00:00:10.540 messages apparently deleted in a January 6th trial. Next, Americans kidnapped in Mexico.

00:00:24.640 arrested after a shooting in Tacoma, Washington. All this and we're ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:00:59.540 Over the course of my 12 plus years, the FBI's trajectory has transformed. On Bureau, the
00:01:10.760 Papers, the Bureau's mission had remained the same, but its priorities and governing principles
00:01:14.540 shifted dramatically. The FBI became politically weaponized starting from the top in Washington
00:01:19.820 and trickling down to the field offices. Although FBI employees have their First Amendment rights,
00:01:24.680 they are not at the liberty to allow their personal political views or preferences to determine their
00:01:29.360 course of action or inaction in any investigation. Lady Justice must remain blind. Those that do not
00:01:37.340 uphold these responsibilities cause a negative ripple effect throughout the agency in the field.
00:01:42.480 It's as if there became two FBIs. Americans see this and it is destroying the Bureau's credibility,
00:01:47.160 causing Americans to lose faith in the agency and therefore the hardworking and highly ethical
00:01:51.440 agents who still do the heavy lifting and pursue noble cases. It makes it very difficult for agents
00:01:57.620 to do their job when the FBI loses the respect of the American people. So you just saw that FBI
00:02:02.740 whistleblower come forward and amazing testimony. But it's also something that we've known, I think,
00:02:09.680 for a long time. We've known that our institutions have been infiltrated. They've been corrupted.
00:02:16.580 They've been subverted. But what we just saw today in the January 6th trial going on, Washington DC right
00:02:28.040 now, everyone's talking about, even Politico has it up. And I'll pull this from Politico, Kyle Cheney.
00:02:34.680 The prosecutors say the production of materials to defense attorneys two nights ago may have involved,
00:02:40.380 quote, a spill of classified information. Oh, interesting. So they gave information to the
00:02:49.300 defense that suddenly may have involved classified info. You know, every time they use the old it's
00:02:57.180 classified excuse, you know that something just came out that is very damaging to the overall
00:03:04.360 narrative. The jury was just sent home. Now, this is the case of Dominic Pizzola. Dominic Pizzola was a
00:03:14.340 crowd boy and he's on trial potentially, allegedly for seditious conspiracy. So let's read through what
00:03:23.560 happened here. In the afternoon session of trial on March 8th, it was revealed that the FBI had been
00:03:29.900 monitoring privileged communications of co-defendant rel and his attorney. Okay, cool. The FBI was just
00:03:36.040 monitoring communications between a defendant and his attorney. That's, you know, totally normal
00:03:41.680 attorney client privilege and all that. Yeah, of course, the government's just going to spy on you.
00:03:45.700 These revelations came out as co-defendant and audience counsel, Nick Cross, cross-examined FBI
00:03:50.320 special agent, Nicole Miller. Smith revealed that a, I love this part, a secret hidden tab
00:03:58.400 in an FBI spreadsheet, apparently showed some of agent Miller's emails in which the FBI agent admitted
00:04:08.700 fabricating evidence and following orders to destroy hundreds of items of evidence.
00:04:18.540 That's a huge allegation, incredible allegation. That's something that in any normal country would
00:04:27.340 get a case thrown out. But of course, we don't have that. We've been at a Republic. So let's go forward.
00:04:31.940 What were, what, what were these emails that the FBI is now, now claiming are totally classified?
00:04:39.840 Here are the emails.
00:04:43.140 338 items of evidence were ordered to be destroyed and they've got
00:04:49.240 K. A. McLeod emails and Miller. So that's Nicole Miller stating quote, also my boss assigned me
00:05:01.040 338 items of evidence. I have to destroy.
00:05:07.840 You know, I'm just going to go ahead and say something here that if you work at the FBI or just,
00:05:14.980 just anywhere in life and you're ordered to destroy evidence
00:05:19.600 and you decide to do it, the first thing and the last thing that you want to do
00:05:26.700 is to go and write an email to someone telling them, especially electronically, where there's going
00:05:33.700 to be a record on government computers that you went and destroyed evidence, any evidence, not just
00:05:39.580 one, let alone 338 items. As we've seen here, that's just, just not a good idea. You just want
00:05:48.860 the evidence to go away. You don't want it to come back up again. You want it to go away. Like we want
00:05:54.520 Hillary Clinton to go away. It's just gone. It's just gone. I'll tell you something. When Hillary Clinton
00:05:59.360 needs something gone, it definitely goes away. But here's the next line. You need to go into that
00:06:07.760 CHS report you just put out and edit that I was present. Oh, marvelous. Just edit that I was
00:06:17.660 present. So just, just go ahead and edit who was actually in the meeting because of course we
00:06:21.900 couldn't handle that out. And now I want to tie that to Politico. This is incredible. By the way,
00:06:27.600 the guy, uh, Pizzola is, is apparently smashed a window, smashed a Senate window. Okay. So he broke a
00:06:34.240 window. Got it. Broke a window. Doesn't sound very seditious to me. I'm not, I'm not sure if the U S
00:06:41.100 Capitol, the U S government will be able to survive one broken window, but according to the DOJ, they're
00:06:45.580 not going to be able to hear, but this is interesting. The message was sent to Miller by another agent.
00:06:55.260 This is key. So this is that agent. I was telling you for K a McLeod in the emails,
00:07:01.040 no, the full name, but K M McLeod who works on covert activity and described a supervisor's order
00:07:11.900 to destroy 338 items of evidence. Now we don't have the full email here, but I think we can make the
00:07:21.540 logical inference that if this agent was describing an order to destroy evidence, asking to be taken
00:07:28.840 out of a meeting of a report that says they were a member of a meeting and is involved with covert
00:07:36.800 activity, just seems to me like the FBI has some explaining to do. Now the dollar just hit a seven
00:07:47.880 month low. And we all saw what happened with the crypto market last year. Why would you want to

00:08:42.220 Jorge Ventura is in Matamoros, Mexico, where they were taken by the cartel. It's such a sad story.
00:08:51.540 And for the two who were killed, could their families get some more closure today?
00:08:55.120 So we are expecting those bodies to possibly return back to the U.S. today or in the next
00:08:59.660 coming days. We are actually just outside the morgue where those bodies are still being held. We'll have
00:09:03.700 that update as soon as we get it. Now, there's still surrounding questions on why those Americans were
00:09:08.720 in Matamoros. One of the survivors, Eric Williams, does have a criminal history of distribution of
00:09:14.760 cocaine. Matamoros is a key hub for the trafficking of cocaine. We're still seeing a heavy presence
00:09:19.740 here. As you guys can see right behind me, we still have a Mexican National Guard. Now, yesterday
00:09:23.960 while we were here, now take a look at this video. We actually captured two Mexican males being brought
00:09:29.320 in for questioning. We saw a large, heavy police presence bringing those men into this building right
00:09:34.420 behind me. We're going to wait to confirm to see if those men are connected to that kidnapping case.
00:09:38.760 If they are, we'll have the latest updates. And also, if those bodies are transferred today,
00:09:43.000 we will have that latest update as well. Back to you.
00:09:46.440 Jorge, can you just repeat what you said at the very beginning of your report? You mentioned one of
00:09:51.300 the people from South Carolina and cocaine. Can you just clarify that for me one more time?
00:09:56.940 Yeah. So Eric Williams is one of the survivors. Eric Williams does have a criminal history
00:10:01.440 of distribution of cocaine. And the reason why there might be a connection here is Matamoros
00:10:06.480 is actually a cocaine hub for trafficking for the golf cartel. So there might be a possible
00:10:11.540 connection there. We're still waiting to get more answers on that. But it's pretty important to know
00:10:16.720 here. It is important to know. As soon as you said it, I said, wait, say that again. Repeat that.
00:10:22.020 So you remember this story that's been running around all week and people may have been asking,
00:10:26.260 like, Posa, why haven't you even talked about this? Why haven't you commented on this story
00:10:29.440 about the Americans who were kidnapped down in Mexico? A couple of them got killed very
00:10:35.660 unfortunately, obviously. And, and some of them escaped, et cetera. I'll tell you why I haven't
00:10:41.540 commented on yet because we've been talking about this internally here. And I'm gonna tell you something
00:10:46.560 right now. That story doesn't make any sense. None of that makes any sense. There were all these
00:10:52.980 people, five or six of them who decided to drive from South Carolina to Mexico for a tummy tuck,
00:11:05.120 a tummy tuck, and then drive all the way back. And they said that all of these guys who went down
00:11:13.860 with Latavia McGee, we're just going to split the driving. They're going to split the driving.
00:11:22.520 Now, some of them stayed in the U S and when they stayed in the U S they weren't part of the one,
00:11:30.800 the four that went down and were later kidnapped. Two of them were killed. I said, guys, that doesn't
00:11:39.520 make any sense to me. And left was making this whole thing about, Oh, it's healthcare. Oh, it's
00:11:44.360 healthcare. That's why you have to go down for a tummy tuck. I, I, first of all, the tummy tuck is
00:11:49.240 elective surgery anyway, but I didn't buy it. I don't buy it now. Were those really tourists or was
00:11:58.080 this a drug deal gone wrong? Let's be serious right here. And then suddenly, and we were having this
00:12:04.940 discussion internally at the show. And then suddenly I see a new headline this morning. And of course,
00:12:10.800 news nation just had it there that apparently the individuals involved in this, in this have
00:12:16.700 lengthy rap sheets for being drug dealers. One of which look at this American man killed in Mexico
00:12:25.720 border kidnap was jailed in 2015 for quote drugs manufacturer. While the other three all have
00:12:32.120 lengthy rap sheets. Oh, really? They all have lengthy rap sheets. Who could have predicted this?
00:12:38.980 If only there were some clues. Williams, Shahid Williams was previously busted for distributing
00:12:47.080 crack near a school and was also, and McGee herself has been slapped with unlawful conduct towards a child
00:12:55.940 when her daughter tested positive for illegal amphetamines. Woodward was charged with quote,
00:13:02.420 the manufacturing possession of drugs and pleaded guilty. Brown had been charged with possession of
00:13:06.420 marijuana and hashish. The four were found in a rundown stash house near a place known as La
00:13:12.640 Laguna in the town of El Tecolate about six and a half hours from where they were taken. And so you,
00:13:20.500 you look at all this distributing crack near a school, unlawful conduct towards, towards a child
00:13:25.840 just a couple of years ago, eight years old, multiple, multiple counts.
00:13:33.320 What else? What else? You, you, you look at this situation, you look at this situation. Yeah. And more,
00:13:41.160 more crack distribution. And you know that this town, Matamoros is known for what? It's known for being a
00:13:48.040 cocaine hub. So I'm sorry. Okay. I obviously have focused on border issues and immigration issues
00:13:58.640 for a long, long time, completely agree with the policy out there that we need to take serious action
00:14:05.840 against the cartels. But at the same time, we got to tell the truth and we have to be on the side
00:14:13.500 that is using honesty. And so if we are going to do that, then let's look at this. This case made no sense
00:14:22.440 whatsoever. This wasn't some fun tourist trip. I don't think so. I personally don't think so at all. I
00:14:29.280 think, I think more obviously that what they were doing is that she was running down and using the tummy
00:14:37.360 tuck as the cover because they were going down to sell drugs with the intent to traffic up North,
00:14:45.380 the same trafficking that these guys have been arrested for in the past. Okay. No. And they're
00:14:51.960 like, Oh, she went down for elective surgery for you. I bet she did. I bet she did. You know what?
00:14:55.720 Cause you got to tell, you got to tell the border patrol something. You're like, what are you going
00:14:58.940 to Mexico for today? What are you going in for? I'm going for this. I'm going in for that.
00:15:02.760 You drove all the way from South Carolina for a tummy tuck. Does that make sense to anybody? No.
00:15:10.660 And these guys just here to split the, split the ride, the driving. Come on, let's be serious.
00:15:15.200 If you're going to lie to me, come up with something good. Come with a good lie. Come with
00:15:19.840 a serious, come with a strong lie. I want something to make sense. The thing about the Haitian traffickers
00:15:26.740 and they, there was a mistaken identity. Okay. Come on. Just cut the crap. This is, this is as bad
00:15:34.120 as the pro pro Ukrainian group blows up Nord Stream pipeline. Yeah. That's what an interesting way
00:15:39.520 to refer to the CIA and MS MI6, right? Look, we need to do something about the cartels because this
00:15:48.480 violence is going worse. And if you really want something to wake you up at night, go look at a
00:15:53.060 map and we'll have to get one of these to do a map break. By the way, go look at a map of cartel
00:15:57.980 safe houses, cartel armament sites, cartel activity in the United States. Go look up the fact that there
00:16:05.320 was a girl in Aberdeen, Maryland, almost all the way up to Pennsylvania, who was raped and murdered by an
00:16:13.300 MS-13 member. These cartels, these transnational gangs have been infiltrating the entire country.
00:16:23.060 In breaking news, Seattle supersonics legend Sean Kemp has been booked into jail in Pierce County
00:16:30.740 in connection with a drive by shooting. Fox 13 obtained this video of Kemp outside the Tacoma
00:16:35.940 mall. The person who sent it to us says it was taken just before Kemp was arrested. And now new at
00:16:41.820 10, sources close to Kemp tell me he had property stolen from his car yesterday. He tracked his iPhone
00:16:48.480 phone to Tacoma. And when he approached the vehicle, a suspect shot at him. So he fired back in self-defense.
00:16:55.040 But there are still a lot of questions about exactly what happened that we're trying to sort out.
00:16:59.920 Well, like we always say, every single day, you see a new story about someone who was the victim of a
00:17:17.080 violent crime just like this. Some of you think that you are ready to defend yourself against evil. And the truth
00:17:23.300 is, you're probably not. That is only possible if you train often. But with inflation causing the
00:17:28.720 price of ammo to skyrocket, along with gas, getting to the range isn't as easy or affordable as it used
00:17:34.360 to be. Thankfully, there is a better way to train with your firearm in the comfort and privacy of
00:17:38.400 your own home. It's called iTarget Pro. This revolutionary system develops muscle memory, reaction
00:17:42.880 speed, sight alignment, trigger control, and even more. But even better, it costs less than a day at the

00:18:11.220 So when you look at this story, the entire mainstream media is running around out there saying,
00:18:17.660 Sean Kemp committed a drive-by shooting. Sean Kemp committed a drive-by shooting.
00:18:21.360 Sean Kemp committed a drive-by shooting. Right? When I first saw the headline, I said,
00:18:25.960 what do you mean Sean Kemp committed a drive-by shooting? That's wild. That's crazy. That's
00:18:28.820 insane. Turns out, guess what? That's not what happened. There's video showing what happened.
00:18:34.080 And guess what? It ain't a drive-by shooting. Now, here's what sources are saying. Here's what
00:18:42.200 early reports are saying, which is the opposite. You go type Sean Kemp said this great example
00:18:46.020 of media misinformation, of the media straight up lying. Now, I get it. He's been charged.
00:18:52.360 He's been charged. But the media is straight up lying that it was a drive-by. Look at this.
00:18:58.120 From ESPN.com. So ESPN.com, here's the headline. Ex-NBA star Sean Kemp booked on felony drive-by
00:19:04.560 shooting charge. So from that headline, you would think that Sean Kemp had committed a drive-by
00:19:10.020 shooting. But let's go look at the article itself. He was in connection with the drive-by
00:19:15.900 shooting. Arrested in connection in Tacoma. Okay. But hold on. Tacoma police said an altercation
00:19:23.320 between occupants of two vehicles near the Tacoma mall led to shots being fired early Wednesday
00:19:30.000 afternoon. No injuries were reported and one of the cars fled the scene. According to a release
00:19:36.100 from the police department on social media, a gun was recovered and an investigation is ongoing.
00:19:41.140 Here's the problem. In this video, you do not see Sean Kemp in a vehicle shooting at somebody.
00:19:50.020 He's standing in the parking lot. He does have a gun drawn. He does fire the gun. He claims that a gun
00:19:56.680 was pulled on him. He also claims that this was a situation like something out of Charles Bronson and
00:20:02.380 death wish where he had been tracking a thief who had stolen his phone. And apparently he had the,
00:20:08.960 um, you know, he had like the Apple find a friend on this thing. So he tracks the thief down, confronts
00:20:14.440 him again out of the vehicle, has a gun pulled on him, his report. Then he fires, then the other car
00:20:24.020 speeds away and he's claiming self-defense. But you see the mainstream media, this is exactly what they
00:20:31.840 did with January 6th with Brian Sicknick and all the rest of it. They just want everybody to think
00:20:37.140 Sean Kemp committed a drive-by shooting. I'm going to tie it back into the fact that Sean Kemp made all
00:20:41.980 this money when he was playing six-time NBA all-star, 14 seasons, 17th overall draft pick back in the
00:20:47.760 eighties, 89. And they're going to say, you know, he blew his money. You know, he was, he had substance
00:20:53.880 abuse issues, this and that. And look at him now reduced to drive-by shootings when that's simply not the
00:21:00.320 situation. It's not. And this is what the media does. They take somebody and they go and paint a
00:21:08.340 picture and they assume that you're not going to watch the video. They assume that you're not going
00:21:13.400 to look into it, anything beyond the first headline. And they want to control your mind. Everything is
00:21:21.460 real. Nothing is real. That's what we said the other day here. Everything is real. Nothing is real
00:21:28.520 because they know, they know that headline's going to pop. They know they're going to get a lot of
00:21:32.460 clicks on that one, all the traffic in the world. And what's actually happening. What's actually
00:21:37.700 happening is that our country has gotten so out of control in terms of the crime that's going on.
00:21:45.720 That former NBA stars are trying to take the law into their own hands just to recover their own
00:21:51.640 stolen property because law enforcement has been so demonized. And this is Tacoma, of course,
00:21:56.900 which is just, you know, just South of Seattle, where of course we saw what happened to the Seattle
00:22:03.680 police department. They were told to stand down and a terrorist group was given domestic terrorist
00:22:09.480 group was given 12 square blocks of downtown Seattle. That's what's going on in Washington.
00:22:14.560 Now there are some other parts of Westerns of Western Washington state, the Spokane area,
00:22:19.820 where at least they are not treating officers like that, but this is the issue. The demonization
00:22:26.280 of police, the demonization of law enforcement has given criminals a free hand. That's the reason
00:22:34.300 that auto fatalities are up because reckless driving is up. People aren't getting pulled over as much
00:22:39.720 anymore. Another thing I've been meaning to say this, have you noticed how many people are
00:22:44.340 driving around these days with student driver, driver and training stickers on the back? And
00:22:49.740 then you look and someone's driving it. It looks like then they're in their thirties,
00:22:52.680 their forties or older. Do you understand what's going on? They know that they aren't going to get
00:22:59.020 pulled over. So they throw something on the back so they can drive whoever they want.
00:23:03.580 They know they're, they're breaking the law. They know they're committing reckless driving.
00:23:07.540 You know, meanwhile, you get a speeding ticket for going, uh, for going five miles over
00:23:12.740 from a traffic cam, completely unconstitutional, by the way, that's the situation we're in in this
00:23:18.120 country. And guess what? It's only going to get worse because we've decided that we are going to
00:23:24.020 stop prosecuting crimes. And we're certainly going to not prosecute crimes against people of certain
00:23:28.620 ethnic groups that for whatever reason, the regime has decided are allowed to commit crimes.
00:23:33.780 It's ridiculous. And it's leading to insane situations like this, where someone's going
00:23:38.480 to take the law into their own hands to go and recover their own stolen property.
00:23:42.980 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay ashore.
