Jack Posobiec joins Jack to discuss the latest in the Biden vs. Trump battle, and why Team DeSantis doesn t seem to be interested in supporting him. Plus, an update on the voting machines in Georgia and why they should stop using them.
00:01:40.520He's never been leading in the NBC, Paul.
00:01:42.280I think it's our job to explain to Americans what President Biden has done to improve the economy.
00:01:52.760President Biden is now saying that inflation is basically over 89 percent of Americans say that's bull.
00:01:59.340They don't believe it because they're still very concerned about it.
00:02:02.080To tell me that inflation isn't still available, it tells you how out of touch that the White House and the Biden administration is, and Biden himself.
00:02:11.040I think October 7th was kind of the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back when people in Europe and the United States especially saw all of these immigrants that had come to this generous country, and they repaid our magnanimity with disdain.
00:02:26.220The Army is having a tough time right now getting people to join.
00:02:29.560They were 10,000 short of their latest recruiting goals, so they are starting to court people they kicked out for not getting the COVID vaccine.
00:02:37.400Earlier today, in a two-to-one decision, a panel of judges on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals said that only, only the federal government, not private citizens and civil rights groups, can sue under a key part of the Voting Rights Act, effectively gutting the legislation in seven states.
00:02:54.100He will do, he will get away with, he will imprison, he will execute whoever he's allowed to imprison, execute, drive from the country.
00:03:27.840Mike Lindell vindicated on the voting machines this huge ruling out of Georgia.
00:03:34.680We're going to have Mike on the show later on to talk about this because this is absolutely massive.
00:03:39.680Talk about a guy who's been smeared, who's been attacked, who's been drugged through the mud and has done it all with a smile on his face, sitting there day in, day out, saying that he wants to save his country, that he wants to stand up for our actual ability to be able to cast votes on Election Day and have those votes counted.
00:04:04.300Guess what? Argentina did this in one day, and within a couple of hours, the entire country of Argentina gave us the answer right away.
00:04:16.920So if Argentina can give us the answers, can give us them so quickly, then the question is, why are we using machines?
00:04:24.740If paper is faster and the machines can't be audited, plus the machines are open to vulnerabilities, and we're going to talk to Mike about those and about this case, then why are we using machines?
00:04:36.720Look, I think that machines should be taken out of the United States, period.
00:05:06.200Why is it that people on Team DeSantis don't seem very interested in talking about this?
00:05:13.740Why is it that people on Team DeSantis only sit around and talk about what's going to happen when Trump gets convicted, when Trump goes to jail, when Trump's a felon?
00:05:24.840And I threw out there yesterday as a simple thought experiment.
00:05:27.300I said, why is it that a guy like Ron DeSantis and his supporters, his high-level fans, can't come out and say that Joe Biden should be stripped off the ballot when he controls the entire machinery and the infrastructure of the elections in the state of Florida?
00:06:32.200If you don't have the killer instinct, if you don't have the ability to fight back and politically punch these people in the face, then guess what?
00:06:43.120You're going to lose, and probably you deserve to.
00:06:46.500Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events and the work that we do is subscribing to us on our Rumble channel.
00:08:23.660Very excited now, we've got the great Mike Benz, executive director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, rejoining us to Human Events Daily.
00:08:34.320Mike, the last time we had you on here, we were talking about Media Matters, we were talking about Elon, we were talking about what could be done.
00:08:41.300All of a sudden, it seems like Elon has been activated by this.
00:08:45.760Do you think Media Matters has woke the dragon here?
00:08:59.460And the response is, well, we have a Hulk.
00:09:01.080And there's this strange situation right now where, you know, for the first time, we have a tech titan, a champion, a sort of neo who is the man in the arena who is, bless his soul, a principled man going after freedom.
00:09:20.600And this is something that I think the censorship industry has never experienced before because everyone typically when the C-suite is pushed on by ad boycotters, they fold like a deck of cards.
00:09:35.560This happened to Mark Zuckerberg when they were boycotted by the ADL and color of change in Media Matters to the tune of $60 billion in 2019 with the whole change the terms campaign, which was a campaign to get them to change the terms of service so that they would censor more.
00:09:53.980Mark Zuckerberg had just given a speech in San Jose about how he was sick of censorship and didn't want to censor anymore.
00:09:59.120But then when he got kicked in the piggy bank, he folded up very quickly.
00:10:05.040And Musk seems to have adopted a fighting posture in terms of defending his principles and defending his platform that Silicon Valley I don't think has ever seen before in the face of ad boycotts.
00:10:17.820And this could be the start of something very big.
00:10:20.580So we've gone through and sliced and diced some of this.
00:10:24.240I know you've looked at it as well, but when it comes to the actual data here and you've got ex-employees coming out as well as their officials saying that they looked into the data and it looks as though Media Matters, not only did they manipulate the algorithm, they actually created fake accounts to essentially create the system that gave them these ads.
00:10:45.480Can you walk us through a little bit of that?
00:10:47.040And why is it that when they're doing this, they're calling it research when I would call it a hoax?
00:10:55.420Now, on the research side, this has been an intricately compiled rhetorical framing technique that has served the censorship industry for about six or seven years now to use research as a cloak for active operations.
00:11:10.360This is something that the CIA used to do from the 1950s all the way to present day.
00:11:16.860Many times when there's an active operation that clandestine services want to want to organize, they cloak it in academic front groups or in in research organizations that appear to have a passive rather than an active role in things.
00:11:30.840Perhaps the best demonstration of this is actually on the finance side.
00:11:34.620Sam Bankman-Fried, who was recently convicted on multiple felony counts for organizing the biggest crypto scam in world history, his firm was called FTX, but it was actually traded out of something called Alameda Research.
00:11:49.880And he was asked in an interview once why he called his trading arm Alameda Research.
00:11:56.620And he said, well, there's a funny backstory.
00:11:58.760When we said that we were doing crypto trading and arbitrage, we couldn't get a bank account.
00:12:06.500So we decided, well, hey, if we just call it a research institute, every bank wants to serve a research institute.
00:12:11.980So we basically fooled them by calling it research when it was active trading operations.
00:12:18.380It's the exact same thing here with this Moten Bailey trick with what they do is they attack with activists, with operatives, with hitmen, with mass flaggers in order to economically coerce, pressure and break platforms or social media accounts or third party websites.
00:12:35.740But then when they're attacked, they say, oh, it's research.
00:12:38.280This is like the equivalent of, you know, an atom bomb going off and saying, oh, well, we were just researching.
00:12:45.020We were just, you know, we were just Manhattan Project researchers.
00:12:49.380But not only were they researching how to drop the bomb, they were, you know, they were the battle organizers of the whole operation.
00:12:57.560And then the ones actually physically dropping the nukes over Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
00:13:01.640This is a trick to hide what they're doing, and it's been totally exposed.
00:13:06.260You can go to my timeline on X, and I have a 40-minute video breaking down the whole thing at Mike Ben's Cyber.
00:13:13.300See, this idea that they're just, they're this, you know, non-partisan, non-biased researcher.
00:13:20.520And then, of course, this is the same thing that they've used to set up shop at actual institutions around the country, or should I say former institutions?
00:13:29.460I call them skin suits, or, you know, skin suiting is basically one of the favored tactics of these types of organizations,
00:13:36.660where they will burrow their way into, say, Harvard University with the Shorenstein Center,
00:13:41.800or the lab over at Stanford, the Internet Research Observatory.
00:13:47.520These ideas that they're just, they're researching.
00:13:49.740The Observatory, what a name, Observatory, as if it's, you know, this wonderful telescope,
00:13:55.140the Galileo and Hubble and all of these different, you know, these different images they're trying to evoke,
00:14:00.240when really what they're doing is they're censoring the Internet.
00:14:03.080The Shorenstein Center, which I believe, by the way, actually went down in flames,
00:14:06.800because half of their budget was going to Joan Donovan's Uber Eats account.
00:14:12.760From what I'm told, I haven't been able to confirm those reports of Joan Donovan's Uber Eats account
00:14:17.780eating up the entire, or at least half of the budget of the Shorenstein Center.
00:14:21.720I don't know if you've heard, can you confirm that by any chance?
00:14:25.580I've heard rumors, but that's a great point about the Stanford Internet Observatory,
00:14:29.760because if they caught it the Stanford Air Force Base, they couldn't get $3 million in funding
