00:00:00.000 East Palestine, Ohio, right on the border with Pennsylvania.
00:00:06.380 Governors DeWine and Shapiro signed off on the controlled burn,
00:00:11.960 and they're trying to blame everything on Norfolk Southern.
00:00:15.500 Folks, we have a massive show today.
00:00:17.380 We are naming names and we are dropping receipts.

00:01:00.080 Let's get into it.
00:01:09.720 This is obviously a very serious situation that is still very much unfolding.
00:01:14.820 And I'm here today to provide an update on how this situation affects Pennsylvanians.
00:01:21.100 The vinyl chloride contents of five railcars are currently unstable and could potentially
00:01:28.360 explode, resulting in deadly shrapnel and toxic fumes.
00:01:32.960 As Governor DeWine and officials in Ohio just announced, to alleviate the risk of uncontrollable
00:01:39.880 shrapnel, Norfolk Southern Railroad is planning a controlled release of the vinyl chloride at
00:01:45.760 approximately 3.30 p.m.
00:01:48.800 However, the controlled release of the toxic chemicals also has the potential to be deadly.
00:01:55.360 Following new modeling information conducted this morning and discussed at length between
00:02:01.060 myself, Governor DeWine and our respective teams, I am strongly, strongly encouraging an
00:02:08.660 evacuation in a one mile by two mile area surrounding East Palestine that includes parts of both
00:02:15.640 Ohio and Pennsylvania.
00:02:17.380 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning
00:02:21.600 Point USA.
00:02:22.620 Today is February 17th, 2023, Anno Domini.
00:02:26.640 That's Governor Josh Shapiro.
00:02:29.440 State of Pennsylvania.
00:02:30.200 State of Pennsylvania, announcing essentially that he signed off on this controlled burn after
00:02:39.560 the derailment disaster in East Palestine, Ohio.
00:02:45.960 We also heard from Governor Mike DeWine.
00:02:49.480 Now, to understand this, we should do a map break.
00:02:52.460 So producers map break right here.
00:02:54.700 And I want to explain that East Palestine, Ohio is exactly on the border between Pennsylvania
00:03:02.040 and Ohio.
00:03:03.160 It essentially sits right between Youngstown, Ohio and Pittsburgh.
00:03:07.460 I know Youngstown pretty well because my wife used to live there and she told me many,
00:03:11.840 many stories about Youngstown and she used to live there.
00:03:13.820 She used to work there. 1.00
00:03:14.520 One of the first places where she lived after she came into the country, believe it or not.
00:03:19.340 And so East Palestine and something that would affect the air and the water of East Palestine,
00:03:30.480 of course, is going to affect everyone in that area.
00:03:37.480 East Palestine, that part of Eastern Ohio and that part of Western Pennsylvania.
00:03:42.900 So you heard him there pretending to puff his chest up, act like he's a tough guy, the man
00:03:51.440 in charge.
00:03:52.480 You hear the same type of technocratic babble from people like Barack Obama, like Pete
00:03:59.520 Buttigieg.
00:04:01.380 Biden does it now.
00:04:02.360 Biden didn't used to do it, but he does it now a lot.
00:04:04.320 Conservatives do it as well, but a lot with the neoliberals where one of the easiest ways 0.97
00:04:07.860 to tell them, Hillary Clinton does it now as well, of course, where they pretend that
00:04:12.260 because they know the details of some process so well and so intently that they act as if
00:04:20.740 that is the same thing as being a leader.
00:04:24.400 And if that is the same thing as making decisive action and judging the importance of their
00:04:32.700 actions and what's going to happen.
00:04:34.380 Well, it turns out that Josh Shapiro, governor, didn't actually care about the people of Western
00:04:43.260 Pennsylvania, the same way that it feels like Governor DeWine didn't care about the people
00:04:47.300 of Eastern Ohio right on the border.
00:04:49.480 And Governor Shapiro, believe it or not, he's now sent a new letter blasting a three page
00:04:55.340 letter.
00:04:55.720 Look at this thing.
00:04:57.180 Blasting Buttigieg, blasting the train company, blaming them, blaming them.
00:05:03.240 And to be sure, there's a lot of blame for them.
00:05:05.440 But he's saying this had a significant impact on the residents.
00:05:10.280 They were not immediate.
00:05:11.380 The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection was not immediately contacted.
00:05:15.520 The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency didn't, you know, was not immediately contacted.
00:05:21.100 Should have been occurred immediately.
00:05:22.400 There should be identified.
00:05:24.160 You failed to implement United Command.
00:05:25.980 You created confusion.
00:05:27.820 There was a general lack of awareness.
00:05:29.500 Emergency management.
00:05:30.200 The personnel was separated.
00:05:31.920 There were forced lines.
00:05:33.380 You gave inaccurate information about the impact of a controlled release.
00:05:38.340 The plume, the flames, everything.
00:05:41.820 Josh.
00:05:44.180 Josh.
00:05:47.140 I first met you 15 years ago.
00:05:51.380 Let me tell you something. 1.00
00:05:54.100 You were an idiot then and you're an idiot now. 1.00
00:05:57.300 You were an idiot now. 1.00
00:06:00.200 There is a person who was supposed to take command in a situation like this. 1.00
00:06:04.460 There is a person who's supposed to take charge and actually stand up for the people that are affected by this.
00:06:11.560 But Josh, you didn't care.
00:06:13.380 Because all you care about is running for president.
00:06:16.000 So I leaked that story to Politico last year.
00:06:19.040 You think I don't know?
00:06:20.580 You think I don't have these receipts?
00:06:22.160 All you've cared about is running for your next office.
00:06:25.420 And I said it last year and I'm going to say it again.
00:06:29.340 All you care about is becoming president.
00:06:31.760 And you certainly don't care about the people of Western Pennsylvania.
00:06:36.160 Because you know they're never going to vote for you.
00:06:38.980 You know they're never going to donate to you.
00:06:41.580 Because that's not where your donors are.
00:06:43.920 You're not even running to represent them.
00:06:46.160 So why should Josh Shapiro care?
00:06:50.440 If their air is poisoned.
00:06:52.960 If their water is poisoned.
00:06:55.940 If their soil is poisoned.
00:06:57.640 You don't care.
00:06:58.760 You don't care at all.
00:07:00.000 But now it's come back on you.
00:07:01.420 So you're trying to pretend, oh I wasn't told.
00:07:03.720 And they lied.
00:07:04.800 There was misinformation.
00:07:06.220 There was...
00:07:06.780 Josh.
00:07:10.340 Josh.
00:07:12.300 It's over.
00:07:13.080 It's over.
00:07:16.160 The first thing that derailed was this train.
00:07:19.060 And we're going to get to the bottom of that.
00:07:22.200 But the other sound you're hearing is the derailment of your entire career.
00:07:29.100 Because ladies and gentlemen, Josh Shapiro signed off on the worst disaster to hit Pennsylvania
00:07:37.200 since Three Mile Island.
00:07:40.280 And we are going to make sure that no one ever forgets.

00:08:35.060 Last week, in the immediate aftermath of the incursion by China's high-altitude balloon,
00:08:43.040 our military, through the North American Aerospace Defense Command, so-called NORAD,
00:08:49.480 closely scrutinized our airspace, including enhancing our radar to pick up more slow-moving
00:08:57.480 objects above our country around the world.
00:09:00.640 In doing so, they tracked three unidentified objects, one in Alaska, Canada, and over Lake
00:09:07.680 Huron in the Midwest.
00:09:10.100 They acted in accordance with established parameters for determining how to deal with
00:09:14.520 unidentified aerial objects in U.S. airspace.
00:09:18.240 At their recommendation, I gave the order to take down these three objects due to hazards
00:09:24.100 to civilian commercial air traffic and because we could not rule out the surveillance risk of
00:09:29.700 sensitive facilities.
00:09:31.360 We acted in consultation with the Canadian government.
00:09:34.980 I spoke personally with Prime Minister Trudeau and Cam from Canada on Saturday.
00:09:40.560 And just as critically, we acted out of an abundance of caution and an opportunity that
00:09:45.080 allowed us to take down these objects safely.
00:09:49.540 Our military and the Canadian military are seeking to recover the debris so we can learn more
00:09:55.240 about these three objects.
00:09:57.080 Our intelligence community is still assessing all three incidences.
00:10:00.740 They're reporting to me daily and will continue their urgent efforts to do so, and I will communicate
00:10:05.680 that to the Congress.
00:10:07.340 We don't yet know exactly what these three objects were, but nothing right now suggests they were
00:10:13.580 related to China's spy balloon program or that they were surveillance vehicles from any other country.
00:10:19.640 You may remember President Biden pretending that he was fighting the aliens for about a week
00:10:26.100 after he was cucked in 4K by the Chinese Communist Party in a massive spy balloon that flew over
00:10:33.620 our nuclear silos.
00:10:35.000 We all saw it.
00:10:36.420 I was on Timcast that night.
00:10:38.100 Can all go back.
00:10:38.880 I had the shades on, but I assure you, it was me.
00:10:41.220 And, uh, I said on the program that that should, that thing should have been blown out of the
00:10:48.240 sky.
00:10:48.720 The minute it crossed us airspace, I stand by that.
00:10:51.920 And of course he didn't, he waited for it to continue its mission, leave us soil.
00:10:58.960 Then they shot it out after, after it completed its mission and the entire world saw it folks.
00:11:07.120 That's what it feels like to be owned.
00:11:08.440 But then an interesting, how do you say occurrence came up next?
00:11:14.860 And what happened next?
00:11:15.560 What happened next was that suddenly there were UFOs everywhere.
00:11:21.940 We were under attack.
00:11:23.300 Was it an invasion?
00:11:24.440 Was it the little green men?
00:11:25.940 Was it Mars attacks come to life?
00:11:30.200 If you build it.
00:11:32.320 I know.
00:11:32.560 Wait, that's the other one.
00:11:33.400 We were doing Kevin Costner memes the other day.
00:11:35.300 Sorry.
00:11:35.600 I like them, but.
00:11:37.440 It turns out that all of these identified objects, which were ordered to be shot down
00:11:46.300 by the U S air force.
00:11:47.900 Well, it turns out that they were not UFOs at all.
00:11:51.720 And here on the show, we told you that we told you that the president was lying.
00:11:55.820 We told you that the military was lying.
00:11:57.360 We told you that all of them were lying.
00:11:58.740 There were some people and I'm not going to name names, but there were some people, including
00:12:05.180 those in conservative media that went along with this and fell for Biden's UFO psyop.
00:12:10.460 I feel bad for them.
00:12:11.460 I feel bad for them.
00:12:12.780 I do.
00:12:13.960 Oh, no, wait.
00:12:14.960 No, I don't.
00:12:15.960 I don't feel bad for them at all.
00:12:18.320 Well, it turns out now that a small globe trotting balloon declared missing in action by an Illinois
00:12:24.360 based hobbyist club has emerged as a candidate to explain one of the three mystery objects
00:12:30.880 shot down by four heat seeking missiles launched by U S air force fighters since February 10th.
00:12:38.360 This is from aviation week.com and apparently the club, the Northern Illinois bottle cap balloon
00:12:47.460 brigade is not quite pointing figures just yet, but the circumstantial evidence is at least
00:12:53.100 intriguing.
00:12:54.140 The club's silver coated party style Pico balloon reported its last position on February 10th
00:12:58.580 at 38,910 feet off the West coast of Alaska in a popular forecasting cool.
00:13:02.800 The high split model provided by the national oceanic and atmospheric administration projected
00:13:07.560 a cylindrically shaped object would be floating high over the central part of Yukon territory
00:13:14.180 on February 11th, a cylindrical object floating over Yukon territory on the same day.
00:13:21.960 We might remember that that's the exact same description that was given by the United States
00:13:30.980 Air Force and the F-22s when they shot down a quote, unidentified object.
00:13:40.820 Remember Trudeau and all this Trudeau's tweet, the prime, the prime minister, I've ordered,
00:13:46.200 excuse me, no, that's, that's not Trudeau.
00:13:47.960 He's trying to do that.
00:13:48.540 He said, I've ordered the, the, the fighters to shoot down this unidentified object immediately
00:13:54.000 the second it appeared on our sensors.
00:13:55.820 It was a high school weather balloon.
00:14:01.020 It was a bunch of high school kids set up a weather balloon to see if they could fly across
00:14:06.620 the planet, across the whole world, circumnavigation, like Magellan.
00:14:12.240 And they did.
00:14:13.400 And it was amazing.
00:14:14.440 And they would have made it.
00:14:15.600 If not for the fact that the U S government needed a scapegoat after they had been cucked
00:14:24.560 by China, the Chinese communist party means emasculated by another man, by the way, for
00:14:30.340 those of you who aren't familiar with the term, they blew up a high school weather balloon
00:14:36.140 with U S air force fighters.
00:14:39.240 One of the missiles even missed.
00:14:41.820 Where did that go?
00:14:43.120 Who did that hit?
00:14:44.000 I hope it wasn't pointed at East Palestine, Ohio, because we still don't actually know
00:14:49.520 what caused the derailment there.
00:14:51.400 That one's for you guys at media matters.
00:14:53.040 That's a free one.
00:14:53.580 I know you got interns on this week.
00:14:57.440 Folks, this is bad.
00:14:59.900 I remember when president Obama invited Ahmed the clock boy to the white house.
00:15:06.900 Your government just did this.
00:15:08.500 They ordered the U S air force to shoot down high school weather balloons and pretended
00:15:15.740 they were fighting aliens.
00:15:18.400 Hundreds of thousands of dollars, millions of dollars of equipment.
00:15:22.020 If they're willing to lie about that, what else are they lying about?
00:15:27.620 You know, a lot of people complain about the state of our country and the way woke corporations
00:15:32.640 treat us and their employees, but it's not enough to complain.
00:15:35.700 We need to change the way the marketplace works.
00:15:37.660 And that starts with you and where you spend your money in less than a year.
00:15:40.940 Public square has grown to be the largest patriotic platform of freedom loving businesses

00:16:19.820 That's public sq.com.
00:16:23.680 U.S. Democratic Senator John Fetterman checked himself into a hospital on Thursday seeking
00:16:29.080 treatment for severe clinical depression.
00:16:31.420 That's according to a statement by his office that said the 53-year-old Pennsylvania lawmaker
00:16:35.980 who flipped a Republican-held seat in last November's elections just six months after suffering
00:16:40.800 a stroke was at Walter Reed Medical Center after the attending physician for Congress evaluated
00:16:45.920 him earlier this week and recommended inpatient care.
00:16:49.420 Fetterman's chief of staff wrote, quote, while John has experienced depression off and on
00:16:53.880 throughout his life, it only became severe in recent weeks, adding, quote, after examining
00:16:58.860 John, the doctors at Walter Reed told us that John is getting the care he needs and will
00:17:03.180 soon be back to himself.
00:17:04.420 So, what is there to say?
00:17:07.480 What is there really to say about Senator John Fetterman?
00:17:14.520 We talked earlier about Josh Shapiro.
00:17:17.740 I think it says a lot about us as a people.
00:17:20.440 It says a lot about where we are as a country that here's a guy who had clear medical issues.
00:17:26.940 He ran.
00:17:31.320 Cernovich had an interesting take.
00:17:32.820 He said, he said, I think Fetterman ran because he thought he was doing something good for the
00:17:39.000 country and he pushed himself through it rather than backing out.
00:17:42.880 Of course, now Fetterman has put himself into Walter Reed because apparently he now has doubts
00:17:55.500 and depression over the fact that he realizes deep down that he should have dropped out when
00:18:03.380 he had the chance.
00:18:04.080 Remember, he had a stroke before the primary in 2022.
00:18:08.600 He could have easily dropped out back then and focused on his health, but he didn't.
00:18:14.120 And he got in over his head.
00:18:17.280 And the thing is, we're seeing the reports on him.
00:18:20.580 He hears voices like the teacher in Peanuts.
00:18:26.100 And what are we to make of this?
00:18:29.460 Because as a man, we feel terrible for this.
00:18:34.140 Same way we feel terrible for the news from Bruce Willis that dropped yesterday.
00:18:38.860 He got his full diagnosis.
00:18:41.940 Frontotemporal dementia.
00:18:44.420 Six to eight year life expectancy.
00:18:46.440 That's it.
00:18:47.120 Bruce Willis is done.
00:18:49.760 And cognitively, Bruce Willis is not going to be there much longer.
00:18:55.680 It is what it is.
00:18:57.840 But with Fetterman, here's the difference.
00:18:59.640 Well, you can say you have compassion for the man, and we do, certainly.
00:19:05.700 He also pledged to represent the people of Pennsylvania in the United States Senate for six years.
00:19:14.400 We just had this massive situation in East Palestine.
00:19:18.220 And we have no senator.
00:19:19.940 There's no senator.
00:19:21.300 Our state has no senator there to actually do anything about it.
00:19:24.740 Why?
00:19:25.260 We're supposed to have two.
00:19:25.860 Every state's supposed to have two.
00:19:26.740 But ours is in Walter Reed.
00:19:31.740 Checked himself in.
00:19:36.000 And so, this is an issue.
00:19:39.780 This is a massive issue.
00:19:43.600 This is why we have laws on the books and regulations on the books for what to do when someone is, and it's called, not fit to serve.
00:19:53.520 And he knows, deep down, that that's what's going on right now.
00:19:59.360 He's not able to live up to the task.
00:20:03.480 And I don't think that he asked for this.
00:20:05.620 I don't think he wanted this.
00:20:06.700 Nobody does, certainly.
00:20:08.920 But, now it's time to do the right thing.
00:20:12.560 Do the right thing for yourself, for your family, for your health, and for the people of Pennsylvania.
00:20:23.780 Senator Fetterman, the people of Pennsylvania deserve a full-time senator.
00:20:30.440 Not a part-time senator.
00:20:34.760 Not someone who isn't going to be there when there's a massive train derailment.
00:20:40.580 And people are concerned because they're not getting straight answers from their government about controlled burns, about chemicals in the air, about chemicals in the water.
00:20:50.560 What's going to happen to these people?
00:20:53.180 What's going to happen to these families?
00:20:54.640 What's going to happen to these schools, these houses, these hospitals, these senior citizens out there in western Pennsylvania?
00:21:00.660 Who's representing them right now, Senator?
00:21:03.640 Because it's not you.
00:21:05.740 It isn't.
00:21:07.460 All those union workers that you went out to, that you spoke with, that you said you were going to fight for,
00:21:12.540 you're not fighting for them.
00:21:16.200 Nobody is.
00:21:18.480 Nobody's representing them.
00:21:21.200 Nobody's representing anyone in Pennsylvania.
00:21:26.320 As the environment is being destroyed by chemical explosions that were signed off by our own governor.
00:21:35.200 And I say this as a son of Pennsylvania.
00:21:37.200 Proud son of Pennsylvania.
00:21:37.940 I love Pennsylvania.
00:21:39.260 I will never stop loving Pennsylvania.
00:21:42.540 But sometimes love comes with hard truths.
00:21:46.780 We need real senators. 1.00
00:21:49.020 We need real representation.
00:21:51.920 And we don't have it right now.
00:21:54.660 My family, they don't have representation.
00:21:58.960 They don't have anybody fighting for them.
00:22:02.980 What does it say about us as a country that we knew we would be in this situation, yet we let it happen anyway?
00:22:09.180 We've been talking this week about the collapse of complex systems.
00:22:16.420 And I simply have to say, this is another system.
00:22:19.800 Our political system is on the verge of collapse.
00:22:22.400 We're seeing the collapse before our eyes.
00:22:24.000 It's like we're watching the Roman Empire fall.
00:22:26.300 But we have Wi-Fi and memes this time.
00:22:29.620 Great.
00:22:30.740 Congratulations.
00:22:31.220 And as to Mrs. Fetterman, do the right thing.
00:22:41.240 You know what's best for yourself.
00:22:43.340 You know what's best for your family.
00:22:45.400 Put your family first.
00:22:47.040 I mean that sincerely.
00:22:47.780 If I were in a situation like that, I would do the exact same.
00:22:51.980 I'd step away from all this stuff and I'd go be with my family.
00:22:55.620 We'd have a guest host in here.
00:22:57.760 My social media stuff would go silent.
00:23:00.220 It is what it is.
00:23:02.340 It will happen to all of us one day, one way or the other.
00:23:06.360 And I'm going to say a prayer for you guys today.
00:23:09.800 I'm going to say a prayer for the Fetterman family.
00:23:11.920 I will.
00:23:12.260 Folks, it's been a huge week, a lot of news.
00:23:15.780 But I want to remind you that this weekend, I did announce this on social media, but I
00:23:21.280 want to say it here on the show as well, that we have an incredible Sunday special lined up
00:23:25.820 for you.
00:23:26.520 We've got Heather McDonald.
00:23:29.000 Yes, that's right.
00:23:30.120 From the Manhattan Institute is going to be joining us.
00:23:32.280 It's pre-taped at one hour discussion where we get into all of these questions that we've
00:23:39.680 been talking about this week.
00:23:40.660 And I think one of the more salient issues that's going on in our society, when we look
00:23:47.100 at South Africa, we see a society that put diversity and equality and inclusion, critical
00:23:53.600 race theory, right in their own constitution.
00:23:58.580 They are 20 years ahead of us.
00:24:01.940 So my question and the title of this special, it's going to drop 10 a.m.
00:24:06.460 Eastern on Twitter and Rumble, and then it's also going to be on Real America's Voice later
00:24:12.640 in the evening on Sunday.
00:24:13.980 Is diversity our greatest strength or should we bring back merit, skills-based employment
00:24:22.720 and qualifications?
00:24:24.700 We'll see.
00:24:25.140 I'll see you then.
00:24:26.320 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:24:28.700 Thank you, sir.
00:24:32.260 Thank you.
00:24:33.080 Thank you.
00:24:33.400 Thank you.
00:24:33.560 Thank you.
00:24:34.240 Thank you.
00:24:34.300 Thank you.
00:24:35.400 Thank you.
00:24:35.720 Thank you.
00:24:37.340 Thank you.
00:24:38.200 Thank you.
00:24:38.340 Thank you.
00:24:40.540 Thank you.
00:24:42.220 Thank you.
00:24:55.440 Thank you.
