get a rise out of people.

03:13:21.940 That's it.

03:13:26.400 Dude, I'm not near the front line.

03:13:28.380 so like it looks like the cops are trying to instigate something right now it looks

03:13:37.320 like they're trying to just like you know get us angry or something like this

03:13:42.440 we're stay peaceful guys stay peaceful stay peaceful guys stay peaceful

03:13:58.560 stay peaceful guys stay peaceful we got a conundrum in here

03:14:26.140 We got an aggressive guy trying to run in there.

03:14:30.140 Nice one. Please. Begging you.

03:14:36.320 Tensions are high right now.

03:14:38.160 The police are trying to gain some ground with their fences and stuff.

03:14:42.300 It's very weird. Very weird energy here right now.

03:14:46.120 Very weird.

03:14:47.160 The police are acting nice, and then they're like shoving a metal fence at us.

03:14:50.680 Wait, wait. Stop. Two seconds.

03:14:54.460 Take two seconds.

03:14:57.380 Do you speak English?

03:14:59.440 No.

03:14:59.660 No, okay. Yeah, I'm on YouTube live right now. You're okay. Wait, what do you want? I'm pissed

03:15:06.800 I'm pissed. Yeah, me too, man. Yeah, I'm here for my kids

03:15:10.780 freedom

03:15:12.140 Freedom of choice. Yeah, who the fuck are these guys? I don't know. They're overpaid 1.00

03:15:20.360 And that's it I don't see it they can't have kids I

03:15:24.780 I don't understand. I'm sorry. I just went on the front line and I can see in their eyes that they don't agree with what they are doing.

03:15:36.940 I agree. I think I just saw that and I don't know man. I just feel that they don't agree with what they're doing, but they're doing it.

03:15:50.940 And we're doing it for, I do it for my kids though. I have three sons, and it's their freedom, they go to school with masks, and it's never gonna hang in Quebec, because they don't have ends, or their mandates, whatever, and I'm pro-choice, choose whatever you want to do, but no mandates.

03:16:18.340 but don't force us right don't know they are attacking us and i was like uh and ends up and

03:16:24.740 they were there they are they are attacking us and they're they know they were attacking them

03:16:30.740 no i'm not i'm just here freely were you there when they had the fence the yeah yeah yeah the

03:16:37.140 fence was like on my chest and the crowd behind me was pushing me and was like uh on the front

03:16:44.580 with the and i see them and their eyes and they don't want to be there i mostly all of them but

03:16:54.580 man this is a this is true policies it's it's uh dividing us police are against us instead of

03:17:06.420 serving us yeah they're oppressing us and i don't know what's their point because we're just here

03:17:13.540 for the pro choice yeah i don't i don't care if you're one two three jab whatever yeah choose

03:17:22.260 whatever it needs what is your needs yeah and that's it uh liberty yeah yeah absolutely right

03:17:33.460 and there there i saw the horses today oh yeah and i i can't stay home i i just have to be here

03:17:41.940 and support where are you coming from montreal or saint-geron not sure i'm from quebec and we

03:17:51.140 we have we have the most uh ridiculous uh curfew and whatever all the mandates and then the laws

03:18:00.900 on the it's uh and lego that the the vax tax or whatever yeah they they yeah they went for this 0.92

03:18:09.860 the vax tax and they went for the no care no health care for non-vax disgusting they 0.99

03:18:17.380 they thought about this don't give any cares or any health cares of uh on on vax

03:18:25.380 i'm i'm i'm 41 i'm lt uh maybe i got covered i don't know i never in in two years it should be

03:18:34.820 your choice i just saw people jab with coven and i saw people on job suicide yeah so uh i don't know

03:18:49.940 but i the more death i saw in the last two years were suicide yeah same here same i i don't know

03:18:59.780 anybody uh in hospital or dead from kobe yeah i hear you man i know from suicide so

03:19:09.220 i'm ready for all the silent ones for my friend my kids and uh i don't know understand all the

03:19:15.620 police or i don't know what on which side they are and i can't understand that but they are

03:19:21.620 europe so thank you for having me thank you cheers yes yeah sure sure we have to uh keep going

03:19:28.820 all the line yeah we have to i don't know where they are going but uh they're enforcing the

03:19:36.580 the worst of trudeau that's for sure and legal for that yeah they're no no it's uh it's not

03:19:43.220 unusual i mean really like what do these people stand for right it's like it's like they're little

03:19:48.500 they're little like big they're like big pharma foot soldiers i'm just here for their poor choice

03:19:53.460 you decide what you need or what you what your health tells you or whatever you mean your

03:19:58.500 doctors tells you yeah but uh to see this and uh today with the horses uh it's uh i can't i i can't

03:20:08.180 understand that trudeau is still uh the first the prime minister of our country yeah yeah so you you

03:20:14.020 saw the horses today and you're like i got the video i was uh up there but the uh the videos

03:20:20.820 were uh quite uh shockly shocking shocking and uh i don't i've never seen this in 40 40 years uh

03:20:30.900 to see horses against free we just need freedom we just ask freedom we just yeah we don't hear

03:20:38.100 or whatever we're gonna say we just need to we want our choice so so people are telling me

03:20:46.820 like cops in ontario and cops in quebec they're saying the coppers from quebec are like more

03:20:54.500 aggressive yeah uh i'm parking gets new and the the the policemen in quebec are more

03:21:02.100 restrict full I don't understand why but I don't know because we've been here for

03:21:09.840 two weeks and all the Ontarian policemen were quite really well very good people

03:21:17.700 we talked to them it just changed today or yesterday they were and even my

03:21:25.440 friend which is part here with the truckers he talked to Ottawa policemen

03:21:31.500 and they were like the guy we're on your side no worry we'll be with you whatever so i don't

03:21:37.500 understand the game i'm pretty sure there's a chess game here but they're not all playing the

03:21:43.020 same game i don't understand because they're not the same that we are we saw from the three last

03:21:50.220 weeks yeah they're not the same they they they changed the and the ottawa policemen i think he

03:21:57.020 quit so uh maybe the new one is not with the is it with the same narrative than the uh

03:22:04.620 the government but i don't know for now i don't see a peaceful i have been here

03:22:11.500 three weeks and everything was clean peaceful uh sharing love it's been like a street fest my
