00:00:00.160 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, powered by Turning Point USA.

00:00:04.660 Today is Wednesday, March 29th, 2023. Anno Domini.

00:00:08.980 Tonight's top story, the militant trans movement.

00:00:13.340 Next, Biden's far-reaching policy team racking up L's across the board.

00:00:17.860 And finally, the grand jury in President's Trump case just can't get it up.

00:00:22.380 Alvin, what's going on, man? Set to break for a month.

00:00:46.920 You will not regret it. Humanevents.com slash pozo. Totally free. The Poso Daily Brief. 1.00

00:00:56.820 She was under care, doctor's care for an emotional disorder.

00:01:06.920 Law enforcement knew nothing about the treatment she was receiving,

00:01:11.100 but her parents felt that she should not own weapons.

00:01:14.240 They were under the impression that when she sold the one weapon that she did not own anymore.

00:01:19.420 As it turned out, she had been hiding several weapons within the house.

00:01:26.420 We also don't have a motive at this time.

00:01:31.000 We feel that these students that were targeted were randomly targeted.

00:01:36.480 There was not any particular student that they were,

00:01:41.040 that she was looking for at the time of the incident.

00:01:44.180 The trans movement is getting more and more militant.

00:01:52.680 And the rise of militancy in this same movement has actually now been called out by the Daily Mail.

00:02:00.200 You go to dailymail.com right now, you'll see right on the top.

00:02:03.460 It says, this is highlighting a rise in militancy in the trans movement.

00:02:08.040 You look at the flags they wear.

00:02:09.540 You look at the rhetoric that they use.

00:02:14.060 They will say the flag patches.

00:02:15.740 They will say, you need to pick up a gun.

00:02:19.360 You need to fight back.

00:02:20.820 We talked yesterday and debunked, by the way, this notion of transgenocide.

00:02:26.240 This idea that there's some kind of transgenocide going on all around the country, all around.

00:02:32.440 I was on Charlie Kirk yesterday, and I said, Charlie, I don't think that you and I are leading the transgender death squads.

00:02:40.160 There's no Charlie Kirk, Jack Posobiec death squad running around the country, rounding up transgenders, putting them in camps, or all of this nonsense.

00:02:49.960 You can go to wikipedia.com right now and look up transgenocide, and there's a whole article on it.

00:02:55.180 You can find everything about it.

00:02:56.800 You can go online.

00:02:57.900 You can go on Twitter right now and look up transgenocide.

00:02:59.840 And they'll say it will act as if this is something that's actually going on, like this is a real thing.

00:03:06.300 They are claiming that there's an ongoing genocide happening right now in the United States against the trans community that doesn't exist.

00:03:15.580 Why does this matter?

00:03:17.000 It matters because they're using this type of propaganda the same way ISIS did to radicalize members of this ideology and members of this movement.

00:03:26.700 Now, you had, let's go through the list.

00:03:30.520 Maya Alec McKinney took part in a shooting in Denver, Colorado at a school in May of 2019.

00:03:37.800 Snachaya Mosley killed three at a Rite Aid warehouse in Aberdeen, Maryland in September 2018. 0.98

00:03:45.840 There's been other incidents, transgenders killing their, there was one in New York, she killed her father while he was asleep. 1.00

00:03:54.000 She was in her 20s, just picked up a knife and started stabbing him. 0.97

00:03:57.400 And you can find more and more.

00:03:59.860 This isn't necessarily being done just because of crime.

00:04:02.640 It's because being done because of this movement and specifically this case.

00:04:06.060 Now, let's look at what actually happened here.

00:04:10.860 Oh, and by the way, the other one, we just had the resignation of the press secretary for the governor of Arizona, Governor Hobbs, who then stated that if people who came up that disagreed with the transgender movement, she posted a photo as if she would kill them.

00:04:29.980 And she just resigned in absolute disgrace. 1.00

00:04:32.220 Remember, these are the people who are decent.

00:04:34.300 This is decency.

00:04:36.780 Actually making jokes about killing people just a few days after a Christian school was massacred down in Nashville, Tennessee.

00:04:46.220 So we're going to talk about that case.

00:04:47.860 We're going to talk specifically about what happened there.

00:04:50.620 And I wanted to put a spot.

00:04:53.340 We talked a lot about Audrey Hill and the insanity that drove Audrey Hill to commit this act.

00:05:00.920 I've talked about the fact that the FBI still won't release the manifesto on this.

00:05:09.500 If they have it, if the police have it, the police chief and I think the police have done a great job.

00:05:15.000 Don't get me wrong.

00:05:15.500 I think the police have been great in terms of what they have revealed.

00:05:18.620 Obviously, and we'll talk about it in a second, the response to the shooting itself was incredible.

00:05:23.360 It was amazing.

00:05:24.020 The only thing I would say is that I wish that I wish that somebody had been there with a gun to begin with because it still took the police 14 minutes to get there.

00:05:33.780 When they got there, it was great.

00:05:34.840 When they got there, it was wonderful.

00:05:35.740 But it still took 14 minutes.

00:05:40.340 And in that 14 minutes, you had people who were killed because they were Christians. 0.61

00:05:48.400 And when you die as a Christian, that makes you a martyr. 1.00

00:05:54.920 So I wanted to put a spotlight on those martyrs today.

00:05:58.080 St. Evelyn, St. Haley, St. William, St. Mike, St. Michael, St. Catherine, St. Cynthia.

00:06:12.320 They are in heaven today.

00:06:15.460 And Audrey Hale will be in hell for all of eternity. 0.99

00:06:22.460 And God has sent her there.

00:06:25.660 But the folks who arranged the meeting were two heroic officers, named Officer Rex Engelbert and Officer Michael Collazo.

00:06:39.440 And I know if you watch that video, I watch that video.

00:06:43.300 Your heart is pumping when you're watching that.

00:06:45.920 The adrenaline is going because you have no idea what's going to be around that next corner.

00:06:50.580 Textbook maneuvers, textbook technique, no hesitation whatsoever.

00:06:58.860 And you really have to look at the symbolism of that event.

00:07:04.540 At one point, they're stepping over a child's body that's lying in front of a cross that's on the wall.

00:07:15.000 While there is a murderer cackling demonically at the end of the hallway, waiting for these warriors to go and deal with it.

00:07:27.800 There's a lot of layers to this situation, folks.

00:07:32.420 There's a lot of evil out there.

00:07:34.180 And if you think that this is not something that is taking place on the spiritual level, if you don't think that there's a spiritual element to it, then you are completely lost.

00:07:43.680 And you're going to misread what's going on in our world today and in our society today.

00:07:47.760 They are targeting Christian children. 0.66

00:07:52.860 This is not the first time they've done it.

00:07:56.100 And there is a book that told us that one day this would happen.

00:08:01.920 Well, it's happening.

00:08:03.740 And so are we going to step up and defend our children and keep them safe?

00:08:09.500 Or are we going to allow it to keep happening?

00:08:12.240 I say no.

00:08:13.540 I say absolutely not.

00:08:14.700 And that's why when Charlie asked me, he said, are you going to continue to support these bills?

00:08:20.700 I said, absolutely.

00:08:23.140 You've got to keep supporting them.

00:08:24.800 You've got to keep supporting this movement.

00:08:28.760 We have to understand what this means for our kids, for their kids, and the future of our nation.

00:08:40.320 This is the big play for Saudi Arabia.

00:08:42.300 They believe that their economic future lies in the east.

00:08:46.260 China is the most important market for an energy producer.

00:08:50.720 And Saudi Arabia has been fighting it out with Russia in terms of who's going to be the top supplier to China.

00:08:57.000 There's also been this battle for India, another really major source of oil demand.

00:09:01.580 So this deal locks in China as a significant buyer of Saudi crude over multi-decade.

00:09:09.420 Folks, let's just take a moment here, if we can, because this is an appreciation segment here on Human Events Daily, an appreciation segment for all the hard work of the Biden administration, the State Department, Vicki Newland, Tony Blinkey, Sullivan, all of them out there, Jake Sullivan.

00:09:33.540 Because your phone policy, it's just been amazing, just so wonderful.

00:09:38.220 I mean, just look at these.

00:09:39.460 I'm just reading this on my phone right here.

00:09:41.000 Saudi Arabia's oil giant Aramco signs deal to build a $12.2 billion oil refinery in China.

00:09:52.340 The Russian deputy foreign minister has stopped all Russian-related notifications, excuse me, nuclear-related notifications to the United States, including warnings about test launches.

00:10:04.380 So the Russians are pulling out of all of the nuclear agreements.

00:10:06.760 They don't even tell us about the nuclear agreements anymore.

00:10:08.580 That's wonderful.

00:10:09.700 Russia has announced a new deal with India to substantially increase oil supplies.

00:10:14.360 The Kremlin saying the hybrid war with the West will continue for a long while.

00:10:18.060 And, oh, here we go, another one.

00:10:19.640 Saudi Arabia has just joined the China-led Shanghai Cooperation Organization as a dialogue partner, a first step to full membership.

00:10:29.500 And the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, many have said it's similar or it could become something along the lines of an Asian NATO at some point.

00:10:41.940 So amazing.

00:10:43.540 Just amazing work from the Biden admin.

00:10:46.200 You guys are truly the adults that have returned to the room after the chaotic years of peace that we had for the four years that President Trump was in office.

00:10:56.440 No, no, now it's time.

00:10:58.160 Now we want more chaos.

00:11:00.260 We want more anger, more danger in the world when America is standing to just completely collapse, just completely collapse on every front.

00:11:10.920 We want everybody cutting deals with our adversaries.

00:11:13.280 And, you know, by the way, if you think for a second that Europe is not eventually going to be going this way economically, Europe is already cutting these deals with China.

00:11:23.540 They're already Huawei, TikTok.

00:11:25.620 It's going to be all across Europe.

00:11:27.980 The German domestic industrial base that was just waxed because of the bombing of Nord Stream.

00:11:35.400 Again, Joe Biden.

00:11:36.400 Who do you think they're going to have to deal with now?

00:11:40.280 Who do you think is going to be coming in backfilling Germany, backfilling all those goods across Europe? 0.91

00:11:45.720 Who's going to it's going to be China. 0.98

00:11:47.260 OK, China is going to clean up. 0.99

00:11:49.920 They're going to clean up completely because they've got us by.

00:11:57.320 The fortitude, if you will, they've got us exactly where they want them.

00:12:01.380 They've got the Europeans exactly where they want them. 1.00

00:12:02.880 And we've got the Russians exactly where they want them because Russia is forced now to deal with China because the West has completely kicked them out and shut the door utterly to them. 0.58

00:12:12.940 So we've driven the entire world into this package with China against us at the same time that we are in bed with the Chinese Communist Party. 0.88

00:12:25.360 Our leaders are in bed with the Chinese Communist Party, literally in some cases, like the case of Hunter Biden.

00:12:29.620 But in many cases, it's just money, like the rest of the Biden family.

00:12:34.320 Hunter Biden was just the one that sealed the deal, the icing on the cake, if you will.

00:12:40.400 You people need to wake up.

00:12:42.560 You need to actually understand what's going on.

00:12:45.300 When the United States was founded, 1776, Declaration of Independence, the Constitution that came after, the war that was fought with the British Empire, the United States was set up as a nation state.

00:13:02.260 We were not set up to be part of the globalist system.

00:13:06.000 We were checking out of the globalist system of the time, which was the British Empire.

00:13:12.220 Do you understand that?

00:13:13.600 Do you get that?

00:13:14.320 We were going to build our own mercantile economic system that operated—obviously, we would trade with the world, right?

00:13:25.360 But we would never be subservient.

00:13:27.140 We would never have to be.

00:13:28.380 Why?

00:13:28.680 Because we had this massive nation and then two huge oceans on both sides of us providing for that security.

00:13:36.600 So you would have all the prosperity you would want, full control of the Mississippi River is Delta.

00:13:42.880 And then all the way—Benjamin Franklin wrote this.

00:13:44.480 He said, whoever controls the Mississippi River and the Mississippi River Delta, which, of course, New Orleans is the main city there, you will control the 20th century, or at least the early part of the 20th century.

00:13:54.680 And he was right.

00:13:56.060 He was absolutely right.

00:13:57.320 We've completely lost sight of the way that our system was supposed to be set up.

00:14:06.480 We decided to pursue this goal of being the globalist leaders.

00:14:10.000 And there were people who made billions and trillions of dollars off of the backs of this.

00:14:16.660 By taking all of those industries that we had in the United States—energy, manufacturing—and then putting them in different parts of the world, the pharmaceuticals, the manufacturing, go to China, get jobs that shipped to Mexico through NAFTA, businesses that in many cases don't come back.

00:14:38.260 And so by building this global economic empire, it gutted the South, it gutted the Midwest, it gutted the Rust Belt, left the American people completely in the lurch, while the elites, I mean, they get their power, they get their money, they get their influence.

00:14:56.060 But what happens if the Chinese Communist Party realizes that you owe them, and they don't owe you anything, now who's in the driver's seat? 0.67

00:15:07.820 Now it's Xi Jinping.

00:15:09.680 They played you like saps, and it didn't have to be this way.

00:15:15.200 We could have gone a completely different direction after the events of Tiananmen Square.

00:15:18.600 But instead, George Bush Sr. cut the deal with the Chinese Communist Party to create the new globalist system that we have now that's just completely going under.

00:15:34.880 We are being bought off, and our people are being turned into serfs.

00:15:39.220 Folks, as the parallel economy continues to grow, we've seen a whole ton of these conservative coffee companies come and go, and I held off, I did, until I found one that I really liked, and that's why I'm so happy to tell you about Blackout Coffee.

00:15:53.120 It is not enough to simply taste great.

00:15:55.020 You want to be proud to support the company, knowing that they align with your conservative values, and that's what I'm telling you, give them a try.

00:16:01.580 Look, I've tried these guys.

00:16:03.400 They're amazing.

00:16:04.200 I got to restock right now because the ones that I had, I drank all of it.

00:16:07.260 I'm telling you, I'm proud to personally recommend Blackout Coffee.

00:16:28.760 Stop giving your money to woke companies that don't care about you and stay true to our values.

00:16:33.580 We'll have to wait a little longer to find out whether former President Trump will be indicted for hush money payments made to a former adult film star.

00:16:43.360 The grand jury, considering those charges, won't meet until tomorrow, and it won't be considering this case then, although the jury could be presented with evidence or vote at any time.

00:16:52.680 Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is investigating whether former President Donald Trump illegally paid hush money to cover up an affair.

00:17:00.220 On March 23rd, this video with more than 2 million views was posted that appears to show Bragg announcing he's dropping the case.

00:17:07.620 After an extensive, thorough investigation has decided to drop all charges against Donald Trump.

00:17:14.600 The phrase, Trump charges dropped, then became a trending Google search.

00:17:18.380 So, let's verify.

00:17:21.240 Is the video of District Attorney Alvin Bragg saying Trump's charges were dropped real?

00:17:26.120 Our sources are the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, a statement by former President Trump, and New York University's School of Law.

00:17:34.240 The viral video was originally posted by conservative commentator Jack Posobiec.

00:17:39.260 He has a history of producing satirical deepfake videos that manipulate the audio to change what the subject is saying.

00:17:45.060 We did reverse video and image search and found the original video was actually posted more than a year ago, in January 2022.

00:17:53.160 Bragg was part of a panel at NYU discussing his recent election and plans for office.

00:17:57.520 He never talked about the investigation into President Trump.

00:18:00.800 In both videos, Bragg is wearing the same outfit and the background is the same.

00:18:05.220 However, in the fake clip, the audio and limp movements don't match what he's saying.

00:18:09.640 It was my dream to be an attorney, to stand for the law and put criminals behind bars.

00:18:15.600 Also, on the same day that Posobiec posted the video, Trump sent his supporters a newsletter saying the case hadn't been dropped,

00:18:22.340 and there's no announcement about the indictment on the DA's website.

00:18:25.960 So, no.

00:18:27.380 The video of District Attorney Alvin Bragg saying Trump's charges were dropped is not real.

00:18:32.540 The case is still being reviewed by a grand jury.

00:18:34.480 See, here's the thing, folks.

00:18:38.400 DA Alvin Bragg has not been able to get it up.

00:18:43.980 He has not been able to finish the case.

00:18:48.460 And so, the reason that the pre-creations that we've been making have been getting so much attention

00:18:55.880 and have been so commented on, by the way, to the point where, you look at this,

00:19:01.440 they have to do entire investigations to determine whether or not.

00:19:06.400 We say right in the tweet, I said right in the tweet, this is a pre-creation.

00:19:14.360 It's stated explicitly.

00:19:16.920 And then I say it's a speech that will take place next week.

00:19:21.460 So, they're doing this whole, like, we investigated with reverse image searching,

00:19:26.700 and we looked at the background with special spectral analysis of the background of the image

00:19:36.200 and the manipulated foreground image using our colored light spectrometer,

00:19:43.400 you know, like your Inga and Spangler in the Ghostbusters or something.

00:19:46.540 I told you it was a pre-creation.

00:19:48.880 It's right there in the tweet.

00:19:50.220 So, what that tells me is that to the Verify people, 1.00

00:19:56.040 your followers are so stupid that you can't read the words that say, 1.00

00:20:02.060 this is a pre-created speech. 1.00

00:20:05.120 Pre-created.

00:20:06.620 Not real.

00:20:09.180 Satire.

00:20:10.520 It's very, very obvious.

00:20:12.320 But what's amazing, though, is that here's the reason that they have to keep doing this.

00:20:16.240 Look, every time the media runs a fact check or the big tech platforms run a fact check,

00:20:22.360 it's because you put points on the board.

00:20:24.580 And what they're trying to do is slow the spread or slow the growth of any media.

00:20:30.740 Typically, it is media.

00:20:32.260 And actually, I think Mr. B's talked about this recently, that we've now reached the first time

00:20:38.740 in social media and all of the internet where the same form of media can go viral on every platform.

00:20:46.080 What do I mean by that?

00:20:47.140 So, take that Alvin Bragg video that we did.

00:20:49.360 And it did, you know, I think just my initial tweet of it, something like 2.53 million thereabouts,

00:20:55.040 I haven't looked at in a minute, views.

00:20:57.840 But that tweet, that video, then gets clipped, and that can be put on Instagram,

00:21:03.600 that can be put on Facebook, that can be put on Truth, Getter, Telegram,

00:21:09.260 and even, not by me, but just going to say it out there, probably put by people onto TikTok.

00:21:15.060 And so, that video is going to go more and more and more viral.

00:21:18.380 So, that's what's actually going on.

00:21:20.060 And because we put points on the board by doing that,

00:21:22.480 and of course, I'm sure people have taken it and removed the context of me saying that it's a

00:21:27.060 pre-creation, that it's going to go viral across the entire internet to hundreds of millions of

00:21:36.340 people, just like their stuff does.

00:21:38.280 Because here's the thing, our side, we don't have hundreds, millions of dollars of budgets,

00:21:46.700 right?

00:21:47.800 That's like, that's like, we're just a couple of guys who just make this in the office,

00:21:51.860 you know, we sit there and we say, oh, wouldn't it be funny if he was talking about pudding?

00:21:57.200 Wouldn't it be funny if he mentioned something about the chipmunks, right?

00:22:02.000 Fat Alvin.

00:22:03.080 I mean, come on, right?

00:22:04.060 So, all we have on our side is intellect and technology.

00:22:07.800 And because we are using that, and the fact that we are telling the truth,

00:22:13.920 yes, we are using pre-creations to tell the truth, because what we're doing is revealing the truth. 0.99

00:22:21.300 Because this person, Alvin Bragg, is a liar. 0.97

00:22:25.860 So many people in our society today are liars. 0.95

00:22:29.280 So, to reveal the truth about a liar is actually an act in furtherance of truth, 0.72

00:22:40.500 because we're revealing his lies.

00:22:42.440 This guy's lying about trying to charge the former president of the United States,

00:22:48.040 someone who is currently also running for president of the United States,

00:22:53.980 with a felony based on no underlying crime whatsoever.

00:23:01.420 Because even the activity that they've alleged is not criminal.

00:23:07.160 It is not of a criminal nature at all.

00:23:09.080 Well, what they're doing is they're trying to use the machinations of government,

00:23:15.200 of the judiciary, of lawfare, and in this case, actual tyranny,

00:23:22.400 to put someone on trial and charge them because of their political beliefs.

00:23:28.860 The same way they're doing to Doug Mackey right now in the Eastern District of New York,

00:23:34.480 the same way they did to Bannon, to Flynn, to Roger Stone, to countless others, the J6 detainees. 0.97

00:23:43.860 All right?

00:23:45.180 We need to understand where we are in this country.

00:23:48.120 Know what point of the movie you're in.

00:23:52.340 If you understand what time it is, then you understand that it's time to start fighting back.

00:23:57.580 And guess what?

00:23:58.440 We're going to use humor, and we're going to use satire,

00:24:01.020 and we're going to use pre-creations, and we're going to use memes,

00:24:04.500 and we're going to use network warfare,

00:24:06.360 and we're going to use every single tool at our disposal

00:24:10.840 because we're never going to stop standing up for freedom.

00:24:14.440 We're never going to stop fighting for freedom.

00:24:16.840 We're never going to stop any of these movements that we've been making at all.

00:24:25.840 And here's why.

00:24:27.200 Because we know that we're right.

00:24:30.340 And I'm not interested in having a conversation with someone that wants to turn my four-year-old 1.00

00:24:37.320 into a little girl.

00:24:40.140 I'm not interested in having a conversation with someone that wants to mutilate little children.

00:24:45.760 No.

00:24:46.480 I'm done.

00:24:47.460 Or people that would condone it.

00:24:49.540 Or people that would enable it.

00:24:51.240 You know what I'm interested in doing?

00:24:52.580 Is defeating them.

00:24:54.200 We're going to defeat them.

00:24:55.380 And we're going to defeat their ideas.

00:24:58.380 And we're going to do it with every means at our disposal.

00:25:02.260 That's why they're trying to criminalize memes right now.

00:25:05.200 That's why they took Doug Mackey and they charged him.

00:25:08.040 Because they want to take that standard and use it on everyone.

00:25:12.720 You know why?

00:25:14.100 Because it's effective.

00:25:15.960 Tell you what, though.

00:25:17.440 Tell you what.

00:25:18.140 To the folks at Verily or Verify, whatever it is, don't worry, guys.

00:25:25.140 I'm going to be sending a lot of work your way.

00:25:27.700 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay it short.
