00:00:24.460 Pozo totally free. The Pozo daily brief. This is what happens when the fourth turning
00:00:33.400 meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation and former
00:00:44.840 Navy intelligence veteran. This is human events with your host, Jack Posobiec. Deliver us from
00:00:50.600 evil. Jennifer Crumbly, silent and stoic as the jury announced her fate guilty on all
00:00:56.280 four charges. One for each student, her son, Ethan killed in the 2021 Oxford high school
00:01:01.460 shooting. Hamas has come back with a three phased plan, which demands a 135 day ceasefire during
00:01:09.300 which all the hostages would eventually be freed. Israel would withdraw its troops from
00:01:14.520 Gaza and talks would begin to end the war permanently. President Biden has called the
00:01:20.240 proposal a little over the top. Donald Trump wants chaos. Donald Trump does not want success
00:01:26.920 at the border. He wants chaos. And if he became president, I doubt he'd ever solve it. Enjoy
00:01:32.240 the performance that's about to begin. All right. We're going to walk off here and get our performance.
00:01:40.180 Is it time for Mitch McConnell to go? I think it is. A Republican leader should actually lead
00:01:46.820 this conference and should advance the priorities of Republicans. We are here today to authoritatively
00:01:52.700 express that President Trump did not commit an insurrection. And we believe Congress has a unique
00:01:58.480 role in making that declaration. Yeah. I mean, from the president's standpoint, certainly it's concerning
00:02:03.560 to be behind Donald Trump at all. Certainly by five points. That's the largest lead Trump's ever had
00:02:08.840 over Biden in our polling. Starting last June, we had Biden ahead by four. That already was closer
00:02:14.700 than any poll from 2020. And then from there, it went to a tie in the fall. It went to a slight Trump
00:02:20.520 lead in November. And now, as you say, a Trump lead of five points. NBC News projects that Nikki Haley
00:02:25.400 has lost to the option that reads none of these candidates. Former President Trump did not appear
00:02:31.400 on the ballot. Ronna McDaniel Romney, Ronna McDaniel, plans to step down shortly after the South Carolina
00:02:37.340 primary on February 24th and that her exit comes after months of pressure and a campaign from Trump
00:02:44.420 allied forces to unseat her. All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition Human
00:02:49.680 Events Daily live from Washington, D.C. Today is February 7th, 2024. Anno, Dominic. A lot going on.
00:02:56.380 Phone blowing up last night with this New York Times story. And I want to give you the story
00:03:02.120 behind the story as much as I can in terms of what happened, when it happened, and how it happens.
00:03:08.400 This New York Times story drops late last night. And I mean, I just got to say my phone turned into a
00:03:13.200 brick. This idea. So Ronna McDaniel, news breaking that she will resign, essentially effectively step down
00:03:20.500 after the South Carolina primary, which is being held on February 24th. It's going to be the last day
00:03:26.160 of CPAC. So you got the middle of CPAC. You got the middle of the South Carolina primary in the
00:03:31.540 primary season where, of course, President Trump is ascended. This all happening on the same day
00:03:36.220 that Mitch McConnell gets humiliated in the Senate, where Nikki Haley gets humiliated in the desert,
00:03:44.980 losing to no one, none of these candidates. Okay, so Nikki Haley gets humiliated. Ronna gets humiliated.
00:03:52.240 Mitch McConnell gets humiliated. Ronna Romney McDaniel, by the way. What's going on here? And I
00:03:58.860 walked this out on War Room. I'll explain it here again. The intrinsic link to all of this
00:04:03.900 is the fact that at the RNC and this disastrous border bill, Nikki Haley, what do they all have in
00:04:13.300 common? And I paraphrased Napoleon earlier this morning. When a government is dependent upon bankers
00:04:22.440 for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation since the hand that gives is
00:04:28.960 the is above the hand that takes. Money has no motherland. Financiers are without patriotism and
00:04:37.420 without decency. Their sole object is gain. Understand the uniparty establishment wing
00:04:45.780 of the Republicans got humiliated yesterday. It's losing. It's failing on every front.
00:04:52.960 You've got people in the Senate who understand that there's blood in the water when it comes to
00:04:56.980 the Senate Republican leadership. And oh, by the way, we're in an election year where it looks like
00:05:00.900 Republicans are about to take over the Senate. What does that mean? This might be Mitch McConnell's
00:05:05.580 last year as Senate leader. This might be Nikki Haley's last hurrah going down in her home state,
00:05:12.100 though I don't predict that she will drop out after what is shaping up to be an absolutely
00:05:15.840 humiliating defeat in South Carolina. I want to be very clear. We are the ones in power now. We are.
00:05:24.020 We are the ones who make these decisions. And so when that story dropped about Ronna McDaniel and this
00:05:28.960 guy Watley, who seems to be this guy and Tyler Boyer is talking about this as well, this is Ronna
00:05:33.720 McDaniel's guy. He's the guy that Ronna wants to pick out. So it's interesting that his name is the
00:05:39.900 one that came into the New York Times. So there's a lot of great grassroots picks out there. People
00:05:46.060 are talking about the chairwoman of the Delaware GOP, Julianne Murray. There are other people who are
00:05:51.080 saying Laura Trump should get involved. Tyler Boyer has pointed out that you do need, if you're going to
00:05:55.240 do a male-female, you need to be male-female if you're doing chair, co-chair. But I want to be
00:06:00.400 very clear about this, ladies and gentlemen. We are in control and we own a debt of gratitude
00:06:05.080 to Donald Trump and who came before him, Rush Limbaugh. And I just want to say and make sure
00:06:11.040 that I say this, thank you to Rush Limbaugh from the patriots of this nation. We would not be in this
00:06:17.860 place without what Rush did. Ladies and gentlemen, Terry Lake during this time.
00:06:21.320 Ladies and gentlemen, one of the best ways that you can support us here at Human Events and the work
00:06:29.480 that we do is subscribing to us on our Rumble channel. Make sure you're subscribed, you hit the

00:06:40.960 them out every single day of the week. I rolled with bloods and them boys had a saying. You can't
00:06:48.160 be listening to all that slappy whack, trim out his outlet, it's a bam ship, nippy bam bam, like Human
00:06:53.760 Events with Jack Posobiec. Jack Posobiec back live, Human Events Daily, Washington, D.C. We are proud to
00:07:01.140 be joined once again by the great Terry Lake, who's running for Senate in the wonderful state of Arizona.
00:07:07.300 Terry, walk us through this bill because both of your opponents, including the incumbent,
00:07:14.580 seem to be completely for this bill that absolutely blew apart yesterday. Huge humiliation, by the way,
00:07:21.720 for Senate Republican leadership like Mitch McConnell. Walk us through the tea leaves of how you view this.
00:07:28.960 Well, I view this as the American people dodged a bullet with this disastrous piece of legislation.
00:07:35.200 You know, the way they were talking about it made it sound like they were going to do something really
00:07:38.740 good. They actually did want to secure the border and do something to stop the invasion.
00:07:43.840 And then we started getting little pieces of it dripping out. And we realized this is a boondoggle,
00:07:49.920 a behemoth of a piece of legislation that appeared to not do anything to secure the border. And then when
00:07:56.320 it dropped and we started pouring through the 300 plus pages of this, as I said, debacle,
00:08:02.140 it became very clear. This was just a big fancy way of sending over tens of billions of dollars,
00:08:10.500 $60 billion to Ukraine, $90 billion to kill people in wars overseas and nothing, zero goose egg to
00:08:19.940 actually secure the border. This is a slap in the face to the American people. Kyrsten Sinema,
00:08:25.140 who I'm running against, was one of the architects of it. It makes me realize that she has been spending
00:08:30.620 way too much time in Davos, way too much time in D.C. and New York with the hedge fund managers
00:08:35.860 and not enough time here in Arizona understanding the problem that we have on our border, which is
00:08:41.420 the border is wide open. And Jack, they could have so easily fixed this problem. And it didn't need a
00:08:48.880 piece of legislation. Go back to the policies President Trump had put in place to keep our border
00:08:53.560 secure. And if they wanted to give Biden credit, they could rename those policies instead of remain
00:08:59.800 in Mexico. It could have been Biden's amnesty block bill or something, whatever they needed to do.
00:09:05.980 But they don't want to secure the border. They don't want to solve the problem. Democrats and
00:09:10.760 the Uniparty love to have these huge problems so they can pour billions of dollars into the symptoms
00:09:17.060 forever while never fixing the problem. And that's the beauty of President Trump. He wants to solve the
00:09:22.060 problems so we don't have to waste money pouring it into the symptoms.
00:09:25.840 Well, see, I'm so confused, right? Because, you know, and I'm not an Arizona guy, but I am friends
00:09:32.260 with Charlie. And so he brings me down for Turning Point. We do the events and everything. And when
00:09:37.080 your campaigns were going on, of course, we got to learn a lot about Arizona. I spent a lot more time
00:09:41.860 than I thought that I would ever spend in Arizona, as it turned out. I was there a couple of times for
00:09:45.700 training at Fort Wachuca. And Kyrsten Sinema, this is someone who, just like back in my home state of
00:09:51.840 Pennsylvania, we've got this Democrat named John Fetterman, who's running around acting like he's
00:09:56.200 all Mr. Conservative and Mr. Reasonable. And I'm, yeah, I'm a Democrat, but I'm not like those other
00:10:01.040 Democrats. I'm right down the middle. I care about the border. I care about the people. And this is what
00:10:05.880 they were trying to run with with Sinema as well. And she, I'm going to be an independent. I'm going to be the
00:10:10.080 Miss Maverick and all this. But then to come out for a bill like this, it really just flies in the
00:10:17.380 face of everything that they had been trying to champion. I said, my goodness, this is an incredible
00:10:23.480 gift to Carrie Lake of all people. Well, and you know what? I, it's a stupid bill. It's a, it's a
00:10:31.620 pile of garbage, to be honest. I don't want to even look at it as a gift. I guess if you're just
00:10:36.460 looking for political purposes, yes, you could say that, but this is a serious problem. We do need
00:10:42.220 this problem solved. I know that when we get President Trump back in office, we can solve it.
00:10:46.480 But frankly, we need it solved before then. I was counting on, I was really hoping that they would
00:10:52.340 put something forth that would build the wall, secure the border, and then we can start solving
00:10:57.260 some of the problems with all the 12 million people who've invaded our country, making sure we find
00:11:01.880 them and send them back to their homeland. But there's nothing in the bill for that. It's, it's,
00:11:06.460 you know, $20 billion they said was earmarked toward the border, none of which builds a wall,
00:11:12.780 none of which sends people back to their homeland, repatriates them back to their homeland.
00:11:16.940 And it's $90 billion sent to kill people. The American people don't want 90 billion of our
00:11:23.900 dollars. We don't want any of our money sent to kill people overseas. We want to solve our problems
00:11:28.860 here at home. And so I'm glad that this thing has been, that is tanking because it's disastrous.
00:11:34.280 And it shows you just what an inept leader Kyrsten Sinema has been. She doesn't know how to represent
00:11:41.560 the people of Arizona. This is a reason that she got, you know, booted out of the Democrat party,
00:11:46.220 became an independent because she doesn't have anybody who wants to vote for her. Our latest
00:11:50.680 polling showed that she can get a maximum of 13 or 14% of the vote if she runs. And I think that's why
00:11:57.200 people are wondering if she indeed will even throw her hat in and run again. She, you know,
00:12:02.780 she calls herself independent, Jack, but since becoming independent, she's become even more
00:12:08.200 liberal, voting nearly 100% of the time with Schumer and Joe Biden. So I don't think that sounds very
00:12:15.020 independent to me. No, it doesn't sound very independent at all. In fact, it seems dependent.
00:12:20.600 And I was, I was talking before about sort of the moneyed interests that were clearly behind this
00:12:25.540 bill. And as you say, trying to package all of these foreign expenditures, these wars of adventure
00:12:30.940 in with protecting our sacred and sovereign border, which is completely lawless and out of control.
00:12:38.500 And so it seems to me that the people that are lining up behind this bill, very much like the people
00:12:43.500 that are backing Nikki Haley and others, are people that don't really care about our country and don't
00:12:49.000 really care about its interests. And so when I look at the fact of, of the names that were on this
00:12:54.360 thing, like Langford, like cinema, and really like Mitch McConnell, who very, in a very humiliating
00:13:01.020 fashion had to pull essentially what was one of his bills back and pretty much just sacrifices is his
00:13:09.680 guy Langford there in Oklahoma. Carrie, what does it say about the mood of our nation right now
00:13:14.660 that these guys thought that they had it in the bag? And then in less than 24 hours, it was dead.
00:13:21.380 I mean, the minute the American people saw it, they were, they were aghast. They were appalled by
00:13:26.660 what they were seeing. It shows you that it was never for them in DC about solving this problem and
00:13:34.080 securing the border and stopping the biggest invasion on our homeland that we've ever seen was
00:13:39.680 never about that for them. You know how we know that Jack? Because today they're talking about
00:13:44.660 scrapping the border, any of the border parts of this, and just trying to pass the Ukraine money.
00:13:51.140 This has always been simply about funding Ukraine, funding foreign wars. It's never been about
00:13:57.400 protecting the American people. And thank God people like you are out there, you know, Bannon and Charlie
00:14:04.540 and so many other independent journalists, John Solomon, I could go on and on. There's some great
00:14:08.940 journalists out there who've been out there educating the American people, giving them
00:14:12.800 the straight truth instead of everything filtered through the prism of the, you know, fake news.
00:14:19.000 We're finally getting the facts and the American people are like, oh, hell no. Oh, hell no. We're not
00:14:23.540 going for this. And they're warning anybody who votes for it, you will be primaried and you will be
00:14:28.360 defeated because we are tired of having our treasure, our tax dollars go toward endless wars,
00:14:34.400 killing people around the globe when we have our own problems here at home.
00:14:38.940 I couldn't agree more. And this is a time where, and I, I threw out at the top of the show that,
00:14:45.080 you know, I think that the American people owe a debt of gratitude and some people may not like this
00:14:50.780 when I say it, but they owe a debt of gratitude to the people who are the real pioneers in grassroots
00:14:55.740 media and in grassroots really conservative talk shows. And this is what you're talking about.
00:15:01.100 This conservative alternate media, Rush Limbaugh, Rush Limbaugh was the man who was right there
00:15:07.320 starting in the late 1980s, delivers the Republican majority in 1994, becomes an honorary member.
00:15:13.800 We would not be in this position right now, Kerry, if it was not for Rush Limbaugh and what he did
00:15:19.260 and creating this entire ecosystem. And then of course, Andrew Breitbart, you know, taking what
00:15:25.300 Rush started and then bringing it to the digital forum. When I think of the founders of the new
00:15:30.820 right, you know, I always have to go back and say, it's Rush Limbaugh and Andrew Breitbart.
00:15:35.600 It was our place to go. He was the touchstone. We could go back and every day could just kind of
00:15:40.800 figure out what's going on. And he had a way of, of taking all the information was coming and
00:15:45.320 filtering through it, sorting out the garbage, finding the fact and, and laying it out what their
00:15:51.160 plans were long-term because so much of this has been part of a long-term plan, in my opinion,
00:15:56.300 to destroy this great nation and take down the Republic. We have nine months, Jack, to save it.
00:16:01.780 And I think everyone out there has to be willing to sacrifice literally everything. And we have to
00:16:06.920 think of our founding fathers. I think of Nathan Hale, who was a school teacher back, you know, in 1776.
00:16:14.100 And he went behind enemy, enemy lines and, and became a spy for the Patriots. And, and he became
00:16:20.940 a spy for, for our side and he was captured and they killed him for that. And right before he was
00:16:28.020 hanged, they said, do you have any regrets? He said, my only regret is that I have but one life to give
00:16:33.160 for this country. And I think we all have to have that mindset. This is it. This is nine, eight or nine
00:16:39.120 months left guys. And I think we have to be willing to sort out the BS from the truth, turn off the fake
00:16:45.320 news, focus on making sure we elect the right people into office. And for starts, that is
00:16:51.240 President Donald J. Trump. We got to make sure we win this Senate seat. I need all hands on deck here.
00:16:56.340 There's a lot of disinformation going around, but we're making some big, good plays right now. I mean,
00:17:01.000 I think with Ronna stepping aside, thank you, Ronna, for your service. We're ready to move on with some
00:17:06.660 new leadership and that's going to be great. We're cleaning house here in the Arizona GOP.
00:17:10.900 We recently got rid of somebody who is very unethical and we brought in a woman by the name
00:17:16.360 of Gina Swoboda, who's fantastic and understands the importance of, of election integrity, honest
00:17:22.180 elections, fair elections that we can all have faith in. We're starting to really coalesce around
00:17:27.940 this movement of America first. We have the greatest, biggest, most powerful, exciting, positive
00:17:33.960 political movement that we've ever seen in this country. The Republican Party should be massive
00:17:39.960 and growing. We're bringing young people in. We're bringing people from all different backgrounds
00:17:44.020 in. It's a big tent party and there's no excuse for this party being bankrupt right now. We should
00:17:49.900 have full coffers going into this election and deliver victory for President Trump, for me,
00:17:55.740 for all of the incredible first America first patriots out there and save this country.
00:18:00.860 Kerry, hold that thought because I would like to get into some of that as we go forward. By the way,
00:18:06.060 Nathan Hale, I got to say, you know, in the intel community when I served, we always praised Nathan
00:18:11.580 Hale. That was a guy hung in New York City, Manhattan, New York, when the British were controlling
00:18:16.500 it. He went in when it was under occupation by British forces to find out what was going on and
00:18:22.720 get the word back to Washington. I regret that I have but one life to live to give for my country
00:18:28.720 at 21 years old. Imagine that. Stay tuned. More with Kerry Lake in return.
00:18:36.560 You talk about influences. These are influences and they're friends of mine.
00:18:41.720 Jack, Jack is so like, where's Jack? He's done a great job.
00:18:47.400 All right, Jack is so back to Live Human Events Daily. As we left, Kerry, there was something you
00:18:55.320 said and we're here with Kerry Lake who's running for US Senate in Arizona. So hopefully that Arizona
00:19:00.120 could actually get a one fantastic senator down there that you are saying that we need potentially
00:19:07.700 to do an audit of the RNC's offers.
00:19:11.400 And do you think that's something that's important?
00:19:13.240 Because when I look at, you know,
00:19:14.620 when I talk to my friend, Scott Pressler,
00:19:16.000 who's on this show a lot,
00:19:17.560 and I hear a lot of the other grassroots,
00:19:19.980 obviously we work with Turning Point Action very closely,
00:19:22.260 American First work.
00:19:23.440 It just doesn't seem like there's a lot of connection
00:19:25.560 between the RNC's efforts
00:19:27.460 and the things that people are doing on the ground.
00:19:29.540 And I'm trying to understand why possibly
00:19:31.920 there would be a split like this.
00:19:34.380 Well, I've just heard it recommended
00:19:36.140 that an audit is done.
00:19:37.840 And I think that's just good business practice.
00:19:39.840 You know, every so often, every year or so,
00:19:41.640 or every couple of years, an audit to be done.
00:19:43.440 And I don't understand why
00:19:45.360 with the incredible movement we have,
00:19:47.940 well, actually, I do understand
00:19:49.160 why the RNC is nearly bankrupt
00:19:51.400 because the grassroots and the small donors,
00:19:54.800 which I actually have mainly small donors,
00:19:57.900 real people, you know, donating 20 bucks, 10 bucks, 50 bucks.
00:20:02.040 They don't want to donate to the RNC.
00:20:04.160 They don't see good leadership.
00:20:05.280 They don't see that the RNC is effective anymore.
00:20:09.180 And that's one of the reasons
00:20:10.840 that I think it's nearly bankrupt.
00:20:13.100 So you could ask a lot of questions
00:20:15.300 about the expenditure.
00:20:16.380 Some of it seems to be excessive.
00:20:18.440 I don't want to pass judgment
00:20:19.700 until I know more information.
00:20:21.060 But what I do want to do
00:20:22.280 is right away when we find a new leader,
00:20:25.440 I think we need to, as Republicans,
00:20:27.260 jump behind this person,
00:20:28.940 do everything we can, Jack,
00:20:30.700 to support, lift up, raise up,
00:20:33.420 and make this person
00:20:34.360 the most successful RNC chair.
00:20:36.500 I hope what happens
00:20:37.660 is we don't end up infighting
00:20:40.480 for the next two months
00:20:41.700 before we get behind the person
00:20:43.180 because we're running out of time.
00:20:45.220 The clock is ticking.
00:20:46.200 We're in the fourth quarter right now,
00:20:47.480 in my opinion.
00:20:48.440 And so I hope we find a great person.
00:20:50.360 And just as importantly,
00:20:51.440 we all jump behind that person.
00:20:53.240 I want to help the RNC raise money
00:20:55.720 so that they can move forward.
00:20:57.020 We need them to do work
00:20:58.320 going into this election.
00:20:59.740 It's the most important election
00:21:01.100 in the history of this country.
00:21:03.780 And that's what I hope.
00:21:05.080 And we can also do an audit.
00:21:06.640 That's fine.
00:21:08.080 You know, I don't think we need to,
00:21:09.780 you know, kind of mull over,
00:21:12.400 over and over what maybe Rana did wrong.
00:21:14.820 We've got to move forward and get going.
00:21:16.860 That doesn't mean we can't audit
00:21:18.180 and make that happen.
00:21:19.920 But we really do need to focus
00:21:21.300 on the here and now and the future
00:21:22.980 for the next eight or nine months.
00:21:25.960 Well, Carrie, I wouldn't be doing my job
00:21:27.700 if I didn't ask.
00:21:28.660 Are there any names that you were
00:21:30.220 that you're getting behind?
00:21:31.860 Or is there anyone out there
00:21:32.900 that you think would do a good job at this?
00:21:36.740 Oh, boy.
00:21:37.600 I was on a Twitter spaces last night
00:21:40.040 and a lot of names were mentioned.
00:21:41.860 I, I'm afraid if I mention a name
00:21:44.200 that everyone will say
00:21:44.860 I'm endorsing this person.
00:21:45.940 But I have had the chance
00:21:47.400 to talk to Vivek Ramaswamy.
00:21:49.600 He endorsed me and he's a wonderful guy.
00:21:52.020 And what I like about his qualities are,
00:21:54.740 and this was actually brought up on the call.
00:21:56.180 Dan Ball brought it up
00:21:57.040 on the call last night.
00:21:58.000 And I'd actually talked to Vivek
00:22:00.520 a couple of weeks ago and said,
00:22:02.460 would you ever be interested
00:22:03.400 in helping out, taking over
00:22:05.020 if Rana steps aside?
00:22:06.360 And he said, yeah, maybe temporarily.
00:22:08.520 I don't think I want to do it permanently,
00:22:10.240 but just to kind of help get us through.
00:22:11.900 So he did mention to me
00:22:13.860 that that would be something
00:22:15.020 he would do to help the Republican Party.
00:22:17.460 He brings, obviously,
00:22:18.660 some good business experience,
00:22:20.100 exceptional communication skills.
00:22:22.400 He's able to articulate
00:22:23.560 our America First agenda,
00:22:25.660 which is the agenda
00:22:26.740 that will save this country
00:22:28.180 and I believe even bring
00:22:29.820 the people of this country together.
00:22:32.260 And he's able to raise money
00:22:33.860 and bring young people
00:22:35.220 and new people into our party,
00:22:37.160 which is what it's all about.
00:22:38.360 We want the America First Republican Party
00:22:40.180 to really be just the American Party.
00:22:43.440 Well, no, I think that's great.
00:22:46.160 I love those Twitter spaces, by the way.
00:22:47.660 Dan and I, you know,
00:22:49.100 used to work together
00:22:49.880 at a previous network
00:22:51.100 and still good friends today.
00:22:53.300 We've had some,
00:22:54.200 they're great on those Twitter spaces
00:22:55.680 because, you know,
00:22:56.360 depending on the topic,
00:22:57.140 you can have a great debate.
00:22:58.740 You can have, you know,
00:22:59.620 people are firing bombs at each other
00:23:01.480 or you're just chatting about
00:23:02.920 who's going to be in charge.
00:23:04.520 Oh, yeah.
00:23:04.920 Oh, yeah.
00:23:05.360 There always are.
00:23:06.240 This was going on
00:23:07.060 at about 1030 Arizona time.
00:23:09.100 Exactly.
00:23:09.640 So it was going on
00:23:10.480 Eastern time after midnight.
00:23:11.920 And then, you know,
00:23:14.100 and then every once in a while,
00:23:15.000 I end up with where with like,
00:23:17.140 what was the one I was on with?
00:23:18.260 It's I'm on with Alex Jones
00:23:19.780 and Glenn Greenwald
00:23:21.100 and suddenly Elon Musk pops in
00:23:23.160 and we're chatting with him
00:23:24.080 and Vivek was there.
00:23:25.320 And that was the one
00:23:26.240 where he had that,
00:23:26.840 he had that little issue
00:23:27.760 where he was using the bathroom
00:23:28.980 and kind of forgot to,
00:23:30.000 forgot to hit the mute button
00:23:31.140 for a moment.
00:23:33.840 And you never know
00:23:35.360 what can happen on live streams.
00:23:36.420 I guess I'll put it that way
00:23:38.060 on those on those X spaces.
00:23:39.860 That's just where we are right now.
00:23:41.080 But it really strikes it.
00:23:43.180 And I'll just say this
00:23:44.500 to you directly, too,
00:23:45.240 because you're someone
00:23:46.180 who's gone from
00:23:46.920 the traditional media,
00:23:48.380 which is it's so produced
00:23:50.520 and it's so scripted
00:23:51.840 and it's so, you know,
00:23:53.020 every detail is taken care of.
00:23:54.880 But now you've embraced
00:23:56.400 this new grassroots movement.
00:23:58.360 And I think that's the reason
00:23:59.640 that you are getting
00:24:01.180 so much support
00:24:01.960 from those small dollar donors.
00:24:03.240 As you say,
00:24:04.040 I think that's part
00:24:05.420 of the energy
00:24:06.400 that's going into these
00:24:07.380 these things like X spaces
00:24:08.700 because there's just
00:24:09.360 people bubbling over
00:24:10.640 and there's this excitement
00:24:11.520 that it's not just
00:24:12.780 we're, you know,
00:24:14.300 like we're, you know,
00:24:15.420 sitting on the sidelines
00:24:16.360 and watching what's going on.
00:24:17.480 It's like you're actually active
00:24:18.560 and you're getting involved
00:24:19.860 and people who are
00:24:20.680 real newsmakers like yourself
00:24:21.820 are now part of the movement.
00:24:22.820 And we're seeing
00:24:23.940 these things change
00:24:24.920 as we continue
00:24:26.120 to move forward.
00:24:27.200 Tucker Carlson's going to do
00:24:28.300 this huge interview coming up.
00:24:30.360 But oh, by the way,
00:24:30.920 I should probably ask you
00:24:31.620 what exciting as a journalist,
00:24:33.360 as a journalist,
00:24:35.000 you know,
00:24:35.220 do you think it's
00:24:36.040 do you think it's fair game
00:24:37.180 for a journalist
00:24:38.000 to interview someone
00:24:39.180 who is a world leader
00:24:40.720 like this?
00:24:42.100 A hundred percent
00:24:43.000 to just hit
00:24:44.260 what you've said before.
00:24:45.200 And I do want to talk
00:24:46.360 about Tucker.
00:24:47.920 It is such an exciting time
00:24:49.840 in America.
00:24:50.800 And I want people
00:24:51.940 to know that.
00:24:52.700 I know many of us
00:24:54.140 and I'm one of them
00:24:54.980 lay awake occasionally
00:24:55.940 at night wondering
00:24:56.680 what can happen next
00:24:57.680 and oh, goodness,
00:24:58.520 what's going to break
00:24:59.580 the next day.
00:25:00.480 But we were placed here
00:25:02.000 for this moment.
00:25:02.660 We are perfectly equipped
00:25:04.380 for this moment
00:25:05.320 and God doesn't make mistakes
00:25:07.040 just as our founding fathers.
00:25:08.420 And we talked about Nathan Hale
00:25:09.440 in the last segment
00:25:10.880 and all of those
00:25:11.540 great founding fathers
00:25:12.520 who signed our founding documents
00:25:14.580 and crafted them
00:25:15.780 with God's help.
00:25:17.000 They were placed here
00:25:17.800 at that moment
00:25:18.520 for a reason.
00:25:19.280 We are placed here
00:25:20.000 at this moment
00:25:20.680 to save this country.
00:25:22.640 I love the new journalism.
00:25:24.720 This is these long format interviews.
00:25:26.660 For example,
00:25:27.060 I did an interview
00:25:27.760 with a local news station
00:25:29.220 yesterday about the border bill.
00:25:31.620 And they chose,
00:25:33.620 we did about a seven
00:25:34.620 or eight minute interview
00:25:35.440 and I answered a lot of questions,
00:25:37.700 gave a lot of details
00:25:38.660 about what I thought
00:25:39.680 was wrong with the bill,
00:25:41.100 what I think we should be doing instead,
00:25:43.260 how we can secure our border.
00:25:45.120 And just a tiny little
00:25:46.580 30 second snippet was used.
00:25:48.760 And then a bunch of opinion
00:25:50.240 from the reporter.
00:25:51.440 He got a bunch of the things
00:25:52.400 I said wrong.
00:25:53.900 He said that I thought
00:25:54.840 the bill didn't go far enough.
00:25:56.180 No, I think the bill is garbage
00:25:57.460 and we should throw it in the trash
00:25:58.880 and actually just secure the border
00:26:01.300 and fund the border wall.
00:26:03.000 So I'm going to put
00:26:04.620 the whole interview out
00:26:05.540 because I like seeing
00:26:06.560 a full interview.
00:26:07.840 And what we're seeing
00:26:08.980 with shows like yours, Jack,
00:26:10.480 and Real America's Voice
00:26:11.700 and some of these others
00:26:12.540 we've mentioned
00:26:13.140 and Tucker
00:26:13.620 is an entire interview.
00:26:15.580 If you want to fast forward,
00:26:16.820 you can,
00:26:17.700 but you can then watch
00:26:18.880 the interview
00:26:19.320 as it played out
00:26:20.400 and make your own assessment
00:26:21.680 of the facts.
00:26:22.940 And this is the problem
00:26:23.740 with nobody being willing
00:26:25.320 to interview Putin.
00:26:26.100 Or if they did,
00:26:27.740 we know it would be
00:26:28.900 some slanted piece.
00:26:31.000 Tucker's going to go in there
00:26:32.080 and I have no doubt
00:26:33.140 in my mind
00:26:33.700 he asks tough questions.
00:26:34.780 I haven't seen the interview yet.
00:26:35.820 It's not out.
00:26:37.040 But we deserve
00:26:38.100 to have answers.
00:26:39.560 $200 billion
00:26:40.380 of our money
00:26:41.600 has poured into Ukraine,
00:26:44.920 poured into killing people
00:26:46.200 overseas,
00:26:47.340 poured into yachts
00:26:48.360 for these oligarchs,
00:26:50.400 poured into a lifestyle
00:26:52.280 that we can only imagine
00:26:53.740 is probably horrifying
00:26:54.660 of Zelensky.
00:26:56.100 All of that.
00:26:57.400 And none of us in America
00:26:58.760 are able to find out
00:26:59.760 what Russia's stance
00:27:01.140 on this whole thing is.
00:27:02.320 We only can get
00:27:03.260 what the fake news
00:27:04.460 wants to tell us.
00:27:05.740 I don't know.
00:27:06.360 I'm old enough
00:27:06.860 to handle the truth
00:27:07.720 and I think everybody else is
00:27:08.940 and Americans deserve the truth.
00:27:11.280 Let's see what Putin
00:27:12.140 has to say
00:27:12.860 because I don't want
00:27:13.760 to see one more penny
00:27:14.580 of our money
00:27:15.520 going into a war
00:27:16.880 that's already being lost.
00:27:18.700 I want to hear
00:27:19.240 what's happening
00:27:19.820 and I don't want it
00:27:21.020 going through the,
00:27:21.920 as I said,
00:27:22.540 the filter,
00:27:23.200 the messed up filter
00:27:24.400 of the fake news.
00:27:25.200 So I'm looking forward
00:27:26.020 to it and I applaud Tucker.
00:27:28.440 What you just said
00:27:29.360 I think is perfect
00:27:30.020 is the filter is gone now.
00:27:32.180 The filter is completely gone.
00:27:33.800 There's no one
00:27:34.400 and believe me,
00:27:35.420 I was actually on the phone
00:27:36.700 with someone this morning
00:27:38.220 talking about
00:27:38.680 this very same thing
00:27:39.520 and I said,
00:27:40.620 you know,
00:27:40.780 there's no filter
00:27:41.460 on this show
00:27:43.320 that I do.
00:27:43.980 Nobody comes to me
00:27:44.720 and says,
00:27:45.140 oh, you need to push this
00:27:46.240 or you need to say this
00:27:47.120 or Carrie's coming on today.
00:27:48.180 You have to ask me this.
00:27:48.980 But there's none of that.
00:27:50.040 There's none of that whatsoever.
00:27:51.100 And I can go directly to people
00:27:52.240 and you running
00:27:53.540 can go directly to people
00:27:54.520 and talk to people
00:27:55.140 and hold interviews
00:27:55.860 and hold podcasts.
00:27:57.160 And it's a fantastic movement
00:27:59.100 for the truth
00:27:59.860 and the truth sometimes
00:28:00.860 isn't always pretty.
00:28:02.440 It isn't always nice.
00:28:03.420 It isn't always friendly,
00:28:05.000 right?
00:28:05.420 But it's the warts
00:28:06.740 and all truth.
00:28:07.400 That's why we call it that.
00:28:08.700 But isn't that better,
00:28:09.960 I would say,
00:28:10.920 than the stylized,
00:28:12.240 filtered,
00:28:13.020 fake,
00:28:13.820 just propaganda
00:28:15.280 that it's turned into
00:28:16.460 that you see
00:28:17.100 on those channels.
00:28:17.960 And I think that's why
00:28:18.680 people are switching
00:28:19.380 away from it.
00:28:21.120 Oh, I used to work for,
00:28:22.940 you know,
00:28:23.200 I call it the fake news now.
00:28:24.520 I felt that I was always
00:28:25.560 putting out an honest,
00:28:27.100 honesty,
00:28:27.720 whatever I reported,
00:28:28.540 but it was getting
00:28:29.240 increasingly more difficult
00:28:30.480 when COVID struck.
00:28:31.580 And I think I've told
00:28:32.220 this story a million times
00:28:33.260 and I walked away
00:28:34.100 from a job.
00:28:35.520 I was number one.
00:28:36.340 I'd been number one
00:28:37.040 for 22 years,
00:28:38.740 the most powerful news person
00:28:40.820 in the state
00:28:41.720 and walked away
00:28:43.000 from a seven figure contract
00:28:44.240 because I realized
00:28:45.620 that I don't have
00:28:47.080 the freedom
00:28:47.500 to push the truth anymore.
00:28:50.400 COVID,
00:28:51.420 our 2020,
00:28:52.800 you know,
00:28:53.760 rigged election,
00:28:55.380 I didn't have the ability
00:28:56.600 to put the truth out anymore
00:28:57.860 or at least even ask questions
00:28:59.540 to get to the bottom of things.
00:29:01.220 There wasn't an interest in that.
00:29:02.700 And the beautiful thing
00:29:03.600 about independent media
00:29:04.540 is you don't,
00:29:05.920 you're not beholden
00:29:06.660 to a bunch of sponsors.
00:29:08.360 You know,
00:29:08.540 when Big Pharma
00:29:09.340 is your sponsor,
00:29:10.200 when they're running
00:29:11.080 25,
00:29:12.280 30% of your ad revenue,
00:29:13.780 keeping the lights on,
00:29:15.140 paying the big,
00:29:16.420 salaries of the executives
00:29:18.380 in the broadcast network,
00:29:20.980 there's no interest
00:29:22.020 in being honest
00:29:22.900 and covering a vaccine fairly.
00:29:25.140 There's no interest in that.
00:29:26.800 And there's no interest
00:29:27.960 in,
00:29:28.420 you know,
00:29:29.080 when you've got
00:29:30.340 other,
00:29:31.000 you know,
00:29:32.060 huge sponsors
00:29:32.900 pushing things,
00:29:33.880 there's no interest
00:29:34.620 in digging into the truth.
00:29:35.820 You care more
00:29:36.320 about those sponsors
00:29:37.300 than the truth
00:29:38.520 and your viewers.
00:29:39.460 And suddenly you get
00:29:40.060 your editor,
00:29:40.780 you know,
00:29:41.060 oh,
00:29:41.280 the network,
00:29:41.980 the network doesn't want
00:29:42.840 that question in there.
00:29:44.080 The network,
00:29:44.580 they always say it's the network.
00:29:45.380 It's never the network,
00:29:46.020 it's the advertiser.
00:29:47.060 Last minute,
00:29:47.780 Carrie Lake.
00:29:48.420 No,
00:29:48.440 they don't even,
00:29:48.960 not even want the question.
00:29:50.300 They wanted people
00:29:50.940 pushing the product.
00:29:52.340 They were pushing the vaccine.
00:29:54.220 These news anchors
00:29:55.060 were pushing the vaccine
00:29:56.960 and not asking
00:29:58.360 any questions about it
00:29:59.680 because they all wanted
00:30:00.460 to take their paycheck home
00:30:01.740 so that they could,
00:30:02.940 you know,
00:30:03.520 go out to fancy brunch
00:30:04.680 on Sunday
00:30:05.280 and eat out at fancy dinners
00:30:06.660 on Friday nights.
00:30:08.380 And it's like,
00:30:08.940 guys,
00:30:09.240 you're losing your country,
00:30:10.380 you're lying to the people
00:30:11.520 and the most important meeting
00:30:13.400 you're going to have
00:30:13.920 is the meeting
00:30:14.340 you're going to have
00:30:14.780 with God someday.
00:30:15.660 And if you're doing that,
00:30:16.580 knowing it's wrong,
00:30:17.780 that meeting
00:30:18.640 is not going to go well.
00:30:20.820 Amen.
00:30:21.380 Carrie Lake,
00:30:21.840 where can people follow you?
00:30:22.800 Where can people
00:30:23.180 get involved with the campaign?
00:30:25.020 Thank you so much.
00:30:25.960 CarrieLake.com.
00:30:26.920 You can find out
00:30:27.380 where I stand
00:30:27.820 on all of the issues.
00:30:28.880 I'm so honored
00:30:29.600 to be endorsed
00:30:30.240 by President Trump.
00:30:31.480 I think I'm the only candidate
00:30:32.540 who he endorsed
00:30:33.620 the second I announced
00:30:35.060 for Senate.
00:30:37.020 I'm honored
00:30:37.700 to be an America
00:30:38.780 first Republican
00:30:39.800 who's running
00:30:40.500 to take this seat back
00:30:42.360 from the radical,
00:30:43.700 the radical who wrote
00:30:44.600 this disastrous border bill.
00:30:46.860 I mean,
00:30:47.240 I can't even believe,
00:30:48.200 I think we need
00:30:48.780 to actually check her health
00:30:50.400 up here to see
00:30:51.080 what's going on.
00:30:52.240 I think we should.
00:30:53.520 Maybe a little too many
00:30:54.500 of those vaccines
00:30:55.160 that you're talking about.
00:30:56.100 I don't know.
00:30:56.680 I don't know.
00:30:57.180 Carrie Lake, everyone,
00:30:58.040 go give her a follow.
00:30:58.880 She's the best.
00:30:59.920 We love her.
00:31:00.360 Julie Kelly's Wednesday.
00:31:03.740 Where is Jack?
00:31:06.100 Where is Jack?
00:31:08.420 Where is he?
00:31:09.800 Jack, I want to see you.
00:31:13.340 Great job, Jack.
00:31:14.720 Thank you.
00:31:15.480 What a job you do.
00:31:16.900 You know,
00:31:17.160 we have an incredible thing.
00:31:18.280 We're always talking
00:31:18.880 about the fake news
00:31:19.880 and the bad,
00:31:20.600 but we have guys
00:31:21.620 and these are the guys
00:31:23.000 who should be getting
00:31:23.580 Pulisic.
00:31:26.760 All right,
00:31:27.420 Jack,
00:31:27.600 we're so big back
00:31:28.060 live human events.
00:31:29.020 Dale,
00:31:29.200 the no filter show,
00:31:31.620 the no filter media
00:31:33.180 here on Real America's Voice.
00:31:36.260 You know what, folks?
00:31:36.900 Traditional media
00:31:37.660 we know is crumbling.
00:31:39.280 Why?
00:31:39.380 Because they are hiding
00:31:40.260 something,
00:31:40.820 something big.
00:31:41.720 People realizing
00:31:42.480 they're being lied to
00:31:43.500 left and right every day,
00:31:45.200 even by institutions
00:31:46.220 that we all thought
00:31:47.140 we could trust.
00:31:48.040 But you,
00:31:48.800 you've known the truth
00:31:49.880 all along.
00:31:50.840 And you know
00:31:51.580 that the time to prepare

00:32:39.480 our landing page.
00:32:40.300 You'll see myself,
00:32:41.240 Tanya Tay,
00:32:41.800 when we went out there,
00:32:42.820 visited the
00:32:43.580 MyPatriotSupply headquarters.
00:32:45.740 This was a fantastic experience.
00:32:47.860 Everybody should really
00:32:49.220 check out the things
00:32:50.000 that they have.
00:32:50.640 We saw them actually
00:32:51.320 making and preparing
00:32:52.380 some of the food directly.
00:32:53.580 It was just
00:32:53.920 absolutely fantastic.
00:32:55.660 They do the best job
00:32:57.400 in the entire business.
00:32:58.460 Someone else who is the best
00:33:00.220 in her business
00:33:00.760 is named Julie Kelly.
00:33:02.640 And she is with us now.
00:33:03.760 Julie,
00:33:04.100 I didn't realize
00:33:05.220 that you were like
00:33:06.160 you were like
00:33:07.120 Jules Stradamus over here
00:33:09.040 because you have predicted
00:33:10.280 literally every step
00:33:12.000 of the way
00:33:12.700 of the lawfare
00:33:13.520 that's being used
00:33:14.200 against Donald J. Trump.
00:33:17.420 Well,
00:33:18.100 at least some of it,
00:33:19.940 I think I have.
00:33:21.900 But it's also-
00:33:22.700 I can't think of anything.
00:33:24.000 I know it's 100%.
00:33:25.320 Every time something happens,
00:33:26.920 I say,
00:33:27.420 Julie Kelly said that
00:33:28.300 a year ago.
00:33:29.020 Julie Kelly said
00:33:29.680 that six months ago.
00:33:30.720 Julie Kelly said
00:33:31.380 that four weeks ago.
00:33:32.300 And you can go
00:33:32.840 to your sub stack
00:33:33.740 and there it is.
00:33:34.800 Julie Kelly said
00:33:35.600 this is what's going
00:33:36.180 to happen
00:33:36.460 and boom,
00:33:36.940 it happens.
00:33:37.580 I'm like,
00:33:37.980 I'm not even surprised
00:33:38.820 at anything anymore
00:33:39.560 because I follow Julie Kelly.
00:33:42.440 Well,
00:33:42.920 thank you,
00:33:43.400 Jack.
00:33:43.740 I appreciate that.
00:33:44.860 You know me.
00:33:45.500 I'm just humble.
00:33:47.120 I'm just a shrinking violet.
00:33:48.640 I don't like to brag
00:33:50.240 or talk about myself.
00:33:51.320 That being said,
00:33:52.880 walk us through
00:33:54.340 this decision
00:33:55.140 from the D.C.
00:33:55.920 Appeals Court,
00:33:56.740 which again,
00:33:57.120 we were expecting,
00:33:58.680 but the idea that,
00:34:00.140 and this was the line
00:34:00.840 that really stuck
00:34:01.740 on my craw
00:34:02.220 for almost 24 hours.
00:34:03.920 I still can't get over it
00:34:04.800 and it's the fact
00:34:05.540 these people
00:34:05.920 are just communists.
00:34:07.560 President Trump
00:34:08.500 became Citizen Trump
00:34:10.520 for the purposes
00:34:11.780 of these proceedings.
00:34:13.900 This was the line.
00:34:15.160 January 6th happened
00:34:16.460 before Joe Biden
00:34:18.140 was sworn in
00:34:18.740 as president.
00:34:19.180 President Trump
00:34:20.360 was the fully invested
00:34:22.180 president of the United States
00:34:23.340 on that day
00:34:24.020 and the Supreme Court
00:34:25.360 or excuse me,
00:34:26.020 the D.C. Appeals Court
00:34:26.980 hasn't gone to the Supreme Court yet.
00:34:27.980 The D.C. Appeals Court
00:34:28.760 just basically decided
00:34:30.100 to throw all that out.
00:34:33.400 Right.
00:34:34.080 So there were
00:34:35.000 quite a few things
00:34:36.060 that jumped out
00:34:37.000 at this opinion,
00:34:38.800 which to your point,
00:34:39.900 we were expecting.
00:34:41.280 These are two
00:34:42.120 Biden appointed judges
00:34:43.520 and one George H.W. Bush
00:34:46.400 judge who's been
00:34:47.200 on the court
00:34:47.900 for almost 35 years.
00:34:49.460 So you know what that means.
00:34:50.560 She's part of the
00:34:51.580 political establishment
00:34:53.740 here in Washington.
00:34:55.700 So we were expecting this,
00:34:58.020 but I actually was hoping
00:34:59.900 for something
00:35:00.600 a little more substantial
00:35:02.120 than what they produced.
00:35:04.800 And to your point,
00:35:06.780 the fact that they are treating,
00:35:08.560 obviously,
00:35:09.180 these charges
00:35:09.780 in Jack Smith's
00:35:11.000 four-count indictment
00:35:12.180 against Trump
00:35:12.860 in Washington
00:35:13.560 were based on conduct
00:35:16.240 that he performed
00:35:17.420 while he was in office.
00:35:20.420 So how they could
00:35:21.840 suddenly then say,
00:35:23.020 well, you were indicted
00:35:23.980 when you were
00:35:24.820 a private citizen.
00:35:26.320 Well, yes,
00:35:27.160 but the alleged
00:35:27.880 quote-unquote crimes
00:35:29.440 happened when he was president.
00:35:31.480 So I'm not sure
00:35:33.060 how they're going
00:35:33.840 to get away with that.
00:35:35.180 We'll see.
00:35:36.800 But there were a lot
00:35:37.740 of little interesting tidbits
00:35:39.740 in this opinion.
00:35:40.660 I've posted some of them.
00:35:42.140 I wrote a little bit
00:35:43.000 on my sub stack.
00:35:44.340 But again,
00:35:45.380 we knew that this was coming,
00:35:47.060 was just hoping
00:35:47.660 that it would be
00:35:48.280 a little bit more substantive
00:35:49.700 because, of course, Jack,
00:35:51.160 this is the first time
00:35:52.340 these sort of court opinions
00:35:54.180 have been handed down.
00:35:55.760 We are dealing
00:35:56.400 with an unprecedented
00:35:57.560 legal and judicial matter,
00:35:59.740 which is whether
00:36:00.320 a president
00:36:01.200 can be criminally prosecuted.
00:36:04.460 So the sort of
00:36:05.740 lays-off-air attitude,
00:36:06.980 they had sort of
00:36:07.980 these throwaway lines
00:36:09.340 that they wanted
00:36:10.140 the media to grab,
00:36:11.160 which, of course,
00:36:11.680 they did,
00:36:12.720 instead of something
00:36:14.040 that seems really
00:36:14.960 well thought out,
00:36:16.760 which, of course,
00:36:17.660 it would be hard
00:36:18.160 because there is
00:36:18.820 no legal basis for this.
00:36:21.080 You know,
00:36:21.360 you could talk about
00:36:22.080 the issues related
00:36:23.060 to civil liability
00:36:24.800 of a president,
00:36:25.980 which has been debated
00:36:27.100 and resolved
00:36:27.760 in a few cases.
00:36:29.420 But this is history-making.
00:36:32.080 These are history-making decisions.
00:36:34.160 And I just don't think
00:36:35.480 at all that this
00:36:36.480 met the bar.
00:36:38.000 So we'll see
00:36:38.880 what happens
00:36:39.520 at the Supreme Court.
00:36:42.380 And so when we're looking
00:36:44.560 at the situation,
00:36:46.360 again,
00:36:46.720 presidential immunity,
00:36:48.200 clearly, right,
00:36:49.460 for every other president
00:36:50.880 for, you know,
00:36:52.040 in 44 terms
00:36:53.020 up until the 45th president,
00:36:54.860 this has been something
00:36:55.660 that Sackra's saying,
00:36:56.740 that in order to go
00:36:57.940 after the president,
00:36:58.640 and by the way,
00:36:59.100 you and I,
00:36:59.580 I believe,
00:36:59.840 both have said
00:37:00.520 that we do think,
00:37:02.720 actually,
00:37:03.200 that the president's lawyer
00:37:04.180 probably shouldn't have
00:37:05.220 waded into that hypothetical
00:37:06.540 about CLTM 6
00:37:07.680 where he was clearly
00:37:08.420 being set up.
00:37:09.520 Clearly,
00:37:10.220 a pre-written media question
00:37:13.520 about CLTM 6
00:37:14.800 that probably written
00:37:16.620 by Andrew Weissman,
00:37:17.820 by the way,
00:37:18.720 because it plays perfectly
00:37:19.880 into the insane ramblings
00:37:21.900 that he says on NBC
00:37:22.680 all the time,
00:37:24.080 where simply the answer
00:37:26.760 to that question
00:37:27.540 would be,
00:37:28.360 if something was done
00:37:29.840 in furtherance
00:37:30.920 of his duties,
00:37:32.180 his official duties
00:37:32.980 as president
00:37:33.640 of the United States,
00:37:35.060 then he does not
00:37:35.900 have criminal liability.
00:37:37.560 And again,
00:37:37.980 this would go back
00:37:39.160 to Barack Obama
00:37:40.940 and the drone strikes.
00:37:42.240 This would go
00:37:42.720 to George W.
00:37:43.600 It would go
00:37:44.000 to Joe Biden.
00:37:44.760 It would go
00:37:44.940 to every single president.
00:37:46.400 It's ridiculous.
00:37:49.580 It is.
00:37:50.420 And this is something
00:37:51.140 that these judges
00:37:52.440 really downplayed
00:37:53.560 in their opinion.
00:37:54.980 I don't know
00:37:55.420 if they're not paying
00:37:56.140 attention to the news
00:37:57.120 or what's been happening
00:37:58.120 in this country,
00:37:58.980 especially in the Trump era,
00:38:00.120 but they really downplayed
00:38:02.000 the idea
00:38:02.360 that this would be
00:38:03.080 a slippery slope,
00:38:04.080 that this would perpetuate,
00:38:05.520 and this is something
00:38:06.180 that Trump's lawyers
00:38:07.060 have argued,
00:38:08.220 that this would now
00:38:09.380 perpetuate
00:38:10.140 a never-ending cycle
00:38:12.700 of a current
00:38:14.960 sitting president's
00:38:16.220 Department of Justice
00:38:17.600 criminally prosecuting
00:38:19.540 his predecessor,
00:38:21.360 especially if that individual,
00:38:23.100 that president,
00:38:23.700 was of the opposite
00:38:24.820 political party.
00:38:26.140 And the judges
00:38:27.180 downplayed that
00:38:28.040 and said,
00:38:28.680 no,
00:38:28.900 that's not really
00:38:29.560 a consideration.
00:38:30.860 There's no evidence
00:38:31.900 that that would happen.
00:38:32.960 Well,
00:38:33.520 of course it is
00:38:34.280 because you're dealing
00:38:35.020 with it right now.
00:38:36.380 You're now going
00:38:36.960 to set the precedent
00:38:38.060 for this moving forward.
00:38:40.840 Donald Trump
00:38:41.240 was impeached twice,
00:38:42.580 and that was another
00:38:43.320 argument that they downplayed,
00:38:44.860 which was Trump's
00:38:45.800 lawyer's argument,
00:38:47.260 is that the proper
00:38:48.580 way to handle
00:38:50.160 a president,
00:38:52.340 you know,
00:38:52.800 accused of committing
00:38:53.700 crimes is,
00:38:54.700 of course,
00:38:54.900 impeachment and conviction.
00:38:56.680 He made the argument
00:38:57.600 that Trump was impeached
00:38:59.620 over January 6th,
00:39:00.520 not convicted,
00:39:01.680 so therefore he could
00:39:02.660 and be criminally prosecuted.
00:39:04.760 The judges also
00:39:06.260 downplayed that as well.
00:39:08.780 So they didn't give
00:39:10.340 any credence
00:39:11.000 to any of the arguments
00:39:12.240 that Donald Trump's lawyers
00:39:13.320 made or have been making.
00:39:15.680 This is simply
00:39:16.560 another rubber stamp
00:39:17.520 for Jack Smith,
00:39:18.420 the DOJ,
00:39:18.960 and of course Judge
00:39:19.620 Tanya Chutkin,
00:39:20.720 an Obama appointee
00:39:21.980 who issued
00:39:23.620 the really historic ruling
00:39:25.440 that concluded
00:39:26.800 presidents can be
00:39:27.780 criminally prosecuted.
00:39:28.980 And so when we look at this,
00:39:34.520 where do you expect
00:39:35.440 the Supreme Court,
00:39:36.580 or actually,
00:39:37.320 I guess the better question is,
00:39:38.480 when do you expect
00:39:39.540 the Supreme Court
00:39:40.180 to come down?
00:39:40.720 Because obviously,
00:39:41.760 this is an incredibly
00:39:42.900 thorny issue.
00:39:44.720 It's something that,
00:39:45.960 to my mind,
00:39:46.520 hasn't really gone up
00:39:47.560 to the court
00:39:48.040 in at least a generation.
00:39:49.300 and obviously something
00:39:51.560 that a court
00:39:52.180 is going to understand
00:39:53.060 will have
00:39:53.600 a stunning precedence
00:39:56.460 for not just
00:39:57.500 Donald Trump
00:39:58.080 in this current case,
00:39:59.080 but every single
00:40:00.120 previous and future
00:40:02.400 occupant of that office.
00:40:06.440 Correct.
00:40:07.660 And let's remember
00:40:09.720 what these charges
00:40:10.860 in Jack Smith's indictment
00:40:12.240 are.
00:40:13.120 This is not for murder.
00:40:14.860 It's not for
00:40:15.640 human trafficking.
00:40:17.040 It's not for running drugs.
00:40:18.140 It's not for taking bribes.
00:40:20.740 These are four
00:40:21.860 extremely vague counts.
00:40:24.580 Three, conspiracy.
00:40:25.780 One, obstruction.
00:40:27.060 And two of the four counts,
00:40:28.780 Jack,
00:40:28.980 are now before
00:40:29.740 the Supreme Court
00:40:30.740 and could very well
00:40:32.900 be reversed
00:40:34.040 how the Department of Justice
00:40:35.560 and Jack Smith
00:40:36.540 intentionally misinterpreted
00:40:38.740 this 1512c2
00:40:40.140 obstruction of an official
00:40:41.120 proceeding,
00:40:41.780 a post-Enron,
00:40:43.460 tampering with evidence
00:40:44.880 and documents statute
00:40:47.140 statute,
00:40:48.240 how they have intentionally
00:40:49.880 misinterpreted that law,
00:40:51.700 weaponized it,
00:40:52.860 used it against
00:40:53.640 more than 320 J6ers
00:40:55.480 and now Donald Trump.
00:40:57.120 So these are not even
00:40:58.600 cut and dry
00:41:00.060 charges.
00:41:01.620 It's not that
00:41:02.220 he's accused of
00:41:03.500 committing serious crimes.
00:41:05.680 They had to go to
00:41:06.680 these really vague
00:41:08.040 statutes,
00:41:09.260 conspiracy to defraud
00:41:10.840 the United States,
00:41:11.940 conspiracy to,
00:41:13.620 against people's rights,
00:41:15.580 cleaning that part
00:41:17.300 of January 6th and his.
00:41:18.420 Julie, hold that thought.
00:41:18.820 We'll run into a quick break,
00:41:20.260 but this is very important.
00:41:22.300 Let's hold you over
00:41:23.120 because we have to
00:41:24.120 explain this for everybody.

00:42:46.620 That's Moinkbox.com
00:42:47.980 slash Poso.
00:42:49.540 Tanya Tay,
00:42:50.280 sweetheart,
00:42:50.800 if you're watching,
00:42:51.560 I want the free bacon
00:42:52.420 for a year, okay?
00:42:53.740 We're going back
00:42:54.480 to Julie Kelly now.
00:42:55.720 Julie,
00:42:56.040 this is a huge
00:42:57.120 and I think
00:42:57.640 underreported aspect
00:42:58.760 of this.
00:42:59.240 The fact that this case
00:42:59.980 is now going up
00:43:00.600 to the Supreme Court,
00:43:01.800 that means that
00:43:02.920 the Supreme Court,
00:43:04.340 really,
00:43:04.780 Jack Smith could be
00:43:05.660 vulnerable
00:43:06.320 to them looking
00:43:07.480 at how he's applying
00:43:08.500 these various statutes
00:43:09.620 and you've pointed
00:43:10.840 out the really
00:43:12.240 lawless
00:43:12.960 and I think
00:43:13.960 they say
00:43:14.300 novel legal theory
00:43:15.720 but what they're
00:43:16.180 really doing
00:43:16.600 is they're stretching
00:43:17.460 the statute,
00:43:18.080 aren't they?
00:43:19.460 They absolutely are
00:43:20.520 and this is what's
00:43:21.280 going to be
00:43:21.560 an interesting
00:43:22.080 sort of collision
00:43:22.980 course and I'm
00:43:24.100 working on a piece
00:43:24.960 so people can really
00:43:25.960 understand what's
00:43:27.220 happening at the
00:43:27.880 Supreme Court.
00:43:28.640 There's going to be
00:43:29.520 this collision course
00:43:30.600 between the immunity
00:43:32.160 issue if the Supreme
00:43:33.880 Court takes it up.
00:43:35.300 Now,
00:43:35.500 there's no guarantee
00:43:37.040 that they will
00:43:37.860 but they have
00:43:39.900 accepted cert
00:43:40.980 in this 1512C2 issue.
00:43:44.100 Interestingly enough,
00:43:45.800 Judge Florence Pan,
00:43:47.080 who helped author
00:43:47.900 the decision yesterday,
00:43:49.720 her ruling,
00:43:50.780 her split ruling
00:43:51.860 on 1512C2,
00:43:53.780 her opinion is the one
00:43:55.160 that the Supreme Court
00:43:56.620 is going to consider
00:43:57.760 and could possibly reverse.
00:44:00.000 So this is just part
00:44:01.160 of this complicated web
00:44:02.520 of how this all
00:44:03.700 fits together
00:44:04.420 but they have granted cert.
00:44:06.720 they could hear
00:44:08.020 oral arguments
00:44:08.940 I'm hearing
00:44:10.000 from my sources
00:44:10.720 in April
00:44:11.440 on 1512C2.
00:44:14.420 It's the,
00:44:14.880 and we'll have
00:44:15.380 some indication
00:44:15.980 from oral arguments
00:44:17.000 where they're going to head
00:44:17.880 but if it seems like
00:44:19.720 these justices
00:44:20.820 and of course
00:44:21.280 you just need five
00:44:22.100 are inclined
00:44:23.580 to reverse
00:44:24.720 how DOJ
00:44:25.640 including Jack Smith
00:44:26.860 have misinterpreted
00:44:28.300 the statute
00:44:28.760 meaning you have
00:44:29.960 to prove
00:44:30.360 that somebody
00:44:30.920 destroyed documents
00:44:33.400 or tampered
00:44:34.060 with evidence.
00:44:34.760 that's not what
00:44:35.460 happened in Jack Smith's case
00:44:36.720 that January 6th
00:44:37.980 was an official proceeding
00:44:39.420 that's still vague
00:44:40.420 or that the individual
00:44:42.000 acted corruptly
00:44:43.580 meaning some sort
00:44:44.560 of personal benefit.
00:44:46.100 So there's a heavy burden
00:44:47.880 for DOJ
00:44:49.020 to now prove up
00:44:50.460 that they have
00:44:51.340 abided by the letter
00:44:52.740 of the law.
00:44:53.780 Just imagine Jack
00:44:55.140 if they deny,
00:44:56.460 if they uphold
00:44:57.160 the immunity argument
00:44:58.600 which is that
00:44:59.300 Donald Trump
00:45:00.180 is indeed subjected
00:45:01.780 to criminal prosecution
00:45:02.980 while at the same time
00:45:04.600 coming back
00:45:05.300 and saying half
00:45:06.260 of his indictment
00:45:07.140 is bogus
00:45:07.840 and that the Department
00:45:09.280 of Justice
00:45:09.840 including Jack Smith
00:45:10.880 have misinterpreted
00:45:12.280 they're going to toss
00:45:13.260 then basically
00:45:13.960 two of the
00:45:15.740 four charges
00:45:16.880 against him
00:45:17.500 and leave him
00:45:18.080 with two even more
00:45:19.380 vague conspiracy counts.
00:45:22.240 So this is really
00:45:23.940 what's going to be
00:45:24.480 fascinating to watch
00:45:26.040 this,
00:45:27.520 as I call it,
00:45:28.700 collision course
00:45:29.300 at the Supreme Court
00:45:30.080 this spring
00:45:30.620 into the summer.
00:45:32.740 Julie,
00:45:33.280 wasn't this also
00:45:34.200 one of the cases
00:45:35.380 that as you say
00:45:37.140 they accepted cert on
00:45:38.700 but it was for
00:45:39.460 on the statute
00:45:40.540 but it was for
00:45:41.080 a J6 defendant
00:45:42.420 but your point was
00:45:43.840 that you made
00:45:44.340 an earlier appearance
00:45:46.220 was that it would
00:45:47.360 obviously also
00:45:48.680 affect the president's case
00:45:50.000 and it was sort of
00:45:50.860 a way for them
00:45:51.400 to potentially rule
00:45:52.680 on something
00:45:54.420 that would affect
00:45:54.980 the president
00:45:55.440 but doing so
00:45:56.620 in a sort of
00:45:57.120 sideways manner
00:45:58.040 so it wasn't
00:45:58.680 his case directly.
00:46:00.620 Jack,
00:46:02.580 I'm sorry
00:46:02.860 you broke up
00:46:03.400 a little bit
00:46:04.040 there at the end.
00:46:05.780 Okay,
00:46:06.200 no,
00:46:06.380 no,
00:46:06.400 no,
00:46:06.480 I just said
00:46:06.900 that this
00:46:07.480 statute issue
00:46:08.420 is something
00:46:08.760 they're also
00:46:09.320 looking at
00:46:09.860 in another case
00:46:10.640 if I have that right.
00:46:13.580 Right,
00:46:14.100 correct.
00:46:14.620 So that's already
00:46:16.120 in their
00:46:17.400 business calendar.
00:46:20.280 We're just waiting
00:46:20.800 now to see
00:46:21.300 when the oral
00:46:21.780 arguments would be
00:46:22.460 but there's
00:46:22.880 briefs back and forth
00:46:24.320 and important
00:46:25.120 to remember
00:46:25.700 with the 1512 issue
00:46:27.040 you need four
00:46:28.360 justices to grant
00:46:29.700 cert they call it
00:46:30.720 meaning they want
00:46:31.540 to review the case.
00:46:33.280 So it sounds like
00:46:33.880 you've already got
00:46:34.460 four justices
00:46:35.260 who are very skeptical
00:46:36.300 about how DOJ
00:46:37.680 and then the federal
00:46:38.900 courts including
00:46:39.540 Judge Pan
00:46:40.040 have upheld
00:46:40.860 this count
00:46:41.720 against Jay Sixers.
00:46:42.180 I think that's right.
00:46:42.660 Julia,
00:46:42.860 if I could
00:46:43.260 we've only got
00:46:44.160 about two minutes
00:46:44.900 left here in the show
00:46:45.760 but I'd love to get
00:46:46.720 we know that oral
00:46:47.580 arguments speaking of which
00:46:48.740 will begin tomorrow
00:46:50.160 will be held tomorrow
00:46:51.140 at the Supreme Court
00:46:52.520 for the Colorado case.
00:46:55.100 This is the first time
00:46:55.780 that one of these cases
00:46:56.500 has gone to the Supreme Court
00:46:57.400 regarding the applicability
00:46:59.440 essentially of that
00:47:00.400 14th amendment
00:47:01.160 to the president.
00:47:02.420 Can you give us
00:47:02.860 a quick preview
00:47:03.500 of what you think
00:47:04.000 will happen tomorrow?
00:47:06.220 Right.
00:47:06.760 So those oral arguments
00:47:07.760 are tomorrow
00:47:08.280 at 10 o'clock
00:47:09.120 and this will be
00:47:10.760 as we were talking
00:47:11.880 the first time really
00:47:13.380 that the Supreme Court
00:47:14.200 will confront
00:47:14.900 any of these
00:47:15.640 Trump election
00:47:16.740 related matters
00:47:17.780 for now
00:47:18.260 and this deals
00:47:19.620 with the 4-3 decision
00:47:20.780 by the Colorado
00:47:21.480 Supreme Court
00:47:22.320 to toss him
00:47:23.220 off the ballot.
00:47:24.540 So this is the lawsuit
00:47:25.440 that was filed
00:47:26.180 to reverse that.
00:47:28.860 So those oral arguments
00:47:30.380 that I'm in D.C.
00:47:31.520 I'm going to try
00:47:32.020 to go over there
00:47:32.640 and see what's happening
00:47:33.560 but this should be
00:47:35.720 quite fascinating
00:47:37.440 to see how the justices
00:47:38.860 handle this case.
00:47:42.460 Well, I just can't wait
00:47:44.140 to hear Clarence Thomas
00:47:45.280 get in on this
00:47:46.220 because you can always tell
00:47:48.300 old Clarence
00:47:49.780 you can always kind of tell
00:47:50.740 which way he's leaning
00:47:51.700 with a lot of the questions
00:47:52.840 that he asks
00:47:53.600 and especially
00:47:54.200 when some of these lawyers
00:47:56.080 particularly these activist
00:47:58.000 young lawyers
00:47:58.960 get up there
00:47:59.540 before Clarence
00:48:00.320 I mean it's
00:48:00.860 it's like the student
00:48:02.080 meeting the professor
00:48:03.160 for the first time
00:48:04.180 and he just cuts them down
00:48:05.700 just absolutely
00:48:06.480 obliterates their logic.
00:48:10.820 Yes.
00:48:11.460 Well, and as you know
00:48:12.420 there's already Democrats
00:48:13.920 who are calling
00:48:14.540 for Clarence Thomas
00:48:15.780 to recuse himself
00:48:16.760 from all of these
00:48:17.920 Trump legal issues
00:48:19.040 and especially
00:48:19.600 the J6
00:48:20.300 anything related
00:48:21.060 to J6
00:48:21.840 so I'm sure
00:48:23.400 he's not listening
00:48:24.440 he won't
00:48:25.020 but they're already
00:48:26.400 trying to delegitimize
00:48:27.700 any decision
00:48:28.560 that comes out of SCOTUS.
00:48:31.120 Julie Kelly
00:48:31.580 where can people go
00:48:32.380 to follow you
00:48:33.200 to get more information
00:48:34.080 and to find out
00:48:34.960 the future
00:48:35.320 before it happens?
00:48:36.080 Thanks Jack
00:48:38.300 so I'm at Substack
00:48:39.260 declassified with

00:48:55.740 because she's got
00:48:57.160 these guys
00:48:58.240 and she's got
00:48:58.880 their number
00:48:59.320 let me tell you
00:48:59.820 something else
00:49:00.300 we're winning
00:49:01.200 right now folks
00:49:01.920 when we went to
00:49:02.740 Vegas last week
00:49:03.660 we held that
00:49:04.540 RNC conference
00:49:05.520 Ronna McDaniel
00:49:06.340 announces
00:49:07.020 or basically
00:49:07.720 it comes out
00:49:08.140 that she is going
00:49:08.840 to resign
00:49:09.620 folks
00:49:10.500 this is where

00:49:14.720 where we are
00:49:15.640 making
