00:00:18.680 how's it going tonight everybody welcome to house arrest i think this is episode 24 already chris
00:00:28.180 so we're six months into the sentence already
00:00:30.900 are we
00:00:31.240 continue the house arrest podcast for everybody
00:00:34.900 on Thursday nights or are we just gonna
00:00:36.400 move on with our life I think we'll probably
00:00:38.980 continue it won't we
00:00:39.940 I think so this is actually pretty fun
00:00:42.520 I find it very therapeutic
00:00:44.680 I was literally just telling
00:00:49.140 my therapist how therapeutic
00:00:51.080 this show is
00:00:52.060 oh my gosh we've got the super chats
00:00:54.960 coming in already thank you Glenn
00:00:56.600 for what you're doing thank you i thank you for the super chats before too glenn that's very kind
00:01:02.500 of you um yeah we are set up we are monetized now so if you want to support the show you can do so
00:01:09.020 through super chats if you're watching this after on the replay you can send a super thanks and our
00:01:14.880 lovely producer tasha has now got us set up on rumble and substack also um i don't think those
00:01:21.100 are going to be monetized just yet but she's the brains behind that operation not me she is you
00:01:25.940 know how just awesome it is having tash working behind the scenes you know all the little clips
00:01:30.760 and little pieces that she puts up on our social media during the week that's all tasha she's
00:01:34.660 hats off the best thing that ever happened show is tasha on so we appreciate her she keeps that
00:01:42.620 she keeps this mischief together she keeps this mischief in a nice package yep all of this
00:01:48.340 mischief yes and i'm going to put this comment up here this this afternoon because yes big red is
00:01:52.860 literally thawing in the shop right now it has been a week from hell when it comes to highways
00:01:58.060 i took a load up to marathorpe alberta for a customer yesterday and it was snowing like crazy
00:02:04.320 and wet highways and freezing so it was just ice everywhere and then today it was nothing but sheer
00:02:09.640 packed snow and blowing snow and meeting other trucks on the road and you'd lose visibility of
00:02:14.120 the highway for a while plowed snow down my road to get home and uh i i just i could i hardly got
00:02:21.380 away from the trailer that's how bad too much snow is on so i just backed in the shop and i
00:02:25.380 walked away from it it'll be a lake in there in the morning i'm sure there's a floor drain but
00:02:28.900 it isn't probably going to keep up with that bad boy so red is dirty wow well you'll have to do
00:02:35.140 some washing well it was clean i got it washed the moose shot the other day you just did what
00:02:41.100 you just washed it you were just bragging about it on facebook i saw dean and the boys at super
00:02:46.340 v truck wash the moose job amazing guys to get washed and i don't like promoting guys like that
00:02:49.880 because then the place gets busy and then i can't get in very quickly but dean's awesome yeah that's
00:02:54.840 right i'm sure they would make room for you oh you know i get the truck washed in blue beacons
00:02:59.800 in the states and it's like in the door and 20 minutes they got like six guys and they're washing
00:03:04.040 the daylights out of it when you go to this place in loosestrap the truck comes out of there spotless
00:03:08.440 there's always watermarks when you go to we call them a streaking beacon for a reason but when you
00:03:11.720 go to dean's place like the truck comes out of there looking like it's just nice so couldn't
00:03:16.600 but i drove for literally like six hours and it was like rain and then and yeah it was a
00:03:22.840 mess right now so thankful to be home speaking of trucks the rebel truck the rebel big beautiful
00:03:30.520 truck is actually leaving ontario on friday and it's going to come out west for a few months so
00:03:36.520 um isaac from rebel news contacted me to see you know if he has any problems on the way or if he
00:03:41.480 needs a place to stay could we hook him up with mechanics or any services that he may need or if
00:03:46.360 he gets stuck and needs a place to stay so this is your call out to canada we have a truck coming
00:03:51.560 across canada um i think we got i think we definitely have the mechanics covered from
00:03:56.920 from ontario to medicine had anyways um and i'm sure that we can find you lots of help if needed
00:04:03.240 so that's going to be we've made that trip a few times we know all the best stops on the way don't
00:04:06.920 we chris and you know what i i was just in richie brothers in saskatoon on uh what day was that
00:04:12.040 monday tuesday i believe it was tuesday loading a load for alberta and there was a guy there a young
00:04:17.240 family and uh and they they're off they were supporters so they came over and introduced
00:04:21.360 themselves and they have a honey farm uh just north of saskatoon so gave me a big tub of fresh
00:04:27.240 homegrown honey and uh and and he was measuring out a sprayer and he said my buddy out in ontario
00:04:33.180 bought the sprayer so i said well one thing you're gonna have to do is you're gonna have to get the
00:04:36.300 big fat like the floater tires off anybody that knows the different farming agriculture when you're
00:04:40.840 spraying your fields, you've got floater tires and you've got your narrow tires. So I said,
00:04:46.100 you're going to have to get the narrow tires on that machine. You're going to have to take
00:04:48.360 the fenders off and get it down as close to 12 feet as you can. So you're not paying for a pilot
00:04:51.720 through Ontario. And I said, if you have any questions, here's my number just in case I can
00:04:56.720 help you. Well, the guy from Ontario called me yesterday and he said, hey, would you haul my
00:05:01.140 sprayer out to Ontario? So yeah, the load goes just between Montreal and Quebec and Montreal
00:05:07.180 in Ottawa. So in the next couple of weeks, when hopefully the weather gets a little bit better,
00:05:12.700 Big Red will be making that trek across Canada, and it'll be delivering between Montreal and
00:05:18.940 Ottawa. So Big Red going through Ottawa again. Needless to say, that won't be part of any
00:05:24.300 convoys. We are not endorsing any future convoys to Ottawa. I got a few messages from
00:05:37.100 people today saying some loud moats on social media was barking that we were supporting and
00:05:41.880 promoting convoys in may i think i've made it quite clear in all the comment section when somebody
00:05:46.380 asked me a question about future convoys i've said that this you know it had its time and it's
00:05:50.880 had its place and that was a piece in history but you know going forward people should get involved
00:05:55.600 with the local communities and i pushed that and so is tamara um so there will be no promoting or
00:06:00.640 advising there is a troll account out there though tamara leach's troll account and it is
00:06:05.220 putting out ai generated videos right now saying that we're promoting this so just everyone be
00:06:11.140 careful what you're watching and listening to on social media because ai is you know it's a
00:06:15.820 dangerous thing when there's you know meatheads out there they're actually thinking this is real
00:06:19.880 so well that's what's so crazy about it i mean i've seen i've reported that particular facebook
00:06:25.500 page many times and nothing gets done about it but i mean it's so obvious obviously to me but
00:06:30.640 it's obvious that it's just ai generated slop yeah it's not me i mean our very first condition
00:06:37.960 is what chris keep the peace and be of good behavior and that's what we always do right
00:06:44.120 that's right we always do we always do i don't know how we ended up in this spot we're such
00:06:49.840 great people you're the nice and i'm the spice right that's right exactly i'm the nice and
00:06:57.960 the space well i just want to say hi to everybody in the chat thank you all so much for joining us
00:07:04.200 um we uh you know like chris was saying it's really it's really something for us to be able
00:07:09.880 to travel across canada and you know have the support that we have and you guys are such a
00:07:15.640 huge part of that and honestly i mean it really gets us through some days i think sometimes
00:07:20.840 you just get a shot in the arm of some love and gratitude and and um we really really appreciate
00:07:27.000 it every time i'm in the truck every stop i make there's always somebody honking the horn i was
00:07:32.020 coming through cameras this morning i believe his name was mike he was you know flagging me down
00:07:36.600 roll the window down you know you're stopping for coffee well you know i couldn't i can't stop for
00:07:40.520 coffee but i stopped to get a coffee to go and i said hi and and talked with him for a little while
00:07:45.400 but you know last night i stopped for supper and miss you and i met a whole pile of people in there
00:07:49.620 just because you know they pulled in the parking lot and seen big red sitting there so they come
00:07:52.520 in looking for me and everywhere you go and the amount of people out there that support us is
00:07:56.920 overwhelming. I did wake up to a nasty
00:07:58.880 text message this morning. Did you see that?
00:08:01.280 I did. Yeah, that's right.
00:08:03.000 Yeah. Yeah, that's right.
00:08:04.700 Time out of their day to threaten and told me that they
00:08:06.900 wished I'd just F or like off
00:08:08.940 myself, I guess.
00:08:11.320 Self-made.
00:08:12.520 You know, you're flying over the target when you get those people.
00:08:14.820 So I messaged them back and said, anytime, anyplace
00:08:16.780 there, buddy. And I felt like
00:08:18.680 messaging them this afternoon and asking if mom took
00:08:20.760 his cell phone away from them.
00:08:23.420 Yeah.
00:08:24.400 That usually is the case.
00:08:25.540 The thing is, though, is that I think most of that stuff comes as online.
00:08:29.600 It's just keyboard warriors, you know what I mean?
00:08:31.720 Like, I would say out of my interactions in the public, like, maybe 1% of my interactions have been negative.
00:08:39.760 Like, there's really only that man that was in Ottawa and that lady at the Halifax airport.
00:08:44.520 But for the most part, you know, people are very kind and supportive.
00:08:50.260 I think we're the luckiest people in the world, believe it or not.
00:08:53.940 i i definitely feel it when we're out trucking i do uh the amount of horns honking i would probably
00:08:58.580 say maybe 10 of the vehicles that i meet on the highway are always honking their horn or waving
00:09:02.820 or you know waving probably close to 40 but like horns probably 10. it's it's you know that's a
00:09:09.060 that's a big percentage that's that's nice to see i love that so it is comments about
00:09:16.580 any issues with your any issues with your house arrest this last week no no um
00:09:22.980 I worked a few issues out with the probation officer when it comes to the scheduling and the amount of changes that go on with it, and everything went pretty well on Monday when I sent my email in for where I was going, and of course I'm allowed to leave the province and allowed to leave the country if I have to, and that bothers a few people out there, but I'm following my court-imposed conditions, and when I'm home, I am home.
00:09:46.060 So if I find a day like today, I was supposed to come back from Alberta today and unhook the trailer and bob tail out to Manitoba to get like a specialized trailer that goes back to Alberta again.
00:09:56.340 But the roads are absolutely horrible.
00:09:58.020 So I'm, you know, follow my court imposed conditions and I just stayed home.
00:10:02.140 I'm good.
00:10:02.840 So I'll leave in the morning really early and head out to Manitoba, grab this trailer and I head to Alberta.
00:10:07.540 And I'll have to, you know, adjust my schedule tomorrow on email with the probation officer.
00:10:12.400 You know what?
00:10:13.580 It is what it is.
00:10:14.460 and uh you know life's been altered a little bit but we're still able to work and um you know
00:10:19.420 having a job is a really good thing isn't it tomorrow yes i'm enjoying it i'm really enjoying
00:10:25.180 it exactly how was your week uh it was really good it was really busy uh tasha and i were in
00:10:33.660 calgary last week we talked about that a little bit on the last show for the presentation in
00:10:37.900 calgary that we did at the university and that was fantastic it went off without a hitch again
00:10:43.020 mostly thanks to tasha and um but no it was really good we had a great turnout and um and then of
00:10:50.460 course i did have a meeting with my probation officer on thursday and every like everything's
00:10:56.540 good there um i was hoping to get up to del borden alberta yesterday to cover chris scott's event but
00:11:02.700 um she my probation officer wasn't in monday or tuesday so it's sometimes sometimes you just
00:11:07.980 can't get last minute short notice um which that's just the way that it goes you know i was supposed
00:11:14.380 i was supposed to load in stetler today and this morning so i stayed in niscue last night and i
00:11:19.020 thought you know i'm actually going right by delborne i could literally stop in route and
00:11:24.460 take part in that last night but it wasn't on my schedule so i had to think about like if it's not
00:11:29.260 on my schedule and you know it's going to be some publicity and apparently cbc was there i don't
00:11:33.020 want to be getting close to that breach so yeah that's right i went for supper and met a few
00:11:38.620 people and then went to bed and that's exactly what the night was well i did see some video
00:11:43.340 today and cbc didn't show up yesterday oh they didn't no i guess they didn't show up last night
00:11:48.620 oh did uh propaganda media for the government didn't they they got the cold feet or what
00:11:54.620 i guess so speaking of that did you happen to catch sheila gun reid's testimony this morning
00:12:00.220 and uh at the heritage committee i didn't know uh she knocked out of the park yeah she uh well
00:12:06.060 there is there is a committee meeting obviously and about the mainstream media basically today
00:12:10.140 and she was in representing the independent press gallery um anyways i just highly recommend you
00:12:15.820 check it out it should be on the rebel news website or there's shorts all over x for sure
00:12:19.820 but she um her opening remarks were absolutely bang on she answered the questions beautifully
00:12:26.300 um she really brought up she really brought forth you know the two-tier we always talk about a two
00:12:30.940 tier justice system but she called it like a two-tier media um in canada and she she totally
00:12:37.980 nailed it yes yes she did a great job i would recommend everyone go check that out we love
00:12:43.100 she's an amazing journalist and you know farm girl from alberta and uh does an amazing job for for
00:12:49.900 rebel news we always love listening to sheila reed yeah she's she's a busy lady yes she definitely
00:12:56.060 was boss absolutely well there's one there's one protest i think we can safely um promote or talk
00:13:04.540 about and that is what is happening over in ireland and i wanted to do an episode about it because
00:13:12.220 i started paying attention to it i believe it started on august the 7th so just over a week
00:13:16.620 ago they're on day 10 now and you know as the days went on and i was watching this protest
00:13:22.220 in real time and some of the footage the similarities between you know the irish field
00:13:28.180 protest and the freedom convoy are so glaring and it really got me thinking of course is every day
00:13:34.100 that's going by you know these are just everyday middle class citizens of their country who feel
00:13:39.400 like their basic needs aren't being met and their concerns are being ignored another amazing
00:13:45.640 grassroots movement of farmers and truckers that are protesting in ireland and then of course
00:13:51.300 I you know we talked a little bit about this um well we talked on Saturday morning and then we
00:13:56.820 each put out videos of support actually because you know the sad thing is is that as you watch
00:14:02.100 the government's response and the law enforcement agency's response you know it concerns me um for
00:14:09.520 the Irish people where this is going to go especially you know after the things that you
00:14:13.820 and I have experienced um during and after so I thought it would be a great opportunity to um
00:14:20.660 to talk about the irish field protests have you been following them chris i've been a little busy
00:14:26.340 the last few days trucking but yes i've been trying to pay attention isn't it striking similar
00:14:30.500 some of some of the similarities between uh what the government is doing right now number one the
00:14:35.940 government's saying there's a public risk safety risk and what there wasn't a blocking emergency
00:14:42.820 lanes for ambulance fire trucks they're going down that same route so if you don't want to think that
00:14:48.740 that there's any similarities between the irish protesters right now and the canadian freedom
00:14:53.460 convoy the government puts people in these predicaments in these situations of hardship
00:14:57.860 and ruining their livelihoods and lives and when the people finally have enough and stand up then
00:15:02.400 the government doubles down and uh and and you know uses the media against them and doing what
00:15:07.480 they're doing right now and you know you're getting no media from uh from your legacy media
00:15:12.480 groups right it's only the social media people just like what happened during convoy you know
00:15:16.720 people got their information from the small media people,
00:15:19.480 the independent journalists and mainstream media was portraying a totally
00:15:22.840 different story. The same thing's happening in, in Ireland right now. And it's,
00:15:26.500 it's scary, isn't it? Like, why don't I listen to your people?
00:15:30.620 Blue collar people are the ones that made this country business.
00:15:33.080 The ones in the suits aren't, aren't, you know.
00:15:36.480 Yeah. Well, I mean, I, I just did a post about this yesterday, I think,
00:15:41.340 but I think a huge problem is,
00:15:44.160 is that there is a disconnect between it and both of our governments and their people right there's
00:15:49.900 a huge disconnect there it's almost and it's like a disconnect between classes also so the people
00:15:55.600 that get their hands dirty for a living that want to go and you know feed their families and keep
00:16:00.820 their businesses um they they frighten the people that have never had to get their hands dirty for
00:16:06.540 a living no exactly and we saw that play in a state i mean i remember i remember um when the
00:16:12.720 documentary crew is in ottawa they met a lady from ottawa um and they that talked about the
00:16:17.540 protests and that she didn't particularly dislike us but she wasn't a supporter but she was too
00:16:21.820 afraid to go out of her house during the convoy and she admitted full out she'd never met an oil
00:16:27.460 rig worker before she'd never met a real truck driver before so she she felt frightened um
00:16:33.360 because of what she was hearing on the media and you're right the irish media is doing exactly the
00:16:38.460 same thing they're starting to call farmers and protesters and truck drivers far right because
00:16:44.480 they simply want an ease to the tax that they're paying on their fuels because it's costing them
00:16:49.840 they're going bankrupt and i think um if you've been trucking you didn't hear but it just came
00:16:54.140 out yesterday that unfortunately one of the farmers from the protest that was there last week
00:16:58.380 took his own life in the last couple days um he was a single man a father i think three children
00:17:04.020 uh i believe three boys and he just couldn't do it he was losing his farm his business
00:17:09.960 you know the government move on with their day and there's a family destroyed and a loved one
00:17:15.220 lost and and you know like just like this government they don't care the the government
00:17:21.260 doesn't care they have their agenda moving forward and they they don't care about us they
00:17:24.900 don't care about the blue collar people our canadian government proved that during during
00:17:28.500 convoy they don't care about what we think they don't care how we do they just want our tax dollars
00:17:33.400 they want it's just it's disgusting to see the just and now what about the majority in this
00:17:39.720 country what are your thoughts on that not to differ from the ireland oh the are a new newly
00:17:46.040 formed unelected majority yeah what do you what do you call a country like that do you call it a
00:17:52.120 democracy a dictatorship i thought dictatorship we've been seeing the dictatorship you know
00:17:57.800 symbolisms in this country for some years now haven't we you know yeah it's very unsettling
00:18:03.560 it's very unsettling and you know that's five floor crossers now um that made that majority
00:18:10.700 happen for mark carney and i think that's disgusting just for lack of a better word
00:18:15.040 it's disgusting the people in those ridings voted to be represented and these people just you know
00:18:21.640 just dismiss that and walk across the floor now michael maud didn't surprise me one bit the other
00:18:27.120 ones I didn't really know too well Chris Don Tremont he's from Nova Scotia don't really know
00:18:31.680 him that well but Marilyn Gladue really surprised me and I had literally the week before she crossed
00:18:38.420 the floor I was watching clips of her in the house of commons pushing back against the liberals for
00:18:43.260 their appeal of the invocation of the emergencies act uh for their appeal to the supreme court and
00:18:50.220 I said to Dwayne I was like I really like her like she's really solid she is you know she's in this
00:18:56.220 And then not even a week later, uh, and she was a front bencher.
00:19:02.300 I, like I said, I like literally crawled in the bunk of the truck one night on Tuesday night or whatever night it was,
00:19:08.060 watched one of her videos on a clip and shared the video and agreed with her.
00:19:12.000 And like, well, you know, you're holding to account, woke up the next morning to she crossed the floor.
00:19:17.020 And I thought, wow, that was a bad call.
00:19:18.680 I told it, but I kept the video up, of course, because she did speak truth.
00:19:22.560 Yeah.
00:19:22.920 and then you hear the rumors that there's 10 more mps that are like on the fence right now trying
00:19:28.620 how much money is it costing taxpayers right now to pay these ridings because that's what they're
00:19:33.880 doing they're bribing the ridings the mp to give money to the ridings so it's benefiting the
00:19:38.980 community but it's benefiting the community because the government's literally betraying
00:19:43.120 canadians right now to pay money that we have canadian tax dollars to different ridings to
00:19:49.840 get that mp to switch yeah well and i think the conservatives need to come clean like i i think
00:19:56.100 the conservatives need to come clean with who's approaching them and what are they offering
00:19:59.780 because we are looking at criminality here you know like one of the one of the um statements i
00:20:06.540 read in the news was that they're possibly offering judicial appointments in exchange for crossing the
00:20:13.480 floor well if you're offering somebody a judicial appointment to cross the floor that is highly
00:20:18.320 illegal so i think you know the conservatives have been conspicuously quiet on um what they're
00:20:25.160 being offered and who's approaching them you got tom here i mean this is a really good point what
00:20:30.100 do we do canada's being taken over and uh do i have any suggestions i'm at the end of my wits
00:20:39.700 you know like i speak a lot with michelle ferrari and i text her the other week and i'm like i'm
00:20:44.680 i'm losing faith here michelle like what help me she said that's what they want chris don't give in
00:20:50.920 like i need there has to be a light at the end of the tunnel where you're like
00:20:55.960 we're heading to a dangerous spot in this country where somebody's gonna get hurt
00:21:00.440 well and the irony the irony here chris is that i mean people accused us of uh trying to uh going
00:21:08.200 to ottawa to overthrow the government um which was obviously you know i never in my mind i mean
00:21:15.480 i believe in democracy and i believe in you know uh voting to elect your officials not overthrowing
00:21:22.280 the government but the irony is here what do you think is happening what do you think has just
00:21:25.800 happened you know mark carney just comes in from note well not from nowhere he was a disgraced
00:21:31.720 failed uh banker from the bank of england um he ran that into the ground um and he comes over here
00:21:37.880 and all of a sudden he was never even elected as a as a member of parliament before this
00:21:42.760 and he just comes in he's the prime minister we're making deals with china we're making deals with
00:21:47.720 qatar like i mean what do you think just happened it didn't take truckers to overthrow your
00:21:54.040 government people your own government officials overthrew the government 80 of our trade is with
00:22:00.200 the united states of america and because donald trump demanded a few changes from border policies
00:22:05.960 with canada then our government said no we're not going to do that we're going to turn a media
00:22:11.320 slander campaign against you and and run with it and then the liberal government says hey do you
00:22:16.680 guys want to do like a slogan where you go into the corner playing hockey with your elbows up and
00:22:20.360 smash somebody's face and all these brain dead canadians go yay let's go elbows up like you
00:22:28.040 moronic muppets that don't understand that now you're okay with violence and this is what you're
00:22:32.600 doing you're standing there chanting elbows up you look foolish and as much as i love austin power
00:22:38.920 movies michael myers you're an ass and you don't belong you know in a canadian flag t-shirt anymore
00:22:45.320 you're not helping this no well i mean obviously in western democracies if we could still use that
00:22:51.960 term um like canada and ireland it's a huge problem it is there's a huge disconnect um
00:22:57.560 we're electing officials that do not have our best interests at heart and and just like us you know
00:23:02.920 the irish just would they go there that was the last straw because they literally cannot feed
00:23:07.480 their families and they're losing some businesses so i've got some clips uh here tasha's got loaded
00:23:12.440 of the protest i want to show one of them um i'm just going to let everybody know you might have
00:23:17.000 to turn your volume down because i don't know how to uh touch the volume on ears but but here's some
00:23:21.960 footage of the protests in ireland care of um care of the irish patriot which you can follow
00:23:29.640 on irish patriot 91 on x i've been following that account this is great so let me see here
00:23:35.600 if i can get this rocking all right
00:23:51.960 I won't play the whole clip of that
00:24:21.380 But there's another one here. I like this one, too. They're slow rolling. So a lot of them are they're slow rolling.
00:24:51.380 We'll be right back.
00:25:21.380 isn't that incredible that brings back some memories doesn't it doesn't it um and then
00:25:35.300 our friend melissa mckee from biker's church asked us to send this picture last night because there
00:25:40.340 is she put a side by side up but there's a photo from our convoy so that was uh that was that was
00:25:46.740 around the regina area and of course tamara and i and jonathan are in big red are at the front of
00:25:51.540 that line somewhere up there and the lights basically moose jaws saskatchewan and if anybody
00:25:56.980 knows the geography on that regina saskatchewan to moose jaws saskatchewan is about 75 kilometers
00:26:02.900 so you can see the amount of vehicles that were behind us in that that lineup un unbelievable
00:26:09.060 irish people that is amazing i should have done like a viewer discretion advised thing before we
00:26:15.380 played those horns because if there's any liberals listening to us right now they're going to start
00:26:18.500 crying in their seats right we're probably going to get charged with mischief honking horns on the
00:26:23.460 internet can you get charged with mischief for honking horns on the internet i guess you should
00:26:28.100 have asked that first maybe so okay well i just want to also quickly play uh chris and i as i
00:26:37.140 said chris and i had a phone call on saturday morning because i was just i was watching all
00:26:40.900 this and i said can you believe this is happening you know that what's happening to the irish so
00:26:45.700 each of us did a video in support so i'll start with yours chris once standby if i was to give
00:26:51.620 any advice to the protesters in ireland from what i experienced in convoy in february 2022 in canada
00:27:00.180 government is one willing to listen to you what they're trying to do right now is demonize you
00:27:06.180 in the public eye they're trying to use propaganda against you police will be more than willing to
00:27:11.380 work with you and some of you protesters will be more than happy to work with with police thinking
00:27:16.160 that you're working in good faith or that you're trying to accomplish something in reality and what
00:27:22.180 my experience was is police are using everything they can against you right now so when they hate
00:27:28.060 you with that misdemeanor mischief charge they can use your words your actions against you in a court
00:27:34.020 law and find you guilty of the most outrageous things be very careful and be very cautious
00:27:40.580 we found out even saying hold the line with something they would use against us the gas
00:27:46.020 lighting that they're going to do with the with the general public right now to try and demonize
00:27:49.540 your plight is real and be very careful about that and be very cautious and be very guarded
00:27:56.020 we've literally witnessed it the government will not listen to you they will push through on their
00:27:59.860 agenda regardless they don't care to listen to you because that is what this government and this
00:28:04.920 world now is all about basically crippling society your voice doesn't matter so if i could say this
00:28:13.300 in one word i'll say it properly hold the line stand your principles but be very cautious with
00:28:19.840 how you conduct yourself they will use everything against you man i'm so proud watching you guys
00:28:24.580 over there right now so many good feelings of convoy and what we did here in canada during
00:28:29.220 convoy. Same thing
00:28:31.240 that's going on right now. The government will use
00:28:33.140 anything, any way, any means
00:28:35.240 they can to
00:28:37.080 destroy you and to demonize
00:28:39.380 you. Be very cautious.
00:28:42.180 Hold that line.
00:28:45.740 Wise words, my friend.
00:28:47.540 Wise words. My cold is getting
00:28:49.300 a bit better. Mine was pretty congested
00:28:51.380 and pretty messed up, you know, on
00:28:53.020 Saturday when I put that video up.
00:28:55.820 Thankfully the therapy of the truck
00:28:57.160 voice is getting old.
00:28:58.880 loved it we're so proud of them we're just so proud of them here yeah you know the same they're
00:29:03.360 standing for the same principles that we stood for you know they are yeah they are exactly well
00:29:09.520 top of the morning to ireland it's tamara leach from way over here in canada i just wanted to
00:29:15.840 send you all a message and let you know that many of the organizers of the canadian freedom convoy
00:29:21.280 are watching very closely what's happening in your country right now and i want you to know how so
00:29:26.880 very proud of you that we are. We're praying for you, we're supporting you, and we're cheering you
00:29:34.140 on. It's pretty easy to tell that you're flying exactly over the target. There's my doll. She
00:29:40.740 supports you too. It's pretty easy to tell that you're flying exactly over the target if they're
00:29:45.480 coming at you this hard. And speaking from experience, I want you to prepare yourself
00:29:51.980 for the lengths that they're willing to go to demonize you.
00:29:55.000 Shush, baby, shush.
00:29:57.700 Your mainstream media is going to smear you.
00:30:00.140 Your politicians are going to accuse you of doing terrible things
00:30:03.180 and committing heinous crimes.
00:30:05.140 And this is all an attempt to discredit you.
00:30:07.740 But you wear that like a badge of honor
00:30:09.580 because that means that you're winning
00:30:10.960 and you have them running scared.
00:30:14.700 Governments like yours and ours
00:30:16.440 don't like to see their people united
00:30:18.380 because it takes their power away.
00:30:20.620 the power is with the people the power is with you I'm so proud of you I can't tell you
00:30:31.840 know that God is with you he is not with those who have forsaken him
00:30:40.840 and may his armor protect you and keep you all safe Godspeed
00:30:50.620 good job well worded thank you it's true i mean i'm just so proud of proud of them i'm proud of
00:30:59.580 how they're conducting themselves it's you know it is inspiring all over again and i'm watching
00:31:04.860 these guys just thinking i'm imagining like you know what people were like when they were watching
00:31:08.700 us you know like keep going you guys and the funny thing is and i see tom's here so we're gonna we're
00:31:14.460 gonna bring tom on in just a second um but the funny thing is chris is if that was happening
00:31:18.380 in canada and you and i were supporting it we would probably be breached for those videos yeah
00:31:24.300 that's why i find it humorous that that troll account for you right now is making those ai
00:31:27.660 generated videos and i think i have a good idea who's behind that because that same style of
00:31:33.260 videos are getting put on youtube right now i'm promoting other somebody else that's a nasty
00:31:38.700 yeah we're going to talk about that after i'll talk about that after
00:31:41.500 i never thought of that i never thought of that all right let's bring army tom onto the stage
00:31:49.340 welcome to house arrest again tom it's been a while how are you
00:31:56.620 i'm muted i saw there we go yeah it's been a while um it's it's good to be back on the show
00:32:03.180 and you know what happy birthday oh thank you thank you the big 53 53. um so what my my
00:32:11.340 birthday is the same as your grandma and your birthday is the same as my father yes wow that's
00:32:20.380 crazy yeah that's right and my dad who is irish just had his 80th birthday on the 14th two days
00:32:26.060 ago oh wow awesome awesome yeah my uh my dad's 75 yeah and and my dad like teaches cycle fit and
00:32:34.860 stuff like that he's crazy in shape that guy oh wow i could tell you then there's chris
00:32:41.980 junior chris little chris i don't need your age starts with a five yet does it it does actually
00:32:53.900 in a month and a half i will be 51 so uh okay well well good to have you in the club
00:32:59.740 i attended my daughter's 21st birthday on the weekend and my son jonathan's turning 23 on uh
00:33:05.740 on in may so i'm i'm feeling it a little bit i've got two young adults there yeah yeah well my uh
00:33:12.940 my son my son is turning uh 20 in may so what nice wow in may well yeah i feel a little bit older
00:33:22.460 uh yeah lately i i look in uh we joke about it because on some of my uh photographs that were
00:33:32.940 like just taking pictures or whatever at events at home and you know like i had a small birthday
00:33:37.420 gathering on the weekend and support and i all i could see in the photos was my grandfather
00:33:43.180 uh that's all i could see it so i'm i'm i'm very camera shy these days i
00:33:47.580 I try to like, uh, like the plague, um, or like the Irish government, but I, I, I gotta
00:33:56.520 say, Chris, I, when I was watching the video backstage and the first thought is, oh, if
00:34:01.960 I did a video, what would I say?
00:34:03.380 And Chris, you nailed it.
00:34:04.400 That's exactly what I would say is you, you know, for the Irish, you're, you're going
00:34:09.860 to be tempted to be, you know, we're, we're all law abiding citizens, right?
00:34:16.020 we are we are responsible law-abiding citizens and you know what we did in ottawa was we
00:34:26.260 we abided by a legal mechanism within our our constitution and within our legal system
00:34:33.060 to express our discontent with thank you for that um our discontent with the actions of our
00:34:38.740 government which is why it's so important it's so fundamentally important it's in our charter of
00:34:43.460 rights right and yet you get the police who are supposed to be the the custodians of the charter
00:34:53.300 if you think about it and what i noticed with these guys is they were taking advantage of the
00:34:58.420 fact that we wanted to be good custodians of the charter and also responsible citizens
00:35:05.380 we didn't want to go there to break the law and the police took advantage of us for that and every
00:35:11.220 single time that we had an encounter with a police officer i guarantee you they were collecting
00:35:17.540 evidence i mean i saw it myself i saw it with myself the one officer from the that i really
00:35:23.620 like um was still doing almost like a contact report every time there was a discussion between
00:35:29.140 him and and i he was writing notes on this right and then putting it into the chain and making
00:35:34.500 reports i get that um but what i also noticed with the ottawa police when we were there and
00:35:40.820 this is a lesson i think for ireland as well they will continue to do compliance tests with you
00:35:48.500 so every time they come to you and they're asking you for something they're they're testing to
00:35:54.500 who amongst you are the compliant ones right because these guys have behavioral scientists
00:35:59.540 that work on their staff and they're trying to figure out who's who who's got the control who's
00:36:04.580 got the power the influence to control the group like well we need to lean on these guys who are
00:36:09.300 we going to go to when we need to you know back things off who's going to be the peacemaker in
00:36:14.500 the group right and so every time you have a contact with a police officer they're if they
00:36:22.100 ask you for something they're testing your compliance and they're also collecting evidence
00:36:28.260 on you and the actions that you are taking to impact the rest of of your group so you really
00:36:36.660 really have to be very careful with these guys they're not your friend they're not on your side
00:36:42.260 they are and here's the other thing i learned about these guys um and and listen full disclosure
00:36:48.420 i have a lot of friends in like through my army career i joined the reserves they became full-time
00:36:55.060 police officer stayed reservist and joined the regular force and i'm still friends with a lot
00:37:00.100 of police officers and i'm i'm very proud of the fact that i'm friends with helen gruce uh and there
00:37:06.020 are other ottawa police officers that i i know and i care about and i think that are good people
00:37:11.300 um but you gotta be careful with these guys you have to be very you treat them you know the saying
00:37:20.580 right you have the right to remain silent and in my view you should always exercise this with them
00:37:26.740 like be safe be responsible remember they are not on your side they're on the opposite side
00:37:34.820 they represent the people you're there to to protest um they are the enforcement kinetic
00:37:42.820 energy version of what the government believes we witnessed during our trial it was it was kind of
00:37:51.780 rough to sit on the in the in the stands and you know and watch police officers that you had
00:37:56.260 interactions with for three weeks or four weeks or whatever leading up to and then all of a sudden
00:38:01.300 they're testifying against you and no matter what you did in a positive light how you tried to
00:38:05.780 further a conversation how you tried to work with the city tried to alleviate the stresses in the
00:38:10.300 downtown core they used every every single negative thing that they could against you
00:38:15.300 and nothing that you did that was positive and i witnessed that first time yeah it was something
00:38:20.800 to see well and in ireland now what we're already seeing is police action they're going in they've
00:38:28.460 pepper sprayed protesters um some young some of them quite young there's footage of them pulling
00:38:34.160 farmers out of their tractors and um out of their trucks you know it is it is just it's not just the
00:38:40.740 same i mean the thing about ireland too is that like canada is so big sorry i was gonna say so
00:38:47.140 small canada is so huge so would we all converge in ottawa like we were all strangers i didn't know
00:38:53.220 a lick of you guys until this happened um chris i know you have you were acquainted with some of
00:38:59.300 the other truckers and knew some of the other truckers obviously but i mean i didn't know any
00:39:02.740 of you guys but in a country the size of ireland i mean these are all friends and family they know
00:39:08.500 they all know each other you know so it's it's got to be really traumatizing to see this stuff
00:39:13.940 happening to their friends and their family um just as much as it was traumatizing for us to which
00:39:19.860 and it wasn't even my friends and family it was perfect strangers you know but
00:39:23.940 so we're already seeing that police action that's coming i did see um a tweet a few days ago i'm not
00:39:30.740 sure if it's been verified um of somebody who suspect suspected that their bank account had
00:39:36.100 been frozen um so you know going forward i mean do you how far do you think this is going to
00:39:44.180 escalate are they going to take as law enforcement going to do the same thing to them um as they've
00:39:48.980 done to us and now i understand ireland has not invoked an emergencies act but i i guess it would
00:39:55.380 be if i understand it correctly it would be akin to um like a state of emergency i think is what
00:40:02.500 they've enacted already remember they did that with us too they started off with state of
00:40:06.900 emergencies and i mean government creates the problem and then people react to that and then
00:40:13.300 government creates a solution by stomping out anyone that doesn't like the government creating
00:40:17.700 the original problem i feel yeah but again these are just everyday truckers and farmers they're
00:40:24.660 just regular everyday people that have just had enough and you know they that i don't think they
00:40:28.900 necessarily want to have a conversation i mean kudos to them though they actually forced a vote
00:40:33.780 of non-confidence in their parliament yesterday they it lost it failed unfortunately but you know
00:40:39.220 because of their uprising so you know at least in ireland um their politicians sort of sort of at
00:40:45.300 least pretend to take them seriously you know we didn't definitely have that um in our case now
00:40:51.540 obviously looking back now and we've since found out that there was a few quite a few mps that
00:40:56.020 were actually working behind the scenes to try and help us and facilitate meetings but
00:41:00.020 we didn't even we just certainly didn't know that at the time and there was no way in hell that the
00:41:04.020 liberal government any of them were going to come and talk to us well we we since find out afterwards
00:41:09.380 that a lot of the mps were were told you know stories because of some of the people that we
00:41:13.620 were associated with during convoy and some of the negative things that those people had done in the
00:41:18.500 past and how radical they would have been they used those people against us like one of the one
00:41:22.980 of the big mps that i have a friendship with now said you know what we we thought you guys were
00:41:28.180 were like radical left and we weren't supposed to be anywhere near you we're supposed to be scared
00:41:32.660 of you and then since then you know developed a relationship or a friendship and uh we're not you
00:41:39.140 know a lot of us are just blue-collar people that didn't want to be the ones to stand up and and
00:41:42.980 actually try and do something but here we were you know being you know the spark that lit the fire
00:41:49.220 yeah yeah yeah and i like what i was seeing is some of the the irish politicians one of them
00:41:56.100 stood up in in parliament had resigned and stepped down and i think he was part of the government he
00:42:00.500 was a big player in the in the government uh you know the governing party and he stepped down and
00:42:06.260 discussed and it's the same old uh story too right like the government talking to the media
00:42:15.220 and they're using the media to their uh their gross advantage in the fact that the media gives
00:42:21.540 the government of the day the biggest megaphone to demonize regular citizens right and so the
00:42:29.460 government will get on there and create this narrative of uh these people are bad they're
00:42:35.780 anti-government and you know they're disruptive to and they just come up with all sorts of lies
00:42:41.380 but at the end of the day what they're saying is like the media is not covering the fact that all
00:42:47.780 of these people came there and said we asked for a meeting and we were clear and said if
00:42:52.420 if you give us the meeting that we we want to have we'll go home we you know we'll put an end
00:42:57.620 of this and there was never a meeting it's the same story of what happened to us in ottawa
00:43:02.660 not a single meeting of consequence i mean me the highest ranking person that i saw
00:43:09.540 uh and you guys were both participants in those meetings was with the the city manager
00:43:16.180 um and a couple of police superintendents i mean tamara you had an email you had an exchange back
00:43:22.020 and forth with the mayor but you never went anywhere near meeting the actual mayor you know
00:43:27.140 i mean so we were dealing with cops the highest ranking person i saw that i dealt with the whole
00:43:32.580 time was a sergeant in the ontario or on the uh the ottawa police we're there to talk to the
00:43:38.180 federal government why am i talking to this cop right who by the way was wholly unsuited for that
00:43:44.580 role uh yes should have been are you talking about fong lee this watch wow yeah yeah yeah
00:43:51.940 i mean and it's very suspect i was just talking about this um the other day with somebody it's
00:43:56.500 very suspect that he was never called to testify in our trial um because we i think we all know if
00:44:01.780 he would have been their whole case would have fallen apart i mean this guy was theatrics and
00:44:05.940 drama and just complete and utter lies he was utter lies but accusing us of lying all the time
00:44:13.220 i mean that man was not interested in building relationships with us he was interested in
00:44:19.060 pushing pushing our buttons enough to for us to retaliate and that's why it's so important what
00:44:24.420 chris said in his message um i agree tom is that you know we we all went there uh well maybe not
00:44:30.580 you because you have you know military experience but even you know as um as much of a realist as i
00:44:37.460 am i still went to ottawa naively believing that you know these institutions and these people that
00:44:43.380 i was always raised to believe were there to protect me and my family were going to do that
00:44:48.660 and that we were all going to act in good faith and i just assumed that they would act in good
00:44:53.380 faith too um but as we saw i believe the the plt on the ground that we were dealing with for the
00:44:59.940 most part we're dealing in good faith because they didn't even know the decisions that were
00:45:03.620 coming from above peter slowly told told the uh the bureaucracy not one inch don't give them one
00:45:09.380 inch but i don't think that i ever even made it down all the way to the plt teams i believe
00:45:13.460 the majority of the plt that we were dealing with on the ground were acting in good faith it was
00:45:18.580 there bosses that weren't i agree with that totally and you know and if we go to uh i'm
00:45:26.660 going to go back in time a little bit to 2010 uh because i participated in the ghg20 summit
00:45:33.700 um that was in toronto when antifa uh previously black block ripped apart the downtown of toronto
00:45:42.020 when the ga g20 summits um you know and i i was i participated that in you know i was the nighttime
00:45:49.540 duty officer in the secret location that everybody in town knew and barry um but you know what we
00:45:56.740 trained as the military we went there um a month and a half before the event and we did a two-week
00:46:02.980 exercise and the first thing we were told we came in for our orientation with this lieutenant
00:46:08.340 colonel who had been working on this file for a year and a half and he said look the police are
00:46:14.100 so political he said yeah they have a rank yeah they have a uniform and they have a gun but that's
00:46:20.340 where the similarity between the military and the police ends he said these guys are so political
00:46:26.580 they are not going to train with us to prepare for this uh summit because get this if even in
00:46:34.020 training they screw up or they they get something wrong in training in front of their boss it could
00:46:40.980 end their career so they didn't want to train so you know what happened it was just chaos and
00:46:46.980 devastation even to this day there are lawsuits from the 2010 uh incident because of the way that
00:46:56.260 under bill blair uh conducted themselves right you know there's a lot of things that are still
00:47:01.140 ongoing because of this guy and so the the police i mean it's well known it's well known that the
00:47:06.820 rank and file cannot stand the leadership of every police department across this country
00:47:11.780 because it's so political and the only way that you climb the ladder is by stepping on the backs
00:47:17.940 of your fellow police officers so it's a very very uh machiavellian culture uh in a lot of
00:47:24.100 these departments and they'll throw you us or throw you in the garbage as soon as they possibly
00:47:30.020 can to climb the ranks that's why the best police are not high-ranking people look at the toronto
00:47:35.540 police service what's happening in the toronto police service that's just the tip of the iceberg
00:47:40.980 that is just the tip of the iceberg like we're talking massive corruption and if it and like i
00:47:46.020 said yes i think they're just there's slowly little bits of information coming out because
00:47:50.740 they don't want to overwhelm everyone but it's it's corrupt how how the police chief in toronto
00:47:56.020 still has a job is beyond me i mean and this is the thing there was a time in our in western
00:48:01.620 countries like this where there was something called integrity and if if you are not even if
00:48:06.860 you are even perceived as lacking integrity you resigned whether you were a police chief the
00:48:12.700 prime minister a member of parliament working at canada post you know like there was there was um
00:48:19.380 there was honor and integrity and it's just completely gone out the window but sorry to
00:48:24.660 the honor they're called the right honorable and you know there's only certain people in in
00:48:32.900 government that are allowed to be called the honorable or whatever but it was it was kind of
00:48:37.940 a a form of shame that it would be dishonorable to continue down a path and not resign or take
00:48:44.260 responsibility or accountability but we now have a government that retains the title of the
00:48:49.220 honorable but they don't conduct themselves and they don't follow parliamentary customs and
00:48:54.580 traditions i mean bev oda is the one that always comes to mind right like yes and because what a
00:49:01.860 16 17 a glass of orange juice right but i i lost track of all the scandals with the liberals and
00:49:08.340 not one of them has resigned in shame and taken responsibility right and what's baffling to me
00:49:14.100 is that anyone would even cross the floor and join that that uh cartel yeah there's no honor
00:49:23.780 the honorable brian peckford and when you say brian peckford's name you can see the honorable
00:49:28.340 behind in front of it and actually mean it because brian is an honorable man that served this country
00:49:33.380 well uh he said that multiple times the government the justin trudeau's regime when when a guy's been
00:49:38.500 uh committed an ethics violation or a breach uh you resign but justin trudeau had what seven of
00:49:44.820 them and he uh there's no accountability he just continued on and ignored it just like it was like
00:49:50.100 nothing to worry about yeah and i think the the honorable brian peckford has stated publicly
00:49:54.900 before if i'm not correct that says if you're found of an ethics violation you should be stripped of
00:50:00.260 your your title of being called horrible or the right honorable right and i think he has said
00:50:07.620 that that you should you shouldn't be allowed to be called that anymore because they'll you know
00:50:11.300 when the speaker of the house stands up and says you know the honorable so-and-so or the right
00:50:15.140 honorable so-and-so as a as a title or as a as a sort of a courtesy they should be stripped of that
00:50:22.420 because they've committed an ethics violation and they haven't resigned and they've acted with
00:50:27.140 dishonor so how did mark carney get the title because i thought and somebody maybe in the
00:50:35.460 audience can correct me on this but i thought that you you had to earn that title of right
00:50:40.500 honorable or honorable honorable i guess right honorable is reserved for the prime minister but
00:50:45.700 i thought to to achieve the title honorable you had to put forth a bill that was basically um or
00:50:52.820 bring a law into effect or pass a bill through the house of commons that was successful
00:50:57.460 am i mistaken on that like he has never passed and he's not an mp before yeah so i don't know
00:51:04.260 about that in terms of the customs and traditions or something i've always understood it to be if
00:51:10.660 you're a cabinet minister you're given some sort of a portfolio then sort of the the honorable
00:51:16.260 piece comes with the fact that you're a cabinet minister i think it's just kind of a you know
00:51:22.740 it's a throwaway like you end up getting it because you became the the minister of you
00:51:28.340 know screwing people's lives over the minister of middle class yeah well i mean and in our case
00:51:37.220 obviously everybody knows the reasons that we went and um i think in both cases with the freedom
00:51:43.620 convoy and the irish protests the solutions are very simple i mean in our case it was simply a
00:51:49.380 fact of drop these mandates stop these stop these uh lockdowns you're hurting people your citizens
00:51:55.140 are suffering um and in ireland it's the fuel tax and and from what i have read and understand what
00:52:01.860 i've been following they're paying 60 tax on their fuel that's going to the government now
00:52:07.620 and that is strictly for um climate change initiatives it's a carbon tax and it's their
00:52:16.980 own carbon tax that is killing their own people and the government is ranking those those dollars
00:52:22.980 in because of it and it's not even like as we all know you know that we're we're collecting
00:52:29.060 these carbon taxes and it's benefiting canadians all these carbon taxes and i'm sure it's the same
00:52:33.940 in in um ireland you know they collect all of these taxes and they're spending it everywhere
00:52:39.300 else but in our country to those who need it the most you know i just read i think yesterday we're
00:52:45.380 sending 120 million dollars to sudan does sudan need 120 million of our taxpayer dollars um
00:52:52.980 um what did i also read today the uh minister of housing that wasn't it they they spent 1.9
00:52:59.700 million dollars to put disposable cameras in the hands of homeless veterans so they can document
00:53:07.220 their lives for an art project if they've got 1.9 million dollars i'm not going to start swearing
00:53:13.220 because this really upsets me but i really want to um if they've got 1.9 million dollars to put
00:53:18.900 disposable cameras in homeless veterans hands then they could then they can put that money to better
00:53:24.020 use and maybe get the veterans off the street maybe get the homeless off the street maybe get
00:53:28.900 these people some help that they need it infuriates me so there let me get that straight because this
00:53:36.020 ties back into a little the last week's episode of the week before that but so that meant it's
00:53:40.660 money going to you know homeless veterans for cameras but yet what are they doing for the
00:53:45.540 people that were injured during the the the vax right this program i've seen you know a video if
00:53:52.580 anybody's out there you can watch dan hartman's interactions with the vis program person he
00:53:58.260 recorded the call and posted on social media it's absolutely disgusting to see the way that these
00:54:02.900 people are being treated right now by our own government who has put people in harm's way and
00:54:07.060 now are you know trying to back away from all responsibility for that yeah oh it was disgusting
00:54:14.020 that was terrible um just fill out another application just fill it on another application
00:54:19.140 i know it's only the 15th time but could you kindly once again tell us about your dead son
00:54:24.820 how many times is this government going to re-traumatize the victims of their policies
00:54:30.900 because that's exactly what it's what they're doing every application they have to fill out
00:54:35.220 every time they got to go and tell their story or do an interview and tell their story you know it
00:54:40.580 re-traumatizes them and of course dan's going to be re-traumatized he lost his son you know so to
00:54:45.940 say something and basically in this phone call by the way she's the reason it's faster for him to
00:54:51.620 just reapply is they don't know where his file is they have no idea they don't even know if there
00:54:56.500 was a file started and then she says that now the lady in the phone call you know i thought was very
00:55:02.340 kind she tried to be nice um but i mean it's the system it is the whole system overall uh you know
00:55:09.700 even changing the name from injured to impacted i i said to kayla or carrie i can't remember i was
00:55:15.300 like well they should have just called you the inconvenienced like yeah impacted your my son is
00:55:21.140 dead i've been impacted what you know and it is absolutely disgusting um and in the meantime while
00:55:28.180 these guys fiddle fart around trying to get their new program set up and trying to find all these
00:55:33.940 lost or missing or perhaps non-existent files of data on these people there's people suffering
00:55:40.660 and waiting and that are not getting the resources and the supports that they need
00:55:44.740 while they figure out the vis program did you did you happen to read through the tweets on
00:55:51.200 that dan hartman story on twitter and see somebody that we stood with in ottawa
00:55:56.000 trolling dan hartman did you guys witness any of that yes that was pretty what a
00:56:03.660 disgusting vile human being bridget bill i don't get it i don't understand and why would she go
00:56:09.320 after him like that i think she has to fight she has to fight she wants to fight anybody you know
00:56:14.440 look at her actions over the last few years she's been absolutely disgusting and she wonders why
00:56:19.420 nobody wants anything to do with her like she has been fighting from the start is it should we say
00:56:25.540 that yeah you know i read that today and uh you know i was i was pretty pretty angry and and you
00:56:36.020 know the three of us were were messaging back and forth about this issue with uh what she did going
00:56:40.740 after the hartman family like that and then you know this sort of you know tamara you're my
00:56:46.900 inclination was you know what let's light her up you know that's really what yours tamara was like
00:56:52.500 you can't oxygen because she'll just continue to burn right and i think at the end of the day what
00:56:58.820 i've kind of realized is you know even though we stood with them in ottawa shoulder to shoulder
00:57:04.660 it doesn't mean that everybody we went there with was playing with a full deck unfortunately
00:57:09.940 you know and i have my days where i don't think i even have a full deck anymore i get so irritated
00:57:14.580 with the things that happens in this country but in my view it's a clear case let everybody know
00:57:20.020 what what what happened sorry to cut you off but some people don't really know what's going on here
00:57:24.180 chris do you want to do you want to explain um sort of what happened do you want me to explain
00:57:27.380 what happened well i guess uh yeah bridget belton was involved with convoy at the beginning um and
00:57:34.180 it just you know i think she i think she took a look honestly i think she took a look at tamara
00:57:38.340 leach and decided that she wanted to be tamara and if that was the case i would have pled guilty to
00:57:45.300 all my charges if i was sitting next to her in a courtroom i would gladly take tamara leach any day
00:57:52.020 of the weekend so i would apply it out before i sat next to her um she was in ottawa she didn't
00:57:58.420 do very much she she claims to be the a lot of problems caused a lot of problems yeah and then
00:58:03.620 right away afterwards you know you're sitting in a remand center and she's funneling information
00:58:08.020 to the crown to try and have you longer longer stay in there and then wonders why the gccf the
00:58:14.580 the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms, walked away from her and said, you know, like,
00:58:17.740 if you're putting us in a bad position right now, obviously, if, you know, if you're attacking Tamara
00:58:22.600 online and doing this sort of horrible stuff, and we were representing both of you, we have to make
00:58:27.040 the choice on who we represent now. So she's been, the anger and the disgusting behavior she's had
00:58:33.900 on social media for the last four years now, is it just keeps coming. Like, there was a tweet that
00:58:39.440 she put out last fall after charlie kirk's assassination and uh you know i i don't think
00:58:46.440 enough people seen this i i have folders in my phone for all of these morons you know and here's
00:58:52.120 bridget belton you know on a we are charlie post this has to be the creepiest thing i ever saw
00:58:57.120 none of us are charlie thank god the man is dead what a disgusting display of humanity this bag
00:59:03.720 would i i've got the thing right here i don't stand with anything that charlie kirk was an
00:59:09.540 amazing man i've been close to him a couple times in my life and uh he lost his life in front of
00:59:15.500 his family and this is the kind of behavior you you are on social media i'm sorry it's pathetic
00:59:19.940 and it's disgusting and there's a reason why you you stand in the circle you stand it's been it's
00:59:26.040 been ongoing right from the very beginning and and honestly and it's really just comes down to
00:59:30.720 jealousy and ego and it's really too bad it is too bad um but you know in this particular case
00:59:37.960 it was dead she went after dan hartman i don't care if she comes after us i really don't care
00:59:43.120 but for some unknown reason she decided to start picking on dan and i don't even know why she feels
00:59:48.660 like dan owes her any answers like if she i just i glanced at some of her posts and she's like well
00:59:54.700 you're not answering this and what what about the what about the money it's not about you his son
00:59:59.440 is dead his son is dead like I just don't understand the mentality of thinking like that
01:00:07.500 sense of entitlement that anybody owes you anything you know nobody owes or anything and
01:00:11.600 just to your point Tom and I'll touch on this and as far as you know Pat and Bridget both go because
01:00:17.180 we get messages all the time go on Pat's show why can't you guys be friends well we can't be friends
01:00:22.380 because there's a line that gets crossed eventually doesn't doesn't mean we wish anybody any ill will
01:00:28.800 i certainly don't i wish them all the success in the world but we weren't friends before and we
01:00:33.680 don't need to be friends after and there's a saying people come into your life for a reason
01:00:38.080 a season or a lifetime and sometimes it's just for a reason and you just get to walk away
01:00:43.200 and carry on with your life so there's no i i agree go ahead chris once those lines in the
01:00:51.920 sands are crossed once you've went too far this is my my theory and my the way i live now once
01:00:57.520 Once you cross that line and you betray somebody or you talk shit about somebody or you go out of your way to try and destroy that person and create lies and falsehoods and slander and defamation, you draw a line.
01:01:09.300 I draw a line in my head that I never want to have anything to do with you.
01:01:12.180 I don't wish you any ill.
01:01:13.460 Go stand anywhere you want to stand.
01:01:15.800 I will support that.
01:01:16.960 You're not standing anywhere near me, period.
01:01:19.660 Choose your words better and choose your actions better.
01:01:22.660 and there's maybe room for dialogue but when you go stupid like that you know i think the movie was
01:01:28.100 what uh there was a movie there where they go full something right you know what i almost posted that
01:01:36.260 about this whole exchange with her and dan hartman i was like i can't post that on my
01:01:40.260 social media i'm gonna be in trouble but it's but that's what came to my mind yeah yeah there's you
01:01:46.020 never go full bridget never go full bridget i just don't understand to what end i guess that's
01:01:58.660 what i'd understand like i don't understand to what end you know um there's nothing stopping
01:02:03.140 pat king from going out and saving the world we certainly don't be friends need to be friends for
01:02:07.220 him to do that and i certainly don't need to be on a show for for him to do that um i've supported
01:02:12.500 him as much as i can um in as many ways as i possibly could and i don't dislike it like i
01:02:19.220 mean here's the thing i don't hate these people um it's even after what they've done to us what
01:02:24.100 they've said about us i mean bridget belton was instrumental in having me tossed in jail for a
01:02:28.660 month over a picture with mr morazzo here army tom um but i still don't hate them you know just
01:02:35.060 go on with your life let's all just do the best that we can you know i've said it a hundred times
01:02:42.580 now i'll say it one more time if you had a positive experience in ottawa during the convoy
01:02:46.340 then you should speak about that positively and tell the story of convoy and what actually
01:02:50.340 happened if you didn't have a good time in convoy and you feel all this hate resentment and hurt
01:02:55.380 and butthurtness then it's probably because you're a shitty person and you probably had a bad
01:03:00.420 experience because you're not nice period like find the positive and that's just it chris and
01:03:06.980 and this is why you know you guys know better than anyone how reluctant i am to ever address
01:03:11.620 any of this stuff because you know and i feel again i feel for the irish protesters because
01:03:17.700 you can bet dang sure the same thing's happening to them and there's going to be all these
01:03:21.460 personalities that come in but it wasn't about me and it wasn't about my feelings and it wasn't
01:03:26.420 about somebody hurting my feelings what happened in ottawa was about canadians it was about canada
01:03:32.420 and i mean it was wildly successful but i mean if it wasn't for the canadians that came out
01:03:37.220 and supported us and stood on the highway sent donations to ottawa brought food it we would have
01:03:42.980 been just a group that drove to ottawa it was canadians that made that successful and the
01:03:48.340 perseverance and the resilience of the truckers and the protesters on the ground you know it has
01:03:53.460 nobody gives a about you know what who upset her this morning or why she couldn't have her steak
01:04:00.580 and lobster on friday or i mean nobody cares about that stuff it wasn't about that it was about what
01:04:06.820 we achieved together all of us and i'll be grateful to to all of them for their part in it i remember
01:04:14.420 being at the poec and under cross-examination you know um how do you feel about pat king do you wish
01:04:20.820 you guys would have sent him home and i answered completely honestly and i said
01:04:24.420 that's i've probably thought about that question more times than you could ever know
01:04:28.740 and the answer is no because he's still a part of the story he has a story all of us all of us were
01:04:35.460 there for the most part i believe with the right motivations and the right intentions some of us
01:04:41.380 had some side agendas some of us had full-on agendas um but we were all there working together
01:04:47.460 for a common goal and that's that's what made the freedom convoy so beautiful and i really hope um
01:04:53.940 for the irish protesters you know that's going to happen there's going to be interpersonal
01:04:58.180 relationship issues it's just that's free free loving people don't like to be told what to do
01:05:04.020 you know um but just mitigate those as best as you can and and for god's sake um if you recognize
01:05:10.820 someone's a problem just cut them out just cut them loose and be gone with it that's that's
01:05:14.660 where we made our big mistakes because because those those those people that you feel are going
01:05:19.380 to be a problem someday are probably going to be a big problem and they'll continue to be a problem
01:05:23.460 and uh that's just distance yourself and walk away and whatever they can use against you they
01:05:27.700 will try and use against you it's a it's a constant smear campaign every day it seems like we even
01:05:32.260 said that chris at the very beginning before we even met tom we were still organizing and i think
01:05:37.300 you remember i can't remember what happened but we got our panties in a bunch about something and
01:05:41.460 literally disappeared for three days we couldn't reach her by phone by text by messenger and
01:05:48.100 imagine the people um that are trying to organize this and put this together and so we've got road
01:05:53.780 captains looking after all these areas and then i'm working with all the road captains
01:05:58.500 to get all that data compiled and and so somebody just goes missing for three days and i remember
01:06:04.100 that's exactly what you said i said i i said i think this could be an issue or something or this
01:06:10.580 could be no and you're like this is going to be a problem but we didn't even know the scope of the
01:06:16.120 i think you took one look at her after we met her for once and you're like i think she's going to
01:06:19.560 be an issue we're a problem yeah yeah yeah i mean as long as coffee was available she was good
01:06:26.260 behavior that doesn't you know you've tarnished the legacy of the convoy by acting the way some
01:06:34.900 people have acted in the last while you know and we're out here doing our thing i never asked to
01:06:39.040 in this position tamara tom you never like we never asked to be put in the position to represent
01:06:45.120 people but we stepped up when people wanted it some truckers that went to ottawa with you know
01:06:50.480 under with me i guess or because i did the social media those guys wanted chris barber to be the
01:06:56.160 person that spoke for them and i'm not a public speaker and i was never and that's why i want
01:07:02.400 catherine to know here tamara you do not have the authority to send anybody home you are absolutely
01:07:07.280 right nobody had the authority to do anything um what you don't understand catherine is that
01:07:12.160 every decision that we made from not having politicians involved to who was going to be
01:07:15.920 our spokespeople to who sat on our committees and who was going to make calls like this
01:07:19.760 was voted on as a group because that's democracy so when i'm saying i would get rid of them i mean
01:07:27.360 generally not that i had any power trust me i was there to support i i literally just called chris
01:07:33.520 up and said hey how can i help you i won't be doing tamara wasn't even gonna go i mean people
01:07:38.280 need to know that i'm like tamara you're like a big part of this you need to you need to be part
01:07:43.120 of it and so she jumped in her parents pilot truck and she spent some time in big red with
01:07:47.540 jonathan and myself and zippy which zippy was actually literally down here a few minutes ago
01:07:51.840 which she normally never comes down the stairs yeah i want to say something a little about this
01:07:59.060 whole thing and this is the thing you know when there's all this infighting and division and
01:08:02.840 stuff the one thing that does drive me out of my mind um because i i you know i have this uh one
01:08:09.720 of my core principles you know if you want to really know who's tom marazzo it's about my one
01:08:14.680 of my biggest values is fairness right and i want to be treated fair and i do the best i can to treat
01:08:21.080 everyone else fairly but what drives me bonkers is when i get a to marry you chris or or any of
01:08:30.520 lawyers that were with us especially the lawyers i'm a little bit protective of keith and eva and
01:08:34.920 brendan and and stuff like that because i i know the public sentiment about lawyers because i i
01:08:40.040 also share it um but it's like when when you're attacked you're being attacked by people that at
01:08:49.240 one point supported you in the moment you defend yourself you're now the one being accused of of
01:08:57.320 spreading division and the hatred and it's like well wait a minute wait a minute okay how about
01:09:05.400 you look at the facts i'm not saying to you look pat king is out there attacking me again like he
01:09:10.600 does on a weekly basis for some bizarre reason i still have no idea what the hell he's talking
01:09:16.120 about by the way on kent street i have no clue what he's even referring to but my point is it's
01:09:21.400 like you know what i don't want to have to defend myself but why don't you the person who's now
01:09:26.680 attacking me for defending myself in my own integrity one go to pat and say you know what
01:09:34.280 pat you started this stuff it's inappropriate you don't have to be mean or cruel or vicious to pat
01:09:39.400 but just say you know what nobody needs that pat nobody needs that garbage why don't you leave him
01:09:43.960 alone get a life move on with it right i'm sick and tired of of biting my tongue and taking all
01:09:51.320 these body shots constantly and then being told that i'm the one who is divisive when i do everything
01:09:58.520 in my power to contribute positively to this country i write i don't pro i go to events i
01:10:06.520 spread as much positivity as i can but sometimes good lord could somebody get in there and say wait
01:10:12.040 a minute this behavior is divisive and it truly is why don't you leave these guys alone you know
01:10:18.760 why don't you grow up and and try to recognize the fact that each and every one of these people that
01:10:24.120 attacks us are always doing it because they want something for themselves the three of us and the
01:10:30.680 and the ones that are still in our core group are out there doing stuff for other people four years
01:10:37.960 after the convoy the three of us and the others were always going out to events and always helping
01:10:42.440 people the ones attacking us they're always me me me me me me me me that's all it's about and that's
01:10:49.080 how you can spot it and i'm frustrated by it so this is what i've done i don't there's not a
01:10:54.440 single group that i belong to i won't join any more groups i won't participate in any other
01:11:00.280 movements of any kind i want nothing to do with groups because sooner or later the group is going
01:11:08.840 to implode in the infighting will start and i and i've seen it for the last four years since the
01:11:14.200 convoy and so this is you know i'm really talking about this and i'm hoping people in ireland right
01:11:19.480 now are going to hear this part and there's going to come a time where people within your own
01:11:25.880 group start the infighting start attacking you and this is what i would say to them right now
01:11:32.200 start thinking about building right now a conduct and and i don't say you have to sign it you know
01:11:41.800 create a contract and all that but start talking about and sharing with each other what is
01:11:46.200 acceptable behavior what is publicly facing behavior look like and agree that look they're
01:11:52.200 going to try to rip us apart from the outside in why don't we at least make a pact right now that
01:11:58.360 no matter what we are standing shoulder to shoulder and we're never going to speak publicly
01:12:03.640 you know make a bond uh you know pledge your fealty to one another to say we'll publicly
01:12:10.680 attack each other even if we disagree we're going to take it offline and and handle it like adults
01:12:15.000 privately but look at what has happened in this country i mean the division is just growing and
01:12:19.880 growing and growing because of the likes of the kings and you know the other one uh belton and you
01:12:26.200 know bj dichter buying bj dichter buying the url tom marazzo.com and and when people go to that
01:12:33.720 they use it to smear me like they bought my own name as a url to go after me but if i dare say
01:12:41.160 i'm the bad guy it's like dude did i find it kind of yeah the tasteless side too you've got somebody
01:12:49.480 that we stood with in ottawa james bowder who is across in the united states right now applying
01:12:54.200 for political asylum he has a hell of a case you know down there and he's in some trouble you know
01:12:59.880 he's in some real trouble and james sent me a text tonight asking him if i'd share out one of his
01:13:04.200 posts um he's he's a couple months away from even working down there right now on a visa he's in a
01:13:10.120 foreign country living in a camper right now because the canadian government wants to put him
01:13:13.880 in jail and you know what if you look at the extensive trials that tamara and i and others
01:13:18.120 have been through over the last four years that's what he's gonna have to go through and it is
01:13:22.520 Is it mentally draining, Tamara?
01:13:25.180 It's very mentally draining.
01:13:27.040 And he's on his own down there right now.
01:13:28.820 So attacking him for doing what he felt was the best is wrong on, you know,
01:13:33.960 Pat's side for even, I heard him, somebody sent me a screen recording today.
01:13:37.300 He was trashing him online.
01:13:38.440 I'm like, what's the point of that?
01:13:40.380 He's chosen his path.
01:13:42.160 Let him choose his, you know, right is wrong or right is forward.
01:13:47.340 And just give him credit for what he's trying to do right now.
01:13:49.840 He's in a difficult position right now.
01:13:51.340 so if anybody's out there and you're watching right now go over that's the thing we all are
01:13:55.500 and this is the part that i you know bridget's never done a day in jail that woman was trying
01:13:59.820 to run and hide every single day i don't know how many times i had to tell her to stop panicking and
01:14:04.540 stop getting everybody else whipped up into a panic because she thought she was going to be
01:14:08.620 arrested every single day um but you know so these people uh definitely not in pat's case i mean pat
01:14:14.940 spent five months in prison and that's why i mean i i will you know how i feel about that but that
01:14:20.060 wasn't for her to sit there and like credit like i mean it's not like we don't have other things
01:14:24.940 going on like do like you know we've got families we've got civil suits lawsuits criminal suits
01:14:31.100 appeals we've got inquiries like we've got other we've got parole officers now we've got house
01:14:37.740 arrests like do you like this is why i literally just cut these people out of my life now and just
01:14:44.300 walk away and carry on because i have i need my energy for so many other things that i'm not going
01:14:50.540 to get into a pissing contest with these people um or give them any of my attention because i would
01:14:56.460 rather play with my grandsons than worry about what anybody thinks of me if i'm being honest
01:15:01.740 i've tried the last few years to ignore them and just not give them anything and then hopefully
01:15:06.060 you know like some other people have said their light will burn out if you just ignore them
01:15:09.900 but then when i look on x yesterday and see her attacking dan hartman over the death of his son
01:15:14.860 i'm like maybe i should give her some attention because obviously then she'd leave somebody
01:15:18.860 alone like dan hartman who lost his bloody son and she's you know being a vicious i i'll leave
01:15:25.180 the words there but you know what it's a reflection on her because anyone that would attack anyone
01:15:31.100 um especially a man whose son passed away at the age of 17 um it shows their true character
01:15:39.500 And, you know, no one's going to listen to that crap.
01:15:42.220 No one's going to listen to what she has to say.
01:15:44.240 Her true colors have been revealed for a long time.
01:15:47.700 But I get it.
01:15:48.600 And that's probably exactly what she wants.
01:15:50.380 Because the first thing I wanted to do was slap her across X also.
01:15:54.920 But I just leave that stuff up to you.
01:15:57.260 I'm the nice, you're the spice.
01:15:58.900 I'm the troll.
01:15:59.560 I like to do that.
01:16:01.780 Yeah.
01:16:02.080 I'm the troll.
01:16:03.640 Anyway.
01:16:04.600 Live the life you deserve.
01:16:05.800 And that's exactly what is going on right now.
01:16:07.820 so sorry for sorry for the venting and every in the audience everybody watching right now we've
01:16:12.060 got a few people in here it's nice to see just just never go full belton never go full belton
01:16:17.900 you never go full belton that's right wrecking ball belton isn't that what you nicknamed her
01:16:26.780 i loved it i absolutely loved it horrible human i've got a whole you know people send me screenshots
01:16:32.780 and then i file them in folders in my phone and i have a whole folder here you know when i see her
01:16:37.500 she's going to be like i'm going to sue chris for this and that i'm like i like so much evidence
01:16:43.020 right here that i haven't responded to you in a number of years and uh is she going to get jane
01:16:48.860 scarf to do it or what yeah ai jane scarf extraordinary like who brings a dog into a
01:16:56.140 courtroom oh yeah she looked like she should have had a crystal ball in front of her in the courtroom
01:17:02.460 do you know you know there's always like rows of fancy dress lawyers and then bridget's legal
01:17:08.060 paralegal comes in and she's like i don't know she looked like a she looked like a fortune teller
01:17:12.140 like she should have a crystal ball sitting in front of her she reminds me of the office person
01:17:16.700 on monsters inc you forgot your paperwork
01:17:28.060 yeah but you know but it still makes me sad you know like we started this whole great big
01:17:33.260 adventure we really did and and even you know recognizing early on that there was
01:17:37.900 people that i wasn't going to get along with and that's natural and normal i shouldn't say
01:17:41.740 i wasn't going to get along with that but that i you know we weren't going to be best friends
01:17:45.180 afterwards but we still work we still work together and i mean regardless i i literally
01:17:50.460 thought you know all of us would be having christmases together and going camping in the
01:17:55.260 summertime and having turkey at thanksgiving because i honestly felt like we were a family
01:18:01.020 and i was only half joking chris when i told you like you know and we've had this conversation i
01:18:06.140 would never turn on you like you could sleep with my husband i would still never turn on you
01:18:10.940 if you and i had a huge disagreement tamara i would distance myself and i would go on my merry
01:18:24.140 way but i would never do an attack ad on you for opinion that's just the quality of persons i think
01:18:30.540 maybe you and i are you know out of our original group you know we still talk to ryan dale um
01:18:36.220 um you and i tom danny yeah you know there's no great group oh yeah we do and we still will get
01:18:44.680 together from time to time and we'll discuss and tell our stories and reminisce and i'm thankful
01:18:49.140 for that i'm very thankful for that they could have been a part of it this is literally what
01:18:54.280 makes me so sad about pat and his whole behavior not that i want to go on about it but you know
01:19:00.380 until he blew up on the internet at us you know i i foresaw a time when we could all stand on a
01:19:06.460 stage together and tell our stories together it doesn't mean we have to you know we're not going
01:19:11.660 to go out and be best friends but you know i felt that he did at least deserve that but like i said
01:19:16.620 chris all of a sudden one day i'm starting to get these messages that all these horrible things are
01:19:21.500 getting said about you and me and nobody he never called me and asked for a conversation he never
01:19:26.620 texted me and said hey i have these concerns i'd like to talk to you he just went online and started
01:19:31.500 screaming that we're just a bunch of liars and our truth is different than his truth i mean how can
01:19:37.180 you win that argument it's like saying you'd experienced it differently like there you can't
01:19:41.260 win that argument and so go be on your way and save the world and use all that energy that you're
01:19:47.900 putting towards hating on james and chris and tamara and tom and everybody that you don't like
01:19:53.580 and put it into something constructive and go save canada you don't need me to do it you don't need
01:19:58.140 chris to do it you know and i've noticed over those last few years when you're dealing with
01:20:02.140 some of the emotions of some of the attacks that come after you or the trolls coming after you and
01:20:06.220 you know my my i'd like to fight back and then i'll always stand behind this melissa mckee will
01:20:11.580 be the one that sends me a text message or gives me a call and says hey hey friend you know and
01:20:16.060 she'll say exactly that hey friend i see you're going a little bit too you know negative right
01:20:19.900 now could you try and correct that you know and she did that exact same thing to pat a few months
01:20:24.860 ago to phone him up and said like stop this this needs to stop and what did he do he turned it into
01:20:29.580 a social media campaign and turned on slander here and you know what that was the best thing
01:20:34.060 melissa could have ever done god bless that lady's soul she walked away from that she said i am done
01:20:39.340 i'm finally washing my hands of this and she has never looked back and she said today didn't she
01:20:43.820 send us a message like peace the last few months i haven't had to worry about it you know and that's
01:20:49.100 just the funny thing like 99.9 of the time i forget that all those people are even alive but
01:20:55.660 it's pretty obvious that we're taking up like 99.9 of their brain space but literally i just carry
01:21:02.540 on with my day in my life and like unless somebody sends me a screenshot or a video which i never
01:21:08.780 watch anyways i mean i just because i don't care i i don't care um i'm proud of us i'm proud of all
01:21:15.740 of us and i think we need to just have our focus in different places over everyone's so concerned
01:21:22.300 that somebody got something more than anyone else yeah i got 50 days in jail i didn't i only got 26
01:21:28.220 hours of jail and you know if people if people aren't contacting these guys and asking them to
01:21:34.860 speak at their events and represent the freedom confoy that's not on you me or tom that is on them
01:21:39.820 and they need to ask themselves why they're not being invited to these things that's not our fault
01:21:45.260 I've made it my life's goal.
01:21:46.640 I'm not going to be involved with another convoy or another movement like that.
01:21:49.680 I think I'm going to wear the T-shirt from the last one for the rest of my life.
01:21:53.100 That's right.
01:21:53.780 I will do my best going forward in life to promote exactly what happened and the peace
01:21:59.240 and the truth behind convoy and trying to stir people from that narrative
01:22:03.640 that the government's created through media and propaganda.
01:22:06.700 I will tell that story for the rest of my life, and I hope just me out there
01:22:10.280 having conversations with people that I meet on the road and they ask me a question,
01:22:13.340 And I will always try my best and steer clear from the negative.
01:22:16.580 But every now and then it's good to vent and it's good to get this off our chest like we've done here.
01:22:20.260 So I really appreciate everybody putting up in this little therapy.
01:22:25.480 He's been itching.
01:22:26.440 He's been itching.
01:22:27.340 Well, I guess we can talk about it at the end of the show.
01:22:29.980 But I get it.
01:22:30.860 I get it.
01:22:31.940 We just had a question from a gentleman that said, what's next for the Irish protesters?
01:22:37.240 from my perspective i am although obviously as we just talked about the personnel issues can
01:22:44.500 definitely be expected so there's managing and mitigating that it's really about triage i would
01:22:50.360 say tom hey like you put in identifying what needs attention you're prioritizing the needs
01:22:56.600 immediately i'm really concerned as this goes on you know how the government is going to continue
01:23:03.040 to respond if they're going to invoke the emergencies act uh or their form of it i'm sure
01:23:07.440 they have one um and i just don't want to see um these people beaten in the streets and pepper
01:23:13.920 sprayed you know like a lot of the protesters and truckers in ottawa were and not only that but the
01:23:19.920 next concerning thing is for those that have already been arrested is to mentally prepare
01:23:24.320 for some lawfare and and a persecution because they're going to want to make examples out of you
01:23:30.160 and they're going to pick they're just they won't do it to everyone they'll just pick a few
01:23:34.640 um but they're going to run them through the ringer and try to bankrupt and demoralize them for
01:23:39.120 sure and that'll be like make sure that you're there to help these people through the next phase
01:23:45.680 of of what they're going to go through and we thankfully we have a couple organizations in
01:23:49.760 canada that have been defending us right from the start the justice center of constitutional freedoms
01:23:54.000 john carpe and his crew and then you've got the democracy fund um in in ontario there there's
01:23:59.600 been helping tamara with a lot of stuff those those two organizations have been i don't know
01:24:04.480 what who would have done honestly so you know what before you just started sorry tom before
01:24:11.280 while you're talking i'm going to put up some banners of some of the accounts that i've been
01:24:15.200 following um where you can get some really great up-to-date information on what's happening over
01:24:19.280 there so you keep talking i'm just going to bring these up tom yeah sure no problem so i what one
01:24:25.200 of my points was um if i were them because obviously i've had four years we've all had four
01:24:30.880 years uh to think about what we could have done better um you know what are the lessons learned
01:24:36.880 that we all had from our experience and i would say 100 and i was really happy to see this because
01:24:44.000 i know ezra is over there right now and he was interviewing them asked them about safety lanes
01:24:50.800 which was kind of my thing that i was very concerned about from that the moment i arrived
01:24:55.600 um and the irish do have safety lanes open for emergency vehicles so they they they did that
01:25:00.400 they had the good sense to do that thankfully they they did um and and i'm not saying that
01:25:06.000 we're going to take credit for the idea i'm like it's a common sense thing that i think it is just
01:25:11.040 again being a good responsible safe citizen trying to exercise your rights as a citizen
01:25:17.600 and engage with the government how it is laid out to do so which is through protest so they've done
01:25:25.200 this but you know my advice to them would be seek out your keith wilson's your eva chip youks and
01:25:31.040 your jccfs and get them in there now and i'm hoping that that's the case you know like in our case
01:25:38.800 with uh with your lawyers like um diane magnus magnus and i remember the day she walked into
01:25:47.040 the arc with a bunch of lawyers with her and started giving out her name like i had her phone
01:25:53.120 written on the inside of my arm in ink in case i got arrested and i needed a lawyer
01:25:57.840 this is diane's number that i had right and so i know that there's going to be lawyers that are
01:26:02.400 going to come out and say look guys we sympathize we're all in this together let's let's work
01:26:07.440 together grab onto those those lawyers and don't go to any meeting with the police or with the
01:26:12.640 government without these lawyers in your you know holding on to these guys now the other thing in my
01:26:18.960 my advice to them would be never do an interview with the the mainstream media until you are ready
01:26:26.880 to record them like i've made the the media wait until we could get our recording devices and
01:26:32.320 cameras set up to record the media doing our interview and we tell them if you deviate from
01:26:38.480 this story if you edit if you lie we're going to release the exact same uh interview that you gave
01:26:44.880 and we're going to show your lies because we probably have a bigger platform than you do
01:26:49.040 right now so we're going to expose your lies um now the other thing is when you know we
01:26:57.120 very late i think uh almost two weeks into it and this is the document the um the roadmap to freedom
01:27:04.880 that tamara you presented in in keith and brian peckford and everybody sort of worked on
01:27:11.360 this is something i think that every organization that's planning a major protest should produce
01:27:17.600 long before they arrive at the protest and i think they should give this out to every single
01:27:22.560 media outlet across europe not just ireland but give it out to all the across europe and to say
01:27:29.920 this is what we're about and if anybody tries to say you're about something different say
01:27:34.400 that's not true you know it we gave you in writing what we're here to achieve what are our what are
01:27:41.440 we asking for and what is going to make this come to a conclusion peacefully and that that document
01:27:47.360 in our case unfortunately we released it too late but tamara you you and you read it you you're the
01:27:54.480 one that went live with it yeah in our case i think it was a little bit too late um but i think this
01:28:01.680 is any organization my advice would be write that document and hand it out to the media left right
01:28:06.400 and center before you even arrive and that way you can call out the lies because the media and
01:28:13.360 i'm seeing it already in in ireland the media and the politicians are lying because they they don't
01:28:20.000 have a factual thing to turn to and say well wait a minute like the media can't say well this is
01:28:25.920 what it says in in their their manifesto their document right what it says so why are you saying
01:28:33.120 a different thing because they've clearly come here saying this is what they want they want the
01:28:37.280 carbon tax eliminated or whatever issues or they want their their women and children to be protected
01:28:42.640 and you're not doing it but it says this is what they're here and this is when they'll go home
01:28:47.360 so i i think it's very very defensive and this is the whole point of the document it's how you
01:28:54.480 protect yourself from the lies because you say this is my source of truth yours is a lie this
01:29:03.200 is our source of truth and all the people here have read and understand and agree with this and
01:29:07.120 this is why we're here and i hope that ireland has some sort of an equivalent to that because
01:29:13.040 i do think it'll make a big difference for these guys and again we've already talked about the
01:29:17.920 police um don't trust the police you you can't afford unfortunately you can't afford to trust
01:29:25.200 the police even if they they're on your side they tell you they're on their side they're
01:29:29.120 from your neighborhood you've known them your whole life they still have to answer to advisor
01:29:35.200 so you you you can't assume they're not going to be put into an ethical bind between their loyalties
01:29:40.720 to their fellow police or you the citizen because they can't do both they just can't do both
01:29:47.600 you can treat them fairly treat them with respect but do not treat them like you're equal because
01:29:53.840 they're they're used to dealing with a dime bagger on the corner at you know 2 30 in the morning on
01:29:59.040 a saturday and they're not interested in negotiating with people they're there you do
01:30:06.480 you follow that's it that's the mentality that's the job they do we'll say this is different i
01:30:12.080 I will say much like Ottawa that we did see,
01:30:14.780 there was something like 400 officers in Ireland that called in and said they
01:30:19.040 weren't coming.
01:30:19.600 They called in sick.
01:30:20.680 So that is happening.
01:30:22.840 So there is,
01:30:24.240 but you're right.
01:30:25.020 The ones that are on the ground.
01:30:26.320 Well,
01:30:26.460 in our case,
01:30:27.060 anyways,
01:30:27.540 the first ones were awesome,
01:30:28.720 but they,
01:30:29.300 as we progressed,
01:30:30.360 they got pulled out.
01:30:31.340 And then,
01:30:31.700 then the,
01:30:32.300 the ones with no soul came in.
01:30:34.040 So you're right about that.
01:30:35.540 Yeah.
01:30:37.740 And then as far as the lawyer goes,
01:30:39.740 I have seen,
01:30:40.320 And I believe I shared some posts too, Tom,
01:30:42.560 that there is lawyers that are coming forward to present themselves
01:30:46.440 in case anyone needs anything.
01:30:47.920 So that's very positive too, but you're absolutely right.
01:30:51.380 And I'll put this back out there to the crowd and the audience
01:30:53.640 and anybody out there.
01:30:54.420 If anybody knows any law enforcement officers that were involved
01:30:56.760 in the Ottawa crackdowns and wants to, you know,
01:30:59.060 have a chit-chat or tell their side of the story,
01:31:01.300 that would be an honour to have them on a show
01:31:03.560 and try and get their side of the story out.
01:31:06.300 Preferably somebody who is retired now and wants to,
01:31:09.180 maybe he has a little bit to get off their chest yeah that'd be a great show yes yeah sorry chris
01:31:17.100 i didn't hear that i was reading the comments yes candace uh well actually uh ezra was there
01:31:20.900 for a couple days last week and alexa and efron are just flying back today i think so
01:31:26.740 so rebel will have some coverage on it and some great conversation let's i love watching the
01:31:31.660 interviews with the with the truckers on the street because it's literally just takes me back
01:31:35.880 These are just regular everyday people that just want to feed their families
01:31:40.840 and go home, you know.
01:31:43.260 So it's great that Rebel's there.
01:31:46.100 I would have loved to have gone, but I don't think I'd get a work exemption
01:31:50.380 to go cover the Irish Free and Convoy.
01:31:55.680 That'd be funny.
01:31:56.980 When I got arrested, look at this comment here.
01:32:00.140 What's that?
01:32:01.380 When Chris got arrested?
01:32:04.800 Yep.
01:32:06.440 my son and husband were there when chris was arrested both of their videos went viral
01:32:10.360 and then his son begged them wow they took it off his facebook wow good well guys that's our
01:32:18.040 hour and a half we appreciate everybody coming in and taking already oh my god did you want to keep
01:32:23.960 it going yes well you know i do want to just add one more piece to this i want to add one more piece
01:32:30.040 in ireland i think the dynamic is different right because the you know we went there because the
01:32:35.080 vaccine uh mandates impacted all all canadians especially the the truck drivers but it impacted
01:32:42.040 everybody and there's no denying and there's there's no escape from your farmers not being
01:32:50.120 able to feed you anymore so whether you support these guys in ireland or you don't
01:32:55.400 the fact remains these are the people feeding you so it's going to impact your life at some point so
01:33:00.280 you better at least do them the courtesy of trying to learn and understand what are these guys so
01:33:06.040 upset about that they've left their farms and they've descended you know on into this protest
01:33:11.960 but my prediction for these you know the police the guardia could come in there and break it up
01:33:18.200 and send them home but i don't think that this is anywhere near the last that we've heard of the
01:33:23.160 people that are protesting today unlike ours we we went home the litigation took over um but now
01:33:29.720 we're at a point in ireland where i think that this is you know the the the carbon tax is one
01:33:34.920 issue but the immigration and the protecting of the families is another and now you've got
01:33:40.440 a situation now don't forget the ira don't forget ireland's history i was just going to say that
01:33:48.760 ones are probably in their 70s now they're in their 70s and i don't want to see bombings come
01:33:53.960 back but i would like to see them bring back the old analog trade craft of sharing information in
01:33:59.080 this digital world and getting organized and saying like look we're not about violence but
01:34:04.760 we're not going to be pushed around anymore either you people work for us now and i i tweeted this i
01:34:10.280 think yesterday and i said imagine starting a business okay you start the company you hire
01:34:15.400 employees and then all of a sudden the employees say wait a minute i'm going to give myself a raise
01:34:21.720 i'm going to take unlimited vacations and i'm going to change the direction of this company
01:34:25.960 and i'm no longer going to listen to you you're no longer in charge of this company we're just
01:34:30.120 taking it over and we don't care what you think anymore because this is what every government in
01:34:35.080 western civilization has done to all of us and it's been exposed over the last six years
01:34:40.040 they don't wait for us in their mind they don't believe they work for us they're not public
01:34:44.520 servants they're lying cartel criminal organizations they're crime families yes
01:34:49.240 so we stopped treating them as if like we don't want to break the law because they control the
01:34:55.320 police they control the court they control the army they control the violence remember that they
01:35:00.440 control the violence we don't so this is the question i i yeah go ahead um i just want to
01:35:08.120 catch it while it's up here but uh the green cops the ones in the green suits i think oh yeah i've
01:35:13.480 answered that a thousand times there's certain to quebec i confirmed that months before i even
01:35:18.200 participated in the convoy and i literally walked up and i saw edge and it's certain to quebec it's
01:35:24.840 the quebec provincial police just like the opp that's who they were i confirmed it and then i
01:35:29.880 went and i talked to alexa lavoy and she said yeah that's that's a day to quebec yeah so they were in
01:35:34.440 fact i i i can promise you guarantee you i i was a i went and confirmed it personally myself to see
01:35:41.800 who they were and that's who they were um but my last point is i'm going to say is you've got a
01:35:47.880 long history in ireland of the public against the government you know they have shin fein which
01:35:54.840 came out of the IRA. So there's a long, long history of the Irish people not getting along
01:35:59.340 with their government. The government immediately moved to calling in the military without any
01:36:04.940 dialogue. Again, they refused to talk to them. Without any dialogue, they brought in, you know,
01:36:09.700 they called in the military. What does that say to Ireland? Some lessons still have yet to be
01:36:15.180 learned by this government. And so I don't think that Ireland is going to get through this in,
01:36:21.120 you know 24 days into the litigation phase i think in my mind that this is going to go on for a long
01:36:28.800 time and ireland is in for some really really tough times uh and they need and i would strongly
01:36:35.200 encourage them to try to remain positive try to remain professional do not allow the infighting
01:36:45.600 amongst your organizations make a strong pact i would start creating a code of conduct and
01:36:51.600 basically saying look this is who we are if you vote i'm going to ask you to leave can't force
01:36:57.040 you but we're going to say you don't represent the group as a whole make the code of conduct
01:37:02.720 so that everybody can say yeah this is because because when someone's violating it you can turn
01:37:06.960 to them and say hey hey tom is that is that what it says in the code of conduct are you kind of
01:37:12.800 freelancing a little bit because you know what that's not really good for the rest of the group
01:37:17.280 because what you just did is now going to make the media and the government justify their bad
01:37:22.480 actions against us so do you want to group or do you want to go off on your own either is acceptable
01:37:29.280 but don't ruin our name and so i i think the ira i don't want them to go back to the bombing and
01:37:35.520 in the assassinations but you know what maybe the ira needs to start brushing off some tradecraft
01:37:40.880 to help these guys start communicating and organizing i don't want to see the violence
01:37:45.760 but i really don't think that this is going to be a quick ending for ireland unfortunately
01:37:50.800 i really don't see that um the last last piece i'll say is don't be afraid to go and talk
01:37:58.000 veterans and your veteran police officers and say let's have an honest conversation let's keep it
01:38:02.960 safe and professional but you know you're retired you're not the tip of the spear anymore but you
01:38:08.800 you might have a role as being the shield to help us.
01:38:13.140 And that's my last bit.
01:38:15.420 You know, when we were in Ottawa,
01:38:16.880 there was, there was,
01:38:17.540 we probably outnumbered law enforcement a hundred to one.
01:38:22.420 Easily.
01:38:23.220 We remain peaceful no matter what.
01:38:25.160 And we tried our best to work with law enforcement and all, you know,
01:38:28.240 do I regret some of the things that were done?
01:38:30.040 No, I actually,
01:38:30.660 I still don't when it comes to the amount of communication I had with law
01:38:34.560 enforcement, I worked with law enforcement.
01:38:36.200 I did my best to try and do that.
01:38:37.520 and that was maybe a mistake you know that i made that they used against me that i didn't know that
01:38:41.900 they would use against me but they did and it's out there and i still stand behind trying to be
01:38:46.600 you know honest with integrity and trying to work for a goal and uh you know that that that was
01:38:52.140 something that we we all did yeah maybe record your conversations with police all the time like
01:38:58.820 they wear body camera yeah let's just tell them any interaction i'm going to have with you is
01:39:03.800 going to be recorded for my safety because that's the line they use and you say to them when this
01:39:08.920 goes to court when this goes to court and it will i'm going to have a recording of this interaction
01:39:14.040 with you just to be fair because i need to protect myself from you because i don't believe you're
01:39:19.480 acting in good faith i don't see why not that's what they're doing just use their tactics and you
01:39:26.140 know what it maybe it'll change their demeanor maybe it'll make them more cooperative when they
01:39:30.380 realize oh my actually recorded tamara and i got a special package this week gordon mcgill he's an
01:39:39.820 author and he's a trucker and he's in the u.s he's an amazing writer and he wrote a new book called
01:39:43.620 the end of the road the inside the war on truckers gordon mcgill um anybody wants some good reading
01:39:49.220 material you can basically look at how the truck industry's been yeah we've got issues in that
01:39:53.900 hey chris chris that's number four buddy where's yours i'm on the fourth yeah yeah where's yours
01:40:02.780 i should start doing tamara's already on book two and start book two but you're behind i've had like

01:42:00.120 Quebec there is a lot of a lot of people think that it was the UN planes or
01:42:06.180 it was all UN but I honestly don't personally believe there was any UN
01:42:09.300 soldiers there there was a base maintenance hangar at North Bay where
01:42:13.980 they had a couple of planes parked there but the UN soldiers never came to Ottawa
01:42:18.540 oh yeah I love little house on the ferry absolutely it's so good okay well thanks
