Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 450： THE TWITTER FAUCI FILES

00:00:00.000 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily powered

00:00:03.460 by Turning Point USA. Today is Thursday, April 20th, 2023. And I'd just like to say a big happy

00:00:09.840 birthday to Carmen Electra. Did you know that Carmen Electra's birthday is today? Today's top

00:00:14.720 stories, the Twitter Fauci files, plus charges dropped on Alec Baldwin. Next, father saving

00:00:22.600 his six-year-old girl from a deranged shooter and the manhunt is underway in North Carolina.

00:00:27.920 And finally, the Kansas City shooting that a lot of people are talking about. We're going

00:00:32.080 to give you an update and an illegal analysis on that. All this and we're ahead to Human

00:00:36.280 Events Daily.

00:00:46.680 You know, no less than Elon Musk has said he has released the so-called Fauci files and

00:00:52.140 talking about how the government and Twitter, for example, work closely to share

00:00:57.880 messages on how you particularly were dealing or telling the public about the virus. He

00:01:06.060 went on to say, my pronouns are hashtag Fauci. And I'm just wondering what you made of the

00:01:15.940 world's richest man or second richest now going after you.

00:01:18.960 I have no idea what he's talking about, Neil. I wish I did. I mean, I just I'm clueless about

00:01:27.540 what he's referring to. He's talking about the Fauci files was supposed to come out last week. We now

00:01:32.860 at the end of this week, I just don't understand what he's doing. And I don't even think I should

00:01:38.620 be addressing it. Well, the Fauci files are finally out here at Twitter. We're going to dig into this

00:01:45.820 even more. This is the promise. Remember, Elon Musk all the way back in December. And I got to give

00:01:50.820 him credit because he is kept to his word. This is and then you saw Fauci there going, I have no idea

00:01:56.260 who this is. I'm not even sure who this is. But Paul Thacker, foreign investigator from the U.S.

00:02:01.440 Senate. Let's see what this is. What does it say? This is rough because Fauci, who says he has no

00:02:07.940 idea, no idea whatsoever what Twitter is. I was like, did anyone actually think that Fauci didn't

00:02:14.320 know what Twitter was like when you heard him say that? Did you did you actually buy it? Because

00:02:18.320 if you did, you're a fool. So what we now know is that that was a complete lie. Fauci made public 1.00

00:02:26.160 statements and sworn deposition through 2022 November, stating that he did not or that he

00:02:33.240 was not involved with Twitter. But it turns out that he was running the account that said WHO COVID

00:02:39.660 response. It turns out that was Dr. Fauci all along. The first takeover was in March 2021. The second

00:02:47.980 came in April of 2021. This is according to Post Millennial. Other in the COVID White House team

00:02:53.560 working for the Biden administration, Dr. Walensky, Andy Slavitt also undertook similar engagements on

00:02:58.640 Twitter to answer 32 questions about COVID and the COVID response. This got four million impressions.

00:03:05.840 What else are we seeing? His presence at Twitter went far beyond the facing pages of the site.

00:03:10.460 We also know that the employees of Twitter had an internal Slack channel dedicated to Fauci called

00:03:17.800 the Fauci fan club. And it indicates that Fauci's perspectives were not take were not taken as

00:03:24.840 guidance, but dictated by the Twitter club. Isn't that interesting? So an attorney who worked for

00:03:30.540 Twitter was reading this and left amid the must takeover quote praised Fauci as one of the leading

00:03:35.220 trusted voices about the COVID-19 response in the United States. And one of the attorneys he

00:03:40.740 interfaced with on disinformation at Twitter. And of course, we're also seeing that this very same

00:03:47.400 person was involved with who FBI agent Elvis Chan, the very same Elvis Chan that was instrumental in

00:03:54.260 the censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop. Remember, Elvis Chan was the one who told, uh,

00:04:00.620 you'll Roth of Twitter, the trust and safety board, because keep in mind throughout all of 20, go back to

00:04:06.240 the timeline throughout all of 2020. What's getting censored on Twitter, COVID misinformation, COVID

00:04:11.320 misinformation, COVID misinformation. Then all of a sudden, one day the FBI comes to him and says,

00:04:16.800 remember, just remember that if someone comes to you and says they have a leak of information on

00:04:27.360 Hunter Biden, and we, we track, we are tracking that there is an effort underway to leak information on

00:04:33.420 Hunter Biden, that it's actually a Russian plot and you need to take it down under your hacked

00:04:38.640 materials policy. And you know what Twitter did exactly as they were told by the FBI. And so

00:04:46.120 this came up when I was down in Austin with destiny and destiny didn't like the fact that I had Yole

00:04:52.040 Roth's own sworn statements in testimony in the FEC trial, the lawsuit saying exactly that.

00:04:59.680 And this was going through the, uh, the vaccines. This was going through hydroxychloroquine. It was

00:05:07.020 going through absolutely everything that you can think of, but you know, folks, this is the problem

00:05:12.520 of conservative leaders. This is the problem because Dr. Fauci, he's going to get book deal out of this.

00:05:20.920 He's not gonna have any issues whatsoever. He's going to walk. Fauci got away with it. And you

00:05:27.480 know who else just got away with it? Alec Baldwin. Because right before we went to film the show

00:05:33.720 today, we found that today down in New Mexico, the shooting charges were dropped on Alec Baldwin.

00:05:40.120 Alec Baldwin shot and killed a staffer on his movie set, shot and killed her through his own negligence

00:05:50.820 with a firearm, the same type of law that would take any of us. And we put away for as long as

00:05:57.520 possible for life, but just understand that under this regime, that if you do not have everything

00:06:06.940 behind you, you're going to get rolled. This is the theory of anarcho tyranny. The theory that criminals

00:06:15.620 are allowed to walk free. The powerful are allowed to walk free no matter what they do, as long as they

00:06:22.260 have the right friends. The friend enemy distinction is the only thing that rules us now. And the law abiding,

00:06:30.540 the people who want to protect their kids, the people who just want to show up for job and not get shot

00:06:35.540 like Helena Hutchins. So sorry. So sorry for you. So remember this. I want you all to remember this day. I want

00:06:44.580 you to remember the story. I want you to remember this moment. I want you to remember how it made you feel.

00:06:51.180 The same regime that would lock up Donald Trump over a check. Just let Alec Baldwin walk away after shooting a

00:07:01.540 female staffer to death. So remember this. You are living under a regime and you must understand the 0.97

00:07:11.240 theory of anarcho tyranny. Anarchy and tyranny combined and unleashed. On the heels of the second

00:07:22.280 largest bank failure in the United States history, with the eighth interest rate hike within a 12 month

00:07:27.160 period, 186 more banks are at risk of collapsing. Your bank could be next unless the Fed does what

00:07:33.420 they just did back in March and print $300 billion with a B out of thin air, making your dollar

00:07:39.780 worthless. Not to mention the recession risk that could have a significant impact on your investment

00:07:44.260 and retirement accounts. Take my advice. Protect your financial future with something real gold and

00:08:31.580 We are more than 24 hours into a manhunt for the suspect who allegedly opened fire

00:08:36.160 on his neighbors and their kids when child was hit in the face. Thank you for joining us. I'm Brian

00:08:41.740 Blakely, their father still in the hospital tonight. And take a good look of this mugshot of Robert

00:08:47.160 Singletary. Gaston County authorities say he is wanted on four counts of attempted first-degree

00:08:52.800 murder. Queen City News reporter Daniel Pierce, live from Gaston County tonight. Daniel,

00:08:57.100 you'll learn more about why authorities say Singletary is dangerous.

00:09:02.200 Yeah, a lot of what we've been able to learn just in the past few hours has been coming from

00:09:05.300 these court documents. These right here are from his arrest back in December to where he is accused

00:09:10.520 of assaulting his girlfriend and then kidnapping her. He has been out on bond since being arrested.

00:09:17.380 And we do know that authorities have been called out to his home more recently there on April Drive.

00:09:23.460 And you couple that with what happened last night and neighbors say that it seemed as if he had no

00:09:28.420 regard for human life. He walked through his yard and he said he was going to kill the kid. Why did you 0.96

00:09:37.940 shoot my daddy and me? Why did you shoot a kid's dad? So this story out of North Carolina,

00:09:46.180 it's absolutely horrible. And it is a local crime story. And we hate those. And I'll post those on

00:09:55.900 Twitter, but I don't always comment on them on the show. And unfortunately, horrible things like

00:10:03.040 this happen every week in this country. Sometimes they're not even reported. Things like this happen

00:10:10.600 every day. And it seems like they're happening more and more. And my heart goes out to this family

00:10:17.120 because we live in a world where monsters are real. They're 100% real. And in this case, there was one

00:10:25.120 that was this little girl's next door neighbor. But then as I was reading the story, I actually

00:10:32.960 came across the interview with the mother in the story. And there's some great pictures of they've,

00:10:41.200 they've released some, it's like some Christmas photos that they did of her, the dad and four kids.

00:10:47.300 And she gave a statement to the local media. I can only imagine she gave the same statement to the

00:10:55.560 police because we don't have it all yet. There's still, there's still a manhunt for the killer here

00:11:01.360 or attempted killer. I should say the shooter that this dad, William White, Gastonia, North Carolina,

00:11:10.120 seems like regular dude. His six-year-old girl, one of his three kids was playing basketball

00:11:20.900 down the street. Not sure exactly where he was. Seems like he was outside, but he was in a position

00:11:28.660 where he could hear that when her ball had rolled into this guy's yard or his driveway,

00:11:38.040 that an altercation took place. And so like any dad, you know, you get off, off your butt and you go 0.99

00:11:47.140 make sure everything's okay. And then he realized that everything wasn't okay. Cause this guy had a gun 0.98

00:11:55.380 and says that the mom got involved. The mother was grazed with a bullet, but it also said, and you

00:12:06.660 can, you can see in this horrific video that the little girl was also grazed by a bullet.

00:12:15.320 Well, what we know about the father is that he's still in the hospital. And why is he still in the

00:12:20.580 hospital? Because the father ran into the gunman's path. He used his own body as a shield and he was

00:12:31.960 shot in the back, taking the bullets that were intended for his little girl, his six-year-old girl.

00:12:40.660 And he saved her life. And she's alive and able to give this interview right now because of what her

00:12:52.200 dad did. You know, men in this country, dads in this country, constantly vilified. Every TV show,

00:13:05.000 every commercial you watch, dad's always the butt of the joke, especially if it's a white Christian 1.00

00:13:10.960 male father, you are constantly, you're the bad guy. You're the villain. You're the village idiot, 1.00

00:13:18.780 whatever. But you know what? The dad who never gets credit for these things, the dad's going to be the 1.00

00:13:32.080 first one there. And every father knows that if you're in a situation where it's you or your kid,

00:13:42.840 you don't want to be in that situation. You don't, you don't want to have to

00:13:47.120 be forced to make that choice. But what I'm saying is, and I say this as a dad and

00:13:54.920 it ain't a choice. It ain't a choice at all. That if you're, if you're really a father and you really

00:14:04.380 do love your kids, that there's no father out there on the face of the planet that even has to

00:14:12.340 think for a second about that decision. It's them. It's always them. There isn't a question in my mind.

00:14:20.680 There isn't a question in my soul that every dad would do this for their kids. And this guy's

00:14:26.820 absolute hero. And we're not going to see William white invited to the white house. We're not going

00:14:33.700 to see him in movies. We're not going to see CNN specials with him, but we're going to see if we can

00:14:41.520 do anything for him. And as of this time, I've been checking the, the fundraising sites,

00:14:47.960 the crowdfunding sites to see if there's a fundraiser up for this family. So we're going

00:14:53.000 to try to raise some money for them. We're going to say some, we're going to try to raise some money.

00:14:57.380 We're going to try to do the right thing for these guys because nobody else will. So we will,

00:15:01.920 we raised money for David Dorn. We're going to raise money for this family as soon as we can find a way.

00:15:07.820 All right, folks, as the parallel economy continues to grow, we've seen tons of conservative coffee

00:15:12.620 companies come and go. I held off until I found one I really liked. And that's what I'm happy to tell

00:15:17.640 you. I really am happy to tell you about blackout coffee. Have you tried blackout coffee yet? You

00:15:22.120 need to, because it is not enough that the coffee tastes great. You want to be proud knowing that

00:15:27.000 this company aligns with our conservative values. And that's why I'm telling you, give them a try.

00:15:33.680 I like blackout coffee. I love blackout coffee. I drink this stuff like crazy. We can't even keep it

00:15:40.020 in the house. I personally recommend blackout coffee. This company is a hundred percent committed

00:15:45.840 to conservative values from sourcing the beans to the roasting process, consumer support, shipping.

00:15:51.380 They've got a great work ethic, no compromise for taste or quality. What's the website?

00:15:55.920 Blackout coffee.com slash POSO and use promo code POSO for 20% off your first order. Stop giving your

00:16:02.520 money to woke companies that hate you. Stay true to our values. I got to say, just as a quick story,

00:16:08.540 I was drinking some blackout, uh, the other day and I'd finished it. And then my, my older son,

00:16:14.920 Jack, Jack comes up to me. He says, he says, daddy, when I'm big, I'm going to have a car. I said,

00:16:19.800 okay, that's great. You have a car. He said, I'm going to drive to Best Buy and play games. He likes

00:16:24.260 to play video games. We go there. I said, okay, great, great. He said, and then I'm going to drink

00:16:27.800 coffee just like daddy. So there you go. Blackout coffee already radicalizing the youth.

00:16:34.460 Is it possible to extend your lifespan and feel younger at the same time? According to a Harvard

00:16:41.300 scientist and Nobel prize winning breakthrough, absolutely. How? By lengthening your telomeres.

00:16:46.940 Your telomeres protect your DNA and play a critical role in the aging process. But many of us struggle

00:16:51.680 with shortening telomeres thanks to stress, unhealthy food, obesity, and more. That's why

00:17:40.760 Here, the legal question is not, was Andrew Yarl actually trying to unlawfully attempting to

00:17:47.760 unlawfully enter the home? That's not the right question. And if that's the question you're asking,

00:17:51.960 you'll never get the right answer, legal answer. The correct legal question is, could Andrew Lester

00:17:59.580 have reasonably perceived under the circumstances, the totality of the circumstances, that Ralph

00:18:06.200 Yarl was attempting to unlawfully enter his home? If the answer to that is yes, the shooting is lawful 0.76

00:18:14.460 under Missouri law. Because deadly force can be used to stop someone who's attempting to unlawfully

00:18:22.560 enter a dwelling. Now, a caveat, because we have a factual dispute here. And the factual dispute is

00:18:33.200 that Ralph Yarl, of course, was shot twice. Nobody contested the first time he was shot. He was standing

00:18:40.400 up, at least facing Andrew Lester's doorway. Lester says he was trying to open up the storm door of

00:18:46.100 his home, which is the unlawful entry. And the only evidence against that is Ralph Yarl's own

00:18:53.340 self-serving statement, right? They weren't able to exclude Ralph Yarl's fingerprints. There were

00:18:59.260 fingerprints on the handle of the storm door that couldn't be matched to anybody, even Lester.

00:19:04.480 They wouldn't match to Lester, the homeowner. So we can't exclude Ralph Yarl.

00:19:10.400 What was your reaction when you heard that your grandfather shot Ralph Yarl for ringing his doorbell?

00:19:18.880 I was disgusted. I thought it was terrible. Myself and my family stand with Ralph Yarl and

00:19:25.440 seeking justice. It's a horrible tragedy. Never should have happened.

00:19:30.960 Folks are going to want to know, why are you speaking out and apparently against your grandfather?

00:19:34.080 It's the right thing to do. This country happens over and over again where people get away with

00:19:42.000 killing unarmed, innocent Black people. And I would have had the same energy for any other 1.00

00:19:47.100 place like I've had over and over again in this country, like I said. But it's the right thing to

00:19:52.420 do. People need to speak out and not making excuses for this kind of behavior and this violence.

00:19:57.280 Do you believe your grandfather is racist?

00:20:02.240 I believe he holds and holds racist tendencies.

00:20:06.320 He believes.

00:20:07.680 Why do you say that?

00:20:12.220 He's just a stock American Christian male. It's the older, you know, that's just how they are. 1.00

00:20:18.320 It's the conspiracies and weird, random racist things that they say. And it doesn't make sense,

00:20:24.500 but they're just scared. Are you serious right now? Dude looks like a reject from a Coolio video in

00:20:31.540 the 90s. And you're going to sit there saying, oh, yeah, my grandpa's a racist. Why? You know, 0.98

00:20:38.860 because like he does like he's like like white and he's into Christianity and like he's American. 0.61

00:20:47.540 So like he's like a racist, you know, right? This is exactly what I was saying in the last segment

00:20:52.020 about how these are the types of people that are vilified for not even necessarily because he

00:20:58.620 knows the son, this this grandson isn't even talking about any of the facts of the case. It's

00:21:04.560 he's it's all about identity for him. It's all. And he's obviously he's clout chasing his father.

00:21:08.980 He's on the communist news network. Little communist Don Lemon is up there saying,

00:21:13.060 was your grandfather a racist? Do you denounce your grandfather? Do you denounce? It's like

00:21:20.100 that scene in Braveheart. Do you denounce? Do you confess to the racism? Do you confess to the

00:21:28.380 bigotry? Do you confess? Of course. Yes, I do. He's put him on a struggle session, right? Oh,

00:21:35.400 children denouncing their parents. Where have I seen this before? Where have I seen this before?

00:21:41.500 Right. Little thing called the Chinese Cultural Revolution, maybe that we talked about in the

00:21:46.840 China files. It's exactly what they did with the Red Guards. That's exactly what they would do. 0.94

00:21:51.920 They said, isn't your mother, your father, your grandfather, you go and read some of the stories

00:21:58.020 about this. They talked about interviews with the family and they said he was a great grandfather.

00:22:05.040 They said that he used to go in when they had grandfather, you know, grandparent lunches at school

00:22:10.540 that he was always there. Everybody had respect for him. Military veteran, worked for the airlines

00:22:17.520 as a mechanic, said he was a totally normal guy. Nobody ever had to complain with him before ever,

00:22:22.820 but not this kid, not Mr. Cloutchaser. Mr. Cloutchaser, who is willing to go so far as to break the

00:22:31.520 fourth commandment and dishonor his own ancestors, dishonor his own family over what? Five, not even

00:22:43.260 15 minutes of fame. That's five seconds of fame. You're not going to get any fame for that. You know

00:22:48.980 what you're going to do? You're going to have more power to the institutions. And what's crazy is that

00:22:53.940 CNN won't interview him, of course, but the other grandson in the case said, oh no, my grandfather

00:23:00.920 wouldn't do that unless he felt threatened. There must've been something else going on. He said,

00:23:04.880 no one is telling it. This is the other grandson. He said, no one is talking about what happened from

00:23:09.140 my father's point of view, which if you listen to Andrew Branca, go and listen to his analysis on this

00:23:14.040 because he stated explicitly that when you look at the, uh, the self-defense defensive dwelling laws,

00:23:21.200 castle doctrine, standard ground laws in the state of Missouri, where this took place,

00:23:25.500 it specifically points out that in the event of unlawful entry, that this activity is legal,

00:23:34.320 that this action and reaction is legal. And yes, he does have an absolutely legal justified right to

00:23:41.140 do what he did in order to defend his dwelling at night, given the massive physical disparity between

00:23:47.960 the large, uh, the large man at his door and his own age, his frailty. It's within the law.

00:23:56.020 That's what Branca pointed out. And that's exactly what the other grandson said. The grandson that CNN

00:24:02.340 doesn't want you to know about the grandson that nobody wants to hear his statements. He said,

00:24:05.860 my grandfather would never do that. If he didn't actually feel threatened, something must've happened.

00:24:11.500 He was probably, he thought someone was trying to open the door. Somebody must've had their hand on

00:24:16.020 the door. And if you even go to the probable cause statement, it said there were fingerprints found

00:24:20.600 on the door and the fingerprints were not Lester's. Who's were they? Who's were they? Kansas city city

00:24:29.180 prosecutor, DA whose fingerprints were they? Tell me whose fingerprints were they? Oh, but you didn't want

00:24:37.960 to add that. It seems like an interesting thing to kind of leave out whose fingerprints were found

00:24:43.620 on the door handle. Was he trying to pull the door? Was he yelling something? Was he wondering

00:24:49.960 why the door was locked? Was he trying to get attention because he said he had to wait a long

00:24:53.440 time? Again, we don't know. And I said before that I want to wait until we get more facts in this case,

00:25:00.120 which we don't have, but what is absolutely abhorrent and awful and terrible and represents the absolute

00:25:05.480 worst in our system is that CNN is enabling someone to go on air, denounce their own grandparents,

00:25:11.800 and then turn them into a star for five seconds so that they can produce what they're trying to do

00:25:16.140 all along is to get a race war started in this country. The regime is rolling on and you better 1.00

00:25:22.440 be ready. Ladies and gentlemen, as always have my permission to lay ashore.
