00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 We are in a fifth generational conflict.

00:00:41.340 For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.

00:00:46.480 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.820 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:51.840 Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was slapped for the 22-year prison sentence Tuesday

00:00:57.460 after his conviction on seditious conspiracy and other charges in the federal January 6th investigation.

00:01:04.660 According to President Volodymyr Zelensky,

00:01:06.640 a Russian attack on a city in the eastern part of the country has killed at least 16 people.

00:01:12.060 The attack comes as Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Kiev this morning for an unannounced visit.

00:01:17.520 The U.S. believes North Korean leader Kim Jong-un expects to meet with President Putin in Russia.

00:01:22.860 And so we believe that there is still a strong core on a bipartisan basis of support for ensuring

00:01:31.300 that we continue to provide Ukraine with the support that it needs

00:01:34.640 because it's fundamentally in America's national interest to do so.

00:01:37.960 We listen to the experts, the scientists.

00:01:40.780 That's what we do here.

00:01:42.420 And we're going to be continuously working with them.

00:01:46.100 We know, we know that these vaccines work, right?

00:01:49.220 We know when people stay up to date with their vaccine, that works.

00:01:52.480 Will you demand that the vaccine companies, that the pharmaceutical companies,

00:01:56.840 release their vaccine data to the public so that we can see what they're actually seeing

00:02:01.900 about the side effects of this vaccine?

00:02:03.640 They should be doing that if they have facts.

00:02:05.640 I mean, the facts are public.

00:02:07.020 They should be made public immediately.

00:02:08.760 People should understand that and they should know what research is showing.

00:02:13.320 You know, they have an obligation, to be honest.

00:02:16.520 And if they are going to hold back, that means they're holding back something that's not good.

00:02:21.100 So it's good for them to be honest.

00:02:24.500 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec Live,

00:02:28.080 Washington, D.C.

00:02:29.380 Today is September 6, 2023.

00:02:32.300 Anno Domini.

00:02:33.560 Liberty Safe.

00:02:35.460 Breaking today.

00:02:37.600 Liberty Safe's trust with their entire customer base.

00:02:43.320 So what's the situation?

00:02:45.260 What are we getting into?

00:02:46.220 How did this happen?

00:02:48.320 Well, Liberty Safe was a company that marketed itself to gun enthusiasts,

00:02:56.300 Second Amendment supporters all across the country.

00:02:59.160 In fact, all across the world.

00:03:01.180 International brand.

00:03:02.180 But it turns out it's more like Liberty not so safe

00:03:06.560 because the gun safe company gave the FBI access for a Jan Sixer when they came to his house.

00:03:19.140 FBI reached out.

00:03:20.260 We don't even know yet if they actually had a warrant.

00:03:24.800 Because in the FBI's statement, according to, or the statement of Liberty Safe, according to them,

00:03:33.040 It says the FBI requested access after we were contacted by them.

00:03:43.560 And then they used another line saying,

00:03:45.540 Our company's protocol is to provide access codes to law enforcement

00:03:48.480 if a warrant grants them access to a property.

00:03:51.540 If a warrant grants them access to a property.

00:03:54.420 Yet, does it say that they had a specific warrant for the safe?

00:04:01.840 For this January 6th protester?

00:04:07.280 Doesn't say that.

00:04:08.460 His name was Nathan Hughes.

00:04:10.700 He's friends with the Hodge twins.

00:04:11.900 Let's see if we can get the Hodge twins on later this week to talk about this.

00:04:14.740 Maybe tomorrow.

00:04:16.800 But Liberty Safe apparently didn't ask questions.

00:04:21.380 Couldn't be bothered.

00:04:22.820 Couldn't be bothered to actually stand up for the rights of their customers.

00:04:27.360 Couldn't be bothered to look into this situation.

00:04:29.220 They said, We didn't have all the...

00:04:30.760 In their own statement, Liberty Safe said,

00:04:33.260 We didn't have all the facts of the investigation.

00:04:37.360 Which means you didn't ask.

00:04:38.640 Which means you didn't even try.

00:04:43.200 Which means you didn't even think about the rights of your customers.

00:04:47.880 You didn't even care about your customer base.

00:04:51.140 You just immediately jumped and did whatever the government asked you to do.

00:04:57.880 Now, who is Liberty Safe?

00:05:01.280 Liberty Safe used to be a company that was founded by a guy by the name of Dave Crosby

00:05:06.940 at a Pace in Utah.

00:05:08.100 But nowadays, they're run by Monomoy Capital Partners.

00:05:14.720 Monomoy Capital Partners.

00:05:16.180 Which, if you go on their website, they're based out of New York City and offices in Greenwich.

00:05:22.640 Oh, look at this.

00:05:23.460 So wonderful.

00:05:24.920 Check out their About Us section.

00:05:26.860 Oh, sustainable success, our values, humility, teamwork, leadership, continuous improvement, private equity, tragedies.

00:05:39.000 So what's going to happen every time, folks?

00:05:41.700 The companies will fold.

00:05:43.600 Because they're all owned by woke capital.

00:05:46.640 And in this case, Liberty Safe is not so safe.

00:05:51.260 So if you have one, I strongly urge you, get yourself a mechanical lock.

00:05:57.160 Lock that thing down. 0.97

00:05:58.280 And if you're in the market, never, ever buy a Liberty Safe again.

00:06:04.380 And I'm sorry, but when you break the back of this movement, when you break your trust with your customers, you are never going to get it back.

00:06:17.920 Enjoy bankruptcy.

00:06:19.880 Liberty Safe.

00:06:45.960 Grew up in the hood, I rolled with bloods.

00:06:48.300 And then boys had a saying.

00:06:50.360 You can't be listening to all that slappy, whack, trim out a zalet-sa-bam-ship, nippy-bam-bam like Human Events with Jack Posobiec. 0.61

00:06:57.880 folks you can look at the economic numbers we are teetering right now go look at what just

00:07:13.360 and your retirement could be gone in an instant inflation has hit 40 year highs prices are

00:07:19.960 spiraling out of control and our dollars buy less and less and less and americans are racking up

00:07:30.060 escalating groceries this is what bide inflation that silent evil force that eats away at your

00:09:02.320 you know we were talking in the last segment about this liberty safe situation people are saying well how do they have an access code

00:09:08.760 well what it means is that the company still retains access at that level a skeleton key essentially an electronic skeleton key

00:09:16.000 to your safe no matter what you change the code to they have a manufacturer's code that they can get into it with

00:09:23.160 that means anyone at the company then has access to your safe who knows the ability to get it or has the ability to get into that

00:09:30.960 so let's say you're in a situation where the government decides that you're not allowed to have

00:09:36.740 a certain kind of gun anymore and the atf or your state because the registry from the background checks

00:09:45.040 they've already built through nix says okay we know this person has this we're going to walk right up

00:09:51.060 and now we have a warrant for it and now we're going to call up liberty and they're going to give us

00:09:55.060 the access code that's exactly what they would be able to do in that scenario that's what you're

00:10:01.540 getting when you go with liberty safe so you must be secure about not only your families we're talking

00:10:07.600 about the financial future now we're talking about your liberty and of course for your own personally

00:10:12.320 legally owned firearms in this country it's ridiculous but we've got tony schaefer on uh lieutenant

00:10:18.240 girl tony schaefer we're going to talk about ukraine tony do you i wanted to just just throw out here

00:10:22.020 from an intel officer perspective if if liberty safe has the ability to open up your safe is that

00:10:29.180 still a safe well no it's not a safe for two reasons first to your point if they've got a skeleton key

00:10:35.380 and they didn't disclose that that's i believe a form of fraud they need to disclose that or else it's

00:10:42.120 to your port not secure secondly uh if that's available uh the government or other folks who gain

00:10:50.620 access to it can essentially breach your safe uh and you'd never know so it's it's not something that

00:10:57.060 i would recommend anybody except as a part of something they bring into their home to secure

00:11:03.560 uh something as important as firearms and who by the way if the safe is breached uh is the manufacturer

00:11:11.680 then liable for whatever stolen out of it because you know perhaps that person who broke into it had

00:11:16.460 their code it opens a pandora's box jack of a number of issues which i think really do uh put

00:11:23.320 the the company in legal jeopardy not to mention a marketing jeopardy by this fact coming out

00:11:28.060 no i think it's exactly right but i want to shift over because tony we we wanted you want to talk about

00:11:34.120 ukraine so we've got uh your other uh favorite tony tony blinken is uh over in in ukraine actually

00:11:41.200 today making this sort of surprise trip but there's a lot that's going on even in the last

00:11:46.280 couple of days since i've had you because um they've sacked the minister of defense in ukraine

00:11:53.460 we have a story up at humanevents.com now they're telling us this guy reznikov and this was done over

00:11:57.360 corruption but those corruption allegations have been around for a long time and this counter

00:12:01.980 offensive has really been what's failed uh they're even going after they've replaced the um the general

00:12:07.360 in charge of the whole thing sorovkin which is something that you actually predicted would

00:12:11.120 happen the last time you were here and they've arrested igor kolomoisky who's the very oligarch

00:12:16.420 that was behind zelinski's entire career both in media and in politics now blinken goes over tony

00:12:22.520 what are we to make of all this well he's uh first thing that blinken did is he pledged more money

00:12:28.220 that's a huge clue another billion dollars now think about this jack from the practical perspective

00:12:33.980 we already can't account for funds that have been sent we already know that they're firing people

00:12:39.400 for corruption and then then you want to give them more money come on uh this is obviously more

00:12:47.160 grift and payoffs from the biden administration to those there all these people are being fired it's

00:12:55.840 not about corruption it's about the fact that the western directed western planned western executed i would

00:13:03.380 often even go so far as to say offensive has failed we talked about this uh you know the segment

00:13:10.340 that we did has been heavily shown to folks uh i stand by my words uh they have the ukrainians have

00:13:17.260 maybe maybe three weeks left to win they're not going to win and because within three weeks you're

00:13:24.020 going to have the wet season come and man it's going to be like burning man with tanks if you can

00:13:29.520 picture that uh because oh my gosh yes i'm just telling you if you could picture that yeah it's

00:13:35.780 going to be you know yeah everything bogged down with uh tanks and no hot chicks it's not a good 0.99

00:13:41.680 trade-off jack i'm just saying i you know if i got i forgot to be stuck in the mud i'd rather be

00:13:45.960 stuck with hot cheeks than tanks just you know just saying so uh but i think that's what they're

00:13:51.740 faced with and so all of these firings are more related to the failure to show any progress to 0.91

00:13:58.120 the west uh regarding the offensive than corruption they're all corrupt uh ukraine was the most corrupt 0.67

00:14:04.160 nation in in europe before the war all of a sudden they became saints well they're not saints and i

00:14:10.720 think uh it's very clear that uh blink and trying to throw more money at it simply as a as a hail mary

00:14:16.660 trying to get them to do something at some point against the russians and i just don't think it's going to

00:14:21.120 work well it seems we're getting a two-pronged approach because we're also seeing in thenation.com

00:14:26.660 the magazine they had a whole piece up about how potentially even in dc they were very quietly

00:14:32.660 talking about actually brace yourself negotiations with the russians what a concept i've it's been two

00:14:41.240 years almost i have never heard this word uh could it be potentially do you think did tony

00:14:47.780 blinken go over there and possibly hand zelinski a list of demands to basically saying look this is

00:14:55.740 what you're going to have to give up i think that there were demands i don't know what those demands

00:15:02.220 were um at this point the issue of negotiation is the only option other than complete defeat uh

00:15:11.020 at this point i keep saying this i'm not pro-russian putin's a thug uh i i know uh people may not

00:15:18.920 understand we the the think tank i lead the think tanks i lead are being attacked constantly by russian

00:15:25.280 trolls because they don't like the fact of calling out putin so i'm not pro-russian what i'm saying is

00:15:30.300 the numbers are all in the russians favor uh they dominate the battlefield no matter how much high 0.68

00:15:37.020 tech we give ukraine uh you're just not going to overwhelm the russian's ability to adapt to

00:15:43.380 overcome that technology they're learning a great deal about how we would fight which is i think

00:15:47.440 something we need to be paying attention to and more importantly it's just a numbers game jack it's

00:15:53.340 just any any anybody who's actually studied any level of strategy will understand instantly ukraine

00:16:00.580 does not have any potential uh to prevail based on simply the manpower numbers and the losses they've

00:16:07.120 suffered over the past 18 months it's just not there and so the all the alternative to negotiation

00:16:13.940 is watching the russians at the time of their choosing return to the offensive and start taking

00:16:19.440 whole parts of ukraine back because ukraine's out of gas and no amount of ukrainian work is going to

00:16:26.120 prevent it the only way you would see this is by a third party a nato or some other nation coming in

00:16:31.640 with its manpower and i don't think anybody's willing to do that at this point well we've already seen

00:16:37.540 some uh some potential strikes involving estonia some stuff going on down on romania uh of course we

00:16:44.720 know poland has has made a lot of comments about going ahead of or or sending folks they actually saw

00:16:50.320 some people commenting i just don't think by the way i don't think well it's ready no i don't think

00:16:55.140 one one option that um that i did see that was that was kind of facetious but but actually you

00:17:00.960 know maybe half true is that if poland really wants to get involved in ukraine they could actually

00:17:05.520 just deploy some of the ukrainian men that have fled from ukraine that are now living in poland just

00:17:11.600 send a few of them back and you'd have enough for a couple of battalions i think we ought to send in

00:17:16.460 hunter biden airdrop him in and hope for the best i think that's a good strategy yeah the expert

00:17:20.940 the expert of the east no tony i think you're exactly right that we are now facing a critical

00:17:25.200 juncture they've only got a couple more weeks left before if they they said they were going to punch

00:17:29.160 through the russian lines and be all the way down to crimea something that i've i brought up a little

00:17:34.760 bit on twitter yesterday but i'm going to throw out there i think it's important for people to say

00:17:37.860 while we're talking about this is that it seems that the west has found these crimean totters and

00:17:42.240 they're using them as sort of a a group now to claim that they need to liberate down in crimea so

00:17:48.360 zelinski is appointing one to be the head of the ministry of defense and then he's going down and

00:17:53.220 there's there's twitter accounts that are exploding of crimean totters all over the place

00:17:57.400 uh tony we're coming up on the break though and we have to run let us know where can people go to

00:20:10.440 massive case down in georgia and no it's not one involving donald trump

00:20:16.960 because it turns out that the rico law is actually being applied down in georgia not by the

00:20:24.640 democrats or soros prosecutors but by the georgia attorney general to go after a group that i've

00:20:32.480 talked about here on this program for a long time treehouse antifa and their assault in what they

00:20:40.920 called the stop cop city activity but don't take it from me because i want to play this clip in just a

00:20:49.160 second from the attorney general of georgia 61 antifa militants and supporters have just been indicted in a

00:21:29.660 and occupied by anarchists in 2020 in seattle washington we contend that members of defend the atlanta forest

00:21:37.260 unlawfully occupied the land in atlanta where the training center is set to be built they lived illegally

00:21:45.260 in and around the trees on this property for nearly two years in order to barricade the site we assert

00:21:53.180 that the defendant set sharp traps designed to injure anyone who might approach them including law

00:21:59.820 enforcement officers as further alleged in the indictment the defendants used incendiary devices

00:22:07.180 such as molotov cocktails large mortar style fireworks and were in the process of constructing a

00:22:14.460 a rudimentary explosive device in one instant incident we contend that members of defend

00:22:21.100 the atlanta forest trapped an unsuspecting civilian who'd approached the area and held him at gunpoint

00:22:29.260 as alleged in the indictment the defend the atlanta forest is financially supported by the network

00:22:35.180 for strong communities while the network for strong communities portrays itself as a legitimate

00:22:42.140 charitable social justice organization we contend that this group is operating several bank accounts

00:22:49.260 commingling funds from various causes and raising money to establish and maintain the autonomous zone

00:22:56.620 within the forest as a result thousands of good faith donors gave millions of their own money

00:23:03.420 to a certain charitable cause and their funds instead were spent on ammunition surveillance materials

00:23:11.100 and a drone among other out of scope items

00:23:17.500 attorney general chris carr of georgia this man is a hero because this man is finally doing what needs

00:23:27.980 to be done finally someone is stepping up and actually filing rico charges on antifa finally someone actually has

00:23:39.740 the stones and the cojones to do to the other side what is being done to ours but not in this case

00:23:50.380 on false charges or false accusations because we know the attack took place we know the stop cop city attack

00:23:59.420 took place we know the attacks throughout atlanta took place and in this case

00:24:05.900 he's gone through and he has specifically delineated how these cases were brought together

00:24:14.060 the racketeering etc i mean you have to listen just just read every word of this

00:24:17.900 based in atlanta this anarchist anti-police and environmental activism organization coordinates

00:24:27.580 advertises and conducts quote direct action designed to prevent the construction of the atlantic police

00:24:34.060 public safety training center and shadowbox studios and promote anarchist ideas this self-proclaimed direct

00:24:41.580 action again i'm reading directly from the indictment includes vandalizing private property arson destruction

00:24:49.820 of government property attacks on utility workers attacks on law enforcement attacks on private citizens

00:24:56.060 and gun violence the purpose of these actions is to prevent the construction of the atlanta police

00:25:01.980 public safety training center in a movie studio all while promoting virulent anarchist ideals this goes in

00:25:09.980 there's even a history of anarchy listen to this anarchy is a philosophy that is opposed to forms of authority or hierarchy

00:25:17.020 beginnings of anarchist ideals date back centuries though usage of the term

00:25:21.100 anarchy did not exist until the 1800s over time various philosophical forms have emerged numerous anarchist philosophies though

00:25:29.340 exist though anarchists are not required and it goes through again and again and again talking about collectivism

00:25:36.940 talking about living in a collectivist society that individuals are expected to sacrifice for the whole

00:25:42.780 sacrifice your income sacrifice your liberty mutual aid is a term popularized by anarchists again i'm not

00:25:48.860 reading from one of my books i'm not reading from uh my book on antifa uh rise the black flags you can get

00:25:56.300 antifabook.com and stories from inside the black block this is from the indictment in georgia

00:26:01.500 social solidarity another term that the anarchists use they frequently use it as solidarity their jargon

00:26:13.420 their writings they view violent acts as political acts they attempt to frame the government as violent

00:26:21.580 oppressionists thereby justifying their use of violence against police against the government indeed

00:26:28.620 the belief is that the government is engaging in a form of violence by denying individuals basic needs

00:26:34.380 through capitalism government action and law enforcement and i've said this before antifa views

00:26:42.860 our current system as fascism so they view police the church banks financial institutions all of these

00:26:55.020 things i'm not saying all those things are good but i'm saying that any institution that upholds society

00:27:00.220 or is a pillar of society is viewed as fascism by them and so when they say they are anti-fascist

00:27:07.420 they are actually saying they are anti-society anti-civilization because they believe in something

00:27:13.340 called social fascism social fascism and they walk through everything that was done there they have put

00:27:20.780 their philosophy into action they go through the forest defenders they go through social media they go

00:27:27.420 through online uh online they go through accounts they have social media accounts that are written out

00:27:33.740 listen to this

00:27:37.900 at one point during they go through and explain the blm bat the background of the blm riots

00:27:42.060 on july 4th 2020 the zone the autonomous zone that they build up after rayshard brooks um shooting death

00:27:52.700 when he attacked police officers was set up and when a couple drove up to a barricade

00:28:00.300 a shotgun was pointed at them by blm rioters and they were forced to turn around

00:28:04.780 while they were turning around a rifle was pointed at them by another

00:28:09.020 zone occupant to ensure they left the area minutes later an innocent eight-year-old girl 0.98

00:28:14.460 would be shot and killed by autonomous gang members of the autonomous zone remember this is in atlanta

00:28:21.180 a car occupied by eight-year-old sicoria turner and her mother bypassed the autonomous zone checkpoint

00:28:28.780 and gang members fired on the car killing eight-year-old sicoria turner

00:28:35.180 in the 28 days that the autonomous zone existed in atlanta the occupants promoted violence centered

00:28:41.580 around anti-police sentiments and sicoria turner that was a case that i absolutely raked georgia

00:28:48.620 officials republican and democrat over the coals with back in 2020 over the coals

00:28:55.180 because they don't seem to care about what was going on in their own background backyard at the time

00:29:00.300 well it seems that in some cases they've come to their senses at least and are actually doing

00:29:08.620 something about the antifa infestation that is in their midst and you look through this entire you

00:29:16.220 look through this entire thing they liken it to chas they they bring up this indictment is so it's

00:29:21.820 hundred nine pages we've got i'm going to tweet this out but we've got to get this up so ever everyone

00:29:26.620 needs to read this thing they explain chas they explain the sign read that they set up another

00:29:33.020 autonomous zone inside the forest and they held up a sign this is what the attorney general was referring

00:29:38.140 to they held up a sign that said you are now leaving the usa and you have entered what they call

00:29:45.500 the atlanta forest autonomous zone and so what they've done this is this is the newest

00:29:52.860 this is the newest in a long line of antifa

00:29:59.100 zones antifa uprisings it almost goes back to the ottomans of west germany where antifa actually

00:30:07.740 started autonomous zones so they will declare this is their zone and if you enter it they can attack 0.96

00:30:14.940 you they can shoot you they can kill you

00:30:16.860 you finally you have a government and look i got plenty of beef with the government of georgia as

00:30:26.620 it stands but when it comes to this this is the type of action that needs to be taken against antifa

00:30:34.860 against violent militant leftist networks everywhere in the entire country and so i applaud the attorney

00:30:43.180 general of georgia i applaud him i commend him chris carr is a hero the next thing he needs to do

00:30:52.220 is get fanny willis to knock it off so that we can have a safe and secure election in georgia 1.00

00:31:00.700 but he at least needs to do

00:31:02.460 what needs to be done against antifa go after them go after every network then secure our elections

00:31:10.700 secure our path forward stop buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office i'm trying

00:31:17.820 to listen to the new human events with jack pozabic someone else that we have to thank for their work

00:31:24.620 is julie kelly because julie kelly has been tirelessly covering these cases for the j6ers we talked about

00:31:31.100 this liberty safe situation of course we're going to dig in on that but there was a sentence that

00:31:35.980 was held down came down yesterday in washington dc we were looking for it for the entire show it came

00:31:41.900 down just after the show ended julie kelly i wanted to bring you on to talk about this enrique tario

00:31:47.180 given the longest sentence ever was it 22 years right correct the longest sentence so

00:31:53.340 far they had asked for 33 they'd asked for 33 22 years and this was that same tim kelly that you

00:31:59.020 warned us about who's just this absolute old bolshevik who's sitting up there in washington dc 0.94

00:32:04.620 walk us through how is it that and and i got to tell you that even for you know when talking about

00:32:10.380 this case with uh with tanya tay last night when she saw the headlines said wait a minute he wasn't

00:32:16.220 even there and he got 22 years how is that even possible and she said this seems like this sounds

00:32:20.460 like something that you know used to happen in the place that i used to live right where tanya coming

00:32:25.420 from eastern europe right that's that's the kind of thing that used to happen over there

00:32:28.940 now it's happening in the united states yeah my husband came home last night and he follows some

00:32:34.540 of this stuff and he we don't always share the same opinion on it but he said wait a second one of these

00:32:39.820 guys got 22 years and he wasn't even washington dc i mean i think that that's really the stunning uh

00:32:45.980 revelation for most people but not only that not only was he not in washington dc he didn't plan

00:32:52.620 anything i mean there was no assault on the capitol perpetuated by the proud boys they didn't bring

00:32:58.140 any weapon they didn't destroy government property outside of shaking a metal fence i mean one of them

00:33:03.100 dominic pizzola was convicted of smashing a window but no one else did anything even close to that they

00:33:08.540 didn't confront lawmakers uh you know they didn't hunt down nancy pelosi none of those things happened they

00:33:16.140 were involved organized and participated in what used to be a first amendment protection

00:33:22.620 which is exercising political speech and conduct now of course when that crosses the line they should

00:33:28.780 be charged and uh they should face the music but that's not what's been happening here jack i mean

00:33:35.100 you have four or five of these proud boys there's enrique tario ethan nordine is probably in there

00:33:40.220 somewhere joseph biggs convicted of this bogus seditious conspiracy count which is a civil war era

00:33:45.980 statute an american citizen has never been convicted of this until january 6th and the burden of proof

00:33:53.180 is so low that of course it's easy to convict convince a dc jury to convict uh on that count which

00:33:59.180 four or five of them did then they were also convicted of this obstruction of an official proceeding and

00:34:04.700 some other counts but what's really the outrage here jack as you know is judge tim kelly consenting to

00:34:10.860 the terror enhancement and sentencing and the terror the act of terror judge kelly said was the shaking

00:34:17.980 of a temporary black metal fence on capitol grounds that day now there's only scant evidence that joe

00:34:23.340 biggs and ethan nordine were involved in this i posted this on my twitter but how can enrique tario be

00:34:28.940 involved in destroying government property shaking a fence when he was in another state wasn't even in the

00:34:35.340 city that day this is the sort of outlandish banana republic style environment the january 6th defendants

00:34:43.260 find themselves in in this dc courthouse where i was last week by the way no that's right and then

00:34:50.140 we we interviewed you from uh from the reagan airport as you were on your way out um the same

00:34:55.420 airport we were by the way that enrique tario was picked up on when he was traveling to he was planning

00:35:00.940 to attend jan 6 but he wouldn't he didn't make it there made us the airport didn't get out um there's

00:35:05.660 some questions that he may have actually been uh in in knowledge of the fact that he was that they

00:35:12.380 were waiting for him because he kind of had this contact with a local police officer etc yeah now that

00:35:18.220 police officer is is it's been charged as well by the way for even telling him that he had a warrant

00:35:23.660 which is amazing to me by the way that apparently the government can um can charge you with something

00:35:29.260 and authorities of the government can't even tell you that you are facing charges because they're

00:35:33.660 they're planning to snatch you up it's we've gotten so crazy but uh julie what does it say to you that

00:35:40.220 we do have um so i had viveka ramassami on on the day that joe biggs was convicted and sentenced

00:35:45.740 the day he was sentenced and he said that i would pardon all non-violent jan sixers what does it say to

00:35:54.380 you that we have political candidates that and he said it again this is wrong last night he said on

00:35:59.500 twitter what does it say to you that we now have candidates that are actually willing to say this

00:36:04.060 but others that aren't i mean i i commended the vague on twitter today that he is the only candidate

00:36:12.620 who condemned what happened to enrique tario and the proud boys and you have two of our top you know

00:36:18.380 our two top presidential contenders as of right now are in florida and one of them happens to be the

00:36:24.780 governor of florida enrique tario is a resident of florida joseph biggs is a resident of florida

00:36:31.580 these are ron desantis's constituents and he still has an obligation certainly has an obligation to defend

00:36:39.740 his constituents against this retaliatory vengeful abusive department of justice but ron desantis still

00:36:46.620 has not specifically condemned doj for what they're doing to j6ers even though florida has the 0.99

00:36:52.940 greatest number of january 6 defendants whether it's someone like enrique tario uh whether it's

00:36:58.940 members of the oath keepers who also have been convicted and sentenced to excessive prison terms

00:37:04.940 or low level i sat in the dc dc courtroom last week when judge amit mehta called 61 year old grandmother

00:37:13.260 connie megs a terrorist because she was convicted by dc jury of obstruction of an official proceeding

00:37:19.900 and conspiring to obstruct i mean these are constituents of ron desantis's these are supporters

00:37:26.140 of donald trump why are they silent yet someone like vivek who i think this is a reason why people

00:37:32.380 are paying attention to him whether he's giving it lip service or not he is the only presidential candidate

00:37:38.300 to come to the defense of these men and uh call out doj and these judges for what they're doing to

00:37:44.060 them no i give them a lot of credit for saying it because um we didn't do any uh you know pre-screened

00:37:51.180 questions or anything like that and then you know even even you knew i i don't do that on here you know

00:37:56.460 sometimes we'll kind of chat about you know hey in general do you want to get into this or that but

00:38:00.060 there's no there's no pre-screen questions and i wouldn't consent to an interview like that with

00:38:03.740 a presidential candidate ever and so um he he faced it straight on and said he would do it and you

00:38:09.340 know i don't know what his chances are for winning the presidency necessarily but uh to have someone

00:38:13.260 up there with that platform giving a voice to uh these men and women i think is is admirable i think

00:38:19.020 it's extremely admirable and the fact that the rest of the party won't do so in fact at the same time

00:38:23.580 we're hearing nikki haley is is now sort of the the main contender when she's largely silent on january

00:38:30.140 26 you know because i gotta tell you julie like i was at guantanamo bay okay i've seen actual

00:38:36.380 terrorists up close to i don't talk about it a lot right you know i'm not one of those guys who tries

00:38:40.940 to run around being a professional veteran doing that whole thing oh i served you didn't whatever

00:38:45.340 but okay i've been up against real terrorists i've seen what they look like i've i've smelled

00:38:50.060 them i've been in their midst whatever you want to say uh those guys people who had knowledge of

00:38:54.460 9 11 people who were on the battlefield in afghanistan pakistan etc okay those are terrorists

00:39:00.140 i was also there on january 6 those people this was a you could say it was a riot there was elements

00:39:06.220 of a riot that got out of hand there were other people by the way who were completely peaceful

00:39:11.740 who were completely walking around i had no idea what was going on and i remember saying at the time

00:39:18.460 that there were also going to be people the large majority of people because there were no comms that

00:39:22.700 day who were walking up had no idea what had preceded them because they were all the way at the back

00:39:28.700 in incredibly long thousands tens of thousands of line then they get up they have no idea what's going

00:39:33.420 on because there's no way to understand the context of what happened all the way up at the front almost

00:39:37.980 a mile away julie the same judge by the way is now the same the the one that is trying peter navarro right

00:39:45.980 now as you and i speak in in the dc jury for uh dc courtroom for refusing to speak to the january 6 committee

00:39:52.700 uh what do you need to do about these judges what do we need to do i was in peter navarro's uh

00:40:00.540 pre-trial uh hearing last week with ahmet mehta the same judge as i noted who called connie megs a

00:40:06.060 terrorist and of course he denied um peter navarro's claims of executive privilege and that's where he is

00:40:12.540 right now uh with his trial commencing this week what can we do with these judges i don't know jack you

00:40:17.660 know i've recommended house republicans on numerous occasions including after they won how they want

00:40:23.020 how they should proceed and i put impeach a few judges at the top of that list you're not going

00:40:29.260 to have the guts to impeach a federal judge which i think it's been decades since a federal judge has

00:40:34.380 been impeached they do have congressional oversight they are the ones who are funding the dc district

00:40:40.620 court the dc circuit court they are funding the dc u.s attorney's office they are funding the

00:40:45.020 washington fbi field office the question is why because between those three entities the dc u.s

00:40:51.020 attorney's office washington field office and dc district court they have created what i call

00:40:55.660 a judicial and legal circle of hell for january 6 defendants whether it's peter navarro whether it's

00:41:01.020 steve bannon whether it's donald trump himself or now then 1100 plus defendants why are republicans

00:41:08.140 not just ignoring this why do they continue to fund it i just i have no explanation i have no

00:41:13.500 hold that hold that thought we got a quick break we'll come right back we'll give you

00:41:18.380 a chance to finish it stay tuned when i'm working long hours i'm always listening to human events

00:41:23.420 with jack was so big all right jack was so back here live human events with julie kelly you know now

00:41:30.940 julie kelly you are very well known for your coverage of january 6 but you also focused a couple

00:41:38.060 years ago ran a deep investigation into an individual by the name of pierre omidyar in

00:41:43.500 fact you're one of the first people i know to really break this story about how this huge mega

00:41:48.620 donor on the left and this was years ago when he was funding never trump movement now pierre omidyar

00:41:55.900 has resurfaced and he's he seems to be leading this group in his funding the omidyar network is backing

00:42:03.020 this group that has launched uh launched uh advertiser boycotts of facebook and now embroiled in a war

00:42:10.700 basically with twitter the new you know the rebranded x uh which is run now by elon musk this is

00:42:17.980 interesting of course because pierre omidyar was the founder of ebay ebay of course bought paypal this

00:42:24.940 kind of was elon's first launch so walk us through the background who is this omidyar network and what role

00:42:31.820 does he play on the left so pierre omidyar actually my very first book was on the never trump movement

00:42:40.140 so i covered pierre omidyar extensively as you said he is the co-founder of ebay a billionaire

00:42:46.300 several times over i believe he lives in hawaii or at least at the point i was reporting on him he lived

00:42:51.260 in hawaii he is the man responsible for funding bill crystal for example and evan mcmullin and you know

00:42:59.340 this like republicans for accountability and all these other shell groups i mean he has numerous

00:43:04.540 shell groups that uh are never trump organizations that he funds and then pays these people to front

00:43:10.860 those groups so it's no surprise of course uh that he is helping to go after uh free or you know more

00:43:20.780 free social media platforms like twitter and try to pull their funding i'm sure he has been involved in

00:43:27.500 say the same efforts against people like tucker carlson and fox news so um you know he's a

00:43:33.260 foreign born billionaire uh which seems to be a chronic problem in this country where people who 0.98

00:43:39.260 weren't born here who nonetheless made their fortune off americans hate america and want to change our

00:43:45.500 way of life and pierre omidyar certainly is one of those individuals um he's got a whole fund i believe

00:43:52.300 it's called the democracy fund where they started in 2017 donating over 100 million dollars to a lot

00:43:59.020 of these never trump groups or groups tied to them i believe they um fund the brennan center of justice

00:44:05.900 uh they were involved in a lot of these groups that also portrayed not just never trump but

00:44:11.100 as legitimate organizations uh to filter out alleged misinformation um so and this is and this is what they

00:44:20.060 were doing and that's and that is exactly right because this is exactly what they were doing

00:44:26.380 when it comes to and you can find the you know adl and the same guy jonathan greenblatt who's this

00:44:31.020 former obama staffer is now coming up saying oh we're so thankful for the omidyar network we're so

00:44:37.020 thankful for their their seed money here and then you can go through the list and a lot of people seem to

00:44:42.540 think that elon is only going up against the adl but no it's this entire coalition and you go through

00:44:48.140 the list and every single one of them or at least every single one of the major names of them has

00:44:52.940 received funding from these major dark money groups like the omidyar network and so what we're seeing

00:44:59.340 julie it seems as though these groups are really lending the legitimacy of their uh institutional you

00:45:07.340 know name their institutional credibility to these efforts of these dark money groups and billionaires

00:45:13.900 like omidyar that have nothing to do with what the organization claims that they're doing this is

00:45:19.180 actually by the way the same thing the same type of money laundering that uh that antifa is now being

00:45:24.060 charged with in in uh down in georgia right so this is what omidyar does so he starts you know the

00:45:30.860 democracy fund or protect democracy uh or principles first that's another organization you know the uh

00:45:38.460 heath mayo and his group principles first and it's tied to evan uh mcmullin and all those never trumpers

00:45:44.700 michael steel bill crystal etc um those are the so he gives them these grand names to there's omidyar

00:45:51.980 right there uh to portray that he's actually defending democracy and free speech etc when he's actually

00:45:58.780 trying to systematically destroy it and destroy the political opposition of the left he is extremely

00:46:05.500 wealthy he stays behind the scenes which is why he has not gotten a lot of criticism for his activity

00:46:10.700 really since 2016. so i'm glad to see some pressure and heat on him but he's a very dangerous man like

00:46:17.180 a lot of these billionaires are working uh you know behind the scenes and now in front uh to to really

00:46:23.900 change our public dialogue and to punish platforms that want to give equal access to a multitude of voices

00:46:31.340 in this country and not just the beliefs of people like pierre omidyar so do you think um you know

00:46:37.740 just based on your on your background there do you think there could be some lingering bad blood from

00:46:42.860 the ebay paypal era this fact that uh these guys go back almost 25 years this huge relationship you

00:46:51.260 know does he does he think maybe oh i've created a monster or something like that and you know that's

00:46:56.060 just your assessment i'm asking for there i know that you obviously can't know the specifics uh but it

00:47:00.700 seems that the the background between the two of them could certainly be leading towards an angle

00:47:13.420 2016 but you'll recall one of the organizations that he funds and i'm sorry i can't think of the

00:47:19.020 name of it because i'm like in another unit like space right now um but he helped with this front

00:47:24.940 organization that would determine that certain tweets or collection of tweets were russian disinformation

00:47:33.340 remember when hamilton 68 thank you very much i should remember that i appreciate yes so he funds

00:47:40.540 hamilton 68 so remember when the whole nunez memo was coming out in 2018 and there was a hashtag

00:47:48.540 hamilton 68 came out immediately and said that that was a russian disinformation operation that devon

00:47:54.700 nunez was doing the dirty work of you know vladimir putin picking up on you know russiagate and they

00:48:00.780 were instrumental in allegedly tagging tweets and accounts and groups of accounts that were tied to

00:48:06.380 the russians of course it was a total hoax well it was no i remember this one because and the reason

00:48:11.500 i remember really hamilton uh hamilton 68 is because i was on the top of the list they said number

00:48:15.500 it was hashtag release the memo it was 2018 and they said jack was the top of the list it's russian bots

00:48:20.220 and i looked at it i said i don't have any bots there's no bots here there's none of this uh julie
