00:00:00.000 Hey guys, it's Jack. I'm excited to let you know that finally the new edition of Unhuman
00:00:05.000 Socialist Revolution is available for pre-order. It's coming out in October. You can get it at
00:00:11.020 unhumansbook.com or amazon.com. Make sure to go and learn the tactics to crush the communist uprising.
00:00:23.840 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:30.000 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:39.600 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:42.700 Christ is king.
00:00:44.260 Thousands of people under evacuation orders in Southern California as firefighters work to contain a fast-moving wildfire.
00:00:50.880 Russia striking 10 Ukrainian energy facilities overnight after President Trump defends his decision to ease pressure on Moscow over the weekend.
00:00:59.440 The president waiving sweeping new sanctions against Russia
00:01:02.580 just weeks after signing the bipartisan legislation into law.
00:01:06.320 Trump is only growing closer to Russia.
00:01:08.900 First, the deal to buy Russian diesel,
00:01:11.120 Kiev accusing the White House of investing in Putin's war effort.
00:01:14.320 Then President Trump announcing an energy ceasefire,
00:01:17.320 which Ukraine agreed to, but Russia didn't,
00:01:20.140 continuing to strike at targets.
00:01:22.100 Then the president puts sweeping new sanctions against Russia on hold.
00:01:26.100 He says he wants to keep Russia at the negotiating table,
00:01:28.540 though no deal appears close.
00:01:30.760 And there are growing questions about whether Trump is preventing Ukraine
00:01:34.160 from using key satellites in its war effort.
00:01:36.940 Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a summit with U.S. President Donald Trump
00:01:42.100 and Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
00:01:44.940 The Wall Street Journal reports that the summit is going to be held next month
00:01:49.840 to discuss ending the Ukraine war.
00:01:51.980 this is one of many moments that left france in shock the clock tower of a 19th century town hall
00:02:05.460 collapsing it survived two world wars only to be torched by a mass mob for weeks now french
00:02:13.180 students mostly in paris have been protesting poor conditions in their schools but this weekend
00:02:19.700 They were joined by hundreds of thousands nationwide, infuriated by high fuel prices and the cost of living.
00:02:40.880 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:02:44.040 We're here live on Real America's Voice.
00:02:46.580 Today is October 19th, 2026, Anno Domine. 1.00
00:02:50.800 Ladies and gentlemen, the unhumans are activated and they are burning down civilization. 1.00
00:02:56.920 Go look at France. 1.00
00:02:58.380 You've seen the videos.
00:02:59.440 You've seen it all weekend.
00:03:00.980 The anti-Western violence, the anti-white violence, a town hall, a gorgeous and priceless
00:03:12.900 town hall that was burned down.
00:03:15.020 it's bell tower and we'll show you that bell tower here in just a second a bell tower
00:03:21.760 that is now lost to history it can be rebuilt but at what cost and that bell tower and that
00:03:31.260 town hall that were torn down burned down survived world war one here it is it survived world war two
00:03:39.060 but it couldn't survive mass immigration understand the destabilization of the west 0.89
00:03:46.580 is the point the destruction is the point the destruction of our civilization priceless works
00:03:52.900 of art the european masters the french masters
00:03:57.320 the oil paintings the ceilings the frescoes gone burned to a crisp
00:04:08.020 by the new French. And 54 groups have now been identified as backing the violence. 54, 0.84
00:04:17.820 including, guess what? Tri-Continental, a Marxist think tank led by Vijay Prashad
00:04:26.160 and tied financially to Shanghai-based tech investor Neville Roy Singham, the Singham
00:04:32.860 Network, as well as Code Pink, Breakthrough the News, the Communist Youth of Greece.
00:04:39.600 Listen to this.
00:04:40.940 The youth wing of the French Communist Party, 16 youth organizations, the Muslim Student
00:04:47.640 Association, the Collective Palestine Vankara, the Association of France-Palestine Solidarity,
00:04:57.040 the collective of Muslims of France, prospective Muslims. I love this. The collective against
00:05:05.880 Islamophobia. Collective against Islamophobia. Yeah. The student groups, of course, that we
00:05:12.360 mentioned, the Gilets Jaunes, the Confederation General du Traveil, Fédération Syndicale Unitarie.
00:05:19.220 the communists, the Marxists, the anarchists, the student groups are working hand in glove 0.99
00:05:27.920 with the Muslim organizations of third world migrants burning down our civilization. 1.00
00:05:36.040 The destruction is the point. The destabilization is the point. This is what we've been warning 1.00
00:05:42.000 about. This is what unhuman socialist revolution is about. We're not telling you that the revolution
00:05:48.120 is coming, we're telling you the revolution is here. You are in it. That's why we put New York
00:05:53.600 City on the cover. That's why we're talking about Washington, D.C., and obviously now we're talking
00:05:59.120 about France. And you know something, ladies and gentlemen, don't tell me for a second
00:06:04.500 that the Notre Dame Cathedral was just an accident. Just an accident, right? They can't
00:06:13.500 even tell you, was it a short circuit or was it a cigarette? They'll say it was a short circuit or
00:06:16.800 a cigarette. But it definitely wasn't arson. No, no, no. It couldn't possibly be arson. No,
00:06:21.820 no, no. Uh-huh. Yeah. Okay. Okay. We see what's going on. I see you. I see you. I see you.
00:06:31.520 Now, what's happening here is what they have done in the French Revolution,
00:06:36.300 in the Spanish Civil War, the Bolshevik Revolution, the Chinese Communist Revolution,
00:06:43.460 it's all coming to pass and it can all be stopped
00:06:46.460 can all be stopped but my friends
00:06:51.280 the time is drawing near and the hour is growing late the unhumans they're here right back jack
00:07:03.140 For Sobic, Bill Markers Voice.
00:07:20.740 And Jack, where is Jack? 0.98
00:07:23.760 Where is Jack?
00:07:26.040 Where is he?
00:07:27.360 Jack, I want to see you.
00:07:30.960 Great job, Jack.
00:07:32.540 Thank you.
00:07:33.140 what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always talking about the fake news
00:07:37.620 and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting policies
00:07:43.940 all right jack pasovic back live real america's voice human events daily folks let me tell you
00:07:48.660 something in my house the kids have a name for cove pure and the water they call it super water
00:07:56.580 and it's not just for drinking my wife tanya tay uses it for cooking and preparing our meals it has
00:08:02.100 become part of our everyday routine. And the more I learn about it, what's actually in our tap water,
00:08:07.320 the more I realize just how important that decision was. Let me tell you something. Over
00:08:11.780 176 million Americans are drinking tap water with PFAs in it. These are man-made chemicals used in
00:08:18.500 food packaging, nonstick cookware, and firefighting foam. Scientists call them forever chemicals
00:08:23.620 because they can persist in the environment and the human body for years. Some PFAs have been
00:08:28.720 linked to hormone disruption, immune system effects, and increased cancer risk. Here's what
00:08:33.540 really got my attention. The EPA set legal limits for certain PFAs in drinking water back in 2024,
00:08:39.180 but water systems now have until 2031 to comply. That's five whole years from now, which means
00:08:45.200 families could still be drinking water with PFA levels above those limits while utilities work
00:08:49.760 towards compliance. The EPA recognizes those chemicals pose serious enough risks to regulate,
00:08:55.300 But families shouldn't have to wait for a deadline in Washington to take precautions.
00:08:59.760 And for my family, I'm not waiting around.
00:09:02.220 Cofior was engineered exactly for this.
00:09:05.160 Unlike the normal pitcher filters at the store, Cofior's ClearWave Reverse Osmosis technology
00:09:09.400 is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants.
00:09:13.060 PFAs, heavy metals, fluoride, pharmaceuticals, filtering particles,
00:09:16.580 hundreds of thousands of times smaller than a single human hair.
00:09:20.440 And when water tastes clean, reaching for another glass comes naturally.
00:09:23.940 The kids ask for their super water. 0.87
00:09:25.980 Tanya Tay has purified water for cooking,
00:09:28.240 and I feel good knowing that we've made that change at home.
00:09:31.060 Getting started is easy, too.
00:09:33.240 CovePure sits right on our countertop.
00:09:35.700 There's no drilling holes, no calling a plumber.
00:09:37.640 You plug it in.
00:09:38.760 It's a simple upgrade to do something that your family can use every single day.
00:09:42.900 So don't wait for 2031.
00:09:44.560 Take control of your water quality right now.
00:09:46.720 Head to CovePure.com and get $250 off for a limited time.
00:09:50.880 That's CovePure, C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E dot com slash POSO.
00:09:55.380 Very excited now to bring on Beau French, who is running for Texas Railroad Commission in the great state of Texas,
00:10:03.920 where early voting, if I understand correctly, has just begun.
00:10:07.220 Beau, how are you?
00:10:08.680 Jack, great to be here. Thank you so much.
00:10:11.740 Well, you'll have to correct me if I'm wrong as a filthy Yankee, but has early voting begun at this point in Texas?
00:10:20.360 Yeah, today is the first day of early voting.
00:10:22.600 I have already voted for every Republican on the ballot, of course.
00:10:26.840 We've got to save our country, Jack.
00:10:29.500 No, we've got to save our country.
00:10:30.860 So that's incredible.
00:10:31.660 So anyone within the sound of my voice in Texas.
00:10:34.040 Now, Bo, are you, as a candidate, what's the strategy there?
00:10:37.920 Are you pushing people for the in-person early voting?
00:10:40.220 Are you going for ballots?
00:10:41.260 Are you going for election day?
00:10:42.440 What's the strategy?
00:10:44.420 Yeah, well, first of all, I mean, early indications are turnout is extraordinarily high in Texas.
00:10:48.540 You know, they've spent a billion dollars in Texas this election cycle.
00:10:52.680 So we have to turn out all of our people.
00:10:54.800 That's the focus is getting all of our Republicans.
00:10:56.840 There are more Republicans in Texas than Democrats.
00:10:59.320 But there's you know, we have to overcome this demoralization campaign that's been happening.
00:11:02.780 And we have to just get everybody to the polls.
00:11:07.600 That's exactly right.
00:11:08.780 And and you look at what they're doing is is is they're trying to say the Texas is going to go blue.
00:11:14.640 The Texas is going to go liberal.
00:11:15.860 that Texas is going to vote for a guy like Talafrico or the guy, the one that you're running
00:11:20.040 against, which actually, I think sometimes when I, when I look at your opponent, he may actually be
00:11:24.340 worse than Talarico. I'm just saying. Well, first of all, there are four. So Talarico serves in the
00:11:29.580 state legislature. Currently, there are three other statewide candidates also serve in the
00:11:33.980 state legislature with Talarico, and they are actually to the left of Talarico in all the
00:11:38.660 ratings. So they are just, you know, DSA type Marxists. They want to bring to Texas what we're
00:11:44.680 witnessing in france right now well and beau that's that's what i wanted to ask you about
00:11:49.360 because when we see the situation in france when we see these videos that come out and you took it
00:11:57.840 on the chin because you made a comment about the mass migration that texas is seeing right now
00:12:03.120 and you stood up and said you know what we should have a right to ask about who's coming into our
00:12:09.240 country and who's coming into the state of texas and then boom we saw these harrowing and just
00:12:15.940 incredible videos from from france and it's really speaks to what happens if we don't address the
00:12:25.120 kind of things that you're talking about so so walk us through what's the connection here that
00:12:30.380 we're seeing between mass migration and this violence well remember donald trump really
00:12:35.920 started this conversation 10 years ago, and thank God for him. But look, it is now up to us, right?
00:12:42.660 He's the first step in this, in solving these problems. It's almost like there was a book that
00:12:47.680 predicted this would happen here in the United States. There was a book that predicted this
00:12:50.800 would happen in France, if you remember, in the 70s. And so, look, we all know that mass migration
00:12:56.360 is not a good thing for a nation. It's not good for its people. And so these are issues that 1.00
00:13:02.320 really resonate i travel the whole state jack i talked to young men around the state i was just
00:13:07.680 this weekend at the young republicans of texas annual convention speaking there and young men
00:13:13.240 are fired up because they finally have uh hope because they've had you know generations of bad
00:13:20.760 policies that have disadvantaged americans in favor of the illegal aliens you know i mean texas
00:13:27.500 Even Texas is as great as we are here, and it is the best state in the union, I will say that.
00:13:32.920 But, you know, we've had policies here in the past that have disadvantaged Texans.
00:13:37.360 And so people like me are speaking out on this, and that made people uncomfortable at first.
00:13:42.740 But more people are talking about it, more people are recognizing that. 1.00
00:13:46.260 Every candidate this primary season was talking about, you know, the threat of Islam and the people that were bringing that here. 1.00
00:13:52.680 I was really the first person in Texas to be talking about that as an elected official. 1.00
00:13:57.500 And so for these reasons, young men are super engaged and excited in this election.
00:14:03.620 And I'll tell you, you know, my generation, we were always told that every generation
00:14:07.180 after us was going to be more and more liberal.
00:14:09.280 And I think that was true to an extent.
00:14:11.480 This Gen Z generation, I think, is going to end up being far more conservative than we
00:14:15.860 are.
00:14:16.480 I have so much hope for this country, so much hope for Texas, and I'm super excited.
00:14:21.680 Well, and it is important to have that hope.
00:14:23.920 But at the same time, we see these horrific scenes out of France.
00:14:29.180 And if anything, to your point, it does perhaps give us a bit of early warning to be able 0.91
00:14:35.460 to say, hey, wait a minute, if we go too far down this road of unchecked mass migration,
00:14:42.020 this could be us.
00:14:43.480 And in fact, it could happen, to your point, in just one or two generations.
00:14:48.340 Well, there's no question.
00:14:49.000 I mean, just in the Biden administration, we know that 20 million illegal aliens came
00:14:52.560 over, not to mention the tens of millions of legal immigrants that we've admitted to
00:14:56.420 the country.
00:14:57.180 And so I think just people are recognizing that there's been a shift in our culture.
00:15:01.120 There have been, like I said, you know, Americans and Texans have been disadvantaged.
00:15:05.420 And it's time we reverse that.
00:15:07.080 Donald Trump has started it.
00:15:08.200 It's now up to us to continue that fight.
00:15:12.740 Well, it's 100 percent.
00:15:14.240 And because President Trump can't do it by himself, obviously, but he's absolutely gotten
00:15:18.320 the door open on so many of these questions and so many of these issues.
00:15:22.120 And the same way we see these mass networks of 54 people, for example, excuse me, 54 organizations that are now being seen as fomenting or tied to these riots in France.
00:15:33.760 At the same time, we see a huge network of organizations that are pushed to the mass open borders cartel as well.
00:15:40.660 And so people have to realize that this isn't just happening, you know, organically or happening by some sort of force of nature.
00:15:48.040 It's actually a deliberate operation that is being done to American states and to the American country.
00:15:54.580 And it's no question in my mind, there's no question that we shouldn't be able to, number one, talk about it like you've been doing and raise it in an election.
00:16:02.260 And number two, be able to understand who these people are and why they're doing this to our country.
00:16:08.160 There's no question. I mean, even in the oil and gas industry, which is the position I'm running for is the regulator over the oil and gas industry in Texas, you know, our largest and most important industry.
00:16:17.480 Even in that industry, we have seen this push to, you know, bring people in from other countries
00:16:22.500 and hire people who are not Americans, not Texans.
00:16:25.980 And so that's one of the things I'm going to change.
00:16:28.620 And, you know, because I have pledged to do that, again, young men are super excited.
00:16:33.620 You know, the oil industry provides a lot of really high paying jobs.
00:16:36.820 There's half a million jobs in Texas directly in the oil and gas industry.
00:16:40.660 There's another 1.5 million dependent on the oil and gas industry.
00:16:44.500 And of course, you know, energy touches everything, touches agriculture, touches your, you know, not just the price of the pump, but everything at the grocery store, your clothes, half the items in your house are derived from oil and gas.
00:16:58.500 So it's a super important industry, and it's an industry that we should be prioritizing Americans for those high-paying jobs and not someone from another country.
00:17:06.640 well it's really as simple as that and and you know to your point as well when people are looking
00:17:13.940 at the question of diesel the question of oil president trump making obviously this and and
00:17:19.400 perhaps to ask you on on that topic president trump making this um this diesel deal internationally
00:17:25.320 with russia and and others do you think that that's something that if we have more deregulation
00:17:30.540 out of texas that would be able to help farmers up there that are now hurting in places like iowa
00:17:35.120 in Kansas? Yeah, listen, I think President Trump rightly sees the importance of energy prices and
00:17:42.260 the free flow of energy around the world. I mean, that's why I focused on Venezuela.
00:17:46.620 You know, whether you agree or disagree with the war effort, I think, you know,
00:17:49.780 securing free flow of oil through the straight up Hormuz is important. You know, the deal in
00:17:55.820 Greenland, obviously, he is focused on securing American energy or energy for America, I should
00:18:02.700 say, because it really fuels everything. And so, you know, I give him a lot of credit for that,
00:18:09.020 actually. I think a lot of people miss, you know, the bigger picture there. But, you know, here in
00:18:13.300 Texas, deregulating the price to produce oil will lower your price at the pump. You know, the diesel
00:18:20.560 deal will help in the short term. But remember, the Biden administration, it used to be the diesel
00:18:25.380 was cheaper than regular gasoline. And under the Biden, or excuse me, under the Obama administration,
00:18:30.080 They changed the rules on how to refine diesel and made it much more strict, and that raised the price.
00:18:38.000 So now that it's $1, $2, $3 more than regular gasoline, and that hurts everybody because that is sort of the industrial or the commercial fuel that moves goods and services around the country and hurts farmers.
00:18:54.300 So I think, you know, having that focus is going to be good for the consumer ultimately.
00:18:59.100 And that's where we need to be focused.
00:19:00.980 Beau French coming up on a quick break.
00:19:02.580 We'll be right back.

00:21:04.760 for Texas Railroad Commission. And Beau, that is exactly right, the way he talked about it.
00:21:09.200 I've seen the president take a lot of criticism. I'm actually going to be on the Piers Morgan show
00:21:13.640 talking about the, got to have a little debate with some of the folks who are not too happy
00:21:19.760 about the president's diesel deal and uh that should be fun got a little got a little spirited
00:21:23.760 but we don't mind we don't mind we like to have fun and i did a little bit of trolling and at the
00:21:29.920 end of the day what president trump's trying to do and what the conservative movement is trying to do
00:21:34.400 is create that relief number one relief at the pump for the consumer relief on diesel for our
00:21:42.400 our producers so that the farmers can get the food to you more quickly and more cheaply.
00:21:50.220 And number three, by the way, it's also to help out with this mass migration because mass migration
00:21:56.380 is not just, it's not just an issue in terms of people who are here that shouldn't be here. It's
00:22:01.680 also an economic issue. And Beau, I wonder if you could address that a little bit, how having too
00:22:06.920 many people in our system is obviously an economic issue because it creates downward
00:22:13.120 pressure on wages. It overloads our education system, our health care system, every system we
00:22:18.000 have. Yeah, I mean, well, look, just go to any hospital, go to any public school, go to any
00:22:25.540 store, go to Home Depot. I mean, you will understand, begin to understand that, you know,
00:22:31.220 there has certainly been an influx of people who don't necessarily want to assimilate.
00:22:37.840 They've lowered wages for Americans.
00:22:40.220 They've increased housing prices.
00:22:41.900 They've increased the demands on our, think about all the welfare, you know, a lot of
00:22:46.600 these groups, shall we say, when they examine the number of people on welfare, it's like
00:22:53.540 80% among some of them.
00:22:55.180 You know, why would we bring people here to then just put them immediately on the government
00:22:58.320 dole?
00:22:59.600 But, you know, that's not wise.
00:23:01.480 That's not good fiscal policy.
00:23:03.380 It's certainly not good for the taxpayer.
00:23:05.620 So I think that, you know, President Trump has started this process.
00:23:09.420 I think, you know, I saw that since he became president the second time, there's something
00:23:14.620 like 3 million fewer foreign-born people in the United States.
00:23:18.580 And I think a lot of people, you know, are anxious to have those numbers ramp up even
00:23:22.220 more.
00:23:23.080 And, you know, again, it took us 65 years to get into this position.
00:23:26.460 And it's going to take us a long time to get out.
00:23:28.880 There's no overnight fix.
00:23:30.360 But I think when you see welfare and things like that, there are certainly some things we could get more aggressive on.
00:23:37.600 Well, there certainly are.
00:23:38.920 And we know that the vice president has been taking the lead on the fraud task force.
00:23:43.480 But at the same time, at the end of the day, these systems were set up to benefit Americans.
00:23:47.720 And in Texas, those systems were set up to benefit Texans.
00:23:51.600 And, in fact, we've been going through and talking about how, in many cases, there are—and, in fact, we had another Republican on who's also running for Congress in Texas.
00:24:03.240 We had him on last week, and he was talking about how there will be the individuals who are here that are born to children of—that become children of migrants,
00:24:12.780 and then they start applying as Texas-based individuals, even if they're only on a visa, and they apply to the University of Texas as a resident.
00:24:20.920 That's not how it's supposed to work, is it?
00:24:23.720 Well, I mean, first of all, you know, I've talked a lot about just all of our institutions, 0.99
00:24:27.340 how they seem to have prioritized people who are not Americans. 0.87
00:24:30.140 And even in Texas, you know, our universities accept illegal aliens as in-state residents.
00:24:35.680 And so those are counted against the Texans who ought to be getting those positions. 0.97
00:24:39.400 And obviously the children of H-1Bs, you know, fall into that category as well. 0.89
00:24:44.320 And so, look, I think just most people understand that this is fundamentally unfair. 1.00
00:24:48.480 If your family's been here for generations paying into the system and then someone shows up five minutes ago and can displace your children, I mean, I think that the average person, the average voter, and look, like I said, I've traveled the state, I've talked to people all over Texas, and I have yet to meet anybody who seems to think that that is a fair system.
00:25:07.620 No, it's not fair at all. And it's putting prioritization over people who aren't from our country, people who shouldn't be getting the benefit of those systems in the first place if they were set up directly for Texans, directly for the American people.
00:25:24.300 It's really as simple as that. And in many cases, though, the universities like it because they get to pay full freight and sometimes as much as four times as many as an in-state resident or just a domestic student writ large.
00:25:38.040 Beau French, we talked a little bit at the top. We're going to do it here as well. It is the first day of early voting in Texas. So we have a huge audience in Texas. Tell them what they should be doing.
00:25:47.760 Yeah. So first of all, we have the most conservative America first slate of Republicans on the statewide ballot in Texas we've ever had. We have an incredible warrior in Ken Paxton at the top of the ticket, who's been, in my opinion, and I think Donald Trump said this the other day, the best attorney general in the country.
00:26:06.080 And he's going to make a great senator. He's running against an absolute Marxist communist kook named James Tallarico. And then all the way down, you know, Governor Abbott, Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick. 0.97
00:26:18.900 We have an incredible, you know, candidate running for attorney general in Mays Middleton.
00:26:24.500 Agricultural commissioner is Nate Sheets.
00:26:28.720 We have just Don Huffines for comptroller.
00:26:31.000 I mean, we have, like I said, the most conservative America first, just total patriots on our side of the ballot.
00:26:38.260 And the Democrats have the most radical people they have.
00:26:42.080 I mean, Gina Hinojosa, who's running against Governor Abbott, was ranked as the most liberal member of the state legislature.
00:26:48.900 My opponent, you know, obsesses about trans kids, just like James Tallarico.
00:26:54.000 He's been the grand marshal of LGBT parades.
00:26:56.560 He fantasized the other day.
00:26:58.380 He fantasized the other day about going nude at an LGBT parade. 0.99
00:27:04.420 I mean, that's the kind of people we're dealing with here. 1.00
00:27:06.140 Bo, Bo, Bo, the singers are going to pull us.
00:27:08.500 I got to boot you, man.
00:27:11.460 Thanks so much, Beau French.
00:27:12.560 Ladies and gentlemen, go out there, give him a follow at BeauFrench, BeauFrench.com.
00:27:16.160 God bless you, Beau.
00:27:17.840 Okay.
00:27:18.900 One communist among the American advisors at Yalta was one communist too many.
00:27:48.900 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're back here.
00:27:52.720 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:27:55.300 Folks, markets change.
00:27:58.080 Opportunities come and go.
00:28:02.800 But one thing never changes.
00:28:04.720 Americans work too hard for their money, and if they don't have a plan to protect it,
00:28:10.080 it's going to be a problem when disaster or chaos or instability strikes.
00:28:14.800 Now, Tanya Tay and I take that seriously.
00:28:16.620 It's one of the reasons we became clients of Allegiance Gold.
00:28:20.080 President Trump is focused on strengthening the American economy.
00:28:23.720 And while we're optimistic about what's ahead, that doesn't mean putting all our eggs in one basket.
00:28:29.040 A smart financial plan looks at the bigger picture.
00:28:31.340 For me, that includes looking at gold and silver.
00:28:38.040 As part of a diversified strategy, Allegiance Gold can walk you through the options
00:28:42.140 from moving a portion of an eligible 401k or IRA into precious metals.
00:28:46.500 Or you can purchase physical gold and silver delivered discreetly right to your door.
00:28:50.460 Call 844-577-7676 or visit protectwithposo.com for your free wealth protection guide.
00:28:57.120 Find out how the process works and explore your options.
00:28:59.860 Make an informed decision.
00:29:01.680 Qualifying investments may also be eligible for up to $5,000 in free gold or silver.
00:29:05.940 Now, my wife, Tanya Tay, and I have worked hard for what we've built.
00:29:09.240 We believe in planning ahead to help protect it.
00:29:12.160 So go and visit protectwithposo.com or give them a call 844-577-7676.
00:29:18.780 All right, guys, do me a favor and play clip one.
00:29:25.540 I want to look at these signature cases and not just focus on the president, but on the people who enabled him.
00:29:32.160 I want young people coming out of school to say, should I go work for the Trump administration?
00:29:37.240 Like, that sounds fun. I might get an opportunity.
00:29:39.040 I want them to be like, Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want.
00:29:45.680 And so let me avoid participating in that. I want that deterrence message.
00:29:52.680 There you go. Lee Slotkin. She says that the weaponization is coming.
00:29:58.240 I want to bring on now Barrett Block. He is an attorney and adjunct law professor at the University of Kentucky.
00:30:03.740 to kind of talk about this from a a weaponization standpoint when it comes to banking uh barrett
00:30:11.540 how are you i'm really great jack thank you so much for having me on the show uh it's uh it's
00:30:16.820 really a pleasure to be with you no it's good it's great to have you and and and certainly an
00:30:21.320 opportune time so and in fact you had been planning to come on we were just to kind of
00:30:25.840 pull back the curtain a little bit we were already planning on having you on uh even last week before
00:30:31.820 Senator Slotkin came out and made this chilling announcement saying that she is going, and
00:30:37.540 she's very clear about this, that she wants to use the power of the government to crack
00:30:42.980 down on anyone, particularly, it sounds like she's talking about young people who want
00:30:47.100 to serve in the Trump administration.
00:30:50.560 And one of the ways they do that, we know, not just censorship, not just the lawfare,
00:30:55.080 but debanking.
00:30:56.480 So walk us through something that we know that actually the Treasury Department is working
00:31:01.300 on now to fight back against debanking yep what she's talking about over the weekend is just
00:31:08.260 another page out of the liberal playbook that was established first during the obama administration
00:31:14.100 really as you're talking about in the setting of debanking with operation choke point so
00:31:18.740 under operation choke point obama took the treasury department and weaponized it to target
00:31:25.380 conservative organizations and beyond that conservative adjacent industries so whether
00:31:29.780 it was the firearms industry, small lending operations like pawn shops, like payday lenders,
00:31:37.060 Obama did everything he could to get them debanked, to make it so that conservatives,
00:31:41.940 essentially the enemies of the Obama administration, would no longer have access to banking.
00:31:46.180 And in addition to my experience as an attorney representing clients in the energy industry,
00:31:52.420 who were also debanked at various points, no longer having access to capital,
00:31:56.920 My family's business, we have a chain of droid stores, pawn shops, and gun stores throughout
00:32:00.760 Kentucky and Ohio.
00:32:01.940 And during the Obama administration, we're debanked from a major national bank.
00:32:06.780 Had to scramble.
00:32:07.640 Imagine being a completely law-abiding business, in business for over 38 years with 11 stores
00:32:13.320 throughout Kentucky and Ohio, to figure out a bank that you've had a 20-year-long relationship
00:32:17.440 with is going to debank you.
00:32:20.140 You ask, well, why are you doing this?
00:32:21.620 They can't give you an answer.
00:32:23.700 Actually, by law, they were required not to be able to give an answer.
00:32:26.840 They called it CSI, confidential security information.
00:32:30.680 They weren't allowed to divulge that, basically, as a way to make it so that banks wouldn't
00:32:38.040 necessarily expose themselves for what they were really doing here.
00:32:41.180 So thankfully, we have President Trump in office, and he's made debanking a major priority
00:32:47.620 of his administration, combating what's been going on for all too long in our country.
00:32:53.260 He made this a priority with his executive order, guaranteeing fair banking for all Americans.
00:32:58.900 Of course, the Trump family pretty famously got debanked themselves.
00:33:04.420 Thanks to the leadership of Treasury Besant, this has been a major initiative.
00:33:10.080 And most tellingly, with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Secretary, sorry,
00:33:14.380 Comptroller Gould, did a really landmarking report uncovering nearly 100,000 complaints
00:33:20.960 of conservatives and businesses like my family's getting debanked. They produce over 420,000 pages
00:33:28.180 of documents where these banks, and it wasn't just one, it wasn't like there was just one bad actor,
00:33:33.980 it was all nine major banks had deplatformed conservatives and basically non-politically
00:33:39.780 correct industries. I think the place where it's really most damaging to our country and
00:33:45.380 our country's national security is in the energy sector. So when it comes to fossil
00:33:50.980 fuels, whether it's coal or natural gas or oil, a lot of the major banks completely stopped
00:33:56.780 doing business with any of these companies. Hardly any of the major banks today will finance
00:34:02.660 a coal operation. And what that really means is when it comes to the maintenance and overhead
00:34:07.860 of operating a coal plant, it's completely contingent on having access to capital.
00:34:12.240 But when banks deny that access to capital, it's suddenly economically unfeasible to keep
00:34:17.500 these coal plants going.
00:34:19.060 So taking a look at what's occurred, we've shuttered close to five dozen coal plants
00:34:26.040 in the last couple of years.
00:34:27.860 China has built twice that many over the same period of time.
00:34:31.100 If you look at net new energy generation between the United States and China, China on an annual
00:34:37.080 basis is bringing online 10 times the energy capacity that we are. This isn't only hurting
00:34:43.680 all of us as Americans. It's not only hurting fixed-income retirees and working-class people.
00:34:51.320 It's hurting our country's ability to defend itself. Looking at this philosophically,
00:34:59.120 as a small government person, it's on the one hand, I'm a little bit uneasy ever passing any
00:35:06.320 legislation that's telling a private institution,
00:35:09.020 you have to do business with a certain person.
00:35:11.980 Of course, everyone has the liberty to,
00:35:15.280 or at least I believe, everyone has the God-given right
00:35:18.260 to conform to their conscience.
00:35:19.920 I think the big banks are a little bit different,
00:35:21.580 especially since 2008, given that they're essentially
00:35:24.320 extensions of the state.
00:35:26.140 Ever since the bailouts, they're really
00:35:28.320 part and parcel government experiments.
00:35:30.760 When we look at the Federal Reserve,
00:35:33.680 there's really a lot of strange incentives.
00:35:36.640 So I think all of these initiatives
00:35:39.900 taken by President Trump, Secretary Besant,
00:35:43.520 and Comptroller Gould, and near and dear to my own heart,
00:35:47.020 Representative Andy Barr, with his sponsorship
00:35:49.900 of the FIRM Act, which has now been incorporated
00:35:52.060 in the Main Street Capital Access Act,
00:35:54.180 which got passed through the House just recently
00:35:56.020 with 270 votes for both, believe it or not,
00:35:58.720 Republicans and Democrats.
00:36:00.920 It's a waiting passage in the House, basically taking the Trump executive order and putting
00:36:06.220 into legislation.
00:36:08.940 I think it's really critical that we do this, because as a practical matter, if we allow
00:36:16.260 liberals to confine us to our own ideology and allow the practical reality of conservatives
00:36:22.260 and conservative industries, and most critically, our own energy infrastructure in our country
00:36:26.480 to no longer have adequate access to capital or just simple banking practices, well, it's only
00:36:33.420 going to further advance the degradation of our liberties and in the long term make us a subordinate 0.96
00:36:39.100 nation to China. So I'm really grateful for the leadership of President Trump and of course my 0.99
00:36:45.180 Congressman Andy Barr. Well, there you go. And potentially your governor there in a couple of
00:36:52.280 weeks, we shall see. Barrett, where can people go? Do you put this out publicly? Do people have
00:36:58.260 a way they can follow you and get access to your writings? Yeah, I'm on Twitter. I don't post very
00:37:04.460 much my scholarship. I'm really not that. I am a political person, but one thing I believe in
00:37:11.000 deeply and something I explained to all of my students, I think being intellectually honest
00:37:15.820 is critical. At the end of the day, the thing that separates, you know, mine and your beliefs
00:37:22.220 from that of socialists and communists is we know the truth's on our side. Reason is on our side.
00:37:29.760 Communism is a crime against God, and I really believe it's a crime against human nature.
00:37:34.880 It's a failed experiment that's been failing for over 160 years. It's killed well over 100
00:37:40.700 million people by its own numbers. The truth is on our side. So the one thing I explained to all 0.98
00:37:46.920 of my students is I want them to be able to understand their opponent's argument even better
00:37:52.240 than their opponent does and to be able to make the better case for unorthodox views. Because I
00:37:57.840 promise when people have the ability to think and argue for themselves, they're always going to see
00:38:02.100 the light. Thank God. Amen. Thank you. Bear Block, give them a look up. A follow, folks. Professor,
00:38:08.180 one of the good ones right back human events daily
00:38:10.680 i call this the jack posobic appreciation hour i can say confidently i believe i think josh
00:38:24.760 shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for jack posobic and that that is
00:38:28.620 I'll be honest.
00:38:34.500 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live here.
00:38:37.300 Real America's Voice Human Events Daily.
00:38:41.260 Really excited on because a lot going on in the geopolitical world, of course.
00:38:45.260 President Trump talking about this deal that he signed with Russia.
00:38:50.220 Is it a is it a multi-phase deal?
00:38:52.480 Is this part one of the deal?
00:38:53.920 We want to see what's going on.
00:38:55.220 But these diesel prices obviously is something that he's trying to fight and making this deal with Russia.
00:39:01.560 It's got a lot of people raising their raising the cankles up.
00:39:06.040 And you'll be able to see me. I just pre-taped an episode of the Piers Morgan show where we got into it over this deal.
00:39:14.300 Some people saying that he he shouldn't do it. How dare he cut a deal like this?
00:39:17.880 And I made the point that I think he's trying to help the American worker and the American farmer who eventually,
00:39:23.840 but indirectly, will help the American consumer by bringing down prices and trying to fight
00:39:29.540 inflation. But of course, there's a lot of globalists that don't want to see the president
00:39:34.600 doing things like this. So I want to walk you guys through those geopolitics. And I thought,
00:39:40.120 who better than Alex Evkarian, the COO of Allegiance Gold and co-founder? He joins us now.
00:39:45.120 Alex, how are you? I'm well. Thanks for having me, Jack.
00:39:48.900 So I got to tell you, man, and this, you know, little spoiler alert, I guess, that the globalists were none too happy with me when I said, well, I think it's a good idea that President Trump is cutting a diesel deal.
00:40:02.080 And by the way, they said, how dare you?
00:40:04.720 How dare you?
00:40:05.220 I said, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:40:06.200 I went with Secretary Besant to Ukraine in January of 2025, or maybe it was early February,
00:40:13.360 right after the inauguration, to Ukraine to try to sign a mineral deal with the Ukrainians first.
00:40:19.620 So he's tried to make deals with both sides here.
00:40:22.600 This is obviously a form of diplomacy, but the globalists didn't like that,
00:40:26.180 and they really, really don't like this one either.
00:40:28.520 What is going on?
00:40:29.480 look at the end of the day what they want to do is just have more control and power because if you
00:40:36.060 take that diesel that russia is just sitting on the whole point is to help out lowered prices look
00:40:43.140 last week we had some bad economical numbers it's a fluke it's a spike in a single month
00:40:47.740 but let's just dissect that that major driver has been gas prices when diesel prices are higher
00:40:54.560 it trickles down from the farmer, to the producer, to the consumer freight, all of that.
00:41:00.140 So when you have a president who says, okay, I understand that there's a problem. Let's go out
00:41:04.700 and put a short-term solution. And the fastest way we could do that is to actually import diesel.
00:41:10.900 Now, our friends in London did not like that because it takes away that globalist reach.
00:41:17.060 Let me give you an example. When the war started, you had a lot of the ships not being insured
00:41:22.580 because they said, oh, this is war.
00:41:25.000 But in reality, Lloyds of London,
00:41:27.040 one of the largest insurers in the world,
00:41:29.520 decided not to insure.
00:41:31.500 So what happens?
00:41:32.520 They were trying to chokehold the entire supply chain
00:41:35.920 from an insurance perspective.
00:41:37.760 But President Trump stepped in and basically said,
00:41:39.880 no problem, we have our Navy.
00:41:42.380 They're the ones that are gonna provide the insurance
00:41:44.460 and they're gonna backstop this lack
00:41:46.020 of Lloyds of London insurance.
00:41:48.000 Oh, and at the same time, we asked our allies,
00:41:51.260 we said, we don't need your help.
00:41:52.580 but you're more than welcome to help us. And we saw how they turned their left cheek. They didn't
00:41:57.400 even respond. The point being made is this, as you pointed out, the deal was to help out the
00:42:03.400 NATO members. But when NATO members are not responding and they want to have their globalistic
00:42:08.240 policies, well, guess what? America first is not a slogan. America first is a policy. And we're
00:42:14.240 seeing our president actually demonstrate that to us. Look, and that's the exact same point that I
00:42:21.640 was making earlier, and folks will see this when it comes out, I said, you know, it's an America
00:42:26.180 first strategy. And the idea is that some people say, oh, well, you know, does, are you, are you
00:42:32.040 helping Russia or does this somehow help Iran? I said, it's not about that. It's about saying
00:42:37.380 we can put diplomacy first and put economics first. And the economics of the American people
00:42:42.980 are what President Trump has been fighting for and said that he would fight for from the very
00:42:47.360 day he came down the escalator, all right? And the people don't lie. And I said, maybe you got
00:42:51.560 to cut a deal with somebody who's not so nice. I get that. And I'm not saying that that's not true.
00:42:56.240 But the fact of the matter is that the president's, his job is to be the president for the
00:43:01.240 American people. And it's his job to represent the American people on any negotiation stage.
00:43:07.720 And by the way, maybe diplomacy ought to be something that we think about seeing as running
00:43:13.540 down the the war is not the way people want because unfortunately with a lot of these globalists
00:43:19.900 they will always say the point of the war is not for it to be won the point of the war is for it
00:43:24.740 to be endless and obviously when we talk about all of this wouldn't it be better and and and
00:43:31.320 alex i should probably check on this by the way but has has the president said that has he worked
00:43:36.460 out a mechanism to be able to pay for the russian oil now do we know if that's going to be u.s dollar
00:43:41.460 or not? Well, it has to be US dollar. That's the whole point of trying to fight and maintain the
00:43:47.560 petrodollar. The idea is this. Right. And that's what I was getting at. So the fact of the matter
00:43:52.860 is, if this is about the petrodollar, then that's probably the secondary reason that President Trump
00:43:59.420 is doing this deal. Because if he can get Russia back into the petrodollar, that keeps the US dollar
00:44:05.240 where it was, where it's been, doesn't it? Absolutely. One thing I want to point out to
00:44:11.460 And let's go back to November of 2024, when one of the policies was pump, baby, pump.
00:44:16.580 This was not a fluke.
00:44:17.720 This was not out of nowhere.
00:44:19.520 American energy independence is something that we actually have in our back pocket.
00:44:24.260 Did you know that we have more oil than Russia and Saudi Arabia combined?
00:44:30.400 It's not a lack of not having the resource.
00:44:33.500 It's about the investments, the deregulation, the refining, so on and so forth.
00:44:36.760 Now, while we work on a long-term plan for the diesel, the short-term solution is to actually have that come in as soon as possible so that way prices drop.
00:44:46.760 To the secondary part of your question, it is in our best interest to maintain dollar dominance.
00:44:54.020 That's one of the things that actually has helped us with the export and people buying our debt at a cheaper price.
00:45:00.800 This is the whole concept of having the world reserve currency.
00:45:04.400 Now, are we devaluing it? Are we losing a little bit of buying power? We are. And that is evident by how much we print it. But make no mistake, we cannot afford losing the world reserve currency specifically with that petrodollar. So this is a two for one deal.
00:45:18.640 well and you know when i look at the landscape alex and i'd be remiss if i didn't mention this
00:45:25.340 while i'm there but you know gold all i see is an opportunity right now because you got 0.999
00:45:30.020 that's on sale you know folks and once president trump is done with all these deals
00:45:34.580 people are going to be dreaming of october 19th prices let me give you three reasons let's go
00:45:41.220 back to year 2022 when jerome powell decided to raise the interest rates here's what happened
00:45:47.260 Gold took a step back.
00:45:48.880 Gold dropped about 20% from $2,000 to $1,600.
00:45:53.000 Today, as we speak, gold is at $4,200.
00:45:55.880 At the beginning of the year, we had gold at about $5,500.
00:45:59.120 We're down about 22%.
00:46:00.540 Same structure.
00:46:03.460 One thing that you have to understand is pattern recognition.
00:46:06.260 So on one end, you have the Federal Reserve interest rates.
00:46:08.760 Number two, we have inflation.
00:46:10.320 Inflation in the short term got spiked, mainly because of the supply shock and the fact that
00:46:15.340 during Bidenflation, we had all that money printed. So the combination of the two,
00:46:19.960 specifically when the inflation is in our money. And then by the way, the government just gave a
00:46:26.180 raise to retirees. Social security benefits starting in 2027 are up by about 3.6%. That's
00:46:32.460 $75 a month. So the fact that inflation is in our money, you have to start thinking about that
00:46:39.300 inflation is already in our portfolio. So why gold and why now specifically? Because you have
00:46:44.760 a small window of opportunity where the fundamentals that drove higher prices of gold
00:46:49.360 are just getting stronger and stronger. And let's not forget, here's another twist.
00:46:54.400 October 9th, Secretary Besant brought in Judy Shelton. Judy Shelton was going to be the former 0.99
00:47:01.580 nominee of the Federal Reserve during the first Trump administration. Now, why is Dr. Shelton 1.00
00:47:07.180 a big deal? Because she's a gold advocate. One of her strategies to have more stability in our 1.00
00:47:13.240 currency and have this financial freedom and independence is to actually consider issuing a 0.92
00:47:18.640 government bond that is backed by gold. So at the maturity of that, the investor can either get the
00:47:25.420 money back and or the gold. Now, why are they thinking about doing that? We have the largest
00:47:30.160 amount of gold in the world, more than 8,000 tons. This gives us a way to back stop any of
00:47:36.440 the bleeding in the dollar long term. So I'm very excited about those three opportunities.
00:47:40.680 the fact that we have interest rates inflation is here a little bit Alex and the fact that
