00:00:30.000 A commentator, international social media sensation
00:00:36.400 and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:38.980 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:42.360 Christ is king.
00:00:44.000 First Lady Melania Trump helped broker a limited ceasefire in Ukraine.
00:00:49.060 Listen to this.
00:00:51.000 It is great to have Pope's support
00:00:55.520 And they are starting a ceasefire on October 27.
00:01:00.600 And I hope everything goes as it's planned.
00:01:04.020 Did you talk to President Putin or President Zelensky?
00:01:06.400 We talked, we signed agreements, and...
00:01:10.920 With both.
00:01:11.640 With both of them. 0.99
00:01:12.540 She does better than our professionals.
00:01:14.840 Tonight, a fiery turn on the floor of the United Nations General Assembly.
00:01:19.280 Back up, Ambassador. Back away. This isn't Havana.
00:01:22.980 Marking the latest spat between Cuba and Washington amid the U.S.'s punishing economic campaign against the island nation.
00:01:30.580 What's on his wrist? Two Rolexes worth $40,000 in today's money.
00:01:35.920 As the U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Mike Waltz, was speaking and detailing alleged corruption by the Cuban government,
00:01:42.420 you can see Cuba's foreign minister and delegation advance toward the podium.
00:01:47.260 Tonight, the brutal Michigan Senate race getting more bitter.
00:01:50.660 The vice president going after Democrat Abdul El-Sayed. 0.99
00:01:54.060 I think Abdul El-Sayed is a little bit of a psychopath. 0.72
00:01:57.120 Earlier, El-Sayed blasting the GOP. 0.92
00:02:00.200 My name and my faith are not the reason you can't afford your gas.
00:02:02.700 Two big crowds for two opposing rallies, both in Texas tonight,
00:02:07.780 with control of the U.S. Senate hanging in the balance.
00:02:11.320 They are coming at us with everything they've got.
00:02:14.140 This is our time. This is our opportunity to make history.
00:02:17.860 Trump's visit to Texas today is his third this month.
00:02:22.060 Netanyahu has already given what sounded like a victory speech.
00:02:26.460 We must establish a strong right-wing national government.
00:02:30.900 This is what needs to be done, he said.
00:02:33.520 But Israel's main opposition leader, retired General Gadi Eisenkot,
00:02:38.020 says the close election with record turnout indicates Israelis are still looking for change.
00:02:44.060 And with the results so close and still being counted, it could take weeks or even months before the new government is settled.
00:02:51.940 During that process, Netanyahu remains prime minister.
00:02:55.760 Just days after his shock election loss, Flavio Bolsonaro crossed the land board into Argentina on Tuesday night.
00:03:02.420 And hours later, was on a private jet bound for Ecuador, according to Argentinian immigration authorities.
00:03:09.120 His final destination is thought to be the United States.
00:03:12.020 The U.S. will issue visas to Brazilian Senator Flavio Bolsonaro and his family.
00:03:31.500 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:35.820 Today is October 28th, 2026.
00:03:40.220 Anno Domini. 0.95
00:03:42.020 the unhuman tyranny of Brazil. Folks, I told you we're in a socialist revolution. I told you
00:03:49.940 that when socialists attain power, they never, ever give it up. And I told you what socialists
00:03:57.620 do to dissidents, to anyone who stands in their way. So Jair Bolsonaro, the former president,
00:04:06.180 is now under house arrest. They refuse to allow him to have the medical treatment that he requires
00:04:11.500 It's a death sentence.
00:04:13.260 So now Lula and the regime down there, run by his buddy on the Supreme Court, aided by
00:04:21.560 his buddy's henchman, basically, on the Supreme Court, Alexandre de Morales.
00:04:29.080 And you look at these two, I mean, it looks like something out of Star Wars.
00:04:34.000 It looks like something out of a bad sci-fi movie.
00:04:36.660 And you would not believe that these two are actually in charge of a country.
00:04:39.620 One being the president who was installed in office by a regime that he controls and the other being the head of the Supreme Court.
00:04:48.940 And this head of the Supreme Court has put out political prosecutions on dissidents, on journalists, on bloggers, on freedom of speech.
00:05:00.260 He's gone after Elon. He's gone after X. He's tried to get X shut down. He's tried to get X fined.
00:05:06.120 He's tried to arrest people who are associated with X inside of Brazil down in Rio de Janeiro.
00:05:13.460 This is what communists do.
00:05:15.900 Oh, oh, but that's not real communists.
00:05:18.040 Yes, it is.
00:05:19.120 Yes, it is.
00:05:19.640 Because you know them by their fruits.
00:05:21.580 You know a communist by his rotten fruits.
00:05:25.420 And the rotten fruits of communism are just this.
00:05:27.540 lying deception outlawing political opposition censorship locking up your political opponents
00:05:40.000 and this incredible story and we were tracking a lot of this yesterday and it really broke
00:05:46.080 after the show where flavio bolsonaro has now fled the communist tyranny of the of the lula
00:05:53.360 regime in brazil and he's arrived in the united states president trump has given him and his
00:05:59.100 family visas thank god by the way this is an actual asylum case right when you see all those
00:06:06.040 those illegals crossing the border and say oh i'm an asylum seeker asylum seeker asylum seeker
00:06:10.300 and they say what are you seeking asylum from they just lie and make up things get the one guy
00:06:14.300 who said he was gay he's not even gay came out he's got a wife and kids this is actual asylum
00:06:20.800 This is actual political asylum.
00:06:22.320 And what Bolsonaro should do now is, number one, petition his father out.
00:06:26.140 Number two, this is what we're seeing form here now because his brother was already here, right?
00:06:32.100 These are the children of the former president who was under house arrest.
00:06:37.480 You're starting to see the formation of a sort of government in exile.
00:06:41.000 This is the free government of Brazil.
00:06:42.880 This is the free government of Brazil.
00:06:45.260 And it's time for the United States to respond.
00:06:47.340 It's time for the United States to respond, and I'm going to say it, it's time for the United States to respond with sanctions.
00:06:54.280 There need to be sanctions to get to the bottom of the absolute corruption of the Lula regime.
00:07:01.060 Right back, Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.
00:07:17.340 jack where's jack where is he jack i want to see you
00:07:27.500 great job jack thank you what a job you do you know we have an incredible thing we're always
00:07:34.960 talking about the fake news and the bad but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting
00:07:39.920 policies. All right, folks, Jack Posobiec here back live human events daily. Now, folks, while
00:07:48.800 a lot's going on, there is something that we're going in to the midterms and we want to make sure
00:07:55.760 that everyone is locked in on this because every day we're bringing you the latest news, the biggest
00:08:01.140 developments, exclusive opportunities going inside the Trump administration, overseas trips,
00:08:06.080 domestic trips. That coverage is made possible by partners who share our commitment to America,
00:08:11.780 partners like Patriot Mobile. Now, plenty of companies will talk about standing up for
00:08:15.980 American values, but actually putting those values into action, that is a different story.
00:08:21.000 For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has done exactly that, standing with Americans who believe
00:08:25.320 freedom is worth fighting for. Their mission is simple. If commerce helps shape our culture,
00:08:30.860 conservatives deserve a wireless provider that shares their values now patriot mobile is america's
00:08:37.060 only christian conservative wireless provider they offer premium priority nationwide service
00:08:41.540 on all three major u.s networks plus unlimited data plans international roaming and 100 u.s
00:08:47.080 based customer support you can even have two separate networks on a single phone that means
00:08:52.120 greater coverage and peace of mind but here's what really sets patriot mobile apart every year
00:08:57.160 they contribute millions to organizations defending free speech, religious liberty,
00:09:01.340 the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and America's future. They're not just talking about
00:09:06.360 defending American freedom. They're putting their money where their mouth is. And you can be part
00:09:11.380 of that mission simply by switching your wireless service. Go to patriotmobile.com slash POSO or call
00:09:16.880 972-PATRIOT. Use promo code POSO and get a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com slash
00:09:23.240 POSO or call 972-PATRIOT. Make the switch today. Well, folks, one of the things that,
00:09:31.940 believe it or not, that Charlie Kirk, one of the last things that he was talking about
00:09:35.500 going into, I should say, last year, as he knew we were going to have the midterms this year,
00:09:42.440 talked about the housing, the housing market, the housing crisis, especially housing for
00:09:47.440 younger Americans. And this is something that he understood intrinsically was a huge issue for so
00:09:54.380 many young Americans, that if they wanted to get started on their American dream, that they needed
00:09:59.520 to gain access to this market. And when they were, a lot of them were blocked out. And that is
00:10:03.940 something that the administration has really been pushing on. And I wanted to bring on now,
00:10:09.340 David Kaiserman, he is the CEO of Lost Lake, and he's worked a ton on this issue as well. David,
00:10:16.420 How are you? Great. Thanks for having me. And thanks for coming on. And so, you know,
00:10:21.700 this is something where, you know, for me, it had never been the housing issue was never really my
00:10:26.500 top of mind. But I remember Charlie talking about this so much and doing so many podcasts about it.
00:10:32.500 And it really changed my mind to realize how big of an issue it was for young voters. And
00:10:38.160 unfortunately, it feels like the media does not want to talk about the administration's policies
00:10:42.540 when it comes to housing. Yeah, I mean, look, Americans are hurting and 50% of Americans today
00:10:48.660 struggle to make ends meet. One of the big reasons is our $70 trillion housing industry is really
00:10:54.920 sick. Its costs have been going the wrong way for far too long. They've outpaced take-home pay for
00:11:00.980 over 25 years. Rents are too high. It makes saving up for a home too long. Today, it takes 26. In 26
00:11:08.940 states, the starting home price now is a million dollars. It's really hard to get ahead. And what's
00:11:13.540 happened is young families are delaying, and they're delaying their spend, they're delaying
00:11:17.840 their families, and it's really troubling. Well, and so when they're delaying that spending,
00:11:25.320 and you've got a great op-ed out in the Daily Signal that I obviously would encourage people
00:11:30.200 to go read, the digitization and the housing crisis. And so how is it that you've been able
00:11:36.060 to tie those two together? Because I don't know that it's something that people realize is causing
00:11:40.380 so much of these pressures. Yeah, it's really actually a hard concept to get around until
00:11:45.340 you experience it. But fortunately, lots of industries have undergone their digital revolution.
00:11:50.660 Housing has not as of yet. But if you think about it in its most basic of forms,
00:11:55.700 all digitization means is providing people with access to the same information.
00:12:00.460 So in a car, we did that through a VIN number. In a security, we've done that through a QSIP
00:12:05.820 number. Each of these are standards that markets can rally around. And when you put them in place
00:12:11.200 and everybody starts singing from the same sheet of music, it crowds out the costs of middlemen.
00:12:16.140 It brings down the costs that have bid up the cost of housing for so long. And they immediately
00:12:23.440 begin to transform industries to a place where they can actually become far more productive.
00:12:29.120 And so we're, you know, what needs to happen in the housing industry is we have to start digitizing the homes and the buildings that we're in.
00:12:37.460 And we've got to start at the rents because that's the stepping stone to homeownership.
00:12:41.960 and and that's exactly right because when we see so much of this and and something that charlie
00:12:48.960 was talking about was the idea that you've got so many of these institutional investors out there
00:12:53.980 that are going out and buying up these places turning them into rental properties that instead
00:12:59.500 what they're doing is they're actually driving up the price for everybody downstream
00:13:02.600 yeah it's just simple supply and demand right we don't have enough supply we've got more demand
00:13:07.780 than we'd ever need in our lifetime living in the country that we do, right?
00:13:11.600 And we've got to find a way to make things less expensive to build.
00:13:15.140 And it starts with rents because you can't buy a home
00:13:18.580 until you rent, save up for a down payment,
00:13:21.440 and then in turn go out and buy that home and start your family.
00:13:24.620 And so it's really important that people are focused on home ownership,
00:13:28.220 which has been on the decline.
00:13:30.060 But the root cause is rents have been on the rise.
00:13:33.160 And we've got to attack the cost behind rent
00:13:36.180 in order to bring down the rents.
00:13:38.540 And digitization is a proven tool
00:13:40.200 across almost every industry.
00:13:42.200 Dr. Oz is doing this in healthcare right now.
00:13:44.940 The executive order the president recently signed
00:13:47.520 for for sale housing starts the process
00:13:49.940 of providing lower costs.
00:13:52.240 The systemic way to do that is start at the ground floor
00:13:54.980 where we start renting,
00:13:56.860 use the information to drive down costs,
00:13:59.540 drive out middleman costs,
00:14:01.360 and in doing so, lower rents
00:14:03.200 to make home ownership quicker
00:14:04.560 and more affordable and it's it's incredible to see something like that happen because
00:14:11.940 you have you also have these these hidden costs of course i think for a lot of first-time home
00:14:16.260 biters being mortgage insurance and these different types of insurances plus property
00:14:20.780 taxes as well and so it's something where as well you know i've seen a lot of people talking about
00:14:25.860 this and of course people folks of uh long-time listeners of the show know that bill the bulldog
00:14:31.300 Pulte is a certain fan of ours, and something he talks about as well is that there is potentially
00:14:36.380 even a cliff that we're starting to see in the housing market where people are starting to retire,
00:14:41.880 people are starting to sell their downsizing as they retire, and those bigger properties,
00:14:46.320 they're not commanding the prices they once did. No, they're not. And look, costs in housing are
00:14:51.880 death by a thousand little cuts. No one of them is individual enough to rise up and sort of
00:14:56.620 uproar on but collectively you know they add up to a lot the cost today to simply administer the
00:15:04.540 ownership of a building that's just to get a loan and to pay your you know and to go through your
00:15:09.260 regulatory compliance that cost has risen to over 1.8 trillion dollars in value right death by a
00:15:16.220 thousand little cuts adding up to a major number and if we had digitized our industry like vin did
00:15:21.500 for cars a lot of those costs would be unnecessary they'd be duplicative and so as we root out sort
00:15:27.500 of waste fraud and abuse and director Pulte has done an amazing job of starting that process
00:15:32.540 but there's so much history that sits behind it exposing the truth of a building's operation and
00:15:38.460 its data is not only the best way to reduce costs it's the best way to protect people's privacy as
00:15:43.980 well and so this is a two-sided issue on the one hand we've got to bring down the cost but on the
00:15:49.180 other hand, we got to make sure that there's a reason and a benefit to being an owner and owning
00:15:53.920 your own data and owning your privacy is a big part of that. So the idea that owning your, and
00:15:59.660 by the way, this is why owning your own data, I think is so key for not just the housing market,
00:16:04.180 but for everything, because people don't realize how much of your data is out there for sale on
00:16:09.660 the secondary market, the tertiary market from every app you get that the, the, the, if you're
00:16:15.080 getting an app for free, I always say, you are not paying to use the app. You're the product.
00:16:20.840 A hundred percent. And when you think about the costs of the middlemen that have come around and
00:16:26.200 said, well, if you can't get access to someone's data, I can help you. Or I'll do that for you for
00:16:30.980 a cost. It'll be really hard and really expensive, but I'll do it as if the data didn't exist and
00:16:35.420 I'll go find it for you. You add up those costs and they're all over the place. Brokers, mortgage
00:16:41.080 servicers, compliance folks, and they all perform a really important role, but there's a much better
00:16:47.720 way to do it. And just to make sure that everybody has access to the same information they're
00:16:51.900 supposed to. And so to do that for housing at the size of this industry, at the cost of data access
00:16:58.620 that we incur today, that's what's going to make people enjoy lower rents, get quicker, buy a home
00:17:05.100 quicker, start a family quicker, and do everything that we look forward to do in building our
00:17:11.060 families. And so the idea then that is with, because the Trump administration, we see they
00:17:18.240 have their executive order to making home loans cheaper. The lenders can lower the insurance
00:17:23.760 once you build that equity. What you're talking about is targeting this middle piece here
00:17:28.340 and streamlining that really for the 21st century. It's long overdue that the industry
00:17:34.060 be digitized. I'm actually suggesting that we start at the stepping of the foundation,
00:17:37.560 which is rents, applying technology to lower those rents by reducing the costs that sit behind those
00:17:44.320 rents. And when you do that, people will save up for a down payment quicker. Supply and demand will
00:17:50.860 become a powerful force to drive the sort of opportunities that we need. But the markets are
00:17:56.060 stuck and every other industry has figured out it's time to digitize. And for housing, the president
00:18:01.640 has figured that out as well. Right. And so this step in the right direction of taking down the
00:18:06.280 costs could be amplified so much quicker if we focused on digitizing our buildings, our apartment
00:18:12.100 buildings, reducing those costs, right? And in doing so, give people the opportunity to finally
00:18:17.420 afford, you know, a home. It's crazy to think that 26 states, the average home starting price
00:18:23.060 is a million dollars, right? Look at household wages. You just can't get there. It's just not
00:18:27.200 common sense. It's out of control. It's out of control. David, we have to, we are just,
00:18:32.900 unfortunately we're up against that clock where can people go to get access to that op-ed that
00:18:36.500 you put out um you can get it at the daily signal and i'm sure you can uh probably best place to get
00:18:42.680 it but thank you guys for the time and thank you for all the stuff that you guys work you do for
00:18:46.260 hardworking families it's really really important i think it gets overlooked way too much
00:18:50.220 well absolutely no question and uh give my regards to to our good friend jeff the next time we talk
00:18:55.700 to him he's a great guy uh folks we'll be right back here human events daily real america's voice
00:19:02.900 about influences these are influences and uh they're friends of mine jack or something where's
00:19:27.300 jack jack he's done a great job
00:19:32.900 All right, folks, Jack Prasovic back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:19:41.200 And folks, we were talking about the election with our good friend Thomas Corbett Dillon
00:19:47.260 not long ago down in Brazil, and we were looking to see what the president's response would
00:19:53.120 be.
00:19:54.020 Now we've seen it.
00:19:55.040 He's arranged for visas and this daring, incredible rescue operation, escape operation.
00:20:03.160 It's hard to say exactly what it is that Flavio Bolsonaro has now stunningly made a middle
00:20:09.780 of the night flee from what we're calling, it's very clear, communist tyranny of the
00:20:16.200 Lula regime and his henchmen on the Supreme Court.
00:20:20.860 Thomas, how are you? 0.98
00:20:22.420 Good.
00:20:22.860 Thanks for having me.
00:20:23.620 I mean, when you and I left it, we knew that President Trump was going to respond.
00:20:28.380 But my goodness, did you ever respect expect something as stunning as this?
00:20:32.900 No. And look, this is the important thing for us to remember.
00:20:36.320 America is the land of the free.
00:20:38.960 It is the one place that these people, when they are being persecuted by tyranny, can go to.
00:20:45.180 So remember, if the president hadn't won, if this was a Kamala Harris presidency, where would he be going?
00:20:50.840 Where would these freedom fighters go?
00:20:52.480 This is why it is so important that America maintains its freedom for the rest of the world to have hope that maybe we can free ourselves from this socialism.
00:21:02.880 Well, that's exactly right. And you as you were saying before, the you know, the leaders of the world were out there congratulating Lula and they were saying he's done a phenomenal job.
00:21:12.420 And at that point, President Trump hadn't responded yet because and it seems to be the case that more than likely he knew that something like this was going on.
00:21:22.160 And of course, he didn't want to tip his hand that I'm sure, by the way, that the administration was working closely with Flavio and his immediate family to to work on securely and safely getting him out.
00:21:35.980 We're also told that there was a bit of a bit of a deception operation that was run in order to help him get across that border into Argentina and then eventually make his way up to the United States, where they were putting out information that, you know, even into Reuters and The New York Times saying that he'd already arrived in America or that he wasn't arriving in America and all these stories to actually spread that seed of doubt so that Lula's forces were not able to stop him.
00:22:02.260 What does it say that things like this are going on in 2026?
00:22:07.200 Isn't it crazy? And it was within hours, within hours that he decided that he'd won that election.
00:22:12.680 They were calling for his passports to be seized, for him to be arrested.
00:22:16.260 It's like, oh, sorry, what was the crime that they wanted to get him for?
00:22:19.540 That doesn't matter. They would make that up.
00:22:21.380 They'd figure that up in the courts that are filled with their friends.
00:22:23.980 They'd figure that out later. But this is the thing they wanted to seize him.
00:22:27.520 They wanted to make sure he couldn't leave the country because what he's going to do now,
00:22:31.000 hopefully is lead a sort of shadow government in the u.s that just shows you what the brazilian
00:22:36.380 people i mean since our clip i've been inundated with brazilians begging for help but you know
00:22:42.060 saying that this country is falling apart no one wanted this how is it every country in south
00:22:47.520 america is leaning to the right but for some reason brazil one of the big ones just happened
00:22:51.980 to stick with the communists and then the usual suspects across in europe and obama and all these 0.89
00:22:57.300 characters are cheering for this Lula character that, you know, this was a great victory for
00:23:02.200 them. Actually, it was a terrible loss for the Brazilian people. No. And in fact, I've seen at
00:23:08.640 one point that the Washington Post has this up now that the that a Brazilian judge is now ordering
00:23:16.500 an investigation into saying that J.D. Vance and some of his donors somehow were behind ties to
00:23:26.460 this funding. I said, that's amazing. I'd love to see one investigation by any judge into the
00:23:32.940 Soros Network or Omidyar or Neville Singman, any of these people. But it never seems to happen
00:23:39.480 when it comes to these major left-wing networks, does it? Certainly not. And hey, I've been calling
00:23:44.400 for it. You've been calling for it. The USAID files. The American people deserve to know where
00:23:50.120 their money was being spent, because I guarantee you it was being spent on a lot of these left-wing
00:23:54.720 charities in south america that you know fine on paper it will say that it's funding you know
00:23:59.740 cancer research or whatever but half the money probably not even half you know one percent of
00:24:04.760 it goes to the cancer research the rest of it goes on to salaries and donations and funding all other
00:24:10.040 various things so the american people deserve to know because there is billions of dollars
00:24:14.800 of your taxpayer money that has been spent around the world and we have no idea where it's gone so
00:24:20.820 it's about time the american people know where this money has been spent no that's exactly right
00:24:26.740 and i'm looking at some of this stuff and you know they're claiming that oh there's a network
00:24:31.140 and the network was tied to political operatives and there was funding and at the end of the day
00:24:35.560 it's you you look at all of this and it's very clear they're going after their political
00:24:40.300 opposition they're going after and by the way it's going after jd vance as well that's clearly
00:24:45.660 a setup for a predicate to deny any relationship between the Vance camp and the Bolsonaro camp.
00:24:52.740 We're clearly dealing with smash mouth politics here because this is how socialist regimes work.
00:25:00.240 They use communist tactics to go after their opposition, censorship or locking them away
00:25:05.620 or eventually, and unfortunately, I hate to say this, but I said it on Twitter as well,
00:25:09.440 violence. They eventually will turn to violence if they don't get their way by any other means.
00:25:13.800 Thomas, what should and, you know, you know, again, just in your opinion, what would be the best way for the international community to respond here?
00:25:23.540 Well, this is the problem. There's a divide on the international community, which is insane.
00:25:27.740 What we should be seeing is a unified front from our Western nations.
00:25:31.460 Unfortunately, the majority of the West, the Anglosphere, sadly, my country, England, Australia, Canada, they've all gone into this sort of globalist left wing socialist regime.
00:25:41.140 America is standing alone so I'd like to see America you know we should be looking to sanctions
00:25:46.560 it is clear that there is questions to be asked here and their response to immediately say we're
00:25:52.620 arresting the guy just shows you everything not that you know they won fair and square and it was
00:25:57.500 a victory they say this guy has to be in jail and the Americans have to grant him asylum that is not
00:26:03.320 how democracy works I mean thankfully America is there and the president was there to save the day
00:26:08.260 But look, if you're looking in two years' time and you get a Democrat president in this country, there is nowhere else to go.
00:26:14.720 When my country has fallen, Australia, Canada, Europe is burning as we speak.
00:26:19.320 Where do the freedom fighters go?
00:26:21.120 America is the last holdout.
00:26:22.920 It's very important that freedom lives on in this country.
00:26:26.640 Indeed.
00:26:27.280 Thomas, where can people go to follow you, Matt?
00:26:29.560 On X at T Corbett Dillon.
00:26:32.520 All right.
00:26:33.000 Incredible work, as always.
00:26:35.160 You set the stage.
00:26:36.580 We didn't realize what was going to happen.
00:26:38.020 and we see it now, but we will never stop fighting against communism in all of its forms.
00:26:45.740 There's no question about that. And there's no doubt in my mind that this is the plan for the
00:26:51.320 United States. If the left takes power, then we won't have anywhere to flee to. Right back,
00:26:58.580 Jack Posobiec, Human Events Daily.
00:27:08.020 The Faculty of One University is One Communist Who Managed.
00:27:23.940 one communist among the admiral american advisors at yalta was one communist too many
00:27:39.720 all right folks jack was a week back live human events daily real america's voice we're here on
00:27:50.500 the network warning you, warning you all about what is coming. Because folks, we know there's
00:27:57.740 a lot to feel good about in America right now. We've got our president and he's working hard
00:28:00.600 for America. And I'm optimistic about where things are headed long term. But we know that
00:28:05.120 the markets change day to day and things don't always go the way we expect. I think it's smart
00:28:09.900 to have a plan for your money, no matter what's happening out in the economy. And that's one of
00:28:14.040 the reasons that my wife and I became clients of Allegiance Gold. Tanya Tay and I worked hard to
00:28:18.800 build what we have and like most families out there we want to make sure we're making good
00:28:23.000 decisions with our savings for us that means not putting everything into one type of investment
00:28:28.320 that's where gold and silver come into the picture allegiance gold can help you explore the options

00:29:00.400 to protect what we have worked so hard to build and planning ahead is a big part of that so just
00:29:06.200 go to protectwithposo.com or give them a call at 844-577-7676 all right we've got cliff maloney
00:29:14.540 joining us now the ceo of citizens alliance what's up cliff how's it going jack thanks for
00:29:20.540 having me going well so cliff walk us through you know you know i'm in on the data i know you're
00:29:26.960 crunching the data you've got a big drop on pennsylvania a lot of the key races out there
00:29:32.120 pa1 pa7 pa8 pa10 i was just on mark halperon the other day these are the exact races that i was
00:29:39.380 asked about, particularly with PA1, of course, Brian Fitzpatrick, because that's known as a key
00:29:46.240 bellwether for the country, but also our good friend Scott Perry out there in the Harrisburg
00:29:52.500 area. What do you got? Yeah, so new data dropped, just hit, bringing it to you guys right here on
00:29:58.500 Human Events Daily. Right now, if we look at our data, and once again, I want to explain this,
00:30:03.680 what we'd like to pull is not on this date, but at this time, so let's say six days out,
00:30:09.380 So right now, comparing that to 2024 and 2022, if you look to 2026 right now, we're down
00:30:16.440 about 373,000 raw votes.
00:30:19.080 So what that is, is the amount of Republicans in Pennsylvania that have sent back their
00:30:23.520 mail-in ballots versus the amount of Democrats, we're down about 373,000.
00:30:28.740 Well, what does that mean, right?
00:30:30.220 If you look statewide, what that means is if you compare it to 2024, we're doing worse.
00:30:36.280 But if you compare it to 2022, we were down by four hundred and forty four thousand.
00:30:42.560 And so I don't I don't want to give every single number and explain it.
00:30:45.700 But what I'm going to say is it's pretty consistent across the board where we are in Pennsylvania right now is we are in a much better position than we were in 2022.
00:30:55.580 But if patriots don't show up to vote right now, our positioning is worse than it was in 2024.
00:31:02.380 The good news, Jack, we've got plenty of time.
00:31:06.240 We've got six days.
00:31:07.360 We need everybody to get out there and vote.
00:31:09.400 You were right about District 1.
00:31:11.100 Fitz is in the best position of all of them.
00:31:13.740 If you look at the other districts, they're all fighting for their lives.
00:31:17.760 These are the three congressional districts we targeted in 2024.
00:31:21.440 We narrowly want all of them.
00:31:23.540 But all three of them are in good shape, but we want to get them to great shape going into Tuesday.
00:31:29.680 day. No, I think that's exactly right. Now, let's drill in a little bit, if we can, on
00:31:36.340 Pennsylvania, because I always say PA is the play. How are you thinking about that PA won
00:31:42.280 Brian Fitzpatrick? How do you think about the Bucks County race, that bellwether?
00:31:47.400 Yeah, so I think that Fitz is in a good spot. I mean, the data specific to Fitz is right now,
00:31:51.600 he's down about 26,000 when it comes to vote by mail. And if you look at it, I mean, in 2024,
00:31:56.800 is down 25,000. So his is one of the closest compared to being down 29,000 in 2022. But Jack,
00:32:05.200 as you and me know, it is the bellwether, right? And so we're out there talking to voters. And
00:32:09.400 what we're hearing on the ground in Pennsylvania is the message is penetrating that the radical
00:32:14.380 socialists, these communists, no one wants that. And so when you're talking to blue collar voters
00:32:20.240 in places like Bucks County, if you're talking to the working class across southeastern
00:32:25.160 Pennsylvania, if they hear the message, they're still with us. But the trick is to make sure that
00:32:31.460 you, that the viewers of your show, that all the patriots that are out there, you know, people like
00:32:37.540 Ken Strakuzzi and people like Linda Mitchell and everybody in Bucks County that's leading this
00:32:42.420 charge with the grassroots, we have to have everyone bring 10, 20, 30 people to the polls.
00:32:48.880 But the best part is, Jack, the message is with us. The people are with us. We just have to get
00:32:56.000 to them and make sure they realize how vital, how vital it is that they make that plan to vote,
00:33:02.820 whether it's early with an on-demand or whether it is actually getting there. I guess we're past
00:33:07.900 the on-demand. So making a plan to either send back their mail ballot or be there on November
00:33:13.380 3rd to get their vote in. And this is what I explain to people at this point, because
00:33:18.780 A lot of folks have been coming up to me. They say, hey, what about persuasion? What do we you know, what's the answer when you say this?
00:33:24.360 What's the answer on that? And of course, obviously, look, there's a lot of things that come up when you're going out, you're knocking on doors.
00:33:28.980 But the end of the day, the idea is what we want when we're on mission is you want to be identifying those voters who are willing to come out and vote and then getting their ballots collected, chasing the ballots.
00:33:43.920 So, yes, we can do the persuasion. We can play that game. But at this point in the election, that game, because we're getting very close to 72 hours for folks who know the parlance in GOTV operations, get out the vote.
00:33:56.160 72 hours means your last 72, literally your last three days before Election Day itself.
00:34:01.660 When you're running into that mode, your seven day plan and your 72 hour plan, you're done with the persuasion.
00:34:07.180 It's about motivation because your enemy is the couch.
00:34:10.700 So it's about activation of those people who nominally might be for you, but you know what?
00:34:16.700 They're thinking, ah, there's some football on.
00:34:19.380 There's something else going on on a weekend.
00:34:21.620 Maybe there's a game.
00:34:22.520 Maybe I won't go out.
00:34:23.360 Maybe my kids have sports.
00:34:24.460 It's Halloween.
00:34:25.360 How do you go to those voters?
00:34:27.580 How can people get involved, Cliff, to connect with those people in their area or perhaps maybe even in key areas if they have the ability to get there?
00:34:35.720 Yeah, well, let me give you two types of different folks that you could target.
00:34:40.640 And then I think it's common sense who you should spend your time on.
00:34:43.440 The first is somebody that has requested a mail-in ballot and they have it sitting on their dining room table.
00:34:48.400 They went through the whole process because, as you know, in PA, you have to request it.
00:34:52.280 They went through the process, but now they are sitting on it.
00:34:55.420 This is a registered Republican with the ballot sitting in their dining room table on their dining room table.
00:35:00.220 Right. That's that's first option.
00:35:01.620 And the second option is to try to go out there to another registered Republican and try to get them to make a plan to vote.
00:35:08.740 They're both good.
00:35:09.820 We want all those people to vote.
00:35:11.220 But, guys, we have to bring down the number of Republicans in Pennsylvania that have a ballot sitting on their dining room table.
00:35:19.280 So if you, the Human Events Daily community, if you want to make a difference, come out to Pennsylvania, come out to Nevada, Arizona, New Hampshire, any of the states that Citizens Alliance and Turning Point are partnering in, you can go to commit100.org and you can join us on the ground.
00:35:35.960 Now, if you can't come out, if you can't be here, SponsoredDoors.com, you can sponsor a ballot chaser or someone to be out there making sure every Republican with a ballot is talked to, is spoken to, and that they have a plan to vote.
00:35:51.500 SponsoredDoors.com, those are the two major ways.
00:35:53.880 Either come join us, but if you can't do that, sponsor a door knocker to get the job done.
00:35:59.680 We've got to win.
00:36:01.240 And this is why they call it a chase.
00:36:02.780 So, you know, you had the P.A. chase, but actually A.B. chase is what we used to always call it.
00:36:07.100 It's that's absentee ballot chase.
00:36:08.780 And in a lot of these states, Pennsylvania hasn't done this yet.
00:36:11.880 But, you know, we know that Shapiro wants it, I'm sure, with these universal mail-in ballots, because then you have a situation where the ballots are out everywhere.
00:36:19.420 Right. These are people who and look, you know, people have different reasons.
00:36:24.440 Life is busy, et cetera.
00:36:25.920 People have stuff to do.
00:36:26.960 they've already made that first step. But in some cases, particularly, by the way,
00:36:32.660 with low propensity voters, sometimes they think filling out that application for an absentee
00:36:38.160 ballot is voting. And I've seen this happen a million times. I've seen people where they think
00:36:42.460 registration is voting, that they don't understand the entire process, all the steps.
00:36:46.980 That's where a volunteer comes in. That's where someone like Cliff Maloney, your operation,
00:36:51.620 Turning Point Action, is able to come in and make that difference to say, hey, just so you know,
00:36:56.680 that thing came in. That's not a receipt. You got to fill that one out, too. Wait, I got to fill that
00:37:01.360 one out, too. You really do if you want your vote to count. Yeah. And look, to all the panicans out
00:37:08.040 there, here is my message. I understand that you say, no, the most secure way to vote is on Election
00:37:12.860 Day. Here's the problem, folks. When you have a current set of rules and we know that we have
00:37:18.280 Republicans with ballots out there, you have to fight fire with fire. You have to beat the Democrats
00:37:24.260 at their own game. They are furious. Josh Shapiro, the whole Democrat establishment,
00:37:30.300 even the DNC, they're pissed off that grassroots organizations on the right
00:37:35.060 are creating solutions, not just complaining about the rules. I would love for the rules
00:37:40.660 to change back. One day of voting, paper ballots, hand count, no same-day registration,
00:37:47.020 but we have to play by the rules. And that's what we're going to do, Jack. You have my word.
00:37:51.280 And Cliff, we're going to compete.
00:37:53.740 Cliff, we're up on a break,
00:37:55.200 and I commend you for still being willing to wear the Eagles hat
00:37:58.500 even after everything that's going on.
00:38:00.140 But I'd like to point out that, by the way, my son, Jack-Jack,
00:38:03.460 when he got his braces redone yesterday, got him tuned up,
00:38:06.380 he requested the Eagles' Kerry Green on his new braces
00:38:10.840 because he's still on the team.
00:38:13.400 The hat stays on, folks.
00:38:14.680 The hat stays on.
00:38:16.160 Right back from Events Daily.
00:38:18.940 It's the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:38:20.960 I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.
00:38:27.060 And that is, I'll be honest.
00:38:34.860 All right, folks, Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice.
00:38:39.940 Ladies and gentlemen, look, you know something, I know it, you know it.
00:38:43.100 I got two young boys at home.
00:38:44.800 As any parent knows, kids don't always get sick at a convenient time.
00:38:50.340 Sometimes it's 2 in the morning.
00:38:52.040 Sometimes someone could be running a fever.
00:38:54.040 You're trying to figure out what to do next.
00:38:55.980 That's why I like the idea behind the wellness company's medical emergency kit.
00:38:59.940 It's what the Poso family uses, and let me tell you, this has come as a lifesaver many, many times.
00:39:07.120 It's a doctor-prescribed kit with eight prescription medications, including antibiotics, ivermectin, and so much more.
00:39:12.700 It's designed to help treat over 30 common conditions, including UTIs, pneumonia, and a strep throat.
00:39:18.240 And the wellness company actually surveyed more than 500 verified kit owners to see how it worked for them.
00:39:24.120 According to their study, 86% said they avoided a trip to the clinic, urgent care, or hospital.
00:39:28.800 And more than 80% reported meaningful improvement within three days.
00:39:32.720 Getting started is so simple, you fill out a quick medical questionnaire online.
00:39:36.360 A licensed physician reviews it.
00:39:37.980 And if you're approved, the kit ships right to your door.
00:39:40.640 Go to twc.health.poso.
00:39:43.940 So, again, that's twc.health.poso and use promo code POSO for $30 off and free shipping.
00:39:49.780 It's available to U.S. residents only, and it's phenomenal stuff.
00:39:53.520 In fact, our little guy, AJ, he's just getting over a little bit of, you know, seasons are changing.
00:39:58.860 He had a little bit of a cough going, and, man, this morning I was filling out his cough medicine.
00:40:04.820 I was filling up just a little cough medicine for him just to, you know, get him through the day because he woke up with a little bit of a cough.
00:40:11.720 and i was trying to be mr efficient as i always try to do and i'm like taking my morning supplement
00:40:16.740 stack and i go and i have his cough medicine here because he's you know getting ready
00:40:21.480 getting dressed getting his uniform on for school and then of course what do i do bam
00:40:28.040 dropped my supplement uh can right onto the cough medicine boom all over all over me so of course
00:40:37.300 There I am dropping them off at school with all my buddies coming by with cough medicine all over me.
00:40:44.160 So it was a great morning. Great morning. Really, really lighten things up.
00:40:49.100 But what can I say, folks, is because we're working hard out here every single day as we get to the last stages of this election.
00:40:55.700 We can rest when it's done, but we're not taking any days off.
00:40:59.860 And someone who certainly does not take off is Brooke Bessinger, the PR manager over at Turning Point Action.
00:41:06.380 Brooke, how are you?
00:41:11.100 Well, Jack, how are you doing?
00:41:13.220 Well, Brooke, I'm doing really well.
00:41:14.500 I think we have a little bit of a connection thing going on.
00:41:17.060 Oh, wait, I think we have you back now.
00:41:21.060 Are we good?
00:41:23.000 Yeah, yeah, now it's good.
00:41:24.200 That was weird.
00:41:24.780 I could see you.
00:41:25.220 I hope so.
00:41:25.600 You were frozen, then you were unfrozen, now you're back frozen.
00:41:28.380 Hey, we're figuring it all out as we go along.
00:41:30.840 But, Brooke, walk people through.
00:41:32.360 We just had Cliff Maloney on talking about getting activated and how the couch is our biggest enemy going into this election, going into the last six days.
00:41:42.280 And then, of course, our 72-hour operation as we're in our seven-day operation.
00:41:47.560 What is Turning Point Action driving people towards in these last days and hours?
00:41:56.680 Absolutely.
00:41:57.280 So a great resource for people is the Turning Point Action app.
00:42:02.360 You can sign up today, use your freedom ticket.
00:42:05.860 You're able to put your address in to see where your district is, all of the things that are going on over there.
00:42:12.160 But the Turning Point Action app is what we're seriously, seriously emphasizing for every voter across America to chase these ballots to make sure that we have phenomenal turnout on Tuesday to win this election.
00:42:23.400 You can sit on your couch in your pajamas, click a list of people to call, and just call
00:42:30.840 people and chase ballots from your couch.
00:42:32.880 Super simple.
00:42:33.920 You don't even have to go outside.
00:42:35.740 Do it with your friends.
00:42:36.620 Do it with your family.
00:42:37.440 Do it with your neighbors.
00:42:38.540 Have these conversations.
00:42:40.440 Push these people to get to the polls.
00:42:43.520 That's something that we're really stressing.
00:42:44.980 And if you do not want to go knock on doors, I know some people are weird about it, you
00:42:50.520 can literally do it in your PJs from the couch.
00:42:53.400 It's the easiest thing. And I highly, highly, highly recommend people to do it because this midterm election is going to determine the future of America.
00:43:01.660 And so truthfully, there are no excuses as to why there shouldn't be a red wave on Tuesday.
00:43:08.860 No, it's exactly right. And the point you made, of course, is as much as we love seeing these great events, and I've certainly done a number of them.
00:43:17.680 A lot of people have been out there getting the turning point. Oh, there's me, actually.
00:43:20.980 So we're going through some of the pictures here.
00:43:23.340 That was at Penn State, of course, at the whiteout game there in Center County.
00:43:29.860 But there's so many races and so much work that people are doing in our targeted states, targeted areas, getting people out, motivating people, signing up people to register.
00:43:39.500 But it's so easy that you don't have to travel around the country.
00:43:43.420 You don't have to do all these things outside the house.
00:43:45.840 You can actually do it from home right on the app.
00:43:48.440 I have to say, the way that the Turning Point Action app specifically is set up, it's one of the easiest apps that I've ever used.
00:43:56.100 It's not one of those ones that makes you fill out a million steps.
00:43:58.680 You can really get going in just a few minutes.
00:44:02.600 Yeah, absolutely.
00:44:05.180 All you have to do is just sign up.
00:44:07.640 It's so simple.
00:44:09.380 And I've been telling my friends and family, instead of using your TikTok scrolling time, you have time to call people and tell them to go vote Republican.
00:44:16.920 in. You can cut your scrolling time in half to call people to chase ballots.
00:44:22.900 Yeah, exactly. And there's so much stuff. Look, we can all sit there and have our hot take on
00:44:28.500 whatever the latest issue is or whatever the piece that's going on is. But at the end of the
00:44:34.320 day, if you're not out there getting involved, and certainly if you're not voting, then you
00:44:38.160 need to be someone who is putting skin in the game. Walk us through how it's looking there at
00:44:45.620 at the action headquarters though, by the way, I'm sure, uh, is Tyler whipping the, you know,
00:44:50.000 does he have the whip out? Is he cracking it pretty hard on everybody? He is being very
00:44:55.140 motivational and inspirational. She didn't deny it. I promise. I promise he has been such a great
00:45:05.120 leader in this mission. I mean, we are at the end of the race and we are just team no sleep at the
00:45:12.600 moment. But if Tyler's not sleeping, then we're not sleeping. And we're all here for it. We're
00:45:18.080 down for it. We have so many volunteers at HQ today actually calling people using our app to
00:45:24.400 chase ballots instead of knocking doors. And so it's been really great to have volunteers at HQ
00:45:29.720 that we're able to interact with. And then also our strategic team, our social media team,
00:45:35.540 our freedom ticket team, PR, Tyler, all the things. We are just nose to the ground ensuring that we
00:45:42.580 can win this thing on tuesday well there's no question about it brooke tell us again one more
00:45:48.080 time where can people go to download the app absolutely just go to tpaction.com slash app
00:45:54.200 or you could go to the app store it's going to be a t it's our turning point action it's a blue icon
00:45:59.920 download sign up and start calling people all right check it out brooke thanks so much for
00:46:06.200 joining us i will be out there at headquarters soon shortly of course for the election night
00:46:11.840 live stream as is tradition. Look, folks, when we see what's going on in Brazil right now
00:46:16.920 and what's happened and transpired over the last 24 hours since we last spoke here on the program,
00:46:24.120 you'll be very clear. This is what the Democrats will do if they get put in power. If they get
00:46:30.100 put in power, the censorship is all back. The arrests certainly will begin again. It's something
00:46:37.320 where the investigatory power that they will have
00:46:39.540 if they take back the House,
00:46:41.760 these committees, remember the Jan 6th committee?
00:46:43.580 You remember all of those things?
00:46:45.220 Guess what?
00:46:46.040 It's going to be back and it's going to be on steroids.
00:46:48.220 Who cares, right?
00:46:49.460 They don't actually care what the underlying predicate is.
00:46:52.420 They don't actually care what,
00:46:54.080 the same way with Flavio.
00:46:56.420 They say, oh, he's under investigation,
00:46:58.740 some kind of financial stuff, whatever.
00:47:00.980 Doesn't matter.
00:47:01.820 Boom. 1.00
00:47:02.340 They get a judge to rubber stamp it.
00:47:04.700 You don't think it's going to happen in the United States?
00:47:06.220 It's already happened in the United States.
00:47:09.300 Go look at the Jan 6 investigations. 0.93
00:47:11.900 And then you see these socialist psycho freaks down in Brazil.
00:47:15.920 You don't think that the Democrats aren't licking their chops looking to go after, oh, I don't know, Elon Musk, anyone with the last name Trump, anyone associated with Turning Point? 0.93
00:47:26.900 No, they are.
00:47:28.760 They will.
00:47:30.200 It's going to happen.
00:47:32.020 That is why we have to stand strong, fight communism in all of its forms, and make sure that we get out there and give it our all in every single election, every single opportunity that we have.
00:47:47.460 We're in this fight to win, and we're in this for the long haul.
00:47:51.260 This country will not go communist on our watch.
00:47:55.860 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay a short.
00:48:02.020 We'll be right back.
