Pres. Biden says, the president s not a king. President Donald Trump's Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity is a death-squared ruling that leaves no chance for him to be brought to trial before the 2020 election.
00:03:15.860Because Steve Bannon is currently a political prisoner in the Gulag sent to the Bureau of Prisons under Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco there.
00:03:28.600However, of course, we have the breaking news from Alvin Bragg and others.
00:03:33.880The Supreme Court's ruling on immunity states that President Trump's sentencing can be delayed past the RNC.
00:08:17.680You cannot have misinformation out there.
00:08:19.860And then suddenly, you must respect the results of the elections.
00:08:23.960Well, do they respect the results of a Supreme Court ruling?
00:08:27.080Do they respect the security of the Supreme Court justices?
00:08:31.960They're calling for them to be executed.
00:08:33.680They're calling for them to be assassinated in military, Osama bin Laden style.
00:08:38.560They'll get Robert O'Neill up there kicking the door in like the Abbottabad compound going after Alito and Gorsuch and Roberts and Kavanaugh.
00:08:46.940They're openly calling for violence against the Supreme Court because this is the one institution they don't control.
00:08:53.880To understand what's going on, to walk us through all this, Roger Stone joins us now.
00:08:59.860Roger, has the left gone completely mask off?
00:09:06.420Look, the goal is obviously they have been trying to fast track, to expedite a bogus prosecution of President Donald Trump in order to head off his election.
00:09:19.840They're apoplectic that Trump has won his due process rights.
00:09:27.540The real issue is not here one of delay, but one of they're trying to expedite it.
00:09:31.500Who could forget when Special Counsel Jack Smith wanted to bypass the appeals court and take the question of immunity directly to the Supreme Court?
00:09:40.580And the court said, no, you have to go through the regular process.
00:09:43.340You have to appeal first at the appeals court level, and then it can be heard by the court.
00:09:49.840So they are apoplectic because this ruling today, which I think is correct, which is ironically precisely what Richard Nixon was arguing back in the late, pardon me, the early 70s regarding presidential immunity.
00:10:06.460But because of the atmosphere in the country, I think there were a bunch of Supreme Court decisions regarding Nixon's tapes and other things that reversed hundreds of years of executive privilege precedent to give the howling mob what they wanted, the goods to destroy Richard Nixon and remove him from office.
00:10:28.140So then he could not rein in the FBI and the national security apparatus.
00:10:52.280But now you have an entire class of pundits and politicians, all of those in the Democrat cabal, openly challenging the decision by the Supreme Court.
00:11:07.220We have a president of the United States who will not accept a decision by the Supreme Court.
00:11:12.300There's nothing illicit or illegal about this Supreme Court.
00:11:15.640By the way, the Supreme Court ruling last week on Internet censorship was shocking, was horrific.
00:11:23.620So it's not like the Supreme Court is giving conservatives or Trump supporters everything they want.
00:11:32.580I think people need to understand what it means.
00:11:35.080What it means is these questions about immunity will now go back to the trial court.
00:11:40.840The government will argue that Trump's actions on January 6th were outside the scope of his responsibilities and his authority as president.
00:11:50.900The president, the president's lawyers will presumably argue that his requirement under the law and the Constitution to see that the laws, particularly the laws regarding elections, are faithfully executed, put his actions on January 6th well within the scope of his responsibilities and his authority as president.
00:12:11.820The trial judge will rule against Trump, the court of appeals, notoriously political, will rule against Trump, and he would end up in front of the Supreme Court again.
00:12:24.500But none of that is likely to happen before the election.
00:12:28.600One caveat, Jack, a piece yesterday in Reuters indicates that Judge Chuck Tanns still may try to get Donald Trump to stand trial prior to the election.
00:12:40.100And that, of course, will be seen for exactly what it is, election interference.
00:12:48.420And, Roger, I'd even go back, and you and I have done a lot of discussions here on the program about Richard Nixon on specifically this question of presidential immunity.
00:13:01.280It goes back to the arguments that the founder—Hamilton wanted a monarch.
00:13:05.980Hamilton said, why don't we do an elected king?
00:13:08.220And certainly the founders were familiar with such things.
00:13:10.780They were also familiar with the way that the Romans would bring back Cincinnatus and give them extreme power with immunity during times of crisis, handed over from the Senate, and then be handed over two times.
00:13:22.200Of course, it happened with Cincinnatus.
00:13:26.100But the idea of an unbridled monarch has always been around, and it's been part of our system.
00:13:36.160And so what the founders did was they found a way to compromise this idea that sometimes during times of crisis, you can't rule by committee.
00:13:43.780This is 101 civics that we have to go back to here, that that is why they put on the executive, and, of course, with something that I believe we all used to call checks and balances.
00:13:56.580This is why there are checks and balances, as there have always been, which, of course, is the impeachment power.
00:14:02.460But, Roger, and we argue this in the book, and the book is out now, on humans, that the left, they have no principles.
00:14:10.300And when you have no principles, the Constitution just becomes a collection of words.
00:14:14.720And the ideas behind our legal system are just not a system that we talk about, the abstract concept of justice, but a system to punish your enemies and reward your friends.
00:14:25.360And so Tanya Chutkin, Fannie Willis, Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, everybody knows the names.
00:14:31.820They are using this directly as a system to reward themselves and their friends, in Fannie Willis' case, but also to punish their enemies.
00:14:40.660This is why we're seeing the media freak out so much right now, Roger.
00:14:45.040And I said in the opening, and I'll say it again, that it's very clear to me that they're trying now, because of the president's collapse, Biden's collapse, at this debate, his personal collapse throughout his term,
00:14:55.040and the insanity that has ensued, they're trying to reframe this election to be about the Supreme Court.
00:15:03.060And Biden has said in the past that he would support packing the Supreme Court.
00:15:08.820This is just another spoke in their kind of entirely defensive agenda.
00:15:14.680So their campaign has to be built around Trump is a convicted felon, citing the New York trial, January 6th, where they cling to a largely discredited narrative about what really happened that day,
00:15:29.840and specifically what Donald Trump's role in it was and was not.
00:15:34.100The false claim that the Republicans and Trump want to take away a woman's right to choose, when all we actually did was send it back to the states,
00:15:42.740where those decisions about abortion can be made by the voters, by the people.
00:15:48.060And even Joe Biden unleashed the oldest trick in the book.
00:15:53.020The Republicans want to cut your Social Security.
00:15:55.800They want to extend the age beyond what you can receive your benefits, and they want to look at your additional income beyond Social Security,
00:16:05.520so-called means testing, to cut your benefits, something Donald Trump has very specifically ruled out repeatedly,
00:16:12.200something, by the way, that Joe Biden has advocated throughout his political career.
00:16:16.720So now you can add to this the vilification of a Supreme Court that they don't like simply because they will not do what the hard left is demanding.
00:17:02.020Didn't we see Joe Biden sit there and say that no American military service member died on his watch?
00:17:08.920Is he oblivious to what happened in Afghanistan?
00:17:11.860The same Joe Biden who said that inflation was 15 percent when he became president, when it was actually 6.3.
00:17:20.020Joe Biden who says that no woman aborts her baby in the eighth or ninth month, which we've seen Virginia Governor Ralph Northam talk about extensively in a shocking video.
00:17:32.520It was lie after lie after lie after lie.
00:17:35.640The guy, if you if you tabulated all of the lies here, Joe Biden lied about virtually everything.
00:17:43.220Yet the the Politico had a story yesterday in which Biden's advisers said the real problem of the debate wasn't Joe's terrible performance.
00:17:51.400It was the failure of the two hosts to fact check Donald Trump absurd.
00:17:58.720Well, and of course, there's no fact checks on Joe Biden for the fine people hoax, the drinking bleach hoax, all of the lies about January 6th.
00:18:07.460We've got a quick break coming up back more.

00:19:36.680Spelled M-O-I-N-K box dot com slash POSO.
00:19:48.060Joe Biden will not be the nominee of the Democratic Party in 2024.
00:19:53.960Kamala Harris will briefly become president, but the only way in their party they can replace a woman of color is with another woman of color.
00:20:05.940The Democratic nominee for president will be Michelle Obama.
00:20:11.600They have already rigged their primaries.
00:20:15.000The reason that they have canceled the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary is to put South Carolina, a state where a majority of the Democratic primary voters are African Americans, and they will allow Gavin Newsom to purchase the vice presidential nomination, but the Obamas will hold him up for $600 or $800 million to do so.
00:20:46.220It seems that though CNN has completely turned on him.
00:20:48.860Jake Tapper, one of the moderators of the debate itself, is really taking the lead.
00:20:54.220We've always said that Jake Tapper specifically speaks as a mouthpiece of the regime.
00:20:59.760Barack Obama putting up a tweet that seemed like he was supportive of Joe Biden, yet we're hearing reports that the tweet itself was disingenuous.
00:21:08.620So, Roger, you called this a year ago.
00:21:10.980So, first question is, do you think that it's possible to get rid of him?
00:21:14.780And then, number two, do you think Michelle Obama is still in the lead?
00:21:21.460First of all, I stick to all of my predictions, first and foremost, that Joe Biden will not be the 2024 nominee.
00:21:28.400Now, it is true that the Bidens have a pretty firm lock on the Democratic nomination.
00:21:35.900He got 95 percent of the vote of about 7,000 delegates, and they have been carefully selected to be Biden people.
00:21:43.320So, if Joe goes, and I think Joe will go in the end, he will have to go willingly.
00:21:49.780What I think happens here is that Barack Obama's tweets and his public statements are disingenuous.
00:21:57.900They are to provide cover while he works backstage to pull together enough cabinet members and, of course, the vice president, who has an inherent interest, and go to Joe privately and threaten to enact the 25th Amendment.
00:22:15.420In other words, to remove him as president, in which case, as I predicted, Kamala Harris would become president.
00:22:23.120Interesting that CNN has a pullout just moments ago that shows Donald Trump only beating Kamala Harris by one point.
00:22:55.820His wife, First Lady Edith Galt Wilson, was the de facto president of the United States.
00:23:03.140With the assistance of Colonel Edward Howes, the White House chief of staff, she was the de facto president.
00:23:09.260Because Wilson was completely incapacitated.
00:23:12.360I think that's precisely what you have going on here today.
00:23:15.940Jill Biden, Dr. Joe Biden, is your de facto president.
00:23:20.580The president's chief political advisor has emerged as Hunter Biden.
00:23:25.500So, it's not surprising that both Hunter and Jill are urging Joe to hang on for dear life.
00:23:32.100In the end, I think if he refuses to just announce he's not running, wouldn't require his resignation, then I think they are prepared to remove him if necessary.
00:23:44.540They know they cannot go into an election with Joe Biden as their standard bearer.
00:23:51.460Now, this creates a lot of interesting dynamics.
00:23:56.560Were they, were he to simply say he wasn't running again and then have a wide open convention in which he releases his delegates, presumably he would announce this just before their convention or between now and their convention.
00:24:10.500There is no question that a runaway Democratic convention would choose the most popular Democrat in the country who's eligible, and that would be Michelle Obama.
00:24:21.860People who scoff at this make an enormous mistake.
00:24:24.940She would be a far more formidable candidate than Kamala Harris.
00:24:29.580She would be a more formidable candidate than Gavin Newsom.
00:24:32.780She would be, she would be very difficult to be.
00:25:09.520I think she will be persuaded that she is the best prospect for the Democrats not only to beat Donald Trump, but to keep all of them out of prison, which is what they really fear the most.
00:25:20.680Well, and so this is actually key because something we saw on the morning of the debate, and there were a few key reads, and what we would say in the IC, warnings and indicators, or indicators and warnings, INW.
00:25:34.860So there was INW prior to the debate that Hillary Clinton announces this public book tour, this massive nationwide book tour, whistle-stop tour.
00:25:43.880She's running around wearing the white, putting the dress on again.
00:25:48.900Then all of a sudden Kamala Harris, Rolling Stone has the profile.
00:25:52.660Jill Biden comes out with the cover of Vogue, also wearing, it's like this huge memo has gone out to Democrat women.
00:25:58.360But then also, and in a little noticed story, Axios.com, Michelle Obama released a statement, or essentially, you know, sources close to Michelle Obama, so it's her, which was a dagger towards the Bidens, and specifically Jill and Hunter, because apparently Michelle Obama is close friends with Hunter Biden's first wife, Kathleen Buell.
00:26:24.140And she's making this comment and releases the story to Axios, I say, as a dagger on the morning of the debate.
00:26:32.520So before the debate has even taken place, we're already seeing the INW prior to this operational preparation of the environment for a takeout of Biden as the candidate.
00:26:43.720The issue, of course, becomes, as you say, Roger, if Jill Biden and Joe Biden are the ones that are controlling access to the president, so much so that even the staff of the residents of the White House do not have direct access to the president, something that is completely unheard of across administrations,
00:27:02.920and only political aides have access to the president, then there is no indication that they would let him go.
00:27:11.720So, so, Roger, what happens in that situation where you've got this de facto Edith Wilson type figure who's holding on to power?
00:27:20.980Is there any chance that Biden, of his own volition, then steps down?
00:27:25.480Well, I think Biden understands, or maybe his wife understands, Hunter certainly understands, that if he is removed from office under the 25th Amendment,
00:27:35.580he would no longer retain his ability to pardon Hunter, his brother Jimmy, probably Joe himself, other members of the Biden crime family.
00:27:45.760This is why they cling desperately to power.
00:27:49.080By the way, you're right about one thing, Jack.
00:27:51.160I haven't seen this much white on Democrats since the Ku Klux Klan rallies of the 1920s.
00:27:57.120And Hillary Clinton is out there looking for her opening.
