00:06:13.100If you look at what they were supposed to be in order to get rid of a nuclear weapon, with the danger that entails.
00:06:18.760So the gas prices have come down very much over the last three, four days.
00:06:23.840I know, you know, and that's what ABC says.
00:06:25.660But the fact is that if you look at the stock markets up, everything is doing really well.
00:06:31.920And the big thing we have to do is we have to make sure that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon, because if they do, you want to talk about problems, you'd have problems.
00:06:40.520So very important is that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon, and they've agreed to that.
00:06:46.780Iran's agreed to that, and they've agreed to it very powerfully.
00:06:50.800They've agreed to give us back the nuclear dust.
00:06:53.860It's way underground because of the attack we made with the B-2 bombers.
00:06:57.180So we have a lot of agreement with Iran and I think something's going to happen very positive
00:11:49.320I don't know if we're going to have to, but if we need to, I would do that.
00:12:04.280So if you look at the oil and if you look at the price we're paying, it's about half what people thought it would be if you did what I had to do.
00:12:12.580We had to take this journey to the Middle East in order to get rid of a nuclear weapon.
00:12:16.780And there would have been ā if we didn't hit them0.99
00:12:18.520with the B-2 bombers, or if I didn't kill the0.66
00:12:21.220Barack Hussein-Obama deal ā the nuclear deal,
00:12:23.420which was a disaster ā we would have had nuclear
00:12:26.920weapons exploding in the Middle East and beyond.
00:12:30.000I believe I've been able to stop that.
00:12:32.400I think we have a very successful negotiation
00:18:23.700So Libby, this new report, it is a preliminary report. Walk us through some of the information
00:18:30.160And the fact that this is this is really only a summary of the evidence that is yet to come in the full preliminary hearing, which is one month away.
00:18:40.360Yeah, so this was a summary of an ATF report done on the bullet that was found during the autopsy of Charlie Kirk.
00:18:48.340We were looking over this report last night.
00:18:50.900We have the article out at the Post Millennial, and the ATF report was part of a motion that was, it was included in a motion that was filed by the defense on January 9th.
00:19:01.520The exhibits included in the report include one Mauser Model 98 .30-06 Springfield caliber rifle bearing serial number 8863 with an optical accessory.
00:19:14.120It also included were .30-06 Springfield caliber cartridges and a case, as well as one bullet jacket fragment and four lead fragments.
00:19:30.740The report states that the Exhibit 1, the rifle, was test fired and found to be in operable condition.
00:19:36.460It also states that one 30-06 Springfield caliber cartridge case, which was identified as Exhibit 2, bears Remington headstamp, as did the other cartridges.
00:19:47.520Some of these cartridges were found to have tool marks.
00:19:50.420Pardon me. I'm actually just being told that President Trump is back and answering more questions.
00:19:56.020We thought he had walked off. Guys, let's go back to the president.
00:19:59.400over time show that the democrat party is no longer the party of the working class and the
00:20:05.240republican party under your leadership action i love this question this is the greatest guy look
00:20:10.260how handsome he is what a great guy he is yes the democrats don't know what they're doing
00:20:15.680they want to tax everybody out of business they want men playing in women's sports they don't
00:20:20.860want voter id they don't know what they're doing we've had we've had an unbelievable run and the
00:20:28.080People getting their tax returns and they're coming back and they're ending up getting five, six, seven thousand dollars more than they thought possible.
00:20:35.120Mr. President, do you think the Pope was being disrespectful to you guys?
00:20:42.000The who? The Pope. Do you think he was being disrespectful to you?
00:20:45.960I don't think about it that way. The Pope has to understand that Iran could not have a nuclear weapon.
00:20:51.800And the Pope has to understand that you can't let a country kill 42,000 protesters, totally
00:22:45.440Can we get that shot up just so we can?
00:22:47.520I want to confirm this because if he's, if he's walking, I want to see it. Let's, let's, let's get the shot up there so we can see the president. And this is what he does, you know, and I, and I, I should have known better than to cut away from the president initially because when he wants to talk, he certainly will talk and talk and talk.
00:23:05.440We saw him at the Easter egg roll a couple of days ago and he turned that into a mini
00:35:54.920Then we see as well the, the spent casing, which is recovered in the chamber.
00:36:01.500The fragments were recovered during the autopsy and because they fragmented, they aren't able
00:36:09.980to be specifically matched to this rifle.
00:36:12.920So, Tom, when when we see all this, you know, there's this question of, are is this bullet the same bullet from those, you know, from that rifle?
00:36:20.860Because, you know, this is going to be a key question in the trial.
00:36:25.300Now, as far as we know, it's the only gun or rifle that was found at the scene.
00:36:30.580We know that this was an individual who there's lots of other evidence about.
00:36:35.480But but just from a ballistics perspective, is it you know, what would you say the odds are that this was fired by that you would find a gun in this condition that you would find the specific 30 out six cartridges and and jackets in this condition with the with the etchings on them?
00:36:54.120But then somehow that also not be the gun that fired the shot.
00:37:02.820And I'd say it's beyond any reasonable doubt. Let's just say that, right? I mean, it's beyond any doubt. And look, to me, I'm troubled by the fact that there are people who claim to be serious, that the round that killed Charlie did not come from that rifle, and that Robinson was not the guy on the roof.
00:37:25.480um i i think it's very troubling just in general but i mean this is one of those things where
00:37:30.680it's pretty obvious what happened here so um i i just have a hard time i just even even i i get
00:37:38.400you know you know take take the opinion out of it right it's it's just what just from an odds
00:37:44.420perspective as a as a you know as an expert marksman i think you had an e right yeah i've
00:37:50.400had a little bit i've done a little bit of shooting in my day a little bit a little got
00:37:53.700right extra marksman yeah i mean just what are the odds that you'd find a rifle in that condition
00:37:58.560and then you'd find a fragmented bullet in that condition and um that and that wouldn't be the
00:38:05.260it wouldn't be it it's next to impossible i mean what was there another shooter just uh feet away
00:38:12.440who fired the exact same type of round and that robinson was a patsy or something not but just
00:38:18.120like the the simple forensics and the ballistics report i mean that's enough right there look if
00:38:22.760it turns out that Robinson had a, you know, he had his 30 odd six, you know, rifle, a hunting
00:38:28.880rifle, and then Charlie had been killed with a nine millimeter pistol round. Okay. That would be
00:38:34.400some sort of doubt, I suppose, obviously wouldn't be, but that just simply not what happened.
00:38:39.380So it's, it, to me, it's just, it's so painfully obvious and frankly, really unfortunate that these
00:38:47.100types of, you know, look, I, I, I don't blame the defense. Let me ask you from a ballistic
00:38:52.740From a ballistic's perspective, and obviously I have lots of emotions about this one as well, there's no question.
00:38:59.420But from a ballistic's perspective, do bullets always do the same thing when fired?
00:39:05.460Do bullets always travel in the exact same pattern, in the exact same way, just like they do on the range in real life?
00:39:13.120Is that something that you can always perform a test again and again and again?
00:39:18.680And I think that's a great point because there's so many variables when you're dealing with a piece of metal or lead that's going, oh, my God, fast at various conditions, various densities of a bullet that has, you know, like it's not every bullet is perfectly uniform all the time.
00:39:34.780It's close enough, but, you know, with different wind condition, how it strikes and just the angle of the strike, like, look, when rounds impact things, they do very strange things in a manner that is not scientifically predictable.
00:39:48.680So it's just like, yeah, is there, is there a certain phrase that you might hear in, in the
00:39:53.480community that, uh, that captures this? Yeah. Bullets do weird things. Well, let's do weird
00:39:58.620things. And it's, and so the idea that, that, you know, in this case that it did fragment
00:40:04.800and those fragments, which of course came out during the autopsy, um, will play a significant
00:40:10.900role in that autopsy. Um, you know, is that something that you would see as consistent
00:40:21.580And the thing is, I mean, the fact that it's obviously very clearly
00:40:25.260came from the rifle in question, it's very clear, you know.
00:40:30.260So, yeah, bullets do strange things, absolutely.
00:40:33.260They do weird things when they enter the body,
00:40:35.380when they hit a metal target, when they hit wooden targets.
00:40:38.400They all do all sorts of strange things.
00:40:40.560But at the end of the day, look, we know the type of bullet that killed Charlie,
00:40:44.920and we we have the rifle where it came from where it was recovered everything there it's it's it's
00:40:52.120pretty pretty open shut case as far as i'm concerned so well and and that's but but you
00:40:58.380know i i want to i think it's important to go through the evidence and to prosecute the evidence
00:41:03.620at the same level that it's going to face of the scrutiny at the trial right right and so that's
00:41:09.860why we look at these things and as an investigator you have to say okay you know what else what other
00:41:14.660right? What else, what other? And if you look at it and you say, okay, well, I know that it was
00:41:21.580a 30 caliber round. I know I've got this rifle. I don't have any other rifles around. I, you know,
00:41:27.920I have this spent casing that is inside the round, you know, inside the chamber. I have all these
00:41:33.940other rounds. We know that one shot was fired. I find a rifle that always one shot fired. I mean,
00:41:38.940again, Tom, what I'm, what I'm talking about here is, you know, you're just, you're just
00:41:42.860ratcheting up the probability over and over and over that this is the rifle yeah i mean let's just
00:41:49.920say for instance yeah that's absolutely the rifle now for let's say tyler robinson hadn't turned
00:41:54.420himself in which by the way he turned himself in right and he's not done that and let's let's say
00:41:59.740the killer was still at large then we might not know who the killer was but we know the murder
00:42:05.900weapon so i mean we already have it it's right there it's all well and then tom you know right
00:42:12.360and tom as as you say we you know having the weapon you know there are you know there then
00:42:17.620these things called and i know that through eod work that you've done and i'm certainly when i
00:42:22.840was attached to you to your unit um you know there's these things called fingerprints that
00:42:27.580can then be lifted from that rifle and uh touch dna in many cases that can be lifted and then
00:42:34.240And further investigation can be done to that piece of evidence to be able to tie a certain person or, you know, in the past, a terrorist group or other group, a military unit, whatever it may be, to that specific item.
00:42:51.480And so these are the steps that you would then take if you can't get an exact match.
00:42:55.400You say, well, let's see what fingerprints are on this.
00:42:57.140Let's see what DNA is on this, et cetera, et cetera.
00:42:59.580Tom Sauer, United States Navy veteran here joining us.
00:43:03.820Human Events Daily will be right back.
00:43:17.800So we're going to call this the Jack Posobiec Appreciation Hour.
00:43:21.060I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobiec.

00:45:08.340you know, when we look at everything that's been going on in Iran, it seems as though the war,
00:45:13.760President Trump sending out signals that the war is winding down and that ultimately all of this
00:45:19.840has been about China. And I have been pounding this for weeks, really since day one of the
00:45:25.060conflict, that it's all about putting that restriction on China, constraining their ability
00:45:31.200and working to upend America's dependence on Chinese goods and Chinese manufacturing
00:45:37.500so that we can then eventually decouple the United States and China. This is what the tariffs are
00:45:45.500about. Shrinking that Chinese grip, the U.S. trade deficit, which is now lowering. Scott
00:45:51.420Besant, who I was with yesterday, the secretary, said that in the press conference. And then we
00:45:56.200also see as well, it's about reducing reliance on Beijing. We know that they're working, of course,
00:46:02.600with transshipments. They, you know, they send something to one country, then it goes to another
00:46:06.640country. They say, oh, it's from Vietnam. It's not from China. But the original source was China.
00:46:10.280That's why there's great programs out there. China Exit Incentive Program is one of those, you know, that's really helping tariff relief for companies that have been actively reducing their dependence on China.
00:46:24.580So I've said from the start that I think this is all about China. Tom Sauer, who is here as well, United States Navy EOD veteran, who's with us. Tom, we've been talking, of course, the mining of the strait that happened to an extent. Right.
00:46:42.740We're still working on understanding that extent.
00:46:44.880Then our big Navy came in, U.S. Navy dominance came in and put the blockade on the street
00:46:50.360and said, guys, you know, I understand you talk about Cargill Island, but let's give
00:47:08.940And so one of the things that obviously I talk to a lot of folks who are in theater or very close to the action, so to speak, and one of the things that I've mentioned here and on other shows is that we have not yet found a mine, at least as of a couple hours ago, we have not yet found any mines.
00:47:24.440We have been searching, though, and we knew that we received what we call, you know, in the intel community, it's the indications and warnings, right, that, hey, we think that the Iranians might have been able to lay a dozen or so mines before we took out all their major mine layers and most of their mine inventory.
00:47:43.980However, you could still put a few speedboats with, you know, two, three, four mines on them in the middle of the night and just kick them over the side.
00:47:51.060So that's what we suspect happened. It's what we call indiscriminate mining and that they did so in the main traffic separation scheme, which is like the main part of the strait where most merchant traffic goes through.
00:48:02.500So we killed all their mine layers, took out all their inventory, but they still might have gotten a few through.
00:48:08.180So now we're searching that actively. But here's the other thing is some of the indications and warnings that I've received from people in the know.
00:48:17.240and uh you know this isn't anything classified or anything like that obviously i wouldn't share it
00:48:22.200even if i knew what it was is that uh we do believe though that they're possibly in the past
00:48:27.32024 48 hours that there has been some additional covert surreptitious mining going on same type
00:48:36.220of thing because again you know uh you know you might know and i know this very well that the
00:48:40.940persian gulf and the surrounding area is a very very congested water space there's all sorts of
00:48:46.440like little fishing boats, merchant traffic all over the place. You know, it's, it's, it's very
00:48:52.100tough in terms of coordinating between all the contacts and making sure you don't run or bump
00:48:57.080into anybody else. So what that means, though, is that like, hey, there could have been some bad
00:49:01.100guys who, you know, got one onto a fishing boat or some, you know, civilian looking boat, and in
00:49:07.080the middle of the night kicked a couple of mines over the side. So there could be some more mines
00:49:12.860that we are going to have to deal with.
