Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 263： FBI Seizes Mike Lindell’s Phone

00:00:00.000 Turning Point USA is thrilled to announce our Defeating the Great Reset event happening

00:00:05.440 September 16th through the 17th here in 2022 in Phoenix, Arizona. Join Charlie Kirk, Steve Bannon,

00:00:14.280 the great Jack Posobiec, and myself. I'll be there as well speaking as we rally to stop this

00:00:20.380 malicious plan for destroying America. We got to put a stop to it. We hope you will stand with us

00:00:26.240 to fight tyranny and preserve freedom. I mean, the World Economic Forum, the Great Reset, poses one

00:00:32.780 of the most dangerous threats to individual freedom, national sovereignty, divinely ordained

00:00:37.960 rights, and free enterprise that the world has ever seen. The Great Reset must be stopped,

00:00:43.680 and Turning Point USA is leading that charge. Go to reset.tpusa.com to get your tickets right now.

00:00:51.660 Hope to see you there. Welcome aboard to tonight's edition of Human Events Daily,

00:00:57.160 powered by Turning Point USA. I'm Drew Hernandez, filling in for the great Jack Posobiec while he

00:01:01.940 is on assignment. Today is September 14th, 2022. Today's headlines are, number one, the FBI has

00:01:08.680 seized MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's phone. And then we'll get into the whistleblower that Twitter

00:01:14.720 employed as a Chinese spy, allowed a Chinese spy, endangering private user data. And number

00:01:21.360 three, woke Twilio CEO Jeff Lawson lays off 11% of workforce, and it appears race was a factor.

00:01:28.660 And I can give you a guess as to who got laid off, probably. And lastly, Senator Manchin blasts VP

00:01:33.520 Harris for claiming southern border is secure. Yeah, nobody believes that. All of this and more ahead

00:01:38.940 on Human Events Daily.

00:01:51.100 He goes, we're taking your cell phone. We have a warrant for your cell phone. I go, no. I said,

00:01:57.640 my whole company. I run five companies off that. I don't have a computer. My hearing aids run off this.

00:02:04.240 Everything runs off my phone. I said, and then I said, if I don't give it to you, will you arrest me

00:02:10.460 then? Well, breaking news that has been going astronomically viral on all social media platforms,

00:02:16.040 whether it's Twitter, Getter, Truth Social, you name it. Breaking news, FBI seizes MyPillow CEO Mike

00:02:23.820 Lindell's phone. The great Jack Posobiec weighed in on this, saying Mike Lindell even told the FBI agents

00:02:31.660 that his phone controls his hearing aids and he would not be able to use them if they took it.

00:02:37.520 They seized his phone anyway, while in the drive-thru of a Hardee's. We'll hear a little

00:02:42.420 bit of details. Lindell said that they began asking him questions about Colorado and Dominion voting

00:02:48.060 machines and eventually told him that they had some bad news. The officers told him that they had a

00:02:54.100 warrant for his cell phone and would be confiscating it, to which Lindell replied that they needed to,

00:02:59.460 that he needed it to run five companies, as he doesn't have a computer. Lindell then spoke with

00:03:05.320 a lawyer who advised him to hand over the phone, at which point he said he did. After showing a copy

00:03:11.280 of the warrant, Lindell explained that he was not even given a chance to do a backup of his phone

00:03:16.840 that was simply taken away. He called the actions of the FBI disgusting and garbage, which I totally 0.92

00:03:24.200 agree with. I mean, here we are. They're going after a guy who sells pillows for a living. Yeah, 0.98

00:03:31.280 yeah, yeah. Way to go, fed boys. Yeah. Pat yourself on the back for that one. You're definitely doing a

00:03:37.360 service to the United States of America. You're definitely doing an amazing job going after a guy

00:03:43.480 that is literally a success story, right? Former drug addict. He's a born again Christian man who

00:03:49.700 literally had his life saved by the grace and mercy of God, who is literally the epitome of the success

00:03:55.320 story of the American dream coming from darkness, coming to total light. The guy sells pillows for

00:04:01.460 a living and the FBI thinks that this is the scary threat right now in 2022 that we should be focusing

00:04:07.700 on. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. The FBI is not going to look into, you know,

00:04:12.400 the 2020 riots and Antifa and Black Lives Matter causing more than $2 billion worth of damage in 1.00

00:04:19.720 the United States of America alone, literally incinerating, burning buildings down to the

00:04:25.440 ground. Actual domestic terrorism, by definition, these people doing these things, committing acts

00:04:32.140 of violence in the name of a political ideology to get a political point across. No, no, no.

00:04:37.060 The FBI isn't looking into that because the deep state has mobilized them not to look into the

00:04:42.460 actual domestic terrorists in the United States of America where everybody watched it. Like,

00:04:47.580 literally, I mean, I was on the ground documenting it. Other journalists and Jack Posobiec was

00:04:52.160 documenting it in 2020. No, no, no, no. The FBI is not looking into that. They're looking into Mike

00:04:58.980 Lindell because Mike Lindell supports President Trump and the guy that sells pillows for a living,

00:05:05.360 not BLM or Antifa, is the real domestic terror threat here on American soil. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:05:11.720 This is definitely a joke. These three-letter agencies are absolutely a clown show. And, 0.98

00:05:18.440 you know, there are some good guys still in the FBI. I've talked with them. They've literally told

00:05:22.860 me there's an internal civil war. There's a struggle going on inside. There's good guys. There's good

00:05:27.960 women in there that are coming out and whistleblowing, that are hating what's going on inside of these 1.00

00:05:32.400 intelligence agencies. They are definitely politicized and weaponized to go after he who

00:05:37.860 shall not be named. President Trump, OK? They're saying that everyone that President Trump is

00:05:43.140 affiliated with, everyone that supports him, is a domestic terror threat. The mega-Republicans are

00:05:49.380 the ones that we should be focused on. This is all by design because they want to take down the

00:05:54.760 American freedom. They want to take down the American voice. They want to take down everything 0.55

00:05:59.260 that resembles patriotism, even a guy that sells pillows for a living. You know, what's interesting

00:06:05.880 about this as well is, you know, when are these people going to get it? Like, when are they honestly

00:06:10.580 going to get that every time that they do this, it is free publicity, but all it does is empower the

00:06:17.500 movement. The energy and the power and the momentum only gets stronger and stronger and stronger

00:06:25.260 every time they try and send some kind of political weapon. They try to airdrop it on their political

00:06:31.020 opponents. All it does is make it worse for them because we get bigger, we get stronger, we get louder,

00:06:37.740 we get more unified. We don't let someone any longer. Those days are over. Welcome to the new right.

00:06:43.300 Those days of conservatives just sitting by and saying, oh, I'm afraid of supporting someone that's

00:06:49.300 getting canceled because I don't want to be the next one. Those days are absolutely over. This is

00:06:55.400 what the deep state is miscalculating because they think we're just going to sit by and be good little

00:07:00.360 conservatives and just take it and say nothing or do nothing peacefully. That is. And legislatively

00:07:05.960 that is. But here's the new right. Welcome to it. Support Mike Lindell and anyone else. These people

00:07:11.160 are targeting.

00:07:11.700 The left can play word games with recession, but they can't hide the pain Americans are feeling as

00:07:20.300 a result of their destructive policies. Between inflation, a looming recession and instability all

00:07:26.440 over the globe, you need to prepare before it's too late. That's why I recommend you diversify with

00:08:21.280 allegiancegold.com backslash Poso. We can't control the Biden administration, but we can prepare.

00:08:27.500 Again, that's 844-790-9191. 844-790-9191. And allegiancegold.com backslash Poso.

00:08:38.800 This was made aware to me maybe a week before I was surprised and summarily dismissed. I had been told

00:08:48.500 because the corporate security, physical security team had been contacted and told that there was at

00:08:54.200 least one agent of the MSS, which is one of China's intelligence services on the payroll inside

00:09:00.920 Twitter. Well, at Twitter, you raised concerns with their policy allowing Chinese advertisement.

00:09:06.540 What was Twitter's response? In a nutshell, it was, we're already in bed. It would be problematic

00:09:16.020 if we lost that revenue stream. So figure out a way to make people comfortable with it.

00:09:21.140 In the world of the masters of the universe, big tech, the overlords of the technocracy we're

00:09:27.440 living in right now, things are just not looking good for Twitter. Obviously, everything they do is

00:09:31.940 a bad look. They're censoring Americans. They're censoring human beings from saying anything they

00:09:36.760 disagree with. They've created protective little classes. And here it even gets worse.

00:09:43.240 whistleblower. Twitter employed a Chinese spy, endangering private user data. Peter Zatko,

00:09:53.540 who until recently served as Twitter's head of security, also said there were concerns inside,

00:10:00.900 okay, inside the company that the Chinese government could collect data on the platform's users as it

00:10:08.200 sought business from Chinese advertisers. In his testimony, Zatko revealed that he learned about

00:10:14.300 a Chinese intelligent agent on the company payroll a week before his firing from the company.

00:10:21.020 This is insane. Chinese espionage inside American problems remains a major security threat in the

00:10:27.160 United States with Chinese agents and hackers, particularly focused on stealing American 1.00

00:10:32.260 intellectual property. As of 2019, the FBI had nearly a thousand open cases of Chinese intellectual

00:10:39.340 property theft. A recent report revealed that Chinese hackers have stolen trillions worth of

00:10:45.300 intellectual property from multiple corporations. Do you see how this all kind of goes, you know,

00:10:52.360 hand in hand with each other? You guys remember about a week ago or a couple of weeks ago when

00:10:57.120 the Obamas decided to come to the White House and be received with open arms as if they're like

00:11:03.560 gods of the universe in the White House. Do you remember what President Obama was saying to President

00:11:09.160 Joe Biden sitting there like a total egg, empty egg? He said, oh, things are definitely getting better

00:11:16.020 now that you've taken over the country. I'm paraphrasing. Literally just lighten up President Biden saying

00:11:21.680 everything is getting better now that President Biden is in the White House. And you said,

00:11:27.120 you sit there and you think to yourself, how is that even possible? How is he saying something

00:11:32.380 like that? How is he coming out and possibly coming to the conclusion that America is in better shape

00:11:38.400 now that President Biden is in the White House? Well, President Obama's not lying. Now, bear with me

00:11:45.720 here. Think this through. He's not talking to you. He's not talking to me. He's talking to the deep

00:11:51.760 state, all the elites in the United States of America that literally are in the palm of the

00:11:56.980 CCP that are in the palm of the foreign enemies of the United States of America. 0.80

00:12:02.400 He's talking to everyone that is banking off of the destruction and the fall and the controlled

00:12:08.100 demolition from within of the West. That is who they talk to when you hear that on a national grand

00:12:14.820 scale, when you hear that in the mainstream news, because he sit there and say, how on earth could he

00:12:20.040 make a comment like that? He's not talking to you. He's talking to those that are banking off of the

00:12:25.740 fall of your own personal life, your own personal paycheck, your own personal society, your own

00:12:31.900 personal state in the world, in the country that you live in. And this is a perfect example of that.

00:12:37.440 The Chinese are buying up land in the United States of America. They're buying up capital. 0.92

00:12:42.440 They're taking corporations. All the tariffs that President Trump had in place, President Biden has

00:12:48.760 taken them all down, a controlled demolition. Why? Because there is an agenda to take down the West. 0.61

00:12:55.740 Economically, even our military, even socially, the social engineering that's taking place,

00:13:01.960 including on Twitter, that's taking place, including on apps like TikTok, that's destroying

00:13:06.860 the next generation of Americans. This is all a psychological controlled demolition of the West. 0.94

00:13:12.900 So does it make sense to you? Really think about it. Why is Twitter allowing these Chinese spies to 0.99

00:13:19.160 infiltrate, to literally do what they want, to get the intel that they need on the United States of

00:13:24.460 America, especially social, especially social intel that benefits them to further know how to take

00:13:32.140 down the American people? Twitter is not a pro America company. Twitter is only in for it for

00:13:39.340 themselves. They are the elites. They are the technocracy. They believe they're the masters of

00:13:44.420 the universe. But America still stands like a light on the hill. We say no and we push back and we do not

00:13:50.780 allow it. The three week rule may be the best financial advice ever. What's the three week rule?

00:13:59.780 Wait three weeks to buy that new car. Wait three weeks to refi your home mortgage and wait three

00:14:05.140 weeks to finance any major purchase. Why three weeks? Because that's how fast the average score

00:14:11.140 master user takes to boost his or her credit score. An average of 61 points. And listen, 61 points added to your

00:14:19.180 credit score can save you tens of thousands on everything we finance. Scoremaster technology

00:14:24.320 was developed by credit data scientists to boost your credit score higher and faster than you thought

00:14:29.780 possible. Scoremaster is so easy. It takes about a minute to get started and you don't have to wait

00:14:35.520 months for your best credit score. How many points can you add to your credit score? Be sure to visit

00:14:41.960 scoremaster.com slash Poso for the special seven day trial I got for you. That's scoremaster.com slash

00:14:49.320 Poso. Again, scoremaster.com slash Poso. And so we have focused, as we told investors in our IPO,

00:14:56.860 we're going to focus on growth. We're going to focus on winning customers as opposed to bottom line

00:15:01.720 profitability. But we did announce after our Q4 call that in 2023, we are going to focus on becoming a

00:15:09.340 profitable company starting in the calendar year 2023 and beyond. Okay. And we think that's the

00:15:13.900 right thing to do because we're now at a $3 billion revenue run rate company. And at our scale,

00:15:20.400 we think we can make money. And I don't think it jeopardizes the long term. And I think that's the

00:15:24.760 important thing, which is when we were a $150 million company, when we went public, you're like,

00:15:29.680 hey, we really want to invest in that growth, but now we can do it. And we're laser focused.

00:15:33.760 Well, speaking of clown show companies, the woke Twilio CEO, Jeff Lawson lays off 11%

00:15:43.800 of their own workforce. And it appears race definitely was a factor. Here's a message from

00:15:51.640 the Twilio CEO, Jeff Lawson himself. As you all know, we are committed to becoming an anti-racist,

00:16:00.000 anti-oppression company. Layoffs like this can have a more pronounced impact on marginalized

00:16:06.340 communities. So we particularly focused on ensuring our layoffs. While a business necessity today,

00:16:14.780 we are carried out through an anti-racist, anti-oppression lens. Basically, Twilio just

00:16:23.940 connects companies with communication to their customers. Twilio is a customer engagement platform

00:16:30.880 used by hundreds of thousands of businesses and more than 10 million developers worldwide to build

00:16:36.180 unique personalized experiences for their customers. Now, what's interesting about this is you already

00:16:43.300 know where this is going because it's literally illegal. Like I have to say it this way. You cannot

00:16:50.140 discriminate on someone based on the color of their skin to determine whether you want to hire them

00:16:56.820 or not. That is quite literally discrimination by law and by definition. But these woke whites, 0.55

00:17:04.440 they get away with it. Why do they get away with it? Because it's this self-inflicting self guilt where

00:17:10.320 they believe they have to pay for the sins of their fathers. And they don't even know if they're,

00:17:15.280 you know, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandparents were slave owners. But

00:17:20.640 hey, whatever, I've been told because of critical race theory that because I'm white, I'm the dominant

00:17:26.360 population here in the United States of America. So by default, I'm a racist. So that means that,

00:17:32.440 you know, in the corporate world or just even in the work world, you know, we gotta, we gotta start

00:17:37.560 making more room for minorities. So just because I'm white, I might lose my job and I gotta be okay

00:17:43.500 with that. But this is the woke white mentality. And obviously the CEO probably has that because

00:17:49.520 he's viewing his company through the lens of race. Now, if it was the opposite, we all know

00:17:56.020 there'd probably be race riots all over again. This guy would be canceled and there would probably be

00:18:01.400 massive walkouts in this company. If, you know, the races were turned around because we all know

00:18:07.220 that they're not taking a look at the company and saying, Hey, you know, we, we, we, we, 0.98

00:18:12.140 we gotta fish out all the black people here because, you know, we don't want to look too 1.00

00:18:16.180 racist. Uh, it's the opposite. And we all know that, right? They're taking a look and they're 1.00

00:18:20.660 saying just like Disney, just like every other woke corporation, just like everybody else that's

00:18:25.220 fallen in line with the whole BLM CRT agenda, bowing the knee to black lives matter and apologizing 0.84

00:18:31.340 for being racist, even though they're not having to communicate like, Hey, I have a black friend.

00:18:36.500 I'm not a racist. It's just pathetic. It's this woke white mentality, right? Obviously that's where 1.00

00:18:41.480 this company is. That's just my own opinion. That's kind of what I see here. And, and, and I

00:18:45.960 would, I would love to know, I would love to know how many woke whites in this corporation

00:18:52.000 donated to black lives matter, supported black lives matter, supported this whole woke agenda

00:18:58.600 thinking that, Hey, maybe, I don't know, maybe it won't affect me someday, but here they are

00:19:03.560 possibly losing their jobs. And the CEO comes out and says, we don't want to look like racists.

00:19:09.660 So we had to incorporate our decision-making our thought process for laying people off

00:19:15.180 that very thing. We don't want to look oppressive. We don't want to look racist. So that led us to

00:19:21.240 some layoffs. We know exactly what that means. This strategic attack on white people. I'm not even 0.65

00:19:28.360 white. And this really bothers me. And it annoys me because it's racist. Let's just be honest.

00:19:34.380 There is this racist attack on white people in the United States of America being perpetrated

00:19:39.920 by organizations, these communist organizations like black lives matter. You see it all over 1.00

00:19:44.300 Disney. You see it all over the NBA. You see it everywhere. They're the racists. It's strategic

00:19:50.200 social division. They want Americans divided by race. So they have an excuse for big brother to come 0.93

00:19:56.700 in and have an excuse for full government overreach to control us all. Don't fall for it.

00:20:04.380 Vice President Harris said this weekend the southern border is, quote, secure.

00:20:08.700 It's wrong. She's dead wrong on that. And I have said this. If we don't secure it,

00:20:13.300 I voted every time for the wall. But we need the wall a lot more. Technology, more agents.

00:20:18.580 The 2013 immigration bill was still the best piece of legislation, I think, 0.62

00:20:22.640 that we've ever had before us. We couldn't get it passed through the Republican House at that time

00:20:27.920 because of some politics involved there. Amnesty people were shouting the world amnesty. That piece

00:20:34.240 of legislation would have corrected everything we have going wrong. But for anybody, the vice

00:20:38.820 president, president, anybody to say that our borders are secured, that is not accurate. I've

00:20:42.720 been there. It's wrong.

00:20:43.620 Well, I guess we could say VP Kamala Harris is making news again with her interesting comments

00:20:51.400 that don't correspond with reality. Senator Manchin has blasted VP Harris for claiming that the southern

00:20:58.100 border is secure. Does anybody honestly believe this stuff by now? Well, let's kind of fact check

00:21:05.100 that right now. Breitbart dropped this story. Exclusive CBP drone observes 1000 gotaways during flight

00:21:13.400 over Texas southern border sector. An unarmed aerial vehicle, a UAV, observed more than 1000 migrant

00:21:22.140 gotaways during a flight over the Del Rio sector, a source operating under the umbrella of U.S.

00:21:27.680 Customs and Border Protection revealed the Del Rio sector averaged approximately 1700 apprehended

00:21:34.660 migrants per day in August. Lingering UAV flights in the Del Rio sector are not commonplace,

00:21:41.320 the source told Breitbart, Texas. During this flight, which took place during the past two weeks,

00:21:46.620 UAV operators observed more than 1000 gotaways as the drone flew over this sector. And also during

00:21:53.380 August, Del Rio sector agents apprehended more than 52,000 migrants, Breitbart reported. This averages

00:22:00.340 out to 1677 apprehensions per day. The gotaways equal about 60% apparent migrant crossings every single

00:22:09.540 day. During the first 11 months of the current fiscal year, Del Rio sector agents apprehended

00:22:15.600 approximately 428,000 migrants. This is just so ridiculous because you think about her comments. 0.86

00:22:25.540 The sector led the nation during the past two months, but the Rio Grande Valley sector remained 0.83

00:22:31.440 in first place with an 11 month estimate of 440,000. Okay, the reason why I'm just at a loss for words when

00:22:42.620 you read these numbers and you think about like, how stupid, how absolutely stupid these people expect you 1.00

00:22:51.580 to believe to literally be to believe this. Like you have to be just totally mindless. You have to be totally mindless, 1.00

00:22:58.540 and low IQ, and just totally void of reality to sit there and believe what Vice President Kamala 0.90

00:23:06.980 Harris is saying to you, that the border is secure after all the facts, after all the numbers, after all

00:23:13.700 of the countless viral videos coming out from people like myself and Fox News and Jorge Ventura with the

00:23:20.560 Daily Caller. Like how could you sit here and still believe that your southern border is secure?

00:23:26.700 I've gone as far to say this. The United States of America doesn't even have a southern border anymore.

00:23:32.960 This isn't a southern border crisis. There is no southern border any longer. The open borders that

00:23:38.620 these people have been advocating for for years is not coming any longer. It is literally here.

00:23:44.780 These people have imported millions of people from the third world, replacement migration to change the 1.00

00:23:50.820 demographics in the United States of America. They have an agenda for this. The UN is completely in on this.

00:23:56.260 And this is why Vice President Kamala Harris is where she is. They needed a mindless NPC puppet that's 1.00

00:24:04.680 controllable to make statements like this to communicate to the other NPCs that everything

00:24:09.860 is okay. Do not fall for this. She's a liar. And that is all the time we have for tonight here

00:24:17.800 at Human Events Daily. What did we talk about? Number one, the FBI seized MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's

00:24:25.060 phone. Scary, scary pillow man bad. And number two, whistleblower, Twitter employed a Chinese spy 0.85

00:24:32.380 endangering private user data. Is that a surprise to anybody? I honestly don't believe it is.

00:24:38.940 That Twitter is in the hand of the CCP as well, just like everything else nowadays.

00:24:43.440 Wake up. And also woke Twilio CEO Jeff Lawson lays off 11% of workforce and it appears race was a

00:24:52.080 factor to determine who got laid off. The woke whites literally just shooting themselves on a 0.78

00:24:58.040 daily basis because they bought the lie that everyone that has white skin is a racist because 0.99

00:25:03.180 they're the majority of the population. I mean, there's definitely an attack and it's not an attack

00:25:08.560 on black people. It's an attack on white people. Let's just be honest here, right? We got to put 0.96

00:25:13.040 a stop to it. And lastly, Senator Manchin blasted Vice President Harris, VP Kamala Harris for claiming 1.00

00:25:19.680 the Southern border is secure. Literally nobody believes that. I'm just being honest. And remember

00:25:25.240 as always, our promise, our oath, our solemn vow to you, be good, be brief, be gone. Your homework for

00:25:32.660 us, share this out with one, just one of your normie friends and leave us your five-star review

00:25:38.020 on Apple, Spotify, wherever you get your podcasts. But before we go, today's history break. On this day

00:25:43.800 in 1901, eight days after being shot, President William McKinley died from wounds suffered during

00:25:49.840 an assassination attempt in Buffalo, New York. He was succeeded by Theodore Roosevelt. One thing the

00:25:55.580 commies want is for you to forget American history. Don't let them do it. If you're watching

00:26:00.420 from Real America's Voice, stay tuned for Frontlines hosted by me, Drew Hernandez. It's going to be a

00:26:05.740 packed show with amazing guests. And as Poso would always say, you now have my permission to lay ashore.
