00:02:18.760 small business owners, she claims to represent that sad. So a little bit of background, Swift
00:02:23.880 works for CFIB, uh, which is an organization, which is, uh, representing small business owners,
00:02:30.660 the interests of small business owners in parliament and in different levels of government. She said,
00:02:34.700 saddest thing about the whole emergency act inquiry is how complacent, how complacently so many
00:02:40.120 Canadians view, giving up their freedoms. Absolutely. And this guy, this, um, journalist
00:02:46.860 to completely disregard what happened to small businesses for two and a half years. Like this
00:02:53.980 guy is supposed to be a mother effing journalist. And like more and more, we should just be calling
00:02:59.740 these people propagandists because that's what they are. I said, why didn't the businesses in
00:03:05.060 downtown Ottawa just open during the protest? They would have made a lot of money. In fact, the few
00:03:09.760 businesses that were open had lineups, huge lineups, nonstop freedom fighters. Where can
00:03:16.220 we get some food, please? Like there was so much foot traffic. People were struggling to
00:03:21.720 look for food down there. I would know I was there for at least 14 or 15 days. People were
00:03:27.060 cold looking for places to eat. What authoritative body declared that they must keep their doors
00:03:32.300 closed while an influx of tens of thousands of people are in Ottawa. Tom, you're supposed to
00:03:37.620 ask these questions because you're the journalist, right? But no, we don't care about the truth.
00:03:42.420 A couple of comments I liked from Paul Minder Singh on the topic was how about two years of
00:03:47.380 baseless lockdowns, which cause almost 180,000 small businesses shutting down in Canada.
00:03:56.620 It's very obvious. And if you look back, this was Metropolitan Brasserie, which is a business in
00:04:02.800 downtown Ottawa. And they are making a public statement, January 31st, Sunday, first Sunday of
00:04:08.280 the convoy. It has been brought to our attention that despite having to make the difficult decision
00:04:13.540 to close our business to our regular customers for takeout and delivery because our property was
00:04:18.920 not accessible, misinformation suggesting that our restaurant was supporting the demonstrations
00:04:23.200 has been shared online. There is obviously a cancel culture, a very, very significant cancel culture
00:04:30.900 within Ottawa. They are terrified to be associated with supporting these protesters to the point they
00:04:38.500 will shut their doors, not starve the people. That's a little inflammatory, but they will shut their
00:04:44.000 doors and not feed the freedom fighters who are protesting outside because they're afraid of the
00:04:49.540 culture in Ottawa that they might be banished. They might be, uh, you know, persecuted socially
00:04:56.120 for daring to make money while tens of thousands of people are walking around this comment from this
00:05:02.620 business. Who's terrified to be associated with the protest. I think it's very significant. It speaks
00:05:07.460 to this weird, creepy energy coming from Ottawa that we've been seeing, especially during the convoy
00:05:13.960 where like, how dare you represent people who would protest us government workers. You never
00:05:19.140 protest the government workers, right? As I've said before, it smells very authoritarian. And, and hey,

00:05:28.880 up to 20 million to Ottawa businesses shuttered by protests. So, you know, what are you guys complaining

00:06:32.400 Canada. That's right, guys. It's a sweater with the word freedom on it. This is concerning. This,
00:06:45.220 this is a scoop. According to this journalist, this is a scoop. Oh my God. Under Armour putting this
00:06:52.100 logo, putting freedom in a, in a, in a maple leaf Canadian flag over here. What a, what a,
00:06:58.200 what a total thought crime that is. Even libs of TikTok, which has a huge following chimed in.

00:10:04.020 it's an event grappling with the upsurge in targeted online abuse, facing journalists,
00:10:10.900 targeted online abuse. And of course I just commented, does this count as targeted online
00:10:17.300 abuse? This is the front page of Toronto star saying, I honestly don't care if they die.
00:10:23.540 You know, this is referring to unjabbed people. Here's another one, uh, clip surfaces of Trudeau
00:10:29.140 calling the unjabbed extremists, misogynists, you know, very dehumanizing name calling. This is
00:10:35.380 from Rachel Gilmore. Ask a family member if they're jabbed, uh, to determine basically if they should be

00:11:10.900 public divide happening in Canada. Just a thought is this event that's being run? Is this event going to,
